Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

Who would agree or vehemently disagree with Ameno-Sagiri?

Ameno-Sagiri, God of Comfort In Ignorance (Ame-no-Sagiri)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/250px-amenosagiri_5619.jpg
  • New House: Outlooks on Life (House of Philosophy)
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: Yellow camera-like eye with "AMNOSG LENS" written in its borders, peeking from the fog.
  • Theme Music: The Almighty
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil by actions, Neutral Good by desires, overall Blue-and-Orange Morality
  • Portfolio: Misunderstanding of humans, bad methods for helping humanity, Master of Illusion, existing as a fragment of another god, Ignorance Is Bliss, Technicolor Eye
  • Domains: Fog, Desire, Collective Consciousness
  • Interests: Big Brother, The Anti-Spiral
  • Allies: Izanami (its greater aspect), Adachi, Bizarro, Keel Lorenz
  • On speaking terms with: Nurgle
  • Rivals: Cyrus (Pokemon)
  • Enemies: Lucifer, Nyarlathotep (Persona), Yuuki Terumi, The Emperor of Mankind, The Truth
  • Opposes: The Idea Of Evil
  • Opposed by: The House of Knowledge
  • When Izanami ascended, residual energy within Adachi reacted to it, and Ameno-Sagiri reformed by her side. He is a fragment of Izanami, yet powerful in his own right, and therefore was placed in the House of Nature to preside over fog. Yu Narukami and his friends insisted that humans don't wish to live in ignorance at heart, thus Ameno has allowed the fog to recede, even now. But as promised, he will create more fog, should he deem humanity as wanting it. This goes for the Pantheon as well.
  • Being a part of Izanami, he is aligned with her in all of Izanami's endeavors. And although he was borne from Adachi twice, Ameno-Sagiri has no true affiliation with him any longer. Adachi himself does not seem to care. That said, Adachi is sometimes summoned in order to translate for Ameno, as some people have trouble understanding his incredibly deep voice.
  • Ascended under the Fog of Doom trope, but it was eventually decided that Ignorance Is Bliss fits better as Ameno-Sagiri's fog spreads ignorance and illusion; a peaceful lie over a harsh truth. In the viewpoint of the Truth, a dead end for humanity. The Fog is the bane of the House of Knowledge, who solidly reject Ameno-Sagiri. To his credit, he accepted his loss to the Investigation Team with grace.
  • The bringer of the Fog of Doom is an avatar of the Izanami who represents the collective unconsciouness. Ameno-Sagiri is not in any way related to the true Izanami, who finds him to be an oddball as the true Ameno-Sagiri is a minor mountain god. She doesn't agree with his actions, however they both share a hatred towards Yuuki Terumi given his feud with his Izanami, namely because he wants the worst for humanity and Ameno-Sagiri wishes for the best.
  • His goals are similar to YHVH, sans The Evils of Free Will. However he tends not to associate with YHVH or the Grand United Alliance of Law, as He and Izanami don't see eye to eye. Ameno-Sagiri attempted to get Eliphas on his side, but he doesn't believe Ameno-Sagiri's vision would be all that orderly(or chaotic for that matter). However, Lucifer regards it with contempt for limiting people's freedom by making them ignorant and denying the truth.
  • In times past, Lordgenome would've seen Ameno-Sagiri as a great method of keeping mankind complacent and thus safe from breaking the one million population limit. But that time has long past, and Team Dai-Gurren's rebellious streak has them opposed to the very idea of the Fog. However he respects their spirit, even if he claims that he'll always return if mankind wishes it. The Anti-Spiral believes that, if they were to convince Ameno-Sagiri to side with them, he would be a great means of ensuring no Spiral Race ever reaches the potential for causing the Spiral Nemesis.
  • Some conspiracy theories blame the Illuminati for being to blame for releasing Ameno-Sagiri into the pantheon, in order to control "sheeple" better. They've stated "no, he doesn't factor in our plans". Ingsoc would almost certainly want to co-opt Ameno-Sagiri to solidify their power, given their "ignorance is strength" mantra. Not something the entity would like, as Ameno-Sagiri considers himself to be acting on what mankind wants, while Big Brother and the Party's only desire is "oppression for the sake of it".
  • The Emperor of Mankind despises Ameno-Sagiri with fervent passion, as the idea that Ignorance Is Bliss is antithetical to his views. And ignorance and human stupidity are a cancer in the Imperium of Mankind he duly wishes to remove. He compares Ameno-Sagiri to a Chaos God, specifically Nurgle given they're a sort of cosmic sloth and malaise. That said, this is mainly on a superficial level and the two entities tend to discuss their worldviews rather than work together.
  • Miror B has tried dancing in front of Ameno-Sagiri, mistaking him for a disco ball. Ameno-Sagiri has shown no reaction to this, and no one's corrected Miror B. Some gods have tried to figure out if the fog generated by Ameno-Sagiri is in any way related to the fog in Silent Hill. As of now, no one has found anything to either prove or disprove that theory.
  • Curiously, the effect of the fog is reversed on Bizarro, instead causing him to become more perspective and self-aware. However, he still finds himself agreeing with Ameno-Sagiri, citing his own homeworld as a place where ignorance and idiocy have created a nicer world. He's not entirely wrong, as the "superhero vs supervillain" fights are more lighthearted by comparison to the main DC Universe's Earth.
  • The head of SEELE is under the belief that Ameno-Sagiri would lead to a positive end to humanity, as the fog might solve the hedgehog dilemma. However he believes the Fog is just the first step, and things must progress further to an Assimilation Plot. The head of Team Galactic, however, has differing opinions; while he respects Ameno-Sagiri's desires to bring about peace, he believes it's not truth and knowledge getting in the way of utopia, but spirit and emotion.
  • The Idea of Evil and Ameno-Sagiri share a number of similarities. They are both representations of sloth on the collective unconscious, in different ways; the Idea is the decision to have someone to blame for/explain suffering rather than dealing with it, and Ameno-Sagiri thinks humanity should be slothful in being ignorant, rather than facing harsh truths. That said, they have very different methods and the latter isn't too comfortable with their similarities, especially the Idea of Evil's justification of its role in the Vicious Cycle; my desires are humanity's desires.

