Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3 means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4 is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5 is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4 is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
- Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
- Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- Preparing to write:
- First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple of more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
Template for Dominions profiles:
Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

- Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.

- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple of more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

@ Radio Raven Ride: You have a red link in Knox's profile WM Ds, it is because have both upper and lower case letters in WMDs so the site thinks it is a link. The way to resolve this is to have [= and =] both sides of the word with no spaces in between like this [=WMDs=] which will make it look like WMDs.

"May your heart be your guiding key"? That's not my candidate.
"Us weirdos have to stick together!"Don’t wanna nitpick the Renata interaction, but you mention that they both hold “them” dear to their heart without mention who “they” are.
Addendum: @Forgo: Also For Camila, Gru is a single father of three adopted girls.

Love ruins all.For Eda, given she loves playing card games and has a Harpy form, she can get along with Joey Wheeler due to similarities to Mai Valentine (Japanese anime reveals Mai worked in a casino). Eda would love to learn Duel Monster. And, of course, the whole "being Grunkle Stan's ex Marilyn". For heralds, Raine should be added as well, given their history with Eda.
Camila would be a mom figure to Grace Monroe as Grace sorely needs a good mom due to her own being cold and neglectful. Camila could also have interestings reactions to Bayonetta and her husband, Luka, since it reminds her of Amity and Luz (with a bit of Hunter for Luka given his lycan form). I wrote in Luka's profile that he is a dad figure to the girls just in case. Also Camila would get along well with Fluttershy, given her status of taking care of animals and building an animal sanctuary.

- An eccentric but truly gifted scientist and inventor, Emmet Brown had managed to construct a fully functional time machine out of an old Delorean, to which prompted him to invite his friend Marty to see its first test run. This simple event took a wrong turn when terrorists that Doc had double-crossed attacked the two, killing him and forcing Marty to use the time machine, sending him to 1955. There, the 1955 Doc aided Marty in returning to the future, but not before Marty gave him a letter entailing the circumstances of his death. Seemingly destroying it, it is later revealed that he pieced the letter back together and prevented his own death. Shortly after, he took Marty and his girlfriend Jennifer to 2015 to prevent their children from landing in jail, which spirals into them having the fix the timeline since the 2015 Biff Tannen stole a sports almanac Marty purchased, took the time machine, and gifted it to his 1955 self, resulting in Biff becoming filthy rich, marrying Marty's mother and killing his father. After traveling from the divergent 1985 and fixing the timeline, Marty again was aided by Doc's 1955 self to go back further in time to track down 1985 Doc, who wrote him a letter stating his intent to stay in 1885 Hill Valley. After doing so, Doc fell in love with a schoolteacher named Clara, which conflicted with his newfound desire to return home. After Marty and Doc concocted a plan to use a train to push the broken Delorean to a sufficient speed for time travel, Doc reconciled with Clara, who was on the same train. After Doc conceded on staying, Marty goes back to 1985 alone. Almost immediately after returning, Doc visits him in a time machine built out of a train, now married to Clara and with two sons. After bidding Marty farewell, the family travelled back to the past.
- Instead of returning to 1885 Hill Valley, Doc and his family instead arrived at a large, peculiar hall. When they exited the train and Doc saw all the different people and buildings outside, he began to panic, worrying that something may have happened to the space-time continuum, and if he was the one to blame for it. Luckily, his friend Marty was present to calm him down and to inform him that everything was fine and that a place called the Trope Pantheons had seen it fit to ascend them both as the The Gods Of Returning To The Future, due to their many famous escapades in trying to return to their present from the past, and that his family and dog could stay as his heralds. Ecstatic to see his friend again, and with his family accompanying him, Doc accepted, quite excited to learn more about this place.
- Quite naturally, the two have made many allies from time travelers:
- The Doctor loves telling the two about all the inter dimensional things he’s faced, as well as his adventures through time. He’s also amused by the things Doc and Marty have done as well, especially when the stories of how they’d have to fix things that were messed up. The Doctor sees the two’s relationship as similar to the relationship he has with his many companions. Doc is also fascinated by The Doctor's time machine and wonders how a police phone box could travel through time. The Doctor has reassured him that it's Bigger on the Inside. The two also like to laugh about the time they had a rap battle together. Future Trunks from the same House is also on pretty good terms with the duo, and likes to tell them about his Bad Future and how he went back in time to fix it. Doc and Marty can sympathize with him, although they must admit that their future was far less worse than Trunks’. Trunks finds Marty to be a very good kid as well, and is trying to get Marty to learn how to fight, though Marty is struggling a bit.
- As Lucina went back in time to save her world, as well as interacting with her parents and can even fall in love with someone else from the past, she has found Doc and Marty to be strong allies. The former is fascinated with Lucina can talk to her parents without damaging the space-time continuum and can sympathize with falling in love from someone from a different time. Marty, on the other hand, is impressed by Lucina’s combat prowess, and wishes that his interactions with his parents in the past went as smoothly as hers. Lucina is kind of grossed out by how Marty's mom practically fell in love with him, and Marty wholeheartedly agrees with her.
- Hiro Nakamura found Doc to be a strong mentor, though he does chastise Hiro for having created a few paradoxes from trying to change the future, though Hiro has improved on this over time. He occasionally goes to Doc for advice regarding how to properly handle his time-travelling powers and when it's right to use them, but Hiro has managed to control and use his powers, and just enjoys the company. Marty finds Hiro to be a very fun person to be around, and somewhat appreciates Hiro’s geekiness, as well as being impressed by his abilities.
- The two have a strong ally in Sarah Connor and Kyle Reese. Doc and Marty can only express sorrow for the cataclysmic state humanity would put themselves in, and sincerely applaud his bravery for going back and protecting Sarah from the Terminator. Sarah and Connor appreciate the sentiment, and like hearing about Doc and Marty’s adventures throughout time. This has led to Doc and Marty being enemies of both The Original T-800 and The T-1000. Not only do they just unnerve the two and are scary beings in general, the fact that they both went back in time to ensure the Bad Future would come to pass shocked them, and as such fiercely oppose. The Terminators really don’t care about them, but they do enjoy intimidating them on occasion.
- When meeting up with The Time Traveller and hearing his story, Marty was surprised at the future he saw, and was glad that he and Doc didn’t go that far. Aside from that, the three are good friends, as they enjoy listening to their respective stories, and the Time Traveller was fascinated by the future of 2015. Doc personally is impressed that the man managed to build a time machine so far back, and likes to give him advice on how to improve it. Marty enjoys being around him and seeing how his machine works.
- They were pleasantly surprised when they discovered that many of The Transformers had ascended, given that they had met before and teamed up to stop the Decepticons from conquering time and space. Many of the Transformers were happy to see them too, and they occasionally meet to catch up on things every now and then. This led to their old feud with the Decepticons reigniting when they encountered many of them in the Pantheon. Doc and Marty both informed the Transformers that they could always count on them for help if the Decepticons tried to tamper the timeline for their own gain again.
- They were also happy to reunite with The Benevolent The LEGO Movie Deities, Batman, and Gandalf, given their experiences with them. They often go out on other adventures as a group around the Pantheon. On of these many adventures they encountered Lord Vortech again, and were quick to make their hatred of him known again. The two and their allies are trying to find a way to stop him for good.
- For Emmet:
- Rintarou Okabe and Doc are very close friends, due to both of them being eccentric time travelers who built their own time machines. Okabe is impressed by the fact that Doc built his time machine from nothing but a Delorean, but Doc just responded by saying that if you want to travel through time, you best do it in style. They enjoy having each other around, probably due to their respective intelligence.
- Emmet has found a strange sense of friendship with The Pteranodon Family. Although he somewhat disapproves of their flagrant use of time travel, he does admit that it doesn’t seem to damage their timeline, and is pleasantly surprised by their knowledge of prehistory. He also found the fact that they time travel using a train to be funny, as he managed to make a time machine out of a train as well. The kids love Doc, seeing him as a great and funny role model, and the parents find him to be a smart guy and generally nice to be around.
- Emmet became friends with, of all people, Cole Cassidy. They both bonded over their shared love of the Old West, and Cassidy was admittedly a little jealous that Doc actually got to live in it. Cassidy is also amused by Doc’s personality and intelligence, and Emmet thinks that he’s a good person beneath his snarky exterior. One thing Emmet did for Cassidy was invite him back to 1885 Hill Valley for a day and see what he thought of it. Cassidy enthusiastically accepted, and had the time of his life with Doc. As thanks, Cassidy told Doc that he and his family could always count on him if there’s any trouble.
- For Marty:
- As his father was relentlessly bullied by Biff Tannen when he was in high school as well as experiencing Biff’s aggression first hand, he has an appreciation for Jimmy Hopkins for being a Bully Hunter. Marty likes the kid and often asks him for help if Biff is giving him or any other deity a hard time, and Jimmy always takes up the offer. Jimmy finds Marty to be a cool guy, and enjoys showing him the things he’s made. He also gives Marty a few tips on how to fight bullies too, and Marty appreciates the help.
- When Marty first met Kung Fury, he was a bit amused that the 80s would become as much an icon of nostalgia as the 50s were to him. After getting to know him a bit more, Marty found Kung Fury to be pretty badass dude, and is impressed by his fighting skills and heroic acts. They both meet up on occasion to do things that were popular in the 80s. On the subject of the 80s, Marty became with fast friends with Bill and Ted due to being icons of that decade and being fans of rock music, and they often like play music together in the latter’s temple. The three are good friends and always find a way to make themselves laugh. They have a blast together and are thinking about forming a rock band themed around the 80s.
- When they discovered that Biff Tannen had also ascended, the two were naturally furious at seeing their old enemy, as Biff and his descendants were responsible for practically all the problems they had to fix. Biff was also sickened when he saw them again, and has begun to try to find a way to get rid of them for good. Marty and Doc have taken precautions to prevent Biff from messing with the timeline, and have advised their allies to the same as well.
- Master Xehanort and his Incarnations and Judge Doom are strongly opposed by the two, as not only do they both sound like Doc, which greatly unnerves them, they’re just horrible people in general. They hate Doom on principle for being an unrepentant bigot towards toons despite being one himself, and Doom just scares them. The Judge doesn’t pay them much attention, though he has been meaning to keep an eye on them in case they meddle in his plans. As Xehanort and his selves frequently use time travel to set their plans in motion, Doc and Marty have made it known that they cannot stand the guy and often disrespect him when possible. The Xehanorts see the duo as beneath them and their plans, and could care less about them.
- Doc and Marty quickly found themselves despising Dark Danny and Eobard Thawne/The Reverse-Flash for their deplorable actions and misuse of time travel. The two see Thawne as a truly sick, disturbed person whose constant going back in time to ruin the lives of his enemies is unforgivable and that his misdeeds should be stopped as soon as possible. Thawne himself is amused by the two, and enjoys scaring and threatening them when possible. Dark Danny being an evil version of the original Danny Phantom and going back in time to ensure that Danny became evil through whatever means necessary reminded them if 2015 Biff meddling with their timeline in order to make himself rich, and they see him as a vile, crazed man.
- The story of Sol was a story that made Doc practically giddy with interest. Being trapped in life-long time loop, retaining past memories, and having prophetic dreams was something that piqued Doc’s curiosity, and he frequently interviews them and tries to get a firm grasp on Sol’s situation. For Sol’s part, they like visiting Doc, and enjoy telling them of their experiences. When they visit Doc, they will often run into Marty, and they found him to be a very nice kid to be around.
- Phillip J. Fry and Lars Fillmore’s very existence intrigued the two, as Fry being his own grandfather (which grossed Marty out) and Lars being a duplicate of Fry who managed to survive for a long period of time was something that Doc wanted to learn more about. Fry thinks the two are cool people, and sees Doc as a saner version of Professor Farnsworth, and Lars is happy to have company and to tell them his story as well.
- Their first impression and general opinion of Rick and Morty is… mixed. Both of them hate Rick, seeing him as a self-centered, self-righteous asshole who believes that he is never to blame for his actions, but they somewhat pity Morty, as they believe that he is an okay kid who has to deal with his egomaniac of a grandfather on a daily basis. Marty sometimes hangs out with Morty and they do have a lot in common, and Marty is fascinated by Morty’s interdimensional adventures. Doc, on the other hand, tries to avoid Rick at all costs, and Rick could care less about him, although he is impressed by Doc’s intelligence.
"May your heart be your guiding key"
Doc and Marty.
Almost done with the Tetsuos.

