Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

  • Symbol: A piece of bejeweled lingerie
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Portfolio: Stripperific, Worked as a spy for the French during World War I, Her family went bankrupt, Used to be married to an abusive husband, Gave up her living daughter to her divorced husband, One of the most desirable women sought after during her time period, Has multiple romantic affairs, Accused as a double agent for the Germans, Executed by the firing squad, Become much more beautiful in fiction and her spy life is greatly exaggerated
  • Domains: Exotic Dancers, Foreigners, Spies, Seduction
  • Allies: The Master of Chaldea, Indiana Jones, Rouge the Bat, The Doctor, Koudelka Iasant
  • On good terms with: Peter Pan
  • Rivals: Vermouth
  • Enemies: Light Yagami, The Joker
  • Additional Character Relationships: James Bond
  • Respects: The good-aligned deities of the House of Love, Haru Okumura, Harley Quinn
  • Pities/Pitied by: Kyu Sugardust, Misa Amane
  • Opposed by/Opposes:
  • Conflicting Opinion:
  • Born Margaretha Geertruida Zelle, she used to live with a happy family until her father got bankrupt and her parents have a divorce. She then got married to a military colonnial and moved to Indonesia together, however, he became abusive to her and blamed her for their son's death, which led to their divorce and him taking custody for their daughter. She then moved to Paris and became one of the most well-known exotic dancers around the world. During World War I, her foreigner status caused her to become bankrupt and returning to her country unhappily. She returned to Paris again to renew her sexual acts when the French intelligent service approached her to become their spy believing her to be a valuable asset. After that, she was then accused of being a double agent even if there is no proof of it except for a German reffering to her by her code name in a letter. Her lawyer having being unsuccessful to defend her, she was then sentenced for treason and shot by the French firing squad.
  • The reason for her ascencion for the trope is that while she's a spy whose information that she gained are ones that the French knew, the revelation of it to the public caused fictional portrayals of her to greatly exaggerated it to her being a much more beautiful and intelligent one. She also inspired a lot of Expy Femme Fatale Spies because of it and is one of the most iconic examples that ever existed.
  • Like all the Servants that have ascended, she is very glad to see the Master of Chaldea and hopes to serve under him once more to aid him on his journey even if she knew who weak she is as a Heroic Spirit. They are of course glad to see her again and are happy that she will be at their side once more
  • Gets along with Rouge the Bat due to the fact they are both Spies who use seduction to gain information they needed and at least works for a government agency that isn't evil and to protect their planet from all of it's treats. It also helps that she gained jewels from the military officers she seduced, something that Rouge praises her for, even if jewels are not what she sought after in the first place.
  • Unsurprisingly, develops a bit of a rivalry with Vermouth. They are both seductive spies who exploit this skill to get what they want. Mata Hari is seemingly more hostile when she found out she is part of the Black Organization as she doesn't want to be part of an organization where they don't care about anyone, reminding her of how her husband regularly abuses and has no care of her well-being. The spy actually seems interested upon hearing she doesn't age, which caused the spy to believe she may actually have eternal youth.
  • If there is one thing she wanted, that is to gain a partner that loved her for who she is and a happy life. She has given up on those wishes however because of how weak she is as a Heroic Spirit. Hearing about the House of Love, she praised a lot of the good-aligned deities there for being devoted to each other and hoped they'll have happiness forever, unlike for someone like her in that she has an abusive husband before their divorce and spends half of her life engaging in affairs with famous and political people. Hearing about her praise and what she wanted in life, even with her multiple affairs, they in return want to comfort her and wished that she'll get what she wanted as they think she have suffered enough that she deserves something like this, which caused her to be in tears.
