Go To

Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Any [tup] on these ideas?

Deep Space 9 Main CrewMembers , Patron Saints of Space Stations (Set in a space station overseeing a wormhole (and eventual first line of defense against the Dominion, I decided to have all of the main Deep Space 9 cast to ascend because this is the main place they live in, plus Babylon 5 has its main character ascended.

Elim Garak, God of Fake Guest Stars' (Even though Garak is billed as a guest, he becomes central to the plot of the show, probably having more screentime than Jake Sisko (from what I seen). This is all because that the actor for Garak denied to be in the main cast lineup when offered to, not wanting exposure of any kind.)

[[folder: The Cloverfield Monster]]

The Cloverfield Monster, Deity of Threats that Come out of Nowhere (Cloverfield, Clover, Clovie, Darwin, LSA, Large Scale Aggressor)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/cloverfield_759x500.jpg
The monster in its infant stage
  • Intermediate Deity. Its mother (And by extension its hypothetical adult stage) is a Greater Goddess.
  • Symbol: The Cloverfield Film Series Logo. Alternatively, the sight of the beheaded Statue of Liberty
  • Theme Song: Roar
  • Alignment: True Neutral. Chaotic Neutral when provoked or frightened.
  • Portfolio: An unexplained and terrifying threat, All information about the monster is found in supplementary materials, Kaiju, Ambiguous Gender, Got its name from its clover leaf-shaped footprints, Non-Malicious Monster, Tragic Monster, Mysterious Past, Killed Off for Real, Was killed by a tactical nuke strike
  • Domains: Kaiju, Threats, Unexplained, Ambiguity
  • Herald: The Parasites (Not by choice, they just came along with the monster)
  • High Priest: Apocalymon
  • Followers: The Loc-Nar, The Chaos Kin
  • Allies: Godzilla, Anguirus, Mothra, Mothra Leo, Fluttershy, The Monsters (Monsters vs Aliens) The Grand United Alliance Of Nature (Most of the time)
  • Enemies: Evil-aligned Kaiju (Especially King Ghidorah, Hedorah and Destoroyah), Scarface, The Monster Hunters, Pokemon Hunter J, Fatalis, Yapool, Hoss Delgado, Nergigante, [[Pantheon All Military Deities in the Pantheon.
  • Neutral towards: Raleigh and Mako, Battra, King Kong, Rodan
  • Sympathy from: The House of Mothers
  • The Cloverfield monster was a creature with a most mysterious past. Nothing about it is known, other than the fact that it was rampaging across New York in the year of 2008. The creature left a path of destruction and death everywhere it went, and seemed unstoppable, at least until the Hammer Down Protocol was executed, leading to the creature getting killed with tactical nukes, ending its rampage.
  • Not much is known about the ascension of the creature, like everything else about it, only that its Temple appeared one day in the Pantheon without much warning from the Pantheon Handlers, who themselves don't know much about it, either.
  • It has a neutral view towards most kaiju, and even those that are technically allied with it can become enemies should the monster be too frightened or provoked into fighting by an outside influence.
  • It's nature as a wild animal driven by instinct means that it's relatively easy to keep him calm inside his temple, thus many of the Beast Handlers make sure to keep the Creature indoors and ensure it remains undisturbed by any possible intruders or enemies.
    • Steve Irwin is one of Clover's handlers and has tried to ensure Clover remains at calm and satisfied within his temple, in spite of the limited knowledge of anything regarding his species, other than Clover's personality and reasons for his rampage. At least Clover's proven to be a much easier kaiju to keep calm than most.
  • Due to Godzilla's status, Clover respects the King of Monsters for the most part and is willing to follow his commands, assuming it isn't provoked into a rage by someone else, Godzilla tries to be an authoritative figure to the young creature, usually hoping to tame down its more destructive tendencies.
    • In the same boat, Mothra and Mothra Leo have tried to make sure Clover remains at peace in its temple, far from human contact or anything that could offset it into attacking.
  • Has become enemies with monster hunters of all kinds in the Pantheon, mainly due to his destructiveness and dangerous nature when provoked as well as the possibility of his body parts' being used in a concoction, weapon or something else stemming from the lack of knowledge on Clover's nature and everything beyond basics. Among the most notable stand out:
    • The Monster Hunters who view Cloverfield as a big target to hunt and make weapons out of due to its possible armor and weapons being hypothetically among the most powerful artifacts they could craft.
    • Likewise, Hunter J has set her sights on capturing the monster, one way or the other. Though she's known to be careful on how she goes about it, knowing that while her target is an infant, it's still a very destructive one that can and will kill her if she's careless or messes up.
    • Hoss Delgado cares little about Clover's sympathetic motivations and is more than willing to take it down should it go out of control, though at least gives it leeway when not attacking, and isn't going out of his way to attack Clover either, mainly due to mellowing out on monsters a bit.
  • Receives a lot of sympathy from the House of Mothers due to one of Clover's motivations for his rampage, being its attempt at finding its mother and reuniting with her. That Clover never reunited with her also gave him some sympathy from Deities who've lost their mothers or were separated from them and never reunited with.
  • Has nothing but contempt for all the military deities in the Pantheon, regardless of where they're aligned, given its own death at the hands of the Hammerdown Protocol, where it was bombarded with tactical nukes, as well as the military's own attacks further provoking it into aggression. The military deities are neutral towards Clover itself, but some are less than lenient about it.
  • Has an Odd Friendship of sorts with fellow American Kaiju, Zilla, as both creatures have similar core motivations and aren't really malicious, so much as scared and provoked by military forces into their rampages, that they both trashed New York City (Although Clover did so more directly than Zilla) is merely a coincidence as neither creature knows much about locations on Earth.
  • Has also become a target/possible prey of Nergigante, who views it as no different from the Elder Dragons it hunts, though getting to Clover's temple is no easy feat as the creature is good at keeping itself out of trouble and sight, as well as the creature itself being no pushover in a fight despite its age. Nergigante remains determined to one day fight and defeat Clover, regardless.
  • The various Deities in the House of Science have tried to start research projects to look more into the biology of the monster, given that several sources have contradicting claims of its origins, some stating it's a creature from the ocean, others that it came from outer space, and other ones claiming it comes from a completely different dimension. Currently, Philantropists of Benelovent Science are doing their best to keep the Evilutionists of Mad Science from getting their hands on samples of Clover's blood or taking one of its parasites for their own research, given how highly dangerous the possibility of either thing falling into their control is.
  • Is enemies with all evil aligned kaiju, especially the likes of King Ghidorah

