Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

[up] Huh, the other day I was just thinking about if this one was going to get through. Well I can't vote so I don't have anything else to contribute.

EDIT: Actually I noticed that on the draft you didn't link to Evil Regent/Evil Chancellor on the Portfolio. Maybe you can add that?

Are these two ready?

The Yellow Devil, Deity of Eye-Related Weaknesses (Rock Monster, Yellow Demon)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/yellow_devil_spirit.png
  • Votes: 2 (Crimson Shark, Necromancer 10)
  • Note: Restoration
  • Hall: Eye Abilities (House of Personal Appearance)
  • Intermediate Deity
  • Symbol: Its eye in the middle of a yellow ball
  • Theme Song: It's Power Fighters theme
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Cyclops Blob Monster, Very Different Design From Most Mega Man Bosses, Can Only Be Harmed By Attacking Its Eye, Red Eyes, Take Warning, Detachment Combat, Apparently Only Says Bumo, Legendarily Hard Bosses
  • Domains: Bosses, Body-Shifters, Technology, Guardians, Difficulty, Weaknesses, Cyclopi
  • Superior: Dr Albert W. Wily
  • Interests: Bob the Fish
  • Interested in: Thaal Sinestro, Fuhrer King Brandy
  • Allies: Robot Masters loyal to Dr Wily, the Blob, BEN
  • On good terms with: Baal (Diablo), The Cacodemons, Ridley
  • Enemies: Mega Man and his friends, Chaos (Sonic the Hedgehog), Sonic and his friends, anyone who Wily orders it to fight really, Hall of Cheats and Glitches (especially Missingno and Vinny), Ms Fortune, the New Kid (South Park), Numemon and Sukamon, Odysseus, George, Link, Regigigas and the other Regis, The Doomslayer
  • Avoids: The Green Lanterns of Earth, Max Eisenhardt/Magneto
  • To guard his labs when Mega Man inevitably breaks in to confront him, Dr Wily uses a number of robots. Perhaps the most unique robot, if you can even call it that, is the Yellow Devil. A Blob Monster who assaults its foes by shifting its mass, the behemoth is notorious for being a tough boss and has many variations. However the Yellow Devil has a consistent Achilles' Heel: its eye. This is especially apparent with electric or fire attacks, which it is weak to. The success of the design has seen variants of the Yellow Devil made well into the future, but the Yellow Devil was the OG.
  • The mighty Yellow Devil was nostalgic to many deities in the Trope Pantheon, and this is because it used to be part of the group. Wily retired it at the time because he was trying to give it a One-Winged Angel form as the Chaos Devil, rather than combine Chaos in a Fusion Dance, but he gave up and just brought the Yellow Devil back with some programming patches. These included stopping the Yellow Devil from freezing if electric, fire or time-stop was used, and preventing it from being reprogrammed to good. Apparently George has a Yellow Devilnote  who was reprogrammed to become a good guy. Nate as he's known is also able to take a humanoid shape, and can bond with robots. Wily has sworn one day to replicate this in the next model.
  • With the nostalgia of the Yellow Devil came another emotion in the House of Gaming: fear, and for good reason-it's one of the hardest bosses in its franchise. And yet legend has it the Shadow Devil is even harder. Being the OG Devil, Wily felt it was more fitting to bring it back and as mentioned he has given the beast anti-glitch propaganda to prevent Good Bad Bugs from being exploited. In joy at this buff, the Yellow Devil went on a rampage in the Hall of Cheats and Glitches to avenge itself for all the times players exploited glitches to defeat it. However the monster soon found it had bit off more than it could chew as its single eye was not prepared for the visual glitches Missingno could inflict. Though not harmed, it was dazed long enough for Vinny to exploit deeper glitches and hacks to overcome the new programming, leaving to the Yellow Devil's defeat.
  • The Yellow Devil may be unconventional in the looks part, but it has a few things in common with the Classical Cyclops; its big, mean, not a big thinker and a mighty giant. Odysseus was immediately on the alert when he heard the Yellow Devil had returned, as it reminds him of Polyphemus; a son of Poseidon who ate many of his men and tried to eat him. The Yellow Devil is at least aware of how Odysseus defeated the cyclops, which is why it will try to crush the Greek hero with its foot. Initially it wanted to squeeze him to death with its fist, but its weakness to the Hard Knuckle led to jokes that it could be beaten with a fisting and that enrages the monster.
  • The Yellow Devil could be compared to the Golem: through the eye in the middle, it animates an unknown but hard-hitting and semi-liquid substance. When asked if this was intentional, Wily replied "it's not meant to represent anything in particular, but I guess golem is the closest thing to it". This got Wily's gears turning and made him think "what if I actually HAD a golem on my side?" On that note, the Yellow Devil was sent to capture Regigigas and force the beast to reveal the secrets of the Regi construction...or failing that, scan enough about the legendary golems so he can make an Ice, Rock and Steel Devil. Initially the Yellow Devil had the upper hand, but Regigigas endured enough to turn the tables on the Yellow Devil once Slow Start wore off.
  • Has been seen interrupting fights outside of Wily's lab. The sheer amount of annoyance it's been bringing to these matches has made it one of the most hated deities among the Smashers. One Smasher that has caught its attention is Link, whose experience with dealing with similar bosses has made him one of the best solutions to deal with it. A Link look-alike, the infamous Creepypasta BEN, was intrigued by the trouble the Yellow Devil caused. He saw the dread that comes with facing a notorious boss like the Yellow Devil, and believes with his own fearful legacy they could profit working as a team. No-one knows why, and that's better. Wily tried to get an answer from his Devil on why they were hanging out, but only got BUMO BUMO!.
  • The beast isn't trusted by Ms. Fortune. Asides from a general servitude to the forces of evil, its own ability to detach and weaponize pieces of itself makes it a rival of sorts to her own Detachment Combat. After harassing her in the Hall of Unorthodox Combat the Yellow Devil listed two other deities as higher on its enemy list than her: the New Kid, and the Numemon line. The reason? It feels humiliated when fighting those who use farts or poop as a weapon. It would rather take its chances in the Hall of Electricity than suffer any indignant defeat. Or Magneto for that matter; while in the games the "yellow" part's composition is unknown, the best evidence suggests its a ferromagnetic gel and thus suspectible to Magnetism Manipulation. Which again, is less humiliating in defeat that even fighting weaponized Toilet Humor for the Devil.
  • Being a legendarily difficult boss, Baal is amused by the frustration the Yellow Devil gives to its enemies, though feels the Yellow Devil is too simple to ally with. Other Demons tend to be ambivalent to the Yellow Devil, and a tiny bit dissapointed that it has nothing to do with actual devils. The Cacodemons seem to gravitate towards it though, likely due to their simple nature combined with the eye being a major focus. The Doomslayer initially mistook the Yellow Devil for some new demon, and as the Yellow Devil is a big monster causing trouble he's not going to not fight it now.
  • Some have argued that whatever the Yellow Devil is counts as a Blob Monster. The Blob seems to think so, but how the Yellow Devil discerned this is a mystery as even when only speaking "BUMO" it only says "W" or "Guruguru". Dr Wily theorizes this is more an alliance of convenience and an interest the two have in each other for their apparent similarities. The Yellow Devil is also interested in Fuhrer King Bradley, as his eye is his ace in the hole rather than its eye. The Yellow Devil itself interests Bob the Fish; being such a pathetic boss, he can't help but wonder if he could request Wily to loan the Yellow Devil out for him as protector. Wily has turned this invitation down, musing "I think the Yellow Devil's acting a bit too curious nowadays".
  • Ridley is also amused by the beast, as the Devil series being re-used and remixed across the years and centuries reminds him to how he comes back over and over in different forms. As the Yellow Devil isn't much of a thinker, the dragon decided to suggest something that may be worth its while: Green Lanterns are historically weak to yellow. Key word being "historically"-Ridley was bored and wanted to see how the Devil would deal with them. After Kyle shoved a Green Lantern stake in his eye, the Yellow Devil ran away. It tends to keep away from them, but it was interested in the Sinestro Corps and thought it may be feared enough to get a ring. Sinestro would laugh if that was a thing he did, as he doesn't count "gamers' frustrations and dread" as even close to being worthy of the fear a member of his Corps needs.

