Trope Pantheons Discussion

Go To

Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Touched up Joshua's profile, but what can I do with his interaction with Bruce Almighty?

  • Greater God, but his RG/UG form is that of a Lesser God
  • Symbol: His cell phone
  • Theme Song: Calling
  • Alignment: True Neutral at first with an Evil leaning, Neutral Good after development
  • Portfolio: Tough, Effeminate Men, Has An Eye For The Brooding Anti-Hero Kind, Ambiguously Gay, Uses His Cellphone To Drop Objects From The Sky Or Cast Down Beams Of Light, Deadpan Snarker, Insufferable Genius, Physical God, Lonely at the Top, Being The Composer Is Hard, Authority Equals Asskicking, Victorious Antagonist, tries to corrupt Neku but ends up being "purified" by him instead, Not-So-Easily Forgiven, Restored My Faith in Humanity, Smug Smiler, Took a Level in Kindness
  • Domains: Death, Disguise, Holiness, Tokyo (or specifically, Shibuya)
  • Herald: Sanae Hanekoma, The Producer, and is actually of higher rank than Joshua. However, he prefers not to have that much attention, which is why he isn't the representative deity.
  • High Priest: Peco
  • Followers: Mokona, The Rainbow Faces, Fizban/Paladine, The Celestial, Luna/Althena
  • Allies: Neku Sakuraba, Shiki Misaki, Beat, Rhyme, Sora, Riku, Oerba Dia Vanille, Kaworu Nagisa, Bruce Nolan
  • Enemies: Master Xehanort and his cohorts, YHVH, enactors of Assimilation Plots like Keel Lorenz
  • Respected by: Crow
  • Opposed By: Sho Minamimoto
  • When Neku first met Joshua, it was during his second Reaper's Game where Shiki became his entry fee, requiring him to find a new partner. He was like Neku, but encouraged his isolationism, which Neku resisted since by that time, he's been learning to open up to people thanks to Shiki. There was also the fact that Joshua might've been the reason he was in the Reaper's Game in the first place by killing him. Despite that, Joshua has come to think of Neku as a friend.
    • The truth turns out to be a lot more complicated than that. He's actually the Composer, who orchestrates the Reaper's Game in the first place, and he planned on Shibuya's destruction because he thought it was losing its Imagination and wanted it destroyed before its influence could poison the rest of the world. His Game Master Kitaniji was against the idea, so the two played a Game to determine the district's fate. And Neku was Joshua's Proxy, meant to represent the worst of Shibuya to validate its destruction. However, his time spent with Neku, who changed almost completely for the better over the course of three Reaper's Games, ultimately convinced him to spare the city; if even the worst can improve, maybe it isn't hopeless for Shibuya to do the same.
  • Joshua has been in the Pantheon for a long time now, despite having no trope to his name (although he could've been someone's follower/high priest for awhile), and he had observed the ascensions of Neku and Beat, but never made an appearance until shortly after the Great Upheaval. He had distracted himself by playing Tin Pin Slammer in an alternate universe, which he had visited before for most of Neku's third week in the UG playing the Reaper's Game a third time before Hanekoma called him back. After satisfying his boredom, he returned to the Pantheon, and soon found a trope for his own: God Was My Co-Pilot.
  • Joshua is usually found on the mortal plane, observing mortals from a distance. Whenever Neku and Beat make trips down to the mortal realm to spend time with Shiki and Rhyme (before their own ascensions to the Pantheon), Joshua keeps his distance, but still watches. He wanted to join them as Neku's friend, but never did, at least until Sora convinced him to.
    • It was thanks to him that Rhyme eventually ascended, by channeling her dreams.
  • He's a rather annoying person to be around, but is still rather smart, to the point where he can keep up with Minamimoto's rambling.
  • Ever since returning the Pantheon, Sho Minamimoto has once again started making attempts on Joshua's life. He's more interested in being the Composer than taking his position in the Pantheon, however. CRUNCH! He'll add God Was My Co-Pilot to the heap. No attempts were successful as of yet. He's rather amused by these attempts, over all.
  • Is in direct opposition of Master Xehanort and his cohorts for the Heartless destroying his and his friends' world sometime after the whole Reaper's Game business. Joshua saved what he could of them by bringing the remnants of their dreams to Traverse Town when it appeared before him and used Rhyme's dream to open the portal into it. That was where he met and befriended Sora and Riku.
  • Is perfectly alright with wearing women's clothing.
  • Shio Ramen is his preferred form of tribute.
  • Only a select few in the Pantheon have seen Joshua in his full Composer form. Even Sora and Riku only got a glimpse at his wings. Minamimoto may have seen it, but both refuse to comment on the matter.
  • Despite his godlike powers, he too was a victim of the Friendship Asylum. Neku, Rhyme and Beat were able to save Joshua from the asylum, but not without a corrupted Riku being able to torture Joshua with his magical feathers. The resulting wounds would require Black Jack to operate on Joshua to save his life.
  • Has the respect of Crow of all gods for his victory in deciding on the fate of Shibuya and using the hero Neku as a pawn for accomplishing that plan. Sure, he ultimately decided to spare the city when his original plan was to destroy it, but that's not that much different from Crow's own change of mind when it came to his plans.
  • After one time where [[Pantheon/{(Insanity}} Shinji Ikari]] briefly confused him for Kaworu, Joshua decided to pay this other White-Haired Pretty Boy a visit. At his temple, they both learned about each other's roles and worlds, which has also brought SEELE to Joshua's attention.
    • After hearing of their Assimilation Plot by way of Instrumentality, it deeply disturbed him how much worse other variants of Kitaniji's plan could've gone in the hands of other people and has promised to help put these to an end.

