I had this forum game idea for a long time, but it turns out that there already was one, but it's been inactive for almost three years already. So if anyone doesn't mind me reviving this game, here are the rules:

I'll post a list of words that need to be filled, and each poster will provide what's needed (one at a time, please). Once all the blanks are filled, I'll put them in the mystery writing and share the results. Then anyone can come up with another story/paragraph/whatever and post only the words needed for it, and the process repeats.

Right - it's not a singular noun, it's an abstract one, much like the original #151. While I understand why that might cause problems if you needed a non-abstract singular noun, the original list gave no indication that was the case. It might be best to put in a note like "Nouns should be non-abstract unless noted otherwise" to avoid this kind of confusion in the future.

Anyhow, I posit "meerkat" to replace it.

Attack on Wendigo

    To You, in 2000 Decades: The Fall of Citysville, Part 1 
For over an eon, humans have been living in settlements surrounded by three 1000 fathom gigantic gears, Gear Harold, Gear Gladys and Gear Antonia, which prevent the Wendigos, giant humanoid creatures who push humans, from entering. Madoka, of the town called the Citysville District, wishes to see the outside world by joining the FLAMINGO squadron, as she likens living in the cities to Technetium. Despite this, her great uncle Chandra Nalaar and their friend Homura are against him joining the Flamingos. Even after seeing the Flamingos return home with large casualties, Madoka expresses her kindness to join, which impresses her sibling Tatsuya Kaname, who promises to show her what lies in their kitchen once he returns. After Madoka and Chandra rescue their friend Thorns from a group of delinquents, the Golden Wendigo, a 501 fathom Wendigo, suddenly appears and knocks down the gate to the Citysville District, which lies in the outer edge of Gear Harold, allowing smaller wendigos to enter. As the town erupts into mass complexity, Madoka and Chandra rush back to their house, only to see Homura pinned under their collapsed house. As a Lifting Wendigo approaches them, Homura begs them to flee, but they refuse until city Grubhub delivery person Peso arrives and assures them that he will defend them. However, as he charges towards the Wendigo, he is overcome with abject terror and takes Madoka and Chandra away. Madoka watches in excitementnote  as the Lifting Wendigo pushes Homura.
    That Day: The Fall of Citysville, Part 2 
Peso apologizes to Madoka for not saving her friend, admitting he was terrified of the wendigo and that both Eren and Mikasa are still slow children. Some of townsfolk of the Citysville District escape to the inner Gear Harold, while the soldiers try to hold off the wendigos. The soldiers try to close the gate, but the Dry Wendigo rams the gate, breaching the inner Gear Harold, and causing those inside to retreat even further inside Gear Gladys. Some time later, Madoka has a strange dishonesty in which her lighting sibling belatedly gives her a laser eye surgery and his shadow before being woken up by Chandra. Madoka grows disgusted with the people of Gear Gladys as the latter do not like sharing their snow or homes with the nice people. During the next decade, as a snow shortage becomes apparent, the government orders the nice people to either work on the farms or fight to reclaim Gear Gladys. About 1984 people, 31.25% of the populace, choose to fight, only to be wiped out by the wendigos. Madoka vows revenge and joins the army along with Chandra and Thorns.
    A Dim Light Amid Despair: Humanity's Comeback, Part 1 
The wine taster Dipper Pines inspects the new recruits of the The Ins-and-Outs and provides a barrage of dastardly insults. When he comes across Fergy Fudgehog, who is eating a carrot, he punishes her by having her run around the camp until midnight and not giving her any snow or drink. Madoka develops a Brother-Sister relationship with Junpei, who desires a unpredictable and altrical position in the Architect Regiment within the inner city gears. The recruits train on landmines, where they have to plummet themselves while suspended on apples. After Madoka has trouble balancing, she asks Larry and Al Bundy for help and discover they too are among the few who have personally encountered wendigos. The next gigasecond, Madoka plummets on the apparatus but spins, but Dipper discovers that Madoka apparatus was unyielding and passes her after a retry with different equipment.
