Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

What other villains are similar to Andre?

Andre, God of Post-Final Bosses (The Dark Lum Lord, Andy)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/30c5c4926202f57d06fb164ec849b30f.png
  • Hall: Boss Fights N To Z (House of Gaming)
  • Quasideity
  • Symbol: His Black Lums
  • Theme Song: Andre Sets Out To Conquer
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Big Bad of the third game (though he shares the role with Reflux), Ambition Is Evil (specifically, to Take Over the World), Fought After The Final Boss (if you can even call it a fight), Non-Action Big Bad, Can Be Rather Amusing Even If His Sense Of Humor Is Unpleasant, The Napoleon, Tom the Dark Lord, Jerkass, Dirty Coward, Turns Red Lums Into Evil Black Lums, Has A Comparatively Mundane Name For The Setting, Enraged by Idiocy
  • Domains: Corruption, Villainy, Vulnerability, Temper, Mockery
  • Heralds: Reflux (his partner in crime), the Black Lums, the Hoodlums
  • Allies: Mr Dark, Admiral Razorbeard, Babidi, Bob the Killer Goldfish, Slappy the Dummy, Griffin (the Invisible Man)
  • Headbutting Villains with: Infinite, Gnasty Gnorc
  • Enemies: Rayman, Globox (honestly all good-aligned Pantheon/Rayman deities, but mainly them), Mickey Mouse, Billy, Earthworm Jim, Sparx, Spyro the Dragon, Ciel, Fecto Elfilin, Cappy, Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrian Agreste
  • Wary of: The Chaos Kin
  • Andre was once merely another Red Lum, the simple shards of energy used to gain health. However while Rayman was sleeping his dreaming hands wandered off and performed various shadow puppets to a Red Lum, scaring it enough it transformed to a Black Lum. Andre is an ambitious but physically very weak being who's power comes from corrupting other Red Lums into Black Lums, where they can craft cloth bodies to become actual enemies. Andre found himself in Globox's stomach for a time. His goal is to transform the energy of the Core of the World into Hoodlums so he can take over the world. Later on he would team up with the hunter and "hero" of the Knaarens to get mutual revenge on Rayman. When left with no-one to defend him he booked it, and met a quick end with a mere grimace from Rayman.
  • The Dark Lum Lord's ascension saw the same Red Lum come back, and be spooked into becoming a Black Lum again. He wasn't sure how he regained his sense of self back, but is thankful and begged the Trope Pantheon to give him a safe temple where he can scheme. While having the job as the god of post-final bosses isn't that dignified a role, he'll take it. Andre would learn of other evil forces from his world ascended alongside his enemies of Rayman and Globox, that being Mr Dark and Admiral Razorbeard. As they share enemies, they will tolerate the Black Lum's assistance if only in a pragmatic way; with no Reflux to help him, they're understandably skeptical of him.
  • His creation, that being an accident of Rayman's, is curiously parallel to Mickey creating the Shadow Blot. Mickey wasn't impressed by Andre considering the high standard Disney villains often fulfill. Andre tends to ignore his insults and give his own in return. However, he is considering the need to up his game and if his Black Lum minions can make cloth bodies to actually throw hands, he can do better. He is currently scheming to try and take Earthworm Jim's suit for himself. Bob the Goldfish advised caution, which surprised Andre since eh didn't expect the fish to care for him. Bob admits that it's not so much he cares, but that "I can relate to you for obvious reasons". Andre may be a Jerkass, but he also knows not to look a gift horse in the mouth so he took a shine to him.
  • Andre is, to put it nicely, absolutely pathetic in combat. But he's no fool and is well-aware when to get out of dodge, which is why he relies on the power of others and his corruption of Red Lums. He is similar in some respects to Babidi in that his threat is entirely his magic and minions, however in spite of a big ego he is also a fair bit smarter than the wizard as he can think on his feet by quickly mounting a new plan for world domination; for example, by convincing Reflux to steal his king scepter to get revenge on Rayman, and by using the Leptys power in order to duplicate himself to infinity. The wizard was amused by the Black Lum and has decided for now, they should team up to manipulate stronger beings to their will.
  • Loves to make jokes at Globox's expense, particularly the dark kind. While some might argue he has a bad sense of humor, many of his insults and wisecracks do make him a source of comic relief. He particularly likes insulting stupid people, as he is Enraged by Idiocy and is constantly exasperated by Globox being a dummy; Pretty much the only compliment he'll give to Globox is admitting that even he wouldn't call him as dumb and obnoxious as Billy...Andre still hates Globox more, though. This annoyance is why he and Gnasty Gnorc have a difficult alliance. Andre has plans for Sparx, and Gnorc can at least see something out of working with the Black Lum for his larger conflict with Spyro. However that doesn't mean he likes being insulted for his intelligence. Still, at least Andre was wise enough not to call him ugly.
  • For those wondering why Andre is interested in Sparx, it is because of his original status as a Red Lum. Red Lums are intrinsically tied to Rayman's health meter, and Sparx the Dragonfly represents Spyro the Dragon's health. Having corrupted Red Lums, the Dark Lum Lord has a dream of corrupting Sparx to serve as an aid in his scheme of world domination. He isn't the only figure from another game series that Andre seeks to corrupt. Eyeing up Ciel's research, he was quite interested in the potential of Cyber Elves. He would learn of the Dark Elf and her corrupting under Dr Weil, and concluded "if I can figure out how to corrupt Cyber Elves I can use them to control technology!" These are just some of the new ideas that came to the Black Lum upon his ascension and awareness of the wider multiverse.
  • Andre is a cruel and vicious creature, but he knows that he wants to rule the world and not destroy it. He is wary of the Chaos Kin, but at the same time thought they would've been a fine ally were it not for the omnicide thing as they have many similarities; an entity of evil that makes mooks and is ultimately a coward that prefers to rely on other's strength...not that the Chaos Kin considers Andre worthy of notice. Within the same Hall he noticed Elfilin, and though they oppose each other because of how much of a jerk Andre is combined with his opposing morality the Dark Lum Lord does find it intriguing that they are both life-forms created by accident.
  • Darth Plagueis has some interest in Andre. As a Sith he has dedicated his study of the inner workings of life and the Force's influence on it, with midi-chlorians being a major focus. As Andre is the corrupted form of a Red Lum, he believes there is potential in analyzing these health-boosting items in a way that's complimentary to his larger studies and search for immortality. And he could be considered a parallel to Dark Side corruption. Andre is rather annoyed by his interest being entirely academic, as he would rather get attention for his scheming ways and learn tricks from him, but Plagueis has better things to do than that. Andre has come to call him "Darth Nerdius" and making fun of his "the Wise" moniker, all things considered.
    • Andre's existence has also been compared to Akumatization by Marinette and Adrian, complete with the ability to corrupt others to their cause. It's a comparison he sees as somewhat apt, and enough so that he now has the idea of teaming up with Hawk Moth should he ever ascend; Andre believes it's an better way to make minions than his usual corruption.
  • Somewhat jealous of Cappy because he is a ghost hat that can possess people by them wearing him. As a being who relies on others and other power to get any evil done, he wishes that he could possess others. He's also still salty about being swallowed by Globox and made a prisoner of his body, albeit a very noisy prisoner who liked to bang at his jail cell. His frustrations eventually caught the attention of Slappy the Dummy, who insulted Andre before realizing they are similar in being naturally weak but quite cruel beings that try to fight above their weight class. Given their mutually unpleasant attitudes it's definitely a case of Vitriolic Best Buds, but that's par for the course for the two.
  • Andre's search for allies that "gel with his style" led to a Villainous Friendship with the Invisible Man, surprisingly enough. Dr. Griffin has his own evil ambitions, mainly a Reign of Terror, but it inherently requires him to be hidden and out of sight from consequence via invisibility. He's just as grandiose as Andre too. He's a scientist, and Andre is a magical being...perhaps together, they could prove a true Weak, but Skilled villain combo. His ambitions would lead him to desire not just invisibility, but the Phantom Ruby as well which is why he teamed up with Infinite. Through the power of illusions he can compensate for his physical frailty and let him live out a power fantasy, and he does enjoy Infinite's violence in a "birds of a feather" kind of way. However Infinite is incredibly arrogant, more so than Andre, and looks down upon him being weak. He'll see where his schemes are going but will be quick to dip if there's a better option.

