Okay, so as a general rule, is the rework process the same as the induction process, with the thumbs up system? Because if that's the case, I'm ready to showcase my revision of Shantae's profile for an official vote. Unless there's more we can add before we go through with the revision process.

[up] That aspect of reworking seems nearly identical to the induction process.

* You should use Trope Pantheon Restructure thread for any reworks of a profile.
  • Remember for reworked profiles 1 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
  • Remember reworks with 2 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
  • 3 [tup]s is for an immediate update of the profile.

Thanks for the advice. Here's my suggestion for a rework to Shantae's profile. Primarily, it adds in Shantae: HGH lore, the Costume DLC, Carmelita as a One-Sided Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Galeem, Dharkon, and Shinnok as Enemies, and an updated profile picture to suit Shantae in her current state of affairs. As a gesture of good faith, the thumb up I received previously will not count. Starting now, thumb ups will count.

Shantae, Goddess of Belly Dancers (Half-Genie Hero, Guardian Genie of Scuttle Town)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/shantae_artwork_8.png
note
[tup]s:
  • Intermediate Goddess, temporarily Lesser Goddess when depowered, temporarily a Greater Goddess after regaining her genie magic at the end of Pirate's Curse, Borderline Greater Goddess as Nega Shantae
  • Symbol: Her lamp
  • Theme Song: "Dance Through The Danger", "The Last Battle" in her Nega Form
  • Alignment: Neutral Good (Chaotic Evil in her Nega Form)
  • Portfolio: Mascot of Way Forward, Half-human, half-genie hybrid, long, purple hair that she uses as a whip, good genie, uses belly dancing for transforming into animals, teleporting, and dancing for others, can use pike balls, fire balls, and thunderclouds, Happily Adopted, cute half-monster girl, Ms. Fanservice, self-doubting hero, is constantly fired and rehired by the town's incompetent mayor, has a dark and dangerous nega form, goes to the beach for a nice tan, practiced ninjitsu, borrowed Patty's officer uniform to play cops and robbers, arranged a sleepover with her friends and archenemy
  • Domain: Dances, Transformation, Hair, Magic
  • Followers: Rouge
  • Allies: Shovel Knight, Beck, Genie, Ariel, Aladdin (Both of them), Jasmine, The Monster Girls, Millia Rage, Yuna, Sun Wukong, Toejam and Earl, Filia, Velvet Crowe
  • Enemies: Gangplank, Jafar, Galeem and Dharkon, Shinnok
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Miss Fortune, Carmelita Fox (one-sided on Carmelita's end)
  • Odd Friendship: Morgiana
  • When she ascended into the Pantheon, she was 'ret-2-go' after foiling Risky Boots' plan, defeating her evil self after losing her genie powers and even defeating the Pirate Master after reacquiring her genie powers which took the strength of all genies to seal him away. After a reboot, she stopped Risky from perverting the Genie World with dark magic by destroying the Dynamo.
    • However, there are two separate occasions that brought out the evil side of her. Dubbed Nega Shantae, this evil version of the Half-Genie has all the powers she normally has, but instead of using them for good, she uses them to go out and try to kill Shantae and her friends. The first time had Risky using the Genie Lamp to suck out Shantae's magical half, bending it and forming it into a corrupted version of the weakened Human Shantae. The second involved Risky's Dynamo zapping Shantae, polarizing her light magic into dark magic, transforming her into the evil Half-Genie. With that in mind, she keeps away from any being whose capable of manipulating her magic, especially if they're evil.
  • During most of the day, she spends a lot of time in the House of Personal Appearance, trying out different kinds of shampoo and hair cream as well as new clothes.
    • On occasion, she'll be out on the Pantheon grounds wearing three different outfits. With the Bikini costume, she'll be running around, trying to find a beach to tan while collecting sunscreen, attacking with her hair, beach balls, and occasionally floating within a self-made bubble. With the Ninja costume, she's able to teleport instantly and utilizes a wakizashi as her weapon of choice, while also being able to jump and stick to walls. Finally, Patrica Wagon's Police Uniform allows her the usage of Patrica's pistol and the Switch Helmet, which can push and pull blocks in and out of spaces. While she attempts to be Lawful Good wearing this, she can be pretty incompetent, collecting her friends as inmates and arresting baddies for relatively trivial matter.
    • She can very rarely during the day (or if she's sleepwalking during the night) be wearing her Jammies. With this, she tries to gather her friends for a sleepover party, utilizing an army of sheep and a pillow to attack, as well as going to sleep to float around at will for an extended period of time.
