Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Update on the Keroro platoon so far.

I was thinking of adding some interaction with Pinky and the Brain given their similar desire to try to take over the world.

The Keroro Platoonmembers , Collective Deities of Easily Thwarted Alien Invasions (The Armpit Platoon, Keroro: Sgt. Frog, Sarge, Uncle; Tamama: Wakaba-1, Comrade Fuher/Captain Tamama; Giroro: Skull-1, Checkmate King 2, Red Daruma Doll; Kururu: Kululu; Dororo: Zororo)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2376.jpeg
L-R: Kururu, Tamama, Keroro, Giroro, Dororo
  • House: Extraterrestrial Behaviour
  • Lesser Deities
  • Symbol: Their insignias on their bellies
  • Theme Song: Kerot! to March
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral (Keroro, Tamama, and Kululu), Lawful Neutral (Giroro), Lawful Good (Dororo)
  • Portfolio:
  • Domains: Aliens. Frogs, Comedy, Incompetence
  • Heralds: Angol Mois, Fuyuki Hinata, Natsumi Hinata, Aki Hinata, Momoka Nishizawa (Tamama), Hojo Mutsumi/Saburo Mutsumi (Kururu), Koyuki Azumaya (Dororo)
  • Allies: Stitch
  • On good terms with: Nolan Grayson/Omni-Man
  • Rivals: Zim, Ika Musume (albeit a friendly one), The League of Super Evil
  • Fanboy of : All things Gundam (for Keroro)
  • Enemies: The Black Ops, The Hazardous Environment Combat Unit, Dib
  • Afraid of: Cirno (all of them), The House of Ghosts and any ghost deity (Giroro)
  • Odd Friendship with: The Space Sheriffs (for Keroro), The Steam Team (for Giroro)
  • Sergeant Keroro is a frog-like alien known as a Keronian who was assigned to scout for an invasion of Earth. But once his superiors realize he's been found out by two Japanese teenagers, they abort the mission and leave him and his crew behind. With no one else to turn to, Keroro ends up staying at the Hinata house with Fuyuki, Natsumi, and their mom Aki, living as something between a servant and a pet. Of course, Keroro is still an invader and still plotting the downfall of Earth (or Pokopen/Pekopon as he’d call it) with the help his fellow teammates (the mercurial Private Tamama, the gruff Corporal Giroro, the mischievous Sgt. Major Kururu, and the enigmatic Dororo). Even so, you can bet that any chance of them conquering Pekopon would end up blowing up in their faces with hilarious results.
  • They have been compared to both Zim and Ika Musume in regards to all of them being inept invaders, which can sometimes lead to petty squabbles between them whenever they get in their way of their conquest of Pekopon. Zim himself doesn’t take this comparison well as he is too self-centered to have anyone else conquer Earth but him. However, Ika is at least somewhat friendly whenever she’s around the frogs. The League of Super Evil is another group of comedic villains with a low success rate that they find themselves clashing with if they find themselves doing the same money-making scheme. Of course, them being too busy one-upping each other has predictably led to both sides failing.
  • Being gods isn’t always easy for them as they have to deal with their share of enemies outside of Pekopon. In particular, they have to deal with Dib Membrane as he finds their goals to be similar to Zim’s. Unfortunately for Dib, he doesn’t get taken seriously. On a more serious note, there's also the Hazardous Combat Unit and the Black Ops, both who have been called to take down alien invasions in their home universes, on top of utilizing brutal methods to do so. They also try to avoid Cirno seeing how she has a hobby of freezing frogs and watching them thaw.
  • That said, there are some alien invaders that they became friends (or at least on decent terms) with, particularly with Stitch, who was assigned to do evil and eventually conquer Earth, but softened up after an encounter with an island girl named Lilo, reminding the frogs of their relationship with the Hinatas. Omni-Man is another alien invader they don’t mind even if they look past his violent past, as he too became a better person after staying on Earth and raising a family.
  • Keroro may be considered the leader of the platoon, but he seems to be more interested in doing chores and goofing off than he is in actually invading Pekopon. In essence, he may well serve as a textbook example on how not to lead.
    • One of his favorite hobbies that he’s borderline obsessed with is building Gundam models. In fact, words could not express how excited he was when he found out about various Gundam deities as well as actual Gundams residing in the Pantheon. In particular, he likes hanging out with Sei Iori and Reiji as well as the Team TRY fighters after learning that they participate in Gunpla battles and would be happy to join in if asked.
    • Keroro also has an encounter with Space Sheriff Gavan, thinking he was his old buddy Space Detective Kogoro. After the confusion is cleared, he (along with the other Space Sheriffs) get along well with Keroro, even if the frog finds them less hammy compared to Kogoro.
  • Tamama is the newest and youngest member of the platoon. He loves junk food and sweets (especially candy, cake, soft drinks, and potato chips), and living with the ultra-rich Momoka means he can have as many as he wants. Despite his cuteness, he has a Hair-Trigger Temper, a MASSIVE jealous streak, and an ability to fire his laser from his mouth whenever he’s provoked. Also, he loves Keroro.
    • Gets along well with Stocking Anarchy as they bond over their similar Sweet Tooth taste. Sometimes, he would even visit Stocking’s temple in hopes of her serving him his favorite sweets. It also helps that she sometimes reminds him of Momoka.
  • Giroro is the Only Sane Man and the only frog in the platoon who believes he can take the invasion mission seriously. He also has a crush on Natsumi ever since she defeated him in their first fight.
    • Oddly enough, he has shown a liking for trains every now and then and would sometimes visit the House of Land and Sea Travel to see Thomas the Tank Engine and the rest of his Steam Team. Surprisingly, Giroro and Thomas also share a fear of ghosts, and as such, would try to avoid the House of Ghosts or any ghost deity.
  • Kururu (or Kululu) is the team’s resident intelligence officer. Incredibly smug and self-satisfied, Kururu is constantly inventing all sorts of outlandish devices, but few of these are actually meant to help the invasion... they're just for his own amusement. Loves giving Keroro just enough rope to hang himself, over and over and over again.
  • Dororo is the team’s resident ninja (and the one who tends to get left out). Previously known as Zororo, he used to be a painfully shy, sickly child, and so clung rather desperately to his friendship with Keroro... something Keroro shamelessly exploited, leaving him traumatized to the point that any reminder of these abuses triggers his 'Trauma Switch' and sends him into the nearest corner. Grew up to become an assassin, then got separated from the others on Earth and found acceptance and peace with a group of ninjas, leading to him changing his name and outlook on life.
    • He himself used to serve as a High Priest for fellow frog ninja Greninja. Even after he’s been promoted to Godhood along with his fellow platoon mates, they have remained good friends. Both can be seen training each other in the House of Combat with their ninja weapons.

