Protagonists
Mickey
A part-mouse, part-human orphan previously known as Michael Banks. Merlin's last apprentice before he died. Source: Mickey Mouse cartoons, particularly Fantasia, and Mary Poppins
- The Apprentice: To Merlin.

- Classical Antihero: He's very unsure of his ability to be a hero.
- Composite Character: Of Mickey Mouse and Michael Banks.
- Flying Broomstick: Uses one to fly.
- Forced Transformation: Was inadvertently transformed partially into a mouse by Maleficent.
- Guile Hero: Surprisingly, he shows himself to be this. He manages to call off the Headless Horseman's attack by threatening to kill Peter.
- Half-Human Hybrid: While he was originally fully human, he is now part rodent thanks to Maleficent's spell.
- Kid Hero: He may be a mouse with magic, but he's still young.
- Nice Mice: He's part-mouse, and one of the nicest characters in the story.
- Rodents of Unusual Size: He looks like a mouse, but he still retains his human size, among other things.
- Token Human: The only member of the main party who's fully human with no supernatural powers.
Peter Pan/Jack
The son of Captain James Hook and Tinkerbell. After Neverland is destroyed, he meets up with Mickey and goes on a journey to find a new identity, renaming himself "Jack". Source: Peter Pan
- Big Brother Instinct: He develops one towards Shego.
- Deal with the Devil: He ends up making one with Dr. Facilier to get his flying back in exchange for bringing Facilier back to life.
- De-power: Neverland's destruction devastates him so much that he's unable to fly anymore.
- Half-Human Hybrid: He's half-human, half-fairy.
- Heroic BSoD: Neverland's destruction causes him to despair so much that he loses his ability to fly and has an identity crisis.
- Related in the Adaptation: In this fic, Captain Hook and Tinkerbell are his parents.
- Small Name, Big Ego: To quote: "Oh, the cleverness of me!"
- That Man Is Dead: He is insistent that his name is "Jack", like his father wanted to name him, not "Peter".
Iridessa
One of the fairies of Neverland, who chooses to go with Peter when he leaves with Mickey. Source: Disney Fairies franchise
- Closer to Earth: She's a black fairy who's the voice of reason to the white human Peter.
- Nervous Wreck: Less obvious than in the films, but still present.
- Non-Human Sidekick: Is the only one of the original trio who has no human blood in her.
- Our Fairies Are Different: Unlike Maleficent, she looks like a small human with wings.
- Undying Loyalty: Is willing to leave her life in Neverland behind to help Peter and Mickey, no matter how dangerous. Mary Poppins's measuring tape describes her as "Anxious, but loyal".
Shego
The youngest member of the Team Go family, agents of O.W.A.C.A. After her sister is killed, she joins up with Mickey, Peter, and Iridessa when they start working with the organization. Source: Kim Possible
- Badass Adorable: She's only five, but she can burn you alive with ease, and even actually hurt Alice.
- Child Soldier: At first she and her siblings are played up as Kid Heroes, but when one of them is killed and Shego reveals that she doesn't want to be a superhero but has to anyway, it descends into Child Soldier territory.
- Freudian Excuse: The whole fic is this for her later life of supervillainy.
- It's Personal: With the Headless Horseman, as he killed her sister in front of her.
- Kid Hero: Deconstructed, see the entry for Child Soldier.
- Playing with Fire: This is her power.
- Related in the Adaptation: One line implies that she's related to Wendy Wu.
- Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds: She might have been a villain in Kim Possible, but with all the crap she goes through it's unsurprising how she turned villainess in the future. What with losing her sister to the Headless Horseman and being gangpressed into a job she doesn't like by a potentially perverted military officer and all.
Naveen
The Maldonian prince who calls on the O. W. A. C. A. to save the royal family. He later uses Mickey and the others to get him to New Orleans to see his wife and child. Source: The Princess and the Frog
- Berserk Button: Talking badly about Tiana in any way.
- The Casanova: He has been this in his past.
- Manipulative Bastard: A noble example. He lies to Mickey and the others to get them to take him to New Orleans, but only so he could see his wife and daughter.
- Oh, Crap!: When he realizes that Mickey intends to summon Facilier's soul.
Villains
In General
- Ghostapo: The ones who have magic use it in the service of Hitler.