  • She became friends with Jasmine and the two like to talk about their choice of clothing in which Shantae is intrigued that she isn't a belly dancer and would like teach her how to dance.
    • However, she didn't understand Jasmine's friend's, Ariel, choice of clothing, because she tried wearing various amounts of sea creature when she lost her clothes while swimming and it wasn't a good experience.
  • Surprisingly to everyone, despite what she wears on a daily basis, she is very modest, though mainly at the expense of herself or her outfit.
  • Her magical dances allows her to transform into animals, can heal herself, and even destroying her enemies with Obliterate. So far, she can transform into a monkey, elephant, harpy, spider, mermaid, Tinkerbats, and expects a lot more to come.
  • When she is either bored or out of gems, she would perform a stage in front of the audience who went to see her. Sometimes if they are lucky, they could see her wearing this.
  • As a technical monster girl, she meet the Monster Girls with mixed results.
    • Although she got over it, she was very scared of meeting Miia and Rachnera since she encountered not very friendly Naga and spiders.
    • While she enjoys her company with Papi, she does not like having her hair being pulled and has to remind her of it. Fortunately, she could transform into a harpy, so she could fly with Papi without any problems.
    • Other than that, she is rather friendly to Suu, Cerea, and Meron without any sort of problems.
  • When she heard that there was the Genie in the Pantheon, she was ecstatic to meet him, in which she wants to learn more about other kind of genies and to hear his witty humor.
    • As a result, she became fast friends with Aladdin (both of them).
  • Surprisingly, she was able to get along with Morgiana. Either one reason or another.
    • She tried to perform for Riven, but much to her dismay, it failed to raise her spirit.
  • She hates Gangplank, not just because he's a pirate but also whenever he fires his cannons, one of them always hit her house. She had to get it fixed multiple times.
    • With that said, she is willing to be tolerable to Miss Fortune. Maybe because she actually tried being one during one of her adventures.
  • She was happy to seeing both Beck and Shovel Knight from an successful Kickstarter projects to be in the Pantheon. They actually even tried fusion dancing before for the best possible outcome.
  • Upon finding other gods that have the power to control their hair, she immediately befriended Millia Rage and Filia.
    • Speaking of Filia, they first met at some ancient ruins, with the half-genie offering to help her look for the Skull Heart after she and Filia introduced themselves, but Samson wasn't as eager and tried to force her to leave. Naturally, it resulted in a showdown, which Shantae came out on top of in just a single minute. Of course, part of the ruins began to crumble as a result of their bout and Samson apologized for his behavior after they were rescued, but Shantae casually blew it off.
  • She is currently pondering over whether to donate her lamp into the Treasures of the Gods or not.
  • Carmelita Fox has little respect towards Shantae due to the time where Bentley forced her to belly dance during a heist in Ancient Arabia, though working with a wanted criminal (Risky Boots) didn't help matters to begin with.
    • Their relationship is only slightly better if Shantae's wearing Patrica Wagon's police uniform. Even then, Carmelita would simply go do her own thing and not bother with her.
  • She tried to audition for the Smash Bros. Tournament through the Ballot. She had some support and backing from her followers, including her creators and even a couple high profile fans. However, much to her disappointment, the winner was Bayonetta.
    • Shantae was able to get into Smash after all! ...As a spirit, that is. She was one of countless victims to Galeem's light beams, being forced into a Zero Suit Samus clone body in an attempt to delay the Fighter's approach to Rathalos' cove. After recovering her body in the House of Life and Death, she took it to oppose both the Lord of Light and Embodiment of Chaos and Darkness. Dharkon himself is not a big fan of the Half-Genie Hero, due to her inherent light magic, making her a slightly higher priority target to the chaotic abomination, though not without pondering how a Nega Shantae could be useful for his purposes.
  • As of late, Shantae's been nervous to approach Samus due to a certain event where Galeem created a Zero Suit Samus body for the captive spirit of the half-genie to possess in an attempt to stop the fighters. For the most part, Samus doesn't mind Shantae, since she was a victim of a universe-ending attack by the Lord of Light that reduced almost everyone into spirits, though she could do without all the art and jokes born from this incident.

