Rules

Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:

When writing a profile, take note of the following:
- Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
- No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
  - You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
- When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
- You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
  - For new and reworked deities, 3 means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
  - For new and reworked deities, 4 is a 3 day waiting period.
  - 5 is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
  - Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
- For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
  - For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 is a 3 day waiting period.
  - 4 is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
- Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
- The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
- Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
- Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
- Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
- Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
  - On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
- Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
- Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
- To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
- Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

Instructions and Tips

Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

Preparing to write:
- First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
- If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
- Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
  - In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
- If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
- All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
- The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
- A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
- If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
- For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
- For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
- Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
Pantheon Content:
- Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
  - As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
- Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
- For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
For Profile Standards:
- Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
- Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
  - A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
  - Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
  - On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
- Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
  - A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
  - Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
- Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
  - A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
  - Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

Divine Ranking System

Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

Templates

Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
For Pokémon deities only:
- Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
- Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
- Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
- Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
- Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
- Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
- Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
- Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
- Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
- Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
- Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
- Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
- Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
- The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
- The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
And some more trivia/facts.
And a couple of more.
- Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

I guess I wish to finish Huang Lee, but there aren't any notable Triads in the Pantheon, which I guess makes faso's statement all the more true. Here is his rather short improved draft.

The Tale of Huang Lee is a long and arduous one. Following the death of his father in China, his uncle, Wu "Kenny" Lee, called him to arrive in Liberty City, to deliver the family heirloom the Yu Jian Sword so that he may secure a spot as the Triad Leader. Things got awry when his sword was stolen and he himself was left for dead as soon as he arrived in Liberty City. What follows was a journey that forced him into the most rotten core of city, out in the need to reclaim his honor and revenge for his father.
After killing his uncle, who was the murderer all along and becoming the leader of the Triads, the Court of the Gods saw potential in him and appointed him as the representative for Chinese Mobsters, though Lee declined the offer the Court gave him. After the fifth time however, he decided to accept the offer in condition of signing new documents, which he said was a precautionary method just in case he ends up in a place like Liberty City again. Turns out he was placed in a House that is arguably worse than the city itself.
Within his first days of ascension, he was greeted by several citizens from Liberty City who immediately recognized him: the silent Claude, the bouncer Luis Lopez, and veteran soldier turned criminal Niko Bellic. All of which have explained their grieviances in the eponymous city and how all of them managed to survive. His interaction with Claude ended with complete distrust following him, and by extension, Donald Love, almost wiping out the Triad during the early days with his time in the Leones. As for Love, well, let's just say that instigating a war between the Yakuza and Columbian Cartel won't give you a good impression. The two see Huang as quite calm, despite sounding cocky and outright rude.
- Even outside Liberty City, he has gained some reputation. Tommy sees him as a great teammate, even considering him to be more loyal than his other associates, though Huang warns him not to kill any Triads or he'll start spilling heads. Carl Johnson also sees friendship within him, mainly due to his association with another Triad within San Fierro under the name of Wu Zi Mu. When he asked as to the condition of the Triads in San Andreas, he answered that they are thriving in Las Venturas, allowing Huang to allow more support outside Chinatown.
- Despite being a criminal and allying himself with the other GTA protagonists, he prefers not to participate in any of their crimes. He only prefers to maintain the the Triad's stature, following the entire shitshow that occured in 2009. And thats was mainly because of all the backstabbing, killing and treachery that has been happening back when his father died. Not only that, but he is rich enough, so he'll likely pass the opportunity instead.
Following his ascension, he was recently visited (and punched) by Goro Majima, who proclaimed that Huang Lee's life will be a difficult one. It didn't take long for Lee to realize why he hit him in the first place: because he is a Yakuza member (loosely though, since he only allies with Kazuma). However, Kazuma Kiryu also came in and stopped Goro before causing more damage, sincerely apologizing but also stating that he had a feud with the Triads before, hence their rivalry. The Chinese Triad acknowledged this and only had one comment following them leaving his temple:
Huang: "Jesus, and I thought Liberty City had worse Yakuzas."
As with the aformentioned truth that his uncle Kenny was the sole reason behind all the events that almost broke the Triads, he has become wary to any uncles regardless of alignment. Among those he hates are Scar and Uncle Chan. The former's actions makes him closer, if not worse, than his uncle, while Uncle Chan is just plain annoying to him and his rather goofy "Chinese" accent.
Truth be told, Huang also had former relations with the Mafia, having been ratted out once by a traitor who lied to him about info on the stolen blade. Because of this, he wants no relations with any Mafia, fearing that they'll throw him off with false information again.
- Then there is Dimitri Rascalov, the type of scum Huang hates. Backstabbing, power hungry and Russian. Hearing from others about Dimitri's actions made it clear that he will personally kill him if he tries to screw with the Triads.

