Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Dora Márquez, Goddess of Fake Interactivity

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dora_in_2018.png
Click here to see her in her adventures at Playa Verde
  • Allies: Spongebob Squarepants (being his former high priestess), other animal lovers and some deities in the Bestiary, Jack and Annie, Cream the Rabbit, Hilda (Hildafolk), Zack Morris, most non-evil child deities in general
  • Rivals:
  • Friendly Enemy: Swiper
  • One day, an anonymous request came to the Court of the Gods in the form of a video where an anonymous person was nominating someone. And for some reason, the person behaved as if the viewer was supposed to answer. Still, the Court saw the point and later brought the recommended character, Dora the Explorer, to the Pantheon.
  • Often addresses an unseen subject at times. Those with special visions usually see a floating video camera, presumably the entity she's "interacting" with.
    • Among those who can see this camera are Deadpool, Gwenpool, and Zack Morris. She's often overwhelmed when the latter two mess around, Wade making a lot of derisive (but still kid-friendly) comments about her show, and Gwen... not being nearly as insulting as him, while Zack is amicable enough around her and even eventually befriended her somehow.
  • She is never seen without her Backpack and Map. The former often has whatever item is needed (even ladders), the latter has some questionable credibility (depsite its frightening tracking competence), and both need to be called at by someone other than Dora (and Boots) twice.
    • Part of her ascension package is that her backpack's star pocket can summon whatever Explorer Stars she's caught and released throughout her adventures to help her out.
  • Would eventually have adventures at Playa Verde, but she usually assumes her current appearance.
  • Tries her best to let slide the derisive comments she sometimes gets, but doesn't know how to stop them; they're not slurs to her culture or anything, but to her intelligence simply because she talks to something that's not there and expects a response from it. There's probably also how she regards Swiper, as that can easily send the wrong lesson.
  • Despite how her show usually goes, she's no stranger to truly vile scum (at least as much as a kids show would allow). Even then, she doesn't show much anger.
  • Occasionally visits the House of Sports to practice her baseball and soccer, the latter of which she excels at. She's taken the time to search for a representative deity for it.
  • She's also proficient in the guitar and flute.
  • As someone who's made a lot of animal friends, Dora has also become friends with those who made similar kinds of friendships as well. Examples include Fluttershy and Eliza Thornberry.
  • Isn't pleased with the notion that she's an illegal immigrant.
  • There happens to be a live-action movie featuring her in the works. Despite initial rumors, Michael Bay has denied being directly involved in its production.
  • Is advised not to try her usual tactic with Swiper on the Sniper for...reasons. He's professional enough not to do that on a whim, but anybody else who makes that joke will get a Jarate and a headshot.
  • She's had her fair share of inside-a-magic-book adventures, and was curious to hear of a pair of kids whose books had the same effects.
  • -something about witches like The Wicked Witch of the West and Atsuko Kagari -
  • -something about Santa-
  • She and Boots apparently went on an adventure to Antarctica, beating an expedition team to it, and even asking what took them so long. She can't remember doing such a thing, knows that some things said there were condescending, and is aware that they were underdressed for the South Pole.
  • During one of her travels, Dora crossed paths with Hilda, who was on one of her own travels, too, accompanied by Cream. They hit it off well and added her in their circle of friends (with animal companions).

