Go To

Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

louisent, you can move him where you feel he should, just tell me where. As for how it should be phrased, I'd go "Davros, God Of Destroying Your Own Kind"

fasoman, you wanted to give I Ate WHAT?! for SCP-166, right? I agree with that

A Yonko and Sweet Commander? The House of Justice has their work cut out for them

Again, what should be added to Brian Cohen?

Brian Cohen, God Of Getting Unwanted False Faith (A Man Named Brian, (Not!) The Messiah, A Very Naughty Boy)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/life_of_brian_1979.jpg
Brian dealing with his "followers"
  • House: Religious Figures (House of Faith)
  • Quasideity
  • Symbol: The movie's poster
  • Theme Song: A Man Called Brian
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Portfolio: Accidental Hero, Denied Parody, Mistaken For The Messiah And Wants No Part Of It Child by Rape (Well At First), Actual Contemporary Of Jesus, Having Your Standard Jewish Mother, Butt-Monkey, Parodic Passion Plays, Misaimed Fandom, The Hero Dies (But Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life)
  • Domains: Parody, Bible Times, (Unwanted) Faith, Mistaken Identity
  • Fellow Not-Messiahsnote : Fone, Big Blue, G'Kar, Michael Altman
  • Allies: Monty Spam Pythons, Arthur Dent, Elvis Presley, Chuck Shurley, God(God, the Devil and Bob), Guthix, Kyle Brofloski, Portgas D Ace, Aslan, The Love That Moves The Stars
  • On good terms with: Bruce Nolan
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork with: Empress Nero
  • Enemies: Emperors Caligula and Nero, Dis, Eric Cartman, YHVH, Merged Zamasu
  • On poor terms with: Ancient Roman figures of authority
  • Brian Cohen is the son of a Jewish woman and the rape of a Roman centurion called Naughtius Maximus. He was born near the manger of Jesus and around the same time, leading the three wise men to mistake him for the Messiah. This wouldn't be the end of it, as late in life he was Mistaken for Profound and people assumed he was the messiah. This only annoyed him.
  • Brian is very vocal he wants to live his life, and doesn't like the title of "God". The Court of the Gods informed him that in the pantheon, the title of god is more of a metafictonal or representative thing than actually divinity, nobody has to actually worship him. Elvis Presley feels similarly about when people call him "The King", and the two have become friends after ending up in a musical.
  • Isn't a fan of the Ancient Roman authority, which got himself lumped in with the People's Front of Judea. They argue what good the Roman occupation has done..a lot, as it turns out. Though when it comes to emperors Caligula and Nero, Brian's dislike of them is understandable. They and Roman authority don't take his that seriously after making it clear that he's not the Messiah, just a very naughty boy.
  • The Saber version of Nero is less negative to Brian. She can relate to Brian being mistaken for something she's not, as she was villainized by the public and unlike her historical counterpart has no hard feelings or intent towards hard feelings when it comes to the Abrahamic faiths. Also, she liked watching Life of Brian. Brian was cautious given her position, but otherwise doesn't hold hard feelings towards her.
  • Eric Cartman hates Brian for being Jewish, and because he prefers The Passion of the Christ over Life of Brian. Brian doesn't like how he uses a Passion Play to justify and fuel his anti-semitism. Brian isn't the Messiah, but he was around during Christ's ministry and can't imagine him endorsing Cartman's ramblings. He is supportive to Kyle, being a fellow friendly Jew.
  • Unfortunately some still think he's saying he's the Messiah, and not in a good way. YHVH and Merged Zamasu hate Brian for "falsely claiming" he's such. This is entirely petty, as Zamasu hates the idea of anything remotely divine associated with mortals, and YHVH thinks he's one of countless competition to His worship. This is even pettier given the parodic nature of Life of Brian, solidifying what everyone knew-YHVH and Zamasu literally don't have a sense of humor.
  • In complete contrast to the Great Will and mad Kaioshin, the God named Chuck and the God of God, The Devil and Bob enjoyed the parody of Life of Brian, as it mocks corrupt religious authority but is in good humor. Brian was completely surprised these literal gods liked him. He has become interested and friendly with Bruce Nolan, who actually handled the role of God for a bit.
  • Dis wanted to torment Brian. This is purely due to wanting to torment Jesus by proxy, given Brian being mistaken for him. Before he could try to drag Brian into the Inferno, The Love That Moves The Stars and Aslan forced him away. They have pity on Brian for how he was mistaken for the Messiah and got himself crucified in large part because of it, and have the sense of humor to appreciate the parody. They think Brian is a good boy, though Brian's mother would say otherwise.
  • Guthix seems to respect Brian for his refusal to follow the beliefs of people that mistake him for the Messiah, and Brian in turn finds the deity's desire not to be worshipped as refreshing. He also finds Arthur Dent good company, who's Unfazed Everyman personality helps out with whatever Brian gets himself into. Like the time he ended up on an alien spaceship.
  • Given his crucifixion, Brian feels bad for how Portgas D Ace died because he was Too Good for This Sinful Earth and at the hands of corrupt authority. Also, they have daddy issues, with Brian's father being a Roman centurion and Ace's father being Gol D Roger.

[up]I think the trope fits best in Evil Actions. Is it okay?

