Trope Pantheons Discussion

Go To

Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

  • Potential House: Heroic Actions
  • Rank: Intermediate God
  • Symbol: The iconic lion head crest of Thors Military Academy.
  • Theme Songs: Ashita e no Kodou, Awakening when fighting with Valimar, Exceed when Ogre powers are active, To the Future.
  • Alignment: Neutral Good at heart, Lawful Neutral when following military orders. Becomes Chaotic Evil when succumbing to his Ogre powers.
  • Portfolio: Chronic Hero Syndrome, Katanas Are Just Better, Stock Light-Novel Hero, Superpowered Evil Side.
  • Domains: Swordsmanship, Helping People with Tasks.
  • Heralds: All original Class VII members, Valimar, Elise Schwarzer.
  • Allies: Asuka Kazama, Kou Tokisaka, Tethu and Tethi, Samurai Jack, Shirou Emiya, Eiji Hono/Kamen Rider OOO.
  • Rivals: Yuri Lowell.
  • Enemies: Norman Osborn.
  • Rean Schwarzer is one of nine original Class VII members who attended the prestigious Thors Military Academy in the Erebonian Empire. Adopted by Baron Teo Schwarzer at a young age, Rean didn't know his true origins and had difficulty adjusting to his family due to the social class system in place. At some point, he trained under the "Eight Leaves One Blade" style of swordmanship because he feared the power sleeping within him that would later be known as the "Ogre powers", which would take control of him completely and turn him into an unstoppable beast capable of slaughtering friend and foe alike, and he seeks to suppress this power as much as possible. During his time at the academy, he is trained with an ARCUS Unit and military tactics under Instructor Sara Valestein's wing, and would put these skills to the test in three separate conflicts in Erebonia. After graduating, he becomes an instructor himself following the conclusion of the Erebonian Civil War. He is also an Awakener of one of the six Divine Knights named Valimar, and will call upon him whenever he needs to fight against other Divine Knights or Panzer Sodats. Later, it is revealed that Rean is actually the son of Giliath Osborne; the Blood and Iron Chancellor and leader of the Reformist Faction.
  • Rean has a knack for helping out people in need, even if it isn't his own business. Whenever someone needs a hand with a task, he will be at their beck and call, no matter the situation at hand, and he'll often do it at the expense of his own personal issues. Because of his kind-hearted nature almost bordering on obsession, the Pantheon decided to ascend Rean to represent Chronic Hero Syndrome.
  • He has become friends with another fellow Falcom protagonist named Kou Tokisaka after Rean learns that Kou is an Expy of him, and shares many of the same traits. Because of this, both Rean and Kou form a joint collaboration between Class VII and the Xanadu Research Club to help out as many gods as possible and defeat potential threats.
  • Is surprised to find another Osborn in the pantheon. At first, Rean thought it was the Blood and Iron Chancellor himself; Giliath Osborne, but later found out that the person is Norman Osborn, aka the Green Goblin. While Norman shares similarities to Giliath of being individuals of higher power, Rean learns that Norman is far more unstable and unwilling to listen to reason, thus making him an automatic enemy. It didn't help that Norman tried to get too blast-happy with Rean on their first encounter.
  • With Rean constantly helping others out, some gods return the favor by helping him back, such as the Tethu and Tethi duo, who as chiefs of the Oasis, make it part of their duties. Kazuma also helps people out by sparring with them in matches, and once challenged Rean to a friendly duel. This reminded him of his one-on-one bout with Angelica Rogner back in Thors.
  • He sympathized with Samurai Jack because despite being stranded in the future by Aku and trying to find a way back in time, Jack helped out as many people as he could, sometimes liberating them from Aku's evil rule. This sentiment reminded himself about him and his class' efforts to ultimately liberate Erebonia from the curse of Ishmelga. In addition, he also sympathized with Shirou and Eiji because their good deeds are the result of coping with their traumatic experiences in their pasts.
  • Since Rean specializes with a more eastern-style of swordsmanship as well as the use of an ancient Precursor Lost Technology to boost his skills, Yuri Lowell finds him a Worthy Opponent, often challenging him to one-on-one duels between clashing katanas and blastia/orbal technology. Their incredible feats of defeating Ishmelga and the Adaphagos only further demonstrated their skills. That being said, their rivalry is also an ideological one as well, since Rean is essentially a government lapdog while Yuri is a free-spirited vigilante. Yuri once criticized Rean for following Giliath Osborne's orders to invade and annex Crossbell by force, defeating Lloyd Bannings in the process, reminding Yuri of the potential path his friend Flynn Scifo could have gone if he had fully obeyed the Empire's law. Although in Rean's defense, he didn't really enjoy the annexation and later felt regret over it. Nonetheless, the two obviously show huge respect for each other.
Rean: Ok then, everything I feel is one with the Eight Leaves!
    Yuri: Good! Then come on!

@Crimson: Even if you had your idea for Just Think of the Potential! in your sandbox first, I don't think you discussed your idea first.

Three approvals for G-Force thanks to faso, Crownless, and louisent. Day 1 repost. I'm looking for the remaining approvals so I can be done with this and move on to something else. I'm also not interested in putting spoiler tags on profiles in general.

