Orange Islands Arc: Keitaro takes a break from traveling, helping out Professor Saori Kido, and Domon Kasshu fills in. Bakura clears the Orange League, defeating its strongest trainer, Gin Ichimaru.
Johto Arc: Keitaro rejoins the team, and Domon stays with Professor Jet. During the journey through Johto, Bakura and friends thwart a plot involving Team Rocket members Shu Shirakawa and Scarlet, who were working under Doctor Yosemite Sam to capture a legendary Pokémon. Once at the Johto League, Bakura defeats Washu, but loses to Xander Harris, a trainer from Hoenn. Tron returns to her Gym Leader duties.
Advanced Generation/Ruby and Sapphire: The Series
Hoenn Arc: Upon arriving in Hoenn, Bakura is joined by rookie trainer Nana "Hatchi" Komatsu and her brother Pekkle. Nana chooses to become a Pokémon Coordinator, and gains rivals in the form of Tiz Arrior and Ryo Akiyama. Bakura also encounters the plots of Team Magma and Team Aqua, rival organizations led by Axel and Eiji Date respectively. Eventually Bakura reaches the Hoenn League Tournament where he defeats trainers like Son Goku, but ultimately loses to Fox McCloud, who wins the tournament outright.
Battle Frontier Arc: Upon returning to Kanto, Bakura challenges the Battle Frontier on the advice of Cid. Bakura ultimately defeats the strongest trainer in Battle Frontier, Regis. Following Bakura's victory, Nana and Pekkle parts ways.
Diamond and Pearl: After meeting up with Washu again, Bakura heads for Sinnoh to challenge the league there. There, aspiring Pokémon Coordinator Revy joins his journey. Revy gains rivals for her Pokémon Contest quest including Lapus Lazuli, Benten, and Wonder Momo. As for Bakura, he has several rivals for the league including Berkut, Joe Higashi, and most importantly Hanta Sero, whose harsh style of training offends Bakura. Bakura ultimately defeats Sero in the League, but loses to Ryu in the semifinals. During Bakura's Sinnoh journey, Team Galactic. lead by Kratos, seeks to remake the world. So Bakura faces of against Kratos's minions including Nami, Ciel, Reika Aoki, and Aku Aku. There is also Cersei Lannister, a Pokémon Hunter whose plans Bakura stops several times, before perishing on a job for Kratos. Ultimately Bakura stops Team Galactic with the help from Sinnoh Champion Mylene Flare Jenius. At the end of this adventure, both Keitaro and Revy part ways with Bakura.
Best Wishes/Black and White: The Series: Bakura's next stop on his journey is Unova, where he is joined by Gym Leader Death the Kid and Dragon-type trainer Madoka Kaname, student of Gym Leader Jubei. Death the Kid, being a Pokémon Connoisseur as well, has a rival in the form of Sayaka Kirasaka. Madoka gets one in the form of Dragon Buster Golden Darkness. Bakura's opponents for the league include Mao, Ahsoka Tano, Teruo "Kuma" Kumai, Neku Sakuraba and Issei Hyōdō. Bakura in the end defeats Mao and Kuma in the tournament, but loses to Neku, who then loses to eventual champion Issei. Prior to the league, Bakura stops a Team Rocket plot involving the Mythical Pokémon Ranka Lee. After the league, Bakura encounters Gray Fullbuster, a young man who can naturally understand Pokémon Speak. Gray, along with his foster sisters HatsuneMiku and Sonia Nevermind, are working to undermine Team Plasma and its leader Steve Irwin. Steve and his pet scientist Captain Cold intend to take over the Unova region by controlling one of its Legendary Pokémon, but Bakura and Gray put a stop to their plans. After the adventure, Death and Madoka bid farewell to Bakura.
XY: Bakura finds himself in the Kalos region, where he meets Gym Leader Eren Yeager, his little sister Urara Kasugano, and Yuri Usui, a childhood acquaintance of Bakura. Yuri is unsure of her goals, but later becomes a Pokémon Performer and seeks to unseat the reigning champion, Ema Skye. For her journey, Yuri gets a rival in Gentoku Ryuubi. As for Bakura, he has Dot Warner, Miles Morales, and Tetsuya Kuroko as his rivals. However, Kuroko is working for the fourth Raikage, leader of Team Flare, believing he has peaceful goals in mind. (Not to mention he thought it would help Marika Katou, a beginning trainer whose Pokémon fell into a coma.) However, the Raikage's true goals of wiping out the majority of life on the planet becomes apparent following Kuroko's defeat of Bakura in the Finals. Said goal hinges on mind controlling Zen, a mysterious creature Urara befriended, but in reality the core of one of Kalos's legendary Pokémon. Bakura, his friends, Kuroko, along with Kalos Champion Shirley Fenette, the Hoenn Champion Anti, the regional professor Saizou, and all the Kalos Gym Leaders team up to stop the Raikage. Following this arc, Eren, Urara, and Yuri say goodbye to Bakura as he heads for Alola.
Sun and Moon: Bakura attends a school in the Alola region, meeting Natsuki, Tobio Kageyama, Umi Kousaka, Lydie LeGrand, and Alolan Raichu. The main teacher at the school, 14K, wants to start a Pokémon League in the region, but JARVIS, leader of Team Skull, doesn't like that idea. Bakura defeats JARVIS in the league, and then defeats Natsuki's brother Accelerator to become Alola's first champion. When all is said and done, the gang parts ways with Bakura as he departs for the Galar region.
Journeys: Bakura is now a research fellow along with Izuku Midoriya, working under Professor Satoru Gojo. During their investigations around the world, Bakura encounters Galar's champion Jotaro Kujo, who is also the World Champion.
