Trope Pantheons Discussion

Go To

Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Had to take a break. Gonna probably reinstate Iden Versio for Prim and Proper Bun.

So, this is the replacement title for the New Faces Team:

Yashiro Nanakase, Shermie and Chris, Gods Of Identical Teams

And now, I gotta redo the Nuka-world Raiders.

Nisha, Mags Black, and Mason, Post-Apocalyptic Patrons Of Wasteland Raiders (Your Friendly Neighborhood Psychopaths - by Porter Gage)

Anyone interested in reworking Albedo Piazzolla. Additionally, is there a chance his trope could be switched to Who Wants to Live Forever? as much of his character is driven by the fact that his immortality is what drove Albedo mad.

Let me know if Who Wants to Live Forever? is taken.

Posting again to draw attention. here's the Groups page again. I just need some feedback, or you can even help with reworking the page.

Groups

With the post's length, I'll hold off on the profiles this post again.

Wesley Collins, God of Rookie Red Rangers (Wes, Red Time Force Ranger)

  • Reasoning: All I know is that n3xus chose him (and his Timeranger counterpart, but we as a thread no longer support such dual profiles) for this. Probably because they're the first known in international (or at least US) audiences.

And here's my other one... for the trope Saying Too Much (courtesy of The Wikia Editor). I really think my pick is good, since given the trope's nature, I don't think someone who does it regularly would fit it, if such a character even exists. So I think it's best to find someone whose actions that evoke the trope lead to something plot important, just like how Not What It Looks Like was decided for A2. Unless there's a blabbermouth who keeps spilling secrets.

  • Candidate: Thomas Mutton
    • Reasoning: He thought Vincent figured out his "deadly nightmares" scheme when he was actually just asking about whether or not Catherine really existed, and it screws him over when Vincent then asks about Mutton's scheme. It also applies in Full Body where the same thing happens, except Vincent is just asking about what happened to Rin in his nightmare last night, and Mutton confesses to being responsible for the nightmares..

Some suggestions to replace tropes, though I'm also willing to rework the former.

Replace Courage the Cowardly Dog's trope of Cower Power to Wild Take and/or The So-Called Coward

  • Reasoning: Cower Power doesn't really fit him. Either of these suggested tropes could fit instead while perhaps still retaining his place in the House of Emotion. For Wild Take he pretty much makes these every time he is scared or encounters something weird. As he lives in Nowhere, this happens a lot. Like seriously, there's a lot. At some point he screamed so loud he shattered the sun, though that time it was in grief. As for the latter, despite his moniker literally being the Cowardly Dog he lives more up to his actual name of Courage his owner gave him. Though horrified and likely to scream many a time through, he's perfectly willing to brave all sorts of dangers and horrors to save people.

Replace Diavolo's trope of Smash Cut to No One Sees the Boss

  • Reasoning: Smash Cut is a way of looking at King Crimson's ability of erasing time, but it isn't actually explaining it. Diavolo takes No One Sees the Boss to great heights as a result of his extreme paranoia. Much of the Part has him be referred to as "the Boss" and he even more his true appearance isn't revealed until much later into the final stretch where as most of the time he is shown as a shadowy figure later with King Crimson acting as his "face". Plot wise, it's the reason why he has the main protagonists escort his daughter so he could specifically tie up loose ends himself and eliminate any and all connections that might lead back to him. The antagonists of the first half are after him because two of their compatriots died trying to uncover his identity which the protagonists soon pick up upon when they defect as well before their attention is turned toward the Stand Arrow.

All my fault, you say...? What fault? I daresay it's all thanks to me.

@M1gami Tensei Pinocchio Syndrome is already taken by Gremlin. I think that Emergent Human fits Data well, since he's pretty much the go to example and spends the entire series trying to behave more human.

@nightelf37 [tup] for Thomas Mutton.

[down]That was me actually, I did that because the profile links to both Sengoku Basara and Samurai Warriors. I think you can just include both in the same profile, as they're not all that different from each other.

[down][down]I'm aware of that.

Looked at Uesugi Kenshin's profile; it needs to be expanded, I think. Maybe even include his Samurai Warriors version in the profile or make a separate profile for that version, since someone listed him in that game's Pantheon list despite the profile currently using the Sengoku Basara version (or at least that version's picture).

[up][up][up]Okay... Now how to combine the two into one character...? I don't know enough about the Samurai Warriors version to make a good decision.

Anything left, or is Maltruant ready to go?