Initially he wasn't even sure if the universe was worth saving, and while that has changed he is still pessimistic.
Is rather disinterested in good and evil, resulting in his aloof nature. But unlike some such as Brainiac who use this an excuse to do evil, Azmuth is "too smart to be evil". He doesn't much care about the Grand United Alliance of Good, but can be convinced to help them out with the problems the Grand United Alliance of Evil. And he certainly doesn't like his wisdom being used for evil.
Could be considered a good guy Brainiac. Like Vril Dox, they are geniuses of a race in consideration for being the smartest race in the universe. And they aren't subtle about it. However while Azmuth is mostly good, Brainiac's lust for knowledge has made him a super-villain in the extreme. For what it's worth, the Coluan has respect for Azmuth's intelligence, he just thinks he's smarter and doesn't get why he sometimes puts value on less intelligent beings.
Invented various other things, most notably he created the Galvan Mechamorphs on the once lifeless moon of his homeworld. You can find him tinkering and proving his medal in the House of Technology, often boasting he's the smartest man of the universe's smartest race. Alakazam wishes to deflate his ego, arguing that he is smarter due to his 5000 IQ and ability to continually grow new brain cells.
Had a number of reasons creating the Omnixtrix, two of them being so people could walk in each other's shoes and that he had a DNA repository to restore species from extinction. For both of these reasons, the Daleks consider the Omnitrix to be an abomination. This first purpose may be why Azmuth seems interested in the Venom Symbiote due to how it bonds with other lifeforms, or the Blorg Community liking the idea.
Dr Gero wants the Omnitrix, as while he loathes to admit it it's a far more efficient way to create a genetic masterpiece like Cell. Azmuth has little respect for Dr Gero because he wasted his intelligence on Revenge Before Reason. Gero was quick to call Azmuth a hypocrite since some of his motivation was to get his girlfriend back. Azmuth admits he's somewhat selfish, but wants to improve himself unlike Gero.
Ascending to the pantheon has motivated Azmuth to upgrade the Omnitrix with the various species present. It has also gotten various gods' attention due to how they wish to weaponize the Omnitrix, by kidnapping Azmuth and forcing him to work for them. He keeps security up in his house for a reason. Dr Wily and Gate want to use it as a counter to Mega Man and X respectively, and Wat Tambor wants the Separatists to have an army of alien transformations. On the upside, knowledge of the Omnitrix has made Azmuth good at helping SCP-040 better use and control her powers
While once he did things For Science!, now he only uses science for peaceful purposes and tries to find his place in the House of Science. His greatest failure was the Ascalon, which led to his girlfriend leaving him because of the danger and irresponsibility in it. It was used in an Incursean civil war and saw their homeworld destroyed. It was later put on Earth, and found by St George to fight against the dragon(aka Diagon).
Seems to get along with Dr Light, as he finds his attitude towards how robots and technology should be used a good thing. Due to his poor social skills and sometimes feeling isolated for his intelligence, he and the Doctor get along even if they bicker a lot, and he feels some pity towards Alphys. And given they're wise men who's student turned evil, he gets along with Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Elizabeth Bathory was a Hungarian noblewoman and countess from the end of the 16th century. A pre-mordern Serial Killer, she was held accountable to the torture and death of hundreds of young women. It is said that she bathed in their blood as a means of keeping young. Because of her connections she never held trial, and would live the remainder of her life in solitary confinement.
Due to her fantasticly gory crimes, she is sometimes treated as more than just a human. Usually a vampire, which has led her to lurk in the House of Vampires. Her belief in blood of maidens keeping her young also have her wandering in the House of Forms of Immortality. She seems most interested in Eliza.
