Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Return of the suggestions. Monthly basis only. These are for adoption. They're not suggestions for approval. They've been approved already.

Basic profiles have already been made in my second sandbox.

I had some difficulty with this draft. What should I add to Meowstic?

Meowstic, Divine Representatives Of Dark Males And Pale Females (The Constraint Pokemon)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/678meowstic.png
Left-Male Meowstic, Right-Female Meowstic
  • House: Gender Appearances (House of Personal Appearance)
  • Lesser God and Goddess (would be Intermediate if they could fully control their psychic power)
  • Symbol: TBA
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Gender: Male and female respectively
  • Ability: Prankster (Male), Competitive (Female)
  • Moveset:
    • Male Meowstic: Light Screen, Reflect, Psyshock, Sucker Punch
    • Female Meowstic: Signal Beam, Charge Beam, Psyshock, Shadow Ball
    • Z-Move: Shattered Psyche (both)
  • Portfolio: Psychic Powers, Pale Females, Dark Males, Large Movepools, Major Gender Differences, Cute Little Fangs, Masculine Lines, Feminine Curves, Hates Having Their Ears Touched As They Keep Its Powers In Check, Multiple-Tailed Beast, Nekomata (both genders), Preferred For Its Prankster Ability, Making It A Support Party Member (Male Meowstic), Combat and Support, More Offensively Oriented (Female Meowstic)
  • Domains: Psychic Power, Gender Differences, Restraint, Felines
  • Allies: Ash Ketchum, Calem and Serena, Tate and Liza, Espeon, Meowth, Bastet, Firestar, Koneko Toujou, J'onn J'onnz
  • Enemies: The ascended Pokemon villains, especially Lysandre, The Chaos Gods, Arael
  • Opposes: Hansel and Gretel(Black Lagoon)
  • Avoids: The House of Ghosts and Insects
  • Meowstic, the Restrain Pokemon, is the evolution of Espurr and like it a Psychic type. Meowstic is one of a handful of Pokemon who's gender differences are obvious, and the only Pokemon who's moveset varies based on gender. Males are dark blue and supportive, females are white and offensive.
  • The pair of Meowstic in the pantheon appear to be fraternal twins, and have their gender-specific hidden abilities. As such, they seem to be interested in those in the House of Twins. They became close friends with Tate and Liza as they were psychic twins from the same universe. Hansel and Gretel, however, proved to be really creepy and probably why they don't stay there too long.
  • It was much harder to tell the difference between the two of them when they were both Espurr, who's most well-known for being very cute and a wide-eye stare. Some say they've seen some things. And as Espurr, they had to be very careful with their psychic powers as they couldn't control it.
  • Called the Restraint Pokemon as the patterns under their ears contains dangerous amounts of psychic power, and when released they can crush a 10-ton truck. They look like eyes, but are more like auxiliary brains. As such, they are focused on keeping that power in check. It's for this reason they gravitated to Raven, since she has to keep her emotions in check so that Trigon doesn't try to possess her. They completely understand her deal.
  • Given the need for constraint and their psychic powers, Meowstic is particularly sensitive to entities who Mind Rape such as Arael. They were terrified to learn of the Chaos Gods, since they have a much easier time preying on those with psychic abilities. Given their type, they don't want to be near any ghost or insect either.
  • Are spending a lot of their time in the House of Spiritual and Mental Powers in hopes of better understanding their powers, and to better control them so they may become stronger in battle. They've warned everyone there not to touch the ears. The Martian Manhunter is helping them out with their powers.
  • Based of the nekomata. As such they get along with Koneko Toujou, and a number of deities in the House of Felines. Particularly Espeon, a fellow Psychic-type nekomata. Naturally they get along with Ash, Calem and Serena for their heroism and exploits in their native region of Kalos.

Mokuba Kaiba , God of Big Brother Worship

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mokuba_kaiba.png

Need some more suggestions for Mokuba

Since Decidueye is in the pantheon, Rowlet unfortunately can't be the god of Cute Owl. So I think the two choices are Feh from Fire Emblem Heroes or Celeste from Animal Crossing. Which one do you guys think is better?

Does anyone know a character with good Barely-There Swimwear, like the character would be covered more in just a scarf then that swimsuit.

