Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3 means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4 is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5 is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4 is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
- Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
- Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- Preparing to write:
- First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple of more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
Template for Dominions profiles:
Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.

- Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.

- Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
- Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
- Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.

@ r-lock: Go ahead
Some day, I am thinking of something for Farnese and Serpico. As a duo, Mistress and Servant Boy would work. As individuals, I'm less sure but Farnese could fit Silver Has Mystic Powers and Serpico Diagonal Cut. What route should I go for?
@Mizerous: I could help out with Crocodile. Just tell me what exactly you need help with.
Original the Signature. Do not steal.had this in the back burner so i finished it. is it ready for posting?
"It was fun being the Puppetmaster, but now I grow weary. It's time to put you in your place. Now let me show you how this game ends."
Scott Cawthon, God of Teasing Creators (The Puppetmaster, Animdude)
- Theme Song: Stone Cold, I Will Not Be Moved
- Intermediate God, though he can grow into an Overdeilty if he is challenged to a fight
- Symbol: A running blockman (his avatar, as seen here)
- Chaotic Neutral
- Portfolio: Nightmare Fetishist, Secret Messages, Doing It for the Art, Black Comedy, Mind Screw, From Nobody to Nightmare, Doesn't Spare Children, Manipulator of the Fourth Wall
- Domains: Creation, Storytelling, Horror
- Underlings: Freddy Fazbear, Mike Schmidt, "Phone Guy", The Marionette, Balloon Boy, The Mangle, Springtrap, Golden Freddy
- Allies: H.P. Lovecraft, The nuns and sisters of St. Katherine's Parish, Andrew Hussie, George R.R. Martin
- Opposed by: Every god traumatized by his works and protective of children, especially Jirard "Dragonrider" Khalil
- Observed by: Dipper and Mabel Pines, Mystery Inc., Luna Lovegood, Question, the Comic Book Guy, Beerus, Whis
- Scott Cawthon was once an obscure computer game designer that no one relatively knew about in particular. At least that was the case until one day he created a construction and management game called Chipper & Sons Lumber Co.. However, the game was harshly criticized, as the characters' stiff movements were likened to unnerving animatronic creatures. Distraught, he fell into a depression until he decided to make one last game before calling it quits for good. This is that game that introduced everyone to their new nightmares and made people never look at Chuck E. Cheese the same way again. The rest, as they say, was history.
- Considered to be one of the most enigmatic characters of the Pantheon. He constantly throws out hints and clues to his fanbase as they to figure out the complete lore of his world. Even after his initial tale was complete, people are still trying to look into the pieces he left behind. It was decided that no one was better at making his fans tick than Scott.
- It should be noted that Scott is Christian and is very religious (the man did Christian games once upon a time). He insists that he is not a real god, and is simply happy with being acknowledged for his work. He regularly visits the St. Katherine's Parish to see the nun's performances.
- Thanks to his humble beginnings Scott became an inspiration to other amateur game developers hoping to create the next big sensation. He even has a few fans in the Pantheon who were in awe of his work.
- Given how terrifying his works are, there are a few people who don't really like him. Several gods reportedly had nightmares of his minions chasing after them. One game review named Jirard even stated that he had to visit a psychiatrist regularly after reviewing five of his games due to his stress anxiety and absolutely refused to look at his sixth one.
- Because of his teasing nature, he gets along well with Andrew Hussie and George R.R. Martin. Though he disagrees with George's habit of killing fan favorites just to shock and break fans. It's because of his strange nature that he's looked on by the likes of the Question, Luna, the Pine Twins, and Mystery Inc. with interest.
- The Comic Book Guy is one of those trying to learn the secrets of his lore. The with every theory fans throughout, they never seem to be getting closer to the truth. The comic guy doesn't seem intimidated by it at all. He welcomes the challenge.
- Believe it or not, Scott is the only god in the Pantheon that can transform into an Overdeilty by himself. At will. With no catch. This development has confused many of the upper tier gods, as there has not been such a being to be able to do this before. Beerus and Whis seem to be the ones who are most interested in Scott for this reason, though Beerus seems more interested in seeing how powerful Scott can be when he goes all out.
