Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Yesterday, I tried to propose a potential God(dess), even stating my reasons for why she was worthy. I was soon after hit with a [tdown], but the person in question didn't really explain why. Can someone tell me what was wrong, or should this character get a different trope?

@Crimson: [tup] for Harry and dino-bucket.

Day 1 repost for Mr. Keating with 3 thumbs from faso, E-M, and Crownless. I'm done with this profile and am currently seeking any remaining thumbs for it.

John Keating, God of Seizing the Day

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/keating_5.jpg
  • Quasideity
  • Symbol: Himself standing on a desk
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Cool Teacher, Blithe Spirit, Save Our Students
  • Domains: Poetry, Lessons
  • Allies: Eikichi Onizuka, Chisa Yukizome, Byleth, Matilda Wormwood
  • Enemies: Agatha Trunchbull, Baldi
  • Sympathetic towards: Simon Henriksson, Doki Doki Literature Club
  • Odd Relations: Greendale Study Group (especially regarding Jeff Winger)
  • At Welton Academy, there are high expectations placed on the students to follow a path to Ivy League or some other prestigious school once they graduate. John Keating, a former student at Welton, has taken a job as English teacher there and has a much more free-spirited approach to giving lessons to his students, emphasized by him encouraging them to make their lives extraordinary. It’s not without some problems, including the school’s headmaster being in opposition to Keating’s approach and one of Keating’s students committing suicide as a result of his strict father (which Keating was blamed for) and an investigation that would result in Keating losing his teaching job at Welton. Nonetheless, the students that Keating taught and temporarily revived Dead Poets Society (a club whom Keating was a member of) gave him a fond farewell, knowing that what he taught them will influence their view of life well after he’s gone.
  • Some time after his removal from Welton, Keating received a letter from an unknown sender praising him for his unconventional learning approach that allowed students to liven up and that he was invited to a place identified as “Pantheon”. It took some time to process what was going on, but Keating decided to go to that place, whatever it was and wherever it may be. The driving took a while and even Keating wasn’t sure if someone was pulling a joke on him after a while. Eventually, he arrived at the gates of what appeared to be a large district of multiple schools and was told that he was chosen to be a part of the “Pantheon” due to how he influenced his previous students for the better in spite of the obstacles that came their way. In a few ways, this was a second chance for Keating to impart his wisdom onto potential students, with that coming with similar problems and then some.
  • Eikichi Onizuka was quick to welcome Keating to the various schools of the Pantheon and even offered him to observe one of Onizuka’s lessons for a day. Keating noticed that Onizuka was much like himself in terms of helping students better themselves via unconventional methods, though it was clear that Keating wouldn’t resort to violence to solve anything. In any case, Onizuka saw plenty of good things in Keating and is hopeful that the lessons that Keating will teach in the schools of the Pantheon will impact his students for the better.
  • Another teacher who brought their students together who Keating got along with was Chisa Yukizone. Like Keating, Chisa was a former student at the school she attended before becoming a teacher there, though she was trying to find corruption within Hope’s Peak Academy as opposed to Keating, who was simply accepted a job at Welton. Keating was disturbed by what happened to Chisa when she was corrupted into becoming an Ultimate Despair and performed actions much darker than he could have imagined, but he knew that Chisa harbored immense regret over what she did that time. She was encouraging towards Keating, showed fondness towards the poetry lessons he taught and told him that what mattered most was enriching students’ lives by bringing them together no matter how different they are.
  • Byleth was another teacher who Keating befriended, even if the latter had a much more complicated adventure than he did. Byleth fought in various wars prior to being a teacher and was emotionally stunted as a result. It was through their interactions with their various students that helped Byleth grow as a person and in turn, Byleth did what they could to help their students even in the face of differing tragedies that would later occur. It was quite a bit for Keating to take in (especially regarding the differences in Byleth’s story depending on the students they taught), but what mattered was how Byleth became more open as a person due to the bonds that they and their students developed with each other.
  • Keating was a member of Dead Poets Society prior to becoming a teacher and he continues to use poetry as a means to inspire his students to seize the day and be their best. There were a handful of deities within the Pantheon who are fond of poetry that Keating has imparted his lessons on, but it was the Doki Doki Literature Club that had Keating’s attention. While at a glance they appeared to be a club that has written poetry, they have had plenty of severe problems and Monika has been working to try and be a better person ever since she caused grief among the other members and herself. Keating has sometimes met up with the club to give them encouragement and help them overcome their personal problems.
  • While Keating has come into conflict with strict school personnel in the past, mainly regarding Headmaster Nolan, it’s the openly cruel teachers that Keating is unable to tolerate, including the likes of Agatha Trunchbull and Baldi. It’s one thing to harshly put students in line, but it’s another thing to instill fear in them and punish them for any slight transgressions, which in Keating’s view, means that students won’t be able to learn important lessons and could end up being too scared to do anything about it. Those cruel teachers, Agatha especially, would retort that Keating’s methods caused trouble for others involved and not only played a role in him getting fired back then, but that such an incident could happen again.
  • Although much younger than the students that Keating formerly taught, Matilda Wormwood was a student who took a liking to him. Keating was impressed that Matilda was able to stand up against the abuse she was dealt with and led a better life because of it, even if her psychic powers were something that was strange to him. Matilda also expressed sympathy towards Keating given how despite his efforts to be a good teacher to his students, tragedy prevented him from keeping that job.
  • One of the various people in Greendale Community College that the various members of the Study Group met was Eustice Whitman, a teacher that was very similar to Keating in terms of character who had plenty of words to say to Jeff Winger after the latter assumed his class could succeed from simply coasting by. Jeff taking Eustice’s advice of seizing the day resulted in him doing a lot of ridiculous things, though Jeff has more or less changed since that incident and was more bemused than anything to hear about John Keating in the Pantheon. Hearing about the kinds of advice Keating gives to his students, Jeff couldn’t help but be reminded of Eustice. From what Keating has heard of Jeff and the rest of the Greendale Study Group, he considers them to be a diverse and close, if very eccentric, group of people.
  • The suicide of Neil Perry, a student of Keating’s, was something that impacted the teacher significantly (partially since Keating did try to help Neil with the latter’s passion for acting), especially since he got wrongfully blamed for it and later fired from his job because of it. The Pantheon had a fair number of deities who had to contend with their own suicidal thoughts, with the outcome of whether or not they were able to overcome it varying greatly. Simon Henriksson was among those who had to deal with depression and although whether or not he committed suicide because of the fears he was dealing with is another discussion entirely, it didn’t change the fact that Simon had mental issues, something that he’s trying to work on fixing in the Pantheon. Keating is sympathetic towards Simon’s plight, though Simon isn’t sure if it’s worth being with Keating despite his positive qualities and the likely trauma that would result in the teacher getting literally caught up in Simon’s dilemma.