Horizons: Ena Shinonome and Chidori Takashiro embark on a journey to uncover the Pokémon world's greatest mysteries, assisted by Professor Hirokazu Arai while encountering the nebulous Explorers who wish to seek Ena's mysterious pendant for their own.
Diamond and Pearl: April (now Alicia), still aspiring to become a Pokémon Master, is joined by Shinobu, and Kaiba (now Tanaka Soichiro) in the Sinnoh region. They make sure to prevent Koyuki Asagiri, Lt. Toudou, and Vector the Crocodile from stealing Pokémon. Eventually, the trio fights an even greater crime syndicate headed by Goku.
Black and White: Alicia goes to the Unova region. Penchinon becomes her rival, while Belldandy and Sonic the Hedgehog become her traveling partners.
Journeys: Alicia is now a research fellow along with Cyborg, working under Professor Royof Pherae. During their investigations around the world, Alicia encounters Galar's champion Hawkeye, who is also the World Champion.
Horizons: Sypha Belnades and Sushang embark on a journey to uncover the Pokémon world's greatest mysteries, assisted by Professor Jeremiah Gottwald while encountering the nebulous Explorers who wish to seek Sypha's mysterious pendant for their own.
The Original Series: Duncan wants to become a Pokémon Master someday. He meets Professor Samson, who gives him Pikachu. Duncan is joined by Po and Kevin Jonas (later Yugi Muto). Meanwhile, Sharon Flemkin, the Tenth Doctor, and Jacob Black try to capture Pikachu. During the Orange Islands arc, Kevin stays behind and is replaced with Spike Spiegel. Kevin returns after that arc. Duncan's mom is Cleopatra.
Advanced/Ruby and Sapphire: Po stays behind and is replaced by Sakura Haruno and her sibling Icy. Starting with Advanced Battle, Yugi is Kevin once again. And starting with Battle Frontier, Jacob is now Kick.
Diamond and Pearl: Sakura and Icy stay behind and are replaced by Spike.
Black and White: Duncan travels through the Unova region with Rigby and Numbuh 3.

Pokémon: The First Movie: Draco Malfoy, Tiana, and Dr. John Watson go to an island owned by the legendary Pokémon Reggie Dunlop. The latter is a lab experiment created by Team Rocket, whose leader is Lord Shen. The Team Rocket trio consisting of Linda Litzke, Batman, and Bing Bong also make their way to the island, resulting in Bing Bong being cloned alongside other Pokémon. Jane Porter is a nurse who's hypnotized by Dunlop, while Imperator Furiosa is a police officer.
Pokémon 2000: While traveling aboard a boat ridden by Sonia Kincaid, Malfoy, Tiana, and Han Lue end up on Shamouti, where Malfoy is selected to be the chosen one by Lena for a festival. As it turns out, he really isThe Chosen One and has to deal with Rodolphe Giroux, a collector who wants to capture several Legendary Pokémon. Irina Spalko is Malfoy's mother.
Pokémon 3: After John Spartan goes missing, his daughter Anita Radcliffe becomes depressed until numerous Unown create J. Jonah Jameson (who sounds just like Spartan). However, when Anita wishes for a mother, Jameson kidnaps Spalko (now Effie Trinket), resulting in Malfoy, Tiana, and Watson going on an adventure to rescue her. Voyd, who is a Pokémon Trainer whom Malfoy and his friends befriend, gives them her Pokégear to help them rescue Effie.
Pokémon 4Ever: Bobby Hill travels through time and befriends Malfoy and his friends.
Pokémon Heroes: Malfoy and his friends meet Chief Quimby, who's a museum curator.
Pokémon: Jirachi Wish Maker: Malfoy, Watson, Mary, and Bart Simpson attend the Millenium Festival. During said festival, Bart befriends the Legendary Pokémon Felicity Shagwell. However, Anton wants to use Felicity's power in order to create a Groudon. Anton's childhood friend Lorna Michaelson reluctantly agrees to help him with his plan.
Pokémon: Destiny Deoxys: Malfoy and his friends visit LaRousse City. While there, they meet Professor Genie, whose son is afraid of Pokémon.
Destiny Deoxys: Steve is back to normal. But James is Asuma, Sayu becomes Quinn, and Linda turns into Sacajawea.
Diamond and Pearl: Robin (now Ichigo) and Bulkhead (now Alex) travel with Tiana. James is now Johnny Test.

The Original Series: Fungus wants to be a Pokémon Master. He travels with Rei Hino and Max, and fights against Nami, Arthur, and Spider-Man (who later becomes Barney the Dinosaur). During the Orange Islands arc, Max stays behind and is replaced by Jaden. Upon Max's return, he has become Hunk.
Season 1 redub: Fungus travels the Kanto region with Carly and Hunk. They are followed by Nami, Arthur, and Barney.
Advanced/Ruby and Sapphire: Fungus and Hunk travel in the Hoenn region with Aiko and Rainbow Dash.
Diamond and Pearl: Fungus and Hunk travel in the Sinnoh region with Sari (who later turns into Kaho).
Black and White: Fungus arrives in the Unova region and travels with Irma and Stan Marsh.
The Original Series: Sora (under the commands of Batman) sets off to catch them all with his Pikachu, Bea, and Arnold Jackson. Wonder Woman, Dexter, and Peter Potamus want to capture Pikachu for themselves. During the Orange Islands arc, Arnold stays behind and is replaced by Harold. Arnold returns after that arc.
Advanced/Ruby and Sapphire: Bea leaves and is replaced by Tootie and her brother Inez.
Diamond and Pearl: Sora and Arnold meet Stephanie.
Movies: In Pokémon 3, everyone except Batman is changed, such as Sora now being Franklin. However, they all revert to normal by Pokémon 4Ever. Beezy is a Pokémon with the power of aura.
