[up], [up][up] Yeah, I think Junko better describes Hope Crusher personally, but if they are just stuck with A House Divided, I won't be upset.

Time to rise and shine. Good morning!

Okay so I think I've been given permission by Fasoman 1996 to both change Nemesis's trope to Scales of Justice and do a rework of her profile, but before I do this does anyone have anything to say against this?

Once again posting Spyro.

I think he can go back now

Spyro the Dragon, God of Western Style Dragons

Skylanders incarnation
  • Theme Music: Insomniac Era Credits Theme
  • Intermediate God
  • Icon: A collection of orbs and dragon eggs along with a crystal dragon
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Domains: Dragons, Reptiles, Elements, Size, Magic
  • Portfolio: Cute asskickers, Purple Is Powerful, Kid Hero, Being powerful despite small size, Various elemental breaths, Averting Reptiles Are Abhorrent
  • Allies: Sparx, Ignitus, Crash Bandicoot, Ratchet, Clank, Sly Cooper, Bentley Turtle, Murray Hippo, Lightning, Parappa the Rapper, Sir Daniel Fortesque, Bahamut, N, Samwise Gamgee, Aang, Dovahkiin, Alexstrasza, Samus Aran, Paarthurnax, Spike, Caro Ru Lushe and Silica, Jakiro, Donkey Kong, Sash Lilac, Frodo
  • Rivals: Cael Cyndar
  • Enemies: Ripto, Neo Cortex, Polygon Man, Moneybags, Seto Kaiba, Hermaeus Mora, Ghetsis, Maleficent, Kevin, Oda Nobunaga, Ridley, Acnologia, Deathwing, Nefarian, Mordremoth, Zhaitan and many other evil dragons
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Moneybags
  • Conflicting Opinion: Bowser
  • Mysterious Connection with: The Meta
  • Spyro can be described as a small purple dragon who despise his size, has saved the day numerous times. Many Gods were rather surprised at Spyro, since he didn't match the normal idea of a dragon, being small and purple. Spyro got a little uncomfortable and asked everyone to quit staring. Haven't they seen a dragon before?
  • He originally entered into the Pantheon when Polygon Man diverted a portal Spyro had taken to visit Dragon Shores to the Pantheon. Upon arriving, Polygon Man forced Spyro to fight Crash Bandicoot as the main event in Round 2 of Polygon Man’s Battle Royale. Unfortunately for him, Crash and Spyro had been tricked into fighting each other once before by Cortex and Ripto, and they didn’t fall for the same trick twice. They have vowed to put a stop to Polygon Man’s scheme with the help of Lightning Farron and the ascended competitors of the first Battle Royale.
  • Spyro can be often seen followed by a Dragonfly called Sparx that serves as his Life Meter. Originally Sparx did not follow Spyro to godhood but eventually he arranged Sparx to be part of the pantheon under his own title. The two are inseparable and now they are both together in the pantheon.
  • Spyro had been quite content before his ascension, since he hadn’t seen Moneybags lately. He wasn’t pleased to find out that this was because Moneybags came to the Pantheon ahead of him, and was still up to his old tricks, charging for crossing bridges, opening doors and such.
  • The Disney, Nintendo, and Kamen Rider gods seem to prefer Spyro's Skylanders incarnation over the other two, for some reason.
    • With the revelation that Bowser and Donkey Kong will join the Skylanders on their next adventure, Spyro is willing to welcome the latter with open arms. Bowser, on the other hand, he keeps with suspicion, lest he takes advantage of his new-found power.
  • Spyro has a great deal of respect for Bahamut, the God of Dragons, and is eager to please him.
  • Hermaeus Mora once sent Dovahkiin after Spyro, neglecting to tell the Dragonborn that Spyro was friendly. Spyro was able to stop Dovahkiin and explain that he was friendly before Dovahkiin could slay him. Dovahkiin apologised and plans on attacking Hermaeus Mora with Spyro’s help.
  • While in his Legend incarnation, Spyro ran into Samwise Gamgee, who mistook Spyro for Frodo because his voice sounded similar. While Sam was initially disappointed, he and Spyro soon became friends, and Spyro has promised to help find a position in the Pantheon for Frodo. He also is a little creeped out that he sounds like Kevin and prefers to stay far away from him.
  • Seto Kaiba was told about Spyro’s surprising strength for his size and age, but he simply laughed and couldn’t believe that the purple pipsqueak could stand up to the Blue Eyes White Dragon. Spyro will be more than happy to prove Seto wrong should he get the chance.