Miriam

Gebel
  • Intermediate Deities
  • Symbol: Their shards (the rose-like formation over Miriam's heart, and the formation over Gebel's eye)
  • Theme Song: Theme of Bloodstained (both), Voyage of Promise (Miriam), Theme of Gebel (Gebel)

  • Respected by/Respects:
  • Pitied by/Pities:
  • Opposed by/Opposes:
  • Conflicting Opinion:
  • Thir story begins during the Industrial Revolution, which this universe's Alchemists Guild was in very strong opposition. To this end, they resorted to trying to summon demons, among them the Demon King Bael, in order to scare the masses away from relying on technology, and their method involved crystals filled with demon energy called Shards. They infused these Shards to abducted orphaned children, making them Shardbinders, and Miriam and Gebel were among them. These children were raised to fight demons and disciplined to obey the guild. Years later, the time came for the summoning ritual, and the Guild would successfully summon their demon army at the expense of all their Shardbinders, save two. Miriam and Gebel would miraculously survive, he by sheer willpower and fortune and having an exorcist in his ancestry, and she by being put into slumber by the repentant Alfred in order to cut in half the power of the ritual, thus denying at least the summoning of Bael. The Guild's plan was a colossal backfire as their intended plan did not come to fruition, the Church executed its higher-ups, and the remnants would be hunted down in their own Guild by none other than Gebel himself (though Alfred would escape before then). The last waking Shardbinder vanished after that, Miriam continued sleeping, and the Guild apprentice Johannes—who was close to the two—studied the effects of the shards with Dominique Baldwin, an agent of the Church, and predicted that Miriam would wake in 10 years.
    • Just as that time came, Gebel returned, brought a castle called the Hellhold with him, and summoned a legion of demons to ravage Earth in revenge for what mankind has done to the Shardbinders so long ago. With Miriam awake, she, Johannes, and Dominique (the former two on a galleon, the latter separately) set off to Arvantville, which was nearby the Hellhold. As the only other Shardbinder left, Miriam has to be the one to put a stop to Gebel, and the two even made a promise long ago that if either of them lost their way, the other would stop them. On the way, they were behest by demons, and upon vanquishing them, their Shards forced themselves into Miriam, granting her their powers, but also running the risk of the crystals overtaking her body though this is put into question given the source of this factoid. However, upon Miriam and Gebel first meeting each other again after so long, it seems he's forgotten that promise, and wants Miriam to join him so they can sequester themselves away from mankind. Naturally, she refused, and he dared her to ask him again after absorbing more Shards before departing.
    • Throughout her journey, she would be forced to absorb Shards from slain demons to acquire their powers, cross paths with Guild remnant and Johannes' master Alfred who seems obsessed with reclaiming the Liber Logaeth, cross blades with the Eastern demon hunter Zangetsu (and eventually earn his trust), help villagers with their woes, trade with Johannes, Dominique, and a few other kooky benign demons for wares, supplies, and services. All the while, Gebel waited, hoping Miriam would see things his way and join her side.
    • In the end, the True End where Gremory is outed as being the one controlling Gebel all along, as well as Dominique being revealed to have been working against Miriam the entire time, Gebel returned to his senses and thanked Miriam only to fully crystallize in the end, Miriam put a stop to the real mastermind Gremory (with Zangetsu's help), the woman behind her Dominique, who sought to summon Bael in order to kill God due to losing faith in Him, then had the Hellhold sent back from whence it came by Johannes following instructions left by Alfred.
  • While there's an alternate tale featuring almost all the main cast, this Miriam and Gebel come from one timeline, and following their ascension is a Tear Jerker of a reunion given there was no way to save Gebel from death.
  • Applies to both:
    • With the help of Johannes and some of Alfred's suggested improvements, Miriam no longer has to worry about the crystals from overtaking her body, and the same privilege is now applied to Gebel post-resurrection. All the Shards acquired thus far is all that will be available getting. There will be no extra Shards in the Pantheon, and both wouldn't have it any other way.
    • [[green(Encounters with those who feel they've lost their humanity)]] The Shardbinder experiments left Miriam stripped of her humanity, and she almost lost the will to live before Gebel snapped her out of it, saying this.
Gebel: If we ask for the demons' power, then we're monsters. But if people force us to take it, then our power doesn't make us good or bad. Our choices do. That freedom of choice is proof we're human.
    • On top of corroding their bodies, Shards also make them susceptible to Demonic Possession. With plenty of powerful demons in the Pantheon, this means both Gebel and Miriam are at risk if they ever take on any of the powerful ones. The only reason Miriam dodged those particular bullets back then is because Gremory—once she was ousted from Gebel—pursued the Liber Logaeth, then was sealed in a room by Zangetsu before taking him away, and then Miriam used the demon hunter's sword to send her back to whence she came, and Bael already took Dominique as a host by the time he encountered Miriam.