- The story of the "Iron Men" begins with an average Japanese Salaryman and his girlfriend. One day, the unassuming businessman was driving home with his girlfriend until they accidentally ran over a pedestrian. This pedestrian, however, was the man known as "the Metal Fetishist" so called for his unusual fixation on metal applied to his body. The couple, unaware of this, believed the man dead, hid his body, and tried to move past their dark deed. But the Salaryman had received a curse or perhaps gift from the Fetishist. The man's body slowly began taking on the properties of metal, his mind plagued with horrific visions of a cybernetic nightmare. Eventually the Salaryman's transformation led to his girlfriend's death, and the Metal madman himself arrived to complete the transformation as part of his mad desire to share his agony with his victim. The two engaged in a brutal battle of metal and flesh, eventually combining into a monstrosity that sought to rust away the world with their newfound "love".
- At least that's how one version of the story goes. Another account tells of a salaryman named Tomoo, who led an ordinary life with a loving wife and child, but had no memory of his past. That life was shattered when Yatsu, AKA the Metal Fetishist, targeted him for his depraved plans. Tomoo's young son was murdered, and he plunged into despair, awakening the metal-morphing powers he shared with Yatsu-actually his brother. Tomoo went on a brutal rampage against Yatsu's cult to save his wife, and soon discovered the truth of his past. The boys' father was a metal molding maniac as well, experimenting on his children to create human weapons. With this awful revelation, Tomoo succumbed to his brother's urging and evolved into a massive, tank like juggernaut. Amid the destruction however, it seems Tomoo found peace, as he apparently shifted back to human form with his wife and revived son.
- Some time later Yatsu resurfaced, this time targeting another Cyborg named Anthony. Yatsu threatened Anthony's son to control him as a new weapon. But the super Cyborg fought the Metal Fetishist and ultimately averted suffering Tomoo's fate, and Yatsu was absorbed by Anthony's own power, gone for good...at least for now.
- Eventually the Salaryman(Tomoo) was welcomed into the Pantheon gates. He hoped to find a nice place to settle down and put his metal nightmare behind him. Unfortunately there was a reason he was there, and the other inductee surfaced shortly after. Initially disoriented, the Metal Fetishist soon set to work seeking new metal to absorb and fuse with for power and pleasure. Tomoo was filled with terror as he realized his brother was coming for him. Yatsu seeks to expand his love of chaos and transform the Pantheon into his twisted view of beauty, and he wants to be one with Tomoo to do it.
- Applies to Both:
- Despite everything, neither will say they hate the other(although neither are mentally sound). The Salaryman/Tomoo on some level feels guilty for indirectly causing his enemy's transformation, as in one timeline he left Yatsu for dead and in another his murder of their parents inspired the boy with a love of devastation. The Metal Fetishist/Yatsu claims their "love" transcends mortal flesh and hopes that someday Tomoo will come to see his point of view. Nobody sane buys that though.
- Although they outwardly appear to human, both Yatsu and Tomoo will morph into horrifying machine monsters under stress, leaving unpredictable devastation where they go. Tomoo has tried to seek help for this, leading to him joining a "support group" of sorts with similar individuals like Dr. Bruce Banner and the Lycanthrope Larry Talbot. Banner knows well the trauma of being a walking weapon, and he's shared Tomoo some techniques to tame his anger. Yatsu, meanwhile, seeks to unleash the full extent of his power and enjoys the company of like-minded monsters, especially of the mechanical variety. One such is the Android psychopath Ultron, whose desire to replace humanity with cybernetic extensions of himself earned him the Metal Fetishist's respect. By chance, one of Tomoo's circle is Dr. Hank Pym, Ultron's creator. Pym is as ashamed of his monstrous son as Tomoo is his brother. Both agree their counterparts represent the worst impulses of themselves, and that it's their responsibility to destroy them.
- A similar duo is the psychic "Scanner" terrorist Darryl Revok and his brother Cameron Vale. Despite his lack of social skills, Vale was interested in Tomoo's condition and believes he's found another ally. Revok, on the other hand, has decided that both Metal men are too dangerous and psychotic to be controlled. He's able to effectively strike Yatsu mentally, but the maniac's biomechanical nature allows him to bounce back quickly. Revok is still planning to destroy the metal monster, and Yatsu sneers at his arrogance.
- Neither of them are friends to the mysterious mage called "the Enchantress". Tomoo in his case considers her no better then the Metal Fetishist, as she transforms people in karmic ways while also affecting innocent bystanders. Yatsu on the other hand is annoyed by her self-righteousness, as he is quite proudly open about being a destruction loving force of evil. The Enchantress doesn't view them worth her time though, as they're already in frequent psychological and physical agony.
- If there's one ideal they share, it's that they both loathe abusive parents, especially since in one timeline their father was a selfish monster who turned them into what they are. While Yatsu isn't much better than his dad, he still sees his father in people like Ozai and seeks to destroy everything he built. Tomoo especially has it in for men like Gendo Ikari and Shou Tucker, who used their own children for their own selfish experiments, which in the case of Ikari had truly apocalyptic results. Dr. Gero stands out as the most similar, as while he did care for his son, he still created killing machines both organic and mechanical. Further unnerving Tomoo is that Gero has expressed interest in the two, believing he may have a better chance of studying and harnessing their powers.
- The SCP Foundation keeps a close watch on the two as they specialize in containing anomalous and especially dangerous beings and phenomena. Tomoo is willing to cooperate if it means helping control his abilities, but Yatsu has given them more trouble. Even worse, he shows a fascination with the various monsters the Foundation contains. Of particular interest is SCP 217, the Clockwork Virus. Yatsu sees it as a lifeform akin to himself and seeks to join it in reformatting the Earth. Thankfully, he's been held at bay for now.
- Applies To Tomoo:
- A certain nightmare-walking creature began appearing in the poor guy's dreams, being a fan of that level of Body Horror and mental anguish. Krueger noted with amusement that the undertones of Tomoo and Yatsu's relationship reminds him of a time when he was a malevolent force symbolizing repressed homosexuality trying to take over another young man's body. Freddy hoped to possess Tomoo and use his devastating powers in the waking world. Fortunately, a cyborg lifeform isn't so easy to control, and Freddy was forced to eject. He was disappointed but still shows interest in the Iron Men's potential.
Freddy: Aw, you're no fun. But your friend? He seems like my kind of guy.- In terms of being an unassuming office guy transformed into a strange creature, Gregor Samsa can relate to Tomoo's plight. He's also as devoted to his family as his cyborg counterpart, though perhaps not to the extent Tomoo gets when you threaten his wife and son. Despite Samsa's own horrible situation, Tomoo would say Gregor's father was still better than his own, as at least he didn't intentionally mutate his children.
- Applies to Yatsu:
- He's considered an insane abomination even among other world conquerors, if only that his insanity and dangerous powers make him too unpredictable. Besides Ultron, however, a few admire his monstrous ambition. Cell, the aformentioned Dr. Gero's deadliest creation, is on a journey to perfect himself and sees Yatsu's mission of spreading "the beauty of destruction" as similar. The cyborg Kaiju Gigan is generally a weapon for whoever points him somewhere, but Yatsu's technopathy lets him to communicate with the beast on more even footing, promising him new upgrades and places to destroy. Hank Henshaw, the hopelessly misanthropic Cyborg Superman, joins with Yatsu in the belief a fellow cybernetic entity can help bring an end to his tortured existence and destroy the world that spawned them. He's also caught the attention of SKYNET, who's thrilled at the prospect of creating man-machine hybrid Terminators with the Fetishist's unique powers. The evil AI assigned the shape-shifting T-1000 as a diplomat. A similarly sociopathic machine called AM(Allied Mastercomputer) has admitted it's impressed that a young human could transcend into a being that rivals itself in power and malice. Yatsu has experience as a cult leader, and preaches a new world of machines where organics are slaves and fuel, every evil automaton's dream.
- One group that shares his beliefs is the bionically enhanced race known as the Cybermen. The Cybermen have battled to create a technological dystopia across different timelines, and Yatsu has offered to aid them in their crusade. Although he can't assume command from the Cyber Controller, Yatsu is happy to provide new hosts to the cyberization process. He's also planning to limit their emotion inhibition so his ideal cyber race can be more creative. Another race, the similarly cybernetic Borg, isn't happy with Yatsu's ambitious, wild card personality. The Collective has decided to exterminate his individuality, a feat easier said than done, and Yatsu has vowed to have the collective answer to him.
- Ironically for someone who also hates organics, Megatron of the Decepticons has nothing but contempt for the Metal Fetishist and sees him as a plague on Cybertron in general. That he's a horrible abomination is one of the few things he and Optimus Prime can agree on. Upon learning of Cybertron and it's inhabitants, Yatsu was thrilled at the chance to assimilate a race of mechanical beings, but he's been repelled by both Autobot and Decepticon alike.
- He's well aware that there exist monsters and beings of similar nature within the Pantheon, even if they're not necessarily mechanical.
- Because of his metal-manipulating abilities, any descent person with this power deems him a disgusting monstrosity. Even mutant revolutionary Magneto, who generally dislikes humanity, believes Yatsu is a rabid dog who needs to be put down, much to the latter's disappointment, as he thinks Magneto could've been a great partner. Toph Bei Fong, hailing from a world where people can manipulate elements, has stated he's an insult to Benders everywhere. None of this really bothers the Metal Fetishist, as he thinks sooner or later, they'll all be absorbed into his glorious metal and succumb to his twisted vision.
- While many Pantheon inhabitants are familiar with the trauma transformation can bring, one boy in particular was appalled to learn of this man's ascension. Tim Barnett, a boy who underwent a slow, traumatic metamorphosis into an apple tree, sees what the Metal Fetishist did to his brother as worse than his own ordeal. Even if Tomoo was guilty of a graver crime than stealing an apple, Tim has decided to help any way he can against the biometal sociopath. Yatsu strangely pities the child somewhat, because to him becoming plant matter is far inferior to the beauty of metal.
- Unsurprisingly, most heroes and villains who don't believe in organic subjugation are also very much opposed to the cyborg's insanity. Pamela Isley is the inverse of Yatsu, a former human mutant with godlike power over plants, but even she recognizes that he's a worse monster than her. Gorilla Grodd is a megalomaniacal beast but he still has the sense to see the Metal monster as a threat to all apekind. Cyborg/Victor Stone is a man who grapples with his human and robotic halves and was disgusted at how the biomechanical man could discard his humanity with such ease. Yatsu attempted to corrupt his cybernetics, but Victor retaliated with a special anti virus he designed. Cyborg's fury at Yatsu for his sick violations nearly blindsided him, but he was able to disrupt the corruption and made it clear he wouldn't hold back so much next time.
Cyborg: You want to be metal so badly? Try to get in my head again, and I'll show you what it's like to be scrap iron.

