Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3 means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4 is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5 is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4 is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
- Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
- Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- Preparing to write:
- First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple of more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
Template for Dominions profiles:
Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple of more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.
Template for Treasure profiles:
The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
- Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
- Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
- Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
- Domains: Things that the item has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple of more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

ONCE MORE, DON'T IGNORE THIS! YOUR OPINION IS IMPORTANT
Should we make an argument about the Pantheon being Spoilers Off? Mostly because there is a blatant disregard for spoiler tags in a lot of profile and i think everyone's life would be easier if we were allowed to not have spoiler tags.
What do you think? It should make profile making and editing a lot more easier for us.
Uni catYes, but this will require effort from all users to remove the spoiler tags. If you are prepared, then go for it.

MB Pending | MB Drafts | MB DatesI mean, some people might not have watched the source material before coming to the Pantheon. Don't know why they would. But it probably would be for the best if there were no spoilers.

Time to explore the world! We are asking to just remove spoiler tags, not spoilers.
That would basically halve most of the pantheon texts if we just removed most of the big important spoilers of a work.
Uni catFaso: I think it's okay to remove spoiler tags as long as users know about it.
What should be added to the trio?
Manolo Sanchez, Maria Posada and Joaquin Mondragon Jr., The Three Amigos (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
- s: 1 (The Wikia Editor)
- Adopted from: Muundeis
- House: Friendship Dynamics (House of Friendship)
- Demideities (Joaquin used to be a Lesser God when he had the Medal of Everlasting Life with him)
- Symbol: A guitar and a sword crossed together (Manolo); Her necklace (Maria); the Medal of Everlasting Life (Joaquin)
- Theme Song: I Love You Too Much and The Apology Song (Manolo); No Matter Where You Are (Manolo and Maria)
- Alignment: Neutral Good for both Manolo and Maria; Chaotic Good for Joaquin
- Portfolio: Freudian Trio, Love Triangle, Single-Target Sexuality, Two Guys and a Girl (the trio), Betty and Veronica, Friendly Rivalry, Sensitive Guy and Manly Man (Manolo and Joaquin), Childhood Friend Romance (Manolo and Maria); Did Not Get the Girl (Joaquin and Maria)
- Manolo: All-Loving Hero, Badass Pacifist, Friend to All Living Things, Humble Goal, Warrior Poet, Screw Destiny
- Maria: Hates sexism, Cultured Badass, Dude Magnet, Girly Girl with a Tomboy Streak, Proper Lady
- Joaquin: Asskicking Equals Authority, Bling of War, Empowered Badass Normal, Jerk with a Heart of Gold, Smug Super, Brought Down to Normal, Handicapped Badass
- Domains: Friendship, Love Triangles, Stories
- Allies: La Muerte & Xibalba, Hector, Princess Cadance, lot of deities in the House of Love, Zorro, Inigo Montoya, Donald Duck
- Manolo: Blaine Bloodhoof, the Subhouse of Opposing Fate
- Maria: Gamora, Neytiri, Chun-Li
- Joaquin: K.O., a lot of the writers in the Pantheon
- Enemies: Vega, Lysandere, Shinobu Sensui, Handsome Jack
- Respects: The House of Heroes and other superheroes that aren't in that house in general (Joaquin)
- Two best friends, Manolo and Joaquin were both in love with Maria, which caused La Muerte and Xibalba to make a bet on which boy will successfully marry her. While Maria was studying abroad, Manolo became an excellent bullfighter, but never killed a bull as he aspires to be a musician, and Joaquin became a hero to San Angel thanks to the Medal of Everlasting Life. With Maria's return, this caused the two boys to settle their rivalry once and for all to eventually marry her. Although Manolo won her heart, Xibalba cheated by using a two-headed snake to kill Manolo. Although because his story wasn't finsihed, he was brought back to the dead and fought alongsode with his best friend and love interest to save San Angel form Chakal. After that, Maria chooses to be with Manolo and eventually marry each other, while Joaquin decides to give up the Medal of Everlasting Life, as he learns to be selfless thanks to giving the medal to Joaquin to save himself from performing a Heroic Sacrifice.
