Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:
- When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
- You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
- When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
- For new and reworked deities, 3 means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
- For new and reworked deities, 4 is a 3 day waiting period.
- 5 is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
- Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
- For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 is a 3 day waiting period.
- 4 is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
- Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
- On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
- When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
- Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.
- Preparing to write:
- First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
- In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
- When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
- Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
- As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
- For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
- Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
- On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
- Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
- A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
- Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.
- Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
- Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
- Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
- Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
- Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
- Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.
God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)
- An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
- Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
- Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
- Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
- Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
- For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
- Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
- Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
- Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
- High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
- Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
- Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
- Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple of more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.
Template for Dominions profiles:

- Domains: Things that the place has links to.
- Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.

- Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
- Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
- And some more trivia/facts.
- And a couple of more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

More on Zeku.
Zeku, God Of The Greatest Style (38th Master of Bushinryuu Nijnjitsu, Cool Old Guy, Zeku the Godspeed, The Ever-Changing Ninja, Original Strider)
- Potential Houses: Combat Other
- Lesser God
- Symbol: His Business Card
- Theme Song: Zeku's Theme
- Alignment: Neutral Good
- Portfolio: Ascended Extra, Badass Grandpa In A Nice Suit, Bare-Fisted Ninja, Composite Character, Dual Age Modes (it's an illusion), Highly-Visible Ninja, Hot Blooded Sideburns, Instant Costume Change, Nice Guy, Ninja Master To Guy And Maki, Silver Fox, Sleeves Are for Wimps, Traveling Salesman, Warrior Poet
- Domains: Bushinryuu Ninjitsu, Salesmen, Writing Haiku
- Rumored Founder Of: The Striders
- Admirer: Laura Matsuda
- Allies:
- Ascended Ninja Allies: Guy and Maki Genryusai (his successor and student respectively), Strider Hiryu, Ibuki, Mai Shiranui, Ryu Hayabusa, Naruto and Hinata Uzumaki, Sasuke and Sakura Uchiha, Boruto Uzumaki and Sarada Uchiha, Kasumi, Ayane, Kitty Pryde (yes, Kitty is a trained ninja), Scorpion
- Other Allies: Mike Haggar, Karin Kanzuki, Gouken
- Rivals: TBD
- Enemies: Souther
- A single thought crept into Zeku's mind as he watched Guy and Maki fight for the umpteenth time regarding the Bushinryuu succession: "They're at it again." Only when he cleared his throat did the two stopped fighting, Guy and Mali shocked to see their master in the Pantheon. Turns out that Zeku has ascended, and neither Guy or Maki got the memo from Rena, Guy's wife and Maki's sister, who doubles as the pair's High Priestess. Oops.
- Bushinryuu Ninjitsu has been around for 600 years. Similar Hokuto Shinken, it followed the rule of isshi soden, meaning "one student, one teacher." When the student becomes the new Grandmaster, they are required to kill their predecessor. Guy was the first to break that tradition by not killing his master. As a result of this, Zeku ventured out on a path of self-discovery and to form a new style.
- Zeku has his own share of admirers. Laura Matsuda is one of them, as she thinks "older men are very sexy." Zeku is flattered by the attention from Laura, to which he describes her as a "spicy flower," one that is "full of zest and love of life." That and he also called her a "dangerous temptress."
- Ibuki thinks that his younger self is hot. However, she does not share the same optimism as Laura regarding his older form.
- Zeku's hobbies including appraising antiques and composing Japanese haiku. The former is where Ryu Hayabusa comes in, as he owns a curio shop. There as some items that even Hayabusa cannot identify, which is where Zeku comes in. Thus, a friendship is formed between the two ninjas. He has also formed a sempai-kohai relationship with Kasumi and Ayane, teaching them both meditation techniques, as Ayane promised not to try and kill her sister/cousin.

The One Who Crosses The Sky In FlamesWell, Human Resources is science. In a sense.
@Whirl: I've just checked in the subhouse of Firearms, Mana Tatsumiya has Unorthodox Reload now.
Next time on Dr. Phil Straddles The Border...@Whirl about Zero Two and Hiro, it might read better as Dual Deities than Duo Deities. also, any romeo and juliet type lovers would be good people for them to interact with.
@Muun: For Rushuna Tendou's rework.
TV Tropes Pantheon Group Members DatabaseThe Gill-man is up.
