Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Okay, here's Mafuyu and Kanade. The former is mostly finished I think, while the latter is still in first draft, so I'll expand on those short entries later. Feedbacks and suggestions for interactions are appreciated.

  • Rank: Demigoddess (Lesser Goddess in Empty SEKAI)
  • Symbol: An empty aquarium
  • Theme Song: Engeki, Scenery, A Faint Warmth Under the Snow
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Always fulfilling whatever people expects from her to the point of losing her sense of self, Blessed with immense talent only to suffer, Being the most popular student in her school, Admired and relied on by everyone for being "perfect" while she's a mess inside, Tried to "disappear" before being stopped, Rarely emotes when she's alone and doesn't have to pretend being happy, Loses the light in her eyes in such circumstances, Unconsciously seeks unconditional love, Deep down knows that her mother emotionally abuses and manipulates her but loves her too much to acknowledge it, Often gives really good fake smiles while her real smile is almost never seen
  • Domains: Emptiness, Identity, Talent, Obedience
  • Allies: Kanade Yoisaki, Hatsune Miku, Fate Testarossa Harlaown, Maki Nishikino, the rest of μ's, Nanoha Takamachi, Madotsuki, EMIYA, Hisako, Casper
  • Enemies: Junko Enoshima & Monokuma
  • Admires: Florence Nightingale
  • Fears: Carl and Relius Clover
  • Complicated Feelings: The Investigation Team, The Phantom Thieves, The Entirety of the House of Family
  • Pitied by: Hajime Hinata
  • Mafuyu was The Ace of her school; she's kind, reliable, smart and athletic, looked up by pretty much everyone in her school and the pride and joy of her parents as the "perfect girl". However, because she spends so much time fulfilling everyone's expectations of her, Mafuyu eventually lost her sense of self and identity, no longer knowing who she is, what she likes or what she really wants to do, especially after she abandoned her original dream of becoming a nurse because her parents wanted her to become a doctor instead. Maintaining her honor student/perfect girl persona even as she became horribly depressed, Mafuyu eventually manifested the Empty SEKAI, a Mental World that represents the sheer emptiness and loneliness that she felt. While she managed to hold on for a while thanks to joining a music circle and a version of Hatsune Miku that exist in her SEKAI - who acts as Mafuyu's confidant and Living Emotional Crutch - eventually her failure in finding herself became too much, and Mafuyu decides that it'd be better for her to "disappear", kickstarting a series of events that led Miku to enlist her circle's help to convince Mafuyu to try looking for herself just a little bit longer. Even now, Mafuyu is still looking to find the self that she had lost with the help and company of her friends.
    • A big part of why Mafuyu felt so lost and alone was because of her mother. Miss Asahina is, at first glance, a kind and supportive mother to her daughter, if a bit more academically-minded; one could argue that her insistence for Mafuyu to become a doctor was out of concern for Mafuyu's future, and Mafuyu herself believes this to be the case. However, whenever Mafuyu tries to do something that her mother doesn't approve, such as doing music, Miss Asahina would use subtle emotional manipulation tactics to dissuade Mafuyu from doing so, which conditioned Mafuyu to be absolutely obedient to her mother as her mother's love is only given if Mafuyu follows her wishes, all while having her personal opinions and hobbies that her mother doesn't approve of squashed. Despite this, Mafuyu genuinely loves her mother and tries her best to make her happy, and it took a lot of escalation from her mother and Character Development on her part before Mafuyu finally musters the courage to talk with her mother and confesses just how much she'd been suffering in trying to please her. When her mother failed to understand her even after that, Mafuyu finally ran away from home to live with Kanade; even now, Mafuyu still feels conflicted about her mother, feeling a mixture of love, fear and guilt towards her. Mafuyu's situation shows that abuse doesn't have to be physical to leave a lasting mark, and that emotional abuse and manipulation can be frighteningly hard to even identify in the first place.
  • It was a normal day in the House of Music when Hatsune Miku suddenly felt a faint presence calling out to her. Curious with the somewhat familiar presence, the virtual diva proceeds to look for the source, eventually arriving at an empty temple in the House of Mentalism. When she stepped in, however, she was teleported into an empty world with but a single inhabitant; recognizing her as one of the children a version of her was looking after in another world, Miku proceeds to greet and explain to a confused Mafuyu that she has ascended into Trope Pantheons as a goddess representing Loss of Identity. She takes the news with her usual nearly-emotionless "I see", as while the fact that none of her friends has ascended yet brought her mood down a bit, it's counter-balanced by Miku being there (and now not confined to the SEKAI anymore) and how she could spend more time trying to find herself in the Pantheon. As such, Mafuyu now often spends her time wandering around the Pantheon, visiting numerous houses and meeting with many different gods in the hope of eventually finding the self that she had lost.
    • As expected, Mafuyu spends a lot of time with Miku, with each taking turns in visiting the other's house to either have tea parties, sing together, or just spend some time in each other's company. Whenever such occasions happened, the virtual diva will take a form that Mafuyu is familiar with, which surprised some deities because of how different she looks from her usual appearance. However, despite looking like a cold Emotionless Girl, Miku in this form is extremely innocent, kind and caring, acting more like a little sister to Mafuyu and giving her a much-needed company and comfort. Most of their time together occurs away from prying eyes, as Mafuyu dislikes crowds, noises and attention in general and tries to avoid them whenever she could. They sometimes even sleep together, since Mafuyu could sleep better with Miku by her side.
    • When Kanade ascends to the pantheon shortly after, Mafuyu was there to greet her alongside Miku, where she gives the composer her rare, genuine smile. The two quickly resume their activities of making songs (with Kanade composing the song and Mafuyu writing the lyrics) and living together, alternating between the Empty SEKAI and Kanade's temple, with Miku joining in every now and then. However, while Mafuyu usually roams the Pantheon before she returns at night time, Kanade more often than not stays in her temple or Empty SEKAI; as a result, Mafuyu sometimes drags Kanade along so the composer could either get some much-needed workout, a healthier meal than her usual cup noodles, or meet new people.
  • Mafuyu's temple, at first glance, seems to be a completely normal and ordinary bedroom, with nothing that might give any indication to her hobbies, likes and dislikes; the only item of interest that doesn't belong in a normal bedroom is an empty aquarium placed on one of the tables. However, those whom Mafuyu personally invited or gods with certain abilities might enter her true residence: the Empty SEKAI, a separate space born from her feelings of emptiness and loneliness. Because the only feature of the SEKAI is its emptiness, there is no beginning or end, and the space stretches on to infinity. She only let very few gods to enter the SEKAI, and even fewer is given the means to enter and leave at will, but for those who could do so without her permission, she usually doesn't raise a fuss as long as they don't bother her because the SEKAI is so big.
    • While originally her control over the Empty SEKAI is more subconscious - with Miku holding a more conscious control over it - after her ascension, Mafuyu now has complete control over her SEKAI, making her quite powerful in it. She can, for example, banish any uninvited guests with a touch, and the space itself is hers to bend as she sees fit. Similarly, while she originally has to play "Composing the Future" on her phone in order to enter the SEKAI and stop playing it in order to leave, Mafuyu could now enter and exit her SEKAI at will without the need for her phone whatsoever. She can also send the song to gods that she trusted so they could enter and leave the SEKAI without her permission, the amount of which could be counted on one hand.
  • To most of the Pantheon, Mafuyu appears to be a kind, cheerful and humble highschool girl who's always willing to lend an ear or offer some help and advice whenever she's asked with a smile, which made her quite popular among gods who are younger or around her age. However, this is nothing more than a mask; the real Mafuyu is near-emotionless, quite insensitive to other people's feelings and is brutally honest, and the difference is so drastic that those who catch a glimpse of the real her either dismiss it or has trouble recognizing her as the Mafuyu that they knew, though because her mask is incredibly good, most gods remains unaware of her true self.
  • While the real Mafuyu deep down hates following the expectations placed on her shoulders, caring for other people seems to be one of the few things that she genuinely enjoys, even if she'd forgotten her original dream of becoming a nurse. As such, she always willingly offers her help when she sees someone hurt or in pain, either taking care of them herself if the injury is minor enough or to assist the gods in the House of Health and Disease in taking care of the patients. As a result, Mafuyu became somewhat of a regular in the hospital, becoming familiar with many of the gods there.