Repost for Master Xehanort. Altered his title, alignment, and made minor corrections to grammar.

Master Xehanort, God of Revised Plans (The Seeker Of Darkness, Unknown, The Superior of the In-Between, Ansem, Xemnas, No Heart, Terranort, "Baron Praxis")

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/Master_Xehanort.png
  • Moving to: Planning
  • [tup]:
  • Intermediate God who can manipulate Overdeities, Greater God in his prime.
  • Symbol: His Keyblade, a black and silver axe-shaped Cool Key. Is also heavily associated with the Heartless, Nobody and Unversed symbols.
  • Theme Song: Xehanort (normal theme), The Early Years (his younger self's theme), L'Impeto Oscuro (his younger self's battle theme), Forze dell'Oscurita (No Heart's battle theme), Black Powder (Battle Theme), OscuritĂ  di Xehanort (Vs. Ansem, Xemnas & Young Xehanort), Cercatori del buio (Vs. Seekers of Darkness), Armored Xehanort, Final Boss Theme (while wielding the χ-blade)
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Obvious Evil, Grand Theft Me, Doing Evil For Science!, Multiple Incarnations, Chessmasters, Backup Plans, DARKNESS, and Hammy Villains, Character Outlives Actor x2
  • Domain: Balance (the twisted kind that keeps evil around forever), DARKNESS, Manipulation
  • Allies: Tzeentch, Xanatos, Ganondorf, Nerissa, Clockwerk, Neyla, Polygon Man, Roman Torchwick, Ghetsis Harmonia, Gul'dan, Father Homunculus, FĂĽhrer King Bradley, Cinder Fall
  • Teeth Clinched Teamwork with: Dr. Nefarious
  • Followers: His three or four alter-egos, a majority of Disney villains (not that most of them realize it).
  • Enemies: Sora, Riku, Kairi, Aqua, Terra, Ventus, Axel, Mickey Mouse, Dante Sparda, Cole MacGrath, Kratos, Jak, Daxter, Koichi Kimura, Nozdormu, Rei 'Shadows'Shingetsu/Vector
  • At one point, Xehanort's manipulations got so bad that Cosmos had to put out an APB to her forces to absolutely, under no circumstances trust this man with anything. The memo apparently arrived too late to the KH 'verse circa-Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (through Xehanort's own meddling, of course), resulting in the three heroes plus Master Eraqus not realizing he was a villain until it was almost too late to stop him. And then it turned out they still didn't.
  • His alter-egos once staged a protest over why only the original got to enter the Pantheon and not them. Official ruling has come down that since they are all technically the same person, the original shall be the one to hold the seat, but Master Xehanort is considering letting them challenge him for his title. This is a man whose various voice credits across his incarnations include Leonard Nimoy, Richard Epcar, Billy Zane and Norio Wakamoto. Were such a battle to occur, the resulting Ham-to-Ham Combat would be the stuff of legends.
    • Although unknown to everyone he is using this debacle as a means for his other selves to be together so that he can create The Thirteen Seekers Of Darkness.
    • With the final stages of his scheme on the horizon, however, Xehanort had his younger self bring his Heartless and Nobody into the Pantheon and tried to keep it secret, but word broke out.
  • As Alice and Sora have worked to help the Princesses of Heart ascend, Xehanort proceeded to put his own plan into motion. With each new goddess, Master Xehanort has traveled to the various houses to spread a warning. He informed the other gods that these women were not to be trusted, as they were part of a plan for Disney to usurp the entirety of the Pantheon into their ever-growing collective. While most have brushed off his words, others have shown increased caution when around Disney affiliated gods, just as he intended.
  • Some of his followers have spread rumors that with his magnificent track record of subtle scheming and manipulation, he may be the one man in all the Trope Pantheons who could potentially outwit David Xanatos. When told this, the two both laughed at the idea and offered no further comment. No one is quite sure why but it's made those who know the two nervous. There's also been no comment on the similarities in their names. There's rumors Xanatos may be one of Xehanort's 13 Seekers of Darkness, while others say Xehanort himself is an aspect of Xanatos who doesn't realize his true nature.
