Click for Civilian Look

Born Elaborate Maker of Trusty Tools in West Africa, Mojo Jojo is a chimpanzee who, after consuming a vial of Chemical X, developed a super-genius level of intelligence. Nowadays he's the oldest and most nefarious foe of the Powerpuff Girls.

  • Adaptation Dye-Job: His skin remains in its original color unlike the show where it turned green.
  • Age Lift: In the show he was a baby when he got exposed to the Chemical X, but here he was already an adult when that happened.
  • Arch-Enemy: The PPG consider him their mortal enemy.
  • Awesomeness by Analysis: Mojo Jojo is a keen observer of humans. He is an excellent judge of character, able to deduce people's fears and insecurities to exploit and intimidate them. On more than one occasion, he has used menacing psychology or blackmail to coerce prison officials or fellow prisoners into aiding his escape.
  • Badass Cape: He keeps his signature long purple cape in his armored look, and he's considered The Ace of Townsville villains.
  • Black Eyes of Evil: His sclerae is black and he's an evil primate out to destroy the girls.
  • Even Bad Men Love Their Mamas: While his biological father is unknown, Jojo appears to remember fondly his mother, known as Loving Caretaker of the Offspring.
  • Gadgeteer Genius: Mojo Jojo has a natural understanding for how things can fit together and synergize. He is considered to be a world-class inventor and weapons designer. He often can create truly incredible technological devices with what others would regard as simple junk.
  • Healing Factor: Mojo Jojo heals from damage rather quickly. His bones will fully mend within a day after being set and he is able to use broken limbs in limited capacity without ill effect or pain within minutes of setting. Cuts, scrapes, and bruises heal faster than that, including injuries to his vital organs - even his brain.
  • In-Series Nickname: Banana Breath, Mojo, Mojoke, Monkey Boy, Pops.
  • Intelligent Primate: A very intelligent chimpanzee capable of creating all sorts of gadgets, weapons and even creating the Rowdyruff Boys just by analyzing the girls and their capabilities.
  • Maniac Monkeys: A super-intelligent chimp with designs to take over the world.
  • Man of Wealth and Taste: More like Ape of Wealth and Taste, and besides his fancy suit, Mojo also has a weakness for high-class food. One departure from his usually refined tastes is his love for Soder cola, especially a lukewarm can.
  • My Brain Is Big: The Chemical X enlarged his brain outside his cranium, and now he covers it with a semi-transparent helmet.
  • Omnidisciplinary Scientist: Mojo Jojo is a master of most scientific disciplines, particularly those with applications in engineering. These include mathematics, medicine, chemistry, astronomy, geology, biology, and physics. He is also shown himself able to duplicate the creation of the Powerpuff Girls (or a close approximation of them).
  • Omniglot: Mojo Jojo claims to have mastered most languages found on Earth. Ignoring his personally peculiar phrasing, he does appear to be telling the truth about his claim. He has been witnessed speaking English, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, German, Latin, Russian, Markovian, Atlantean, and even Kryptonian.
  • Pride: Mojo Jojo does not appreciate being insulted, especially by those he considers to be beneath him. He will often use violence to prove his superiority.
  • Secondary Color Nemesis: His armor is purple and green, and he also wears a purple suit with a green shirt.
  • Super-Strength: Mojo Jojo can tear the doors off cars, toss a full-grown man one-handed, and can deal damage to some enhanced beings with his bare hands.
  • Supreme Chef: Mojo Jojo claims to be a master chef, particularly with sushi and gourmet meals.
  • Uplifted Animal: Once a regular, albeit very intelligent, chimpanzee that due to consumption of the Chemical X developed genius-level intelligence.
  • We Used to Be Friends: He considered Drake Utonium an actual friend, but now they're enemies.

    Princess Morbucks

Click for Civilian Look
Click for Classic Look
Click for Child Look

Only child of Townsville magnate Warren Morbucks, the spoiled rotten Princess Morbucks, desiring to be special like her friends the Powerpuff Girls, made a deal with the entity HIM in exchange for superpowers. A nuisance as a child, a threat as a teen and a full blown villain as an adult, she has become one of the most dangerous threats for the girls.