For Brian:

Since Brian is Jewish, I want him to interact with people from the Old Testament such as Moses. I want to see what does Moses think of Brian's situation because believe Moses doesn't want the burden that God gave him but has no choice

I also do want to see him interacting with Saint Martha and Saint George, because the former is literally good friends with Jesus and for the latter, while he is part of the Roman Army, he is a believer of Christianity and was executed because he doesn't want to follow the Roman beliefs and wants to continue practicing Christianity. They are also mostly well known for....killing dragons, with Martha even taming the dragon she was about to execute

New profile.

Yogi Bear, God of Delimitative Ring Collars

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/yogurt_bear_7543.jpg
  • Theme Song: The Yogi Bear Show Intro
  • Demigod
  • Symbol: Hs head with the ring collar
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Portfolio: The First TV Breakout Character who's "smarter than the average bear, Has 'Bear' as his last name, Loveable Rogue, Big Eater, a Funny Bear, will still give you a beating for hurting Boo Boo
  • Domains: Animal, Trickery
  • Herald: Boo Boo Bear
  • Allies: Casper, Mystery Inc., The Care Bears,
  • Rivals: Fred Flintstone
  • Opposed By: Smokey the Bear, Justin Timberlake
  • Feared by: Billy
  • Observed by: Steve Irwin
  • Uneasy Relationship: Winnie the Pooh, Paddington Bear
  • Odd Friendship: Lazlo, Raj, and Clam
  • Fears: Zangief
  • It all started with reports in the House of Nature that campers kept on losing their picnic baskets. Sherlock Holmes and Watson were hired to find the culprit. Holmes' stellar detective skills deducted that the culprit resided in the House of Beasts. Clues led them over to a forest. It was there that the two encountered two bears who had already eaten the food. While the bears made their getaway thanks to a clever diversion, the detective had enough information to reach a conclusion; that Yogi Bear and his partner Boo Boo Bear have established a home there. Parks have subsequently blanked the area with 'Do not feed the animals' signs, but it's unlikely that will stop them. After all, Yogi is smarter than the average bear.
    • As with quite a few deities in the Pantheon, they have another show to thank for their meteoric rise. Their first appearance was in The Huckleberry Hound Show.It wasn't long before their popularity earned him his own show before becoming the mascot of Hanna-Barbera. The two are remorseful for the hound's failure to ascend and they hope to help him do just that.
  • Their ascension and subsequent mischief exposed a shocking revelation: there was no official park ranger in the Pantheon. As it is rare to have such characters as protagonists, the park rangers were divided into several fates. While Yogi was delighted that this makes the likelihood of the Park Ranger Smith ascending slim, he does miss the antics he played on him.
  • Steve Irwin was up to the task of tracking the two bears. But instead of capturing them, the Australian had decided instead to keep watch over the two. Sure he would try to get them to turn in any picnic baskets if he sees them in the act, but he figured it would be better if he teaches them how to eat a bear's natural diet. Steve has his work cut out for him on that, as Yogi has frequently voiced his disgust in such edibles.
  • One would expect for scouts to adhere to the notion not to feed the animals. Instead, Lazlo respects their free-thinking as bears trying things out of the norm. He has stopped short of openly helping the bears in their schemes, but he has offered food for them at times when pickings are low.
  • Shaggy and Scooby were already acquainted with the duo. While they haven't met before, he told a story of genies in their likeness in such a detailed way that one had to wonder if it was a real tale. Most would chalk it up to interpreting the classic Aladdin story, but the two bears have sworn that the tales were indeed true.
  • Fred Flintstone share a more antagonistic relationship despite having the same creator. Yogi can't help but steal Fred's lunch whenever he goes into the forest fr his lunch break. Fred does have ways around this though; for one, his bowling skills are more than enough to bowl the two over.
  • The two also were part of a crew that celebrated Casper's first Christmas. While things were delayed by a scrooge of a ghost, the gang was eventually able to change his mind on the subject. Yogi agreed to keep the friendly ghost company every Christmas since their ascension.
  • The wrestler Zangief was excited to have another bear to wrestle. Neither Yogi nor Boo Boo are the type to raise fisticuffs and instead have taken an astonishing amount of effort to avoid the Russian wrestler at all times.
  • Meanwhile, Billy has his own reasons for avoiding the bear. The two nearly assaulted him while he was walking down the park. The two admitted it wasn't their best picnic basket heist, blaming it on the last meal they had.
  • Bear deities Winnie the Pooh and Paddington do try to be friendly towards Yogi Bear, but have distanced themselves from their antics. It wasn't that they were antagonistic towards Yogi Bear, just that they didn't think it was nice to steal from others. Winnie the Pooh was especially against stealing from Christopher Robin. For their part, Yogi and Boo Boo have avoided doing so.
  • Smokey has been more antagonistic towards the two. While the two done a good job in preventing wildfires, he was not a fan of their basket-stealing ways. As the only park ranger deity, he tasked himself for keeping the bears from stealing food from campers.
  • Has been under the watch of the Care Bears for some time now. While the group is wary of his capers, the bears are alright with his healthy display of emotions. They also liked how Yogi cares for Boo Boo.
  • When Boo Boo found out his voice sounded like a certain pop star, he had an idea on how to use that to their advantage. The bears staged a meet and greet with a hologram and dome good old-fashioned ventriloquism. Boo Boo told his adoring fans to give them food in exchange for a conversation. The plan went well... until the real actor found out about it. Justin Timberlake marched over to the place and chased the bears away. He has since warned passer-bys of someone who may impersonate his voice.