  • Enemies: The Grand United Alliance of Destruction, Dharkon, Chakravartin, The Godhand, Griffith, Fused Zamasu, Sundowner, the Corpus
  • Supported by: Lucifer (New Neutral, New Chaos, and—yes—New Law Paths)
  • It's a well-known fact that the Shin Megami Tensei games have multiple endings based on the Player Character's alignment: Law, Chaos, or Neutral. But out of all of the Great Will's Messiahs, who should represent that aspect? The First Hero wouldn't do since one of his paths becomes canon. The Second One, Aleph, seem to have all his endings lead to the same conclusion, and his outcomes aren't widely varied. The Third, the Demi-Fiend is fated to return under the trope Superboss. The Fourth, Flynn, is already in the Pantheon representing Samurai Ponytail. And there are other fates in store for Nanashi and the Nahobino, who don't fit this trope as neatly anyway. That was when an answer was found.
  • The protagonist of Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey, to be addressed by his Drama CD name Tadano Hitonari, was a Japanese (or American) soldier of Earth during a present-day time period when the Schwarzwelt appeared in Antarctica. The United Nations assembled a quartet of teams comprised of the brightest minds, most talented soldiers (Hitonari among them), and the most advanced technology they had available. Their mission: enter and explore the interior of the Schwarzwelt, and find a way to stop it before the entire world is consumed. Of course, things aren't as simple as that. Their foes proved far more dangerous than it seemed, the Schwarzwelt's reason for existing proved more complicated than it seemed, and the demons proved invisible to the naked eye before a Mysterious Benefactor granted them the Demon Summoning Program for a fighting chance. Humanity would be tested as they explored the Schwarzwelt, and circumstances led to Hitonari being in the lead and ultimately deciding the fate of his kind.
  • Due to the nature of his trope, all of his versions were required to ascend. That not only meant the Neutral, Law, and Chaos versions, but their New versions too, leading to a total of six. Upon hearing who was planned for ascension, YHVH was quick to bring forth the versions fitting His own path while Cosmos (with anonymous aid from Lucifer) helped ascend the rest. In terms of residences, to minimize clashes with one another, their temples take the form of five Red Sprites, the hover-capable landships that the Schwarzwelt Investigational Team used to explore the demon realms, but modified and miniaturized to enable reasonable solo travel with it. Why five when there are six Hitonaris? The two Neutral Hitonaris share a "temple" because they share the same ideals; there's no point in separating them. While the other New Hitonaris are also good people, they have their separate agendas that can take them to different places in the Pantheon.
  • Applies to all or some of them:
    • Wanna know what exactly their paths took them? Well…
      • Law Hitonari helped turn his Earth into a world of total peace where it devotes itself solely to praising the greatness of God (YHVH).
      • Chaos Hitonari helped turn his Earth into a primordial world of gods and demons, where only the strongest survive and humanity is expected to suffer for their role in disrupting the natural order.
      • Neutral Hitonari successfully performs the original mission of the Investigational Team and destroys the Schwarzwelt, but it's implied that it will return so long as humanity doesn't get its act together.
      • New Law Hitonari helepd turn his Earth into a peaceful world without violence that still has its free will, but runs the risk of leaving humanity vulnerable without the will to fight should a threat arise.
      • New Chaos Hitonari helped turn his Earth into one where nature flourishes and humanity can live in harmony with gods, demons and the Earth. Instead of a world ruled by strength, it becomes a world filled with infinite possibilities for humanity, where each person is free to act as they choose.
      • New Neutral Hitonari destroys the Schwarzwelt like his "old" counterpart, but also uses the Cosmic Fruit to become Earth's immortal protector against the Schwarzwelt as it appears again and again until humanity can learn its lesson and break the Eternal Recurrence themselves.
    • Despite whatever blessings they've received (if they still retain them), all versions of Hitonari still fight as they did before; with swords, guns, and summoned demons. Being of differing alignments, there is naturally opposition among themselves, though mainly from the Law and Chaos Hitonaris, even against their New counterparts. Even New Chaos and New Law have their disagreements. It's a good thing their temples are separate. In case you're wondering how Hitonari can either be Japanese or American? Well, he's half of both ethnicities.
      • It was a surprise to discover that the DEMONICA was in the Pantheon's Treasury. Now that there are six more suits, a change of policy has been in consideration in regards to requisitioning and reverse-engineering it. Thus this gave the Grand United Alliances of Good, Law, and Chaos a head start in research. The GUAs of Evil and Destruction, as well as the various Uprisings are now dedicated to capturing the Hitonaris in order to requisition their DEMONICAs for themselves. Other independent forces not among the above who have interest in the suits are trying the same. While they're not exactly on their old mission anymore, the Hitonaris' expedition in the Schwarzwelt has conditioned them to pick up everything in sight that doesn't have a clear owner (and perhaps beat up the owner if there is and if they think it can benefit them more). The good Hitonaris do their best to use their manners, though.
    • Besides those who desire total annihilation of all life, given their interactions with Jack's Squad, there's one thing all Hitonaris share their despisal for; all Private Military Contractors and Mad Scientists, especially if they lack any sort of morals. And in the case of Law, Chaos, and (to a lesser extent) New Law Hitonaris, the alignment of these mercenaries or doctors doesn't matter to them; they all must die horribly. As for the others, it just means they're really slow to trust the less malevolent ones like Raiden and Agatha Heterodyne. Since there are multiple Hitonaris, all of them would naturally be aware of Funny Valentine because of his Stand's ability to easily obliterate them if they are not careful. The only one who doesn't quite have to worry about that tidbit is Law Hitonari due to the president's affiliations with the GUAL.
  • Exclusive to the Neutral paths:
    • New Neutral Hitonari told the "Old" Neutral Hitonari about the latter's future and its eventual doom via another Schwarzwelt. Neutral Hitonari almost lost his faith since humanity learned nothing and repeated their mistakes to end this way, but Makoto Naegi was able to restore his faith in humanity; New Neutral Hitonari was unable to help in this case as he inadvertently serves as an example of the fruitlessness of his struggle since his world's humanity is relying on another higher being for their safety and has been doing so for 150 years before his ascension to the Pantheon.
    • Due to his never-ending crusade against the Schwarzwelt, being a soldier heading off into another dimension, being completely and totally human and facing off against monsters that are more or less the stuff of nightmares, it was natural that Doomguy would be a steadfast ally of New Neutral Hitonari (and the older one, too). They even go hunting demons together on occasion, though Hitonari has to avoid summoning his own lest Doomguy commit Friendly Fire on it, and most of the summoned that wouldn't draw his attention are usually unable to stomach the carnage.
    • With their new situation in the Pantheon, as well as everything it has to offer, the Arthur that came with New Neutral Hitonari decided it would be best to share resources with the GUAG after deducing Cosmos' intentions. There was a little bit of hesitation on this since they heard of the Lockdown Kazuya Minegishi and his friends experienced, the Demon Summoning everybody got, and the chaos that ensued. However, given the technological state of the Pantheon and all of its residents, this worry was mostly unfounded.
    • On occasion, New Neutral Hitonari goes to the moon to relax, just as he's done for the past 150 years after becoming immortal. On occasion, he gets fellow visitors who sit with him, and he wouldn't mind their presence (even if it was someone like Nightmare Moon) as long as he isn't messed with.
  • Exclusive to the Chaos paths:
  • Exclusive to the Law paths:
    • New Law Hitonari is admired by several deities who abhor violence and are idealistic enough to think that his world would be absolutely perfect.

Princess Pitch, Goddess of Endings Where Everything Explodes

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/HyperPrincessPitch_8780.gif
  • Intermediate Goddess (Overdeity during the moment she uses Galactic Princess Buster)
  • Symbol: Her Brick cannon
  • Theme Song: Title Theme
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil or Chaotic Neutral
  • Portfolio: Villain Protagonist, Stories Ending With An Explosion, Alliterative Name, Weapon Shoots Bricks By Default But Can Change With Power Ups (Ice Thrower and Rainbow Laser), Having a Blast, Finishing Any Foe With A Piledriver, Pink Pretty Princess Powerhouse, Shouting Shooter, Ruining Christmas Because She Didn't Get Any Christmas Gifts, An Ass-Kicking Christmas, Gets An Explosive Gift In The Normal Ending, "Galactic Princess Buster" Destroys The Entire Galaxy In The True Ending
  • Domain(s): Explosions, Princesses, Anti-Christmas
  • Heralds: Catstrike, and her mother the Goddess of Explosions (ironically)
  • High Priest: Carl Spackler, The Goon Show cast
  • Allies: The Explosive Extremists of the Pantheon
  • Enemies: All iterations of Santa Claus, Bowser, Jack Skellington, all the Guardians
  • Opposed by: Princess Peach, Basically everybody who likes Christmas or not having their planet/galaxy blown up
  • Princess Pitch is a girl with a grudge against Mecha Santa and a desire to put a stop to his plan to spread joy and presents all over the world, all because she didn't get any presents from him; if she can't get presents, no one should. With her trusty Catstrike, she plans to take him down before the world becomes a happier place. After storming his factory and dealing with all of his minions, turrets, and bosses (all specifically made to hamper Pitch), she eventually reached Mecha Santa himself and kicked his ass six ways to Sunday. She was seemingly placated after he offered a gift at long last, but when it turned out to be a bomb that blew in her face, she came back to finish the job.
    • And if she received the blessing of the Goddess of Explosions (her mother) beforehand, she not only blows up Mecha Santa, but the Moon, Earth, Sun, and the Milky Way as well with the Galactic Princess Buster. That bit is why she snuck in an ascension form to the Court of the Gods as a reason to become a Pantheon goddess, having been up already as a Follower of Bill Rizer and Lance Bean. Yes, she can solve things without violence; that is reserved for Santa alone, as well as anyone that gets in her way.
  • As an enemy of Santa, she's naturally become an enemy to all versions of Santa Claus in the Pantheon, earning herself a lifetime ban from the House of Celebration. Not that that's going to stop her from trying to barge in every December in an attempt to stop them. That said, she's got her work cut out for her, for each Santa in the Pantheon is a badass in their own right. The original has been able to bypass everything Darkseid's forces could throw at him, Nicholas North has support from the other Guardians, and Robo-Santa is a planetary threat in his own right. Pitch clashes with the last one more often than the others since he's also mechanical and more likely to explode.
  • Bowser's army once confused her for Princess Peach and tried to abduct her. They were child's play against her Brick cannon. And when Bowser himself went to check what was taking his minions so long after the Koopalings failed to report back, he saw why, and decided to take Pitch on herself. One Princess Buster later, and he swore vengeance ever since. Word of the incident soon reached Princess Peach as well. But after hearing of that kid's crusade against all Santas, she doesn't like her either.
  • "PRINCESS BUSTER!" (suplexes the boss) "Awesome."