BTW, I place Rikuo in Reworking Gods in case there's anyone who's interested.

Hello, my baby. Hello, my honey. Hello, my ragtime gal.@Fasoman: The Black Mage being an evil gun deity would almost certainly be at odds with the Doctor, who's not the biggest fan of guns.
So I haven't worked on my profiles in some time...so now that I'm on summer break, I'll probably dedicate more time to working on them.
But anyhow, here's the first draft for Rose Tyler. Feedback and approvals will both be accepted.
Rose Tyler, Goddess of Arc Words (The Bad Wolf, Bad Wolf Entity)
- Potential Rank: Lesser Goddess ( Overdeity as the Bad Wolf Entity) in Writing Techniques (House of Narrative)
- Symbol: The words "Bad Wolf"
- Theme song: "Doomsday", "Rose's Theme", or "Bad Wolf"
- Alignment: Neutral Good
- Portfolio: Action Girl, travels with the Doctor, Fun Personified, likes hugging, First Girl Wins, Girl Next Door, Girly Bruiser, A God Am I, The Heart, often holds hands with the Doctor, Morality Chain, Living Emotional Crutch, Person of Mass Destruction, temporarily became all-powerful, Everyone Loves Blondes, takes pity on a Dalek, Plucky Girl, confessed her love for the Doctor in a heartbreaking moment.
- Heralds: Jackie Tyler, Mickey Smith, Meta-Crisis Tenth Doctor
- Allies: The Doctor, Captain Jack Harkness, The Doctor's TARDIS, Amy Pond, Rory Williams, Ood Sigma, Vastra, Sherlock Holmes, John Watson, Sam and Dean Winchester, Rose DeWitt Bukateer and Jack Dawson, Princess Leia, Ahsoka Tano, Samus Aran
- Romantic Rival with: River Song (though they are civil to one another most of the time)
- Odd Relationship: Dalek Sec, Dalek Caan, Silent Priests
- Enemies: Dalek Emperor, Davros, Nestene Consciousness, The Master/Missy, The Beast, Cybermen, Weeping Angels, Vashta Nerada, Rassilon, Omega, Dalek Time Controller, Professor Moriarty, Palpatine, Cal Hockley, SCP Foundation
- Rose Tyler was a young woman living with her mother in London, England, who worked at a clothing store, and was dating Mickey Smith. One day after work, she was cornered by Autons in the basement of the store she worked at. Just as she was about to be killed, she saved by a big-eared man who called himself "the Doctor". After an adventure around London in which they defeated the Nestene Consciousness, she began traveling with the Doctor, and has never looked back.
- Notably, the day her and the Doctor's adventures came to end is an infamous Tear Jerker for many Gods in the Pantheon. While she did eventually find her way back to the Doctor, it doesn't diminish the fact that the way her adventures came to an end was one that was both hard on her and the Doctor, as she was the one who restored his idealism and reminded him what it meant to be the Doctor after the events of the Last Great Time War.
- Upon ascending, the first thing she did was that she went to meet the Doctor, but was rather surprised when the Doctor has not only changed once again, but was now female. She didn't mind the change though, as most of her surprise came from the fact that she was unaware that Time Lords could change gender, and may or may not still fancy her. She made quick friends with Amy and Rory, and just as when she and Sarah Jane Smith met, she and Amy immediately started talking about all of the Doctor's embarrassing habits and quirks, much to the Doctor's chagrin.
- Is civil to River Song, but was at first bewildered and a tad bit jealous of her when they first met, given that the Doctor was married to the latter. Though after realizing that the incarnation of the Doctor who married her was a different one than the two she knew, she was understanding, if still somewhat envious about how close their relationship together is.
- Has managed to become fast friends with Rose DeWitt Bukateer, as they have managed to bond over being separated from their loved ones, although Rose Bukateer somewhat envies the freedom women in Rose Tyler's time have, compared to the amount of freedom women had around the Titanic's time. Rose Tyler also finds it odd that Rose Bukateer is in love with someone named Jack, as Rose Tyler has also traveled with a Jack. Ironically, both of those Jacks are widely remembered for their deaths (or in Jack Harkness' case, multiple deaths).