  • Allies: Lucifer, Mara and the Grand United Alliance of Chaos, the other Beelzebub, the other Beelzebub, Naoki Kashima, Makoto Yuki, Kotone Shiomi, Yu Narukami, Ren Amamiya, Dracula, Gul'dan, Fraudrin, Nurgle, Typhus, Beelzemon, Beetlejuice, Stratos
  • Enemies: YHVH and the Grand United Alliance of Law, Misty, Ragnaros the Firelord, Flynn, Spawn, spider gods, The Radiance, the House of Angels
  • Weirded out by: Ren Hoek
  • Next to the Devil himself, Beelzebub is the most well-known demon. The demonized form of a Philistine god worshiped in Ekron, often referred to as Baal Zabul in his true form, he is seen as a demon associated with flies. Usually seen either as one of the devil's alias, his right hand man or the demon who rules over the sin of gluttony. Whatever the form, this Beelzebub serves as The Dragon to the bringer of chaos, Lucifer.
  • Ascended soon after the creation of the Grand United Alliance of Chaos by urging of his master. Out of all of the Forces of Chaos, he is the closest Lucifer can call a 'right-hand fly'; Beelzebub is fiercely loyal to the Morning Star. Though his true loyalties lie with Lucifer, Beelzebub is willing to work with those who either A) defeat him in combat and thus prove they deserve to command him, or B) show a sufficient dedication to the ways of Chaos. As such, he fought alongside Dracula himself on a whim on one occasion.
  • Was one of the demons present for the creation of the Demi-Fiend; he will be the first one to praise Naoki's power, as he witnessed it firsthand during their match together. Beelzebub later tried to convince Set to join the cause of chaos, pointing out they are both demonized deities. Set turned it down, saying that while he relates to his fate he isn't interested in the factions of law and chaos. Yes he's a chaotic deity, but not consummately so.
  • Not the only Beelzebub, however he states to be the original. Here are some interactions with other Lords of the Flies.
    • Not technically Beelzebub, but heavily based on him is Beelzemon. Already an ally of Lucifer, he is pleasantly surprised to learn that Beelzemon is willing to work with him. He found they share gluttony, but for the biker it's not hunger for food but hunger for power, something he is fine with.
    • A cuter female Beelzebub is the Token Good Teammate of the Seven Mortal Sins, driven by Horror Hunger and lacks the excess of the fly. Gets along less with him, but he's fond of the girl in his own way. There's another cute female Beelzebub that he's fond of as well
    • Baby Beel shows promise for Beelzebub, however this is a family name of the Sin Lords of Gluttony. This might mean he is a descendant, but the Lord of the Flies is silent on his ultimate ambition for the child.
    • Not explicit, but in addition to being a Satanic Archetype Betelguese takes many traits of the Lord of the Flies; similar name, is filthy and associated with bugs. Beelzebub likes his style.
  • People assumed Stratos of the Sumeragi Swordsmen was him in human form, based on gluttony when it comes to his team's Seven Deadly Sins due to being experimented upon by Sumeragi. This comes with a strong fly motif, his powers and personality: Stratos can transform into swarms of fly-like particles that can break down any and all matter, and as a guy with a truly insatiable hunger he uses it to devour anything in sight of him. He was even called the "Lord of the Flies". Though they aren't one in the same, the sheer amount of similarities led the true Lord of the Flies to be instantly fond of the guy and Stratos is one of his favorites in the pantheon.