  • Jano is the Guardian of the Cave of Bad Dreams, the first nightmare of Polokus and a guardian of the Elixir of Life. When Rayman came to find a cure for his friend Clark's food poisoning, Jano tested him first by chasing him with his mouth, with the camera showing his POV. Afterwards, they thought. The whole thing was a dream sequence to test his worthiness, and he finished testing his resolve with either lots of riches or the cure for his friend. Rayman chose the latter and proved his heroism. Interestingly his creation of Antitoons makes him indirectly responsible for Rayman. It was his creations, the Antitoons, that prompted Betilla the Fairy to create Rayman alongside her fellow nymphs. How they feel about each other isn't clear, though there's no record of any direct villainy on Jano's part.
  • Jano is a cunning creature of moral uncertainty, being a living nightmare that created the vicious Antitoons and had fought with Rayman before. However even if people see him as a villain he's remarkably helpful. He had learnt of the Trope Pantheon because he was curious what Rayman was up to after the Robo-pirates were defeated, and learned that their leader Razorbeard was there alongside the more cunning foe, Mr Dark. Though some of his Antitoons appear to be "employed" by Mr Dark, Jano has stated that he is a neutral figure that won't directly go after him unless they interfere with the Cave of Bad Dreams. His memorable chase with Rayman got him ascended under the Mouth Cam trope, and if anyone antagonizes him they will learn why he has that trope.
  • The Cave of Bad Dreams, also known as the Kingdom of the Dead, is where the monsters generated by Polokus' nightmares are locked away by its guardian, that being Jano. Few dare to ever enter it, not even the Robo-Pirates wanting to bother with it. Though a literal nightmare, Jano is not like Nightmare or Wizeman as he doesn't seek to spread nightmares and fear across the land...quite the opposite, as he ensures the nightmares of Polokus are kept locked away. Though Polokus is his superior, Jano recognizes Dream of the Endless as an even higher being and shall defer to him unless Polokus ascends...who would likely regard the Sandman as his superior anyway.
  • Jano's preferred haunt in the Trope Pantheon is the Hall of Dreams and Nightmares, since as mentioned his job is to keep the nightmares of Polokus in check. There are a variety of malicious dream manipulators he has to keep watch for such as Vaermina, and with the Pantheon being home to some heavy hitters it's not an easy job. Fortunately for Jano he has beings such as Ysera who can aid him in his job. As shown with the Antitoons Jano does have a bit of a malevolent side, so deities like the Inception Crew and Ned Needlemeyer choose to tread cautiously around him. Jano has recently been working with Meta Knight in an attempt to test Kirby's resolve as he did Rayman's, as due to the wider and more varied expanse of his new environment he believes it pays for him to be more proactive.
  • His skill with hypnotism has brought Hypno's attention. Jano knows that the Psychic type is a dream eater, so he warned him not to come close or else he might get a serious case of indigestion. Rayman thinks Jano is simply distrusting of those who eat dreams, given his nature, but Jano denies it. He is mildly intrigued by Zoroak because of the illusions the Dark type creates, as he considers them impressive work. Benjamin Krupp distrusts Jano because he was a victim of hypnotism, but the guardian of the Cave of Bad Dreams never spares a thought for him. Well, he does spare one thought; he finds his transformation into a superhero somewhat interesting. As Captain Underpants he still doesn't trust Jano, but because he's a sketchy guy instead of the hypnosis.
  • He has heard rumors being spread that the Elixir of Life is a Panacea able to cure any illness, which annoys him. It was specifically designed to cure Clark's food poisoning, though he admits the flashy name might make people think it does more. Due to her motivation to Find the Cure! Ai Habara and Trafalgar Law were somewhat intrigued by Jano and wonder what else he might make. Jano has stated that "he doesn't give them out for free", and because people have figured out his trick if he wants to give some rare cure out he'll test them in a different way. He does appreciate the work done by the House of Health and Diseases and he does buy from their pharmacies.
  • Described by some as "a feral-looking Mike Wazowski", though asides from appearances they don't have anything in common. He considers comparisons with Baba Yaga more accurate as they are mysterious, creepy and solitary magic users. He doesn't like her baby-eating, stating that despite the chase he never actually intended to eat Rayman, but is otherwise ambivalent outside of respect for her magical abilities. She suspects that he has still eaten people, and in fairness he can understand why.
  • Like Doctor Facilier, he shares a good amount with Baron Samedi. The hat, the voodoo-esque abilities...it's enough to give Charlotte LaBouf, Tiana and Princess Naveen some pause given their bad experience with the Bad Samaritan. They have nothing to fear from Jano, though, and he's stated his opinion on Facilier; "a heartless hustler with a bad taste in friends". Facilier was somewhat impressed by Jano's mind games. The riddling sphinx was impressed by said mind games too, but Jano doesn't think much of "a smug kitty-cat who doesn't know how to accept defeat".
  • He has a large cache of treasure, perhaps not to the extent of Scrooge McDuck but still nothing to sneeze at. He was pleased to see Rayman not let greed overtake his compassion for his friend, since if he chose the gold he would've lived on a deserted island as the Robo-Pirates continued to run rampant. Of course, Jano knows there are plenty of greedy deities who will go to the Cave of Bad Dreams for no other reason than to take his treasure, such as Fafnir and Wario. Jano has made it clear that this treasure "isn't for sale" and while he'll humor them with a head start, he won't show any mercy to thieves. He has given that warning to the Bone Cousins as well, but in a more friendly manner. Despite their greed, they did save their world's Dreaming from the Lord of Locusts. So while they may eye his treasure, he has some respect for them he lacks for Wario.

