Welcome to the Trope Pantheons thread! Please read the rules:

    Rules
Rules. The following are not suggestions or tips, but things that have to be followed:
  • When writing a profile, take note of the following:
    • Gods cannot be followers or high priests for obvious reasons. The 'gods' have ascended meaning there is no need for said character to be a follower of another if they have ascended.
    • No hype profiles, please. 'Hype Profiles' are profiles that have been made out of ongoing events and have not been around for a long time. This creates 'hype' due to popularity and certain elements either through certain scenes, memes, dramatic acting or considered overly awesome. They are not bad tropes but building a portfolio solely for that is a bad idea, as they do not say a thing about representing the trope best (unless it's those trope concepts that they are trying to embody for a long time)
      • You can see one if the profile is only showing off how awesome they are or suddenly pushing how 'significant' they are thanks to the just very recent events rather than respecting the longstanding good representations of the trope. And usually having... minimum portfolio or flavor texts and being a bit too generalized or self-contained to events from within their home series instead of interacting with other Pantheon members.
  • When posting in the forum, take note of the following:
    • When you suggest a God, please explain why they fit the trope. Not everyone is going to understand just "X should be the God of Y because they exemplify the trope" off the bat, especially if they're unfamiliar with the work.
    • You must use the Trope Pantheons discussion thread in the forums if you wish to add a new deity, story, something else of importance to the Trope Pantheon canon, or reworking an existing deity (be it simply improving their existing profile or changing their title).
      • For new and reworked deities, 3 [tup] means the profile will have a one week waiting period.
      • For new and reworked deities, 4 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 5 [tup] is an automatic ascension for new and reworked deities.
      • Speaking of reworks, for anyone that wants to improve such profiles, they have to review the current trope the character(s) has and see if it still holds up or if there is a better rep for their trope.
    • For adding new Treasures to The Great Treasury or new Dominions to the Dominions, the following rules apply:
      • For new Treasures or Dominions, 3 [tup] is a 3 day waiting period.
      • 4 [tup] is an automatic addition to the Great Treasury or Dominions.
    • Do not repost a profile in the forums more than twice in a day if noticeable changes have not been made in between. If a profile is posted a third time in a row without noticeable alterations, it will be downvoted. This is so spamming of no-effort profiles is less frequent and to prevent tropers from getting aggravated seeing the same profile over and over. The minimum acceptable change has to be a single flavour text.
    • The Pantheon is not a mouthpiece for you to voice your opinions on certain characters. You may like certain characters more than others, but do not make the mistake of making profiles for characters you like look like Character Shilling.
    • Tropers new to the Pantheon are barred from approving or downvoting profiles until they have ascended at least two profiles.
    • Do not include fan reception in any profiles. It has nothing to do with the character themselves and will create unnecessary conflict.
    • Write a detailed explanation on why the character is the best candidate for deity of that trope. If people disagree with you, do not force it on the people.
    • Keep in mind that if you still want to try to find a trope for a particular character, you are only given three chances to find a particular trope for them. If a suggestion goes past three possible tropes, then it will come off as shoehorning a character into the Pantheon just for the sake of that character to be there.
      • On a related note, even if a character does have a free trope being suggested, there is still a limit of three attempts for suggesting that character for that trope. If no one responds to that certain proposal after being posted three times, then it will get to the point where the idea will be seen as being shoehorned into the Pantheon. In addition, the idea needs to be considered acceptable and approved because they are good, not for the sake of pitying others because no one is responding to their idea.
  • When posting Pantheon related stuff to the wiki, take note of the following:
    • Do not put a link to these Pantheon pages into the main wiki page. The moment you want to add in a main Characters page that the character is a God of this trope, do not do it. If you see leftovers of this practice, inform the forum and use the cutlist. This also goes to the Trivia page. The only exception to this rule is if a page in the Pantheon could be confused for a page in Main, like Good Colors, Evil Colors and Good and Evil Colors.
    • Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment ALSO applies here. Do not bring things that would incite fights, even if it is what is currently the hot topic and might be 'urgent'. For example, the political scene and some really bad politicians. We are not here to fight at each other, so don't suggest things that go to that direction, this is a fictional Pantheon after all.
    • To add a Pantheon page for a certain work, 4 or more characters coming from the same series/franchise should be ascended before adding the page. For Creator specific pages, 4 deities coming from the same creator and 2 individual work pages coming from the same creator is the minimum to warrant a page.
    • Do not create a trope page for a story until the story is fully completed.

    Instructions and Tips
Here are some tips one should keep in mind when editing:

