Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

  • The only known survivor of the town of Flevance the "White City" which produced a lead that became poisonous to those exposed to it, Law had a pretty hard life once his entire city became scorned by the outside world. The young Law lost his entire family in the World Government's genocide against his people and he escaped his nation where he ended up with the Donquixote family who welcomed him. Infected with the disease that his friends and family died for, Law thought he would spend the rest of his short life as a Straw Nihilist who was hated by the world for his disease. However, Donquixote Rocinante, Doflamingo's brother travelled across the lands to search for a cure for Trafalgar Law. Rejected by doctor to doctor for his illness, Rocinante believed Law could be saved by the Op-Op Fruit that his brother and the World Government sought after for its immortality-giving capabilities. However, Rocinante would be killed by his own brother after having Law eat the Devil Fruit, saving him at the cost of his life. Law eventually became a pirate and captained the Heart Pirates, being part of the notorious Worst Generation and ascended to being a Warlord of the Sea after sending a hundred hearts of pirates to the World Government. Ultimately, Law planned to destroy Doflamingo in revenge by first alighning himself Dolfamingo's SMILE supplier, Caesar Clown. Then of course, the Straw Hats came and Law had to lie through his teeth that it was part of an overall scheme to kill Kaido, one of the Four Emperors. At this point, Law is both grateful and extremely regretful that he concocted that lie as he is now in for the fight of his lifetime.
Law: IT WAS SUPPOSED TO JUST BE DONQUIXOTE FAMILY. I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR THAT FULL-BLOWN WAR WITH THE EMPERORS OR BE IN A RAZOR COMMERCIAL.
  • Law's Devil Fruit has been sought out especially by the World Governments for its capabilities on granting immortality to people, though that currently is a secret. The Devil Fruit cured Law's illness and also gave him the power to control anything within its "ROOM" and begin to manipulate ethe world around it. Swapping, removals, levitating, and scanning are what Law can do within this space and if a person lets their guard down for one second, the Op-Op Devil Fruit user would surely attain victory. Law is even capable of swapping the consciousnesses of people, separate limbs off cleanly, and remove organs (even his own) without any lethality behind it. The point is that if Haki was not a thing, then Law would practically be invincible if he is completely serious. This is further compounded with his Devil Fruit Awakening where he have objects be altered to defy space itself. It is no wonder why Law was picked as a Warlord or was so sought after.
  • Donquixote Doflamingo is one of the most ruthless pirates out there, something that Law can attests to. Law in his childhood knew how evil the crew of Donquixote are, but now all he sees is the misery they wrought onto the world. Law is glad that Luffy gave Donflamingo a one way ticket to an Impel Down cell. If Doflamingo ever were to escape though by some freaky circumstance, Law is willing to cut Doflamingo to sausages himself, served on a silver platter. If Doflamingo heard that remark, he would assume he taught Law well.
  • He may not look like it, Law is an master surgeon as it was the profession of his parents. His Op-Op Fruit has only helped with that and allows Law to simply teleport what is needed to be removed. For this, Law is considered one of the if not the MOST skilled surgeon in the Pantheon. That includes Hiiro Kagami who had surgically removed a cancer tumor once. Dr. House though is not impressed by what Law can do, having cited that though he is a diagnostician and cannot speak for surgeons, his Devil Fruit must be carrying Law's surgical skills. Law would rebutt that all doctors use everything in their disposal to save their patients, whether that be tools or technology. So what does it matter if he is skilled at all as the only thing that matters is saving the patient.
  • Due to what transpired with Caesar Clown, Law does not take human experimentation well after having to cure a bunch of gigantified children from their drug addictions. One of the leading persons in the Pantheon in unethical experimentation is Shinra and the man who runs that division is Professor Hojo. Law went off to destroy Hojo's research but one particular person in his way was Sephiroth. Sephiroth held no love for his "father" or Shinra but needed some breakthrough data Hojo collected. Needless to say, Law nearly died fighting Sephiroth and even regarding his powerful abilities, Law can only do so much agains such a strong foe. Law immediately then teleported the terminal where the data is stored in front of Sephiroth who sliced it up, and then ran off with his bearings. Law still wondered what was Hojo researching into that got Sephiroth interested, so he directly went to those who are against Shinra to find out. They do not know either, though they want to get to the bottom of something so concerning even more than Law is.
  • Considering that he witnessed the deaths of all his loved ones at the hands of neighboring nations who wanted to wipe out the citizens of Flevance for an assumption, Law does not take it kindly to those who committed genocide especially on unjustified grounds. For this, he hates Father and King Bradley for their genocide of the Ishvalens, as it was perpetuated on their end to have the lives taken to fuel Father's plans. Law also has an extreme dislike to one of the highest murderers of the Ishvalen Genocide (which he is going to call it that as calling it war implies Ishvalens could sufficiently fight back), Solf J. Kimblee. Kimblee stated that he just did whatever his superiors told him and Law could not fault him on that. Law agreed, and instead damned all of the soldiers then.
Law: I've seen a lot of death when I was a kid. I even got away from my town by being under a pile of rotting corpses that died to disease, bullets, and were charred beyond recognition. You can justify all these atrocities you want, but you're still shooting and bombing people who have done nothing. If being a heartless bastard is the quality that soldiers carry, then you military people can kiss my ass!
  • The remnants of Umbrella Corp have been keen on researching Law's Devil Fruit. The Weskers have pushed for this, having cited that the Op-Op Devil Fruit's capabilities would unify Umbrella once again and have the world forgive the company's past actions. However, many funders of the current Umbrella showcased skepticism with the Weskers on their pursuit of the Op-Op Devil Fruit. They acknowledged that having it in their possession would skyrocket the company's popularity, they believe that they are doing it to grant themselves immortality, rather than for the company's interest. It does not help that Alex Wesker said the best solution for procurement of the Op-Op Devil Fruit was having Law grant immortality to a member of the board (her) and then search out the Devil Fruit that bloomed somewhere else. It would be harder to try to have Law cooperate with Umbrella, which in truth, is undeniable. Also, this would kill two birds with one stone as having a man who can cure anyone of mostly anything... is not a person that the pharmaceutical industry would not want alive to be honest.
  • Voldemort has been searching most of his life for ways to live forever and it miffs him that the most least painful way for him to get it belongs to a pirate trained as a surgeon of all things. For this, he wanted Law kidnapped and be forced to grant him immortality. Of course, Law will not throw his life for a noseless freak so there was a high activity of Death Eaters being sent to take people hostage and force him to give it. Before any Auror can show up, Law teleported all of the hostages there were and switched the heads of the Death Eaters before any serious harm could be done. Harry Potter was impressed by Law's control over the situation and wanted his help when dealing with Voldemort. Law said no, much to Potter's disappointment though said that if Voldemort came after him again, he would deliver the Dark Lord's talking head to the Ministry of Magic.
Law: Maybe you can dehydrate then shrink his head, then hang it on the doorway...
    Harry Potter: Good lord.
  • Law once stumbled onto a medical emergency that needed his presence. A sentient starfish needed immediate surgical help after the starfish's entire scalp was chipped off which included the brain. Law instantly had the scalp be refitted back to the head of the starfish but the issue was that scalp he fitted back on was not the scalp at all. It was a piece of coral and needless to say, Patrick Star experienced a second lapse of intelligence as a result. The starfish immediately notified Spongebob and Law of this error and they all ended up scouring the beach and trying on every piece of coral on Patrick's head until they fixed him. Law had to deal with his patient acting like a psycho, spouting on the secrets of the universe, and a bunch of other things along those lines until they fitted back on what was Patrick Star's true scalp. With no memory of Law's efforts, Patrick stubbornly believed that Law experimented on him and swore that he would never trust doctors and will now believe pseudo-medicine that he finds online. Patrick had to be saved by Law a second time to have his stomach pumped from ingesting bleach, much to Spongebob's thankfulness.
  • A certain fish named Fred asked Law to have his legs be replaced with legs that are far more durable and stronger than his current fins would allow. Law who has performed limb surgery granted Fred's wish by replaced Fred's legs with the legs of a kangaroo. Do not ask where Law had kangaroo legs from. From then on, Fed went about his days, leaping and kicking the every living tard out of everything until the Bikini Bottom cops got on his case for litering. Being a wanted man, Fred begged Law to return to normal as the police only identified him as "fish with muscular legs." Law changed him back, though had to whack Fred for thinking that no problems would arise from having kangaroo legs. Where did Law whack Fred? Obviously...
    Fred: MY HEAD!
  • No, he is not a subordinate to Straw Hat Luffy. He is just... really overshadowed by Luffy. The Surgeon of Death is not miffed on that, no matter who asks.