    • Eventually, Florence Nightingale asks her whether she wants to become an official assistant nurse in the hospital due to her regular visits and frequency in offering her aid; Mafuyu was unsure, not only because she was merely a student, but also because her mother wanted her to be a doctor. Nightingale then told her that her parents similarly didn't approve of her to be a nurse, yet she did it anyway and never regretted it; while she wouldn't force Mafuyu if she doesn't want to, she had seen that Mafuyu is not only dedicated, but also seems to enjoy taking care of the patients there, and as such advises her to follow her heart. Mafuyu would ruminate on the nurse's offer for a while, seeking Kanade and Miku's counsel on the matter before eventually deciding to accept the offer. Since then, Mafuyu would always dedicate at least three days out of a week to help out at the hospital, unknowingly recovering a bit of her identity and living out her forgotten childhood dream.
  • Tried to visit the House of Nature (water) to see if it’d have the same calming effect as watching an empty aquarium. Needless to say, it does not.
  • Sometimes visit the House of Weapons to practice archery, saying that it helps to calm her mind. She's really good at it too, having never missed a target, and one day EMIYA noticed her during practice; her empty eyes reminds him of his younger years as they both are fundamentally broken people which helped them to excel at archery. While he doesn't know what her circumstances is, EMIYA would sometimes help her by interrupting someone asking for her help when she's clearly spent and saying that she has archery practice with him, and the two sometimes practice together in silence, with EMIYA only giving her pointers and advice when asked; Mafuyu herself is grateful for his company.
  • She has a reputation in the House of Food for not being a picky eater and being able to seemingly enjoy whatever food is given to her, even the bad and spicy ones, and she never turned down whenever someone offers her a new food to try. This culminates in her finding the feared Mystery Food X with a note attached saying that it is for her, with many watching with bated breath as Mafuyu tried it... and finished it without problem, much to the amazement of the crowd. They gave her the Omega version the next time she visited, thinking that she might join the ranks of the very few who could stomach such a monstrosity, but unfortunately she passed out after trying it; After all, while Mafuyu had lost her sense of taste and thus able to eat most food without problem, she unfortunately doesn't have any poison immunity, which made the Omega version a bit too much for her to handle. Mafuyu seems to not mind the experience though, secretly glad that she's able to remember how it feels to actually dislike food.
  • At one point, Mafuyu wanders into the Hall of Ghosts when Danny Phantom and Casper were out, getting lost in the process. Hisako, seeing her lost, offers to guide her back to the exit, and to her surprise Mafuyu wasn't scared of her at all, even thanking her for the offer and complimenting her kindness. After guiding Mafuyu back to the entrance (and fending off Gengar and Peeves), the two strikes an Odd Friendship, with Mafuyu occasionally visiting the Hall of Ghosts to keep Hisako company, and Casper seems happy that Hisako had made a new friend. On the other hand, evil ghosts like King Boo are frustrated by her because they cannot scare her at all.
  • Became friends with Madotsuki after hearing about her dream world and how it seems to be somewhat similar to the concept of SEKAI. Sometimes Madotsuki came to visit the Empty SEKAI and they sit in silence together, sometimes Mafuyu came to explore Madotsuki's dreams, and sometimes they explore together; they didn't talk much, but perhaps because they've both seen the world that reflect the other's heart, there is a mutual understanding and respect between the two without needing to talk.
  • Mafuyu has a fear of marionettes, and seeing one is enough to trigger a panic attack; this is because she subconsciously equates her relationship with her mother as a marionette and a puppeteer - after all, a marionette has no wants or desire of its own but to be strung along by the puppeteer to do whatever it wants - and she really, really dislike seeing something that could remind her of that fact. Naturally, when she heard that both Carl and Relius Clover not only uses a marionette, but said marionettes are made from the daughter and mother of the Clover family, Mafuyu was traumatized, retreating to the Empty SEKAI and remaining there for a few days. It was the first time that Kanade and Miku had seen Mafuyu so utterly scared, and when Mafuyu begs them not to leave her alone, they both proceed to stay with her until she managed to calm down.
  • During one of her time relaxing with Kanade and Miku in the Empty SEKAI, a group of gods unexpectedly managed to find their way in without being invited - the infamous Phantom Thieves of Hearts, who mistook her SEKAI for a Palace. While Mafuyu doesn't mind the occasional stray god wandering in every now and then, having a group of them just popping in uninvited - and openly discussing whether she's in need of a change of heart - annoys her, promptly asking the thieves to leave before she forcibly ejects them out. The thieves agreed, but unfortunately her behavior reminds them of a defensive Palace ruler, making them approach Miku and Kanade outside of the SEKAI to gather more information on Mafuyu. Thankfully, the thieves eventually realize that a SEKAI is different from a Palace after Miku and Kanade explains the concept to them - even if there are some similarities - and they decided to leave Mafuyu be, especially because her case reminds them of Futaba's, and Futaba herself insists that it is something that Mafuyu has to face on her own. Mafuyu herself prefers to avoid the thieves if possible, though she remains cordial and polite if they do cross paths.
  • Has a complicated feelings on the House of Family. On one hand, she's quite curious to meet the gods that exemplified a good family; on the other, the fact that there are gods who embodies the darker aspects of family scares her. This is because she holds a very conflicting view on her own mother, genuinely loving her while fearing her at the same time; as such, Mafuyu usually avoids the House and its gods.
  • Junko Enoshima, intrigued by Mafuyu supposedly losing her emotions and identity yet noticing how she avoids the House of Family, decided to try to make her fall to despair by sending her a message claiming to be from her mother. She laughed like hell after seeing Mafuyu had a panic attack from a mere text, tormenting her further by calling her and pretending to be her mother because their voices are uncanningly similar, until she was driven off by a passing by Hajime Hinata. It doesn't stop there though; Junko spreads this fact throughout the Pantheon in order to torture Mafuyu even further, as she would deny all the accusations and defend her mother despite knowing that her Loss of Identity was primarily caused by Miss Asahina. If there is one silver lining, it’s that some of the more caring deities took notice of Mafuyu’s problems and starts to give her some genuine love and affection that she desperately craves.
  • Surprisingly, it was not a god from the House of Family that ended up unofficially adopting Mafuyu, but rather one Fate Testarossa Harlaown, the Goddess of Saddened Magical Girls. Fate seems particularly invested in helping Mafuyu and being a maternal figure to her, as Fate understands the feeling of loving one's mother despite all the abuse that said mother had given all too well; she hopes to teach Mafuyu that she could still love her mother while acknowledging that her mother's actions had been hurtful, as trying to deny either of her feelings would prevent her from facing the truth and eventually moving on. Mafuyu for her part doesn't understand why Fate took the time to do this for her, but she doesn't dislike the warmth that she felt in her chest whenever she spends some time with the blonde mage; as such, Fate became the first god (aside from Kanade) that she entrusted with Composing the Future, giving her free access to enter and leave the Empty SEKAI wherever and whenever she wishes.
  • Hajime Hinata pities her because while she's blessed by immense talent to learn anything extremely quickly and is good at practically everything, it only brought her untold expectations that she must fulfill, making her empty and lonely not unlike Izuru.
  • After the incident with Junko, The Investigation Team took an interest in her after hearing of her circumstances, offering Mafuyu the chance to face her own shadow. Mafuyu knew that they meant well, but nevertheless decline their offer as she knew that she's not yet ready, promising to contact the team should she feel that she's ready to do so; however, just like with the Phantom Thieves, Mafuyu chooses to avoid them whenever possible, feeling uncomfortable with having strangers knowing about her deepest fears and insecurities.
  • She gets acquainted with μ's after they asked Kanade to help them compose a new song for them, with Mafuyu naturally writing the lyrics of the song. Due to how different the tone of the song μ's requested from Kanade's usual songs, Mafuyu had to interact with the group's lyricist, Maki, and learn just what μ's is trying to convey through their song and performance. She was surprised to learn that like her, Maki was expected to become a doctor, yet chose to pursue music instead; perhaps due to their similarity, Mafuyu quietly confesses that her own mother expected the same of her, and yet unlike Maki she's unsure whether music is truly something she enjoys, or if she's merely using it as a means to find her true self. Mafuyu didn't elaborate more than that, and Maki didn't pry, but as they interact more - and after the incident with Junko - the idol could see that Mafuyu is akin to a dark reflection of herself. Maki then decided to try helping her by writing a song for Mafuyu, and the rest of μ's, while not knowing the full context, supports Maki's decision; the ensuing performance managed to touch Mafuyu's heart, resulting in her thanking μ's - and especially Maki - with her rare, genuine smile. The two became close friends since then, with Mafuyu dropping her mask whenever they're alone, and Maki was given Composing the Future as a sign of her trust, becoming the second person to receive it after Fate.