- Her experiences with Henry Van Statten and Torchwood (when led by Yvonne Hartman) has led her distrusting the SCP Foundation and a number of their methods, mainly Project Montauk (to be clear, she doesn't know what it is, but she knows it's bad). She's also been put under watch by them thanks to her association with the Doctor, and they are also curious in the technology she was able to use to travel between realities, but she has no intention of giving it up.
- Has gotten along well with other badass sci-fi girls, such as Ahsoka Tano, Princess Leia, and Samus Aran. The latter two she was able to empathize with well, as they had both lost their own parents, and eventually could never return to their home (although with Samus and Leia, their homeworlds were destroyed, while Rose was stranded in a parallel world). She also really wants to try on Samus' power suit, which Samus is pretty reluctant about.
- Sam and Dean Winchester's experiences with alternate realities have led to them becoming acquainted. The fact that all three of them lost a parent at a young age has also impacted their newfound friendship. While Sam and Dean's more recent adventures in the Apocalypse World are interesting to Rose, she, as well as many other deities, are far more interested in their adventure in the French Mistake reality. Because of this, Rose has become curious about the possibility of a reality where her life is a TV show, and has noticed the similarities between her and a certain mortal pop star-turned actress.

"Shout, shout, let it all out These are the things I can do without, come on I'm talking to you, come on!" -Tears For FearsJust a couple of questions to help me with Merc, but firstly, what is the difference between Portfolio and Domains? I know that the portfolio has some tropes associated with the god but I can't quite wrap my head around the domain thing.
Also, just how is that the Pantheon realm exist? I wonder in case the Throne could end up affecting it.
As for relations, I think that some in the houses of Love, Family, Magic, as well as any of the schemers might have something to say about him. And I also wonder, are there any that would really like/dislike the kind of multiverse reality warping shenanigans Mercurius (or really any holder of the Throne) has engaged in?

- Conflicting Opinion on: Kirito Kirigaya
- Odd Friendship with: The Conductor & DJ Grooves
- Asuka Hiiragi is a Wielder who has the ability to conjure up a weapon made from her soul called a Soul Device, which are weapons that are specially designed to kill monsters called Greeds. The Greeds constantly plague her world from an Eldritch Location know as the Eclipse, and as an Enforcer of an organization called Nemesis, her job is to defeat the Greeds inside labyrinths and cut off their connection to her world. Her Soul Device is Exerion Hearts; a sword that can either control Spirit (essentially Ice) or Shadow, depending on the Master Core equipped. Her Soul Device was passed down from Asuka's mother, who died several years ago protecting her from the mass Greed invasion of Morimiya City during the Tokyo Twilight Disaster.
- Asuka ascended into the pantheon for the fact that she tried to not get Kou Tokisaka along with everyone else involved with the Eclipse, because as an Enforcer of Nemesis, she believes that it is her duty to defeat the Greeds by herself because she has more experience. This has lead her to eventually leave Kou behind by deliberately trapping him inside a barrier just to prevent him from helping her, thinking that the more powerful Grim Greed is way out of his league. She ends up getting kidnapped for her troubles, and had to be rescued by Kou and the others as a result. She has long since mellowed out from this mindset, but still encourages Kou to be careful.
- Asuka gets along with Weiss Schnee very well despite not sharing any prestigious noble background like Weiss. This is because both share similarities of wielding swords that can manipulate ice, and Weiss has her own share of monsters that she fights back in her world called Grimm, which Asuka compares to Greeds. Because of this, both Weiss and Asuka help each other from time to time to defeat both the Grimm and the Greeds that run amok around the pantheon.
- She also gets along with Asuna Yuuki, who not only looks similar to Asuka, but both are very skilled in swordsmanship. They often spar with each other in friendly matches as a result, and Asuka compliments Asuna's skills with the blade despite learning them from a VRMMO game. They also get together for friendly chats about various topics. However, whenever Asuna brings up her relationship with Kirito Kirigaya to her and compares him to Kou Tokisaka, Asuka immediately rejects the notion, saying that her relationship with Kou is just "acquaintances". Though given her reaction, Asuna believes that Asuka doesn't want to admit her feelings towards Kou.
- On a related note, Asuka has developed complicated feelings towards Kirito because he looks and sounds like Kou. It also doesn't help that Kirito has mistaken Asuka for his girlfriend Asuna on a couple of occasions.