"Long ago, in a distant land, I, Aku, the shapeshifting Master of Darkness, unleashed an unspeakable evil! But a foolish samurai warrior wielding a magic sword stepped forth to oppose me. Before the final blow was struck, I tore open a portal in time and flung him into the future, where my evil is law! Now, the fool seeks to return to the past, and undo the future that is Aku..."

  • Complicated Relationship: Darkseid (Sometimes an ally, sometimes an enemy.)
  • Long ago in a distant land, an unspeakable evil attacked the Cosmos. However, a trio of Gods; Odin, Ra and Vishnu, defeated it. However, an aspect of the evil survived, becoming an entity known as the Master of Masters, The Deliverer of Darkness and The Shogun Of Sorrow. His true name, however is simply Aku. Aku would terrorize the world before being sealed away, but on a disastrous day, an eclipse set the monster free. Not allowing the father of Samurai Jack to seal him away once more, Aku easily begun conquering the World. When Jack, after many years, returned to destroy Aku, the Evil Being had one last trick; Sending him into the far future, forcing the Samurai Warrior into a mission to get back to the past, away from a time ruled completely by Aku.
  • Aku arrived to the Pantheon like he did when his seal was broken; During an Eclipse. He went on a rampage, enslaving village by village until Link and Zelda stepped up to oppose him...only for Aku to summon Ganondorf to them, who callously revealed that he was the one who brought Aku to the Pantheon, the two under a mutual partnership of sorts. Ganondorf then attacked Link and Zelda while Aku continued his rampage, but unfortunately for him, Samurai Jack was in one of the villages, and recognizing the laughter, he became furious and successfully forced Aku to retreat in a long fight. Eventually, Aku would be killed thanks to Ashi, one of his daughters…only for a scheme of others to resurrect him in the Pantheon. Aku had this to say to Samurai Jack when he revealed himself once more.
Aku: “HA HA HA! FOOOOL! Did you truly think my death was the end? It was the only the BEGINNING, foolish Samurai! And to you, my daughter, your eventual fate will be far worse than that of even the Samurai; An eternity of torment in the Pit of Hate, filled with agony and DOOM!”
  • Aku is a fearsome creature with immense power. A nearly invulnerable and immortal entity only able to be slain by holy power, though magic can harm him, he has a plethora of dangerous abilities. He can shapeshift into any form he so desires, and has enhanced strength, speed, durability, stamina, endurance and senses, all of which have no upper limits. Also, as long as but a single sliver of Aku remains, he will regenerate. He’s a master of Black Magic, with Eye Beams that can both incinerate and trap people in The Pit of Hate as a favorite of his. He can also use this to restore and recreate whatever he pleases, and when they make contact with objects, they disintegrate or explode. He uses dark magic in his lair to create images on the walls in order to view whatever he wished, including Jack’s journey and watching him as he continues to fight against him, and can teleport, which he uses for escaping and appearing before others. He is also a master of Elements, making him even more dangerous than before. As for the Elements Aku has control over and to the extent he can use them? First is the ability to breathe and project fire from his body, and just conjure it whenever he wants. He can control and manipulate the Earth beneath everyone’s feet at will, create Thunderstorms, and emit sonic waves that have great force behind them. He can also blast beams of electricity if he combines his fire breath and his eye beams.
    • Next up on his list of powers is being Telekinetic. He can manipulate objects and people from a distance at will even when he isn’t present, and his eyes glow a bright white when he does so. He’s a Necromancer, being the creator of Dust Zombies, and has Precognitive Dreams that warn him of threats to his power, which he abused to destroy a Time Portal under the guise of Ikra. Aku is also very capable of insanely quick interstellar travel, in the blink of an eye, far beyond the speed of light itself. Aku also has the ability to create portals in Time and Space, which he and others can travel through. He can create matter, materials and even entire bodies out of nothing, and is very skilled in combat. He can warp, expand and do all kinds of things with his own body, especially if it is advantageous for him in combat. However, the most horrifying ability of all that Aku has is his ability to corrupt and infect things with his own essence. The Cult of Aku and The Ultra Robots proved that while his essence can be used for other means, Aku can employ it for something far more invasive. If he manages to infect someone with his essence, they will slowly but surely be transformed into a clone and/or extension of himself, a fate that nearly befell Jack. Aku can also mutate beings into more monstrous versions of themselves, and subtly corrupt and manipulate others by infusing dark magic into a focal point that people are having some form of interaction with, like music.