@r-lock: I'm pretty sure given how powerful most deities are, it would simply not end well... for Ramon. And there're a lot of weird stuff going on, so I don't think there'd be skepticism about a Sewer Gator; there might be a matter of which, though. Batman might think it's from his Rogues Gallery.

Dora Márquez, Goddess of Fake Interactivity

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dora_in_2018.png
Click here to see her in her adventures at Playa Verde
  • Allies: Spongebob Squarepants (being his former high priestess), other animal lovers and some deities in the Bestiary, Jack and Annie, Cream the Rabbit, Hilda (Hildafolk), Zack Morris, most non-evil child deities in general
  • Rivals:
  • Friendly Enemy: Swiper
  • Opposed by/Opposes:
  • One day, an anonymous request came to the Court of the Gods in the form of a video where an anonymous person was nominating someone. And for some reason, the person behaved as if the viewer was supposed to answer. Still, the Court saw the point and later brought the recommended character, Dora the Explorer, to the Pantheon.
  • Often addresses an unseen subject at times. Those with special visions usually see a floating video camera, presumably the entity she's "interacting" with.
    • Among those who can see this camera are Deadpool, Gwenpool, and Zack Morris. She's often overwhelmed when the latter two mess around, Wade making a lot of derisive (but still kid-friendly) comments about her show, and Gwen... not being nearly as insulting as him, while Zack is amicable enough around her and even eventually befriended her somehow.
  • She is never seen without her Backpack and Map. The former often has whatever item is needed (even ladders), the latter has some questionable credibility (depsite its frightening tracking competence), and both need to be called at by someone other than Dora (and Boots) twice.
    • Part of her ascension package is that her backpack's star pocket can summon whatever Explorer Stars she's caught and released throughout her adventures to help her out.
  • Would eventually have adventures at Playa Verde, but she usually assumes her current appearance.
  • Tries her best to let slide the derisive comments she sometimes gets, but doesn't know how to stop them; they're not slurs to her culture or anything, but to her intelligence simply because she talks to something that's not there and expects a response from it. There's probably also how she regards Swiper, as that can easily send the wrong lesson.
  • Despite how her show usually goes, she's no stranger to truly vile scum (at least as much as a kids show would allow). Even then, she doesn't show much anger.
  • Occasionally visits the House of Sports to practice her baseball and soccer, the latter of which she excels at. She's taken the time to search for a representative deity for it.
  • She's also proficient in the guitar and flute.
  • As someone who's made a lot of animal friends, Dora has also become friends with those who made similar kinds of friendships as well. Examples include Fluttershy and Eliza Thornberry.
  • Isn't pleased with the notion that she's an illegal immigrant.
  • There happens to be a live-action movie featuring her in the works. Despite initial rumors, Michael Bay has denied being directly involved in its production.
  • Is advised not to try her usual tactic with Swiper on the Sniper for...reasons. He's professional enough not to do that on a whim, but anybody else who makes that joke will get a Jarate and a headshot.
  • She's had her fair share of inside-a-magic-book adventures, and was curious to hear of a pair of kids whose books had the same effects.
  • -something about witches like The Wicked Witch of the West and Atsuko Kagari -
  • -something about Santa-
  • She and Boots apparently went on an adventure to Antarctica, beating an expedition team to it, and even asking what took them so long. She can't remember doing such a thing, knows that some things said there were condescending, and is aware that they were underdressed for the South Pole.
  • During one of her travels, Dora crossed paths with Hilda, who was on one of her own travels, too, accompanied by Cream. They hit it off well and added her in their circle of friends (with animal companions).