  • Most dissapointed by the lack of fly deities in the House of Insects. He really doesn't like the Radiance, partly for reminding him of YHVH but also because of the spanner in the works her plagues would cause due to their impact on insect life. And she would welcome subjugating one of Lucifer's top generals to her own cause. He was pleasantly surprised elsewhere to learn the bug fascination of Agitha and the power over bugs by Shino Aburame, however they aren't interested in whatever he might try to sell.
  • Misty has refused to go anywhere near the Beast House ever since Beelzebub's ascension, by virtue of him being a fly the size of a tank with a penchant for electric spells and rapid maggot infestation. Beelzebub stays out of the House of Fire and Heat upon Rangaros' ascension, due to his desire to burn INSECTS!
  • Has an interest in the House of Food, due to his role as a demon of gluttony. Pac-Man would rather be left alone, but Midora, Gluttony and the Deviljho are alright with him showing up. Pennywise is amused by the fear Beelzebub could bring and his demonic nature, but otherwise ignores what Lucifer's faction is doing because he's content being a sadistic Child Eater For the Evulz.
  • A god of filth as much as gluttony, Beelzebub is a good friend of Papa Nurgle. He sides with the forces of chaos, though Nurgle isn't ideologically interested in the fly's cause. Lucifer is trying to get his right hand fly to stop seeing the Chaos God as the fact he represents stagnation and decay makes him diametrically opposed to Lucifer's vision of a dynamic changing world.
  • Welcome in the Diseases sub-house. Obviously not liked in the rest of the House of Health and Diseases, given his power over plagues. Anton Arcane often associates with flies, so he'd like to get Beelzebub's favor. However his interests don't give him any favor from the Lord of the Flies.
  • Despite Makoto, Kotone, and Yu's lack of affiliation to Chaos, he is willing to serve them… under certain circumstances. One of these requirements include assuming they are strong enough to be worthy of summoning him, capable of summoning his human form and various devils for fusions, and submitting to the "devilish" nature of a single individual. Both Makoto and Kotone know of the shady businessman by the name of Tanaka, and Yu knows of a lustful nurse in a part-time job at the Inaba Municipal Hospital, which pleases Beelzebub enough to be called at their will.
    • With Ren, who is more chaotic than the former three, Beelzebub is much more pleased about serving him. Still, he required making a pact with an "devilish" individual, in the Thief's case a paparazzi.
  • Though Beelzebub's true form is that of a giant fly, he has shown a series of other forms: an obese blue humanoid calling himself Baal Zebul, a gigantic, hideous rotting corpse riddled with maggots, Baal, actually his original self before he was demonized, and on one occasion a woman in dominatrix gear. Beelzebub particularly enjoys watching people try to figure that last one out. Probably his strangest incarnation is a white penguin with fly wings wearing a tuxedo. Nobody gets that one. Absolutely nobody.
  • Being a big-ass fly, even if he is a demon, Beelzebub comes off a delectable treat for any spider deity. As such, he stays the hell away from the House of Arthropods. He is straight up terrified of Ungoliant. Melkor didn't know how to feel about this; amusement at one of Lucifer's top dogs cowed by a former ally, or rather not wanting to get involved given Ungoliant was the only force of evil he feared and tried to eat him.
  • No one has dared ask him if he has a devil put aside for Freddie Mercury. Or how he responds to Ren, under Space Madness, threatening to lick a fly. That was too weird even for Beelzebub, and he initially thought that Ren Hoek was some sort of malformed mosquito.