G-Forcemembers , Divine Team of Animal Espionage

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/g_force.jpg
L-R: Juarez, Hurley, Blaster, Darwin
  • Lesser Deities
  • Symbol: A G inside an octagon
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Talking Animals, Band of Brothers, Translator Collars
  • Domains: Animals, Technology
  • Heralds: Ben Kendell, Mooch the Fly
  • Allies: Secret Squirrel, Perry the Platypus, Hammond, Nick Fury, We3
  • Enemies: Guinea Creatures, Dr. Hämsterviel, Dickson, The Spy, Samir Duran, Star Dream, Ra Moon, Ultron, SKYNET, The Corpus
  • Odd Relations: Dr. Doofenshmirtz, Susie
  • A special team of trained guinea pigs with collars to allow them to talk to humans, the G-Force is tasked with investigating corporate executive Leonard Saber to see if he’s been plotting anything suspicious. The team undergoes a lot of trouble to discover the truth, up to and including the fact that one of their members, Speckles the mole, has been plotting revenge from behind their backs. When it comes down to it, G-Force is able to make the most of their skills despite (or maybe because of) their small size.
  • Some villainous businessmen were holding a meeting to discuss a product that would ensure they would get more supporters and drive their shared competition out of business. Some of those members didn’t realize that they were being spied on and even after looking around, the other members couldn’t find the intruders. Some time after the meeting wrapped up, all that was left was a few guinea pigs, who relayed the information over to their boss, who in turn transferred the data over to their clients so that they were aware of what the evil businessmen were trying to do to get rid of them. G-Force, with their small size and technological prowess, have since continued to help out others following their initial mission in the Pantheon.
  • Word of G-Force and their skills reached Nick Fury, the man responsible for overseeing many of the heroic spies within the Pantheon. Whereas the team had encountered a lot of obstacles during their tenure with the FBI before becoming properly accepted, Nick Fury was more understanding of the team, especially after hearing of how they had to deal with a traitor within their ranks. Nick Fury has since welcomed G-Force to his network of spies and given how many animal spies he has working with him, he’s considered a special subunit dedicated to them.
  • It didn’t take long for G-Force to get themselves acquainted with other animal spies in the Pantheon. The team found themselves in the company of Secret Squirrel and Perry the Platypus and all of them have made for a good team when it comes to handling specific missions in the Pantheon. G-Force was intrigued with what Secret had stored in his trenchcoat and the squirrel was kind enough to allow G-Force to use some of his weaponry for missions. As for Perry, seeing as how the platypus doesn’t really talk and how G-Force is only able to talk as is thanks to translator collars, the team considered giving one to Perry, but the platypus insisted he was fine without one. It hasn’t prevented them from helping each other out when they’re in trouble though.
    • Their interactions with Secret and Perry also helped G-Force get to know Dr. Doofenshmirtz, a scientist who knew Perry very well. Doof ended up in a meeting room where Perry and the other animal spies were at and (after being a bit perplexed at seeing guinea pig spies) introduced himself to G-Force. Knowing about his former background as a mad scientist bent on taking over the Tri-State area and having moved past that, G-Force has agreed to help Perry in making sure Doofenshmirtz doesn’t end up causing more trouble than normal. This also meant having to reprimand him in case something he creates ends up going out of control.
  • Speckles, a mole who seemed to be a part of the team, turned out to be responsible for much of G-Force’s troubles for the sake of enacting revenge. While Darwin was able to talk Speckles out of it, the team knows that other traitors in the Pantheon aren’t going to back down as easily as Speckles did. Secret told the team about someone known as The Spy, a man who presents himself to others as an ally, only to backstab them when the time is right. Not only did G-Force make sure that they wouldn’t fall victim to whatever The Spy has in store, they also learned of other much more dangerous traitors. Both Dickson and Samir Duran presented themselves as an ally for someone, only to reveal themselves as working for malevolent entities that are far more powerful than G-Force could imagine. While the two couldn’t care less on what some measly guinea pigs think of them, it was clear that G-Force saw them as extremely dangerous and even if they don’t have much of a chance in fighting them and their respective higher-ups, the team is willing to spy on them from a distance and retrieve any important information related to their plans and give it to those that can fight them.
  • One of their assignments resulted in them encountering a round mecha and after wanting to know who was inside it, Hammond popped out and from there, he and his mecha Wrecking Ball engaged in a talk with G-Force. Seeing a hamster take control of a mecha very well surprised the team considering their own expertise (and that unlike Hammond, G-Force didn’t undergo any genetic alterations to become the spies that they are) and while they would like to travel with Hammond if asked, they have plenty of missions to go after. That said, if Hammond and Wrecking Ball do end up getting involved somehow, they’re more than willing to aid G-Force and the guinea pigs are more than welcoming of another the rodent’s skills.
  • At first, G-Force was excited to learn about other guinea pigs in the Pantheon, but it quickly turned into disgust after learning the full story behind the Guinea Creatures and their leader, Guinea Pirate. Them learning about the Guinea Creatures could not have happened at a worse possible time as another Guinea Creature invasion was about to unfold and G-Force had to spring into action to prevent a major disaster from unfolding. They eventually caught up with Michael Chertoff, who was plotting revenge for his previous loss and dismissed G-Force as complete failures of a guinea creature before transforming into Guinea Pirate. With the help of some reinforcements, G-Force was able to bring down Guinea Pirate and the rest of the invasion wound down elsewhere. Knowing first hand just how destructive the Guinea Creatures and their leader can be regardless of appearances, G-Force has sworn to play a role in containing them should any future break-out result.
  • Dr. Hämsterviel ended up being another antagonistic rodent G-Force has been keeping an eye on. For someone that (in Blaster’s own words) “looks like a mutant rabbit with a temper problem”, the team isn’t denying that Hämsterviel is planning something and that confronting alien life forms will be markedly different from the team’s normally technological-based adventures. His meetings with other scientists have been spied on by G-Force, with Hämsterviel himself annoyed that he’s being pestered by “costumed tiny guinea pig spies” that don’t even realize that he’s hamster-like.
  • Contrary to what many would assume about them and genetic alterations having any role in making them who they are, the team were actually ordinary guinea pigs that were found by Ben Kendell and trained to become spies. The amount of effort required to do this without changing the group’s DNA has confused some deities, but G-Force hasn’t let that get to them since they’ve accepted their background. The team later found out of a group of animals that was meant to be used as a weapon of war and had to run away in order to find freedom. G-Force very much understood what We3 had to go through and despite some initial reservations, the cybernetic trio was willing to be friends with G-Force, mainly because the four had a human friend that was willing to support them no matter what similar to a homeless man that empathized with We3 when the three met him.
  • The Pantheon contained plenty of technology much more advanced than what G-Force had previously seen. Some of those who made the technology were benevolent and others who created those items were a genuine threat. And then there are some deities who have access to advanced technology that wants nothing more than to enforce their own superiority and wipe out anyone that stands in their way. Deities who want to have machines take over the world such as Ra Moon, SKYNET, and Ultron, have proven to be dangerous for G-Force, given the amount of trouble that can happen and having to deal with killer machines before. That said, G-Force was notably terrified of what Star Dream is capable of and the fact that a number of ruthless businessmen are interested in using it for their own ends has made the team worried about what consequences are in store if such a businessman was able to successfully get their hands on it.
    • On the subject of Star Dream, Susie ended up encountering G-Force, mistaking them for partially mechanized rodents. The team then learned about how Susie came into opposition with Star Dream and her family issues. While the team can understand her troubles (especially since Darwin told Speckles about the team being a surrogate family by choice), her overall goals weren't something that they approved of. The fact that Susie was already working with The Corpus, a large-scale conglomerate that uses machines to profit off wars, made G-Force even more wary of her. On her end, Susie doesn’t hold any real grudge against the team, even if she’s aware that they’ll have to fight each other at some point.

[up] [up]Caleb is a homicidal maniac who takes immense pleasure in mercilessly killing anyone he lays eyes on, even cackling evilly while he does so. The only reasons why he’s any better than the “villains” of the story is that a.) they’re cultists who are trying to summon the dark god Chrenobog and b.) he’s avenging his girlfriend.

@r-lock: In case you're writing the content for the G-Force from its TV Tropes page, there are some more important bits to add.

At the end of everything, the main culprit and repentant Speckles will rejoin G-Force once again… after disarming all the malicious chips that he's installed on all Saber appliances, which number in the tens of thousands. So I think the quartet would look approvingly on former criminals who are "doing their time". Add Speckles as a herald, but with the added note of being (currently under parole). The bits regarding the real villain and the fact that G-Force isn't actually genetically modified should be hidden in spoilers.