Does this website has like a polling option, so we can all choose which character gets which trope, cause I think we have to a majority rules for who gets to be Monkey King Lite.

Also, I'd like to give Glacier Waif to Azumarill while Fiona Mayfield just keeps Apologetic Attacker.

@RJ-19-CLOVIS-93: I think you misunderstand what is meant by Law. Hajun is not an embodiment of law, he is and embodiment of HIS law. It's the same for all Throne gods.

I think best what to describe it is that these laws that characters in the Shinza series create are more like natural laws, like the law of gravity for instance. It's sort of like when their desire is made manifest it exists as an absolute truth, and ascending to the Throne makes that truth into a new universal natural Law. It's not like a law that you write in a simple rule-book and expect people to follow it, it is an absolute trait of the universe.

And since this law is the ultimate expression of an individuals desires, they become the law itself as they are basically walking universes. This however means that even the Gods themselves cannot act against it, since if they did (or rather even if they could), they would not be embodying their law anymore, it would essentially end up as a Reality-Breaking Paradox.

And since the source of Hajun's law is the desire of "In spite of everything, I want to be alone", and "Everything else dies, leave only myself", having allies is a flat out impossibility.

(As for Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, hard to say. The reason I am saying this is that Hajun's law should make it impossible, yet there is something that has been announced called Dies Irae Pantheon where, as the title suggests, it focuses on the Throne Pantheon which Hajun is part of. However it has not been released yet and we have very little info on it as of now, though early info suggests that all the gods are brought back under the realm of the 8th Heaven to battle some collective threat. So we don't know what role Hajun will play in it.)

(And just an addendum so we are clear, under normal circumstances there can only ever be one Throne God since there is only one Throne. Marie's epoch was an exception since her Law specifically allowed for more than one even if they where not true gods. And we don't know whatever Law the 8th Heaven has created. So for all we know, she could just be using the memory from the archive instead of actually having them being there in the flesh. We just don't know as of now.)