  • Preparing to write:
    • First thing to do before present a profile is to go to the Trope Pantheons discussion thread. In the forums, you must discuss with other users on adding ideas and seek their approval with sound reasoning. You can also get some assistance in the forum thread by either asking for help and those interested asking if they can help. Submissions that are added without discussion are likely to be deleted and those who violate those rules by adding Pantheon content without discussion will get reported to the mods.
    • If you feel the need to remove a character for some reason (poor quality, outdated titles, etcetera) and replace him/her with another or outright rework, please see what the other tropers think about this in the discussion thread before doing anything hasty. Use good reasoning to see if your idea can easily replace the character present without drawing out your statement or giving too ambiguous claims most do not understand.
    • Please be sure to consult others in the discussion about what you want to work before making the profile. This is done to see if your proposal is the best representative and so, in case your profile is turned down, you do not waste time writing something that others might not find suitable.
      • In the same vein, if you adopt a profile from another troper, it is recommended that you make an announcement that you have done so on the discussion thread. More often than not, a trope that was reserved for something was given away to someone else. Check the Related tab on the top of a page to see if a trope or character has been reserved by a user.
    • If, for whatever reason, you are writing about a God who just happens to be a person in real life, just try to be very careful about what you decide to say. Do not try to make the editing seem too meta (self-referential) and use the aformentioned creativity to create hypothetical scenarios towards fictional characters.
  • When writing a profile for a character, here are a few things to note:
    • All deities should be sorted by their divine ranking. Put Overdeities on the top of the page and Quasideities on the bottom. Also be sure to add them in alphabetical order by their first/given name (can be reversed if it is Eastern ordered). For a group, if there is no official name for them all list down all their names by order of relevance or (if too long to list) title them as Insert Name Here Main Characters or some other identifiable title along the same lines.
    • The maximum number of tropes that a god can have is two, but do not try to abuse that fact. If you need to use a second trope to specify a certain thing about their position, that can be excused either because said character represents their trope choice very well alongside the first trope. It is still generally encouraged to only have one trope.
    • A trope can only belong to one profile at a time. The only time two profiles can share a trope is if there are explicit variations listed in the trope page proper (e.g. Muscle Angst is held by both Biscuit Krueger and Chihiro Fujisaki as the former represents "Too Much Muscle" and the latter represents "Not Enough Muscle")
    • If the character you are about to add to a House already exists in another, make sure to mention that this person has spots in other House as well. Up to 2 places can be made for a deity, with the sole exceptions being those at the Main House to highlight those characters’ importance to the Pantheon’s lore.
    • For a character's theme song, try to avoid calling it "Theme of God X" or "Theme of (Show where God X originates from)". If possible, try to find out if the song has an actual name through research. Most importantly, it has to be part their series’ official soundtracks from media. Do not list songs that are made by fans or outside sources. If they were not specifically used as music for that specific character, then they do not count. Furthermore, it has to be a general theme specifically made for that characters’ appearances, not some generic music that plays for many other instances not related to the character in question.
    • For images, when adding an image for your chosen character, it is highly recommended to use a stylized image that embodies the character or renders that also highlights a character’s behavior (such as cool poses). Most images should be from the main adaptations of the character, unless the images from the other media are of a higher quality than the adaptation. Unless it is needed, do not use fanart for images. If you are, please attribute to the original artist. Due to the website’s dark mode, removing white backgrounds from an image is paramount. This website is suggested to do the background removal. If an image you have takes up too much bytes, it is suggestible to use this site to reduce the byte size. If the byte is still too big, put the compressed image to other sites (or even the same one) to compress even further. Use wikias to look for better images, as even wikias for the series might not contain good official images.
    • Creativity is your friend. While it is not recommended to get too ditzy at your ideas, it is best that when writing a profile for a certain character, do you think of capable scenarios between X and Y. Tip: do not use shallow examples (X wields a sword and Y wields one too) and try to think of relationships that makes sense (i.e those characters that are shout-outs for another).
  • Pantheon Content:
    • Some series or genres will eventually have greater representation in the Pantheon than others. This is unavoidable, but a little diversity helps to make you not look like a shill per say. Try to ensure that if you add a deity from a popular series, make sure that it is because they are a good representative for the trope in question, and not just because they are connected to another deity in their respective canon.
      • As far as deities from actual mythologies, there is generally expectation to build the profiles off interactions from fictional portrays rather than basing it entire from the actual myth. Therefore, a mythological deity should be more of a Composite Character whose main identity is from the actual myth.
    • Occasionally there will be Gods that carry a title without a trope. This is not forbidden, but it is well advised not to abuse them. The only house that a tropeless profile are wholly allowed is the House of Food. Mainly due to most food items lacking tropes, and adding tropes about said foodstuffs is slightly unnecessary. However, the character being ascended for their choice of a food, or food-related thing must be a decently good representative of said item. (i.e their Trademark Favorite Food, or something that they are closely associated with In-Universe, or both).
    • For Dominions and Treasures profiles, always consider what made those places/objects popular in the first place. Were they plot-important, identifiable imagery or have a unique aspect of it? Do not just bring regular objects under the basis of following a certain canon.
  • For Profile Standards:
    • Flavor text is used to describe certain things about a character, place or object. To avoid short ones, it is recommended to write flavor text with 4-7 sentences that can fill around 2 lines each. Be warned that adding too many sentences does not equal good flavor text as it is not an essay of sorts (unless words are substantial and do add to the overall line).
    • Character Profiles of a certain person should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 7 (at the minimum) tropes describing their character.
      • Flavor text count for a deity profile should have by minimum, 10 (depending if the character in question has enough relationships/characterization) to 15 with a maximum of 20-25 for an individual profile.
      • On the other hand, group profiles (profiles of a group that has 4 or more members) have their maximum flavor text count to 15 minimum, giving individual lines for the other members of the group (unless the members are not as characterized) up to 30 at max.
    • Dominion profiles of a certain place should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 5 (at the minimum) tropes describing the context of the place.
      • Flavor text count should range at least 10 to 15.
    • Treasure profiles (inanimate objects without a trope) should have the following:
      • A portfolio that contains at least 6 (at the minimum) tropes that describes the object itself.
      • Flavor text count should be at least 7 flavor text up to 12 to constitute a treasure profile.

    Divine Ranking System
  • Overdeity: Omnipotent-level Reality Warpers capable of manipulating the entire universe (or at least the world) at will. Within their own universe they are believed to be omnipotent, or at least impossible-to-completely-destroy embodiments or concepts.
  • Greater Gods: High-level Reality Warpers and that are extremely powerful (capable of destroying or changing anywhere from a large city to a planet at will) and very strong non-reality warpers capable of doing the same thing.
  • Intermediate Gods: Deities at this level are capable of strong but specialized powers such as hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, etc. without major drawbacks and low level Reality Warpers capable of affecting their immediate area at will.
  • Lesser Gods: Capable of highly specific or little power on their own, or suffer from Power at a Price. However, they may be able to ruthlessly exploit their power or combine it with just being badass enough to make up for it.
  • Demigods: Basically the Badass Normals of the pantheon, making up for their lack of abilities with strength, strategy, and/or planning.
  • Quasideities: Any otherwise normal human, human equivalent, or below without any special powers or training will fall here.