"I am the lord of Purity, who tolerates no deviation." My first online story@J99908:
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."@J99908 — Barry Allen once tried to use his powers to travel back in time to save his mother, only to end up creating a world that was in the brink of destruction and, feeling guilty about it, to do everything he could to try to revert the timeline to the way it once was. Given the fact that he has to let his mother die again, Barry is understandably distraught about having to do the right thing. Even if the whole thing was actually orchestrated by Doctor Manhattan, the principle is still there.
Project Splinter consists of a group of people from the future (as well as two from the past) who try to stop the Army of the Twelve Monkeys from unleashing a virus that would kill 7 billion people and render Earth into a dystopian landscape. Both parties travel through time constantly and through several different time periods, with the latter intending to create a catastrophic event to destroy time to ensure an eternal bliss for everyone of sorts. Very notably. The Twelve Monkeys have time-travelling suits and, furthermore, a time-travelling city.
Other than that, here's a .
@Snailfish — The Lin Kuei decided to undertake the Cyber Initiative where they're members were to be converted into cyborgs to maximize their powers, skills, and efficiency in killing people and taking orders without fail. Cyrax and Sektor are the most prominent in this, with the former actively opposing the idea, only to get converted against his will while the latter was gung-ho and all too eager to become a cyborg. Naturally, both of them hate each other. Furthermore, Kuai Liang hated the Cyber Initiative as well and would free Cyrax from his brainwashed state as well as killing Sektor later on. Should also note that in the new timeline, Bi-Han is intrigued and enthusiastic about the Cyber Initiative as a way to assert his power and dominance towards Earthrealm.

"O, Death... become my Blade, Once More"The Doctor's TARDIS seems like obvious choice for position of time machine. However there might be better options inside the Pantheon or devices outside the Pantheon that could take the position. This isn't a nomination.
"May your heart be your guiding key"I have another suggestion for a new entry! Namely, I haven't seen any god or talks about a god for Non-Elemental Damage, and thus I propose Bahamut from the Final Fantasy series. He specializes in Flare attacks, which is the main Non-Elemental spell in the series, he's, generally speaking, THE Go-to summon for that kind of damage and is present in most of the main series, as well as arguably the most iconic summon from Final Fantasy. He always fulfills a different role in the games, sometimes he's an ally, sometimes a benefactor, sometimes a destroyer, and other times a weapon, but always with Flare magic (or some superpowered version thereof) in his arsenal.
Only problem is I've only actually played 6, 9, 10 and 12, so I don't know many details regarding the actual different versions of him, but I believe I can work with this due to the summons all having different roles across the series but somehow what I can only describe as transcending continuity so they can sorta be appreciated as a singular entity.
@ neoman: Do you happen to be a Whovian?
@ Charr: If you don't feel confident because you aren't familiar enough maybe you could see if anyone wants to collaborate with your idea. I don't play FF but I think your idea is a solid one
I've been watching Maya and the Three and The Book of Life recently. I'm curious of anyone wants to propose something for a deity from Mesoamerican Mythology

IMO, taking Fantastic Nuke from Karna may be a better option, given how much Bahamut is associated with using big fuck-off magic blasts like Megaflare. Helps that Karna has a second trope to use anywho.
Yeah, that's what I meant. Oopsie.

You mean Karna? Arjuna isn't ascended yet.
YAWK YAWK YAWK YAWKFor Bahamut taking Fantastic Nuke.

