Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3 means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4 is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5 is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4 is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
- Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
- Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- Preparing to write:
- First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple of more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
Template for Dominions profiles:
Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.

- Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
- Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.

- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple of more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Here's Eleanor. How is she?
Eleanor Hume, the Ambiguously Bi Goddess (Crybaby Exorcist)
- Potential House: Romantic Orientation
- Intermediate Goddess
- Symbol: Her Spear
- Theme Music: Eleanor's Theme
- Alignment: Lawful Neutral, becomes Neutral Good
- Portfolio: Praetor-level Exorcist, girls and the color blue, lances and magic, Hero Antagonist and Token Good Teammate until she saw just how ruthless the Abbey is, Proper Lady, attracting males (maybe because of her hair) but kindly not accepting them, the most normal member of the group, Cool Big Sis, Friend to All Children, Purity Personified (but not without her limits), very similar to Velvet, To Be Lawful or Good, Ship Tease with Velvet and Rokurou, Significant Green-Eyed Redhead, Hair Decorations, becomes the next Shepard
- Domains: Purity, Good, Lances
- Heralds: The Abbey
- Allies: Velvet Crowe, Eizen, Lora, Cosmos, the House of Heroes, all of the good Tales of Gods, Angela Ziegler/Mercy, Genos, Mumen Rider, Saitama, Liu Kang, Raiden
- Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Tornado, Fubuki
- Enemies: Barbatos Goetia, Malthael, Melkor, the House of Villains, The Nothing, Cetrion, Larxene, Kronika, Kano, Shinnok, Master Xehanort, all of the evil Gods in the House of Crime, Malos, Zanza, the Deep Sea King, IT, basically any Chaotic Evil God
- Opposes: "Speed-O'-Sound" Sonic
- Worries about: Sora
- When Eleanor Hume saw both Velvet Crowe and Eizen had entered the Pantheon, she knew that someday she'd have to follow them. After all, she just can't say no to Velvet. She also awaits Rokurou, whom she gave advice to regarding what to do after he defeated his brother Shigure. Upon seeing her, Eizen warns her about how dangerous the Pantheon can be at times, despite seeming like a privilege. Eleanor acknowledges this warning and marches diligently.
- As someone who is physically and mentally trained in order and justice, Eleanor takes the duty of fighting against evil wherever she goes. Cosmos has deemed her worthy of joining her group of heroes for this very purpose. Eleanor accepts this offer, recognizing Cosmos as a legitimate force of good. She's given the task of getting acquainted with other heroes, and scouting to see what villains may threaten the stability of the Pantheon.
- Deep in the Pantheon, the Exorcist spotted Genos, Mumen Rider, and Saitama. She agrees with their sense of justice, and notices how simple, but important Saitama's case on heroes (even if his delivery does make it sound more obvious than most give heroism credit for). Mumen Rider's Heroic Willpower impresses Eleanor since he stood up to the Deep Sea King despite being much weaker. Meanwhile, she can't understand why "Speed-O'-Sound" Sonic hates Saitama so much. From her perspective, he's just holding a petty grudge. Sonic responds by saying a goody two shoes like her is too naïve to get it.
- While investigating the Universe of Kingdom Hearts, Eleanor ran into Larxene. The former said to atone for her evil ways, but the latter laughed at her for thinking it would be that easy. If Eleanor wants results, she's gonna have to fight for them. Not wanting to take her chances, Eleanor leaves and notices Master Xehanort about to gain access to Kingdom Hearts. When she asks him why he would want to destroy the universe, the old man says the universe has too much darkness and thus, must be cleansed. Eleanor cries foul, since he can just use Kingdom Hearts to save the universe in a less genocidal manner. She thinks he's just trying to satisfy his God complex while making himself look more heroic; even Lord Artorius wasn't that bad. Before the debate can get more heated, Xehanort is One-Punched by Saitama.