- Their ascencion was heard about by La Muerte and Xibalba, the former being overjoyed to see them. She hopes that Manolo and Maria will continue to find happiness in the Pantheon, and that the same goes for Joaquin which they both appreciated. Manolo still doesn't appreciate Xibalba's way of cheating the bet it seems that he forgive him and the two are now on rather good terms.
- Being that he also lives in a world where there is a Land of the Dead, they are visited by Hector. The trio were moved and sympathized hearing sbout his story of being murdered whose music was stolen by Ernesto and being disowned by his now alive entire family back in the living land, especially for Manolo, as he thinks that his some of his problems are similar to that of Hector and had been to the Land of the Remembered and the Land of the Forgotten at the time. This caused Hector to easily with Manolo, along with the fact they are both musicians who love to play guitar. The trio hoped that he'll find everlasting happiness along the way.
- Princess Cadance is happy to here an another happy couple that have ascended. She respects Maria's respectfulness of who Manolo actually is and wants him to be himself. She also is impressed with Manolo's willingness to be with Maria even if it means it might result on death. They are thankful of hearing these kinds of words from here with them hoping she'll have a successful marriage with Shining Armor. She is sad to hear of Joaquin's failure of not getting the woman he loves, but she hopes that he will find someone that matches for him.
- Following Cadance's statement, a lot of the deities of the House of Love support Manolo and Maria's marriage and are happy that they are happy together. Tey feel bad for Joaquin never getting the lover of his dreams, but they admired the fact he wants her to be happy with the man she loves. They hope that he'll find someone that could make him happy someday.
- Due to being Spanish, they became allies with fellow Spanish heroes, Zorro and Inigo Montoya, which also helps that they know how to fight specifically with a sword, but Joaquin relates to them the most as they all lose their father at a young age. They try to smoothen relationships between themselves, but so sure there isn't any progress being made.
- Hearing about their friendship and dynamics, Donald Duck visited them as it reminds him of his friendship with Jose and Panchito. Manolo is somewhat amused to hear that Donald is the only member of the trio that doesn't really sing and Joaquin is impressed at their heroics in a certain universe. They decided to meet Donald from time to time, wanting to hear more about his adventures as a member of the Three Caballeros.
- Since they value the concept of beauty, they hate Vega due to having a messed-up perception of the concept. Vega easily finds Maria a beautiful person, which heated the antagonism between Manolo and Vega since he and Maria are married.
- Lysandere and Shinobu Sensui's misantropy causes them to become enemies with them since it is extremely remeniscent of that of Chakal. It doesn't help that they all wanted to destroy the world since this means the entire human race would be in the Land of Forgotten.
- The way Handsome Jack treats the villagers and seeing them as similar to bandits is what causes them to become enemies. He thinks that they similar to the bandits, which really insulted since they never do evil things in their lives and took great pleasure to protect San Angel.
- Excluding to Manolo:
- Matador is ashamed to hear of Manolo not continuing his family legacy of being a bullfighter and aspiring to be a musician, seeing that he is a skilled swordsman and a bullfighter thanks to years of training, only to waste it. In return, Manolo despises him for killing bulls with no consent and it doesn't help that he is not a nice person. Matador usually challenges him to a swordfight to see who is a better fighter, which Manolo refuses every time.
- Hearing that he is a bullfighter, Blaine Bloodhoof stays away from him, but after hearing that he doesn't want to become one, he decided to visit him. He is suprised at his kindhearted personality, admires his desire to become himself instead of listening his father's wishes, and that when he was forced to kill a 1,000 bulls transformed into a giant bull, he uses a guitar and apologizes to the bull for his family killed ever single one of them. Likewise, Manolo admires his wisdom and that he is not like other bulls he had met in his liferime.
- The blanks of his story while being dead at the time means that he could change his own fate, causes him to gain allies in thr House of Opposing Fate. He is mostly close with the Nephalems as they are Immune to Fate and because of this, they are ready to take down his enemies.