      • As a result,
    • Given their story is apparently a Spiritual Successor to the Castlevania series, it was inevitable that Miriam and Gebel would be approached by the Belmont Clan and their allies. And given the fact that Alucard is one of their allies, they all (with varying degrees of caution, or full trust) accepted the male Shardbinder after Miriam vouched for him. Naturally, this made them enemies with the Clan's archenemy Dracula as well.
      • (interactions with other demon hunters)
  • Exclusive to Miriam:
    • Is well-versed in all sorts of weapons: kicking, daggers, swords, clubs, greatswords, axes, staves, spears, whips, and firearms. Her bullets for the last can range from mundane hollow-points to elemental or diamond-made, and even if she runs out (which it won't when Miriam has the Recycle Hat on), she has the Infinite Rounds, though they're much weaker.
    • Her first encounter with Shovel Knight ended up as a clash, because she had assumed he was a stray small Shovel Armor demon, and because an Itazura Griefer deceived her for laughs. She then assumed he was some sort of elite variant after he started using his Relics as well as him asking her why are they fighting. It was only through interference by Shield Knight was the misunderstanding cleared, and Miriam profusely apologized for it. Shovel Knight let the matter slide, complimented Miriam's skill, and they parted ways as allies.
    • Can empathize with those who lost their faith in God after suffering great loss, but it still doesn't excuse turning against their own kind and setting loose demons, as Dominique Baldwin had.
      • Also opposes those who seek godhood for selfish reasons or wish to kill gods. Unless said gods are malevolent, such as YHVH.
    • Besides Johannes and O.D., Miriam was surprised to see the Demon Barber Todd in her and Gebel's temple. He responds that he still needs her help to cut 666 hair styles, and that such a feat was unresolvable during her time at the castle. Hopefully he'll have better luck in the Pantheon.
    • :(Defaults to Carabosse as her Familiar, who can find secrets, and can carry special medicines to heal Miriam) (talented pianist)
    • As someone who's also had to fight against a brother figure who did everything for them but lost themselves to the power they have, in addition to coming to their senses just as they were defeated and passing away, Miriam got along well with Shanoa. They also discovered that they both help townspeople in their adventures, use shards/glyphs embedded in their skin, and were both taken in as a child by a demon/dracula-worshipping organization who tried to use her to summon forth said demons/dracula at the cost of her life.
    • She also got along well with Soma Cruz given their ability to acquire abilities from enemies (souls for Soma, Shards for Miriam), their expertise with multiple melee weapons, and their antagonists trying to urge them to absorb as many as possible so they can become more powerful, and while their special abilities is seen as a weapon that can be used for evil, they both wanted nothing to do with it and use it to fight for good. they also both have alternate fates where they fell to the dark side.
    • The Aqua Stream Shard is her primary means of traversing underwater, and she can use it with impunity while down there. It helps that she has Super Not-Drowning Skills.
    • Another notable Shard of hers is Summon Chair, where she does exactly that, and can spawn multiple at once. They're not just for show, for they can regenerate MP while one is seated on such a chair. When waiting, and unable to find an adequate seat, Miriam will use this Shard instead, and may be convinced to summon more for others.
    • (green:Blood Steal Shard and Bloodborne hunter)
    • Was once read a tale back as a child that's similar to her own adventure, except the protagonist was a redheaded girl named Aurora. It was just a story on Miriam's side of the tale, but what of on the Child of Light's end?
      • According to Aurora (who regarded Miriam with caution at first, having only met her as a Doppelganger), this tale rings true on her side, taking place just after she vanquished Queen Umbra, and crossed the mirror back to her home kingdom, which was about to be swallowed by floodwater. She was taken to this realm instead, her friends taken and turned into Shards, and Aurora regressed to a child once more. Still, by fighting the demons of the castle, she slowly regained her lost power, and eventually stopped Dominique and Bael, and on doing so was spirited (with her friends back to normal) back to her intended destination; her kingdom in Austria, in time to evacuate her people to Lemuria.
      • As for the two Shardbinders, Aurora gets along with them well, even Gebel (since she somehow deduced his real situation), but also laments that jis fate (and she was aware of his…controlled state) was no different in Aurora's side of the story than in Miriam's.
    • Takes great care to return any borrowed books and makes sure others do the same. Orlok Dracule's Bonus Boss fight taught her the hard way, even though it did grant her the Standstill Shard, as well as O.D.'s services]].
  • Exclusive to Gebel:
    • Despite his redemption, he has little faith in humanity due to what the Alchemist Guild did, and mostly keeps to himself unless accompanying Miriam.

