Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For PokĂ©mon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the PokĂ©mon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the PokĂ©mon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a PokĂ©mon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

[up][up]I'm OK with that, but I'd also like to know if anyone else has their own choice/what if anything to do with Nox/Nyx

Anyone got a good idea for Cast of Personifications or Bizarro Apocalypse? Just something on my mind

First draft of SCP-1867. For those more familiar with Lord Blackwood and his allies/rivals, what further info could be used to build on their interactions

SCP-1867, God of Being Unaware Of His Transformation (A Gentleman, Lord Theodore Thomas Blackwood, CBE, 7th Viscount of Westminster)

  • Domains: British Explorers, Gentlemen, Sea Slugs, Transformations, Ambiguity, Naturalists
  • In custody of: The SCP Foundation
  • Allies: Theodore Roosevelt, The Doctor, Jonathan Joestar, Joseph Joestar, Robert E.O Speedwagon, Indiana Jones, Scrooge McDuck, John Carter, Sherlock Holmes, Edward J Plunkett, Lara Croft, Perry the Platypus, G-Force, Sandy Cheeks, Pinocchio
  • On good terms with: Albert Einstein
  • On speaking terms with: Spongebob Squarepants, Garfield Logan
  • Enemies: SCP-076-2, SCP-682, Dio Brando, the Pillar Men, Jack the Ripper, Mola Ram, the Coachman
  • Sitcom Archnemesis with: Klaus Heisler, Albedo (Ben 10)
  • Wary of: The Hall of Fairies
  • Respects: King Arthur (or is it Artoria)
  • To the naked eye, SCP-1867 is a variable neon sea slug with telepathic abilities and not having aged in over forty years of containment. But to 1867, he is the 19th century explorer and naturalist Lord Theodore Thomas Blackwood. A quintessential British gentleman, he claims to have been on a number of great yet undocumented adventures across the world and even beyond, and has a long experience tackling the anomalous. What's more, there's strong evidence that a Lord Blackwood of his description exists and was a great adventurer, though there is room for exaggeration. 1867 is likely Blackwood transformed or reincarnated somehow...or a sea slug that ''thinks'' it's Lord Blackwood. SCP-1867 remains completely ignorant to no longer being human and anyone who says he's a sea slug is seen as an absurdity to him...despite still needing to be in water like any non-anomalous sea slug.
  • SCP-1867 might be annoyed by Foundation personell pointing out that he's a sea slug, but otherwise has a cooperative relationship with the SCP Foundation as he is one of their helpful and friendly anomalies. While human he has had a history with Mr Deeds, who's bell/SCP-662 he used to have in his collection. The two get along, though with his transformation they've grown somewhat estranged. He provides in-depth detail about the geography, botany, zoology, archeology, anthropology, and linguistics, as well as the more arcane mythology, mysticism, and cryptozoology of his adventures and findings to the SCP Foundation. The House of Knowledge cannot verify how many of his tales are true or tall, but he has donated valuable findings to them
  • The existence of Lord Blackwood has further been proven by the ascended historical figures who he met in is travels. One of their more noteworthy encounters was the adventure he had with Theodore Roosevelt himself back in 1883, where the two proved their badass chops by fighting SCP-682 (the "Tarasque") and SCP-076-2 (aka Able). SCP-1867 was glad that T.R found success in his political career and as the former still has a wanderlustnote  the two have started a correspondence with one another. He was happy to introduce the apparent sea slug to an old friend and one of the few to beat him in a fair fight: Scrooge McDuck. Though bewildered that he cannot perceive his transformation, he believes SCP-1867 to be the one and only Lord Blackwood, or at least the reincarnation.
  • SCP-1867's field of study and quintessential Victorian charm made him a person of interest to the Speedwagon Foundation, who amusingly enough Lord Blackwood always assumed was a myth. There he met Jonathan Joestar, a true gentleman who was studying for archeology before Dio through a wrench in everything. The first Jojo is one of 1867's most recurring visitors. Having heard of the menace of both Dio and the creators of the Stone Mask, Lord Blackwood wishes that he could've aided him and his grandson Joseph back in the day. He'd also like to say he was surprised to learn Jack was a vampire thrall, but that'd be rich coming from him.
  • SCP-1867 has requested the SCP Foundation allow him to talk with a number of explorers and detectives so they may give each other worldly advice and experience, and tell long yarns about their seemingly unbelievable tales. Due to the inherent crossover nature of the Trope Pantheon and their own peculiar experiences the O5 Council agreed this didn't break their pantheonic stance towards the masquerade, so the ever-helpful Lord Blackwood was given his due. Though internally incredulous that John Carter and Indiana Jones hadn't heard of him this quickly faded with the three sharing stories of their many adventures with the unusual. Lord Blackwood's friendship was later expanded to Edward Plunkett and Lara Croft because of their study and exploration. John Carter was intrigued to learn that Lord Blackwood also traveled to Mars, back in 1843.
  • Many deities have been transformed without knowing about it, but none can say they remain ignorant of it for several decades. Kuzco believes that SCP-1867 became a sea slug because of some really strong potions by Yzma and has suggested he should interrogate her for the cure, only for Lord Blackwood to ask "sorry if this sounds as rude, but did the llama potion have some side effects you're not aware of?". Having seen a really horrible version of animal transformation, Pinocchio feels that Blackwood is fortunate to still retain his faculties. SCP-1867 was utterly disgusted learning about the context of this and the continuing slave drive of the Coachman, and has sworn he will shut him down.
  • On a lighter note, the Mane Six wondered what would happen if he went through the portal from human to pony world. Would he become equine, human, some other creature or stay a sea slug? Lord Blackwood believes he'd be an Exmoor Pony. Also, though SCP-1867 refuses to realize he's a sea slug he will respect transformations of other deities. Beast Boy wanted to test his Oblivious Transformation by turning into the same species as 1867, only for Lord Blackwood to recognize what he transformed into. He finds his powers fascinating and Garfield feels he would've gotten along really well with his scientist parents. As Lord Blackwood is currently an Intellectual Animal Perry the Platypus and the G-Force consider him a potential ally to their detective/investigation agencies, and while he denies being an animal he is interested in the work they're doing.
  • No-one was quite sure how he perceives interacting with the aquatic side of the Trope Pantheon because he simultaneously needs to live in water and, because he still thinks he's human, thinks he would drown. Upon meeting Spongebob at his house, he envisioned himself wearing an old-timey diver suit. Gary panicked because he has a horrible experience with nudibranches but to his surprise Lord Blackwood was smarter than anyone he's met besides maybe Sandy. Lord Blackwood eventually got to meet Sandy and her inventions, and the two decided to put their minds together for the sake of knowledge. Spongebob tried to get SCP-1867 to eat a Krabby Patty, and while the anomaly didn't consider it all that fancy he did find it quite delicious. He does wonder just what that secret formula that makes it so loved could be, but respects the secret enough not to deal with it.
  • Albedo cannot imagine how he still thinks pretending to be human is something he likes, mainly because he's projecting his own issues onto SCP-1867. Lord Blackwood considers Albedo to be wasting his intellect on petty vengeance and being frustrated at his transformation. Klaus Heisler also isn't fond of SCP-1867, but out of jealousy; he used to be an up and coming athlete but was turned into a goldfish. He ended up the Butt-Monkey, but Lord Blackwood remains a respected figure (if still a contained one) in a powerful secretive organization. This anger is one-sided, but it wasn't helped by the anomalous slug questioning stories he told about his pre-fish days.
  • Lord Blackwood has been an active explorer since the 1830s, and is usually consistent of being a 19th century resident. However he also recalls being in attendance to the coronation of Queen Elizabeth I; he may not have aged in the forty years when Mr Deeds was in his valet but his childhood background doesn't suggest he's that old. Before he could be further questioned, the Doctor of all people came to his defense by admitting the two had a few adventures back in the day; he first heard of Lord Blackwood from his friendship with his godson, Winston Churchill. Following his ascension in the Trope Pantheon, he's become one of the Doctor's many companions.
    • Being a proud Brit he respects King Arthur, who given the crazy adventures he's been through didn't take much convincing to believe they're real historical figures. What confused him was how there was a female King
  • Some of the more "normal" things SCP-1867 has supposedly done include meeting up with Abraham Lincoln and finding they have the same height, paying a young Einstein's fare for a taxi, having his sexuality questioned meeting Franz Liszt and trying to become the first man to summit Mt Everest. He has faced down a number of anomalies; he searched for SCP-1000 (aka Bigfoot) in Oregon, 1857, ventured and survived the post-apocalyptic "Land of the Unclean" accessed through SCP-093 (even killing one of said "Unclean" monsters) and dealing with Herman Fuller's Circus of the Disquieting. He has bad memories of the Thuggee leading him to distrust Punjabi, and the vile actions of Mola Ram only help his prejudices. He is also not on good terms with the Hall of Fairies as he broke an Accidental Proposal in the Land of Faerie.