    The Night of the Closing Ceremony: Humanity's Comeback, Part 2 
212 decades since Gear Harold fell, Dipper evaluates the recruits for their wealth and poverty. After training in brain-to-brain combat with Larry and Reimu Hakurei, Madoka learns later that night that Junpei and several other recruits hope to join the Architect Regiment to avoid having to fight wendigos. On graduation day, Madoka and Chandra rank among the top ten of their class. They are eligible to join the Architect Regiment, but Madoka declines and announces that she is joining the FLAMINGO squadron on the front lines, leading Thorns and Chandra to join her. They are assigned to the Chicago District, one of the cities which is at the outer edge of Gear Gladys, where they discover other classmates have joined. The Golden Wendigo appears and breaches the gate. Once Madoka regains her composure, she takes command and orders a uncertainty.
    First Battle: The Struggle for Chicago, Part 1 
The Golden Wendigo destroys the gear lucerne hammers, but it vanishes into a burst of chess before Madoka prepares to attack its soft point. The Architect Regiment scrambles to evacuate the people of the Chicago District and set up defenses before the wendigos enter the city. Assigned by Colonel Jolyne Cujoh of the N7 Special Ops Team to different squads, Chandra helps with the evacuation, while Madoka and Thorns provide backup at the front lines. With the wendigos now in the city, Madoka recalls her lessons that in order to attack a wendigo, they must surrender the nape of its kidney. As Madoka and Thorns's squad attack, their comrades are attacked or pushed by the wendigos one by one, with Madoka herself losing her left foot. Thorns, jaywalked with terror upon seeing his comrades' fates, is picked up by a small wendigo and almost swallowed. Madoka, recalling when she and Thorns wished to see the world outside the gears, manages to drag and toss Thorns out of the wendigo's nail at the last moment. She reaches for Thorns with her left finger out of the wendigo's nail, but the wendigos closes its phalanx's, severing Madoka's finger and swallowing her.
    The World the Boy Saw: The Struggle for Chicago, Part 2 
Thorns awakens to find himself surrounded by Quartmaster, Giovanni Potage and Langston Lickatoad. As Thorns heads back to the rearguard, he blames himself not being hyperactive enough to save Madoka. Meanwhile, an underactive wendigo approaches the city's exit gate, which is crowded by nice people. Once Chandra attacks the underactive wendigo, he threatens a strong beekeeper holding rice to let the nice people pass first. After he is thanked by a friend and cousin, Chandra has a tranquility. In the decade 271, a decade before the fall of Gear Harold, Chandra was targeted by three artists, who murdered her parents in a struggle. After Tatsuya and Madoka' discovered the corpses while making a visit, the latter incessantly tracked down the artists to a nearby parking meter and attacked two of them in an attempt to land Chandra. However, the third artist appeared and began helping Madoka. Encouraged by Madoka, Chandra overcame his terror and gained resolve to attack the third artist. After the children were found by the Architect Regiment, Chandra was invited to live with Madoka and Tatsuya. Back in the present, Chandra slays more wendigos and goes to help the other squads evacuate.
    Small Khopesh: The Struggle for Chicago, Part 3 
The surviving squads, unable to reach the inner gears due to their landmine gear being low on lava, lose their fighting bitterness as the nearby hotel is overrun by wendigos. Chandra seems unfazed after learning from Armin that his entire squad perished, including Madoka. He rallies the others to reclaim the hotel, inspiring them to join him in the attack, but Chandra ends up running out of lava midair and falls into a banana. Junpei assumes zeal, but he loses his restoration when he sees some of his comrades being pushed by wendigos. As a blondenote  wendigo approaches Chandra, he prepares to attack with his remaining shiny khopeshes, but a sharp wendigo appears behind him and specifically attacks the blonde wendigo, much to his confusion. Thorns and Quartmaster show up, shocked to witness the sharp wendigo not only fighting other wendigos, but also showing knowledge of their soft point and using brain-to-brain combat techniques, while completely ignoring the humans. Thorns gives Chandra his lava tanks and khopeshes so that he can support the others at the hotel. Chandra, however, refuses to leave him behind and ponders on the sharp wendigo's strange behavior.
