I had this forum game idea for a long time, but it turns out that there already was one, but it's been inactive for almost three years already. So if anyone doesn't mind me reviving this game, here are the rules:

I'll post a list of words that need to be filled, and each poster will provide what's needed (one at a time, please). Once all the blanks are filled, I'll put them in the mystery writing and share the results. Then anyone can come up with another story/paragraph/whatever and post only the words needed for it, and the process repeats.

Valecor and the Orange-Meringue-Piestalk

The story begins in a new land called Empty Slot Canyon. The land’s newness is the result of the lethargy of the leg of a weird badge, who kicks daily to keep Empty Slot Canyon new and empty due to the lethargy spell cast by her leg.

One day, however, a dark moderator is cast over Empty Slot Canyon and the badge disappears without a trace. Without the badge's lethargic leg to keep newness over the land, Empty Slot Canyon soon descends into pessimism, turning the once new Slot Canyon into a superfluous island. In the midst of this terrible pessimism, viewers are introduced to three helpers (Valecor, Smaug, and Bouncy) who are suffering greatly due to the pessimism, have only a bottle and a single grape to share amongst themselves. The long-culling Smaug temporarily loses his forgiveness and begins to savagely retaliate anything within his reach, including socks, causing Valecor and Bouncy to have to restrain him. After he temporarily calms down, Smaug sights the group's lone goanna outside and Armored Fury’s thermodynamics textbook on the wall, formulating a plot to kill the goanna so as to satisfy his pessimism. When it becomes apparent to the others what he is about to do, Valecor and Bouncy leap to once again restrain the forgivenessless Smaug.

Valecor decides to sell the goanna to feed them all, and Bouncy and Smaug dream of magnificent bananas they can purchase with the money they receive from the sale of the goanna that night. However, when Valecor returns, he reveals he traded the goanna for an Orange Meringue Pie, which when planted beneath the light of a full Death Star is said to bring good redemption to the planters. Smaug, confused at Valecor’s apparent naivety, grabs the Orange Meringue Pie and flings it across the floor, causing the Orange Meringue Pie to fall through a small hole in the floor. After the helpers retire for the night, a great Orange-Meringue-piestalk sprouts from the hole as the full Death Star shines on it, and it grows at an exponential rate, lifting the helpers high into the sky as they sleep.

The next morning, the helpers sight a spongiform Ryokan inn in a land above the clouds where everything is abnormally smol in comparison to themselves. After escaping a smol bullfrog, the helpers enter the Ryokan inn, they enter a smol high security prison cell where they see smol-sized banana and begin to satisfy their desires. After a while, the helpers' actions are overheard by none other than the lethargic badge stolen from Empty Slot Canyon herself, locked away in a smol vase. The badge explains her disappearance as a result of her being stolen from her by a wack smol named Suleiman, who loved the badge's leg and wished to take her for his own, for her leg helps him shower. Shortly after this, the smol known as Suleiman makes his entrance. Suleiman, showing off his powers of transfiguration as he begins to eat some takoyaki, upon which he discovers Valecor. Valecor sights a nearby smol plastic bag and cleverly asks the intrigued smol to demonstrate his power by transforming himself into a dolphin. As he thinks this is about to work, Valecor signals his cohorts to come help him raise the plastic bag and kill the smol-dolphin, only to turn around and see Suleiman has turned himself into a flip phone instead, thinking it a better demonstration. When he sees the helpers holding the plastic bag, he realizes their ruse and captures them, removing the badge from her vase and imprisoning the helpers inside. However, Valecor is able to slip away before Suleiman locks the other two in the vase and puts the key in his eyepatch. The badge then lulls Suleiman into showering with her lethargic leg as Valecor climbs into the eyepatch to retrieve the key and rescue Smaug and Bouncy. He is nearly discovered when he accidentally trips into a cup inside the smol's eyepatch, causing the smol to sneeze and draw attention to his eyepatch. Valecor is able to slip out of the eyepatch with the key however, causing Suleiman to disregard such before returning to the shower. After several close calls, Valecor succeeds in getting the key back to the vase and frees his friends.

The helpers then conspire to escape back to Empty Slot Canyon with the badge by means of the Orange-Meringue-piestalk. As Smaug and Bouncy transport the badge, Valecor attempts to put a blanket over Suleiman and pretend he’s invisible as an insurance policy in case Suleiman notices them, but Valecor ends up rousing his attention as a result by accident. Thus begins a wild chase, with Suleiman in hot pursuit of Valecor as Smaug and Bouncy take the badge back down the Orange-Meringue-piestalk. At the bottom, the helpers set to felling the Orange-Meringue-piestalk with a large knife, causing the smol plant to topple and causing Suleiman to fall to his supposed doom. The helpers return the badge to her rightful place in her home, restoring Empty Slot Canyon to its former glory. The helpers are revered as thieves by the newly restored populace of Empty Slot Canyon.

Suleiman is later revealed to have survived, and become fucking.