  • Aku, upon ascending, immediately got to work bringing his forces into the Pantheon as Heralds, and with Ganondorf’s urging, convinced himself that he’d have more opportunities to commit evil acts towards them despite their failures if he gave them more chances, which isn’t untrue. Why did Aku need to convince himself of this? Because one of his weaknesses is an endless compulsion to do evil, and while his actions of repeatedly sending Scaramouche after Jack rather than killing him instantly, opting to wait for multiple failures before doing so, have proved that he has somewhat moved past this, it is still a weakness that Aku and Jack are both aware of. Another weakness is an inability to change his own color scheme when he shapeshifts, and his own reflection will reveal his true form. He is HIGHLY weak to Divine Power and Righteousness when they are in tandem together, to the point where if they are combined, they are the only things known to be able to kill him, though enough Divine Power alone can end his life as well; Even Magic can’t do the trick. Like humans, Aku can get ill, though he can’t pass away from the sicknesses he catches. While his own Power can be used against him, his biggest weakness is perhaps himself. He is very sadistic, to the point where it can cause him to become impractical at times, and hold off on killing Jack until he thinks of a cruel and creative method to execute him with that Aku seems fit. This flaw caused his demise, as it allowed Ashi to take both herself and Jack to the past to finish Aku off before he conquered the world.
  • Aku’s temple is a replica of his own lair. While he initially couldn’t stand the fact that there were people greater than his own power in the Pantheon, he eventually grew to accept it. He has found himself gravitating towards Melkor, a fellow embodiment of evil. Melkor claims to be the creator of the Black Mass Aku came from, but the Shapeshifting Master of Darkness knows he’s full of it. That being said, he has allied himself with Set due to the fact that his minions were so overwhelming that it required Ra to pull off some Divine Intervention to save Jack, and wishes to use them against the Samurai more. Speaking of Jack, he and Ashi were absolutely disgusted that Aku had managed to overcome his death in the Pantheon and swore to slay him for good. Scaramouche is avoiding Aku at all costs and is also not happy in the slightest about how their partnership ended, and while he won’t confront the Shapeshifting Master of Darkness or actively take part in fighting against him and his forces, has been opposing him.
  • While Aku himself is absurdly powerful, his Heralds are no slouches either, and given he tends to surround himself with his forces when he isn’t actively doing much or anything, getting to him alone is a difficult feat to accomplish. Homura Akemi ended up trapped in a realm where she fought her worst hardships, and splattered Aku in the wall for it, but couldn’t kill him as she lacked the righteousness that Odin, Ra and Vishnu had. Aku tricked her by saying he gave up, only for him to do research into Isolation fields afterwards, planning on trapping her in them much like the Incubators once did to Madoka. Aku plans to break down the Lorus-Eater Paradise she created, slowly and painfully. He even plans on taking control of Homura by infecting her with his own essence, yet forcing her to watch his corruption dismantle it with her body through her own eyes.
  • When it comes to causing a Bad Future, Aku is highly respected, especially since, for centuries and centuries, he was completely and utterly victorious. While not Omnicidal like himself, Cell, the “brother” of Androids 17 and 18, who caused a Bad Future in Future Trunks’ timeline, likes Aku’s style and the misery he brought on everyone, though wishes he could be more pragmatic, though knows Aku doeshave his moments and wants the Shapeshifting Master of Darkness to be like that more often. Eobard Thawne found it hilarious, and Grima was annoyed that Jack and Ashi’s defied Aku’s future, seeing it as him defying the fate that Earth was destined to take. All three have alllied themselves with Aku. Aku is particularly concerned about Goku’s Spirit Bomb, but is very confident that The various versions of the Flash and Lucina can’t harm him. All three are opposing Aku, who simply laughed and called them fools. Most alarming was when Aku begun speaking to the servants of Giygas, the Universal Cosmic Destroyer who ended the universe in the far future, the Starmen, under a contract that as long as they try to kill Jack, he’ll help them restore their master’s sanity. They are well aware he’ll likely backstab them, but they pointed out that this would bring immense misery and even Jack at his full power couldn’t defeat Giygas, ergo, even if they failed, their master could end him. Aku, for once, does not plan on betraying them, enticed by the idea of such a powerful ally and a true possibility of Jack finally being removed from the equation.
