The New Protagonist

The new lead character in charge of managing Kyu's cam studio. Distinguished from HuniePop's protagonist by Audrey's flavor text stating that he got caught cheating which drove her into a meltdown, drawing the conclusion that we're definitely not the same person we were in HuniePop.

Like our person in HuniePop, the HunieCam Studio protagonist seems reasonably lazy, having arrived late at Kyu's Cam Studio — however that's where their similarities end, as the HunieCam protagonist is able to manage eight girls in a frenzy, and presumably cops the Diamond Dick trophy, knocking Kyu's originally low expectations for them right out of the park.

In the game proper, her unique gifts are all toys for toddlers (she mentions that she played with these as a teenager), and her Intellectually Challenged baggage makes four-of-a-kind matches consume an extra Move instead of extra Stamina on the grounds that it takes her a moment to understand what you just did.

Gameplay and Story Segregation: Candace can't bring any of her fans from the strip club with her, and has to rely on whatever fans you already have. Though it's possible that she's not allowed to advertise it, or that she's too dumb to think of it.
Good Girls Avoid Abortion: Implied aversion, as she admits to three past accidental pregnancies in HuniePop 2, but never mentions any children.
- Could also be played straight with her likely forgetting abortion as an option and having them but that they were all taken away from her due to her mental health problems.
Got Me Doing It: Her "Forgetfulness" baggage somehow is able to make her date discard her date gift effects, implying this trope.
Identical Stranger: She looked so similar to Kyu in her HunieCam art that some fans were genuinely surprised to learn the two weren't related in some way. HuniePop 2 reduces the effect by lightening her hair colour and making her freckles more prominent.
Kindhearted Simpleton: She's far from the smartest, but also an absolute sweetheart.
Lovable Sex Maniac: Enters the game with complete Talent stats, befitting of being a professional stripper, but she's quite lovable. Her HuniePop 2 profile expounds on this further, showcasing her with a very lustful expression and claiming that "there's almost nothing she won't do for a bump!"

Nice Girl: Candace is a sweet and friendly girl, although pretty dumb.
Only Known by Their Nickname: In the initial trailer for HunieCam her name was simply given as 'Candy', which appears to be either her nickname or stage name. The finished game averts it, referring to her by her full name of Candace.
Pink Is Feminine: Her hair and skin are pink, and she incorporates it into several of her outfits as well. HuniePop 2 reveals that her favourite colour is Peach.
Precocious Crush: After the first date with Polly in HuniePop 2, Candace admits that she had a huge crush on Polly as a child, remembering that she wanted Polly to come into her room and "give her a big old kiss".
Punny Name: Her default outfit is called 'Candy Wrapper'. And her nickname is 'Candy'.
- HuniePop 2 takes it even further by revealing that her surname is Crush, making her name a pun on another Match 3 puzzle game that the original HuniePop was often compared to.
Rose-Haired Sweetie: She's a friendly and sweet airhead with pink hair.

Sexy Whatever Outfit: In addition to her Naughty Nurse Outfit, she has a sexy policewoman's outfit.
She Is All Grown Up: Gets this reaction from Polly in HuniePop 2, as Polly babysat Candace when she was a child and then they didn't meet again for a long time afterward. Candace herself (after some prodding) remembers Polly, commenting that she looks way different than she used to.
Shout-Out: Her name is one to Candy Crush. May double as a Take That! given that Candace's defining attribute is her vapidity.
Southern Belle: Has a Southern accent in HuniePop 2.

Going Commando: Seems to be the case, at least for her 'Hula Dancer' and 'Native Chic' outfits.
Happy-Ending Massage: In HuniePop 2, completing her second date with Lillian, which takes place in a massage room, causes the latter to ask for one. Lailani happily obliges.
Insecure Love Interest: Lailani feels inferior to the many beautiful women on the island in practically all respects. This manifests in her Low Self-Esteem baggage, which makes her unaffected by any match including a Power token that is not a Romance match.
Informed Deformity: In HuniePop 2 Lailani complains about her nose being ugly in more than one instance, despite it being draw as a cute small nose in all her sprites. Somewhat justified considering she suffers from low self-esteem.
Nice Girl: Her HuniePop 2 bio lists her persona as "Almost Too Nice".
Out-of-Character Moment: Whenever she's about to have sex more or less. She has two baggage that focuses on how uncomfortable she is with sexual topics and yet she takes the same amount of time to bed as the other girls. Several times, she's the one who comes on to the other girl.
Paralyzing Fear of Sexuality: Lailani is shown to get extremely uncomfortable whenever other characters make sexual advances toward her in HuniePop 2. This carries over into gameplay: Sexuality is her least favorite token type, and her Old-Fashioned baggage makes her get upset if you use any Sexuality matches on her for the first 15 turns of the date.
The Runaway: She ran away from home because her family was very strict.
Seemingly-Wholesome '50s Girl: Her family are described as very strict, but by her level of Talent you can tell that she was a Covert Pervert at best, or Naughty by Night at worse.

- In Huniepop 2, the reason she acts so promiscuously and favors Sexuality tokens is because she enjoys sleeping around with random men just to make her parents upset. She bonds and eventually has sex with Abia because they both decide to do something both of their sets of parents would hate(that being Three-Way Sex) and has a threesome with Ashley because of the Kissing Cousins taboo. Breakout Character: Out of the HunieCam Studio roster, Lillian is the most popular character by far. By popular vote ^note she was the first character (other than Kyu) to be revealed for the upcoming Hunie game.