RE: ShonenTrash98

Being an Evil Matriarch, what would her interaction with Sofia Lamb be like?

Hmmm... Sofia Lamb has a lot in common with Lucrezia - both evil mothers obsessed with Mind Control who want to end The Evils of Free Will. But they also seem to have different personalities, with Sofia being a cold philosophical Totalitarian Utilitarian and Lucrezia being a rash impulsive narcissist. They would make interesting Foils and/or Mirror Characters to one another.

And given Percy turned down godhood to live as a demigod with Annabeth, how would he feel and accept being offered an invitation to join the Pantheon?

Given that Annabeth is also in the pantheon, I would say he would like it but would also see the irony.

[up][up][up] I think Epon could be an interesting friend for Bastion, who would be interested in her relation to nature given that bastion loves it. Given her effect on technology, that should have in theory put bastion out of comission but he somehow managed to reactivate later on its own (a nod to how he was left in nature for years) and is still curious about the nature goddess. As a remedy, they could become pen pals, i think that would be a fun work around for a robot that loves nature and a nature-themed religious person to bond.

Removing Vile from the Pantheon now; hopefully, we'll see him return when and if someone comes up with a different trope for him.

@wootzits: Hagen is a dog that was forced into a dog-fighting ring, which caused the dog to eventually escape, just to get caught again by dog catchers, leading to Hagen freeing other dogs in the pound to violently and lethally revolt against the abusive humans, though Hagen still has compassion towards more friendly dog owners overall.

[tup] for Lincoln Clay.

@M1gami: Ra's Al Ghul is known for maintaining nigh-eternal life through the Lazarus Pits. Martin Walker was a soldier involved in a survivor-seeking mission in Dubai, with one of the people involved, Riggs, having planned to kill off Dubai's people by eliminating their water supply. Also, I think Law would be annoyed by the Medic trying to use Law as a source of free organs. Fran Madaraki is also a questionable doctor that is rather apathetic toward the suffering her treatments give her patients. Red Beard is a more morally upright doctor that Law would respect.

@RJ: Epon's first paragraph is unfinished. Also, perhaps she would learn about the benevolent religion under the Acolyte and Radiant Goddess given curiosity regarding how the Goddess herself was a former mortal who had her own romance with her universe's true god and creator. As for SCP-682, The Grey Goo would be considered yet another nuclear option that the SCP Foundation wouldn't want to use on SCP-682 despite being to fully consume everything smaller than it, given that it has universe-consuming potential.

  • Odd Friendship With: Felicia Hardy (don't ask), Wade Wilson/Deadpool.
  • Born as Another Masters, the man who would eventually become an infamous supervillain was once a kid who could mimic the skills of famous athletes just by watching them on television. After joining S.H.I.E.L.D, the young agent came across the Nazi's experimental version of the super-soldier serum that made Steve Rodgers the superhero he was today. After taking the serum, his memories began to fade out of his mind while his memory of fighting techniques was strengthened letting him perform difficult moves perfectly like his enemies. After becoming a supervillain, his famous "skull face" of his came from a visit to Mexico where Tony used the mask to honor Santa Muerte.
  • Taskmaster is physically no faster or stronger than a good Olympic athlete, even as a god, but he has "photographic reflexes". He can watch other humanoid's physical movements and duplicate them without practice, no matter how complex. Combined with a photographic memory, the tech-assisted ability to duplicate voices, a hologram emitter, and a little thing stolen from the MIB that can spontaneously create simple shapes out of solid energy, he is a true master of hand-to-hand combat, and melee fighting as well.
  • He is also able to impersonate many of the gods with a high degree of success; he has acted in Cap's stead on a few occasions. He is supposed to be accounted for at all times, but there's not much worry when he disappears - Deadpool will bring him back sooner or later.
  • Though he could have stuck with thieving or being a standard supervillain, Tasky took up training Mooks. Able to show them every fighting style he's ever seen, he is very successful. Between getting assignments in Nick Fury's organization of S.H.I.E.L.D, the Avengers, the Thunderbolts, and many other significant players in the Marvel universe Taskmaster was considered a valuable player for various deities in the Pantheon.
    • Villain organizations such as HYDRA or SHOCKER were quick to pay for his services in training their various amounts of henchmen. While he didn't have much respect for each ideal of said groups, the money and desire to give young individuals the skills necessary to become better Mooks was worth it.
  • Several Avengers such as Captain America, Hawkeye, and Spider-Man have had their share of run-ins with the copycat villain. While never wanting to cause too much trouble, the skull-faced mercenary would prove to be quite the annoyance for the various heroes with his copying their moves and fighting styles.
    • Natasha, in particular, had a major issue with the hired trainee for henchmen because Tony was a traitor of S.H.I.E.L.D and held no respect for both the Russian super spy and her "friends" that he was paid to beat up by other villains.
  • Deadpool and Taskmaster were both asked what their relationship was like considering they would end up trying to kill each other one day, but then both could wind up not only hanging out at a bar later for drinks along with being on a team fighting together. They both didn't know how to respond just saying they should ask that question again some other time.
  • Taskmaster has stiff competition in his field of work as fellow hired guns such as Bullseye and Crimson Viper, each of whom felt that Tony was getting involved with too many affairs that had nothing to do with him. Tony considered it an honest living while Bullseye just killed for the shits and giggles. Crimson felt that the copycat villain left his options for hired jobs too open for anyone to manipulate him, which he even admitted was possible however he couldn't turn down take a paycheck that had six figures written on it.
  • Kakashi once encountered the white-cloaked villain once who was curious about the potential of the Sharingan's abilities while pretending to use hand-sealing formations like another shinobi. The leader of Team Seven found Tony rather irritating when he complimented the skills of his right eye, but admitted the supervillain was pretty skilled at copying his own moves even using a kunai in the mouth like Zabuza.
  • Raiden despises the hired assassin finding him akin to how Desperado Enforcement behaved, so naturally the cyborg mercenaries quickly hired Taskmaster for training experience alongside the newly "made" cyborg soldiers for battle in the Pantheon. Armstrong even considers the skull-faced villain like the real definition of the "American Dream" personified. Raiden agreed with the Senator that he was the face of America's shit that made the rest of the world smell how foul the country had become thanks to terrorism.
  • If there's one thing that really gets under Taskmaster's skin it would be things that he can't copy or try and copy him. Havik for example is someone Tony can't duplicate with his fighting style. Similar to Havik along with Kirby, who in fact nearly sucked him up during a fight. Taskmaster didn't want to end up at the bottom of Kirby's seemingly endless stomach. Meta Knight was more intrigued with the skull-face villain's technique because of the fact he wasn't able to exactly fly like Meta Knight, yet when Meta Knight stuck to the ground Taskmaster not only kept up with the lone swordsman but nearly knocked off his mask with that trademark sword. Taskmaster admired the warrior spirit of the "little Spanish guy" before leaving him hoping for another fight someday.
  • He's also gotten calls from rather powerful beings like Black Cross King who along with other Super Sentai and Power Ranger villains in the Pantheon hoped Taskmaster could improve the skills of the various underlings in their respective armies.
  • Several fighting tyrants in the Pantheon such as Bison along with the Mishimas, Geese, and Rugal wanted to test the skills of the copycat. The head of Shadaloo felt impressed with his capabilities hoping he would consider enlisting in his efforts to overthrow the world warriors mainly Ryu his dreaded nemesis.
  • Heiachi didn't seem entertained when Tony began mimicking the fighting style of his son even using the "Demon God" fist attack much to his son's amusement. The Mishimas then saught out Taskmaster's service in the hopes of defeating one another.
  • Gesse Howard brought up the supervillain to Rugal's attention sighting his talent of "stealing" techniques from others in the hopes of making a new King of Fighters tournament interesting with him in the game.