Doesn't look ready yet, but I'd like to see how things will unfold there.
TV Tropes Pantheon Group Members Databaseif u can add anything more feel free. i'm out of ideas.
The Justice League welcomes Vixen to the Pantheon.
Question: I'm looking into doing the Luteces. Given their unique circumstances, should they be Greater Gods...Or borderline Overdeites?
EDIT: Found a trope. Finishing Each Other's Sentences is open. If there are no objections, then I call dibs.

The One Who Crosses The Sky In FlamesAmbiguity can be a real pain when it comes to writing stuff.
Which reminds me, i have to actually try working the FNAF gang. Honestly, anyone can adopt it because i'm going nowhere.
Uni catTime to start a new page. Well, "recycle" an old one, but still. Eh, whatever.
I'm sure I can make do without much adding allies/enemies. It worked for the Marked Ninja. Then again, that was when God of Realistic Ninjas was a sufficient title.
Anataeus Vaya, Patron Saint of Programming Games
- Potential House: Gaming Genres
- s:
- Demigod
- Symbol: A hex grid with elemental/metal Reagents, manipulators, and glyphs.
- Theme Song
- Alignment: True Neutral
- Portfolio: Insufferable Genius, From A Steampunk World, Alchemy as Mundane Utility, Alchemy Not Being Magic
- Domain(s): Alchemy, Genius, Programming
- Precursor: The Incredible Machine
- Herald: Concordia Lem
- High Priests: the SpaceChem reaction enigneer, the Infinifactory engineer
- Followers: Opus Magnum players, Master Factory Computers
- Allies:
- Rivals:
- Enemies:
- Finding a representative for Programming Game was a hard task, given that either only the "programming" and machine where the work is done matters, or the player character is lacking in details. And then came Anataeus, protagonist of Opus Magnum, and who has actual characteristics. Anataeus is rather miffed that that was why he was invited to the Pantheon, but he's certainly not complaining.
- Nobody knows for sure what had happened to him and Concordia after fleeing once the latter's vengeance on House Colvan was fulfilled, but it's known that the offer for ascension was given after that, which is why Anataeus accepted the position. His companion Concordia was then chosen as his herald and to sort of serve as his moral compass and pull him away from his work if need be.
- Brought with him upon his ascension are his transmutation engine* (and all its parts and how to make them), special dispensaries for all the basic alchemical atoms (fire, water, air, earth, lead, quicksilver), and all the glyphs and tools he needs for making the various devices he's created over the course of his story, which in turn are all brought* as well.
- Among those machines are those that create simple things like refined/purified gold (though he finds it trivial), face powder, waterproof sealants (for seafaring ship hulls), hangover cures (potable water), fuel (for airships), (precision) machine oil, hair gel (at a noble's insistence; fragrances can be added by someone else), rocket propellants, explosive phials, armor filaments, courage potions (actually, alcohol), cloth stain removers, sword alloys, invisible ink, (alchemical) jewels, voltaic coils, unstable compounds (for explosives), poison lipstick, etc. And then there are other wonders such as…
- A health tonic for regulating irregular heartbeats.
- A "stamina potion" for "a little boost at the necessary time". Apparently, it has something to do with reproduction and is for men's consumption.
- Mist of incapacitation (a.k.a. knockout gas).
- A water purifier, though the result is slightly sour and somewhat bitter.
- A solvent for removing (document) seals, though it potentially has more uses than just that.
- Climbing rope fibers that are strong and resilient, yet light and easy to carry.
- A warming tonic for keeping the body warm.
- A "life-sensing potion", which can be used by stealthy folks for sensing heartbeats of patrollers in the form of pulses. It's advised to stay away from crowded areas while using it, though, but rest assured the drinker won't collapse into a quivering heap of nerves when that happens.
- Very dark thread for easier shadow-sneaking. The House of Costumes (and some sectors in the House of Crime) make several orders for this product.