The Sinner, Deity of Sentences Longer Than One's Lifespan

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/the_protag.png
Two of their more common guises.
  • Potential House: Criminal Punishment
  • [tup]s: 1 (Muundeis)
  • Ascending on: ??? ?? (repost on ??? ??)
  • Intermediate Deity
  • Symbol: Their barcode
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: From a Crapsack World with Post Peak Everything, A Starting Life Sentence of 1 Million Years Because of Lost Memory, Very Customizable (Even A Chance For Two-Toned Hair), Sentence Reduction By Doing Missions, The Leader, Human Resources, Made of Iron, Nerves of Steel, Zero Resolved Plotlines, accomplished Better With Teamwork, Very Slow Regeneration, Earning Swimwear For Working Off Their Sentence
  • Domain(s): Punishment, Parole, Rights
  • Heralds: Their Accessory (Robot Buddy/warden), their ally Sinners
  • Followers: Sengoku, Merrill "Benten" Yanagawa, Gabimaru "Gogul" Rikiya, Kanae Kazaki, Leon Garcia de Asturias, Solomon Roka, DuVaul
  • Allies: Guts, Maximus, Anakin Skywalker, [[ Snake Plissken]]
  • Enemies: Cletus Cassidy/Carnage, Bondrewd, ADVENT
  • Fears: Judge Dredd
  • Pities: River Song, Aleph
  • Pitied By: Their allies, Earl Hickey, Agatha Heterodyne
  • Opposes: Earl of Lemongrab
  • Sentences for crimes usually come in the form of years served in prison/parole, and usually the worst is a life sentence. And then there are cases with sentences far longer than one can expect to pay with their lifespan, sometimes ridiculously so. The Sinner got a million year-long sentence after birth for being a waste of human resources. "Thankfully", doing work for their Panopticon helps reduce the sentence…by tens of years (or tens of thousands of years for particularly hard or important ones). Usually, this work comes in the form of reclaiming kidnapped Citizens, repelling assaults by other Panopticons, scavenging resources, and other such necessities. With such a record, the Court decided to bring them to the Pantheon for such an unbelievable record after their plot (or whatever events remotely resemble it) was resolved.
  • Now that they're finally relieved of service of their Panopticon by way of their ascension, at long last, they have achieved true freedom; they can live however they want, they can keep whatever they want (as long as they can afford it), and there are no restrictions on who they can talk to (though who they wish to talk to still has the right to refuse conversation). Unfortunately, this has also left them at a loss on what to do, having been so used to following orders for so long. Fortunately, the GUAG were the first to approach and invite them to their ranks.
  • While they still have their "Accessories" with them, they're no longer tasked in keeping their Sinner in line and adding/reducing years to their sentence. Instead, they just serve to keep their Sinner updated on whatever current mission they're on, general advice, and companion in battle.
  • The Sinner's weapons of choice are a melee weapon and ranged weapon ''specialized" for taking down large mechs called Abductors. These range from knives, polearms, and brass knuckles for melee to handguns, flamethrowers, assault rifles, sniper rifles, autocannons, and portable artillery. They also have much more durability, agility, and might than an average human to ensure their survival in harsh conditions.
  • Due to their Panopticon life, they treat civilians, especially those who have valuable intel, science skills or are otherwise knowledgeable in essential non-combat stuff, with unnaturally high regard, even deeming their safety more important than whatever current mission they're on.
  • Having been subject to a ridiculously long life sentence, they're always on edge whenever Judge Dredd is around; his world's judicial system also delivers long sentences, and unlike their world has very little hope for parole.
  • As fellow deities who've had to win their freedom, the Sinner sympathizes with Guts, Maximus, and Anakin, even though their freedoms were more easily won compared to theirs, in which the Anti-Hero and the gladiator were appalled that the Sinner had to serve that many years, nay, millennia.
    • That said, they're more cautious around the Force user, given his…history.
  • Earl Hickey was exonerated from jail by redeeming himself to people who he had wronged before and is saddened that the Sinner's sentence was harsher than his, not to mention the state of their world that warranted such a sentence.
  • The Sinner's former situation reminds Agatha of the inmates of Castle Heterodyne prior to her inheriting of it. At least some time after she managed to claim the Castle for her own, either its (surviving) prisoners were freed unconditionally at some point during Klaus' siege of Mechanicsburg or joined up as her minions.
  • They know there are others who've had longer-than-life sentences in the Pantheon, and some of them absolutely deserved them, such as Carnage.
  • Due to how Human Resources are a premium in their world, they despise those who abuse them, such as Bondrewd. There's also the fact that he experiments on children, unlike how the Sinners rescue Citizens who then help make items for them.
    • In a similar vein, they oppose ADVENT as they’re perfectly willing to trick humanity into becoming more of their Mooks and bodies for their dying Elders.
  • One of their weapons is the Ibara Hookshot, which was noted to be like the Omni-directional Mobility Gear system used by the Attack on Titan deities.
  • Are frightened by the prospect of the Imperium of Man's Penal Legions, who are sent to suicide missions even the Imperial Guard aren't sent to, with a promise of forgiveness if they die, and freedom on the very, VERY small chance they live. But given how much of a Crapsack World the Imperium is from, which is much worse than their own…