[up][up][up] I have been intending to discuss it some time ago. Thing is, I've been occupied with other sorts of everyday life chores and there are also all sorts of profiles that I've been prioritizing beforehand.

Regardless, why John Hammond for Just Think of the Potential!: The very concept of Jurassic Park is because it's to display something that has never been seen before and have a theme park based around it, complete with amusement rides, restaurants and souvenir stores. By concept and in financial terms, Jurassic Park is a grand idea (As said by Donald Gennaro, "We're gonna make a fortune with this place"), despite its lack of concern over security measures later dooming the park. It's successor, Jurassic World manages to showcase Hammond's concept in a more successful light... until the Indominus. Oh, and prior to the Brachiosaur scene, Hammond's eccentric conversation with Grant and Sattler mainly revolves around this trope.

Gotta repost those recommendations again

Lotor, God of Good Ideals Corrupted By Power (Lotor once wanted his people to be more peaceful, save others from his empire and hopefully ascend to do that just that. Just so happens the Life-Force he needed made him go nuts with power almost immediately, to him draining the people he was meant to save and wanting to wipe out his own race. Whoops.)

Zarkon, God of Whole Episode Flashbacks (Welp. Time for by backup. Zarkon’s entire backstory of how he became a Fallen Hero and the entire plot kickstarting there after. A weird recommendation, I know. Either that or I fuse Lotor and Zarkon together for Lotor’s title.)

@M1gami: Putting Lotor and Zarkon in one profile would work better in the long run in my view.

G-Force is up.

Also, I really don't want to be told how to handle spoilers in the Pantheon. If I don't want to tag spoilers, the I won't tag spoilers. Just because the film is 10 years old and still has spoiler tags in its page doesn't mean the same can be done for that profile. And if I don't implement a suggestion in the profile, it either means I couldn't find a way for it work well in the profile or the suggestion was completely meaningless to me.

Might as well start working on the Pantheonic Lantern Corps at some point soon. The Legendary Foes nominations seem to be sleeping at this point, but whichever way works ya know.

Substantial amount put into both Dark Iron Man and Skinny-Fat Demon. Anything else that can be said about the two?

  • Who says the Iron Man suits are exclusive to Tony Stark? Enter Colonel James Rhodes, a United States soldier who once served in the The Vietnam War, he first met Tony after he saved Rhodey from a helicopter crash. The results after were Rhodey and Stark becoming friends with the two of them defeating the Viet Cong and Rhodey taking up a job as Stark's personal pilot, being one of the few who knew of Tony's identity as Iron Man and becoming the chief aviation officer. That is until Tony was dealing with alcoholism and battles against the Iron Monger when Rhodey took up the Iron Man mantle and soon established the West Coast Avengers, though he soon gave up being Iron Man due to having difficulties with the suit via his helmet being calibrated specifically for Stark, hence causing Rhodey headaches and being heavily injured by a bomb attack from Stane.
    • However, he would return to duty soon, alongside receiving a modified Iron Man suit equipped with all sorts of weaponry ranging from gatling guns and missiles to flamethrowers and laser-firing tech known as the Variable Threat Response Battle Suit. Designed for all-out battles, Rhodey took the suit for himself, christened himself War Machine and went on to become an incredibly formidable superhero in his own right.
  • Initially one of Tony's two heralds, Rhodey really made his mark in the Pantheon after displaying his abilities to its residents and how his time as a superhero and as Tony's friend has made him the man that he is now. Even more impressive was when he managed to stop an attack carried out by the Green Goblin who was intending to bomb a building in the House of Commerce. His most striking feature and what distinguishes him from Iron Man, his never-ending supplement of weaponry was what made War Machine eligible to join the Pantheonic ranks, representing More Dakka.
  • Being a part of the military and for his representing trope, War Machine is undoubtedly one of the more physically offensive and destructive superheroes in the Pantheon. Most of the House of Weapons are very intrigued by his armour and what he is capable. Unfortunately, Rhodey doesn't have much time flashing his weapons to fans, instead spending more time in military services and preparing himself for future threats. Being a soldier means being prepared after all.
  • Given that he was an adept Ace Pilot, Rhodey made quick friends with Hal Jordan and, while not too phased about the Lantern Corps, was nonetheless impressed about how Hal was able to utilise his and lead the Green Lanterns several times. While Rhodey isn't interested in the rings, he states he's more than welcome to come help out Hal and the Green Lantern Corps at any time.
  • Given his military prowess the Grand United Alliance of Good were eager to have him as one of their major military assets, which Rhodey was content with, provided that they keep good promise of the military being provided with good support just as much of Rhodey getting weaponry upgrades. The GUAG have complied thanks to Rhodey's dedication to justice and protection. Still, it wouldn't hurt if he could get some combat training from various deities.
  • Was surprised to see that there was someone who formerly held his trope in the form of Laguna Loire. However, with Rhodey coming in full-time, Laguna was forced to pass on his title, feeling that Rhodey may be better suited to the title. Rhodey did, however, decide to keep Laguna by nominating him as his High Priest. By doing so meant that Laguna was still in the Pantheon, though he's not as prominent as he used to be. Still, Rhodey has the feeling that he and Laguna can be pretty good partners on the battlefield.
  • He became fast friends with Heero Yuy and Trowa Barton. Considering they're all skilful pilots with adequate experiences in War, Rhodey was impressed to see them utilize Alpha Strikes on their opponents to get a situation done, alongside bombarding them with as many weapons as possible. He also sympathizes with Yuy and Barton's age during their battles, especially given that Heero accidentally killed a little girl, prompting him to become reserved and quiet and Trowa forgetting about himself and his sister and using an alias to compensate.
    • He also has some sense of camaraderie with the 501st JFW. Being soldiers who persevered through dedicated teamwork and friendship, Rhodey has a measure of respect for the girls. He was thinking of having Stark present them Iron Man suits as a sign of goodwill, though the girls respectfully declined. Still, wherever the 501st JFW are fighting, Rhodey is more than welcome to tag along.
  • He was once killed by Thanos. Of course, Rhodey returned from the dead to carry on his superheroics as usual. That said, he's become more aware of cosmic deities, especially Darkseid, given that not only does he resemble Thanos, but is much more malicious to boot. He'll probably be upgrading his weapons further and reach out to advanced sciences for that if it means taking on the Lord of Apokolips and other similar foes. Oh, and Rhodey hasn't forgotten about Thanos either.
    • Another thing to clarify was that he wasn't happy about the fact that there was another superhero civil war that was influenced by his death in some way. He does recall the last time that sort of thing happened and how disastrous it was for all combatants.
  • Has a sort of rivalry going on with Genos, though both remain on friendly terms with one another regardless. A battle simulation conducted by Wiz and Boomstick came out with the conclusion of Rhodey being able to near-effortlessly defeat Genos. Ever since then, Genos has been striving to become stronger and equip himself with better tech in the hopes of becoming a stronger and more capable hero.
  • At some point, he rechristened himself into an American version of Iron Man, aptly named the Iron Patriot. However, that position was first taken by Norman Osborn when he was leading the Dark Avengers. Rhodey apparently went on a brief stint with this identity someplace else which is the reason why some remember him for having an Iron Man suit styled after the Star-Spangled banner. Still, given what Norman really is, Rhodey is willing to strip the Iron Patriot identity from him. Not that Norman is bothered by it, as he's more preferable to be the Green Goblin instead.
Little late for that. If I were still... Human. I'd have lost count of how many I've killed. But I can't forget anything, now... And I can't stop seeing everything. Every woman they've raped... Every child they've shot... I hate them. God help me, I hate them. Maybe someday someone'll hate me just as much. But I don't care. All I know... Is that today... The world needs a War Machine.

