Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

What should I add to Lurantis?

Lurantis, Goddess of Pretending To Be What You Are (The Bloom Sickle Pokemon)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/754lurantis.png
  • House: Disguises (House of Costumes)
  • Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: Her blades, glowing like the sun, or the Grassium-Z
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Gender: Female
  • Ability: Leaf Guard
  • Moveset: Solar Blade, Leaf Blade, X-Scissor, Ingrain
    • Z-Move: Bloom Doom
  • Portfolio: Slaying Mantis and Man-Eating Plant, A Plant Pretending To Be A Mantis That Pretends To Be A Plant, One Of The Totem Challenges, Blade Below the Shoulder, Glacier Waif, Powered By The Sun, Only Pokemon Who Can Learn Solar Blade, Green Thumb, The Fighting Narcissist
  • Domains: Plants, Mantids, Mimicry, Solar Power, Blades
  • High Priest: Barrage
  • Allies:
  • On speaking terms with: Pamela Isley and Petey Pirahna
  • Enemies: Evil Pokemon trainers like Team Rocket, Hunter J and Ghetsis Harmonia, The Grand Duke of Owls, Queen Sectonia, Chernabog, Zs'skayr, Nightmare Moon, Mr Burns, Hexxus, Exdeath, Mordremoth
  • Avoids: The House of Birds and Fire And Electricity
  • Scares: Misty
  • Lurantis is the evolution of Fomantis, and known as the Bloom Sickle Pokemon. Like Sudowoodo, it is pretending to be something it's not-an orchid mantis. In reality it is based on an orchid flower, which oddly enough is the very plant orchid mantises pretend to be. So it's pretending to be something that pretends to be what it already is.
  • The Lurantis in the pantheon is in fact the very same Totem Lurantis of Mallow's trial, in the same vein as the pantheon's Wishiwashi. Her native home of Lush Jungle and Grass typing makes her more comfortable in the House of Plants than her own house, though. She's chosen to become partners with Yuri the Fusion Duelist, as they share some mutual allies and enemies, and she reminds her of the Predaplants.
  • Gets along with any of her fellow Pokemon in the House of Plants, except Gourgeist for being an asshole. A lot of non-Pokemon there thought she was an actual bug, such as Treebeard. She thought it was a fair mistake since she mistook him for a Trevenant. Lurantis respects the ent for being a guardian of forests and jungles like the ones she lives in.
  • Easy going enough that she gets along with any plant in her house. She even gets along with Poison Ivy and Petey Pirahna, though doesn't agree with their villainous paths. However she can't tolerate Exdeath for being an Omnicidal Maniac of a tree. Or Mordremoth, who'd rather have the jungle to herself. She doesn't like Mr Burns either since he wants to use the House of Plants as dumping ground for his radioactive waste, or Hexxus for wanting to replace it with shopping malls.
  • Misty is creeped out by Lurantis. Sure, Lurantis isn't a Bug type but she looks like a giant praying mantis(even more so as she's a Totem Pokemon) and that's scary enough for her. Being Grass type makes it worse because of the Bloom Sickle's type advantage against her favorite type, Water type Pokemon. Scyther seems to be get along with her even if she isn't a true Bug type. Some in the House of Insects like to ship the two together.
  • When slashing at her enemies, Lurantis looks like she's dancing. Lurantis is considered the most elegant Grass type Pokemon, and she likes to show it off to other plants and bugs. Most in the House of Insects think she's a Bug type, so she likes to claim she's the most elegant insect as well. Queen Sectonia doesn't take kindly to a faux-insect claiming such, and wants her to bug off. Queen Sectonia came to her defense and reminded her that she'll always have a place in her house.
  • The signature move of Lurantis is Solar Blade, a physically-oriented Solar Beam that gathers sunlight to unleash as a blade through its scythes. As this move doesn't require charge time in strong sunlight, Lurantis tends to work with those who can provide it. That's why originally she called upon Castform, who fortunately for her was in the pantheon. She's aware there's a certain irony in it given Sunny Day boosts Fire type attacks, her weakness.
  • Gravitates towards any deity relating to the sun, or the light-related Ezalor(so long as they aren't evil) since it lets her immediately use her Solar Blade. That, and as a orchid flower/orchid mantis she prefers the sun. She does not take kindly to gods who wish to block out the sun forever, and in spite of his issues with birds is perfectly willing to work with Chanticleer so the sun will always shine. And like every other Pokemon, she opposes Ghetsis, Giovanni's forces and Hunter J.
  • Like Durant, some have criticized her pretending to be a bug(that pretends to a plant) as a poor method of disguise. Sure she avoids other bugs nibbling on her, but bugs are just as vulnerable to Fire and Flying types. She tries to avoid those houses, particularly Ragnaros as he still treats her as one of many INSECTS!!! he wants to burn. She's willing to stand up for Durant to those that call his steel armor stupid against Heatmor.