- One God that Eleanor has mixed feelings about is Sora. While she wants to like him for his heroic and friendly nature, he is very stupid and unaware of how selfish he actually is. As much as Sora claims his friends are his power, he did next to nothing as all of his friends were killed (instead feeling sorry for himself) in his first attempt at the Keyblade Graveyard. She tells him that if he wants people to believe him, he should let his actions do the talking for him. Eleanor says this because she fears he's one bad day away from becoming like Artorius.
- Speaking of Artorius, Malthael's and IT's end goals sound eerily similar to the Ceremony of Surpression. Malthael in particular stands out because just like Artorius, he used to be a good guy. She realizes he can't be reasoned with, and needs to be put down. As for IT, Eleanor just wants to see Saitama again.
- Cetrion initially seemed trustworthy, but when she asked Eleanor, "Why do birds flap their wings?", the exorcist quickly realized something was wrong since it sounds similar to Artorius' "Why do birds fly". Sure enough, her mother Kronika wants to restart the timeline, ensuring Cetrion is locked in a Forever War with Shinnok. On the flip side, she's willing to work with Liu Kang and Raiden as long as they aren't embracing their respective dark sides.
- Elsewhere, Eleanor meets up with Lora, who she's able to connect with since both of their moms are dead (and they have red hair). Lora became a mercenary so she could help others in need, so Eleanor can relate to wanting to help others. She also warned Eleanor about Malos and how dangerous he is. The exorcist heads this warning and chooses not to approach him or Zanza.
I think it should be titled, Goddess of Ambiguous Bisexuality. Also, write her bio, every deity needs one.

Just a sad, lonely girldamn. I was so close.
Everyone look at my sandbox@Daleks: Speaking of Ben and his Omnitrix, there's something I wish to ask.
What was the verdict on Ben Tennyson's Omnitrix being able to copy the DNA of other extraterrestrials in the Pantheon? I'm sure that with Azmuth here now, he would probably place a restriction, but what about before that? And no, I won't accept Ben being stupid, because even if he wouldn't think of copying a Saiyan's DNA, I'm sure Son Goku would probably suggest that for him instead, even if it's just to see what a Saiyan!Ben can offer in terms of a fight. And even if Goku somehow misses the idea, others surely are smart enough to suggest it, even just for communication purposes. Maybe the Court would enforce the restriction.
Back to the AMS.
AMS Agents Thomas Rogan, G, James Taylor, and Gary Stewart, Gods of Narm Charm (Rogan: Eager Eagle, Rowgun, Logan | G: "Agent Gwendolyn", 'Genocide', Silver Fang)
- New Houses: Jokes And Comedy
- s:
- Demigods
- Symbol: The AMS Badge
- Theme Song: Clear
- Alignment: Lawful Good for the most part (G was Chaotic Good during the 1991 Bayou City investigation)
- Portfolio: Critical Existence Failure, Toppling Several Giant Bosses, Government Agents of Fiction
- Rogan: Badass Longcoat, Based On Detective David Mills, Earn Your Happy Ending, Heterosexual Life-Partners with G, Last-Name Basis, Married to the Job, Parents as People, Retired Badass
- G: One-Letter Name, Badass Normal In A Nice Suit, Based On FBI Agent Johnny Utah, Breakout Character, No Name Given, Odd Couple with Isaac Washington, Resembles Nick Kang in Overkill
- James: Resembling Dr. Richard Walker in 4, Shut Up, Hannibal!, Takes "The World" With Him, Killed Off for Real
- Gary: Ensemble Dark Horse, Expy of Leon Kennedy, Flat Character, Hand Cannon, Naïve Newcomer, Disappears After His Debut Game
- Domain(s): Agency, Zombie-Killing, Shooting
- Heralds: Sophie Richards (Rogan's wife), Kate Green (James's, then G's, partner), Lisa Rogan (Rogan's daughter), Daniel Curien, Dan Taylor (member of Rogan's secret division), Harry Harris and Amy Crystal (fellow AMS Agents), Ryan Taylor (James's brother)
- Allies: Issac Washington (especially for G), Jill Valentine, Simon Belmont, V.S.S.E., the Virtua Cops, all Good-aligned Resident Evil deities, Saeko Busujima, Rei Miyamoto, Juliet Starling, The Green Flu Survivors, Columbus, Tallahassee, Wichita and Little Rock
- Enemies: The Magician, Albert Wesker, Alex Wesker, Dracula, Dr. Zomboss, the Special Infected, many undead gods in the Pantheon, particularly the zombie-type, Wild Dog
- G: the other "G"
- James: Junko Enoshima
- There are times when something dramatic comes off as hilarious and thus the absurdity of the situation puts its pathos to the rout. Unlike Bathos, this Narm isn't intentional. Sometimes though, it then becomes appealing in its own way, and thus becomes Narm Charm.
