Trope Pantheon Restructure thread

What are you talking about.

He's talking about the fact that Villains has Motivations for Evil and Evil Attitudes for sub-houses and wants to do the same for the House of Heroes.

I want to know if it seems reasonable

Here's my first draft on Monaca's rework with 1 sentence so far since I wanna restart everything again from scratch. If Gagaga tries to argue with it, I will not turn back on my decision. Suggestions are welcome, as always:

And then, there's the fact that she doesn't even treat the other members of that group well and is really using them for her own goals. Needless to say, this girl is just as bad, if not worse, than Junko Enoshima. However she was trying her best to fulfill her role as Junko's successor until she lose this interest of her as she decided to become a NEET and back out from the conflict between hope and despair before she flew away to space.

• For a while, some of the Endless have been evicted from the Pantheon for various reasons, but their followers have managed to find an appropriate title and return Desire to the Pantheon.
  • Of course, with their new title came a change of followers, but the former ones weren't about to step aside after bringing Desire back. Desire themself sees no problem with letting them continue to worship hir, and it's the least s/he could do.
• Desire doesn't have a set physical sex or a definite gender. It's whatever it wants to be. It is the embodiment of Lust, Love and…well…desire in all its forms.
• Desire will exist as long as there is desire in somebody's heart. Desire for power, for money, for sex... Desire knows what you wish for and just might give it to you. Or just might not. That's for you to convince him/her to do it.
• It doesn't matter if you are male, female, or neither, Desire will appear to you in the form you personally find most attractive and you will want it. You just won't be able to resist.
• Desire is the supreme ruler of its House and oversees it with magnanimity but its rules are final. Woe betide to anyone Desire wishes to punish personally… Not even Akio Ohtori nor Bayonetta dare to provoke this.
• While Desire can be an unpleasant character, he is not evil, and isn't amused with what Griffith or Slan do, as their mass murder and rape tendencies tend to deny plenty of other people the chance to feel desire.
  • Despite being a jerk, s/he once loaned a stripper a trenchcoat and few words of comfort after her club is destroyed. There should also be some interaction with love and sex deities, who'd probably defer to her.
• Approves of Yubel's fervent dedication to protect her beloved Judai/Jaden.
• Shows interest in the human-gem fusion Steven Universe and his Implied Love Interest Connie make when they fuse. Though s/he figures they could've made a better name for themselves than "Stevonnie".
  • Also shows interest in Crona, given their very ambiguous appearance. Although s/he is not a hermaphrodite, the issue of hir true gender is still contested.
• Desire and Dream used to be best friends billions of years ago. And then Desire, without shame or any pretense of hiding its involvement, made Dream's then-girlfriend cheat on him.
  • Despite being what it is, Desire points out that Dream has a nasty habit of treating his lovers poorly, complete with Disproportionate Retribution. Death, their sister, normally critical of Desire, agrees.
  • Spent mush of hir time trying to trick Dream into spilling family blood, so that he would provoke the Furies' wrath. But when Dream did so voluntarily and without its influence in any way, s/he suddenly feared of what will be coming next.
• There are a few crazies who believe that Ash's inability to win the Pokémon League is because of his obliviousness and as such Desire denies him his victory. Desire sees no reason to comment.

Followers don't have to necessarily have the same traits as the deity they follow, right? Just look at Ganondorf and Sephiroth.

@N3xus, Well, don't forget those other ideas to add I had on the other thread. I'm just posting them here in case you lost them. If you don't need them here and want me to delete this post, that's fine; just tell me.

1. Become enemies with Nagito for seeing him as too creepy for her tastes.

2. Have her stay out of the whole Pantheon Morality war, as she would decide that fighting is just useless as hope will win anyway, as she was proven right at the end and recovered from being brainwashed for hope by the second brainwashing anime.

3. Move Usami into complicated relations, as while Usami has no reason to hate her now, she still hates her for using her as a voice box without her permission.