  • Rank: Lesser God (Intermediate God in Empty SEKAI)
  • Symbol: An empty aquarium
  • Theme Song: Composing the Future, Scenery, A Faint Warmth Under the Snow
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Always fulfilling whatever people expects from her to the point of losing her sense of self, Blessed with immense talent only to suffer, Being the most popular student in her school, Admired and relied on by everyone for being "perfect" while she's a mess inside, Tried to "disappear" before being stopped, Rarely emotes when she's alone and doesn't have to pretend being happy, Loses the light in her eyes in such circumstances, Unconsciously seeks unconditional love, Deep down knows that her mother emotionally abuses and manipulates her but loves her too much to acknowledge it, Often gives really good fake smiles while her real smile is almost never seen
  • Domains: Emptiness, Identity, Talent, Obedience
  • Allies: Yoisaki Kanade, Hatsune Miku, Fate Testarossa Harlaown, Madotsuki, EMIYA
  • Enemies: Enoshima Junko & Monokuma
  • Fears: Any deities who uses dolls/marionettes
  • Complicated Feelings: The Investigation Team
  • Pitied by: Hajime Hinata
  • Mafuyu was The Ace of her school; she's kind, reliable, smart and athletic, looked up by pretty much everyone in her school and the pride and joy of her parents as the "perfect girl". However, because she spends so much time fulfilling everyone's expectations of her, Mafuyu eventually lost her sense of self and identity, no longer knowing who she is, what she likes or what she really wants to do, especially after she abandoned her original dream of becoming a nurse because her parents wanted her to become a doctor instead. Maintaining her honor student/perfect girl persona even as she became horribly depressed, Mafuyu eventually manifested the Empty SEKAI, a Mental World that represents the sheer emptiness and loneliness that she felt. While she managed to hold on for a while thanks to joining a music circle and a version of Hatsune Miku that exist in her SEKAI - who acts as Mafuyu's confidant and Living Emotional Crutch - eventually her failure in finding herself became too much, and Mafuyu decides that it'd be better for her to "disappear", kickstarting a series of events that led Miku to enlist her circle's help to convince Mafuyu to try looking for herself just a little bit longer. Even now, Mafuyu is still looking to find the self that she had lost.
    • A big part of why Mafuyu felt so lost and alone was because of her mother. Miss Asahina is, at first glance, a kind and supportive mother to her daughter, if a bit more academically-minded; one could argue that her insistence for Mafuyu to become a doctor was out of concern for Mafuyu's future, and indeed Mafuyu herself believes this to be the case. However, whenever Mafuyu tries to do something that her mother doesn't approve, such as doing music, Miss Asahina would use subtle manipulation tactics to dissuade Mafuyu from going "off-script": from agreeing with whatever she said before adding a "but", followed with logical rebuttal and reasoning; allowing Mafuyu to do what she wants, but only "as long as she won't regret it down the line"; even crying and asking why Mafuyu had become "a bad girl". This has conditioned Mafuyu to be absolutely obedient to her mother, as her mother's love is only given if she follows her wishes and Mafuyu doesn't want to see her mother cry or be upset, all while having her personal opinions and hobbies that her mother doesn't approve of squashed. Mafuyu's situation shows that abuse doesn't have to be physical to leave a lasting mark, and that emotional abuse and manipulation can be frighteningly subtle and hard to even identify in the first place.
  • It was a normal day in the House of Music when Hatsune Miku suddenly felt a faint presence calling out to her. Curious with the somewhat familiar presence, the virtual diva proceeds to look for the source, eventually arriving at an empty temple in the House of Mentalism. When she stepped in, however, she was teleported into an empty world with but a single inhabitant; recognizing her as one of the children a version of her was looking after in another world, Miku proceeds to greet and explain to a confused Mafuyu that she has ascended into Trope Pantheons as a goddess representing Loss of Identity. She takes the news with her usual nearly-emotionless "I see", as while the fact that none of her friends has ascended yet brought her mood down a bit, it's counter-balanced by Miku being there (and now not confined to the SEKAI anymore) and how she could spend more time trying to find herself in the Pantheon. As such Mafuyu now often spends her time wandering around the Pantheon, visiting numerous houses and meeting with many different gods in the hope of eventually finding the self that she had lost.
    • As expected, Mafuyu spends a lot of time with Miku, with each taking turns in visiting the other's house to either have tea parties, sing together, or just spend some time in each other's company. Whenever such occasions happened, the virtual diva will take the form of the Miku that Mafuyu is familiar with, which surprised some deities because of how different she looks from her usual appearance. However, despite looking like a cold Emotionless Girl, Miku in this form is extremely innocent, kind and caring, acting more like a little sister to Mafuyu and giving her a much-needed company and comfort, and most of the time their time together occurs away from prying eyes, as Mafuyu dislikes crowds, noises and attention in general and tries to avoid them whenever she could. They sometimes even sleep together, since Mafuyu could sleep better with Miku by her side.
  • Mafuyu's temple, at first glance, seems to be a completely normal and ordinary bedroom, with nothing that might give any indication to her hobbies, likes and dislikes; the only item of interest that doesn't belong in a normal bedroom is an empty aquarium placed on one of the tables. However, those whom Mafuyu personally invited or gods with certain abilities might enter her true residence: the Empty SEKAI, a separate space born from her feelings of emptiness and loneliness. Because the only feature of the SEKAI is its emptiness, there is no beginning or end, and the space stretches on to infinity. She only let very few gods to enter the SEKAI, and even fewer is given the means to enter and leave at will, but for those who could do so without her permission, she usually doesn't raise a fuss as long as they don't bother her because the SEKAI is infinite.
    • While originally her control over the Empty SEKAI is more subconscious - with Miku holding a more conscious control over it - after her ascension, Mafuyu now has complete control over her SEKAI, making her quite powerful in it. She can, for example, banish any uninvited guests with a touch, and the space itself is hers to bend as she sees fit. Similarly, while she originally has to play "Composing the Future" on her phone in order to enter the SEKAI and stop playing it in order to leave, Mafuyu could now enter and exit her SEKAI at will without the need for her phone whatsoever. She can also send the song to gods that she trusted so they could enter and leave the SEKAI without her permission, the amount of which could be counted on one hand.
  • To most of the Pantheon, Mafuyu appears to be a kind, cheerful and humble highschool girl who's always willing to lend an ear or offer some help and advice whenever she's asked with a smile, which made her quite popular among gods who are younger or around her age. However, this is nothing more than a mask; the real Mafuyu is near-emotionless, quite insensitive to other people's feelings and is brutally honest, and the difference is so drastic that those who catch a glimpse of the real her either dismiss it or has trouble recognizing her as the Mafuyu that they knew, though because her mask is incredibly good, most gods remains unaware of her true self.
    • However, it seems that animals could easily sense her real self beneath the facade, which made her being avoided by most animals she encounters.
  • She has a reputation in the House of Food for not being a picky eater and being able to seemingly enjoy whatever food is given to her, even the bad and spicy ones, and she never turned down whenever someone offers her a new food to try. This culminates in her finding the feared Mystery Food X with a note attached saying that it is for her, with many watching with bated breath as Mafuyu tried it... and finished it without problem, much to the amazement of the crowd. They gave her the Omega version the next time she visited, thinking that she might join the ranks of the very few who could stomach such a monstrosity, but unfortunately she passed out after trying it; After all, while Mafuyu had lost her sense of taste and thus able to eat most food without problem, she unfortunately doesn't have any poison immunity, which made the Omega version a bit too much for her to handle. Mafuyu seems to not mind the experience though, secretly glad that she's able to remember how it feels to actually dislike food.
  • Became friends with Madotsuki after hearing about her dream world and how it seems to be somewhat similar to the concept of SEKAI. Sometimes Madotsuki came to visit the Empty SEKAI and they sit in silence together, sometimes Mafuyu came to explore Madotsuki's dreams, and sometimes they explore together; they didn't talk much, but perhaps because they've both seen the world that reflect the other's heart, there is a mutual understanding and respect between the two without needing to talk.
  • Sometimes visit the House of Weapons to practice archery, saying that it helps to calm her mind. She's really good at it too, never missing a target, and one day EMIYA noticed her during practice, noticing her empty eyes which reminds him of his younger years as someone fundamentally broken which helped them to excel at archery. While he doesn't know exactly what her circumstances is, EMIYA would sometimes help her by interrupting someone asking for her help when she's clearly spent and saying that she has archery practice with him, and the two sometimes practice together in silence, with EMIYA only giving her pointers and advice when asked; Mafuyu herself is grateful for his company.
  • Has a complicated feelings on the House of Family. On one hand, she's quite curious to meet the gods that exemplified a good family; on the other, the fact that there are gods who embodies the darker aspects of family scares her. This is because she views her mother as a good mother while simultaneously knowing deep down that she's only ever seen as a marionette by her mother; as such, Mafuyu usually avoids the House and its gods, scared that by meeting its gods, she'd get confirmation that her mother isn't as good as she believed.
  • Enoshima Junko, intrigued by Mafuyu supposedly losing her emotions and identity yet noticing how she avoids the House of Family, decided to try to make her fall to despair by sending her a message claiming to be from her mother. She laughed like hell after seeing Mafuyu had a panic attack from a mere text, tormenting her further by calling her and pretending to be her mother because their voices are uncanningly similar, until she was driven off by [insert gods/goddess here]. It doesn't stop there though; Junko spreads this fact throughout the Pantheon in order to torture Mafuyu even further, as she would deny all the accusations and defend her mother despite the fact that she clearly fears her own mother. If there is one silver lining, it’s that some of the more caring deities took notice of Mafuyu’s problems and starts to give her some genuine love and affection that she desperately craves.
  • Surprisingly, it was not a god from the House of Family that ended up unofficially adopting Mafuyu, but rather one Fate Testarossa Harlaown, the Goddess of Saddened Magical Girls. Fate seems particularly invested in helping Mafuyu and being a maternal figure to her, as Fate understands the feeling of loving one's mother despite all the abuse that said mother gives all too well; she hopes to teach Mafuyu that she could still love her mother while acknowledging that her mother's actions had been hurtful. Mafuyu for her part doesn't understand why Fate took the time to do this for her, but she doesn't dislike the warmth that she felt in her chest whenever she spends some time with the blonde mage, and Fate became one of the very few gods that she trusted enough to be given the song Composing the Future.
  • Hajime Hinata pities her because while she's blessed by immense talent to learn anything extremely quickly and is good at practically everything, it only brought her untold expectations that she must fulfill, making her empty and lonely not unlike Izuru.
  • The Investigation Team (P4) took an interest in her after hearing of her circumstances, offering her the chance to face her own shadow. While Mafuyu declined their offer politely and knew they meant well, she had been avoiding the team since then, since she is not yet ready and wants to avoid being asked the same thing over and over again.
  • Mafuyu is unfazed by ghost.
  • Her "hobby" is watching an empty aquarium.
  • Marionettes made her feel sick, as it reminds her of herself.
  • Nursing gods, as Mafuyu originally wanted to become a nurse and seems to genuinely enjoy taking care of other people (even if she'd forgotten)