Hello Pantheon people! Dropping by from TRS to inform the thread that the following pages need to have their Prickly Porcupine wicks removed/changed (as that trope has been cut and yarded):

I have elected not to do so myself so as to avoid unnecessarily creating any kind of tension with this thread. Thank you.

I really hate to do this but I'm starting to get down in the dumps and feeling the need to get away from the internet for a good while. I need to focus on developing a healthy lifestyle and learning productive skills, namely drawing, to truly get any happiness and maybe also help me get a much less stressful job. As much as I want to finish these profiles I started, I cannot focus on them any longer. But so my unfinished profiles don't go to waste, any of y'all interested in adopting at least some of them?

Well, I'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling well, but it's good to hear that you've decided to do something about it. I wish you well.

About your drafts: I assume all of them are on Sandbox.Kaotic Kanine, and all the ones under "Current Ascension Drafts" are up for adoption? And are those under "Past Ascensions" and "Past Reworks" are already submitted?

In terms of adoption, I'm more interested in Rahab than any other, but if someone else wants Rahab I will let them have it.

[up] Thank you so much. I might use Cold Turkey to allow myself limited access to TV Tropes, with which to keep up with the Pantheon and give [tup] to proposals and profiles. But otherwise using the program to keep myself out of TV Tropes and not going to be an active member of the Pantheon for the time being.