    • Another rumor has been floating around that Cinder Fall may also be one of his 13 Seekers of Darkness. Her working for Salem seems to make this unlikely, though that doesn't stop rumors of Xehanort and Salem apparently working together. Some do question what Xehanort can do with the Four Maidens.
    • Lea has pointed out that she has a similar facial scar to Isa/SaĂŻx, another of Xehanort's Seekers of Darkness, and that she also has the same color eyes as Xehanort. While he did say afterward he might be overthinking it, Team RWBY is preparing for the worst if Lea's hunch does turn out correct, and Cinder is already part Xehanort.
      • It doesn't help that both Xehanort (as his younger self) and Cinder have each killed a hero (Sora and Pyrrha) through heart trauma, which directly triggered another to become more powerful (Riku becoming a Keyblade Master, and Ruby awakening her Silver Eye powers).
  • Worked with Polygon Man during the events of Battle Royale Round 2, and used the darkness in the hearts of the captured Dante and Cole MacGrath to create evil clones for Polygon Man. He also attacked Zeus, which put him on Kratos' hit list, because only Kratos gets to kill Zeus. Unbeknownst to him, Kratos' response was exactly what Xehanort wanted in the first place, as he plans to use Kratos' anger and hatred to manipulate him.
    • At the same time, Xehanort tried to control Jak with his Dark Eco, thinking that Dark Jak would make a good Seeker of Darkness, but was foiled by Daxter, who tricked his friend, in the midst of his Dark Eco-fuelled rampage, into thinking that Xehanort was Baron Praxis. Though Xehanort had to flee the resulting Curb-Stomp Battle, this hasn't dissuaded him. Next time, he plans to find a way to separate Daxter from Jak before trying again.
  • Has also been sighted by Madoka Kaname, attempting to convince her to embrace her newfound hatred of Lucifer, as only then, would she gain the strength needed to destroy him, and in his words "put an end to so much suffering." The mere fact Madoka didn't throw him out of the House of Magic immediately has caused the entire Magical Girl Sisterhood to worry that, at this point, banning him from the House of Magic may already be too little, too late. Luckily, Terra explained to her that Master Xehanort isn't to be trusted. However, many are still wary that he may still find a way to manipulate Madoka.
  • Is currently in the market for new voice actors, as both his English and Japanese VA's passed away early in 2015. Applicants should be wary that they don't also sign up to be Seekers of Darkness, as well.
    • He has acquired new voice actors, though while his voice sounds very similar in japanese, his english sounds oddly different. English deities aren't really sure how to react to it.
  • A barracks from the main headquarters of Central City, Amestris; a bunch of Magical Eye deity candidates; and one, King Bradley, singlehandedly defeating all the others to ascend to his temple; all turned out to be part of a magical scheme engineered by Xehanort, Gul'dan, and the Father of the Homunculi. Who uncovered this little secret? Xehanort doesn't know, but he also doesn't seem to be seeking out the answer very hard. In fact, he's looking for other projects to get involved in…
  • Shortly after Aqua, now under the name of "Darqua", abruptly attacked Mickey and Riku. Many in the Pantheon were quick to point the finger at Xehanort being behind Aqua's sudden change due to his track record. Xehanort simply responded by saying he wasn't directly responsible for Aqua's actions which is true because he sent Ansem to attack her.

#6630: Feb 6th 2019 at 6:52:46 AM

Finally, the rework thread is moving again! Repost time.

It's time he got his redemption.