Despite this, Nao decides to make new memories with Yuu and the rest of the student council and his sister; New Transfer Student (Yuu, Ayumi, and Yusa); Belligerent Sexual Tension until they become an Official Couple (Yuu and Nao); Sibling Yin-Yang (Yusa and Misa); Huge fans of Yusa Kurobane (Takajou and Ayumi)
  • Domains: Puberty, Superpowers
  • Herald(s): Shunsuke Otosaka and the rest of his crew; Kazuki Tomori (Nao's older brother); Shou and Kouta (Misa's friends)
  • Allies:

  • On speaking terms with: Makoto Niijima (Nao)
  • Rivals:
  • Enemies: Supervillains in general
  • Wary of: Misa Amane (Yusa), yanderes (Ayumi)
  • Respects: Superheroes in general, The Witches
  • Pitied by/Pities:
  • Opposed by/Opposes:
  • Conflicting Opinion:
  • Every 75 years, a comet called Charlotte will arrive on Earth. Those who are young to inhale it's dust, they will receive powers when they reached puberty but will eventually lose them once it stopped. Yuu Otosaka uses his ability on taking over other students' body to become an ace student. Once he was exposed by the student council of Hoshinoumi Academy, he and his sister were forced to transfer to an another dormitory and to their school, which is an institute that protects those that have abilities and/or have the potential to awaken it. The goal of the student council is to protect other ability users from getting caught by the scientists and convince them to never use their powers ever again. However. ..
    • Escaping from the dormitories just to go to school when Ayumi was recovering from her sickness, her traumatic awakening from her powers thanks to a jealous yandere causes her death. Suffering from guilt that he never repayed her kindness, Yuu eventually suffered from isolation, until Nao saved him by recreating the Otosaka omelette rice recipe that Ayumi kept remaking. Remembering his memories from a previous timeline thanks to a song from Zhiend, he then sought out his older brother and stole his time-leap ability to save Ayumi. After completely losing his sight of constant time-leaping, Shunsuke made Hoshinoumi Academy for other ability users. Yu then steal Shunsuke's time-leap ability to save Ayumi from her death. Realizing that other organizations will use the other ability wielders worldwide, Yuu decides to travel overseas to save all of them from their fate. He succeeds in doing so, but loses all of his memories because his brain couldn't handle all of that. After returning to Japan, Nao decides to make new memories with everyone else as they all try to life a normal life.
  • One day, the group inexpectedly arrived in the Pantheon after they took a group picture together. The Court of Gods appointed them for the position because of how they got their powers and how they wanted to protect other users from the scientists, which they succeeded thanks to Yuu's ability. Although they don't want it as they want to be normal and how Yu is the only one who still has his abilities, which may caused a lot of attention, they decided to accept it for the time being. The group also has reunited with Misa, who can appear in the Pantheon without the use of the channeling abilities. Yusa hugged Misa, stating that he regretted of how she never knew her powers, how she wished to talk to her while she still have her abilities, and how she's happy that they get an actual reunion and able to hang out in the Pantheon with the rest of their friends.
  • Hearing about the existence of superheroes and supervillains, they think they're just taking a huge risk because they could endanger themselves and other civillains, but otherwise admire the superheroes using their powers for wanting to protect everyone and abhorred the supervillains for using their powers for selfish reasons. Yusa and Ayumi have bigger admiration for the superheroes because of their bubbly personalities.
  • They are retorted upon hearing that Steve Rogers gained his abilities through experimentation, thinking that he gaiend them without his permission. But after hearing that he does it to protect his country from the Nazis, they couldn't blame him for that, realizing that he is really determined to do anything to protect the world even if 70 years have passed since then and remain on good terms with him because of it.
  • They are interested in hearing about the Witches because they gained their abilities when they are young but eventually lose them through age. But they couldn't relate to them on using them for a battlefield and that some of them want to keep their powers even if they will lose them as the group want to hide their powers from the rest of the world and how terrorists that used similar weapons like the Witches wanted to exploit them. They can tell that they are using it to defend the world and think that their cause is noble, which they respected.
  • Exclusive to Yuu:
    • Yuu can take over the abilities from other users, who at first thought that he could only take over someone's body for five seconds. Originally using it for selfish purposes, he became kinder after Nao recovered him from his insanity. He became insane again because of how he constantly steal other people's powers, but his promise to Nao because of a love confession kept him sane and eventually went back to Japan, but loses all of his memories. Despite this, he became an Nao's boyfriend and began a new life with the rest of his friedns.
    • Being told of his abilities because of his amnesia in the Pantheon, Yuu has a hard time grasping it and doesn't know if he could use them like in the past. Thanks to the function of his abilities, he befriended Anna Marie. The superhero praises him for using his abilities for selfless reasons instead for using them selfishly in the past back when he didn't know the true function of his power. Yuu doesn't know if he could handle the praise, but he nontheless appreciates it.
  • Exclusive to Nao:
    • Nao invinsibility, but only one person couldn't see her. Suffering from a dark childhood because their mother sold her and her brother out for experimentation, causing her brother to go insane. Vowing herself to never trust anyone again, resulting in her becoming a loner, she eventually met Shunsuke, the only person at that time she could trust and became the Student Council President of Hoshinoumi Academy. She also loves Zhiend which was introduced from her by her brother and will trash anyone who hates it and doesn't identify it as a post-rock band.
    • As such, due to being the student council president, she was approached by the former holder of them, Makoto Niijima. Makoto doesn't like how her job mostly consists of her doing missions and not doing any student council work, but considering what the academy really is, she decises to let it slide. She considers teaching her what it means to be a student council president since the rest of the world loses their powers. Since she is still the student council president of the academy, Nao accepts the request.
  • Exclusive to Takajou:
    • Takajou has super speed, but because he can't control it, he always get injuries and thus, has to wear protective gear to lessem it. He is also a big fan of Yusa Nishimori, who tends to act like a creep when it comes to her.
  • Exclusive to Yusa:
    • Yusa can let other spirits to take over her body. She is a popular Idol Singer from a band called How-Low-Hello, known as Yusa Nishimori as her stage name and affectionally called Yusarin by her fans. She is the only one in the student council who doesn't know that has powers until Misa said goodbye to her through a letter.
    • At first, Yusa gets along with Misa Amane thanks to being an idol and the fact they are both bubbly, clueless teenagers who refer to themselves in third person and the fact the other idol shares the same first name as her older sister. She became wary of her after finding out she is the Second Kira and how she is willing to do anything for Light Yagami. Yusa has stayed out of Misa Amane's sight ever since.
    • Became interested upon hearing that the Mermaid Princesses are mermaids who became magical girl idol singers and befriended them qucikly. She thinks that their voices are beautiful and wants to know if they could appear in one of her concerts for a collab.
  • Exclusive to Misa:
    • Misa has pyrokinessis. She died through an accident and ever since then, stays in the living world while being possessed by her younger sister. After kearning about Yuu's mission to took over the abilities from other users, she then says goodbye to her new friends as she accepts that she could never be with them again.
  • Exclusive to Ayumi:
    • Ayumi can collapse buildings, which caused her death before Yuu created a new timeline. The only one who isn't a member of the student council and isn't involve in any of their missions even if she is now of the existence of ability users because of the aforementioned time travel, Despite her age, she acts like his guardian and constantly makes the Otosaka omelette recipe because it is her brother's favorite. Like Takajou, she loves Yusarin and when it comes to her, she gets a huge nosebleed.
    • Because her awakening of her powers is caused by a Ax-Crazy jealous yandere which made her die before the time travel, she tried to stay away from other yanderes.
    • One of Ayumi's favorite pasttimes is stargazing using a telescope. As such, she befriended Rosalina for being an ambiguous cosmic being who loves in space. She also loves the Lumas she lives with because they're living stars, plays with them often and listens to Rosalina's storybook with the other Lumas. Ayumi asked Rosalina if she could visit the Comet Observatory whatever she want because she wants to travel in space, who the latter gave the permission to.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but apparently news has broken that Spider-Man may be leaving the MCU due to breakdowns in talks between Disney and Sony Pictures.

Does Sony hate money? Also, NO, real-life conflicts should not be mentioned in a characters profile

Anyway, fixed the typo. Are these two ready to go?