Anything else for Phelps?

Cole Phelps, God of Cops That Follow The Rules (The Ghost, The Shadow of Death)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/fef24afa_b45d_40e4_8216_8fabbc50ddc2.jpeg
  • Potential House: Detectives (House of Justice)
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: An LAPD badge
  • Theme Song: Menu Theme
  • Alignment: Lawful Good (Lawful Stupid at his worst)
  • Portfolio: A skilled boxer, one of the only honest cops in the LAPD, fluent in Japanese and is familiar with classic literature, haunted by the events on Okinawa, A Good Cop with some Bad Publicity, The Atoner
  • Domains: Detectives, Military, Crime Solving
  • Heralds: Stefan Bekowsky, Finbarr “Rusty” Galloway, Herschel Biggs
  • Allies: Jim Gordon, Koichi Zenigata, Chief Wiggum, Lin Beifong, Naoto Shirogane
  • Conflicted opinion: Carmelita Fox, SomeCallMeJohnny of BrainScratchComms
  • Enemies: Carmen Sandiego, James Moriarty, Scott Shelby, Manny Pardo, The House of Villains, Banzai Chargers
  • Opposed By: The Couples of the House of Love, A few deities in the House of War
  • Odd Friendship: John Marston
  • Cole Phelps has been called by many names; Lieutenant, war hero, Patrolman, case man, Detective, and when he shed his mortal shell in 1947, God was soon added to the list. At first, Phelps was both in awe and lost of the strange world before him, but with the help of Jim Gordon, he was given a position in the House of Justice, working to improve his detective skills and keep the Pantheon a safer place.
  • Initially many were a bit skeptical about Phelps, considering he had a rather controversial affair that ruined his public perception and he has a rather dark military past he would rather leave behind. However, he ended up leaving a good impression after catching a member of the GUAE attempting to murder one of the heads of the GUAG before they had the chance and has since been gaining a more positive reception. He ended up impressing Inspector Zenigata after showing a stark dedication to Justice and conceded the By-the-Book Cop title to him.
    • However, there are plenty of Gods in the House of Love who will never live down his affair.
  • Like many good detectives in the Pantheon, Cole has dedicated himself to hunting down and apprehending both Carmen Sandiego and James Moriarty. Considering that Cole managed to catch one of the most infamous Serial Killers from his time (The Werewolf/Black Dahlia Killer) but was unable to be recognized considering the brother of the murderer was a powerful politician, he is more than up to the task and has received support from many of the law forces in the pantheon.
  • Phelps was quick to bring most of his old partners up as heralds, who often accompanying him on investigations. The only exception was Roy Earle from the Vice desk. He was immediately booted out of the Pantheon after being brought up for inspection. Some though have found it odd that strange that Phelps didn’t choose his wartime associate and rival Jack Kelso for Herald. Phelps’s response;
Cole Phelps: He’ll make it up. Sooner than later.
  • After hearing reports that his driving had become hazardous, Phelps paid a visit to SomeCallMeJohnny of the Super Gaming Brothers, telling him to stop spreading the rumours. Johnny then explained it was actually his brother Elliot doing the driving and promised to make sure the rumours stopped... they haven’t.
  • Sympathizes a lot with John Marston, strange considering no one expected the lawful Cole to become friends with a former outlaw. While at first Marston was hesitant to approach a fed, Phelps confessed that he also was a victim of things from his past that haunted him. also suffering a betrayal from a Jerkass associate and Cole even gave his life to save others from impending danger. The one thing Marston doesn't approve about Phelps is that he cheated on his wife with Elsa Lichtmann but other than that he is an ok guy.
  • Considers the likes of Scott Shelby and Manny Pardo to be disgraces for the armed forces. One because it perpetuated the stereotype of cops being uncaring deranged lunatics (Something he had been accussed before thanks to some of his possible overreactions when interrogating someone) and the other because he took advantages of his clients to bury his dark deeds. With Shelby it hit to close to home when he heard his namesake of the Origami Killer, reminding him of a marine he commanded in the second World War, Ira Hogeboom, who later went to become a Serial Arsonist after Cole accidentally forced him to burn down a Japanese Cave full of Civilians and to atone he became obssessed with Origami figures.
  • Some people of the House of War have digged about Cole's past in the military and found out about his less than stellar performance as a Lieutenant. His own marines never liked him, some even came to resent him after the cave incident and later becoming a cop. For that reason, some of the soldiers in said house don't think highly of him.
    • Not helped by the fact that he is known as "The Shadow of Death" for his tendency to get his men killed, often unwillingly.
  • Japanese deities that lived during the WW 2 era are not very fond of Cole given her involvement in the war, less so when they heard about the Cave incident. Ironically, his game is quite popular in modern Japan.
  • Whenever someone says something very suspicious, Phelps usually makes this face