@Clovis: Teru Mikami would oppose him due to ignorance leading to laziness, and would even attempt to kill him with the Death Note. Sure, he's part of Izanami, but given when he comes from, I think it would actually affect him. Also, Cyrus has since turned a new leaf thanks to Hareta.

[down]Okay. I didn't say it was a good example. Still, my point stands. I believe the appropriate candidate should be someone who also works while wearing that costume. But if more people agree with your pick, then I can't stop you.

Are we talking about Beelzebub in general or just the one from SMT?

[up]@nightelf37: Mai Sakurajima only wears the Playboy Bunny costume for a while and then once again later. Erina spends the whole game in the costume.

This is Erina. Bunny turned human, but the whole cast is a Little Bit Beastly

[up]Fine. I guess I'm sold on your idea. But I'm leaving [tup]s to other tropers. You have to convince them, too.

Okay. The Omniverse Museum is still in progress, but here are the "new" versions of the Armory and Magical Artifacts. I'm not making them official pages until the Museum is made official.

Anyway, here's my next Treasury section to evaluate for rework. The Maximum Security. By default, most of these are definitely going to be kept, as they most certainly deserve to be there. But here are the ones I wish to take note of.

And weren't there plans to make a different section for all the biohazards in here?

Class 0

  • The Chaos Heart - Way too short. Rework or remove. Who here wrote the profile for Tippi and Count Bleck? This Chaos Heart comes from the same game, I believe.

Class 1

  • Li'l Cal - Too short, yet integral to two profiles. Rework.

Class 2

  • Artifact of Absolute Death - Too short. Rework.

Class 3

  • The Farsight XR-20 - Too short. Rework or remove.

Class 5

  • The Omnitrix - In use by Ben Tennyson. Also too short. Rework and Transfer.
  • V-Buckle and Advent Decks - What's the current progress of that storyline where villains stole the decks from Shiro Kanzaki?

[down]Sure thing.

[down][down]Okay. You can go rework it.

Having gotten approval for this, here's a draft for Min Min.

A chef for her family's noodle restaurant. She does have a bit of a resentment towards Ribbon Girl (an Idol Singer) for being successful in a short amount of time.

Looking for suggestions on additional interactions.