Kind-hearted vampires don't like the Blood Countess, but the more sinister vampires were all too happy to give her an honorary position in the House of Vampires. Also, while not a vampire Skarlet's love and use of blood means she's welcome to join in a blood spa with her. Nightmare fetishists saw this as arousing, most people saw it as extreme Fan Disservice.
The vampire treatment is also something she shares with Vlad the Impaler. Sometimes this leads them to meet. She's his wife in Résurrection, and the Timey-Wimey Ball has them meet in Count and Countess. The Dracula in the pantheon isn't interested in pursuing anything romantic with Bathory, but they do seem to enjoy each other's company.
Has two noticeable Servant incarnations. First is her Lancer form, representing the younger Bathory. She was raised to believe that as a noble, non-nobles aren't even human and doesn't understand what she's doing is wrong. She's also a dreadful Idol Singer, which puts her in a rivalry with Nero. She sympathize with in a shared mind and opinion as an idol. Basically, an idol friend. Of course the real Bathory certainly knew what she was doing was wrong, she just didn't care.
The horns are due to her associations with dragons, and she has dragon-related abilities. As her family's crest bore the mark of a dragon, this is reflected in her powers. She claims that she has the blood of a dragon, which offends Daenerys greatly.
A newer addition into the Nasuverse shows an Assassin incarnation, Carmilla, who represents the older Bathory who is well-aware of her horrendous actions. She's a lot more alluring than her real self, though. And hates her younger self in this form, like she is hated by her younger self. This is because the elder Bathory finds the younger hopelessly naive, and the younger Bathory fears her ruthless, Serial Killer status. She is also trying to be better, but compared to most versions of the Countess she's in the minority
This also makes her a sort of Alternate Self to Carmilla, the famed Lesbian Vampire. Which given Bathory was rumored to molest her female servants, she may be partly an inspiration, but only in the negative examples. The Carmilla from literature treads carefully with Bathory as she's usually not as wicked as the Blood Countess.
As the older version is more like the actual Bathory, the older version wins out more. Boris the Animal sides with the older Bathory since she's honest in her depravity, but this is probably reflecting both his hatred of his own other self, and the fact that both versions are just as monstrous so he considers such a dichotomy pointless. No version is set on valuing the Boglodite's opinion, and point out his hatred of his other self is pointless because they had no change of personality, and they're just projecting their own self-hatred at failing onto each other.
Got a lighter sentence because of her connections, and her mindset is that her aristocratic position means she can do whatever the hell she wants with her servants and peasant girls. Upwards of 650 girls died to this logic. The Crimson Court wholeheartedly approves of these actions. Light Yagami feels people like her are why he's justified in using the Death Note, and the Phantom Thieves of Heart want to make her feel true guilt and shame for her actions.
The Evil Queen found she has something in common with the Countess; they both would commit murder out of vanity. While she doesn't seek eternal youth and blood baths like the Countess, she understands why Bathory does it. In order to get more young women, she has given the Slavers a good amount of money to procure them for her. This has only gotten her on even more people's shit list.
Having kidnapped many women, she is also on the shit list of Snow White, Princess Peach and surprisingly enough Bowser. She found Bowser's contempt hypocritical, and when confronted about Bowser stated "I may kidnap women, I may kidnap princesses, but I don't torture and kill them to bathe in their blood".