- Both the Snatcher and the Devil of Inkwell Isles have attempted to force Asuka into a deal with them. Unfortunately for them, Asuka is already contracted with Nemesis, and by extension, her Soul Device, so she refused. And since the Snatcher and the Devil are monsters, that gives Asuka more of an incentive to defeat them. She was able to defeat the Devil no problem, and managed to bypass the Snatcher's "turn blue" gimmick thanks to her Soul Device being designed to harm evil monsters of any type.
- Ever since Aiden Pearce attempted to hack into her Xiphone, she has become increasingly weary over his superb hacking skills, as she does not want her info of Nemesis, the Eclipse, the Greeds, and Soul Devices to be made public in the mortal world. Asuka has tracked down Aiden a couple of times just to prevent him from spreading the info, making Aiden a constant enemy to Asuka. She has also become weary of Sombra for similar reasons.
- She has developed a rather odd friendship with both the Conductor and DJ Grooves. This is because the two bird directors offered Asuka acting roles in their movies, to which, she accepts due to being involved with a student movie project at Morimiya Academy before. She's also a natural at acting since as an Enforcer of Nemesis, it's a requirement to hide her status, so she's able to perform very well in their movies to great acclaim. Asuka returns the favor by having SPiKA perform at DJ Grooves' show, and also shares her knowledge about American westerns from her time as an exchange student in the US to the Conductor to help him improve.
- Asuka and Shana are on good terms because of how similar Wielders and Flame Hazes are, and how they're both tasked with defeating otherwordly threats in order to maintain the balances of their worlds. Shana also had a similar position to Asuka in that she tried to keep Yuji Sakai out of her business before realizing how valuable of an asset he is in the battlefield, and eventually developed feelings for him.
- She strongly opposes the Incubators due to their methods in how they contract girls to become Magical Girls. While Asuka appreciates their goal in-principle (to prevent heat death of the universe), how they go about it is considered too cruel and unethical to her, and she can't help but feel sorry for whoever agrees to their contracts. Whenever Asuka encounters a Witch, she fights it with the knowledge that essentially she's committing a Mercy Kill to the poor soul whose Soul Gem became corrupted.
Here's another Diego repost. I posted my intentions on doing this character with the trope given previously onto the forum but nobody paid attention to it, unless someone tells me, the trope is free since whoever reserved it never went anywhere with it.
Diego Brando, God of Dinosaur Inclusions (Dio)
- Intermediate God
- Symbol: His equestrian helmet that spells DIO
- Theme Song: Diego Brando (Scary Monsters)
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Portfolio: Anti-Villain, Can turn himself and others into dinosaurs, Nice Hat, Determinator, British Assholes, Nominal Hero, It's All About Me, Used to Be a Sweet Kid, Let Them Die Happy, Cut in half by a train

- Odd Friendship: Jonathan Joestar, Kyoko Sakura
- Rivals: Johnny Joestar, Gyro Zeppeli, Gilgamesh (Nasuverse)
- Enemies: Funny Valentine, Indominus Rex, Merged Zamasu, Ragyo Kiryuin, The Child Abuse Supporters, Tywin Lannister, Relius Clover, Saber Alter
- Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Dio Brando, Enrico Pucci
- Respects: Petyr Baelish, Tohru Adachi
- Pitied by: Zuko, Katara, Madoka Kaname
- Pities: Natsuki (DDLC), Atalanta
- Opposed by: Robert E.O. Speedwagon, Maximus
- Opposes: Jon Snow, Ren Amamiya, Darth Vader
- Conflicting Opinion: Giorno Giovanna, Steven Armstrong, Raiden (Metal Gear)
- Diego Brando is a popular British jockey who participated in the Steel Ball Run race, hailed as a genius in horse-racing. After an incident in the mountains, Diego would gain his own Stand, Scary Monsters which turns himself and others into dinosaurs. He would side with Valentine initially but would turn against the president and attempt to take Valentine down by dragging him under a train. Diego gets cut in half by the train but Valentine survives but Diego dies believing he stopped the president. His soul eventually ascended to the Pantheon and the rage he had once he found out his efforts were in vain and Johnny finished Valentine instead could be felt across the entire House. Amplified even more by the fact Valentine summoned an Alternate Universe version of him that can stop time.