- Legion of Doom: They're working together.
- Politically Incorrect Villain: Most of them are working with the Nazis.
- Psycho for Hire: Several of them.
- Sadist: A good deal of them. we
- Stupid Jetpack Hitler: Some of them are scientists who make advanced technology for the Nazis.
Maleficent
A powerful fairy who's high up in the chain of command, and is superior to many of the other villains. Source: Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast
- Always a Bigger Fish: She's the most powerful of Hitler's magical villains, and even she is frightened of Alice.
- Black Magic: She uses this, even drawing some of her powers from Hell.
- Composite Character: The Enchantress from Beauty and the Beast is revealed to have been her.
- Cool Chair: She has a throne decorated with skulls in the Nazi headquarters.
- The Dragon: To Hitler.
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones: See the entry for Mama Bear below.
- Even Evil Has Standards: She's disgusted by Doctor XXX and General Peter.
- Faux Affably Evil: She'll mock her enemies by acting polite and courteous, but this disappears when she gets angry.
- Knight of Cerebus: Her having Diablo take Odette's eyes and teeth is what kicks off the fic's darkness.
- Mama Bear: Even as evil as she is, you should never, ever, ever hurt her daughter Mim.
- One-Winged Angel: As in her film of origin, she can change into a huge dragon. She battles Merlin and attacks O.W.A.C.A.'s ship in this form.
- Our Fairies Are Different: She looks humanoid, but has green skin and immense magical powers.
- Our Goblins Are Different: She has an army of goblin Mooks which she refers to as her "children".
- Sadist: She takes Odette's eyes and teeth, seemingly just For the Evulz.
Adolf Hitler
The leader of all the Nazis, and most of the villains in the story. Source: Historical figure
- Big Bad: Almost all the other villains defer to him.
- Disproportionate Retribution: Minnie throws a tomato at him and calls him a bad man. His response is to have her parents killed and her tortured. Thankfully Christopher Robin is able to rescue her.
- Historical Domain Character
- Historical Villain Upgrade: In the fic, he has several Disney villains, advanced science, and dark magic on his side. He's also somewhat more extreme in some ways than in real life.
- Non-Action Big Bad: He mainly commands his allies and soldiers to do his bidding.
- Villain Song: Yes, even he has one.
- Would Hurt a Child: He cruelly punishes Minnie for disrespecting him and interrupting a speech.
Doctor XXX
Chief Nazi scientist and torturer, and one of Hitler's most feared assistants. Source: The Mad Doctor
- Affably Evil: Most of the time, he's jovial and courteous even while he practices deranged experiments.
- Ax-Crazy
- Berserk Button: Don't try and get him to pass up a rare scientific opportunity.
- The Dreaded: Even most of his colleagues are frightened by him.
- Evil Is Hammy: When he gets excited about his experiments.
- For Science!: Scientific experimentation and progress is his only goal.
- Laughably Evil: As despicable as he is, he can be pretty funny.
- Little Bit Beastly: After his arm was blown off in a battle, he replaced it with a gorilla's arm.
- Mad Scientist: Most other examples pale in comparison to him.
- Self-Made Orphan: He killed his entire family. And we do mean his entire family.
- Night of the Living Mooks: He then proceeded to reanimate their skeletons to do his bidding.
- Torture Technician: The real reason he's gotten so much power from Hitler is because of his torturing skills.
- The Unfettered: The only thing he cares about is scientific experimentation, and it's stated that he has no sense of ethics or inhibitions at all.
Doctor Dementor
The Nazi scientific advisor. He is the most ethical of his colleagues, and is often disturbed by them. Source: Kim Possible
- Ambiguously Jewish: Played for drama. In chapter 10 a modified chessboard of Drakken's hints Dementor may be Jewish, unfortunately, with Dementor currently working for the Nazis, he may want to keep that as much a secret as he humanly can.
- Butt-Monkey: He's low on the villains' totem pole. It doesn't help that he's more sensitive then the rest of them.
- Cool Helmet: He always wears a black helmet, to keep Anna from getting at his brain.
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones: He seems to care for his kids.
- Related in the Adaptation: Drakken and Motor Ed are his sons.