  • Uneasy towards: Shiro Kanzaki
  • In Planet Bolis kaiju of all kind ruled supreme, various aliens of different species, all known collectively as the Reionics, battled for dominance with kaiju they captured and controlled with their special battle devices known as Battlenizers. One of them was Rei, a seemingly human-born Reionics who had no memories of his past, he soon found himself with allies in the form of the ZAP Spacy Crew, a special group of operatives whose goal was to find planets for humans of earth to live in. Rei's main monster was his Gomora, who had been his partner for as long as he had lived. The group battled against all the hostile Reionics and sound found themselves not only searching for Rei's mysterious past but eventually uncovering something far bigger that they expected: They found out that the Reionics fight was plot of a long deceased evil alien entity, Alien Reiblood, who planned to have the winner of the fight become his successor and conquer the Universe with an army of monsters. Thanks to Rei's efforts, and with help from Ultraman and Ultraseven, Reiblood's plot was thwarted and Rei was able to stop the Reionics fight.
  • Quickly joined up the GUAG Toku Division as one of the members of the GUAG Ultramen albeit without being one himself, he's been declared an honorable Ultra thanks to his past deeds of assisting the Land of Light in their distress, such as when Belial attacked. He's also made a good amount of allies in there, especially some like Shinji Kido, who was also a victim of another Deadly Game.
    • He was glad to meet back up with Ultraman and Ultraman Zero, the two Ultras having been great friends and help in Rei's adventures. He's been introduced to the rest of the Ultramen; though he had a bit of a hard time with meeting Riku, he didn't take long to become friends with the son of Ultraman Belial, both bonding over the pain that Belial (And by extension, Alien Reiblood) brought to them.
    • Takeshi Hongo and Hayato Ichimonji greatly respect Rei for using evil powers for the good for the Universe, as well as defying his destiny of having to become evil due to his genes and instead ending the fight arranged by Reiblood.
  • Most Toku villains earned his hatred, but two stand out above the others:
    • Ultraman Belial, who once tried to coerce Rei into joining him due to their shared nature as Reibloods, then brainwashed him to kill the Ultramen. That Belial only got worse after his initial defeat and went as far as trying to destroy the Universe only made Rei's hatred for the fallen Ultra increase.
  • He's enemies with all deities who have forced others into death games for their amusements or for their own selfish goals, among the most notables are Junko Enoshima, who disgusts Rei with her sadism and end goals of spreading despair on humanity, as well as her systematic killing of innocents in her "games".
  • He became friends with Steven Universe, as both of them had to discover awful truths and facts of their past and family, their bond with a creature that serves as a guardian of sorts, their passiveness compared to most of their kind, as well as the fact that both have had to deal with Superpowered Evil Side born out of their negative emotions. It helps that the last time that happened for both, their friends and loved ones had to give them a Cooldown Hug to snap them out of their rage. Likewise, he's made friends with Steven's own allies for those similarities.
  • His kaiju have earned some enemies and rivals of their own:
    • Gomora almost instantly became rivals with Godzilla and Anguirus, the first due to seeing Gomora as a Worthy Opponent and the second due to both Anguirus and Gomora's fighting styles being mostly melee-based, that said it's a rather amicable one and usually their fights are more of the sparring type, with their fights creating as little destruction as possible.
    • Litra's own rivalries are less friendly than Gomora's, as she's made rivals with Rodan and the Raths, who are not quite as friendly or reasonable as Godzilla. Though at least Litra can control her power enough not to cause much chaos when fighting her rivals.
    • Eleking's own rivalry with Lagiacrus is very much not friendly, with Eleking's more aggressive nature towards opponents making him deliver rather brutal beatdowns towards the Leviathan. That said, Rei has made sure Eleking doesn't kills the monster and tends to recall him when he goes too far.

Alright...

The Dead Moon Circus, Divine Magical Circus

Reasoning: The Dead Moon Circus are the villains of the fourth major arc of Sailor Moon. Their entire base of operations is located in a circus tent, with Monsters Of The Week called Lemures, designed around clowns, balls and other things. There’s the Amazoness Quartet who’s attacks are derived from Circus Skills and are Actually Brainwashed and Crazy versions of the Sailor Quartet. There is the Amazon Trio, Monsters of the Week in the Manga and a Quirky Mini Boss Squad in the Anime. Their attacks revolve around pinning people to boards, whips, summoning Lemures and more. There are Xenotime and Zeolite, who are exclusive to the Manga. They are two villains who temporarily brainwashed Minako and had a few Sailor Guardians captured at one point. They can control knives with telepathic powers.

Then there are Zirconia and Queen Nehelenia. Zirconia is an extension of Nehelenia, who is capable of inducing nightmares where the victims face their darkest fears as well as duplication, extracting dream mirrors and manipulating the reflections in mirrors. Queen Nehelenia herself has the curse technique, can eat dream mirrors to turn the owners into Lemures, brainwash people, lock people in other dimensions...etc. Unlike the rest of the Dead Moon, Zirconia and Nehelenia are played dead seriously.

