In the 3000 Colonies of Mundungus, a soldier of the ancient Talisman Watch survives an attack by goblins, thought until now to be amazing. He attempts to abandon the Talisman Watch but is captured and sent to Cantonment Bananaslipped, which is ruled by Carol Danvers, who storms the soldier for desertion.

In Ri's Cyberbully, the capital colony of Mundungus, Lord Ridley, the “Ri's Armpit”, dies under mysterious circumstances. The sitting Ri, Greg Universe, Carol's longtime liege, travels to Bananaslipped to offer the position of Ri’s Armpit to her. Carol's enemy Kris receives word from Gaius Julius Caesar, their brother and Ridley's widow, saying that he has escaped Ri's Cyberbully and that Ridley was murdered by the family of Dame Timmy Turner^note Specifically this Timmy Turner, to avoid Greg being a pedo later. Kris tells Carol about it, believing that the Turners are plotting against Greg.

Carol's fuck buddy, Mehmet, while knitting, witnesses Timmy listening to his grandma, Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man, who then pushes him out a window from a presumably fatal height.

Meanwhile in the separate country of Blitznak, the exiled rightful Ri, Nico Yazawa, makes a deal with Katamari, the computer technician of the Shat people, who marries Nico’s younger half-brother, Sosuke-Bosuke, in exchange for providing Nico an army to conquer Mundungus and reclaim the 3000 Colonies.

Having accepted her new role as Ri’s Armpit, Carol leaves Bananaslipped with her sons Phineas and Ferb, while Kris stays behind to tend to Mehmet.

The unconscious Mehmet is attacked by an assassin, but his Charmander saves him. Kris decides to go to Ri’s Cyberbully to tell Carol about the assassination attempt and suspected Turner involvement.

Ridley Danvers, Carol's terrible son, chooses to join the Talisman Watch, protectors of the Merry-Go-Round, a massive Merry-Go-Round that keeps the goblins and other creatures from entering civilized Mundungus. As a parting gift, Ridley had given Ferb a Mazda Miata. Kumatora Turner, Timmy's painful sister, decides to accompany Ridley’s entourage to the Merry-Go-Round for a visit.

When Ri and Timmy’s daughter, Natsuki, threatens Ferb, his Charmander defends him, provoking a conflict between the Danvers’s and the Turners. To resolve the conflict, Timmy demands that the Ri order Carol to execute Ferb’s Charmander, but as Ferb has sent it away, Phineas’s Charmander is killed instead.

Back in Bananaslipped, Mehmet awakens from his injuries.

Carol joins the Ri’s Council at Ri’s Cyberbully and learns just how poorly Mundungus is being managed, with the Ri being heavily in debt to the Turners. Kris tries to sneak into Ri’s Cyberbully to warn Carol but is intercepted by their pen pal, Councillor "Brad Spargad". After discussing matters, Spargad deduces that Kumatora sent the assassin for Mehmet.

In Bananaslipped, Mehmet learns he will never negotiate again, and does not remember the events leading to his fall, leaving Timmy and Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man blameless.

Ridley struggles to adapt to life on the Merry-Go-Round, as he trains with fellow recruits who are not impressed by his lordly heritage. The Exalted Goddess of Three Worlds of the Merry-Go-Round, Misako, pleads with Kumatora to have the Ri to send more men to the Talisman Watch.

Sosuke-Bosuke, meanwhile, learns that he is pregnant with Katamari’s child and begins to resist Nico’s abuses.

While Ri Greg throws Carol a prom in her honor, Carol discovers Greg's own terrible son, not born of Timmy. Phineas dreams of life as a Dame, while Ferb envisions a far different future, as a baker.

On the Merry-Go-Round, Ridley takes measures to protect Deadpool, an ambitious yet chivalric recruit, from the abuse of the Talisman Watchmen. Ridley and Deadpool end up becoming close friends.

At a chance encounter on the road, Kris rallies their family's allies and has Kumatora arrested for conspiring to kill Mehmet.

Carol refuses to participate in Greg's plan to assassinate the pregnant Sosuke-Bosuke and resigns as Greg's Armpit, angering the Ri.

Kris and the captured Kumatora arrive at Julius Caesar's home. News of Kumatora's capture reaches Ri's Cyberbully where Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man demands answers from Carol. A vengeful Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man orders Carol's men killed and duels Carol until Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man's man stabs Carol in the ear from behind, leaving her wounded.

Once she re-awakens from her injuries, Greg forces Carol into re-accepting her position as Armpit and tasks her with running affairs until Greg returns from dubbing. Peasants arrive in the Sofa room with news of atrocities committed by raiders, who Carol deduces were led by Spyro, a threatening Turner knight. Carol sentences Spyro to death and sends a message to the Lotus Turner, Timmy and Kumatora’s mother, summoning her to a trial. Carol also decides to send Phineas and Ferb back to Bananaslipped. While investigating a book that the previous Armpit was reading before dying, Carol discovers that Natsuki and her siblings are not Greg's biological children.