And correct; everything under "Current Ascension Drafts" in my sandbox is up for adoption while the "Past Ascensions" and "Past Reworks" are already completed. Though I realize that I should've had a separate thing for Klonoa since he's a rework, already ascended and stuff, but nonetheless he's up for grabs for anyone interested. And by all means, approach these profiles however you see fit: it's the least I can allow for essentially dumping my work onto you guys (though, of the unfinished profiles, only the Olympic Dames and the Parade Dream need extensive work. The rest just need some flavor and interaction texts that I'm too blocked to complete)

  • Allies:
  • Sorta-Respected By: Zeus, Hades, Athena, Dionysus, Mercury
  • Rivals: Odysseus, Rain
  • Enemies: Cronus, Gaea, 'Fake' Hades, The Minotaur, Medusa, Ares, Typhon, Amon, The Wicked Witch of the West
  • Opposes: Any and every Mary and Marty Sue.
  • Opposes, Pities, and Respects: Kratos (and by extention Atreus)
  • Conflicting Opinion: Hercules, The Rock of Ages
  • Perseus "Percy" Jackson spent much of his childhood ignorant of who his father was, but at the age of twelve he recieved the shocking revelation that not only were the gods of Classical Mythology alive and well, but that one of them was his father. He was brought to a secretive summer camp called Camp Half-Blood, populated by demigod kids like him where he learned that his father was Poseidon. From that point on his life was never the same. He went on several adventures with other demigods where he met and battled ancient gods and monsters. All throughout he made many close friends, the closest being his girlfriend Annabeth Chase daughter of Athena.
  • Percy was technically "ascended" to the Pantheon for a rather long time but to be blunt he sucks with getting things done by their due date. In his own words, "Deadlines just aren't real to me until I'm staring one in the face". But eventually the demigod Son of Poseidon was ascended into the Trope Pantheons where he was warmly welcomed by his girlfriend Annabeth, his father Poseidon, and his old friends Chiron, Nico, Hazel, Frank, Leo, Jason, and Piper. Naturally, he an Annabeth have been the closest together with his girlfriend Annabeth, who was ery glad to see that he made it.
  • Percy is naturally on very good terms with Poseidon, who outright calls him his favorite son. His relationship with the other Olympian gods is a bit more complicated.
    • Zeus and Hades are rather suspicious of him since his existence technically violates divine law (they agreed with Poseidon to stop having kids with mortals in the 1940s), but are thankful for his heroics anyways. They can't help but admire him for all that he's done, even if they can't help but dislike him for who he is. Similarly Athena has a rivalry with his father and thus isn't happy that he's dating her daughter, but again is thankful for his defence of Olympus.
    • He's friends with Apollo (due to that time he came for Percy's help when he fell from Olympus) and Hestia (who is on terms with every Greek-related deity). He has a strange relationship with Dionysus who has a low opinion of all half-bloods but he does help Percy out. Mr. D. rather infamously can't get Percy's name right, calling the kid with names like "Peter Johnson", "Pierre Jorgeson", "Perry Johanssan", et cetera. Percy finds it annoying, but after years of dealing with Mr. D. he's learned to suffer the annoying deity.
    • Ares on the other hand despises the kid for that one time he outsmarted him in battle. Ares was happy that Percy joined the Pantheon, not out of respect but because him being a god means Ares can keep beating him up without him dying. Since ascending, the God of War and the Son of the Earth-shaker have sparred heads with one another, though consistent intervention on the parts of Zeus, Hera, and Poseidon have stopped the fights from getting Percy killed or Ares' feelings hurt.
    • Percy's relationship with Hermes (aka Mercury) is best described as tense. On one occasion Percy accused Hermes' absence as the reason his son Luke turned evil. Hermes was not happy to be accused of this, but after some time together they were able to calm down. As of now they are on good terms with one another and have mostly forgotten the past conflict they had. Almost.
  • Has mixed thoughts on Hercules. On one hand he generally respects fellow half-bloods, and Hercules was considered a big name hero for centuries among both mortals and half-bloods. On the other hand, Percy has met Hercules and thinks he's kind of a jerk. Hercules is Percy's ally, but not his friend. They work together, but they don't really like each other, not so much out of enmity (they don't go that far) but more so out of not seeing eye-to-eye.
  • He has a natural respect for Aquaman, even serving as the lead general of his armies in fighting for control of the ocean with Davy Jones. He also consistently allies himself with Captain Planet in water-purifying endeavors, as he considers this extremely high up on his list of priorities. His ability to speak with sea creatures has given him friendship with all the other nature lovers of the Pantheon. But despite his love of nature he can't get along with Gaia (Gaea) due to their past eniminity.
  • At one point he had appealed to the War Pantheon to bring in his eternal love Annabeth as a Goddess of Strategy. After threatening to destroy the entire plumbing system of the Pantheon forever, the Gods of the War Pantheon agreed to meet with her. After hearing of her exploits on the Battle of Olympus, in facing the giant arachnid Arachnae, and her part in taking down the collective god Serapis, they quickly agreed to grant her rise into Goddess of Battle Strategy.
  • He had the time to meet his little-known immortal cousin Zagreus. The two first bonded over the issues of having gods as dads (running the sea or underworld means less father-son time ya know), but during the conversation Zagreus mentioned in passing a half-brother named Nico. Percy asked if he heard that right, and when he got confirmation, he immediately began sharing funny and/or emberrasing stories from Nico's first days at Camp Half-Blood; Zagreus learned more about little brother from his cousin that day than from little brother himself. Aside from Nico the two were able to bond over the struggles of dealing with Olympus and thus became close friends.
  • His ancestry and ability to speak to sea creatures has given him a strange relationship with all deities from Spongebob Squarepants. Since Neptune (Poseidon's Roman name) is their Top God as Lord of the Ocean, the Son of Neptune is pretty much their version of Jesus Christ or at least of Archangel Michael. His status as a messianic figure was only hightened that one time he rescued Bikini Bottom from the terror of The Cyclops (READ: that time he yelled at a scuba diver to get off his family property).
  • When Kronos (Cronus) ascended, Percy warned the GUAG of what he was capable of. Terrified, the GUAG worked to limit the power of Cronus by placing his remaining essence in a secure location. Cronus as a result hates Percy (as if he didn't hate him already). He and all the other half-bloods are yet to give up on their fight against their evil grandpa/great-grandpa/uncle, and the feeling is mutual on Kronos' side of things.
  • He also stands opposed to Typhon - not like the giant monster cares what a puny kid thinks. Percy knows full well the kind of destruction Typhon can wreak on a given area (having seen it first hand in the Battle of Manhattan). As a result he has gotten the GUAG to keep the sealed monster under close watch to make sure he doesn't get out of control.