  • Enemies: Dr. Facilier, Yzma, Ripto, all malicious dragon hunters
  • Fear: the Dovahkiin
  • Oppose: The Enchantress
  • In a world called Rainbow Star, the story of Bub and Bob began when their friends Betty and Patty left the village they lived in to explore the nearby woods, stumbling into a mysterious area known as the Magician's Forest. Due to their unfamiliar surroundings, the two became lost, accidentally wandering into a cave deep in the forest known as the Cave of Monsters. The girls met Super Drunk, master of the cave, who kidnapped them and trapped them on the 100th floor. Bub and Bob set out to rescue the two, but ran afoul of Super Drunk as well, who transformed them into Bubble Dragons. Using their newfound abilities, the two set out to journey through all one hundred floors of the cave in order to rescue the girls. Not only did the pair accomplish this, they also found their parents, and they turned back to normal. However, canon gets much murkier from then on. Besides two other adventures as humans, more battles against Super Drunk and other villains commence, and sometimes the boys are cursed into bubble dragons again or perhaps they've always been bubble dragons to begin with.
  • What remains consistent however is that Bub and Bob are able to shoot out bubbles and encase foes in them before tackling and defeating them, converting them into food items to eat. This serves as their main method of attack, and bubbles are also what transport them between levels in most games. As such, given their entire shtick, this makes them viable candidates for the trope Floating in a Bubble.
  • For consistency's sake, Bub and Bob are contacted as they are in the True Ending of Bubble Symphony, where the brothers and their girlfriends (who happen to be sisters) regain their human forms, vanquish Hyper Drunk, and are crowned royalty by the denizens. They were aware that there was still a new adventure awaiting them, and it indeed came when an envoy of the Pantheon arrived to invite them. They were all eager to see this new place, but due to "clerical issues", only Bub and Bob can be official deities by way of them having much more adventures. Still, that doesn't mean their girlfriends can't come along; it's just under the Herald rank.
  • Due to continuity issues in regards to whether they were cursed or if they've always been bubble dragons, in the Pantheon, Bub and Bob (plus their girlfriends) are given the ability to transform between their more popular bubble dragon forms and their original human forms. While they are each a One-Hit-Point Wonder in their games due to a Curse, that doesn't apply here, but they're still only somewhat more durable than your average kid, even as bubble dragons.
    • As dragons, they can shoot bubbles from their mouths, and not just a spray of little ones, either. These bubbles come out their own size, and upon contact with a target, it traps them inside and floats them upward, and when these bubbles are burst from the outside, this will usually fell most Mooks, but enough bubbles can eventually encase tougher foes once they're sufficiently weakened. Shooting bubbles at each other will just bounce them off and float up. However, if not interacted with for some time, victims of these bubbles can break out safely. Empty bubbles can be bounced on.
      • There are other things they can do with their bubbles, though. They can inflate themselves to float, encase themselves in a bubble to do the same, shoot bubbles in a pattern (Bub's is three bubbles straight forward, and Bob's is in a spread pattern), and shoot larger bubbles (which can trap multiple targets at once). These larger bubbles can bounce off walls, and if it catches either Bub or Bob, they can enter it and perform the Rolling Bubble, where they can charge into more foes.
    • That's not to say their human forms are helpless though. With bubble pipes, they can still shoot bubbles, shoot them in patterns, and bounce on them, all with as much effect as their dragon forms. They also have Rainbow Magic, where they can summon a rainbow in front of them that will damage foes when summoned or when falling from above. These rainbows crumble and fall when jumped on if they will it so, and they can walk on them safely. They can also slow their fall by flapping their arms. Additionally, they also have Magic Parasols with which they can pick up (and stun other foes of similar or smaller size by touching them) and toss foes with, float down a la Parasol Parachute, shield against things like missiles and laser beams, and travel across worlds with them a la Mary Poppins. Between the two, Bub prefers his bubble dragon form more since he likes being called cute.
  • Another thing that showed up in their temple is a Puzzle Bobble gaming machine, and this a popular go-to for gaming visitors as they play against each other, against the bubble dragons (deities or heralds), or against preset puzzles.
  • When it comes to suffering a different from due to a curse and trying to find a way to change back, Bub and Bob… weren't exactly alone in that regard, such as Tiana and Naveen (frogs), Kuzco (llama, and a few others), Odette (swan), Prince Adam/The Beast, and Link (all sorts). Being friendly folks, the duo made friends with all of them, and oppose those responsible for the transformations (if they're in the Pantheon).
  • Being dragons (at least some of the time), Bub and Bub inevitably encountered others of their kind. While they've become friends with most of the friendly dragons in the Pantheon, one particular one was Jake Long, who can also switch between human and dragon forms, even if that privilege is Pantheon-exclusive for the bubble dragons. Another is Spyro, who can also shoot bubbles among his many breath attacks.
    • This also came with enemies, such as Ripto (dragon hater, never mind that Bub and Bob's forms were maybe from a curse), and most dragon hunters (except the Dovahkiin, who is "merely" scary). On the other hand, unless the hunter is particularly evil, returning to human form usually spares them from murder… but may also subject them to different fates instead.
  • One idiot claimed to have seen another bubble dragon around and directed them to the House of Science. Turns out that idiot was referencing Dr. Alphys, given similarities in body shape. When the monster scientist cleared up the confusion, she also noticed that despite their forms, Bub and Bob's SOULs are still human. They parted ways as friends anyway.
  • One time, while rescuing the Gang of Seven from a bunch of Shadow Heartless, upon seeing them get bubbled, Cera charged at them with more anger than she was normally, helping deal with them. When Bob asked, she was cagey until Petrie blurted out that one time she got trapped in a bubbly mud pit bubble and he had to burst her out. When Bub then asked why she didn't just pop herself out with her horn, she refused to answer and walked away.
  • As fellow bubble-shooters, the pair have also gotten along with Stella of the Angry Birds, Ceasar Zeppeli, and Rolling Bubbles of the PPGZ.
  • Bub likes all sorts of fruits, but not umeboshi (very sour preserved Japanese plums). He mistook it for a cherry once, and he felt his cheeks almost fall off as a result.
  • Upon being introduced to YouTube, video games, Let's Play, streaming, and V-Tubers, Bub decided to try his hand at them.