Swiper the Fox, God of Being Told to Stop One's Own Criminal Actions

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/swiper.png
some caption text
  • Quasideity
  • Symbol: His face and cowl
  • Theme Song: this tune
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral (though his future self was perhaps Neutral Evil)
  • Portfolio: Friendly Enemy, Affably Evil, More Frightening Future Self, Harmless Villain, Jerk with a Heart of Gold, Is Stopped When Asked (But Occasionally Beats Them To It Before They Can)
  • Domain(s): Thieves, Thwarted, Villainy, Harmless
  • Heralds: Fifi the skunk in France, Sami the hyena in Tanzania, Fomkah the bear in Russia, Ying Ying the weasel in China (versions of him across the world)
  • High Priests: The Bobo Brothers
  • Followers: Cheeon, Rune, Cowboy X, The Ur-Quan, Hirou, The Mefirst Wizard
  • Allies: Dr. Drakken, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, Mr. Fox, Robbie Rotten, Isaac Dian and Miria Harvent
  • Rivals:
  • Enemies:
  • Friendly Enemy: Dora
  • Swiper has already been in the Pantheon for a while now under Dr. Drakken. He hasn't done much swiping since most of his "victims" were too willing to retaliate with violence (a bat whack from Ness, a Death Glare from Mandy, a preemptive Thunderbolt from Ash's Pikachu, toy weapon attacks from the CMC after they were returning home from a LARP, a blast of magic from Star). When he heard Dora was in the Pantheon, he immediately decided to go and try to swipe from her again for old time's sake.
    • After being "thwarted" by Dora yet again, someone in the Court witnessed this and the next day, Swiper found himself ascended now.
  • His new temple takes the form of Blueberry Hill and his burrow at the top. Given he's at the House of Crime, this means the bushels are sometimes emptied, much to his ire, despite blueberries not even being that high up in terms of worth compared to everything else. He's been considering looking for security measures.
  • Due to his harmlessness, he's an absolute laughingstock for the House of Thieves. And most of his other neighbors wonder why he's even in their House in the first place.
    • There are a few who appreciate him though, such as Isaac and Maria, who—aside from being idiotic thieves—are actually good people with actual friends and are really nice people even to those they haven't met and they don't have the heart to intentionally kill people.
    • Another is Mr. Fox, who invited him over for a nice dinner. They even later established trade, a few of Fox's share for Swiper's blueberries and favors here and there to ensure there are always blueberries for him to trade with.
  • Gods can tell if Swiper’s coming when they hear that distinctive maracas-like (or spray bottle-like) sound. Since most folks in the Pantheon are smarter, this means he might get outed much faster or, in the case of more ruthless ones, get preemptively counterattacked, resulting in him needing to flee, or risk getting himself shot, blasted or getting the jump on.
  • He does have standards, though. If the thing he's swiped is meant to be a gift for someone (especially if it's from Santa), he'll give it back, no strings attached.
  • Even if he does steal something, he normally just tosses it somewhere nearby, often at bushes. Annoying for those in a time-sensitive mission, but then they should already be running, giving no time for Swiper to grab their stuff.
    • No one quite knows why he steals if he's only going to do that when he succeeds. His answer is that he just likes doing it.
    • And he doesn't like it if anyone else tries stealing from Dora; he feels that only he's allowed to do that.
  • Besides his natural stalking abilities (sometimes with the aid of a costume), he also has a great deal of technical knowledge, as he's built a variety of vehicles and gadgets (including a remote-controlled robot butterfly) to help him swipe things.
    • Occasionally tails Tails to observe his gadgetry and get some ideas for his own machines, not once swiping from him; he can show restraint, and it's not like he has to swipe all the time.
  • There's more to Swiper than just swiping, though. He has a soft spot for puppies, he's above swiping from delivery services addressed to him, and he's even once helped Dora on her quest to help a baby fox find its mommy, carrying the infant almost all through the adventure. He also doesn't speak Spanish, and wishes that he did.
  • Admits he's amused with the idea that some people see him as a customs officer. For this reason, some pranksters somehow harangued him one day to get to work at the Pantheon's barriers alongside the Inspector. He refuses to talk about what happened there.
  • Despite his alignment, he's on Santa's nice list ever since a certain time travel adventure with Dora. As such, his swipings have lessened, and he ceases doing so altogether on Christmas; makes sense as there are gifts and he draws the line in stealing those.

@ fasoman: Davros could get one of Dalek Caan's tropes, Genocide from the Inside (Caan already has Mad Oracle). This is because Davros organized the destruction of his own race, the Kaleds, so the mutant variant he created, the Daleks, could supplant them and because they wanted to shut down Dalek creation

Kaido, God of Being Impossible To Execute (Kaido of the Beasts, Strongest Creature In The World, Lord Kaido)