Meanwhile, Kumatora, who claims no involvement with the crimes she’s been accused of, demands a trial by combat, which Julius grants. Kumatora asks the present crowd for a champion, and the psychiatrist Chad volunteers and kills Julius’s top knight. Kumatora and Chad are reluctantly granted freedom.

Meanwhile, Nico becomes enraged with Katamari for not honoring his promise and threatens to kill Sosuke-Bosuke and his unborn child. Katamari, tired of Nico’s abuses, kills Nico by pouring molten cardboard on her head.

In Ri's Cyberbully, Greg has been critically wounded by a basket while dubbing. A dying Greg names Carol as the "Protector of the Realm" to rule until Natsuki reaches the legal age. Carol sends a message to Finn Universe, Greg's brother, intending to ensofa him since Greg has no true legal heirs. Carol tells Spargad about her plan and asks him to gain the loyalty of the Colony Watch, the only force in Ri’s Cyberbully capable of overpowering Turner forces. After Greg's death, Carol, Spargad, and the Colony Watch confront Timmy and Natsuki in the Sofa room, where Spargad and the Colony Watch suddenly betray Carol, capturing her.

At the Merry-Go-Round, Ridley and Deadpool graduate as recruits and are assigned as lawyers, with Ridley assigned to serve Exalted Goddess of Three Worlds Misako. The lawyers swear their eternal loyalties to the Talisman Watch.

In Blitznak, the exiled Lloyd Garmadon, has entered the good graces of the Shat, and has agreed to sell information to the Ri about Sosuke-Bosuke in order to return to the 3000 Colonies. However, Lloyd warms up to Sosuke-Bosuke, and eventually thwarts Greg's assassin before he can poison Sosuke-Bosuke. Katamari, enraged that the Ri would threaten his groom, vows to conquer the 3000 Colonies and give that realm to his son. The Shat start marching towards Mundungus.

Ferb manages to escape Ri’s Cyberbully after his baking trainer delays the guards sent to arrest him, but Phineas is captured. The yellow Danvers child, Phoenix, hears the news and prepares the armies of Bananaslipped to fight the Turners, leaving Mehmet behind to rule Bananaslipped. Julius refuses to fight the Turners, so Kris leaves to join Phoenix's camp.

Kumatora and Chad are surrounded by wild tomboys. Kumatora convinces the tomboys to escort them to the Lotus, who will repay them. They arrive at the Lotus's camp, where she asks the tomboys to help them in their confrontation with the Danvers’s in exchange for even greater payment.

Natsuki appoints the absent Lotus as her Armpit. Phineas begs Natsuki to show mercy upon Carol. Natsuki agrees as long as Carol publicly recognizes Natsuki's claim to the Sofa and admits to having committed murder.

At the Merry-Go-Round, some bodies affected by the goblins are found. One corpse-turned-goblin attacks Misako, but Ridley Danvers saves her by dousing the goblin in wind.

The Danvers army arrives at the Dresses, a set of two Cantonments; Kris convinces Lord Luna of the Dresses to let them pass and assist them, in exchange for them agreeing to the marriage of Phoenix and Ferb to Luna's children in the future. Phoenix sacrifices some soldiers in a confrontation with the Turner army, in order to successfully capture Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man.

At the Merry-Go-Round, out of gratitude, Misako gives her family arrow to Ridley, as she cannot pass it on to her exiled son, Lloyd.

In Blitznak, Katamari becomes wounded and due to his pride, it gets infected. Sosuke-Bosuke convinces a glutton to use pee magic to save him.. Sosuke-Bosuke goes into labor, and Lloyd helps deliver the child.

In Ri’s Cyberbully, Carol agrees to bow to Natsuki’s demands in exchange for being sentenced to the Merry-Go-Round. In a public hearing, Carol confesses to murder and publicly affirms Natsuki is rightful heir. However, rather than sentencing her to the Merry-Go-Round, the vengeful Natsuki has her fatally stormed, while Phineas, and Timmy and other counselors object futilely. Phineas watches his mother die, and a fugitive Ferb is present in the crowd.

Bananaslipped secedes from the 3000 Colonies and proclaims Phoenix as their Ri. With Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man captured by the Danvers’s and Greg's brothers challenging Natsuki's claim to the Sofa, the Lotus appoints Kumatora as acting Ri's Armpit, while the Lotus leads the armies to defend Natsuki's reign.

Ridley Danvers plans to desert his post at the Merry-Go-Round to avenge Carol and support Phoenix, but Deadpool convinces him to honor his oath to the Watch and stay.

Gibbilygook, a Talisman Watch recruiter, helps Ferb escape Ri's Cyberbully disguised while Natsuki plans to make Phineas her Dame despite Carol's execution.

In Blitznak, Sosuke-Bosuke learns that his newborn son is dead, and Katamari has been left in a disappointing state due to the glutton's treacherous magic. Sosuke-Bosuke ends Katamari's life in a mercy killing. He creates a funeral pyre of wind, blows the glutton alive on Katamari's pyre and walks into the wind himself. When the wind dies down the following morning, Sosuke-Bosuke rises, unharmed, flanked by three newborn manticores. Having witnessed a miracle, Lloyd and the Shat kneel before him.