In the Pantheon, Japanese names are usually ordered "Firstname Lastname", so it should be "Mafuyu Asahina, Kanade Yoisaki, Junko Enoshima" and not "Asahina Mafuyu, Yoisaki Kanade, Enoshima Junko".

In the Rank section, it should be written as "Lesser Goddess (Intermediate Goddess in Empty SEKAI)" as in that context, "God" is for male characters.

Considering that you're going to ascend Mafuyu and Kanade at the same time, don't forget to pothole their names in the Allies section (I think Mafuyu's gonna be in Identity Issues and Kanade in Workmanship given their tropes).

Maki Nishikino of Muse is born in a family of doctors who was expected to follow in her parents footsteps, plus they didn't respect her love of music. She didn't turn out as badly as Mafuyu, thankfully, but I can see Maki seeing Mafuyu as a dark reflection of her.

Sayori of the DDLC is a girl who hides her severe depression with a cheerful attitude.

Koishi Komeiji essentially deleted her "self" when she closed her third eye. She may appear cheerful and carefree on the surface, but she's a true Empty Shell beneath the surface.

She's not afraid of ghosts? There's the Hall of Ghosts. Evil ghosts like King Boo would be frustrated that they cannot scare her.

Afraid of marionettes? There's the Puppet, a possessed, hostile marionette. Carl and Relius Clover also control puppets who are actually Ada and Ignis Clover, the daughter and mother of the Clover family respectively.

Nurses? There's Nurse Joy for good nurses and Nurse Ratched for evil nurses.

  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Serpentine Transhuman Abomination That Used To Be George Washington, Horns of Villainy, To Serve Man, Fed Through The Statue Of Liberty's Podium, Being The Source of the Deanverse's Problems, The Great Serpent, Spikes of Villainy, The Source of The Special Trees, The Bad Guy Wins, Religious and Mythological Theme Naming
  • Domains: Analog Horror, Abominations, America, Transformations, Alternate History, Monsters, Sacrifice
  • Alternate Self: The human George Washington
  • Interested in: Tzeentch, the Sarkic Cults, SCP-169, The Enclave, Governor Ratcliffe
  • Allies: Death Phantom, Apophis, Colossatron, Nyarlathotep (Cthulhu Mythos), Bill Cipher, Dark Gaia
  • On good terms with: Nightmare (Kirby), Wizeman
  • Rivals: Cthulhu, Lord English, Giygas, Funny Valentine, Ragyo Kiryuin
  • Enemies: Quetzacoatl, Tezcatlipoca, the SCP Foundation, the Men in Black, every other president of the United States Of America (especially Ulysses S Grant), Alucard, Dream of the Endless, Anyone passionate about the US (eg: Steve Rogers), Native Americans like Michelle and Julia Change, Ludwig the Accursed
  • The America of the Alternate History of THE MONUMENT MYTHOS is littered with skeletons in its closet. The government covers up the existence of gods and monsters under the country, sacrificing people to appease them and many national monuments have a sinister history. Under the podium of the Statue of Liberty is the maw of the Horned Serpent, a colossal, god-like beast tied to the multi-dimensional Special Trees that is given Human Sacrifice through the podium. Once it was human, but after trying to cut down a Special Tree fell into Wonderland and was gradually transformed into an abomination.
  • The beast is seen as symbolic of America's spotty history with immigrants and other minorities, and it is not a mindless animal; it has subtly manipulated history by commanding key figures to do its bidding by sinking into their dreams. It is described as "the true ruler of America", and it regards all ascended U.S presidents as potential pawns or fools. They consider it as an abomination they're uncomfortable with, even Frank Underwoodnote . This is personal with Ulysses S Grant since in the Deanverse, he was the one who damned him to be a prisoner in the podium. The beast may be "the true ruler of America" in the Deanverse, but every single American is horrified by it, which wasn't helped when they learned who the Horned Serpent used to be.
  • The Horned Serpent wasn't the only entity of Analog Horror to make its way to the Trope Pantheon; when Special Trees started sprouting in the Trope Pantheon and a terrible stench could be smelt from a replica of the Statute of Liberty, an entity claiming to be the Archangel Gabriel was waiting. "Gabriel", actually an incarnation of Satan, introduced itself as one of the Alternates, malicious shapeshifters who Kill and Replace. And he was the true ruler of his world, having become a Demiurge of his setting. The Horned Serpent announced itself as a the true, secret ruler of America and mentioned that it sees much of itself within "Gabriel". However it claimed to be the superior being and though it would not bow or kneel to anyone. The Alternates took that as a challenge to their own hegemony, but "Gabriel" agreed they were more similar than different and that he wants to talk to The Man Beneath America again.
  • Funny Valentine sees potential in possibly exploiting it for the benefit of the country; he wants to understand the Special Trees and the multi-dimensional nature of the Horned Serpent for his own benefit. The Horned Serpent respects Valentine's belief that America should be the supreme nation even at the rest of the world's expense given its history and twisted pride in its work, but is also wary that it cannot be certain it is beyond his Stand's effects. As for why that might even be a concern, keep reading. For those wondering, while it is concerned with his Stand's power the Horned Serpent laughs at any attempt Funny Valentine may have trying to control it. Maize Machines tried the same thing, only for it to end disastrously.
  • The Horned Serpent is also known as Hanodaganears, a Native American word meaning "destroyer of villages" that was given to George Washington. This is not a coincidence; the original form of the Horned Serpent is the Deanverse version of the Founding Father, as a result of trying to cut a Special Tree. The main timeline George Washington was mortified to learn that the abomination was a version of himself. In Washington's opinion, the Horned Serpent is the embodiment of his darker qualities that were once tolerated by society, but not any longer. Even with the reveal of there's another Washington frozen in the Delaware river he does not count this as proof the Horned Serpent isn't a version of him, as the Special Trees can access other universes.
  • The SCP Foundation's attempt to understand the discrepancies of the Horned Serpent and the historically understood George Washington is further complicated by having their own version; a robot meant to replace him when he died too early. It's theorized that the organic Washington was revived and cut down the Special Tree, leading to it becoming the Horned Serpent, while SCP-2776 became president...but they admit they could be wrong. For now they're writing off the Horned Serpent as a Keter anomaly and are using their resources to hide the anomalies associated with it and find a more controllable way of containing the beast. This doesn't benefit the Devourer of Villages in the slightest, so it has decided to try and pressure government officials to oppose the SCP Foundation and leave it alone. The Men in Black have been trying to minimize the damage it causes. However, it did at least like learning about the Foundation because of the anomalies they are studying and/or containing. Perhaps the most intriguing to Eldritch Washington is SCP-169, a massive arthropod thousands of miles in length. The Horned Serpent wants to take the Leviathan as a pet. It also wishes to understand Sarkicism more, as they can use flesh manipulation and anomalies to potentially ascend to eldritch gods akin to itself.
  • The eldritch Founding Father sees some of itself in other deities. For instance, it notes that Alucard was once a mighty king with a past drenched in blood that become something akin to a god. The No-Life King is disgusted by the Horned Serpent as it is a validation that pure humanity will always be better than monsters like them. The Horned Serpent sees more of itself in Giygas, who while starting as an alien was also twisted into something inhumanly power and incomprehensible...however the monstrous serpent boasts that it kept its mind while Giygas is void of reason. Ludwig the Accursed, though turned into the same beast he had thought, is disgusted by the serpentine Washington throwing away its former species. Ragyo Kiryuin thinks quite differently and sees its potential goals akin to that of the Primordial Life Fibre. However, she has no interest in competing with the beast.
  • Should the Horned Serpent escape, the sheer size and eldritch-ness of the entity would cause the end of the world. Or more accurately break the Earth like an egg, which eventually happened anyway. Because of this, the GUAD considers freeing the Horned Serpent as beneficial. The Lovecraftian Washington acknowledges the GUAD is "beneficial for now" and has decided to make friends with Apophis and the Colossatron. However it regards this more as wanting some muscle than someone to debate with. The Horned Serpent prefers talking with one of its rivals, Father. Father was the secret fonder and Shadow Dictator of Amestris until his defeat, manipulating things to make it a militaristic nation all for the ultimate goal of achieving godhood. The Horned Serpent has a similar scheme of hidden but massive manipulation to the USA so it likes Father's strategies, though even if he likes him Father considers the Horned Serpent an obstacle to his own path to ultimate power.
  • Outside of its multi-dimensionality, massive size and apparent connection to the Special Trees, the Horned Serpent can command key figures to do its by sinking into their dreams. One such example was commanding Ferdinand de Lesseps to build the Suez Canal through telepathically talking to him and invading his dreams until he caved. The entity's infiltration and manipulation of dreams has potentially put it on the naughty list of Dream of the Endless, much to the beast's consternation as even a being as mighty as it is small compared to a member of the Endless. Nightmare and Wizemen were intrigued, however, and wish to study the monster. The Liberty Lurker is flattered, though it prefers using this dream-based talent on "useful idiots"; it wants to subtly manipulate Governor Ratcliffe and the Enclave to shape the American continent to yet disclosed specifications.
  • The Horned Serpent knows there are a variety of eldritch abominations that have their own plans for the Earth/universe, and by extension America. It has decided to research them and hedge its bets on who it wants on their side, and who it can't afford as an ally.
    • It has the respect of Death Phantom and Bill Cipher. The former was once a man, but merged with the Planet Nemesis to become a true nightmare of an Omnicidal Maniac. He isn't sure what the Horned Serpent has in store after "The Great Division" but does know said division involves damaging the universe beyond repair, which he wants to see happen. Bill Cipher has a similarly apocalyptic goal called "Weirdmageddon" which would through reality into chaos he can make his playground. Bill has been influencing history for a long time and though to what extent is unclear, he was in contact with George Washington. The Horned Serpent has told him "no hard feelings" for invading its mind with nightmares while still human, as it can finally "see the bigger picture". The eldritch Washington would also "liberate" its home universe not too dissimilarly to Bill Cipher.
    • Superficially it could be compared to Cthulhu and Dark Gaia, being a slumbering abomination who's awakening would threaten or cause the end of the world. Though the latter (as much as a bestial entity like itself) seems to be pleased by the idea of the Horned Serpent's awakening, the Great Old One does not trust the entity in part because it used to be human, and in part because he sees a "territorial dispute" since he has his own plans for the Earth. The Outer God Nyarlathotep also has his own plans, but he is more amused than anything by the Horned Serpent as the Crawling Chaos also seeks to bring about an age of chaos and madness. For now, the Liberty Lurker has his vote.
  • The Horned Serpent is an actual character in the mythologies of many Native American tribes. Given its actions as a human towards the Iroquois, you can guess any and every Native American hates it...though given its goals, you'd have to be deluded, pretty damn evil and/or an Omnicidal Maniac not to hate this dark take on a Founding Father. It was interested in other great and terrible serpents from mythology, such as the Midgard serpent. Jormungandr has expressed interest at learning about a serpent of comparable size, but has yet to state what his true feelings on the Lovecraftian Founding Father are yet. Quetzalcoatl and Tezcatlipoca have stated their feelings, however. The former is appalled as he is one of few Aztec deities to not demand massive Human Sacrifice, which the Horned Serpent has done both with gusto and only to benefit itself. The latter is reminded of Cipactli and sees the Horned Serpent as a being so sinister in its goals and acts he feels he may need to step in and intervene.
  • The connection to the Special Trees is deeper than "it was created by them"; they're extensions of the Horned Serpent, and have been around since at least Ancient Egypt. By extension, this makes the perverted form of Washington a product of his own handiwork. Comparisons were made to Lord English, a hulking reality-ending cherub who got where he is through bootstrap paradoxes. The Horned Serpent was impressed by his machinations, but considers LE to be "an interloper". In truth, the corrupted Founding Father is simply terrified of his war path as the angel of double death outclasses him.
  • Essentially victorious in emerging as the Earth as a result of climatic conflict between Freedom and the Angel. The survivors of "the Great Division" became the Cornerfolk. At least in one timeline. One of the survivors and the ashes of the Angel were able to go back in time and create a timeline where the Horned Serpent wasn't released. Unfortunately it also revealed that there were three serpents. One was dormant on Mars because it was too cold until a nuke was dropped, and another supposedly died on Venus because it was too hot. Supposedly being the key word. Fortunately a merger of the Angel, Freedom and Everett stopped the Martian Serpent...but the Horned Serpent should still be lurking underground in the "Montyverse", and who knows how its plans have changed.