- The light gun game franchise The House of the Dead is famous for this. Well, the first two, anyway; the later games made an effort to look decent, and thus lost some of the charm. That is why only AMS Agents Rogan, G, James, and Gary have been selected for the title. That—and the fact that there isn't enough information on them—is also why the entirety of AMS isn't nominated like V.S.S.E. had been for Light Gun Game.
- Agent G was the first of them to ascend, under the title One-Letter Name, and Isaac was there to greet him with an "About time, motherfucker!" G is just as happy to have his old friend in the Pantheon.
- When he heard word of his House transfer, he was glad to hear it, and was the first to greet his old partner Thomas Rogan, James Taylor Back from the Dead after his Heroic Sacrifice to destroy Goldman's The World, and Gary Stewart from whatever happened to him after the 2000 Goldman Case.
- Applies to all or some of them:
- As some of the most famous zombie hunters who ever lived, they naturally don't get along very well with members of the pantheon who have returned from the grave. This can range from mere distrust to outright contempt in the case of Dracula. The House of Vampires and, ironically, the House of Undead have strictly prohibited them from entry out of fear that they'll go on a rampage should they enter.
- They also hold contempt for those whose experiments make mutants out of the undead, so they especially oppose Albert Wesker, his sister Alex, and their allies.
- Speaking of the Weskers, the AMS agents occasionally assist Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, Leon Kennedy, and their friends against those scientists and their Umbrella cronies, providing both access to the AMS database as well as their own skills as an undead creature killer. Once, on a desperate occasion, G even helped Simon Belmont in his fight against Dracula.
- Dracula's resemblance to G and Rogan's arch enemy, Type-0 "The Magician", has not helped their icy relationship with the vampire. James' run in with the dantean monstrosity Type-β "The World" has also made him suspicious of whether Elsa had any hand in its creation because of its ice powers. They eventually cleared things up with the Arrendellian queen, but cryokinetics are still people they watch out for, especially for James.
- Technically speaking, save for the events in 1991, Curien's/Goldman's/Thornheart's forces aren't actually comprised of traditional zombies and are likely creations, thus creatures or mutants. For one, they straight up kill people rather than infect them. For another, they come in all shapes and sizes, wield weapons and elemental powers, and can even drive cars.
- Badass Normals par excellence, between the four, they've killed enormous genetic abominations that can shoot fire, teleport, spawn endless electricity, fly, have multiple heads, swim, shoot webs, wield massive weapons, or manipulate ice. All while using only a six shot 9mm pistol, shotgun, or SMG (with Bottomless Magazines). Their colleagues have killed invulnerable giants, shapeshifters, and immortal evolving doomsday weapons while similarly armed.
- As such, BOWs and the Special Infected are nothing special to them. Not even the Tank is that much of a problem, though Boomer bile might be a mite concerning to deal with.
- Sometimes, during zombie-killing operations, instead of toting guns, James and Gary wear SEGA Dreamcast backpacks and keyboards and attack by typing words. Sometimes, it's a white PlayStation 2 instead of a Dreamcast, or a Mega Drive hooked to a tablet of all things, or even just an iPhone (and no backpack).
- As for why the hell they even have such things, it's because they're Friendly Fireproof since they don't target non-enemy units. That said, without headshots, it means typing speed is the most important thing here.