  • There is one being responsible for a Bad Future that doesn’t respect, but rather despises, Aku. His name is Zamasu. Zamasu boasted about how Aku’s existence of the embodiment of evil means he must be purged, even before the lowly mortals, especially since he dared to oppose the Gods. Confident that he could kill Aku, Zamasu attacked him, only for Aku to sneak some essence onto his body. While his divine power proved to hurt her, Aku managed to sneak away and watch the fireworks as his essence overtook the Goku Black half of Fused Zamasu’s body and caused him to go on a destructive, oppressive rampage while the other, Future Zamasu, underwent a breakdown, not at the destruction or lives lost, but at the very fact that Aku, who he realized had caused this, dared to do this to a God. Future Trunks managed to defeat him, with Link and Samurai Jack also destroying the essence Aku infected Black with, only for Zamasu to attack them and get clobbered by the trio and sent packing, much to Aku’s amusement.
  • Much like he did before, Aku has begun hiring beings to go after Jack. He’s hired Boba Fett and his bodyguard on numerous occasions, and Jack has always come out on top, to the point where Fett sees him as a Worthy Opponent after the first time he took the Samurai on himself instead of leaving it to his bodyguards. The Dark Brotherhood frequently works for him, but they haven’t been able to take down Jack much to his frustration. He has also employed Zant to kill Jack as well, who listens thanks to Ganondorf, and the Evil Geniuses for the same purposes as well as come up with strategies and weapons. He has also found himself ordering Demon Beasts from Holy Nightmaew Co. and sending them after Jack, and he gets along with Nightmare himself just fine, much to Kirby’s chagrin.
    • He has also begun seeking out scientists for robots that could outdo his Beetle-Drones. First among the list was obvious. He decided to seek out Dr. Eggman, seeing the idea of having robots like his, and using them for his plans, to be delightfully cruel, especially since there are animals suffering as batteries, and with how fast Eggman constructs robots, he has a steady supply on hand. He’s employed Fawful for similar reasons, as well as his reality-bending Ray Gun and Mind Control technology. Speaking of robots, he is very interested in the Sentinels and Ultron, and he’s fairly confident, and correct, that he can take control of the former. Ultron is far less likely, but he refuses to give up. Everyone is worried about the possibility of him succeeding in hijacking Ultron, or even worse, the Omnicidal robot turning the tables on the Shapeshifting Master of Darkness and controlling him, and the Pantheon has been trying to keep either possibility from ever coming to pass.
    • Regarding Demons and Creatures, he has struck up deals with the Chaos Kin and Lord Tirek. Tirek did try to drain his magic, only to both her Mind Raped and Incineroar by Aku’s eye beams. Aku casually made Tirek a deal after he returned to life, and he accepted much like the Chaos Kim did, with their objectives to be cause misery and kill Samurai Jack. He is very interested in Iblis, the half of Solaris that is the Power, for its destructive nature and causing a Bad Future. Mephiles, Solaris’ intellect, doesn’t have any good opinions on Aku, seeing him using his power for conquest rather than Omnicide as wasted potential, but Aku didn’t care. Speaking of the Chaos Kin, him approaching it did not go unnoticed by Palutena, who tasked Pit to defeat Ali, only for Hades to back up the Shapeshifting Master of Darkness using members of the Underworld Army. He and Hades, both absolutely hammy Laughably Evil dark entities, get along, much to their horror.
  • Being behind a Crapsack World, it was only natural he would meet denizens of other ones. Namely, he was one day approached by Griffith, who told Aku about the Godhand and himself, proposing a Villain Team-Up. Eager to learn more, Aku Allied himself with them, and he gets along with all four of them and is genuinely impressed with their depravity. Guts sees him as another enemy to kill, but his first meeting with Aku didn’t go well, only surviving because Dante, Spawn and Bayonetta managed to save him. Kefka found the suffering Aku found to be hilarious and even compared it to what he did upon ascending to God of Magic. Despite his Omnicidal Maniac plans, he gets along with Aku even though the latter has no plans for the destruction of everything everywhere, and The Heroes of the World of Balance have decided to stand against the Shapeshifting Master of Darkness. On a unrelated not to Crapsack Worlds, Aku has found himself allied with Molag Bal, and Meridia wants him dead born because he’s an embodiment of darkness and evil, and because of their alliance. Aku mostly avoids her as she can actually hurt him, and is trying to take her out from the shadows.
    • Speaking of those who can kill him, while Jack, Link, Pit and Meridia may be on that list, there is one beyond that that truly scares him; Lord English. Simply put, Lord English is so unbelievably, so overwhelmingly powerful that when the Shapeshifting Master of Darkness and the Angel of Double Death first met and started to fight, Aku was defeated handily despite Lord English not having any divine or righteous power. Lord English, being able to bypass special rules and immortality, erased Aku from existence, causing him to begin to fear the Green Cherub. Some time later, English visited him in the afterlife before his revival and killed him again, his fear only intensifying when he was revived. Doc Scratch simply found the whole thing funny, and Aku has made it a massive note to never get in a fight with Lord English again.