James Dean, God of of Historical Figures With Different Roles In Different Timelines (Jimmy, President Dean, 37th President of the United States, Satan)

  • Alignment: Lawful Neutral, though some might argue Lawful Evil instead
  • Portfolio: Alternate History in Analog Horror, James Dean The 37th President, Charm Person, somewhat of an Action Politician, Possibly An Affable Villain with Good Publicity (at worst, a Well-Intentioned Extremist, also Ambiguously Human, Determinator
  • Domains: Analog Horror, U.S Presidents, Charisma, Alternate History, Ambiguity, Race Cars

  • Enemies: Frank Underwood, Funny Valentine, Apophis, the Alternates, Col. Benjamin Button, Charles Victor Szasz/the Question, Walter Kovacs/Rorschach, Johan Liebert, Senator Seven Armstrong
  • Distrusted by: Various conspiracy theorists in the Trope Pantheon
  • Pities: Richard Nixon's head
  • The world of THE MONUMENT MYTHOS is another timeline where many American landmarks and iconography have a dark, otherworldly secret to them. One of the changes to the timeline is to actor James Dean; in this universe he never died of a car crash. Instead he would eventually get into politics, and in 1968 won a landslide election against Richard Nixon. President Dean was a wildly popular president who initially focused on bringing the troops back from Vietnam, and he would legalize same-sex marriage while also supporting the Civil Rights movement. However he would deal with a domestic terrorist group called the Anti-Dean Association/ADA, who treated him like the Devil and caused a variety of incidents like mass deafness. He would serve two full terms.
  • When learning of the "main" timeline, all he had to say was "I'm surprised". As Dean likely knows where some of the multiple dimension doppelgangers come from, it could be a privately sarcastic moment. He was kind of upset to learn that his OTL counterpart died in a car accident, but he is more glad to see that OTL lacks the various anomalies causing problem for the nation. He still needs a guide to the differences between the timelines, so he has tried to get advice on the differences from Presidents Kennedy and Ford as they're the closest presidents to him timeline-wise. Dean has taken a particular liking to the former as he's a handsome, young and incredibly charismatic Democrat not afraid to let their disability get in the way of dealing with crises; Kennedy the Cuban Missile Crisis, and Dean the Anti-Dean Association terrorist group.
  • How many presidents in OTL were also presidents in the Deanverse isn't clear, asides from the obvious exception of Nixon (and by implication, Gerald Ford). He tries to be generally cordial with them, though it is unknown how he would react to George Washington since if he knows who the Horned Serpent was, he knows the evil he has potential for. Theodore Roosevelt respects him for his willingness to take a personal hand fighting American threats, though he can't say he trusts Dean outright. Ford thinks that he needs to lighten up, though maybe that's just because he has more chill than most presidents.
  • James Dean tries to be friendly with other leaders, however he shows nothing but contempt for Frank Underwood. Yes you can argue Dean is evil, and Frank is quick to point out his ethically dubious actions, but he genuinely means well and wants to help America in his own way. By contrast Frank is an entirely myopic leader who only sees America for how it can serve his interests and ego. Dean has called President Underwood a terrorist for organizing cyber attacks that lead to numerous horrible riots and accidents and sitting idly by as sarin gas is deployed against countless innocents, outright declaring Underwood an enemy of the United States just like the ADA. Dean is a lot less venomous in his response with Funny Valentine as he respects his dedication to American exceptionalism, but he disagrees on how he disregards the rest of the world to do so and considers him potentially dangerous.
  • In his timeline while Nixon lost decisively, the two remained on good terms with each and liked to race cars with one another. There's an element of tragedy considering that Nixon would survive as a god-like entity and orchestrate Dean's death in another timeline in part to try and make sure that reality doesn't suffer as his own did. While OTL Nixon was considered too controversial to ascend, his 31st century head in a jar was fair game. Dean pities how he has stewed in his resentment and became an insane President Evil, though the Earth president has no idea what he's talking about. However he was able to warm up a bit to the cyborg president with a derby race.
  • James Dean is under investigation by both the Men in Black and the SCP Foundation for the fact he may be an anomalous entity. He was able to be elected effortlessly off apparent sheer charisma and uses mere honeyed words to win the hearts of thousands. He even distracted Nixon with derby races and even when the sound was cut out of an ad, people still cheered. The thing is, however, that there is nothing that 100% proves he's not just an ABSURDLY charismatic man. In addition, President Dean believes co-operation for both secretive groups is in his best interest. He knows more about the more clear-cut anomalies than the public does, but it's unknown to what extent asides from "definitely not as much as the Foundation and Men in Black would be able to find out". He's personally asked them to help him keep an eye on the alternate 23rd president as his interdimensional Stand might give him a better understanding on the capabilities of the Special Trees
  • Magneto has his own theory for what James Dean really is; a mutant. Professor X asked "are you sure it's not just JFK like you claim", only for the former to go "it's an Alternate History, perhaps it was James instead of Jack". They're both in agreement that James Dean is not an Alternate. Asides from being from different types of Analog Horror, President Dean is actively opposing the Alternates. And it's not like the Alternates are known for infighting, or having any positive traits that Dean does. James Dean is paranoid about them because they're malevolent beings who reminds him of reports he got from Alcatraz, which assimilates and copies things. By the 2020s, it succeeds at replacing the entire U.S.
  • It's not clear how much he is aware of the Horned Serpent and its true nature, though one of the major tech companies he collaborated with (Maize Machines) is aware of a lot. Possibly that the Horned Serpent is the Deanverse's George Washington. However Dean has publicly stated that he has a special concern surrounding giant monstrous snakes like Apophis (guess why). He also isn't that comfortable with the Aztec deities also existing to an extent in the Trope Pantheon given they're known for Human Sacrifice; it's a reminder of the dirty dealings his government has felt necessary. President Dean is relieved to know Quetzalcoatl is a giant serpent not interested in sacrifice.
  • President Dean isn't outright evil and at worst he sits on the "well-intentioned" side of the Well-Intentioned Extremist trope. But he has still been complicit in morally dubious acts, which is why paragons and exemplars of the American dream look at him with a hefty bit of skepticism. The 37th U.S President has a whole lot of respect for Captain America and Superman for all their work, however they are wary of Dean. He's certainly a better president and person than Lex Luthor was, but they can't shake off the feeling he probably shouldn't be allowed the amount of power he has. To his credit, James Dean has made no moves against them in part because "I'm not stupid enough to believe getting rid of two of Earth's great protectors would ever be a good thing". To Dean's fans they applauded wildly, but cynics just thought this was a case of Pragmatic Villainy.
  • Conspiracy theorists don't like Dean since even if many think the ADA's claims he's Satan to be Malicious Slander, they do think he's some sort of Humanoid Abomination up to even more shady activity than what's been revealed. The Question is currently trying to kidnap him to find out his deal and expose whatever his real goal is. These conspiracy theories include being in collusion with The Patriots and the Enclave, but as far as any serious research into the Dean administration has considered he is merely intrigued by them. Rorschach is of a similar mind to the Question that James Dean is dangerous and must be stopped, which was fueled by his moral absolutism and reactionary/conservative political views.
  • Though the ADA aren't reliable narrators, Dean does have a dark side. He sacrificed members of the ADA, merging of all tech companies into a single government- controlled entity and erasure, and is a potent enough Charm Person that some have seen it as evidence he's not truly human. However at worst his more amoral actions were done for the good of his country, and he isn't the first that had to sacrifice people to the Special Trees and Freedom. Senator Armstrong respects this resolve in doing what's necessary, but he fears what he's doing may make America weak. James Dean isn't fond of Armstrong as he sees him as a loose cannon, but he does admit it's out of a desire to better the country...he understands that.
  • Curing deafness was an important part of his administration after the ADA terrorist attack that deafened millions, Dean included, one of his focuses was curing deafness. He succeeded doing so across America thanks to implants, however his has been met by some criticism in the Hall of Disabilities given it was also an (unintentional) erasure of deaf culture. When asked if he would try to give an implant for other deaf deities, Dean tactfully stated "no comment" as he doesn't intend to cause controversy. Ruben Stone has come to accept his disability and isn't interested in any implants. Neither are Shoya Ishida or Shoko Nishimiya; again Dean isn't going to press the issue more than he should.
  • In addition to paranormal terrorist groups, James Dean also takes umbridge with the more conventional hate group of the Klu Klux Klan. As with the OTL Presidents Kennedy and his successor, he was supportive of the Civil Rights movement and allowed a not assassinated Martin Luther King Jr to represent the cause in a speech about it. One of the main reasons the ADA opposed him is that they didn't like that he likes Jazz music and demonizes pre-Civil War slave laborers as incompetent. Col Benjamin believes that Dean is a Hypocrite; he condemns the terroristic ADA members to Human Sacrifice or turning them into the Canyon Crowns. Dean justifies this as a necessary evil, and it's not like he opposes the ADA on a racial basis.
  • Farnsworth assumed Fry had messed up and "really screwed the granny again" for there to be a president James Dean, before realizing that James Dean was in fact part of a parallel universe. James Dean doesn't know and probably doesn't want to know what he's talking about, but he likes Fry's fashion sense since he rocks the look Dean had playing Jim Stark. Also of note is that Mordecai and Rigby have wondered if somehow the Canyon Crowns he keeps under wraps are distantly related to one Gary Bobby Ferguson. Though the world of Regular Show is anything but, Dean doubts the anomalies of his world could extend that far.
  • On another light-hearted note, the Hypnotoad was annoyed by Dean's TV interviews distracting people from "Everybody Loves Hypnotoad", as the amphibian felt that Dean was stealing viewers away. The Hypnotoad confronted Dean with the intent to mind control him to humiliate the guy, but ended up seeing his ads and realizing the man's charisma is commendable. Though President Dean admitted that a sentient toad was "strange", he did reach out to the Hypnotoad by saying they could always race cars together...however that'd work with a toad. The Hypnotoad mind-controlled his chauffer to do so. On his off days you can see James Dean having fun with Dominic Toretto and trying to beat Lightning McQueen in a race. He's really gotten into Mario Kart as of late and often joins up with the Super Mario Bros. deities in their tournaments.
  • It's not known what will happen if someone as skilled at the Breaking Speech and More than Mind Control as Johan Liebert meets as big of a Charm Person as James Dean. The latter isn't taking any chances and plans to shoot him on sight, since "he's just a man...probably". James Dean has no patience for his psychopathic nihilism or his crimes, no matter what the ADA say about him.
  • Two other timeline versions of James Dean are known to exist. The Nixonverse James Dean had the same life as his OTL self, but his death was caused by the Last Son. The Montyverse James Dean suffered a breakdown in his political career due to his sister's death and resigned himself to being vice president. He learned it was caused by one Howard Melrose and went on a blood path of vengeance, not knowing he was framed for what was a suicide. Grief has made him a monster.
  • "This is Jimmy, signing off."

@ RJ: 50 Blessings is an ultranationalist terrorist group who worked towards toppling the Russo-American Coalition to get America back on its feet.

The Reverberation Ensemble are a group primarily made up of Distortions, humans who are overtaken by their innermost desires and emotions and turned into entities based on them. Each member harbors a different motive and worldview, but they all seek to transform the rest of humanity living within the City into Distoritons like them. They are backed by the Voice of the Distortion Phenomenon, Carmen, who Distorts people so they may love and accept their truest selves.

Alice was once an ill princess who used her Photographic Memory to create the book to end all books known as the Book of Truth. She then merged with it to become a monstrosity to consume the souls and experiences of every single human being on Earth out of a mad love for knowledge. Her form as the Book of Truth fittingly has serpentine motifs.