Anna
A teenage Anne Possible with an interest in brain surgery and a heap of Adaptational Villainy. After killing her family and trying to assassinate Hitler to study him, she is taken in by the Nazi scientists. Source: Kim Possible
- Adaptational Villainy: Here she has a liking for torturous and inhumane brain study on anything she can reach.
- Affably Evil: She acts so sweet and enthusiastic about her... ethically questionable methods of brain study.
- And I Must Scream: She likes to study creatures' brains while they're still alive and conscious.
- Badass Adorable: An evil variant.
- Enfant Terrible: She was pretty young when she started killing and dissecting.
- Evil Redhead
- Self-Made Orphan: She killed her family as a child.
- Villainous Friendship: Has one with Alice.
- Villain Song: She sings one while dissecting Elliot the Dragon.
Yamakoshi
A talking, immortal fish who was the result of Nazi experiments and now works with the Nazi scientific division. Source: Pair of Kings
- Beleaguered Assistant: He often doesn't think much of his scientist coworkers' plans.
- Expy: Of Minion. They're both talking fish in robot suits that serve as a Beleaguered Assistant to other villains.
- Immortality: He was given a formula for immortality, and it worked. Unfortunately, it only worked on fish.
- Talking Animal
- Who Wants to Live Forever?: Immortality isn't much fun when your colleagues get mad at you and smash the device you use to breath.
Doctor Frankenollie
A Nazi scientist who is also a monkey. He works closely with Anna. Source: Runaway Brain
- Even Evil Has Standards: Even he's horrified when Johann tests the experimental Super-Soldier serum on himself.
- For Science!: He definitely shares this attitude with Doctor XXX and Anna.
- Funny Animal: He's a scientist monkey.
- Mad Scientist
- Maniac Monkeys
Johann
Leader of HYDRA, the Nazi scientific division. Working on a super-soldier serum, he tests it on himself. Also known as Red Skull. Source: The Marvel Cinematic Universe
- Body Horror / Facial Horror: The serum causes his facial skin to melt off and his skull to turn red.
- Comic-Book Movies Don't Use Codenames: He is only referred to as Johann.
- Demoted to Extra: He gets very little time in the spotlight, unlike in the movies.
- Flanderization: In-universe: a side effect of the super-soldier serum is that it propells character traits to their extremes, which happens to him.
- The Noseless: When his face is melting, he casually tears his own nose off.
- Professor Guinea Pig: He tests his new serum on himself, with nasty results.
- Skull for a Head: What the serum does to him.
- Super-Soldier: He's developing a serum to create these.
- Too Kinky to Torture: He doesn't seem to mind his face melting off.
Monty Fisk
A British defector to the Nazis who uses monkey magic. Source: Kim Possible
- Evil Brit: He used to be British before he defected to the Nazis.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: It's a mystery to others why he's serving Hitler, when monkey magic is traditionally all about freedom.
- We Used to Be Friends: He used to be friends the Swiss Prime Minister, Francis Robinson. He's regretful that they're put at odds when Switzerland harbors Germany's enemies.
General Peter
A high-ranking German general. One of the cruelest and pettiest of Hitler's high command. Source: Pete cartoons
- Adaptation Name Change: He's called "Peter" rather than "Pete", presumably to make him sound more official and militaristic.
- Adaptational Nationality: He's German here.
- Adaptational Species Change: In the fic, he's a human. Maleficent does think about turning him into a cat sometime, though.
- Agent Scully He doesn't believe Alice is a devil.
- Evil Is Petty: He is described as the pettiest of Hitler's high command.
- Fat Bastard
Scar
A cunning lion who was magically changed into a human to serve the Nazis. Source: The Lion King (1994)
- Bad Boss: He kills one of his underlings just to prove a point to Shere Kahn.
- Beard of Evil: He has a sharp, black goatee.
- Even Evil Has Standards: He's not thrilled about Hitler's retribution towards the little girl who interrupted his song.
- Humanity Ensues: He was turned human to work for Hitler, and offers the same to Shere Kahn.
- Prefers Goingbarefoot: Shoes are his least favorite part of being human, and he avoids wearing them whenever he can.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: He points out Shere Kahn's Villain Decay, then offers the same transformation he got to him.
- Took a Level in Badass: While not much of a fighter as a lion, in a human body his animal instincts make him a great one.