  • Portfolio: Baleful Polymorph, Kid Heroes, Firing Bubbles To Trap Foes, Color-Coded Characters, Death Throws, Forgetting Abilities Between Games, Strategy Guide Needed, Improbable Weapon User, Can Blow Bubbles Even As Humans, The Power of Friendship, Ridiculously Cute Critter As Dragons, Can Fall Slowly, Super-Deformed, Super Not-Drowning Skills, Becoming Royalty At The End Of Bubble Symphony
  • Domain(s): Bubbles, Curses, Dragons, Rainbows, Parasols
  • Heralds: Their girlfriends Betty/Kululun and Patty/Cororon, their cousin Bubu, Robolun, and Lovelun
  • Followers: Fizzy
  • Allies: Tiana and Naveen Kuzco, Odette, Prince Adam/The Beast, Link, most friendly dragons (particularly Spyro and Jake Long), Ceasar Zeppeli, Powerpuff Girls Z (particularly Miyako Gotoukuji), Stella of the Angry Birds
  • Enemies: Dr. Facilier, Yzma, Ripto, all malicious dragon hunters
  • Fear: the Dovahkiin
  • Oppose: The Enchantress
  • In a world called Rainbow Star, the story of Bub and Bob began when their friends Betty and Patty left the village they lived in to explore the nearby woods, stumbling into a mysterious area known as the Magician's Forest. Due to their unfamiliar surroundings, the two became lost, accidentally wandering into a cave deep in the forest known as the Cave of Monsters. The girls met Super Drunk, master of the cave, who kidnapped them and trapped them on the 100th floor. Bub and Bob set out to rescue the two, but ran afoul of Super Drunk as well, who transformed them into Bubble Dragons. Using their newfound abilities, the two set out to journey through all one hundred floors of the cave in order to rescue the girls. Not only did the pair accomplish this, they also found their parents, and they turned back to normal. However, canon gets much murkier from then on. Besides two other adventures as humans, more battles against Super Drunk and other villains commence, and sometimes the boys are cursed into bubble dragons again or perhaps they've always been bubble dragons to begin with.
  • What remains consistent however is that Bub and Bob are able to shoot out bubbles and encase foes in them before tackling and defeating them, converting them into food items to eat. This serves as their main method of attack, and bubbles are also what transport them between levels in most games. As such, given their entire shtick, this makes them viable candidates for the trope Floating in a Bubble.
  • For consistency's sake, Bub and Bob are contacted as they are in the True Ending of Bubble Symphony, where the brothers and their girlfriends (who happen to be sisters) regain their human forms, vanquish Hyper Drunk, and are crowned royalty by the denizens. They were aware that there was still a new adventure awaiting them, and it indeed came when an envoy of the Pantheon arrived to invite them. They were all eager to see this new place, but due to "clerical issues", only Bub and Bob can be official deities by way of them having much more adventures. Still, that doesn't mean their girlfriends can't come along; it's just under the Herald rank.
  • Due to continuity issues in regards to whether they were cursed or if they've always been bubble dragons, in the Pantheon, Bub and Bob (plus their girlfriends) are given the ability to transform between their more popular bubble dragon forms and their original human forms. While they are each a One-Hit-Point Wonder in their games due to a Curse, that doesn't apply here, but they're still only somewhat more durable than your average kid, even as bubble dragons.
    • As dragons, they can shoot bubbles from their mouths, and not just a spray of little ones, either. These bubbles come out their own size, and upon contact with a target, it traps them inside and floats them upward, and when these bubbles are burst from the outside, this will usually fell most Mooks, but enough bubbles can eventually encase tougher foes once they're sufficiently weakened. Shooting bubbles at each other will just bounce them off and float up. However, if not interacted with for some time, victims of these bubbles can break out safely. Empty bubbles can be bounced on.
      • There are other things they can do with their bubbles, though. They can inflate themselves to float, encase themselves in a bubble to do the same, shoot bubbles in a pattern (Bub's is three bubbles straight forward, and Bob's is in a spread pattern), and shoot larger bubbles (which can trap multiple targets at once). These larger bubbles can bounce off walls, and if it catches either Bub or Bob, they can enter it and perform the Rolling Bubble, where they can charge into more foes.
    • That's not to say their human forms are helpless though. With bubble pipes, they can still shoot bubbles, shoot them in patterns, and bounce on them, all with as much effect as their dragon forms. They also have Rainbow Magic, where they can summon a rainbow in front of them that will damage foes when summoned or when falling from above. These rainbows crumble and fall when jumped on if they will it so, and they can walk on them safely. They can also slow their fall by flapping their arms. Additionally, they also have Magic Parasols with which they can pick up (and stun other foes of similar or smaller size by touching them) and toss foes with, float down a la Parasol Parachute, shield against things like missiles and laser beams, and travel across worlds with them a la Mary Poppins. Between the two, Bub prefers his bubble dragon form more since he likes being called cute.
  • Another thing that showed up in their temple is a Puzzle Bobble gaming machine, and this a popular go-to for gaming visitors as they play against each other, against the bubble dragons (deities or heralds), or against preset puzzles.
  • When it comes to suffering a different from due to a curse and trying to find a way to change back, Bub and Bob… weren't exactly alone in that regard, such as Tiana and Naveen (frogs), Kuzco (llama, and a few others), Odette (swan), Prince Adam/The Beast, and Link (all sorts). Being friendly folks, the duo made friends with all of them, and oppose those responsible for the transformations (if they're in the Pantheon).
  • Being dragons (at least some of the time), Bub and Bub inevitably encountered others of their kind. While they've become friends with most of the friendly dragons in the Pantheon, one particular one was Jake Long, who can also switch between human and dragon forms, even if that privilege is Pantheon-exclusive for the bubble dragons. Another is Spyro, who can also shoot bubbles among his many breath attacks.
    • This also came with enemies, such as Ripto (dragon hater, never mind that Bub and Bob's forms were maybe from a curse), and most dragon hunters (except the Dovahkiin, who is "merely" scary). On the other hand, unless the hunter is particularly evil, returning to human form usually spares them from murder… but may also subject them to different fates instead.
  • One idiot claimed to have seen another bubble dragon around and directed them to the House of Science. Turns out that idiot was referencing Dr. Alphys, given similarities in body shape. When the monster scientist cleared up the confusion, she also noticed that despite their forms, Bub and Bob's SOULs are still human. They parted ways as friends anyway.
  • One time, while rescuing the Gang of Seven from a bunch of Shadow Heartless, upon seeing them get bubbled, Cera charged at them with more anger than she was normally, helping deal with them. When Bob asked, she was cagey until Petrie blurted out that one time she got trapped in a bubbly mud pit bubble and he had to burst her out. When Bub then asked why she didn't just pop herself out with her horn, she refused to answer and walked away.
  • As fellow bubble-shooters, the pair have also gotten along with Stella of the Angry Birds, Ceasar Zeppeli, and Rolling Bubbles of the PPGZ.
  • Bub likes all sorts of fruits, but not umeboshi (very sour preserved Japanese plums). He mistook it for a cherry once, and he felt his cheeks almost fall off as a result.
  • Upon being introduced to You Tube, video games, Let's Play, streaming, and V-Tubers, Bub decided to try his hand at them.