La Femme from Inside for Traumatic C-Section: INSIDE is this really gory French horror movie where an insane woman (she gets no name so let's just call her La Femme like the ending credits do) invades a pregnant woman's home with a view to cut her womb up with a pair of scissors. And she totally succeeds in full view of the camera.
8 Women for Flower Motifs: The titular eight women are each associated with a flower that reflects several aspects of her personality and/or backstory. There's a detailed explanation about how each woman relates to her flower in the film's page that'd be too long to put here.
- I'm aware that Florges and Comfey have the trope, but they're pretty bad examples; they make no real use of flower symbolism or language, they're just two Pokemon based on flowers (Comfey's not even based on any specific flower). Their profile's not that good either.

Andrew Ryan was the creator and ruler of Rapture. Born Andrei Ryanovski in Soviet Russia, he emigrated to America at a young age, eventually becoming one the country's richest and most powerful industrialists. However, he became increasingly disillusioned with the U.S. after the enactment of FDR's social policies, which reminded him of the country he had fled. The dropping of the atomic bombs in Nagasaki and Hiroshima were the last straw since Ryan saw them as the corruption of science and industry into making a weapon that allowed "parasites" to destroy what they couldn't seize. Wishing to flee said "parasites" and fearing all out nuclear war, Ryan created Rapture so that he and what he saw as the best examples of mankind could live in peace.
- However, despite initially following Ayn Rand's philosophy of Objectivism, he's eventually turned against everything his dream stood for. In response to Frank Fontaine's business empire, he used state power to absorb it instead, thus becoming the "Big Government" he founded Rapture to get away from. In response to Anna Culpepper writing songs critical of Ryan's regime, he ordered her death, becoming the censor artists were not supposed to fear in Rapture. By using pheromones to control his loyalists' minds, Ryan removed the self determination he once considered sacred. He opposed the mad science in Rapture, despite believing that the scientist should not be constrained by "petty" morality. Lastly, despite being an atheist, several institutions have Religious and Mythological Theme Naming.
- That said, from A Certain Point of View, if one considers the very likely idea that he's taken Objectivism to its logical if excessive conclusion, he did everything for his own benefit. Add in the point of altruism being considered anathema to personal self-interest and the emphasis on "looking out for number one," it likely that Rapture wasn't meant to be a charitable refuge for the world's elite. In other words, he is—or rather was—Rapture and that all that mattered to him was himself, arguably the one thing he wasn't hypocritical about to the end. Everyone else in the city was simply invited to try their luck in his glorified playpen.
Some time after his being golf clubbed to death by his son Jack Ryan, Andrew found himself before the Court of the Gods after an unspecified deity petitioned for his ascension. He was initially displeased after their sales pitch, though it was less of his position and more on godhood as a whole, given that he's an atheist, but the Court pointed out that godhood in the Pantheon is less a in literal sense of that word and more of a real estate paper to own their own place in here.
Also, after grilling him ruthlessly of his failures (at the behest of an anonymous deity who vouched for Andrew's ascension in the first place), the Court offered to help in rebuilding Rapture (some people are actually interested in an Objectivist-following society and wish to see how it will work out, and even marvel by how socially progressive it was at the time^*where a black man can get a shoeshine from a white man, and where homosexual couples are a thing, and this is not seen as strange in Rapture). There will be a few caveats, though, as well as advantages. Which he was forced to accept to avoid the coup of Frank Fontaine that eventually brought the whole city to ruin, not helped by Andrew's paranoia:
1. There will be trading to and from Rapture, so as to maintain a balanced supply and demand and decrease incentive for contraband.
2. People are allowed to leave or enter as they please so long as they follow Rapture's creed while inside the city. It's not like his city is a secret anymore, so there's no point in enforcing Resignations Not Accepted.
3. Any who have issues with Rapture's vision will still have to behave themselves while inside, and any who cause trouble in it will be evicted. Invaders, such as the pirate Black Manta, will be similarly fended off.
4. To prevent the resentment that resulted in Rapture's eventual downfall, the city's (basic) food, health care, sanitation and oxygen supply are not to be exorbitantly charged (cuisines being exempt from this policy), with the last being free and supplied by outside sources. The former three are to be under control by publicly funded social programs, since they're pivotal to Rapture's stability. After all, Rapture still needs blue-collar workers to "clean the toilets" and such.
5. Rapture will be rebuilt with better materials (for one, not using aluminum frames as it is a lot weaker than steel when it comes to handling stress, which especially applies when underwater), though aesthetics will remain under Andrew's discretion.