- Because they were used as both the code names and major inspiration for the primary undead strains they've fought, the agents were inherently mistrustful of Tarot cards and such motifs, and are uneasy around Nimue Inwudu and Sartorius as a result. And the Persona casts, who all bear various arcanas.
- However, the Magician's ascension and their own repulse in the face of the mutant has changed G's opinion and they decided that cooperation was the better option. They still distrust the Duelist, though, given his tenure under the Light of Ruin.
- Unlike Rogan, G never settled down and had kids, and thus regards his partner and his wife Sophie as the closest thing he has to a family. During the 1998 Curien Case, Sophie had been gravely injured by the bardiche of Type-27 "The Chariot" and was almost considered dead; as a result, G and Rogan have grown to admire people who stay strong in spite of their disabilities.
- While not fighting the same foes as V.S.S.E. or the Virtua Cops, the AMS Agents do spend some time collaborating with them given that they're pretty good shots. That said, it also drew the enmity of Wild Dog, and while he won't be working together with most of the AMS Agents' enemies, he can still interfere in their operations as a Wild Card.
- Exclusive to Rogan:
- As a workaholic who barely had time for his own daughter, Rogan's gotten to know others who've had similar dynamics with their kids. They may or may not have formed an Anonymous Support group.
- First is Sonya Blade, who had a strained relationship with her daughter Cassie by devoting herself to her job as a Major General and treating Cassie as another soldier and rarely her own daughter. She's trying to move on from this since her husband Johnny Cage became too concerned of this attitude.
- Second is Ryotaro Dojima, whose relation with Nanako was strained by his fears ever since his wife's death by a runaway car collision, and he frequently took to work to avoid her. Thankfully, Yu Narukami's arrival eventually got these issues fixed up.
- Third is Bright Noa, whose status as an EFSF naval officer strained his relationship and unintentionally antagonized his son Hathaway, who later became an insurgent in the organization Mufti and got captured. Bright signed the execution order without knowing it was his son he was sending to the electric chair. When he found out, he was so shattered that he resigned his commission.
- As a workaholic who barely had time for his own daughter, Rogan's gotten to know others who've had similar dynamics with their kids. They may or may not have formed an Anonymous Support group.
- Exclusive to G:
- Ever since his first mission in Louisiana, he's had a taste for sazeracs, and he'll quickly start acting more like his younger, cockier, edgier self after having a few. He also has a taste for country music.
- An old wound he received from Kuarl of Type-28 "Judgement" acts up from time to time. Luckily, he's always been stoic in the face of pain, and only lets it affect him when he's not on the job.
- He will never tell anyone what the G stands for… but if you were to guess 'Gangsta', he wouldn't try to deny it.
- Hates being mixed up with William Birkin, who also goes by 'G' (and is allied with Wesker), But he's on pleasant terms with both Jake Muller and Sherry Birkin.
- There've been rumors about G having "metallic"-tasting blood and behaving "mechanically". But he assures folks who ask that he's a 100% organic human being.
- Among the stuff in his part of the temple is Varla Guns's brain. It's true that the Pantheon has means to get her back to her old body, but it's best that a trope be found for her first (whether she's to be a Pantheon deity or just a herald or high priestess).
- Exclusive to James:
- Just like with G, James has an old wound (on top of the one he received from Type-0001 "The Star") that acts up from time to time. Luckily, he's able to power through it, and only lets it affect him when he's not on the job.
- Has been berated for pulling a Stupid Sacrifice when the used his PDA-time bomb to destroy The World when he could've easily thrown it. Even if the Star had injured him and he wouldn't have lived for long, there were better ways to go in front of his partner Kate.
- As an advocate for not giving up hope, he's appalled by the fact that there are folks who explicitly desire to destroy it and sink people into despair. As such, Junko Enoshima is a prime enemy he won't hesitate to shoot on sight.