    • It was because of this that Kyu Sugardust doesn't want her to be sought after by her clients. Even if she viewed her as someone that could potentially make her clients happy, she knew that she doesn't deserve this because of what she went through and that she really needs someone that truly loves her for who she is.
    • It makes sense for her to hate those that are bastards to their loved ones. She Pitied Haru Okumura for being forced to marry someone that sees her as nothing more than a sexual plaything and gained more of her respect for breaking off their engagement upon discovering what he actually thinks of their arranged marriage. Hates Light Yagami for mostly dating girls that he believes are useful to their schemes and if they outlive their usefulness, will be killed in his own hands. She believes that Misa's attraction to Light is an unhealthy obsession that could possibly be cured and seeing that she became his follower due to her belief that he is the one who killed her parent's murderer, she couldn't help but feel pity for her and wanted to find a way for her to have a change of heart. The same case could be said to Joker who abuses Harvey Quinn and only using her for his own gain. Speaking of Harvey, she's proud that she finally broke up with Joker and is trying to her past as a supervillain behind and trying to do her own heroic ways.
  • The other thing she wanted in life is eternal youth....but she also has gave up on it however. Peter Pan ended up meeting her because of that wish and wondered if he could renew her interest on it. Mata Hari stated she doesn't want it as she did have second thoughts on it and doesn't like him for forcing children to stay on Neverland forever when they don't even want to in the first place. But she started to like him enough after he eventually returned the Darling siblings home and actually a bit nicer in most adaptational portrayals of him, occasionally asking him to be in those forms to be able to socialize with him.
  • Has briefly met the 11th Doctor when she was in Paris and stripped in front of him naked. When she met him again in his newest incarnation in the Pantheon, she still remembered that moment and didn't expect to meet him again....much less in a different body. Because his actions and ideals greatly remind her that of the Master of Chaldea in that they set time back to normal, wanting to save humanity and being genuinely nice people to a lot of people and wanting to help them, the two got acquainted pretty well.
  • Mata Bond is the illegitimate daughter of her and James Bond himself but whether or not it's actually a fact is not yet confirmed. They both don't want to have a say on any of this but Bond won't deny that he want to seduce her if he had the chance.
  • She didn't expect to meet Indiana Jones again, the man whom she took his virginity to when he was younger. He is happy to meet her again as he painfully wept for her execution and she is glad he actually took her advice to transfer to Africa. The two decided to stay as friends as they have no interest on renewing their relationship and knew that it will only cause them more danger but do hang out with each other from time to time.
  • In an alternate universe, she led a different where she never became an exotic dancer and is a spy in her whole life. While she originally joined Yuri and Alice believing their powers would be valuable information for her own reasons, she eventually envied the bond they shared and eventually, a loyal ally. During her adventure, she previously met Koudelka Iasant. Even if the one the latter knew is a different version and is more or less the real one that everybody associated with, she's still happy to see her, that she is a nice and optimistic woman who doesn't just seduce men for her own merits, and proud that she wants to pursue her own happiness by wanting to be with someone that actually loves her and having a happy family, even if the spy believes that it wouldn't be achieved. The latter is touched by the spirit medium's words and hoped in return that her marriage with her husband wouldn't be a disaster.