Ameno-Sagiri, God of Comfort In Ignorance (Ame-no-Sagiri)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/250px-amenosagiri_5619.jpg
  • New House: Outlooks on Life (House of Philosophy)
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: Yellow camera-like eye with "AMNOSG LENS" written in its borders, peeking from the fog.
  • Theme Music: The Almighty
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil by actions, Neutral Good by desires, overall Blue-and-Orange Morality
  • Portfolio: Misunderstanding of humans, bad methods for helping humanity, Master of Illusion, existing as a fragment of another god, Ignorance Is Bliss, Technicolor Eye
  • Domains: Fog, Desire, Collective Consciousness
  • Interests: Big Brother, The Anti-Spiral
  • Special relationship with: Marie (another aspect of Izanami)
  • Allies: Izanami (its greater aspect), Adachi, Bizarro, Keel Lorenz
  • On speaking terms with: Nurgle
  • Rivals: Cyrus (Pokemon)
  • Enemies: Lucifer, Nyarlathotep (Persona), Yuuki Terumi, The Emperor of Mankind, The Truth, Teru Mikami, Light Yagami
  • Opposes: The Idea Of Evil
  • Opposed by: The House of Knowledge
  • When Izanami ascended, residual energy within Adachi reacted to it, and Ameno-Sagiri reformed by her side. He is a fragment of Izanami, yet powerful in his own right, and therefore was placed in the House of Nature to preside over fog. Yu Narukami and his friends insisted that humans don't wish to live in ignorance at heart, thus Ameno has allowed the fog to recede, even now. But as promised, he will create more fog, should he deem humanity as wanting it. This goes for the Pantheon as well.
  • Being a part of Izanami, he is aligned with her in all of Izanami's endeavors. And although he was borne from Adachi twice, Ameno-Sagiri has no true affiliation with him any longer. Adachi himself does not seem to care. That said, Adachi is sometimes summoned in order to translate for Ameno, as some people have trouble understanding his incredibly deep voice.
  • Ascended under the Fog of Doom trope, but it was eventually decided that Ignorance Is Bliss fits better as Ameno-Sagiri's fog spreads ignorance and illusion; a peaceful lie over a harsh truth. In the viewpoint of the Truth, a dead end for humanity. The Fog is the bane of the House of Knowledge, who solidly reject Ameno-Sagiri. To his credit, he accepted his loss to the Investigation Team with grace.
  • The bringer of the Fog of Doom is an avatar of the Izanami who represents the collective unconsciouness. Ameno-Sagiri is not in any way related to the true Izanami, who finds him to be an oddball as the true Ameno-Sagiri is a minor mountain god. She doesn't agree with his actions, however they both share a hatred towards Yuuki Terumi given his feud with his Izanami, namely because he wants the worst for humanity and Ameno-Sagiri wishes for the best.
  • His goals are similar to YHVH, sans The Evils of Free Will. However he tends not to associate with YHVH or the Grand United Alliance of Law, as He and Izanami don't see eye to eye. Ameno-Sagiri attempted to get Eliphas on his side, but he doesn't believe Ameno-Sagiri's vision would be all that orderly(or chaotic for that matter). However, Lucifer regards it with contempt for limiting people's freedom by making them ignorant and denying the truth.
  • In times past, Lordgenome would've seen Ameno-Sagiri as a great method of keeping mankind complacent and thus safe from breaking the one million population limit. But that time has long past, and Team Dai-Gurren's rebellious streak has them opposed to the very idea of the Fog. However he respects their spirit, even if he claims that he'll always return if mankind wishes it. The Anti-Spiral believes that, if they were to convince Ameno-Sagiri to side with them, he would be a great means of ensuring no Spiral Race ever reaches the potential for causing the Spiral Nemesis.
  • Some conspiracy theories blame the Illuminati for being to blame for releasing Ameno-Sagiri into the pantheon, in order to control "sheeple" better. They've stated "no, he doesn't factor in our plans". Ingsoc would almost certainly want to co-opt Ameno-Sagiri to solidify their power, given their "ignorance is strength" mantra. Not something the entity would like, as Ameno-Sagiri considers himself to be acting on what mankind wants, while Big Brother and the Party's only desire is "oppression for the sake of it".
  • The Emperor of Mankind despises Ameno-Sagiri with fervent passion, as the idea that Ignorance Is Bliss is antithetical to his views. And ignorance and human stupidity are a cancer in the Imperium of Mankind he duly wishes to remove. He compares Ameno-Sagiri to a Chaos God, specifically Nurgle given they're a sort of cosmic sloth and malaise. That said, this is mainly on a superficial level and the two entities tend to discuss their worldviews rather than work together.
  • Miror B has tried dancing in front of Ameno-Sagiri, mistaking him for a disco ball. Ameno-Sagiri has shown no reaction to this, and no one's corrected Miror B. Some gods have tried to figure out if the fog generated by Ameno-Sagiri is in any way related to the fog in Silent Hill. As of now, no one has found anything to either prove or disprove that theory.
  • Curiously, the effect of the fog is reversed on Bizarro, instead causing him to become more perspective and self-aware. However, he still finds himself agreeing with Ameno-Sagiri, citing his own homeworld as a place where ignorance and idiocy have created a nicer world. He's not entirely wrong, as the "superhero vs supervillain" fights are more lighthearted by comparison to the main DC Universe's Earth.
  • The head of SEELE is under the belief that Ameno-Sagiri would lead to a positive end to humanity, as the fog might solve the hedgehog dilemma. However he believes the Fog is just the first step, and things must progress further to an Assimilation Plot. The head of Team Galactic, however, has differing opinions; while he respects Ameno-Sagiri's desires to bring about peace, he believes it's not truth and knowledge getting in the way of utopia, but spirit and emotion. At least at first; Hareta has led him to turn a new leaf.
  • Teru Mikami believes that Ameno-Sagiri is an unsightly abomination for promoting laziness through ignorance, and would love to DELETE! it...if the Death Note worked on more than just humans. At least initially, as the Shinigami King has updated the Death Note for the Trope Pantheon. However, it's still not known if Ameno-Sagiri falls under the new parameters(or if Mikami's Death Note was properly updated). Light Yagami takes a more practical view on Ameno-Sagiri; it would prevent society from growing and improving, which would delay his vision.
  • The Idea of Evil and Ameno-Sagiri share a number of similarities. They are both representations of sloth on the collective unconscious, in different ways; the Idea is the decision to have someone to blame for/explain suffering rather than dealing with it, and Ameno-Sagiri thinks humanity should be slothful in being ignorant, rather than facing harsh truths. That said, they have very different methods and the latter isn't too comfortable with their similarities, especially the Idea of Evil's justification of its role in the Vicious Cycle; my desires are humanity's desires.