  • The City is home to many Wings, each of whom possesses a Singularity, patented super technology that often breaks the laws of physics. Locking/unlocking objects physically and conceptually, manifesting the human mind, manipulating the flow of time, ampules that can quickly heal any injury, and that’s only scratching the surface without having to go into Singularities whose patents have expired. W Corp’s Singularity involves teleportation, and they put them to work in their WARP Trains which can arrive at any destination in 10 seconds. The Wing hasn’t had an accident in 10 years until UW-212 came along. What was supposed to be a normal 10-second trip turned into a disaster. Seconds turned into minutes, minutes turned into hours, days into months, months into years, and so on. In this space, the people cannot age, become hungry, or even die but are perfectly capable of becoming insane. Two doctors on the trip took matters into their own hands and transformed the passengers of their carriage into mentally immature monstrosities of flesh that formed a family known as "Love Town" before sending them after the Library. The story, however, does not end here.
    • The two doctors are in reality infamous Distortions known as the Puppeteer and Blood-red Night. They are otherwise not responsible for the train’s malfunction in spite of their interference. In fact, to even call it a malfunction would be erroneous: UW-212, like all WARP Trains, is working exactly as intended. Trains being stuck within an unknown space and its occupants succumb to madness? All meant to happen, all in the interests of the Wings. After finally arriving at their destination, W Corp sends out a WARP Cleanup Crew to utilize the Wing’s true Singularity, which records objects and restores them to their previous state. After gathering the passenger's remains, they are “reset” to when they first took their seats. A millennium that passed is now ten seconds later, just as advertised. And life goes on.
  • The appearance of several WARP Trains to the Treasury was unusually quiet, and the only fanfare of its addition came in the form of logs detailing its donation to the authorities. However, the transaction was done so anonymously as if the trains themselves intruded upon the Pantheon itself. As of now all of the WARP Train are inoperable and access to them is restricted with no official reason given as to why in addition to the technology behind the trains being actively censored which had puzzled some deities. Of course, dig in the right places and that curiosity won't last for long...
  • (Simon Laurent, the Pteranodon family, Giovanni and Campanella, and Tetsuro Hoshino and Maetel)
  • (SCP Foundation, the Doctor)
  • Since the arrival of WARP Trains deities have reported the appearance of a heavily disfigured and mutated Abnormality who strangely bears the uniform of WARP Cleanup Agent. It tears and shreds whatever it sees, its appendages being a Natural Weapon version of W Corp’s typical equipment but if provided a direction to go it will leave without a huff. Accounts of its appearance from survivors draw suspicious similarities to a Necromorph. This rang alarm bells in Isaac Clarke who swore to not only hunt down this entity and put it down immediately but oppose W Corp should the Wing itself make a direct move in the Pantheon.
  • All passengers please check your pass and make sure you are in the correct carriage for travel. And remember: Watch for it. Warn us. We’ll all be good.

@nightelf37

IMO, one could perhaps fuse Tadano's profile with the other significant members of the U.N. expedition team (Zelenin for Law, Jimenez and Bugaboo for Chaos, and Gore for Neutral) to represent all possible alignment endings for the game.

EDIT: @ExcessiveMenance

Shit, thought that Pitch's profile was open to votes already. My bad, removed it.

Reposting the Ho.IX, since I'm pretty much done with it. Still looking for approvals and possible last-minute suggestions.

  • Appearance: A prototype jet-powered flying wing fighter-bomber painted in gray, with two balkenkreuz and two swastikas painted on its wings and fuselage, respectively
  • Class Level: 5

  • Portfolio: An advanced jet fighter-bomber prototype, and the first jet-powered flying wing in the world, A brand-new advanced weapon design, Part of Hermann Goring's "3X1000" Project intended to create an advanced fighter-bomber design capable of shooting down Allied bombers easily, outperforming Allied fighters in dogfights, and able to perform ground attack operations easily, Getting stolen by the OSS and Allied Forces before it could be mass produced
  • Domains: Aircraft, Prototypes, World War II
  • Sacred to: Lt. Jimmy Patterson, Hauptsturmfuhrer Baron Rudolf Ulbricht von Sturmgeist
  • Following the start of Allied bombing raids over Germany as early as 1940, Hermann Goring, the head of the German Luftwaffe, needed a fighter aircraft capable of shooting down the British, and later, American heavy bombers that flew into Germany regularly. Having broken a promise to Hitler that no Allied bomber would bomb German cities, the Reichsmarschall was adamant that the fighter should be able to intercept and shoot down the bombers even before they reached their target and dropped their bombs. To this end, Goring commissioned the so-called "3X1000" Project, which called for a brand new fighter-bomber design that could fly at 1000 km/h, have a range of 1000 km, and be able to carry up to 1000 kg of bombs without issue. Whilst a seemingly impossible quota at first glance, two brothers in the German Luftwaffe, named Reimar and Walter Horten, decided to step up to this challenge. Rather than go for a more conventional layout, the brothers opted for a more unorthodox approach, specifically by creating a flying wing design. The end result was the Ho.IX, the world's first jet powered flying wing. Compared to it's contemporaries, this aircraft was the closest to meeting the Project's requirements, having a maximum speed of 960 km/h, a range of 1,900 km, and able to carry 1000 kg of bombs.
  • Unsurprisingly, the Ho.IX design was selected for mass production, given that none of its competitors could reach the same performance standards. Further development of this aircraft, which included eventual mass production, was handled by the Gothaer Waggonfabrik Company, based in Gotha, Germany. During this phase, the project was personally funded and supervised by SS-Hauptsturmfuhrer Baron Rudolf Ulbricht von Sturmgeist, a Nazi Nobleman with significant influence within the Nazi Party despite his rank, and a loyal follower of Adolf Hitler. Thanks to Sturmgeist's efforts, a working prototype/pre-production model was constructed, with the aircraft ready for mass production within the a few weeks of final testing. Unfortunately for the Germans, despite the intense security and extra efforts they made to conceal the project's existence and secrecy, an operative of the Dutch Resistance named Gerritt was able to get a hold of top-secret Luftwaffe documents mentioning the "3X1000" Project. Whilst the Resistance operative captured by members of the Waffen-SS and Gestapo, the location of the documents was kept secret by him in an effort to buy time, and other Resistance agents were able to contact the OSS to send someone to rescue him. That someone...would be Lt. Jimmy Patterson, who by now had a growing reputation within both the Allied and Axis Forces as a skilled soldier and agent of the OSS. Ultimately, Patterson, with help from the Dutch Resistance, was able to rescue Gerritt from the Kleveburg Manor House, despite having had his cover blown during the initial infiltration. The Dutch Resistance Agent then promptly handed Patterson the German documents containing the info on the Ho.IX.