- The mustached plumber. The father of platforming games. Mr. Video Game himself. Super Mario. Do you even need an introduction to him? The Trope Codifier of using platforms for gameplay, Mario's life started as a carpenter named Jumpman, who wanted to save his girlfriend Pauline from the ape known as Donkey Kong. Eventually, he and his brother Luigi would find themselves within the Mushroom Kingdom, now tasked to protect the land and Princess Peach from the tyrannical koopa king, Bowser. With his arrival to the land, the kingdom was able to rest at ease, as despite all the troubles the land may bring forth, Mario would be able to rise to the occasion to match and fight back against all these threats. As for his reputation in the real world, his debut into gaming has led to him saving the industry from The Great Video Game Crash of 1983, with Nintendo using Super Mario Bros. as the app the Nintendo Entertainment System needed to sell gangbusters. For this great deed, he was elected to not only ascend into the Pantheon but to be the founder of the House of Gaming.
- A long time ago in the early years of the Pantheon, the choice to ascend Mario came in the form of a challenge. He was sent a letter in the mail, saying that he was challenged to ascend a giant mountain, filled with many tricky and precarious jumps, enemies to use as platforms, eight red coins to collect, star medals for him to collect, and all other kinds of bonuses to get during this dangerous path to the top. While perplexed by this, he decided to head out and meet the challenge head-on, bringing Luigi along. Together (and after a lot of trial and error), the two of them were able to form a path for them to traverse to hop up to the top of the mountain, picking up every single collectible that was littered along the path. At the top, the two found to their surprise a welcoming party, there to welcome Mario to the Pantheon, explaining that it was a test to see if he was worthy. The gods up there waiting for Mario were surprised that Luigi also tagged along and made it, not even seeing them at first until Mario pointed him out to them. He was given the trope of Stuck in Their Shadow to show the surprising capabilities he had alongside his brother. Mario wanted to try and find a new trope for his brother to have, but it took until an incident involving him getting kidnapped by King Boo yet again for him to convince the gods to promote Luigi (more on that in his profile).
- His first big project within the Pantheon was being tasked to help form the House of Gaming, with everyone seeing him as the savior of Gaming thanks to his efforts during the Great Video Game Crash. As such, he had to think about just who to bring in and just how to summon them. Eventually, with help from Luigi and the other Gods, the list was narrowed down to three other members aside from Mario himself to represent home consoles; Sonic the Hedgehog to represent the healthy competition in Gaming that was needed, Pac-Man to be a beacon for all the arcade games responsible for bringing up video games as a worthy mainstay, and finally, Mr Game & Watch to represent not only portable games, but also the start of Nintendo's shift over to dominating the Video Game market.
- Sonic's goal was to race up the same mountain Mario traversed, now barricaded with walls and hazards meant to stop someone from just racing up there. In Sonic's mind, it was just a quick jog that had a couple of jumps for him to do, showing off his attitude for the Mascot with Attitude trope. Pac-Man's task was to go into a maze and eat as many dots as possible while avoiding ghosts, with power pellets for him to fight back being provided at random, slowly growing intervals. By the time he made a mistake and got touched by a ghost, he had well surpassed the score requirement, netting him access to the pantheon. Mr Game & Watch's ordeal had Mario testing him on all the Game & Watch games and seeing how fast he could produce an item from said game. Thanks to his Hammerspace ability, he was able to beat the clock and go through the entire list, allowing him access to the realm of gods. Together, they became the founding fathers of the House Of Gaming. Anyone who wishes to join the house as a permanent member needs to be able to impress at least three of the four leaders of the household. Otherwise, if you just want to spend the day here and need an all-day access pass to ensure any security measures based on timers don't spawn to chase you, you're more than welcome to just ask them.
- As Number 1 in Smash, he has just as much respect and reverence within Smash Bros as Master Hand. Master Hand may be the one calling the shots and bringing in new faces, but Mario is the first one to be let in on any details, bringing in supplies and setting up the introductory party to anyone lucky enough to enter the battlefield alongside gaming elites. From introducing Bowser to the rest of the fighters to being the one to bring in Sora as the final fighter, he's always there to welcome them with a bright smiling face. As such, if someone meets up with Mario for the first time within the Pantheon, you can bet it's because Mario ran into them during the history of his appearance in over 200 games. He also has gotten a history of being the one most newcomers beat up to show their skills, including almost getting killed by Sephiroth's sword, blown up by a creeper when Steve left him, and having his neck broken by Ridley. Some wonder if him bringing Sora into Smash was his way of finally getting someone who wouldn't just attack him after so long.
- On the topic of Sora, his reveal managed to get one question buzzing around the Pantheon after the reveal; is Mario capable of wielding the keyblade? He was able to call for it to summon Sora to Smash after all. However, the lore of Kingdom Hearts is already one that many are having headaches trying to keep up with even the characters within the series having trouble keeping up with. As such, most decided to just chalk this up to the keyblade at the very least trusting Mario enough to let him use it until it can get back to Sora. Still, some folks do keep seeing Mario wielding a giant sword-like object every now and then (even if he just claims it's his hammer when asked), so the rumors aren't going to be running out of steam anytime soon...
- Within the world of Smash, Mario has come across many different faces from various franchises, as one would expect, and being the All-Loving Hero, Mario was able to get buddy-buddy with more than a couple of fighters. However, to the surprise of quite a few, Cloud declared that Mario was his best friend from the Smash world, while also claiming that DK was the most annoying. This odd friendship has been speculated on, with some thinking that Cloud saw some of Aerith's positivity and desire for a better world within Mario. Others just think that Cloud likes Mario's upbeat and friendly nature more than he is willing to admit, and may desire to be like him for the friends he cares for. A couple of others just think that the two bond of the fact they were both DEATH BATTLE! contestants who lost before coming back for a rematch against their previous victor and proving to be triumphant over them, with Cloud besting Link and Mario beating out Sonic in their second bouts. Regardless, this does answer why Sephiroth targeted Mario when he came to Smash, a deed that Mario wouldn't forget. Aside from that, the two can get along surprisingly well, being seen just relaxing and talking on benches throughout the Pantheon and talking about their lives, or training with one another.
- Oh yeah, Mario's history with Sonic can't be overstated. Way back in the console wars of the 1990s, Nintendo was going against SEGA, and as such, Mario and Sonic were seen as opposites and rivals. It was a long fight, but eventually, thanks to the Dreamcast flopping, SEGA got knocked out, leaving Nintendo as the victor of the fight. Nowadays Playstation and Microsoft have proven to be bigger mainstays, but the war is more or less done as far as Mario is concerned. To date, Mario and Sonic see each other's relationship in terms of a Friendly Rivalry at worst ever since they made peace during the Olympic Games. That's not to say there haven't been brawls between the two, especially in the field of combat. So far, Sonic snagged one win due to his Super-Speed outpacing Mario's Jack of All Stats nature, then after a while and gaining new abilities, Mario was able to come back and take the win right back from Sonic. There was also an incident where Sonic was trying to state the fact that he's the superior hero to Mario after Peach got kidnapped one too many times, only for Mario to catch Sonic off guard and claim victory within the minute. Regardless, the consensus many have nowadays is that Mario and Sonic are at the very least able to keep up with one another, with Mario's reaction speed being more than enough to match Sonic's speed, while Sonic's super forms are just as dangerous to the plumber. The war may be over, but the fights continue; just with a lot more playful and friendly strides.
- While Kirby is constantly praised as the strongest Nintendo fighter, Mario and Luigi are constantly praised as the strongest Nintendo duo. These claims mainly started from their duo adventures highlighting their feats from beating the Dark Star, the Eldritch Abomination that got powered up on Bowser’s strength and possessed Fawful, to Dreamy Bowser, a full-blown Reality Warper powered by the dreams of everyone, including his own to destroy the Mario Brothers; which they still won against. With Mario helping spearhead a ragtag team of heroes and rabbids against a cosmic horror possessing Rosalina, many have commanded Mario and Luigi at least being brave enough to stare down such a threat, let alone throw hands with it. There are also their feats of Mario beating Fury Bowser with the Giga Bell and the Shadow Queen with the crystal stars and Luigi taking on King Boo, someone capable of destroying the entire dimension and being a Reality Warper within his own. Add in the fact that the Mushroom Kingdom has a restraining order against logic and all the fun scenarios that resulted from that, and some circles even started to consider the two stronger than Kirby even when they are alone. Mario doesn’t think about these talks that much. In his mind, if he needs to fight a god to try and preserve the peace, he’s going to jump up to the challenge head-on. As for Kirby, Mario just sees him as another friendly face; more than happy to help him out whenever he needs it or to just relax and have fun with him. He does have to ensure he doesn’t do anything that involves eating, however. Kirby tends to get carried away when eating, especially if someone says they’ll pay the tab for him.
- One such example of such strength feats was from the previously mentioned Sephiroth. He wanted to try and bring Cloud despair and seeing Mario constantly helping him out, even offering 1-Up mushrooms for him to give to Aerith in case Sephiroth tries to stab her again was the last straw for him. Wanting to make good on his threat from Smash Bros where he almost killed Mario, he spotted the Mario Bros together and challenged them to a fight. Said fight has proven to be nothing short of humiliating for Sephiroth. Even when Mario was alone and Sephiroth wanted to try and kill him before he could get any help, Mario parrying Sephiroth’s sword, the Masamune, so hard that it cracked and poured out an entire fire hydrant’s worth of water onto Sephiroth’s idea. Sephiroth still has his eyes on them, looking for a chance to strike and get revenge, but it’s proven to be leagues more of a challenge than he originally anticipated.
- Mario and Peach are one of the most iconic pairings within the Pantheon, even if both of them do say they're not officially in a relationship yet. While they are close, Mario feels ashamed of himself for blowing his chance to propose to Peach because he got scared Bowser would ruin it. On his end, Mario is currently talking with Eight, another loyal defender of his princess, not only since he made it into Smash, but also for advice on how to properly go about proposing to a princess like Eight did. Of course, this raised the question of just why Mario genuinely thought an enemy like Bowser could have a chance with Peach in the first place. Mario was able to clarify his stance by simply saying that he didn't see Bowser as an enemy, just a friend you may need to reign in a couple of times. This also explains just why he is so comfortable constantly inviting Bowser and his troops out to the racetrack and sporting events whenever the mood strikes. Bowser for his end just scoffs at these comments, saying "Of course Mario respects me! Everyone does! They just like to pretend they don't just so they can see my strength in action!" The truth of the matter is Bowser completely returns the respect, even if he won't stop gunning for Peach, outright hating the idea of anyone beating him to the punch.
- The height of their Friendly Enemy status can be seen whenever they have to team up to take down a greater threat. If anyone else besides Bowser or his allies tries to kidnap Peach, expect the both of them to be barreling down towards this threat as fast as possible. After Peach's trip to the theatre ended with her beating Sour Grape who wanted to plunge the world into despair, Peach has been seen as a Hope Bringer towards many residents in the Pantheon to look for inspiration...or as a light to be snuffed out. Enter resident Hope Crusher and proud Hate Sink owner, Junko Enoshima, who launched an attack on the Mushroom Kingdom with her Monokuma army, including having multiple Big Bang Monokumas to help destroy Peach. While she expected and planned for Mario to arrive to stop her plans, Bowser also arriving to willingly get forced into his giant form just to rip and tear the heads off of all the Big Bang Monokuma bots to keep Mario and Peach safe was something she didn't think would come to. Regardless, Junko managed to get more enemies and scared them with her lust for despair. She'll chalk that up as a win.
- Once upon a time, Mario was against the idea of using guns in his adventures, but however, after saving the Mushroom Kingdom with the Rabbids from the Megabug, such a stance dropped, with him even talking with Master Chief at times to practice their shooting and jumping around while hitting targets. Surprisingly enough, Mario approached XCOM and offered to help them out if there was a mission they thought they needed extra help with. They can be seen talking about their unique guns, saying that he probably just needed to get a gun that looked kid-friendly enough to be open to them. Doesn't explain why he has a weapon called "Hell in a Shell". He has even joined the team for a couple of missions, which save for one time where he was unceremoniously shot down, has proven to be a good asset in the field with his platforming expertise putting him into good positions to attack foes.
- Any mention of the 'Super Mario Bros. Movie' ought to put the usually optimistic and fun-loving Mario in a sour mood. Once Eddie Valiant ascended, Mario has been polite but has demanded he never grows a mustache to avoid that thing being brought up again. He is well aware of the fact that others out there do genuinely enjoy the film, be it for appreciating what it did at the time, or just in a So Bad, It's Good way. Regardless, he just points toward a more faithful and well-liked adaptation. Unfortunately, he has yet to find some alternative towards those who believe that he is an evil threat to the kingdom, Peach is a temperamental dictator, or that Luigi secretly wishes to kill Mario to get the spotlight all to himself. During those moments, he just heads over to Grillby's to have a meal with Sans to share stories about their brothers to help their moods. While DK does appreciate the support given to him over what Mario did when he kidnapped him, DK has grown tired as well, and helps Mario showcase times where they buried the hatchet, even after fighting for the entire game.
- Mario also isn't a fan of the joke that he does drugs in the form of shrooms; not just because of the fact he heard it way too many times and hated it every time, he just genuinely dislikes mushrooms. No, this not just being a case of simple "Don't knock it till you try it;" he sometimes pukes from forcing himself to eat too much mushrooms. This fact ended up shocking a lot of people, but Sonic just gave Mario a fist bump and told him that he would introduce him to the world of chili dogs in the future. Papyrus, who constantly had trouble with people thinking he just likes spaghetti, was able to relate to Mario, but because he wants to use spaghetti as a gift to give others rather than to just eat himself. A fan of the food himself, Mario helps Papyrus out with his baking to help ensure that his cooking skills are the best, always being willing to taste-test his products. They may not all be winners, but Mario appreciates the effort he puts out, and Sans appreciates Mario getting along with Papyrus, so it all works out.
- He's more of a pasta and pizza fan anyway, the food of his fellow Italians. He may like pasta enough that he has a tanker full of spaghetti sauce and got blessed by the Flying Spaghetti Monster, he is not obsessed with pizza as much. Dante and the Ninja Turtles fighting over pizza is where he draws the line and takes his meals from the house of Food to go. He managed to find his way into Peppino's pizzaria one day, with the nervous Italian managing to feel more at ease with the friendly outgoing Italian. Should Pizza Face target Peppino and Mario is around to see it, he isn't afraid to jump in and take the fight to Pizza Face. And likewise, Peppino is there to give Mario a boost against Bowser when needed.