  • Enemies: Trafalgar Law, Monkey D Luffy, Edward Newgate, YHVH and the Grand United Alliance of Law, the House of Justice, Diana/Wonder Woman, Barney Gumble, The Elric brothers, The Imperium of Mankind, SCP-040, the Eeveelutions, Dr Alphys, The Dovahkiin and all dragon slayers, Daeanerys Targaryen, Ryu
  • Annoyed by: Infinite, Adon
  • Kaido is one of the Yonko, or Four Emperors. One of the most feared and powerful pirates in the world, he has had 40 attempts to execute him. Hanging, decapitation, torture, everything and it has all failed to kill him. Feeling bored by all the power he has, Kaido wishes to start a war to end all wars to both cure his boredom and find a way to die.
  • Regarded as the strongest creature in the world. Bored with what he can already do, he's taken attempted suicide as a hobby. The Death Is Cheap nature of the pantheon has made him majorly annoyed by this, given there are actual deities that could give him the death he wants. When it was pointed out that as a Devil Fruit user he could achieve death by drowning, Kaido responded with "that's boring!"
  • When asked if they can try to terminate them like they're attempting with SCP-682, The SCP Foundation responded with "no, eliminating SCP-682 is more important". Not that they don't want to know what Kaido is. The leader of the Beast Pirates doesn't care about them anyway.
  • He found the pantheon to not be as boring as the world he comes from, but not interesting enough. He wishes to stoke the flames of war and up the ante with the various alliances' Forever War. This has made him an enemy of those that side with peace, such as Wonder Woman. While YHVH is not above using war for His purposes, Kaido considers His ideal world to be the epitome of boring and YHVH finds his objectives to get in the way of order.
  • Kaido has chosen to side with Lucifer for the time being. He finds his ideal world where might makes right to be very interesting, and it will help him oppose the GUAL who already have it out for him due to being a war hungry pirate. Apollyon, Bellona and Ares are all for the war to end all wars and have sworn to help Kaido achieve this.
  • It is unclear if Kaido is even human. His Mythical Zoan form might actually just be his natural form. As One Piece blurs the line of what humans naturally have, the horns and giant size might be weird human traits, giant blood or something else. The Imperium of Mankind takes a stance he is a horrible mutant that must be exterminated. Against Kaido, it's not unjustified to feel so.
  • Kaido's an alcoholic, and undergoes some serious mood swings whenever he's drunk. And it involves a massive amount of alcohol, much to Moe Syzlack's exhaustion. It's highly advised to let him be and don't get involved. Barney Gumble was drunk and stupid enough to try to both out-drink him(which he almost succeeded) and get in a bar fight, resulting in him becoming a yellow smear. It's really telling how dangerous he is when Luffy lost in a Curb Stomp Cushion battle with him, only because he was completely wasted.
  • Wants to find strong fighters, partly because they could be useful to his plans. Many a Blood Knight were excited by the prospect of fighting him, though wary that unless he really enjoyed it he is likely to try breaking or converting them to serve him. Adon's arrogance simply annoyed Kaido, as did Infinite. The jackal couldn't stand a being stronger than him and immediately tried to take Kaido down, only for him to soon get through his illusions and punch Infinite into a wall.
  • Both Son Goku and Vegeta were happy to fight Kaido, and for once actually gave Kaido difficulty. He had to resort to his dragon form, and the fight was ultimately called off because they realized their fight with him was causing unwanted destruction. Cell, seeing this, stated "I feel we've got some serious blue balls here" and asked Kaido if he wants to be part of the Cell Games. On the King of Beasts, Cell has said "he might be the strongest creature, but the strongest lifeform trumps creature. Personally, I feel he should take a little more pride in his power and not be bored of life all the time".
  • Leads the Beast Pirates, who are almost entirely Zoan Devil Fruit users. Naturally, he is very interested in the House of Beast and is trying to recruit members there. In turn, Khorne wants to recruit Kaido, to the absolute fear of every other One Piece deity.
  • Has artificial Devil Fruits, SMILE Devil Fruits, used to bolster his army. Both the Gold Toothed Doctor and Professor Hojo were immoral enough to work for him and help produce them. They have suggested SCP-040 be kidnapped to force her to create monsters to serve under him, and the Eevelutions experimented on to better understand their genetics and make more efficent ways of creating these SMILE Devil Fruits. The Elric brothers have taken major offense at this, as has Dr Alphys.
  • His Devil Fruit lets him turn into an enormous dragon, though it's also possible he it's his true form and he's a dragon that can turn into a human. He has an interest in Daenerys' dragons in this form. He also find Acnologia someone he likes to fight, though the former's self-bigotry means he just despises Kaido.