Is there anyone for Ambulance Chaser? I poked around but couldn't find any on my own, but in this behemoth I know how easy it is to not find something that is in fact there.

If not, I wanted to ask if we could put a pin in Saul Goodman/Jimmy McGill from Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul. Reasoning: I mean look at this.

His introductory scene has him going door to door at a police office between interrogation rooms, barging in and offering "the best legal defense money can buy" to every random anybody... so long as they use their one phone call to get some money coming his way. As seen above, when national tragedy strikes his first instinct is to make an ad trying to get anyone to use any made-up symptoms they can scrounge up to help him build his case. It doesn't matter how guilty you are or what nonsense you want to sue over—"Better Call Saul!"—and of course this pairs well with his incredible negotiation tactics, able to succeed no matter how frivolous and absurd the case is.

The reason I say "Put a Pin" is because the final season of Better Call Saul is set to start airing soon, and I don't want to write a sheet of internet forum fanfiction while his conclusion is so close yet so uncertain.

Thoughts?

With SuperWIKI1's retirement, I'd like to make a new proposal for Rebellious Princess:

  • Bean for Rebellious Princess
    • Reasoning: Princess Tiabeanie of Dreamland is always disobeying her father the king through avoiding marrying suitors, committing petty crimes, or drinking heavily. Bean is a special example in that the series heavily emphasizes that Bean is rebellious because of being a princess in a medieval age: with her father remarried and with a son and heir she feels replaced and unneeded, she doesn't have any royal duties other than to be sold off in an arranged political marriage but as a princess she doesn't have a job like the peasants which gives her more free time to be depressed and drink it away, and her skills or interests in fighting and adventuring aren't suited for a woman in her society, compounding how she feels like she doesn't belong.