Min Min, Goddess of Repetitive Names (The Ramen Bomber)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/minminssbu.png
  • Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: A stylized "麺", the traditional Chinese character for noodles
  • Theme Music: Ramen Bowl
  • Alignment: Between True Neutral and Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Chef of Iron, Anime Chinese Girl, Nice Hat, Tights Under Shorts
  • Domains: Ramen, Combat
  • Allies: Chun-Li, Naruto Uzumaki, Kirby, Captain Falcon
  • Enemies: Galeem & Dharkon, Chin
  • Min Min is the poster girl for Mintendo Noodle House, which is owned by her family and of which she is a chef for. She is also one of a handful of individuals who has the ability to utilize ARMS, which can stretch out someone’s arms to a greater-than-normal length and in this case, her arms are made of noodles. Of the ARMS she can use, they are Dragon (which can fire lasers and get stronger under certain conditions), Megawatt (a heavy and electric weapon), and Ramram (a ring that can curve its trajectory; of note is after putting Ramram and Min Min together, the end result sounds like Ram-Min Ram-Min).
  • As Min Min was getting ready to close up shop for a night, she noticed a letter on a table and upon opening it, noticed that there was free space available to open up a shop at a place far away from where she was. After resting up, Min Min decided to head out to where this “free space” was and after a couple days of travel, she arrived where the “free space” was and discovered that there was a brawl between some thugs over who gets ownership of it. Just as things started to get violent and the contest was at risk of getting canceled, Min Min’s ARMS abilities were put to use and the goons were taken out of the picture. As gratitude for getting things under control, Min Min was allowed that “free space” for the building, which ended up being a secondary Mintendo Noodle House and Min Min has spent some time in this Pantheon following it.
  • Following the establishment of a Mintendo Noodle House in the Pantheon, it ended up being a popular hang-out for those looking to have some ramen. Someone who regularly visits the place is Naruto Uzumaki, who has a very strong liking towards ramen. The two have had a few friendly sparring matches to hone their respective skills and while Min Min did fight against Ninjara, another ARMS user a few times, she finds Naruto to be a lot more adept in terms of combat capabilities. Of course, the two have worked together a few times whenever they’re ambushed during said sparring matches or if a nasty fight is about to break out at Mintendo Noodle House that could cause significant damage if left unchecked.
  • She ended up being one of several characters (along with a few other ARMS users) to end up caught in the crossfire of Galeem’s attack, rendering her a Spirit. Well after that incident ended, she ended up being a proper participant of the Smash tournament and her strongest attack has her summoning other ARMS users to attack other combatants before she finishes them off. While she is still annoyed about the whole incident related to Galeem and Dharkon (though she is more than willing to work with other Smash participants in stopping another rampage instigated by the abominations to get some payback on the two), Min Min was able to get some additional customers for the noodle house, with Kirby and Captain Falcon being some of them.

Recently, I am now done making the Natsuno Yuuki profile and that I have added some details and facts in the profile. I am open to receiving thumbs feedback anytime.

Natsuno Yuuki, God of Daywalking Vampires (Natsuno Koide, Jinrou)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/shiki_cover.jpg
  • Potential House: Vampires
  • Lesser God