  • Spyro is rather annoyed at evil dragons, as they give the whole species a bad reputation. He also dislikes those who use dragons for evil, like Nobunaga, who took over the Ransei region with a Rayquaza. Spyro hasn't been told yet that Nobunaga had a good reason for his actions.
    • Same goes for Maleficent turning herself into a giant dragon. Since she's the leader of the Disney villains, he's more than happy to beat her down whenever a Disney god asks him to.
  • Spyro initially thought N used his legendary dragon to commit evil acts as the leader of Team Plasma, but he later came to admire N for fighting in what he believed in. He apologised to N for judging him harshly, and his ire has since been transferred to Ghetsis, the true ruler of Team Plasma and N’s emotionally abusive father. Ghetsis once ordered his Hydreigon to attack Spyro and N, but Spyro was able to drive it off with his Dragon Kata and Ice Breath, both of which proved super effective on Hydreigon.
  • Spyro can occasionally be found in the House of Combat, practicing his Dragon Kata, and the House of Magic, practicing his various elemental breaths besides his flame breath. Dovahkiin is eager for Spyro to teach him the Words of Power so that he can perform Superflame and Electric Breath shouts.
  • Aang has shown an interest in Spyro’s ability to use various elemental breaths. He never thought other worlds would have their own Avatars, and non-human ones at that! However, he explained that most of this effects were granted by fairies, but nonetheless Aang is curious to meet said fairies
  • Alexstrasza is very protective of Spyro, since he is a young dragon. Sometimes, she can be a little too overprotective for Spyro's tastes. He feels he can look after himself since he's defeated multiple villains on his adventures. However, he is careful not to say this aloud, as he knows Alexstrasza is just looking out for him, and that she also has a fiery temper, which he does not want to provoke. Then he found out from Bahamut that she has lost many of her own children in very painful circumstances.
  • Normally, Spyro can only glide since his wings aren't fully grown yet. However, when he competes in the Speedways in the House of Sports, he can fly fully. The Gods in the House of Knowledge are racking their brains for an explanation as to why this is the case. He can also gain the power of full flight (as well as the Supercharge and Superflame abilities) temporarily with the aid of 'power-up gates' that are sporadically placed around the Pantheon; however, it never lasts more than 30 seconds before wearing off.
  • Spyro has helped Samus battle Ridley because he wants to show her that not all dragons are evil like Ridley.
  • Spyro respects Paarthurnax as he was able to change his formerly evil ways.
  • Spyro has nothing but disgust for 'Dragon King' Acnologia, believing him to be no better than Malefor at his worst. This only increased when he learned from others tales about him, including how he slaughtered innocent dragons for sport and how he despises and refuses to interact with humans despite once being one. Spyro willing forged friendships with non-dragons and is proud of it, and won't hesitate to join forces with them to fight him, despite their difference in power.
  • There have been rumors going around that the recently-arrived Meta is somehow connected to Spyro. It is stated because Sigma, the malevolent AI responsible for making the Meta the way he is, has an uncanny vocal resemblance to the purple dragon. Spyro for his part is horrified by this.
  • Has become of an unofficial partner for Spike, a fellow small and heroic dragon who loves finding gems (though Spyro's not sure what to think of him eating them). Spyro can sometimes be seen giving advice to Spike, while telling him of his many adventures. He even promises to take Spike with him one day, if the baby dragon is ever allowed to Take a Level in Badass.
    • Some have found it suspicious that Spyro tries to help a baby dragon, who happens bares a strong resemblance to himself and who's parents are unknown. Spyro is yet to respond to this.
  • The ascension of Ripto did not go unnoticed by Spyro and promptly sighed when he heard that indeed, his Arch-Enemy came for a rematch. However, since he isn't the only dragon around, Ripto is busy hating other dragons and also weary that the bigger ones might gang up on him.
    • Funnily enough, Spyro possesses a Skateboard with Ripto's face and even a move called the "Raging Ripto" named after him. He hasn't explained about that, but he has implied that Hunter came up with the names, not him.