6. Andrew has the right to evict and ban "parasites" from Rapture, but the Court will determine the duration of the ban and whether or not it's indefinite.
7. No Mad Scientist in Rapture is permitted to use sapient beings as test subjects, since—ethics aside—that would invalidate Andrew's creed.
Andrew doesn't really spend time in his temple, which is mostly a portal gateway to the bathysphere port that takes people to Rapture, as well as a screen that serves as a means of communicating with Andrew directly from his office.
Given his life experiences, he's remaining a neutral party in regards to the current Pantheonic Wars.
- Being an atheist as well as scorning all forms of favoring the common folk and having specifically founded Rapture to escape the big governments, he's definitely not allied with the GUAG or GUAL. He also sees YHVH as everything wrong with religion worship controlling the masses.
- Rapture would doubtless be screwed over should the GUAE or GUAD win. He will not allow tyranny or oblivion to end this dream of his.
- Despite being the closest to his alignment and most tolerant of his vision, the fact that the GUAC also values strength leaves him with a bad taste in his mouth, since Rapture is mostly comprised of artists and scientists. Unless he can find someone in there capable of and willing to protect Rapture...
- What he perceives as limited creativity from machines means he won't back the GUAM either.
Because of the Russian Revolution, which eventually brought the Bolsheviks into power, destroyed his family's business and got his aunt and uncle killed for opposing the communist regime, he doesn't have any favorable opinions for those who come from there, even if he was born there.
Considered Roosevelt and his "New Dealers" to be "spoon-feeding" Americans on the "Bolshevik Poison", and considers "parasites" those who benefit undeservedly from others. Roosevelt's social programs has the intention of restoring hope and an economic engine devastated by the unfettered excesses of men like Andrew Ryan, so that's understandable.
Nukes had been the tipping point for him before he decided to strike out on his own, so he loathes those who would employ such methods or use such weapons no matter their reason.
In hindsight, hiring Sofia Lamb to meet the demand of a psychologist in Rapture proved to be a mistake, as her personal philosophy and background ran entirely opposed to his own. The Court has provided substitutes who would prove better and would not incite a revolution.
Commander Shepard and the deified Federation Captains (Kirk, Picard, Janeway and Archer) oppose Rapture's ideals, the latter three due to Rapture's ideals being a perversion of those presented by the Federation. Shepherd sees Rapture as no different than Cerberus, and so does Miranda. Jack attempted to smuggle herself in once, but after last time, before Andrew's ascension and Rapture's revamp, she's been discovered and forcibly evicted. A lot of folks died that day.
When it comes to other philosophies...
- Even if it's a philosophy unbound by tradition and morality, Yamato's meritocracy has its own constraint that Andrew can't tolerate; the need to be productive, or else be cast out.
- Having been compared to Cerberus by Shepard and Miranda, Andrew is barely on speaking terms with the Illusive Man. While both are unconstrained by morality and work to make advancements, Andrew's distaste comes from the fact that TIM has "selfless" motivations, and while it's true that he's yet to get any actual aliens so far to join Rapture, Cerberus would oppose his city should that happen.
Lex Luthor, Darth Sidious, Makuta Teridax and Isaac Westcott think Andrew lacks true ambition, as the power he seeks is ultimately irrelevant in a world of gods and magic. He in return despises the latter three since Rapture won't survive under their victory, and is disappointed with the former for utilizing his advancements just for stopping Superman when he could do much more with it.
Robert House is his chief business rival, yet both share a mutual respect, due to the both of then coming from Rags to Riches. Ironically, one scenario regarding House's mortal demise involves The Courier braining Mr. House with a golf club, just like Andrew.
Is displeased with Brentalfloss's pitch of his city. This rapper, on the other hand, less so, even if he tries to imitate his voice. It can also serve as a good sales pitch for Rapture.
The Mob tweaked his slogan for one of their adventures when they were (at the time) opposing Lord Helix. Andrew isn't amused.
The Institute is interested in expanding their operations to Rapture, seeing as how their goals coincide with his own. But Andrew is put off by the Insitute's M.O. of killing and replacing humans with Synths.
Gets some ire from the House of Nature for the time he burnt down a forest (admittedly in his own property) in response to the government trying to claim it as a park, and again when he deprived Rapture's oxygen supply just to keep Jack Ryan from reaching him by torching the gardens.
Because of it being essentially a pro-capitalist utopia (on the surface that is), Andrew simultaneously respects and envies the Holy City on the Water, Asterisk, for its economic prosperity and technologic achievements.
To Raz, Andrew sounds too much like his father, whom he had spent much of his time getting away from and eventually reconciling with.