    Templates
Template for adding a new deity:

God X, God/dess of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Rank: This can range from Quasideity, Demigod, Lesser God, Intermediate God, Greater God, to Overdeity, based on representation of power mentioned above.
  • Symbol: An image or icon used to represent the deity.
  • Theme Song: Official song (in other words, no fan music, regardless of quality) that usually is used in affiliation with the character. If the deity is a musician this will most likely be their Signature Song. If possible, give a link for reference, preferably on either a website like Soundcloud or YouTube.
  • Alignment: Good, evil, neutral etc. Forget about The Great Character Alignment Debate here, the Pantheon is one of the few places where you can assign Dungeons & Dragons alignment to characters that don't have alignment system. After all, the Pantheon is based on D&D and is made for fun.
  • For Pokémon deities only:
    • Gender: Defines the gender of the Pokémon; if genderless, it instead defines what gender they identify as.
    • Ability: Provides the Pokémon's ability. If they can Mega Evolve, the new ability is listed as well.
    • Moves: Defines the four moves used by a Pokémon. A Z-Move may also be listed.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the character.
  • Domains: Things that the character has influence over.
  • Herald: Non-ascended loyal character that is from the same series as the ascended character.
  • High Priest: Non-ascended like heralds, but not from the same series, and can serve as a worthy replacement in case something would happen. They can be served as part-time workers in case the originals are busy with some jobs. Co-Godhood is accepted depending on the approval of the originals, usually if the co-deity is from the same series.
  • Followers: Non-ascended characters that are not part of the Pantheon, but would probably worship this character by the fact that they share the ascended character's trope.
  • Relationships between ascended characters go here with your chosen character, it goes something like this:
    • Allies: Members of the Pantheon that are allies, those that share the same values as them and would theoretically be friends with them.
    • Rivals: Members of the Pantheon that are rivals, people who may look at your character with suspicion or a challenge.
    • Enemies: Members of the Pantheon that are foes, those who would see your chosen character as a threat, either on their pespective or yours.
    • Additional Character Relationships: Members of the Pantheon that do not fit in various relationships (examples include Enemy Mine, Vitriolic Best Buds, Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, Headbutting Heroes, Friendly Enemy, Friendly Rival, Just Friends, etc.), allies, rivals, or enemies.
    • Partner: Defines a partnership with an ascended deity and Mon-type. (if any)
    • Feared by/Fears: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon notably fear or are feared by.
    • Respected by/Respects: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon respect or are respected by.
    • Opposed by/Opposes: Not necessarily the same as "Enemies", but this is used for any deity whom the members of the Pantheon directly opposes or is opposed by (basically the opposite of "Respects") terms of certain viewpoints, regardless of alignment.
    • Pitied by/Pities: A deity whom the members of the Pantheon feel pity for or are found pitiable by.
    • Conflicting Opinion: Sometimes, the Deities argue over specific themes and philosophies.
  • Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
    • The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
    • The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 (15-20 for group profiles) at minimum to 20-25 (30 for group profiles) at maximum.

Template for Dominions profiles:

Place X, Place of (Insert Trope Here) (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Alignment: Refers to the dominion's role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the dominion.
  • Domains: Things that the place has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the location has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the dominion is linked to, note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said dominion, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Dominion is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Dominions is 10 at minimum to 15 at maximum.

Template for Treasure profiles:

The name of the item in here (Alternate names/Nicknames, Fan Nickname)

  • An image, if possible. Please use official art or a screenshot for a picture.
  • Appearance: A shortened description of the item's looks with some notable features also mentioned.
  • Class: Refer to the Treasure Classification System in the Great Treasury.
  • Alignment: Refers to the objects' role in their story, be it those used by villains or used by the Player Character.
  • Theme Song (Optional): Not important as compared to Deity and Dominion profiles but a notable mention if there is an accompanying song in use with the object.
  • Museum Check: A note that says whether the item is viewable by the public.
  • Portfolio: Tropes associated with the item.
  • Domains: Things that the item has links to.
  • Relationships (Optional): Unless the item has a connection with a specific deity, relationships are optional and may not be required. However, if there are deities linked to the same series as where the item is linked to (especially the original owner of the item), note them using the relationships, this includes deities that theoretically have interest with said object, good or evil otherwise.
  • Add the Intro. Here the introduction of the Treasure is added with some tidbits regarding the origins of its' creation and usage in the story. You can also add what made it popular/iconic/important here.
  • Now add some random trivia/facts about events/alignments/moments/fights/friendships/relations etc.
  • And some more trivia/facts.
  • And a couple of more.
    • Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Treasures is 7 at minimum to 12 at maximum.