Beelzebub, Demon Prince And Lord Of The Flies note  (The Right Hand of Darkness, Baal Zebul, Baal, Belzaboul, The Prince of Lies, The Wicked King, Takajo Zett, Zebul, Beelzebu)

  • Portfolio: Demonic Lord Of The Flies, Big Creepy-Crawlies, Shock and Awe, Dark Is Evil, Bonus Boss, The Worm That Walks, Demonized Old God, Once Being A Sexy Dominatrix, Sinister Angel As Beelzebu, Dark Skinned Human and Deity Forms

  • Allies: Lucifer, Mara and the Grand United Alliance of Chaos, the other Beelzebub, the other Beelzebub, Naoki Kashima, Kazuya Minegishi and Hibiki Kuze, Makoto Yuki, Kotone Shiomi, Yu Narukami, Ren Amamiya, Dracula, Gul'dan, Fraudrin, Nurgle, Typhus, Beelzemon, Beetlejuice, Stratos
  • Enemies: YHVH and the Grand United Alliance of Law, Misty, Ragnaros the Firelord, Flynn, Spawn, spider gods, The Radiance, the House of Angels
  • Weirded out by: Ren Hoek
  • Next to the Devil himself, Beelzebub is the most well-known demon. The demonized form of a Philistine god worshiped in Ekron, often referred to as Baal Zabul in his true form, he is seen as a demon associated with flies. Usually seen either as one of the devil's alias, his right hand man or the demon who rules over the sin of gluttony. Whatever the form, this Beelzebub serves as The Dragon to the bringer of chaos, Lucifer.
  • Ascended soon after the creation of the Grand United Alliance of Chaos by urging of his master. Out of all of the Forces of Chaos, he is the closest Lucifer can call a 'right-hand fly'; Beelzebub is fiercely loyal to the Morning Star. Though his true loyalties lie with Lucifer, Beelzebub is willing to work with those who either A) defeat him in combat and thus prove they deserve to command him, or B) show a sufficient dedication to the ways of Chaos. As such, he fought alongside Dracula himself on a whim on one occasion.
  • Was one of the demons present for the creation of the Demi-Fiend; he will be the first one to praise Naoki's power, as he witnessed it firsthand during their match together. Beelzebub later tried to convince Set to join the cause of chaos, pointing out they are both demonized deities. Set turned it down, saying that while he relates to his fate he isn't interested in the factions of law and chaos. Yes he's a chaotic deity, but not consummately so.
  • Not the only Beelzebub, however he states to be the original. Here are some interactions with other Lords of the Flies.
    • Not technically Beelzebub, but heavily based on him is Beelzemon. Already an ally of Lucifer, he is pleasantly surprised to learn that Beelzemon is willing to work with him. He found they share gluttony, but for the biker it's not hunger for food but hunger for power, something he is fine with.
    • A cuter female Beelzebub is the Token Good Teammate of the Seven Mortal Sins, driven by Horror Hunger and lacks the excess of the fly. Gets along less with him, but he's fond of the girl in his own way. There's another cute female Beelzebub that he's fond of as well
    • Baby Beel shows promise for Beelzebub, however this is a family name of the Sin Lords of Gluttony. This might mean he is a descendant, but the Lord of the Flies is silent on his ultimate ambition for the child.
    • Not explicit, but in addition to being a Satanic Archetype Betelguese takes many traits of the Lord of the Flies; similar name, is filthy and associated with bugs. Beelzebub likes his style. And though not a Beelzebub, Kazuya's position of King of Bel has made him an ally of the Lord of the Flies, and by extension he is an ally of Hibiki Kuze.
  • People assumed Stratos of the Sumeragi Swordsmen was him in human form, based on gluttony when it comes to his team's Seven Deadly Sins due to being experimented upon by Sumeragi. This comes with a strong fly motif, his powers and personality: Stratos can transform into swarms of fly-like particles that can break down any and all matter, and as a guy with a truly insatiable hunger he uses it to devour anything in sight of him. He was even called the "Lord of the Flies". Though they aren't one in the same, the sheer amount of similarities led the true Lord of the Flies to be instantly fond of the guy and Stratos is one of his favorites in the pantheon.
  • Most dissapointed by the lack of fly deities in the House of Insects. He really doesn't like the Radiance, partly for reminding him of YHVH but also because of the spanner in the works her plagues would cause due to their impact on insect life. And she would welcome subjugating one of Lucifer's top generals to her own cause. He was pleasantly surprised elsewhere to learn the bug fascination of Agitha and the power over bugs by Shino Aburame, however they aren't interested in whatever he might try to sell.
  • Misty has refused to go anywhere near the Beast House ever since Beelzebub's ascension, by virtue of him being a fly the size of a tank with a penchant for electric spells and rapid maggot infestation. Beelzebub stays out of the House of Fire and Heat upon Rangaros' ascension, due to his desire to burn INSECTS!
  • Has an interest in the House of Food, due to his role as a demon of gluttony. Pac-Man would rather be left alone, but Midora, Gluttony and the Deviljho are alright with him showing up. Pennywise is amused by the fear Beelzebub could bring and his demonic nature, but otherwise ignores what Lucifer's faction is doing because he's content being a sadistic Child Eater For the Evulz.
  • A god of filth as much as gluttony, Beelzebub is a good friend of Papa Nurgle. He sides with the forces of chaos, though Nurgle isn't ideologically interested in the fly's cause. Lucifer is trying to get his right hand fly to stop seeing the Chaos God as the fact he represents stagnation and decay makes him diametrically opposed to Lucifer's vision of a dynamic changing world.
  • Welcome in the Diseases sub-house. Obviously not liked in the rest of the House of Health and Diseases, given his power over plagues. Anton Arcane often associates with flies, so he'd like to get Beelzebub's favor. However his interests don't give him any favor from the Lord of the Flies.
  • Despite Makoto, Kotone, and Yu's lack of affiliation to Chaos, he is willing to serve them… under certain circumstances. One of these requirements include assuming they are strong enough to be worthy of summoning him, capable of summoning his human form and various devils for fusions, and submitting to the "devilish" nature of a single individual. Both Makoto and Kotone know of the shady businessman by the name of Tanaka, and Yu knows of a lustful nurse in a part-time job at the Inaba Municipal Hospital, which pleases Beelzebub enough to be called at their will.
    • With Ren, who is more chaotic than the former three, Beelzebub is much more pleased about serving him. Still, he required making a pact with an "devilish" individual, in the Thief's case a paparazzi.
  • Though Beelzebub's true form is that of a giant fly, he has shown a series of other forms: an obese blue humanoid calling himself Baal Zebul, a gigantic, hideous rotting corpse riddled with maggots, Baal, actually his original self before he was demonized, and on one occasion a woman in dominatrix gear. Beelzebub particularly enjoys watching people try to figure that last one out. Probably his strangest incarnation is a white penguin with fly wings wearing a tuxedo. Nobody gets that one. Absolutely nobody.
  • Being a big-ass fly, even if he is a demon, Beelzebub comes off a delectable treat for any spider deity. As such, he stays the hell away from the House of Arthropods. He is straight up terrified of Ungoliant. Melkor didn't know how to feel about this; amusement at one of Lucifer's top dogs cowed by a former ally, or rather not wanting to get involved given Ungoliant was the only force of evil he feared and tried to eat him.
  • No one has dared ask him if he has a devil put aside for Freddie Mercury. Or how he responds to Ren, under Space Madness, threatening to lick a fly. That was too weird even for Beelzebub, and he initially thought that Ren Hoek was some sort of malformed mosquito.