Shere Kahn
A feared tiger who used to be friends with Scar. He's lost his touch in recent years, but Scar offers to help Kahn change that. Source: The Jungle Book (1967)
- Humanity Ensues: Invoked. Scar tells him that becoming human will let him restore his pride, and Kahn accepts.
- Villain Decay: He used to be more feared than legions of hyenas. Then Mowgli torched his tail. Then he was trapped in a pit. Then he became an un-threatening gangster in an island civilization of animals. He willingly accepts when Scar offers to help him reverse it.
- Villainous Friendship: Back when Scar was a lion, they used to hunt elephants together.
Devil Manta
An ancient enemy of Atlantica who allies himself with the Nazis. Source: The Little Mermaid (1992)
- The Dreaded: To everyone who lives in Atlantica.
- Evil Laugh: It can chill mermaids to the bone.
- Voice Changeling: He's able to perfectly imitate Ariel's voice to trick Melody.
Alice
A powerful Devil who looks like a sweet little girl. She acts as an emissary between Hell and the Nazis. Source: Alice in Wonderland
- Adaptational Species Change: See the entry for Adaptational Villainy.
- Adaptational Villainy: Yes. Rather then an innocent young girl, she's a sadistic Devil who only looks like an innocent young girl.
- Adorable Abomination: Her little girl form is cute and sweet, but appearances are decieving...
- Affably Evil: She acts sweet and pleasant enough, but when you learn what she is and what kind of things she does...
- Bizarre Alien Senses: She can smell different kinds of magic, like the "fortieth radiance of the fragrance spectrum".
- Creepy Child: She takes the form of one.
- Face of an Angel, Mind of a Demon: The demon part is literal, though "devil" is more correct.
- Half-Human Hybrid: Like all devils, she's the child of a human and a magical creature.
- Humanoid Abomination: She looks human, but she's anything but.
- Nigh-Invulnerable: Like other devils, nothing can hurt her except other Devils, stars, or magic from the Gods.
- Soft-Spoken Sadist: Even when she gets angry, she doesn't show it.
- The Starscream: She has designs to topple the Red Queen and take her place as ruler of Hell.
- Villainous Friendship: Has one with Anna.
The Headless Horseman
The Red Queen's devilish executioner, who is summoned to the mortal world to hunt the Nazis' enemies. Source: The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad
- Adaptational Badass: In The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad, the Headless Horseman was heavily implied to be just Brom Bones trying to scare Ichabod Crane, and even if he wasn't, he couldn't cross bridges over running water. In the fic, he's a very real undead devil who relentlessly hunts his prey and takes their heads, and his weakness of bridges is just a myth.
- The Dragon: In the mortal world he's this to Alice, in Hell he's this to the Red Queen.
- Faking the Dead: Alice's plans to use the heroes includes him going into hiding and pretending to be dead.
- Half-Human Hybrid: He's the son of a human and a gargoyle, making him one of the more powerful Devils.
- Implacable Man: Nothing will stop him from claiming his prey.
- Off with His Head!: His preferred method of killing. It helps that he's the Red Queen's executioner.
- Psycho for Hire: He can be summoned by mortals like Brom Bones to do their bidding.
- Super-Strength: He's strong enough to move a battleship on his own.
The Red Queen
The queen of lust and heartache, and ruler of Underland. Source: Alice in Wonderland, Alice in Wonderland (2010)
- Adaptational Villainy / Adaptational Badass: While in the original works she's a sore-tempered childish monarch with a penchant for beheading people, here she's a Satanic Archetype Eldritch Abomination.
- Color Motif: Red, of course.
- Composite Character: Of the Queen of Hearts from the cartoon and the Red Queen from the 2010 film.
- The Dreaded: Few have the courage to even say her name.
- Eldritch Abomination: A feared being that rules Hell and drives mortals mad.
- Evil Overlord: A (seemingly) female version.
- The Ghost: Mentioned, but so far never actually seen.
- Greater-Scope Villain / The Man Behind the Man: Hell is behind the current war, and the Red Queen rules Hell.
- The Heartless: She's described as "the queen of lust and heartache".
- Playing Card Motifs: The Queen of Hearts playing card is used to foreshadow her.
- Satanic Archetype: She rules Hell, is identified by her red color scheme, and corrupts the souls of mortals such as Captain Hook.