- After learning where Valentine was, Diego stormed towards his temple to confront the president and finish him off only for Valentine to escape. He then learned about how Death Is Cheap in the Pantheon, which frustrated him to no end initially because he can't finish Valentine but then realized that he can inflict a far worse fate upon his enemy.
- Was peeved to meet Gyro and Johnny again despite sharing a common foe. While they aren't in the best of terms, they are begrudgingly willing to work with one another if it is to do battle against Valentine once more. Diego tried to solidify this alliance with one another by telling a joke. Suffice to say, Gyro and Johnny cringed after the joke was told.
- The way his Stand works is that whatever organic being Diego physically touches or injures, they are turned into a dinosaur of his choosing which he can control, which includes dinosaur-themed inanimate objects oddly enough. The amount of time for the transformation to occur is inconsistent (normal people are near instant while people with supernatural abilities take minutes), but they can all spread the affliction to turn people into dinosaurs via attacking others. Diego can turn himself into a raptor, leading his newfound minions against whatever opponent awaits him. So obviously, Diego is drawn to dinosaurs and can even converse with them as a raptor.
- Diego is absolute disgusted by the Indominus Rex, considering more of a scientific abomination than a true dinosaur. He has attempted to strike a conversation with the beast as a raptor but he really did not take to the Indiminus' language nicely.
- During the incident when Heaven Ascended DIO attempted to take control of the timelines, he sided with a Dio who had just become a vampire and both did not like working with one another despite having to. Diego was angered after finding out Heaven Ascended DIO forced Valentine to work under him without Diego's knowledge. The jockey confronted his counterpart about this and DIO laughed, stating that Heaven DIO probably saw Valentine was but a mere pawn to him and held that info off because Diego would have tried to attack Valentine who was vital to his plans. Diego then stormed off and hasn't spoken to his counterpart since.
- Due to his mother and himself being abused by others in his childhood, Diego would grow up to have resentment against humans, deeming mankind filled with horrible people. He has a particular hatred for fathers, as his own abandoned him and his mother. To no surprise, he gets along well with Mordred, Daemon Blackfyre and Goro Akechi, all who are very spiteful to their parents (Mordred is a bit... complicated however).
- He has given huge respect to Petyr Baelish for plunging an entire continent into a civil war just because he was cucked. He also likes Adachi's philosophy about screwing the world over out of boredom even if Adachi has gotten a bit lax about this view on the world in time.
- Diego has joined the GUAC Morningstar Battalion as a way to climb up the ranks in the Pantheon. He likes Lucifer's Social Darwinist philosophy and plans on to usurp a Lord of Chaos and take their position (ideally Armstrong; Diego likes the man's ideas but the senator's patriotism reminds him too much of Valentine).
- Shockingly, Diego manages to get along fine with Jonathan Joestar. When he actually had a chance to talk to Johnny's counterpart, they bonded over their knowledge of prehistoric animals while Jonny and Dio were in the background◊.
- Has nothing but pity towards Natsuki and Atalanta for having such horrible fathers and wishes the best for them. This coming from Diego really means something.
- He questioned Ren Amamiya and his counterpart's son why they haven't used their abilities for their own benefits, Ren to take control of Japan and punish the society that wrongly labelled him and Giorno to run The Mafia at its fullest and essentially rule all of Italy with an iron fist. They responded that if they did that, they would not better than their own enemies. Diego scoffed, saying that their insistence of doing good only holds back their full potential before leaving.
- Diego is more drawn to horses than dinosaurs in actuality. He got on Heracles' good side when he gushed about his own horse. Maximus seems to be the only horse who is against Diego in that regard.
- While Diego does not like humanity, even he sees Zamasu's genocide as too much and wants to destroy the deity as much as anyone else.
- When Speedwagon ran into Diego, this happened◊. In the end, Speedwagon was surprised Diego was an Anti-Villain more than anything compared to Dio and that their upbringings may have something to do with it. Speedwagon still cannot hold past the fact Diego attacked them during the Heaven DIO incident and has steered cleared of the jockey.
- Has struck a rather odd friendship with Kyoko Sakura, seeing as they were both born into poverty. While Kyoko does not condone Diego's It's All About Me attitude which she had once had, she sees him as a potentially good person who's past forced him with the misguided beliefs he has now. She is trying to convince him to join the side of good (Madoka recommended her to so) but Diego is too focused on gaining a higher position in the Pantheon for the moment.