  • Rival: Ippo Makunouchi
  • Enemies: Balrog, John Kreese, The Shredder
  • Robert Balboa, or referred usually as Rocky, is a heavyweight boxer and two time Heavyweight champion. He was once a debt collector and a small time boxer but after winning a fight against Spider Rico he is selected by current Heavyweight champion Apollo Creed, since other replacements were unavailable. It's him finally getting a chance for fame to become a full time boxer, of course he had to work all the way to become the Heavyweight champion by beating the man who challenged him in the first place and he got in a relationship with Adrian which blossomed into them being married with a son. While his fame is increasing to the point he's considered one of the greatest boxers it wasn't always sweet as he got in situations with other boxers like Lang rising to the top or him facing Russia with Drago. The former causing him realize that he got his opponents handpicked out of concern. The latter causing Apollo's death with Rocky not throwing the towel out of respect for the man's pride, causing him to regret it for decades and he got brain damaged during their fight. Rocky is forced to retire from boxing and while he did mentor a potential student named Tommy Gunn it strained his relationship with his family especially with his son and said student got manipulated by a corrupt promoter which caused him to fight him but he managed to win in the street fight and not let the promoter get his chance of a sanctioned fight.
    • Many years later, Rocky runs a restaurant named after his now late wife, now living more comfortably. But as he outlives Adrian and has once again a strained relationship with his son and Rocky is alone with a few others by his side. Rocky did return to boxing if only for a brief time to solve his issues. As of now in recent times, Rocky fully retired from boxing and still working on his restaurant. One day before closing off his restaurant, a certain man named Adonis Creed, the illegitimate son of the late Apollo came and asked him to mentor him which Rocky reluctantly agreed, reluctant because he is still unsure that he would return to the boxing world considering the arduous events he endured.
    • During the mentoring of Adonis, Rocky is revealed to have cancer and he refuses chemotherapy due to not just Adrian's experience but his own mortality seeing that most of his friends from his youth died in the meantime during the 16 years. Rocky gets encouraged by Adonis in a pact so they would overcome their struggles which both of them agree on. Rocky decides to actually mentor Donnie and accompanies him throughout his career as a boxer until one day, Ivan returns seeking revenge. Ivan's threat to Rocky that his son that Viktor would beat Adonis, would fear him enough to warn Adonis but unfortunately he refused out of spite and does the match with Rocky watching on. Rocky witnessed the match and was horrified enough after the fight to visit and manages to reconcile with Adonis. Rocky would train Adonis to prepare for the rematch and stay with him during the rematch. The result was Adonis winning the rematch against Viktor, which Rocky decides to pass on the torch to Adonis.
  • Rocky would find his way to the Pantheon, at some point after the match. While Rocky would be confused by the overall setting of the new area he decides to stay low and run his restaurant. A costumer would tell him about the House of Sports and Rocky would visit there. Rocky would soon decide that the Pantheon would be an interesting place to be in. He was also very surprised that his reputation spread throughout the Pantheon. He was then taken to the Court of the Gods who bestowed him the title of God of Training Montages which Rocky would accept considering that he was fond of the times he underwent training. Rocky while deciding to run his restaurant most of the time, would take some time off and be a boxer, inevitably getting accumulated in the Pantheon.
    • During his first days in the Pantheon before being properly introduced, he would be astonished by the amount of creatures and inhabitants there. He is most flabbergasted when he found out that there are animals capable of boxing which he encountered with the Roger Family, a family of genetically engineered kangaroos that knows how to do combat sports mainly boxing and Hoppy, a Hopparoo that does boxing with them being one of the first creatures he spotted that does boxing. He gets along with them well and they tend to compare their skills to each other even though it's actually still extraordinary weird for Rocky. With Hoppy, it's the same thing though the experience is still bewildering for him but he adjusts to it.
  • Rocky soon would found out that Apollo ascended to the Pantheon and decided to wait for him. One day, Apollo decided to visit Rocky's place and after looking an image of Rocky and Adonis, Rocky would come near him and told Apollo the events that happened after his death. While Apollo is bewildered by the aged Rocky, with Rocky saying that things haven't gone well ever since he defeated Drago. Rocky would tell him about his son Adonis, which shocked Apollo note  but he is otherwise glad that Adonis is living out his life and starting his own legacy. Both men would keep in contact with each other with them waiting for the chance for Adonis to ascend himself.
  • Being a determined person himself, Rocky would attract manners of people that are very determined in their goals whether they succeed or not. Nonetheless while despite he does have undergone his ups and downs throughout his life he still remains a determined man and keeps his head high. Overall, it's not his career that makes him what he is but it's him being determined to win and push himself to fight for what's right. Rocky would meet a manner of people who are so determined they will simply not give up or acquired something that would be insurmountably difficult for the norm to achieve. His affiliates are well aware of his determination, especially his allies respect the man for that.
