  • Admired By: Hallie Parker and Annie James
  • Respected By: The Good Aligned Deities of the Hall of Draconic Beings
  • Conflicting Opinion: Homura Akemi
  • Uneasy Relationship: Most Dwarves in the Pantheon (Due to Historical Grievances on the High Elves's Part).
  • As two of the greatest Elven heroes in the history of Ulthuan, Tyrion and Teclis have proven themselves to be among the most inspiring figures in the Warhammer World, for they have successfully held off numerous threats, especially thr Dark Elves led by Malekith from attacking and conquering Ulthuan. Despite all this however, both brothers have had their fair share of issues, personal and racial. The High Elves were a damaged race thanks to the machinations of Malekith a few millenia ago when he instigated the War of the Beard through vengeful machinations to ensure the High Elves and Dwarves did not rebel against the Dark Elves and proved successful, waking the Empire of Ulthuan and rendering the High Elves a vulnerable race. Additionally, Tyrion was driven by insecurities regarding the state of his race and the world at large, but placed special emphasis on his twin brother Teclis, who was frail and ulnerable from birth, resulting in Tyrion developing an overly protective stance for him. Even worse was the coming of The End Times, which all races have been preparing for quite a long time.
  • After the events of the End Times, Tyrion found himself in some kind of gilded hall. He was then approached by a clearly alive Teclis, which baffled the older brother ad the last time he saw Teclis was when he was suddenly disintegrated trying to hold on to a Chaos Vortex, courtesy of Mannfred von Carstein. Teclis told Tyrion that they were in lands never seen before and that the Chaos Gods and Dark Elves have also marked their presence. Upon hearing, Tyrion chided his brother for what had happened beforehand, but told him that there were worse matters to deal with as of now. The Elven twin brothers readied their gear and marched out of the hall, marking their presence in the Pantheon.
  • Upon their ascension into the Pantheon, many deities took to noticing Tyrion and Teclis the moment they began to meet with other ascended deities from other worlds. They soon realized that the Pantheonic World was far more different compared to what they had been living and fighting in. While they expected much of the same species from their world, but they didn't come to expect each of them had varying morality, which intrigued Teclis as unlike most High Elves, he is willing to strike alliances with which the High Elves can benefit from as long as they're careful with it.
  • As a masterful warrior and mage respectively, in addition to defending Ulthuan against the Dark Elves of Naggaroth for several years, Tyrion and Teclis are very highly regarded by many heroic deities, especially fellow Elves. Tyrande Whisperwind was quick to strike an alliance with them, thinking that their capabilities will benefit greatly for the side of good. They naturally joined Cosmos and the Grand United Alliance of Good as they felt that they would feel most at home working with benevolent fighters and rulers.
  • Malekith was... somewhat impressed to see that Tyrion and Teclis made it into the Pantheon. If anything, he waited for such a moment to happen, despite having yet another sworn nemesis to deal with. Malekith is taking new approaches and making allies outside of just the Dark Elves to prepare himself against Tyrion and Teclis. That said, he'll actually pull out any animosity towards them and fight together when it comes to the Chaos Gods and the Grand United Alliance of Evil, given that the Dark King himself opposes Chaos just as much as anyone and that the Pantheonic World actively encourages alliances with other races and species if it mans survival and harmony.
    • Oddly enough, Malekith has managed to somewhat tone down his malicious nature, given his tenure as the Eternity-King during the End-Times, where he began to soften and open up towards others and work together with other races. While he has returned to villainy in the Pantheon, Malekith has developed some virtues overtime. That said, he still sees Tyrion and Teclis as his greatest enemies, though overtime, he's become open to treat them as worthy adversaries and even elicit an aforementioned alliance at times.
  • As two of the strongest Elves in the Pantheon, Tyrion and Teclis have taken it upon themselves to defend this new world as much as they could. This has been a rather stressful issue as both brothers find it difficult to find a luxurious way to spend their life. Tyrion has made it clear that its in a battle where he's at his most fuctional whereas Teclis is physically frail to the point where he needs Healing Potions to maintain even moving around on his feet, and this still doesn't stop him from entering battlefields every now and then.
  • Learning about the state of Middle-earth and how the Elves and Dwarves have managed to still maintain a strong camaraderie with one another (despite some scuffles and tensions in their history), Tyrion and Teclis have admitted to feeling a bit jealous about how well-regarded they are, in stark contrast to the Elves and Dwarves of the Warhammer World, who remained bitter rivals til the End Times, and even then, their tensions were never fully resolved.
    • Legolas and Gimli have expressed sympathy towards Tyrion and Teclis for their difficult life and for never really being able to get along with Dwarves, but have offered a conventional alliance against Sauron. Seeing what the Dark Lord was capable of and that Sauron will stop at nothing at corrupting beings into his influence much like the Chaos Gods, the Elven Twins accepted the partnership. Now that Sauron has become the top lieutenant of Darkseid and working with Archaon for their own means, the Elven brothers are more than needed at this point.
  • They may promote an order of peace, but Tyrion and Teclis are willing to break through Elven norms if it means doing the right thing, establishing relationships and settling scores. They are not fond with the law and order that Ashera and YHVH preach on about and oppose Quan Chi, Dracula and Orlok, mainly because of the former's dabbling into Necromancy and the latter two being far worse vampires than Vlad could be. They've come to an uneasy terms with Vlad and Settra, considering what they've went through in the End Times, but Tyrion and Teclis are wary about the agreement for now.