- Zuko and Katara see Diego as a misguided person as well, lamenting that if his mother had survived, Diego would have grown to becoming a much better man. Madoka also sees as Diego this as well, which is why she has told Kyoko to at least the tell him a spot is open in the GUAG Token Evil Teammates if he ever wants to join.
- Is rather happy that he'a considered the best JoJo husbando. Fortunately, nobody has told him the man was paid to say that.
Did you miss the discussion about his trope? We didn't quite agree on giving him that
Uni cat@M1gami: Yes, I did see your proposal for Diego; I just don't know how to respond. Since the trope is reserved, it is technically not free anymore (unless there is a better candidate or the reservation expires after three months, which we can agree on). Everythings Better With Dinosaurs still fit the Kyoryugers better, but the reason N3xus and I didn't work on them yet is because (1) we were preoccupied with other stuff and (2) neither I nor he have finished watching the show.
Here are alternative tropes for Diego. (Always Someone Better, The Ace, Glasgow Grin, Half the Man He Used to Be and "Shaggy Dog" Story) You might wanna consider them on the possiblity that no one else did not agree with your choice.
Next time on Dr. Phil Straddles The Border...I read it but I'm saying this to clear up some uncertainty on reservations. I post infrequently (third world internet), and it bites my ass because nobody pays attention to my finished profiles when I post them and we get situations like these when I'm ready. Not saying I dislike feedback or going back to edit the profile, it's just things I post somehow stir up a bit of discussion
I'll look into the other alternative tropes if I have to edit the profile but I gotta talk to the person who reserved the trope first.

Pantheon server for all who click here. Freaking lost $410 and I am hunting down for a nuke to reign down.Maybe most post are too long to pay attention. Especially how things look now.

Alright, so it appears that I'm not getting any support for Asuka Hiiragi, so I'm going to drop the whole suggestion and leave Rebuff the Amateur up for grabs.
You aren't the only troper here, you know?
In any case, she looks good to me
Uni catWoah, there. You can't just drop the profile now, it looks like it was getting good. Add these suggestions in and you can take this : Asuka could be friends with fellow Defrosting Ice Queen, Mitsuru Kirijo who offers to train her in refining her swordsmanship and try to advise her on not making reckless actions like leaving Kou behind for his own safety. She could also be friends with Yuzu Hiiragi and Rin since both are also Tsunderes towards the boys they like and Rin is fascinated by her ability to control Spirit reminds Rin of her Wind Witch deck archetype which has ice-like abilities.
Next time on Dr. Phil Straddles The Border...If the profile is good, then how come I never got any feedback up until now? I was under the impression that no one cared, since I usually see no feedback as a sign of no support.
That being said, I feel like your is just out of pity directly after I announced the drop, so I don't think it's fair for me to accept them. But if you want me to continue working on the profile, alrighty then. I'll try and squeeze these suggestions in.
Nobody have the time to say everything. I get that a lot all the time but that doesn't mean that people doesn't care. So don't get too touchy just because someone doesn't have the time to talk about it. Just be patient and maybe someone will say something. Just keep reposting and maybe make some changes throughout and someone might say something.

Fire Emblem Heroes Code: 4547311645 Fate/Grand Order Code: 188037115We can't respond to everything. Consider that not everyone is always here or they might not know enough to comment on them.
We were dealing with another topic and your profile got overlooked, it tends to happen.
Uni cat@M3gami Tensei: I don't see the point why you eager to give Diego Everythings Better With Dinosaurs without our consent and I really don't aknowledge that he fit the trope to him in the long run. I believed he has a better trope than that.
This is all Zi-O's fault!@Matteste: Sorry, late reply.
1) Portfolio is where the tropes that applies to the character get listed there while Domains cover broad ideas that the character has influenced, for example:
Domains: Time, Space, Destruction...
You don't have to find links for them.
2) The Trope Pantheons from what I can tell runs on the Tinkerbell effect; the belief of mortals (us) is what keeps the place alive and well.
3) Maybe the heads of the House of Time And Space would find destructive-hungry reality breakers like Mercurius REALLY bad news. If you want more interactions for Mercurius, I'll give you them on your next repost of him.
Next time on Dr. Phil Straddles The Border...Standard repost for Ichiro and Ryoko.