Ethan and Mia Winters, Divine Couple of Being Alone with Psychopaths

  • Enemies: Eveline, Lucas Baker, Albert Wesker, Ozwell E. Spencer, Evan Machillan, Leatherface
  • Pity: Jack and Marguerite Baker
  • Conflicting Opinion: Alma Wade
  • Ethan and Mia were a seemingly normal and happy couple living a quiet life where Ethan worked as a systems engineer. Unbeknownst to him, Mia was actually a trained agent of a secret organization by the name of "The Connections" and around 2014 she was tasked with carrying a secret weapon towards the Connections' secret base in Central America but E-001 weapon broke free and stranded the ship somewhere in the state of Lousiana. The E-001, also known as Eveline, grew fond of Mia and brainwashed her to become her mother. Having gone missing for 3 years and believed to be dead, Ethan received an e-mail from his supposedly dead wife that she was alive and currently in the south of the country at a place called the Baker Estate. That's when Ethan ventured there to rescue his wife and he wasn't prepared for the horrors that awaited him.
    • Both Ethan and Mia had to survive a huge mansion where an insane family lived, The Bakers. Ethan's arrival put an end to the Bakers' depraved activities but that was beyond their control as they too fell victim to Eveline's infection. Having almost lost his wife to the mold infection, Ethan confronted Eveline, now rapidly aged to the body of an old woman, and put an end to her, not before going down without a fight. Having managed to overcome not only the bakers but also the traps, infested molded creatures and even Eveline's mind control and powers, Ethan was awarded with godhood. He was also joined by Mia, who also managed to survive the Bakers and even for three years straight.
  • Ever since escaping the Baker Estate, the two wanted to live a more quiet life away from any monster or biological monstrosity that their universe is always full of and get a second chance at their marriage. The Winters definitely never expected to be in the pantheon but they don't mind being here, save for a handful of dangerous folks being present in certain sections. Chris Redfield saw the need to welcome both Ethan and Mia to the Pantheon and inform them of how the Pantheon operates.
  • They were mortified when Eveline appeared before them with the intention of infecting them once again but her attempts were cut short by a timely intervention from GUAG. Eveline is naturally upset that Ethan killed her and Mia kept rejecting her and the Winters were also horrified to learn that the Bakers were alive and still under the control of Evie. Well, they feel sorry for Jack and Marguerite (whenever they aren't trying to kill them, considering they remember what Ethan did to them) but for Lucas they feel nothing but disgust.
  • From Chris Redfield they managed to meet a handful of his allies and partners like his sister Claire, Leon S. Kennedy and Jill Valentine who all had several encounters with Bioweapons and other creatures. Jill and Chris can certainly relate to being stuck in a mansion full of monsters and strange puzzles and when they heard of the owner of said home, Lord Ozwell Spencer, being a deity, the Winters decided to stay as far away from him and any place he frequents as possible.
    • Another deity Chris told the two to try to avoid is Albert Wesker, considering the fact that he is usually keeping tabs with anything related to Bioweapons and Viruses and the incident in the Baker Estate would be another thing Wesker would gladly want to know more about. In this case, it seems Mia knew about him beforehand as the Connections she worked for had ties to Wesker but so far she decided to stay as far away from her old life as possible.
  • Joe Baker went to thank Ethan for sending help for his niece Zoe and helping her survive the ordeal with her family. Both Ethan and Mia were happy to know that thanks to Joe she managed to survive and surprised that Jack managed to survive way after Eveline was killed.
  • It's worth noting that the relationship with Ethan and Mia was a bit strained during the whole Baker Estate incident, considering Mia's infection, the fact that she lied to Ethan and even tried to kill him at one point (Unwillingly of course) and in one potential timeline, Ethan did end up killing Mia after Eveline forced the two to fight. However, after surviving, both have been seeking counceling by several deities in the house of Love and making considerable progress. Some detractors of the couple wondered how Ethan would still be with someone like Mia after all what happened but Ethan hardly pays attention to those comments.
  • Ethan's story has been compared to that of James Sunderland, a man whose missing wife sends them a letter years after they were gone from a strange location and they set off to investigate. However, James' story has a darker twist considering he killed his wife and went to Silent Hill because of guilt while Ethan went to Louisiana to find Mia and he did while uncovering a darker truth. Ethan and Mia are somewhat friends with James and can relate to his ordeal and having made mistakes in the past but can't really condone what he did.
  • Understandably they were a bit wary of Alma Wade, not only because of her being very similar to Eveline but because she was even more powerful and dangerous, not helping matters that Evie was on friendly terms. However, having learned of Alma's troubled upbringing and horrible treatment made the Winters somewhat pity her and horrified after learning that she was a mother. By chance they met the Pointman, one of Alma's sons and someone with a lot of experience with supernatural beings, befriending the couple after having several run-ins with Eveline.
  • Ethan has stated that he has saw enough of chainsaws for a lifetime and would rather avoid anyone wielding one if possible. Naturally that brought him to meet Leatherface, another scary hilbilly with a chainsaw that would make the Bakers look sane by comparison. Ethan having some combat experience learned from his "trip" to Louisiana could keep up with the masked man and even at one point almost challenged him to a chainsaw showdown similarly to his fight with Jack but decided to turn in the psychopath to the authorities after defeating him.
    • Having heard of their adventures, Ash Williams has come to respect both Ethan and Mia for their skills. Ethan got a bad reminder of when Jack started quoting Jack before trying to murder him with a chainsaw and seeing Ash's arm didn't really do him any favours for getting on Ethan's good side but being such a good zombie slayer has made them a perfect ally for the couple.
  • Some have wondered how tough is Ethan considering he got his arm chopped by Mia and, potentially, got his leg cut by Jack yet he seemed barely shocked. He stated it was thanks to the herbs and Zoe's help that he managed to survive the amputation, also attributing the mold as being another reason for him surviving. Most people don't buy his claims.