  • Used to maintain a friendly rivalry with Harry Potter, sharing a similar history about discovering a hidden supernatural world that your parents are part of. However, it is recently suggested that the two had a team up against two common enemies: Edward Cullen and Bella Swan, and now actually respect one another. After that, the Protectors of the Plot Continuum offered him to join in their group. Percy proudly accepts and now is hunting every Sue-ish Deity in existence.
  • Naturally, he's become close friends with Aang, not only for being a fellow Kid Hero (grown up) with elemental powers, but also for his role in the broader House of Nature. The two have built a friendship over their shared adventures in saving their respective worlds. Percy has also taken a liking (non-romantic of course; hell hath no fury like Annabeth scorned) to Aang's beloved Katara, who also happens to have mostly water-based powers like Percy does. Now that Percy, Annabeth, Aang, and Katara have taken a break as Retired Badasses, the four like to spend time with one another.
    • Aang has also introduced Percy to another young water-bender, Korra, who due to similar energetic personalities he gets along with as a buddy. Annabeth was suspicious at first, but after she met Korra it was clear Percy just had a friend. But despite how he gets along with Korra as a friend, he has a hard time getting why she wanted to be Avatar so badly (given his own attitude).
    • Continuing on that point, his friendship with the water-benders of the Pantheon led to him butting heads with Amon, who seeks to eliminate bending altogether. Amon is one of those enemies that Percy completely understands the reasoning of, yet still must oppose to defend others - he reminds Percy of ol' Luke in many ways. Especially when he learned that Amon himself is actually a water-bender, and believes his own powers to be evil.
  • At first he was royally pissed off at Kratos for killing his father. But then he realized that that version of Posideon was much more monstrous than his father was, and now has a more mixed view of him. While Percy knows the versions of the Olympians Kratos fought were very different than the ones he knew, he also knows the Olympians in general don't always have the best of records. He sympathizes with Kratos while still frequently fighting against him - in fact, Kratos something reminds him of Luke. He has a similar view of Kratos' son, Atreus, although he actually has a weird sort of eniminity-friendship with him.
  • As of late, Percy has been learning lessons from a new teacher of sorts, that being Jinbei. While Percy possessed a natural inclination toward the manipulation water, seeing what Jinbei can do with Fishman Karate and Fishman Jujitsu impressed him. So much that he went to the Fishman to learn some of the basics of Fishman Karate and Fishman Jujitsu. Jinbei is quite impressed by his capabilities and finding him a good heroic young man.
  • Percy has found that Rain is more or less his Evil Counterpart given their similar water-powers, and his pride contrasted with Percy's humility. The fact that Rain sees himself as superior to all other water users doesn't help their relationship. In fact, Percy challenged him to a duel to cut him down to size - the fight was so brutal that Poseidon himself had to break it up to stop either of them from getting seriously injured. Doesn't stop them from hating each other.
  • Once he smelled half-blood in the Pantheon, a certain Minotaur immediately crashed his way through the halls to find the source. The beast didn't learn the last two lessons and was promptly given a third by Percy. On the other hand, Medusa is a bit smarter than her bovine comrade when it comes to seeking vengance. She knows she can't trick Percy the same way she did before, so instead she's working on ways to go after those he loves. Having none of this, Percy discovered the plot, fought her, and defeated her yet again - although this time she got away before she could die.
  • His link to the aquatic means Percy is one of the deities (along with Aquaman and Beast Boy) tasked with holding back Octodeggon from destroying every major monument of human civilization. He wasn't able to do much to stop the giant octopus, but he was able to mitigate some of the damage. It seems that poor Percy can't catch a break from heroics even when he's a deity now.
  • When Percy learned about how The Rock of Ages managed to beat his father Poseidon in a race, he was oddly impressed. Posiedon is still mad at the giant boulder for beating him but Percy is working to calm him down. Poseidon is having none of it - which lead to an unfortunate amount of earthquakes in the region - but Percy is still working to console him.
Percy: Dad, it was just a race, let it go already! It's not the end of the world!
  • Annabeth met Aqua, and when she did, she joked to Percy that there was finally someone more worthy of the title "Seaweed Brain" than him. Percy knew that was a jab at him but he took it as a compliment anyways. He's actually gotten along relatively well with the water goddess as well as Kazuma's party in general, sharing funny stories from their respective adventures together.
  • When Percy met Lex the Bookworm, he was surprised to learn a little worm not only fought Medusa and the Minotaur as he did, but that he came out on top. Percy knows that's not easy from personal experience, and so he had to congradulate him for successfully holding his own against the two ancient monsters.
  • Has buddied up with his namesake Perseus the son of Zeus. Perseus admires the kid for how much he managed to get done at such a young age. He along with Achilles recognize that Percy's feats were bigger even than their own (with saving the world and all), but they don't get how such an ill-behaved and self-deprecating youth could get so much done. Confused as they are, the heroes of yore can't help but admire the kid.
  • Unsurprisingly given who his father is, Percy has a rivalry with the hero Odysseus. Poseidon was the one who caused all the trouble for Odysseus during his famous Odyssey, so of course he has grounds for contention with Percy. However the two can't help but respect each other for sharing all the experience (good and bad) of heroism. As a result their relationship is more of a respectful rivalry than anything else.
  • Cassandra Sandmark daughter of Zeus was happily surprised to learn that she wasn't the only Greek demigod in the Pantheon. Percy, along with the rest of Camp Half-Blood, admires Cassie and reassured her that her past doesn't define who she is now. Though they have different relations with their parents, Cassie has worked to follow Percy's way of dealing with family. The two demigods have bonded, and the campers consider Cassie a sort of honorary member of Camp Half-Blood.
  • The Wicked Witch of the West avoids Percy like the plague for one simple reason: the Wicked Witch is weak to water. In fact it's her main weakness. Plus, there's the fact that Percy is good-aligned while the Witch is evil, so that means he has a reason to oppose her. Percy for his part mostly uses his power over water to stop the Witch from harming others (and their little dogs) whenever he happens to be in her vicinity.
  • He's on fairly decent terms with Water-type Pokemon trainers like Misty. They share an affinity for sealife, and (when it comes to the good-aligned ones at least) a desire to protect others. With all that said, he thinks Archie went a few steps too far in trying to expand the ocean (even Poseidon himself thinks that's a stupid idea - he has enough trouble managing the sea as is). But then again, Archie is trying to make up for his past ills, and Percy is willing to forgive him for that.

