- 3000 Miles to Graceland: Snake Plissken, Lt. John J. Dunbar and three other guys team up to rob the Riviera Casino
during International Elvis Week. Ultimately, their compatriots all end up dead and it's just Dunbar pursuing Plissken (who has absconded with the money, Monica Geller and her son) across the western U.S. Lyle and Stu Smiley have small roles as federal marshals also searching for Dunbar.
- 3:10 to Yuma (2007): Patrick Bateman has to escort Affably Evil gunslinger Maximus to the title train in order to claim his bounty. Patrick has a son named Percy Jackson, who dreams of being a cowboy.

- The Adventures of Huck Finn: Wirt travels down the Mississippi River along with Russell Banfield.
- The Adventures of Pinocchio: Young Simba is a living puppet carved by Bela Lugosi. Villains Deuce Bigalow, Lillith Sternin, and Big Bad Ronald Camp take advantage of him, despite the efforts of Grandpa Lou Pickles to advise him. Meanwhile, Lugosi has a December–December Romance with Anne Boleyn.
- The Adventures of Pluto Nash: After his successful night club is blown to flaming bits, Donkey travels across the moon looking for clues as to who is behind the arson with help from Joe Aguirre and Gail.
- The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert: Agent Smith, a sweet-natured Drag Queen, persuades Performance Artist Leonard Shelby/Peter Weyland and lovelorn transsexual General Zod to take a road trip through the Australian desert on a hot pink tour bus.

- After the Fox: Inspector Clouseau is an Italian jewel thief.
- After the Sunset: Ex-Gentleman Thief James Bond and his lady friend Frida Kahlo are enjoying a pleasant (mind-numbingly boring) retirement in the Caribbean. Excitement returns in the form of Bond's longtime FBI pursuer Mickey Knox, local policewoman Tia Dalma, and a gigantic diamond. Also causing trouble is corrupt politician James Rhodes.
- Agent Cody Banks: Malcolm Wilkerson is a teen CIA agent sent on his missions by Goliath, with Jane Rizzoli as his handler. Dr. Peter Scottson works for Al Swearengen and The Mummy, who plan to use his nanobots to take over the world, and Malcolm gets close to the doctor's daughter Lizzie McGuire to try and find him. And Lizzie kills Al!

- Ali G Indahouse: King Julien, a wannabe gangster, is friends with Dr. John Watson. He's then embroiled in a plot by Tywin Lannister to overthrow Albus Dumbledore's government.

- Amos & Andrew: African-American playwright Jules Winnfield moves to an all-white island. While at home, residents see him and think he's broken into their home and call the cops on him. They arrive and fire upon him. Realizing their mistake, police chief Franklin Hart Jr. realizes his mistake. To cover up this embarrasing snafu, he has prisoner Castor Troy to pose as a criminal that's holding Jules hostage so they can "rescue" him.
- Anastasia: Once Upon a Time: Young Alicent Hightower is sent forward in time to escape death from the Revolution that toppled her father, Tsar Clark Kent.
- Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy: Buddy The Elf is San Diego's top newscaster who, together with his team (Mike, Andy Stitzer, and Todd Packer), rules the airwaves and beats Norman Bates and Joe in the ratings. This all changes when Kelly Bundy is hired to co-anchor.

- Anna and the King: The Very Loosely Based on a True Story version of The King and I stars Clarice Starling as an Englishwoman who insinuates herself into Siamese King Li Mu-Bai's life and heart. With Draco Malfoy as Clarice's son and Miss East as the King's doomed concubine.

- The Artist: A Swiss banker, Sully, Farmer Hoggett, a manicurist, and Alex De Large witness the change from silent films to talkies.
- Assassin's Creed: Mal, Frank, and Omar explore the world of ancient assassins. Also starring Scar and Mad-eye Moody.
- The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford: One of Rusty Ryan's nakama (the slighter of the "Mormon Twins") kills him after he fears that Ryan might kill him and his brother, the villain from Charlie's Angels. The ex-nakama finds measure of solace with Trillian.
- The Assignment (2016): Ellen Ripley gets revenge on the hitman who killed her brother by turning him into Letty.
- The Astronaut's Wife: Aileen Wournos fears for her life after her husband, Edward Scissorhands, returns to earth oddly changed. Oh, and Zack and Cody are the kids she - or rather the alien who possessed her husband's body and then impregnated and possessed her - has at the end of the film.
- Atlantic Wall: Hugh Roe O'Donnell of Donegal must team up with the mayor of Colleville to assassinate Erwin Rommel. Also starring Sir Percy Ware-Armitage.
- Atlas Shrugged Part 1: Andrew Ryan doesn't like capitalism.
- Atomic Blonde: Furiosa and Charles Xavier (Sully is there, too) kick ass all over East Berlin. And Furiosa has sex with Gazelle.
- Attack the Block: Finn and the Thirteenth Doctor team up to stop an alien invasion in South London.
- August: Osage County: Wow: Julia Child is the Evil Matriarch of her clan, which includes daughters Tess Ocean and Mallory Knox. Also starring Sherlock, Olive, and young Obi-Wan Kenobi.
- August Rush: Henry VIII, a lead singer for a small time rock band, accidenttaly gets Elizabeth Jennings pregnant with their child, and due to circumstances they lose touch for 11 years. Their kid Charlie Bucket eventually meets John Keating, a man who gathered up runaway children and made them busk for cash. Ken Cosgrove/Cole Phelps is the bassist for Henry's band.
- Austin Powers: Fashion photographer and secret agent Wayne Campbell skips from decade to decade in his fight against his arch-enemy, Shrek, and his evil team led by Jonathan Hart. Wayne teams up with Dr. Maureen Robinson, the Devil herself, Rollergirl, Shine, and eventually his own father, Ebenezer Scrooge.
- Austinpussy: Fashion photographer and secret agent Maverick chases his arch-enemy Lex Luthor, fellow villain Tony Manero, and Lex's short clone the Penguin. Maverick also teams up with Pepper Potts.
- Baz Luhrmann's Australia: Wolverine and Satine fall in love amidst World War II. Also, Faramir is a jerk and Chum the shark is here too, along with a ton of other Aussie actors.
- The Autopsy of Jane Doe: The corpse of an unidentified young elf is found. Emma Roberts is dating Kabuto, and his father is Dr. Carl Winters. While doing the autopsy, they find Sauron's mark on the body.
- James Cameron's Avatar: Marcus Wright is given a new body thanks to Ellen Ripley and falls for Lt. Uhura on an alien planet; his partner in infiltration is Ana Lucia. Also, Uhura's parents are Magua and Amanda Waller, and an eternal-pessimist-intern is another avatar. Khalar Zym later decides to raze the planet on orders of Donny.

- Awake: Wealthy Anakin Skywalker is in love with Nancy Callahan, the PA to his mother Irina Derevko. He has heart surgery overseen by his friend Dr. James Rhodes1 the First, but he thinks the good doctor and his team are trying to kill him during the procedure. They are, and Nancy is behind it.
- Awakenings: Dr. Mork and Nurse Marge Simpson discover a miraculous cure for a type of catatonia, which allows Jack Byrnes to move for the first time in 30 years.
- Away We Go: An office drone and his wife, a prostitute of average intelligence, are looking for a special place to give birth after they lose their apartment and her parents go on vacation and rent their house to strangers. They get lessons on how not to raise kids from said parents, The Dude and Mrs. Macallister, and his old friend Rachel Dawes, among others.