Rework Mode

Golbez, Great Herald of the Sith Lord (Golbeza, Theodor(e) Harvey, The Man in Black, the Thaumaturge, the Warlock)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/golbezdnt.png
Golbez in The After Years
  • Char Aznable, Raoh, Toy!Emperor Zurg, Hakumen, Solidus Snake, Alarak, Specter Knight, Locus, Lord Dominator
  • In the early days of the Pantheon, Golbez was called to the Pantheon by Chaos to serve the GUAE, and was given his current title for his similarities to Darth Vader, including familial relations with the hero. Considering his heart's weakness and ability to be summoned a sign of his unworthiness of redemption, Golbez has pledged himself to the forces of evil again, but hopes their efforts will fail. In his heart, he wishes to be a force for good, but considers himself unworthy of standing alongside the more noble and selfless heroes.
  • Is rumored to be working with Kain Highwind to undermine Melkor's position. Kain has spoken in hushed tones of Golbez considering their past together, if he's being secretive or just prefers not to talk about it is unknown for now.
  • Pointedly bans his brother Cecil from visiting him more than once a week, as when he first arrived Cecil heard about his servitude to evil and tried to convince his brother to cast off his past and return to the light. Golbez got annoyed with Cecil after the seventh visit in two days and zapped him with a Cosmic Ray as a hint to let him deal with these matters on his own.
  • Though not the best of friends, he and Darth Vader have come to an understanding with each other. Vader respects Golbez's admirable efforts to emulate him, and they share a mutual sympathy for the other's struggles with their pasts and their families. However, Vader has warned that if Golbez has not chosen a definitive side when Melkor's forces march, he will choose for him. Golbez has not been reached to discover his response.
  • Sympathises with Specter Knight since he was Forced into Evil and gave up his chance for freedom in order to save his friend's son.
  • He may be resigned to following the ways of evil (well, not anymore), but Golbez often offers sound advice to those who'll listen.
  • However, as a result of certain events, Golbez went missing for a long while. Incidentally, this was during the time Cecil and company minus Edward were transferring Houses. Eventually, once the final stages of the move were done, he finally returned on the Lunar Whale with two surprises.
    1. He found and brought back FuSoYa, thus reuniting them to join as heralds for Cecil, Kain, Rydia, Rosa, and Pantheon newcomer Edge. The fruits of his "expedition" to the Red Moon and the fates of the Lunarians and Zeromus however remain unknown, and Golbez refuses to elaborate on the details. FuSoYa has nothing to say, either.
    2. With the establishment of the Ministry of Atonement, after seeing who its members are, and given the events of The After Years, Golbez finally decided to cut ties with Lord Chaos and the GUAE, and join his brother's side for good, much to his joy.
  • Sometime after his solid Heel–Face Turn, he received a visit from one of the Warriors of Cosmos; Zidane Tribal. When he asked the monkey-tailed hero what his business was, he got a strange request. To help in redeeming Kuja as well, or at least keep the other Warriors of Chaos from preventing him from doing so. He had managed to reach out to his "brother" back in Gaia before he died, and he doesn't understand why Kuja's forgotten. In his time with the GUAE, Golbez managed to know why thanks to hearing Kefka gloat about it, and decided he would see what he can do. As for the truth, Golbez decided it would be best if Zidane heard Kuja's motives from the man(?) himself.

Does this rework change enough of the profile to even need approval in this thread? Or may I just go do it?

Zen and Rei, Representatives of Deity and Mortal Couples (ReiZen, Zhn, Chronos, (Zen) Niko, Philé, Lei, (Rei))