  • Acid Attack: She can spit magic acid.
  • Adaptational Superpower Change: In the show, she obtained her powers either through technology or by tricking Santa Claus into giving her superpowers, but here her powers are magical in nature, given to her by HIM.
  • Aura Vision: Princess can activate "Aura Vision" which causes her eyes to glow. When active, Princess can see and read the psionic auras of persons around her. This often allows her insight into their "cost" - what it would take for them to "sell out" their principles and morals.
  • Cool Crown: Princess has recently acquired an ancient relic - a golden tiara. Though the relic's powers are unknown at this time, Princess appears to become increasingly more powerful and dangerous when wearing the relic. Further, if the relic is removed and kept off her head for a period of time (about two minutes), the sudden shock to her system appears to render her unconscious.
  • Daddy's Girl: Her mother was never in the picture and her identity is unknown, as such she was raised by her father Warren and a team of nannies.
  • Dance Battler: Princess is a skilled dancer. She is naturally light on her feet, well-coordinated, and has a good sense of balance. She has been mentored in ballet since she was five.
  • Deal with the Devil: During her coma, she made a deal with HIM in exchange for powers.
  • Energy Weapon: Princess can expel blasts of different magical elements from her hands, her eyes, her mouth, or even from her aura itself. She can spit magic acid, shoot ice daggers from her eyes, or even erupt in all-consuming inferno of hellfire.
  • Eye Beams: She can expel blasts of different magical elements from her eyes. For example, she can shoot ice daggers from her eyes.
  • Flying Brick: Princess can defy gravity and fly at supersonic speed (about Mach 1). When in flight, Princess leaves a wake of purple infernal essence. Similarly, she can use this spell to lift and hurl heavy objects in her line-of-sight.
  • Fur and Loathing: She wears a classy furry coat as an adult, and she's still quite loathsome.
  • Geas: Princess likely cannot defy her mysterious benefactor without penalty.
  • Greed: Princess loves money. She is particularly materialistic. She must have the nicest things that her wealth can buy. She will become violent if her cherished treasures are taken or destroyed - unless they can be replaced.
  • Green-Eyed Monster: She even literally has green eyes. She tends to get cranky and upset when someone else has anything that she desires but cannot have.
  • High-Class Gloves: Either as a child or as an adult, Princess likes wearing black opera gloves, which shows her background and status as the wealthy daughter of Townsville's local business magnate.
  • His Name Really Is "Barkeep": Yes, her father really named her Princess.
  • An Ice Person: She can shoot ice daggers from her eyes.
  • I Just Want to Be Special: Since childhood, she desired to be special like the Powerpuff Girls, which is the main reason why she made a deal with HIM.
  • In-Series Nickname: Brattypuff, Chesse Puff, Greedypuff, Little Brat, Moneypuff, Princess Moneyface, Princess Moneypants.
  • Logical Weakness: The more Princess uses her magical powers, the more its effect shows on her body. She begins to sweat, experience fatigue, and appear drained until she collapses from dehydration and/or exhaustion.
  • Missing Mom: Justified. Princess never had a maternal influence growing up — her father was notoriously afraid of remarrying due to all of his ex-wives being Gold Diggers, and her biological mother was one of the women employed by her father for sexual services. When Princess' mother discovered she was pregnant, Princess' father agreed to take care of the child and adopted Princess to make the process of concealing her mother's identity easier. The closest equivalent to a maternal figure Princess had were a team of nannies hired by her father to tend to her every need.
  • Money Is Not Power: Discovering there was something money couldn't buy, specifically superpowers, are what made her throw a tantrum that caused an explosion which put her in contact with HIM.
  • Odd Friendship: She and Buttercup considered each other best friends. This is even more ironic considering that Princess' pact with HIM was a direct consequence of her envying the Powerpuff Girls for having superpowers while she didn't.
  • Playing with Fire: One of her powers involves erupting in an all-consuming inferno of hellfire.
  • Pride: Princess is a brat who, due to her spoiled upbringing, believes she is superior to everyone else around her. Insults to her ego won't be forgotten and she will desire to settle the score later.
  • Rich Bitch: She's incredibly rich thanks to her father being a business magnate. But because her father spoiled her heavily, she became a Spoiled Brat who believes herself to be superior to everyone else and is violently resistant to being told "no". This carried on well into adulthood, where she became a supervillainess thanks to a pact made with HIM.
  • Significant Green-Eyed Redhead: Has green eyes, red hair and she's one of the most persistent foes of the Powerpuff Girls.
  • She's All Grown Up: She was average-looking as a child, downright gorgeous as an adult.
  • Spoiled Brat: She was spoiled rotten since birth, as such she always has had difficulty listening to the word "no".
  • Stronger Than They Look: Princess, like all witches, is much more resilient than a typical mortal. She is able to shrug off significant blunt force trauma.
  • Weaksauce Weakness: Having been endowed with infernal power, Princess will be impaired by significant amounts of supernal energy.
  • Youthful Freckles: She has freckles, which also represent her immaturity.