@Bazzardreturns: Sorry, but no Twilight period for the Pantheon. I tried bringing up Elspeth from Luminosity for Rational Fic but that didn't pan out.

A new day for Neku has passed, especially after Shiki's return.

Thus ends the Ascension Rite.

And thus, the Court of the Gods has chosen: Edna Marie Mode, appointed by Nightelf37, and on behalf of the Parr family, shall be ascended. Absolved of any [tdown]s. Brought to glory in the Pantheon.

His other profiles and those of all other tropers shall remain…

…to await their own turn and judgments.

Added a touch more. It's just that Battle Realms just didn't use it's potential to do a lot more with its story. And I don't know if I should mention their RTS mechanics.

Is there a better candidate for Big First Choice than my current one?

No-Thumbs Mode

Kenji Oja, God of the Big First Choice (The Serpent's Son, Little Dragon, Lord Serpent or Lord Dragon)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bf43ccc7a8ecc303f3d6e869ab5995ff_removebg.png
  • Lesser God, Dragon!Kenji might reach Intermediate levels
  • Symbol: The Serpent Orb
  • Theme Song: Serpent Attack as Serpent!Kenji, Dragon Warrior as Dragon!Kenji
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil (if he takes the Serpent Path) or Neutral Good (if he takes the Dragon path)
  • Portfolio: Critical Hit, Campaign-Exclusive, Lightning Bruiser, Sword and Gun, Took a Level in Badass, Unexpected Successor, Dragons Up the Yin Yang
  • Domain(s): Clans, Choices, Good or Evil
  • Heralds:
  • Followers: Agent Craig Willmore, Kazuki Takemura, Denam Pavel, Trestkon, Michael Tapp, Zheng, Jack Mower
  • Allies: The Commander (depending on their current allegiance)
    • Serpent!Kenji:
    • Dragon!Kenji: Corrin
  • Rivals:
  • Enemies: Each other and each other's allies, Heartless-summoners
  • Sometimes, at some point in a game, you're required to make an important choice. This choice can affect a lot of things, from as little as available upgrades for the entire game, or even what storyline you'll take (requiring a replay to see it all). Kenji Oja, former exile from the Serpent Clan, upon returning to the lands from where he was born, was faced with an important choice; in the midst of bandits raiding a village, who should he side with?
    • The Kenji who helps the bandits would rebuild the Serpent Clan under a tyrannical fist. The Kenji who helps the villagers would start anew as the benevolent Dragon Clan. Since both paths are irreconcilable with one another to ascend as a single person, two Kenjis were ascended as separate entities instead, and both immediately came to blows, disgusted at the other's choice (and disbelief from Serpent!Kenji after the revelation that the Serpent Orb's power and the Dragon are real after all). They were shortly separated by the Court, who had ascended them in the first place.
  • Applies to both Kenjis:
    • Their temples take the form of Serpentholm, remade in their respective images, and facing in opposite directions so as to minimize immediate clashes, mostly instigated by Serpent!Kenji.
    • And supporting the Kenjis as their Heralds are their Zen Masters, essentially hero units. While both Shinja and Otomo both served both Kenjis, their ultimate allegiances brought the former to Serpent!Kenji and the latter to Dragon!Kenji. The latter Kenji was glad, given that Otomo dies in both paths, and now they're reunited.
    • Naturally, given their dispositions, Serpent!Kenji joined the GUAE while Dragon!Kenji joined the GUAG. Both Melkor and Cosmos were pleased with their latest additions to their ranks.
    • The Dragon Clan generally disdain firearms (though still use rockets) while the Serpent Clan appreciate and perfect their use. That said, even Dragon!Kenji is not above using them, and can learn to appreciate allies who use such weapons.
    • Unlike most RTS games,
    • If there's one thing both Kenjis have in common, it's despisal for creatures born from darkness thanks to their experiences with the Nightvol.
  • Exclusive to Serpent!Kenji:
    • Having a necromancer among his Zen Masters thanks to Shinja, he has no issues working with those who can raise the dead to achieve his goals.
    • When working alongside the Commander, even if it's proven really effective, he's annoyed whenever the Commander employs him as a damage sponge for the Ronin's Blood Bond (it transfers half the damage a Ronin takes to those they bond with) and keep Fan Geisha around to keep him healthy. It's a very effective strategy, sure, but that means sitting out of the fight.
  • Exclusive to Dragon!Kenji:
    • Corrin gets along with him, having had to make a similar big choice, except it was between families who both love them and are good people to certain degrees (even if one family was under an evil king who might've been all but a puppet by this point), and they also had the chance for a third option. Of course, Corrin also shows contempt for Serpent!Kenji due to his cruelty.
    • His potential after unlocking his Ki holds so much light that he poses a great threat to dark entities with weakness to light has marked him as a threat to such deities or those who employ such creatures like Xehanort and Mr. Scratch.

Sorry. I was a little too into Pyre ever since I worked on the Nightwings. I was trying for a "standardized" format just like SUPERWIKI was doing with that Corpse Party book and the Black Organization.

The original line went as follows.

Thus ends the Liberation Rite.

And thus, the Scribes have chosen: the exile appointed by the Nightwings shall be free. Absolved of all misdeeds. Returned to glory in the Commonwealth.

His/her adversary and all others shall remain…

… to carry out their rightful sentences.

I wanted to do a version for the Pantheon, which I did when I ascended the Nightwings, and again for Fionna and Cake.

I guess that won't be catching on. I apologize and it hopefully won't happen again. Also, they had received an extra [tup] last page. That was why I went through with them.

[up] Yeah, I agree. You can make creative ascension texts or else fall back on the "X is up" cause that way, no toes have been stepped on.

This is a little reminder to you all that Vanilla Protagonist is a YMMV trope; it's mostly subjective for who they thought to be bland. AzureLegacy, you must be thinking of the tropes Ridiculously Average Guy, The Generic Guy and The Nondescript (which are already taken by Stahl, Ted and Kellam BTW) if you wanna ascend Hakuno for their blandness so, sorry on that part.

Also on Stahl, Ted and Kellam, each of their profiles are super bare and short. What should we do for them?