- Golden thread. The House of Costumes make several orders for this, too.
- Mist of hallucination, which probably works as advertised. It seems best appropriated for small spaces.
- A "timing crystal". Only Anataeus knows how this should operate.
- The "universal solvent", which he wistfully bemoaned would never be known in his world due to survival and their revenge against House Colvan hinging on no evidence of his work remaining taking precedence over his desire for recognition. Given what the Pantheon is, now it is known.
- However, because of its potential to change the course of the war, and it's implied that Anataeus dissolved his original transmutation engine with that solvent, Anataeus knows he has to eventually pick a side lest he be kidnapped by one of the Grand United Alliances and be forced to make the solvent for them, or be otherwise removed for a long time (while death is not an issue, there are fates far worse). As such, he's decided that joining the GUAG is his best choice, and Concordia concurs.
- Due to his alchemy being a delicate process, he's not willing to let just anybody use his transmutation engine without his supervision. That said, there is a simulation program—which Anataeus is still grasping at the subject of—available for "public" use and for his followers (which he's still getting used to having), which emulates all the features in Anataeus' transmutation engine. One just has to make sure that their device (with its parts and the instructions they input) can perform at least six cycles without screwing up before submitting their "blueprint" to Anataeus. After that, he may decide to have the device replicated for use, but without being customizable like his engine.
- To his surprise, he ends up getting several thousands of submissions, and—barring inefficient models that just focus on getting the job done—he deduced that they're all classified into at least three different types; those that focus on production speed, those that are concerned with minimizing space, and those that are very economical with machine parts. Thankfully, his followers volunteered to filter through them, and even improve on them.
- Given that he didn't think one alchemist could change the world alone, and that he doubts one could get more than one alchemist to even agree on anything, Concordia had to convince Anataeus to teach them how to use the engine for real for purposes other than constructing devices after several replicas have been commissioned. Even though they don't actually understand the fundamentals of alchemy the way he does, they do know how to operate it. Besides, if things should go wrong, the Pantheon has the means to get him spares.
- Aside from turning lead into gold, no work on any product is beneath him. Of course, gold isn't the only precious resource in the Pantheon, though he risks messing up the economy if he overdoes it.
- Anataeus' interests lie solely on practicing his brand of alchemy, though Concordia's been getting him to go out more and learn all the other parts of life. And among the things he's learned doing so are the other forms of alchemy, namely that in the world of Fullmetal Alchemist. Right now, he's reserved his opinion of them to himself.
- Can't really stand overly formal dinners given the stuffiness he had to endure in his time as Head Alchemist of House Van Tassen. Nor does he tolerate those who don't take warfare seriously or value property more than victory.
- In his downtime, Anataeus sometimes plays a solitaire game called Sigmar's Garden for unwinding purposes. And to get around the issue of using alchemical proxies, Concordia commissioned actual marbles for the game. So as not to end up getting bored with that game, Anataeus sometimes takes a gander at the House of Gaming for other (non-fast-paced) time-consumers. He's stayed away from the digital consoles though after finding himself having wasted so much time in one of them.
- Doesn't converse with his "colleagues" in the GUAG Engineering Division unless absolutely necessary. That said, he sometimes gets visitors, some who are genuinely fascinated with his transmutation engine and all the products he's able to produce with them.
Starlight Glimmer, Goddess of Former Main Villains
- Potential House: Character Roles
- s: 1 (RJ-19-CLOVIS-93)
- Intermediate Goddess
- Symbol: Her cutie mark, a star with wisps of magic above it
- Theme Song: The closest she can think of is Friends Are Always There For You for her redemption. Formerly Our Town, which she's since denounced.