- As Mr. Video Game, he took it upon himself to go out to meet with other big names in their fields. In terms of the movie industry Mario was trying to break into with his films, he ended up meeting and befriending Mickey Mouse, with the two respecting their friendly natures and carefree attitudes. Mickey was also to pick up on the fact that the outing that made him a mainstay was inspired by Popeye. As such, the mouse was able to help properly introduce Mario to the sailor man, with the two of them hitting it off, noticing the same similarities Mickey did, becoming a trusted friend of Popeye. Mario prefers Popeye's spinach to his mushrooms, not just because of the fact his spinach brand allows for even more outlandish feats than he is used to, but because of his distaste for his mushrooms.
- During a sailing trip with Popeye one day, Popeye had a certain pirate captain that he thought Mario would like. Hearing the sailor talk positively about a Friendly Pirate was enough for Mario to be willing to follow him, eventually meeting up with Luffy and his crew, bonding with him through their friendly, simple natures yet surprisingly deep skills and sense of justice, and their love for their brothers. Considering Luffy likes to dress up like him from time to time, safe to say he left a good impression. Mario was called to the Thousand Sunny after Luffy almost sunk it trying to emulate Mario's plumber nature, believing his plumbing status was the source of his power. Despite many seeing this as a blatant reason why Luffy shouldn't be in charge of a crew, he just as soon was able to prove himself. After Mario and Luffy saw X/Xenophanes going after 9-Volt and 18-Volt for not taking the bait of a free Sonic game because they didn't like Sonic, the two heroes jumped into action to help defend them. X tried to change the fight by transporting everyone into his home dimension, but the arrival of Superman quickly slammed dunked that idea as he found his usual teleporting to avoid attacks trick not working due to too many enemies more than capable of besting him, forcing him to flee. Superman noticed and recognized Mario and was more than happy to befriend the portly plumber, recognizing each other as a symbol of hope and heroics within their home dimensions.
- Achieved an unprecedented form of international recognition when he went to the closing ceremony of the Brazil 2016 Olympic Games to promote the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games... and became Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe! A lot of people congratulated Mario for his ability to transcend nationalism in the name of sportsmanship and peaceful competition. He was a bit sad that it was delayed for reasons far beyond his control but is still happy for the chance alongside it eventually happening in 2021. He also became good friends with Doraemon for helping him film the promotional video. The two Japanese icons are among the first that people who want to travel to Japan go to for help in learning how to prepare for any trip to Japan and what to expect.
- Being the Long Runner that he is, Mario is good at a lot of things blue-collar, having around 57 real jobs and 120 jobs that may or may not be real; but not everything. To wit, he's not talented in rap, TV hosting, medicine (worse, might not be legitimate, if Miyamoto not wanting Mario to operate on him was any indication), and even as a soldier (fatigues and all). That said, his questionable training hasn't stopped Mario from managing to create the megavitamins, a pill that can at the very least cure any common cold or illness with ease. As such, some sick patients who just want to feel better and aren't at risk of anything too serious give Mario a house call. The Medic is more annoyed than anything, calling out a Double Standard with people being ok Mario doesn't have a license. Said complaints get shut down by saying that Mario isn't trying to replace their heart with the Loch Ness Monster's heart. While Mario can respect the power of Medic's operations, he still sees him as too reckless to be a true doctor. Mona from Wario's game studio was impressed by Mario's multitasking of jobs, having her own experience with constantly changing jobs. The two talk on their ofttimes about all the different jobs they took and which ones they should try next.
- While Sonic has X as his web-originated copy, Mario has Glitchy and his Mario, and it's a rocky relationship, to say the least. The duo's first day within the Pantheon had SMG4/Glitchy's Mario get mistaken for the real deal, a feat Mario is well aware of by now. While he was greeting and getting acquainted with Glitchy, his Mario was allowing others to think he was the true Mario and spent his fame creating mayhem by eating the House of Food dry and building temples in his greedy image. The real Mario ended up receiving lots of calls and people coming up to him demanding to know what had gotten into him, letting Mario know something was wrong. Sure enough, Mario quickly put two and two together and raced off to find and get Glitchy's Mario under control, stopping him from harassing Peach as he feared. Unfortunately, by the time a crowd formed around them, no one was able to tell them apart due to them beating each other senselessly.
- Thankfully 9-volt and 18-volt were there on the scene, and decided to host a quiz show with the help of Mettaton to determine the real copy, called "It's a Me, Mario!" Of course, Mario managed to answer every question correctly, while Glitchy's Mario ended up failing harshly. The copy was taken away to be judged by the Court Of The Gods and the real Mario thanked the fans for helping clear his innocence before getting to work to help clean up his fake mess. Glitchy's Mario became an outcast because of the event, Glitchy himself stayed to help Mario clean up and ensure that his own Mario was working as well, and Mario gave 9-Volt and 18-Volt his retro cap that made him look 64-bit to help ensure more folks wouldn't mistake the two, much to their extreme delight. They were and still are over the moon with this gesture.
- However, more information popped up from Glitchy's homeworld that greatly changed things. It's been revealed that the SMG4 Mario is the real Mario of that world. However, once Glitchy landed his mind, alongside the other residents, got corrupted and turned into extremely messed up versions of themselves, with Glitchy keeping them this way to make videos of them. This has left the entire Mushroom Kingdom to consider banning them wholesale, but they also do know that Glitchy isn't being intentionally malicious. Seeing how that once dormant side is still there after the Nintendo from Glitchy's homeworld tried to copyright and DMCA everything (Don't ask), Mario is looking into a way to separate the two sides of these Nintendo characters, knowing that Glitchy's Mario still has managed to gain genuine friends, like Meggy, and wanting these memories and friendships to stay. For now, whenever the topic of Glitchy or his Mario pops up, the real Mario and his universe are just unnerved by them.

- One of the most identifying things about Mario is that he has a whole lot in his ethnic background. Being an Italian plumber who was raised in America and then immigrated to the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario is certainly a worldly traveler and then some. As such, he has come across plenty of others traveling to new lands as well. Not all were pleasant, however. One meeting with Link was interrupted by Zant launching an attack on him, trying to keep his attention away from Hyrule Castle for Ganondorf to lay siege on it. Hearing that Zant was traveling across lands to spread his twilight's influence, Mario viewed him in a sour light and fought against him as Link made his way to the castle. Zant was stunned by how much strength Mario had and found himself quickly beaten back.
- Another figure he rubbed elbows against was Kratos of all people, who bumped into Mario while making his way to the lands of Norse Mythology after his adventures in Greece. At first, Mario was uneasy about how brutal and rough he was to the Greek gods while Kratos thought he was the next challenger the gods sent to face him, sparking a fight. The dueling companies that they are a part of also didn't help matters. Despite Kratos's formidable strength, he was outpaced by Mario's speed and own arsenal, and Mario was eventually able to bring him to his knees. After the fight, learning about the true nature of these Greek Gods and about how benevolent Rosalina was has led to Mario and Kratos softening their stances against one another. Kratos ended up being impressed by Mario's prowess, and nicknamed him the "Stomper of Sparta". Mario was honored and parted ways with Kratos with each other wishing each other the best in their challenges. They sometimes can be see challenging and fighting each other on more peaceful terms, leading many to marvel at how a cartoonish fellow like Mario can keep up with the seasoned god-slaying Kratos.
- Because of his space adventures, he has earned the respect of some of the Pantheon's most respected space captains, such as James T. Kirk, Jean-Luc Picard, and John Sheridan. Even the gruff and serious William Adama has a soft spot for the Italian plumber. Malcolm Reynolds once jokingly asked Mario for a bit of money to pay a few bills; and Mario, ever the generous man, gave him a treasure chest full of golden coins. Despite being an outlaw, Mario knew that Mal was a good man deep down and that's why he knew he could trust him. Malcolm was touched by this gesture and has promised that his team is willing to not only help him in the future but that he will personally pay him back all the gold with interest, despite Mario's insistence that it isn't needed.
- Despite all of Mario's humble attitude, there is one area that many people see him take a surprisingly more forceful and punishing edge at; sporting events. From simple tennis and golf games to the more competitive kart racing matches and parties he throws, Mario is always certain to put in all his efforts to win. However, the sport where everyone sees this at its fullest is the soccer matches. Here, many opponents in the house of Sports were caught off-guard by just how surprisingly strong and speedy Mario could be despite his portly body. Regardless, many in the house still find him to be a very pleasant and fun individual to go combat on the field now and then. Tsubasa Ozora, while stunned by just how skilled and powerful Mario is, still brings his all during any soccer game against him. Meanwhile, Nitros Oxide wants nothing to do with Mario when it comes to racing, seeing the idea of beating him in his own game to be too much of a time investment.
- Hearing about Mario's legendary parties, Tomomo decided to extend an invitation to Mario to go to her temple to essentially try each other's board games out. While ended up being completely surprised by how different her board game was from his own, Mario still took the challenge in stride, and after a couple of rounds, even managed to gain a victory over her. Likewise, Tomomo had multiple runs in Mario Party where she was behind, only to snipe first place from chance time, only to lose the lead at the very last turn due to chance time. The two managed to find a bit of a friendly rivalry streak with one another, one that many deities decide to just duck out of the way to not get trapped between.