- Was once asked if he has miraculous powers from beyond the grave to help his brother Ryan in the mortal realm given that in the battle against Thornheart's mutant The Moon, after Ryan picked up a rebar and jumped from a multiple-stories building to stab the monster without a second thought, lightning came soon after to finish the beast.
- Exclusive to Gary:
- As someone introduced to the conflicts they're fighting while they were just newcomers to the agency they are working for, out of all the Resident Evil heroes, Gary gets along best with Leon Kennedy.

- Followers: Kainé, Yata Misaki, Oyuki-Chan, Maika Halfwolf, Holden Caulfield, Marco Mazzoli, the Dra+Koi protagonist
- Allies: The AMS Agents (particularly G), Samuel L. Jackson, Travis Touchdown, Anarchy Panty
- Teeth-Clenched Teamwork with: Jill Valentine
- Enemies: The Magician, Albert Wesker
- When it comes to swear words, none have said as many with such regularity as Detective Isaac Washington, Agent G's impromptu partner during the 1991 Papa Ceasar actually Clement Darling Case. Thanks to him, his game holds the Guinness World Record for the most swear words in a video game ever (while it was later superseded by Mafia II, no one there cusses as much as Isaac has). And it's thanks to that that he ascended to the Pantheon.
- After his ascension, some of the Gods have wondered that he resembles Samuel Jackson. Isaac, however, snubs them for assuming such a theory.
- Due to his potty mouth, he's not allowed near any children. Except those who already cuss regularly, like Tiny Tina or Joel's partner Ellie. And if he does cuss in range, he gets his speech censored from their ears. Only he gets his treatment due to his lack of self-control.
- Goldman is really angry at the fact that Isaac, a friend of one of the AMS Agents (G) has ascended. The EFI President plans to eliminate him for unknown reasons. Unbeknownst to Isaac, (even if he eventually listened to the tape, since the crime lord Papa Caesar didn't drop any names) Goldman may or may not be one of the few "powerful friends" Papa Caesar was referring to in his tape.
- But he's since disappeared after the Magician's ascension, who in turn decided to target Isaac as well due to his connection with G.
- Has no problems shooting criminals on the spot. Sledge Hammer actually approves that one time he shot Papa Caesar in the right leg.
- Due to his encounter with a literal example in Clement Darling, he will not say the word "motherfucker" to anyone who actually screwed their mother. Other swear words are still fair game.
- Has a gun he calls the Gwendolyn, which has the power (but not the crowd control) of the automatic shotgun, the range of the handgun, and has Bottomless Magazines.

@Omnitrix: It's likely that Ben would have been decreed by the Court with a warning not to scan or use the species of any overly powerful species without giving him a restriction until they can fully work out the kinks of what to restrict. Ben likely did restrain himself from scanning something like a Saiyan's body, but not enough to sneak in some species (take the Maltusians and Supreme Kai species for example). During this time Azmuth ascended. When he learned of the thousands of species in the Pantheon and documented them, he was able to make a clear distinction of what species Ben should and shouldn't be able to access. After all, the creator knows best.
Then, Azmuth had the Omnitrix sent to the Technology house incognito (as to how I don't know) to have its experts input the necessary restrictions on it, only unlockable by trusted GUAG officers such as mid to high-ranking GUAG White Hats. Whatever program that prevents Ben from harnessing prohibited species updates itself periodically for every new ascension to the Pantheon.
@AMS Agents: There's also Shuichi Akai, Tooru Amuro and Rena Mizunashi, an FBI, NPA (Japanese National Police Agency) and CIA agent respectively investigating the Black Organization. If you count Rena's heralds, they're also FBI agents.

Retired effective March 1, 2022Man, its been a Decade since I got a chance to look at stuff here. Anyway, regarding Eleanor..is Ambiguously Bi really a good fit for her? Having played through Berseria, that is not really the first thing that pops into mind about her. I would think To Be Lawfulor Good would be better, as that's most of her arc until close to the climax of the game once she joins the party.