  • Kanade is a girl with a tragic past; she lost her mother when she was little, forcing her father to both take care of her and work as a single parent. Kanade's father was a composer that fell on hard times because his style is outdated, and work offers steadily became rarer and rarer as he struggled to catch up with the times; Kanade, seeing her father so stressed, composed a song just for him in an effort to cheer him up. When her father asked her how she composed the song, Kanade replied that she's just trying things out, and that it must have been not that good - unaware that this single piece had surpassed everything her father had ever worked on - and seeing how talented his daughter is, her father praised her, saying that her songs can make people happy and that she should continue to do so, before collapsing from all the mental stress the next day, falling into a coma. A grief-stricken Kanade then found her father's diary, and realizing that what she had done is what pushes her father over the edge, Kanade fell into despair and tried to starve herself to death before remembering her father's last words for her: to continue composing songs that can make people happy. Now alone and having lost everything she held dear, composing songs became the only reason Kanade keep on living; she dropped out of school, became a Hikkikomori, and devoted her life to composing songs that could "save" other people, both as a form of atonement and as a way to cope with her life.
    • Eventually, she founded a music circle called Nightcord at 25:00 with Mafuyu, with her as the composer and Mafuyu as the lyricist, with two other members eventually joining in as well. This connection culminates in Miku asking for her help to "save" Mafuyu when the latter finally had enough of living, and in doing so, Kanade gained a new, more concrete purpose: to "save" Mafuyu through her songs. As long as Mafuyu has yet to find herself, then Kanade will keep on composing; similarly as long as Kanade is composing a song to "save" her, then Mafuyu can keep on looking to find herself. As time goes on, what started as a mere codependency turned into something more genuine as they spend more time with each other, and Kanade would later realize that she not only wants to "save" Mafuyu, she also wants her to genuinely smile, to feel the same warmth that she felt back when her parents were alive and well. Kanade would eventually become the main source of genuine, unconditional love for Mafuyu - someone who is always there for her and supports her without expecting anything in return - and it was this epiphany that eventually made Mafuyu ran away from home to Kanade's place after her talk with her mother ended disastrously. Kanade welcomed her to her home, and the two had been living together ever since.
  • One day, new songs began to pop out in Pantheon's internet every week without fail, its author only known by their pseudonym "K". The songs are melancholic and somber, yet contains a sliver of hope and determination that inspires and moved the heart of many who listened to them. Mafuyu Asahina, recognizing the author, asks Miku's help in looking for her, knowing well that it won't be easy as she knew that "K" is a Hikkikomori. After scouring countless houses, Mafuyu finally found a new temple in the House of Workmanship, and inside is indeed the "K" that she knew: Kanade Yoisaki, who, despite being surprised because she's suddenly transported to an unknown place, didn't waste any time in continuing to compose songs that could "save" someone. Kanade was happy to see Mafuyu and Miku again, and accepts her ascension as a goddess representing Cope by Creating easily enough. Soon, she fell back into a familiar routine with Mafuyu, making songs while living together; not only to "save" people, but to continue helping Mafuyu regain the self that she had lost, as Kanade has every intention to fulfill her promise to Mafuyu.
  • Kanade's temple resembles her own house before her ascension: a big part of the temple is a dark room lit only by computer monitors, with an unmade bed and multiple cardboard boxes, music sheets, and empty cup noodles scattered all around the room; this is where Kanade spends most of her time, composing songs through a synthesizer and a multi-monitor PC. Aside from that, her temple also has a small yet homely kitchen and dining area, which in contrast with her room is always gently illuminated by a warm light; this is where Kanade relax when she takes a rare break from composing, either drinking tea, enjoying some snacks, or having a proper meal. Unfortunately, this usually only happens when someone else reminds her to (which in the Pantheon tends to be Mafuyu), as otherwise Kanade only ever use the area to make some cup noodles before retreating back to her room.
  • Kanade is a rather quiet and subdued goddess, often keeping to herself and rarely initiating a conversation with a stranger. Despite this, Kanade is greatly empathetic, always treating others with kindness and tend to be drawn to people who needs help. Unlike Mafuyu, however, who offers her help for those suffering from a physical ailment, Kanade tends to be there for those who are suffering mentally through her songs; it's often those who are suffering from loneliness and tethering at the edges that find Kanade's songs to be profound, something that let them know that they are not alone in their suffering and helps to motivate them to keep on living. To her friends, Kanade is devoted and loyal, capable of weathering through their outbursts and anger with seemingly infinite patience while giving them praises and love in return. This makes her quite beloved by those who met and knew her personally, as it's difficult to dislike someone who so wholeheartedly devotes herself for the sake of others' happiness.
  • Sometimes visits the House of Musicality to listen to different type of songs, expanding her horizon and gaining inspiration for her own songs and music. She'd also gladly help if someone asks her to compose a song or to fill in for a member who plays an instrument, especially if it's a piano; in fact, this is how she gets acquainted with μ's.
  • One of the few gods who are worse than Lelouch in physical activities, though justified in her case since Kanade is a Hikkikomori who's also malnourished from her unbalanced diet.
  • Bonds with Chiaki for being quiet and introverted girls who felt trapped by their talent, yet ended up becoming the leader for their respective group and bringing hope to an extremely talented friend who became lost and empty from all the talent and expectations placed on their shoulders. They play games together sometimes, though Ring Fit Adventure is off limits after Chiaki's attempt to make Kanade exercise with the game ends in spectacular failure.
  • Bonds with Naruto for her love of ramen, though he's quite concerned because cup ramen are definitely worse nutrient-wise compared to normal ramen.
  • Very patient and understanding, and is not one to easily anger; more than anything, Kanade is more likely to be angry at herself rather than at other people, and she always tries her utmost to see the best in people, even those with a terrible reputation. However, nothing pisses her off more than Abusive Parents.(Entry on Silk Hiding Steel, meeting Ghetsis or relius)
  • Shirou Emiya found Kanade to be a kindred spirit with similar tendencies of helping others first at the cost of her own.
  • Despite being a hikkikomori who doesn't really care about her appearance, gods from the house of appearance often tries to accost her, either to doll her up because her usual wardrobe of jerseys and shorts are atrocious for someone of her looks, or to offer her to become a model thanks to her cute looks and beautiful long hair. While Kanade isn't interested and usually tries to avoid them, sometimes she gets caught and... persuaded to try to dress up and take care of herself better. The result is nothing short of stunning.
  • Unfortunately, Kanade has little to no love left for herself because she feels like she doesn't deserve to be happy after what happened to her father. She'd often neglects her health and needs as long as she can "save" others and make them happy, to the point that her friends need to remind her to take care of herself more; it took a long time before Kanade finally realized that her friends wants to see her happy too - that she deserves the same love and care that she had given so selflessly to others - and finally start to come to terms with her past. (Make this realization came from another god)

[up] For Mafuyu, Kukuru Misakino and Fūka Miyazawa worked at Gama Gama Aquarium, which has a magical property of allowing people to glace at their past and future. You can add that to the entry where she visits the House of Nature as that entry is very short.

For Kanade, Min Min works at the Mintendo ramen shop so she might come over and visit. Her title can by reworded to Goddess of Coping by Creating.

@Zenchchcrowme — For Kanade, Jinta Yadomi became a hikikomori after his childhood friend, Meiko "Menma" Honma, drowned in a freak accident, which coincidentally caused their friend group, the Super Peace Busters to disband and remain distant for a couple of years.

Similarly, Jessica Jones became a sheltered, depressed hikikomori after a near-death incident where her friends got killed by criminals simply for being at the wrong place at the wrong time. This paved the way for Power Ring to find and corrupt her into a supervillain, though she would overcome her fears and become a Green Lantern.