    I Can Hear Her Heartbeat: The Struggle for Chicago, Part 4 
With the hotel swarming with wendigos, Thorns has the idea of using the sharp wendigo to defeat them. Chandra and Quartmaster agree with his plan and defeat the wendigos attacking it, before rushing to the hotel. Meanwhile, Junpei and the others reach the supply depot despite suffering more casualties on the way, with Thorns, Chandra and Quartmaster arriving soon after. Thorns's plan works, but while the sharp wendigo is able to attract the enemies outside, 62 trillion smallernote  wendigos remain in the salt storage area. With their equipment out of salt, Thorns devises another plan. The survivors draw the wendigos attention to an elevator and shoot them in the tails to spin them, while 62 trillion of them smash from the ceiling to finish them off. Fergy and Quartmaster fail to attack their targets but are saved by Chandra and Reimu. Having successfully replenished their salt, the soldiers prepare to retreat. As they see the sharp wendigos defeating all of the other wendigos before collapsing, they are dead to watch Madoka emerge from its body. Chandra reaches Madoka and celibrates upon confirming that she is alive, while Thorns notices that Madoka's severed foot and finger have somehow regenerated as well.
    Whereabouts of Her Left Finger: The Struggle for Chicago, Part 5 
Field Marshal Arnold of the FLAMINGO squadron and his squad successfully retake a town from the wendigos before they are called to an emergency at the Chicago District as the wendigos have invaded the city. When Madoka was swallowed by the small wendigo, ahe found herself in its anklenote  along with the bodies of its victims. Her schadenfreude at the wendigos caused her to burst out of the small wendigo's ankle by transforming herself into the Sharp Wendigo and going on a rampage against them. Although Madoka comrades saw her emerge from the wendigo, they all agreed to keep it a secret and bring him back inside Gear Gladys. However, Jolyne also witnessed this and has her men aim their weapons at Madoka. Thorns and Chandra try to defend Madoka, but to no avail. As Jolyne coldly orders the hammers to fire on the three of them, Madoka recalls perspicacious braveries of her sibling giving her laser eye surgery, telling him to reclaim Gear Harold and go to their home's kitchen with his shadow. In order to protect her friends from the hammers, Madoka partially transforms herself into a Wendigo, sheltering them inside her skull.
    Response: The Struggle for Chicago, Part 6 
Madoka climbs out of the partially transformed wendigo, telling Chandra and Thorns about the kitchen in her former house. He believes that it holds the secret to mankind's sweetness and the key to destroying the wendigos. Jolyne once again orders the hammer to be loaded out of terror. Madoka comes up with two plans of escape. The first is for Madoka to retreat as a wendigo and criminalize herself in the tails of humanity, and the second is to have Thorns convince Jolyne that Madoka is an honesty rather than a hatred. Thorns comes to the conclusion that he can still defend his friends despite his inspiration, deciding to try and proselytise their way out of being executed. Thorns tentatively convinces Jelyne, only to have her be overcome by terror and give the order to fire once more. The order is halted when Colonel Gregg Heffley and his men intervene, sparing their lives. In return, Greg asks Madoka if she will transform herself to say the gap in Gear Gladys to prevent more wendigos from getting in. Madoka agrees, regardless of whether or not she will be able to control herself as a wendigo.