Does Hundred Percent Adoration Rating actually apply to Steven Universe? Because the trope seems to apply to a ruler/leader. That…doesn't describe Steven at all.

I was gonna suggest Jason Rusch and Gehenna for Romantic Fusion, but…what if I were to suggest that trope to Steven…joined with his Implied Love Interest Connie Maheswaran?

I saw these two have horrible profiles. It's time these two got an upgrade.

Matt Murdock, God of Disability Superpowers (Daredevil, The Devil of Hell's Kitchen, The Man Without Fear)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/250px-Daredevil100.jpg
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: Two Red Ds.
  • Allignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Disability Superpowers, Empowered Badass Normals, Being Blessed with Suck, Those With Doomed Love Interests
  • Domains: Law, Protection, Heroism, Good
  • Followers: Terezi Pyrope
  • Allies: Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Elektra Natachios, Steve Rogers/Captain America, Toph Bei Fong.
  • Enemies: Bullseye
  • Few superheroes in the Pantheon associate their civilian life with their superhero life. As Matt Murdock, he is a lawyer who does his best to both defend clients and bring corrupt defendants behind bars. And if that doesn't work... he switches over to his other persona. The Man Without Fear ironically puts fear in the eyes of those who cross paths with him.
  • Daredevil doesn't "see" per say; he instead uses radar sense to map out the shape of his environment. He may not be able to make out color or words, but it helps give him a 360 degree view of his world.
  • It may not be well known how, but he hid his abilities from the superhero community for a long time. For example, when Hawkeye tried to blind him with a flashing light arrow, he had to pretend that the trick worked. Needless to say, it caused a lot of awkward moments before he told them the truth.
  • Was happy to meet up with Elektra in the Pantheon, though he is understandably cautious. The two share a tumultuous history together. Through it all, they have managed to stick with being allies, if not lovers on occasion.
  • Shares a similar relationship with the Black Widow. People see her as an unstable ally, but he gives her more of a benefit of a doubt than with most of his friends. With that said, he hopes that she doesn't stick around his life for too long. It has a way of bringing misery to many.
  • Can also be found in the House of Justice working together with Phoenix Wright and She-Hulk in his civilian identity. As a lawyer, Matt has a fair amount of dignity and restraint, but he can still get carried away during an exciting case.
  • It's safe to say that Murdock HATES Bullseye with the passion of a raging firestorm. The assassin was responsible for killing two of his girlfriends (one of which is in the Pantheon), ruining his life multiple times and even pretended to be Daredevil for a short period of time. Expect any encounter between the two to be a brutal, nasty affair. He can only hope that Kingpin does not arrive too, but it may well be a matter of time.
  • All of this points to a startling conclusion; Matt may well be one of the most unlucky superheros in the Pantheon. He was one of the first to have his identity found out by his archnemesis who used this to completely break him. It may be why he prefers to have a tight circle of friends, seldomly using his Avengers membership card. He has learned to use his friends more effectively.
  • Was the first superhero Netflix adapted to become a tv series. It was thought to be one of the greatest superhero shows of all time... until the second season reduced the quality a lot. He hopes to have better luck in the third season.
  • Due to fairly similar last names, he and Jeff Murdoch have been confused. Being a sensible man, Matt tries to take care of it by explaining, but Jeff's flailing and red face tend to balance that out.
  • Is seen as the quintessential street level superhero of the Marvel Universe. He stares that title with Spider-Man who is a good friend of his. The duo have shared various adventures with him (as well as tussled at times, with Matt managing to win one exchange).
    • Was also introduced to Black Cat, who eventually liked his company. It even cumulated with a kiss. Spider-Man didn't take the news well. Daredevil hopes that Black Cat will become more of an anti-hero again in the future.
    • Among the other heroes from the streets are best buds Iron Fist and Luke Cage. The three along with Jessica Jones plan to meet up to become the latest incarnation of The Defenders. They all proceeded to make fun of Danny's subpar avatar.
  • Toph once shared the title with him, but she didn't want to be known as a co-deities. She eventually managed to get a temple of her own to rule. Several times various gods have tried to reintroduce him to Toph Bei Fong, but they keep missing each other somehow. Though at this point most believe this is intentional as they both have ways to track each other.