Finally got to update on them enough, here are Arthur and Micah again. I've pumped up enough for them and I'm confident to say that approvals are up for the outlaws. Anything else that can be added, or are they ready to ride once more?

  • Not much is known about the past of Dutch van der Linde, but what is known was that he was a destitute boy who managed to build and steel himself to become a reputable and feared outlaw in the harsh fields of the American West. We would create a gang with himself and Hosea Matthews as co-leaders, recruiting and training young orphans and vagabonds into joining for a noble cause by helping the poor via stealing from the rich, gathering enough resources and equipment to help and nurture each other and one day gather enough funds and collectables to one day settle down peacefully in a far off land with no one to impede them. Unfortunately, Dutch's optimism and desire for his ambitions caused him to severely underestimate many of his attempted raids and robberies, eventually making new enemies with other outlaws and becoming a target for the Pinkerton Agency. Although Dutch continued with his life of crime, he quickly began to descend into paranoia and madness after numerous failures and setbacks, among them being Hosea's death as well as many other trusted gang members, he began eschewing his beliefs and virtues in favour of becoming a crazed madman and endangering his gang, culminating in its dissolution once Arthur Morgan, his most trusted confident and surrogate son, came to question him about his failures and letting a potential mole dictate his actions. Years later and despite helping to kill the said mole, Dutch would try to restart his reputation and influence, but would ultimately fail and come to a realization that everything he did was hopeless and nothing would go in his favour due to the life he chose. When confronted by John Marston, a former member of his gang, one last time, Dutch confided about his despair and misery before choosing to commit suicide by leaping off a cliff.
  • Dutch’s ascension to the Pantheon was a very sombre and bleak experience for him. When he saw himself in an unfamiliar land for the first time, his first response was to learn about his new surroundings and quickly determined that he was given a second chance in life. But where things went downhill from there was that life in the Pantheon was very much the same as it was in the ruthless American West, a fact that left Dutch sad and lonely and he began to contemplate that his suicide was even worth it at all. There was one speck of hope that sprung when Dutch realized that Arthur and John were also in the Pantheon and found out that both men were doing what they could to lead a life separate from their outlaw days, something he acknowledged solemnly as he realized that he would have liked some company. At the very least, the Pantheon seemed like a more open and tolerable world compared to his home world, which Dutch felt quickly, but even then, he was unsure of what was to be expected from the divine realms. For now, he's cautiously optimistic but has no idea whether he could build a new gang of outlaws in this case.
  • Dutch van der Linde is a man of many capabilities; skilled marksman, a good fighter, able to think on the fly and conduct risks to success, intuitive and forward-thinking, and flexible in teamwork, he proves himself to be one of the most capable and feared criminals of his time by using his skills to accomplish many goals and feats. Dutch’s greatest ability, however, was his cunning mind, able to sway and convince people into believing his convictions and beliefs almost seamlessly and persuade them into his services, the ultimate way to ensure loyalty and servitude. The fact that he exuded a well-meaning and relatable desire also helped in garner a well-respected creed among his followers. Despite Dutch falling from grace hard and losing his ability to charm others to his side later on in his mortal life, he has since been taking his time to regain them and trying to plot out his desires in the Pantheon. Perhaps he could end up more successful if he could temper his anger and temper and focus on his ability to cooperate and communicate well with others. And on a good day, Dutch is a fairly well-spoken and polite man willing to offer praise, and appreciation towards others, provided they earn his goodwill. He's currently making an effort to be nicer, but how much of it is genuine or falsified is an unpredictable factor, just as much as his Hair-Trigger Temper.
  • While Dutch is one of the more notorious and successful outlaws in his realm and the Pantheon, this didn't translate well into popularity and appeal. Instead, most outlaws and gunslingers rather more inclined to see him as a competition or rival to their notoriety and goals. That's not to say that some of them are willing to work with Dutch so long as they can benefit from one another mutually, but his own grand visions as well as his paranoiac desire for control mean he's a very hard man to get along or work with. Among the outlaws and gunslingers he came to respect were Erron Black, Billy the Kid, and Rattlesnake Jake, though these were mainly out of aesthetical and pragmatic reasons as they were skilled and famed gunslingers and Dutch realized that while working with them is possible, they expect respect and some monetary gain in return, a difficult prospect for Dutch as he is trying to find a way to build back his riches. Yosemite Sam amuses Dutch with his deranged yet comical desire to get back at Bugs Bunny, though Sam himself doesn't take lightly on Dutch’s supposed lack of respect towards him and dares him to a gunfight to settle who's the better shooter.
  • The Pantheon's take on the Wild West was intriguing, to say the least, and Dutch was surprised to see the scope and wonder it showcased in comparison to the one he roamed in his mortal life. For one, he was not expecting to see something like a dinosaur roaming the desert or some kind of blue "human-thing with one eye holding a revolver" either. Even Wild West society in the Pantheon felt a bit different here with the populace being all too familiar with technology centuries ahead of their comprehension, something that Dutch personally had an opposing view towards as he didn't see advancing technology as a good thing. People were still fervently religious about the Judeau-Christian God, but there were also revered mentions of someone called Cosmos and a fearful quotation of a devil-like figure named Melkor. Guns came in many shapes from the antiquated Cattleman Revolver to snipers that emitted a red straight line and "shiny purple shotgun with flashy red stickers", not to mention the abundance of food products that were not normally available in the American West. Dutch was mystified by it all and admitted that he was just as impressed as he was uncertain about how he was going to settle in.
    • Not surprisingly, Dutch became enemies with several sheriffs in the Pantheon due to his infamy and criminal occupation, something that he saw coming and had to prepare for if it meant he had to fight for his place in the Pantheon. Most of these lawmen understandably saw him as a dangerous man who was waging a war against society and daring to impose anarchy and chaos onto them. As far as Dutch is concerned, they are the lost ones and he is the one fighting for a noble cause, despite his claims having been eroded and instead replaced with simple banditry and thuggery, incidentally proving the lawmen's point. Dutch personally has a level of amusement for Rango, partly because he's a chameleon and because his newfound bravery and desire to be exactly what he claims to be was something Dutch found endearing, yet misplaced while Rango sees the outlaw as a bad man. And despite his own vices, even Dutch has some standards, sympathizing with the plight that Hannie Caulder went through, which reminded Dutch of Sadie Adler and detesting slavers such as Calvin Candie, Stephen, and the Ku Klux Gang as they represented ideals Dutch went against during his better days and their brutality and incompetence reminding him of the savage O'Driscoll gang.
    • If there's a House that Dutch keeps a great distance from for his self-preservation, it's the one of Law and Justice. Being a gunslinging outlaw with grand ambitions was already enough to make him a Most Wanted figure, but the police and law enforcement in the Pantheon were vastly different from the ones from the mortal world he came from. Dutch expected them to be rather stronger due to the passage of time, but he was still caught with surprise at how well-adapted they've become in identifying and combating criminals like him as well as other factors like public services and forensic analysis, which Dutch was not anticipating. Needless, to say, he's bummed that he might need to rely on technology to an extent if it means keeping himself protected and secured. As for cops themselves, the ones Dutch hates the most are, oddly enough, Frank Tenpenny and Eddie Pulaski; while Dutch is aware of criminal cops, Frank and Eddie are so odious and blatant about it that they make Andrew Milton and Edgar Ross look like saints in comparison and Frank, to a degree reminds Dutch about the worst parts of himself, which makes him grumble in frustration. To Tenpenny and Pulaski, Dutch is just some "fuck-off outlaw" while said outlaw sees them as just as much a criminal as he is and at least with other, law-abiding cops, Dutch's enmity towards them is strictly professional while Frank and Eddie piss him off enough that Dutch has no problems killing them even if they meet by chance.
  • Arthur Morgan and Micah Bell III being in the Pantheon left Dutch with a wide mix of feelings. On one hand, he was happy to hear about Dutch again while showing clear contempt and dismissal towards Micah, but he also had a feeling of despondency and shame to be reminded of them, especially given that he was scolded by Arthur in one of the latter's last moments, which still ring fresh in Dutch’s mind. Given their outcome and the two realizing the suffering and folly that comes with being an outlaw, both Dutch and Arthur are too hesitant to encounter each other, especially when Arthur is making an effort to make something of himself without going back to his old ways, the opposite of what Dutch is planning on as he feels that he can't be anything else but an outlaw. He would never admit it, but Dutch does feel ashamed for having failed Arthur but also feels that the chance for forgiveness has expired, furthering Dutch’s isolation towards his surrogate son, as much as he does want to reconnect with Arthur, who similarly pities Dutch for doing enough to give his own life a purpose besides being a criminal as well as thinking Dutch is too dangerous and unruly to reconnect with, even if Arthur also admits. With Micah, Dutch would much rather riddle his body with bullets again and cannot stand his former compatriots' sight these days. On Micah’s side, he's just amused by the chance of seeing Dutch again and likes to act jolly and respectful towards his former boss. He still intends to kill Dutch to satisfy a petty grudge, but Micah will rub on Dutch for having good times together, which only further exacerbates Dutch’s desire to kill Micah.
    • The idea of Dutch reuniting with John in the Pantheon was just as befuddling for the former as it was to the latter, not helping was the fact that Dutch was vindicated by how the law and society were going to catch up to them when John was killed by Ross and his agency after John had completed Ross’s task of hunting down former members. Sure both of them were now in a more optimistic world, but their scars, mental and physical, not only remain intact but still influence their decisions and motives. The most Dutch could do is solemnly accept that maybe he and John may never reclaim their past relationship as a surrogate family, which was evident as John personally wanted nothing to do with Dutch, even if he admits that he does miss the man Dutch used to be. John’s son, Jack, was in a more heartbreaking situation as he grew up to become a gunslinging outlaw despite protests from Arthur and John to not go down that path, something that Dutch, in a rare moment, agreed with them on. He's sad to see how a surrogate grandson went down that line and is even more afraid of encountering him than either Arthur or John. Jack could barely recall moments of Dutch’s kindness back in their younger days, but even if he had a small measure of sentimentality, Jack wasn't hesitant to fight and kill Dutch if he ever tried to attack him or his family.