- Exclusive to Maria:
- Is shocked to hear that Gamora has the same voice as her. Gamora is impressed to see that Maria is capable of fighting her own despite being a Proper Lady. Maria is sad to hear of what kind of father Thanos is and how he killed her family and in extension, her own racecl and stated that Thanos makes her father a living saint, causing her to become enemies with him as a result, not helping in that in one incarnation, he wanted to destroy half the universe, and worse, in Earth-616, he wanted to commit genocide to the entire universe to court his Lady Death, which doesn't help her case thanks to how cultured she has become. She is happy to hear that she is notl in alliance with Thanos anymore and hopes that she'll be safe along the way.
- This is the same case with Neytiri. Neytiri warmed up to her after hearing Maria's desire to not hurt people unless it's necessary. Maria hopes that she could teach Neytiri human values and behaviors while she is in the Pantheon. For Neytiri, hearing about her skills in swordmanship and combat, she hopes that she could teach her in more skills to better defend themselves and wanted her to visit her world when she hears how much she loves animals and nature and how she thinks they deserve freedom.
- Chun-Li doesn't know what to think of Maria knowing kung-fu because it was stated that in her time period, it was impossible to learn something like that and would be unrealistic. She will say that she is impressed at being able to master a skill like that despite the fact that the reason why Maria stuided abroad is to become a Proper Lady and hoes she'll continue using her skills in the face of danger.
- Exclusive to Joaquin:
- Seeing that he is San Angel's hero, he wanted to have a position in the House of Heroes even if he mellowed down, which won't happen anytime soon. He had respect to the House of Heroes and superheroes in general because of their heroics and dedication to their job and wanted to face them with his sword, despite the fact he could easily get injured as he doesn't have the Medal of Everlasting Life. Of course because of this, he hates the House of Villains and supervillains and wanted to face some of them to protect people from danger.
- As they are both admire heroism and wanted to become one, which Joaquin succeeded at, he bonded with K.O. The child is fascinated upon hearing the Medal of Everlasting Life, but is bummed out upon hearing that he abandoned it. K.O. hopes that he'll strive harder as a hero after losing the medal, as he is now vulnerable to harm, and to continue his duties as one.
- Joaquin actually loves writing and calligraphy and is pretty skilled at it. Because of this, he becomes fruends with a lot of the writers in the Pantheon, who are impressed with how he writes his letters. Although it's very clear he doesn't want to be a writer, he seems to grt along with them.
- "No retreat, no surrender!"
@Faso The spoiler could be turned off considering that some themselves are spoilerific so it's a bit pointless and that a warning would be appropriate.
Fire Emblem Heroes Code: 4547311645 Fate/Grand Order Code: 188037115@Faso: Corrected wording.
MB Pending | MB Drafts | MB Dates@Faso: it would probably be easier if all spoilers were off, though it'd take a lot of work to remove the spoiler tags already there (there is a wiki tool for that, but it'd still require pasting basically in every single page in the Pantheon). Along with a lot of profiles posted probably needing a warning beforehand...
...But otherwise, I think it's a good idea. Would certainly save a lot of Pop Culture Osmosis and Fan Myopia due to people having different opinions on what counts as a spoiler.

Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢@faso: I don't have any problems with the "Spoilers Off" idea. A notification on the front page would definitely suffice in that regard (at least changing the existing wording of it).
I'd rather keep the spoiler covering, just make sure to use it properly

- Lilith is a figure popularly associated with Jewish and Christian folklore. While not from The Bible itself, and may have originally been meant as religious satire, she didn't exactly contradict scripture and is an accepted figure. Typically she's Adam's first wife, who separated as she refused to be subordinate to him and wanted to be on top during sex. Typically considered to be the archetype succubus, and through various demons sired the Lilin.