[up]Didn't you see what I wrote? I literally said that it's too generic of a trope for her. Plus, is the character define by it. If not, then no.

Shadow Queen’s spirit form

The Shadow Queen possessing Princess Peach
  • Greater Goddess, but is a full-blown Overdeity against those who have no way to get through her True Form's invulnerability.
  • Symbol: The Thousand-Year Door
  • Theme Songs: The Sky Falls Into Shadows, Shadow Peach, Shadow Queen’s True Form, The Final Battle
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Walking Spoiler, Demonic Possession, Physical Goddess, Armor-Piercing Attack, Greater-Scope Villain, Big Bad, Your Soul Is Mine!, Non-Standard Game Over, Cognizant Limbs, The Dreaded, Has a powerful Charged Attack, Evil Is Not a Toy, God Save Us from the Queen!, Good Weakens Evil
  • Domains: Evil, Possession, Shadows, Cruelty, Darkness, Power, Magic
  • Heralds: Hooktail, Gloomtail and Bonetail (The Shadow Queen’s Pet Dragons)
  • Allies: Melkor, Ra Moon, Cell, Ansem, Seeker Of Darkness, The Heartless
  • Rivals: The Dark Matter Horde
  • Enemies: All Good-Aligned Mario deities (Especially Mario and Princess Peach), Son Goku, victims of Demonic Possession, especially Hotaru Tomoe, Robin, Leah and Abigail Williams, the Heroic Keyblade Wielders, especially Riku, Lucifer, YHVH
  • Opposes: Pops Maellard
  • The Shadow Queen is a powerful demon who once terrorized the city of Rogueport before four heroes came to stop her, using her own Crystal Stars against her to seal her away. However, she cursed them with a Fate Worse than Death. As soon as they didn’t have the Crystal Stars on their person, they were transformed into demons trapped in black chests. She was also behind the calamity that affected the city where Rogueport now stands, its remains lying underground in the sewers. She would soon be unleashed upon the world once more by Grodus, who was manipulated by Beldam into believing that she would be bound to serve the one who released her. She possessed Peach, destroyed Grodus’ body when he tried to command her, leaving him as nothing but a head and offered to let Mario become her servant. If you accept, you get a Non-Standard Game Over. If you refuse, you have to fight the Queen. Mario and his partners soon put an end to the Shadow Queen for good, expelling the demon from Peach’s body.
  • It was a nice day in the Pantheon. Nothing chaotic was going on, with most of the villains either planning or having Go-Karting with Bowser and Villains Out Shopping moments. This all changed when the sky turned a pitch black and a mad laugh filled the air. A woman appeared, wearing a purple dress.
Shadow Queen: ”At long last...the Pantheon shall know true darkness...”
  • She revealed herself to be the Shadow Queen, who happened to be possessing an artificial copy of Princess Peach’s body, its creation engineered by Melkor himself. Two of the heroes present, Mario and Princess Peach, were not happy to see her return. Mario and Princess Peach, with the aid of some other deities, took on the Queen. A long battle occurred, but ultimately she was defeated once more, the sky returning to normal afterwards. The Shadow Queen later woke up in the House of Life And Death, before going to her temple to plan things out...
    • One of the deities in question who led to her defeat? Goku. When she went One-Winged Angel, nobody could hurt her anymore because the Crystal Stars were not present to gather positivity from the Pantheon’s citizens. As a result, Goku was forced to perform a Spirit Bomb, which hit her dead on and shattered her invulnerability.
  • Really does not like Pops Maellard, as due to her weakness being a mass amount of positive energy, he’s like walking kryptonite to her. She hasn’t taken action against him yet due to the amount of powerful deities he has befriended, knowing that an attack on Pops right now would only result in her death.
  • Her darkness attracts The Heartless, so she has decided to begin controlling them, knowing that should they turn against her, the rebellion would be cut short due to her insane power as well as her true form’s invulnerability which cannot be bypassed by them. It is for these reasons that The Dark Matter Horde doesn’t try to attack her, as the Shadow Queen’s invulnerability and power would make the fight One-Sided in her favor.
  • Those who are victims of Demonic Possession hate her. Chief among them are Robin, Leah, Hotaru Tomoe and Abigail Williams, all four of them knowing what it is like to have a demon controlling them. This is something the Shadow Queen scoffed at, declaring that they would soon know her as their Queen.
  • Light Is Good deities are usually called to dispel the darkness in the sky that appears wherever she goes. It is big enough to cover entire worlds, something which attracted the attention of the heroic Keyblade wielders, though Riku hates her the most due to her similarities to Ansem, both of them hijacking the body of someone close to the hero and them being forced to fight against them. The fact that she uses The Heartless makes things worse. On the other hand, she and Ansem get along very well and will work together to accomplish their goals.
  • Her invulnerability is completely ridiculous. It goes so far to the point where ridiculously powerful attacks like Supernova and Earth Tremor can’t even harm her, and stopping time won’t affect her. Needless to say, whenever she attacks, it usually takes multiple deities to take her down.
  • YHVH views her as an abomination that needs to be destroyed, as such a world she desires would be, in his eyes, too chaotic. He seeks to make her face a Fate Worse than Death, but unfortunately for him, she not only has Melkor's protection, but her invulnerability has allowed her to utterly Curb Stomp anyone he has sent after her thus far. YHVH is frustrated by this while The Shadow Queen is simply amused.
    • Lucifer doesn't have a much better opinion of her, as he views her as a deranged maniac who seeks to terrorize others because it amuses her as well as cast the world into darkness. He is perfectly willing to fight her himself if things get too bad in order to preserve his plans and destroy her.
  • Thanks to Melkor restoring her to life, she feels she owes him a great debt and will help him and his alliance out in any way she can, though she is refraining from joining due to the membership of one Bowser, who loathes her with every fiber of his being. The Shadow Queen laughed when she learned of this, finding him to be, in her words, amusing for a pathetic worm.
  • She did find similarly minded beings in the form of Ra Moon and Cell, both of them absolutely relishing in evil, destruction and fear. The Shadow Queen welcomes them both as allies and she feels that this alliance could only benefit the trio, much to the displeasure of most of the Pantheon.

I’m plotting my schemes wherever I go! They’re perfect in every way…

Rose goes up today. Other temporal interactions I should add to Joe?

Chairman Rose, God of Unnecessary Conflict (President of Macro Cosmos)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/chairman_rose.png