Charlotte Katakuri, God of Guilty Pleasures (One of the Three Sweet Commanders, Minister of Flour)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/charlotte_katakuri_anime.png
  • Votes: 2(louisent31, The Wikia Editor)
  • Date of ascension: 28 March(repost 22 and 25 March)
  • House: Introvert Characterization (House of Characterization)
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His scarf
  • Theme Song: This
  • Alignment: Lawful Neutral (acts Lawful Evil as a front)
  • Portfolio: Large and in Charge, The Dreaded, Being Very Different From His Mother Yet Also Sharing A Lot In Common, Only Antagonistic Because Of Family Duty, Bizarro Elements, Heart Is an Awesome Power, Butterface, Hide Your Otherness, Secret Silly Sides, Guilty Lover Of Sweets, Aloof Big Brother Except Not Really, in-universe Memetic Badass and Invincible Villain, Be Yourself
  • Domains: Family, Flour, Sweets, Seriousness, Fronts, Teeth
  • Allies: Princess Bubblegum, Sage Harpuia, The Heroic Protectors of Family, Shouto Todoroki, the KiraKira PreCures
  • On good terms with: Alice Liddell, Mr Satan, Pinkie and Maud Pie
  • Rivals: Monkey D Luffy, Patrick O'Brien
  • Enemies: Admiral Akainu and those unforgiving to pirates, The Child Abuse Supporters, Gluttony the Voracious
  • Uncertain on: The Queen of Hearts
  • Charlotte Katakuri is Totto Land's Minister of Flour, and one of Yonko Big Mom's supreme fighters. The third child of the Charlotte family, Katakuri positions himself as a serious, no-nonsense fighter to serve as a heroic figure for his family. In secret, he has a silly side and loves to gorge himself on sweets. He treats this as a guilty pleasure like he's a kid hiding dirty magazines, so as to protect his image.
  • The reason why Katakuri wears his scarf is because it hides his pelican eel-like Glasgow Grin. It had him shunned and resulted in him fending off bullies, only for the people he picked on or who picked on him committing Revenge by Proxy by scarring his sister Charlotte Brulee. Even if the Heroic Protectors of Family dislike the Charlotte family as a group, they think his desire to guard his siblings is very admirable.
  • With the Mochi Mochi no mi, he can control mochi, which is a type of Japanese rice cake. It's much more useful than it seems, and has a lot in common to Logia Devil Fruits(though it's a special Paramecia). He can also use jellybeans as ammo. The House of Food wishes to see more of this
  • Princess Bubblegum was impressed by his use of mochi, and has offered him an agreement; help her further improve her candy elemental powers, and she will try to make sure Candy Kingdom and Totto Land are at peace. Given his mother's cravings, this was a pragmatic arrangement. That, and Bubblegum can relate to having issues with family such as her own son, along with the need to stay serious.
  • Some of his reputation was hurt upon his loss with Luffy, but he has learned how to Be Yourself more. Still, he'd rather keep up the stoic, no-nonsense badass reputation. Even if Mr Satan obviously didn't agree with his mother's plans, and he is intentionally keeping the Memetic Badass reputation up for both his own pride and because Earth needs a hero, he was perfectly understanding.
  • Is very comfortable around the Author and George, though not so much Bob. This is due to their presence often resulting in canonical characters become increasingly silly and comical. For Charlotte Katakuri, that's the perfect cover for him to be silly like he wants and eat sweets along with their ice cream, all while claiming "this isn't what it looks like, I'm just being affected by their silliness!"
  • Pinkie Pie is one of the gods that wants to encourage him to be completely open about his silly side and sweet loving. Katakuri relates to her, but he also relates to her sister Maud for being the serious, opposite relative. And he very much relates to Shouto Todoroki for their family issues, along with Sage Harpuia for being a noble enforcer to a bad regime.
  • There is plenty of occasions where Katakuri can visit the House of Food and gorge himself on sweets with his massive mouth. There, he gorges with Stocking Anarchy and Megumi Tadakoro. He also found himself relating to Kanji Tatsumi due to hiding a definitely non-masculine secret, and Murakumo as he totally gets why she'd mask her emotions from other people. Katakuri is a regular customer of the KiraKira PreCures' bakery.
  • Naturally he doesn't like the Child Abuse Supporters. He doesn't like Gluttony of the Homunculus either. This is due to Gluttony going on a hunger rampage in Totto Land, upon learning on all the sweets and treats. He wanted to eat all the Charlotte Family with a control over some sort of food in a misguided hope of somehow gaining their powers, and Katakuri dreaded both this and what might happen if he disrupts Big Mom's tea parties.
  • Recognizes that his mother has a lot in common with The Queen of Hearts. This makes him very unclear on how to feel about her, however he is welcoming enough to Alice to guide her away from her or his mother. Charlotte Katakuri is also aware of an odd reversal of situations between him and Plastic Man-Katakuri is a serious badass who's secretly silly, Plas is a silly man who's actually badass. They found combat between the two to be very fun.
  • Is aware he has a girl's name as his first name, but would like to remind people that it's not uncommon in One Piece for people's first name to be their family name. A more Westernized spelling with probably be "Katakuri Charlotte"