  • You die and go to Hell because you've committed one too many morally reprehensible actions in your life. So what's to be expected is to be damned for eternity. Instead, for a select amount, they're instead taken to the Demon Lord, Malebolgia, ruler of the 8th Circle of Hell who gives out promises of giving you your life back. It actually works... until you realize Malebolgia has turned you into a demon known as a Hellspawn and the Demon Lord wants to make you a herald of the Apocalypse so that he could launch a grand assault on Heaven and take it over for all eternity.
  • Malebolgia was killed by Spawn at one point and returned to do battle against him again. Sooner or later, he'd have figured out that manipulating him was futile and that being opposed by the Anti-Hero was an eternal occurrence. Well, if that's the case, Malebolgia will do his best to torment Spawn and his loved ones with any means necessary. This is also the reason he joined the Pantheon; he once demanded and forced Ghirahim to give up his position of Demon Lords and Archdevils after showcasing his powers. However, knowing that he may be useful to him in the future, Malebolgia left Ghirahim to be anointed with Sissy Villain. Being fellow diabolical demons has its benefits after all.
  • His Pantheonic arrival was marked by loud, bombastic laughing from many parts of the Pantheon, especially the Houses of Villains and Otherness. He made a grand announcement that he is one of the most powerful Demon Lords and that any and all demons should come to revere him. Of course, he was surprised to see some demons see him with utter disgust and contempt, though most villainous ones were comfortable at least acknowledging his influence and power.
  • While he possesses incredible power, being able to take on a group of powerful angels and win effortlessly and his influence is undoubtedly recognized, Malebolgia's special talent relies on his deceit and manipulation towards his minions and pawns. He is very clever when it comes to granting the wishes of someone, only to cruelly screw them over in the next life, something that he had done to Al Simmons and would gladly do it again. He is very obsessed with starting a War on Heaven and wants to drag the Angels Sub-House with it, hoping to destroy it and allow the Demons Sub-House to pillage and rule over what's left of it. Unsurprisingly, he opposed by every angel in the Pantheon.
    • Excluding angels, most humans don't like Malebolgia all too much either. Father Kerras and Father Merrin see him in outright disgust as Malebolgia revels in sadistically mocking those he is meant to punish as well as being similar to Pazuzu in that regard. He's also seen with scorn by Zafina who sees him as even worse than Azazel, a demon that once possessed Zafina and forced her into harming innocents. Malebolgia seeks to torment them in his own spare time, but for now, he has bigger issues to tend to.
  • He does take great precaution towards the Doomslayer, given his infamous reputation for inspiring fear towards his enemies, especially demons. Given that even the Violator is not very confident in taking him on, Malebolgia is quick to strike new partnerships in an attempt to combat the Doomslayer. He's aware of the fact that he'll come for him one day, and he's not ready to die with his goals not realized.
  • Upon arriving in the Pantheon, the Violator immediately sought to strike a partnership with him again, eager to finally get an old face to collaborate against Spawn. Malebolgia has since heaped high praises to his lieutenant for killing Wanda Blake and receiving a significant power boost from it. They've since made up several headquarters around their domains, plotting out different methods to take on Spawn, now that he's on a warpath for what Violator had done to him.
  • He is not unlike a lot of deities in the Pantheon who rely on tricks and false promises to get what they want. Case in point; Quan Chi, a demon from the Netherrealm who was infamous for backstabbing several of his allies and for instigating the destruction of the Shirai Ryu and sullying the reputation of the Lin Kuei. Malebolgia himself became a sour reminder for Scorpion, who finds the Demon Lord to be very similar to Quan Chi in their habit of deceiving and ruining others for their amusement and swears to eliminate him once and for all, even forming an alliance of convenience with Spawn for that matter.
  • Prideful as he is, he doesn't have much of a high opinion about Melkor. The Dark Lord himself, however, thinks that given how he relies more on lying and trying to deceive others, Malebolgia really has no position to compare himself. Malebolgia, however, shot back at Melkor for shrewdly stating that whenever he has to fight against someone who actually poses a threat, he chickens out unless he has to prove his superiority towards his followers. This actually prompted Melkor to suddenly attack him, with Malebolgia quickly making a getaway.
    • That said, he is a member of the GUAE Mastermind due to his incredible power and influence. Oh sure, him and Melkor still have some beef, but given they have similar opponents, for the time being, they're going to have to work together in this case. He does, however, have plans to backstab Melkor once the forces of Good are wiped out. Then again, so is most of the GUAE.
  • Intrinsically, he is opposed to YHVH. He personally finds it rather amusing that he's similar to the God of his Universe, who's also no better than YHVH. On the other hand, he's rather conflicted about Lucifer. He expresses some respect towards his power and leadership, though he finds his encouragement towards humans to be rather annoying and rather out-of-touch for someone like him. On the other hand, YHVH sees Malebolgia as another one of Melkor's lackeys and Lucifer just sees him with seething disgust.
  • His deceptive mind had him clashing against the working ethics of the Incubators at one point. Them, especially Kyubey stated that at the very least, they do mean what they say and try to stop the universe from ending. Malebolgia instead retorted that they're instead doing it for self-sustainance and them tricking Magical Girls is not far away from what Malebolgia does to damned souls.
    • Naturally, this led to him being opposed by the Puella Magi, though Homura Akemi personally has out on him the most. She hates Malebolgia for simply reminding her of Kyubey and how his actions of trickery led to the other Puella Magi taking in so much despair. Malebolgia himself found the suffering of the girls funny on his part, which prompted Homura to blast him back to Hell. Still, just because he lost to Homura doesn't mean Malebolgia is siding with the Incubators, given that the Violator already has his feud against the girls.
  • At one point, he was imprisoned in the Netherrealm alongside Kronika by Spawn. Seeking vengeance, Malebolgia decided to strike an alliance with the Mistress of Time. All things considered, being with Kronika had Malebolgia very interested in her Hourglass, and he wants that badly. For now, however, he's working with Kronika in fighting against Spawn and Kombatants who are vehemently opposed to the Mistress of Time. Once that's been settled, Malebolgia will swipe the Hourglass from Kronika and use it to assure Hell the ultimate victory against Heaven.
There is a reason you were chosen among the tortured millions. Death. Evil. Blackness. Those seeds were planted in you at birth. Soon. Very soon. All shall come to fruition.