  • Domains: Lolicons, Maids, Cooking, Sewing, Military
  • Allies: Quetzalcoalt (as Lucoa)
  • Enemies: Champ
  • Opposed by: Chris Hansen, Dokuro Mitsukai
  • Tsubame is an ex-JSDF pilot who after leaving the special forces took the job of being a maid to the half-Russian girl Misha after her mother's death. The problem being that she is a hardcore lolicon, being obsessed with cute girls, especially towards "Milady", who she wants to dress up, observe and even maybe marry in the future when she gets close to her. A lot of antics ensue.
  • Upon getting into the Pantheon, she was "dragged aside" by Chris Hansen. He knew that a day like would come someday. What he didn't know was how absolutely oblivious Tsubame is towards her action. She really doesn't realize how creepy her actions are unless someone points individual ones at her (and even that might not help). Heck, she herself hates child predators, when she herself can be considered one. It got to the point that Hansen wanted to just give up and ban her from the Pantheon if it wasn't for the fact that much more depraved individuals were already here.
  • Due of potential Aesop Amnesia she could suffer due of her position, it was eventually decided that she should at the very least follow some guidelines:
    • 1.Do not lay your hands on little girls. This could apply to anyone underage, but she has said in the past that she has no interest on girls who have started menstruating, so it is a moot point.
    • 2. If you were to interact with young girls, she must do it under heavy supervision.
    • 3. No catfishing online. She may use young-looking avatars when playing games, but she cannot pretend she is actually young.
    • 4. No disguises. Most do admit that her "clever disguises" aren't really that great, but she can disguise herself rather well if she wants to.
    • 5. If she sees any pedophiles herself, she must report them immediately. This is kind of community service to her (alongside fixing doors).
    • 6. More of a courtesy thing, but she really should keep her fantasies to herself rather than spout them out.
  • She generally appears ditzy, but she has her serious side. When she was transferred to train guard dogs, she immediately caught their obedience due of her demanding aura. Nowadays she hardly shows that side. One of people who have caused her to become serious is Ryouna due of her reminding her of her former first lieutenant Ukai (mainly her masochism and Delusions of Doghood).
  • Is really good at sewing clothing for girls due of knowing what makes girls cute to her. She makes doll clothing as her main source of income to support her main job. Unfortunately she can't really approach Suigintou, Suiseiseki or Souseiseki. She once tried few things with Medicine Melancholy and got severely poisoned for touching her. Though that just made her think her as an unapproachable flower she can only observe from afar.
  • Is sort of a Guest-Star Party Member to Seven Servants due of her wanting to improve her skills as a maid, even if her skills are already really good, especially inn terms of cooking. There are rumours that the reason why she got approved is because some third party is blackmailing Sakuya with discriminating photos in regards to her feelings towards her two mistresses.
  • Miu Matsuoko has been using her to get free access to new cute clothing, as much as she doesn't want to. Tsubame hasn't yet realize that she is being used.
  • Is just absolutely disgusted with Champ due of his raping and killing children. Even hearing his angel comparison with children does not spark her fairy comparison when it comes to girls. She simply wants the clown dead.
  • Dokuro is trying her best for her not to find out about the future where Sakura created a device that could halt women from aging past age 12. Dokuro has tried to kill Tsubame before, but has found her surprisingly hard to kill due of her army training.
  • Has particular interest with Illyasviel since she reminds her of Misha, and she is sort of curious if homunculi menstruate. That being said, she hasn't really tried anything when it comes to Illya, since she feels like she would be cheating on Milady. That, and there is the deal with Heracles being her bodyguard (who sort of reminds Tsubame of Misha's MMO avatar).
  • Seems to be trading notes with Lucoa in terms of how to get close to their significant ones (because who else will?). Tsubame finds Lucoa's methods bold, but she herself prefers more "subtle" methods. No words on what she thinks about how Lucoa operates in maid cafe.
  • Has found herself to be "harassed" by Hammond for some reason. Maybe Misha's hamsters has talked to him about Tsubame's antics?

I honestly don't get the whole controversy about nightelf ascending someone a certain way and I don't care enough to comment on it so here's a repost of BOB with [tup]s from Faso, the Wikia Editor, and Louisent. Anything else I should add or is he good to go?

He is BOB, eager for fun. He wears a smile, everybody run.