  • Enemies:
  • Opposed by: The House of Magic, the Forms of Immortality sub-house
  • In the greater Omniverse live the Super-Celestials, beings meant to start multiverses and give themselves to them in order to forever sustain them. However the most feared of them, Perpetua, sought to sustain herself forever with her creation of the proto-DC Multiverse. Her sons would maintain the positive matter, antimatter and dark matter aspects of her creation, while she sought to turn the multiverse into a weapon. Ultimately her sons ratted her out, resulting in the Source sending a messenger to imprison her in the Source Wall, which'd guard the multiverse from the energies beyond. However the breaking of the Source Wall has released the Mother of the Multiverse, and she plans to weaponize her creation against her brothers and sisters, and escape the judgement of the Source.
  • Her ascension sent waves of fear through the Celestials; they aren't the same Celestials Perpetua is a part of, but they know the reputation she has among them. The Mother of the Multiverse soon took notice of the House of Time and Space, and its role in the expanse of the greater omniverse. Her plans are to twist it into a weapon against the Source and all true supreme beings, to ensure she will forever exist. However Perpetua knows she's a recent player in the field and if she's going to take over the Trope Pantheon, she'll need some help.
    • Both Zamasu and the Divine Powers envision the overthrowing of the status quo and the current order to achieve their own vision of a utopia. Due to the sheer power of Perpetua, they think it's wise siding with her for now to achieve their ends. Of course, despite her promises of making perfect universes for them interactions with Luthor show she cannot be trusted as a true ally to them. Then again, the same could be said of the mad Kaioshin and the Divine Powers. And yes, they are quite aware of that
    • Kronika was willing to go along Perpetua wholeheatedly. A Titan in charge of time, yet manipulating it to her own selfish ends along with...questionable parenting skills makes her similar in personality to Perpetua. That said, while Kronika has been promised absolute domain over the MK multiverse in exchange for aiding Perpetua, she dislikes her selfish motives. The Super-Celestial doesn't think she has much room to talk.
    • Chakravartin is a creator god with malicious intentions on reality, though he frames it as otherwise. Come his defeat at the hands of Asura, he has chosen to join Perpetua in hopes of gaining his ultimate ambitions. Zanza is exciting at the idea of working with the Mother of the Multiverse as they share a selfish spirit for their universes, and Perpetua will allow him the means to forever create and reshape his reality as he sees fit.
    • The Ebon Dragon and Angra Mainyu joined as she is associated with "doom" over "justice", but more importantly to finally have the edge over their antitheses. In particular Perpetua has promised to make the Ebon Dragon a cosmic force and true being. That said, camaraderie is non-existent and both sides see the other as a means to an end. The Unconquered Sun and Ahura Mazda chided them for believing it would make any significant distance, and Perpetua asked the latter God of Good why.
Ahura Mazda: "It is not a lack of power or scale for why you will fail; it is the nature of evil to hinder itself. This is why justice shall prevail over doom, despite all your attempts."
  • Perpetua wields the Seven Hidden Forces of Creation. They are as followed:
    • The Still Force; counter to Speed Force. Based around inertia and entropy. Despite this power being in line with many of Nekron's desires, Perpetua considers herself far above him and regards herself as more "constructive", thus isn't going to utilize the Grand United Alliance of Destruction. The worst part is that she legitimately is more dangerous and powerful than the Lord of the Unliving.
    • The Invisible Spectrum, which feeds on buried primal emotions. The only one known so far is the Ultraviolet Corps, which represent repressed shame and guilt. She has her sights set on the House of Emotion to further re-unlock this ancient power of hers, believing that the UV embodiment Umbrax can be awakened by exploiting the Regret sub-house.
    • The Tear of Extinction, which brings death to all living beings and immortals. It is driven toward isolation and solipsism and is tied to the Death Force. Even gods can die to it. And as such, the sub-house for immortals is on edge with her existence in the pantheon, and she believes sufficient amount can override the Death Is Cheap nature of the pantheon. Partnered with it is the Void Wind, which can snuff out magic and gods. Thus, she is feared by the House of Magic.
    • Other forces include the Black Apple, the Sixth Note and Faithlessness. The Black Apple represents forbidden knowledge, which she is trying to tempt members of the House of Knowledge with. The Sixth Note is an esoteric power beyond imagination itself. Then the Faithlessness, which while little is known it appears to be tied with the concept of Doom. The Nothing may be connected to either the Void Wind, Sixth Note or the Faithlessness. She feels it is a useful tool, though given what the Nothing is it isn't going to side with her.
  • Her arrival immediately got the attention of the Presence; though He takes a different form, He is still the same being as the Source Perpetua betrayed. He immediately called on her three sons to prepare and empower them so they can form the Ultra Monitor again, while making sure the Anti-Monitor is kept on a leash. Mobius is still somewhat loyal to his mother and regrets joining his brothers to rat him out as it made his roles as a Destroyer Deity obsolete, but is forced to be disloyal whenever the Presence says so. By contrast Mar Novu and Alpheus won't hesitate to fight their mother and they don't regret ratting her out.
  • Superheroes and supervillains across the DC Multiverse were on high alert come her ascension to the pantheon. Even if he's not a superhero persay, she was immediately concerned with Doctor Manhattan since it was his powers that the Batman That Laughs recreated for himself to even stand a chance against her. Likewise, she put Wonder Woman high on her hit list as when empowered by the World Forge she was the one who finally put Laughs down for good, and the Mother of the Multiverse doesn't want that kind of power up to happen again.