  • They have an established partnership with the Magical Girl Sisterhood and the Four Magicians, if mainly because Teclis himself is a formidable mage in his own right. Doctor Strange had admitted to stating that he would like to help out Teclis's psychical frailty, but has had little success, given that the Curse of Aenarion has enough influence on Teclis's body, just as much as it does on Tyrion's mind. Fate Testarossa-Harlaown has expressed sympathy in the amount of drama Tyrion and Teclis have been through, given how Fate has had familial issues similar to the Elven Twins.
    • They have varying opinions on the Puella Magi. Due to her nature as the Pantheon's Hope Bringer, they've both given their support towards Madoka Kaname, who is the only member that the Elven Twins equally respect in high regard. That's not to say they dislike the other members, only that they have their own preferences. Tyrion favors Sayaka Miki and Kyoko Sakura because they're headstrong and dedicated warriors just like him, in addition to Sayaka having troubling emotional baggage like Tyrion does. Teclis has an Odd Friendship with Mami Tomoe as they're generally concerned about others beyond just their own demographic. Homura Akemi remains the only Puella Magi where Tyrion and Teclis have conflicting thoughts that don't amount to an answer. While they admit that her love for Madoka is genuine, they also think what she did was selfish and has only bought in more damage towards the Pantheon, herself and Madoka.
  • Are currently stationed on the GUAG Sacred Knights Division, given their ability to lead great armies and be powerful opponents that have led Ulthuan to victory several times. Thanks to the twins, the prominence of Elves in the GUAG has increased by a slim margin.
    • That said, both Tyrion and Teclis were disappointed to know about Sylvanas Whisperwind and the direction she took later in her life. Sylvanas simply sees the Elven Twins as enemies that she'll have to deal with. Despite her villainy, Tyrion and Teclis have noted that she is still nowhere as malicious as their world's Dark Elves and are thinking about working with Tyrande in the hopes of redeeming her in the future. Progress is yet to me made as of now...
  • While they have been admired and sought after by various warriors and elves, this also happens to be the case for Hallie Parker and Annie James, whom also reside in the same Sub-House as Tyrion and Teclis. The twin sisters look up to Tyrion and Teclis for being inspiration heroes and for doing the best they could for their home, alongside highlighting Tyrion's devotion to protecting and looking after Teclis. Teclis seems to enjoy Hallie and Annie's company, even offering them snark practices to make their tricks more vocally effective. They're also respected by the Hall of Draconic Beings given the High Elves's capability to tame and ride dragons into battle, which is a rare feat in the Warhammer World. There are some exceptions like Smaug, Grima and Tiamut, whom Tyrion and Teclis heavily oppose given their malicious nature.
  • As the Pantheon was an amalgamation of several different universes with unique settings, Tyrion and Teclis were interested to see what sort of experiences and trubulence they've had to endure over the years. One of those which reminded the brothers of their world was Thedas, which also had Elves that were becoming a vulnerable race, but were also facing hardship and discrimination from the other races. They were able to sympathize with them, given how the High Elves of the Old World were also not in a good state. They've made friends with Merrill, with Teclis willing to teach her in bettering the control of her powers.
  • Exclusive to Tyrion:
    • Despite all the heroism and praise that Tyrion has accumulated, one thing that cannot be changed is the fact that being a descendant of Aenarion is detrimental, or in his case, his mind. Tyrion is brash and impulsive, which does play up his personality trait of him being rather sheltered and reserved about his feelings. There's no denying he cares about the High Elves and especially his brother, but its really difficult to keep in check of his mind, lest he lets it all out during battle, becoming a terrifying butcher in the battlefield.
      • This reached its logical conclusion when Tyrion found out he had a daughter with Alarielle, Aliathra, who was kidnapped and sacrificed by Arkhan (who was aided by Teclis of all people) to bring back Nagash. The stress and frustration built up by these string of events prompted Tyrion to pick up the Widowmaker, which corrupted him into becoming the Avatar of Khaine. He then proceeded to reignite the Elven Civil War, right in the middle of the End Times, during which most elves sided with Malekith, who by then, was the Phoenix King after receiving conformation that he was indeed, the destined ruler and gatherer of all Elves.
    • Some deities have suggested Tyrion to go seek out Mental Health Support to help out with his angst and worry. Tyrion hasn't really responded all that much and if he does so, he states that his mind is already troubled by the course bought up by Aenarion's lineage and thus, he really can't do anything to help it out if the Four Magicians couldn't do much either.
    • As much of an amazing warrior and an inspirational hero ad he is, Tyrion is surprisingly a klutz outside of warfare. He's pretty aloof and isn't really much of an expert in a lot of things, save for loving and looking after Teclis. He does however pay no interest in politics, thinking it'd a waste of time for him.
    • Has struck a friendship with several knightly deities, namely Link, Lucina, Arturia Pendragon and Aragorn for being fellow fighters of defense and peace. He's praised all of them for saving their respective worlds in some way or another and is more than willing to fight side-by-side with them. It also helps in that Tyrion is beginning to tone down on his prejudiced views towards Non-Elven beings thanks to the Pantheon and its influence.
  • Exclusive to Teclis:
    • Given that he betrayed Tyrion in the worst way possible, Teclis is undergoing his own set of angst. The fact that his plans to stop the End Times by taking drastic actions, which not just backfired horribly, but actually accelerated the destruction of the Warhammer World isn't helping matters either. And then there's Teclis trying to contain the Rift, only to end up disintegrating whilst making no difference in saving the world. Unlike Tyrion however, Teclis is accepting in taking therapy and seeking mental health and emotional support and help from others.