- Depending on who you ask, she may have simply been a demon who preyed on Adam during the night, or is one of the four angels of prostitution. It's said anyone taken by her or them have only themselves to blame. The name originates from the Lilitu, a type of Akkadian demon that eats children, and was likely based off the Sumerian goddess of sex and war. As a Public Domain Character, she has a lot of incarnations, which can cause her moral alignment to vary wildly due to the pantheon's Lilith being a Composite Character of them. Like Dis, through the translations of Louisa Banks it's known Hermaeus Mora claims they are aspects of the original Lilith. Unlike the Emperor of the Kingdom Dolorous have not truly fragmented from the original(mostly), though likely represent certain parts of her personality. Which is up for debate. Here are some notable incarnations:
- The incarnation from the SMT Multiverse is a version that was already independent from the original, ascending before the primary Lilith. The two of them immediately got along, though the question arises on how they'd plan to share Adam if he ever ascends. Hermaeus Mora states that this Lilith represents the love that they have for Adam, and loyalty/devotion to the Devil.
- The DC Universe considers her the Mother of Monsters, a wandering desert woman who was turned by Cain and became the second vampire along with his bride. The Arrowverse adaptation(specifically, Constantine), Lilith was created alongside her sisters, Durgia, Naamah, Lamashtu and Eve, to populate the Garden of Eden alongside Adam. Except for Eve, they rejected Adam's proposal, instead choosing to rule for eternity as Demon goddesses of Hell over a lifetime of obedience on Earth. John Constantine once dealt with Lamashtu and banished her to Hell. Lilith isn't pleased at this or John Constantine for doing this.
- The Vatican of the Marvel Universe endorses the idea that she was a member of the Heavenly Host and married to Samael/Lucifer, and it's said she's the daughter of the Zoroastrian god of evil and a cousin of Pazuzu. Both DC and Marvel incarnations are seen by Mora as general incarnations of her monstrous side.
- Darksiders II has it that she created the Nephilim and regards the Four Horsemen as her children, though they don't return the sentiment. Having corrupted Abaddon in the first place, she's not on good terms with them. While married to the Devil she sleeps with Anything That Moves, and he is totally OK with it. Mora believes she is the incarnation of Lilith's scheming and high-ranking demonic position.
- In the Buffyverse, she's the "Mother of All Vampires", with her sister Lamia being the "Mother of All Demons". The two came to Sunnydale in order to free a pure-breed demon from Hell through a ritual called the Dust Waltz, and after Buffy killed her champion, she captured Angel to replace him champion. After some torture she didn't find him strong enough, so Buffy stepped in as champion in order to ensure the safety of her friends. Ultimately, the pure-breed demon, Azogg-Mon, was freed, who Lilith banished back to hell after accidentally killing Lamia, then left.
- Probably her worst incarnation is the Supernatural Lilith. The oldest demon in existence and the first human Lucifer turned into one, she's his personal Anti-Christ who likes to possess little girls for amusement, and wants to bring about the end of the world. She's one of the worst threats Sam and Dean dealt with. Elsewhere, Lilith wants nothing to do with that incarnation or that version of Lucifer. Mora has stated this Lilith is the incarnation of her cruelty and Child Eater tendencies.
- Some consider Lilith to be a Straw Feminist given the times, and nowadays feel she got a raw deal being kicked out for wanting to be equal to Adam and on top during sex. Regardless of how she feels, she doesn't have any respect for misogynists, especially Judge Claude Frollo due to his views on lust. She is wont to mock Cersei for holding her own gender and its sexuality in contempt while dabbling in "the weaker sex's" foibles.
- Pities Offred due to being made a Baby Factory and subjected to the dominance of men. Still having feelings for Adam, she's jealous to those who have found true love, and feels bad for Tenri Ayukawa not being able to get her suitor. She also pities Frankenstein's Monster due to the way he was rejected by his creator, much like she felt she was.
- Doesn't like any version of God, but only really has it out for YHVH and the Presence. With the latter, she had grown tired of creation and became an Omnicidal Maniac who turned against Lucifer Morningstar and the Presence eventually un-made. Zamasu was quick to judge and hate her for being a source of evil, and she found him to be a twisted parody of the God she's on bad terms with despite similarities with the devil. Amusingly she actually gets along with the Flying Spaghetti Monster since he's much less judgmental and willing to party. His heaven has strippers and beers, after all.