Killer BOB, God of Mythological Beings with Alien Origins (Robertson, Beware of BOB)

  • Victims: Ryu, Shantae, Richard "Dick" Simmons, Jin Kazama, The Flagellant
  • Opposes: Angra Mainyu
  • Fears: Darkseid
  • Intrigues: The House of Theater
  • A former member of the Black Lodge, a group of eldritch entities that resided in the woods of northeastern Washington, BOB was an enigma amongst enigmas whose origins ranged spawning from a H-bomb during the Trinity nuclear tests to being an alien hailing from a planet made entirely from creamed corn. What was known about him was his obsession with "garmonbozia," a creamed corn-like substance that comprised of the sorrow and suffering that mortals experienced. BOB's drive to obtain as much "garmonbozia" as possible would cause him to terrorize inhabitants of Twin Peaks, first by possessing Leland Palmer and having him commit various acts of rape and murder followed by possessing the doppelganger of FBI agent Dale Cooper. His reign of terror would end on October 2, 2016, when he was captured by Freddie Sykes and shattered to pieces. Still, that day would not be the end for BOB, because now, BOB has been brought back. And he's ready to have some fun.
  • In his world, BOB was able to possess people and control their darkest desires, often causing BOB's hosts to act on those desires. Now that he was alive again without Leland or Cooper to possess, BOB has decided to find new hosts to play with, resulting in the possession of the following deities:
    • Having heard about Ryu and his Satsui no Hadou, BOB was all but certain that he needed to possess Ryu. While Ryu was training with Gouken near his temple, BOB approached Ryu and asked him about the Metsu Shoryuken that he delivered to Sagat during the first tournament. When Ryu demanded to know what BOB was implying, BOB proceeded to "open" Ryu and latch onto Ryu's obsession with fighting, hoping to bring out Evil Ryu in the process. Unbeknownst to BOB, however, not only did Ryu expunge the Satsui no Hadou from his body, but he has also gained control over the Power of Nothingness, allowing Ryu to resist BOB's possession. From Ryu's perspective, it was a horrifying experience as he fought with all his might to expel BOB's presence from his body. From Gouken's perspective, it appeared as if his student wouldn't stop punching himself in the face.
      • Although his possession of Ryu may have been a failure, BOB still somehow garnered the interest of Ryu's expunged Satsui no Hadou, Kage, who believes that BOB is the key to Kage's re-emergence with Ryu. While he doesn't care much for the Shadow One's plan to once again become one with his former self, BOB still enjoyed Kage's battlelust, and hasn't ruled out a possible Symbiotic Possession with the Living Shadow. After all, it wouldn't be the first time that BOB had a mutual possession with an evil doppelganger.
    • Even though Shantae had taken steps to avoid BOB after hearing of his near-possession of Ryu, she was unprepared to find BOB in a mirror inside her temple one day asking her for a wish. Before she could even respond, BOB immediately "opened" Shantae, allowing him to bring forth Nega-Shantae. However, before BOB was able to do anything with Nega-Shantae, Rottytops, accompanied by Sky and Bolo, had already infiltrated Shantae's mind on the off chance that BOB had succeeded in possessing Shantae. As the flabbergasted BOB stood there wondering how the trio even got into Shantae's mind in the first place, Rottytops proceeded to rip off her leg and smack BOB in the face with it, expelling the entity from Shantae's mind. A mysterious-looking orb was seen flying out of Shantae's temple in a stupor shortly afterwards.
    • In contrast with the former two victims, BOB managed to successfully possess the body of Private First Class Richard "Dick" Simmons, who was "opened" by BOB after the latter asked the former how Sarge was doing. As a result, Simmons became highly aggressive and hostile to the other members of the Red Team, culminating in him trying to kill Sarge whilst ranting about how everyone will start wanting to "kiss MY ass!" Simmons was just about to drive a knife into Sarge's throat when BOB, having grown bored of Simmons, exited his body to possess someone else, leaving Simmons to awkwardly explain to Sarge why he was holding a knife to Sarge's neck. Some time later, Simmons was seen running through the House of Travel whilst Sarge pursued him with a Warthog that constantly played Tejano music.
    • Hoping to take over Jin Kazama's body so that he could exploit Jin's Devil Gene, BOB appeared before Jin one day while he was training with his fellow Tekken deities and asked him about his original last name, Mishima. As Jin angrily asked BOB as to why he was pestering him, BOB "opened" him and immediately awakening Devil Jin. What followed was essentially a massacre at the House of Combat, as the BOB-controlled Devil Jin slaughtered not just the deities from Tekken, but also any God or Goddess that was unfortunate enough cross paths with him. By the end of the day, a large portion of the House was depopulated, and Jin was found surrounded by the corpses of his fellow deities whilst looking upon the carnage he was forced to carry out. As for BOB, he or his orb form were nowhere to seen within the House's bloodstained halls. Rather, he was back at his temple, contemplating about the best experience he ever had in the Pantheon so far.