- Alignment: Neutral Good (used to be Lawful Evil, then Chaotic Evil)
- Portfolio: Ex-Big Bad, The Atoner, Anger Issues And Over-Reliance On Her Magic, Friendless Background In Youth Leading To Madness And Fear Of Loss And Pain, Innocently Insensitive, No Social Skills Yet Is The Social Expert, Princess Twilight Sparkle-Levels Of Magic Fueled By Emotions, Self-Levitation, Very Logical, Not Thinking Things Through, Never Living Down Her Transgressions And Being Self-Punished For Them
- Domain(s): Former Villainy, Magic, Redemption
- High Priestess: Regina Mills
- Followers: Given the many paths Ex-Big Bads can take after their defeat, three different sects were formed. Starlight mainly acknowledges the first, is wary of the second, and would prefer to remove the third.
- Redeemers Sect? : Rob Lucci and the CP 9, Hector Barbossa, Flenser, Lord Steel, Captain Bialar Crais, Scorpius, King Richard, Mona Vanderwaal, Mir, Optimatus
- Retirees Sect? : Evil Harry Dread, Valmont, Dark Star and Phala
- Demoted Sect? : "Tin-Plate" Wapol, Buggy "the Clown", Warren Mears, Malcolm Merlyn, Mr. Big, Daolon Wong
- Allies: Twilight Sparkle, Spike, Trixie, Maud Pie, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, the CUtie Mark Crusaders, Princess Cadance, Shining Armor, Zuko, the Human Child, Sans
- Enemies: Queen Chrysalis, Nightmare Moon, Tirek, The Dazzlings, Amon, YHVH, Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash
- Distrusts: Negan
- Opposed by: the Dakaha
- Not every Big Bad who is thwarted by the heroes (or a mistreated minion, or a traitorous Dragon) goes down in death or is sent behind bars never to be seen again, but what does happen to them if that's the case? Sometimes their villainous role is merely reduced. Sometimes they just retire and stop doing villain work altogether. Sometimes, they even turn to the side of good. Starlight Glimmer is among the last, and quite a few of her friends (like her nemesis-turned-mentor Twilight Sparkle, as well as Trixie, her first real friend after her reformation) petitioned for her ascension. Starlight was overjoyed to be reunited with them once more, and honored that she's here.
- That said, her title brings forth a slew of followers, and not all of them are redeemed like Starlight. The Court of the Gods helped get these "sects" segregated to mitigate chances of in-temple conflict. That said, given her title, she was glad not to have been sent to the House of Villains instead.
- Out of the friends Starlight hangs with, Maud is the most frequent (by virtue of being in the same sub-House), with Trixie as a very close second as she always makes time for visits. In fact, other deities can swear that Maud smiles around her almost as much as she does around Pinkie, perhaps even a little more. Still, any who mention how Maud directed Starlight to the rock that she used for her Our Town scheme
- Is truly ashamed of her actions in the past and naturally opposes Amon (whom she was surprisingly a lot like at first, and was extremely unnerved at that) and Eobard Thawne (for the things she's done in vengeance of her first plot failing). Plots involving loss of individuality also brought her to hate YHVH (but then again, aside from His most devoted, who doesn't hate Him?), and her past sins earned her the Dahaka's scrutiny.
- He in particular is particularly pissed at her given how she's not only screwed up Equestria's timeline several times over, but also thwarted several efforts to fix it, resulting in those numerous timelines. As such, she's been banned from the House of Time And Space for her own safety lest she incur his wrath.
- And of course, most displeased to hear of her arrival is Queen Chrysalis, but after her massive decrease in changeling followers, she's biding her time because she knows what happened last time she attacked a newly-ascended deity (Princess Cadance). Starlight for her part hopes to eventually reach out to and reform the Changeling Queen, just as Twilight had done with her. Opinions from others are divided on this choice.
- Is glad she doesn't need to cross worlds just to meet Sunset, now that they're both in the same place. She's also been "given access" to her human form there should she ever wish to take on that.
- Twilight once noted to Barbie that she sometimes sounds like Starlight. Now that she's here, the princess has taken the chance to have the two meet. Barbie was glad to finally meet her, and to see her finally reform and solidify her position as a heroine. And to think that Twilight took her in because she was too dangerous as an enemy and would be valuable on the side of good.