  • Allies: Dr. Drakken, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, Mr. Fox, Robbie Rotten, Isaac Dian and Miria Harvent
  • Rivals:
  • Enemies:
  • Friendly Enemy: Dora
  • Swiper has already been in the Pantheon for a while now under Dr. Drakken. He hasn't done much swiping since most of his "victims" were too willing to retaliate with violence (a bat whack from Ness, a Death Glare from Mandy, a preemptive Thunderbolt from Ash's Pikachu, toy weapon attacks from the CMC after they were returning home from a LARP, a blast of magic from Star). When he heard Dora was in the Pantheon, he immediately decided to go and try to swipe from her again for old time's sake.
    • After being "thwarted" by Dora yet again, someone in the Court witnessed this and the next day, Swiper found himself ascended now.
  • His new temple takes the form of Blueberry Hill and his burrow at the top. Given he's at the House of Crime, this means the bushels are sometimes emptied, much to his ire, despite blueberries not even being that high up in terms of worth compared to everything else. He's been considering looking for security measures.
  • Due to his harmlessness, he's an absolute laughingstock for the House of Thieves. And most of his other neighbors wonder why he's even in their House in the first place.
    • There are a few who appreciate him though, such as Isaac and Maria, who—aside from being idiotic thieves—are actually good people with actual friends and are really nice people even to those they haven't met and they don't have the heart to intentionally kill people.
    • Another is Mr. Fox, who invited him over for a nice dinner. They even later established trade, a few of Fox's share for Swiper's blueberries and favors here and there to ensure there are always blueberries for him to trade with.
  • Gods can tell if Swiper’s coming when they hear that distinctive maracas-like (or spray bottle-like) sound. Since most folks in the Pantheon are smarter, this means he might get outed much faster or, in the case of more ruthless ones, get preemptively counterattacked, resulting in him needing to flee, or risk getting himself shot, blasted or getting the jump on.
  • He does have standards, though. If the thing he's swiped is meant to be a gift for someone (especially if it's from Santa), he'll give it back, no strings attached.
  • Even if he does steal something, he normally just tosses it somewhere nearby, often at bushes. Annoying for those in a time-sensitive mission, but then they should already be running, giving no time for Swiper to grab their stuff.
    • No one quite knows why he steals if he's only going to do that when he succeeds. His answer is that he just likes doing it.
    • And he doesn't like it if anyone else tries stealing from Dora; he feels that only he's allowed to do that.
  • Besides his natural stalking abilities (sometimes with the aid of a costume), he also has a great deal of technical knowledge, as he's built a variety of vehicles and gadgets (including a remote-controlled robot butterfly) to help him swipe things.
    • Occasionally tails Tails to observe his gadgetry and get some ideas for his own machines, not once swiping from him; he can show restraint, and it's not like he has to swipe all the time.
  • There's more to Swiper than just swiping, though. He has a soft spot for puppies, he's above swiping from delivery services addressed to him, and he's even once helped Dora on her quest to help a baby fox find its mommy, carrying the infant almost all through the adventure. He also doesn't speak Spanish, and wishes that he did.
  • Admits he's amused with the idea that some people see him as a customs officer. For this reason, some pranksters somehow harangued him one day to get to work at the Pantheon's barriers alongside the Inspector. He refuses to talk about what happened there.
  • Despite his alignment, he's on Santa's nice list ever since a certain time travel adventure with Dora. As such, his swipings have lessened, and he ceases doing so altogether on Christmas; makes sense as there are gifts and he draws the line in stealing those.

The Seven Heavenly Virtuesmembers , Angelic Representatives of Rotating Protagonists