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/reizen_artwork.png
Left: Rei, Right: Zen
  • Lesser Deities, Intermediate Alone, Greater as Chronos, (Zen) Quasideity Alone, (Rei)
  • Symbol: Zen's collar handmade by Rei
  • Theme: Changing Me
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio:
  • Domains: Supernatural, Pairing, Death
  • Allies: S.E.E.S. and the Investigation Team, Marie, Kotone Shiomi, Labrys, Philemon, Igor, Madoka Kaname, Malcolm Crowe
  • Special Connection: Labrys (Rei)
  • Enemies: Nyarlathotep, The Reaper, Zanza, Monokuma and Junko Enoshima, The White, Alice, Queen Chrysalis, The Bittercold, Johan Liebert
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Zeus, Chronos
  • Pities: The Incubators (Zen only), The Magical Girl Sisterhood, Homura Akemi
  • Conflicting Opinion: Kratos
  • Oppose: Dala
  • Ascended sometime after leaving the fake Yasogami High School festival together. To their surprise, they had found themselves in the Trope Pantheons and in the face of the Court or the Gods. As for their position, which is representative of their love for one another and for what they are, as well as the reason they're even here in the first place, while Zen was confused with that reason, Red didn't care once she and Zen were told of their friends, who were here as well and were being invited to their ascension ceremony.
    • Indeed, during that, the couple re-encountered the members of S.E.E.S and the Investigation Team, who have since been reminded of the events there.
  • Applies to both:
    • They remain in touch with their old companions from that adventure, though they're admittedly a bit adverse to the idea of Yukiko cooking for them again. On the other hand thanks to Naoto's ingenuity, they believe she may play a key role in supplying him with ammunition capable of instantly killing F.O.E.s.
    • The two are often seen at the House of Food with Rei stuffing herself and Zen commonly keeping guard.
    • Utterly confused to see a deity calling themselves Chronos in the pantheon as they thought he was defeated. They're not sure if he's a future incarnation, from an alternate world or something else altogether but they're wary of dealing with him.
    • The two were surprised to learn of Kotone Shiomi's existence since she wasn't involved with the fake culture festival incident.
    • Understandably do not like Kratos but are unsure as to feel about him sacrificing himself to give hope to mankind, as well as the fact that he's a father now.
    • Greatly disturbed by Monokuma and his Mastermind Junko because of their twisted love for the despair in life being a perverse mirror of the lesson they learned.
    • Have heard of SEES's and the Investigation Team's second foray into yet another labyrinth-like place, this time with Kotone and the Phantom Thieves of Hearts in the mix (and in the lead). They have reserved their opinions on the new group of Persona-users for the time being.
  • Exclusive to Zen:
    • Zen has a negative opinion of Nyarlathotep and Zanza, telling them both in the end that even they'll disappear.
    • Nobody is quite sure if Zen can regain the full extent of his power as Chronos. Most of his enemies don't want to find out as he'd readily abuse them, stopping time, rewinding it to rejuvenate himself and reducing his opponents lifespan to moments.
    • As he was somewhat emotionless himself, Zen pities emotionless deities, even Kyubey.
      • He (and Rei) also pity a large number of magical girls and respect Madoka for what she does. The two hope Homura will be able to one day truly understand Madoka's wish and the beauty of a fleeting life.
    • Reuniting with their old companions lead them to encountering more Persona-users in the pantheon. Zen was caught off guard when meeting Tatsuya Suou as the two sound similar.
    • Though allies with Eren Yeager, it did not start off well as Eren was confused by the fact that they share their voices and misinterpreting someone referring to Zen as a titan. His actions since the Time Skip as Kruger however have made a deeper wedge between them.
  • Exclusive to Rei:
    • Often always has food in hand, and can even pull more from her pockets, even if it's food normally unsuited to being kept there, such as corndogs and takoyaki.
    • Gets along well with Sasha Blouse somewhat because of their shared habits. They're somewhat amused by how similar they sound.
    • Is apologetic to a few of her old friends. Particularly Makoto and Shinjiro as they were already fated to die, making her ashamed of lashing out at them.
    • Rei is asked to stay away from Labrys for safety reasons, somewhat unfortunately as the two believe they share a connection.
      • When asked why, it's because of potential history. Rei used to be a sickly girl from Inaba named Niko who was hospitalized and had desires to go to school, but couldn't and eventually died in the surgery table, not fulfilling much in life, while Labrys' personality pattern was based on a young Ill Girl who wanted to go to school but couldn't because of her condition, yet made a difference thanks to doctors researching her terminal disease The speculation of their connection is from the theory that that girl and Niko are one and the same and that Rei simply doesn't remember due to the trauma of Niko's last moments as her surgeon failed to cure her.
      • Rei thought the restriction was stupid and eventually went (with Zen, of course) to visit, and found her in a conversation with her "younger sister" Aigis. Immediately, both androids felt something stir in their memories (especially Aigis as she began to draw the comparisons and the "mandate" to keep them apart), but they couldn't conclude anything as Rei approached them. Since she didn't see the logic of enforcing the separation now that they're in the same area, Aigis allowed the encounter to unfold as they conversed. In the end, nothing really special occured; just Rei (and Zen) making another friend.
    • Being a Big Eater, Rei understandably enjoys the feasts of her soundalike Miyu Edelfelt.
    • Perhaps surprisingly, Rei can be seen in the Houses of Otherness as well as Health and Diseases, trying to further distance herself from fears of hospitals and ghosts. During one trip to the latter, she had an unfortunate encounter with the Think Tank's Dr. Dala, who started asking her many questions not helped by her voice. Zen managed to get Rei away from the old doctor, though she clarified later that she has no intention of doing physical harm on Rei. Her studies would not be benefited by any vivasection of the sort on this "special little teddy bear". Still, they avoid her whenever they can since her disposition is closer to the Kind Doctor they met back then, and they at least want to not meet the other Think Tank members.
    • Rei is pretty disturbed by SMT!Alice, though she does have some respect for her caretakers Belial and Nebiros.
    • Heard of the TV World in the Pantheon and that her Shadow residing there. Having gotten over the fact that she had been dead (and isn't now), she's been contemplating facing it again. Having appeared in a Persona game, just like Vincent Brooks and the Dojimas, she would be able to use it out here to help Zen be better able to protect her or to protect Zen in return for all the time he did so.
    • And so a trip was arranged, with Yu, Aigis, Rise, and Labrys accompanying the couple. It was painful to hear what Shadow Rei had to say, for instead of what she had said before, she was grilling Rei of other things, such as whether or not she thinks herself worth being Zen's girlfriend, or if she really believes her tendencies to confuse certain statements with food-related words are endearing, and other such things. Unprepared for these questions, Rei quickly demied her Shadow once again, who shortly went berserk and once more transformed into Best Friend. Once more, Zen and his companions engaged it in battle.
    • After once more defeating her Shadow, Rei was given the emotional courage (mostly from Zen) to face her (not as bad as before) fears, and she was soon able to accept it, and in doing so becomes a Persona-user just like the friends she made back at the false culture festival.