    • While delving deep into the Crimon Court's courtyard, the Flagellant and the Highwayman were surprised to come across not another Crocodilian, but rather a disheveled man smiling menacingly who began asking the Flagellant what it was like to suffer. As the Flagellant and Highwayman stared at him in confusion, BOB began to "open" the Flagellant, stressing the Flagellant out enough to become Rapturous. From there, the BOB-possessed Flagellant would begin a wholesale slaughter on the courtyard, starting with the Highwayman and including the Barron, the Viscount, and many of the infected nobles that inhabited the tainted land. His indiscriminate killing came to an end when a badly wounded Countess somehow implanted an egg on the Flagellant's back that soon hatched, killing the Flagellant. Unfortunately for the Crimson Court, a satisfied BOB escaped before the egg hatched. Sure, he may have earned an enemy in the Ancestor and the Crimson Court, but none of that mattered to BOB in the slightest. To him, the absurd amount of garmonbozia he managed to accumulate whilst in possession of the Flagellant made it more than worth the trouble.
      • Unexpectedly (or expectedly?), this single act of corruption managed to impress of the King of Corruption himself, Molag Bal, who immediately took a liking to BOB after hearing about the various atrocities he's forced his host, Leland Palmer, to commit upon his own daughter and how it forced her into a self-destructive lifestyle of hedonism. BOB seems to be fond of the Daedric Prince as well, if his insistence that Hated One break the Pantheon's rules and turn Laura Palmer into a Daughter of Coldharbour is anything to go by.
  • Being an entity of pure malice, BOB has found himself avoiding the likes of Samurai Jack and Link thanks to the swords they possess, which BOB had found out the hard way that they're able to slice apart creatures made of pure evil. BOB especially hates the Samurai for managing to wound BOB after stumbling upon him trying to possess Ashi.
  • Due to the presence of the Anti-Life Equation, BOB has been uncharacteristically scared of the thought of confronting Darkseid. As much as BOB would love to take over the Dread Lord's body and have him go to town on the Pantheon, not even he wants to test his chances at retaining control of his body in spite of a mathematical formula that is said to be capable of dominating sentient beings.
  • Mr. Scratch has unsurprisingly struck up a friendship with BOB, who was glad to meet another embodiment of pure evil such as himself, especially since Mr. Scratch didn't seem to be a pansy like his former partner, MIKE, was. The two have even floated the idea of becoming partners to torment the denizens of the Pantheon. This did not sit well with Alan Wake when he heard about the potential partnership, especially now that he has to worry about two Humanoid Abominations trying to make his life a living hell.
    • In addition to Mr. Scratch, BOB has worked with Parallax on more than one occasion, much to Hal Jordan's dismay. Unlike Mr. Scratch, however, BOB doesn't trust Parallax in the slightest, as he's convinced that the Fear Entity is just trying to get closer so it can steal BOB's garmonbozia for itself. Given that Parallax would gladly slaughter the Sinestro Corps should they get in its way, BOB's paranoia is not unwarranted.
  • Having heard about Angra Mainyu and their ability to corrupt people when fused with the Holy Grail, BOB couldn't help but feel excited to meet such a deity (and potentially hijack his body to inflict more pain and suffering on the Pantheon of course). In his excitement, BOB did not expect that the supposed God of Evil would actually be a woefully weak villager that's virtually useless without the Holy Grail. BOB was reportedly so disappointed by the encounter with Angra Mainyu that he dropped his smile and walked away from the Avenger without even trying to possess him.
  • Originally, BOB wasn't even meant to have been part of his original universe. The only reason he came into existence was because the show's set director, Frank Silva, had unintentionally endeared himself to the show's creator, David Lynch, after Frank had almost trapped himself in Laura Palmer's room by accident, resulting in Lynch creating the character BOB after shooting footage of Frank Silva looking up from the foot of Laura's bed. Upon discovering this information, the House of Theater, hoping to sit down and interview Frank Silva about how he managed to land a position on the show, has started hiring mercenaries to track down BOB while the House figures out a way to contact Frank through BOB.
  • "You may think I have gone insane, but I promise... I will kill again!"