Speaking of hype dates, I got a couple of proposals for everyone.

  • Crypto and Pox for Telepathic Spacemen: The two main "protagonists", Cryptosporidium-137 and Orthopox-13 are members of the Furon empire, a race of aliens with telepathic powers. The game allows you full access to said powers, from brainwashing civilians, picking up objects to throw at enemies, reading minds, etc, all with the ability to upgrade your powers.
    • and yes, I'm aware that Beheeyem has the trope, and yes I'm suggesting to replace them with Crypto and Pox. Beheeyem's profile has quite a few underdeveloped texts in it, and tbh I think there's better choices for the trope than another PokĂ©mon.
  • Homsar and Senor Cardgage for Word-Salad Humor: Two of the most eccentric residents of Free Country, USA, Homsar is an reality warping Oddball Doppelgänger of Homestar, and Cardgage is a creepy homeless man that strongly resembles Strong Bad. Their defining characteristics is that they speak entirely in mangled non-sequitors, the absurdity of which is always played for comedy. One short even had the two compete for the title of "Non-Sequitur Champion", with it being a 50/50 chance of either winning.

Hello again, I've decided to come back here after I kind of exiled myself after my mistake concerning a certain trope. I've noticed that all of Springtrap's themes are fanmade, which is against the rules. Would the FNAF 3 menu themes work, both the original and the new one?

My reasoning is that these are the menu themes of the game where Springtrap is the main focus, the enemy you have to face and is basically the main character of FNAF 3. He appears on the menu screen, too. They both capture his character pretty well.

Or we can go with Circuit Tension, his boss theme from Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach but I feel like it isn't as good as the menu themes.

What do you think? Do we put them all on his profile or only some of them?

Some of the new content with Odio.

The bad ending actually goes into further detail regarding Oersted’s Fatal Flaw. He has MASSIVE self worth issues to the point where he was dependant on other’s approval. Comes to a head when after Odio wins, his dialogue instead of gloating comes across as a broken man who realized too late what he truly wanted. Oersted is also a Glory Hound, but as a symptom of his Fatal Flaw rather than having a large ego (he does not). Not to mention various gamers would respect Odio for that reverse Boss Rush being such a cool, original idea.

Its also really ambiguous what Odio exactly is. Some theories point to a Soma Cruz to Chaos relationship Gone Horribly Wrong.

@ Percy: Maybe some of the paragraphs could be shortened and merged? Just a suggestion; I'm otherwise happy with it

I made the mistake of thinking just because I adopted this, it was already approve of. I will now rectify this, and I will also ask if there is another trope you feel fits better. What to do with this idea?

  • John Dee, God of Being Unable To Dream: this was adopted from Sailor Venus 372, though I made the mistake of thinking it was already approved of. Doctor Destiny is a JLA supervillain who has the power of dream manipulation, making him a surprisingly dangerous foe of the League. To stop him he was robbed of his ability to dream. This does horrible things to his mind and body, turning him into the Ax-Crazy lunatic seen in the Sandman comic