The Death Note has been transferred. I mean, it's not really something you read (apart from instructions on how to use it), so I don't think it being in the Books sector made sense. But for the sake of it existing, I'll leave it in Magical Artifacts in the meantime.

Also, here are the Narrative Device and Vehicles wings once the Museum is ready.

  • Like Viridian and Born, due to his fragility, Zee Tee has their same type of respawn; upon dying, he comes back at the sub-House entrance he was last at. However, his manner of death varies depending on where he is. In normal and Sugar Bowl settings, he undergoes Death Throws. In more "R-rated" and darker locales, he literally explodes into a bloody mess. This fragility also means he has no interest in the overarching conflict.
  • As for Zee Tee's present goals, he's content with exploring for now, though he tends to collect gems or skulls for Princess Nehema for reasons he's not saying. There will be no joining
  • Discord despises him for some reason. When the draconequus was asked, he just mentionedsomething about the time Fluttershy ended up lost in the Nameless, Everted World and got corrupted by it. And he had to come to her rescue and turn her back to normal. As for how he didn't get corrupted, his nature as a chaos being protected him.
  • He's eventually encountered other dual-world travelers, such as Link, Adrian Shephard, and Raidou Kuzunoha, though while they can stay around him well enough, they can tell something about him just doesn't feel right.

Communication Players (COMPs)

  • Apperance: The same as a Nintendo DS or 3DS
  • Alignment: Depends on its possessor
  • Portfolio: Resembling the Nintendo (3)DS, Supernatural Communication Devices, MagiTek, Magic from Technology, Harmonizer Renders Humans Resilient To Demons, Draws Power From The Internet, Devil Auction
  • Domains: Technology, Demons, Balance
  • Inventor: Naoya
  • Known User: Kazuya Minegishi
  • After years in the Pantheon, and battles to defend his property, Naoya was finally convinced by his cousin Kazuya to store away his spare Communication Players to the Treasury for safekeeping.
  • In case a refresher is required, Communication Players, otherwise known as COMPs, were initially advertised as gaming consoles which allowed for web browsing, email and international online gaming. Its commercial tag line was "Play with people around the world!" These are Naoya's modified versions.
  • Aside from the Demon Summoning Program as used by most every SMT protagonist (except the Demi-Fiend, who more like recruits them to his party), a secondary application called the "Harmonizer" tunes to the wavelengths of humans, making attacks effective against demons while lessening the damage taken from them. The Harmonizer affects all humans and demons that are within range of the COMP.
  • Users of these COMPs came to be known as "Demon Tamers". The first time the Demon Summoning Program (complete with Cathedral of Souls for fusion) is initiated, a demon will emerge whose strength is proportionate to that of the user. A contract will not be forged until the tamer defeats said demon. Latter demons are obtained by participating in an online Demon Auction using Macca for purchase and contract enactment.
  • In addition to summoning demons, there's also the Skill Crack system, which allows the Demon Tamer to obtain certain skills from "wild" demons by targeting them and defeating them in combat (either by themselves or by their own summoned demons). As they continue to battle, Magnetite charges can occur, and a Demon Tamer can teach one of their cracked skills to one of their demons.
  • As electronic devices, they naturally have limited battery life, so keeping it charged is significantly more important for it than most other handheld devices. For if the COMP runs out of battery power or breaks, its user loses their demon contracts and in turn will also make them vulnerable to demon attacks due to the disengagement of the mind link to the Harmonizer (unless there's another COMP user nearby). The Demon Summoning Program can also go rampant, creating portals for demons to freely emerge from.

Do you think that Beezlebub could coax Dracula into the GUAC? After all, Dracula already has serious beef with God and with him being a former military tactician, Dracula could be one hell of a force to be reckoned with. Would be a 2 for 1 deal too, since Death would follow Dracula as well. Would be one hell of a plot hook too.

Ha ha ha. What a story, Mark.

@ The Comps: You might want to give the profile an image or images of the different incarnations, if possible.

I've been seriously considering: Would it be possible to give Anti-Air to Atlanta, who's based on a real-life ship design designed entirely around the concept of shooting down enemy aircraft? I've been looking at the trope's current holder, Air Defense Princess, and I'm really thinking that profile might need a rework and probably a trope reassigned to her at this point.

Your standard repost per usual. Given I've said it already a few, I shouldn't have to explain who Abhorash and Aqours are. Anything else to add or are they good to go?