I think I may have done a disservice by trying to get Shantae her rework while there was active talks for other reworked deities like Xehanort, Golbez, and Zen and Rei. I would still like to see Shantae's profile updated to reflect on Half-Genie Hero and Smash Ultimate. I hope to update the profile again once (or if) [[Video Game/Indivisible]] is up and Ajna becomes a deity.

Shantae, Goddess of Belly Dancers (Half-Genie Hero, Guardian Genie of Scuttle Town)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/shantae_artwork_8.png
note
[tup]s: Two (fasoman1996 at 2/7/19 and nightelf37 at 2/9/19)
  • Intermediate Goddess, temporarily Lesser Goddess when depowered, temporarily a Greater Goddess after regaining her genie magic at the end of Pirate's Curse, Borderline Greater Goddess as Nega Shantae

Updated Repost for Master Xehanort
Master Xehanort, God of Gambit Speed Chess (The Seeker Of Darkness, Unknown, The Superior of the In-Between, Ansem, Xemnas, No Heart, Terranort, "Baron Praxis")

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/Master_Xehanort.png
  • Intermediate God who can manipulate Overdeities, Greater God in his prime.
  • Symbol: His Keyblade, a black and silver axe-shaped Cool Key. Is also heavily associated with the Heartless, Nobody and Unversed symbols.
  • Theme Song: Xehanort (normal theme), The Early Years (his younger self's theme), L'Impeto Oscuro (his younger self's battle theme), Forze dell'Oscurita (No Heart's battle theme), Black Powder (Battle Theme), Oscurità di Xehanort (Vs. Ansem, Xemnas & Young Xehanort), Cercatori del buio (Vs. Seekers of Darkness), Armored Xehanort, Final Boss Theme (while wielding the χ-blade)
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Obvious Evil, Grand Theft Me, Doing Evil For Science!, Multiple Incarnations, Chessmasters, Backup Plans, DARKNESS, and Hammy Villains, Character Outlives Actor x2
  • Domain: Balance (the twisted kind that keeps evil around forever), DARKNESS, Manipulation
  • Allies: Tzeentch, Xanatos, Ganondorf, Nerissa, Clockwerk, Neyla, Polygon Man, Roman Torchwick, Ghetsis Harmonia, Gul'dan, Father Homunculus, Führer King Bradley, Cinder Fall
    • Lea has pointed out that she has a similar facial scar to Isa/Saïx, another of Xehanort's Seekers of Darkness, and that she also has the same color eyes as Xehanort.