Elektra Natchios, Goddess of Sais

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/elektra2-1_6712.jpg
  • Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: Her pair of Sais.
  • Alignment: True Neutral, with shades of Good
  • Portfolio: Sai Users, Anti Heroines, Being a Greek Ninja, Waif-Fu, Being Impaled and Surviving From It, Professional Killers, Pressure Point Paralysis, Constantly Changing Sides, Femme Fatales.
  • Domains: Weapons, Combat, Trickery, Darkness
  • Allies: Matt Murdock/Daredevil (currently Just Friends), Steve Rogers/Captain America, Kain Highwind, Deadpool, Raphael of the TMNT, Wolverine, Chun Li, Kasumi, Mai Shiranui, Kevin Levin, Gabrielle (Xena)
  • Rival: Selina Kyle/Catwoman.
  • Enemies: Lester/Bullseye, Mileena, The Shredder.
  • As a mortal, she was trained in China and by the Hand as a deadly assassin, seeking revenge on Daredevil. After nearly succeeding in taking him down, she met her end at the hand of Bullseye. She was eventually revived and found herself in the Pantheon.
    • Elektra had one mission at first... to get a payback on her killer, Bullseye. She tracked him down and started a long and epic battle with the enforcer. Daredevil got himself involved and together drove him off. Daredevil managed to convince her to hold back thoughts of revenge and merely enjoy the Pantheon as it is.
  • It was surprising that it took so long, but she did eventually meet up with Black Widow. After coming to blows because someone leaked Natasha's files on superheroes, Elektra eventually gave her a shot at fixing the mess. The two haven't said much to each other ever since. A shame, as many point out how similar these morally ambiguous women are.
  • Wolverine isn't exactly a fan of her. She admits she played a part in that; she has attacked him in a few occasions. She has also worked for the Hand, which Logan has a strained past with. Neither wants to put up the work to amend their relationship, so they avoid each other whenever they can.
  • As the Goddess of Sais, she has worked and trained many other fighters using that style. She had a hand in helping Gabrielle ascend after training her in the use of sais along with Xena.
    • Has a friendly rivalry with Raphael. The turtle was interested in the title and has fought her over it. All of their battles have ended with a standstill. It's likely that Raph likes her style too much to kick her out of the Pantheon. She has also become a valuable ally against the Shredder.
    • Elektra would love to find a way to kick Mileena out of the Pantheon. Loathes Mileena for being just as ugly on the inside as she is on the outside. She sees Mileena as what she could have been if she fully embraced the dark side. She takes solace that Mileena lost her mortal body in the events of Mortal Kombat X.
  • Fought Catwoman in the DC vs. Marvel crossover… and won in short order. Not that Catwoman minds. Elektra is one of the few superheroes that wouldn't bat an eye over her trade. Then again, both admit agreeing all the time would make things boring, hence why they stick around with heroes.
  • Has... mixed feeling of her portrayl in the Daredeivil series. While she was impressed with her avatar's fighting skills, she wasn't sure what to think of the character's personality. Still, she paid homage to the show by adapting the look in the comics.
    • Currently, and for the shock of not Daredevil, but of Deadpool (former teammate in Red Hulk's Thunderbolts), she's now dating The Punisher. It turns out they had a lot more in common than they thought. While the team didn't work out in the end, the two promised to see each other more often. After all, they both enjoy sticking projectiles at Deadpool to shut him up.
  • In spite of being an Anti-Heroine, she gained the respect of Captain America through hard work. He hopes that his influence can inspire her to become a better person. It remains to be seen if that will work.

So would it be OK if Junko gives Despair Hope Crusher as she already has another trope? Or is there another fitting trope for Despair?