  • Opposes: The house Earth and Rock and those with ground powers, the House of Hatred, Hansel and Gretel

  • Slightly Annoyed With: Rena Ryuugu
  • One day, these two rodents appear wandering around the Pantheon, cheering on anybody that they wanted to. It was later found out the two have ascended to share the title of Opposites Theme Naming. The duo are noticeable for being the first "Pikaclones" to join the Pantheon, in that the two have electrical sacks on their cheeks and look alike to Pikachu. Thanks to their abilities of Plus and Minus, their Sp Atk increases with a Pokemon of the other ability.
  • It was considered appropriate that the two would get to be partners with two deities that also share a title. Considering the two share similar color schemes and work well in double battles, the two little Pokemon decided to become the partners of the twins Lua & Luca. The two are now seen cheering whenever the twins (or anybody else on team 5D's) are dueling.
  • As there are very few special-oriented moves they can learn Plusle and Minum are easily frustrated by Ground types, even more than most Electric type Pokemon. As such, they steer clear of the House of Earth and Rock. More seriously, they don't want anything to do with the Corpus due to the fear of being weaponized by them. The two get along with Chip and Dale, being another friendly pair of rodents.
  • While Pikachu is the Mouse Pokemon, Plusle and Minum resemble actual mice more. Fortunately for them no-one in the House of Felines treats them like the meal they often treat rodents. The two are friendly with Mrs Brisby since she's another kind mouse
  • Rena had her usual reaction when she first saw the two. When she caught both of them, they started to struggle and started to static. Ash tried to warn her that running after them and rubbing their cheeks so hard distress them, but it was too late and she got a case of "Diamond Dandruff".
  • While they aren't their partners, Plusle and Minun around Lunick and Solana. This is due to the fact another pair of the two were the rangers' partners. Also, the two don't really know what to think about Deoxys and Rayquaza. Considering as pass interaction with another pair of Plusle and Minun, even if the two did befriend them in the end.
  • Considering both of them are the Cheering Pokemon, they're both good friends with the cheerleaders in the Pantheon and could be considered the "mascots" of the group. Among them are Kim Possible, Buffy Summeras, Miu and Claire Bennett. The Pokemon don't have many enemies because they're naturally cheerful and friendly beings.
    • Though neutral-aligned, they tend never to cheer on evil gods. Mainly due to the rule almost all Pokemon follow "there are no bad Pokemon, only bad trainers".
  • The Cheering Pokemon don't like the House of Hatred on principle; their abilities and twin status makes them pro-friendship and pro-companionship by default. And on principle, this means that they naturally associate with the House of Friendship, and cheer those who defend friendship as a whole. They're interested in Goten and Trunks' bond, and wonder if they could perform a Fusion Dance and become even more powerful than together.
  • Not literal twins, but they understand the bond of those within the House of Twins. The bond and personality of Hansel and Gretel, however, is pretty sick and twisted for their tastes. They were spooked by the Bad Future versions of Android 17 and 18, however the two present versions in the pantheon proved far more moral and compassionate, so the four came to like each other.

Deoxys, God of the Multiform Balance (The DNA Pokémon)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/386deoxys.png
Forme variations
  • Note: Tune-up
  • Intermediate Deity
  • Symbol: A red triangle, blue oval-shaped gem and four small meteorites.
  • Theme Music: Battle! Deoxys
  • Alignment: Ambiguously Neutral
  • Gender: Genderless
  • Ability: Pressure
  • Moveset: Psycho Boost, Hyper Beam, Protect, Extreme Speed
    • Z-move: Shattered Psyche
  • Portfolio: Powerful Mutated Alien Virus, Power Crystal, Recovering from Extreme Damages, Multiform Balance (Glass Cannon, Stone Wall, Fragile Speedster), Combat Tentacles, Humanoid Abomination
  • Domains: Power, Aliens, Mons, Psychics, Meteors
  • Followers: Druids
  • Allies: Ash Ketchum, Lilo and Stitch, The Blorg Community
    • Partner: X
  • Enemies: Nurgle, Thrax, Sigma
  • Opposes: Rayquaza
  • Opposed by: Zinnia, The Imperium of Mankind
  • Under watch by: The Men in Black
  • A space virus which crash landed onto Earth in a meteor and went through a DNA mutation, causing it to take a form of the creature known as Deoxys. It is highly intelligent, has amazing psychokinetic abilities, and can transform its appearance to fit the situation.
  • Deoxys had a rather unorthodox way of entering the Pantheon. Specifically, riding on a six-mile-long meteoroid into the Pantheon! It was only stopped when the gods prayed upon Rayquaza, whom then Mega Evolved and rammed itself into the meteoroid, destroying it into tiny pieces and letting Deoxys fall into the Pantheon like that. No one is sure why Deoxys would do something like that to begin it, though being an alien, it probably never knew what it would cause.
    • Usually requires specific meteorites to shift its forms, but as seen in the anime it can sometimes shift freely. The Trope Pantheon allows Deoxys to do the latter, making it more dangerous.
  • Needless to say, Deoxys really dislikes Rayquaza, especially since they already had a conflict once in the past. Zinnia doesn't like it either. Gihren Zabi was interested in its entrance given his usage of of the Colony Drop, however can't get Deoxys' attention, much less have it accept his evil.
  • Even though it is an alien virus, it has no relation to The Borg Queen or any of her underlings. Due to being a living creature, it has never tried to infect anyone either. And while a virus, Thrax and Nurgle disturb it as they do most deities.
  • Largely distinct from things like the Sigma Virus due to not wanting to infect anything. It would rather steer clear of Sigma, since it fear their viruses mixing or Sigma exploiting it. X has offered to help Deoxys in that. The DNA Pokemon agreed, and found a certain kinship due to X's ability to use various powers and his unlimited potential.
  • Deoxys has four formes. Each forme overspecializes in some aspects. Doesn't make them any less of a threat when used in unison.
    • Normal Forme which isn't that rounded, being powerful, but fragile.
    • Attack Forme, which is slightly more fragile, but even more powerful in exchange.
    • Defence Forme, which sacrifices strength and speed for superior bulk.
    • Speed Forme, which evens out most of its stats, in exchange of superior speed.
  • After one of its battles with Rayquaza, Deoxys ended up crashing into the House of Technology. It soon got the enmity of members for moving around electronic devices, as they interfere with its alien senses. It's why Deoxys rarely interacts with the House of Electricity. As Deoxys communicates through auroras, it sometimes gets confused by the auroras in the House of Ice and Cold.
  • The Imperium of Mankind, as with most xenos, takes a shoot on sight policy due to Deoxys pulling the Colony Drop stint and being an unidentified alien. The Men in Black are keeping an eye on it. Lilo and Stitch, however, gave it the benefit of the doubt and treated the DNA Pokemon with respect. The Blorg Community is intrigued by this enigmatic alien Pokemon, and wants to befriend it. Deoxys accepted, as it doesn't have many friends.
  • The House of Science has tried studying Deoxys, on what kind of virus it was and how did it mutate. Originally they thought it was because of lasers, but that theory has been tossed aside. Well, almost. Those in Genetic Engineering wish to know its secrets and see if they can develop beings similar to Deoxys. Chin Chin was also interested in Deoxys because of his chromosome obsession, something the DNA Pokemon didn't even dignify with a response.
  • Even though Deoxys has almost unrivalled stats, organized arena matches seem to be his weakness.
    Never bet on Deoxys!