Here is a god from yo-kai watch (I’m sorry for not obeying the rules the first time)

Hinozall, God of CutscenePowerToTheMax and AuthorPowers

The reason that I want to ascend him with these tropes is that he is an AuthorAvatar who, is a god of creativity who can create anything he wants to, for the AuthorAvatar trope, but never does these in his boss battles for the CutscenePowerToTheMax trope.

  • Complicated Relationship: Darth Vader

  • Weapon of Choice: The Imperial Missile Boat
  • Mitth'raw'nuruodo, better known by his core name Thrawn, is a Chiss from the Unknown Regions, exiled by his people to known space for as of yet unrevealed reasons, and was discovered by the Galactic Empire soon after, and pledged his allegiance to the Emperor on the grounds of providing information on an unknown threat in the Unknown Regions. This was in truth a fabrication in order to implant Thrawn in the known galaxy's ruling government and determine if they would be a useful ally. Amid the mass opposition of the Empire to non-human staff, Thrawn rapidly rose through the ranks, eventually getting a promotion to Grand Admiral for his exemplary performance at the Battle of Batonn as well as the position of commander of the Imperial Seventh Fleet.
  • Soon after, he was drafted by Governor of Lothal Arihnda Pryce to assist in combatting the rebel cells of Lothal, Phoenix Squadron. Winning countless victories against them, this streak ended in a pivotal Rebellion attack on Lothal to destroy the TIE Defender production facility there and liberate the planet. Jedi Ezra Bridger summoned purrgils (space whales which traverse hyperspace) which destroyed the blockade above the planet and dragged Thrawn's fleet of Star Destroyers into hyperspace, with them in it. That was the last of Grand Admiral Thrawn...or so the galaxy thought.
    • During a battle between the Grand United Alliance of Good and Grand United Alliance of Evil to gain control of a supply line leading to an important GUAE stronghold, the combined forces of Rebellion and Resistance fleet seemed to be winning against the devastated fleet (the nearby fleet of Rewloolas led by Char Aznable proved unavailable). Suddenly, the Chimaera materialized from hyperspace purrgil-free, flanked by several Resurgent-classes, blindsiding the GUAG fleet. Thrawn shrewdly claimed that Ezra had been overpowered and was being held hostage aboard the ship, and that surrender was the only optionnote . The front fleet surrendered in their surprise at Thrawn's re-emergence and it was a resounding victory for the GUAE Conquest Army.
    • It was revealed that Thrawn's surprise ascension was at the Emperor's behest, requiring someone loyal to him to lead the GUAE's space fleet, especially after his rather public falling out with Lord Vader. Most people are scratching their heads at this, given that Palpatine was getting fed up with Thrawn's dual loyalties to the Empire and the Ascendancy. Despite having serious misgivings, considering 'a servant with divided loyalties is no servant at all', Palpatine had Thrawn installed as the commander of the Conquest Army's space fleet with Melkor's blessing.
  • Some people just attribute Thrawn's analytical skills to his Chiss ethnicity, but this cannot be farther from the truth. Thrawn's own people were befuddled by his ability to collect detailed tactical knowledge from insignificant or obscure detail. Thrawn seeks to perfect the art of war. He believes that in order to defeat a worthy opponent, one must know the opponent in every aspect, including their history, philosophy and culture. He was able to discern the identity of a disguised Hera Syndulla simply from studying the Kalikori she was holding and the Syndulla family portrait. Whatever you do, do not threaten to destroy beautiful artwork in front of him. It's one of the few ways you can openly piss him off, something that NOBODY wants to see. He regularly visits the House of Craft's Merveilleux Morpho Atelier and the House of Theater and makes monetary contributions whenever he can.
  • Besides this, there are many other aspects to Thrawn's military pedigree and strategic doctrine, such as:
    • Creating the right tools for the job. Thrawn disapproved of the shoddy craftsmanship of the tools used by the Empire to maintain order, especially the basic TIE fighter. It was good against civilian craft and pacifying disobedient worlds, but were inadequate for engaging nimble rebel starfighters. To this end, he had a new fighter specially commissioned for this purpose: the TIE/D Defender. This ship had a hyperdrive and shields, and scored strings of victories against the Rebellion as part of an elite rebel hunting strike force in the Seventh Fleet. In Legends, Thrawn also designed the Imperial Missile Boat, which used warheads as standard armament. It is currently stored in the Treasury, having been judged as the strongest flying vehicle in the Pantheon. Thrawn has only ever fished it out once to take down an enemy.
    • Playing the Long Game. Thrawn has a tendency to apply the Xanatos Gambit and allow for a defeat in order to secure a later victory. While many military leaders can excel at this, Thrawn stands out from others displaying these tropes as taking an extreme risk in an Empire where failure, especially intentional failure is looked down on. Nevertheless, Thrawn proved naysayers wrong again and again like when he allowed rebel spy Fulcrum (Agent Kallus) to continue his subterfuge undisturbed to discover Phoenix Squadron's base on Atollon and utterly decimate the Squadron to dissolution. This did lead to his demise in Legends continuity, when his habit of monitoring the Noghri and not taking action against them led to his assassination by his disillusioned bodyguard of the same species when he discovered that Thrawn was keeping his people in poor health so they would forever be indebted to the Empire. But that isn't even canon anymore.