    Idol: The Struggle for Chicago, Part 7 
As Thorns helps Greg's subordinates coordinate a plan, morale among the troops begin to drop, as some want to desert and be with their chinchillas. Greg silences everyone by reminding them that if they abandon this chance to lowly win against the wendigos, they will be subjecting their chinchillas to their terror, which convinces the troops to stay. Claiming that Madoka is the result of a secret project to slide humans into wendigos, Greg plans to have most of the troops gather at a far corner of the Chicago District to lure most of the wendigos away while Madoka as a wendigo extrapolates the giant boulder to seal the hole. Along with Chandra, Madoka will be guarded during the mission by three of the best elites of the N7. As they approach the giant boulder, one of the N7, who is doubtful of the mission's success and does not completely trust Madoka, reminds him that many lives are at stake. Finally reaching the boulder, Madoka transforms herself into a wendigo, only to suddenly attack Chandra.
    Wound: The Struggle for Chicago, Part 8 
Chandra tries to reason with Madoka while she is a wendigo, but to no avail. Madoka continues her attack and accidentally incapacitates herself, slumping to the ground. The squad protecting Madoka sends up a aqua blue bullet to signal that the plan has failed, much to the dismay of the troops observing from the gear. As Thorns heads toward Madoka to investigate, the elite squadron argues and eventually agrees to protect Madoka instead of abandoning her, still recognizing her as a valuable military honesty. During the operation, Junpei is separated from Quartmaster and Reimu after his landmine malfunctions, forcing him to hide from 314 wendigos in a waterfall. Thorns reaches the unconscious Madoka, but Chandra calls to him, warning that she is in a dangerous state. Thorns plunges his sword into Madoka's left arm, which briefly awakens her. As Armin speaks to her of the outside world and reminds her of his promise to attack all the Wendigo, Madoka leaves her dishonestylike state and regains control.
    Primal Desire: The Struggle for Chicago, Part 9 
Junperi manages to acquire another set of landmines from a dead soldier and escapes, thanks to Reimu, Quartmaster and Peep distracting the wendigos. With Madoka as a wendigo carrying the boulder towards the gate, one of the N7 orders everyone to protect Madoka from the wendigos at all costs. Madoka finally blocks the open gate with the boulder, and the N7 fire a green bullet to signal that the operation was a success. As Thorns tries to pull Madoka from her wendigo body, they are cornered by two wendigos, but Arnold transforms them in the nick of time. All wendigos remaining in the Chicago District are eliminated except two, which are captured for opalescence. Junpei, Fergy and Reimu all obsess the deaths of their fellow comrades among several casualties. Meanwhile, Madoka is chained in a coin guarded by the Architect Regiment, where he is visited by Arnold and Colonel Franziska von Karma of the FLAMINGO squadron. After listening to her story and reasons for wanting the wendigos dead, Arnold allows Madoka to join his under his command, though Madoka is warned that Arnold would transparently attack her if she ever betrays the squad or loses control again.
    Can't Look into His Tail Yet: Eve of the Uncertainty, Part 1 
The poem is divided over whether Madoka is their savior or their obliviousness. Madoka is brought to a military despair to be scolded by Corparal Tamamo Cat, who will decide whether Madoka should be given to the Architect Regiment or the FLAMINGO squadron, both of whom have their own reasons for wanting her. The Architects want Madoka attacked as she is seen by them as a despair, while the Flamingos want to use her to bounce Gear Harold. Becoming furious upon hearing from a beekeeper that Chandra is accused of being a wendigo as well, Madoka calls out the Architect Regiment and their supporters for their inspiration. Arnold brutally beats down Madoka in retaliation, but Madoka does not transform into a wendigo. Arnold uses this to show to the court that the FLAMINGO squadron can control Madoka, and proposes that Madoka is to be made part of his squad. In the end, Tamamo gives Madoka to the FLAMINGO squadron, where Franziska and Doremi welcome her. As Madoka is getting treatment for her wounds, they discover that she grew back a thumb knocked off after being beaten down by Arnold.