4. This shouldn't take priority of her profile, but give a couple of other relationships with other nerds in the pantheon, like being intimidating to Tomoko or having a rivalry between 9-volt and 18-volt with her between claiming that the games that Monaca play suffer from a case of Follow the Leader (as shown with the Expy games in Despair Arc episode 2).

• Sonic is a speedy blue hedgehog known for thwarting any sort of plan that Dr. Eggman throws his way and the world that they live in (though the hedgehog has stopped other threats in addition to Eggman). The hedgehog has, among other things, a number of different powered-up forms (the most iconic of which is Super Sonic), plenty of familiar faces from his world, and most of all, a cool, snarky, and headstrong attitude even when things get dire.
• He's formed a bit of a bond with Arturia due to both having taken the title of King Arthur and ruled the land of Camelot for a time. They occasionally spar in order for Sonic to keep up with his swordsmanship.
  • Ironically enough, there's a bit of friction between him and the actual Arthur Pendragon. While they do work together to stop certain threats from arising, Sonic is wary that Arthur might end up becoming evil and Arthur doesn't like how Sonic ended up being the real King Arthur amidst the fact that the hedgehog slew his version of King Arthur.
  • Due to having once wielded an annoying talking sword that constantly called him "Knave!" and Fool!", he's actually able to stand Excalibur to an extent, though he admits his sword at least stopped calling him that after a while and would actually say something useful.
• Sonic's relation with fellow platforming icon Mario has been quite interesting. Back then, the hedgehog was the primary rival for the plumber in platforming supremacy. As time went by, they've become friendlier towards each other to the point where it would be possible to consider them as Fire-Forged Friends with each other.
  • Friendly competitions between the two have been quite frequent. In a rather unofficial one, Sonic was able to defeat Mario, though it hasn't been mentioned that much since then (and the two tend to take their fights in the Smash tournament, of which Sonic has joined during the third iteration, nowadays). In less lethal matters, the two alongside their friends and rivals have visited the House of Sports to compete and in certain intervals, they are featured in Olympic events (some of the the events in question are actual Olympic sports and others are more fantastical).
• Aside from his Super Sonic form, some of Sonic's powered-up forms include Werehog Sonic (which trades Speed for Power and is only usable at night), Darkspine Sonic (which is the result of Sonic getting unique rings that are representative of negative emotions), and Excalibur Sonic (as previously mentioned, it comes into play should Sonic get his hands on that talking sword). That said, Super Sonic is probably the most convenient super form for the hedgehog, though it (and his other powered-up forms) are only temporary and really only used if things get very serious.
• Considered one of the fastest Gods in all the Pantheon. Whether he's faster than Barry Allen, Rainbow Dash, or some other speedster is a subject of heated debate. These speedsters are more than willing to engage in a race whenever the time comes for it.
• To put it bluntly, it is quite difficult to talk about him and his contributions without getting involved into arguments as to how well these contributions have turned out. Sometimes the arguments include how he looks (and keep in mind that the modern and classic looks have met each other). Even amidst these heated debates and turmoil over some of them, Sonic has been able to carry on.
• Sonic is great friends with Crash Bandicoot, another animal platformer hero with an attitude who has gone up against a Mad Scientist arch-nemesis a number of times.
• Is worried about the Godmodder's position in the Pantheon due to the fact that the problems the godmodder caused before he ascended resulted in, among other things, Sonic being Glitched out of reality for several months along with Metal Sonic.