    • The Boring, but Practical approach. Much of the Empire's military strategy was derived from Imperial Communiqué #001044.92v, the Tarkin Doctrine, which emphasised the philosophy of ruling through fear of force, and applying swift and grand judgement on those who resisted the Empire. This is best exemplified in the Emperor's masterstroke, the Death Star. Thrawn preferred using mundane but more utilitarian strategy against his opponents, and disapproved of the Death Star simply because he considered it a waste of time and resources and consolidated far too much of the Empire's resources, making it a prime target of the Rebellion. Needless to say, he was proven right since the rebels stole the plans for the battle station and promptly exploited that one exhaust port to destroy it. And then the Emperor just built another one. Starkiller Base is at least more acceptable to Thrawn given that it was built into a planet rather than being built from scratch, and was treated as more of a side project rather than the bedrock of the First Order's plans.
    • NOT having his subordinates killed if they failed. He was a Reasonable Authority Figure who understood that sometimes, failure was inevitable. He never gave his subordinates any sort of punishment especially if it wasn't their fault, compared to Darth Vader who was used to force-choking Imperial officers for even the most minor of transgressions. Most mooks in the Grand United Alliance of Evil who work for bad bosses and know better often clamour for a spot on his ship just to escape the mental abuse.
    • It should be noted that Thrawn is not omniscient. If something totally unexpected comes up, he can think up a plan on the fly, but do not expect him to pull off a miracle victory, like when the purrgils were summoned by Ezra.
  • Over time, Thrawn began having nagging thoughts in the back of his mind. He was disturbed by the random visions he had in his head of an alternate life with subtle differences from the one he led currently. This went on for a few weeks until the strain he could no longer bear without visible side-effects, and he checked into the House of Health and Diseases. It was revealed to him that the visions he was experiencing were indeed the life he had once led, as a Grand Admiral leading the remnants of a fallen Empire to near victory against the New Republic. Yet this was retconned with the sale of Lucasfilm to Disney, and their decision to wipe the slate clean in preparation for the sequel trilogy. Thrawn bears no ill will towards George Lucas, simply for the reason that he isn't Thrawn's creator: Timothy Zahn is.
    • On the topic of the sequel trilogy, he is pleased that Imperial remnants used his knowledge of the Unknown Regions to establish the First Order. Their Special Forces TIE Fighter and TIE Silencer clearly took notes from his TIE Defender, as did their philosophy of seeing their soldiers as valuable assets as opposed to cannon fodder like their predecessors. First Order-generation officers in the GUAE see Thrawn as a saviour for giving them a place to develop and strengthen away from the prying eyes of the New Republic and the Resistance. Even if they are disdainful of the Admiral, they don't show it because he's competent.
  • Given his objective and analytical standpoint, he has no interest in personal glory, only results, unlike most other Imperial officers who are mostly interested in gaining brownie points with the Emperor and attaining personal glory. The establishment in the GUAE is not happy at Thrawn's utter effectiveness since it hinders their chance at popularity and seek to dethrone Thrawn from his position as commander of the GUAE fleet. Likewise, Thrawn has no tolerance for fools, bullies and the arrogant, and wastes no opportunity to belittle or humiliate them should their hubris prove too detrimental to the success of the GUAE. Nevertheless, [[Conflicting Loyalty his loyalty is constantly in question. While he claimed that the Emperor would command his allegiance over the Chiss Ascendancy, recent events have charges of treason up in the air for him. He has managed to brave these odds and gain loyalty from many like-minded individuals in the GUAE, though just as many oppose him.
  • If Thrawn does have an Achilles' Heel, it's his inexperience with politics. Political manipulation is common in The Empire, with many high-ranking officers having to pull strings to get where they were, especially those already from galactic aristocracy. As a result, he fails to grasp the finesse of how to curry favour from his superiors and his colleague's support. Not that he cares anyway. Havelock Vetinari, known for never having been seen in the same room as Thrawn before, suggested he actually do something about it before it irreparably damaged his career. Thrawn, ever the risk taker, then sought an alliance with Tywin Lannister, the only politician Vetinari knew of that was of Thrawn's line of thinking (the rest of the Politicians sub-house is either Good, Ambiguously Evil or Lawful Stupid). Tywin, in an uncharacteristically courteous move assented to it, seeing Thrawn as an officer he could mould into the perfect weapon to use against his enemies. But then Thrawn dropped this bombshell:
Thrawn: "Lord Tywin, do not think I am an Unwitting Pawn to be used as your mighty blade of judgement. I am perfectly willing to help you against your enemies, but you are not as capable as you think you might be. A good military leader must be A Father to His Men, and you are hardly one to your own pride of lions. You have thought me much about how to handle the hierarchy and I thank you for that. But I accept my soldiers' imperfections and work to assist them. Your vicious upbringing of your children has moulded them into the dysfunctional people they are today. Jaime? A morally apathetic yet not dishonourable man. Cersei? A Complete Monster who acts like a petulant child waiting for a sweet, throwing a tantrum when she is refused. Tyrion? You denied him an opportunity to prove himself, making him a whore-monger and blaming him for it. Why, only Daenerys was able to bring out his true potential. And your first act upon entering the Pantheon is to disown the three of them for being disloyal to you and failing to uphold the legacy of House Lannister. That, Lord Tywin, is why I despise inner-fighting and politics in my Empire, because this happens."