    • One of the first people who he has met in this area who has determination is a certain boxer named Glass Joe who despite his medical condition and record still kept on with his boxing career. Rocky is also very puzzled that he even attempted to mentor someone despite his lack of overall abilities in that field, but expected that would go wrong. While Rocky is contemplating on training him considering his needs he decides to simply mentor him but decides to go lightly until he is ready for the actual stuff. With this taking a while of course but Rocky is patient that he will improve sincerely and visibly rather than being beaten all the time.
    • He also met Saitama who randomly bumped into him one day in the afternoon. While they started a conversation, he noticed a corpse of a Mysterious Being splat to pieces. He questioned Saitama if he did this and Saitama nodded causing Rocky to be a little flabbergasted by the latter's absurd strength with him asking Saitama how he obtained that ridiculous amount of strength with the latter saying he simply trained so hard and consistently that he gained his strength but with the loss of his hair. Rocky would be understandably flabbergasted by that statement but knew that the conclusion was logically sound considering it was so ridiculous.
  • Being a mentor who failed at the first time but succeeded the second time he can relate with other mentors but the one he notably meets is from the Karate Kid universe. He gets along with Mr. Miyagi and Daniel LaRusso though he might think that Daniel is too set on his beliefs to be like his mentor. With Johnny that is a complicated matter while he is genuinely impressed with Johnny's change in heart and turning teens to become better mentally and physically, he won't condone his actions as a bully though he is sympathetic as his actions are taught and pressured by Kreese. With Kreese, Rocky unsurprisingly is spiteful of him, considering his overall actions and the fact he intentionally corrupts his students to becoming ruthless fighters. Rocky even got pressured by the latter to fight him thinking he's just a former heavyweight boxer who hasn't been in an actual fight, Rocky proves him wrong with Kreese beaten but not too badly which caused him to declare he would start a vendetta against him.
  • With him being one of the greatest boxers in his hometown or world, even by the Pantheon standards he still has an astounding reputation compared to other boxers and many of them want to meet him or spar with him. He gets along with Dudley and Little Mac considering both of them are respectable boxers and aren't malicious. While he is somewhat disappointed with TJ's usage of cybernetic enhancements he changes his opinion when we sees that TJ is willing to fight to claim back his title and fight against Ultratech. With Balrog, he despises even more so than Drago and doesn't think he's a true boxer, with his reasoning is not him, being just dirty but overall is evil, being a member of Shadaloo and focusing on greed. That said while Rocky himself can't fight Balrog considering he would literally be killed if they fight he can rely on Dudley to help him with the latter accepting.
    • He has a rivalry with Ippo Makunouchi, both of them were once underdogs who become top boxers but ultimately their careers ended via a form of injury like Rocky suffering brain damage and Ippo soaking up so much damage that he possibly could have punch-drunk syndrome. The differences between them is that Rocky is a heavyweight and primarily a Stone Wall and Ippo is a featherweight Lightning Bruiser with abysmal defensive skills. While Rocky is a little bit saddened that Ippo's career ended at a ripe young age, both of them decided to help mentor other boxers through Rocky is more experienced with this than Ippo due to once mentoring a certain talented young man but failed before successfully training Adonis. Before that Rocky did challenge Ippo for the position of God of Boxing only to prove who's better with no malicious intent, with them being equal before Ippo retains the title with Rocky settling on with his trope.
  • With him being injured to the point of retirement after his fight against Ivan Drago, Rocky can relate to the others of the topic of injuries that end careers. But he knows that he has to carry on from his former career or otherwise he will indirectly hurt others just as he did with Robert. It's why even in the Pantheon that he prefers working at his restaurant noting to himself that he is lucky that he even survived the fight against Drago and he only does boxing occasionally and just for showing off rather than serious things. Rocky decides to relate to others on the topic of that and help them throughout their struggles via offering support.
    • He once met Ryuji Sakamoto, a Phantom Thief but also once a track star who got crippled by Kamoshida. The two are on pretty great terms with each other. While, the two could relate with their stories with Rocky being disgusted by Kamoshida and Ryuji being astonished but sympathetic once learning the circumstances of Rocky's abrupt end of his career. While Ryuji doesn't tell Rocky of his other identity as a Phantom Thief for clearly obvious reasons, he does frequently ask for advice and a little bit of boxing lessons. Still Ryuji occasionally visits Rocky in his restaurant for starting conversations and getting advice.
    • He encountered Ultraseven who's in his Dan Moroboshi form, one day while walking around in a certain area. Both of them decide to find a place to discuss about their stories and eventually to the point of discussing their struggles. While Rocky is amazed at Ultraseven's exploits he cautions him that going further means he will inevitably succumb which he doesn't want to see once again. Ultraseven admits to Rocky that he can't stop doing his job to protect Earth and his homeworld, just because of his injuries considering the threats around but does listen to Rocky. Rocky instead persuades him to not be reckless doing what he does in his job. Ultraseven is understandably not willing to stop but concedes to Rocky that lives are at stake and if he stops his job then it would be disastrous for them but considers it. All in all, both of them are actually quite cordial with each other and talk sometimes.