- Having been a latch-key kid◊, she sympathizes with victims of Parental Neglect and opposes those who perform such acts (of course Abusive Parents are much worse).
- Heard of an alternate timeline where instead of Twilight who redeems her, it was Sans of all people. That said, in there, he did give her a bad time first before presenting the Human Child to prove his point.
- Is really good at reading others, proven when she swayed the inhabitants of her village to her way of thinking, and when she helped resolve an internal strife between Princesses Celestia and Luna (helped by the fact that she doesn't default to being delicate around either like most anypony else due to being outdated in current events prior to her Heel–Face Turn).
- In fact, the events in the latter have brought the concept of Personas to her attention. Naturally, she asked Twilight about this, who directed her to Yu Narukami, who explained as much as he can on the subject. She also learned that among the Equestrian deities who have become Persona-users were the Cutie Mark Crusaders, Rarity, Princess Luna, Sunset Shimmer, and (thanks to Starlight) Princess Celestia. And with the ever-rising threats in the Pantheon like the Divine Powers and Zamasu, Twilight's been thinking it's about time to get Personas for the rest, and Starlight's naturally among them.
- Just like anybody else, the fillies' recent unchildlike behaviour unnerves her, and Twilight has told her about their (two) experiences in Limbo.
- There are those who theorize that in her time as a villain Starlight wasn't just rebelling against cutie marks, but against destiny itself. After the theory video has been reviewed by them, the House of Prophecy has added her among their "Deities of Interest" lists.
- And there are those who wonder if she really did break destiny and Twilight fixed it in her attempts to stop her, or if destiny was fated to be broken only to be fixed later and for Starlight to be reformed. That kind of question about destiny when time travel gets mixed up in it is often a big headache for just about anybody to ponder on for too long.

The One Who Crosses The Sky In Flames@ Faso: Definitely why I’m still struggling to write Richard’s profile.
Actually this got me thinking, is ambiguous divine ranking usable nowadays?

All my fault, you say...? What fault? I daresay it's all thanks to me.for the Luteces.
I didn't know that. Thanks for telling me. I'll be sure to update her profile.
Just to be clear, my was before the Luteces profile was added in. It was an approval for the nomination, not the profile.
I can't believe they made me look like I wanted something I wasn't going for.
for White Mage.

@nightelf37: I’m sure Teryn Loghain is already ascended so he shouldn’t be her follower.
Hello, my baby. Hello, my honey. Hello, my ragtime gal.@Roku because no on eactually expressed their opinion. That doesn't mean you can actually go ahead and make the profile.
Uni catHope I get some input, or thumbs up, with these two...
White Mage, Patron Saint of Brick Jokes
- Proposed house: Theatric Convention
- s: Master Hero
- Symbol: Her robes
- Intermediate Goddess
- Alignment: Lawful Good
- Portfolio: White Mage, Dude Magnet, No Good Deed Goes Unpunished, Using a Huge Mallet, Defeating the Final Boss For the Sake of Joke Whose Set-Up Was Years Ago
- Heralds: Priest, Shaman, and Healer
- Allies: Fighter, Warrior of Light, Rosa, Terra, Aeris, Rinoa, Yuna, Cosmos, Amy Rose, Ryu
- Conflicting opinions on: Black Mage, Thief, Red Mage, Vivi, Garland
- Enemies: Sarda, Chaos, most of the Final Fantasy villains, YHVH, Zamasu
- Ascended in recognition of her defeat of Chaos, even if the only reason White Mage and her group defeated the dark lord was to fulfill a punchline to an anticlimactic joke set nine years before (as Black Mage was in disbelief that a party of only healers could go anywhere). And needless to say, both Chaos himself and his vessel in White Mage's world, Sarda, are pretty unhappy about her presence.
- Aside from Token Good Teammate Fighter, she's not all that positive about the Light Warriors, given they're jerks who caused her much pain, even if indirectly, and still wanted to take credit for the defeat of Chaos if not for her eventually campaigning for the Dark Warriors as the true saviors. Special contempt is reserved for Black Mage, who's not only as evil as it gets, but a perverted Abhorrent Admirer. Still, Red Mage and Thief seem to not have much resentments for White Mage.