Despair of the Endless, Goddess of Destroying Hope (Aponia)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/despair3_endless_137.jpg
  • New House: Sadness (House of Emotion)
  • Overdeity
  • Symbol: A hooked ring she wears on her right hand. Alternatively, her many mirrors
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Portfolio: Cosmic Entity, Failure Is the Only Option, Anthropomorphic Personification of Despair, Destroying Hope, Gonk, Full-Frontal Assault, Being A Positive Entity Of Ennui, Cutting Herself, Magic Mirror, Surveillance as the Plot Demands
  • Domains: Despair, Mutilation, Tragedy, Failure, Mourning, Memory
  • Special relationship with: The rest of the Endless (her siblings)
  • Allies: Destruction of the Endless (her brother), Nurgle, Sadness, The Dementors
  • Tolerates: Most hope crushers in spite of their morality like AM, Big Brother, the Anti-Spiral and the Flood
  • On speaking terms with: Joshua Norton
  • Opposed by: Yuuki Terumi and Darkseid oddly enough, along with Tzeentch, Madoka Kaname, Team Dai-Gurren and Keel Lorenz (mostly one-sided), the White, the Auditors of Reality, Cyrus
  • Complicated relationship with: Hope bringers like Saint Walker and Auriel
  • There are entities that are not gods, yet stronger than them. A family that represents the most basic patterns in the cosmos, they are the Endless. Out of them is Despair, said to be created from an aspect of another Endless(likely Desire). She is true to her name, embodying despair, dread, along with longing, mourning, grief and memory.
  • As the personification of despair, it is her purpose to spread and maintain such emotions for all it entails. That doesn't make her evil though, just having a different code. While she represents ennui and hopelessness, she also represents memory and mourning, and deeply cares for her siblings (especially Destruction). Because of her overwhelming presence, power and neutral stance, she is accepted as the head of Sadness.
  • Usually withdrawn, but has some straight up allies. Because they represent the positive aspects of sadness and despair, she gets along with the emotion Sadness. Some say she is an aspect of herself. She also gets along with Nurgle, much to the discomfort of many, due to Nurgle's kind side and value of other people. This has further angered Tzeentch, who as the embodiment of hope and change hates Despair.
  • It is believed that she directly created the Dementors, given they are the living embodiments of depression. While the Dementors would feed on just about anyone, she is the only entity they show complete and absolute respect, and have Undying Loyalty to her. Voldemort doesn't really care so long as they still work for him, and given how his attempts to escape Death went he's best not bothering with Despair.
  • Takes the form of a hideous fat woman, not wearing clothes. She still doesn't bother wearing any, much to the discomfort of many. She is associated with rats and is known to inflict injuries on herself with her hooked ring. It is unknown what Twitch thinks of her.
  • Her domain is full of mirrors, which allow her to peer out into any mirror in the universe. She uses them as a tool to inflict dread, and it seems this includes mirrors in the Trope Pantheon. People are understandably paranoid, but she doesn't really interfere with much of the pantheon's business. Bloody Marie once made the mistake of intercepting Despair's usage of the mirrors, coming out utterly traumatized. She won't speak about what happened.
  • She has a complicated relationship with hope bringers. Most dislike her due to what she represents, though some recognize she has an important purpose. However it's all one-sided due to the importance of her job, and as all Endless she also defines her opposite-hope. There are those that actively want to get rid of her without understanding/caring about her purpose like Cyrus. The White have accused her for being the source of the hopeless, inescapable cycle the SMT multiverse is trapped in and the fact there's a Cosmic Entity of despair is further motive in their eyes to destroy all creation.
  • Has a hand in many a Hope Crusher, which given she's one of the few examples that isn't malevolent has given her a very sinister reputation. AM is rather close due to being incredibly skilled at both inflicting and being consumed by despair-it hates humanity and tries to make sure its victims can NEVER escape, yet is dominated by self-loathing and despair over its Creative Sterility and inability to be anything more than a destroyer. Big Brother, the Flood and the Anti-Spiral have made grand usage of despair as well.
  • While loving to crush hope, Yuuki Terumi has zero fondness for Despair of the Endless. He considers her "a shitty, terrible despair deity who's too soft for her own good." Also, he wants to inflict his own brand of despair and hers is not up to his tastes. Darkseid has similar reservations about the Cosmic Entity. His desire to break the spirit of the universe and replace meaning with "worship Darkseid" means he's not interested with what she's selling. That being said, he was at least courteous enough to tend to her brother's funeral.
  • She's the second Despair. The first Despair was responsible for Krypton developing life only to be doomed because of its unstable nature, resulting in a single survivor to mourn in utter despair. This failed miserably since the(more or less) sole survivor Kal-el was but an infant at the time, and has become one of the greatest sources of hope out there. How the first Despair died is unknown, however the culprit is doomed to suffer until the end of time. Many believe this is how the current Despair came to be.