  • Upon detailed analysis of the Ho.IX's specifications as listed in the Luftwaffe document, the aircraft was deemed as a major threat to Allied air superiority, outperforming the already in-service Messerschmitt Me 262, already a deadly jet fighter itself, by a significant margin. As the Me 262 itself was more heavily armed and much faster than piston-engine fighters like the Mustang, Thunderbolt, Lightning, Spitfire, Typhoon, and Tempest, the Ho 229 would surely be able to make mincemeat out of both them and the Allied bombers. With this in mind, Col. Stanley Hargrove of the OSS once again ordered Lt. Jimmy Patterson to head deep behind German lines and stop this new threat and von Sturmgeist for good, helping any Allied Airborne forces along the way. Despite yet another series of setbacks, such as Sturmgeist initially escaping Patterson's grasp near Friedrichroda, Patterson was able to make it to the Gotha Testing Facility, photograph the Ho.IX's schematics and a few other German weapons plans, call in Allied bombers onto the Gotha Facility, destroy the base's Anti-Air radar, kill von Sturgeist, and finally, steal the Ho.IX prototype itself, just as the Gotha Facility was being bombed into oblivion.
  • The Ho.IX would last be seen being piloted by Lt. Jimmy Patterson out of Gotha, Germany, heading west in the direction of England while accompanied by two P-38 Lightning fighters. Patterson himself would be congratulated by Col. Hargrove for accomplishing his mission despite the tremendous difficulties, and would continue to perform similar operations against other German Secret Weapons and wonderweapons projects until the end of the War in Europe. As for the prototype itself, it remained unaccounted for for the remainder of the war...
    • However, this would soon change following Lt. Jimmy Patterson's ascension into the Pantheon, as well as his subsequent new assignment in a completely new and unfamiliar realm. Following the Lieutenant's deployment to different parts of the Pantheon, where he carried out missions not unlike those he did in Europe During the War, the very same Ho.IX prototype that Patterson had stolen from the Germans would resurface. Specifically, not too far off from The Great Treasury, not unlike the captured King Tiger Tank that had appeared following Lt. Mike Powell's ascension and subsequent deployment just prior. Unlike the King Tiger Tank though, the Ho.IX Prototype had made into the Pantheon in pristine condition, just as how Patterson had captured and stolen it back in Gotha in 1944. And so, it was placed on display immediately, being the first military aircraft of its kind to be placed within the Vehicles Depot.
  • Unsurprisingly, the Nazi Forces in the Pantheon soon took an interest in this advanced jet aircraft prototype, due to its deadly potential as a fighter-bomber, air superiority fighter, and bomber interceptor. This was not helped by the fact that one of them was Rudolf Ulbricht von Sturmgeist, the very man who supervised and funded the aircraft's very construction, testing, and what would have been its mass production and deployment into the Luftwaffe. What's more, Wilhelm "Deathshead" Strasse had mass produced the Ho.IX design in his universe, where it became the Luftwaffe's standard fighter-bomber well into the 1960s. With a prototype already available, Strasse would simply need to reverse-engineer the existing one, improve it with his technology, and then mass produce it using an already-established industrial and aeronautical base. And with a unit in the Pantheon like Nemesis, whose pilots already have hundreds of hours of experience flying the Ho.IX's predecessor, the Me 262, on top of having the engineers and scientists necessary to further develop advanced weapons projects, having the Ho.IX in their possession would allow them to defeat their enemies the Battlehawks and eventually gain air superiority over the Allies in the Pantheon.
    • Stealing the jet fighter prototype from the Vehicles Depot was out of the question due to The Great Treasury being a neutral zone, being watched over by deities far more powerful then them, and the potential of the theft itself attracting the unwanted attention of Allied agents like Lt. Jimmy Patterson. Instead, the Nazis, using their vast spy network and intelligence resources, opted to secretly analyze the prototype without attracting too much attention. With the help of public figures like Dr. Rene Belloq, spies like HYDRA Agent Heinz Kruger and former Germanian Army Special Unit Leader Lt. Col. Arnold Berkman, the Germans were able to get a hold of hundreds of photographs of the aircraft's exterior, cockpit, and interior without attracting too much attention.
  • In addition to these photographs as reference for building their own Ho.IX from scratch, the Nazis also utilized technology from other flying wing designs already in the Pantheon, namely HYDRA's Valkyrie bomber as well as General Heinz Bohm's personal bomber aircraft. The end result is an aircraft based on the Ho.IX's V2 and V3 designs (the latter being the prototype stolen by Jimmy Patterson that ended up in the Pantheon), but incorporating numerous improvements and the addition of more advanced technology. Johann Schmidt, Dr. Arnim Zola, Wilhelm "Deathshead" Strasse, and Oberst Krieger were more than satisfied with this end result, and promptly make arrangements for the pre-production models of the plane to be used by Nemesis on one of their next missions. Sophie, the former Propaganda Hero for the Germanian Empire who was now working with the Nazis in the Pantheon, would herself request a number of these fighters as her personal aerial escorts in combat, due to them being among the few aircraft who can keep up with her.
  • Once again, despite their best efforts at maintaining secrecy, the Germans' plans are once again discovered by Allied intelligence, prompting both the Americans and British to begin studying the very same Ho.IX prototype in the Vehicles Depot in great detail. Despite there being quite a few differences between the prototype and the pre-production models, the Allies were able to get more than enough info on the aircraft's general performance, powerplant, armament, and all of its strengths and weaknesses. Lt. Jimmy Patterson, had, in fact, made sure to brief both the members of the Battlehawks as well as Eylstadt's White Witch Izetta on this new threat that they very likely will encounter. The OSS agent also made sure to personally show them the aircraft itself, so that they could identify what it looked like, as well as get a firsthand look at the technical specifications. What they soon found out was that the Horten design was faster than all of their aircraft, as even their latest design, the Gloster Meteor, was only capable of speeds of up to 515 mph. Only Izetta with the Magic Stone, and possibly the members of the 501st JFW, could outrun and keep pace with the new German fighter. To counter this new threat, the Battlehawks decided to utilize tactics and training specifically meant to counter these new fighters, on top of both them and the members of the OSS and SOE targeting the production facilities of these aircraft, particularly those producing the jet engines.