  • Abhorash was once the sworn bodyguard and protector of Queen Neferata of Lahmia during the reign of Nehekhara. Then one day, a flawed elixir for immortality was made, which converted its drinkers into Vampires, Neferata being the first of them. His sense of honour and chivalry taking precedence, Abhorash tried to stay away from the elixir, prompting Neferata to trick him into taking a sip. From that day forth, he came to hate Neferata and despised the fact that he was a vampire; he cannot fathom the idea of drinking the blood of those he was sworn to protect. He couldn't resist his bloodlust and ended up killing 12 of Neferata's guards in blind hunger, which drove Abhorash into despair. Upon Lahmia being attacked by Nehekharian forces and being defeated, Abhorash chose to exile himself, taking along with him his vampire followers. He encouraged them to not seek domination towards other races or deepening the arts of magic, but to instead hone their swordsmanship and to only drink the blood of warriors who were strong and proposed a challenge. Thus, was the creation of the Blood Dragons, one of the five major clade of Vampires in the Warhammer World.
    • Abhorash proved himself to be one of the mightiest swordsmen in existence, with little-to-no equal regarding his swordsmanship. He finally faced a life-threatening challenge when he wandered into the World's Edge Mountains and fought against a giant red dragon. They fought for an entire night, culminating with Abhorash striking a fatal blow to the dragon's heart. Satisfied, he drank a copious amount of the dragon's blood and declared his victory. This was the last time he ever felt bloodlust, for the dragon's blood completely washed away the need to drink blood. He would also aid the legendary knight, Gilles le Breton and his Grail Companions in creating the La Maisontaal Abbey. courtesy of a life-debt on Abhorash's part. The last reported signs of Abhorash was when he decided to venture further north towards the Chaos Wastes. What became of him remained unknown, with some speculations stating he went to look for greater challenges or like Sigmar, he ascended into Godhood.
  • Abhorash would return during the End Times, fighting alongside Gilles in fending off the Forces of Chaos as the eponymous event was looming ever closer. This valiant action was proven admirable by many people's standards, though what became of the two of them remained unknown. Then, Abhorash suddenly appeared in the House of Power, growling in anticipation. His declaration was what cemented his position in a whole new world.
Abhorash: I am Abhorash! First of the Blood Dragons and greatest of them all. I demand a battle, first and foremost and I will look for anyone worthy to lock my blades against. I will wander endlessly in search, and should you come across me, be prepared.
  • Despite his ferocious reputation and looks, Abhorash makes it very clear that he has no intent on feeding on the innocent, especially if they're defenceless. Compared to a lot of other vampires, Abhorash seems to be a downright saint and spares none of this sympathy towards criminals and cowards, whom the Blood Dragons believe are the only ones that attack the innocent. Still, this doesn't mean heroes aren't excluded from the Blood Dragon's list on who to feed, as they meet the requirements of the strong opponents that they fight and feast upon.
  • While Abhorash isn't exactly evil, his fellow Blood Dragons that he bought along as his heralds are not as subservient as he is when it comes to morals. They're still bloodthirsty and sociopathic vampires at the end of the day, though they do take the code of their rules very seriously, so they aren't openly going to harm any defenceless individuals or children. Unlike his brethren, Abhorash has no need to drink blood; all he seeks is the prospect of a good challenge and the Pantheon seemed all too appropriate for him.
  • While not a popular figure for heroes, Abhorash and the Blood Dragons have established quite the feared reputation towards criminals, namely because Abhorash despises those that prey on the weak and the innocent and instructs his Blood Dragons to prey on them. While the intent seems to benefit many and render them safe, the execution is far from moral and pretty. Ever since their arrival, all but the most daring and courageous of criminal scum tend to stay clear of wastelands during nighttime, for the Blood Dragons will be wandering around, looking for them and strong fighters to drink blood from.
  • While normally solitary, Abhorash is content to have someone to spend time with. He gets along with Kenpachi, Kisame and Carera for being fellow warriors who demand a good fight every once in a while and while wishing he could turn them into a vampire, Abhorash abstains from it, likely because he doesn't want to mess up their partnership with them. More often than not, they'll spar against one another either for fun or to bolster their own skills.
  • Being a knight himself, Abhorash does consider establishing ties to the House of Royalty, though given what he is, most of the residents are too intimidated to really approach him. Still, unlike Konrad and Mannfred, Abhorash has genuine charisma and will keep his word. He's pledged Aragorn, King Arthur and Zelda that he is willing to defend the House in intense situations like he did with Gilles le Breton during the End Times. While the three representatives were uneasy about Abhorash, they accepted the terms and Abhorash was quick to alert his Blood Dragons that no harm should be dealt with the House of Royalty.
  • While he seems like an ideal individual to recruit for the Hounds Of War, Abhorash not only has no interest but is open to defy and oppose Khorne and the other Chaos Gods. The Blood God seethes with anger and disappointment about this, but Abhorash would like to underscore that if Neferata (someone that he hates) opposed dabbling into Chaos's magic, then why shouldn't he. While not the friendliest, the vampire will not mind in allying himself with those who would obviously be uncomfortable with his presence when it comes to allying against the Forces of Chaos and, by extension, the Grand United Alliance of Evil.
  • Would really like to test his skills towards the numerous Overdeities in the Pantheon, though Abhorash does concede that he'd very likely lose. Still, vampires do tend to get stronger with age and the Blood Dragons seek every minute of their life honing their skills and improving their combat experience, so there's a good chance that Abhorash may fight as much as he could for the sole intent of fighting an Overdeity. A long road to be sure, but like any Challenge Seeker, it's all the more worth it.
  • Was intrigued to learn of the Dovahkiin, especially considering the fact that not only does he slay dragons and absorb their souls on a constant basis, but has even dealt with a God of Destruction and even fought an army of vampires. He has clashed against the Dragonborn, enjoying every second of it and expressed a desire to turn him into a vampire. This is considered a rare sentiment as Blood Dragons normally kill their opponents. To convert one would mean that said opponent must be truly worthwhile.
    • From there, some spark of interest was also extended towards Alduin and Miraak. Instead of the respect that he was seeking for, Abhorash instead came to see the former in scathing contempt as Alduin was not only treacherous but far too craven for his race in spite of his immense power and being a legitimate god. Alduin himself doesn't hold up Abhorash in high regard either, instead just rebutting that the dragon Abhorash killed was weak and that he has no chance of going up against him. As for the latter, Miraak is sincere in seeing Abhorash as a legitimate threat and respects his fighting skill, though, given the nature of dragons in his universe, he doesn't consider Abhorash as much of a threat as the Dovahkiin.
  • As Bretonnia takes a lot of cues from Aurturian Myth, Abhorash seems to be rather fond of King Arthur. Their first confrontation, while sour on Arthur part, was rather complimentary for the vampire, for he saw how Gilles resembled the legendary king in demeanour and reputation. While they have fought, Abhorash will resort to working with Arthur regarding mutual foes, just like he does for Aragorn and Zelda.
    • Arturia Pendragon was another figure of interest due to how she's a gender-bent King Arthur. Like the original king beforehand, Arturia distrusted Abhorash on first glance and battled against him, with the Blood Dragon admitting to having a good time. That said, Abhorash was perplexed to see Arturia taking visits to Bretonnia ever since it mysteriously resurfaced and is seeking to defend the vacant lands until either Louen Leoncoueur or Gilles himself make their way to the Pantheon and approves of her actions. He also likes Arturia's sense of honour regarding battles and would like to ask for her consent before battle. That said, he's not above threatening to turn Arturia into a vampire, mainly because she's simply too impressive and chivalrous to pass over.
      • While Gilgamesh keeps up to his arrogant attitude by declaring that Abhorash is beneath him, he does concede that he does have guts and perseverance, which is, to him, a lot of credit to give towards what Gilgamesh would usually call "mongrels". Abhorash himself is intrigued by the kind of power the King of Heroes possesses and seeks to challenge and drink his blood one day as a sign of accomplishment.
  • When it comes to his own race, he is pretty cordial to the good-natured ones and would often visit them. He found himself bonding with Alucard as both of them would eventually resent and oppose their superiors at some point for personal reasons (Neferata for Abhorash and Dracula for Alucard) and was intrigued by the concept of the dhampir, given that such a concept doesn't exist in the Warhammer world. Of course, he sees Nagash in seething contempt, given that it was his machinations that led to Neferata's corruption. While he is aware that without the Great Necromancers, the Blood Dragons wouldn't have existed, Abhorash's hatred towards Nagash still persists; if it weren't for him, Lahmia wouldn't have become ruined and he wouldn't have gone through a series of alienation and tragedy, just like many others.
    • Does not see Marlowe Roderick in any sort of respect. It would have been a different story if the town of Barrow was occupied by strong warriors, but the populace had no idea that vampires existed, let alone were prepared and thus comes to see Marlowe as a weakling because of this. Additionally, Vlad's successors, Konrad and Mannfred aren't too impressive either; none of them had a sense of honour like their father did and both were not above killing those weaker than them without discrimination, not to mention Mannfred is a giant coward when things don't go his way. While not as strong as him, Abhorash will be willing to kill Konrad and Mannfred as he sees them as far too disgusting for him and the Blood Dragons to comprehend.