  • Not all DC characters oppose her, however; Barbatos was convinced to strike down his master with Perpetua's advice. Substituting the Batman Who Laughs, Perpetua wants him to replace the role and join with the Mind Flayer at her side to run her new and improved Dark Multiverse for the darkness they'll bring. And she has not just whispered to Barbatos, but her son Mobius, Parallax, Alexander Luthor Jr and Darkseid, encouraging them to act in various crises to damage the Source Wall so she may one day be free. Like Melkor it is likely a stretch to say she influenced crises beyond the scope of DC, but by most metrics she is her multiverse's Greater-Scope Villain as well. Darkseid has already been promised by Laughs a world where he won the Final Crisis and Perpetua promises to maintain that for him. She has also made a clear promise to Parallax that he may run rampant and feed off the terror of The Dark Multiverse so long as he serves her.
  • Because of her opposition to any true supreme being, she detests The Love That Moves The Stars; a truly transcendent presence that is the source of creation. As the Mother of the Multiverse perverts creation to her own selfish ends, He sees her as being little better than Dis. The Emperor of the Kingdom Dolorous has as much of a kinship as possible for an omnimalevolent being such as himself with Perpetua, who seeks to restore him to shape in order to be an important asset against her war of the true divine. To aid in the war against their creators she formed a strained alliance with the GUAD; giving them the firepower to destroy whole universes, but only if it's universes she thinks should go. The Mother of the Multiverse doesn't want to destroy everything forever, just re-shape things the way she sees fit.
  • Perpetua believes the Force is some sort of aspect or connection to the Source. As such, she desires to capture and subjugate/twist the Ones for her own purposes, boasting "I have faced mightier Celestials than you". More generally, the Mother of the Multiverse is hated and feared by the divine. Many have compared her Gnostic Demiurge, being both a malicious god and a betrayer of the cosmic order. Though significantly less powerful than her, the Father of the Homunculi fits a lot of her character traits. Perpetua has some measure of sympathy for his desire of ultimate freedom, and she recognizes that the Truth is much like the Source in many ways. As such, she is aiding Father in taking down the Truth in order to achieve her own ends with existence.
  • Perpetua's perversion of the natural order gained her many enemies even before her re-emergence. A supremely selfish creator, Gowasu regards her as the pinnacle of disorder that a god of creation can reach. Beerus agrees, and when the Mother of the Multiverse claimed he was being hypocritical, he defended this by saying he would never go so far as she did. Both Zen'o were so offended by her abuse of power(even if she argued they weren't innocents in such, they tried erasing her on the spot...only for it to not work, though she did emerge with scratches. Everyone was terrified.
  • Arceus despises Perpetua for being a traitor to her job as a creator, however she doesn't think much of the Original One. Ahura Mazda fears she might be what he would become if he breaks from the stress of his job. The Mother of the Multiverse is a serious enemy to the Pantheonic Time Police and the Protectors of the Plot Continuum as well, what with her plans to warp reality to her liking and exploitation of Crisis energy. Despite all of this antipathy towards her, there were a number of divine beings who think she's justified in her feelings. It's just that they get in the way of their desires, making her a rival.
  • Part of her goal in weaponizing the multiverse includes making hybrids of Martians and humans. There are a lot of the former to pick from, and she has decided to offer the Martian from Mars Attacks! a deal; serve as her foot soldiers and she will enhance them, becoming a powerful force in the new order. They accepted this deal. Ragyo Kiryuin has also accepted her deal for power and spreading the Life Fibre. Part of why this worked out was they have similar ideals as mothers.
  • While the various alliances consider the Forever War of the pantheon frustrating, given it seems none of them will ever have a definitive win, Perpetua takes a "glass half full" approach to it. However this is only because the resultant Crisis energy will empower her. As such, she is one of the major backers of the Hounds of War, but only until such a point where she has gained so much power from the pantheon's Crisis energies she can steamroll the other alliances and take over the Trope Pantheon itself. To keep fuelling Crisis energies she has been supporting all of the Chaos Gods, even if she doesn't care about their ideologies and neither do they. This only fuels what the Emperor of Mankind has in her mind of the Mother of the Multiverse; The absolute WORST of gods. Her "vision" of violent human-Martian hybrids is an abomination to him and he regards her in the same tier of "EXTERMINATUS AT ALL COSTS" as the Chaos Gods, YHVH, Lucifer and Melkor.
  • She has made sweet talk with Ulanaq in that her "doom" fits his vision, and he could reach even greater heights of divinity by being one of her disciples. He's considering it, since for now he's still siding with Vaatu. She has also promised Lord Drakkon and Bandos a fair bit of multiversal power as well. On a more academic level the Lich was interested in her and her place in the greater mythology of existence, as was Darth Plagueis because of her nature as a creator. Their ambitions have precluded becoming her allies, but they are still permitted to study her to an extent.
  • Perpetua wonders if Lucifer, the son of Chuck, could serve her interests. The answer was yes, if it also serves his own. What with him being a powerful and rebellious devil, he's the kind of guy who she thinks stroking his ego would lead to him aiding her. She was most amused to learn his dad was Evil All Along, as a deity who sees creation as His amusement is an attitude she agrees with, and wonders if he can use his "writing" to help her "story" of becoming truly supreme.
  • Gaining more intel onto the Dark Multiverse thanks to the Batman Who Laughs, she plans to create Dark Multiverse nightmare worlds where The Bad Guy Wins stuck in a perpetual loop with the various events in the pantheon. Well plan is more accurate; she is not to be trusted. She lied to Luthor about humanity surviving and ascending, something the Batman Who Laughs figured and eventually convinced to be her Dragon instead because of his knowledge of the Dark Multiverse. And of course he's not to be trusted, as after implanting his brain in a Bruce Wayne with Dr Manhattan's powers the "Darkest Knight" plans to overthrow her. Ultimately the Darkest Knight succeeded at killing her by pummelling her to death with the remains of the Source Wall, and now that she's been revived in the pantheon she's absolutely livid about it.