I gave out an interaction idea here for the Plantars and Anne Boonchuy, Sasha Waybright, and Marcy Wu that you didn't add. Maybe they can be friends with them?

Suwako Moriya of the Moriya shrine is very fond of frogs, so she can grow fond of them as well. There's also Tsuyu Asui, a girl with a frog Quirk.

What else can i add to Jinpachi? Maybe someone that also tried to get themselves killed as an heroic act?

How about martial artists?

I'm impressed that you've made it this far. I am Jinpachi Mishima. My goal... My goal is to destroy all existence!

  • Enemies: Heihachi Mishima (His son), Ogre, Akuma, Pazuzu, [[Pantheon/
  • Conflicting Opinions: Kazuya Mishima (His grandson), Kazumi Mishima (Daughter-in-law and student), Jin Kazama (Great-grandson)
  • Jinpachi Mishima, founder of the Mishima Zaibatsu and the Mishima Style Fighting Karate. Once an honorable man that strived to benefit his company and dojo, considered to be one of the best martial artist in the world. That all changed when his son Heihachi Mishima betrayed him by staging a coup and taking over his company, imprisoning the old man and letting him starve to death under the temple of Honmaru. This was one of many tragedies that befell the Mishima clan, overtime something darker slowly awoke inside Jinpachi that perdured even after his death, corrupting his very soul and overtaking his body years later after his prison unexpectedly exploded. Jinpachi, with his remaining inner strenght, wrote a letter to his best friend, Wang Jinrei, and organized the Iron Fist Tournament 5 to ensure that someone would put an end to him should things get out of control. And he patiently waited for the one to put an end to his madness.
  • That one fighter eventually turned out to be his great-grandson, Jin Kazama. After a grueling duel, Jinpachi was killed as he so desired, the fate of the Mishima Zaibatsu in Jin's hand. Though many would assume that was the end for the tormented old man, imagine his surprise when he awoke in another temple, familiar yet different, no longer shackled under a rock. Due to his plan to end himself assisted by an unassuming fighter, he was awarded such a title. Not an expected result but one that would give Jinpachi a second chance at life and redemption after death.
  • Knowing that his family members were around in the pantheon didn’t amuse him in the slightest, especially knowing that both Kazuya and Heihachi shared a house. His presence did make Kazuya calm down a little, if only because both him and his grandpa have a common enemy in Heihachi. The latter is not surprised to see his old man again and is already planning to trap him under an even bigger rock.
    • He’s on fairly cordial terms with his great-grandson Jin Kazama. Even though he killed him, he saw it as a necessary to end his madness. However, he definitely does not agree on the way Jin used the Mishima Zaibatsu to wage war against the world, even if he had good reasons to do so
    • And then there was Kazumi, one of his star students. Jinpachi was glad to see her again after so long, but learning that she is the origin point of the devil gene that plagues his descendants definitely didn’t sit well with him, especially given that she planned to end his bloodline. Although in rare twists of events, Jinpachi said that at very least, his son deserved it.
  • Even here, he struggles to keep the devil at bay. Doing research inside the pantheon libraries and with some help from Kazumi, he discovered that the entity possessing him was not a curse in the Mishima bloodline, but an unrelated devil entirely. Even so, Jinpachi is dead set on getting rid of him, or managing to control it. This is one of the reasons he stays as far away from the house of Demons as possible (especially Pazuzu, who took an interest in Jinpachi as a potential host)
  • As an old martial artist, he struck a friendship with those in similar positions. From Master Roshi to Mr. Miyagi, they respect Jinpachi for his prowess even if he is over 100 years old at this stage. He is also fairly close with Master Oogway, who style and personality remind him a lot of his old friend Wang Jinrei
    • Gouken was another deity that was interested in learning more about the Mishima Style, hearing from both of his students who had fought users of the style before. Through Jinpachi he learned that his estranged brother Akuma actually was hired by Kazumi to kill both Heihachi and Kazuya should she fail her mission, which alarmed both he and Jinpachi. The elder Mishima is not at all pleased of this discovery and scoffs at Akuma's whole philosophy, while the latter is dissapointed such power and skill is wasted on a foolish old man struggling to even control a fraction of his power without obliterating the world.
  • The House of Gaming is not fond of Jinpachi, supposedly due to how much of a challenge he is to beat, exploiting tricks that would leave even the most skilled of fighters helpless, although Jinpachi has claimed he fights fair and can't do much against the devil that takes control of his body whenever he is fought at the end of the tournament.
  • "Show me what you can do!"

Granted, he wasn't aiming to hurt anyone there and simply didn't think about the possible consequences.

One of Yukari Yakumo's moves in the Touhou fighting games is to create a gap that summons a train to run over her opponent. Perhaps she could've summoned a Warp Train from its dimension back into regular reality?

@ Jinpachi: Consider other deities who have had to deal with an Antagonistic Offspring like his and Heihachi's relationship for potential interactions

@ Nitro Indigo: I don't.

I have a few ideas that aren't stuff I'm going to work on, but would be open for other people to work on. If that's OK. I think they're great fits, I just don't think I would give them justice

Do question the validity of proposing ideas you yourself won't do, but [tup] on the first two ideas.

Yeah, not a huge fan of the idea of reserving tropes for profiles you don't have the knowledge to propose yourself. It's one thing to give ideas to those who can propose the candidates, but giving ideas you don't have the knowledge to propose yourself feels greedy.

[up] I feel like I have to say this, but it’s not really a good idea to [tup] a profile that’s being proposed for adoption. Not when nobody is saying that they’ll take them. Because when someone approves of it, but nobody is want to work on it, it means that a profile that nobody is willing to work on has been approved, and in turn a trope that someone else could have been willing to use is now reserved. Also when someone does adopt them, they’ll still need to propose it themselves if they aren’t given an approval upon adoption. I think? I know we at least have to make the proposal ourselves if we adopt them on a later date.