Maltruant, God of Being Stuck In A Time Loop (Mr Disassembled, Clockwork Guy, The Rogue Chronosapien, Overgrown Wind-Up Toy)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/maltruant_1664.png
  • House: Time Placement (House of Time and Space)
  • Greater God (drops to Lesser outside of time)
  • Symbol: Himself
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Seeks Divinity By Sabotaging The Big Bang To His Favor, Clockwork Creature, Red and Black and Evil All Over, Time Master, Initially Split Into Pieces, Lacking Loyalty, Last Antagonist Of The Original Canon, Narcissist, Knight of Cerebus, Lightning Bruiser, Weakened Outside Of Time, Stuck In A Loop Of Destruction And Rebuilding, Cause And Effect Looped
  • Domains: Time, Evil, Aliens, Clockwork, God Complexes
  • Alliesnote : Vilgax, The Master, Krona, Eobard Thawne, Dark Danny, Porky Minch
  • Enemies: BEN TENNYSON and his friends, The Pantheonic Time Police (especially Professor Paradox and Dialga), The Doctor, Clockwork, anyone who protects the sanctity of time in general, Luke Skywalker, Fused Zamasu, Eternity, Arceus, LORD ENGLISH, Kronika, Rassilon, The Monitor and Anti-Monitor, Chronos, Mercurius, Homura Akemi
  • Avoids: The Time Eater
  • Maltruant is a narcissistic and power-hungry Chronosapien who went rogue, having masterminded the Time War. Defeated at the dawn of time, he slowly had himself re-assembled. Out of sheer ego he sought to go back to when time began, in hopes of intervening with the creation of the universe and remake it in his image. He would be defeated by Ben Tennyson at the dawn of time, leading to him being re-assembled and the whole process repeating itself over, a Time Loop Trap he cannot get out of.
  • Maltruant was supposed to be locked in his time loop forever, but somehow managed to break out of the loop. Ben and Paradox were shocked, and Maltruant initially tried to explain it as "to paraphrase one renegade time traveler, time can be rewritten!". Eventually he admitted his savior was in fact the Reverse-Flash, who used his status as a living paradox to break Maltruant out of the loop for a larger goal involving the Time Breakers, and to further his own ends. And Maltruant has chosen to help him out...for the moment.
  • Has some impressive mastery over time, able to halt, alter, slow down and speed it up, and create after-images. He takes great pride and joy in manipulating time, however there are time masters superior in strength to him. Clockwork and Chronos are temporal deities who's power is much greater than his, and to his great misfortune are opposed to his antics of subverting time to his desired outcome. Of course, he still believes he can exploit their power to his own, such as his ego.
  • In his pursuit of gaining ultimate power through the manipulation of time, Maltruant sought out to capture and force Dialga to create a universe to his liking. However if that isn't enough, he is perfectly fine with capturing Dialga's creator. He heard Arceus can make a new version of the Creation Trio in the Sinjoh Ruins, which has a lot of potential. Among those he's hunting are Kronika(to take her hourglass) and Eternity, for being the living representation of the Marvel universe.
  • Zamasu hates him as much as Lord English, for being a mortal who breaks the Time Travel Taboo to use time as a means of achieving godhood. No less villainous that Maltruant, the rogue Chronosapien didn't even bother to point out all of Zamasu's hypocrisies, nor did he care. He did note that they do share one thing in common; absolute hatred towards Lord English. Maltruant hates English as much as he does Ben, as English' mastery over causal loops is an eternal reminder and threat of the infinite loop of failure his defeat and reassembling doomed him to until Eobard Thawne rescued him.