The Chosen One, God of Unrealistic Martial Arts

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/the_chosen_one_lol.jpeg
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: His… gopher-chucks
  • Alignment: Neutral Good, but can also be Chaotic Stupid at times
  • Portfolio: Hilariously Unrealistic Martial Arts, The Chosen One, Raised By Various Desert Animals, Mighty Whitey [[ Despite Asian Parents]], Narm Charm, So Bad, It's Good, Funny Bruce Lee Noises, Gopher Chucks, Affectionate Parody to low-budget Kung Fu films, It Makes Sense in Context… actually, nothing makes any sense at all
  • Domain(s): Martial Arts (Spoofed), Destiny, Slapstick
  • Herald: Tonguey (his tongue), Dog (his pet dog)
  • High Priest:
  • Followers:
  • Relationships with Other Pantheon Deities (only include those who are already on one of the actual pages, and not here in this sandbox)
  • Allies: Po
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: All other (serious) martial artists
  • Rivals:
  • Enemies: All killers ("killing is badong!")
  • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that have various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.) other than allies, rivals, or enemies.
  • Respected by/Respects:
  • Pitied by/Pities:
  • Distrusts: Aliens, particularly those who are French
  • Opposed by: All Cows And Whales, Tauros
  • Conflicting Opinion:
  • Martial arts are regarded as a perfect fighting style when facing an opponent without resorting to weapons, and are seen as a great tool to develop one’s own character. Some characters take them to new levels, but are still serious enough to be forgiven. And then there’s this guy, who purposefully defy all laws of martial arts and make his fighting style really… wacko, to say the least.
  • As stated, his fighting style and his irresponsible demeanor gets him mixed reactions from most of the martial artist deities out there.
  • At least he and Po can relate to each other in one thing.
  • He doesn’t have a name, he’s only called the Chosen One. Why? Because there’s a face on his tongue, and his name is Tonguey.
  • Owns a classic red convertible
  • He has gopher-chucks, which are naturally made of gophers with a rope tied between them. Understandably, Chip and Dale and some other mouse-related deities are very annoyed at his reckless handling of the gophers, not that he (or the gophers used) cares though.
  • No (ascended) martial arts master worth their salt would ever consider training anybody incorrectly. Except some real life masters really do that for students they deem unworthy. They do admit to toughening up the practicioners' skin (though not to the extent of using mercury from a thermometer).
  • Apparently, his story is akin to an Abridged Series long before LittleKuriboh created Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged Series.
  • Simba doesn't believe for a second that his father showed up to guide the Chosen One, despite the "martial artist" saying so. And with Mufasa himself missing, there's no way to (dis)prove it.
  • For some explicable reason, while wandering in the House of Beasts, something about the Chosen One peeved Miltank something fierce and she engaged him in battle. And unlike Moon Yuu, she was dangerously competent. And she got really furious once he grabbed her teats (of course, she smacked his hands off when he did that).
    • And it was around that time that Tauros was about to pay her a visit, and seeing the Chosen One do that (well, fighting Miltank at all) turned him furious too, and he shortly joined the fray. The two Pokémon shortly double-teamed him, but the Chosen One was not through. (Un)fortunately, everyone else intervened and separated the three (well, they kept the two Pokémon close) and a restraining order has been placed on the Chosen One to make sure this doesn't happen again (despite Miltank being the instigator).
  • (something about Miss Piggy once r-lock successfully reworks the Muppets)

[up][up] Darn it, must have phrased it wrong. What I mean is that if they want to adopt an idea from you, they WILL ask for it. Posting once a month and telling everyone "Hey I got approved ideas anyone wanna take em?" on the forum may garner interest and that's all fine and good (sorry for not saying that), but not a lot of newcomers are gonna see them due to posts being made over time and us tropers who frequent this very forum have a lot on our hands already and either have no time to take them or are stumped on how to start with them. I hope this doesn't offend you. Also just for your sake, I'll take Diaval from you.

@ Mei: Allies with Reiji Arisu and Xiaomu after they introduced her to the Shinra organization’s Head of the Equipment Division, Chizuru Urashima, although the latter also did so thinking two eccentric geniuses would work well-ish together (Urashima doesn't even want her anywhere near Dragonturtle Mk.1). That, and Xiaomu wanted the jokes about Shinra being understaffed to stop. Perhaps she would also be enemies with the Corpus after some of them tried to take her more useful inventions for themselves.

@ Rowf and Snitter: Definitely are not going to like Vanilla Ice for brutally killing Iggy either by beating him to death personally or using his Stand, Cream, to erase one half of him. Nor are they going to like Dr Borous for his experiments on animals such as the Cyberdog line which even extended to his own loyal pet dog, Gabe. While Ice couldn’t care less about their opinions on him and wouldn’t even hesitate to erase them if they do much as get in his way, Borous does actually seem to regret what he did to Gabe given he was the only high point of his life. He tries to get better by nurturing the young of his existing creations, but being Think Tank he sometimes lapses back to old habits.

@ Rushuna: Enemies with Hol Horse since he's a gunslinger that has no qualms with taking lives for a paycheck or with working with someone as vile as J. Geil as long as they serve as his backup. He'd try to be a womanizer but unfortunately for Hol Horse his reputation proceeds him. That said, the encounter would be weird: The Emperor, Hol Horse's Stand that is a gun, can't be shot out of his hands and wouldn't even be visible to Rushuna. Hol Horse Wouldn't Hit a Girl, and his aim... isn't the best despite a multitude of advantages he has on hand thanks to his Stand unless if it's something unimportant like a snake or some random guy.

Anything else for Hatsumei?