Joseph Simmons, God/s of Temporal Suicide (Joe)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/looper.jpg
The two in a diner. Left: Old Joe, Right: Young Joe
  • Houses: Manners Of Death (House of Life and Death), Paradoxes And Time Loops (House of Time and Space)
  • Demigod
  • Symbol: A playing card with the young and old version backwards
  • Alignment: True Neutral (Young Joe), Neutral Evil (Old Joe)
  • Portfolio: Killed Their Future Selves In Different Ways, Hating Themselves, Stable Time Loop and Temporal Paradox
  • Domains: Time Travel, Hitmen, Self-Conflict (both), Development, Sacrifice (Young Joe), Loss, Revenge (Old Joe)
  • Varying relationship with: Simon Petrikov/the Ice King, The Doctor and the Master, both Shirou Emiya, Philip J Fry and Lars Fillmore
  • Allies:
  • Enemies: Each other, Eobard Thawne, Boris the Animal, Diavolo, Light Yagami
  • In the year 2044, assassins called Loopers get a high paying job, having targets sent back from 30 years in the future as it's extremely difficult to get rid of a body then without being discovered. As a way of covering up loose ends, 30 years later the said Looper is sent back to be iced by their past self, and they have bags over their head so you never know if it's you. But one Looper, Joseph Simmons, managed to get around that and sneak off. The younger Joe went up after him, and the two soon realized they have more to complain about than they thought.
  • Applies to both
    • The young Joe was a mostly self-centered hitman, addicted to eye drops. The old Joe hates him for being immature, however over time the younger Joe became a better person and protective of Cid, even killing himself so Old Joe wouldn't harm him. And Old Joe's desperate need to stop the Rainmaker made him into an extremist willing to kill children to undo the Rainmaker and prevent his wife's death. Old Joe closed his loop back when he was young, and Young Joe ultimately made a Heroic Suicide to close his.
    • Don't want to discuss the mechanics of time travel or they'd be there for hours. Both versions of Joseph Simmons can understand where Bob and George get their hatred of time travel from. Easiest way to understand it is when Young Joe does something different, Old Joe's memory shifts. And thanks to the Trope Pantheon's Death Is Cheap status, Old Joe is freed from the Ret-Gone status that his younger self's suicide caused. This has only further incensed one version against the other.
    • He is not the only time traveler in the pantheon to kill himself. Missy stabbed her Harold Saxon incarnation, before he used his laser screwdriver on his future self and claiming it would permanently kill them, all over the argument of siding with the Doctor. Saxon was wrong. While Missy is the future version, having become a better person in the end she relates to Young Joe improving himself over time. The Doctor, ever the one to fight with themselves and having faced a dark possible future relate to their dilemma. While ultimately opposing Old Joe and siding with Young Joe's issues, the Doctor sympathizes with how Old Joe was screwed by a Stable Time Loop.
    • Depending on his mood, Simon Petrikov's opinion on the two varies. When sane, Simon respects Young Joe's decision to choose the right path even over his own life, however he does feel bad for Old Joe as he knows what love did to him. However he doesn't think it justifies what Old Joe did. When insane, the Ice King is somewhat more supportive of Old Joe in his pursuit to bring his own "princess" back, but still Even Evil Has Standards and thinks killing kids is a bit too much. Old Joe agrees, but has an "ends justifies the means" view on what he did.
    • They've come to hate each other, which is something Boris the Animal relates to. And they both hate Boris. First off, because he's a psychopath. Second, the only reason the two Borises hate each other is how they ended up being captured. As far as Joseph Simmons is concerned, Boris is so Ax-Crazy he wants any excuse to try to rage at and/or murder anyone and everyone, even if it's literally just him from a different point in time. Third, their reasons for hating each other are a lot more valid; Young Joe has a more straighforward case of Future Me Scares Me, Old Joe is disgusted with the driftless and immature existence he used to have.
    • Sometimes they talk about their experiences with trying to commit literal murder-suicide(murdercide?) with Shirou Emiya and EMIYA. EMIYA shares a similar contempt Old Joe has for his more immature younger self, however they disagree on what is right and wrong on "how to Set Right What Once Went Wrong". Given his already present issues before his future self got in the picture, Young Joe and the young Emiya have a fraught relationship but they both value the idea of a better future.
    • Fry and Lars Fillmore are on much better terms with each other compared to the two Emiya or Joe, and their feud was more about jealousy, unrequited love and being a pig about pizza. Both can understand what it must be for Old Joe to lose their wife, and they admit they would abuse time travel to undo it. But they wouldn't trade an innocent life for their love, even if they become a bad person in the future. On Young Joe, Lars was impressed to see how he managed to mature and did a brave thing.
  • Applies to Young Joe
  • Applies to Old Joe
    • Because of what the Rainmaker did and his reign of terror in the future, he tends to go after dictators. His answer to the "would you kill baby Hitler?" is a definitive yes. He agrees with SCP-2578-D on taking out dictators with extreme prejudice, and will help it in Tyrannicide. Mainly, he wants to somehow install the SCP into the future as another way to prevent his wife's death. Old Joe is also a close ally to Nox, due to their ultimately benevolent intentions in trying to save their loved ones through time travel that ultimately ended in failure (though in a different way for Old Joe).
    • One might think, with his actions being akin to Precrime Arrest (well, execution) Old Joe would approve of Kira. He doesn't, as considering the sheer scope of what he does and the fact it's through supernatural means he reminds Old Joe of the Rainmaker. Mainly he critiques Light for targeting innocents if they get in the way, to which Light called him a hypocrite because he Would Hurt a Child. Old Joe countered this, saying he deeply regrets it and is only doing so to avert a future tyrant. He is not motivated by a god complex like Light is, but Light thinks otherwise.
    • Hiiro Kagami knows what it's like to lose one's love, but thinks what Old Joe did is going too far. Barry Allen agreed. Of course, Old Joe reminded him of the mess he caused with Flashpoint due to trying to stop the death of a loved one. Allen admits that was a mistake and while he understands Old Joe's tragedy, as does Hiiro, he doesn't approve of what he did. Old Joe does agree with Barry that Eobard Thawne is a depraved scumbag due to the absolute selfishness of his actions, and so does Young Joe, so at least that's something.
    • After some talk with EMIYA, Old Joe decided he would search for a way to kill Young Joe without doing himself in, as he's not a Death Seeker yet. Turns out, there is a way to ignore paradoxes. He's planning to hunt down Fry, his duplicate Lars, and Bender for the time codenote  so he can do whatever he wants to Young Joe without risking his own existence. Then whenever he fails to take down the younger Rainmaker, go back in time again to undo any "mistakes" until he gets what he wants. Probably create some more Old Joes to ensure the job is done. While he means well, Nibbler is doing whatever he can to prevent him from doing this as he dreads a second tear in space-time will finally bring the cosmos crashing down.