I'm reworking the Kanto Starters here.

At long last, the first of the Great Will's known Messiahs is the last to join the Pantheon's ranks. (YHVH is not the Great Will but He used to be It's avatar and is now Its enemy.)

You know of any deities who've needed to work off their sentence?

The Sinner, Deity of Sentences Longer Than One's Lifespan

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/the_protag.png
Two of their more common guises.
  • Intermediate Deity
  • Symbol: Their barcode
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: From a Crapsack World with Post Peak Everything, A Starting Life Sentence of 1 Million Years Because of Lost Memory, Very Customizable (Even A Chance For Two-Toned Hair), Sentence Reduction By Doing Missions, The Leader, Human Resources, Made of Iron, Nerves of Steel, Zero Resolved Plotlines, accomplished Better With Teamwork, Very Slow Regeneration, Earning Swimwear For Working Off Their Sentence
  • Domain(s): Punishment, Parole, Rights
  • Heralds: Their Accessory (Robot Buddy/warden), their ally Sinners
  • Followers: Sengoku, Merrill "Benten" Yanagawa, Gabimaru "Gogul" Rikiya, Kanae Kazaki, Leon Garcia de Asturias, Solomon Roka, DuVaul
  • Allies: Guts, Maximus, [[ Snake Plissken]]
  • Enemies: Cletus Cassidy/Carnage, Bondrewd
  • Fears: Judge Dredd
  • Pities: River Song, Aleph
  • Opposes: Earl of Lemongrab
  • Sentences for crimes usually come in the form of years served in prison/parole, and usually the worst is a life sentence. And then there are cases with sentences far longer than one can expect to pay with their lifespan, sometimes ridiculously so. The Sinner got a million year-long sentence after birth for being a waste of human resources. "Thankfully", doing work for their Panopticon helps reduce the sentence…by tens of years (or tens of thousands of years for particularly hard or important ones). Usually, this work comes in the form of reclaiming kidnapped Citizens, repelling assaults by other Panopticons, scavenging resources, and other such necessities. With such a record, the Court decided to bring them to the Pantheon for such an unbelievable record after their plot (or whatever events remotely resemble it) was resolved.
  • Now that they're finally relieved of service of their Panopticon by way of their ascension, at long last, they have achieved true freedom; they can live however they want, they can keep whatever they want (as long as they can afford it), and there are no restrictions on who they can talk to (though who they wish to talk to still has the right to refuse conversation). Unfortunately, this has also left them at a loss on what to do, having been so used to following orders for so long. Fortunately, the GUAG were the first to approach and invite them to their ranks.
  • While they still have their "Accessories" with them, they're no longer tasked in keeping their Sinner in line and adding/reducing years to their sentence. Instead, they just serve to keep their Sinner updated on whatever current mission they're on, general advice, and companion in battle.
  • The Sinner's weapons of choice are a melee weapon and ranged weapon specialized for taking down large mechs called Abductors. These range from knives, polearms, and brass knuckles for melee to handguns, flamethrowers, assault rifles, sniper rifles, autocannons, and portable artillery. They also have much more durability, agility, and might than an average human to ensure their survival in harsh conditions.
  • Due to their Panopticon life, they treat civilians, especially those who have valuable intel, science skills or are otherwise knowledgeable in essential non-combat stuff, with unnaturally high regard, even deeming their safety more important than whatever current mission they're on.
  • Having been subject to a ridiculously long life sentence, they're always on edge whenever Judge Dredd is around; his world's judicial system also delivers long sentences, and unlike their world has very little hope for parole.
  • As fellow deities who've had to win their freedom, the Sinner sympathizes with Guts and Maximus, even though their freedoms were more easily won compared to theirs, in which the Anti-Hero and the gladiator were appalled that the Sinner had to serve that many years.
  • They know there are others who've had longer-than-life sentences in the Pantheon, and some of them absolutely deserved them, such as Carnage.
  • Due to how Human Resources are a premium in their world, they despise those who abuse them, such as Bondrewd. There's also the fact that he experiments on children, unlike how the Sinners rescue Citizens who then help make items for them.
  • One of their weapons is the Ibara Hookshot, which was noted to be like the Maneuvering system used by the Attack on Titan deities.
  • Are frightened by the propsect of the Imperium of Man's Penal Legions, who are sent to suicide missions even the Imperial Guard aren't sent to, with a promise of forgiveness if they die, and freedom on the very, VERY small chance they live. But given how much of a Crapsack World the Imperium is from, which is much worse than their own