Cursed with Awesome: One of her possible Baggages in HuniePop 2 is "The Darkness" which inverts the effects of Broken Heart and Passion Tokens. This can function as a boon as the player can use her to clear out the otherwise dangerous Broken Heart Tokens. Assuming they remember that effect is in play.
Early-Installment Weirdness: Her original profile◊ by the devs showed her smiling. She also originally had a different CG◊.
Emo Teen: If she isn't talking about various ways to kill herself, she's complaining about something. This forms the basis for two sets of baggage: The Darkness, which reverses the effects of Passion and Broken Heart tokens; and Teen Angst, which makes Joy matches subtract Moves rather than add them.
Foil: She starts with 2 Talent and 4 Style, contrasting Aiko. And whereas Lillian is a spoiled brat who's angsty and miserable for no good reason, Aiko has led a genuinely depressing and empty life but still manages to smile and laugh.

Fun T-Shirt: One of her outfits is a singlet with 'FUCK OFF' written on it.
Girlish Pigtails: Her default hairstyle.
Goth: Fits the Gloomy Goth stereotype in both looks and personality: she is pale-skinned, dark-haired, wears black eyeshadow and lipstick, dresses predominantly in black, and is an all around gloomy, sullen person who constantly talks about death and dying. She also has an interest in witchcraft and the occult, with most of her unique gifts in 2 being related to the topic.
Hypocrite: Depending on how you feel about the Valley Girl accent she has, her calling the way Zoey talks as weird might make her this.
Intimate Marks: She has a prominent skull tattoo placed right next to her navel and very near her crotch region which calls attention to both of them. She has a second, smaller tattoo on the top of her right breast, and her CGs show that she has a pair of nipple piercings.
Jerkass: Even more than Audrey. She's extremely disrespectful towards her parents and generally has a very toxic attitude. She does get better in HuniePop 2.
Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Despite her personality being Audrey's but Goth, in Huniepop 2, she's shown to be at least better than Audrey at being nice. She's surprisingly nice to the player, can be nice to Ashley (it's implied they're close enough for Ashley to get Lillian into punk music) and is even sympathetic and bonds with Abia over bad parents.^note
Kissing Cousins: Lillian and Ashley are cousins by marriage. This won't stop them from getting attracted to each other or having a threesome with the player.
Lazy Bum: She's unemployed and lives off of her parents. She'd also rather spend all day on her smartphone and demand stuff from her parents than do anything productive.
Like Is, Like, a Comma: Like, you'd be hard-pressed to like, find a single line from her in 2 that doesn't like, include this. Fitting, given her like, Valley Girl tonality in that game.
Nerdy Inhaler: Averted. HuniePop 2 reveals that she has asthma, but she's nowhere near being a nerd. Her Asthma Baggage makes any big move with her (multiple matches or four of a kind or higher) take an additional one stamina, ostensibly because she's having a asthma attack and left her inhaler in her hotel room.
Phoneaholic Teenager: Her profile from the Hunie Direct lists her hobby as "Smartphone".
Raven Hair, Ivory Skin: Significantly paler than the other girls, fitting her goth aesthetic. Curiously, her HuniePop styled character portrait is rather sun kissed.
Spoiled Brat: Heavily implied by her profile from the Hunie Direct, which lists her occupation as "Unemployed." This suggests that all her clothes and makeup, her smartphone, etc. are paid for by her parents, who she treats like garbage.
Stripperiffic: Her starting outfit is a tube top without a bra and some precariously short shorts, making her the least dressed of the Huniecam and Huniepop 2 cast by default.
Tattooed Crook: Downplayed. She has tattoos and is implied to be something of a delinquent.
Teens Are Monsters: She's a typical oversexed teenaged brat, but makes Audrey look like an angel in comparison.
Troll: Her description claims that she'll do anything her parents disapprove of solely to piss them off.
The Teetotaler: She's one of the few girls outside the three starter characters who never drinks at all, despite her other vices. This actually makes quite a bit of sense: her ID says she's 18, which is the legal age to buy cigarettes, but not booze (at least, in America).
Unreliable Narrator: Regularly complains about how awful her parents are, but her complaints seem to be fairly minor and her cousin Ashley doesn't mention anything bad about them.
Vague Age: Her age is stated to be of debate despite her ID stating she's Totally 18.
- The Hunie Direct showed off a HuniePop 2 profile for her that gives her age as 18. However, the devs claimed during her initial reveal that her age was still "highly questionable", so this may be a case of Unreliable Narrator. The game proper finally reveals that she is, in fact, 18, but does have a fake ID - stating she's 22, to buy alcohol.
Valley Girl: Despite being a Goth, she has the speaking pattern of one.
Vapor Wear: Lillian doesn't seem to wear a bra.

Kyu is so creeped out by her even having an inkling of Love Fairies that she calls Zoey crazy instead. It's not made clear if she's just hallucinating and coincidentally getting things right, or she's genuinely seeing into the Sky Garden while sleeping (her fondest dream is apparently to meet the "green-haired queen of the Butterfly People", so she's at least seen Venus).