- Voluntary Shapeshifting: According to Word of God, she and the other inhabitants of Hell can change their forms at will, explaining why they look different in various movies.
The Ponyos
Undead mermaids, feared since ancient times, currently being used as weapons by the Nazis. Source: Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea
- Adaptational Villainy: In the original anime film? A sweet, curious child of the sea. Here? A twisted species of undead mermaids that prey on and mutate their friends and family.
- And I Must Scream: Becoming a Ponyo is not pleasant.
- The Assimilator: They use slime to mutate merfolk into more Ponyos and bring them into the Hive Mind.
- Decomposite Character: Instead of the one character from their film of origin, here they're a whole unnatural species.
- The Dreaded: Merfold have feared them throughout their history, for good reason.
- Hive Mind: Once turned into a Ponyo, you think like them as well.
- Obliviously Evil: They seem to think that they're helping their fellow merfolk by transforming them.
- Our Mermaids Are Different: Well, they used to be mermaids...
- Our Zombies Are Different: They're the twisted spirits of dead merfolk that infect living merfolk into joining them.
Doctor Facilier
The charismatic "Shadow Man", who turned Prince Naveen and Tiana into frogs and tried to steal the souls of New Orleans. Mickey and the others go looking for him to help them find the Order of Fantasia. Source: The Princess and the Frog
- Adaptational Heroism: If he was telling the truth about wanting to prevent the war.
- Back from the Dead: Thanks to Peter.
- Deal with the Devil: He's made a lot of them, with him as the Devil side, and ends up making one with Peter to be brought back to life in exchange for helping Peter fly.
- The Dreaded: To everyone who knows of him.
- Hollywood Voodoo: Uses this.
- Living Shadow: When he comes back from the dead, he takes the form of Peter's shadow.
- Villain Song: Uses one to convince Peter to bring him back from the dead.
- Well-Intentioned Extremist: He claims that his scheme to steal New Orleans's souls was to prevent the current supernatural war. It's still unclear whether he was telling the truth or not.
Order of Fantasia
In General
- The Fellow Ship Has Ended: By the time of the fic, they're all seemingly either dead or insane.
- Meta Origin: They all got their powers preventing the birth of magic from destroying the sun.
- Super Team: They are one of many of Disney's magical characters.
- Ragtag Bunch of Misfits: They started out as this.
Merlin
A powerful wizard who ages backwards and taught magic to Mickey before he was killed by Maleficent. Source: The Sword in the Stone, Fantasia, and The Sorcerer's Apprentice
- The Archmage
- Composite Character: He's a combination of the Merlin from The Sword in the Stone, the Merlin from The Sorcerer's Apprentice, and Yen Sid from Fantasia.
- Mentor Occupational Hazard: He's Mickey's mentor in magic, among others, and Maleficent kills him.
- Merlin Sickness: He ages backwards.
- Obi-Wan Moment: He gets one when he's killed by Maleficent.
- Squishy Wizard: He's become this by the time he trains Mickey.
- Wizards Live Longer: Lived for hundreds of years.
Captain Hook
A fearsome pirate who left both the Pirate Court and the Order of Fantasia to settle in Neverland with his love, Tinkerbell. Together they had Peter, though Hook wanted to name him Jack. Source: Peter Pan
- Adaptational Badass: It turns out he was holding back on Peter because Peter was his son. He's much more capable and tough when the Nazis invade Neverland.
- Apocalyptic Log: His Captain's Log became this as his sanity slipped.
- Driven to Madness: His journey to Hell and his breakup with Tinkerbell drove him near-insane.
- Interspecies Romance: With Tinkerbell, a fairy.
- The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything: Invoked, he used to be a powerful and capable pirate, but chose to leave it all behind.
- Sanity Slippage: His log details it.
Clopin
A Parisian clown. He helped stop a monster just as bad as Hitler in earlier days. Source: The Hunchback of Notre Dame
- Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass
- Magical Clown: He's a clown who gained magic along with the rest of the Order.
- Beware the Silly Ones
Odette
A Middle Eastern thief who mastered magic just to keep herself from starving. Source: The Princess and the Frog, Beauty and the Beast
- Batman Gambit: Despite her enchanted insanity, she still manages to pull one on Maleficent in the first chapter.