      • All that said, Tyrion still cared and loved Teclis like how any elder brother would, even ruthlessly killing Mannfred for playing a hand in Teclis's death. They're still working together in the Pantheon, with their feud against Malekith now restarted, though Teclis feels as if Malekith's Character Development in the End Times has played a role in him being somewhat softer and more affable in the Pantheon than he was in the Warhammer World.
    • He has made a good partnership with a human dwarf, whose is also named Tyrion. Tyrion Lannister similarly bonded with Teclis in that both of them have elder brothers who would stand by and protect them, in addition to them having a sharp and coarse sense of humor that defined their personality. They've given thoughts about playing a political role in the Pantheon at some point, which Teclis would enjoy doing.
    • As a master mage, he is sought after by many wizards and witches, experienced or in training, such as Schierke, Aqua and Zatanna. It helps in that Teclis played a hand in establishing the Imperial Colleges of Magic to help mortals in learning magic to combat against the Forces of Chaos.
We will emerge victorious and more intractable than ever to these turbulent times when our corrupt brothers come to ravage our shores.

With Moon Staff and Sword, I am master of magics and shaper of fates. Destiny beckons and I must heed the call.

Intermediate Gods

    Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth
Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth Comstock, Co-deities of Action Duos (Booker: Zachary Hale Comstock | Elizabeth: Anna DeWitt)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/booker_elizabeth_egm.png
  • Intermediate Deities (both) though Elizabeth would reach Overdeity level should the Siphon be destroyed
  • Symbol: the 'AD' mark on Booker's right hand (Booker, natch) a thimble on a shortened pinky (Elizabeth)
  • Theme Music
  • Alignment:
  • Portfolio:
  • Domains:
    • Booker: Guilt, atonement, cynicism, determination, fatherhood.
    • Elizabeth: Innocence, friendliness, helpfulness, freedom.
  • Allies:
  • Complicated relationship: The Luteces
  • Enemies:
  • Booker and Elizabeth tend to spend most of their time exploring every inch of the Pantheon - looking around for supplies, taking in the sights they see, and mopping the floor with any mooks or assorted baddies that attack them. They do this to the point where they're almost never seen in their temple.
  • Whenever they're in the House of Food, Booker frequently picks up and eats any food left unattended regardless of where it's been, to the point where some of the gods wonder if he has an appetite on par with Kirby since he's never shown any sign of getting full or sick (or even gaining weight for that matter).
  • Booker also has a knack for finding (and then surreptitiously taking) food in the most unlikely of places, be it an orange in a toolbox, a potato in a bathroom, or even a candy bar in a trash can. He never explains the motive behind these odd actions, and whenever Elizabeth sees him do this, she just playfully snarks:
Elizabeth: Well, we're the well-to-do types.
  • Whenever Booker And Elizabeth visit the Houses of Magic or Knowledge, Elizabeth ends up chatting with Twilight Sparkle. The two of them usually end up talking about certain books they've read or their powerful abilities (Elizabeth's Tear Powers and Twilight's magic, respectively).
  • Some of the gods have noted that Elizabeth has some strong similarities to the Disney Princesses in the Pantheon, both in terms of personality and appearance (also in how she moves). And while Elizabeth gets along greatly with the good-aligned princesses in the Pantheon, she's somewhat uncomfortable with being called a princess herself due to her origins.
  • Booker has been seen around Jack a few times, though no one's sure about what connection they have. Specially since the Booker who was at Rapture died before Jack's arrival.
    • After Elizabeth's involvement with Rapture was declassified, Jack found Elizabeth, looked at her a few seconds, then hugged her and thanked her with tears in his eyes for allowing him to defeat Atlas and save all the little sisters, even though she died to make sure it happened that way. Booker and Elizabeth have been seen hanging around Jack regularly after that.
    • Subject Delta, while not much articulate, also became an ally of the duo, as their stories have many similarities, no matter if Delta's daughter Eleanor is adoptive in a way. This was also the start with an enmity with Eleanor's mother Sofia Lamb, who abused her as much as Comstock did to Elizabeth.
    • The arrival of the Luteces made them less than amused, given they had input in all that happened in their lives, and the Luteces' tendency to get cryptical in their banter.
  • Booker also gets along well with Sol Badguy, especially considering that both have a lot in common with each other.
  • For some weird reason, Booker is immune to the effects of Excalibur.
  • Booker has shown to have something of a serious Berserk Button toward any of the abusive or neglectful parents in the Pantheon. This became clear to the rest of the Pantheon when Booker encountered Peter Griffin just after finding out what he did to Meg. Booker's reaction to seeing Peter was that he first unleashed a swarm of crows to rip at Peter's flesh, then Booker started smacking at Peter with his Skyhook in the sort of righteous, frothing rage that would make Asura and the Hulk proud to see.
Booker: (To Peter, about Meg) She's your daughter you son of a bitch! And you ABANDONED her! Was it worth it?! Did you get what you wanted?! Tell me! TELL ME!!
    • And the Aftermath? There was much applause from the witnessing gods, the duo got on friendly terms with Meg, and Peter's been keeping his distance from the man with the spinny hook thing ever since.