@ Wootzits: For The Little Prince the snake in the animated adaptation wanted to bring everything to darkness, Apophis and Jorumgandr would be enemies, but the snake in the original book was more friendly overall, he'd be friends with good snakes . He'd have Teeth-Clenched Teamwork with Kaa due to both the book and Disney counterparts existing, and friends with Viper of the Furious Five. (Damn, hardly any other good-aligned snakes)

Additionally, given the rose's importance, an interaction with Belle and the Beast would be appropriate.

Star Control 2 references the book since a riddle involving a constellation resembling "the snake-like creature who has swallowed the elephantine beast" aka that drawing the narrator drew. Admiral ZEX of the VUX who made said riddle would view The Little Prince positively, but given his perversion towards humans in general his admiration would be one-sided.

Oh wait

Nightelf, if you approve of my Impel Down can I please have consensus, and on more than just you, whether the Warden should give Hellhole Prison or The Alcatraz to it, or if other people think I should give up on the installation. No offense but neither of us are that all liked here so I feel like I need more than your vote from now on

[up] I think The Alcatraz would be a more appropriate trope for Impel Down, and likewise Hellhole Prison more appropriate for the Warden to keep.

[up][up]Again (for what feels like the 100th time in telling this to you), Dominions are separate from character deities and the Warden doesn't need to lose any tropes just so Impel Down can ascend. Impel Down can have The Alcatraz for all I care, just don't act like it's necessary to remove it from the Warden to make it work. If you actually have a problem with that, well, learn to cope or give up on Impel Down.