  • Theme Song: Eau de Vie

  • Conflicted Opinion: Yukiteru Amano
  • There lives a teenager named Natsuno Yuuki or Koide who had moved into a village named Sotoba. Natsuno had moved from a city in Japan but his parents decided to move into a village so that there could be some peace and quiet. While in Sotoba, Natsuno distanced himself from the villagers intending not to be close to them until one person Tohru Mutou spoke to Natsuno and as time went by the two of them became good friends. However, Natsuno attracts the attention of a pink haired girl named Megumi Shimizu who also desires to leave Sotoba one day to go live in the big city where Natsuno had came from, the girl had a crush on Natsuno even watching him through his windows. Natsuno was disturbed about this and tried being distant. As time passed, a mysterious family (Kirishiki family) moves into Sotoba at the Kanemasa Mansion. Suddenly more people had begun to die of mysterious circumstances that left the villagers scared for their love ones being next. Natsuno begins to suspect that Megumi came back from the dead after she died when he gets an eerie feeling someone was watching him at night. Eventually vampires emerged in the village began to feed on the humans in order to take over Sotoba as their safe haven the vampires are called shiki that only sleep during the day and are active in night time having to feed on human blood to survive. Later on in the story, Natsuno became a daywalking vampire type known as jinrou that are considered rare. Thus happened after Natsuno was bitten and killed by his friend Tohru who became a shiki because Tohru's family were in danger and was put in a sadistic choice by Tatsumi. Natsuno eventually formed an alliance with Doctor Toshio Ozaki to help think of a plan to save the villagers from the shiki.
    • As for how he ascended, Natsuno was in a fight with Tatsumi during the events of the human vs shiki war going on in Sotoba. The two jinrou's fought fiercely with Natsuno having trouble standing against Tatsumi being the most powerful seeing how he drank human blood before confrontation and Natsuno drank some blood from Toshio and Seishirou Kirishiki. Natsuno saw an opening when he pushed Tatsumi and himself to a large pit where numerous Shiki corpses were in; as Natsuno laid down on the ground he pulled out a dynamite to lit it up as an effort to stop Tatsumi from attempting on killing any more humans and from going after Natsuno's friends and he was aware he may not come back from this. When the dynamite went off instead of him being blown to pieces, Natsuno woke up being alive and not dead as assumed with everywhere in his body hurting and having lost a left arm. Tatsumi on the other hand was not so fortunate as he had died from the impact with his head severed from his body. Natsuno immediately felt a hunger to feed on blood as he saw that his left arm regenerated. Suddenly in a bright flash of light Natsuno found himself in a strange location that was definitely not Sotoba and he smelled blood nearby. It turns out that Natsuno was transported to the House of Life and Death away from where he was on Sotoba. A deity approached Natsuno with a blood bag sensing that Natsuno needs blood as compensation of his wounds healing. Natsuno quickly took the bag and drank it to the lost drop.
    • When Natsuno mind was focused he asked where he was, the deity answered that he is in the Pantheon a special location for deities and that Natsuno has been chosen to ascend as a deity. Natsuno was shocked at this not believing if he heard right so he was escorted to meet the Court of the Gods who decide what a new deity's rank could be and title. The Court of the Gods gave Natsuno his title as the god of Daywalking Vampire because of Natsuno's unique situation as a jinrou being a daywalking vampire himself. This could be considered a bit ironic in which Natsuno was raised in a household that was anti-superstition and not allowed to talk about religion only to find out Natsuno ended up becoming a deity.
    • It turns out that the deity who had a hand in Natsuno being brought to the pantheon was the goddess Virtuous; a major deity in the House of Life and Death. The goddess was the one to teleport Natsuno away from Sotoba with permission from the higher ups in the Court of the Gods. After Natsuno survived the explosion at the cost of him being badly injured and on the verge of giving in to his bloodlust, Virtuous used her powers to teleport Natsuno to the pantheon and was the one to give him a blood bag to feed from without fear of feeding off an innocent human. Virtuous saw the potential Natsuno has and that she thought that it was cruel that someone so young had his life cut short.
  • In the Pantheon, when Natsuno was told that he could have people from his world brought here to serve as his heralds, he was glad that he could see his parents and good friends again. So Natsuno's parents and his friends became his heralds. The reunion between his parents was heartwarming despite the fact Natsuno had some disagreements with his parents he still loves them. Mr. Yuuki, Natsuno's father was especially relieved to see his son is alive hugged him while apologizing deeply for not being able to save him and not listening sooner. His mother on the other hand became a victim of the shiki making Natsuno angry that his mother was attacked.
  • Natsuno's temple looks exactly like the house he had back when he was living in Sotoba. The inside of the temple is much larger than it looks on the outside. People who have come to visit his temple, can pray to Natsuno to give them strength to protect their friends from evil vampires and for those who were turned into vampires forcefully or dhampirs they pray to him that he could help them overcome their darker instincts of feeding on blood without harming innocents.