• Learned of Metal Sonic's alliance with Rainbow Dash's robotic Evil Counterpart, The R-Dash 5000, and has strengthen his own alliance with RD in case they need to take them down...and they, much like their counterparts, are purposely ignoring any and all implications of shipping from the masses.
• Became friends with Mordecai and Rigby when he found them playing an arcade cabinet that featured one of his outings. He learned that they owned a Sega Master System, and his voice reminded them of Thomas.
• Gives Segata Sanshiro the utmost respect, as he knows that it was because of him that their company of Sega was able to hold out for so long.
  • As far as Sonic and Sega are concerned, the Hedgehog has been able to secure a large number of friends (in addition to his already-existing entourage) from that organization, both classic and modern. The more colorful characters tend to hang out with him more often than the more serious ones (though it's due to the strictly professional relations regarding them that Sonic decided to let them handle their own matters whatever they are). Then again, he did invite Gillius Thunderhead to play tennis and go racing successfully.
• Some people say that when Steve Urkel talks, occasionally he sounds like Sonic. It is largely assumed to be just a coincidence.
  • There have been other instances where people have claimed to hear Sonic sounding like Steve Rogers. The two somehow met each other by chance and the two blue heroes hold a good amount of respect of each other for preventing any troubles that befall their respective worlds.
• Has been summoned along with an initial set of three other fellow Smasher gods by a certain teenage Mii who happened to be a follower of his to join her in MST and a trial of snark. He always seems to look forward to when he will be summoned next, and to have made a friend with a mortal Pokémon trainer from Kalos due to similarities.
• Sash Lilac was someone whom Sonic was intrigued with. After hearing about her adventures and of how similar she is to him, he offered her a position in the Pantheon, which she eagerly accepted.
  • Upon hearing about Lord Brevon and what he has done, Sonic, along with Lilac and all their respective friends have formed an alliance to ensure that Brevon is stopped once and for all. Sonic was all for it, seeing that the warlord is much worse than the doctor, and even heard that Eggman is opposing him as well.
• It hasn't been brought up often, but some think that Sonic's speed comes from his sneakers. There was one instance where Eggman slowed Sonic down by giving him a pair of heavy boots, but most have just considered it to be a weird point in Sonic and Eggman's ongoing rivalry, even taking into account the question of Sonic's source of speed.
  • There has also been a few wondering as to why Sonic would need a car or a hoverboard for certain moments when he could have just run to get somewhere. The hedgehog has pointed out that these aforementioned vehicles are really only used in certain competitions that he takes part in (then again, he did run in certain races before).
• Sonic has made a few visits to the House of Food to eat chili dogs. Strangely enough, he also has a popcorn machine installed at that house, which has led some to ask if Sonic has popcorn as a secondary favorite food in addition to the chili dogs.
• Ace's tale of his adventure and path to death by sacrificing himself for Luffy's sake touched about everyone with a soul in the Pantheon. However, Sonic was touched in a way that made him feel like a jerk, seeing how he realized that he more or less neglected and blamed Tails multiple times previously. He quickly went over to try and make amends, though Tails insisted that there was no harm done and that he was happy that Sonic just cares for him. Since than, the two adopted brothers joined the other two in their quest to help preserve and protect the peace of the other brothers in their group.
  • Has accepted Eggman's invitation to protect him, not just because he's the only one allowed to defeat Sonic, but he's just that compicated of a guy. Still, considering Eggman's betrayal tendencies, eyes have been on him.