Mei Hatsume, Goddess of Shameless Self-Promotion

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mei_hatsume_anime_profile.png
  • Potential House: Advertising
  • Theme Music: Obstacle Competition,
  • Rank: Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: An eye with a crosshairs pupil.
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Crosshaired Pupils, Attention Whore, Teen Genius, Manipulative Bitch, Telescopic vision, No Sense of Personal Space
  • Domains: Heroes, Technology, Trade
  • High Priest: Yato
  • Allies:
  • Enemies: Kurogiri, Himiko Toga, "Hero Killer" Stain, The House of Villains, The Corpus
  • Respects: Tony Stark
  • An U.A. Academy student from the Support Department, Mei Hatsume is a ditzy girl who likes to create devices designed to help out heroes. She is well-meaning but her short attention span and tendency to be the center of attention makes it very difficult to be around her for long. She ascended after trying to convince the Court of Gods that her "babies" would help out the heroes of GUAG and eventually they allowed her after she kept trying and trying.
  • Heard that there were plenty of deities from U.A. Academy and she was happy that her school had a strong representation in the pantheon. She is friends with Izuku Midoriya and has helped him develop gadgets that would suit his style. However, with Tenya Iida and Ochako Uraraka they don't really like her that much, the former because she used him to showcase her inventions in the Sports Festival and he felt betrayed for that and the latter usually gets ignored when she tries to have a conversation with her and also doesn't like how close she tends to get to Izuku, often accidentally.
  • Usually seen in the House of Commerce, where she heavily advertises her creation to any deity that comes near her proximity. She had to be put in place a few times since Mei tends to go overboard with her creations and that tends to end with Explosive Results, but the authorities there have expressed that sometimes she manages to create actually useful inventions.
  • She also likes to frequent the House of Technology and there she met Winry Rockbell. Both became friends after bonding about engineering mechanical devices and Mei is fascinated by the intricacy of the Automail limbs that Winry invents.
  • Has a great deal of respect for Tony Stark for achieving a great amount of wealth and fame as a result of his technological innovations, and her respect only grew when he managed to turn and use his inventions for heroics. Mei is interested in interning under Stark and while Tony respects her dedication and determination, he feels she is a little off the rocker to allow her to work for him but he is considering the offer.
  • Other mechanics that caught her attention were The Engineer and Torbjörn, renowned for being expert craftsmen in weapons. Hilariously enough, Torbjörn also has a tendency to call his turrets as his "babies" like Hatsume does but later both he and the Engineer found that Hatsume spent too much time in their respective workshops trying to come up with something that could upgrade their creations. At least they appreaciate her dedication.
    • Torbjörn also introduced her to his daughter Brigitte, who she thought would be a better teacher considering both were closer in age. Brigitte took a liking to Mei and likes to collaborate with her since she likes to build and repair things too. Hatsume often tries to suggests including a few bizarre additions to Brigitte's armor but more often than not they haven't worked out as much as she hoped they would.
  • Her quirk "Zoom" allows her to have telescopic vision, which is helpful when it comes to building a repairing stuff. She often is in awe of the mechas that the pantheon is home and has offered to repair and mantain them. Of course, as always, she likes to include her own additions in order to gain more recognition but she hasn't been super succesful in actually adding them.
  • Befriended Reiji Arisu and Xiaomu after they saw her in one of her usual attempts to get someone to notice her invetions and decided to introduce her to their friend Chizuru Urashima, head of the Shinra Organization's Equipment Division since Chizuru also is quite a bit eccentric herself. That, and they wanted Shinra to stop being understaffed.
    • That said, Hatsume's knack for messing things up unknowingly made it so Chizuru keeps her as far away from the Dragonturtle Mk.1 as possible.
  • At first she thought that being approached by a big conglomerate as the Corpus would only mean success for her, but she was later warned that the group itself is nothing but bad news. Mei declined the offer to join them and that almost caused the Corpus to try and steal some of her best inventions but thankfully her collegues from U.A. Academy had her back and she got her babies back.
  • As a GUAG member and a hero in training, she of courses opposes any villain that resides in the pantheon. Not only that but she also heard that plenty of other villains from her universe also were present and for that she's been busy thinking of way for building creations to stop them.