  • Back when he was human, Natsuno had been a high school student attending school in Sotoba. However, his education was interrupted due to the shiki's arrival in the village which caused everywhere in the village to become chaotic. Natsuno wishes to continue his education asked several of the adult gods that he spoke to such as Hal Jordan and Seras Victoria if there are any schools in the pantheon. Hal Jordan answered that there is an academy called Elysium Academy for deities that are students there as it is located beside the House of School.
  • Seras offered to help Natsuno enroll in the academy which he accepted because he is in a new place and would need someone who knows the area to show him where to go.
  • Other facts that should be known is that Natsuno has a neutral stance on ghosts because they are essentially spirits of the deceased. Despite his upbringing, his parents told Natsuno to be respectful towards the dead and never speak ill of them. A ghost that Natsuno encountered is Danny Phantom who is a half human and half ghost hybrid. Danny also considered a protector of humans back in his world and that he is willing to fight other ghosts to keep them safe. Danny thinks that Natsuno is a good person and that the tragedies he went through is something no teenager would have to go through.
  • Natsuno is a little jealous that Danny can still have a human life unlike Natsuno who is now a jinrou and that he is not human anymore but he still clings to his humanity.
  • Natsuno does not tolerate the action of trolling nor people that is known to use them such as Yuuki Terumi. Terumi on the other hand notes that Natsuno is another vampire in the pantheon except that he has special traits that some ordinary vampires in the pantheon do not have which is being able to walk in the sun and able to eat regular food.
  • Some of Natsuno's powers he aquired as a result of becoming a jinrou are super strength, hypnosis, levitation, high regeneration, enhanced hearing, sight, and enhanced smell to be able to tell which person can rise as a shiki or stay dead.
  • When other deities read about the conflict between the shiki and the humans in Sotoba they were shocked or horrified on what went on as the battle was not the typical good vs evil but is rather two races fighting to survive. The super hero deities such as the Justice League and the Avengers were conflicted about this seeing the positive and negative traits from both sides. The Justice League were wondering how the conflict could of been avoided had the shiki and humans reach a diplomatic approach and not start a bloodshed. Natsuno is appreciative of their concern about wanting to find some way to avoid violence.
  • Some deities who are fathers themselves pointed out how foolish Natsuno's father was in removing the talisman from Natsuno's room as it was the only thing that could protect him from the shiki. Not only that Mr. Yuuki left the window open and the front door unlocked and he did all that without being hypnotised making him seen as a irresponsible father.
  • Other vampires in the pantheon, made Natsuno want to keeps his distance away from most of them and that some he heard about were evil such as Dio Brando and Dracula. Natsuno later met the good aligned vampires in the pantheon such as Seras Victoria and Karin Maaka who cared about human life and does not want to hurt them. At first Natsuno was skeptical of there being good vampires until he realized that from what Tohru told him that Ritsuko who rose as a shiki never fed on human blood until she died showing she was good and pure of heart. So Natsuno decided to give these two a chance and spent some time talking to them.
    • From what he learned about Karin's past is that Karin was the Black sheep of her family who are all vampires because Karin was an anomaly that produced blood and not for drinking blood most of the time. Natsuno heard about Seras side of the story on how her life was saved by her vampire master Alucard and gave her consent to be turned into a vampire. She was also reluctant in feeding blood from humans so she used blood packs instead.
  • When Natsuno has free time, he goes to visit the house of food to eat meals there. The deities present were surprised to see a vampire that is able to eat regular food. Natsuno explained the only reason he could still eat regular food was that he became a special vampire with added benefits on being able to eat human food and not just feeding on blood but is still important to his condition as a jinrou.
  • Natsuno heard the reputation of a few famous vampire hunters in the pantheon as one of them is Blade who is considered to be called the Daywalker. When Blade heard about Natsuno he at first shocked to learn that another daywalker is in the pantheon and wants to determine if the boy is good or not. Natsuno can't help but relate to the vampire hunter since both of them did not ask to become what they are now and that their family members had been targeted by vampires.
    • As the two daywalkers met, Natsuno spoken to Blade that he is not fond of the vampires from his own world and that Natsuno would not drink blood from an innocent human if he had a choice in the matter. Some instances he drank blood was that Natsuno was given permission from Dr. Ozaki to bite him and drink his blood so that the boy can have increased strength to fight against enemies such as Tatsumi, shiki or other Jinrou should he encounter them. Second instance was when Natsuno intercepted a gun from Seishirou Kirishiki who was about to shoot Ozaki but Natsuno stopped him in time and bit the human that was siding with the vampires.
    • Natsuno also explained that once all the shiki in the village were stopped he was planning for himself to die alongside with the vampires because Natsuno saw himself as being dead. Blade after hearing the boy's story decided not to kill Natsuno because he could see that Natsuno lived a hard life and that Natsuno helping to protect other human's from behind the scenes with Ozaki's help was astounding and a willingness to fight against his own kind.