After having been given an outsider's perspective of her world's events and its characters, Spinnerette has noted Andrew's Objectivism goals, and that her city's villain Dr. Universe follows the same principle. And that he upholds the principle better than Andrew.

Kalrow was originally one of the Eight Guardian Generals in service to the Emperor of Shinkoku to protect the Realm of Shinkoku and Gaea from the dark forces of the Gohma, his mantra affinity is Sloth. Despite his status and rank, Kalrow generally stays out of the fighting, instead preferring to organize the battle plans of the fleets. Kalrow was the mastermind behind General Deus' coup d'etat, which culminated in the assassination of the Emperor and the banishment and death of General Asura, who was blamed as the cause. Afterwards, the Eight Guardian Generals were disbanded and transformed into the Seven Deities. 12,500 years later, Kalrow and his fleet engaged Asura in battle after they had tried to collect the souls of the people in a village that Asura was defending. Ultimately, Asura was too powerful and managed to wipe out Kalrow's entire fleet. Kalrow managed to use an escape pod to flee, but Asura managed to grab on it. Kalrow begged for his life, but Asura crushed the escaped pod and Kalrow with it. Kalrow was later reincarnated into the modern world and got in trouble with the police by speeding on his Segway-esque vehicle.
Kalrow originally ascended into the pantheon as part of Deus' plan to reunite the Seven Deities, he was made the God of Evil Geniuses. However, once further scrutiny had been given for each and every one of them, Kalrow was removed along with Wyzen, Olga and Sergei.
Although he had lost his title, Kalrow managed to re-ascend into the pantheon as the High Priest of Dr. XXX, the new holder of Kalrow's former title. However, Deus, who remained unperturbed by his setback, attempted to ascend the remaining Seven Deities once again and managed to once again ascend Kalrow as a god into the pantheon, this time as the God of Levitation.
Following his re-ascension, Kalrow remains on good terms with Dr. XXX. Although he's rather annoyed by the Doctor's hamminess, Kalrow nonetheless respects his skills and mastery in manipulation.
Kalrow has managed to befriend Grand Admiral Thrawn and the two share a mutual respect for each others' respective talents. Their shared belief in performing Necessary Evil in order to achieve their goals further strengthened their cooperation. They occasionally collaborate with each other when making plans in order to ensure that they are truly perfect.
Kalrow also quickly befriended Gunter Prozen, who had similarly betrayed his Emperor and prefers to send lackeys to do his dirty work for him. Kalrow was quite happy to finally meet a kindred spirit and the two frequently help each other to plot against their respective enemies.
Kalrow quickly gained the trust and obedience of Sloth the Indolent, who is perfectly satisfied to work for someone who similarly appreciates laziness. Kalrow is quite content to have a weak-willed but otherwise powerful lackey to order around.
Many were confused as to why Kalrow has a particularly strong dislike of Chun-Li specifically. She herself eventually revealed that she was the police officer who apprehended him for speeding on his Segway-esque vehicle. Although he's admitted that his grudge against her is petty, Kalrow continues to resent her nonetheless.
Due to having been the one who devised the plan to kill the Emperor of Shinkoku, Kalrow quickly became enemies with Robin, who was abhored by his disloyalty and betrayal of the Emperor in order to eventually create "paradise". Kalrow, on the other hand, views Robin as a fool for his/her unwillingness to take more drastic measures in order to create a better world.
Members of the House of Swords have shown an interest in testing Kalrow's swordsmanship skills after having heard that he's a master swordsman, even though he's never actually been seen displaying such skills.
"With no plan, there is no victory. The age of beasts has long since ended."

@nightelf37 I've looked into your idea for the Persona 1 cast and I think the trope you're thinking of is either Big First Choice or Permanently Missable Content. Alternatively, We can also consider Story Branching and Branch-and-Bottleneck Plot Structure.

If anything he has enough experience dealing with babysitting helpless girls so he would at least relate to Leon. And yes Matilda is a gun in Resident Evil.

When someone is reworking a character people should honestly just do some checks with the original draft as it stands instead of just going "yeah sure, sure, sure, sure they're good " every single bloody time. Just saying its incredibly demotivating when someone who's forced to work with pretty skeletal profiles and turn them into something not wooden but worth reading into and such sees this happen in comparison.

If given the choice i would rather keep Baraka with Blade Below the Shoulder since he doesnt use his teeth for combat. That's more of Mileena's thing.

I can rework him because it looks like Tarkatans stopped being Always Chaotic Evil.

Well on that topic, I would like to suggest a replacement for Gigan as God of Cyber Cyclops. Shockwave. He is the spitting image of the trope, with his most distinctive characteristic being his blank face and single, blinking eye topping it off.

Blade Below the Shoulder has three different variants: removable arm blade, permanently attached blade, and blade replaces arm. Baraka represents the second variant, though I'm wondering if More Teeth than the Osmond Family works well enough for him as a replacement trope.

I've had thoughts about changing Gigan's trope from Cyber Cyclops to Blade Below the Shoulder. Gigan represents the third variant, being a psychotic alien cyborg that has metal hooks for arms (and sometimes, they're replaced with a chainsaw-like weapon). I've also thought of improving his profile as well.

@wootzits. Go for it, those suggestions are neat.

@r-lock. In regards to that , I prefer a solitary owner than multiple variants, though that means The Demoman and The Soldier would need to be changed and so do the 2 Beetle Brother duos for having multiple variants of the same trope.