This is still incomplete but I'm just posting this to let you know that I'm still working on it and to ask for feedback on the profile so far. My worries are that I've added too much information or fluff but I wanted to know what you think of my introduction stuff.

Note: the Green Text are from the original profile and the color is not going to be included in the final draft.

I also need additional followers and/or other people he would have interacted not listed in the relationship section with the additional information I've added.

Edit: i'm gonna assume no reply means no objections, which is good

  • Within a span of one week, a series of mysterious cases baffled even the brightness of officers and detectives from the House of Law and Justice and shook the rest of a number of Pantheon’s denizens as the news was being reported within the domain. Several high profile human members have been found dead inside their temples; with some of their bodies being stored in closets after being garroted, some killed by apparent accidents, some being poisoned by their favorite food. There's little evidence the officers can find as the cameras were mysteriously shut down during the incidents, no fingerprints are found and no signs of forced entry. Once more, these victims rarely come to their temples, so the killer likely also planned their movements as well and making these cases a series of planned hits a likely possibility, the police and detectives speculated.
    • Guards in the temple vicinity didn't notice anything suspicious during their surveillance, but some recalled seeing one of the new hires being around the murder area. The head of the guards confirmed that there were no new recruits stationed in that area around the time of the killings. Some eyewitnesses, who regularly visit the victims’ temples, remember seeing a bald man wearing repairman uniform carrying a suitcase around but they are unable to identify what he looks like. Police eventually found several unconscious (but otherwise mostly unharmed) men in their underwear inside a nearby dumpster with bags of their uniforms and clothes near them. When they finally awoke, they don’t recall seeing the assailant either nor do they recall how they ended up inside the dumpster, other than being attacked from behind, which ranges from being choked until they passed out, having something injected on their neck, or having something hit them from behind.
    • While the victims would still live given that they are immortal (although some deities just take a lot longer to revive themselves depending on their injuries), the divine officers and detectives are on high alert and gathering any clue or evidence they possibly find before any more hits can happen. Meanwhile rumors began to spread within the Pantheon how the murders happened around the time of the arrival of a new deity from a week ago.
  • Considered one of the greatest and most elusive assassin in his world, Agent 47 is known for his creative and varied ways in which he assassinates his targets, his persistence in making sure he eliminates all people he was hired to kill (save for a few expectations), and his unfaltering dedication to his line of work. But underneath his stoic demeanor, lies a dark and tragic and mysterious past. He was the product of a secret cloning experiment done by one named Dr. Ort-Mayer to create the perfect assassin using the DNA from himself and 4 other individuals from different backgrounds. He was later recruited by the International Contract Agency (ICA), a neutral organization that takes contracts for anyone willing to pay, upon the insistence of his future handler Diana Burnwood, who sees the potential in him despite 47's unknown background. His notable feats include: assassinating all 5 of his supposed “fathers” and an army of his clone brethren, successfully rescuing his priest friend and killing the men responsible for his kidnapping, unwittingly faked his own death and coming back to life at his own funeral in order to eliminate the remaining members of a rival contract agency, single handedly took down the very agency he worked for, not once but twice, when it got compromised and used for their own gain and aided in dismantling a powerful shadow organization that secret runs the world by eliminating its most powerful and prominent members one by one. Not to mention, the countless criminals of varying crimes and the corrupted high class people that die by his hands.
  • Around more than a year after the events on the Carpathian Mountains and resuming into his chosen profession, 47 reviews a bunch of potential contracts from his handler Diana, who has been taking up new clients following the dissolvement of the ICA and Providence. One of the contracts stood out, as all targets were hailing from a place called the Pantheon, a place where the Gods reside, with the reward being the usual huge sum of money and an invitation to reside within the realm. He was doubtful at this proposal at first, unsure if he's being tricked or what make of the possibility of being a god if it's true. But the contract came with information compiled from his handler about the background of the Pantheon, its residents and group entities, some of them are of the fantastical nature like superpowered beings to giant robots to talking ponies. They also contain deities 47 would be familiar with, which include criminals who wanted to expand their empire, corrupt people of high status to shadow governments as large if not larger than the ones he had faced. Having faith in his partner’s judgment having worked together for so long and knowing this would be a challenge they were both interested in, he decides to accept the contract and prepares for his next hit. After 47 completed one of his Pantheon contracts and returned to his current hideout, he finds a mysterious letter delivered to him, stating he was invited to the realm Gods, as God of Consummate Professionals, for his skills, demeanor and actions both the Pantheon and in his mortal realm.
  • Upon ascending, he along with his herald have opened themselves to accepting contracts for the Pantheon and as well as for targets in their respective normal realms. Being the professional assassin he is, 47 is not afraid to assassinate anyone in the Pantheon he is contracted to kill, regardless of the deity's rank and power. He won't even refuse to assassinate Asura if contracted to do so. Though he admits that such a task would be… difficult. He and his herald does however refuse to accept contracts harming children, even if the child was evil like Stewie Griffin. He also tend to avoids harming and killing non-target if ever possible, although it's more out of a sense of professional pride than any moral hesitation.
  • The temple where he stays is a safehouse, which stores he stores various guns, explosives, other weapons and poisons that would aid in his missions. He also where he stores some of his favorite suits and disguises as well. It also comes with a sophisticated shooting range, he does target practice to refine his skills. He doesn't stay there for often as he prefer to move around and not linger on a location for long. It only appears to his most loyal followers, who are sharp enough to find it as it's well hidden. Even then, they are not allow inside the basement of the temple where all of his stuff is located.
  • 47 would sometimes disguise as other male human and humanoid deities or pretend to be a new deity with a title no-one has claimed. Sometimes it's because he's on a mission, sometimes it's to hide his identity while he explores the various places in the Pantheon. His disguise mainly compose of a clothes change and very convincing acting the part of the person or persona he is trying to pretend, which works surprisingly well on a lot of people. But mindreaders and psychics like Haruka Kotoura and Charles Xavier and those with keen observational skills like L are not easily fooled and 47 tends to avoid and keep an eye on them as to not blow his cover.
    • In addition to his first title, he was later granted the second title of God of Blending-In Stealth Gameplay due to his ability to blend-in and avoiding detection within crowds. As part of his title, a condition was placed where if he gets caught in a middle of a crime by guards, innocent civilians or left any evidence was tied to him, he would be reported immediately to the House of Law and Justice and be immediately shot on sight. 47 accepts this condition as he likes to challenge himself.
  • Yes, "47" is the name he goes by as what is his former captors would refer to him and what his handler Diana would later give him at his behest. He recently renounced this name sometime after an incident in the Carpathian Mountains., through his handler would still refer him as "47" and just dropped the title "Agent" from that name. For now, the deities would either to him as either "47" for convenience, by his frequently used alias "Tobias Rieper" or whichever alias he used to check-in when dressed in his non-black suit red-tie attire around the Pantheon. He was asked why he hasn't adopted a normal given name yet. His reply? "Names are for friends, so I don't need one."
  • He's a frequent visitor of the House of Travel as his profession requires a lot of travelling. He's also a frequent visitor of the House of Weapons, mainly to shop for pistols, sniper rifles or explosives he would use for his missions or restock on some ammo (they made a deal to be his supplier in exchange for hush money so that they wouldn't rat him out to the officers who are actively looking for him). Occasionally, in his free time, he would visit the Houses of Culture to study the places he's assigned to as to not stand out like the Thom(p)sons as well as the Houses of Knowledge and Jobs and Profession to study whichever jobs or hobbies are available that could get him closer to his target(s). Surprisingly, he rarely goes to House of Costumes since that he prefers to get his suits from his preferred tailor in his mortal realm or whichever clothes he finds lying around or on a person, thought he does goes there to get a fun wacky costume or two.
    • Sometimes 47 prefers to work-out and jogs in and around his temple or alone in some isolated forested parts of the House of Nature rather the semi-popular House of Sports. It's also convenience for him as he can pick up poisons from its sub-house, Hall of Toxicity.
    • The house he actively avoids is the House of Mentalism given the aforementioned mindreaders but also because the Hall dedicated to memories makes him uneasy given that he only has spare memories of his time before escaping the asylum and recruited in the ICA (and they were not pleasant ones). Although, if he ever finds himself being assigned to that House for a hit, he may need to find a way to shield his head upon entering.
  • Agent 47 has an unusual respect toward the House of Faith, a fraction of the money he earns from his contract killings go to that house. This is because one of the first people he confided to whom took him in even after being aware of his assassins clone origins to was an Italian priest, and although they went their separate ways following his return to chosen profession, he still remember him fondly. The Gods of that house, however, have mixed feelings aboutthe whole thing as while they appreciate the fact that he's donating to charity, they obvious don't appreciate way in which he earns that money. Some felt like he should have heed his priest advise in going to the righteous path while others like Father Anderson, would have preferred him to use his skills to fight against evil in the name of the Lord. For now, 47 says his content with his decision and wants to use his skills his own way. On a side note, he keeps an eye on any nun deities, good or otherwise due to his experiences with similarity dressed assassination squad called The Saints.
  • "A contract is a contract."