From left to right: Sariel, Gabriel, Metatron, Raphael, Michael, Sandalphon and Uriel.
  • Greater Goddesses
  • Symbol: Their wings
  • Alignment: Lawful Good (Michael, Uriel and Gabriel), Neutral Good (Metatron, Sandalphon), Chaotic Good (Raphael, Sariel), Neutral Evil (Metatron's Split Personality)
  • Portfolio: Embodying the Seven Heavenly Virtues But Not Doing A Good Job of It, Angelic Beauty, Hero with an F in Good, Ms. Fanservice, Having Wings on Different Parts of Their Bodies, Hair of Different Color
  • Heralds: Their Messiah Candidates
  • Allies: Eru Iluvatar, Aslan, the Love that Moves the Stars, Mata Nui, Manwe, Tyrael, Superman/Clark Kent, Captain America/Steve Rogers, Cosmos, Spider-Man/Peter Parker, Shido Itsuka, Lux Arcadia, Spock, anyone who follows the path of Virtue
  • Headbutting Heroes with: Sam and Dean Winchester, James Bond, the Spectre (especially Michael)
  • Pity: Timmy Turner, Charlie Brown
  • Rivals: The Friends crew, The Seinfeld crew, Aphrodite (Sariel only)
  • Enemies: YHVH, Melkor, Lucifer, Metatron, Aku, Sir Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott, Emperor Palpatine, High Councilor Kal-El, Sofia Lamb, Nurse Ratched, Sofia Lamb, the Medic (nice Metatron only), the Joker, Carnage, the House of Tainted Love
  • The Seven Heavenly Virtues have the reputation of being the most unusual and unconventional group of Angels to be ever introduced in the Pantheon, because a) they consistently fail to live up to the Virtues they represent and b) they all wear skimpy clothes. When they entered the Pantheon, they all engaged in crazy antics, trying to train their chosen candidates to be the Messiah. Most people ignored them, given that such events were commonplace in the Pantheon, although some of the more perverted deities couldn't help but stare lewdly at the Virtues. After all was said and done, the Virtues were accepted without further trouble.
  • Upon their arrival, they discovered several alternate versions of the God they serve were all ready present in the Pantheon, such as Eru Iluvatar, Aslan and the Love that Moves the Stars, and pledged their loyalty to them within the blink of an eye. They were also invited to the House of Angels for their efforts in finding the Messiah and trying to live among humans. They were even surprised to find there was already a version of Michael in the Pantheon. The veteran Michael agreed to become a mentor to the Virtues, especially to the female Michael, who still struggled between law and Good. Both Tyrael and Manwë have agreed to teach the Virtues in the ways of the Pantheon as well.
    • They agree with Michael's ideal that Virtue cannot exist without Free Will, which is why they stand in opposition to YHVH and his lackeys, especially his most loyal Angel Metatron, who creeps the female Metatron out to no end. Michael, more than the other Virtues, hates Metatron for showing her an alternate reality where she accepted her God's order to destroy mankind. After that event, she has taken steps to ensure she does not stray from the path of Virtue like her Alternate Self. Despite their enmity with YHVH's forces, however, they think twice before working alongside Lucifer; while he might champion free will, they are always quick to question the morality of his actions.
  • Anyone who follows the path of Virtue will become an immediate ally to the Virtues, including legendary superheroes like Superman, Captain America and Spider-Man. The Angels sometimes entertain the idea of training them to be Messiah Candidates, but ultimately dissuade the notions, as they already have their hands full with their current Candidates. At the very least, they offered their support against the High Councilor; especially Michael, who knows what it's like to have an Evil Twin.
  • Melkor is high on their hit list, alongside YHVH, and the Virtues always take the opportunity to berate him for betraying his family for his own pride and ambition. The Virtues are also horrified to learn of Aku, a Japanese demon who successfully conqured the world, and fear something like that would happen if they failed in their quest to find a suitable Messiah. They are further dismayed to learn of people like Emperor Palpatine and Isaac Westcott, who are entirely human despite their impressive powers.
  • They have become very attached to Shido Itsuka and Lux Arcadia after learning of their benevolent and righteous attitudes. They are also aware of Shido's origins as a Spirit-human hybrid. The Virtues always invite Shido, Lux and their harems for huge parties in their temple.
  • Being literal Angels of the Lord, the Virtues do their best to cheer up Timmy Turner and protect him from abusive parental figures and any kinds of evil adults in the Pantheon. The Virtues were absolutely horrified to learn Jorgan Von Strangle once gave him a vision of an alternate reality where everyone would be better off if he wasn't born. Jorgan attempted to defend himself, saying he wanted to teach Timmy about doing the right thing without expecting a reward, but the Virtues would have none of it, pointing out the near-sadistic glee he took at Timmy's visible suffering. Uriel capped off the Virtues' disgust with one final statement:
"We could be assholes like you, but we don't like hurting other people's feelings."
  • Another child under their protection is Charlie Brown. Despite the constant misery the universe piles on him, he never gives up trying to do the right thing, something the Virtues can relate to.
  • Sam and Dean Winchester dimiss the Virtues' efforts to help them in the demon-hunting duties, considering no better than the angels than live in their universe. For their part, the Virtues have long given up on helping the Winchesters, dismissing them as self-righteous jerks who care about their own personal vendetta over the world they've sworn to protect. They aren't too fond of James Bond, either. Much like M, the Angels think he is a "sexist, misogynistic dinosaur" who is willing to sleep with women to get what he needs. Bond, not a stranger to petty insults, ignores them. Hilariously, some deities believe the Virtues, Michael and Uriel especially, might not be entirely immune to 007's boyish charms. The Virtues embarrassingly denied that notion, but Sariel is willing to give Bond a chance to prove his worth. They don't look forward to working with the Spectre, who takes his job very seriously and is an even bigger Hero with an F in Good than they are. Michael at least tries to give him the benefit of the doubt because she knows how hard it is to keep one's faith in a world constantly threatened by sin and evil.
  • Don't exactly see eye to eye with the Friends crew because their tropes are almost similar. They do, however, respect each other and the Virtues feel bad that Joey's spin-off didn't actually work out. Also, they work together to undermine the Seinfeld crew whenever they get the chance. The Virtues think that Jerry and his friends are miserable and lousy excuses for human beings and do not deserve salvation, but they do agree that the punishment they suffer at the end of their story falls flat because a) they didn't learn anything from the experience and b) they were indirectly punished by people even worse than they are.
  • Exclusive to Michael:
    • An accomplished swordswoman, Michael is always willing to accept challenges from worthy sword-wielding heroes, like Link and Samurai Jack. She is impressed by Link's courage and tenacity in the face of overwhelming odds and praises Jack for succeeding in his quest to destroy Aku, even if he had to overcome a period of depression. As someone who struggles with her faith, Michael sympathizes with Optimus Prime when she heard of his own crisis of faith.