  • He also hates the Ayasaki Parents and Teppei Houjou even more. As a matter of fact, in one timeline, Booker fired every single vigor at Teppei after hearing that he murdered Rika. As for the Ayasaki parents, a rumor is circulating across the Pantheon that they're not even Hayate's real parents but rather spawns of Yuuki Terumi made to ruin people's lives for lulz. This has caused Booker to place Terumi on his shit list and declare a manhunt on him, with Ragna and Kenshiro joining in. However, it ended when Hakumen killed Terumi, although Booker and Kenshiro did thank him for hunting him down for good.
  • A good way to get on Booker's bad side is to call him "Comstock". Related, as taking part in the atrocities of Wounded Knee played a big role in all of Booker's traumas, he made sure to become friends with Nathan Algren, who was there and vehemently opposed opening fire against the unarmed natives. As opposed to Comstock, who downright built an exhibit glorifying his role in the massacre, including scalping Native Americans and burning teepees with men, women, and children still inside.
  • Booker has also gained good friendship with Cole Macgrath as they both know what it is like to face a megalomaniacal enemy doing things for the greater good, and those villains turning out to be an alternate version of themselves.
  • Elizabeth was surprised that President Funny Valentine offered to help with her powers as he believed it to be similar to his Stand Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. Elizabeth was unable to really answer due to Valentine confusing Booker for Comstock and starting a huge fight between Booker and Valentine. Though he has claimed that the offer still stands.
  • There's a small school of thought that believes that Elizabeth is the reason Eleanor Lamb cannot ascend. It isn't because Elizabeth wants to keep Eleanor away, but rather because Elizabeth may BE Eleanor. Kind of. Quantum physics are involved, and the Luteces are unhelpful in their explanations. The two girls have attempted to meet, to try and sort this out, on several occasions. However, every time there's always some event that occurs that prevents the two girls from being in the same place at the same time. Naturally, that only further fuels the speculation.

    Ornstein & Smough
Ornstein & Smough, Divine Dual Bosses (Ornstein: Dragonslayer Ornstein, The Old Dragonslayer (presumbly), Captain of The Knights of Gwyn; Smough: Executioner Smough, Knight Smough; Together: Pikachu and Snorlax, Dunkstein and Slamough, and various creative nicknames)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/image_914.png
Left: Ornstein; Right: Smough
  • Intermediate Gods
  • Symbol/Weapons of Choice: The Dragonslayer Spear and Great Hammer for Ornstein and Smough respectively
  • Leitmotif: Ornstein & Smough
  • Alignment: Lawful Neutral (Smough is often mistaken as Chaotic Evil), for Gwyn and his family Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: A pair of demigods tasked to defend Gwynevere in Anor Londo, challenging bosses, with Ornstein's speed and Smough's strength combined, dons armor that is both intimidating and impossible to wear for humans, actually not fond of each other
  • Domains: Knights (and Executioners), Gods, Bosses, Dual Fights, Dragon Killing
  • Heralds: Lord's Blade Ciaran and Hawkeye Gough, the remaining Four Knights (shared with Artorias), the Silver Knights and Royal Sentinels of Anor Londo, Dark Sun Gwyndolin (for Smough)
  • Allies: Gwyn (their King), Knight Artorias (member of the Four Knights), Lina Inverse, Gnasty Gnorc (for Ornstein)
  • Additional Relationships: The Chosen Undead and Bearer of the Curse, Solaire of Astora, Undyne (Rival for Ornstein), the subhouse of Flesh Eaters with the likes of the Hag and Lord Crumb, the Bakers (Teeth-Clenched Teamwork for Smough)
  • Special Relationship: The Nameless King (for Ornstein)
  • Avoided by: Most human beings (for Smough)
  • Feared (and Respected) by: The House of Gaming (infamous-wise)
  • Enemies:
  • During the Chosen Undead's mission to reach to the Kiln of the First Flame, he first had to attain the Lordvessel which would grant him entrance to it, however such artifact was located within the city of the gods, Anor Londo, a city placated with gold and a history worth eons. Many knights were found guarding the abandoned city but none are more fierce and challenging than the demigods guarding the Lordvessel and the Goddess holding it, Dragonslayer Ornstein and Executioner Smough. Upon entering the cathedral, Smough was assumed to be the only one the Chosen Undead was meant to fight, until Ornstein came down to assist, and thus sparked a more terrifying boss duo he encountered. After multiple deaths and revivals to the bonfire, with assistance from Knight Solaire, the demigods were felled and the Lordvessel was acquired. Even at the end of the journey, Ornstein and Smough's battle remained the most fierce, rivaled only to Lord Gwyn himself.
  • The two demigods were tasked by Gwyn to guard the Lordvessel and such, stayed in the cathedral for many long years. Even before such conscription, histories of the two were revealed, with Ornstein, the thin-scaled knight, to be a Captain of Gwyn's Four Knights which granted him authority over most knights, and Smough, the fat one, to be an executioner hated by everyone in the city for being a cannibal. The Age of Fire was a boon to the demigods that existed but as the fire faded, soon many demigods left, leaving the two, alongside Princess Gwynevere, the only notable members within the fading city. By the time the Chosen Undead arrived, the city was seen as golden but empty and the two were the last barrier between him and the path to the Kiln. Ultimately, their defeat, alongside the reveal that Gwynevere was an illusion and Anor Londo truly was empty, would seal their fates.