@mariovssonic So THAT was what you were referring to? I didn't notice since "@Girly" doesn't really tell me much. I kind of expected my username to pop up or an [up] icon.

That said, I can't use that excuse for Nightelf 37, since I just Failed a Spot Check. I guess I'll find another trope for her.

    • Marta: Her Spinners with Ratatosk's fake core between them

  • Enemies: Artorius Collbrande, Lysandre, Barbatos Goetia, All malevolent demons in the Pantheon
  • Opposes: Racists in general
  • Pities: Scarlett O'Hara
  • Complicated Relationships: Ratatoskr
  • Emil Castagnier was a timid young boy and survivor of the Palmacosta massacre supposedly led by Llyod Irving. Witnessing his parents struck down by Llyod, Emil grew a grudge against him despite his shy and timid personality. Meanwhile, Marta is fleeing from the Vanguard's soldiers with a core containing Ratatosk, the spirit of the old Kharlan Tree. When Marta appeals to Ratatosk for help, she awakens to find who appears to be Emil standing over the bodies of the Vanguard's soldiers, causing her to conclude he rescued her. Six months later, after Emil had lived under an abusive household and gets treated as an outcast, he would meet a man named Richter Abend, who encourages him to stand up for himself, before meeting Marta, who saves his life and confuses him when she brings up their last meeting. When he finds the two clashing, caught between the only two people who were ever nice to him, Emil chooses to save Marta. Agreeing to make a pact with the Centurion Spirit of Darkness, Tenebrae, Emil pledges himself as a "Knight of Ratatosk," gaining a direct link to the Spirit and a second, hyper-aggressive personality which aids him in battle. Upon escaping, Emil journeys with Marta to awaken Ratatosk to restore the flow of mana and restore balance to the world's environment, while also planning to get revenge on Lloyd.
    • Along the way, the two clash with the Vanguard while Emil struggles with his Ratatosk Mode personality for control as well as his conflicting feelings towards Richter. Eventually Emil would come across several revelations that shatter his worldview, namely that Lloyd was actually framed for the Palmacosta massacre (thus allowing Emil and Lloyd to become friends and allies once the misunderstanding is cleared up), as well as the fact that Emil isn't who he think he is. It's revealed that Emil is actually an artificial personality created by Ratatosk himself, who took on the form of Richter's deceased friend Aster and the identity of Emil to go into hiding and recover his memories. Distraught by the revelation, Emil seals away Ratatosk when he regains his memories and seeks vengeance on humans and half-elves.
    • Emil, Marta, and Llyod's party eventually confront Richter, who makes a pact with demons to resurrect Aster in exchange for killing Ratatosk, thus ensuring that demons will overrun the world. Upon fighting him however, Richter explains he was going to double-cross the demons once they fulfill their end of the bargain and turn himself into a new gate once Ratatosk is dead, fully prepared to suffer for eternity. Emil decides to put his own plan into motion by goading his friends into killing him so as to become the new gate and atone for killing Aster. Marta quickly realizes his plan however and instead convinces him to talk to Ratatosk instead and convince him to give humanity another chance. Emil succeeds in doing so, and Ratatosk and Richter decide to work together to form a new seal that will take a thousand years, though not before they and the Centurions separate Ratatosk from Emil's body, allowing him to reunite with Marta and live out his life as a human.
  • Emil and Marta soon received an invitation to the Pantheon, with the Court of the Gods showing interest in their tale and how it took place in Lloyd Irving's world despite having little to do with his story. The two accepted when they heard their friends, Lloyd, Colette, Sheena, and Presea were in the Pantheon, and thus ascended as representatives of Gaiden Games.
    • This soon led a happy reunion with the four heroes from their world. Lloyd, Colette, Sheena, and Presea were just as happy to see Emil and Marta, even more so since the two have finally gotten a happy ending in their journey and are able to live their life together. Although they did learn shortly that Ratatosk had to separate himself from Emil's body to give him that chance, and because of that, he did not ascend into the Pantheon, which they sadly accepted. Emil and Marta also got to meet other gods from their multiverse.
    • Not long after, Emil decided to come clean with something he hadn't told Marta during their journey, namely that he didn't actually save her from Palmacosta soldiers, and Ratatosk placed a fake core on her to use her as a diversion. Although Marta was surprised, she's not at all upset, since she already saw the personalities of both Emil and Ratatosk, as well as how they both changed. She already learned to accept Emil for who he really is, so whatever Emil did or didn't do in the past doesn't matter to her. All that matters is the Emil of the present. Cue the two hugging while their friends watched.