[down] Stop picking your nose you disgusting motherfucker.

@ Jrads: I know the author made a bad series but that's a step too far

@ Creepers: While technically plants, the House of Plants don't care for them for their habit of exploding all over the place. Otherwise, [tup]

Muundeis@On Vanilla Protagonist, it one of those YMMV that gained plenty of misuse for complaining. Just go to the is this an example forum to ask if they fit. Problem solve.

I have a suggestion for some new lore on Majin Buu in the Pantheon. Just lore, mind you. This idea came about by studying the Superman Theory.

  • It is a running theory in the Main House that the various forms of Majin Buu represent the Four Cardinal Alignments: Good, Evil, Law and Chaos, that make him an ideal petri dish to represent them, if only he could be tamed. (Un)fortunately, Melkor bought in to the theory first which heightened his interest in Buu and resulted in him becoming part of his inner circle, the Four Horsemen (which had just kicked out the Ebon Dragon).

  • Kid Buu, his purest form, represents Pure Chaos (and Destruction too)
  • Supreme Buu (unofficial), after absorbing the four Supreme Kai (but not the Grand Supreme Kai) represents Pure Law (as how Supreme Kais should operate). This is by far the weakest part of the theory.
  • Fat Buu or Good Buu represents Pure Good, the innocence and kindness brought into shape by Buu absorbing the Daikaioshin.
  • Finally, Evil Buu represents Pure Evil and Sadism, evil without the psychosis and Chaos brought about by the Super Buu form.
  • As such, now not just the GUAE and GUAD are fighting over him, but the Pantheon/GUAL and GUAC (the Good Alliance already has Fat Buu) are gunning for him too. Evil Buu is now thought to have been expelled offscreen before Kid Buu was reborn, and is out there somewhere, dormant. Melkor is now holding expeditions to find Evil Buu instead of capturing Good Buu, so he create a better Super Buu than the original.

So, whaddya think?

I'm going to sleep now, but I'll leave you with these two profiles.

Lieutenant Frank Bullitt, God of Chase Scenes

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/167907steve_mcqueen_bullitt_posters_5.jpg
  • House: TBA
  • Demigod
  • Symbol: A Highland Green 1968 Ford Mustang 390 CID Fastback
  • Theme Song: Bullitt Main Theme
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good
  • Portfolio: Badass Driver with a Cool Car, Cowboy Cop, unable to find out who is behind the organized crime operation due to killing a witness
  • Domains: Police, Detectives, Car Chases
  • High Priest: Jimmy “Popeye” Doyle
  • Allies: Dirty Harry, Ryotaro Dojima, John Hartigan, Judy Hopps, The Dukes of Hazzard
  • Enemies:
  • Complicated Relationship with: Leon Montana
  • Annoyed with: Roscoe P. Coltrane
  • Lt. Frank Bullitt is a San Francisco-based police detective who was assigned to protect a star witness for an important trial. However, before the night is over, the witness that he was supposed to protect was murdered by two hitmen. Upon knowing this, Bullitt gathered up information about the incident and opened up an investigation on his own after his police captain gave him the permission to investigate the crime. When Bullitt opened up the investigation, people around started to ponder about his behavior and his antics on pursuing those who are responsible of the crime.
  • Originally, Bullitt served as a High Priest to Harold Francis Callahan, God of Vigilante Cops. However, the Main House recommended him for godhood after examining his story, which includes a Chase Scene which involves him in pursuit of two bad guys in a black Dodge Charger. Because of this, he was chosen to ascend for this trope. While Dirty Harry prefers to work alone, he has come to respect Bullitt’s determination to pursue those who killed his witness as well as him being a fellow cop who resides in San Francisco.
  • Ryotaro Dojima is one detective who sympathizes with Bullitt, given his guilt on being unable to solve a case. However, he is wary of Bullitt’s actions as his reckless driving reminds him of a hit-and-run that killed his wife. Among other Cowboy Cops that he has allied with, they include John Hartigan and Judy Hopps (who has her own Chase Scene when trying to apprehend Weaselton).
  • Doesn’t know what to make of Leon Montana. While he’s aware that he’s a hitman who works for the mafia, he also learned that he has a good heart as shown whenever he takes care of Mathilda.

Akai is up. Sorry, I don't have time right now.