Here it is, HK-47's second draft. Made new additions and asking for feedback. Any robotic deities, snarky-types, assassination droids I am missing?

HK-47, Robotic Entity Who Refers Organics As Meatbags

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/hk-47wikiart_1892.png
  • Statement: An Intermediate Entity
  • Observation: Symbol is an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope.
  • Designation: Alignment is Chaotic Neutral but leans more on Neutral Evil
  • Explanation: Portfolio includes being a robotic assassin droid with psychopathic programming, useful, if not villainous, party member to Revan and very loyal to him, assassination as the default programming, murderous, yet comedic for the entire party, has hatred for anyone not his master, considers all organics as "meatbags", follows his programming past the first one, speaks in prefaces before sentences, heavily loved and even returns as various replicas for thousands of years
  • Declaration: Domains are Robots (of the killer kind), Loyalty, Assassinations, Combat, Snark, "Meatbags"
  • Specification: Master to Revan and possibly The Exile (should the latter repair him).
  • Statement: Allies: The House of Military and Warfare (they love his definition of Love), Bender, Legion
  • Mockery: Mixed Reception to: The Hall of Robots and Automata
  • Declaration: Commonality Connection with: E-123 Omega
  • Statement: Opposed By: The House of Love (they do not like his definition of Love), human or any organic members of the Pantheon (they do not appreciate him calling anyone a "meatbag"), the Slylandro
  • Exposition: The Legends tell of a past war called the Mandalorian Wars, a war that spanned two decades of fighting between the Mandalorians and Galactic Republic. When the war ended, a certain Jedi-then turned Sith by the name of Revan turned to the Dark Side alongside Malak his other companion and once the war ended after the devastating aftermath on Malachor V, did they start their plans. With their resources, Revan created a personal assassination droid that was built under the premise of taking down political opponents that opposed him using the HK-24 droid design with his own upgrades (some hint that HK-47's chassis was more akin to the HKB-3 Hunter-Killer droid, hence his designation as a Hunter-Killer). Thus created a droid capable of both regular combat, assassinations and loyalty enough to sustain Revan in his years under Sith influence. After various battles, this droid, named HK-47, was one of his most powerful assets but while he was on a mission, the Jedi captured Revan and wiped his memories, leaving HK-47 on his mission and sustaining an injury but not before being captured by Mandalorian forces. Years passed and HK-47 has been retrofited, sold to various masters and lost various times, either the masters dying to enemy encounters or slaying them personally. Despite the years, his programming allowed him to preserve his master's identity and would soon reunite with Revan, albeit with his memory wiped and used as a translator of sorts and soon, restored to his original purpose: assassinations and violence.
    • Addendum: On the early times with him, his encounter with Darth Malak changed HK-47 in some capacity. During their first sight, when asked by Malak about him, the droid insulted him with the term "meatbag" and Revan found that amusing, so much that he programmed it to him. This allowed the droid to refer to any organic as a meatbag, including his master at some point though he has been trying to find an alternative when referring to Revan in some way, not so much towards Meetra Surik who repaired the droid after he got dismantled on the Ebon Hawk. He would leave after the Exile defeated the Sith as his programming made him compelled to look for his original master, being Revan.
  • Commentary: For a long time, Revan has searched far and wide for his old companions or even figures he had remembered on the way to the Pantheons and while his search was limited, portions of his memory were still lingering on his head. This lead to him picking a party member on his way back. No one wanted to join with him under the exploration of an unknown world but HK-47 volunteered (Clarification: possibly wanted more meatbags to kill on sight) to join. There, the two would finally step into the new plane, confused but guided to their new positions. HK-47 was seperated for observation reasons to see if he is worth bringing and when the droid spoke out to one of the judges as a "meatbag", the rest of the courts laughed. It also gave them an idea to give HK-47 a title, one that was part of his programming, as a permanent spot. Since then, a new temple was built for him and with Revan's arrival, meant the droid has a renewed purpose to stick with his master.
    • Additional Commentary: Few years, both Revan and HK-47 were not the only ones in their galaxy to have arrived in the Pantheons. Soon, another figure recognized HK-47's apperance. This Jedi Exile by the name of Meetra Surik greeted the droid but the response was with derision. Yes the droid recognized the Exile, no he has decided to stick to Revan as his master. Although if Revan is by any chance, missing or nowhere to be found, he can rely on the Exile but with restraint on the word "master", as he was programmed to be under Revan's servitude first and foremost.
  • Observation: Many robots and other deities in the Pantheon have been surprised by HK-47's resilience, or more specifically, how his programming and AI lasted for years. Being built by Revan, then lost to many masters, then founded by Revan again, lost him again and was dismantled on the Ebon Hawk, rebuilt by the Exile then left looking for his master, "resurrected" with various copies of his mind spread across the galaxy, then found again in excellent condition and even managed to create a robotic army on Mustafar. HK's response was not of surprise but of confusion as he cannot understand why a bunch of meatbags would be surprised by his survival. He only has to thank Revan for his modifications that made him survive for such a long time.
  • Declaration: HK-47's perception on the Pantheon is nothing but disgust, as he has some form of hatred for organic- *ahem* meatbags as he calls it. Almost any organic being, human or not, will be called a meatbag by the droid. If it is not an organic being and possibly a droid, then he will gladly shoot the robot on sight, as their combat abilities according to him are inferior, evidenced by the HK-50 droids that he destroyed for being copycats of the true progenitor, though in fairness Revan programmed him personally and the HK-50s were using the 47 template so there is some truth to his reasons for destroying them. As for the Pantheon residents, they have not appreciated his crude behaviour as a robot even.
    • Conflicting Declaration: There are some exceptions, as while he is mostly definitely against the concept of befriending others past Revan or his party, he can tolerate a few robots either because they share the same mindset of him, or even outmatch his skills. This was the case with Legion as while they have polar opposite views on organic-synthetic relations, Legion's skills outmatch HK-47's in terms of accuracy and armor, with the latter wondering where the Geth's specifications came from, especially that M-98 Widow Anti-Materiel Rifle he wields. Upon further inspection, the thinking capability of Legion is equally, if not more, complicated than HK-47's though matrix, making him think far more than the droid would have thought. While he appreciates having a Worthy Opponent in a synthetic who is just as skilled with a rifle as he is, he remains baffled as to why Legion always sides with the "meatbag" team, on top of his personality, who seems to have a fascination with games played by "meatbags".
    • Addendum: There was another robot that also had a knack for HK-47's snarkiness, who even invited the droid to a drinking session, though being a Hunter-Killer droid made him unable to drink at all. It was Bender who has grown to love his presence. Hearing the word meatbag has made Bender adopt the usage of the term to other Pantheon deities, with most annoyed that he adopted HK-47's term and that they have to deal with two snarky robots. In their conversation, the former has also accepted Bender's friendship and attempted to coerce him to becoming an assassination droid like him but he declined, stating that he's rather have his own Pantheon with Blackjack and Hookers.
HK-47: Query: Could you repeat your statement, I think you mistranslated it as you might have meant "Blackjack and Meatbags".
    Bender: Hookers, H-O-O-K-E-R-S.
HK-47: Conclusion: That definition does not match my vocabulary. Perhaps, "meatbag" would be a substitute.
  • Commentary: Meatbag (or any variation thereof) has become a rather annoying term for many humans, if not just insulting others by calling them a slur of some kind without a care of thought. HK does not mind, since his programming allows him to call others that, go blame Revan for that change. While the term refers mainly to human or any organics on that matter, he was wondering what to call the Slylandro. In addition for being a very crude robot, they use "fluid-sacks" for human beings and for them being gas-giants, they do not match his candidate for a meatbag, though he has started using a new term: gas-bag, angering the Slylandro to an extent and showing how much snark an assassination droid has.
    • Continued Commentary: In addition to his snark, a majority of robotic deities have grown annoyed with his programming, and HK shares the same feeling towards them, as while some may have upgrades that rival his, the fact that they interact with meatbag deities does not align with his peception towards them and has grown to annoyance with some by their designs even mimicking meatbags. He has made visits to other houses but the most notable ones include the Houses of Military And Warfare, Love and Hall of Robots and Automata. So far, he has taken a liking to the former while the other two do not like his presence. Some of those who reside in the House of Technology have observed him due to his continual upgrades but that is about it since personality-wise found him too sarcastic to deal with.
  • Mockery: At one point, to quell HK-47's desire to kill meatbags, a microchip that was found on the Exile's temple was snatched to find a way to silence that droid. To their surprise, it was a HK Protocol Pacifist Package that can be used to alter the droid's programming. It was installed on him until some members of the House of Heroism and even the Exile found him in a pacifistic state, a state that left him, and the people who witnessed him disgusted, forcing the chip out of his body. He has mocked the idea of using that chip again though to his credit he does admit that having that chip installed gave him a small insight into why many prefer peace to war.
HK-47: Conclusion: Still there was a brief moment where I felt like I almost understood why some meatbags choose peace and friendship over a high-powered blaster carbine.
  • Observation: Loyalty-wise, some have noticed that E-123 Omega, one of Eggman's prototype robots, shared some of HK-47's traits during one of his adventures as well as his loyalty to Shadow the Hedgehog and Rouge the Bat, which may be similar to his programmed loyalty to Revan. Omega also shows his desires for combat, though not in the same equal extent as HK-47 but it is close and for the cherry on the top, he also seems to be humorously sociopathic as well. He plans to recruit the robot for select missions alongside Legion if he wants.
  • "Recitation: Yes, as I said, I am an assassin droid. It is my primary function to burn holes through meatbags that you wish removed from the galaxy… Master. Oh, how I hate that term."