    H.I.M.
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/him_earth_27.jpg

His Infernal Majesty, also known as Lord Satanus, HIM is the son of the wizard Mamaragan and the demon temptress Abaddon, twin brother of Infernus/Blaze and a constant foe of the Powerpuff Girls.

  • Achilles' Heel: Being a demon, HIM can be harmed by weapons made of so-called 'Cold Iron' and finds such injuries difficult to mend and recover from.
  • Adaptation Origin Connection: In the show he had nothing to do with Princess' rise to villainy, but here he gave her powers through a deal.
  • Agent Peacock: Despite his psychopathic nature, HIM carries himself with a flamboyant demeanor and is quite vain. He's also considered one of the most powerful demons in Hell.
  • Antagonistic Offspring: Shunned by his biological father due to his wickedness, he tried to get revenge on the wizard by slaughtering humans to decrease his worship, but Mamaragan's followers sealed him within the Dreamtime, the Australian part of The Dreaming.
  • Authority in Name Only: Despite his title being His Infernal Majesty, it was rendered powerless after losing his case at the Infernal Courts when he tried to purchase it using his fragment of Lucifer's wings.
  • Beard of Evil: Has a goatee and fits the appearance of a infernal demon to a T.
  • Big Red Devil: Besides the lack of horns, he looks like a typical red demon.
  • Camp Gay: Oh yes, he even speaks in an effeminate falsetto. But make no mistake, he's still a dangerous and psychopathic demon.
  • Color-Coded Eyes: Has green eyes and he's one of the most subtle and manipulative enemies of the Powerpuff Girls.
  • Composite Character: Powerpuff Girls' enemy HIM is combined with Satanus, son of Mamaragan and enemy of the Shazam family. He's also known as the Goetian Demon Andrealphus and the Aboriginal trickster Bamalpana.
  • Demonic Possession: When un-manifested, HIM can possess a host — whether human, animal, or object. He once used this ability to possess Bubbles' stuffed animal Octi.
  • Evil Cannot Comprehend Good: HIM has no true understanding of love. Persons endowed with Unyielding Love can keep him at bay similarly to the truly faithful.
  • Evil Sounds Deep: While normally he speaks in an echoing effeminate falsetto, when angry his voice changes to a deep, demonic growl.
  • Flaming Devil: Despite his psychopathic nature, HIM carries himself with flamboyant demeanor. being the child of a succubus and he has an obsession with Professor Utonium.
  • Fur and Loathing: Wears a furry coat and the loathing needs no explanation.
  • Hellbent For Leather: Wears a leather coat and chaps and keeps his leather boots from canon. Hellbent is certain.
  • Named After Somebody Famous: Named after his adoptive father and the First of the Fallen.
  • Pointy Ears: Another reminder that he's a demon.
  • Pride: HIM is quite vain. Stroking HIM's ego can distract him for hours.
  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: Black hair, wears black leather, has red skin and a red coat.
  • Red Right Hand: His left arm looks like a lobster claw, which he used to replace his missing hand. It's an appendage that once belonged to the Great Behemoth, of whom the Right Hand of Doom that was given to Hellboy originates.
  • Related in the Adaptation: Son of Mamaragan and Abaddon, he's the twin brother of Infernus and adopted son of Satan, as well as half-sibling of Nebiros, Neron and the Demons Three.
  • The Rival: Sees Meg Keane as a rival due to being married to Prof. Utonium.
  • Rogues' Gallery Transplant: While in the comics Satanus was a foe of Superman and Billy Batson, here due to being limited in power and influence outside Australia, he mostly antagonizes the Powerpuff Girls.
  • Sadist: HIM is a sadist that treats everyone as a replaceable plaything that can be controlled and broken to his heart's content. While HIM is quite capable of wholesale destruction, he prefers to play mind games to make things more "entertaining".
  • Succubi and Incubi: HIM has a strange interest in Professor Drake Utonium. HIM targets the Powerpuff Girls in his schemes as he derives a sick pleasure from making Utonium angry with him, becoming aroused when the professor threatens HIM for any pain or suffering he has brought to the Powerpuff Girls or the citizens of Townsville.
  • Teleportation: HIM can relocate to familiar locations, disappearing in a puff of a sickeningly sweet pink mist that lingers on everything in the area for hours.