What can I add to this?

Wilhelmina Vlad 'Mina' Tepes, Akira Kaburagi Rēgendorf, and Yuki Saegusa, the Divine Vampire-Werewolf Love Triangle

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dance_in_the_vampire_bund_chars_0.jpg
  • Exclusive to Akira:
    • Thanks to his Beowulf Armor, Akira is no longer a Glass Cannon in the face of threats powerful enough to match his werewolf form.
    • Silver weaponry is the only thing that can really hurt him. Not even being impaled by a broken-off church steeple comes close, though that would apparently do more on Mina than him.
    • The easiest way to piss him off is to harm anybody he cares about. Even easier is to impersonate Mina.
  • Exclusive to Yuki:
    • When she isn't tending to Akira or Mina's needs or attending at Elysium Academy with (or without) them, Yuki is often writing her novels and improving her writing skills, and thus sometimes visits the House of Narrative to polish up on that.
    • Her latest work is apparently a Boys' Love story, its protagonist based on Akira, and was apparently really good enough for Mina to personally translate it to Latin, have it published in the Bund, and even actively contribute to the writing process. Many heads were turned at this and she became a recognized potential writer as a result.
    • Is often (she does her damnedest to, at least) the one who make sure Mina and Akira talk to each other and not keep secrets that could be very dangerous when spilled at the wrong moment. This was because the impostor Mina exploited this tendency during her "reign" of the Bund, and doesn't want it to happen again.

[tup] for Cole and Horcruxes

Also, got a dominion proposal here.

The Apocalypse World, the Post Apocalyptic Dimension as a Dominion under Dimensions - Essentially, the Apocalypse World is the worst case scenario if Heaven won the Apocalypse. Angels are driving humanity to extinction, demons and other monsters have become more savage and bestial, and civilization has completely collapsed. I checked and noticed that After the End wasn't represented within the Pantheon (as far as I know), so I decided to give it the Apocalypse World as its representation, given it's an absolute Crapsack World and the worst of the dimensions featured so far in its home universe.

@RJ: In Lurantis' profile, Yuri is a him; you typed in 'her'. You should fix that.