  • After the success of Muse in their attempts to save their school and develop a reputation in the Idol music scene, the terminology consequently becomes more popular and competitive regarding high school girls who wanted to pursue the Idol Singer career. Such was the case of an upcoming Nonet band known as Aqours, consisting of a trio of individual year students and three sub-groups; CYaRon!, AZALEA and Guilty Kiss. Inspired by and taking heavy influences from Muse, Aqours series to save Uranohoshi Girls' School from being shut down and to create their own reception and reputation.
    • This, however, came with setbacks. Around the time Aqours was formed, the prospect of competition regarding aspiring Idol bands became larger and thus, the band was forced to challenge other groups like them. Also adding to the band's pressure and struggle was past events pertaining to the first iteration of Aqours and it's members, particularly Kanan Matsuura and Mari Ohara that led to its breakup and personal insecurities and troubles of each member's dilemma.
  • Like their predecessor and primary source of influence, the sub-groups that make up for 1/3 of Aqours tend to distinguish each other with different vocal and instrumental styles whilst keeping to the Pop genre and Idol culture.
    • CYaRon! (Chika Tamaki, You Watanabe and Ruby Kurosawa) are the "Smile" subunit, which tend to emphasize on lyrics about happiness with bright aesthetics and optimistic feelings. That said, they are willing to slow down to more melancholic ballads to contrast their usual style and provide a sense of versatility in their music style.
    • AZALEA (Kanan Matsuura, Dia Kurosawa and Hanamaru Kunikida) are the "Pure subunit. While sharing similar lyrical themes to CYaRon!, their vocal style is slower, yet more elegant and smooth whilst also taking instrumental cues from Electronic Music and Soft Rock to present a style of their own.
    • Guilty Kiss (Riko Sakurauchi, Yoshiko Tsushima and Mari Ohara) is the "Cool" subunit, who derive from the other two by instead taking influential cues from music originating from the Western Hemisphere. As a result, the music produced by Guilty Kiss is widely variable which includes, but not limited to, Western Pop, Electronic Dance Music and Hard Rock, which are not commonly seen within music produced by Idols.
  • Despite the efforts taken by the members of the girls to become noteworthy Idols, they were eventually unable to save their school from being shut down. Additionally, they came to the conclusion that trying to be just like Muse would be counterproductive and wouldn't bode well with each of the band members. Hence, they decided it would be best if they instead placed more emphasis on their own beliefs, feelings and they're personal talents in their music. While it has been a tough time trying to maintain being together, their ascension into the Pantheon, courtesy of Ugo and fan demand may help to mitigate that issue. The girls were delighted with the prospect of branching out to a whole new world with a new audience to sing and perform to.
  • Fittingly enough, Aqours's domains have a connection hub to the Water and Moisture section in the House of Nature. Whether it's a symbolic gesture of the group's association to water or that live at a beach town is up for anyone's guess. Not that it's an issue for them, given that it makes Aqours feel more at home and comfortable. This doesn't change the fact that every member is adventurous and spirited enough to travel around and explore.
    • They are amazed by the wildlife the Water and Moisture Sub-House tends to display, with them wanting to hang out with some of the fauna if given the chance. That said, Aqours were pretty blatant in keeping their distance from aquatic predators like Bruce, Meg, the Liopleurodon and the Lagiacrus. The latter three discouraged Aqours with the idea of having a music tour on a cruise ship due to their destructive capabilities, though there are plans by the House of Music to mitigate that chance.
  • They more-or-less figured that Muse would be in the Pantheon before they did, and the fact that they were both in prompted Aqours to consider a meetup at some point, given that Muse was the primary reason why Aqours existed in the first place. And when they did meet... Aqours were rather nervous, considering that their more experienced and superior predecessor may be disappointed at them. On the contrary, while Aqours did get scolded (notable example include Honoka not being happy at Chika being excited at the prospect of her high school shutting down and Umi expressing disappointment at Kanan's recklessness in her planned live performance that ended the first iteration of Aqours and strained her relationship with Mari), praised their efforts regardless, expressed sympathy over their failure, complimented their decision to pursue their own style to save their school and are all too happy to tour together. It took a while, but Aqours finally got the approval they desired from their childhood inspiration.
    • Still, they weren't the only girl groups to ascend. There was also the 765 Pro and LOONA; the former got along pretty well with Muse and the latter were an upstarting act during their own ascension, so they were able to find some sort of common ground with Aqours. 765 Pro saw Aqours as competition and there's the occasional debate on who is better between the two. Even then, there's no enmity to be showcased as the 765 Pro respected Aqours for their journey to become music artists and the two acts are known to complement one another on a regular basis.
    • Another Idol singer was Isola. While initially not on the best of terms, given that she was a villain, Isola has since turned on a new leaf and dedicates a lot of her time to her singing career. Aqours has admitted some respect for her work ethics and seeks to try harder in their performances. They do, however, find Isola a little weird as well, given that one of her ways to keep her career going is by workouts and agriculture. Still, some members of Aqours do have other talents (Kanan being a scuba diver, Ruby being good at sewing and You being skilled in most sports) so there is the idea that they can take jobs specializing in those to earn some cash.
    • Beyond Muse, Aqours also admitted to appreciating Michael Jackson and Freddie Mercury primarily due to their heavy influence in their music. It also helps that the two of them have an exuberant stage persona and demeanour, which Aqours take notes on so that they could make their own personal projections during their live tours. On the other side, Michael and Freddie are simply happy to see Aqours see them as an influence.