    Fuzzy Lumpkins
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/fuzzy_lumpkins__earth_27__commission_by_phil_cho_dfqiwj8_fullview.jpg
A monster who lives on the outskirts of Townsville who’s antagonized the PPG more than once.
  • Adaptation Species Change: In the show his actual species was unknown, but here he's a yowie, a creature from Australian folklore.
  • The Ageless: At nearly five hundred years old (or older), Fuzzy Lumpkins does not seem to suffer the rigors of age. It is likely he has some degree of immortality.
  • I Have Many Names: Bunyip, Doolaga, Drop Bear, Ghindaring, Gulaga, Jimbra, Joogabinna, Jurrawarra, Mygawin, Noocoonah, Pangkarlangu, Puttikan, Quinkin, Thoolagal, Tjangara, Yaroma, Yowie, Wawee.
  • Omniglot: Fuzzy has a knack for spoken language as he has been able to learn how to speak English and a number of other languages with little effort, including various Aboriginal dialects, Mandarin, Korean, and Arabic. However, Fuzzy does not appear to be literate (at least functionally so).
  • Psycho Pink: Has pink fur and if you upset him hard enough, he turns feral and savage.
  • Sloth: Fuzzy Lumpkins is typically lazy and docile. When undisturbed and left in his lair, it's not uncommon for him to sleep twenty hours or more daily.
  • Super-Senses: Fuzzy has keen senses of hearing and smell. He can track by smell. Though he has practical daytime vision, roughly equal to a human's, his eyesight's true strength is when in dark environments or underwater. Fuzzy's antennae are able to sense various impulses from intrinsic energy sources.
  • Super-Strength: Fuzzy is incredibly strong. His punches are enough to injure Kryptonians and other similarly powerful creatures that are usually considered to be invulnerably, including his most frequent enemies — the Powerpuff Girls.
  • Super-Toughness: Fuzzy can take quite the beating before going down. He can be littered with bullets or thrown through multiple buildings, yet will just get back up and keep fighting. Part of this remarkable fortitude is tied to his quick regenerative abilities, which allows him to recover from previous injuries in the midst of battle.
  • Unstoppable Rage: Fuzzy can quickly lose his temper and become a literal rage monster, especially in population centers or when exposed to significant psychic energy.

    Amoeba Boys

Boss
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/slim_amoeba_earth_27.jpg
Slim
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/junior_amoeba_earth_27.jpg
Junior
  • Adaptational Badass: In the cartoon they were Ineffectual Sympathetic Villains, but here they're an actual threat.
  • Adaptation Origin Connection: They were created by Mojo Jojo, while in the show their origin was never revealed.
  • The Assimilator: The Amoeba Boys can absorb chemicals and matter, allowing them to alter their bodies' properties for a brief period of time. The Amoeba Boys can also absorb the genetic material of lifeforms, dissolving their bodies and allowing them to gain their memories (and metahuman abilities) until the material is completely used up (usually takes two to three weeks).
  • Bad People Abuse Animals: Junior's favorite pastime is to capture small animals and torture them for his own amusement, often dissolving their limbs off one by one or subjecting them to other gruesome fates.
  • Big, Thin, Short Trio: Boss is the big, Junior the short and Slim is the thin one.
  • Black Eyes of Evil: All three have black sclerae and they're more dangerous than in the show.
  • Blob Monster: Instead of just looking like human sized amoebas, now they're living slime. The Amoeba Boys can change their shape, size, and density at will. They can stretch, flatten and mold themselves into any form. The Amoeba Boys can also drop or sling excess portions of themselves and temporarily manipulate those remote extensions of themselves. They can also use these detachments to crystallize into the shape of simple objects. The slime can also be acidic or toxic, depending on how it's created.
  • From a Single Cell: Overtime, with absorption of matter and energy, the Amoebas can regenerate any part of their body that's been damaged or destroyed. They can also absorb other materials or substances to regenerate their mass if necessary.
  • Invisibility: The Amoeba Boys can turn invisible by altering their refractive index to bend light around them. However, they must remain still and motionless for this to be effective. This power is usually for stealth or escape.
  • Kill It with Fire/Kill It with Ice: Extreme heat or cold can also affect the chemical bonds of the Amoeba Boy's bodies, causing them to melt or freeze solid.
  • Kill It with Water: Water can dissolve or disintegrate the Amoebas' slime bodies.
  • Kryptonite Factor: Electric shocks can short-circuit the Amoeba Boy's slime bodies, rendering them temporarily paralyzed.
  • Life Drain: The Amoeba Boys can drain the life force of others by coming into contact with them, rendering them unconscious or killing them outright. This power is usually used to gain sustenance or as a form of attack. This allows them to gain the memories and skills of their victims for a brief period of time (they can retain this information for six to ten hours, depending on the length of contact).
  • Logical Weakness: Strong explosions or severe impacts can cause the Amoeba Boy to lose cohesion, rendering them unconscious or incapacitated.
  • Pragmatic Villainy: Boss (or Buck) can be quite aggressive and violent when provoked but generally tries to avoid confrontation when possible.
  • Psychopathic Manchild: The Amoeba Boys are mischievous and anarchic beings that love to cause destruction and chaos wherever they go. They have no regard for rules or authority and will do whatever it takes to survive and thrive in their surroundings. They have a childlike quality about them, often behaving in a way that is playful and carefree.
  • Sadist: Junior may be the smallest of the Amoeba Boys, but what he lacks in size, he more than makes up for in sadism. He delights in causing pain and suffering, often coming up with cruel and unusual ways to torture his victims.
  • The Slacker: Slim is the most laid-back and easygoing of the group. He enjoys the simple things in life, such as lounging around and eating normal food. He loves music and can often be found humming or singing to himself.
  • Starter Villain: They and Mojo Jojo were the very first enemies the Powerpuff Girls defeated.
  • Technopath: The Amoeba Boys can absorb information stored digitally by placing the devices or storage media into their mass. They can also meld with machines and electrical devices in a similar manner to take control of such objects.
  • Weaksauce Weakness: Though created to render the active Chemical X in the Powerpuff Girls' bodies inert, Antidote X also works on the Amoeba Boys. If exposed to Antidote X, the Amoebas' biology breaks down at an accelerated rate.