  • Emil, ever since the events of his tale, is now no longer sharing his body with Ratatosk, so he ascends into the Pantheon entirely as himself. But he has already grown beyond the point of needing Ratatosk's help, so the other deities have congratulated Emil for becoming more confident and skilled over the course of his journey.
  • Both Emil and Marta's cooking skills have been noted upon throughout their journey. Emil himself is noted to be a skilled enough cook to make decent food. Emil focuses on presentation, while Ratatosk makes the food look rough to the point of seeming inedible, and both taste just as good. Marta, on the other hand, initially had bad cooking skills because her father always told her they tasted good just to avoid making her feel bad. It wasn't until Marta tasted her own cooking that she finally realized it and started to improve herself.
    • Because of this, Marta saw a bit of herself back then with Noel when she saw her Lethal Chef tendencies, even more so when she found out she never tastes her own cooking. Marta tries to help Noel become a better chef, even pointing out that taste testing her own food would actually help. Noel, whether out of pride or because she doesn't want to taste her cooking, refuses to take Marta's advice, so these attempts aren't successful. Still, Marta admits she's happy Noel at least found someone who likes her cooking.
  • Emil and Marta had to deal with the threat of demons in their world (even if they didn't get to fight the demons directly), so they're reasonably cautious around the most evil demons in the Pantheon. They're also wary of those who formed a Deal with the Devil and gained their powers as a result.
  • Emil gets along with the likes of Sophie, Luke Fon Fabre, Asbel Lhant, and Guy Cecil. Sophie and Luke because they're all Artificial Humans, with the latter also going through a Tomato in the Mirror that led to a Heroic BSoD, while the former also had a connection to a powerful entity that wanted to destroy humanity. Asbel for being a heroic individual just like Llyod as well as being the father of Sophie. Guy since he also had a grudge against someone before he ended up becoming friends with his target.
  • Marta became good friends with Cheria, Rita, Estelle, Arche, and Eleanor. Marta, being the romantic she is, has shipped Rita with Estelle, Arche with the unascended Chester, and Eleanor with Velvet. Marta also ended up cheering when Cheria managed to win Asbel's heart and marry him. Marta tends to hang out with the girls during her free time, with all of them supporting her relationship with Emil.
  • The two, just like their friends from their homeworld, have great distaste towards discrimination. They've seen how ugly racists can act, and are ready to defend any victims from them. All the same, they also know not to act too hasty and give racists an excuse to act on their prejudice.
  • When they heard of Ratatoskr, they thought Ratatosk had ascended, only to quickly find out that's not the case. While they aren't enemies with the squirrel, Emil and Marta are rather uncomfortable with Ratatoskr spreading gossip and malicious slander.
  • Marta shows pity towards Scarlett for having only loved someone for what the person she imagined him to be, instead of the real him. Marta had the same flaw, but at least she learned to love Emil for who he really is instead of the Badass Knight in Shining Armor she imagined him to be. All the same, Marta dislikes how Scarlett manipulates men, while the latter hates being pitied by the former.
  • Emil gets along with Vir Cotto for the fact they both learned to grow a spine. Emil congratulates Cotto for going from Plucky Comic Relief to the Emperor, while Cotto congratulates him for learning to stand up for himself and even surpassing Ratatosk.
  • Marta would come to befriend Mizuki, despite her initial surprise to find out she was originally a guy. She also supports Mizuki's relationship with Takeru, helping to encourage her and give her advice whenever she needs it.
  • The couple had experience with those with misanthropy, so they view Lysandre as what Ratatosk could have become if he hadn't been convinced to give humanity and the half-elves a second chance. They strongly oppose Lysandre's methods and promised to stop him if he tries to use the ultimate weapon by wipe out human beings.
  • Strongly oppose Artorius's goals to make a world without emotion. They heard from Lloyd about Mithos's plan to end discrimination by removing free will, so they naturally they don't agree with Artorius's plan at all.
  • Emil and Marta have nothing but disgust and contempt for Barbatos, especially after hearing what he did to Stahn. They even outright call him out on his way of thinking when it comes to being a hero, telling him that Stahn and his Kyle are true heroes compared to him.
  • Since Emil had access to Ratatosk's power during his journey, he was able to recruit monsters to his side, with the Centurions also having control over monsters with a specific element (Darkness, Light, Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Lightning, and Ice). Emil is also able to tame Pokémon in the Pantheon, though whether it's because he's a friend to monsters or because he still has Ratatosk's power remains a mystery.