- She's gotten along pretty well with Fighter's original inspiration Warrior of Light, and all the magic women of the Final Fantasy series. Even if her Black Mage forever taints her opinion of him, Vivi is still trying to win White Mage over, and the fact that in her world Garland was a Ineffectual Sympathetic Villain who White Mage decided to campaign as part of the true saviors also makes her not fully oppose the version in the Pantheon.
- Amy Rose decided to go after White Mage hearing she was another girl who attacked with an Hyperspace Mallet, and their similar personalities made them get along, even if their love lives are true opposites (Amy is ignored by the object of her affection, White Mage is disgusted to no end by the guy with a crush on her).
- Decided to come closer to Ryu for reminding of his former bodyguard, Black Belt, and White Mage has since assisted Ryu on occasion by healing him after fights.
- Even if she indirectly is the God of her world as Sarda accidentally sent her to the beginning of time, where White Mage ordered the creation of light and matter, the Main House still thinks she's not that much more powerful than the Light Warriors. That being said, being a creator figure makes White Mage an automatic enemy of YHVH.
- Is well-liked by Cosmos for her defeat of Chaos and being a paragon of good even if the Crapsack World White Mage lived in made sure all her benevolent deeds eventually collapsed. Zamasu argues her world is awful because the universe being created by a mortal breaking the time taboo and declared it beyond saving, expressing his interest in wanting to blow the whole thing up out of disgust. White Mage proceeded to hammer him in the face for being such a prick.
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Gods of Certain Doom Endings (Robert Leroy Parker and Harry Alonzo Longabaugh, Bandidos Yanquis)
- Proposed House: Narrative Structure
- Theme: "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head" by B.J. Thomas
- Demigods
- Symbol: The sepia-toned image of them going guns blazing
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Portfolio: Ending in a Pretty Unfavorable Cliffhanger, Going Down In a Blaze of Glory, "Facing the Bullets" One-Liner, Lovable Rogues, Twilight of the Old West, Combat Pragmatist (Butch), Badass Moustache (Sundance)
- Domains: Criminals, Cliffhangers
- Allies: The Man with no Name, Jesse McCree, Louise and Maria, John Marston, Jill McBain, Rango, most of the house of Crime
- Opposed by: Lucky Luke, John Wayne, Captain America, Jessie and James, the House of Justice
- Ascended following their confrontation with the Bolivian army, which had odds so unfavorable we named a trope after it. (and yet some believe Butch might have survived) They had thought of going to Australia in case of survival, but the Pantheon seems much better than that.
- Easily got along with all the Western characters that aren't lawmen, and even the enforcers can't deny both are charming guys. It makes the duo regret not being around a few decades earlier even more.
- Their mutual lover Etta, who left them shortly before the fatal showdown, was brought back to serve as their herald. She's now trying to make both really learn Spanish, if only to stop deities mocking how they barely attempted before.
- Among their fans are Samantha Carter, who once compared an attacking Jaffa squad to the Bolivian army; Homer Simpson, who replicated the famous bike scene with Marge; and Spider-Man, owner of another famous scene featuring "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head". Not to mention most of the House of Crime, helped by the fact they're Lovable Rogues instead of amoral bastards.
- On the other hand, just about the whole house of Justice wants two such notable outlaws gone, with standouts opposers being the super-persistent Javert (wants them arrested) and Miko (wants them dead!). Captain America already had some contempt for their criminal activities, and Sundance reminding him of Alexander Pierce didn't help.
- Sundance has attracted the sympathy of all gaming characters with Super Drowning Skills given that in spite of being a badass criminal, he admitted he can't swim. They also admire how he had the guts to still jump into a wild river from a great height following the confession.
- While Butch might have thrown his bicycle away, saying the future could be theirs, lots of female deities have brought bikes wishing to ride along with him.