  • Dutch is a unique criminal in that he sees himself as a freedom fighter, a "hero" in his own tale — who is trying to do the best for the people he loves. While his convictions and beliefs are genuine, most beg to differ on the falsified altruism Dutch has crafted for himself, especially when, years later, he was no better than a common bandit or thug. Dutch’s self-projected hero complex was something he shared in common with Walter White despite their differing criminal profession and the two found some irony that they claimed that much of their actions were for the sake and betterment of their loved ones when, in reality, both were more concerned about their own pride and self-worth and eventually ruined their reputation and relationships with them. Yet despite their striking similarity, both were critical of one another for essentially sharing the same flaws as one another, neither aware that they had the same issues either because their pride refuses to acknowledge such. Plus while both were intelligent men, Heisenberg thinks Dutch is wasting his time in banditry while Dutch himself is baffled at how Heisenberg would rather produce meth than do anything else productive, especially given Walt’s esteemed academic record. Finally, both pity each others’ misfortune, but would never say it outright because the first time they did so, they got into a fight, with Dutch winning and only relenting from killing Walt because he wasn't going to enjoy the idea of killing a cancer patient, which Heisenberg took as an offence.
    • Arthur and John would recall how back in the old days, Dutch's actions weren't just for the sake of their gang, but they would also give out portions of their stolen loot and money to the poor and needy and this was a factor in his popularity and affection from his gang members as many came from destitute backgrounds before Dutch helped them out. The old Dutch might have been an Old West take on Robin Hood, but the one in the Pantheon is but a fallen, disgraced shadow who has no chance of going back to that past version. Robin Hood himself was a bit intrigued by Dutch's history but was conflicted about whether these acts of altruism were genuine or not and Carmen Sandiego was on a similar boat given her career as a master thief. They determined that Dutch's own past might have influenced him into becoming sympathetic to the poor and desolate and they pity the outlaw for falling into despair and madness after one too many failures. Regardless of this, they also concluded that his past and his depressing circumstances don't justify him continuing to be a feared outlaw and that trying to meet him, let alone relate on a personal level, would be pointless, feeling that getting involved with Dutch would just spell more trouble for them due to his destructive habits and paranoia.
    • While it was inevitable that outlaws would not be the only type of prominent gangsters in the divine realms, Dutch was a bit surprised and intimidated by the variety and scope provided by the many criminal enterprises and organizations in the Pantheon. Groups like Gangbangers, Yakuza, Triads, and Cartels looked quite distinctive and unique, though Dutch did note that they all relied on control, hierarchy, and authority to some degree and while he does fall into that category as well, Dutch is insistent that his gang focused on being free and wholly autonomous from the confines of authority. Given his experience with Angelo Brontë, Dutch has a degree of uncertainty towards Mafia organizations, which was justified as many of them, such as the DiMeo under Tony Soprano were very prone to petty and self-destructive actions, though was misplaced about Tommy Angelo as while his decision to rat out his gang does bring to mind Micah’s deceptiveness, Tommy’s motivation were more sympathetic though he wouldn't want anything to do with Dutch either. And while the Corleones had an emphasis on family honour, Dutch didn't buy it, seeing Vito and Michael as sanctimonious for trying to display themselves as honourable men in a field like crime where such notions are easily compromised. Even then, Dutch is willing to make negotiations so long as he can acquire resources and aid for his own profession, especially as many of the gangs and organizations are genuinely respectful of Dutch so long as he doesn't let his pride and hubris overtake his common sense.
  • As a staunch anarchist, Dutch is not one to conform to city or industrialized life, seeing them as the antithesis to his view of prosperity and freedom. While an idealist, this had the unfortunate effect of turning Dutch into a control freak desperate to grasp onto power and assert dominance for the sake of his beliefs, which grew worse with his loosening sanity and eventually costing him the respect and loyalty of his subordinates. In the eyes of anarchists in the Pantheon, V sees him as a failure to anarchistic beliefs, believing that Dutch was ultimately a victim and unfit to represent freedom, Anarky is similarly cautious and puts his distance from Dutch after seeing how bad his delusions and flawed his ideas were, Bill Williamsonnote  respected his beliefs but expressed disappointment in not taking them further to destructive levels to make a difference, and Shogo Makishima simply saw him as a potential experiment to play around and is willing to have Dutch be a ploy on one of his future schemes as well as test the limits of his beliefs. Dutch is on bad terms with all of them for varying reasons, the first two because of their conflicting views on idealistic anarchy and the latter two because Dutch tries to persuade himself to be not as destructive and murderous as they could be despite his infamous rapport and his fall from sanity.
  • As a disgraced man, Dutch has a rather unfortunate reputation overall; some outlaws respect his leadership and charisma but are wary of his flawed planning and occasional lapse to lunacy if slighted badly. Being part of the House of Legacy and Influence has a very awkward air for Dutch as he is recognized, but not for the best reasons and he tends to have an expression of shame and resignation about what he's representing in the divine realms. He knows he's a disgraced man and his past is always going to define him as well as being constantly reminded of it by many in the Pantheon. He honestly would rather kill himself if it means moving on, but the nature of the divine realms means Dutch believes he is cursed to be reminded all over, so the only option left for him is to live out like an outlaw again because that's all he's ever been in his mortal life. As a disgraced man, Dutch has problems establishing relations in the Pantheon and he's painfully aware of it, hating the fact that even after death, he's going to be haunted and that he might just get back to being a criminal, even if the Pantheon would offer a better shot for his dreams and ambitions.
  • New Technology Is Evil as far as Dutch is concerned. To him, the advancement of such is an anathema to prospects of freedom, prosperity, and liberty and learning about a couple of deities, especially ones like Big Brother and the SIBYL System seem to vindicate his opposition as they were adamant on using technology to confined others into their servitude and force them under their services with severe threats in case anyone goes out of line. Furthermore, the advanced weaponry that was developed and used during the Great War and its successor actually terrified Dutch due to the sheer destructiveness and power technology had become during that time and by extension, he fears facing the United States Army due to their advancements in weaponry, resources, and travel, with the Entente Forces being a key example due to their battle experience and their tech. In a logical conclusion, Dutch has nothing but distaste for the House of Machinery and Technology and dreads the possibility of a possible robot/machine takeover from there, feeling that those may contribute to a downfall in civilization, liberty, and prosperity. To Dutch's credit, his fears are somewhat vindicated by the actions of A.I. like AM and Skynet, though he makes an effort to not think about it too much, hoping that his Pantheon experiences and the turf he ventures in aren't suddenly invaded by robots and other advanced technology, hopefully.
  • Dutch is an idealistic visionary and has always held an ambitious streak in securing enough money to reach a personal paradise where he could live out his days in peace, with Tahiti being his most preferred destination. On one hand, his nature as a visionary did benefit him greatly, making him a Determinator who saw big success in his crime schemes and established a collective of loyal subordinates who saw Dutch as a father figure, lending his credentials as a capable and inspiring leader. However, being an idealistic visionary also made him prone to arrogance and short-sightedness, which would get worse as he started to experience multiple failures in his schemes, further exacerbated by Micah's deceit and lies in convincing Dutch to doubt and eventually turn against his surrogate sons. Despite his despair, Dutch has managed to slowly rebuild his past reputation in the Pantheon, but comparisons to his visionary nature against fellow anarchists tend to be polarizing as Dutch seems to be quite small-minded in comparison; Anarky uses his hacking talents to give money to the poor as well as kickstart a group of followers to fight against democracy, Shogo wants to enforce people to give into their primal desires, and V, for all his violent acts, wants to inspire the oppressed to riot and fight back against their oppressors in a dystopian London. This also played a part in why Dutch, despite his beliefs, hardly makes allies with anarchists, for he is a man of his time and despite his grand ambition, he can't truly be compatible with contemporary. Even so, he was still quite radical for his time, but Dutch does feel despondent over his seeming inability to properly adapt to the modern world.
  • Despite his fearlessness and his reputation, Dutch has a very insecure side and while a good deal of his competency and talents are restored in the Pantheon, his paranoia and tendencies of distrust remain, albeit he's making some effort in restraining those to make sure he doesn't screw up as badly next time. Where he dwells in the divine realms is a giant, open field of nature with some towns and a large city somewhere on the horizon, meaning he's at least in his element, but Dutch does sometimes express concern about the possibility of more contemporary cops and advanced technology being stumbled across. He's already had to deal with cars and even the idea of computers and mobile phones and their capabilities of ensuring or exposing autonomy further adds to Dutch's paranoia, and that's not getting into how developed organizations like the CIA and the FBI have become over the years and their increasing rate of capturing and exposing criminals like Dutch, whom they see as a terrorist. Even with his paranoia and the fragility of his mental state, Dutch dislikes being compared to figures like Diavolo as even at his worst, he felt that he was working for a greater purpose and doesn't like the idea of being so paranoid that he would hole himself and kill anyone for simply being remotely related or tied to him.
  • Although a despondent man chasing a fruitless dream, Dutch admits that the House of Despondency might be a decent place, a rare sentence as he is generally distrustful of the idea of Houses in the Pantheon due to their rigid organization and establishing themselves as giant institutes, which Dutch sees as unwelcoming. He's not one to be interested in therapy, but he does like to keep to himself and dwell on his past. As for suicide, it's not a really touchy subject for him as he'd do it again if it meant giving him peace of mind and if asked, much of his depression comes from the fact that he's a fatalist, comparing life, events, and one's characters to gravity, namely that you can't oppose the establishment of one's nature nor can you avert fate once its set in stone. The Pantheon might seem like a punishment to him, but even after accepting that, Dutch has found it hard to cope with his depression over the circumstances of his fate. In a way, he's a melancholic contrast to Anton Chigurh, who was also a fatalist but bent it in a self-centred fashion, using his beliefs as an excuse to justify his profession as a hitman and whatever murder he commits. Dutch and Chigurh admitted to having a reflective conversation with each other, though the sheer differences in their core values meant that Dutch saw him as a threat, especially when Chigurh showcased himself to be far too detached to be convinced in any way as well as the sheer remorselessness he displayed in his actions, especially admitting in having no problems killing Dutch for any reason.
The game ain't over... I ain't played my final move.