- At her worst, Lilith is a Child Eater and causes miscarriages out of anger for being rejected. At this lowest state, she finds herself working with Pennywise for food and hated by the House of Children. Fortunately, she's rarely like this as the whole child-killer angle is often excised. In this more negative state she finds herself getting along with Anra Mainiu, pitying his scapegoat status due to her own feelings of resentment towards being banished.
- Some legends have her as the favorite wife of Satan. Some believe they conspired together to bring about the original sin and bring down Adam and Eve. The devil of Castlevania and Paradise Lost are among her lovers, and the head of the Grand United Alliance of Chaos may also be her lover. She tried to hit it off with the Satan of South Park, but he wasn't interested in anything non-platonic. Despite her lust, she is not interested in the Emperor of the Kingdom Dolorous for robbing himself of all beauty, becoming a monstrous giant and not the charming devil she's passionate about.
- Cain attracts her as much as his father does. She thought Vandal Savage was Cain, but the truth was more complicated and they're only Friends with Benefits. Naoya and SCP-073 weren't as familiar with her and turned down her booty call. Dr Clef was surprisingly interested as she riled him up back in the day, but whether it's gone beyond a rekindled friendship Clef isn't saying. With one of Clef's possible identities being Adam, this may be Lilith's attempt to reunite with her first husband.
- Together with Cain, she sired Vampirella. She was happy to see her daughter, and in her presence appears to have become The Atoner and trained her to hunt down the evil she spawned in the past. That's a lie-she's actually harvesting the evil offspring for their souls so she has enough power to overthrow Satan and go after God. According to Cain, she may have been the first to use True Magic and teaching him about it may be the real reason he became a vampire.
- Believed to be the succubus. Satan and Cain have no problem with it. Morrigan and Lilith Aensland were happy to meet such a famous succubus, the latter even being named after her. She naturally gets along with other sex goddesses, along with other lusty women like the Black Queen of Sogo, Raynare and Mad Moxxi. She really likes Kiara Sesshouin due to how she perverts faith and the position of nun into being about lust.
- Attempted to seduce Guts, only to be fought off given his reaction to Slan and demons in general. She tried to sleep with Luka, finding his monster attraction a powerful magnet for her lust. She ended up feuding over Alice, however the two managed to see eye to eye as they are "monster queens" associated with serpents. Lilith ended up meeting Quetzacoatl, attracted to his(or rather, her) busty Lucoa form. It's worth noting that while she usually goes after men, lore said she seduced Eve as well. She's also associated with owls.
@Faso: I mean sure, that would make everyone's lives convenient by saving them time waiting to get to the spoilerific parts of most media. But then there's the fact that not everybody has even heard about any of said media yet but are interested in watching/reading them and not wanting to be spoiled relentlessly.
Ah well, screw it. I'm all for Spoilers Off. The front page has the warning already.
@Louisent: Eh, looks like they're good to take off.
Next time on Dr. Phil Straddles The Border...I think some sentences are better spoiled. But yeah, maybe Spoilers Off for the narrative parts, but perhaps we can keep some for humorous purposes?
In other matters, I have recently finished reading and watching a Screenshot and Video Hybrid Let's Play of Pyre. I wonder what trope can the Nightwings take, if there is any? Sports Game, perhaps? Or is there a game featuring both a real life sport and a cohesive storyline?
I agree with Whirl . Al's alignment never changed, while Ice King/Simon... Huh. Now that's a little more vague. Also, Ethan Roark Sr. has already ascended.
Let's wait for P 5 R for any changes to Shido's situation. Until then, . But keep his profile in your sandbox.