    Sedusa (Infernus / Angelica Blaze)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sedusa_earth_27.jpg
Click for Civilian Disguise
Lady Infernus is the twin sister of Satanus, better known as H.I.M., and a dangerous foe of the Powerpuff Girls.
  • Adaptation Name Change: Instead of the suspiciously evil alias of 'Ima Goodlady', her alias is Emma Goode. This is just an alias as her real name is Infernus. This is yet another name change as she’s a renamed Blaze, an enemy of the Marvel Family and twin sister of Satanus.
  • Adaptation Species Change: In the show Sedusa was Ambiguously Human, here she's a demon from Hell.
  • Competition Freak: Infernus loves little more than winning, particularly winning at a task over her twin brother. She is a notoriously sore winner, prone to gloating in her success for days, weeks, or months (or even years or centuries).
  • Composite Character: Powerpuff Girls' enemy Sedusa is combined with Blaze (though renamed Infernus), daughter of Mamaragan and enemy of the Shazam family.
  • Eerie Pale-Skinned Brunette: Chalk white skin, black hair and she's nasty and evil all the way.
  • Femme Fatalons: She also has some pretty sharp fingernails in case she needs to fight up-close.
  • Hellbent For Leather: Dresses in a red and black leather corset, Hellbent is pretty clear.
  • Life Drain: As a succubus, Infernus can drain energy or memories when engaged intimate acts with her targets.
  • Light Is Not Good: As Emma Goode she dresses in white and has white and pink hair, but she's just as nasty as her normal villainous self.
  • Magic Hair: Infernus can control the movement of her hair as if each fiber were thin appendages growing from her hair — allowing it to grow to incredible length and be used as a strong prehensile limb (or limbs). Using this same magic, she can also perform various spells upon victims whose hair she has previously collected.
  • Named by the Adaptation: Her real name was never revealed, but here it's Infernus, though she goes by the aliases of Emma Goode and Angelica Blaze.
  • Navel-Deep Neckline: Her corset has a wide opening for her cleavage that reaches her ribcage, fitting for someone who's The Vamp.
  • Pointy Ears: Her ears are pointy, making her look even more evil and demonic.
  • Power Glows: When using her powers her hair has a red aura.
  • Pride: Infernus is quite vain and proud. Not only does she love to admire herself in the mirror, she takes failure rather hard, especially when she fails at something against her twin brother.
  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: She has black hair, dresses in red and black and when using her powers her hair glows red, and she's an evil femme fatale.
  • Related in the Adaptation: Daughter of Mamaragan and Abaddon, she's the twin sister of Satanus as well as half-sibling of Nebiros, Neron and the Demons Three.
  • Rogues' Gallery Transplant: Just like Satanus, in the comics Lady Blaze was mostly a foe of Superman and of Billy Batson, but due to her combination with Sedusa, she now mostly antagonizes the PPG, although unlike her brother she isn't limited to just acting in Australia.
  • Sex Magic: Infernus is a very powerful practitioner of sex-based spells and rituals. Among the ranks of the succubi, she is considered to be a grandmistress.
  • Telepathy: Infernus can read surface thoughts with some effort. She can also use this to telepathically manipulate certain individuals, particularly those that are sexually attracted to her. It is worth noting that those who are able to break free of her spell gain a heightened ability to resist future manipulation.
  • Villainous Crush: Infernus has a strange interest in Professor Drake Utonium. This started as a bet with her brother, but it seems to have grown into on actual attraction to the Powerpuff Girls' professor.
  • Youthful Freckles: She has silver freckles, and as Emma Goode they make her look more innocent.