  • Much has transpired since his appointment to the command post of the GUAE Conquest Army's space fleet. Thrawn has to contend with a much diversified force of villains, many who don't like him. He has managed to push through some initiatives in the midst of the chaos, such as transferring his flag to a new Resurgent-class Star Destroyer and funding several project by like-minded individuals (the near bottomless pockets of colleagues like Mr. Burns may have something to do with it. Darth Vader has given him command of the 501st Legion forces serving the GUAE, while he helms those who serve in the House of Defense. Thrawn may know of Vader's true allegiance (and identity) but chooses not to say anything. Then there's the trouble of the former Separatists who the Emperor essentially forced into serving him. He doesn't seem to pay them much attention unless the situation calls for it, but he and Dooku do have a tenuous alliance given their similar approaches to war, and as Count of Serenno, can relate to Thrawn's appreciation for art.
  • Thrawn also has to contend with harbouring many other commanders in the Grand United Alliance of Evil on his ship. Some he likes, some he tolerates but most he grits his teeth at attempting to maintain his composure.
    • The Frieza Force, rated the second most powerful force in the Conquest Army, has proven quite the bother to him and his ship, given their fighting style leads to Stuff Blowing Up. In fact, one of the reasons he requested an upgrade to his Star Destroyer was for space to accommodate more facilities for fellow colleagues. Frieza likes using the expanded fighting chamber to train himself, but thinks Thrawn unnecessarily pragmatic for his own good, overthinking and overplanning.
    • M. Bison serves as the Blood Knight to Thrawn's Straight Man. His psychic power is near unrivalled in the space fleet, and Thrawn relies on him as a quick final solution to decimating capital ships that prove immune to his Star Destroyer's heavy turbolasers. That said, M. Bison is as much of a loose cannon as he is a useful ally, and Thrawn keeps him at arm's length and they work separately for the most part.
    • Then there's members of the GUAE Mecha Cohort, who he finds to be far more balanced than the less realistic villains of the Army. Char Aznable in
  • He commands a certain respect for his opposite number, James T. Kirk, in the GUAG space fleet, despite both of them being completely opposite in personality and tactical philosophy.
  • One asks of his reaction to the Death Star's destruction. The look on his face said it all: I told you so. Has taken the initiative to inform Director Krennic of ways to improve the Death Star's administration, but the Director brushed him off, seeing him as one of Tarkin's lapdogs who had the audacity to siphon off funds for Project Stardust for his stupid TIE Defender programme when in reality it was the other way round. Thrawn doesn't have any dislike for Krennic, for he reserves most of that disdain for the battle station itself, despite it now being a Dominion and functionally immortal in its own way. Krennic sneers that with the First Order's new and advanced starfighters, Thrawn's Defenders are obsolete. He neglected to mention that said starfighters were based on the TIE Defender.
  • There are hints that he is disdainful of the House of War - as one who is generally reserved and very good at the strategic side of war, he stands out among the screaming hordes of fighters. Despite this, he has joined their ranks if ever so reluctantly.
    • His membership has led to quite the rivalry with now fallen member Ursarkar E. Creed. A general who managed to defend Earth from the literal Forces Of Chaos has earned some praise from Thrawn as well as his intuitive grasp of strategy even from childhood. Thrawn has a personal beef after he unwitting wiped out the 501st Legion (the first of three times) which he had grown quite fond of training and mentoring as a strike force. They used to have battles in the House battlegrounds before Creed was thrown out of the Pantheon for misconduct. Luckily, Thrawn caught hold of him just as he was getting shuffled out the door, and named Creed his high priest, allowing their dynamic to continue as normal.
  • Thrawn is here partly because of his relationship to Sherlock Holmes. Combined with the various other people who contributed to him, this heritage allows him to practice an almost obscene version of psychoanalysis on people and cultures by studying their artwork, using it to identify weaknesses in their thinking or perception patterns, and then exploiting said weaknesses in devastating ways. He's got a bit of the Information Age in him.
  • Is very careful to stay on Yomiko's good side, and although he was initially unfamiliar with books that had pages, he got used to them. A lot of the bits of data he picks up seem trivial, but he pieces them together alarmingly fast.
  • Still has a beef with his rival in military tactics, Ursarkar E. Creed for wiping off the 501st. Supposedly with 100 Baneblades from Kaurava.
  • As of his new canon background, it appears that his true loyalty is first and foremost to the Chiss Ascendancy, and his true motivation is to protect his people from unknown, horrifying threats. He has joined with the Empire, and by extension the GUAE, because he considers them a unified force and a potential ally (or an alternate target) for dealing with the dangers that threaten his people.
    • He is especially wary of especially dangerous and wicked threats in the Pantheon beyond the GUAE such as the GUAD and the Flood for this reason, and openly opposes them. Considering that virtually everyone in the Pantheon, good or evil, despises these entities for one reason or another, nobody is complaining.
  • Also present in the houses of Tactics and Strategies.
I will start my operations here and pull the rebels apart, piece by piece. They will be the architects of their own destruction.