    • Following the endless cycles of the Age of Fire, another sight was seen, during the Bearer of the Curse's entrance to the Kingdom of Drangleic, a figure with similar stature to Ornstein. This discovery lead to the credence that Ornstein survived the encounter and fled, however, this Dragonslayer was eroded with the Abyss, hinting that he too succumbed to the dark. That notion was finally ended when the final visit to Anor Londo by the Ashen showed their true fates. The Ornstein that the Chosen Undead (as well as the same Dragonslayer found by the Bearer of the Curse) fought might have been an illusion with the real Ornstein having already left the city, attempting to find a lost mentor while Smough retained in his post, ultimately dying at the hands of the Cathedral of the Deep when they invaded Anor Londo.
  • During Gwyn's rule in the Pantheon, he wanted to expand his temple, as well as place his guard should unwanted visitors invade his space. This became a main motivator for Gwyn to reinstate the Four Knights of Gwyn, however the Pantheon only allowed few positions with reasonable titles, thus he was forced to comply by bringing the Captain of his Knights, Dragonslayer Ornstein whilst also begrudgingly bringing Smough as well. Upon inspection, Gwyn made reasoning of how these two were an exemplar showcase of paired boss fights, with tenacious difficulty and notoriety. Thus both Ornstein and Smough were added to the Pantheon's list of gods. Upon their ascension, they were placed as the main guards of Gwyn's Temple, though they share their own temple in the House of Gaming, and are meant to ward off intruders. Those who survive the flurry of Silver Knights and Sentinels will be forced to face Ornstein and Smough combined, and to put it simply, the fight will prove their title's worth.
    • One quirk that increased their difficulty, beyond the idea of fighting two polar opposite bosses back-to-back, was that should one of them be slain in combat, one will absorb the power of their fallen combatant, giving an increase in power while gaining a new moveset. Ornstein will briefly offer his respect to the body before absorbing it, while Smough will simply just smash Ornstein flat if the Dragonslayer falls first, letting out a chuckle as he does so. This resulted in the Chosen Undead simply running out of Estus Flasks in the middle of the fight and dying right after. This mechanic has made them one of the few infamous deities within the House of Gaming, as Ornstein and Smough's infamy has become one of the few inspirations for what would be dual bosses in many difficult action RPGs. Admittedly, the same House adores and respects them since their battle, difficult as it may be, is actually balanced and challenging without treading to absurd difficulty as both compliment their fighting styles quite well, with Ornstein giving support in terms of speed to Smough's slow movement and the latter giving out strength and defense to support the former's stoutness and lanky health.
  • They are among one of the few demigods who were raised in the city of the gods, Anor Londo, as such, they are loyal to Gwyn and him only. They will follow his orders and will fight alongside him and his allies but will not follow orders from anyone else. Beyond that however, their king has granted them independence in the Pantheon and has allowed both demigods to traverse the Pantheon as they see fit. Regardless of their whereabouts, they will answer to any order he has made. One of which being the imminent slaying of anyone related to the Abyss, those within Lordran and beyond. This order was issued when the sighting of Manus, Father of the Abyss was confirmed, and the latter regarding the entity's offspring, the Children of Dark were also seen roaming the Pantheon. Should they be spotted, it is advised for the two to fight alongside together, as reckless charging to either of the two will result in corruption, the most obvious case being Ornstein himself. When not facing the two, they will be waiting within the House of Gaming, patiently for the Chosen Undead to arrive for another rematch.
  • A special ruling was made by Gwyn during the presence of a great fog that shocked the House of Royalty and their neighbors. Gwyn and his allies, including his Four Knights and fellow Lord Soul Bearers, would engage in combat against the Boletarian King known as Allant XII. After the Deep Fog inflicted much chaos within the House of Royalty, it only further rallied Gwyn's order. Both the Dragonslayer and Executioner have been told to follow Gwyn's decree to stop Allant, knowing that the Deep Fog will continue to spread as well as protecting Anor Londo and the First Flame from falling at the hands of the fallen king. It became a first priority that both have been dropping their habits in order to follow it. To Gwyn's allies, taking down Allant is the main priority, while the King himself is more fixated on the state of the First Flame.
  • One recurring joke is that whenever one fights the duo, funny nicknames would be created to mock them and their boss fight, probably to vent their frustrations in a creative manner. Nicknames such as Fuckwad and Fatass, Pickachu and Snorlax and other derivatives are common but what was unexpected was the idea of the two participating in basketball, popularized by Michael Jordan and the Loony Toons. Thus, in fictional basketball tournaments, Ornstein and Smough can be seen as special guests, dubbed Dunkstein and Slamough. Some say it is a joke too far but many find it more hilarious.
  • Ornstein, the golden thin knight with a spear, is one of The Four Knights of Gwyn making him a knight with high authority among Gwyn's forces. As such he continues to serve his lord and has no issue working with any of Gwyn's newfound allies in the Pantheon. However, when he is not serving him, he is often regarded as the Pantheon's most infamous dragonslayer due to his Knight Templar-esque mentality regarding dragons of any kind. He will be often seen in the distance, ready to strike and zoom in to his prey, all of this either for sport or following tradition with Gwyn. This mindset of his stems from Gwyn's equal hatred of dragons during the Age of Ancients and can be seen from his lightning spear, an element hated by dragons, and his entire trophy set of dragon heads, giving credibility to his title. Many dragon-based deities have their guards intact in the case Ornstein appears at an unlucky time.