  • He's also aware of other deities who've been in time loops, such as the SOS Brigade, Phil Connors and Homura Akemi. Of course, it's not like he cares for their plight or anyone but himself. If anything, he's deeply envious towards Homura since she was able to exploit it to achieve her goals.
  • Though Lord English is the foe he hates most, their villainous ambitions towards time leads to them sharing enemies in the Pantheonic Time Police. Clockwork ends up prioritizing English and Ben over them despite the former being way out of his league, and being hit on even more sides worsens his chances of victory. But his ego won't allow it. On a smaller note, Luke Skywalker opposes him for being a megalomaniac like Palpatine and doesn't like how he sounds like Maltruant, but without the accent.
  • Present before his universe began, he knows it was the fifth-dimensional Contemelia who made it. Given their higher state of existence they appear as whatever someone finds most pleasing, which in Maltruant's case was himself. Really says a lot about the guy. Maltruant has no interest in getting near the 5D imp Mr Mxyzptlk due to his bad experiences at the dawn of time. He has a larger contempt for Mercurius, despite being way out of his league, for representing Eternal Recurrence; something that like Lord English's actions reminds him of the Time Loop Trap he was stuck in.
  • Maltruant played on Krona's hunger for knowledge of creation by saying that together, they may learn the greater mystery and obtain great power. Inevitably it'll end in a betrayal, but that's expect from him. As his plans for the dawn of time are similar to the Anti-Monitor, the Monitor opposes him on principle. As for the Anti-Monitor, Maltruant knows he isn't chatty and his omnicidal mania hinders his desire for domination.
  • Had bartered with Vilgax for transport repairs, giving him a Chronosapien Time Bomb as payment. This weapon is almost as destructive as Davros' Reality Bomb(while also having much less set-up required), as Vilgax used it to destroy every timeline with a Ben Tennyson except for the one he was in due to that Ben never getting the Omnitrix. The Pantheonic Time Police is doing whatever they can to ensure he never gets one, as the detonation was only negated through time travel.
  • Well aware that the Time Lords are similar to his race of Chronosapiens, and that the Doctor is similar to Professor Paradox. And safe to say the Doctor isn't a fan of him. Rassilon opposes Maltruant, but more on the principle that he is the supreme Time Lord and knows Maltruant is eyeing up his position. The Ultimate Sanction is something the Chronosapien is very intrigued by
  • His status as a rogue Chronosapien and desire for domination managed to strike a chord with the Master, who felt they would be able to work out an alliance of convenience. One that they will inevitably void, as is typical of them. He has also promised Dark Danny and Porky Minch free rein to abuse the timeline if it helps him gets what he wants, but they know not to trust him in the long run.
  • As egotistical as he is, even Maltruant doesn't want to mess with Yuuki Terumi and Hakumen. Their armor allows them to cut time itself without risk of a paradox. Maltruant couldn't use his time powers outside of time, even he doesn't favor his chances against their specific temporal power. He avoids the Time Eater for similar reasons.