  • With evil able to lurk in every street and avenue, one particular neighborhood would become the hideout of four particular villains dedicated to the most immoral things they can think of. Within Metrotown lies the infamous League of Super Evil, a group of villains that scheme to menace heroes and citizens alike through... rather petty and silly acts. Despite what their name indicates, the four members of this group are seen as simple Ineffectual Sympathetic Villains that are in fact overlooked by many heroes, as much as they try to show themselves off, with mainly the sillier and more often than not more powerful individuals among them entertaining their presented threats, to hilarious results. It's not that the League of Super Evil is overlooked just for failing their evil plans often, but it's also that such plans, whether they work out or not, simply aren't really much more than inconveniences to others, relative to even the goofier villains the Pantheon contains.
  • The League of Super Evil decided to set up a scheme to trick their neighbors into believing they were gods, in order to earn their worship and their pocket change to fund other projects. While their shoddy theatrics didn't get much attention, they received a letter from someone that appeared to have fallen for the trick, inviting them to a more prosperous place known as the Pantheon. With no hesitation, they followed the directions for the purpose of spreading their evil to the Pantheon, and in the process, sending their own intimidating message to the Pantheon with a device attached to the letter. Said message ended up spreading gossip among the Pantheon's other villains who speculated on who the four arriving villains were. A few of them were even expecting a similarly grouped yet vastly different of evil protagonists. Needless to say, those villains were sorely disappointed at the actual arrivals, who were quick to nab the Harmless Villain trope the letter offered them. As for why they took the trope, Voltar interpreted the trope's true meaning as a plead of mercy saying "Harm less, Villain!" Given how the trope fit them anyway, those who scoffed at how incompetent and silly they were would be displeased to know that they had a valid reason to have the trope and stay in the Pantheon.
  • It took no time at all for the League of Super Evil to completely forget about their previous plan in favor of showing the Pantheon their beloved brand of evil. The forces of L.O.S.E. would begin menacing the Pantheon by setting up barbeques without inviting others, wearing socks with sandals, jaywalking in the House of Plants note , and vandalizing the workstation of some unfortunate reporter named Clark Kent with permanent marker, confetti, and worn out batteries. (No one knows if they even suspected said reporter to have some hidden identity on a whim, let alone knew while they were doing their work.) For all their troubles, they just got a bunch of complaints about their fashion crime from some witnesses. As much as Frogg complained that weren't going big enough, Voltar decided he was satisfied with the current situation and declared that their operations were successful, and they would do more evil the next day.
  • They oppose the GUAG out of principle given that the latter is good and the League of Super Evil is well, evil. On occasion, they try to find ways to ruin the GUAG's day or to annoy their members when they aren't plotting against their annoyed neighbors, in manners similar to their usual business. The GUAG, being busy with handling more threatening villains or handling bigger civil issues, mostly ignore the League of Super Evil to minimize the time they take being distracted by them, with an occasional and clueless do-gooder sometimes trying to stop them. Results from here can vary from the League of Super Evil being carried out of GUAG territory to the hero realizing that their newest scheme doesn't actually hurt anyone, letting them off with a warning that is imminently ignored. For the most part, Voltar and his cohorts see this as the GUAG being afraid of them and being careful with them as to avoid their wrath. Dr. Frogg wasn't a big fan of this conclusion, but decided that menacing the much more serious heroes and law enforcement wasn't worth it either.
  • While they claimed to be a menace to superheroes everywhere (as in the whole-neighborhood "everywhere"), they mostly plot against bratty neighborhood kids in attempts to either inconvenience them or one-up them. Given that it's not exactly the most threatening or worrying thing on many heroes' lists, their schemes usually get put to work as it was before their ascension, with children deities like Dennis the Menace retaliating as part of the usual business. However, the main team of the Kids Next Door, pretty much run by children, eventually had to consider the League Of Super Evil a legitimate threat to children's fun, in spite of protest arguing that dealing with them would be a waste of time. With the KND actually becoming a common obstacle to the goals of L.O.S.E., Voltar and his team have grown a more competitive and personal grudge toward the KND overall, which hasn't meant that they've been a bigger threat to the KND, but just a bigger pain in the butt to their everyday work.
    • They allied with I. M. Meen, who also had a vendetta against brainy children, wanting to imprison them in books for trying to learn basic grammar. Finding the idea of stuffing annoying kids from across the street in a book as hilarious and suitable, the League Of Super Evil was a fitting ally for Meen in his crusade against elementary-school children trying to read books. The League Of Super Evil also used to work with Professor Poopypants in plotting against schoolchildren, because giving them stupidly funny names and giving them swirlies through living toilets sounded appealing to the League Of Super Evil. However, at some point, Professor Poopypants tried to remove everyone's laughter once again, which Voltar didn't approve of, being proud of his own laughter. It then turned out that L.O.S.E. never even knew Professor Poopypants' name until that day somehow, causing them to get into a laughing fit once they bothered to recognize it.