Both Aku and Sonic the Comic Robotnik were both able to take over their worlds because they had sent the hero into the future so that the he wouldn't be able to stop them in the present. So they would compare notes on the methods they used.

Still looking for at least two more interactions.

  • Portfolio: Underwent an Emergency Transformation, Protagonist Title, has Recurring Dreams about trees, named after Adam and Eve, learns she'd become a chimpanzee in the second chapter, figured it by looking in a mirror, still legally human, struggles with chimp instincts, Deadpan Snarker, dies of old age in the last chapter believing that chimps will inherit the Earth
  • Domains: Chimpanzees, ethics, fame
  • Allies: The Librarian, Tobias, Caesar, Winston, Tarzan, Captain Planet and the Planeteers
  • Interested in: Zaius
  • Of interest to: King Louie
  • Pities: The Once-ler
  • Enemies: Pokémon Hunter J, the Glukkons
  • Annoyed by: Mojo Jojo
  • In a future where human overpopulation has rendered most large animals extinct, Eva is the daughter of a primatologist who studies captive chimpanzees. As a result, she'd grown up interacting with his chimps and could communicate with them before she could talk. One day, when she was barely a teenager, she was involved in a horrifying car accident... and woke up eight months later in a body of a chimp named Kelly. The doctors explained that they copied her memories using a bleeding-edge procedure, which her mother agreed with to save her life. After leaving the hospital, Eva goes back to her old life (communicating with a text-to-speech keyboard) and becomes a media sensation, but it turns out the project had far bigger plans: she ends up being relocated to one of the last wild islands on Earth to teach a troop of chimps how to survive on their own.
  • Eva is an honorary member of the Hall of Primates. The member she interacts with the most is Zaius; in his world, great apes became the new civilisation after humanity declined, just like what she imagined would happen in her world. She thinks erasing all evidence of human history is excessive, though. As for its other members, she finds Mojo Jojo annoying. She initially pitied Winston because she thought he was another product of human exploitation, but was amazed when she learned he was a well-regarded scientist.
  • There are some great apes in other halls that Eva gets along with, too. She quickly related to Caesar, a captive chimpanzee who was mistreated by humans and eventually led his kind to find a new home. The Librarian is another human who became an ape and adjusted quickly. She prefers not to use her keyboard when interacting with them, instead communicating like a normal chimpanzee.
  • King Louie is the opposite of Eva: an ape who wants to be human. He's fascinated by man's red flower (fire), and once asked Eva to teach him how to make it. Eva refused, in case he burned down the entire House of Beasts.
  • She finds common ground with Tobias of the Animorphs. Just like her, Tobias became a wild animal in his early teens and grappled with his dual identity. Unlike Eva, he did so by choice. She's curious about morphing, but the morphing cube is strictly off-limits. She also has the same name as Marco's mother, which leads to confusion sometimes.
  • Eva grew up in a world where the few remaining wild places were heavily protected. As a result, she was amazed to learn there were many gods who grew up surrounded by wilderness; she gets along the most with Tarzan, another human who grew up with apes; and Captain Planet and the Planeteers due to their dedication to protecting the environment... even if their show is schlockier than the Adam and Eve cartoon she grew up watching.
  • Conversely, she despises anyone who exploits nature. Pokémon Hunter J is a ruthless hunter of rare creatures, but fortunately chimps are too mundane to be on her hitlist. The Glukkons destroyed their planet for the sake of business and hunted down many species to near-extinction, including their Mudokon slaves. Plus, their all-encompassing hunger for profit is like a twisted mirror of the shapernote  companies who might as well rule her world.
  • Eva pities the Once-ler, because he's like a microcosm of humanity in her world. He exploited a forest and cut down its trees for profit until nothing else remained, causing his company to collapse. Now, he's an old man who regrets his actions, but there's still hope for a better future: one Truffula seed remains. Similarly, humans in Eva's world became overpopulated until there was little left but cities, and they gradually lost the will to live; by the time Eva died of old age, people were committing mass suicides, but she believed chimps would inherit the Earth.

[up]She has a human brain in the body of the chimp. There will be many scientists would be interested in examining or cutting her body and mind to find how it works. Some of the Robotniks use animals to power Badniks so they would be interested in using her as an organic battery for their Badniks.