  • Pities: Balthazar Bratt

  • Complicated Relationships: All Equine Deities (But mostly All good-aligned Ascended MLP Deities, Epona, Maximus, and Black Beauty).
  • Avoids: The House of Alcohol, All Ascended Dragon Ball deities
  • Back in the 90's, Bojack Horseman was in a very famous Tv Show. However, once his 15 Minutes of Fame came to pass, Bojack became a complete mess, becoming a selfish, alcohol-abuser and drug-addicted jerk. He tried numerous attempts at recovering his lost fame, but in the process found himself unintentionally trusted into a journey of self-discovery, leading him to begin questioning himself and his actions and trying to mend old fences, which tended to backfire due to his tendency to make things about himself. After a long struggle and even going as far as losing his half-sister's, Hollyhock, respect and being cut by her out of her life entirely, he seems to be finally on the way to recovering and improving as a person. Even if he's not completely sure about having truly changed even slightly.
  • He was ascended once many deities heard how he really feels about himself and seeing how self-destructive he can, but all portrayed rather realistically. Feeling that it's for his best health he was ascended to make sure he has the help he needs.
  • Many deities have mixed opinions about him, particularly due to his extremely complex character. While few will say that he's truly detestable as he's done his fair share of good and selfless deeds, not a lot will say he's a good guy as his actions towards his friends can attest to.
  • What many deities saw in him is that being a celebrity isn't as glamorous as it seems, and what can happen when one puts fame above personal relationships and when fame eventually runs dry. He posed as an example to the younger celebrities in the pantheon as someone they want to avoid becoming and caused them to see being a celebrity in a different view. If anything the lesson one gets from him is that fame and fortune doesn't equal happiness.
    • Jack Atlas saw him as a possible version of what he could have become. While they both betrayed their friends for fame, Jack was able make amends and rekindle his friendship with Yusei and the others, while Bojack's apology was rejected and wasn't able to have closure with Herb. It made Jack see that he was thankful to have forgiving friends and being able to stop himself before it was too late and he'd possibly be like Bojack.
  • Due to his own upbringing, Bojack absolutely LOATHES Abusive Parents of any kind. The existence of the Child Abuse Supporters makes his blood boil with rage like nothing else has before.
    • He holds a special hatred of Lady Tremaine, as she reminds him a lot of his own mother due to her verbal and psychological abuse of Cinderella.
    • For similar reasons, Ghetsis, Ultraman Belial and Ozai are also some of his most hated enemies of the Pantheon due to their actions towards their own sons. None of them view him as worth paying attention to, as they're too powerful for him to handle anyway.
  • He sometimes visits the House of Family in hopes of finding assistance for his emotional issues. While most women and children are made to be wary of him, some are willing to help him out, seeing as he appears to have genuinely changed his ways.
    • In one instance he believed he had heard Sarah Lynn in the House of Family and was afraid she had ascended too and would feel in the mood to get payback for what he did to her, however it turned out to be Mabel who had a very similar voice. Bojack even noted that she reminded him a lot of Sarah Lynn when she was a child and therefore did his best to avoid her, fearing he might repeat his past mistakes.
  • He's found himself having a surprisingly good friendship with Krusty the Clown, as both him and the Clown are cynical alcoholic kids' show stars with several parental issues, the two constantly hang out as a result. That said, Bojack has long since quit drinking and therefore tries his best not to backtrack when hanging with him.
  • His interactions with other Equine deities have been rather uneasy both ways. Mainly because of his subconscious hatred of horses and the Ascended Deities' knowledge of his past actions. Bojack tends to avoid most contact with horses, although his interactions with Hollyhock made him much more capable of not being too afraid to interact with other equines.
    • Oddly enough, despite finding Discord annoying due to the latter's attitude and tendency to mess with him for his amusement, the Lord of Chaos himself feels a lot of sympathy for Bojack, as his experiences with his redemption and subsequent backtracking are similar in nature to Bojack's own, especially in regards to backstabbing people who gave them a chance and disappointing/hurting them as a result.
      • For similar reasons as Discord's, Starlight also has various levels of sympathy for him, even if she is warier than Discord around Bojack due to his past actions.
  • Like all horses, he became an immediate target of Napoleon's hatred. Bojack himself has nothing but contempt for the pig in return, especially after the pig sent some attack dogs to try and kill Bojack, though he was saved by a timely intervention of the MLP deities.
  • Some people have claimed to have seen Bojack in an alien planet on the Marvel Universe. While Bojack himself hasn't said any word on the matter, he's been curious about whether or not that horse is an alternate version of him, and how that horse lived his life compared to him, even if the state that the horseman was in didn't give him too much hopes of it being any different from his own life.
  • Bojack also avoids the House of Alcohol like the plague, as he has fully gotten over his alcohol addiction and fears relapsing back to his old habits. He doesn't have much to say about it's frequenters and patrons, though, as he himself isn't too interested in getting to know them.
  • Upon hearing of Bojack's ascension, the good-aligned Dragon Ball deities mistakenly thought that the alien conqueror of the same name from their Universe had ascended and went to confront him... Until they actually saw Bojack in person and realized he was just a normal humanoid horse, who happened to share a name with the other one. While most of the Dragon Ball deities left quickly afterwards, Goku and Gohan chatted with him for a while, but not much came out of it, all that is known is that Bojack tries his best not to encounter any of them nowadays, mostly because he is afraid of their power.
  • Oddly enough, he's made friends with Donkey of all equine deities, mainly because the donkey's persistent optimism and ability to see the good in him has reminded him of Mr. Peanutbutter, who is the only person in his Universe that is completely loyal to him no matter what.
  • Bojack saw in Balthazar Bratt a way he, and several child stars like Sarah Lynn, could have ended if he not only had not let go at any point of his 15 Minutes of Fame (Which he did not, as he clung on to his old fame for a long time) but had gone further and allowed said desire for fame to turn him into a monster, Bratt himself had tried to recruit Bojack at some points to get "revenge" on Hollywood, but Bojack turned his offer down without a doubt.
  • Bojack's therapy sessions in the Pantheon have noticeably been easier for him everyday, though this does not mean he's 100% overcome his flaws, as he's still rather rude and cynical, but at least can control some of his impulses now. At the very least he's relieved his therapists and those helping him are far more reliable than Dr. Champ was.