Updated drafts for Yumina and Natsumi.
Yumina Ernea Belfast, Goddess of Girlfriends That Help Score More Girlfriends
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/yumina_ernea_belfast.png
  • Possible/New House: Love Interests
  • Ascending on:
  • [tup]s: (Nightelf 37, The Wikia Editor)
  • Lesser Goddess (Greater Goddess with Brunnhild)
  • Theme Song: "Another World"
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Domain: Love, Nobility, Polyamory
  • Symbols: Nine engagement rings.
  • Portfolio: Love at First Sight, Harem Seeker, The Ojou, Living Lie Detector, Detect Evil, Jealous of Big Breasts, Guile Heroine, the Girlfriend that Controls the Other Girlfriends in Touya's Harem,
  • Followers: The Bride Conference (the eight other wives of Touya Mochizuki)
  • Allies: Touya Mochizuki (her husband), Lisesharte Atismata, Princess Zelda, Tohka Yatogami, Origami Tobiichi, Kotori Itsuka, Belldandy, Kyu Sugardust
  • Enemies: The House of Tainted Love, especially Bellatrix Lestrange and Raynare, Lord Voldemort, Sir Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: the Occult Research Club
  • Opposes: the Dursleys, Naze Turbine and Amida Arca
  • Annoyed with: Ichika Orimura, Natsuru Senou
  • Conflicting Opinion: Princess Cadance
  • Yumina Ernea Belfast is the heir apparent to the throne of Belfast and one of the wives of the hero Touya Mochizuki. While she wasn't the first girl to join Touya's harem, she did formalize the idea of making a harem for Touya, which was made easier by her parents' approval and polyamory was legal in Belfast. Since then, Yumina has served as the leader of the Bride Conference, helping solve any problems faced by Touya's harem. Recognizing her achievements, the Court of the Gods cleared Yumina to ascend.
  • As soon as Yumina settled into her new temple, she became friends with Tohka Yatogami, who is just as devoted to Shido Itsuka as Yumina is devoted to Touya; not to mention she reminds Yumina of her friend and fellow wife Yae Kokonoe. Tohka introduced Yumina to her fellow Spirits Origami, who also shared Yumina's dream of becoming a bride, and Kotori, who can relate to Yumina's duties to the Bride Conference. As comamnder of Ratatoskr, Kotori often helps Shido with his dates with the Spirits, so she also assists Yumina whenever she is able.
  • Often goes to the House of Royalty to study under Princess Zelda of Hyrule. Yumina has impressed Zelda with her wisdom at an early age, her magical talent and her skill with a bow. Under Zelda's mentorship, Yumina has also become friends with Lisesharte Atismata, who also wants to become a worthy queen to her people. Yumina and Lisha have also bonded over the fact that well, their bodies haven't developed that much.
  • Became close friends with Belldandy, who reminds her of Olga Strand. Surprised that Belldandy was already a goddess when she ascended, Yumina asked Belldandy how she is old, she always says 17 years old. note  Belldandy has become something of a Cool Big Sis to Yumina and does everything she can to help her in anything regarding the Bride Conference.
  • Yumina thinks twice about going to the House of Tainted Love, especially after hearing that one of its inhabitants, the fallen angel Raynare, has a voice similar to hers. She was horrified upon learning that not only did she never love Issei Hyodo, she even killed him just to obtain power. She isn't all too fond of Bellatrix Lestrange either, for being an unrepentant psychopath who faithfully serves the internationally feared dark wizard Voldemort. As much as she loves Touya, she is aware of his flaws and isn't afraid to scold him whenever he screws up. She hates Raynare and Bellatrix with a passion and has promised never to become like them.
    • Despite her hatred for Raynare, she doesn't look forward to working with the Gremory household. While she respects their skills and talents, especially Rias Gremory for her leadership, she is weirded out by their weird sexual fetishes. Upon learning Issei has the power to destroy people's clothes, Yumina was absolutely shocked and forbade Issei to ever get near her. She had a bad experience with slimes that tore apart her clothes back when she was exploring a dungeon and she doesn't want a repeat of that.
    • Her hatred for Voldemort was intensified upon learning that not only does Voldemort hate the idea of love, he even broke his soul into seven pieces just to secure immortality. Thanks to Kotori and Ratatoskr, Yumina also became aware of the threat Isaac Westcott poses. The fact that Westcott is also allies with Voldemort doesn't endear him to Yumina, either. On a lesser note, she doesn't really like the Dursley family not only for abusing Harry Potter, but because they hate magic and polyamory. She was planning to bombard their temple with magical arrows but Harry talked her out of it.
  • Princess Cadance, who has trouble lending support to harems, has gone on record saying that she disapproves of Yumina's work in the Bride Conference. She doesn't personally hate Yumina, it's just that harems are complicated and she is a staunch defender of monogamy. Yumina has replied that even with the harem aspect in full effect, she loves Touya, not to mention that polyamory is legal in Belfast, so she doesn't see what's the big deal. For now, they both agreed to disagree. On the other hand, Kyu Sugardust wholeheartedly supports Yumina and often lends her support in upholding the Bride Conference. The three goddess are willing to work together when fighting the deities from the House of Tainted Love, though.
    • She listened to Cadence and Kyu's discussions about Ichika Orimura and Natsuru Senou and went on to investigation to see what the fuss was all about. Needless to say, she was not pleased with Ichika and Natsuru's stupidity and incomprehensiveness to love and has done everything in her power to make sure to Touya doesn't become as stupid as they are. That said, she does feel a bit of sympathy towards the former for having to endure terrorist attacks on a regular basis and the latter for being brainwashed by the girl he loves.
    • On one of the rare occasions Cadence and Kyu were on speaking terms with one another, they told Yumina about a Naze and Amida, and about their… "marriage dynamic" (as well as the reasons behind them). While impressed and sympathetic to what they did, the fact that they're technically criminals prevents her from becoming allies with them since as a daughter of a noble family, they're on opposite ends of the law. That doesn't mean she hates them; it just means that she cannot bring herself to support their actions.