Hello guys, me and wootzits were doscussing changing Isaac and Miria's trope because wootzits wanted to give their current trope to Bonnie and Clyde. We thought the trope Hero with an F in Good is perfect and title of the trope will be Good People Who Fail at Heroism. So is it okay to do it?

Put in more work on Larxene's profile, but I might have to wait before doing Marluxia's with Lady coming up in April.

Larxene, Goddess of Antennae Hairstyles ( XII, The Savage Nymph , Elrena. )

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/larxene_nort.jpg
  • Intermediate Goddess
  • Symbol Her knives, Foudre ( Lightning in French).
  • Letimotif: Thirteenth Discretion.
  • Theme Music: The 13th Struggle, The 13th Reflection In her Absent Silhouette battle.
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil as Larxene. Lawful Good as Elrena.
  • Portfolio: The Bitchiest Nobody Of All, Hates Kids, Cute And Cruel, Can Use Copies In Her Absent Silhouette Battle, Psycho Electro, Enjoys Causing Suffering, Warps Around At The Speed Of Lightning, And Loves To Claw Through Her Opponent.
  • Domains: Lightning, Evil, Bosses, Villains, Darkness.
  • Allies: Vanitas, Luxord, Libby Chessler, Suzune Horikita, Esdeath, Junko Enoshima, Tsumugi Shirogane, and various other child abuse supporters.
  • Enemies:
  • Former Allies: Axel/Lea, Roxas, Xion.
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Master Xehanort, Xemnas, Prince Hans.
  • Usually following after Marluxia as his only Queen, she wanted to make a name for herself in the Pantheon alongside the former Lord of Castle Oblivion should he ascend before herself. Many deities knew she was marked as one of Xehanort's newest batch of 13 Darknesses, but she proclaims that she won't hurt anyone...too badly.
  • Larxene isn't happy unless she can make someone feel pain, even without her heart she was one of the most emotional members of Organization XIII. In an ironic fashion, her past self as Elrena showed her being rather kind towards others as one of the Dandelions along with Lauriam and Ventus. This also can be applied to her method of fighting that is more personal with her choice in weapons and method of combat.
  • Larxene's fighting style consists of relying on her knives alongside her element power of lightning. She can toss out several knives at once, charge up to create huge bolts of thunder and can also shock her opponent so that she can drag them over to her position to slash them more or instead use physical attacks. Her speed movement is remarkably fast, the ability to warp also makes her difficult to keep track of while battling Larxene.
  • She finds Sora and his friends as a bunch of runts who really pissed her off back in Castle Oblivion, she wasn't sure how to feel about them after the events involving Xehanort considering she was with Marluxia to the end but she wasn't willing to tell Sora or his friends the reason.
  • Despite hating both Xehanort and his Nobody Xemnas she was fine with being part of his group along with Luxord and Vanitas feeling a little nostalgic of the old days despite taunting The Gambler of Fate over it being one big "Organization Rehash".
    • At first, she was surprised when she saw Vanitas' face underneath his mask but once she got to know him better she actually grew to like Xehanort's apprentice. It was because unlike Xion or Roxas he was quite similar to herself in their ways of hurting others for their own enjoyment.
  • While Larxene wanted to overthrow Xemnas back when he was leading the original Organization XIII, she felt hurt by Axel's betrayal of Marluxia's plan to take down the previous leadership. Larxene even felt a little playful with him back when he didn't let Roxas or Xion affect himself that much, so now she looks down at the assassin with nothing but disgust. While she actually doesn't mind being around Roxas, she can't say the same for Xion as she reminded her of Sora just by looking at him.
  • During her involvement in Arendelle upon the behalf of the True Organization, she pushed Elsa into embracing the Light to become one of the new Princesses of Heart to further Xehanort's scheme. To that end, she manipulated Prince Hans into taking Elsa from her palace, and despite Sora stopping her plans, Larxene was actually fine with the outcome. Elsa and Anna didn't understand why she was okay with that, but Larxene simply said that she found the man to be a creep who deserved what he got while silently pondering her own forgotten past with Strelitzia.
  • Not many girls in the various houses liked the cold, mocking nature of the blonde Nobody however she does get along well around those like Libby Chessler and Suzune Horikita. Horikita, however, prefers not to spend too much time around Larxene or Libby wanting to stay in her house more often than not.
  • The disciples of despair got along quite well as they interacted with the Savage Nymph while plotting new ways in torturing several young deities in the Pantheon just because they want to. Esdeath also was impressed by how cruel this blonde kunai wielder was in and out of combat feeling like a kindred spirit to her.
    • Terra made her hated for Larxene pretty abundant for that reasons, and Cloud along with Squall heard from Sora firsthand just how much of a sadist the nobody could be around others.
  • "More pain for you means more fun for me!"