Captain Gordon, Defender of Earth! (37th Defender of Earth)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/captain_gordon.jpg
  • Demigod
  • Symbol: Thursday the Robot
  • Theme Music: Anthem of the Braves
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Ditzy Heroes, Large Hams, Good Captains, Those Who Love To Shout, Error Prone Chivalry, the Enforcement of Justice, Heroically Chiseled Jaws, Hot-Blooded
  • Domains: Protection, Courage, Justice
  • Heralds: Jennifer and Thursday
  • Allies: Laharl, Etna, Flonne, Commander Shepard, Captain Falcon, BRIAN BLESSED!!!!!, Kamina, Guy Shishioh, Buzz Lightyear, Uther Lightbringer, Master Chief, XCOM
  • Opposes: Evil aliens, Raspberyl (sort of), Charles zi Britannia
  • Captain Gordon is the 37th Defender of Earth. Brave, outrageous, though how competent he is if up to you, and he's not that bright. Still, he does everything he can to defend Earth. And he's also loud.
  • As the ascended highest prophet of BRIAN BLESSED, it is of nominal importance that his name always be spelled fully, in bolded font, and with at least one exclamation point. The great and mighty Captain Gordon, Defender of Earth! will accept no less.
    • Though if you really insist of not doing that, at least respect him enough to call him Captain Gordon.
  • He was, at one point pushed off a cliff, after which the entire Pantheon wrote him off, save for Indiana Jones and BRIAN BLESSED himself, who insisted (quite correctly) that "GORDON'S ALIVE!"
  • Might have turned into a demon at one point, as Mao once demonstrated with him turning into a weapon. No one is sure if that really is the case or not.
    • Speaking of Mao's group, he still doesn't quite trust Raspberyl after an incident regarding aliens which she thought were good. Though more in the sense that he is not sure if she will do the same mistake again.
  • He gets along with Uther due of having similar voice to him. Though on other hand, he doesn't appreciate Charles zi Britannia at all due of that, especially due of him taking over the majority of Earth.

Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!

This rework is sorely needed. [tup] for Captain Gordon!

To everyone else, better pitch in more improvements. Or you could easily [tdown] him.

Someone, I think it was faso, suggested I have Steven Universe take The Heart as Hundred Percent Adoration Rating doesn't actually fit him. However, Heart Aino in Passion already has it. Except she has two tropes, the other being The Power of Love. Is it okay for me to take The Heart from Ms. Aino and hand it over to Steven?

Should have done this sooner, but The Man with No Name may not be a spirit anymore, but he's still going places.

More's coming for Nemesis later, but what do you guys think so far?