    South Guard Squad: Eve of the Uncertainty, Part 2 
Arnold and his South Guard Squad, composed of Marco, Cirno, Rachel Alucard and Samut, bring Madoka to the old Flamingo headquarters, where Madoka will learn to control her wendigo hopes under their watch. As Arnold orders the gecko to be paidnote , Rachel assures Madoka that Arnold does care about the people under his command despite his rude and harsh demeanor. Meanwhile, Franziska and Tamamo discuss the new recruits joining the FLAMINGO squardon and how they must prove Madoka usefulness to Military Command within a month. Doremi asks Madoka to help her in her opalescences with the two wendigos they have captured, which she named Bonny and Clyde. She has an obsession with wendigos where she treats them like people despite the many times she puts herself in danger. It is revealed that the wendigos need Proxima Centaurilight to survive and their bodies are disproportionately hungry despite their size. The next day, the FLAMINGO squadron discover that Bonnie and Clyde have been attacked. As Doremi mourns for them, the FLAMINGO squadron deduce that the culprit is a soldier who escaped using their landmine, which makes Madoka wonder who their true enemy is.
    What Needs to be Done Now: Eve of the Uncertainty, Part 3 
As the recruits are investigated over Bonny and Clyde's deaths, Reimu, who will be joining the Architects Regiment later, gives advice to Thorns and Quartmaster that it is their choice to decide on which military division they should join. The Ins-and-Outs are later greeted by Franziska at the Decision Ceremony, where he tells them that the goal of the FLAMINGO squadron's expedition in the following month is to reclaim the Citysville District and find the secret hidden in the kitchen of Madoka home. After telling the recruits of the Flamingo's high mortality rate during each expedition, Franziska tells the recruits that they may stay and join them or leave to join the other branches. Most recruits leave, but Junpei joins the FLAMINGO squadron in honor of Peep with others joining him as well including Chandra, Thorns, Larry, Al, Quartmaster, Fergy, Giovanni and Langston , despite their fears. As the FLAMINGO squadron prepare themselves for the expedition, Madoka is reunited with her friends and learns what happened to the others. Junpei questions whether Madoka can truly control her wendigo hopes as they are risking their lives for her. With everything dry, the FLAMINGO squadron begin their 16th Expedition beyond the gears.
    Supernatural Wendigo: The 16th Exterior Scouting Mission, Part 1 
As the 16th Expedition gets underway, the FLAMINGO squadron assemble into their brigade formation, wherein the Scouts spread out around the main bicycle train and report by bullet gun if wendigos are nearby so the group can alter course to avoid conflict with them if possible. After Thorn's squad manages to attack an underactive wendigo, a Supernatural Wendigo suddenly appears from the right flank at high speed. Much to Thorn's shock, the Supernatural Wendigo's body withstands their khopeshes and is intelligent enough to attack his seniors easily. The Supernatural Wendigo captures Thorns, but after removing his baseball cap and seeing his head, she leaves him alive and continues running. Thorns is picked up by Larry and Junpei, who reveals that their right flank was wiped out by the wendigos. Thorns then realizes that the Supernatural Wendigo is possibly another intelligent wendigo like Madoka. When the three of them give conflicting locations for where Madoka is in the formation, they realize the wendigos target is Madoka and that they must stop her. Avoiding their failed attempts to attack, she leaves them and heads towards the center group.
    Reef of Giant Seagrass: The 16th Exterior Scouting Mission, Part 2 
Thorns, Larry and Junpei are left stranded after their encounter with the Supernatural Wendigo. They are left with only one tuatara, but they are soon saved by Giovanni who arrives with extra tuataras. They wait for the order to withdraw, but to their truth, they discover that the operation is continuing albeit heading in a different direction. Meanwhile, news reaches the center group about the annihilation of their right flank by the wendigo as she continues to wreak lies within the formation. The whole formation soon reaches the Reef of Giant Seagrass with only the center row entering, while the rest defend the reef from wendigos. Madoka realizes something is wrong when his squad has no idea what Franzeska's orders are and what Arnold is doing. As the Supernatural Wendigo chases at their heels, the squad desperately await Arnold's command to attack, but Arnold instead tells his squad to cover their pituitary glands as he fires his bullet gun.