- Composite Character: Is a combination of Mama Odie from The Princess And The Frog and the old lady from Beauty and the Beast. But oddly enough, she's also a Decomposite Character at the same time, see below.
- Decomposite Character: She is the old lady from Beauty and the Beast, but not the enchantress. While in the original film, they are the same character, here the old lady is Odette while the enchantress is Maleficent. They just happen to be mistaken for the same person because they are there at the same time.
- Driven to Madness: Maleficent puts a spell on her that makes her crazy.
- Eye Scream / The Tooth Hurts: After Maleficent enchants her insane, she has Diablo take Odett's eyes and teeth.
- Immortality: Another of Maleficent's "gifts" to her.
Pierre
A Rodigan inventor, unfortunately ahead of his time.
- Animated Armor: He protected his flower by placing it in a suit of armor and having mechanical soldiers guard it.
- Gadgeteer Genius: He is described as this.
Gothel
Maldonia's first princess, who trusted nobody but herself with her flower. Also known as Snow White. Source: Tangled, Snow White
- Adaptational Heroism: See the entry for Well-Intentioned Extremist.
- Adaptational Villainy: Snow White, being combined with Mother Gothel, naturally gets this.
- Composite Character: Of Mother Gothel from Tangled and Snow White from Snow White.
- Eerie Pale-Skinned Brunette
- Foreshadowing: See the entry for Knife Nut.
- Well-Intentioned Extremist: Her obsession with Rapunzel's powers is described as her own extreme way to protect the magical flower entrusted to her.
Springshine
The daughter of a nymph and a human, one of the most powerful Stars. She let her flower grow and be passed on through generations of guardians. Source: Fantasia 2000

- Did You Just Punch Out Cthulhu?: She almost singlehandedly defeated a Titan.

Other Characters
Mary Poppins
A magical woman who used to be Mickey's nanny back when he was Michael Banks. Source: Mary Poppins
- Anthropomorphic Personification: She is implied to be the personification of the idea of perfection.
- Defrosting Ice Queen: She has grown warmer and less constrained in the past few years, which she says is because of the attitudes of the British people shifting.
- Friend to All Living Things: Not only is she a nanny for humans, she also helps raise Star Whales.
- Magical Nanny
- Parasol Parachute: She of course uses this.
- Shout-Out: It's implied that in the future, she will change to resemble the Doctor as she adapts to England's ideas of what perfection is.
- Took a Level in Kindness: See Defrosting Ice Queen.
Bert
The Spirit of Britain, particularly London, and Mary Poppins's dearest friend. Source: Mary Poppins
- End of an Age: He admits that maybe the age of "adventureres, and crackpot scientists, and chimney-sweeps" is coming to an end.
- Genius Loci: He is the embodiment of London and its common ideals. The author even mentions this trope by name in his notes.
- Shout-Out: As the spirit of Britain and its ideals, it's heavily implied that Bert will soon be replaced by the fictional James Bond.
Christopher Robin
A clever and brave young soldier for the Allies, who has a way with animals. Source: The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
- Adaptational Badass: He's a capable soldier who can convince most animals to help him.
- Friend to All Living Things: Even dragons.
- Heroic Sacrifice: Gets himself found and presumably killed by getting Minnie to safety.
- Kid Hero All Grown-Up: He's old enough to fight in the war now.
- Loyal Animal Companion: A golden fox follows him everywhere.
Captain Griswald
The quickest draw in the Canadian army. After his troops are overrun, he and Christophe Robin work together to rescue the Rodigan royal family. Source: Recess
- Fastest Gun in the West: Well, in Canada.
- Red Baron: His nickname is El Diablo, the demon of the 27th regiment.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here:"Alright, then, I wash my hands of this weirdness.
Mim/Elliot the Dragon

Minnie

- Adaptational Species Change: She's a human girl instead of a mouse (for now, at least).
- Damsel in Distress: She's held prisoner by the Nazis to be rescued by Christopher Robin and Elliot.
- Foregone Conclusion: Given her source material, her and Mickey ending up together at some point is kind of inevitable.

- Youngest Child Wins: As the youngest of her queenly siblings, she is also the closest to humans and understands that they're not all evil. She doesn't actually win, however, as her siblings vote her out of confidence and make the decision to go to war without her.