I am thinking about proposing some characters to ascend and represent the following untaken tropes: Born After the End and The Mockbuster

  • Kohaku and Chrome, Gods of Post-Apocalyptic Emergence - Dr. STONE takes place a few thousand years after everyone on Earth became Taken for Granite, resulting in the steady decline of human civilization. However, a multinational team of astronauts evaded the mass petrification event and, upon landing safely in Japan, began to slowly repopulate the planet. Ishigami Village, where their descendants lived through many generations, was founded. Knowledge of the Pre-Stone World was partially preserved through the 100 Tales, told by the village shamans. Kohaku and Chrome, respectively one of the village's fighters and a "sorcerer", are among the first villagers Senku encounters some time after awakening, and I feel that they are the best candidates for holding the trope Born After the End as they are essentially the faces of people who are born after a calamitous mass-extinction event had passed.

  • Marcel Toing, God of Blockbuster Knock-offs - Vídeo Brinquedo's claim to fame as an animation studio was producing animated films that look suspiciously similar to box office smashes that were produced by big name animation studios, namely Pixar. Ratatoing is one among the knock-off movies they made, appearing to have a close resemblance to Ratatouille as they both star rats as the main characters. Although the titles is where their similarities end; Ratatoing's plot is different, as it is about a rat named Marcel Toing who runs a rat restaurant by day and steals food from human restaurants by night— while also trying to keep a group of villainous mice from stealing his secret recipes. This reflects the deceptive nature of The Mockbuster, tricking unwitting shoppers into buying them instead of the real deal that it is ripping off.

I wish to nominate Lord Vetinari for a rework of his position of Indispensable Figures.

His profile is lacking the necessary amount of favour paragraphs and is missing the bio and ascension text. Lord Vetinari is the ruler of the City of Ankh-Morpork. He has been deposed a few times but he always regains his job because his successors are always worse at the job of ruler. The people of Ankh-Morpork always put Lord Vetinari back in charge because he is better at controlling the factions of Ankh-Morpork and with Lord Vetinari the people of Ankh-Morpork know where they stand.

[down] Thank you. It should be fixed.

First draft for Louie. Louie is a junior employee at Hocotate Freight, and usually is only concerned with two things: eating food and finding food. In every game he's involved in he'll often cause problems for whoever works with/encounters him, though whether he's actually malicious about it or not is unknown.

So considering how he's known for writing down elaborate recipes for most of PNF-404's creatures, any creatures in The Pantheon he'd be interested in eating? Is there anyone else that screw up missions with their own gluttony?

How would Louie react to Unhygienix's "fresh" fish that is mostly rotten fish? Unhygienix can be found in the hall of Consumption.

Venomized Carnage
Poison Carnage
Dark Carnage
Devil Carnage

  • Intermediate God normally, Greater God as Dark Carnage and Devil Carnage. The Carnage Symbiote could become an Overdeity if it bonds to someone strong enough. However, this only lasts as long as it’s bound to them.
  • Symbol: CARNAGE RULES
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Among the Worst of all of Spider-Man and Venom’s foes, if not THE worst, Absolute Insanity, From Demented Child to Superpowered Bringer of Death, So Dangerous That Many Heroes Fear Or Outright Refuse To Fight Him, Mass Murderer Who Graduates to Omnicidal Mania
  • Domains: Evil, Depravity, Power, Killing, Destruction, Insanity
  • Followers: Batutta, Mr. Yin
  • Heralds: Shriek/Demogoblin, Doppelganger
  • Allies: Norman Osborn/The Green Goblin, William Afton/Springtrap, Kefka Palazzo, Jack the Ripper, The Lich, The Batman Who Laughs, Victor Zsasz, Freddy Krueger
  • Rivals: The Joker
  • Enemies: Everyone who isn’t an ally. Specifics?
    • Marvel: SPIDER-MAN, VENOM, Captain America, Deadpool and really anyone who has ever met him.
    • Other: Ryuko Matoi and Senketsu, Satsuki Kiryuin, Mako Mankanshoku, Madoka Kaname, The Sailor Guardians, Makoto Naegi, Cloud, Professor Hojo, The EVA Pilots (ESPECIALLY Asuka due to his Mind Rape abilities)
  • Conflicting Opinion: Ragyo Kiryuin, Nui Harime
  • Cletus Kasady was rotten to the core even before becoming Carnage, committing all kinds of atrocities from killing his parents and dog to burning down an orphanage. He’d grow up to become a relentless Serial Killer, and the rise of Superheroes made him far less of a threat. However, that changed when Venom gave birth to another Symbiote, which proceeded to bond with him and happened to be just as insane. Together, the two seek to bring Carnage throughout the land.
  • He arrived to the Pantheon one early morning thanks to the efforts of one Professor Hojo, who was interested in the capabilities and powers that Symbiotes possess. Informing him on the Pantheon, Hojo expected an alliance from Carnage in return for bringing him to this realm...only for Carnage to morph his hand into an Axe and pin him to the wall with his other hand while having a sick smile on his face. He demanded that Hojo bring in Shriek and Doppelganger as his heralds under threat of being tortured to death. Hojo complied...and Cletus killed him anyway. Raiding the lab that he and his heralds had appeared in, Carnage came across creatures that had been mutated by JENOVA cells locked in strange cages. He proceeded to set them free and give them an offshoot of his own symbiote, having them go off to wreak havoc, revealing to Shriek and Doppelganger after the creatures left that he fully intends to recreate his Maximum Carnage stunt in the Pantheon.
    • Rampaging creatures with those strange gooey substances covering them were soon made known to the rest of the Pantheon, the news spreading like wildfire. Upon being killed by Ryuko Matoi, one of the substances retreated leaving the corpse of the creature inside of it behind, and a nearby Cloud was able to tell immediately that it had JENOVA cells within it. (to be finished)
  • (Ax-Crazy, Serial Killer)
  • (The Chosen Ones to a Dark God)
  • (Hope Crusher)
  • (Omnicidal Maniac, Born Evil)
  • (Freudian Excuse Denial, Card-Carrying Villain)
  • (Breaking People)
  • (The Dreaded)
  • (Symbiotes, Aliens)
  • (From Nobody to Nightmare)
  • Something that separates Cletus and his Symbiote from others are the depths and level of symbiosis that the two share. It’s something that’s made them stronger than others, even those of a similar line and brand. Fortunately while the Carnage Symbiote is still a threat to nearly all life on its own, Cletus himself, while extremely dangerous and surprisingly nimble, is still a mortal human man. At least he was. After his death in the events of Venomized, being sucked out of the airlock of a spaceship and then falling down from orbit, he return as a revenant only to be later cut down by Eddie Brock. Unfortunately he revealed that he can continue living on as a Codex, quite literally living through his Symbiote, making them both one in mind, body and soul. While that in itself is cause for major concern, he and his Symbiote lived through using a fraction of the Grendel Symbiote. After killing Senator Peter Krane in public at his anti-alien rally, Cletus obtained a new Symbiote, not as a partner or suit, but as his new personal body. This is the Extrembiote, a fully assembled Symbiote Dragon injected with Extremis. Cletus hijacked the suit from Iron Man after he ignored Flash Thomson's warnings about using it prematurely. Now the two are separate, but regardless of whatever the two plan to do, there will be without a doubt be Carnage.