Hashirama Senju, God of Superpowerful Genetics (The First Hokage, God of Shinobi, Hashi)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/naruto_first_hokage.png
  • Potential House: Sources Of Power
  • [tup]s: 0
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: The Senju Clan Symbol or the Hokage's hat
  • Theme Music: Hashirama's theme
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Wood Release Kekkai Genkai, Adorkable, Nice Guy, We Used to Be Friends with Madara, The Ace, Co-founded Konohagakure, and founded the Balance of Power between the 5 great Ninja Villages
  • Domains: Leadership, Power, Genetics, Wood
  • Heralds: His brother, Tobirama Senju, and his wife, Mito Uzumaki
  • High Priest: Shinjiro Hayata
  • Allies:
  • Sympathetic to: Obito Uchiha, Nagato, Victims of war, Child Soldiers
  • Complicated Relationships: Kurama
  • Enemies: Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, Deidara, Terence T. D'arby, Sakazuki
  • Worthy Opponent: Madara Uchiha, Luxord, Daniel J. D'arby, Celestia Ludenberg
  • Hashirama is one of the founders of Konohagakure as well as its First Hokage, famous for his Wood Release Kekkai Genkai and was even capable of fighting and suppressing the Tailed Beasts. In his childhood, Hashirama was a Child Soldier living in a state of war and had lost one of his brothers in the fight. Befriending Madara Uchiha who also lost his siblings, the two became bitter enemies before they briefly rekindled their friendship and founded the village. When Madara struck out on his own, he and Hashirama had one last battle in the Valley of the End, with Hashirama killing Madara. Orochimaru first brought him and his younger brother, Tobirama Senju, back with Edo Tensei to fight against their student Hiruzen Sarutobi, forcing the latter to seal away their souls along with his own. Three years later, Hashirama, alongside Tobirama, Hiruzen, and Minato, would be brought back by Orochimaru with Edo Tensei first to answer Sasuke's question about the meaning of a village before they are allowed to help the Allied Shinobi Alliance fight against Madara and the Ten-Tails. Hashirama briefly clashes with his former friend before Madara starts to turn the tides and successfully casts Infinite Tsukuyomi. While Team 7 and Obito clash with Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, the first four Hokage meet the spirit of the Sage of the Six Paths, who summons the other deceased Kage to help them summon Team 7 back from Kaguya's dimension. Hashirama would have one last talk with Madara as the two rekindle their friendship before the latter dies and the former is send back to the afterlife.
  • The First Hokage would find his way in the Pantheon not long after being send back to the afterlife by the Sage of the Six Paths. The Court of the Gods took interest in his Wood Release Kekkai Genkai due to how many people in the mortal world sought his cells for it. After much debate, Son Gohan agreed to have Hashirama take his title of Superpowered Genetics while keeping his title of God of Immense Unlockable Potential.
  • Hashirama was well-loved by the people of Konohagakure, so unsurprisingly, those from his village were quite happy to see him in the Pantheon. Hashirama had a different relationship with each person:
    • Quite pleased to meet his ascended successors as Hokage, Minato and his son Naruto, his granddaughter Tsunade, and Kakashi Hatake. While Hashirama admitted he was worried about Tsunade being Hokage due to the fact she inherited his habit of gambling, Tsunade's accomplishments as the Hokage proved she was more than capable for the job, which made her grandfather proud of her. Hashirama also showed great pride in the current Hokage Naruto Uzumaki, the savior of the world who also helped put an end to Sasuke's Curse of Hatred.