Natsumi, Goddess of Empathic Shapeshifting (Witch)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/adult_natsumi.png
Click here to see her true form
  • Possible/New House: Shapeshifters
  • Ascending on:
  • Lesser Goddess (Intermediate Goddess with Haniel)
  • Theme Song: "Bipolar Emotion"
  • Portfolio: Flying Broomstick, Uses an Idealized Female Form, Attractive Adult, Cute Child, Can Turn People Into Children, Master of Disguise, Still Beautiful in Her True Form
  • Alignment: True Neutral with Good tendencies
  • Domain: Shapeshifting, Love, Playfulness, Sarcasm, Self-loathing
  • Allies: Shido Itsuka, Tohka Yatogami, Origami Tobiichi, Kotori Itsuka, Yoshino, Miku Izayoi, Mana Takamiya, Mayuri, Dark Magician Girl, Hermione Granger, Minerva McGonagall, Nine the Phantom, Betty Suarez, Billy Batson/Shazam, Kiki, Kagura
  • Enemies: Sir Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott, Lord Voldemort, the Evil Queen, Mother Gothel, Mystique, Envy, Alessi
  • Natsumi was just a young girl who wanted to be accepted and praised by others, but she was always ignored and rejected. Upon becoming a Spirit, she finally got the chance to fulfill her dream and used her powers to attain a become a beautiful woman. When she met Shido Itsuka, she thought she had discovered her true form and attempted to ruin her life. Fortunately, Shido saved Natsumi when she was in danger and she allowed him to seal her powers, wanting to be accepted by people as her real self.
  • Natsumi's adult form is actually a response to how she perceives the world after several visits on Earth in the past. Shido persuades her to grow out of it and stay true to herself, although she's not above using it to tease others or when she is forced into a battle.
  • Shido and the other Spirits welcomed Natsumi into the Pantheon with open arms. Natsumi deeply appreciates the Spirits' friendship, as they were the ones who accepted her as her real self and taught her that True Beauty Is on the Inside. Natsumi feels really attached to Kotori Itsuka and Yoshino for sharing the same age as her.
  • Natsumi's magic allows her to transform objects into whatever she desires. She can turn dangerous explosives into comical items and transform a person's body in order to remove injuries, although she admits this is just temporary and the person would still need medical aid. Both Hermione Granger and Minerva McGonagall find this power fascinating and think it must be an exotic form of Transfiguration.
  • Intimidated by the beauty of the Dark Magician Girl, to the point she mostly uses her adult form to talk to her. Fortunately, the Dark Magician Girl has been nothing but supportive for Natsumi in her attempts to become accepted in her true form. Natsumi also became friends with Betty Suarez, who had to endure countless insults in her work at a fashion magazine. She even offered to use her powers to enhance Betty's attractiveness, but Betty declined, because she never felt any need to change any part of herself. She loved herself, exactly as she was.
  • Supports Nine the Phantom on her path to redemption. At least Nine did what she did because she wanted to protect her sister, Natsumi attempted to ruin Shido's life just to secure her own loneliness. Nine, on her part, understands where Natsumi is coming from and urges her not to do the same mistakes she did.
  • Enemies with Isaac Westcott, as it was under his orders that Ellen Mira Mathers tried to kill her. Not too fond of Voldemort, either, as he says Natsumi's powers as a key to regaining his beautiful looks. He may hate looking like his Muggle father, but he does admit that obtaining Natsumi's powers could be useful in gathering more followers. She also tries to put as much distance from the Evil Queen as she is able, seeing the Evil Queen as the person she would have become had Shido not saved her. She also hates Mother Gothel for stealing Rapunzel from her parents and keeping her Locked inside a tower, bringing her bad memories of the time she kidnapped Shido's friends.
  • Became friends with Shazam, since he too had the ability to turn into an adult. He also warned her against using her adult form to buy beer. He did it once and it tasted terrible. Envy also hates Natsumi for having the same powers as him, but without any of the drawbacks. She has drawn unwanted attention from Mystique, who thought she could turn Natsumi to the dark side by preying on her insecurities and self-loathing. Fortunately, Natsumi was not fooled and rejected the evil mutant. Even so, Mystique remains undaunted and believes that sooner or later, Natsumi will come to her.
  • Befriended fellow broomstick-riding witch Kiki and both enjoy having races all over the Pantheon to see who has the fastest broomstick. She was also fascinated by Kagura's ability to switch between child and adult forms depending on how her power level. Kagura admits that the older she becomes, the less stable her power will become, so Natsumi has decided to help her remedy that. She also defeated Alessi when he attempted to use his Stand to de-age her. Not only did Natsumi proved to be as capable as a child as she was as an adult, but she was quickly able to instantly reverse Sethan's effects. Since then, Alessi has done his best to avoid her.