Since Whirl thinks Huehuecoyotl fits Those Wily Coyotes, I have found Predators Are Mean and Scavengers Are Scum as alternative tropes for Dag. Reasoning? He is a coyote who is portrayed as villainous and monstrous while the farm animals are sympathetic along with Duke and Freddy, who are good-natured predators. Is this okay?

Oshawott, God of Playful Otters (the Sea Otter Pokémon, Wotter/Derpderp/Snowoobie/Vampijumaru )

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/501oshawott.png
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: its Scalchop
  • [tup]s: 3(Eclipse MT, Bazzardreturns,Muundeis)
  • Alignment: True Neutral, but can be a little Chaotic Neutral
  • Gender: Male
  • Ability: Torrent
  • Moveset: Razor Shell, Aqua Jet, Hydro Pump, Swords Dance
  • Portfolio: Playful Otter,Uses it's shell as a weapon, Ridiculously Cute Critter, Youthful Freckles, Evolution line based on samurai
  • Domains: Otters, Seashells, Playfulness, Water
  • Guardian: Samurott
  • Allies: Ash Ketchum, Pikachu, N, Popplio ,Kingdra, Lapras ,Candice White, Emmet & Ma Otter, Samurai Jack,Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, the Madagascar Penguins , Chuggaaconroy
  • Enemies: Team Rocket,Giovanni, Ghetsis Harmonia, Cyrus, Lysandre, Hunter J, Toon Patrol, Mori Motonari , Oda Nobunaga
  • Opposes: Grass and Electricity users (excluding Pikachu)
  • Like Popplio, Oshawott is a starter Pokemon in the pantheon who is at it's first stage of evolution, but whose final stage acts as his guardian. Also like Popplio, Oshawott was initially hated for being goofy looking, but then ate their words when he would evolve into a cool Samurai.
  • Considering he would evolve into a samurai-like pokemon and has Samurott acting as his guardian, he gets along well with other good-aligned samurai. They often allow him to copy their sword moves because they find it cute to watch him try and copy the movements of sword with a shell, even Samurai Jack considers it to charming despite his stoic nature.
  • Became partners with Chosokabe Motochika considering he's already a little familiar with him (albeit he looked a little different.) . The two like to practice and ride on Motochika's boat. And with him being Motochika's partner, he became enemies with Mori Montonari and Oda Nobunaga, especially because he considers the two examples of what not strive for in samurai.
  • Gets along well with the Madagascar penguin's as he kind of reminds them of their friend Marlene from the zoo. (albeit he's more energetic and child-like).
  • Likes to spend time with Emmet & Ma Otter considering they're the only other otters in the pantheon. They're currently trying to find him something to play in the band ( the closets so far is getting him to bang his scalchop on different surfaces).
  • Has a bone to pick with the Toon Patrol considering they're both part of the weasel family. While, Oshawott is playful and friendly, the Toon Patrol are nasty and cruel. Oshawott's first instinct whenever sees any of them is to fight them.
  • Before Oshawott joined the pantheon, Chuggaaconroy used one during his let's play of Pokémon Black and White. Considering they were both 'chosen last during gym class', he became allies with him.
  • Due to his name sounding similar to 'ocelot', some have given him the the nickname Revolver Oshawott. Oshawott really doesn't know what to make of him and considers him and his actions confusing.

I think I've added enough for oshawott I've been thinking of making Chito and Yuuri co-goddess for Cosy Catastrophe and Incineroar the god of Kayfabe

Any other changes I should make here?