    Dick Hardly
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dick_hardly_earth_27.jpg
The sleazy former roommate of Professor Utonium. He's currently the shrink of the PPG.
  • Adaptational Sexuality: Apparently straight in the show, he's pansexual here and he's been married twice.
  • Adaptational Job Change: In the show he was a professor with his own company, but here he's the Girls' personal shrink.
  • A Dick in Name: His name is Dick Hardly, and he truly lives up to the name.
  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Utonium is convinced that his whole schtick of being a wise, calm, feminist guru is nothing but a façade to hide that he's still the same lazy, cooked womanizer he remembers from college.
  • Four Eyes, Zero Soul: He wears glasses and he's as self-centered as he's heartless.
  • Hippie Name: His full name is Richard Socrates Hardly.
  • Jerkass: The guy is completely unpleasant when he's not being Faux Affably Evil.
  • In-Series Nickname: Old Dick.
  • Lazy Bum: Back in college, Utonium was convinced he spent more time stoned or flirting than studying, something which Dick doesn't really deny.
  • Parental Abandonment: His parents were two free spirited non-conformists who were killed during a police raid after it was discovered their commune was an abusive cult that worshipped an Aboriginal Trickster.
  • The Shrink: He serves as this for the Powerpuff Girls, as well as the Prof, Mrs. Keane, Sara Bellum and even Robin Snyder and Mike Believe.

Rowdyruff Boys

    In General
  • Adaptational Nationality: Like the other Powerpuff Girls characters, they're Aussies here, rather than Americans.
  • Flying Brick: Just like the Powerpuff Girls, the Rowdyruff Boys are super strong and can fly.
  • Named by the Adaptation: In the show they had no last name, but here they use Mojo as their last name, in honor of their creator Mojo Jojo.
  • Nice, Mean, and In-Between: In contrast to the Girls, Boomer is the Nice, Brick the Mean and Butch the In-Between.
  • Opposite-Sex Clone: They are male clones of the Powerpuff Girls created by Mojo Jojo.
  • Power Glows: When using their powers their eyes and palms grow with their respective colors.
  • Related in the Adaptation: Each of the Boys has a different genetic template, with Brick having Sara Bellum, Boomer has Emma Goode and Butch has Meg Keane, who in the show they didn't really interact with.
  • Super-Toughness: They're all highly resilient to blunt force trauma, extreme heat and cold, and many environmental dangers such as fire.