Is this where we ask about edits to pre-existing profiles?

If so, may I ask a question - what would Daenerys and Smaug think of King Ghidorah?

I can see Daenerys Targaryen loathing him for the vile, sadistic Omnicidal Maniac he is. I can also see her Mama Bear instincts re: Drogon, Rhaegal and Viserion coming to the fore the first time Ghidorah attempted his "alpha" schtick on them. Ghidorah, in return, would view her as the annoying pest who got in his way one time.

Smaug - who could probably communicate with him - would probably hate him too, but not out of moral standards. Instead, he'd just view Ghidorah (and his cohorts) the same way one would a particularly thuggish street gang - as a band of dumb, crass, ill-mannered louts who go around randomly wrecking things. Yes, Smaug's a destroyer, but he does it with class.

  • Symbol: A single sunflower. Alternatively, a picture of her with her sons and husband.
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Good Parents, Killed Off for Real, Missing Mom to Lucas, those too Pure for the World
  • Domains: Flowers, Mothers, Death
  • Allies: Lucas, Toriel, Frisk, Seita and Setsuko, Flowey and his Confidants, Harry and his Dinosaurs, Bix, Neweyes' Dinosaurs, The Bloom and Doom Seed Co. Plants, The Masked Man
  • Opposes: Galeem, Dharkon, Ragyo Kiryuin, Monika Drevis
  • Odd Friendship with: Mufasa, Simba, The Gang of Seven, the Brontosaurus
  • Pities: Flowey, Asgore, those with deceased mothers, Speckles
  • Conflicting Opinion: Porky Minch
  • Wary of: Aya Drevis
  • Avoids: Indominus rex and Indoraptor, One Eye
  • A kind soul, Hinawa was once a human woman who lived with her family in the Nowhere Island. She however, perished after facing a mechanical Tyrannosaurus rex known as a "Mecha Drago", with one of its fangs having pierced her heart. Even so, she appears as a spirit, once to help Lucas escape and once to save Claus from Porky's manipulation.
    • One day, Lucas is exploring the house of Trees and Flowers when he ends up in a vast field of sunflowers. He wanders through the place until eventually, he sees a ghostly woman; Hinawa, his mother. He then aproaches her, crying. After Lucas told them about his mother and her story, the Main Gods decides to make her a Goddess of Sunflowers.
  • Her temple takes the appearance of a vast field of sunflowers. Lucas would often visit it to mingle with his mom and collect flowers, and even allow some friendly deities to enter sometimes.
  • Shortly after her ascension, she finds out about Toriel, who is known for raising a few children, including Frisk. Hearing about her endeavor, she praises them and gets along with the two swimmingly, even comparing the two with herself and Lucas. After this encounter, she found out about Asgore. She pities him, due to his association with golden flowers, like she does, and his actions causing his wife to turn her back on him. She often mingles with him, mainly to comfort him.
  • She usually appears in the Pantheon as a spirit, mainly towards Lucas and most non-hostile child deities. Due to this, she develops a friendship with Mufasa, who also appears in ghost form, despite one being a lion and the other being a human. Incidentally, this also earns her a friendship with Simba. More recently, she could also appear in the Pantheon as a human thanks to some requests from Lucas, allowing him to interact with her better.
  • Surprisingly, she gets along with Flowey, despite his apparent hostility towards her and to the chagrin and bafflement of most. In truth, Flowey is actually not only friendly towards her, he behaves and reminds her very much of Lucas, her own son during his days as a monster. Hinawa sympathizes with him mainly because of his predicament. She was also made aware of his Confidants, and that Frisk leads them.
  • Once, Galeem captured her spirit and forces her into his army of Puppet Fighters. When Hinawa discovered Galeem and Dharkon is in the Pantheon, she doesn't really take it well. Galeem and Dharkon (mainly the former) have become some of the few deities she truly dislikes.
  • Even she felt sorry for Porky Minch to an extent, mainly because of his childhood and backstory, being seemingly on bad terms with his parents and may or may not have been corrupted by Giygas. Still, she doesn't really like him due to him being responsible for her demise.
  • She obviously displays sympathy for those with deceased mothers (or just parents in general). When she heard about the tale of Seita and Setsuko, who have lost their parents and ultimately perished in a war, she appeared before them and told them that she pities and cares about them. They are grateful, and Hinawa will often mingle with them, them treating her as a parent.
  • There are various dinosaurs in the Pantheon similar to the Dragos Hinawa and her children used to play with. Her opinions about them vary:
    • She generally doesn't wander too close to Indominus rex and Indoraptor, since the genetically engineered dinosaurs reminds him of the Mecha-Drago, a cyborg dinosaur that did her in. Others, such as Rexie, can be tolerated by her, though she is wary about them antagonizing Lucas.
    • A dinosaur she does get along with is Littlefoot and the gang. She sympathizes with Littlefoot due to his mother being killed by Sharptooth, similar to her death in the hands of the Mecha-Drago. She's also friends with Harry and his dinosaurs, Bix, and Neweyes' dinosaurs due to them being as friendly as the Dragos back on her island.
    • Another dinosaur she opposes is One Eye, a Tyrannosaurus rex that has killed the mother of Speckles, a Tarbosaurus. She took pity of Speckles for the same reasons as Littlefoot. Especially considering how truly sadistic the dinosaur is in dealing with its prey, she considers him a threat and is worried that he might try to go after Lucas.
    • She heard the story of the Brontosaurus of the Lost World, who was taken away against its will by humans who want to make it an attraction. She felt pity of it, especially considering her homeland dealt with the Pigmasks who does detestable things, such as experimentation, to wildlife, somewhat paralleling what the dinosaur had dealt with. She even sometimes mingles with it.
  • There are a few mothers in the Pantheon she's not fond of. This includes Ragyo Kiryuin and Monika Drevis, the former for doing horrid things to her daughters, such as attacking one of them and throwing the other into the garbage, and betraying humanity to the Life Fibers, the latter for essentially trying to manipulate her daughter and wanting to make her a serial killer. As for Aya herself, Hinawa is a bit wary about her, given her dangerous, even sadistic tendencies such as killing animals, and the possibility that she might attempt to hurt Lucas.
  • Hinawa later found out about some sunflower-related deities here. One such candidate are the Bloom and Doom plants, which she enjoys having company. The Sunflower in particular caught her interest, and she considers them a means of defense against any threats towards Lucas and his allies.
  • It didn't take long for Hinawa to find out that the Masked Man is in the Pantheon, which is a big deal since he is her other son who was controlled and mechanized by the Pigmasks. When she eventually found him, the Masked Man just sits there, speechless, before he went to hug her with tears on his eyes. Hinawa promises to keep his ascension a secret to fellow Earthbound deities.

@fasoman1996 and @Bazzardreturns: may I ask why you are not approving?

[up] A couple reasons. Kiramager has only ended recently, so technically speaking it would be a hype profile. Also, wouldn't it make sense to give the trope to an older group rather than a newer team?

[up][up] You still need to give a proper justification for why they should hold the trope, and not just "It's obvious that they're iconic for it". Not to mention what [up] mentioned.

@Hamana: The Slylandro don't actually mind being called "gas-bags" much, the player character even says it in greetings and they teasingly just call him "fluid-sack" as a casual remark. They'd be more offended by HK-47's sociopathic nature.

Additionally, The Soldier has a cardboard robot costume that's complete with voicelines that make Soldier pretend to be a robot, and he'll likely try to fool HK-47 into giving communist robot secrets with his Paper-Thin Disguise.

The Metal Blade has been put back into the Armory!

Well, perhaps the new team cycles through several poses? I haven't watched it, BTW.