TV Tropes Pantheon Group Members DatabaseA while back I got permission from nightelf to give Masayoshi Shido Corrupt Politician, but I think Whirl complained about how he got the Heel–Face Brainwashing treatment. However I've tried to give reason as to why he's his regular self, with a side-effect in the pantheon. Plus we do have Alphonse still with the power of his living armor, and Simon Petrikov can still be Ice King in the pantheon when he can't in canon anymore. So with that in mind, is this idea OK?
Masayoshi Shido, God of Corrupt Politicans (The Conspirator, Samael, A Distinguished Man)
- House: Leadership
- Lesser God
- Symbol: The Beast of Human Sacrifice, a golden lion made up of humanoid figures
- Theme Song: Rivers in the Desert (when his Shadow battles)
- Alignment: Neutral Evil with Lawful Evil methods (was brainwashed to be True Neutral)
- Portfolio: Pride, Corrupt Politician, Made To Be As Punchable As Possible And Overconfident As All Hell, Big Bad, Bad Boss, Zero Empathy For Other People, Being A Total Jerk, Villain with Good Publicity, The Conspiracy, Organizing Disasters To Help His Campaign, Lion Motifs, Never My Fault, Sharp-Dressed Man, Abusive Parents, Willing To Off His Own Son, Completely Evil…Until He's Brainwashed Otherwise
- Domains: Pride, Politics, Selfishness, Corruption, Conspiracy
- Followers: Mr Heartland, Ethan Roark Senior, Senator Joseph Harrison Paine, your average politician in Boardwalk Empire
- Unwitting Pawn to: Yaldabaoth
- Allies: Melkor, Ghetsis Harmonia, Walder Frey, Ethan Roark Junior, Dolores Umbridge, Wilson Fisk, Char Aznable, Bryan Fury
- Rivals: Steven Armstrong (also enemy), Prime Minister Honest, the Sea King
- Enemies: The Phantom Thieves of Hearts, notably Goro Akechi (former "ally" and illegitimate son), Iroque, Night Raid, the Shadow Operatives, the Investigation Team, Tatsuya Suou, Flynn, Peter Burke, Light Yagami, Loki, John Hartigan, Marv, Toxie, Shen (and Alie and Kennen), Torbjörn Lindholm, Team Chaotix (especially Vector), Zen and Rei
- Opposed by: Anyone with manipulative and abusive parents like Zuko and N, any good father, honest politician and/or honest lawman
- Opposes: The House of Crime (unless they benefit him), Bruce Wayne (any heroic vigilante really)
- Masayoshi Shido is a rising politician and representative of the National Diet of Japan, now a cabinet member and founder of the United Future Party. Seeking to be Prime Minister, Shido will do anything no matter how heartless, he is head of a conspiracy using the Mental World of the Palaces, influencing people and causing social unrest to further his and their careers. Hypocritical, caring only about himself and having countless acts of thoughtless cruelty to his name, Masayoshi Shido is everything people despise about politics.
- Initially forced to reform by the Phantom Thieves of Heart, this all changed when Melkor took notice of him due to the Grand United Alliance of Evil recently dealing with said Phantom Thieves. He decided to test a recent invention of restoring people to their normal personality, which managed to work. Though incapable of expressing true gratitude, he does owe them quite a debt. However he'd more publicly like to work with YHVH as it better fits his Villain with Good Publicity M.O and claims of order. Plus Yaldabaoth is VERY similar to YHVH.
- Unfortunately for Shido the experiment to turn him back to his natural personality wasn't perfect; his mortal self has confessed his crimes and is no longer ambitious. As such he has a Split Personality of his changed self that can interfere with his natural self, using enough prodding. He is trying everything to undo this and remain "normal".
- For very good reason, the Phantom Thieves of Heart despise him. Among his many cruel acts was putting Akira Kurusu on probation for assault despite him trying to stop him from drunkenly assaulting a woman, forging Futaba Sakura's mother's suicide note blaming her despite ordering her death to steal her research, general corruption that the rest had to deal with...that's not even getting into what he did to Goro Akechi. They plan to make sure his heart stays stolen as one of their top priorities
- Goro Akechi is his illegitimate son, who worked with him in hopes of bringing him down at his highest moments. He's unaware of this and merely suspected their relation, but this wasn't enough for him to not try and dispose of him when no longer needed. Didn't really care much upon learning this. Good parents and children from abusive households hate him for this. Ghetsis however was very impressed by Shido for using Goro's attachment as a pawn to rise to power.