    • Willing to accept Sasuke Uchiha as a villager despite all he's done. While he did partially help Sasuke come to terms with the Village, Sasuke still needed to fight Naruto before he could finally reform and work for atonement. Hashirama is at least glad the two were finally able to recouncile and put aside their differences once and for all.
    • Soon got to meet Naruto and Sasuke's children, noting how their dynamic is the inverse of his relationship with Madara back when they founded Konoha. Hashirama supports Sarada's dream to be Hokage, also hoping that she will succeed in what Madara failed as the first Uchiha to be Hokage, while also encouraging Boruto to look out for her when that time comes.
    • Finds himself getting along with Might Guy, mainly due to their enthusiasm and desire to help the next generation. Guy highly respects Hashirama's youth, while Hashirama admires Guy's spirit and loyalty to the village.
    • Hashirama's relationship with Kurama in the Pantheon is complicated, since when he was still alive, Hashirama did capture the Tailed Beasts and gave them to other villages as peace offerings, not to mention sealing Kurama in a jinchūriki native to Konohagakure. While it's not clear if Hashirama knew that the Tailed Beasts were sapient back then, here in the Pantheon, Hashirama does get to properly interact with Kurama, apologizing to him for what he had to go through and thanking him for Naruto and the alliance protect the village. Kurama admits he had grown close to the Uzumaki after seeing just how compassionate he was.
  • Madara was absolutely thrilled when he met Hashirama in the Pantheon, considering they were Childhood Friends and Hashirama was one of the few opponents he respected. Their last meeting in the mortal world was them reconciling their friendship and Madara admitting Hashirama's way was superior, although he hasn't changed his cynical outlook on life nor his lust for battle. Madara occasionally clashes with Hashirama within the Pantheon, though this time on more friendly terms.
  • Luxord and Hashirama, being the gamblers they are, have enjoyed matches against each other. Luxord considers Hashirama to one of his most Worthy Opponents, while Hashirama in turn enjoys Luxord's company despite the fact the latter was once a villain on the side of darkness.
  • Hashirama, despite frowning on Daniel J. D'arby's cheating as well as wagering souls, admits that his psyching out the opponent with mind games is a good gambling tactic and admits he should work on that before challenging him to a match. Telence, on the other hand, has earned Hashirama's disgust, for his lack of honor towards his opponents as well as how he treats the souls of his victims.
  • Has a cordial relationship with Celestia Ludenberg, since Hashirama respects her skills as a gambler. The feeling is mutual on Celeste's end, even if she does find Hashirama's goofy personality a little grating.
  • Coming from a time when children were used child soldiers during a horrible war, Hashirama sympathizes with victims of war and children who were drafted into it. In particular, he shows great sympathy for Nagato after hearing how he once desired peace until the actions of cruel people led him down the path of villainy. He also sympathizes with Obito Uchiha despite fighting him in the Fourth Shinobi World War after hearing how he lost his childhood friend Rin. Even though Hashirama still sees Madara as a friend, even he can't overlook or let go of the latter's role in Obito's Start of Darkness.
  • Finds allies in Goku, All Might, and Johnathon Joestar for being heroic predecessors, their friendly and Adorkable personalities, and their might in battle. Also shows admiration for Luffy's loyalty to his crew and encourages his dream, as well as admiration of Kenshin's desire for peace.
  • Hashirama enjoys Yugi and Yami's company, showing admiration for their Magnetic Hero tendencies, as well as some interest in the Duel Monsters card game they played. The two have offered to show Hashirama how to play the game, and he is starting to consider it.