  • Their concluding perspective towards music is a direct antithesis to what Ernesto de la Cruz would indulge in. Case in point, while Aqours were able to fully accept Muse as their primary inspiration, yet still try to create their own style and stage demeanour, Ernesto took to not just stealing a song, but also murdering the original composer and taking credit for it. But given how everyone now looks at Ernesto, Aqours included, they are obviously not willing to strike a conversation with him, let alone perform together.
    • This did however coincided with the Girl Group meeting up with Miguel Rivera. Aqours expressed their sympathy to the boy when they realized he was prohibited from pursuing his dreams of performing music, mainly due to Ernesto's murder of his great-grandfather, Héctor. Miguel himself reciprocated by giving Aqours credit for giving it they're all in what they love doing most. Additionally, Héctor himself lent them his own gratitude in part for the girls befriending Miguel and they are more than welcome to visit Miguel and Héctor anytime.
  • Regarding music artists they don't like, Aqours would stay away from I-No, which most artists tend to do given the fact that she uses her guitar as a murder weapon and that she unrepentantly likes doing evil things for benefit. Mayhem is another point of issue, if mainly because Euronymous is just so mean-spirited and rude about anything that isn't to do with his interest or what he sees as music. Aqours is also incredibly uncomfortable about Dead, given his circumstances and with the greater controversy surrounding the band itself. That and Mayhem took to insulting Muse for their music and trying to save their school is another reason for Aqours to distance themselves as much as they could from that band.
  • Were saddened to learn of Kousei and Kaori's tale and as a result, Aqours is more than eager to try to help them out. Beyond their love for music, Riko is especially appreciative as she tends to be the member most interest in classical music, which Kousei happens to be very skilled in. Kaori is incredibly energetic like Chika is and being a fellow Sweet Tooth like Yoshiko and Dia would try to hang out with them during their spare time, often going around stores with the latter two to find chocolate and sweets to eat.
  • Like Muse before them, they are respected by the House of Friendship, given that each of them knew one another for years and are thoroughly dedicated to one another. Even then, they're still prone to bickering and teasing one another for their own amusement, but it's customary to make sure they don't let each other down, especially considering Kanan's situation that led to the first iteration of Aqours being closed down.
  • The Investigation Team have a varying relationship with Aqours, though all of them seem to be very amicable. Rise and Yukiko, being fellow School Idols and the former being a singer as well have the best relationship, with Aqours really appreciating their protective nature and for them enjoying their music in return. Riko herself was able to relate to Yu and Yosuke for being fellow immigrants to an isolated town from a large city and the turbulence that comes with it. Additionally, Yu being an Ace meant he found a spirited competitor in You as they're pretty much good in most sports they can participate in and are adequate chefs in their own right.
    • Regarding City-to-Town immigrants, there's also Hilda, who can similarly relate to Riko in that aspect. Being a spirited traveller, she would like to take Riko out on an adventure for fun, and she's stated that the rest of the group are more than welcome to come along. Riko thinks Hilda's experience of trying to adapt in a new environment would make a great theme for a song to write on.
  • Chika's love for her dog Shiitake would lead her to discover the Canines Sub-House where she would often hang out and play with the many residential dogs there like Hachiko, Krypto and Chibiterasu and Iggy. She's aware of the more aggressive dogs like Zinogre and Cerberus and wisely keeps her distance from them. Because of her weird mindset, she often likes to hypothesize flying around the Pantheon with Krypto or making huge sandcastles or sand statues of her and her bandmates with Iggy.
  • Hanamaru loves tech, which stems from the fact that Uranohoshi doesn't have much going around in regards to technology. So it came as no surprise when Hanamaru wanted to venture to the House of Technology, where she squeed at the sight of several futuristic devices and machinery. Hanamary would often try to get her hands on certain stuff like phones and computers and play around them, in addition to wanting to learn some skills like hacking from Hackerman. Still, she would like some company around her, given that the place she likes to go to also houses such beings like Omega, HAL 9000 and Brainiac.
    • She also became friends with Kayla Day and Summer Smith. With the former, Kayla was eager to teach Hanamaru in how to use a phone and convincing her [Kayla's] father to buy her one. It also helps that both of them struggled in having friendships and Kayla can relate to her in more ways than one. With the latter, Summer is mostly the same with Hanamaru, though she does find her antics with Aqours just as amusing as it is heartwarming. That said, Summer doesn't want Hanamaru to suddenly get introduced to portal-creating devices and go on a dimension-hopping trip like her grandfather and younger brother Rick and Morty, because Hanamaru would likely endanger herself.
  • Ruby would often visit the House of Costumes, given that one of her main talents is at sewing and she does happen to be Aqours's costume manager. She quickly became friends with Rarity, with the unicorn opting to get Ruby to become more creative in her craft. She was intrigued to learn of Shiki Misaki and how she uses her stuffed cat in combat, in addition to being really dedicated to her fashion style. Shiki will see to whether Aqours would approve with a cat-motive at some point, which made Ruby chuckle at the suggestion.
  • Given her Chuunibyou tendencies, Yoshiko can sometimes come off as annoying, though there is some appreciation from fellow deities just like her. Megumin seems to like how she's trying to be edgy and wants to play with her in that sort of antic. Okabe also finds her "Yohane" act to be endearing, though he muses whether she's trying to desperately channel Batman with her deep-voice impersonation. Yoshiko herself seems to be personally excited at the prospect of time-travelling after learning of Okabe going through with it, although the experience was a less-than-pleasant one and Okabe would rather not tell her to do what he did.