RE: @Excessive-Menace

When it comes to suggestions, you're supposed to write them down in the profile. Just saying this if you don't know already.

Thank you for letting be know but both of the things ShonenTrash said were in the forms of questions. Are questions requests? What makes something a request?

Also by "the profile" I assume you mean in the sandbox?

I wrote it as a question but it's a suggestion (no strict way to phrase a suggestion for a profile when asking for feedback). If you want to implement a suggestion you'd make an edit for the profile in your Sandbox

[up][up] A suggestion would sometimes be phrased as a question, other times a statement. Either way, you should answer it by writing out the interaction in the profile. And yes, you add the suggestion in the sandbox where the profile is located.

[up] & [up][up] Thanks fellas. I'll remember this for next time.

Also RE: ShonenTrash [up][up], when you (or anyone else) give(s) a suggestion in question form like "What would (Proposal)'s interactions be like with (Ascended deity)?" - do you have a specific interaction in mind, or do you just want me to write whatever interaction I want between the two & you'll see the results?

Also RE: Excessive-Menace [up], if I have my own idea for an interaction, I can just write it on my own without asking you guys right? I assume so but I just want to make sure.

[up] It is absolutely okay to write in your own interactions if you come up with them by yourself. There is no need to ask anyone here for permission to add them.

Also, with Shonen's question (How would X interact with Y), I believe the latter (write down your own interaction) applies. Be creative, but make sure that the two are in-character.

The Wolf and the Lost Ember, Divine Guides of those Barred from the Afterlife (Kalani and Atevo)