@Crimson Shark I think it might be a good idea to mention the time Frank Castle/The Punisher used an old War Machine armor. Mostly the part were Rhodes talks Frank down into giving up the armor, and reveals the mutual respect that they have between one another.

[up]He doesn't get to ignore other people's concerns just because that way's more convenient for him. And how about you quit being nice for the sake of just being nice? It's easy to say "but this is just for fun", but if you only care about people having some sense of transient "fun" and not about future ascensions, you have no place here.

@ Crimson: War Machine can be enemies with The Grineer. With the more primitive tech out of the various factions they're no slouch in the More Dakka department. They have that sector locked down, actually, and.

Any ally of Molag Bal's is an enemy to Meridia. Despite being a Daedric Prince, she was once Magne-Ge before being cast out which basically places her as an equivalent to a Fallen Angel. Yet the forms she takes are no less divine and is a natural enemy to disgusting entities like Malebolgia even if she can be pretty nasty in her own way.

Count Jyggalag as another enemy to Malebolgia, who would find disgust towards his chaotic nature, something that many Daedra share which he resents despite being a Daedric Prince himself. More than likely he's going to be another big roadblock to the war he wants to rage on heaven considering his powers over sheer deduction and logic is what made every other Prince actually fear him.

I'm finished with Blade. I don't feel like adding anything else to her.

Blade, Goddess of Broken Faceplates (real name: unknown, Blade EX)