  • Later, Natsuno went to visit the House of Knowledge to go to the library for him to find out what happened after the fires burned down Sotoba. He learned that Sotoba was not rebuilt and that Toshio alongside other villagers moved somewhere to a town or city and did not share the incident at Sotoba with anyone else. Some villagers out of trauma or despair killed themselves after losing their village during the battle. Natsuno reading about this felt sadness with all those lives lost. Natsuno did not know how Toshio got the research about shiki but when Natsuno read that Toshio used his dead wife Kyoko as an experiment; Natsuno was horrified at this revelation.
    • Natsuno can understand that Toshio was desperate to find ways on how to fight back against the shiki and that Toshio not having a shiki to experiment on because the Kirishiki's usually are the ones to take a hold of them first made him use his wife's corpse that was available for him to examine. The fact Toshio experimented on his wife in a cruel way left Natsuno shocked and that Natsuno would not wish this fate on any of his parents even if one of them rose up because Natsuno loves his parents and could not bear to see them like that.
  • When Natsuno was told that his surname Yuuki sounded similar to another deity also named Yuki, this made Natsuno not that interested by the coincidence until he was compared to him on how both deities had pink haired Yanderes after them.
  • Later, he met Yukiteru Amano the boy who he was compared to and spoke to one another about things they have in common. Yukiteru is sympathetic to Natsuno losing one of his friends/people he cared about and told Natsuno to cherish them with the time he has. Natsuno has a conflicted opinion on Yukiteru because he sees the boy's situation as to what Natsuno could of ended up becoming and if Natsuno experienced a life or death game he was thrown into. Yukiteru told Natsuno that while he can't speak for Megumi Shimizu as he does not know her he would suggest that if Natsuno had simply given her a chance like being her friend than things would not of gone the way it happened. This made Natsuno realize that if there was a possibility that Megumi did not become evil it would be because Natsuno had to have given her a chance.
  • There was a alternate timeline where Natsuno was the one to speak to Megumi first causing Megumi to be happy that her crush noticed her. In that world the two developed a relationship and worked together against the shiki. However some characters that were minor such as Masao became a total monster in that timeline out of pettiness and killed his own nephew and was set up as an antagonist.
  • Naturally, Natsuno would be opposed to the GUAC Yandere Squad because it mostly consists of a group of yandere who are unstable, crazy and dangerous to people around them when it comes to their love interest. Given his own experience with a yandere he does not want anything to do with them. His opinion about Yuno Gasai was that he initially thought she was dangerous to be around but after learning her tragic past of being mistreated by her parents he felt sympathy for her and that she could of become a good person. Yuno does turn good in the Third world iteration of her universe as a result of her boyfriend Yuki making changes in the past by saving a younger Yuno calling an ambulance causing her dad to come home to check on his wife and daughter and eventually reconciled with his daughter.
  • In the pantheon, Natsuno had been warned by several of Hal Jordan's allies to stay clear away from Nekron a powerful and dangerous deity that seeks destruction of all life so that the universe can go back to the way it was before life. Natsuno listened to the warnings and was worried about if he could be controlled by Nekron or Black Hand since he died as a human back in Sotoba. A few facts worth mentioning is that Natsuno as a jinrou has differences about himself compared to regular shiki. His body technically never died but rather Natsuno's blood had undergone changes in his blood to be similar of a shiki and he could breath and have a slow but steady pulse.
  • It has been theorized that Natsuno when he was human, may of had psychic abilities. Natsuno himself was quiet on the rumour indicating that he did not think he had special powers before being a jinrou but realized it could happen seeing how he saw visions of a shiki!Megumi in Tohru's house going up the stairs and senses something was not right.
  • It can be noted that despite becoming a daywalking vampire, Natsuno does not like the fact he rose up as a creature that drinks blood despite still being able to eat regular food. He once stated that he was not afraid to die as he was already dead. Than Black Hand who encountered Natsuno offered him a chance to die in peace. Before he could reply, Hal Jordan came to the scene telling the villain to stay away from the boy and that he would not let Hand have his way. Natsuno stunned seeing a superhero come to his aid asked Hal why would he do that for someone he does not know. Hal replied that it is what heroes do help save people from danger and then Hal told Natsuno should live for his friends and family that are still around and that there are still so many things he has not seen.
  • After the encounter with Hal Jordan, Natsuno learned several things such as aliens do exist in the universe and that one of those aliens formed a group called the Green Lantern Corps that patrol the universes sectors. Natsuno was not that surprised in their existences since Shiki exist than why not extraterrestrials too?
  • One of the things he was told about from Hal Jordan was that there was a former green lantern named Thaal Sinestro who was Hal's mentor that was exiled from the corps because of enforcing strict regulations on his planet to maintain order. Natsuno's opinion about this was that Sinestro's intentions have good intentions but it was extreme or limiting his people's freedom and it is not like Tatsumi and the Kirishiki's strict regulations on the shiki who did not ask to come back as vampires.
  • Natsuno took the older superhero's advice and thought about no longer seeking death. In a way Natsuno did accomplish his goal of leaving Sotoba but it was in an unusual way.