  • Their brand of villainy, being simple misdemeanors and odd passes for the purpose of mildly inconveniencing or frustrating the local neighbors isn't considered as anything notable in the Pantheon, which is full of heroes and villains getting in much more significant events regularly. In fact, only grouchy neighbors like Eustace Bagge or Mr. Rottweiler bother taking the League Of Super Evil seriously. As for allied villains, their light and silly methods of causing trouble would get them affiliated with other individuals with a similar "harmless and silly" reputation, like Jack Spicer, Dick Dastardly, the Team Rocket Trio, or even the Doronbo Gang (if only to pass the time between their more serious attempts at mayhem, being distant otherwise). They all have their own reasons for being in league with these four troublemakers despite their reputation. Some could care less about using them to perform schemes better, and just want their company to hang around with during a wanted break or to have silly games with. Others appreciate them for accepting their own attempts at villainy, successful or not, where other villains would mock them for it, like Dr. Drakken, not that Shego is happy about being associated with them by proxy. Then there are those like The Amoeba Boys who actually idolize the League Of Super Evil as legitimate mentors of the type of evil actions they want to embrace. Regardless of the reason, Voltar decided to refer to these consistent allies of theirs as "recruited subordinates", making them the "L.O.S.E.R.S." That said, very few of the allied villains take Voltar's "leadership" seriously at all, and usually ignore whatever unpleasing demands Voltar makes for their own convenience anyway, doing whatever they want.
    • There are some other villains that hang out with the League Of Super Evil due to not minding what L.O.S.E. is up to all of time, but don't want to be too affiliated with them for their own reasons. Professor Nutmeg works with them since they actually do try to help the Professor deal with Felix the Cat, not that it helps too much, but out of pride, doesn't want to be considered "one of them". Robbie Rotten finds the plans of Voltar and his team amusing and amicable baddies to get along with, and Voltar thinks that Robbie Rotten's schemes to make everyone else lazy is a delightful purpose to pursue. While Dr. Doofenshmirtz considers himself retired from villainy, he doesn't really consider the works of L.O.S.E. as truly "evil", and sometimes plays along whenever he gets the itch to cause some trouble, considering that he believes his collaborating with these villains as "all the fun parts of evil without all of the scary and dangerous stuff".
  • While the League Of Super Evil is justifiably overlooked by many for their actions being nonthreatening in both design and execution, sometimes they can surprise their enemies and even themselves with the weird things they do in order to pursue an unusual and petty objective. In many cases, experts would call these moments as occasions of being a Not-So-Harmless Villain, but in these cases, not only are their times of becoming a legitimate threat usually on complete accident, but they even stray from whatever L.O.S.E. had originally planned in mind. In an attempt to make their own servants for scooping up Doomageddon's (radioactive) Road Apples, they created clones of themselves that were *magnitudes* more competent than them to menace even the government. Thankfully, said clones were short-lived, and L.O.S.E. took advantage of the occasion to make the government scoop up the poop. Said incidents have continued in the Pantheon, and conveniently when no one paid attention to them, the League Of Super Evil ended up stealing a car (which was actually MEGAS' head) and wrecking a city with the mech while Coop and Jamie were at a nearby restaurant, unhappy to hear the news, all while trying to hijack a radio station for taunting a visiting hero, so L.O.S.E. can't really be completely dismissed as a non-dangerous group for that reason. At least Inspector Javert doesn't make this mistake, but being the type of chase someone over stealing a loaf of bread, Javert is always going to pursue the League Of Super Evil for all of the minor offenses the League Of Super Evil has committed, not that it would save him from the mischief and misfortune that comes along with dealing with the forces of L.O.S.E.
  • While not commonly enforced in the Pantheon, the League Of Super Evil set up a pizza party expecting that if the deliveryman took longer than 30 minutes to arrive, the pizza would be free, as it was in the last occasion they tried that. Their delivery would be challenged by the unlucky Peter Parker delivering as Spiderman, but that didn't worry Voltar who invited all of his allies just to sabotage Spider Man with everything they had. Despite Spider-Man noting how overkill that L.O.S.E. was getting to slow down him down that it was probably illegal, he still decided to go through with the delivery, expecting that it was some villainous gambit given how tactical and experienced the sabotage was. Even getting one of the Doronbo Gang's mechs thrown at him and a freeze ray from Dr. Drakken would be overcome, but it turned out that Spider-Man barely failed to deliver the pizzas in 30 minutes, not that the delivery rule was even applicable here. Disappointed in the motive, Spider-Man left without bothering to get paid for it. Unfortunately for the League Of Super Evil, all of the pizzas were flipped, leaving everyone unsatisfied by the plot.
  • The Grand United Alliance of Evil, generally consisted of much more competent, deadly, and seriously malevolent villains, despise the League Of Super Evil's presence in the Pantheon, seeing them as an utter mockery of their causes. It's considered taboo to even mention the name "League Of Super Evil" there, since they want to just pretend that L.O.S.E. doesn't even exist so other villains' blood doesn't boil up from rage. In general, any competent villain out there doesn't consider the League Of Super Evil as even small-fry villains, just pathetic wimps trying to put on a show, and generally brush them aside if they ever meet. The League Of Super Evil have to tried to either apply or even request the GUAE join them, and it has never ended well for the four of them.
    • There were some rival meanies that actually get in petty conflicts with Voltar and his team, one being Strong Bad who considered them as the new annoying neighbors on the block and ended up getting in crazy antics with The Cheat's help trying to one-up the schemes of L.O.S.E. They've also seen Suction Cup Man climb up towers and L.O.S.E. decided to try one-upping him, with them trying to follow him through other convoluted methods like plungers, sticky gloves, and Doktor Froggnote . They ended up in a hospital a few minutes. Then there was Zim, an alien attempting to conquer Earth, but yet saw Voltar as a rival alien and a legitimate enemy to his campaign, which Voltar's boastful nature only appeared to justify Zim's suspicions. Doomageddon also began to bully Zim's "dog", actually GIR, over food, which caused them to be legitimate enemies as well. Dib Membrane isn't sure whether Zim and Voltar's conflict is a good thing or a sign of worse things to come.