Atevo and Kalani's spirits
  • Lesser God (the Wolf), Quasideity (the Lost Ember)
  • Symbol: A circle with a triangle on the bottom sector pointing toward the center
  • Theme Song: "Come Back Home", "Your Light", "All That You Are"
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good for the Wolf, Lawful Neutral for the Lost Ember
  • Portfolio: Prevented from entering the City of Light, piecing together who they were in their past lives through exploring the ruins of a lost Inca-inspired civilization and turning out to be father and daughter, being on equally destructive sides of a revolution, holding on to the amulets of lost loved ones and performing funerals for them, blaming each other for their actions, terrible realizations of what they've done and trying to make things right
  • Domains: Wolves, Spirits, Family, Nature, Travel, Death
  • Allies: The Guardians of the Northern Lights, The ABZU Diver, The Robed Figure, Amaterasu, Stella and Daffodil, Rook and Alette, Jim Raynor, Hagen
  • Enemies: Arcturus Mengsk, Cruella De Vil
  • Respects: Kuzco
  • Pities: Captain Martin Walker
  • Complicated Relationship: House of Beasts and Fauna
  • Yanrana custom states that those that are true to their beliefs and undergo a Viking Funeral will go to the City of Light. Those that don't are reborn as wild beasts. One day, a wolf is woken up by a ball of red light, asking for her help dislodging an amulet from a skeleton. She ends up summoning the spirit of Kalani, who tasks the wolf, her reincarnation, with helping the Lost Ember reach the City of Light. As they travel through the ruins of the Yanren civilization, they piece together Kalani's past through reconstructing her memories. Driven by famine and oppression, Kalani turned to banditry and led a protest against the emperor's forces, but at her father Atevo's order, her home was burned down with her lover Weyla inside. With nothing left to lose, Kalani and her followers infiltrated the capital city of Quilotasi and incited a revolution, but it failed and burned down the city. The spirit was furious but the two pressed forward, following Kalani through a desert and to even more ancient ruins with Atevo in hot pursuit. The spirit then learned he was Atevo and that he accidentally killed Kalani by pushing her off a ledge. Kalani was leading him along to open his eyes to how he blindly follows orders and it cost him everything. After admitting that he was equally at fault for what happened, Atevo was finally free to join Kalani in the City of Light, with the wolf joining them in due time.
  • When the wolf finally entered the City of Light, it was just as beautiful as Atevo had described, and filled with more than just Yanrana. Other deities were quick to notice a black, white-faced wolf bouncing between animals and swiftly directed her to Kalani and Atevo, mere worshippers in the House of Death and Postmortem. The latter was especially delighted to be rejoined by his guide. With the arrival of the animal that brought Atevo to the afterlife and the final piece of Kalani's spirit returned, they finalized their ascension to a position representative of their journey to understand why they were barred from the afterlife.
  • Their temple is a recreation of the Grand Temple of Quilotasi sans wolf-fighting ring, complete with a sanctuary of a pyramid against a golden disk representing the sun. While Kalani disliked having such a structure built, having destroyed the sanctuary during her revolution and opposing the oppression the Yanren empire represented to her, Atevo maintained that it holds important sentimental value to him and represents them now. Kalani is more content with a simple mountain hut like the one she used to live in and spends her time distributing food to the needy.
  • Most gods are still debating about the wolf's true relationship with Kalani. Some theorize that the wolf is the whole Kalani reborn, some say she is an aspect of her, and some even say it is just an ordinary wolf given her memories. While Kalani did indeed task the wolf with teaching her father a final lesson, she refuses to comment further and the two are rarely seen at the same time.
  • The wolf generally is not content with staying in the temple, and goes out looking for trinkets, memories, and other lost souls to guide to the afterlife. Naturally, she spends most of her time in the House of Beast, often accompanied by Atevo in the form of a point of light to speak for her when needed. While some of the gods there don't like the wolf temporarily taking over their followers, and especially since she tried taking over some gods to add to her "legendary" collection, at least the wolf doesn't intend any harm and promptly leaves them once she's done. She now knows to not bother deities and especially anything that could talk. They are far more amicable with Kalani, given her empathy with animals.
  • The wolf's journey to help Atevo reach the afterlife endeared her to the other psychopomps in the House of Death and Postmortem, but the ones they have most interacted with were Stella and Daffodil. One time, they found themselves on Spiritfarer's ferry with Stella thinking the wolf was another one of her clients. A quick talk with her spirit companion cleared up any misunderstandings and the two pairs became fast friends. While Stella specializes in calming the dead in preparation in their journey to the afterlife, the wolf fills a slightly different niche in helping spirits who have lost their memories or have mental blocks preventing them from moving on. Their help is sometimes requested for more stubborn passengers and the wolf drops by using a bird.
  • Kalani was originally wary of Kuzco, seeing parallels between him and the emperor she tried to overthrow, but upon learning that he became a lot more wise and humble after his time as a llama and in the company of a peasant, he earned her respect. Atevo was more immediately accommodating, but both agreed that Atevo's blind devotion wasn't something either needed.
  • Exploring the top of a mountain, the wolf and her companion spotted two foxes running on the sky with an aurora trailing behind them. Intrigued by the sight, she jumped into a condor and flew after them. After some initial caution (being a larger predator and all), the Guardians of the Northern Lights turned out to have similar stories and quickly went to introduce her to the Robed Figure and the Diver. The Diver was especially surprised to see the wolf following her underwater as a fish. When exchanging stories through journeying through their worlds (the spirit was incredibly talkative compared to everyone else), the others grew concerned that the wolf had an active role in the downfall of her civilization in her previous life compared to the rest of them just being explorers of the aftermath. However, they acknowledge that that was long ago and the wolf and Atevo became better people since then. The Robed Figure also chimed happily upon learning that the wolf had rescued a cloth creature on her adventure.
  • Like many other gods, the two were disgusted at Martin Walker's actions and desire to be a hero, but found a kindred spirit in how their convictions blinded them and put them on a path to destruction. Walker especially respects Kalani for coming to her senses and trying to make things right, an option he didn't realize he had until the very end.
  • Two of Atevo's friends he doesn't share with Kalani are Rook and Alette, who appreciate him giving Kalani as close to a proper Viking Funeral as he could and paving her way to enter the City of Light. Kalani herself doesn't believe in the ritual, thinking that one's entry to the afterlife is more than just how their body is disposed of, but it was important to Atevo and he believes that such preparation allowed her to go to the City of Light in the first place.
  • Kalani's revolution was more of a peasant uprising and ultimately failed to create a better society, but her efforts still put her in the company of Jim Raynor. He insisted that what she did was justifiable and while it might not work out, it is still worth it to change even one person's mind. Better that than Arcturus Mengsk, who overthrew his previous government only to institute an even worse tyranny.
    • Kalani was very impressed with Hagen's story, being that of a simple abandoned dog who led an uprising of fellow stray dogs (especially mongrels) after they were mistreated one too many times by the humans who claimed ownership over them. While Hagen does not easily trust humans, he feels like Kalani is definitely different than most for actively standing against tyranny and oppression, and the fact that she spent some time as a wolf makes him think she might understand a dog's point of view better than most.
  • The Grand United Alliance Of Nature has sent out feelers to employ the wolf's abilities for intelligence gathering and infiltration, especially since the wolf comes from a world where nature has overgrown a civilization that fell due to overexploitation of resources to the point of famine. San, being associated with wolves herself, was tasked to recruit her and the three travelled through a polluted area that reminded the wolf and Atevo of the destruction of Quilotasi. So far the pair have declined membership in the GUAN, citing how restoring nature is not exactly in her skillset and Atevo's presence needed to use her abilities would just give her away.
  • As the Yanrana worshiped the sun, Amaterasu was also concerned that since Kalani wrecked their most sacred symbol during her revolution, she might come for the sun goddess next. Of course, Kalani was never going to stand a chance and once things cooled off, Ammy became fond of the soul-wandering wolf and Kalani's rescue of a wolf pup allowed her to get close to Chibiterasu, though he's still more than a bit to handle himself.
  • Cruella De Vil has taken an interest in the wolf, thinking her black and white pelt would make a striking article. However, the wolf proved to be an extremely slippery mark with a companion for situational awareness. Any hunter she hires would be stuck trying to pick the soul-wandering wolf out of a crowd of identical animals if it hadn't given them the slip already. Jumping into another animal would make her pelt inaccessible as well.

It's alright. I was pretty clumsy when I was starting out, though that was a long time ago before our current standards

I believe m-95 liked this, but because they haven't made 2+ profiles it doesn't count. I just want to know if people like the choice for the trope and reasoning or not

Men believes in the Divine Mandate, a group of egalitarian communes founded on Christ's teaching of charity that ignores any fundamentalism as he gives equal treatment to all races, sexes and creed. He's adamantly opposed to Taboritsky's ultra-nationalist, psychotic religious fundamentalism and even dubs him The Antichrist.