I'm going to add the sub-houses tomorrow since I'm going to bed soon
Nothing for Bloody Mary? Alright then.
I have some new year suggestions that I would like to show your audience if you don't mind.
Julianne Natalie Stingray, Goddess of Brewing Mechanics (Jill Stingray)
- Reasoning: The protagonist, Jill, is a bartender and the main mechanic of the game is mixing drinks through four ingredients plus the alcoholic components of Karmotrine along with the option to put in ice, age it, and whether to regularly mix or blend. And it's all for whoever walks into the doors of VA-11 HALL-A: Could be a newspaper chief, a veterinarian, a Consummate Professional assassin, a Sexbot, a talking brain, and so on. There honestly isn't much else to say to hammer the point down. Part of the title is literally "Cyberpunk Bartending Action" and she says "Time to mix drinks and change lives" every time she begins her shift for the day.
S.A.T.8, Goddess of Messy Hair
- Reasoning: Her curly blonde hair is what I can only describe to be the mane of a lion (which is probably why I see "Pizza Lion" being a nickname for her people use). This state of messiness is in◊ all of◊ her◊ costumes◊. According to her illustrator, NIN, her messy curls even curl differently depending on the surrounding temperature and it even gets messier when combed.
Endermen, Godly Mantles of The Pale One
- Reasoning: Tall, thin, dark, and ominous entities that are not of this world andd spell bad news when directly looking at them (at least in the eyes). The Endermen are a deadringer for the Slender Man and I distinctly remember them being added back when SM's popularity was taking off. They are even one of the three examples provided in the image.
for the Endermen.

THE GOLDEN AGE WILL RETURN AGAIN!I still think that Skinner should be a School Guardian instead. After all, with Snape and Onizuka as capable teachers, there should be one ineffective one in the trio.
Retired effective March 1, 2022Le sigh. It has been a damn while since I'm here. Granted, I don't want to tarry for too long. But... well I just gotta say a bit.
Remember when we had certain deities that everyone hates just because, like making them the Hate Sink of everyone? Like Umbridge?
I honestly thought that Embryo from Cross Ange has become something like this, to the point someone like Darkness from Kono Suba hate him genuinely. I mean... after watching Konosuba and knowing how the series go... I think Darkness wouldn't be... too disgusted at him. It's Darkness, masochistic knight Too Kinky to Torture extraordinary. She'd be begging for more 'pain' and 'humiliation' and 'torture' from Embryo... and uniquely, I think she'd be one woman that Embryo could freak out at. He would expect a beautiful woman to his standards to be resisting and giving the middle finger to his 'bad touch', but NOT begging for more. Embryo would be creeped out, honestly, but I saw it looking like Darkness was just joining the Embryo hate bandwagon... I'd change that.
I'd be scouring for more gratuitous Embryo dislike (for some like from the fellow CA cast, I'll leave that be), but I'll stop at the moment and just go on for Darkness. BRB, editing some pages now (Or probably not gonna be BRB).
Edited by ChrisX on Jan 3rd 2020 at 6:29:37 PM
Didn't one of the SRW basically have Embryo kidnap like everyone's girlfriends at one point? Not sure if he quite reaches the Sigma-levels on pissing as many universes off as possible, but he isn't making any favours for him.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru! That was because he was facing a group of normal, sane girls that would be rightfully repulsed at his actions. None of them are in any way masochistic. Darkness is an hyper masochist, no matter how you put it off. She'd more likely be begging for more. I'm not insulting her when I say she is insane, but that was just how it would be more proper to respect her character. She's the kind of girl that will have a gleeful face in the face of things that would creep normal girls out.
Again, in the case of Embryo, let's just remember what we did to Terumi and Umbridge before. Even if he rightfully pisses off everyone, eventually "Let's just have everyone hate him by default and then everyone take a piss on him, even if some of them will have to act against their characterization to facilitate." will get boring fast or start leaving a bad taste in our mouth.

To Be Lawful or Good has already been taken by Roy from The Order of the Stick.