Krul has Life Drain.

In other news, here's a quick look at Diddy Kong, whom I'm polishing up due to short length. Any additional ideas for him?

Diddy Kong, God of Edible Ammunition (The Acrobat)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/viiythu_9.png
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: His Nintendo Cap next to a Peanut Popgun
  • Theme Music: Stickerbush Symphony; The Map Page/Bonus Level
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Gadgets Made out of Barrels, Firing Guns That Shoot Peanuts, Red Caps, Wearing Clothes (But No Pants), Banana Peels
  • Domains: Monkeys, Guns, Friendship
  • Allies: Donkey Kong, Cranky Kong, Dixie Kong, Donkey Kong Jr. (also a Friendly Rival), Mario, Luigi, JonTron, Fox McCloud, Falco Lombardi, AiAi, Amigo
  • Enemies: King K. Rool, Lord Fredrik, Bashmaster, Bowser, Tabuu, Galeem & Dharkon, Frieza
  • Diddy Kong is Donkey Kong's most frequent ally for whenever trouble is afoot. Given his small stature, he is more agile than DK is, but can't run into stronger enemies without getting bumped away from them. In addition to his speed he can use a Rocketbarrel pack to move farther and a Peanut Popgun to shoot enemies. The peanuts that are fired can be eaten without issue. If Diddy really wants to be serious, he can fire his Peanut Popguns while taking it to the skies via Rocketbarrel Pack.
  • A barrel showed up one day in the Pantheon bearing the words "DK" in bright red. Some deities figured that Donkey Kong would be able to determine what was in the barrel after hearing some noises come from it. Sure enough, Donkey Kong arrived onto the scene, picked up the barrel, and after throwing it, a chimpanzee with a red shirt and red cap emerged from the barrel. Donkey Kong was relieved to know that his buddy Diddy made it to the Pantheon without serious issues, even if being stuck in a barrel for a long time was rough.
  • He has been a participant of the Smash tournament since the third iteration, bringing his Peanut Popguns with him alongside some banana peels to trip up opponents. Plenty has happened during these times, such as striking up an alliance with Fox (their first meeting together had them fighting Rayquaza) and Falco in order to save Donkey Kong before eventually joining with other Nintendo characters to fight Tabuu. Diddy also got involved in the war against Galeem & Dharkon, learning that not only was his Rocketbarrel Pack not fast enough to outrun Galeem's ultimate attack, but that Galeem turned Diddy & DK's Kong friends (and some of their Animals Buddies) into Spirits as well.
  • Kidnappings are something that he's very familar with, especially since he got stuck inside a barrel to start with. When DK got kidnapped by K. Rool, Diddy and Dixie worked together to save DK. In addition to DK getting kidnapped again sometime later, Diddy got kidnapped by K. Rool, prompting Dixie and her friend Kiddy Kong to save the two. With kidnappings in the Pantheon being a relatively frequent occurance, he works together alongside the other Kongs to thwart them, provided that he or his allies don't get kidnapped first.
  • He and DK visit the House of Music as among the recreational activities in their down time to perform alongside monkey musician Amigo. However, he did notice that Amigo wasn't all that eager to be performing with a heavy metal instrument, so he decided to do something else instead; sing. Amigo was quite pleasantly surprised at this and is eager to perform with them again, maybe serving as a background instrument with a duet between Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong.
  • Diddy learned that before he joined DK, there was another monkey that hanged around with DK; that monkey being Donkey Kong Jr. At first, Diddy and DK Jr. weren't quite friendly with each other, but warmed up to each other as they got to know each other better. If the two aren't fighting against the Kongs' primary arch-enemies, then Diddy and DK Jr. engage in a bit of friendly competition to determine who gets to partake in adventure or recreational activities with DK.