    • As the Captain of the Four Knights of Gwyn, he is happy to see his ally Artorias within the Pantheon, though his state is far different from what he remembers of him as Artorias is corrupted beyond repair. Whatever valor Artorias had has been torn apart into a maddened version of the knight, something that has caught the Dragonslayer's attention. Although worried about his state, several changes have been made to Artorias' corrupted state and is often see working alongside him, though it should be stated that he only works with him when the remaining Four Knights are together and is ready to put him to rest should he spiral out of control. Some of the more observant deities realize that the Dragonslayer may suffer a similar fate should he be corrupted by the Abyss as well as evidenced by the supposed "Old Dragonslayer" within Drangleic. Smough on the other hand has respect for Artorias, though it took very long for Artorias to respect him back, only till he died as a knight was he given the same respect.
    • While many may remember him from his fight in Anor Londo, the reality was that he left even before the Chosen Undead entered the city. He traveled outside of the city to find his old teacher, the one that taught him the way of his combat, in this case it was Gwyn's firstborn "The Nameless King". Why he decided to go and what happened when he found him are unknown, what is known however is that he has decided to forgo hunting Dragons for sport as a new more important task is at hand. In the case of the Pantheon, he has stopped hunting dragons for a while, but as some would say, old habits die hard and Ornstein is still accused of hunting dragons at random times. One of the main reasons why he has taken stops from his habit comes from the fact that the Nameless King has loyalty to all dragonkind. Any comments between Ornstein and Gwyn's firstborn have been met with silence.
    • Dragonslayers in general have a mixed reception within the Pantheon, some have an ounce of respect, such as the Dovahkiin, and Ornstein resides in the other side, despised. Considering he hunts dragons for sport, and for some, decapitating their heads as a trophy, this is understandable to most, especially those who wish no harm to anyone. His hunts have become notorious that the House dedicated to dragonkind has issued no mercy should Ornstein and his knights come to slay dragons either on his decision or Gwyn's orders. During his earlier hunts, Smaug was nearly slain on multiple occasions, helped by the lightning spear he wields, which is shown to have a great effect against dragons and when Smaug was not enough, a bunch of Rathalos and Rathians were found missing in the House, only to have some of the heads found in Ornstein's trophy showcase. The situation grew worse when Davion was reported to have been hunted down by Ornstein on several cases, eventually wounding Slyrak in the process and nearly killing the Dragon Knight. An unanimous agreement by Bahamut, Tiamat and Io resulted in the kill-on-sight order given when Ornstein enters the House, stopping his hunts... until he found another way.
      • When he was considered banned in the House, it would not take long till other dragon-based deities were spotted outside the three draconic guardian's reach, allowing him to take advantage of his sport. Both the Dovahkiin and Hiccup and Toothless faced Ornstein and were heavily injured, as the Dovahkiin intervened before he could attempt on cutting Toothless' head off. It was at this moment that Ornstein realized the crucial relationship between him and the Nameless King that he backed off and has avoided the two of them, namely that if he tries to hunt them down, his mentor will be notified and a beating will ensure. Reports of Ornstein's hunts have died down but there is still hints that he has not backed down just yet. This was confirmed when he was found to be very good friends with Lina Inverse, a fellow deity feared by dragons, hence the Dragon Spooker moniker. Since lightning has shown to be very effective at killing dragons, she has been clamoring to learn more of his techniques, something that other draconic beings have been on the edge.
      • In addition, other dragonslayers (or at the very least, dragon haters) usually contact Ornstein when they want a dragon to be dealt with. Gnastly Gnorc was tired of dealing with Spyro and so called upon him to deal with the pesky purple dragon, which worked for a while. Gnorc has since called Ornstein several times but Spyro keeps coming back, eventually annoyed at him. He can't pursue him further since he's in the House of Dragons, and the rule has made it clear he will never come back (unless he's asking to die). Not all are willing to share the same idea though, the oldest recorded dragonslayers, Saint Martha and Saint George do not see him at a good light since they too have sympathies for good dragons, compared to Ornstein's dedication to killing all. That said, if they cannot agree with each other, a dual challenge is common between the two parties.
    • He is known as a master of the spear, one of the few to master such elegant weaponry, made even better by his lightning strikes he can make. When Undyne, a friend to the Chosen Undead and Bearer of the Curse, noticed the Dragonslayer, she was at awe as his armor is remarkably similar to hers, a relic that she does not wear anymore. Alongside his mastery of the spear, she is very interested how Ornstein managed to slay many dragons so much that she is willing to learn, though Ornstein is not a teacher, that goes to his mentor, the Nameless King.
  • On the other side, Smough, the fat one, is the city's Executioner, often being the one that kills subjects sent by the demigods to be executed guessing by his role. He is treated with worry by many of Gwyn's allies, like Gwyn they recognize his strength and power, but his sadistic personality and hunger for human flesh has earned the ire of many to the point that - outside of Gwyn and Ornstein (and even then Ornstein is not fond of him either) - most can't stand him, and he hates them back in return. He stands out both from a physical and a notorious standpoint. Despite this, he is very loyal to his king and has attempted many times to earn himself as part of The Knights of Gwyn, as such he is often seen treating his allies with respect, though his sadism and evil laughing when fighting has not won him any favors.
    • Cannibalism is one of the very few things people are reminded of when Smough is mentioned, as tales have spoken how Smough grinds the bones and remains of the executions he made, mostly humans, into spices. This has made human-based deities avoid him at all costs, so much that whenever one fights the duo, most would rather prefer being impaled by Ornstein than smashed by Smough's Hammer. This has also made outside relations between the Executioner and other Pantheonic deities very little, no one wants to be associated to an executioner who turns his kills into spices. Even visitors would rather visit Ornstein himself than the Executioner. At one point, Ornstein, out of pity, tried to make Smough change his addiction. In what can only be described as a recreation of Homer's Phobia, it only made Smough more addicted to his cannibalistic tendencies.