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done. Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that."

For Saul, based on the Hype Prevention Sandbox, I would wait two months after August 15th, when the final episode airs. But other than that, it seems like a good idea.

Walter C Dornez as a Lesser to Intermediate God of Razor Floss, since he literally provides the Trope's image. I'm pretty sure he'd fit in the House of Weapons, I'm just not sure whether the Hall of Bladed Weapons or Weapon Placement

I'm gonna make a post about Gone Horribly Wrong for the last time unless I need to reply to something about it.

Alphys is the current god of the trope, but since her experiments did go right since they survived and were returned back to their families, I feel like she can be replaced by someone who had something go wrong and stayed wrong.

Here are the current candidates I have in mind:

  • Gaster

-He broke across space and time which was a pretty horrible accident

-little info about him

-Deltarune is not complete yet

  • Scrapeface

-Resulted from a horrible experiment which had him scrape his face across walls, glitch and break reality, brutally murder one engineer and one soldat and is implied to have killed a scientist and many others along with breaking the upper half of a building and sinking it into the ground. He also died from scraping himself across the floor.

-Dies so it's the end for him and it's unlikely for him to reach a good ending.

-Died in the episode he was introduced in so he doesn't have much tropes to put in his portfolio

[up] Do you have a problem with Alphys specifically or something? The whole thing with Amalgamates runs a fine line between Gone Horribly Wrong and Gone Horribly Right because "mishapen monsters" are pretty sure NOT the result anyone is really looking for when creating something. Not to mention we have said multiple times that Gaster is no-go as of now.

Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!

[up] That sounds understandable, but until we find a decent replacement trope for Alphys which fits her better, we're not deleting her. Also, there's no need to rush to find a new host for Gone Horribly Wrong if it's unoccupied.