  • New Bordeaux, 1968. A series of destructive gang wars have broken out in different parts of the city. Ultimately, The Mafia's decades-long stronghold over the city, led by one Sal Marcano, was over, with Marcano himself found dead outside of The Casino he was having built. The man responsible for this mess? One Lincoln Clay, a Vietnam War veteran turned organized criminal. His organization, the Clay Mob, would end up taking over the city in subsequent decades, either prospering or being destroyed and reduced to lawlessness.
  • Lincoln Clay was born in January 1945, to a Dominican mother and an Italian father. After spending most of his early life in an orphanage following Parental Abandonment by his mother, Lincoln would be adopted in the early 1960s by the Robinson Family. Sammy Robinson, the family Patriarch, was also the head of the Black Mob, a small organized criminal faction based in Delray Hollow. During this time, he helped his stepbrother Ellis Robinson run the gang, and became close friends and associates with Giorgi Marcano, son of Sal Marcano, and Danny Burke, son of Thomas Burke.
  • In 1964, however, Lincoln decided to leave New Bordeaux behind, and signed up to join the US Army. In Vietnam, Lincoln would prove himself to be a competent soldier. So much so, that he was eventually transferred to US Special Forces operating near the Vietnam-Laos border. It was during this time that he met CIA Agent John Donovan, who was operating alongside the MACV-SOG. During this time, Lincoln learned how to take down North Vietnamese Army, Pathet Lao, and Viet Cong formations using search-and-destroy methods. These methods involved killing the lower ranking soldiers first, then working up towards the officers and killing the highest ranking commanders last, which would ultiamtely cripple both the morale and combat effectiveness of a unit, leaving them a Sitting Duck for other counter-insurgent units to finish off. Lincoln would serve in this role until early 1968, when his tour of duty was completed.
  • Upon returning from Vietnam, Lincoln had originally planned on settling down in California to work at a shipyard there. However, when he found out that Sammy Robinson was in heavy debt to Sal Marcano, Lincoln volunteered to stay and help them pay back Marcano. Following a successful heist of the Federal Reserve where Sammy managed to repay all of his debt to Sal, Lincoln along with Sammy, Ellis, and Danny were betrayed by the Marcanos, with the latter three being killed in the process. Only the timely arrival of Father James Ballard, a close friend of Sammy and Lincoln, saved the Vietnam veteran's life. Before losing consciousness and going to a coma, Lincoln asked Father James to call John Donovan over, a decision the Parish Priest would arguably regret for the rest of his life.
  • With Father James' help and Donovan's encouragement, Lincoln was able to recover from his injuries within a few months. Immediately, Lincoln made it a point to get revenge on Marcano for his betrayal...by showing TheDon what it was like to lose everything he ever cared for. To achieve this goal, he created his own criminal organization, the Clay Mob, composed of Thomas Burke, Cassandra, and Vito Scaletta and the organizations they run. The three of them would act as his Underbosses, with Lincoln himself as The Don.
  • Using the same search-and-destroy methods he had done in Vietnam and Laos, Lincoln went on a lengthy Roaring Rampage of Revenge against Marcano and his criminal associates. Anyone who didn't have Undying Loyalty to Marcano or his allies were spared by Lincoln, and anyone who either was loyal to Marcano or was just a racist and/or irredeemable asshole was killed by Lincoln brutally, intended to send a message to anyone else who resisted. Among the latter victims of this were all but one of Marcano's top lietunants and Capos, with only Marcano Family lieutenant Enzo Conti, a close friend of Sammy Robinson, being aided by Lincoln into escaping New Bordeaux and living a new life. Ultimately, the Clay Mob's strangling of Marcano's assets and finances and the deaths of all his top associates left Sal Marcano unable to finish his casino project and practically alone in the criminal underworld, just as Lincoln Clay had hoped. Now holed up in his unfinished casino, Sal and his son slash Underboss Giorgi Marcano decided to make a Last Villain Stand, alongside their remaining men. Unsurprisingly, Lincoln decided this was the right time to end it alol, and in a matter of minutes Lincoln wiped all of them out, Sal and Giorgi included.
  • Fortunately for Lincoln, the rest of The Mafia, represented by Leo Galante, knew what his intentions were from the beginning, and understood his message, only asking that, if he and his organization were to replace Marcano as The Syndicate running New Bordeaux, they were to pay 20 percent of their annual profits to the Mob. Lincoln agreed to that condition, but remained unclear whether he would be running his organization or hand over leadership to one of his Underbossses. Upon telling both Donovan and Father James of the Marcano leaders' deaths, Lincoln ended up becoming even more conflicted. Would he stay and rule over New Bordeaux as A Lighter Shade of Black type of mob boss? Or, would he follow Father James' advice and give up his life of crime for good?
  • In addition to his crusade against Sal Marcano and his organization, Lincoln Clay was also heavily involved in stopping other nefarious organizations operating in and around New Bordeaux, with at least one of them allied with Marcano and the Southern Union. These were: The Ensanglante, a cult founded by a racist Confederate General and currently run by one of his equally insane descendants, Connor Aldridge and his private army, a former CIA agent turned North Vietnamese and Soviet sympathizer willing to sell nuclear weapons to the the NVA, and the Sinclair Parish Sheriff's Department, a bunch of Corrupt Hick sheriffs and deputies who kill African Americans who enter their district come sunset. These organizations would be: wiped out completely by Lincoln Clay himself (Ensanglante), taken down by both Lincoln and John Donovan with help from the CIA (Aldridge and his men), and taken down through legal means (Sinclar Parish Sheriff's Department).
  • The Lincoln Clay that would find his way into the Pantheon came from a scenario where he decided to leave New Bordeaux and his life of crime behind, having Vito Scaletta take over the organization in his stead. Under Vito's leadership, the city would end up prospering, turning into another Las Vegas, with Vito himself continuing to run the city well into the 2010s despite his advanced age by that point. As for Lincoln, following a close call with the FBI in 1971, he would end up living on the run, occassionally being spotted by police and FBI up until the 1990s.
  • And so, one day, a drifter in US Army fatigues and a knapsack on his back wound up wandering into the Pantheon. That man was Lincoln Clay, who after fleeing the California shipyards when the FBI attempted to arrest him, had received a letter from none other than his Old Friend John Donovan. In that letter, he told his friend that he had the perfect place for him to get away from the authorities: a place known simply as the Trope Pantheons. At the end of the letter, he told Lincoln to keep it, since that would be his key to getting in. Not long after finishing the letter, Lincoln found himself in a completely new place, with a very familiar face waiting for him: none other than John Donovan himself. Immediately, the two of them shook hands and greeted one another, asking how the other's been. Donovan wastes no time and briefs Lincoln about his new home, where, aside from housing the "usual" threats such as organized criminals, cults, communist agents, police, and federal agents, also houses far more dangerous and otherworldly beings, some of which they would not even comprehend. Fortunately for Lincoln, he has Donovan to cover for him in the Pantheon.