I'd like some more feedback on the Pantheonic Soldiers Of Fortune, the Omniverse Museum, and the Treasury rework.

I got one [tup] on the museum so far, but the latter two should go hand-in-hand.

What dominion would work best to represent Mega Dungeon? Here's what I got in mind.

@Mattman How would Emil and Marta feel about Velvet, a daemon that's killed a lot of people but isn't necessarily evil?

I have two proposals for reservation. Both of which I think fit these characters like a glove. Thoughts on these? (I won’t be surprised if the second one is shot down)

Emperor Gestahl, God of Asshole Victims

Reasoning: Nobody cared when he died, as he tore a baby out of a mother’s arms and gloated about his plans while she took her last breath, allowed Kefka to use the Slave Crown on Terra, tried to Take Over the World, attempted to burn all espers into fuel and pulled an I Surrender, Suckers (Not that anyone fell for it...)

The Death Busters, Unholy Organization of Fake Schools

Reasoning: The Death Busters are the villains of the third arc of Sailor Moon. They are a group of aliens from another dimension that used a school called Mugen Gakuen as a front while they took people’s heart crystals (souls) in an effort to locate the Talismans, and later to awaken Mistress Nine when the heroes get them before they do. This devolves into killing a child which awakens her, and then they try to summon their master, Pharaoh 90, to end the world. They succeed in summoning him, though he is defeated. The entire time, even when the school is infiltrated by the heroes, it looks completely normal. (At least until it’s destroyed by Pharaoh 90)

[up]Isn't Asshole Victim already taken by Swim-Swim, or did she get removed?

[up] She was removed from the Pantheon because it was decided she didn't fit the trope. Asshole Victim is an unsympathetic victim that suffers a horrific death or punishment they didn't cause. Ripple killed Swim Swim to avenge Top Speed's death.

Can I pick Melmetal for Metal Muncher? It's a Blob Monster made of a fluid metal that eats metal. Meltan grow by eating metal and according to some dex entries absorb fellow metal Meltan to become Melmetal. I think Ash's has a fondness for metal frying pans