Kamek, God of Court Mages

  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: His magic wand
  • Theme Song: Kamek's Theme

  • Enemies: Mario, Yoshi, Luigi, Peach, Wario, Donkey Kong, Sonic, Donald Duck, Merlin, Cookie Monster, Ruby Rose, Kiki, Harry Potter
  • Kamek is one of the Magikoopas, a Koopa wizards who cast powerful spells and are the highest ranking minions of the Koopa Troops. This one is Bowser's personal adviser and caretaker when he was just a baby. He has been the adversary of Mario and Yoshi from the very beginning.
  • As a powerful Magikoopa, Kamek learned many magical spells like a projectile spell and manipulation. His most well-known spells is magically enchanting the size of many monsters, including Bowser himself to become a large behemoth.
  • He's more or less raised Bowser on his own. As his personal nanny, he found the young master to be quite a headache with his unsatisfied appetite and temper tantrums that leave him flattened.
  • He strongly dislikes Yoshi as his kind practically disturbed his little master for trying to interfere with his plans of kidnapping Mario and Luigi before they could even be a threat.
  • He is a prominent member of the because of his magical powers, including growing his minions to monstrous size.
  • As there are more powerful wizards in the Pantheon, he detests them for holding more power than he so enlist himself in the Malum Magia as a very prominent member because of his enchantment to any minions, granting them power and size.
    • He is shown to dislike other court mages such as Merlin and Donald Duck as he believe that Bowser is the superior of all kings. Not to mention, he found Donald's jabbering to be very unbearable.
  • Kamek always enjoy stealing cookies from others, much to the annoyance of cookie lovers, since he fed Yoshi cookies to Bowser when he was little and Bowser Jr, nowadays. The Cookie Monster doesn't like Kamek's theft of his crunchy sweets.
  • Disturbingly enough, he often dress himself as Princess Peach for... some occasions. It comes in handy in tricking the Mario Bros. though.
  • Kiki would avoid flying on her broomstick near Kamek when she is on her work shift as he is terrible with other flying witches and push them or even zap them for getting in his way. And he doesn't seem to care about any Quidditch matches too as he attacks them as well, though Harry is trained in self-defense.

The Monitor, Divine Herald Of Crisis Crossovers (The First Monitor)