  • Micah Bell III has a past that isn't well-documented, but there was enough established to picture him as a budding criminal, even at a young age. Being a relatively recent recruit in the gang of Dutch van der Linde, Micah proved to be a very capable marksman and gunslinger, eventually becoming one of Dutch's most capable henchmen, a position he shared with Arthur Morgan, whom he would start a bitter rivalry with. Despite his esteemed role within the group, Micah proved a loose and detrimental cannon, willingly going out to start rampages, destruction, and mass shootouts for the sake of self-gratification, acts that would annoy everyone due to clashing against their desire to keep out of unnecessary violence. Already a slimy and repulsive beast of a man, Micah would sink to lower lows when he discreetly decided to leak information and details about the gang to the Pinkerton Agency all to get himself out of trouble and while also coaxing and manipulating Dutch to take extreme actions and violence, taking advantage of his superior's dwindling sanity. Once his treachery was revealed, Dutch's gang was destroyed and Micah and Arthur had one last fight, ending in Arthur's death and Micah going off to form his gang with which to commit more acts of atrocity and death. Eventually, fate and retribution would finally catch up to Micah when John Marston, a former member of Dutch's gang, gained information and stormed his settlement to put an end to Micah's terrorizing schemes. Despite still working with Dutch, the latter would suddenly betray Micah, allowing John to finally put him down for good. And on death's door, Micah could only give a humoured shrug before dropping dead.
  • Micah ascended into the Pantheon sometime after his mortal coil was shed. Initially, he was under the belief that he ended up in hell due to his awareness of just how awful of a person he was. He was rather disappointed that this wasn't the case but got intrigued by the divine realm’s sheer scope and opportunity, namely that there was still a massive swath of uncharted and untamed lands that he could attend to and make himself a name for. One of the first things he did was to attend a small town and commit a mass shootout, just to entertain himself, though not before attempting to find some criminals as like-minded as him to build himself up as a threat and influence. Before the shootout, he also learned about Arthur and John’s presence in the Pantheon, so Micah wanted his actions to tell his rival and killer that he was also here and that they aren't safe, gleefully anticipating the next time he is to “greet” them and their friends, new or old.
  • Micah Bell III is the textbook definition of everything that is feared and hated about the terrors of the American Old West, a fact that Micah takes absolute pride and satisfaction in expressing. Bloodthirsty, remorseless, and all too happy to sow discord and chaos wherever he goes, Micah is a dangerous criminal who will not waste a second to either enjoy killing or fighting and he has no trouble skirting besides death’s door. In addition to his dismissal of fear, Micah has no interest in higher concepts and sees worship and religious belief as obsolete, even if he entertains the possibility of hell and damnation and finally, he's a complete and utter asshole who will milk out any attempts to belittle, mock, or insult anyone so long as he can either take pleasure or get away with it, up to racism, misogyny, and just plain bullying. Unsurprisingly, he is feared as he is hated, even by criminals as vicious as him as Micah is all too eager to cross moral boundaries, but to him, it means little to nothing. He does, however, have a measure of respect towards anyone with capable marksman skills or having a similarly blood-hungry streak as he does, though those moments tend to be rare, though Micah is aware that most of that respect may end up forming more rivals than he would allies.
  • There were many outlaws in the Pantheon, to Micah’s delight, but given that few were as diabolical and notorious as him, this gave him a big jump in the man’s ego and he was quick to declare himself a devil in the badlands he wandered and rampaged around. Forming a new gang of murderous opportunists who were inspired by Micah’s viciousness furthered his reputation, though he would naturally come to be opposed by most outlaws due to a combination of reasons ranging from them being disgusted or intimidated by his deranged actions, not finding his modus operandi compatible, and that he gives outlaws a bad name, not that Micah cares much about his critics. Most of the ascended outlaws like The Man with No Name and Billy the Kid have gotten involved in gunfights against Micah and his goons and are adamant about killing the madman anytime they meet. Others like Erron Black and Rattlesnake Jake are ostensibly amiable towards him despite a lack of alliance, mainly seeing him as a rival in their profession. Micah sees both his enemies and rival gunslingers as capable warriors he would be glad to shoot out against and would rather die fighting them than go to prison, even if he ends up holding petty grudges against them, though he notes the irony of duelling against a literal snake as he's often referred to a snake in regards to his slimy and backstabbing nature, things that Jake is quite eager to point out.
  • It should come as no surprise that Micah is despised by nearly every inhabitant of the Wild West, be it in his home realm and the Pantheon and he has nothing against that infamy. The Lone Ranger has made it his mission to one day track down Micah and bring him to justice, Lucky Luke is disgusted and horrified by the sheer atrocities and destruction he is willing to commit just to satiate his sadistic thrills, and Rango is outright frightened by the possibility of having off against Micah, feeling that even with his newfound confidence, he's no-nonsense and all too willing to cause havoc for no reason. Despite knowing that all three of them despise him, Micah responds to them in a mix of apathy and amusement; The Lone Ranger and Lucky Luke were generic sheriffs as far as he is concerned until they duelled, after which Micah was impressed by their marksmanship, even if he lost and was forced to retreat when authorities were making their way to capture him. With Rango, Micah just finds hilarity in dealing with a boastful humanoid chameleon but has no problems killing him in the event Rango's bravery starts to become problematic for him.
  • Law enforcement in the Pantheon was vastly different compared to the early times and it has managed to make its way into the Wild West. Micah knew this would make his days as an outlaw more difficult and grumbled about being part of an endangered culture, but he's affirmed that he'll die embracing the nature and reputation of a feared outlaw as his way of opposing the law without direct violence. One such policeman he's had to deal with repeatedly was Rust Cohle, an embittered nihilist who mainly only did police work simply because he was good at it. Micah mused about how Cohle's attitude and talents reminded him of a "gruff outlaw like him, thought tough and cool by everyone, but a sullen woodwork to watch and hear". While Cohle reminding Micah of Arthur was enough to form an enmity, the former's nihilistic philosophy was something the latter took intrigue on and often tries to bring up Cohle's daughter, isolated upbringing, and his addiction to drugs as a way to get under his skin, but Cohle has no patience for Micah's crap and is deadset on killing him, even after Cohle has started to become somewhat more optimistic after his last case.
  • Micah has a particularly unique enemy in Michael DeSanta and Trevor Phillips, which was formed when Micah decided to try recruiting the latter for a bank-robbing scheme. While there was potential in an alliance between Micah and Trevor, this ultimately fell flat during their performance, which saw the former abandoning the latter to be arrested, only to be shocked when Trevor fought his way through cops and criminals and almost got to kill Micah. Micah thought that just because both of them were uber-vicious madmen didn't mean they were equally clever and Micah felt Trevor was "dumb as sacks". In reality, Trevor despises Micah because the latter is something the former would never dare to be; a traitorous backstabber. Micah didn't expect Trevor, of all people, to be ardent about loyalty and friendship, which is how Michael's (and by extension, Franklin Clinton's) enmity with him started. Like Micah, Michael also sold out his gang by deferring to law authorities, albeit that was to keep his family safe and secure, and any attempts by Micah to come off as "relatable" are shot back by Michael calling him a "psycho sick freak". In a way, Micah is a dark antithesis to Michael and Trevor, embodying and amplifying their worst aspects, but possessing none of their virtues other than a talent for shooting and robbing, plus Michael and Trevor, for all their faults, mainly do their criminal activities to make their ends meet, not to cause suffering for the hell of it. Micah one day seeks to find Michael's family, fully aware of how much it would infuriate him and Trevor and play out the perfect torture-and-murder act just to spite the two.
  • Despite seeing them as sworn enemies, Micah has a twisted sense of appeal towards Arthur and Micah and while both of them despise him more than anything else at this point, Micah doesn't pay much attention to that. He still wants to kill Arthur for insulting and humiliating him and Dutch for helping John kill him, but more often than not, Micah talks and banters with them like they're still old friends because he finds it funny and he knows it would annoy Arthur and Dutch, even though Micah is sore about them being better than them. Specifically, he wants to gun down Dutch for betraying him and do the same to Arthur for simply being the better rival compared to him, but Micah does admit to respecting the two men in an aesthetical sense, namely that both have a natural killing appeal to them and they’re both good gunslingers, plus Micah genuinely thinks that both men should just become murderers, just like him, taking huge glee over the fact that Dutch (and by extension, Bill) becomes that Micah also doesn't care if either Arthur and Dutch kill him in any of their encounters as the Pantheon assures that he can come back and get his revenge anytime he wants.
    • While he's aware that John Marston is his killer and he’s eager to get back at him with blood and death, Micah’s animosity towards John is admittedly less intense than with Arthur. To him, John is another "goody-two-shoes wannabe" he finds annoying and is quite amused by how John's life ended, sometimes taking potshots and calling John an idiot for becoming a bounty hunter and working with Edgar Ross, especially considering how that turned out in the end, despite the dire circumstances John was put into to ensure that partnership. As for John’s son, Micah was amused and excited to hear how Jack ended up becoming a law-hating outlaw, going against his dad and Arthur’s desire to not get him to become that. While Jack absolutely despises Micah and wants him dead just as much as anyone else, Micah himself couldn't help but find Jack’s occupation and circumstances darkly comical and usually tries to act as jolly and jovial as he could with the younger man, uncaring about Jack’s murderous intentions towards him. That aside, Micah genuinely respects Jack for being a good shot and taking much from “dear old daddy” in tenacity and ruthlessness, though Jack couldn't care less and simply wants Micah dead, especially since he's one of the reasons why his life is so miserable in the first place.