      • In the same vain as other cannibals, he is often seen in the Halls of Flesh Eaters, likely finding new subjects to satiate his hunger, though because he is a demigod, most of the inhabitants (apart from Pennywise, three SCPs and Cronus) of that House was pretty much a target for Smough. Just like the reputation that precedes him, many abhor his presence and some, with the case of Lord Crumb and the Hag, noticed him stealing their foods. While they can mumble and order more security, they are careful not to anger him too much, as they will most likely be smashed into paste for him to chow down on. His hunger further went on as to even incite a fight between him and the Bakers, who also caught him taking their food, but not before smashing all three of them with ease and using their corpses as his next meal.
    • Most people thought it was impossible but at long last, Smough surprised everyone with a revelation that he finally achieved his dream of knighthood. Unfortunately there was a catch, he ended up being the only knight defending Anor Londo from the Cathedral of the Deep's invasion to the very last. He was also the only knight to not desert his post. He understands completely that he is not a good guy by any means, but Gwyn and his bloodline mean more to him than most people know. This also made him enraged when Pontiff Sulyvahn was seen on the Pantheon, wanting to take revenge after how he desecrated Anor Londo and fed Gwyndolin to Aldrich as an "offering".

  • Enemies: Shinnok, Shao Kahn, Sephiroth, Regime Superman, Sheev Palpatine
  • Conflicting Opinion: Orochimaru
  • Annoyed By: Minako Kino/Sailor Venus (Sarada only)
  • Odd Friendship: Mikazuki Augus and Orga Itsuka
  • In General:
    • For the umpteenth time, the panda bear had escaped from the Konoha Zoo. Naruto and Sasuke both found their respective children arguing whether the panda was just that (so Boruto says) or whether the panda was a bear (as Sarada claimed), while Mitsuki watched in amusement. Sasuke stopped the argument by telling both his student and daughter that pandas are bears, with Naruto notifying both Boruto and Sarada that they are the first of the Next Generation shinobi to ascend to the Pantheon...after some serious Character Development from both parties, of course.
    • Boruto also got to meet his grandmother, Kushina Uzumaki upon arriving at the Pantheon. Kushina squealed in joy at finally meeting her eldest grandchild...and promptly punched him into the ground and berated him for cheating in the Chunin Exams. Sarada's response? "I like her." Even Sasuke admitted to Naruto that "his mother scares even him."
    • Say what you want about their respective dads, but Naruto and Sasuke will seriously wreck your shit if you threaten their kids. And that's if Hinata and Sakura decides to leave anything intact when they're done. And may the gods help you if Naruto lets Kurama out to play, since the Nine-Tails has a soft spot for both kids...
    • Following their children's ascension, Naruto and Sasuke had a chat with their respective wives regarding Boruto and Sarada's training. The Uchiha and Lord Seventh have made friends in the Pantheon's ninja community and suggests that Boruto and Sarada learn from them, along with some other folks that both Hinata and Sakura had suggested.
    • The children's ascension into the Pantheon has not opened up a brand new world for the both of them, but it has also made them both high-value targets due not only who their parents are, but also their respective bloodlines, especially Boruto's Jōgan, which gives him the ability to cross dimensions, something that attracts the attention of the Grand United Alliance of Evil.
    • The Pantheon is home to a thriving ninja and martial arts community. Some use ninpo, while others specialize in stealth and hand-to-hand combat. Of course, this means that Boruto and Sarada will have to work twice as hard if they want to overtake their respective fathers and make legacies of their own.
  • Boruto Only:
    • Hinata had recommended Lei-Fang to train Boruto, as Tai Chi is similar to that of the Gentle Fist. As she reminds him of his aunt Hanabi without the Byakugan, Boruto likes to learn from her. It's rumored that Boruto has a crush on her, which is funny, seeing as how both Sarada and Sumire Kakei both got a crush on him, only he's oblivious to it.
    • Boruto's favorite food is hamburgers, which is why he was seen in the House of Food, looking for a burger joint. He found two temples which serves the best burgers outside of Konoha, owned by Bob Belcher and Toriko and Komatsu. Hinata occasionally has to drag Boruto away from either temple, stating that he can't live on burgers alone. "I swear, you're just like your father sometimes," she mutters.
    • Boruto's Jōgan had drawn him to Jun Kazama. When asked about the darkness surrounding her, Jun replies that it was "an unwanted memento from my son's father." It also explains why some of Boruto's moves looked eerily similar to various Kazama-ryu techniques, with the signature Kazama combo, the White Heron Dance, having been incorporated into Boruto's moveset being a dead giveaway, Jun teaching Boruto some moves.
    • Regime Superman found out about Boruto's dojutsu from his contacts. After what he had done to Shazam, he has no problem with harming Boruto unless he uses his Jōgan to access his universe in order to bring his Regime buddies to the Pantheon. That is, if Regime Supes can get past Boruto's parents. But it's the demonic fox in Papa Uzumaki's gut that's the problem.
    • There's a connection between Boruto and Makoto Kino that neither person could put their finger on. But Boruto respects her enough to address her as "big sis," as she taught him a couple of power strikes...and since Boruto has Lightning Release, Makoto has become his de facto patron.