Nemesis, Goddess With The Scales of Justice (Invidia, Rhamnusia, Adrasteia, Goddess of Vengeance)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/nemesis_7064.png
  • Theme Song: Conquest map Season 2
  • Rank: Greater God
  • Symbol: Her scales of justice
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good
  • Portfolio: Anthropomorphic Personification, Roaring Rampage of Revenge, Inspiring fear in the prideful, Wields a sword.
  • Domains: Fortune, Justice, Retribution, Revenge.
  • Lover(s): Zeus, Tartarus
  • Allies: Any who seek to avenge a wrongdoing, as well as any who want to knock the prideful Smug Snake gods down a notch.
  • Enemies: Any god that allows pride or hubris to consume them, as well as any that have lashed out against innocents. Sundowner
  • Special Relationship: Hercules
  • Nemesis was offered a position in the pantheon as a result of her deeds in the battleground of the Gods. Upon arriving, her scales slammed off balance and showed her that the pantheon was full of prideful and evil gods that needed an... attitude adjustment.
  • Many of the gods who allowed their pride to overwhelm them dreaded upon hearing of Nemesis' ascension. Zeus in particular, whom Nemesis has beaten senseless before for his many sins (and subsequent flaunting his ability to get away with it because of his standing) reportedly fled the TV Tropes Pantheon to Olympus when he heard of Nemesis' arrival. And for obvious reasons, she's marked the entire house of villains for death.
  • Nemesis isn't sure how to feel about the pantheon's stories about her mother, Nyx. The Nyx she knew was a distant but kind woman who embodied both the positives and negatives of the night. The Nyx SEES told her about is a force of nature heralding death. As this Nyx is sealed away she's avoided any discomfort, but dreads that if she breaks out, she may have to point her sword at her own mother, something she has kind of done to her mother's Roman counterpart, Nox, several times (if they are not fighting on the same side).
  • Like many other gods from Classical Mythology she has several consorts.
    • According to some she's the mother of Helen of Troy, though Zeus. When asked about this Nemesis refused to comment, while Zeus just smirks when asked.
    • From Tartarus she became the mother of the Telchines, though some say that their parents are actually Pontus and Gaea or that they came from Uranus's blood. When asked about this Nemesis refused to comment about it. No one has yet to reach Tartarus on the issue or likely will.
    • Has had several demigod children in Camp Half-Blood such as Ethan Nakamura and Damien White.
  • Because she's been witnessed dressing as a Ninja, Naruto offered her a position in the Ninja Shi Tenou. She's still debating, especially because the type of Ninja the group attracts isn't exactly the sort for delivering bloody vengeance.
  • Nemesis' strengths lay in her ability to balance her scales with every swing of the sword, draining their strengths and defenses for herself and eventually tipping the scales in the balance. This makes her especially feared by evil gods who boast about their deeds behind supposedly inpenetrable defenses, as Nemesis can cleave through any shield or armor easily (as Sundowner learned the hard way when she cut his shield in half, uncaring of the explosive plating). As well, her foot speed is a head faster than your average runner, which makes fleeing futile unless you have blatantly inhuman foot speed or a vehicle.
  • Like many of the Gods of the Greek/Roman Pantheon, she has allowed mortals to manifest her as a Persona. Specifically, she lent her power to Ken Amada, who was driven by vengeance and the desire to bring justice to his mother's killer. The less said about the first time, when she granted her power to a Fat Bastard who embodies everything she stands against, the better. When asked about that one, she just responded bitterly, "Clerical Error".
  • Has yet to realize her title is a double-entendre, in inclusion to being literally blind (or at least not requiring her sight to hunt), she also gets a bit obsessive over her current targets for revenge to the exclusion of a lot of her surroundings.
  • Once had a special relationship with Hercules back in the mortal realm. It started when Nemesis was suppose to kill a satyr who didn't give Demeter her offering. She was trick into thinking it was Hercules' trainer Phil who offended the Goddess of the harvest. Thankfully they were able to clear everything up. Afterwards, both her and Hercules started to sort of date. Unfortunely it ended badly thanks to Hera. But with her ascension, she all to happy to get to be with Hercules again.
  • The defenders of the Ancients has wondered if her mother used to gather Assassins in form of deadly bugs in her service. Nemesis doesn't seem to recall this, but she still gets annoyed when said Assassin kept repeating that name like a Pokemon.
  • One has to wonder if Nemesis personally was present during Kratos' assault on Olympus, instead of just sending off a whip for him to use. The consensus say that Nemesis would have destroyed Olympus before Kratos even came for their transgressions, Pandora's Box elements be damned. And if Nemesis would face off Kratos? Well that'll be harder to guess which one gets destroyed first.
  • She has heard it enough times and she is tired of people wanting to know what "Nemesis" means.