TV Tropes Pantheon Group Members DatabaseHey chris, glad to see you here.
My knowledge of Konosuba is fairly limited and i guess the writing on Darkness kinda glossed over that. Still i'm pretty sure, if she is an heroic character, that she has to have some form of standars right?
And Embryo hate? You say that and i raise you the collective dislike of the pantheon towards the most beautiful, most noble, immortal and supremely powerful god: ZAM-GOTCHA!
Uni catI mean, Darkness did get excited when she Fantasy of being a wife of a deadbeat husband who told her to sell her body to make money.
While Darkness is by far the most selfless of the bunch, it's saying something that if pain and humiliation that doesn't involve 'getting her actual name (Lalatina) revealed', she probably would've jumped right off bat for that rather than . That, and at the beginning, she already expressed the kind of person that would annoy her and would make her wish she'd punch that person instead of getting punched: Kyouya, who is by far the straightest take of a Light Novel straight-laced hero within Konosuba, but ended up being Played for Laughs because he's very much having a Wrong Genre Savvy syndrome.
Darkness is both a selfless knight AND a pleasure seeker in the same time. The last episode of the first season kinda confirm that.
She probably would try to oppose Embryo, but she got too over in imagining and saying the kind of perv things that Embryo would do to her out loud, and it creeps him out and blacklist her from her 'harem' idea. It worked with Ange and the heroines he kidnapped in SRW V, because they are very normal and showing resistance to his advances. In his words, women are even more beautiful and worthy as his bride the more they try to resist him. But Darkness doesn't even resist... she'd keep wanting more, unlike even other normal girls he seduced and used as pawn. Definitely a whole new level that I honestly think that Embryo would be creeped out even if he's a gigantic perv.
Ahh, you're back.
Are you a LOL guy?

- Annoyed by: Kaito Kid
- Abhorrent Admirer(s): Any single cops in the Pantheon (Sato)
- A lot of eyebrows were raised by naysayers when Conan Edogawa filed an application to ascend one of his allies, whereas the previous Detective Conan deities ascended based on their own merit. Everyone assumed Conan was manoeuvring Juzo Megure, an inspector at the homicide unit of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department for ascension under the trope Inspector Lestrade, but it turned out Megure was already in talks with the Trope Namer himself. Mr. G. Lestrade bargained Megure down to being his high priest. The officers Conan was actually having ascended were his two subordinates, couple Wataru Takagi and Miwako Sato under Almost Kiss. The House of Love rejoiced as Takagi and Sato joined their ranks. Sato and Takagi promptly applied for recruitment at the Pantheon's police force that was slowly being built up in the 77th Precinct, amid 'informal concerns'.
- In the early stages of their relationship, every time they attempted to go for The Big Damn Kiss, anyone, absolutely anyone would unknowingly interrupt them, be it Megure, a fellow cop or Conan. Even though the kiss did come to pass in Episode 535/Manga Volume 64, this rule still applies. While progress on their relationship was slow since both had their own trials and tribulations, it eventually did blossom into a full-on romance.
- Their knowledge of the Black Organization and Conan's true identity is a chaotic affair. In fact, they entered the Pantheon because of the Organization. They were tailing a low-ranked Black Organization operative as his superiors were making a move to the Pantheon. but he lagged behind long enough to murder an unsuspecting witness. Sato and Takagi entered the House of Crime via a secondary gateway (the main Organization party was attacking the Janus Checkpoints). They later found his body in a nearby alley riddled with bullets courtesy of Chianti and alerted a nearby officer, who turned out to be one of Commissioner Gordon's men patrolling. You know what comes next.
- Applies to both of them:
- Sato doesn't want her mother to know of her relationship with Takagi. This is in spite of the fact that Mrs. Sato worries for how her daughter is past the prime age for marriage and is trying to force her into marriage with other men as a result. Sato has her reasons, and whatever they are, Takagi respects them. Mrs. Sato does have a legitimate reason to be concerned: wants her daughter to marry a well-off and financially stable man which Takagi certainly is not.