  • While trying to imprint their faces all over their neighbors' windows to annoy them, they encountered a recently escaped Anomaly known as Punishing Bird, who decided to immediately attack them for their petty crimes. Landing on top of Voltar's head and pecking him repeatedly, Voltar freaked out and attempted to shake the bird off to no avail, and Voltar's short arms couldn't even reach Punishing Bird either. Red Menace attempted to pet the bird, but Voltar was getting frustrated at the pecking and ordered Doktor Frogg to shoot at Punishing Bird. While Doktor Frogg tried, he kept missing his moving target with his weapons and ended up blasting Voltar repeatedly, perhaps for Frogg's own good in hindsight. After chasing Voltar with Punishing Bird pecking his head to the point where they could get a clear shot at Punishing Bird, Doomageddon took the opportunity to pounce on the bird, but it led to Punishing Bird retaliating by opening up and using Doomageddon as a chew toy. Frightening by the bird, the rest of the team ran away with Punishing Bird after them, back into the House of Villains where many more aggressive crooks willing to attack any annoyance with great force resided.
  • Teru Mikami, who also immediately saw the League Of Super Evil as crooks to be deleted for their minor crimes, eventually decided to use the replica of Ryuk's Death Note on him as soon as he found the proper opportunity to use it in the first place, just to get rid of him. He started with Doomageddon, which ended up being a mistake given that with Doomageddon's teleporting powers, the undisclosed cause of death written for the doomhound created a Noodle Incident that unexpectedly led to some apartments getting wrecked and Teru Mikami dying as collateral damage. The other three members running after Doomageddon would end up finding the Death Note left behind. Voltar picked the book up in curiosity, and were soon greeted by Ryuk, who explained its purpose to the villains. Not one to let an opportunity to cause unfortunate fates to hapless citizens pass by, Voltar took out a pencil and began writing into the Death Note:
Voltar: "Let's write our first victims down..."
Voltar's writing: "That stupid looking kid who stuck his tongue out at me - He will turn PINK and eat earthworms!"
"The mailman with the funny mustache who didn't deliver me a dart gun - Give him the SUPER CYCLONE TRIPLE WEDGIE!"
"That granny crossing the street right over there - Make her trip on a banana peel or something."
    • Watching none of the intended victims get what was expected made the others realize that Voltar doesn't even know or bother knowing the names of the people around him. Maybe Voltar doesn't even bother remembering their face properly. When Doktor Frogg suggested how to recognize people and use it properly, Voltar proceeded to use it on him. Doktor Frogg, in rage at seeing his "cause of death" made him take the Note and write the same fate for Voltar. After realizing the deaths didn't immediately happen for them, they decided to throw out the book and told Ryuk to shove it. Just a few minutes later as they walked away, Voltar and Doktor Frogg suddenly got crushed by a giant flying gorilla that came from the nearby laboratory. Red Menace could only note how similar it was to what the other two wrote in the Death Note.
  • The League Of Super Evil has had to take on heroes that resemble parodies of actual heroes in the Pantheon, and for some reason, see the actual inspirations as the characters that they always dealt with back then, despite the obvious differences and much greater competency overall. But unfortunately, the League Of Super Evil isn't the type to move on from making relations from simple resemblances and commonalities. They've taken on many of the Power Rangers teams and even some of the Super Sentai teams mistaking all of them for being the Force Fighters V, and it predictably ending with the villains getting their hinds whooped in the end. Doktor Frogg decided to follow and impress Catwoman one night, mistaking her for The Cougar. He got thrown off a building for his troubles, which seems excessive, but given his remarks about "hiding the old age, wrinkles, and the sags well", people would call it understandable.
  • Red Menace, for being part of a "villainous group", is perhaps of the friendliest crooks out there, perhaps even more sweet and gentle than your average hero, even. Regardless, it hasn't stopped Red Menace from going along with Voltar's plans, and getting caught up in the madness of their chaos. Red Menace managed to meet up with and befriend Kronk, who also had a reputation for working with a much more serious villain, Yzma, all while enjoying nature and being a friend to children. Their similar natures made them quick to get along, and it helped that Red Menace enjoys Kronk's spinach puffs, which is why Red Menace sometimes invites Kronk to the League Of Super Evil's place for a bit, which Kronk sometimes goes along with if the plot seems harmless. That said, people who see him as a softie often forget that he still is very strong as his role on the team would indicate, and the few people that manage to push his buttons end up regretting it.
  • Doomageddon is an odd pet of the League Of Super Evil, whose vast array of abilities befuddle others on how the League Of Super Evil came to make the doomhound join him. From absurd strength, invisibility, fire breath, and more consistently, teleportation and connection to his own dimension, Doomworld, which some sources claim to be a much more cheery and pretty place than the name implies. Although Doomageddon displays himself to be a much more worrisome physical threat than the rest of his team, he has no problem sticking with the team, if only to use his powers to mess with the team instead of their enemies. Looking at Dick Dastardly's relationship with his sidekick Muttley, one can realize why Doomageddon doesn't bother searching for different owners. Additionally, he had been seen in an agent suit dealing with the works of Good-aligned scientists and governments, going by 00-Geddon. On these occasions, he's had to get in fights with Perry the Platypus on his secret agent job, though neither L.O.S.E. nor Doofenshmirtz bat an eye at "Double-O-Geddon".

So here's the first draft of Homsar and Senor Cardgage, two of the most eccentric members of the Homestar Runner cast.

  • Since both are Oddball Doppelgangers, are there similar clones they could meet up with?
  • For Homsar, is there any other eccentric Reality Warpers he could bond with? Any other gods that speak in non-sequiturs?
  • For Cardgage, any other homeless gods he could interact with?