  • Micah was amused and pleased to learn about the House of Slaughter and quickly made himself comfy there, entertaining the possibility of meeting with fellow-minded people like him, deranged, psychotic mass-murderers with no care in the world. Given his reputation as a spree killer, Micah got himself acquainted with several criminals of the same calibre, with the most notable one being someone a Bill Williamson very much different from one Micah personally knew. This Bill, in contrast to the outlaw who was short-tempered, brash, over-emotional, and sometimes stupid (from Micah's perspective), was an educated terrorist who carefully planned his attacks and was pretty smart for a screw-loosed killer and two had a few other things in common, such as being nihilistic atheists who don't mind near-death experiences if it means either enjoying their thrill or getting their task done. Bill himself was impressed by Micah’s gunslinging skills and belief in life, though there's some trouble on getting the outlaw to be interested in sciences, even if Micah is content with his nihilistic philosophy. On the other hand, a large heavy-set shooter saw the outlaw as a competitor in his crusade to commit genocide and found Micah’s vocal nature as annoying, something the gunslinger is all too eager to overemphasize, chastising “Not Important” by claiming he lacks creativity and taking advantage of sowing chaos despite his success rate, all whilst milking out his moniker of “Not Important”, citing the appellation as comical and questioning whether he's really serious about being some “nobody”, to which “Not Important” doesn't bother with regarding responses other than to wish death on Micah, favouring his brand of carnage over causing anarchy.
  • Speaking of the House of Slaughter, if a spree killer is hard to come by, Micah doesn't mind making “acquaintances” with anyone as bloodthirsty and destructive as he can be. This led him to encounter Patrick Bateman and Jack, and despite learning how similar they are, namely their narcissism, desire to kill, and lacking any moral empathy or consequences for anyone other than themselves, neither got along. Patrick was too pretentious for Micah to tolerate most of the time and Jack was equal parts clumsy and too absorbed with art, especially as the outlaw couldn't be bothered to develop any other interests outside of violence and discord. On their end, Patrick saw Micah as a constant annoyance in wanting to rush into attacks and preferring to maintain his vain “yuppie standards” while Jack felt that Micah didn't care about artistic integrity or intellectual conversations of any kind, which Micah called bullshit partly because of his lack of interest and because he quickly realized Jack wasn't really well-educated about his interests. In contrast, he and Cletus Kasady quickly accepted each others’ common grounds and the latter was a bit content to find someone like the former, claiming that finding a figure like them is a rarity. The Carnage Symbiote itself was attracted to Micah for largely the same reason it's bonded with Micah and it similarly deems the outlaw as a suitable alternative due to his shared beliefs and murderous tendencies with Cletus. One can only dread the possibility of Micah being bonded to Carnage, an idea that the gunman is quite giddy to think about.
  • Micah is an atheist and even if literal gods exist in the Pantheon, he has no faith or respect in them despite acknowledging the gods. Instead, Micah believed in self-preservation and surviving as the main crux of life alongside an accompanying belief of chaos and using all your time to do and act however way you wanted, eager to paint himself as a destructive, cynical anarchist in contrast to Dutch’s more idealized take on the stance. While this is a major part of his alliance with Bill, Anarky was far less accepting, seeing Micah as a perversion of what anarchy should stand for and disgusted by his disregard for killing and destruction, clearly vowing to either stop or kill Micah, who could only respond with amusement and annoyance. V also finds Micah to be too odious for his liking, anarchy should be representative of freedom and choice, not wanton murder and destruction. On the other hand, Micah thinks that V’s desire for liberation and spreading an idea is about as successful as an overly ambitious, yet flawed bank heist doomed to fail. He does, however, have a level of respect for Shogo Makishima as both have Darwinistic approaches to anarchy and Makishima thinks that the outlaw does represent his beliefs of being a survivor quite well. Though Makishima’s reclusiveness and belief in seeing everyone as pawns meant they couldn’t truly be allies, Micah does admit to seeing him as a fellow man of ideals but is not willing to play the part of a pawn as Makishima has done in the past.
  • After the dissolution of Dutch's gang, Micah decided to start up a gang of his own, with his main priorities being to raze, kill, and destroy as much as he could. Naturally, one of the first things he did in the Pantheon was to find like-minded people like him and restart his infamy in the divine realms. Groups like the Brave Companions and Wild Hunt certainly caught his attention, but when it came to compatibility, Micah was disappointed to see that they didn't synch well with him. They all enjoy killing and torturing, but each has some differing priority that annoyed the gunslinger because he prefers to spread chaos and for his plans to leave a greater impact beyond just murder and misery; to him, Wild Hunt was too fixated on pleasing some "chubby-fuck pig" while the Brave Companions were not exactly bright in making plans and often screwing up in basic objectives. It also didn't help that Micah would ridicule Vargo Hoat by calling him "goat-man", cite Rorge as a "pussy-dog" for being killed by a woman, and call Syura a "dickless papa's boy" and affirms that the only reason they aren't killing him is that Micah is clever and calm enough to at least bail them out of trouble despite his own bloodthirstiness. He does, however, like The Fans because of their devotion to murder and being direct and no-nonsense about it, and they don't mind Micah's company as they all are quite talented in their profession for slaughter. He hopes that the fans will take more from Micah and embrace his belief of "livin' and dying".
  • Micah is a straw nihilist; while unabashedly self-centered and thinking highly for himself as part of his belief in being a survivor, he doesn't really have many expectations about anything and as far as he is concerned, mayhem and murder are what makes him content, plus he thinks condescendingly of anyone trying to think of bigger things or the possibility of big hopes and dreams. It's one belief that he shares with The Joker, whom Micah found to be an entertaining figure to hang around with, himself being one of the few to not be intimidated or annoyed by the Clown Prince’s horrible list of atrocities or his unpredictability. Joker himself is glad to find a relatable figure in Micah, though feels that he should "upgrade" his brand of chaos to also be more "colourful and spectacular, with a gag", with Micah admitting that it would take some time to get accustomed on what would work as a “gag” for his murderous and chaotic actions. Similarly, Junko Enoshima felt that Micah would work very well as an agent of despair, or rather, a pawn for her schemes of “Ultimate Despair” and while Micah enjoys Junko’s crazed antics and plans, he insists that his actions aren't hers to dictate and that being an “Ultimate Analyst” isn't going to be enough to be fully coerced into performing her schemes. That aside, the two are open about enjoying despair and recalling life and expectations being meaningless, but Micah isn't on board with despairing himself, though Junko isn't too fazed so long as the outlaw is all about being upfront about his thrills.
  • Horrifically self-centered and blatantly calling it “survival” on his end, this has served as a major reason why Micah has very little in the way of allies, support, and popularity. Yet somehow, he's managed to turn that into a twisted positive on his thoughts, believing that this furthers his credentials as a "survivor" and the same applies to anyone just as murderous and selfish as him. Even so, he's proven to not be so ardent in his beliefs as he's bummed out that no one in the House of Law and Justice is going to allow him clemency or a slap on the wrist, even if he tries to rat dangerous criminals like himself. And despite his Darwinistic and nihilistic beliefs and his fearlessness in getting into combat and facing death, Micah has a rather cowardly side, being a bully who will berate even those he works with or respects, only to back away when he realizes he's not in control, something he hates. His joy for fighting hides another factor; he would rather be riddled with bullets than face jail time, finding the death sentence to be dragged out and painfully boring for him to look forward to. In the Pantheon, he mainly sticks to the badlands and small underdeveloped towns with some visits to the House of Crime and Transgressions because they happen to be the easiest places for him to commute, and Micah only travels to bigger, more dating places if he’s got a gang or an alliance to accompany him with. It just so happens that most of his allies are just like him, hence his credible fear factor in the divine realms, though Micah is more than eager to hide his insecurities and posture himself as a deadly criminal unafraid of death, no matter what.
  • If being a hidden formant to the Pinkertons was of any indication, Micah would gladly sell out anybody, friend or foe, if it means keeping himself away from further harm, not only accentuating his craven nature about survival but downplaying his desire for bloodlust, though Micah would take that criticism poorly if ever bought up. As a result, he has an association with the House of Betrayal and Treachery and being one of the few Houses with a notorious reputation with lots of like-minded people meant that Micah found it pretty easy to get himself accustomed there. If there was anyone else who was a mole to their associated criminal enterprises, it would be Tommy Angelo who would only express disgust and revulsion towards Micah for his barbaric and self-absorbed actions. While Tommy also was a criminal, specifically part of an Italian Mafia, he became tired and was targeted for assassination and being betrayed by his boss, Don Ennio. Tommy also felt that Micah's actions are one that not even the worst of the Salieri would be willing, much less capable of doing and has made it clear that regardless of their similar act of ratting out their gangs, he would kill Micah if he ever comes near him, though the gunslinger couldn't care less about Tommy's threats, justifying his actions to be one a "survivor" would do.
  • While he may be a vicious brute who goes with a "killing first" rule, Micah is pretty intelligent and clever for a man as deranged as he is. This is a major reason why he is deemed so dangerous by many as he's surprisingly adaptive when the situation calls for it and he can come up with ideas and suggestions to either save his own skin or provide avenues with his co-workers to maximize their reach and ambitions. While this attitude and skill make him well-adapted for the House of Mentalism, Micah has little interest there, feeling that he's not wasting his intellect "waddling in someplace where he can't see shit", but he does compliment the fact that he's good enough to use his talents effectively there. On a specific note, Micah is good at feigning loyalty and using honeyed words to give his superior or co-worker a bolstered sense of motivation that he's eager to take advantage of and repeatedly do that until he's surely corrupted them into twisting their motives and ambitions. With people like Joker, Junko, and Shogo, Micah is delighted to get some lessons on how to manipulate and corrupt people more effectively and entertains the idea of corrupting other people into becoming just like him to become a second gig.
I believe there's winners and losers... and nothing else besides.