    • When she has free time, Michael likes to go to the House of Food and eat lots of omelettes. There, she came across Tohka Yatogami and Celestia Ralgris and quickly befriended them after hearing of their stories. Michael praises the two girls for their sword skills and loyalty to Shido and Lux, considering them true embodiments of faith.
  • Exclusive to Uriel:
    • Despite her position as the Angel of Patience, Uriel actually has a short temper according to and doesn’t have the patience to pause and reconsider her actions due to how stubbornly she sticks to them, even if they inconvenience her or others. To solve this, the Grand United Alliance of Good advised her to visit Princess Zelda. Despite some initial difficulty, the Angel of Patience and the Princess of Hyrule ultimately became friends. Uriel came to admire Zelda's wisdom and devotion to Link and regularly asks her for advice on how to improve her relationship with her Candidate.
    • An ability Uriel has but almost never uses is the power of fire. Uriel's time in the Pantheon has allowed her to further develop this skill and her time in the GUAG earned her the friendship of space pilot Mirage Farina Jenius. Feeling a strange kinship, Uriel and Mirage promised to work together in the battlefield. Uriel feels a bit sorry that Mirage lost in her show's Love Triangle, but Mirage assures her she has moved on.
    • As an intelligence officer, Uriel is pretty good at bureaucracy. While she won't say no to a mission that specifically requires her presence, she feels more comfortable in the GUAG's headquarters, handling all the paperwork. "The GUAG will stand or fall on the strength of its internal administration", she says.
  • Exclusive to Raphael:
    • She might not look like it, but Raphael is actually the most socially adept of the Virtues. Despite her fondness for her Candidate, she knew that training him as a Messiah would likely get in the way of his dream of becoming a master pastry chef, so she erased his memories of her. For that, she earned Tenri Ayukawa's respect. She also became friends with Mayuri, who made a sacrifice of the literal kind to save Shido Itsuka.
    • Amazed to find deities within the Pantheon that share her voice and dedicates a lot of her free time to have fun alongside them. Raphael and Fuuka get along swimmingly, while Azura thinks Raphael could learn to take things a bit more seriously. Lisha cannot help but feel jealous towards Raphael, for, well
  • Exclusive to Sandalphon
    • Sandalphon is interested in the fields of science, so it's no surprise that she spends more time in the House of Science than in her temple. While she can develop small devices like hand-held computers, phones and even small grenades, larger devices are more complicated and most of the time they end up exploding. Seeing her enthusiasm and dedication for science, the Philanthropists of Benevolent Science have accepted her as their protegé.
    • Being the twin sister of Metatron, Sandalphon constantly worries for her sister's psychological state and has already given a warning to House of Health and Diseases to see if there is something they can do to help her.
  • Exclusive to Metatron
    • Being the Angel of Charity, it is no surprise that Metatron is dedicated to the arts of medicine. Unfortunately, she has no firsthand knowledge of the human world and and often gets tricked because she naively trusts anyone. J.D. and Turk were quick to befriend Metatron and try to make sure she doesn't fall in with the wrong crowd. Easier said than done, however, as the Sacred Heart doctors are not paragons of fair judgment either, letting to a lot of misadventures for the three.
    • Her work amongst the Pantheon gods led Metatron to meet other famous doctors like Gregory House and Leonard McCoy. Metatron does not enjoy her time with House; although he respects his skills as a doctor, she is not fond of his bad attitude and smug self-righteousness. On the other hand, Dr. House doesn't like Metatron either, thinking her to be a naive goody-two-shoes. She prefers to spend more time with McCoy, who despite his own grumpiness, does have the qualities Metatron desires in a mentor.
    • Under normal circumstances, Metatron is gentle and benevolent, but she harbors a split personality that enjoys causing pain to other people. This split personality usually manifests when Metatron is holding a syringe and many evil-aligned gods, such as Nurse Ratched, Sofia Lamb, Carnage and the Joker seek to corrupt Metatron by exposing her split personality to more varied forms of depravity. The other Virtues make sure to keep them away from Metatron as much as possible.
    • The sadistic Metatron gets along swimmingly with the Medic, who enjoys getting organs and causing bloodshed. The nice Metatron, on the other hand, would rather stay away from him, especially when she heard that he made a deal with The Devil in exchange for his soul. Then, when his contract was about to expire, he then tricked The Devil signing an another contract, this time, in exchange for his teammates' souls just so The Medic could become immortal all by himself. Doing that was extremely risky and could have easily backfired.
  • Exclusive to Gabriel
    • Obsessed with chastity, Gabriel does not tolerate what she believes are acts of perversion or sexual decadences. She spends most of her time yelling at the more lustful deities to stop their wrongful acts. Most of these deities, like James Bond and the Highschool DxD deities, ignore her, thinking her to be just a nuisance. Some of the more reasonable deities, like Kaito Kirishima, Ichika Takatsuki, Ichiro Sato and Ryoko Sato, at least listen to their advice and Gabriel does give them the benefit of the doubt. They're just teenagers, they won't be doing sexual acts anytime soon.
    • Gabriel completely approves of Ash Ketchum and Ichika Orimura, accepting them as embodiments of chastity. She does, however, question their ability to garner multiple love ineterests despite their lack of experience with love.
    • Getting tired of her constant preaching about chastity, the deities of the House of Tainted Love decided to kidnap her. The Virtues, and almost everyone in the House of Love, quickly saved her.
  • Exclusive to Sariel:
    • As the oldest of the Angels, Sariel tries to act like a mother to the group. "Tries" being the keyword here. Sariel is actually obsessed with the pleasures of the flesh and has earned the attractions of many male deities over the Pantheon. She has enjoyed quite a few nights of passion with James T. Kirk and has even taken Bond on his offer to prove his boyish charms, to the embarrassment of Michael and Gabriel. One particular god called Lavernius Tucker attempted to woo Sariel, an act that his fellow Red vs. Blue deities believed was doomed to fail. Fortunately, Sariel saw right through Tucker's charade and gave him what he wanted. Tucker's screams were the stuff of legends.
    "Woo-hoo! I banged an angel! Bow-Chicka-Bow-Wow!"
    • Tucker's friends, especially Epsilon and Washington were shocked beyond words. Sariel's friends, however, were not.
    • Good friends with Power Girl and the Dark Magician Girl for their pride and lack of shame in their physical beauties. She did gain some unwanted attention in the form of Aphrodite, who thought the Angel of Kindness who try to steal her position as the Pantheon's Most Beautiful Goddess. Sariel has made it clear that she has no interest in stealing Aphrodite's title, but she does joke about it, if only to get on Aphrodite's nerves.
    • Her sneezes are so powerful they can destroy city blocks. Many gods wondered if those sneezes have any practical application against the forces of evil, but Batman came up with an idea. He told the Virtues to place Sariel deep within one of the Grand United Alliance of Evil's production facilities and rubbed her nose with a fear. One sneeze later and the GUAE's supply chain was crippled big time. Melkor's screams of fury were heard from the Virtues' temple.