    Brick Mojo
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/brick_mojo__ya___earth_27__commission_by_phil_cho_dfseb8s_fullview.jpg
Click for Child Look
  • Awesomeness by Analysis: Brick can quickly learn complex physical skills and talents by watching others. He retains such skills for long periods of time. If the skill requires complex mental or social skills in combination, Brick does not master those particular facets at the same rate, but once he has mastered the physicality, he may have considerable ease in learning the other required elements. As a result of this, Brick is a talented skateboarder, locksmith, gymnast, and martial artist - among other things.
  • Badass in a Nice Suit: As an adult and a civilian he wears a nice black suit and red shirt.
  • Barbarian Long Hair: He has long, waist long hair and he's violent and dangerous.
  • Batter Up!: As an adult he wields a cricket bat.
  • The Empath: Brick has an intense empathic link to not only his brothers, but also the Powerpuff Girls (possibly to other similar beings to himself). When he is angry, he can channel that emotion to such beings to provoke them into violent action. While the impulse can be resisted, doing so can be quite taxing and may cause severe headaches or psychic feedback.
  • Evil Redhead: He's got auburn hair and the Evil Counterpart of Blossom.
  • Eye Beams: Brick can emit superheated light particles from his eyes.
  • Good Scars, Evil Scars: He has a scar running across his right eye.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: Brick can quickly lose his temper and become violent. He often chooses violence over other solutions.
  • He-Man Woman Hater: Brick firmly believes that girls are inferior to boys. "Boys rule, girls drool" is something he will exclaim repeatedly. This leads him to grossly underestimate a female's capability.
  • Iconic Item: Just like Blossom's ribbon, Brick has his red baseball cap.
  • In-Series Nickname: Red Menace of Townsville, Dumb-as-a-Brick (by Blossom Utonium), Master Masher, King of Crushing, The Duke of Destruction, Reigning World Champeen, The Bludgeoner.
  • Lazy Bum: If Brick isn't doing something that he wants to do, he will lack motivation and put in little to no effort.
  • The Leader: Brick is the leader and the commander of the Rowdyruff Boys. While he is charismatic and tries to be at least somewhat strategic, he is not particularly organized or motivated. He mostly leads by fear and violence.
  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: As an adult and a civilian he wears a black suit and red shirt.
  • Red Is Violent: Dresses in red and he's violent where Blossom is diplomatic.
  • Shock and Awe: Brick can emit pink lightning from his body (usually his palms). With concentration, he can also absorb electricity into his body and redirect it. There is a limit to how much electricity he can absorb without injury. It is worth noting that his electric shock is somewhat less powerful than those emitted by his Powerpuff Girl counterpart, Blossom.
  • Sibling Rivalry: Brick is prone to bullying and belittling Boomer, often over petty matters. The Powerpuff Girls have defeated the Rowdyruff Boys in the past by turning these two against each other with considerable ease.
  • Smarter Than They Look: Being Blossom's counterpart, it is highly suspected that Brick is much more intelligent than he appears. It is possible that he chooses not to fully apply himself. It may also be possible that Blossom's intelligence is not tied to her particular genetic makeup.
  • Super Spit: Brick can eject a foul-smelling orange mucus from his mouth which can quickly harden upon contact with oxygen. By controlling the velocity of its launch, Brick can cause the spit to harden mid-flight to deliver a ranged kinetic attack at a target or cover his target in the odorous substance before it quickly solidifies, weighing them down or encasing them in the substance and possibly incapacitating or immobilizing them as a result.
  • Technicolor Eyes: Just like Blossom he has pink eyes.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Brick's favorite food seems to be bacon cheeseburgers.

    Boomer Mojo
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/boomer_mojo_ya_earth_27.jpg
Click for Child Look
  • Animal Talk: Boomer seems to be a natural friend to any animal he meets and can communicate complex concepts to them.
  • Eye Beams: Boomer can emit psychokinetic pulses from his eyes.
  • Hidden Depths: Boomer has a natural talent for music. He has perfect pitch and is a not only a fantastic singer, but seems to be a musical prodigy that can learn to play any music instrument he comes across with just a little training (or plenty of time to experiment).
  • In-Series Nickname: Little Boy Blue, Blue Bruiser, Beach Bum, Blonde Boy Blue, Blue Meanie, Blue Eyes, Baron of the Beatdown.
  • "L" Is for "Dyslexia": Boomer struggles with reading and tends to avoid studying or learning anything requiring reading. He's not unintelligent, however he may across as such due to his lack of education.
  • Manly Tears: Boomer's tears have the ability to establish a powerful psychic connection between Boomer and anyone who remains in his presence for a prolonged period while his tears are in contact with his skin. Once wiped away, the tears become ephemeral within a few seconds. However, if dropped into a fluid, the tears can retain their potency for a few seconds, allowing Boomer to "poison" the drinks of others with his tears. The exact effect of the tears varies with the potency of the tears and the exact psychic exposure.
  • Sticky Bomb: Boomer can emit blue ectoplasm from his body (usually his palms). This usually looks like a blue and white bubbly mass of an energy with a "jelly-like" consistency which can be projected with enough force to overturn cars, destroy a brick wall, and even cause a Kryptonian to stumble about stunned. The sticky quality of the substance can also be used to pin opponents to walls or ceilings. As a residual effect of the psychic substance, it often leaves those ensnared in it with a lingering elation or sense of confusion, sometimes causing them to giggle for no clear reason.
  • Super-Scream: Boomer can emit a high-pitched shout, not unlike the Canary Cry, which can melt steel and shatter eardrums. In the less destructive end of this ability, Boomer can replicate any sound he hears.
  • Surfer Dude: He had the stereotypical look of one down pat as a kid; He wore a tropical print shirt, a pooka shell necklace, and sunglasses. He even had a volleyball he carried around.
  • Super-Senses: Boomer can activate "Boomer Vision" which causes his eyes to glow, and allowing him through solid matter with some effort and also see the psychic auras of persons, ghosts, and other un-manifested ephemeral beings. His hearing is also particularly keen, allowing him to perfectly analyze sounds, including ultrasonic sounds.
  • Token Good Teammate: Of all the Rowdyruff Boys, Boomer may appear to be the one most capable of reform. However, due to the way his brothers bully him, Boomer does seem to be the one who will act out in the most extreme way - likely in an effort to earn his brother's respect. Such as when the boys are unleashed to wreak havoc, Boomer is often the first to escalate from property damage to inflicting bodily harm to another.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Boomer's favorite food is seafood.