- The eternal underdog, Luigi is the heroic younger brother of Mario, even if he is bigger. Like Mario, he was just a simple plumber helping Mario fix the plumbing in Brooklyn, and just like Mario, he ended up in the Mushroom Kingdom and became a hero of the land alongside Mario. However, while he still got a decent amount of respect, many just saw Luigi as Green Mario. It didn't help that at first, he really was just green Mario, being created just to be the player 2 to Mario. However, as time went on, he was able to develop and get his own unique personality and skill set. He became faster and an even higher jumper than Mario, at the cost of being slippery to control, and his personality reflected that. He was a more eccentric figure than Mario, being more easily scared and startled, prone to more jokes, and just being Adorkable than his brother. These differences ended up stacking as he proved that he wasn't just a Mario clone, and was enough to stand out within the Pantheon.
- As Mario's profile alluded to, Luigi ascended with his brother after joining him in his platforming challenge to get up to the Pantheon, and was given the title of Stuck in Their Shadow. While humiliated, Luigi took it while Mario wanted to try and find a new proper title for Luigi. It would take a good while for that chance to show. King Boo teamed up with Petey Piranha to bust free the captured ghosts that E. Gadd had in his temple. Due to any ghost hunters being out at the time, E Gadd was trapped within a painting as King Boo emptied the gallery clean. By the time one of the more docile ghosts E. Gadd got to help around the lab and managed to free him by using the dark light device, it was too late, and E. Gadd had to quickly sound the alarm to let the Pantheon know what was happening. Luigi was once more called to the fight alongside the likes of the Ghostbusters and Danny Fenton to lurk around the Pantheon to track each one back down. While obviously scared out of his mind with others taking note of his fright, he still stood his ground and went after King Boo with them, even saving Mario who got captured by King Boo yet again. After thanking Luigi and hearing the others tell Mario about how great Luigi is despite his scaredy-cat nature inspired Mario to help Luigi change his trope to Divergent Character Evolution to represent his unique personality. Now with his new title, Luigi feels more proud of his status as a god within the Pantheon, and made it his mission to help out others who feel trapped by other's feats to become their own unique beings.
- As previously stated, his main defining feature showing how different he is from Mario is his Cowardly Lion nature. Even if he is scared out of his mind, he will still go out and give his all to help ensure the safety of those he loves. His compassion can even extend to ghosts if he feels like they are truly nice and decent folks, like the Polterpup. He even managed to find Morty, a ghost who wanted to just make movies instead of haunt or scare others, and to make up for capturing him the first time, after getting all the other ghosts back, he decided to ask the Court Of The Gods if he could get his own temple. Surprised by his care for a ghost, they decided to oblige his request. Luigi got an earful from E. Gadd for that move because he let a potentially priceless ghost escape, but many others see this as doing the right thing. One such being was Courage The Cowardly Dog, who is impressed with how Luigi can still keep fighting for what's right even if he's haunted by powerful otherworldly threats. The two often join up with one another when they're scared and going through a haunted place and need someone to just be close to for comfort.
- During one of these expeditions, Luigi ended up meeting with two other scaredy-cats; Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Rogers. As it turns out, they both were there for the same reason; Dark Danny managed to escape and cause havoc within The Monster Sanctuary while Danny was out stopping Vlad from mind-controlling the world. Dark Danny wanted to see if he could convert and create his own dark versions of the Olympus Mons, The Spectral Familiars. Thanks to their combined efforts and Dark Danny underestimating them, Shaggy and Scooby were able to distract him for long enough to be led into a trap with Courage using the Dark Matter Meteor to force Dark Danny to stay still as Luigi vacuumed him up with his Poltergust G-00, able to force him into a painting to keep him at bay for a while. After this feat, the group became fast friends, with Luigi being more than happy to go on ghost-busting trips with them should the need arise. Also helps that Shaggy is practicing honing his powers after eating a magic rock crystal thinking it was rock candy, and Luigi will take all the help he can get to not be scared.
- Alongside Mario, Luigi is much stronger than anyone, even himself, believes. His own nemesis, King Boo, can open a portal with enough power to destroy the entire dimension, and Luigi managed to stop him even after he went into his own dimension to become a Reality Warper to try and take down Luigi. Then there is the fact his own subconscious is capable of duplicating clones of himself to protect Mario, grow to massive sizes, and easily beat up The Zeekeeper and an even more powerful version of giant Bowser, giving Luigi's subconscious some surprising strength. And of course, him beating Dreamy Bowser, The Megabug, Cursa, and being the Apocalypse Maiden for Dimentio to control as Mr. L in a Class Z scenario cements that he is far stronger than he thinks, even getting promoted to Greater God status and placed as one of The Representatives of Characterization. He's flattered and a bit bashful of all this praise, but he promised to take this new position in stride in his quest to help others stand out and be unique and proud.
- On his quest to help get a list of Palette Swaps that can be their own character, he ended up coming across Ken Masters, another character who started his life as a clone before becoming a new character. Ken enjoyed the thought of what Luigi aspired by proving Palette Swaps can be just as strong and unique as their original copies and invited him to spar with him against Sakura Kasugano, a Fangirl who wanted to copy and be like her idol Ryu, and Joe Higashi, an arrogant fighter who wants to stand out and be seen as more than a Joke Character. While apprehensive about the fight, he still went along with it, and was able to show off his strength against them, and got to befriend them after the fight, liking Sakura's peppy and energetic desire to match Ryu's might, and managed to become a Friendly Rival to Joe. Ken appreciates and loves what Luigi represents for all Palette Swaps, and the two of them can be seen sparring and working out together, talking about other Palette Swaps that could be characters and stand out more.
- His role of being the Apocalypse Maiden is one he doesn't really like to talk about for obvious reasons. However, sooner or later, his mouth was forced open upon seeing Dimentio floating casually in front of his temple, as if nothing happened. And those first words he said about the subject were screams of terror as he bolted from the scene to alert everyone about who is up. To help ensure that Dimentio's plan of multiversial destruction and reworking in his own image doesn't come to pass, the court of the gods decided to place the Chaos Heart into Maximum Security, and labelled Dimentio as someone on the ban list for the entire temple. While Dimentio has made multiple attempts to swindle the heart from under The Living Tribunal's eyes, such efforts still haven't work. While some prophecies have hinted at it being used and taken, the culprit has yet to be determined, even as The Living Tribunal looks into matters to ensure that it will remain unused.
- Regardless of how many mansions he keeps going into and ghosts he keeps sucking up with his Poltergust vacuums, he's still one that is easily scared and meek, especially in the face of other ghosts. Despite some people finding it weird that the ghouls he faced before can still startle him, they are way more forgiving towards him when it comes to the more deadly ghosts the Pantheon has to offer. One such instance was when he was tasked with the unenviable task of going through the house of Ghosts to try and take down a threat to them that invaded their home in a moment of rage, that being none other than Alma Wade herself. Due to being attacked by her first and getting sent straight to her Almaverse, he ended up having to try and vacuum her up. He was almost burnt to a crisp for this, only saved thanks to a surprise intervention from one of Alma's more level-headed friends; Erma Williams. Thanks to her, Alma was able to give him her side of the story that she was assaulted by Kayako in a hit-and-run tactics-styled planned attack and came to get revenge. Luigi could only grimace at the fact that he was going to be facing off against Kayako now, lest face Alma's fury.
- Thankfully, despite ending up getting the curse of Kayako from entering her domain, completely on accident since he was already running from Alma and just hid there for a bit out of fear before racing out after seeing another ghost, Luigi still managed to prove more of a threat than Kayako expected. This is mainly due to his practice in letting a ghost cat called polterkitty sneak up to him for a sneak attack only for Gooigi to return the favor and sneak up onto her and vacuum the cat up. Even her usual tricks of hiding in his clothes didn't work as Gooigi's personality was able to just nullify any attempts to scare him, allowing him to surprise her by vacuuming her up when she least expected it. Despite all the efforts with her greatly scratching up Luigi, he was able to use Gooigi and his own power of the Poltergusts to suck her spirit up into his Poltergust, and with E. Gadd's help, was able to turn her into a portrait to keep her at bay in her house for enough time for her curse to subside before she broke free. Of course, such a feat of being able to survive and beat Kayako would be one that many ghostbusters would come to admire even if Luigi tries to remain humbled just to stay out of the gig. Him getting scared by Alma popping up mid victory dance he was doing to celebrate beating Kayako to see that he finished the job is proof enough for him that he wants out as soon as possible.
- Of course, just because he is making an active effort to stay out of the ghostly haunting ground doesn't mean threats don't come out to haunt him whenever they want. The Flying Dutchman was one such face, ascending into the Pantheon after Spongebob and Patrick told him about it to try and prove his might and worth. As luck would have it, The Flying Dutchman decided to try and scare a high ranking figure to prove his worth into the Pantheon, and Luigi was just the victim. After a while of being scared by him turning his eyes into spiders and looting his room with skeletons, he finally faced him head-on. While laughing at Luigi's fear, Luigi was able to pull out his Poltergust and vacuum the undead pirate up. Said stunt managed to get him a spot in the Pantheon, much to Luigi's exasperation. A couple of days later, when he was passing by E. Gadd's temple, he noticed that the professor was watching an old grainy tape. Just then, he got a phone call on his Dual Scream phone, saying only "seven days" in a raspy tone. Luigi just took this as Waluigi pranking him again, and Waluigi claiming credit for the phone call when asked after he spent a while trying to make Luigi fall down a banana peel onto a flight of stairs confirmed his thoughts...at least in his mind. A week later, after seeing Sadako crawling out of his TV screen, the scream of horror could be heard throughout the entire house of Characterization. Despite the sudden appearance, he was able to fend her off with his vacuum, and upon realizing that Luigi was able to take down Kayako upon seeing letters praising him for the achievement, she decided that letting Luigi live beats getting trapped in a painting for who knows how long. Luigi had to cover the TV in his house for a month with a sheet to ensure no one else tried to crawl out of it.
Him getting scared by Alma popping up mid victory dance he was doing to celebrate beating Kayako to see that he finished the job is proof enough for him that he wants out as soon as possible.
- One other instance of him going after a ghost was when Star Butterfly came up to his temple. While trying to get used to other ways to do magic to ensure she could still protect her ward/boyfriend Marco, she ended up accidentally summoning a ghoul called Hungry Larry, who was able to eat any human. Fearing the worst, he gulped and grabbed his Poltergust, racing out behind her. He heard that Larry was able to regurgitate all his victims up if someone inside was able to force the process. Luigi could only roll his eyes in disgust and annoyance about what he had to do next, letting himself get eaten and using the Poltergust inside to force Hungry Larry to vomit everyone out. Back to normal, Hungry Larry tried to give his lesson about what he just before Luigi interrupted him with a flash of his strobe bulb and sucking him up into his vacuum and shooting him out into a ghost taxi.
- One enemy he wasn't equipped to deal with (in his mind at least) was the Scourge and his undead army. His own vacuuming equipment didn't do much to them, and with Luigi getting flashbacks to when he was forced to travel through the Castlevania manor and having his soul forcefully removed, Luigi once more ran off in fear, screaming as they pursued him. However, once they took notice of the Green Flu survivors group, Luigi forced himself to out and fight the horde off with his bare hands. Managing to utilize his many power-ups to switch up his powers and finish it all off with a power star to slam through enemy lines, Luigi managed to slaughter down the entire group to a man, stunning both himself and the Green Flu survivors. Since then, he has been invited to camp out with them, and he has offered them refuge in his temple, a place far away from any zombies.
- His adventures ghostbusting has led to him finding out many others aren't fans of ghosts, being able to relate to them and understand their struggles. For someone like Mako who called on him to get rid of a boo, he could completely understand that. For Alice finding some of King Boo's ghouls to be too much for him, he was just happy that the giant snake woman didn't want to constrict him to death after the ghosts were capture. However, hearing a scream louder than his own, he rushed to the House of Ambiguity to find...the normally powerful Ragna reduced to fear at the sight of a single gold ghost laughing at how mortified he was. He had to keep his laughter to himself as he vacuumed up the ghost effortlessly as Ragna than claimed he didn't actually scream that loud. Still, all three respect Luigi for being able to take care of ghosts, and when they see one and Luigi is around, they all hide behind him as he takes care of the ghosts. Luigi didn't expect to the brave one of a group, but since they still help him out whenever he meets threats greater than he could imagine, he takes it all with a grin on his face.
- As previously stated, he is more than willing to befriend ghosts if they prove themselves to not be out to scare or hurt him. That said, he is eternally grateful for Erma and her compassionate nature, even apologizing to him if she scares him too hard. He has learned to take her in stride and is one of the few ghosts he is willing to comfortably call his friend, even willing to babysit her should her babysitter Felicia not be available. Despite her taste in viewing horror movies as comedies, he was able to at least bond with her over her love for Warrior Unicorn Princess, even if it was a lot more graphic than he originally thought. Her trip with him into Evershade Valley leading to her helping a boo befriend Luigi and shown distrust and hatred for King Boo, with King Boo (quite wisely) deciding to not antagonize her any further has only cemented his friendship with her. Erma was able to also introduce him to some more friendly ghosts, like C after the two of them took part in a stare off as they both were scared of each other, Casper the friendly ghost proving to live up to his namesake, and Yuyuko Saigyouji & Youmu Konpaku, where after a harmless jumpscare prank, was more than welcoming to Luigi after he recovered from falling down and screaming in fear.
- On the topic of babysitting, he was one the first ones to come across Carol Anne Freelings after hearing of an encounter between her and King Boo, forcing him to race out. He was late to the brawl against King Boo (The Ghostbusters made quick work of her), but he was able to try and help Carol feel better about what happened. While he did have trouble with that (Yotsuba was the one to help finally break her sour mood), Carol did sense that Luigi was just as scared as she was about the paranormal, and was able to find a sense of comfort in knowing that even strong adults like him can still be scared. Luigi for his part was able to not only take up babysitting duties with her when needed, but also helped her get introduced to a couple of other friendly ghosts that wouldn't want to hurt her or use her for evil. During this time, he has been singled out by Carol as the one adult within the Pantheon she trusts just as much as her parents.