As for Katakuri, I might add (Greater God through Devil Fruit Awakening) since he has awaken his devil fruit like Doflamingo did. Do that and I'll give you a [tup].

@ RJ: I feel like Hircine would take a great interest in Kaido what with his reputation for being really powerful and Weredragon form given he is the progenitor of lycanthropy in his world. Though the Huntsman doesn't care about his goals for a war to end all wars, Hircine can definitely relate to his bloodlust. Hircine could even offer to challenge him as one of his aspects to truly test strength he really carries, win or lose, even if the former is still holding back considering the sheer power a Daedric Prince carries.

He'd be a definite Worthy Opponent for sure.

@Hero with an F in Good: Giving Issac & Miria that trope has been discussed for a while; it's just that no one's bothered with changing their title for a while now.

An unfinished look at Ramon. There's still some ideas I haven't figured out yet and some fixing that should probably be done. I've also been trying to think of some ideas involving some dangerous substance affecting Ramon and what deities are there who make deadly substances related to transformation.

Ramon, Deified Sewer Gator

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rsz_alligator_1980.png
  • Demigod
  • Symbol: Himself
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral/Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Never Smile at a Crocodile, Suspiciously Stealthy Predator
  • Domains: Alligators, Size
  • Rival: Deviljho
  • Enemies: Joe Baker
  • Feared by: Captain Hook
  • Source of Interest for: King K. Rool
  • Ramon was originally a baby alligator purchased by a girl at a tourist spot and ended up flushed down the toilet by her father. The gator survived life in the sewers by eating up dead animals, which were injected with a growth hormone as part of a failed project to increase meat production. This caused Ramon to not only grow in size, but develop an insatiable appetite that includes devouring unsuspecting humans that stumble upon it in the sewers. Ramon eventually broke out from the underground and started eating people on the surface before being killed via explosives back in the sewers.
  • Various police officers were investigating claims of a giant gator roaming in the sewers. Some of the officers sent to investigate were attacked by it and others, both officers and regular citizens, were skeptical of a giant gator underground. Things eventually got chaotic when the gator escaped from the sewers and started devouring some of the more helpless Pantheon denizens before heading elsewhere, prompting a pursuit by those who were capable of it. One of the places that the gator attacked was a party being held by Pinkie Pie, resulting in some deities getting mauled and a ruined party. The gator, identified as Ramon, ended up being sturdy and was led back to the sewers, where it was subdued. Many others have opted to better prepare themselves should Ramon hit the surface again.
  • Captain Hook didn't take it well that there was another gator running around in the Pantheon. Unlike the gator that ate Hook's arm, Ramon doesn't care about whoever gets in his way as long as he's able to eat whoever is in his path. Hook is also unnerved with the fact that Ramon is much more ravenous than the gator he's dealt with in the past and skips the "harassing the victims" part to go straight to eating them.
  • Having been used to fighting alligators in his adventures, Joe Baker didn't see Ramon as anything new when it comes to threatening gators. Given how often Ramon runs around causing damage and panic amongst others, Joe is more than willing to beat up Ramon with what he has at his disposal. After fighting it a few times, Joe later saw Ramon as little more than fighting practice against other threats he would come across.
  • As a predator with a strong appetite, there were some who saw Ramon as a bit similar to the Deviljho in that regard. The big difference between them is their size and that Deviljho wouldn't have a lot of problems in trying to devour Ramon if they somehow meet each other. This did lead to a handful of concerns on what could happen if the gator had the same level of voracity and viciousness as that of Deviljho.
  • King K. Rool, upon learning of another vicious gator, took a bit of interest in Ramon after getting over the initial confusion of how different they look. Despite this, there hasn't been a whole lot in the way of trying to keep Ramon under control under someone. It hasn't stopped K. Rool from seeing Ramon as a potential brutish recruit for the Kremling army.