- They have met quite a lot of opposition with regards to their relationship. While most of Sato's problems are merely frivolous jabs and teases from her colleague Yumi Miyamoto (angsty over being the only single person in her circle of friends), Takagi has it a lot worse. Most of his male colleagues also love Sato to the point that they regularly intimidate and interrogate Takagi on the progress of their romance, even forming a lobbying group to boycott their dates. Commander Vimes, a senior officer of the House of Justice expressed concern for this, seeing as how the 77th Precinct is not the Tokyo MPD, and many corrupt and outright sociopathic officers exist in the Pantheon like Jigsaw's herald Mark Hoffman. It's not as serious as in their homeworld, but Takagi is still facing minimal resistance from his new colleagues.
- As with all deities in the Pantheon, the mandate regarding Conan's darkest secret applies to them, more so as denizens of Conan's homeworld. However, the fact that their ascension was brought on by a BO operative was too important to ignore. They were allowed to retain this knowledge upon ascension, since they neither know nothing about said member being part of the Black Organization nor about its existence. Nevertheless, Conan worries for their safety in the Pantheon, since their status as his staunch allies renders them helpless as and when the Organization discovers his true identity. Alleged Organization member Hyoue Kuroda is similarly looking out for them, though as their boss's boss, he leaves matters to their direct superior and herald Megure.
- As a cop couple, they have working relationships with others of their ilk, including Jacob Peralta and Amy Santiago. They work with Santiago far more, seeing as married officers cannot serve in the same police division and can respect to an extent her extreme drive and competitiveness with Jake and are wholeheartedly supportive of their marriage. They have similarly warm feelings for Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, and teamed up with them when a string of grisly murders erupted around the House of Beast. The four performed a raid on a Night Howler warehouse in the area and arrested seventeen suspects who were hired by amoral Professor Hojo. The mastermind himself managed to escape, though not before filling the room with a gaseous form of the serum which infected Nick. The cunning fox managed to hold himself back from fatally attacking Takagi long enough to be sedated by Judy, while Sato took care of a ravaged Takagi. Thankfully, Asia Argento's help managed to prevent a costly resurrection fee in the House of Life And Death.
- Exclusive to Takagi:
- Like all the officers in Detective Conan, Wataru Takagi is a morally upstanding individual who views even the most minor of crimes as absolute blasphemy. He is characterized as the Shrinking Violet to Sato's Tomboy, yet is the police officer in his unit who has received the most near-death experiences, ranging from being held hostage by a criminal multiple times, kidnapped because of a case of Mistaken Identity and trapped in a tower with a ticking time bomb. This still holds true in the Pantheon.
- Exclusive to Sato:
- Assistant Inspector Miwako Sato has endured a lot of heartbreak throughout her life. Her father Masayoshi, a well-liked police superintendent, was killed in a traffic accident while escorting a bank robber to jail. This traumatic event would greatly scar her and her family and spur her to become a police officer in his stead. Hence, like most other law-abiding figures in the world of Detective Conan, she views all crimes, including petty thievery and kidnapping as complete blasphemy.
- On a more personal note, she absolutely detests serial bombers and terrorists in the Pantheon. Her first flame (second if you count Lupin III), Jinpei Matsuda died in a Ferris wheel bombing and strained her romance with Takagi. She hates how her loved ones tend to die around her, seeing herself as a sort of "bad omen", and repeatedly tried to ward off Takagi from courting her to prevent him from dying, as much as she loved him. Luckily, Love Prevails.
- Sato has gone through a lot of heartbreak in her life to the point that she has questioned her love for Takagi to the point of ruin. Her father Masayoshi died in a traffic accident while escorting a criminal and her First Love Jinpei Matsuda died in a Ferris wheel bombing.
- Takagi: It doesn't matter whether it's a petty or a major crime, all crimes are unforgivable!
- Sato: The word "justice" isn't a word you can involve in any occasion... it's something we must hold secretly in our heart.