- His last act before brainwashing was trying to temporarily kill himself in hopes it would take out the Phantom Thieves, and now that the GUAE has restored his mind he makes it clear he considers the brainwashing A Fate Worse Than Death. He'll go ballistic over anyone who tries it, especially Iroque for daring to force compassion on others. The Indigo Tribe believes he sorely needs it. As a rule he stays away from Mentalism, though will use his subordinates to take advantage of it.
- Pride is Masayoshi's deadly sin, and if it's slighted to even the smallest degree he'll pay it back sevenfold. He sees himself as a man trying to steer Japan on the right path, one of God's chosen, when he's setting things up to be Prime Minister. Well, he's at least one god's chosen, if only because he’s being used by Yaldabaoth for his plans. He has ties to the House of Pride due to his massive ego.
- He publicly opposes the House of Crime but will make off-hand deals to help him, with many of his actions being criminal. Dislikes heroic vigilantes as they remind him of the Phantom Thieves. Despite being just as, if not more prideful and hypocritical as him, Light Yagami despises Masayoshi Shido. He is everything Kira believes must be eliminated to bring about his perfect world, and it doesn't help Shido's case that Light has become allies with Goro.
- There's one politician that may be even more corrupt than him, or just more obvious about it; Prime Minister Honest. Both are completely arrogant political figures who cause corruption and allow abuse to serve their ends. They would be straight allies, but are instead rivals due to the Red Oni, Blue Oni dynamic between Shido and Honest. Shido is a vicious lion who wants to come off heroic and claims to lead Japan on the right path, being a serious man. Honest is a belligerent pig who wallows on his own filth and corrupts for corrupt, enjoying his open cruelties. Both agree that Night Raid has to go, however.
- Compared to Steven Armstrong, as the two are highly nationalistic politicians who lead the antagonistic force for the hopes of getting elected, and they(well, Shido's shadow) even have a discolored, muscular form. However Armstrong's core beliefs are a lot different to Shido's. Unlike him his belief in bettering the country is genuine and wants to get rid of the political corruption, allowing people to fight for what they believe. Add in a distaste for Japanese horticulture, and it's clear the two don't get along. Armstrong would rather temporarily side with the Phantom Thieves against him.
- Would like to remind people he does not use nanomachines, son unlike Armstrong. The discoloration is at most a Shout-Out.
- Forces of political corruption like Walder Frey and Wilson Fisk work well with him, as does Dolores Umbridge who would flourish in the steep corruption he brings. Toxie has doubt with corrupt authoritarian figures before, and due to his sympathies with Goro Akechi's plight is hoping to get his hands on Shido. Both John Hartigan and Marv recognize him as bad as Senator Roark. Roark Junior meanwhile immediately sucked up to him in lieu of his father being in the pantheon, hoping to use the connection to continue his utterly depraved lifestyle.
- His Shadow, Samael, shares the same fashion sense as Char Anzable. He shares other similarities to the Red Comet, such as seeking to helm the world for the sake of "exceptional" people like himself, being a sociopathic aristocrat and being completely treacherous. They even share a voice actor. Interestingly Joker is an Expy of Lelouch Vi Britannia, another Char Clone, meaning in a weird meta-way Shido and Joker are fighting themselves.
- Luxord notes that Shido sounds like one of his fellow Organization members Marluxia. He's similar to the controversial Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, which tells you what the writers think of him.

MB Pending | MB Drafts | MB Dates@RJ: You got some redlinks. Also not to be confused for Shido Itsuka who would hate him and see him as no better than Isaac Westcott. Just so you know, Ethan Roark Senior already ascended in Politicians (which is where Shido also be placed in) so you might wanna consider that.