Third draft of The Great Mighty Poo.

The Great Mighty Poo, The Sacrilegious, Sentient, Singing Shitpile (adopted from Drope)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/great_mighty_poo.png
I am the Great Mighty Poo

and I'm going to throw my shit at you!

A huge supply of tish

come from my chocolate starfish.

How about some scat you little twat?

  • One day, the entire Pantheon was filled with the sound of a beautiful operatic voice harmonizing. The more musically inclined deities went to investigate the source of the music, only to come across a literal mountain of shit. Despite the stench, they ventured inside to find the owner of that voice, only to discover something more shocking: the source of that singing was none other than a giant, living pile of shit with sweet corn for teeth; better known as the Great Mighty Poo.
    • Seeing that he managed to attract an audience, the Great Mighty Poo proceeded to perform his infamous song for what he presumed to be eager fans. Unfortunately, his "fans" left the scene utterly disgusted before he even finished the first verse.
    • Insulted by this reaction, he attempted to go to the House of Music to show those philistines firsthand what real music was, only to discover that he was banned from that house for...well obvious reasons. Ever since then, he's resented the more successful singers and musicians in the Pantheon, believing that he deserves the attention they get.
  • Was absolutely infuriated to hear that Conker was also in the Pantheon. While the Great Mighty Poo swears to get revenge on Conker for flushing him, Conker honestly couldn't care less about him. While he's annoyed to see the Great Mighty Poo again, Conker would rather not relive one of the most unpleasant parts of his hellish misadventure.
  • Being a fellow Rare villain, he's attempted to forge an alliance with the likes of King K. Rool. However, due to his unbearable stench, the alliance is tenuous at best, with King K. Rool rarely meeting the singing pile of poo face to face. Regardless, this move would see him gain enemies in the Kong Family.
  • When word got out that a singing poop had ascended into the Pantheon, Kyle immediately thought they were referring to Mr. Hankey (who hopefully recovered from his public meltdown). He was understandably disappointed when he was greeted by the Great Mighty Poo. The rest of the boys were simply unimpressed by him, with Cartman heckling him about singing something as lame as opera. The sentient shitpile responded by assaulting the boys with balls of poo.
    • Similarly, the Anarchy sisters were completely unphased by the news that a sentient pile of shit was on the loose in the Pantheon, seeing that it wasn't anything unusual compared to the craziness they deal with on a regular basis (which apparently included a different sentient pile of crap). It wasn't until he decided to rehearse near Panty's temple late at night (while the two were doing ungodly things with Kyu Sugardust) that they decided to kick the literal crap out of him. Surprisingly, the Great Mighty Poo took more issue with Panty comparing his singing to the sound of "a drunk humpback whale fucking a garbage truck".
  • Due to being a huge piece of crap (in more ways than one), very few deities are willing to even be in the same vicinity as him. The Numemon line seem to be the only ones that don't seem to mind him, if only because of their affinity for dung. While the Great Mighty Poo would prefer more civilized company, he's glad that there's at least someone who appreciates his clagginess.
  • NintendoCapriSun of the Runaway Guys was probably the only deity that was ecstatic to see The Great Mighty Poo ascend, namely due to his of his perchance for Toilet Humor and how much fun he had with his boss fight.
  • Erik was more than a little bit pissed to learn that a sentient pile of poop was now the closest thing he had to an operatic rival. While the Great Mighty Poo was eager to prove himself to be the superior opera singer, Erik wants absolutely nothing to do with him.
  • When the poo attempted another attack on the House of Music, the gods had the foresight to have George Beard and Harold Hutchins summon Captain Underpants, knowing that he's one of the few deities that would be willing to take on something as gross as him. George and Harold were glad to help (of course, after they laughed their butts off). The Great Mighty Poo, meanwhile, didn't take kindly to these children laughing at his bab. He very well would have crushed the two if not for Captain Underpants arriving in the nick of time to take down the sentient shitpile. Ever since that humiliating defeat, he's sworn vengeance against the good captain.
  • Howard and Kreese quite enjoy the Great Might Poo's performances. While Kreese generally finds opera to be painfully boring, he and his co-commentator are willing to make an exception here solely because it's coming from a giant pile of shit.
Kreese: This guy makes up for the massive disappointment that is the MadWorld soundtrack.
Howard: It's a shame the House of Music can't appreciate actual talent.
Kreese: Well of course you'd say that. We're up here in a booth.
  • While the Great Mighty Poo appreciates the works of Mozart, the musical composer is completely put off by him. Even though he does appreciate Toilet Humor, even Mozart has to draw the line at a singing pile of poo, much to the poo's dismay.
  • Being one to appreciate a good shit, he's gained the admiration of Nekomaru Nidai...to an extent. Rather, that admiration is more towards whoever was able to make such a massive shit rather than the shitpile himself.
  • Out of all of the deities in the Pantheon, Nero, in her infinite egotism, is the only one that seems to see him as a musical rival; a sentiment that the Great Mighty Poo shares. The rivalry eventually got to a point where the two held separate concerts in their respective temples to see who would gather the greatest crowd. Unsurprisingly, no one showed up to either concert; with the gods being well-aware of Nero's dreadful singing, as well as her habit of keeping her audience captive, and not wanting to go near the mountain of shit that the Great Mighty Poo resides in. As of now, the odd rivalry is still unresolved.