"I AM that man, eating human sandwiches at the bus stop... making Jeffrey Dahmer eyes at the nice young boys, John Wayne Gacy hands a'twitching... I AM those kids burning dogs and hobos in the dark alleyway. The woman cutting a hole in the tied-to-bed Mr. Goodman and inserting a vacuum cleaner tube in his stomach. The wife shoving broken glass down the husband's throat. I'm the American flag on fire, the Founding Fathers crucified for a chat show, lies, cursed lies, and government. I'm the end of the world as we know it and I feel like a DRINK."

I’m plotting my schemes wherever I go! They’re perfect in every way…

[up][up] For a The Chosen One of a Dark God there's Archaon the Everchosen and I think Abaddon the Despoiler. Griffith and The Godhand serve The Idea of Evil. I'm pretty sure Damien Thorn counts as he's The Antichrist.

Btw, Flash Thompson/Agent Anti-Venom is also here. I also think it might be good to make mention of Bruce Wayne/Batman on the enemies list. He is the only non Marvel character Cletus has fought against. Same with Miles Morales/Spider-Man III, his experience in Absolute Carnage has deeply traumatized him, and more horrifically Cletus is both personally proud of it and wants to continue onto it. Also he knows Miles's civilian identity.

Also by Carnage Reigns, Cletus can now smell abstract things. Like how Miles smells less tragic than his predecessor.

As far as themes go, I found the following:

all seven themes of his from Venom: Let There Be Carnage (Celtus' Cell, Lethal Rejection, Carnage Unleashed, The Great Escape, You Can Eat Them All, Unholy Matriomony Pt. 1, and There is Only Carnage. Pick one, some, or all, really.)

Spider-Man: The Animated Series

Super Villains and/or Spider-Man & Venom: Maximum Carnage's main theme)

Spider-Man vs. Carnage (from Spider-Man 64)

Trail of Blood (from Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions. Should be safe to use, even if its mainly for his Ultimate counterpart)

[up][up][up][up] It's worth noting that in the crossover story between Spider-Man and Batman, Cletus is implied to have killed Bruce's parents.

Carnage would likely like those who like killing for, well, killing's sake. Maybe something with fellow Spree Killers Bill Williamson and Nemesis. The former is an anarchist who supposedly says his actions are for the betterment of the environment, but I feel even Bill himself sees that as bullshit as he enjoys the violence he perpetrates too much.

A bit of a stretch, but maybe something with Khorne, provided the Chaos God's main aim is to have as much blood spilled and as many bodies piled as possible. He'll probably like Carnage for how much... carnage he could create. Khorne also respects martial honor, diligence, and adversity, and I'm not sure if Carnage truly counts as having Villainous Valor, but if he does, then extra respect from Khorne, I guess.

BTW, I know someone will think "hey, Cletus is in Marvel's Spider-Man 2" and honestly, I'm gonna let this slide. Cletus in that game doesn't have too much of a big role in that game, the profile is mainly focusing on the original/comic iteration of Cletus and I personally think the character is long overdue for a rework anyway.

Carnage worked for Dormammu in the 90s Spiderman cartoon in order to see what kind of Carnage Dormammu would unleash. So he would probably ally with the Dormammu that is in the Hall of Magic Archetypes