- Butch is also banned from the House of Combat, because they know he prefers low blows that guarantee victory.
- Team Rocket prefers to avoid them, if only because one of them is a walking reminder of their in-organization rivals Butch and Cassidy. This also led to an awkward encounter with their boss Giovanni once he thought the ones that had ascended were said lackies.
- "Oh good. For a moment there, I thought we were in trouble."
Now I just wanted to check something. Have the tropes Uplifted Animal, Animal Talk, or Talking Animal been taken?
Edit: Uplifted Animal has been taken by Caesar.
Also For Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

Time to explore the world!@igordebraga: for both.
Hello, my baby. Hello, my honey. Hello, my ragtime gal.I'm in a suggestion mood tonight, so here I am.
- Gene Catlow, God of Walking Techfixes
- Karol Capel and Chat, Co-deities of Weaponized Handbags
- Zazie Rainyday, Goddess of Sexy Jesters
If anybody likes to take them, go ahead.
Huh. I wonder if that's why I keep adding new series to the Pantheon in the deities I ascend.

TV Tropes Pantheon Group Members DatabaseI ask because I would like to propose Zoboomafoo God of Animal Talk Reason: Zoboo's case is rather interesting. For the most part, he's a regular old lemur who doesn't speak human. He only begins to talk once a snack is given. Only those who can speak to animals fluently can understand him both ways.

Time to explore the world!@Bazzard Returns: I don't get as to why you potholed Animal Talk as "Talking Animal," even though there is a trope called Talking Animal. Also, weren't you going to give that trope to Baloo and Bagheera?
Hello, my baby. Hello, my honey. Hello, my ragtime gal.To answer both questions in order, I was trying to think of a better name for the trope but sometimes my creativity can hit snags. Secondly, I was going to list Baloo and Bagheera but and I thought about it. Maybe the Pantheon needs more characters to represent franchises either underrated or, in the lamest terms, forgotten. There's a lot of Disney characters up in the Pantheon as it is... but then again, there will always be room. Either way, I basically had second thoughts.
It's hard to choose when there are so many characters up for selection. But maybe I should stick to my first decision.

Time to explore the world!@ The Luteces: Funny Valentine's Stand would be extraordinarily dangerous to them
Blackbeard goes up today
Edward Teach, God of Pirates With Beard Motifs (Blackbeard, Edward Thatch, Marshall D. Teach, Rider)
- Votes: 3(fasoman1996, Master Hero, Mizerous)
- Date of ascension: 21 March
- House: Thieves (House of Crime)
- Intermediate God
- Symbol: His beard, with smoldering incense in it
- Theme Song: His theme from Pirates of the Caribbean
- Alignment: Chaotic Evil by most estimations, and that's how he wants it
- Portfolio: Captain Colorbeard, Cool Ship, Often Portrayed As Even More Of A Badass And Supervillain (which he encouraged), The Dreaded, Badass Beard, Died As Cool As He Lived, Fighting Till He Drew His Last Breath, Made of Iron, Large and in Charge, One Of, If Not THE Most Iconic Pirate ever, Icon Of The Golden Age of Piracy
- Domains: Piracy, Infamy, Intimidation, Legends, Swindling, Treachery, Beards
- Followers: Captain Bonebeard, Captain Metalbeard, Ivar Forkbeard, Yellowbeard
- Allies: Thaal Sinestro
- On good terms with: Eric Cartman
- Rivals: All other pirates, Al Capone
- Additional relationship with: Ben Grimm, Vandal Savage (supposed alternate identities), Ares
- Enemies: Edward Newgate, The Straw Hats, Jack Sparrow, Arthur Curry, Ariel, King Triton, Smaug, the House of Justice in general, Davos Seaworth, Julius Caeser
- Opposes: Jack the Ripper (one-sided)
- Opposed by: Ned Flanders
- Not much is concretely known about Edward Teach's early life, though it is presumed he was from Bristol, England. What is more well-known is his time as a pirate, the most iconic example of the The Golden Age of Piracy. His career began as a British privateer in War of the Spanish Succession, being unemployed and turning to piracy in the Caribbeans for money. He may not have been the baddest, nor the richest pirate, but his flair, talent in intimidation and attitude has led to being romanticized and admired centuries after his death.