I started work on Arno Dorian's profile and discovered that Napoleon Bonaparte isn't in the pantheon. So I'd like to nominate him.

  • Napoléon Bonaparte, God of Mistaken Nationalities
    • Potential House: Nationalities (House of Cultures)
      • He's commonly believed to be French, but was actually born on Corsica. Here's what's written on the topic on the trope page: "France acquired Corsica from the Republic of Genoa shortly before Napoleone Bonaparte's birth, but in legal theory it was treated as Genoese territory in hock to France (theoretically, Genoa could have gotten it back by repaying its debts to the French, but that was not a realistic option). Corsica was only officially declared to be fully part of France during the French Revolution." To complicate matters further, some Corsican nationals do not consider Napoleon and the other Bonapartes to have been real Corsicans but Italians because the family originated from the mainland and settled on Corsica as Genoese colonists. Charles Bonaparte, Napoleon's American great-nephew and US attorney general under Teddy Roosevelt, was hailed as an Italian-American hero by that community, on the account of his Genoese ancestry.

Additionally, I'd like to create Real Life section for the Trope Pantheons in order to put all of the real life figures into it.

I was going to suggest The Napoleon but that's an Unbuilt Trope since Napoleon was actually average sized so i guess Mistaken Nationality is not bad for him

@Louisent So, now are you interested in tackling profiles?

[up]Yeah, but I need to do some practice because there is a lot to do when it comes to these I believe. Is there a place where I could do that?

[up][up] Did Hao Asakura already ascended? I think he should right now

Also, I have a suggestion. Should I transfer Zygarde on Adaptations & Continuity? His story was never released in X and Y games, however, the anime did a good job on explaining his backstory and since, the anime is an adaptation of the games, I believe he should be in that house. If not, give me a reason why I couldn't do it

[up]Move, like you mean moving him to another house? Because I could do it

Are there any tropes that could fit him?

My knowledge of Davros is limited at best because I blame BBC for not letting me watch their series on their website in my home country and I could only watch it on Netflix, but it only has 5 seasons and it's contract I believe is expired

[down]If it is approved, what house and subhouse do you recommend will he be in. I'm thinking Motivations For Evil, but it doesn't seem like a great idea. I'm asking in case he doesn't want to do it

Genocide from the Inside. I think RJ was going to do the moving but no one gave him the go ahead.

Let's just wait and see if Tiamat actually happens first.