  • Domains: Monitoring, Positive Matter, Power, Retcons, Crossovers, Space-Time, Sacrifice
  • Herald: Nix Uotan
  • Allies: All heroic DC gods, the Endless, Chronoa, The Creation Trio (yes, even Giratina), Whis, Cosmos, Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson, Prismo, Finn and Jake, Arceus, Primus, The Homestuck Kids, Linkara, Eru Illuvatar, The Living Tribunal, Eternity, Clockwork, Reiji Arisu and Xiamou
  • Headbutting Heroes with: Present and Future Zen'o, Lord Beerus, Eliphas
  • Enemies: The Anti-Monitor (his Evil Twin), Nekron, Darkseid, Krona, Lord English, Doc Scratch, Lord Fuse, The Lich, Merged Zamasu, Majin Buu, The Brainspawn, Don Thousand, Unicron, Sigma, Malal, Amatsu-Mikaboshi
  • Wary of: The House of Vampires
  • Outside of the multiverse lay the blank canvas, the Overmonitor. Upon discovering the DC Multiverse on it the entity sent a probe, which split into the Monitor and Anti-Monitor. A cosmic being almost as old as the universe, the Monitor watched the multiverse and helped guard it. When the Anti-Monitor awoke and began the Crisis on Infinite Earths, it was the Monitor who gathered various heroes and villain for the mother of all crossovers and the fact of creation at hand.
  • Expecting to be betrayed by a mind-controlled Harbinger, he used the situation to save the remaining universes at the time. And after ages, he's finally managed to regenerate. He's a distant, higher-up protector of the multiverse, an embodiment of positive matter who's personal strength depends on the amount of positive matter universes. And the pantheon's grander multiverse was so full of the stuff it made him immensely powerful. He is also aware of the likes of Merged Zamasu who wish to destroy the multiverse, and he's ready to take arms against such beings.
  • During his retreat, he became the progenitor to an entire race of Monitors who guard a different universe. Having reviewed the poorly-received Countdown to Final Crisis, Linkara wasn't impressed and summarized them in "We should do something! Should we do something?" The Monitor agreed with him on this and hopes to sort things out with the only active member of these new Monitors, Nix Uotan, and respects how Linkara has defended his own universe from various threats. He was also horrified to learn of Mandrakk the Dark Monitor, and the vampiric nature of these new Monitors. There's a lot for him to clean up.
  • His ilk dwells in Monitor Space, which lies above the Sphere of the Gods and bordering the edge of the DC Multiverse itself. As such, he usually searches for friends and foes in the Main House. He found much in common with Primus-both are ancient, multiversal guardians who have an Evil Twin that wishes to destroy everything. He has also allied with Cosmos, as the Grand United Alliance of Good are an excellent alliance to oppose the Anti-Monitor and his like. Unlike her he is willing to get those from the other alliances(sans the Grand United Alliance of Destruction) if it means protecting the multiverse. Sometimes heroes and villains have to work together for an ultimate threat.
  • Because of his role as Guardian of the Multiverse, he plays an important role in the House of Time And Space. He was curious about Giratina, since it is a god of antimatter yet wishes to protect the positive matter universe of Pokemon. Giratina explained that the two need each other and the Anti-Monitor is an aberration that must be stopped. The Monitor wholeheartedly agreed and was happy to see that antimatter could be used for good. He has gotten along with both the Creation Trio for their role of guardians of dimensions, and their creator Arceus for how they guide the realities below them.
  • Has been making various tuning forks to buffer the defense of the many universes in the pantheon, across both space and time. Chronoa has been giving him advice for where and when to put them, and Clockwork has been helping upgrade them to be better at protecting space-time. While doing this, the tuning forks were being assaulted and burned down by Lord English. His ambition to destroy everything ever and ability to manipulate history using the Stable Time Loop makes him just as dangerous as the Anti-Monitor, possibly even MORE so.
  • The rebuilt Monitor Sphere serves as his mobile temple, containing vast amounts of information. The Admins still have more that he does, though. The Brainspawn have been assaulting it to satiate their lust for all the knowledge in creation, then destroy it afterwards. Whenever they do so he shoots them down, and proved too out of their weight class to stupefy.
  • Has been travelling to the different higher realms in the various multiverses the pantheon has access to. He ended up travelling to the center of the Adventure Time multiverse, and met Prismo in the Time Room. He found Prismo to be very friendly company. There he also learned of the Lich, who considers the Monitor to be one of his biggest obstacles against his goal of destroying all life. The Monitor is proud of how Finn and Jake have managed to fight against this menace.
  • Has some issues with Beerus-he's not exactly comfortable with a Destroyer Deity, much less a petty one like him. However he is about keeping balance in the universe and despises the likes of Zamasu who cause destruction on a multiversal scale. He is also not quite sure what to think of the Zen'o for their childishness, but they are ultimately trying to keep order like their Secret Test of Character, so he ultimately sides with them.
  • He is also not quite sure what to think of Eliphas. While he desires order, he is a Knight Templar who has issues in enforcing too much of it. However Eliphas is improving his attitude and he is far more preferable to Don Thousand's desire to spread chaos everywhere. He considers Lord Fuse a major enemy as well for his power to merge different worlds so as to assimilate them to his will.
  • Appears to be unaffected by the various reboots and tweeks to continuity that DC Comics has undergone. This has led him to be aware of those rendered under Canon Discontinuity and the pantheon's various retcons. Malal saw the Monitor's ascension as his golden opportunity to escape the Retconnian, likely the pantheon's answer to Limbo and become the most powerful Chaos God of all. He has been assaulting the Monitor for this reason, who completely disapproves of the outcast for obvious reasons.
  • For their opposition to Lord English, he finds the kid heroes of Homestuck excellent champions for the safety of creation. He considers Reiji Arisu and Xiaomu important allies due to their prior experience with saving the day in massive crossovers. He has also found a kinship with the Living Tribunal, for being the Marvel Multiverse's guardian. The Living Tribunal doesn't think he's as impressive as he should be, but otherwise they are working together to safeguard both their multiverses. He has got to know Eternity as well.
  • Doesn't believe in being overt, and is more concerned with the biggest of threats. He's more about using the various superheroes for a larger goal. It's a philosophy that Eru Illuvatar can understand, and so does Cosmos and Whis. Following his return, however, he might have to be more active in his goal as the monitor and guardian of the DC Multiverse.