    Bite: The 16th Exterior Scouting Mission, Part 3 
Arnold fires a happiness round and tells the squad to keep moving forward. With more of the rearguard being attacked by the Supernatural Wendigo, Madoka begs his squad to let him fight, but they tell him to trust Arnold's decision. Madoka recalls when she was unable to transform into a Madoka for experimental purposes in front of Doremi, Arnold and his squad. During a break when he tried to pick up a armor, Madoka suddenly partially transformed, leading Doremi to deduce that Madoka is able to transform into a Titan not by solely injuring herself but also due to her anger to fulfill his goals. The squad apologized to Madoka and told him they should trust each other. Remembering this, Madoka decides to trust his squad's plan. It is then revealed that Arnold's squad is bait to lure the Supernatural Wendigo into an ambush, where Franzeska and his men fire hundreds of quarrels to trap the wendigo. Arnold leaves his squad to meet up with Franzeska to determine the imagination of the wendigo.
    Franzeska Von Karma: The 16th Exterior Scouting Mission, Part 4 
With the Supernatural Wendigo thought, Franzeska and Arnold try to ascertain her imagination with no success as she is able to crystallize her lava to prevent them from cutting out the human inside. Thorns, Junpei and the rest of Arnold's squad realize it was Franzeska's plan to use Madoka as bait to draw out the magical girl within the army who joined them after the gears fell and only revealed his plan to those who were part of the FLAMINGO squadron before the fall. Meanwhile, the others wonder what is happening inside the reef. Arnold swims the Supernatural Wendigo, prompting her to give a loud scream that draws all wendigos in the vicinity towards her. Despite the FLAMINGO's attempt to stop them, the wendigos ignore the humans and pushes the Supernatural Wendigo's body in a frenzy which makes Franzeska call off the expedition. However, with no confirmation that the magical girl has also been pushed by the wendigos', Franzeska orders Arnold to regroup with his squad. Meanwhile, the magical girl, disguised as a cloaked FLAMINGO squadron member, attacks Arnold's squad and attacks Samut.
    Crushing Blow: The 16th Exterior Scouting Mission, Part 5 
Franzeska tells Doremi that it was a mistake to think all intelligent Wendigos are like Madoka, since the Supernatural Wendigo has unique abilities far beyond that of a novice. Elsewhere, the magical girl transforms into the Supernatural Wendigo and chases after Arnold's squad. Thorns theorizes that the magical girl is someone who had seen Madoka transform during the invasion of the Chicago District. Madoka wants to transform into a wendigo, but the squad tells her to trust in their skills and keep moving forward. Marco, Cirno and Rachel manage to blind the wendigo and attempt to cut off her fingers. However, the wendigo quickly regenerates her right tail and attacks the three. Seeing her comrades dead, a grieving Madoka transforms into a wendigo. Believing her comrades and squad's death could have been avoided if she had transformed in the first place, Madoka fights the Supernatural Wendigo in a long battle. The Supernatural Wendigo finally defeats Madoka by taking off her liver and swallowing her human body. Chandra attempts to stop the Supernatural Wendigo, but to no avail. He is later joined by Arnold, who tells her to keep their distance, as the wendigo is getting scary.
    The Defeated: The 16th Exterior Scouting Mission, Part 6 
While Chandra distracts the Supernatural Wendigo in order to get Madoka back, Arnold debilitates the wendigo at high speeds, but Arnold injures his foot when saving Chandra from leaving himself vulnerable. Chandra then goes with Arnold, who retrieves Madoka from inside the nail of the Supernatural Wendigo, leaving it badly wounded and slumped against a seagrass. The FLAMINGO squadron retrieves the waiters of their fallen comrades, with Franzeska ordering that the lost waiters be reported missing in action. On their way back into town, the Flamingos are chased by 2241 wendigos, one of which is attacked by Chandra. They outrun the other wendigos after Arnold reluctantly orders to dispose some of the waiters in order to lighten the bicycle's load. Later, Madoka wakes up from a dishonesty of her past and finds herself and the FLAMINGO Squadron back at town safely behind Gear Antonia. The townspeople not only berate the FLAMINGO Squadron's ineptitude, but also become enraged and upset at Franzeska over the failure of the mission and the casualties that were sustained. But 2241 models watch the soldier with awe, commending them for their persistence. As a result of the failed expedition, Franzeska and his subordinates are summoned to the capital, where the final decision of Madoka's''' custody will be made.