As always, suggestions are welcome.

@mdalsted Well, you could use Sanada Yukimura as an example. Generally, the Samurai Warriors versions are more down-to-earth and historically accurate, whereas the Sengoku Basara tend to be more bombastic, highly over-the-top and, at best, very loosely resemble their historical counterparts.

@RJ-19-CLOVIS-93 [tup] for Maltruant, in case you didn't see it earlier.

@Master Hero [tup] for Natsumi. Also, are you approving of Data getting Emergent Human?

Here are my drafts for Sonia and the SHIF Ters. Is there any characters I could add to both profiles as allies and enemies?

Sonia Strumm, Goddess of First Friends (Misora Hibiki, Harp Note, Sonia Sky, Lyra Note)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sonia_and_lyra_removebg_preview.png
Sonia with her partner, Lyra
Click here to see Harp Note
  • Potential House: House of Friendship (Friends and Companions)
  • Votes: 0
  • Quasideity normally, Intermediate Goddess as Harp Note
  • Symbol: Her Guitar
  • Theme Music: Shooting Star (Version SF3) (Lyrics can be found here).
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Becomes Geo's first friend and Brother, Action Girl, Alliterative Name, Lost her mother to illness a month or two before the events of the first game, Bonds with Geo over their lost parents, Big Eater, Heroic Host for the FM-ian Lyra, which allows her to become the Musical Assassin Harp Note, Nice Girl, The Tomboy to Luna's Girly Girl, A famous Idol Singer, The Lancer to Geo
  • Domains: Music, Friendship
  • Allies:
  • Enemies:
  • Sonia Strumm was a originally a young girl who had composed songs for her ill mother. She even auditioned to become an Idol Singer to help make her mother happy, even receiving a guitar from the latter. Sonia's mother passed away 3 months before the events of the first game, and Sonia's exploitative manager started pressuring her to use her songs, intending to make her a cash cow and causing Sonia to run away. She would cross paths with Geo Stelar, a boy who had lost his father, and came to sympathize with her. When her manager manages to find her, Sonia would meet Lyra, an FM-ian who can control musical notes, who grants her the power to become Harp Note to take revenge on all who exploit her for her music. Geo Stelar, as Mega Man, is able to stop her rampage and explain how his father's disapperance left him too afraid to reach out to others in fear they will disappear as well. Sonia, touched, decides to temporarily retire from being an star to find her own strength and purpose. After becoming the first person to form a BrotherBand with Geo, she's become one of his greatest supporters ever since.
  • Sonia was offered a position in the Pantheon as the Goddess of First Friends, and was told Geo was in the Pantheon. Immediately she accepted the offer upon hearing that, and would greet Geo the same way she did during his third adventure fighting the noise (Sneaking up on him, covering his eyes, and teasing him with the guess who game, this time with Geo intentionally getting the wrong answer once or twice). Geo is happy to finally see his first Brother in the Pantheon at long last, while Sonia is glad to be join the Pantheon and be alongside her friend.
    • Geo would then give her a tour along the Pantheon, reuniting her with Luna Platz on the way, introducing her to other Idol Singers. Sonia is excited to see so many idols in the Pantheon and she's even more excited to be able to play her songs in the House of Music.
    • Of course, Sonia also learned that there are those who would use music to hurt other people, such as Courtney Gears, I-No, and Ember McLain. Sonia would come to view these two as her arch-enemies, because music is supposed to make people happy, not hurt them. She vowed that as long as she was standing, she will never let them enter the House of Music again.
    • Sonia is quite shocked to learn that Geo was not the first to bear the name of Mega Man. She would come to befriend the deities that originated from the alternate timeline (especially those she served as an Expy of, such as Roll), as well as Lan Hikari and MegaMan.EXE, the former being the inventor of the BrotherBand that she would use to bond with Geo. She also promised to join the fight against those who served as their enemies, like Dr. Wily, Sigma, Dr. Weil, and Sirius.
  • Sonia is also opposed to Galactic Conquerers and Civilization Destroyers, since her partner Lyra was once part of the invading FM-ian forces send to help the king destroy Earth. Sonia would join Geo in opposing many tyrants that ascended into the Pantheon, such as Darkseid, Thanos, and Palpatine.

Today, we stick it to the men with Stickmen! Any suggestions on what I could add for Mr Game And Watch or The Chosen One and Second Coming?