Ichiro Sato and Ryoko Sato, Divine Couple of Separations and Later Reconciliations (Ichiro: Koga Maryuin)

- For Ryoko: Fuuka Akitsuki, Tohka Yatogami, Mayuri, Honoka Mitsui

- Conflicting Opinion: Homer and Bart Simpson, Sam Malone and Diane Chambers
- Break-Up/Make-Up Scenario has been a staple in character-driven storytelling since time immemorial, as it serves to test the strength of the heroes' feelings, and to make the audience wonder whether they’ll come back together and have a Happy Ending. Problem is, this scenario is used so often in fiction that it would be easy to expect it whenever a story focuses on the relation of the couple. Over years, it went from a major plot twist to a convention, or even a cliché. The Pantheon's higher-ups debated who would be the most appropriate holder for this trope. Fortunately, they didn't have to search for long, as Ichiro and Ryoko proved to be the right candidates.
- Their story was one of the most poignant in recent memory: after a traumatic experience with his chuunibyou past, Ichiro attempted to be normal, until he met Ryoko, who still harbored the same fantasies he previously indulged into. At first, Ichiro tries to keep up her distance from Ryoko but learns to grow closer to her. Things go south when a Gang of Bullies found out about Ichiro's chuunibyou past and threatened tell everyone about unless Ichiro abandoned Ryoko. As you can expect, this caused a lot of grief to both Ichiro, who goes through a period of self-loathing, and Ryoko, who got tired of the real world and wanted to live in her fantasies forever. Fortunately, Ichiro reached out to Ryoko and promises to her that they will confront reality together. Among cheers of celebration and Tears of Joy, Ichiro and Ryoko ascended.
- Ichiro and Ryoko quickly became friends with Kaito Kirishima and Ichika Takatsuki, who weren't all that different from them, aside from one tiny detail. They enjoy going on double dates, which involve exploring exotic places, eating fancy meals, watching movies and playing video games. Another couple fond of Ichiro and Ryoko were Harry and Sally, who were shocked that despite their young age, Ichiro and Ryoko endured a harsher and more difficult experience to reaffirm their relationship. Harry and Sally ultimately decided to become their mentors in the ways of love, but there are times when Ichiro and Ryoko come off as more mature and reasonable than their adult counterparts, at least, they don't complain as much whenever they visit the House of Food.
- Ichiro and Ryoko were amazed by the existence of magic, space travel and epic adventures in the Pantheon, as they were the things they fantasized about in their chuunibyou days. Many feared their stay in the Pantheon would cause Ichiro and Ryoko to have a relapse, but fortunately, no such thing has happened. As a method of precaution, Haruto Tsukishiro offered them the chance to visit the dreamscape, where they could live out their fantasies in a healthy manner. While Ichiro and Ryoko accepted the opportunity and visit the dreamscape as much as they are able, they have come to understand that dreams are only valid if people have the will to make them a reality, much to Haruto's satisfaction, as that was the lesson he was trying to teach them.
- Their stay in the Pantheon have earned them friendships in gods who teach them lessons about life. For example: Mario taught them to seek joy in their activities, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda taught them to appreciate the bond they made, even Trip and Grace confided in them the many mistakes they have made in their marriage and advised them not to repeat them. Also, their chosen trope earned the friendship of Yuya Sakaki and Yuzu Hiiragi, whose relationship was an important factor in their series; not to mention as hard as their experience was, Ichiro and Ryoko didn't suffer through a war between dimensions.
- They also befriended Samurai Jack and Ashi. More specifically, Ichiro connected with Jack because of their struggles to overcome depression while Ashi was worried that Ryoko could have lost her life in the climax of her story and gave her some words of support.
- They don't like bullies. Bullying is not acceptable. Bullies are the reason why they broke up in the first place. Any bullies shall earn Ichiro and Ryoko's eternal enmity. Hearing of their experience with bullies, Yugi and Pharaoh Atem were quick to befriend the young lovers and invite them to their card games.
- Ichiro and Ryoko's problems in the mortal plane were not at all helped by the ineptitude shown by their parents. The Heroic Protectors of Family took pity on the young lovers and placed them under their collective protection, giving them solance and counsel whenever they need it.