Cyth V'sug, Demon God of Botanical Abominations (The Prince of the Blasted Heath)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/cyth_vsug.jpg
An alternate depiction of Cyth V'sug
  • Proposed House: Plants
  • [tup]: 2
  • Rank: Greater God
  • Symbol: A spiraling tentacle covered in mold.
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Boomerang Bigot, Demon Lords and Archdevils, Eldritch Abomination, Festering Fungus, Plaguemaster, Poisonous Person
  • Domains: Chaos, Corruption, Demons, Evil, Plants, Rot.
  • Allies (sort of): Teridax
  • Followers: The Mi-Go, mu spores.
  • Rivals/Conflicting Opinion: Nurgle.
  • Enemies: Abadar, Erastil, Captain Planet, Treebeard, Trevenant, the majority of the House of Nature Preservers, most members of the House of Demons
  • Cyth V'sug's realm is located in the dark heartwoods of the House of Plants, taking the form of a stretch of hostile jungle where the trees are weighed down with fungal growths and sickly yet tenacious parasitic vines, the air is thick with spores best not breathed in and the polluted ground is covered by colorful toxic mushrooms and weedy plants either thorny, carnivorous, more poisonous than the worst poison ivy or all at once. The inhabitants are as pleasant as the flora, consisting of intelligent Man Eating Plants, roving mounds of living compost, fungal Parasite Zombies and the like. In the middle of it all sits Cyth V'sug's temple. Called the Jeharlu, this monolithic mass of fungus is a living thing in its own right, one that is constantly extending feelers and tendrils to take root in other worlds or realms of the Pantheon to try to infect them and draw them into itself. Ensuring that the tendrils are consistently cut back, and rooted out when they do take hold, is a job that requires the constant attentions of a dedicated division of minor godlings and divine servants and industrial quantities of herbicides.
  • Cyth V'sug is deeply detested by all Law- and Good-aligned deities from his part of the multiverse, and he despises them right back. This goes double for the Lawful Good and Lawful Neutral deities Erastil and Abadar, who in turn were deeply chagrined at seeing the demon lord join them in the Pantheon.
  • Due to his unending hatred for demons and his wish to scour the multiverse of their kind (despite he himself being a demon), he is on very poor terms with the House of Demons and its members, something somewhat mitigated by not all of them being demons in the way he understands the concept.
  • He has a complicated relationship with Nurgle. On the one hand, there is some kinship felt between them due to their shared roles as demonic gods of rot, disease, parasites and pollution, and each grudgingly admires the other's skill in crafting parasites and plagues. On the other, besides the usual difficulty in getting chaotic entities to work together, there is also the issue that Nurgle reminds Cyth V'sug of the demons and daemons of his home corner of the multiverse, creatures he absolutely hates, as well as bitter territorial rivalry at the thought of another demon or god controlling something he feels should be his domain alone. On Nurgle's end of things, the jovial father of plagues finds the Prince of the Blasted Heath unpleasantly dour and grim.
  • Due to the way he corrupts natural ecosystems into twisted, diseased parodies of themselves when he doesn't consume them outright, Cyth V'sug is considered an enemy by most good-aligned deities of forests and nature, a feeling he wholeheartedly returns. Captain Planet and his allies seek to prevent the destruction his feeding causes to natural ecosystems, while forest deities such as Treebeard, Trevenant and the Lorax detest the near-cancerous mockery they feel he makes of the natural cycles of feeding and growth.
  • Commander Shepard, Link and Mario tend to find themselves uneasy (more so than most others, at least) around Cyth V'sug, as he reminds them of the thorian, Diababa and Petey Piranha too much for their comfort.
  • On the other hand, he is rather fond of the sub-house of Diseases as a whole, as he has no particular grudge against most of its members and quite enjoys experimenting with the interesting maladies and pathogens he can obtain there.
  • He has managed to forge a tenuous form of collaboration with Makuta Teridax: as a biological scientist (one of his former duties as a Makuta) with significant experience with ecology-based domination — having, for instance, created the Morbuzakh, a city-sized sapient plant, as part of one of his plots — Teridax brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise for Cyth V'sug to draw from for his plots, and the treacherous Makuta likewise finds Cyth V'sug's experience with supernatural plagues and parasites to be a wonderful asset for future plans where bioweapons will be needed. Of course, Makuta fully plans to manipulate his erstwhile ally for his own benefit and cast him aside (or posses him, whichever suits) when he's done; Cyth V'sug, a veteran of eons of the Abyss' traitorous, backstabbing politics, expects nothing less, and intends to be the one to wield the knife when the time comes. For now, however, both gods find greater advantage in cooperation, and are aware that wanton backstabbing would make them very vulnerable to their myriad other foes, so they're willing to work together. For now...