Blade unmasked

  • Symbol: Her electrified Whip Sword alongside a pendant
  • Theme Songs: Hidden Beneath the Mask, Lightning Berserk, The Sword Opening The Future
  • Alignment: Currently Neutral Good. Once Lawful Evil under Sumeragi Institute of Human Evolution.
  • Portfolio: Darth Vader Clone, Recurring Boss, Reforged into a Minion, Granted the Azure Striker by Demerzel, They Call Him "Sword", Armour Piercing Attack, Samus Is a Girl, Phlebotinum Rebel, Katana-like Whip Sword with Detachable Blades, Parrying Bullets, Saving Kohaku, Copen, and Lola's life
  • Domains: Brainwashing (formerly), Psychics, Electricity, Swordsmanship
  • Allies: Copen (as Luminous Avenger iX), Gunvolt, The X-Men, Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, Ben Solo/Kylo Ren, The Masked Man, The Frontier Digidestined, Raiden (Metal Gear), Kazuma Kenzaki/Kamen Rider Blade, Tatsu Yamashiro/Katana, The Barian Emperors, Kyoichiro Kuroi/Kamen Rider 3
  • Rivals: The Hunter, Takahashi Takeda, Ivy Valentine, Jetstream Sam
  • Enemies: The Sumeragi Swordsmen, Zonda and the Seven, All Super Supremacists, William Stryker, Arthas Menethil, Infinite, Senator Armstrong, Mistral, Monsoon, Sundowner, King Sombra, Oryx
  • Heralds: The Minos kids. These include Kohaku (her sister), Kyota, Jin, and Maria
  • Under the Sumeragi Institute of Human Evolution their law is absolute. The majority rules here in this world, and the majority in question are the Adepts — humans granted with an affinity for the 7th Lifewave, in other words a Septima. Those who don't possess such abilities in this world are dubbed Minos (as in minority) and are on a steady decline thanks to Sumeragi wanting to wipe them out for good through the efforts of their dispatched personnel. Of them, the stand out member is the personal agent to the Supervisory AI of Sumeragi, Blade, a mysterious swordsmen bearing an electrical Septima... or, rather, should we say a swordswoman bearing an Azure Striker Septima? The story behind Blade is that she was once a Mino herself but in pulling a Heroic Sacrifice to save her fellow comrades, her sister Kohaku included, she was granted a Septima and brainwashed into becoming Sumeragi's specialized enforcer by Demerzel. It's a carry over of his plans involving a "King" and "Queen" for his new world order a century ago where he was forced to put down the older candidates when they couldn't comply with his dream. It wasn't until Copen came along that she'd snap out of her brainwashing and fallout over remembering what she had done that'd she would go on and not only save her sister but also repay his kindness and help in putting down Demerzel for good.
  • Her ascension seems to have come roughly around the time where she and Kohaku reunited with the rest of the Minos kids while carrying an incapacitated Copen and Lola. All she could remember was a bright light and before she knew it Blade and the rest of her friends were in front of the Court of Gods. They concisely explained to her the Pantheon's ins and outs alongside a position she is able to pick up with Blade accepted without question, not just for her sake but for the Minos kids she looked after and all the hell they've been through.
  • Blade's ascension to the Pantheon puts her in an interesting spot with the rest of the Azure Striker Gunvolt Series' deities. This because of the fact that she comes from an Alternate Timeline following a hundred years after Gunvolt and Joule's murder shortly following Nova Tsukuyomi's demise and foiling Project Muse. The relationships between are described at length here.
    • The Court of Gods notified to her that the Copen she knew was but one side of him. While she and Kohaku knew the Copen (under the alias Luminous Avenger iX) as a mysterious stoic but ultimately heroic figure the Copen many people knew instead was of a cold and hateful youth troubled with Black-and-White Insanity against Adept-kind as a whole. A stark contrast to be sure, one that really troubled Blade and her allies, though luckily Copen seems to undergo the former when interacting with them. Call it a particularly odd case of literally bring out the best in a person. Blade hopes that the latter aspect of Copen does grow for the better too.
    • Both Gunvolt and Blade were hesitant at meeting each other and it was quite understandable: Neither of them had any good experiences after meeting another Azure Striker to put it mildly and were half-expecting the other to be Not So Different from them, even nearly coming to blows at one point. It was only until a third-party came in to help talk things over that they came to understand that both of them are far, far from bad people and in the end they were both greatly wronged by the very same person. With the tension cleared up they now have each other's backs due to how similar they are to one another, even if the fact they share powers were brought about by unfortunate circumstances (ie being made to be Gunvolt's replacement through being implanted GV's Septimal Factors taken from his corpse) but Blade is willing to make the most of it, a piece of advice given to her by Copen after being broken free from her mental reprogramming. And really, it's not too dissimilar to what Gunvolt did with the Septima the Sumeragi Group implanted onto him.
    • The leader of the Swordsmen, Nova Tsukuyomi, was appalled at the state the Sumeragi she knew was in. There was no dancing around it: That Sumeragi Became Their Own Antithesis, betraying everything that they once worked for. As such Nova has labelled Blade as a criminal and a threat to be eliminated, both for her (albeit unwilling) association with the group and for having an affinity to the Septima he originally wanted, much like GV. With all the hell she went through from Sumeragi and that the Sumeragi Group are a different kind of evil there's no real love lost in her opposing him or the rest of the Sumeragi Swordsmen and the MegaCorp's forces.
    • Zonda seemed the most troubled by Blade's ascension, specifically regarding the world she comes from. While she's glad that the Minos are nearing total extermination what particularly troubles her is the fact that the dream of "an Adept-only paradise" isn't all that is it's cracked up to be if the world Blade comes from is of any indication. The society there is, in short, a Dystopia, not helped by the fact that the head of it all is a terminally insane despot. Still, she and the rest of her forces continue to fight under the belief that it will be different if they succeed. Blade, heaving the dealt with the strife of an Anti-Human Alliance first hand, continues her battles against them and continuously questions Eden as a whole if the world they're fighting for actually will turn out different through their efforts.
  • Much like Gunvolt, the name "Blade" is but a codename granted to her after her transformation into an Adept. Her real name was never stated otherwise and mainly goes by that name in the Pantheon. Though, at least in the case of GV it's been too long since been referred to anything other than Gunvolt or some variation of and has actually forgotten his actual name. While Blade is most likely the same after her brainwashing she at least has Kohaku — someone who knew her before such a tragedy befell her. And yet despite this Blade seems to have stuck for reasons unknown, though such a thing is inevitable due to being a bit of a Walking Spoiler albeit one not as big of a bombshell as Demerzel. At the very least rest of the Minos Kids think its cool so she's perfectly willing to roll with it for them.
    • Her name brings to mind Kazuma Kenzaki (Kamen Rider Blade) and, due to similar naming theme, Tatsu Yamashiro, otherwise known as Katana. Coincidentally enough she'd actually have the pleasure of running into the two of them individually while roaming the Pantheon on her lonesome. Blade has worked with the two of them quite a lot since then, though fighting with Kamen Rider Blade she can't help but be reminded of The Falcons, a team of Sumeragi Institute Adept she technically led. Mind you, it's not just him that brought The Falcons to mind (there's quite a lot of gods who transform to fight, of course, and Kenzaki is far from the only Rider) but still she can't help but think she's living the past but in a better light now.
  • Though Blade was once a Mino she showed a remarkable amount of capability for the Azure Striker Septima, and it truly shows. While able to use similar moves to Gunvolt such as Crashbolt her use of a special segmented sword means the way she demonstrates her dominion over electricity is considerably different from GV. For one, her Whip Sword is a more direct means of offence and her skilled swordsmanship backed by the Azure Striker means she's able to take all manner of foe straight on. It's apparently enough to give someone like Copen a difficult in time in all of the fights they had with one another and in regaining her true self she was able to fend off several Demerzel holograms to buy time for her sister. Said holograms are the copies of a century old Azure Striker who all the ample time to perfect his craft and fight Copen as an equal before unveiling the real deal. So, yes, it's safe to say she's quite strong and made into The Dragon for a reason, even without the enhancements granted by The Butterfly Effect. Still, Blade trains in the House of Combat to hone this newfound skill of hers.
    • Blade has been confronted with the possibility of somehow restoring her "access" to Berserk Trigger and by extension Thunderandal though has politely refused all requests regarding it. Still, the possibility of regaining such power is out in the open, so who knows?
    • In her time around the Pantheon Blade has attracted many a challenger who also wielded weapons similar to hers. There was of course Ivy Valentine, who has that as her title thanks to it being her mainstay, but along came Takahashi Takeda who dual wields them and even The Hunter who has wielded some trick weapons that bring weapons like that to mind.
  • Even after accepting her new situation and even partnering with her predecessor that unease when it came to other superhuman individuals when she was a Mino hasn't quite truly faded. Not helping that sentiment are the people with powers who actually are quite malicious and people like William Stryker who have demonized people like her. Luckily, kindhearted people with powers like the various members of The X-Men are also quite commonplace and have helped eased that sentiments.
  • She quickly came to understanding that people like her aren't at all uncommon in the Pantheon. At present, she has managed to be in good graces with Darth Vader, the originator of the archetype, alongside his grandson Kylo Ren despite the two's rather more ambiguous positions thanks to turning back from their actions and being unambiguously heroic herself. Still, Blade found herself more at home with the likes of The Masked Man and Koichi Kimura thanks to sharing the pain of having their minds rewritten to inherit their positions as opposed to an actual fall from grace. Blade agrees the Masked Man's fate was pitiful, though she can sleep better knowing his freedom stuck in the Pantheon. As he's not much of a talker they two primarily meet through testing eachother's mettle in the House of Combat. As far Koichi she's glad he was able to and reunite and reconcile with his brother and get the rest of his friends on board as Pantheon gods too, of whom she eventually befriended too. Special mention goes out to Junpei, whom shares her element and was already good with GV, and Izumi, whom Blade sometimes train with.
    • Conversely from this, Blade became enemies with both Arthas Menethil and Infinite. While also sharing similarities with Darth Vader neither Arthas or Infinite mean any good where they are now and has expressed nothing but contempt for the two of them. Blade is particularly venomous about Infinite considering how much of infantile manchild he is behind all his power.
  • Has no idea why people are drawn to joking around with her sister's Thigh High Boots or "joots", as they insist. It's not really aggravating or anything like that, she just wants to understand why it's brought up every time Kohaku is around. It possibly might stem from her sister's... questionable choice in clothing, of which Copen himself and many other gods have commented on multiple times.
  • Finds herself compared to the likes of Jetstream Sam and Raiden by passing gods. The former comes from appearances, specifically in relation to fighting with the antagonists of their stories and their specialized swords and scabbards even if they are fundamentally different. Those who get to know Blade more find she's closer to Raiden overall, mostly when it comes to personality and highlighted further with the lightning motifs he has. Blade has admitted to having assisted Raiden in his ventures around the Pantheon, usually if it concerns the Winds of Destruction and Senator Armstrong, whom she is truly disgusted by after finding out about their enactment of Sears Program, not even wanting to think about the possibilities of the Minos kids falling victim to such schemes. As for Jetstream, who technically is a Wind of Destruction himself but has since jumped ship to become a mercenary again, Blade is distrustful though has on occasion sparred with him and held her own.
  • Being Reforged into a Minion has given Blade not only a fierce hatred to those adept in the ways of mind control, such as with King Sombra and Oryx, but also a great deal of sympathy towards those who went through a similar situation such as her own. She understands the pain the Barian Emperors and Kyoichiro Kuroi/Kamen Rider 3 had gone through, though cannot help feel bad about the fact that they were manipulated into becoming evil. At least she technically chose this route, even if she had no idea her attempt at a Heroic Sacrifice would put her in Demerzel's radar for an agent with the potential to become an Azure Striker.
  • "You used me as your pawn and tormented my comrades, and now... you will pay for your sins!"