Because he represented a trope that have gained a lot of traction in modern Japanese fiction, Touya was easily accepted into the Pantheon.
  • Upon his arrival, Touya made a lot of friends who embodied his trope, like Shido Itsuka, Ayato Amagiri and Lux Arcadia. They spent a lot of time talking about how similar and different they were from each other. He also befriended characters who embodied escapism and fun, like Superman, Luke Skywalker and Mario. Unfortunately, there are characters that failed to live up to his trope's best qualities, such as Ichika Orimura and Natsuru Senou. Touya, understanding his trope is very complex and not many people can live up to, has done what he can to help them become more popular and obtain more acceptance among general audiences. Since he was a harem protagonist, Touya became acquainted with Issei Hyodou, who constantly advises him on how to improve his relationships with his ladies. He also sympathizes with Tanukichi Okuma, who tries to maintain some semblance of sexual decency in a world where the laws of sexual decency make no sense at all. Touya is also aware that he sounds just like Shido, Issei and Tanukichi.
  • Since he was blessed by his world's deity, Touya made allies with some of the creator gods in the Pantheon, like Eru Ilúvatar from Middle-earth and Aslan from Narnia. Touya has a lot of respect towards fatherly gods and always defers to their judgment in godly matters. However, even Touya understands not all creator gods are infallible, as the God of his world proved. Arceus, the God of the Pokemon world, can be temperamental and does not take kindly to treason, but fortunately, much like Ash Ketchum before him, Touya has proven to be a calming influence on the Alpha Pokémon.
  • Deities who seek to subjugate mortals do not impress Touya, so perhaps it is no surprise that Melkor, YHVH and Darkseid have become his enemies. Touya also does not take it kindly to humans that seek to usurp the gods, which is why Isaac Ray Pelham Wescott and Makuta Teridax have been added to his hitlist. Being a demigod, Touya exists to embody the best of both worlds and his duty is to protect deities and mortals, sometimes from each other and themselves. Such dedication earned him respect from Mata Nui.
  • Most of his magic power comes from his smartphone, which provides an Internet connection even in a medieval fantasy world. With his smartphone, Touya can cast spells, create weapons, construct structures, teleport, among others. That would make him nigh-unstoppable in his homeworld, but the Pantheon is an entirely different story, forcing Touya to constantly update his magical knowledge. To that end, he has become friends with Harry Potter, who uses his position in the House of Magic to help Touya further his magical studies. Unfortunately, this gave Touya some unwanted attention in the form of Voldemort, who seeks to uncover Touya's magical secrets in an attempt to increase his power and influence within the Pantheon. Touya was attacked in his own temple by Lord Tirek, who attempted to absorb Touya's enormous magic power. Fortunately, Touya's magical reserves were so vast that it would take a long time to adversely affect him, giving Touya more than enough time to defeat Tirek and booted him out of his temple.
  • Doctor Strange isn't all too fond of Touya, because he mostly downloads his spells from information sources while Strange had to perfect skills through practice and training. Strange even referred to Touya as the magical equivalent of a Millennial. Touya don't pays Strange any attention, seeing him as old-fashioned and arrogant. They do, at least, hold some respect for each other's skills. He has a much more positive relationship with Doctor Fate and tries to help Kent Nelson maintain his humanity despite his godlike power.
  • Occasionally visits the House of Technology for upgrades and apps for his smartphone. Many gods are fascinated by his phone have asked to borrow it to further their attempts to hybridize technology and magic. Touya reluctantly agrees, but only if it's done for peaceful purposes. Anything beyond that and he risks causing an arms' race.
  • Has the utmost respect for Kirito and Touma Kamijou, who helped shape the trope he embodies. Unfortunately, this caused a brawl between their followers. Detractors said that characters like Kirito and Touma were much better than Touya because their stories contain true tragedy and pathos and Touya was merely coasting along and pretending he knows suffering. Fortunately, Touya was able to defuse situation by stating that, yes, he got off lucky compared to Kirito and Touya and everyday, he must remind himself of how lucky he was. Touya's friends came his defense and said that Touya's story is enjoyable because it is escapism and it motivates viewers to use their imaginations and not take everything too seriously.
  • Very reluctant to go to the House of Love, as the Goddess of Love from his universe straight-up admitted she enjoys putting him in difficult situations with his love interests because it makes his story fun. Princess Cadance has assured him she will not interfere in his business, respecting his burden. Kyu Sugardust, on the other hand, thinks Touya is fair game.