- If there was one individual he is scared of the most, far more than Dimentio and King Boo, it would be X/Xenophanes. Singling out Luigi as one of the most cowardly figures within the Mario universe, X decided to have some unique fun with him, different than his usual "abduct and chase" affair, and scared Luigi into running away, accidentally falling into a red ring portal, with said portal catapulting Luigi all across time and space, going through multiple different realities where darkness and fear ruled the Mushroom Kingdom.
- The first world he landed in was one where Mario was a brutal killer, being seen as a Fallen Hero. Any attempts to try and talk to him led to this version of Mario trying to stomp him out. Luigi was able to eventually survive by going past Iggy's castle and finding the warp star to go to the warp zone, with him finding another red ring portal there, hopping through it seconds before Mario attacked him with a koopa shell.
- The next world he found himself in looked to be very similar to his adventures when having a shrunken Mario Party. The main difference is that the host this time was a ringleader who wanted everyone to play fairly, and that includes entry fees. Upon seeing Luigi enter the game without paying, he called on the rest of the characters to shame him for it and force him to apologize in a minigame where he was forced to write out "I'm sorry" notes. By the time the last one was glitching out and a thwomp was about to crush him, he bolted and ran off stage, dodging the angry crowd and attempts to stop him as he forced himself into a red ring portal at the end of the hall.
- After that, the last world he ended up in a castle, seeing Mario approach another Luigi on the bridge before said Luigi revealed he was a turncoat for Bowser, and tried to kill Mario. To say they were both surprised as another Luigi jumped in to stop them from killing each was an understatement. Using the confusion to his advantage, he asked them to explain why Luigi was fighting for Bowser. Thanks to this, the villain Luigi was able to confess his feelings about feeling inferior to Mario and wanting him dead for the attention he deserves. Hearing genuine apologies from Mario and Luigi saying that the Mario in his unique also truly loves and cares for him and that he would be more than happy to listen to Luigi has led the Luigi of the creepypasta to go silent and just walk back home. His Mario thanked Luigi for the help and promised to help set things right just before a blue arm reached out of the red ring portal to pull him in.
- Finally arriving at Xenophanes's home dimension by force, X mocked him for trying to give the story a happy ending, saying that there is no place for happiness in these stories. Before managing to rip Luigi's stomach open, he found himself frozen as another ghost came in, that being none other than Clockwork himself. He heard of Luigi being missing and Luigi altering a creepypasta story to have a good ending managed to pop up on his radar as a timeline-altering event, and was able to spirit Luigi back to the Pantheon proper. Since then, Luigi has been open to talking and planning with Clockwork about helping out the timeline in the Pantheon from any more supernatural threats, and X was left screaming mad that his fun was ruined.
- Wanting a vacation from all the supernatural happenings within the Pantheon, Luigi decided to book a vacation to the land of Hyrule. Due to the screwed-up nature of Hyrule's multiple timelines, he ended up managing to find himself getting sent to the world of Ocarina Of Time, filling in as the hero. Luigi was able to brave through this adventure by using his jumping prowess in a land where such power in his jumps was never experienced. Even after getting the master sword and being transported 7 years into the future, he was able to just keep jumping and attacking enemies the old-fashioned way, up to Ganon. Due to a reserve power star, Luigi was just able to blitz him and save the day. After getting returned back to his present-day appearance, he was able to make his way back home, being greeted by Daisy giving him a "You're my hero" medal (as advised by Wreck-It Ralph), much to his delight.
- As much as he tries to hide the fact, he is well known for being constantly compared to as inferior to Mario. The treatment has gotten better over the years, with there even being a full year dedicated to him to show the world he means business. Said year was said to be one of the company's least lucrative years, but the attempt was still admirable for many to see. Despite his rep as the "King of Second Bananas," Luigi has managed to find a kindred spirit in Snake, who empathizes with him and defends the younger Mario brother from some scathing remarks delivered by his CO. Said call by the Colonel was from an AI copy crafted by the Patriots, but the defense was still well appreciated in his eyes, with Snake and Luigi bonding over Snake knowing what being seen as inferior to your brother could do after seeing the effects on Liquid Snake. Ron Weasley was also someone who definitely knows how siblings can make you feel like you blend into the background more. Given how not only he feels inferior to the rest of his brothers, but the fanbase as well, Luigi can understand just where Ron is coming from, and is more than open to let Ron vent his frustrations to him whenever needed. The two of them often talk with Heat Miser who has experienced these inferior brothers feelings all too well, and helps set up talks with their brothers and friends in case these feelings to too much. He knows just how easy it is for one to be a hothead and make mistakes before cooling down.
- Another fact he isn't that proud of himself for is his scaredy-cat nature, fearing that he is very easily scared. However, many try to tell him not to worry about that, since he is still able to rise to the occasion and help others when push comes to shove. Such a feat would present itself when Luigi was approached by the original Cowardly Lion...Cowardly Lion from the Oz gang. First congratulating him for being a shining example on how people like himself should act, he than turned to asking for help since he heard Lord Djibril had kidnapped Piglet after being jealous of his title. Wanting to help out the lion, Luigi followed behind him to the temple, seeing Lord Djibril indeep keeping Piglet tied up. After seeing someone actually not only approach his temple but manage to get past any security he tried to send their way, Lord Djibril folded quickly, offering to let Piglet leave safely as he ran off in fear. Piglet is thankful of the two, and has promised that they have a home in the Hundred Acre Woods should they just want to relax. Seeing this and all the other times he put his fears aside for others, Kyle Rayner and Jessica Cruz have promised Luigi that he has more willpower than he ever imagined, knowing about being scared yet still fighting from personal experience, a statement that was able to soothe his worries a bit.
- Luigi is the prime target for people to see as the punchline of a joke. Waluigi sees Luigi as a favorite target to prank by just doing everything in his power to scare and hurt him. Even though Waluigi is even worse when it comes to being recognized, the purple plumber doesn't mind, even more than happy to use his limited fame to torment Luigi, such as stealing his presents after being one of the few surviving Nintendo characters from Galeem's attack. One day, Luigi snapped and brutally called him out on all of the bullying, driving Waluigi to tears and making Luigi feel bad and try to backpaddle, only for Waluigi to turn the tables and give him an atomic wedgie. That said, he ended up gaining a couple of surprising allies from all the bullying. One such bullying attempt ended with Jimmy Hopkins approaching Luigi and leading him away from a hallway that he learned was primed to have traps and pranks dedicated to humiliating Luigi, while Naughty Bear went in to disarm the planned pranking traps, found the perpetrator to be Snidely Whiplash pranking Luigi from Waluigi recommending him as a prime target, and shoved him into a locker as forcefully as he could. Despite their forceful attitude in getting revenge on bullies, the two managed to remain decent enough friends with Luigi, proud of him for not using his strength to bully others.
- Unlike Mario and Sonic's rivalry, Luigi and Tails remained pretty level-headed, and rarely took the fight to each other save for good fun. That said, this didn't stop them from getting called to the field of Death Battle after the results of Mario and Sonic's first bout. Unfortunately for Luigi, while he was superior in all forms of combat, Tails' gadgetry trumped him in every single way. To everyone's surprise, Luigi didn't seem to mind as there was nothing that stated that he couldn't use his gadgets to his advantage. However, with their second round resulting in a favorable result for Mario, many wonder if Luigi would be able to come through and beat Tails this time around, to which Luigi tries to just keep on the down low. He rather not try his luck again after getting tricked by Tails into unveiling an explosive. The two remain on good terms despite these fights, with Tails helping Luigi and E. Gadd modify his ghost-hunting gear.
- Just like Mario, when it comes to competitions, Luigi brings out his A-Game, even if he isn't as much of a Competition Freak as his brother. However, this hasn't stopped him from giving his all when it comes to go-karting. Many Mario deities have reported that Luigi has been practicing giving out some menacing death stares to anyone that he was able to hit and pass with a shell. His companions are left baffled by his unexpected behavior, but others just assume that Luigi is using these sporting events as a way to blow off steam. Considering all the abuse and frights he keeps finding himself in, even in the Pantheon, many don't fault Luigi for giving these stares, figuring he needed something to do to unwind from being haunted and humiliated after so long. Even more baffling is that in other games, namely Mario's parties, Luigi appears to sometimes be more than happy to just be there, not doing anything when doing minigames, and still winning by doing absolutely nothing.
- Somehow, if everyone else also tries the art of doing nothing at the same time, Luigi will still win. Gladstone Gander smugly challenged Luigi to a challenge for a large sum of money, with Luigi desiring to help fund more projects within the Mushroom Kingdom with the money. Tossing a check-up in the air by a neutral party, Gladstone allowed the check to flow to whoever it wanted. Even though it looked like it was going to Luigi, a sudden burst of wind blew it in Gladstone's direction...with him just missing it by a couple of inches, before blowing right back into Luigi's face, forcing Gladstone to pay Luigi a large 6-figure sum. The result shocked many within the Pantheon, as Donald Duck laughed at Gladstone for his luck failing that hard, as Scrooge McDuck tried to tell Donald to show some matter for Gladstone, before snickering under his breath, happy to see Gladstone finally realize that he may need to put some legwork into his successes from now on. As such, everyone stopped trying to outdo Luigi by doing nothing.
- After hearing of Cappy's ascension, Luigi decided to set up "Luigi's Balloon Pantheon" for the Pantheon to play. The game is simple but effective; deities are given 30 seconds to hide a balloon somewhere in one of the houses in the Pantheon. The balloon must be on the ground or on a pole that can be climbed on (and NOT hidden within walls or places that are impossible to access to a normal lesser god) for it to count. Other people would try and find the hidden balloons in an allotted amount of time. He has stations set up within every single house, even the house of Villainy, though the villains there just use this as a way to settle arguments with one another. Tend matches often get physical and bloody, and Luigi just floats away during the ensuing brawl before anyone can try and attack him.
- Despite all his efforts, sometimes he still feels like he is still stuck behind Mario's shadow from a couple ruthless deities prodding and getting to his ego about it. One deity he found surprising comfort in was Krillin, who not only knows how it feels to know be able to quite catch up with the competition, but can still be a bit of a nervous wreck, even if he can still back it up when needed. Luigi and Krillin able to help each other find and pinpoint their strengths and be proud of their own unique skills. Hiccup was able to also join in on the conversation, having his own fear of dragons before being able to learn and understand them more, linking Luigi's expertise in ghost hunting to it. As such, despite still being scared of the undead, Luigi felt more comfortable in his experience with the ghouls of the Pantheon.
- One day, Luigi ended up finding an army of ghosts and boos convening on Halloween Town, with King Boo fighting Jack in the middle of it all. Despite his horror at the town, Luigi mustered his strength and barged in, able to help Jack relieve the army of ghosts. During the fight, he bumped into an skeleton in armor and a sword, resulting in him screaming in shock, only for said skeleton to scream in fear back. Turns out said skeleton was Sir Daniel, who wanted to help out, telling Luigi about how wanted to be a truly brave knight and not a coward. Taking this new ally in stride, Luigi soon helped Daniel fend off any physical beasts trying to attack them before turning to King Boo, teaming up with Jack Skellington to vacuum him back up. Picking up on Luigi's fears ever since arriving in town after the excitement died down, Jack complimented Luigi on his heart pushing him to do the right thing, and has invited him to come back every Halloween to get used to the town and residents. Despite turning them down, he has at least appreciated them, and was able to still remain on good talking terms with Jack.
- One thing that he is extremely proud and confident in himself at is card games. From simple matching games to the likes of Poker, he is fond of being the dealer for these events, to the point of even having a casino for these rounds. Many guests who visited the casino were surprised Luigi was the one being the dealer and was able to be a respectable and well-loved figure within the landscape of those looking for a few rounds of cards. Of course, such a feat would eventually reach the ears of the Ultimate Gambler, Celestia Ludenberg, who approached him for a couple of rounds. While she did end up winning as expected for someone with her title, she still left with a glowing review of the place and Luigi himself, seeing him as a respectable and friendly face to challenge from time to time, sometimes even bringing different games of luck to show him. Since then, Luigi has been learning under her wing to improve his skills and knowledge of games of chance. He does know about her past and what happened at Hope's Peak, but leaves the past to the past alongside her being placed in a stressful life-or-death situation. He knows he wouldn't be able to keep his cool like she did for so long, and even if he wouldn't kill, would feel that hopelessness she did.
- Another game he is quite fond of is Fortune Street, a board game-based event where he and three others race around the board to get shops, build them up, and buy and sell stocks to get the biggest amount of money needed to win at the bank. Considering his past with card games, many can see just why Luigi would feel cocky and confident in the game set all around money management. He met up with the Dragon Quest characters who were a part of these games to help set up times for not only more rounds but also to invite others to learn the game themselves. Even the Dragon Lord was more than open to these invitations, even if he just sees them as an excuse to show off his power and might towards others. Luigi for his end doesn't think that much of it, since not only did he do this song and dance with Bowser during times where he joined the cast to party or go-kart together, he knows the Dragon Quest heroes have his back in case he tries anything funny.
- Any attempts from villainous deities to sneak into Luigi's subconscious has proven to always result in disaster. Not only would such a feat trigger Mario to go after them, but Luigi has proven to be well versed in fighting in the Dreamscape, utilizing his brain's version of himself called Dreamy Luigi to create hoards of them to come to Mario's aid to help them fight back any attackers. Freddy Kruger found this fact out the hard way by invading Luigi's dream, trying to scare him before killing him off. Seeing his bro tremble in fear after hearing about how Freddy was in the area, Mario placed an pillow of a Pi'illo underneath Luigi's head to open an portal to the Dreamscape, coming in to help Luigi. Even after Freddy grew 100 times his size, Luigi utilized his Dreamy Luigis to increase his own size as well, managing to keep pace with the dream demon, with him tossing a giant star that Mario piloted through Freddy's heart to kill him. Since then, Freddy has taken the hint, and has warned Bill that "The green plumber guy is a lot more aggressive than he lets on.]] Bill decided to just rip up any plans of using Luigi or Mario in his plot to spread Weirdmageddon through the Pantheon, knowing that Luigi would be too scared of him to do anything, and that Mario would be too wise to his tricks, especially since he knows Luigi hates Bill and doesn't want to see him in his dreams. Fecto Forgo meanwhile overheard Luigi's prowess in his dreams and has planned on invading them to learn more about the enemies he fought to hopefully replicate them in his own dreams.
- "You just got Luigi'd!"