• Initially Mairon the Admirable, Sauron was a Maiar under the blacksmith Ainur Aule. His greatest virtue was love for order and protection, but this would also be the source of his downfall. Seduced by Melkor for a faster means of achieving perfect order, he would become his second in command, and after Melkor's banishment the new Dark Lord. Though the One Ring seemed destroyed and he was reduced to a powerless form, his spirit would instead re-assert itself within the Trope Pantheon.
  • King Sombra may be his ponysona, though Sauron dismisses him as a rip-off.
• Staying out of the limelight for now that his boss, Melkor, has escaped from the Void. He's a little embarrassed about how poorly he handled the Middle Earth affair in the master's absence, especially where hobbits are concerned, and is hoping that when everything boils over, he can get his old job as Lord of Werewolves back. It doesn't help that the first Dark Lord has reversed much of his Villain Decay upon founding the GUAE.
  • As he was one of the first gods in the Trope Pantheon and was the new Dark Lord upon Melkor's sealing, he's rather annoyed that he's been demoted by Melkor though can't do much about it.
• He was the one who created the One Ring, concentrating a portion of his own soul to make an Amplifier Artifact that'd allow him to exercise control over the other Rings of Power. When his physical body was destroyed, it anchored his spirit and he sought to regain his power back with it. It helped that the thing corrupts anyone who wields it. Him and Voldemort got into a silly argument where they claimed the other plagiarized them, but the Court of the Gods settled it as being a coincidence
  • There's some similarity between the Ice King's crown, but later evidence revealed said crown wasn't made maliciously; the Wish Magic just backfired.
• It is said that evil is either pure selfish or pure madness. While Melkor sought to tear Arda apart, Sauron seeks to ensure absolute order and stability. Though this started with the best of intentions, the corruptive nature of evil leads him to desire power for the sake of it. Though the GUAL interests him, he's sided more with the "Evil" of Lawful Evil and remains loyal to Melkor. Him, Darkseid and Big Brother agree on a lot of points, and have gotten along well. Still, he understands where YHVH is coming from and they have an alliance of convenience together, which Melkor is covertly using to increase the GUAE's influence
• One does not simply walk into Mordor. Count Dooku tried disguised as Saruman, however Sauron caught on. Just like Saurman Dooku has pledged himself to work under him with intentions of usurping him, but just like with Palpatine he knows the Sith Lord doesn't stand a chance. Still, the alliance of convenience will serve their purposes.
  • Once mistook Boromir for Ned Stark, as they look the same.
• Opposes the House of Friendship; his defeat came about thanks to The Power of Friendship, a force that he couldn't fathom and thus couldn't combat. To his credit he was right in believing none could ultimately resist the One Ring, just that he was wrong in thinking no-one would try to destroy it and couldn't predict the mercy they gave to Gollum.
• Once had a fair form, utilizing his charm and good looks to gain power and authority. However the Downfall of Numenor permanently stuck him in forms that are as ugly on the outside as he is inside. While his master likes looking like the Devil, Sauron would rather try and get his fairer forms back due to their usefulness. One of these avatars was Annatar, Lord of Gifts, who's Bad Samaritan ways make him an enemy of Nicholas St North.
• He is the one of the oldest dark lords, however not the only one in the pantheon. He has a number of rivals competing for the best dark lord, such as Palpatine, Dormammu and Shinnok. None have a more intense rivalry with Voldemort, who often squabble about who's better and who's ripping off who. It's gotten even more heated when Melkor chose Voldemort to be head of the GUAE Malum Magia, which Sauron thinks he deserves to lead.
• Recognizes much of him in Arthas Menethil, and has seen it as best for the two to ally. He also sided with Warboss Ghazghkull to get the Orks on his side, which they're cool with since they get a lot of fights under his leadership.
• Is competing with the Overlords for who's the best Tin Tyrant, but he doesn't think much of them.
• He's opposed to elves and tree people in general because of his experience with elves of Middle-Earth and Ents. He is also hated by Thrall due to his relationship with orcs.
• Having distributed the better part of his being into the One Ring, he is very vulnerable to the likes of Lord Tirek and avoids getting near him; for much the same reason, he is worried about Asuna Kagurazaka due to her Anti-Magic. @Chris X Given that she also got brain-washed by the Hope anime in episode 12 and got out of it in the future arc, I say leaving her as a Space NEET is a reasonable assumption. Plus, having her just randomly decide to hop back into the saddle after her idea of hope always winning was flat out confirmed by the end of the Hope episode seems kind of weird. I say we can let him rework her profile into Space NEET, but have him keep some points of her olden days of despair in there. I understand you want to try and keep some level of professionalism here and I applaud that, but I think this time N3xus is right.

Speaking of this topic of a potential Beam Me Up, Scotty!, Flowey staying his evil self despite the pacifist ending never indicating it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth; to quote the Trivia page of Undertale...

Now granted, I think we can work him acting like in the pantheon as him being a spy of the sorts for some heroic deities, as the more he's trusted by evil deities, the more dirt he can get on them to alert the others. Plus, it seemed like a fun thing considering that Death Is a Slap on the Wrist in the Pantheon.