    Butch Mojo

Click for Child Look
  • Adaptational Nice Guy: In the show he was easily the most violent and downright insane member of the RRB, but here he at least cares about his brother Boomer and has been surprisingly open to talk to his genetic template Meg Keane.
  • Big Eater: Butch eats constantly. While it's possible this is due to having an exceptionally high metabolism that literally burns through calories at an excessive rate, it's worth mentioning that he will also eat when he's bored and not particularly hungry.
  • Delinquent Hair: As a child his hair is somewhat spiky, and as a young adult he keeps it in a mohawk and he's violent and short-tempered.
  • Desperately Needs Orders: Butch rarely does much of anything without Brick ordering it. He appears to be entirely submissive to Brick, or other authority figures (such as Mojo Jojo or HIM).
  • The Empath: Butch has an intense empathic link to not only his brothers, but also the Powerpuff Girls (possibly to other similar beings to himself). When he is hurt (physically or emotionally), he can evenly divide the burden of the pain psychically among those within a close proximity to him, allowing him to partially negate his own pain and cause his enemies (and allies) to share his pain.
  • Eye Beams: Butch can emit superheated beams from his eyes.
  • Fartillery: Butch can emit a toxic cloud of gas through flatulence or belching. The flatulent emission is the more toxic of the two. It's also worth noting that his toxic gas is flammable, so considering his powerset, this makes it exceptionally dangerous.
  • Good Scars, Evil Scars: He has a cross-shaped scar on his right cheek.
  • Green and Mean: His color is green and he's even meaner and more brutish than Buttercup.
  • Hand Blast: Butch can emit green fire (usually from his palms), which can shape into fireballs to launch at his enemies with tremendous force.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: Butch can lose his temper quickly and usually resorts to violence as his first instinct, particularly when he is challenged or belittled.
  • Hypocritical Heartwarming: Though Butch will join in the bullying of Boomer with Brick, he will stop when he thinks that Brick has crossed a line (unless he's told to continue). When he finds that the bullying has become excessive, he will stand up for Boomer and tell Brick to knock it off. It appears that Butch only allows Boomer to be bullied by Brick as any other bullying of Boomer will quickly earn Butch's ire. Further, if Brick is insulted or attacked by outside forces, Butch will quickly come to his brother's defense.
  • In-Series Nickname: "Butch", Baron of Berserk, Green-Eyed Monster, Green-Eyed Meanie, Lean-Mean-and-Green.
  • Perma-Stubble: As a young adult he has a five-o'clock shadow.
  • Sleeves Are for Wimps: As a child he doesn't wear sleeves to cover his arms.
  • Super Mode: Butch's anger, pain, and general moodiness can be harnessed to activate what the Powerpuff Girls call "Rage Mode". As this power only shows up when Butch has been pushed beyond his limits, few have seen its startling display. When active, Butch appears possessed with glowing eyes, burning hands, and guttural roars replacing his vocabulary. Butch appears practically invulnerable to most forms of damage while showing greater strength and speed than usual.
  • Super-Senses: Butch can activate "Butcher Vision" which causes his eyes to glow green. When so activated, Butch can see through solid matter with thermal vision or see in darkness with exceptional nightvision.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Butch's favorite food is burritos.

  • The Brute: He's the biggest and strongest member of the Gangreen Gang, with little in the way for thinking.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/grubber_earth_27_1.jpg

  • Gender Flip: Grubber in the show was male, but here she's female.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname: She's only known by her nickname.