- They faced a moral dilemma when confronting Homer and Bart Simpson, who shared one of the most dysfunctional father-son relationships in the Pantheon. Unable to decide who was the perpetrator and who the victim, given both were prone to episodes of sudden Jerkassery, Ichiro and Ryoko consulted the Heroic Protectors of Family and agreed to let the Simpsons to their devices, much like Mario had done before them.
- They are confused as to why Sam Malone and Diane Chambers share the same temple even if their relationship ultimately didn't work, not to mention they can barely spend five minutes without having some pointless argument. While there is hope for Sam and Diane to improve their relationship, the young lovers still keep their distance from them, as they have a very turbulent relationship and that's the last thing the young lovers need at the moment.
- Before anyone asks, they are not related. Their similar last names are just a coincidence, so don't get any funny ideas. Many deities have joked that if they ever tie the knot, Ryoko will at least have the benefit of going by her maiden's name.
- Exclusive to Ichiro:
- Ichiro was amazed to find that, as hard as his situation was, it was nothing compared to Shido Itsuka's duty to protect the Spirits. Needless to say, a friendship bloomed between Ichiro, Shido, Haruto and Kaito, motivated in no small part to their attitudes and voices. Still, Ichiro can't help but think that Shido, Kaito and Haruto have the same situations that he only experienced through his chuunibyou fantasies.
- While is not what most people would call an everyman, Ichiro still gets along fine with those that fit the archetype, like Spider-Man and Yuu Haruna, as he can relate to their love problems, well except for one thing. He is also friends with regular men chosen by destiny to become heroes like Link, who accepts his heroic destiny with dignity and honor, and Luke Skywalker, who always wanted to be part of something greater than himself. By the time Ichiro earned Luke's trust, the Jedi shared his darkest secret: in a rare moment of fear and distrust, he attempted to kill his nephew, with disastrous consequences for the galaxy. Ichiro, while naturally unnerved by such revelation, understood where Luke was coming from and that he had tried to fix things. Hopefully, it will all work out just fine.
- Exlusive to Ryoko
- Because of her shyness and awkward demeanor, Ryoko had trouble making friends in the Pantheon. That changed, however, when she came across Fuuka Akitsuki, who was exhausted from a singing practice and met Ryoko when they visited a restaurant in the House of Food. Fuuka was able to break through Ryoko's shell and they related on many things, such as their love problems and desire for self-improvement. Tohka Yatogami, having received an invitation from Fuuka, joined them for dinner. At first, Ryoko was a bit scared from Tohka, as she had the same voice of one of the people who bullied her, while Tohka was confused that Ryoko spoke with the voice of Rinne Sonogami. Fortunately, Tohka earned her trust fairly quickly and the three have been inseparable ever since.
- Honoka Mitsui, having heard of Ryoko's problems, came to console her and gave her support in anything she needs to improve her relationship with Ichiro. She even said that while Ryoko speaks like Mayumi Saegusa, she behaves like Kokoa Watatsumi. Ryoko earned similar support from Mayuri, who loves Shido enough to sacrifice her life for him. Knowing she would have likely died had Ichiro not reached her in time, Ryoko thanks her new friends for believing in her.
Any suggestions and/or feedback are welcome.
Here's the GUAG Groups page. We got too many members scattered to not need this. I'll do one for the GUAE once this pans out or something.
Here's the Unaffiliated Warriors page if you wish to edit it. you can put civilians in now. The Warriors bit was just to discourage cluttering it with "useless" civvies like ordinary folks and such.
HotmanX32 has mandated a huge change, which Camilla and I have called the Persona Overhaul.
Unfortunately, this means changing…
- All Pantheon stories from Muse Hysteria onwards.
- By extension, the profiles for the Cutie Mark Crusaders, Gentaro Kisaragi, Carly Nagisa/Carmine, and possibly more. No more Broken fillies, hopefully. So, yay?
Just thought I'd let you know. Hotman hasn't made it official yet, but it should be.
What're your opinions on these (approved) titles (just in case someone has a second opinion)?

I'm planning a new sub-house for Science.
In preparation, I propose moving The Tenno to Sources Of Power since their trope is shoehorned under Science, Minior to Dodging and Defensiveness, and removing Bondrewd from Fields of Science since their trope is shoehorned under Science and they're already under Obscene Actions. Thoughts?