@Donnietu

Can be allies with Harry and Sally as well as Peter Warne and Ellie Andrews for giving the two their blessing. Nick and Nora have many vacations (which incidentally become murder mysteries).

The suggestion doesn't seem to work, mostly because i think Yokai Watch doesn't have cutscenes.

That and i still have Sindel reserved for that. Or should i reinstate the suggestion?

Also, any more votes for my profile?

I haven't been given a response about Nine, so I'll try again another time. But right now I have a proposal.

  • Celestials for Above the Gods
    • Reason: In the Marvel Universe there are characters both stronger and more powerful then the divine gods. But the Celestials are a race both older and more powerful then they are. A single Celestial can solo the Earth Pantheon (all of them) and a single one appearing immediately starts a planet wide emergency. A young Odin, along with the Phoenix, the first Iron Fist, Black Panther, Sorcerer Supreme, and Star Brand were brutally defeated when they chalanged them, Odin being the sole survivor.

[up]Again, Kurtis Stryker should get that trope since the one he does have doesn't fit.

[up] Or we could just remove Stryker.

His Baton isn't really that used. He uses guns and his flashlight more.

Say, regarding the trope Alignment-Based Endings, I'm thinking of nominating the protagonist of Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey, whom I'll name Tadano Hitonari (from the Drama CDs) for consistency. SMT in general is known for this trope, but the reason why I chose him is because...

  1. Most other potential candidates are already here (SMT1!Kazuya, Aleph, the Demi-Fiend, Flynn, Nanashi, Vincent Brooks, and the Devil Survivor protagonists).
  2. He has the most endings out of them (except maybe DS2!Hibiki). On top of Law, Chaos, and Neutral, there are also the New variants. This will culminate in ascending 6 versions (yes, that includes the standard Neutral version) of Tadano.

What do you say? I don't want unexplained [tdown]s and expect me to just accept them. Give a good reason if you do.

[up] Sounds good to me [tup]

@fasoman1996 [tup] for Ethan and Mia Winters.

Also, what do people think of this nomination?

From Prey (2017):

  • Morgan Yu, God/Goddess of Show Within A Show Reveals
    • Potential House: Reveals and Twists (House of Narrative)
      • This happens twice in the game: once at the start of the game, where the tutorial ends with Morgan breaking out and into a testing lab, and once at the very end, when The Stinger reveals the whole game was actually a Typhon agent playing as Morgan Yu.