As always, I'm open to suggestions.

[up][up]Nasuverse (though it depends on each series I have knowledge of), Doctor Who (I have only watch the first 5 seasons of the revival, because again, I blamed BBC for not letting me watch their show on their website in my home country (actually I forgot so much about the show to the point I have to rely on the wiki for information because I couldn't find any better place on watching the show online which is why I pretty much lost interest on the show, but I wanted to go back on it but it's not on Netflix anymore), Durarara and probably How I Met Your Mother (because I only watch it when my sister is around and I'll tell you, I didn't watch every single episode of the series)

[up][tup] for Touya, he is good to go

Actually, I want to see what does Hermione think of his magic. She is an extremely intelligent person and I want to see her studying the mechanics of his magic smartphone because she loves to learn new things

Also, I FORGOT TO MENTION WHERE IS TOUYA'S FULL BODY IMAGE

For the Seven Heavenly Virtues, I want to see what do they think of the Mishima family and in extension, the Kazama Family as well. Because Tekken is so huge on retcons with the whole Devil Gene thing that I don't know how to explain it. I mean, when I played Tekken 7's story mode, I'm like, "What?!"

[up] Muundeis has a couple of Nasuverse profiles, you can help him finish them or at least ask them to borrow one for yourself.

[up][up] Is there full-body artwork for Touya?

Ok, first draft of 166. She has the ability to attract any male regardless of orientation, i wonder if there is anyone who can resist charms like that?

Also no pictures, but i could add a fanart one.

SCP-166, Goddess of Eating Unusual Foods (Teenage Succubus, Epon)

  • Potential House: Meals
  • Rank: Euclid. Lesser Goddess by Pantheon Metrics.
  • Symbol: Her long hair
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Anti Anti Christ, Horny Devils, Constantly Naked because of Her Sensitive Skin, Unwilling Naughty Nun, Incredibly attractive to all Males
  • Domains: Food, Nature, Attraction, Beauty, Religion
  • Allies: Morrigan and Lilith Aensland, The Nuns and Sisters of St. Katherine's Parish,
  • Enemies: Kiara Sesshouin, Hexxus
  • Admires: God
  • Under Watch of: The SCP Foundation
  • SCP-166 is a young teenager with the ability to attract any male, regardless of their orientation. This has proven troublesome for her as it usually tends for the charmed males to try and force themselves into her, this being a reason for her containment in the first place. She was raised in a convent by nuns and her time there made her appreciate religion, until one day a man sneaked into the convent and caught sight of her. The following day, the man forcibly broke into the place, killing one nun and injuring other three, which prompted the foundation to seek 166 and contain her. Her ascension happened when she was accidentally left unchecked and her believing to be allowed to roam free, was caught in the middle of the pantheon and before any incidents occured, the pantheon and SCP authorities quickly acted and moved her to a personal temple.
  • She is not too thrilled about her title. The reason for that is that she only can sustain by consuming semen, which embarrasses her and caused a Squick reaction from other deities but most people don't fault her. She can even eat regular food and does so most of the time, but it mostly doesn't do much for her.

@Master Hero: I think given Touya's already married, Kyu wouldn't interfere either, but she would admire his style and success, and have "ammo" against Cadance for the plausibility of harems. Cadance for her part would be conflicted with Touya's love life and with how successful it was given the circumstances.

@Touya Again, Shiroe interaction. Isekai Light Novel Protagonist. The two could either have mutual respect or be straight up allies. Either one works.

@SCP-166: I'll be frank, I am not feeling this. The fact that they actively eat that food feels like it robs the spirit of the trope.

@ Louisent: Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a good full body image for Touya. If anyone could help me with that, I would gladly appreciate it.

@ Pokesonic: I don't know much about Log Horizon to make a good interaction with Touya. Sorry. If you think you can help with that, then go ahead.

@ Pokesonic: If you don't mind, maybe I could get Doctor Fate to introduce Touya to Shiroe, since Fate and Shiroe share the same Sub-house.
Does anyone else find it mean-spirited that George Lucas would try to murder Mr. Pinkett simply because he doesn't like the Star Wars prequels? I get it, Pantheon lore-writing is just fiction but we are talking about actual people. In my opinion, George would be the bigger man and stand his ground against Pinkett's complaints.

Speaking of Star Wars, despite my reluctance towards ascending Legends characters, I need to make this clear: I do not hate Legends. It's just that, in hindsight, the authors and creators of the Legends continuity made so many stories that creating a stronger, more cohesive continuity was borderline impossible. As much as I disagree with the way Star Wars has been developing lately, at least the new authors and creators are trying to maintain continuity with the movies and TV shows instead of just running wild with whatever crazy ideas they come up with.

Plinkett is a Serial Killer, so he probably started attacking Lucas first

This isn't an artificial sun trope. You think I should stick to nightelf's opinion and have Sekhment take Sinister Sentient Sun?

Fiery Lion is now a trope. Anyone game for an idea?

@ Fiery Lion: “PREMATURELY LAUNCHED TROPE; TRANSFER EDITS BEFORE SENDING IT BACK” huh.

Well, if we’re just throwing out suggestions, Teostra and Lunastra. Though this pair are based around Chimeras/Manticores, the only animal that was carried over to form monsters fitting the Low Fantasy setting of MonHun are, well, lions. Fire and explosions make up the bread and butter of their abilities. And befitting them being based around the King of Beasts they’re both Elder Dragons which are pretty much the top dogs of monsters with few exceptions to the rule. And they’re very brutal and hostile to boot.