  • Knowing that Lincoln must probably need or want a way to settle down into his new home, he gives The Vietnam Vet a list of trusted criminal contacts, including the current location of Lincoln's old associate and former Underboss Vito Scaletta. Donovan then leaves Lincoln with one more surprise: his old Samson Drifter, still in pristine condition, complete with keys. The CIA Agent then parts ways with his Old Friend for the time being, wishing him luck on his new opportunities. If he ever has any problems with powerful deities or wants to get his hands on vital intel in the Pantheon, Donovan tells Lincoln that he can always contact him through the usual channels.
  • On reuniting with Vito Scaletta, Lincoln is surprised to see his former Underboss to be around his age. Having met him in his 40s as a stressed-out middle aged man, the Italian-American mobster from Empire Bay was almost unrecognizable to the Lousiana native, only recognizing him thanks to his signature hairstyle, his 1950s-era clothes, and his signature voice. Sure enough, both of them do a lot of catching up, with Lincoln admitting to Vito that he was never really planning on replacing Marcano or running New Bordeaux, and that he only established the Clay Mob to achieve his goal of revenge. Vito replies that it doesn't really matter, given that Lincoln had kept every promise he had made to Vito back then, which had allowed his Italian Gang to grow, prosper, and eventually replace Marcano's hold on New Bordeaux. Vito then introduces Joe Barbaro to Lincoln, the latter of whom recognizes Vito's best friend as Leo Galante's bodyguard and driver. Joe tells Lincoln that he and Vito have already caught up on what Leo did, and that they both hold no more hard feelings for the man. Vito, seeing Lincoln's disinterest in reestablishing the Clay Mob, offers Lincoln instead to work for him as a part-time enforcer, which Lincoln agrees to, seeing as, outside of Donovan and Vito, Lincoln himself is practically alone and in unknown or hostile territory.
  • Aside from doing jobs for Vito, Lincoln also takes the time to look for and befriend other Vietnam War veterans like himself. After some time in the Pantheon, Lincoln eventually finds a number of them, including Forrest Gump, William "Bill" Overbeck, John Rambo, and Travis Bickle.
    • Of these three, Lincoln is closest with Rambo, due to both of them being Shell Shocked Veterans who were motivated by revenge, and were even recruited by members of the US government to help them take down major communist threats. What's more, they both had run-ins with Dirty Cops, evil soldiers and mercenaries, and were wanted by law enforcement for causing huge amounts of property damage. While Rambo does initially oppose Lincoln due to his links to organized crime, the latter doesn't deny any of it, and admits to his fellow Vietnam vet that he only did to get his revenge, and that he never took part in human trafficking, kidnapping, or the harming of innocents and especially women.
    • Despite their contrasting outlooks on life, Lincoln does come to respect and immediately befriend Forrest Gump. Forrest himself tells Lincoln that he reminds him of a friend he had lost over in Vietnam. In addition, Lincoln is glad that Forrest, despite being a descendant of an infamous Klan leader, is nothing like his ancestors, in addition to being a genuinely good, if somewhat stupid, person.
    • It's through John Donovan that Lincoln meets fellow Vietnam veteran and taxi driver Travis Bickle, whom Donovan had recruited as a part time assassin and intelligence asset. While also having served in an elite unit during his own tour, namely the Marines, Lincoln is rather weirded out by the former Marine's weird behavior. This says a lot, considering Lincoln himself is known for having brutally killed a number of organized criminals, racist cops, and evil mercenaries. That said, he's willing to work alongside and help Bickle when all is said and done, no thanks to having similar enemies and a shared Dark and Troubled Past between them.
  • Thanks to Vito's and Donovan's help, Lincoln eventually finds out who in the Pantheon he should be looking out for. These range from hostile organized criminals like the Corleone Crime Family and Dimitri Rascalov, to Dirty Cops like CRASH, and even Soviet and Russian soldiers and terrorists like Dragovich, Volgin, Zakhaev, and Makarov.
    • While normally not having any personal beef with The Mafia as a whole, Lincoln comes into conflict with Michael Corleone and his father Vito, who are enemies of Lincoln's friend and associates Vito Scaletta and Joe Barbaro. Not unlike Sal Marcano, the Corleones wanted to legitimize their business, at the cost making multiple enemies. On the other hand, Dimitri Rascalov, known for constantly betraying his criminal associates, is absolutely hated by the vast majority of organized criminals, which now includes Lincoln Clay. Having witnessed what betrayal is like firsthand, and seeing Rascalov's utter enjoyment in this action, is enough for Lincoln to seriously consider giving him the same treatment as Marcano.
    • Having had his fair share of fighting against many a Dirty Cop, it wasn't surprising when Lincoln would come across more of them in the Pantheon. CRASH, composed of the infamous Officers Frank Tenpenny and Eddie Pulaski, had been on John Donovan's watchlist ever since Donovan had arrived into the Pantheon, not unlike how Agent Mike Toreno had been tracking Tenpenny's movements back then. Wanting to prevent them from rising to power in the Pantheon, Donovan asks Lincoln for a favor in helping stop CRASH, in exchange for providing his criminal partner with a new associate in the form of Carl "CJ" Johnson. Like Lincoln, Carl was also betrayed by those he thought were his friends, decided to seek revenge on his betrayers, fought against The Mafia and won, and was aided by a CIA agent in taking his enemies down. It's thanks to these similarities that the two criminals form a friendship with one another, culminating with the Grove Street Families and Lincoln forming an alliance.
    • Having already had experience in Vietnam against the NVA and VC as well as additional experience from Connor Aldridge's attempted procurement of a Soviet nuclear warhead, it was no surprise that Lincoln was again asked by John Donovan to help him stop Soviet officials and their sympathizers from wreaking havoc. With help from allies like Alex Mason, Lincoln and Donovan launch a series of crippling blows against Vladimir Makarov and Nikita Dragovich, not unlike the search-and-destroy operations they had conducted against both the North Vietnamese and the Marcano Crime Family.
  • Thanks to his ethnicity, Lincoln has become the target of the infamous Klansman Col. Benjamin Cameron, the man who established The Klan in his timeline. Lincoln, having fought against and wiped out similarly vile organizations such as the Southern Union and the Ensanglante, decides to put The Klan out their misery by targeting all their operations and high-ranking personnel. Donovan, who himself expresses utter disgust towards the Confederacy's and Klan's dated and racist beliefs and practices, personally aids Lincoln in doing so, namely by wiretapping all of their congregations, meeting places, and bases of operation.
  • Amongst the weirdest allies and enemies Lincoln has come across in the Pantheon are those from The Princess and the Frog, who all hail from New Orleans, their version of Lincoln's home of New Bordeaux, in the 1920s. While Lincoln himself has never experienced nor fought against any outright supernatural enemies before, he is rather well-versed in the many myths and legends of New Bordeaux thanks to Sammy Robinson telling Lincoln about them in detail, many of which include the use of voodoo magic and curses. Thus, it's no surprise that Lincoln immediately distrusts the likes of Dr. Facilier, who uses magic for nefarious purposes, mostly to scam people with. It's in one of these encounters while spying on "the Shadow Man" that Lincoln meets Tiana and Naveen, who were once victims of one of Facilier's schemes. He agrees to help both them and their ally Charlotte LaBouf whenever possible, though due to not being a magic caster himself, can only do so much to help. The least he can do is have Donovan track Facilier's movements and operations via the CIA Agent's vast wiretapping operation that now spans the entire Pantheon.
Father James Ballard: "You know, I think Lincoln wasn't able to accept the world for what it is, or his place in it."