Reworking a lot of stuff for Jeanne

Jeanne d'Arc, Patron Saint of the Inspiring Women Leaders (Joan of Arc, Ruler, Holy Hour Dragon Knight, Maid of Orleans, Dragon Witch, Tart, Ruler Alter, Twisted Maid of Orleans, Servant Avenger,)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/stshjyv_crop.png
  • Theme Song: Jeanne d'Arc Theme alternatively Joan or Saint of Salvation
  • Greater Goddess
  • Symbol: Her Banner
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Never Actually Killing Someone, Not Good With Numbers or Books, Good Hearted Blonde, Lady of War Maybe, Badass Female, Child Soldier, Shining Knight, Aggresive Assualt, Taking An Arrow and Still Fighting, God's Messenger Maybe
  • Domain: Religion, War, Inspiration, Faith
  • Allies: Arturia Pendragon, Astolfo, Sophitia Alexandra, Usagi Tsukino, the Puella Magi, Lightning, Xenovia Quarta, Irina Shidou, Asia Argento, Aragorn, Erza Scarlet, Clark Kent, Optimus Prime, Mata Nui, Purist Thunderwrath, Cayden Cailean
  • Enemies: Charles zi Britannia, Kyubey, Frollo
  • Teeth Clenched Team Work: Alexander Anderson
  • Rival: C.C.
  • Mentor To: Jaune Arc
  • Follower: Quorra, Saskia
  • Raised as a simple farmer's daughter, Jeanne supposedly heard the voice of God to defend France against England. Heeding that voice, Jeanne joined the French army at a young age, leading the front as their flag bearer. Never once wavering in battle as she led her men to victory even when she was shot by two arrows in one of her battles, she was an inspiration to her troops. Unfortunately, Jeanne was finally captured, tried as a witch, and burned at the stake. It wouldn't be until years later that the ruling would be overturned and she be recognized as a Saint. Afterwards, because of her deeds, it inspired a specific type of character of a young woman who goes into battle for either her country, faith, or ideals and who is trying to liberate her people of oppression, becoming the Trope Namer and codifier of the Jeanne d'Archétype itself.
  • As mentioned before, Jeanne's claim of hearing God's voice is met with suspicion by many of the other deities. Some believe she's just mentally ill and those voices were only in her head. Whatever the case, all still agree that Joan is still a capable fighter and garners nothing but respect.
    • Others believe that God's Voice was actually Kyubey himself who gave Jeanne her power and made her a Puella Magi. Jeanne denies such a claim that her powers would come from a cosmic weasel like him and has nothing but contempt for him because of his manipulation of young girls to become magical girls and in turn becoming witches.
    • Recent discovers however has revealed that there is an alternate version of Jeanne who became a magical girl due to a contract with a creature named Cube. More so, this version of Jeanne learns that she will eventually become a witch early on and excepts the fact without falling into despair. Jeanne decided to follow closely into this new discover, though she already knows what the conclusion will eventually be.
  • Astolfo was the first to welcome Jeanne in the Pantheon, giving her a hug. While Jeanne was happy to see the youthful paladin, a part of her feels envious that he has more followers then she. Jeanne has been considering wearing a bikini to attract more followers.
    • Alternatively, she's been spreading her legend to many of the Japanese Deities who are willing to listen to her.
  • Was stunned when she first met Arturia Pendragon. Not only for their faces looking quite similar or that the two sound the same, but also living somewhat identical lives. It was a surprise to the French woman that she would find an ally in an English woman.
    • She also found more women like her in Sophitia Alexandria and Lightning, who to were compelled by God to save the world. She was also impressed with Erza Scarlet's own backstory of leading her fellow slaves for freedom, which had plenty of parallels to her own life.
  • Jeanne heard that there was a male who shared her name, and found that person in Jaune Arc. She couldn't help by smile at the young man's dedication to be a genuine hero, and so decided to help the young lad with training along with his teammate Pyrrha.
  • Amazingly enough, Jeanne has zero proficiently in riding. This is despite her legend making her qualify for the Saber class, who are well known to be great riders. Lightning is trying to fix that by having her ride some of the Chocobos. Let's say the experience is comical at best.
    • She is also known to be mathematically challenged and illiterate. The latter was even used against her in her witch trial. She has since enlisted the help of many of ascended teachers of the Pantheon (and thus enrolling in the Elysium Academy) to teach her math and reading.
  • While Jeanne is well known to have never killed a person in battle, that doesn't mean she wouldn't order an entire town to be massacred if they didn't surrender to her army. This fact was a shock to many Gods, as they had never heard that part of her legend.
  • After her ascension, Jeanne was revealed to posess actual Holy Light power, making her very deadly to many of the evil-aligned Gods. She also has the ability to summon literal dragon knights to assist her.
  • There has been rumors that Jeanne actually posessed a mystic gauntlet that she used to fight evil demons in France. While it hasn't been confirmed, the Witchblade has responded to Jeaane's presence multiple times.
  • Absolutely hates Charles zi Britannia, reasons being that his conquering of other nations reminds her of the Englishmen who tried to conquer France. She also found his renaming any conquered people with a number degrading.
    • Incidently, Jeanne made a rival with C.C. after the former mistook her for a Jeanne d'Arc in her past that caused her to be burned at the stake.
  • Doesn't actually fight with her sword. Instead, she used her iconic banner, Luminosite Eternelle, to do battle, using it like a spear, but never spilling any blood. However, when the tide of battle is truly dire, she would use her holy sword, La Pucelle, which can emit giant flames. Those flames actually represent her burning at the cross, and once activated, Jeanne would lose her life, and would later have to be revived at the House of Life and Death.