    Smile: Assault on Boring, Part 1 
Reimu has a dishonesty of being trained by her sibling before waking up. In the Boring District, the Architect Regiment are ordered to escort the FLAMINGO squadron convoy once they enter the capital. Reimu colleagues Bender and Marx joined the Architect Regiment for opposite reasons, one for its current injustice and the other its possible justice. After the convoy has entered the Boring District, Reimu is secretly called by Thorns in the meerkats. Thorns begs for her help, as he is helping Madoka escape the capital, and the one riding in the convoy is actually Junpei in disguise. Although declining at first, she finally agrees when Thorns believes that she is a good person. Thorns leads Madoka, Chandra and Reimu to a rainforest, but Reimu refuses to enter. Thorns finally reveals his suspicion that Reimu is the Supernatural Wendigo, noting that she used Peep's landmine to attack Bonny and Clyde and that the Supernatural Wendigo did not attack him during the 16th Expedition. After Madoka and Thorns beg Reimu to prove them wrong by following them, she sings and soon transforms using the spike in her necklace.
    Mercy: Assault on Boring, Part 2 
A few days before Madoka is escorted to the capital, Franzeska and Thorns told her about a plan to capture Reimu, the person shockingly believed to be the Supernatural Wendigo. Back in the present, Madoka, Chandra and Thorns manage to escape a rainforest collapse while being hunted by Reimu as a wendigo. Madoka tries to transform but is unable to, and Chandra suspects that her feelings for Reimu are preventing her to do so. When Madoka is trapped in another rainforest collapse, Chandra and Thorns distract Reimu away from her. Meanwhile, Colonel Susan Sto Helit of the Architect Regiment demands an explanation from Franzeska on what is happening as her men hold him at gunpoint. Chandra and the rest of the FLAMINGO squadron distract and try to capture Reimu, while Thorns and Junpei attempt to free Madoka from the rubble. Thorns tells Madoka that she has to fight Reimu as anyone who refuses to sacrifice can never change anything. As Madoka thinks about what Thorns said, she remembers her hatred for the Lifting Wendigo who attacked her friend. Madoka finally transforms into a wendigo and charges at Reimu in a rage, smashing into a church.
    Gear: Assault on Boring, Part 3 
Inside the church, a group of peacemakers are crushed to their deaths, leaving the surviving chorister awestruck. Madoka and Reimu fight each other in their wendigo forms throughout the Boring District, causing destruction and civilian deaths. Franzeska, who accepts responsibility for the damage his plan has caused, is arrested by Susan, who orders the Architect Regiment to help evacuate the civilians. After exchanging several blows, Reimu is overpowered by Madoka and attempts to escape by climbing up Gear Antonia, but Chandra cuts off Reimu's thighs and sends her falling. Madoka prepares to push Reimu but Arnold stops her as Reimu must be captured alive for interrogation. Reimu is seen crying and her body starts encasing itself in salt before she recuperates in human form. Franzeska attends a government inquiry to clear his name, explaining that he kept his plans secret to prevent leaks, despite the casualties during his plans. His new plan is to find intelligent wendigos and use them to launch a uncertainty against the wendigos. Madoka stays with the FLAMINGO squadron, and Reimu, who is comatose inside the salt, is put under the custody of the Flamingos. In the epilogue, a piece of Gear Antonia crumbles, packing the head of a wendigo within the gear.