- According to Fantastic Four he was a legend inspired by Ben Grimm, as the crew as trying to get his buried treasure. Vandal Savage claims that he was Blackbeard once. It was awkward for a bit when the three were in a bar, but after being liquored up they had a moment of camaraderie. He then stole money from the both of them, to neither of their surprise. According to Percy Jackson and the Olympians he's the son of Ares, and has been imprisoned on Circe's island instead of dying in battle.
- Probably the most iconic pirate, like how Al Capone is the most iconic gangster and Jack the Ripper the most iconic Serial Killer. Due to being such memorable criminals, there's competition on who is the most iconic criminal. Blackbeard ignores Jack since he doesn't think the killer has style, and is focused on competing with Capone. They even had a rap battle, of which Blackbeard lost. He intends to settle the score.
- Teach was a shrewd and calculating leader who spurned the use of force, instead utilizing intimidation. He commanded the vessels of his crews with the consent of his crews and there's no account of him harming or murdering those he held captive. He's determined to keep it that way in the pantheon. Because of how he utilized fear, Sinestro felt he was a potential candidate for the Sinestro Corps. Blackbeard is honored and hopes to prove the universe's greatest pirate with fear manifested in a lantern ring.
- As one of the most iconic pirates, he is considered an enemy to the House of Justice. King Triton also opposes him, as does former smuggler Davos Seaworth. He's not that worried about them, but he is worried about Julius Caeser. He knows what he does to pirates. He's also learned what Smaug does to those that dare steal even a single piece of his treasure.
- Upon his ascension, he realized there were a lot of pirate gods who might compete for the title of best pirate. As such, he considers all other pirates rivals to him. While some he gets along with, others he thinks bring shame upon pirate kind. He doesn't like Black Manta, less so because of being a modern pirate (pirates have always been seen as ruthless and cutthroat) but because he murdered a child.
- To almost no-one's surprise, he exists as a pirate in One Piece. He partly inspired Whitebeard, but the Blackbeard of that universe is the treacherous Marshall D Teach. He comes off as friendly despite being a dick and having no real sense of loyalty, and wields the Dark-Dark Devil Fruit. He will step on anyone to achieve his goals, and doesn't understand grudges. Particularly charismatic in this form, possessing an Übermensch personality. The Straw Hats hate him, particularly Monkey D Luffy and Portgas D Ace given his hand in the latter's death.
- Often treated even more villainous than he actually was, though a lot of this was trying to come off as more ferocious. He's said to have said to his first mate "If I don't kill one of you every now and then, you'll forget who I am". Said to be a voodoo sorcerer who lived long after his supposed death, and seeks the Fountain of Youth.
- Proud of being considered a Chaotic Evil ruthless pirate, but sometimes he's more lighthearted. Pretty chummy in Assassins' Creed, piracy being more of a job for him. He's also a Rider-class Servant who acts like a buffoon though ends up as the Butt-Monkey anyway. He retains the lewdness pirates are often stereotyped with, having gotten some Otaku traits over the centuries. Fond of kids as well.
- Apparently he's part of the Jury of the Dead, working with the Devil. Who turns out to be Ned Flanders. Needless to say, the real Ned Flanders is disturbed by this and refuses to associate with the pirate. It's said Blackbeard and his crew used sulfur pots to simulate Fire and Brimstone Hell, which he came out sauntering and proud of his endurance. This earned him some respect from the House of Demons, which has only increased by being able to haggle and drink with them without a hint of fear.
- Impressed by Eric Cartman's attempt to bring the romanticized pirate mindset to Somalian pirates. It didn't work in the end, but props for trying.
@r-lock: Go ahead with your suggestions.
Hello, my baby. Hello, my honey. Hello, my ragtime gal.