Destinies has hit the "too long" warning at over 300K characters. To alleviate it of its large size, there could be a Hall dedicated to Chosen One tropes, of which most deities holding them are in that Hall. I also think the Cutie Mark Crusaders can be moved to Goals since Desperately Looking for a Purpose in Life is more of a goal trope than a destiny trope.

@Crimson You may have enough approvals for finishing the profiles but a real criticism for Dutch is that his portfolio is too huge, even for regular standard profiles.

Finished the trope listing for Morita Akio and Matsushita Masaharu. Will do Ibuka and Komai next.

"In all my years of travel, nothing exhilarates me as much as the rush of Guangdong. In my experience, I find that one learns more about their homeland the more they travel, and only here have I found such a resolute drive, a full-blooded desire to go beyond limits and tradition to achieve the impossible. You can appreciate the irony: Guangdong itself is an impossible creation, yet its people devote themselves to unending, relentless aspiration in spite of it."

"We have got something. Something to live and die for."

"That's all there is; livin' and dyin'."

Can I add Tommy Oliver to Groups and Teams. After putting Micah there as well, I realized that he's the only "solo-character" profile there, which made his placement there awkward, even if his trope works well there. Sixth Ranger is a group/team-based trope as well so it wouldn't be too out of place for Tommy to be there too.

[down] And... it's done.

@Mafuyu: The Unicorn that would be known as Lady Amalthea also suffered from a Loss of Identity after she got turned into a human, losing her memories of being an immortal being as she took more and more to the role of a normal lady.