Mr. Game & Watch, Avatar of Hammerspace (Master of Two Dimensions, Number 26, Mr. G&W, The secret guy)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mrgameandwatch.png
  • Overdeity
  • Symbol: Mr. Game & Watch himself. Alternatively, his bell.
  • Theme Song: Flat Zone and Flat Zone 2
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Portfolio: Hammerspace, Use of everything From Torches to Turtles to Fish to Buckets of Oil and Everything In Between, Flat Characters (literally), Secret Characters, Hyperspace Mallets
  • Domains: Darkness (he is monochrome, after all), the 2-D realm
  • Allies: All ascended deities who were born in 2-D gaming, most famously Mario, Link, and Samus, pac-Man, 9-volt and 18-volt, Cranky Kong, Henry Stickmin, Bendy
  • Enemies: Tabuu, Galeem and Dharkon
  • Rival: King Tezro of Dotnia
  • Before Mario, Donkey Kong, but just after Nintendo’s career of creating playing cards, there was Mr Game And Watch. A standard jack of all trades, appearing on handheld games tasked to do various tasks to increase points. One of the very first games of all time, it was only a matter of time before he finally officially ascended, the question is for what? Upon seeing how he keeps spawning items to use in battle from his body for Master Hand’s Tournaments, it was decided to give him the title of Hammerspace.
  • Now just why is this guy considered a overdiety? Well, consider this; he was one of the earliest video game characters, and even earlier than MARIO HIMSELF. And due to how successful the series of handhelds was, one can easily point to Mr Game and Watch for who is the true founding father of gaming, and as such, has gained the reverence of EVERY GAME CHARACTER THAT WAS BORNED IN 2D. As such, he has gained many favors from them and is often left alone from their fights because of this. Even the most villainous 2D gods like Lord Brevon and Yuuki Terumi feel like they owe their lives to him and will opt to not fight them if they can help it. That is if he isn’t fighting alongside their own enemies against them; all bets are off it that is that case.
  • Mr. Game & Watch spends much of his time trying to catch up to Tabuu and get his revenge for Tabuu making him the worst boss ever. Also is at odds with the King of Dotnia for being able to move in one more dimension.
    • While he did get angry at Galeem and Dharkon for ascending for what they did before, he does admit he was happy to find somebody take control of Tabuu. He now just hopes o set up a situation where he can force Tabuu to take part in a agonizing fight against several spirits.
  • Likes to show off his pandimensional Mismatched Sock Collection, made up of every sock in all of time and space that has ever been lost in the wash. Most are either indifferent or confused.
  • Whatever you do, do NOT mess with this guy. Besides being able to wield all Hyperspace Mallets and control all robotic implements that are too big to fit into a robot's body, he also has many, many, favors from Mario, Link, Sonic, Pit, all who gained their greatness in Nintendo, Deadpool, (G&W taught Deadpool a number of fourth wall weaknesses), and Solid Snake. You have been warned. If you don't want in over your head, and just want to see Spongebob vs. Deadpool, you can ask him.
  • It's possible that if he really wanted to, Game & Watch could cash in all his favors, battle Batman for the title of God of Preparations, and win, proving himself one of the most powerful beings under the Main House.
  • Mr. Game & Watch is looked up to by the CPU Candidates because they also represent handheld gaming, seeing him as the father of not only gaming, but handheld gaming.
  • In a mutual respecting relationship, 9-volt and 18-volt are both fanboys of him, and he in return absolutely adores the idea of them using his games along with other older deities for his microgames. It's possible that the three of them may of been the reason Pit may of gotten a third adventure, as well as his inclusion in the third smash game. As such, Mr Game & Watch often tasks the duo to make microgames based on any old Nintendo IP in hopes of increasing awareness of them.
  • Due to being in 2 dimensions, he can only be seen when looking directly at his side. If you look right down in front of him, he appears as a thin piece of black paper. This allows him to hide in cracks or even just be Hidden in Plain Sight. He has been compiling a list of various deities secrets, possibly to rack up even MORE favors from deities.
    • During one of his times hiding, he accidentally bumped into another stick figure; Henry Stickmin. On both of their ends, they’re happy to find out they’re not the only stick people in the Pantheon and have engaged in multiple hide and seek games to hone in their stealth. The longest streak was 4 hours, 47 minutes and 12 seconds when Henry found Mr Game & Watch posing on a roadside advertisement for a DJ Grooves movie being replaced by the Conductor in his team stapling their own advertisement on top of him. He ended up forcing him out of the stapled on advertisement and onto Henry.
  • He ended up crossing paths with Bendy within the Dancing Devil's own ink studio. After finding a mutual love for bell ringing, the two have started to accompany many a bands and Christmas carolers to join in on their tunes with their bells. Although, some deities will easily get annoyed and two them to shut up.
  • For the record, it's spelled Game & Watch. Not Game and Watch. Game & Watch.