You know, a lot of people would rather remember Shido being an irredeemable asshole than him reforming completely. As much as I also want every character up to date with their characterization, Corrupt Politician is very fitting for Shido and I don't mind RJ's approach to his conflicting characterizations. If you got another candidate for the trope, we would like to hear it.
Hmmm... fine. I'll concede to that one.

I don’t think that we should turn off all spoilers, since there are so many works here. Many works I got into because of the Pantheon. Remember. It isn’t just us in the forum here, there are many outside users running in and out of this place.
”Die monster. You don’t belong in this world!”
Richter Belmont, God of Games Redesigned for Other Platforms (Rihiter, Richiter, Azure Vampire Assassin)
- Lesser God
- Symbol: His white headband alongside the Vampire Killer
- Theme Song: Divine Bloodlines (Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Remix)
- Alignment: Lawful Good, Neutral Evil that one time he was brainwashed.
- Portfolio: Chick Magnet, Reformulated Game, Big Brother Mentor, One of the Strongest Belmonts, Blue Is Heroic, Heroic Lineage, Religious Bruiser, Rated M for Manly, Whip It Good, Brainwashed By A Mage At Some Point
- Domains: Vampire Hunting, Game Design

- Allies: Alucard, the Belmont lineage, Lucina, Ashley, Soma Cruz, Shanoa, the other Alucard, Joseph Joestar, Jonathan Joestar, William Zeppeli, Caesar Zeppeli, Lisa Lisa, Buffy Summers, Giorno Giovanna, Rachel Alucard, Eric Brooks, The Flagelant, Highwayman
- Enemies: Dracula, Satan (Castlevania), Zobek, Dio Brando, Vanilla Ice, Count Orlock, Enrico Pucci, The Crimson Court
- Pities: Noriaki Kakyoin, Jean Pierre Polnareff
- Opposes: Morrigan and Lilith Aensland
- Conflicting Opinion: Gabriel Belmont
- Richter has a complicated history. His debut never reached international shores for quite a bit of time, so instead they decided to revamp the game outright to release it as an almost entirely new product. After his participation in the fifth Smash Tournament, Richter would rejoin his ancestors in the Pantheon.
- Richter reunited with Alucard after so many years. The dhampyr introduced to Soma Cruz and a bunch of other allies he was never able to meet in his lifetime. And yes, he is aware Soma is Drucula’s Reincarnation. Would rather not dwell on that fact.
- Found many a friend with the Hamon users, particularly with Joseph Joestar who people poke at for being similar. Richter finds Dio Brando and his minions to be repulsive people, with or without vampirism.
- Can feel sympathy for Polnareff and Kakyoin for being brainwashed by Dio, considering that he was brainwashed by Dracula’s minion, Shaft. Richter is sure that he can eliminate Dio’s parasites by dousing himself with Holy Water.
- Went out of his way to meet Giorno after hearing good things about him. The two are in good terms but is rather confused that Giorno doesn’t show any vampiric traits despite being the offspring of one.
- Hit it off really well with Lucina, seeing that they both use an Ancestral Weapon. Lucina even borrowed Richter’s signature quote◊. Twice◊.
- Despises succubi, having not so good memories of them in a particular Bad Ending. He knows Morrigan and Lilith mean no personal harm to him but he wouldn’t take any chances and stands his guard around them.
- Has a rather mixed view on Gabriel Belmont. While he isn’t as bad as the Dracula he knows of, the alternate Belmont’s anger and hate do more harm than good to himself in the end.
- Doesn’t hate all vampires, only the evil ones. Rachel Alucard and Eric Brooks commend Richter’s skills in fighting despite being entirely mortal. And no, Richter won’t go around, telling people he isn’t a racist vampire hunter because he has vampire friends too.
- Became friends with Ashley, being reminded of his mage sister-in-law Maria. Ashley was initially cautious, thinking Richter was one of those devout evil-hating religious people but found he was a pretty cool guy.
- If you ask where he gains all of his willpower from, this is all he has to say.