Time to rise and shine. Good morning! For Mario, Tassadar is misspelled as "Tasssadar" in his Allies section. Speaking of the Allies section, I think Mickey Mouse should be listed there given that he was described as having friendly relations with Mario in a paragraph. Tomomo is responsible for creating a board game world that served as a setting for a Party Game.
For Luigi, Mako Reizei of the Anglerfish team, Alice (MGQ) and Ragna the Bloodedge are afraid of ghosts.

YAWK YAWK YAWK YAWKGot some for Luigi!
Star Butterfly once summoned a ghost named Hungry Larry who proceeded to swallow her whole, along with all of her friends, her eventual boyfriends family, and a ton of trick or treaters on Halloween.
Dark Danny is an infamously evil Ghost who brought about the end of the world in the timeline that he originates from, and was defeated by being sucked inside the Fenton Thermos, but not before nearly killing Danny's family, and friends.
The Scourge have a great deal of ghosts amongst the ranks of their undead troops, and those ghosts are very much not impeded by vacuuming equipment, but are corporeal enough to be slain once more.
Freddy Krueger became a ghost/demon who haunts the dreams of people, and is able to kill them from within their dreams.
Fecto Forgo was able to survive the destruction of its body through sheer force of will, and retreated into its own personal Dream Land where it began plotting its revenge by dreaming up armies of enemies to unleash upon Kirby.
"Us weirdos have to stick together!"Maybe Luigi’s reaction to Dimentio ascending?
I’m plotting my schemes wherever I go! They’re perfect in every way…I think Mario has too many theme songs. There's a formatting error in Luigi's allies section.

@Kingvideogames — For Mario, you might want to mention how he's an immigrant regarding the Mushroom Kingdom and if any characters have a similar tale of stumbling across foreign kingdoms and lands and having to save them from some threat. Let's say given his friendly relationship with Link, Mario would be appalled by Zant for not just his invasion of Hyrule, but also for how twisted and incomprehensible his motivations for taking over the Twilit Realm are. Oddly enough, Kratos might also count, as being an immigrant to Ancient Norse Mythology from Greece and having to stop the tyranny of Odin. Given his newfound path to redemption and making an active effort to be a benevolent force, there's a chance of a friendly rivalry between Mario and Kratos, helped by the latter being one of Sony's mascot characters.
For Luigi, maybe something about his reputation of being overshadowed by his older brother despite being just as capable as well as any deities with a similar premise?
Additionally, Cowardly Lions like Krillin, Kyle Rayner, Jessica Cruz, Ron Weasley, Hiccup Haddock, Daniel Fortesque, and, well, The Cowardly Lion could make some interactions, with them expressing their tales of being afraid and reluctant before proving themselves to be more than capable and heroic than they let on.

- Is it she literally Grunkle Stan's ex-wife? (She went into the human world, named herself Marilyn and got married to Stan before she ditched him and steal his car and casino earnings)
Ok, managed to add the overall tropes relating to the Chief Executives. Will probably add the Mr. Robot suggestions later on.