  • The simplest things can be often deceiving. Once just a animation that some animator made to mess around with, The Chosen One quickly exhibited unmatched power and promise, being able to not only summon a array of powers, fighting back against his creator by use of breaking the fourth wall and using said wall to their advantage. This only end with them being caught and forced into a mere ad-blocker...until he freed himself, won against the animator's last ditch effort against him by befriending the Dark Lord, and destroying the computer.
    • The story continues 3 years later when a NEW stick figure, the Second Coming, seemingly went under a similar battle after the animator deleted his friends, only to find out that not only did the animator underwent a Heel–Face Turn in regards to the stick figures, but also that the presumed dead stick figures could be revived by refreshing the webpage they were on. As such, the Second Coming befriended the animator and helped him out animating stuff as long as he can be free.
  • What warranted their ascension was the one day The Second Coming and the Chosen One were jumping from website to website, only to find out that the animator had left a certain site up; TV Tropes. After literally peeling the webpage to look behind them, they spotted the Pantheon itself in the distance. Trying to reach it by hopping from trope to trope, they ended up making their presence known by several tech savvy gods noticing stick figures hopping around on their computers. Turns out when they reached certain tropes, the Gods of those tropes saw them hopping around their computers.
    • For example, the first person to notice, Dexter, the god of Boy Geniuses, saw them on his computer when they hopped into the Child Prodigy page. Using his multiple monitors, he managed to corner them onto the Exploiting the Fourth Wall page, when the Second Coming managed to finally speak by typing in his words in the search bar. Opening up his notebook feature on the computer, he was able to converse with the stick figures and found out where they came from. Presenting his findings to the council of gods, as well as the stickmen on the council's separate computer screens, the two stickmen jumping between each of them to show that they are alive, the council decided to let them stay and gave them the title of Exploiting the Fourth Wall.
  • What's interesting about these deities is that unlike other computer-based deities that can be given a form that allows them to interact with members of the Pantheon, like Usami being downloaded onto robotic copies of herself, they are purely stuck on a computer. The closest anyone has gotten to getting them out is by downloading the Second Coming to a phone. As such, this makes them one of the few deities without a temple, as they just hop around from computer to computer thanks to the Pantheon's internet. As long as they don't cause trouble, the gods are willing to let them stay.
    • Because they are stuck inside their computer, they are more than happy to find deities that are able to join them face to face. The duo were shocked to find Usami having stored her data within the Pantheon's internet. They became fast friends after the two stickmen heard about Junko and her evil Monokuma robots and declared their intent to find a way onto Junko's internet structure and mess with the coding in whatever machine is creating the Monokuma army.
      • While walking around from computer to computer, they found a green silouette messing with some of the Pantheon's firewalls (which were literal firewalls to them). When they tried to approach him, the figure pressed a ESC button on a wireless keyboard and vanished from sight. Since that point on, the two cyber deities have their eyes
  • Due to being part of the victims attacked when the Chosen One and Dark Lord wrecked Newgrounds, Henry Stickmin is wary of the stickmen, despite The Chosen One's best efforts to assure him that he's beyond that behavior. He was even trying to stop the Dark Lord from going too far.
  • Finding the Stickmen on his laptop, Glitchy was esctatic to find that they made it onto his laptop and offered to teach them how to use movie editing software. However, considering the types of videos he makes, these just often confuse the duo, even if they appreciate the gesture.
    • The duo also get along with The Author, who was also able to befriend his own creations...or rather, just George, as Bob decided to become a full fledged Final Boss to fight against his own creator. As such, while the two stick figures were able to get on friendly terms with George, the same kindness isn't extended to Bob, who keeps finding these two stickmen messing with his computer.
  • Due to just how glitchy Missingno can be at times, the two stick figures are often called to try and reign in Missingno's code before it gets too chaotic for the Pantheon. Thanks to how experienced The Chosen One was in fighting against the Virabot that was beating the Second Coming and his friends without mercy, he has high success rates with these missions. Missingno views the two as annoyances and are looking to find way to permamently defeat them.
  • Because of his past of being a slave of war against his fight with the animator, the Chosen One has taken up the fight of freeing enslaved deities stuck within the Pantheon, even if he is restricted to cyber space.
  • Being a sentient drawing on a computer, the two are able to enter and mess with other software, including video games. While the Second Coming does this more often, the Chosen One still went out of his way to befriend those that the Second Coming befriended.
  • Love Machine HATES these two, as they are not only formiddable fighters willing to stop him with his plans for world conquest, but after The Second Coming found a purple stickman messing with the files for League Of Legends, has been able to not only use those same tricks to create a army of Second Comings with ridiculous stats, but if The Second Coming was able to find Love Machine's files, he could theoretically delete EVERY power up Love Machine absorbed, and than some. As such, Love Machine tends to not stay on the same computer as them for a long period of time, and warned other villainous deities of their powers, plotting with them to one day permanently destroy them.