    • Boruto despises Kars after learning that when he doesn't sound like his father's sensei, he sounds like his (unascended) maternal grandfather, Hiashi Hyuga.
    • Boruto ended up making friends with John Constantine and Zatanna Zatara, of all people. Both Constantine and Zatanna were chasing after a demonic soul that possessed a nun. Boruto and the Jōgan quickly identified the possessed woman, allowing the duo to purge the demon from the nun. Every once in a while, Boruto would team up with Constatine and Zatanna on several of their cases. "Had you been legal, I'd buy you a pint," Constatine remarked.
    • With the reveal that Boruto's Kāma will transform him into a clone of Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki, the Pantheon is doing everything they can to prevent Momoshiki from taking over Boruto and wreaking havoc in the Pantheon. But even he doesn't know how long it will last.
    • To me, the Hokage is just a path. Just because my grandpa and dad are Hokage, doesn't mean that I have to walk the same path.
  • Sarada Only:
    • Accidentally stole the Rekkū Jinpū Satsu (Torn Sky Blast), the most powerful of the Mugen Tenshin Clan's techniques using her Sharingan. Ayane demanded restitution by means of teaching Sarada how to properly use the technique without killing herself...as well as some Hajimon techniques, sans the spinning.
    • Sarada is also a force to be reckoned with, due to the Sharingan and the Uchiha Interceptor style from her dad and learning the Super Strength technique from her mother. But there was something about Kokoro's Bajiquan that made Sarada ask if she could be trained in the style. Kokoro earned herself a student, and became the sempai to Sarada's kohai, as well as a friend.
    • She actually finds Minako Aino...well, annoying, despite being the Senshi of Love. Despite Minako saying that they have a bond, Sarada avoids her. "Seriously, she uses a chain made up of hearts," she had gripes to her mother one day. "And here I thought you had it bad when you were a kid."
    • Hanzo Hasashi is no stranger to fire. So after Sarada saw him incinerate a body down to the bone ("Toasty!"), she asked Hanzo to train her in fire jutsu. Already having a student in Takeda, Hanzo refused, but reconsidered after Sarada performed her own jutsu; the Great Fireball Technique.
    • As she is the leader of Team Seven, Sarada has learned the basics of leadership, but now she's been itching for a couple of advanced courses. Thanks to her parents and Naruto, Sarada is now being mentored in leadership under Jeanne D'Arc and Artoria Pendragon. After all, a Hokage must be sharp in their mind along with their body.
    • I plan on becoming Hokage by choosing a different path than my dad!

  • At some point, a government task force was established in Tokyo, Japan, as a response to combat and eliminate whatever criminal and terrorist activity is detected. The task force is composed of an all-female group who were orphans that were handpicked by the government to be adopted and raised in the hopes of turning them into efficient and formidable assassins and spies designated to be assigned in covert operations to take out whatever threat is occurring in Tokyo all whilst maintaining a public image of seeming like high school students. This operative project has been designated Lycoris named after the namesake flower, specifically the red spider lily, and the task force has consistently been able to prove themselves as one of the most effective operations in regards to cutting down the rate of crimes and terrorism. Lycoris itself is part of a greater organization known as DA: Direct Attack, with Lycoris itself being a major subsidiary in the greater organization's means of keeping Japan safe through whatever means necessary.
    • Takina Inoue was once one of Lycoris’s most promising and skilled operatives, but her reputation within the task force would take a drop when she decided to defy orders and hail indiscriminate fire at a firearms smuggling company to save a fellow operative. For her defiance, Takina was dismissed and her reception became polarizing in the eyes of her fellow Lycoris members. She was then reassigned to work alongside another Lycoris agent named Chisato Nishikigi, who was famed for being among the best operatives based on skill, precision, and combat abilities and playing a role in the destruction of a historical radio tower. Chisato introduces Takina to a café called LycoReco, which she uses as a base and cover for their operations. From there, the duo starts as a pair with very contrasting personalities and attitudes but eventually begin to grow close and see each other as the best of friends, especially as Chisato’s bubbly and energetic persona starts to affect Takina’s cold and aloof demeanor and she gradually begins to express her emotions and feelings more as well as getting accustomed to the more welcoming and hopeful environment that LycoReco presented. That, and they are working to uncover a series of crimes and later a mass terroristic assault led by an anarchist who goes by Majima as well as Chisato having to deal with the fact that one of her idols and the man that saved her life before was hiding a much darker secret that could put her life in jeopardy.
  • While the duo were able to do their job well in preserving Japan's safety, this was not without a bunch of hard hurdles. For one, Takina desired to be reinstated back into DA's facility, even after becoming a pariah for much of the staff and students there, though she would eventually come to warm up and consider the LycoReco staff as her Family of Choice. And despite her optimistic outlook and personality, Chisato had it worse; she was diagnosed with a heart disease that left her with a limited time in life, though with the help of Shinji Yoshimatsu, a member of the philanthropic Alan Institute, Chisato was given an artificial heart transplant to prolong her life and has since decided to use her remaining time and talents gained through training under Lycoris to make the world a happier place. Not helping is the fact that Yoshimatsu was willing to extract said heart from Chisato and reduce her lifespan because she wasn't using her talents to kill people per Lycoris' orders, causing the two great anguish as Yoshimatsu does genuinely care for Chisato in his twisted way. The two girls would come to learn about the Pantheon through a message delivery for LycoReco, with the idea of a bigger world and becoming a deity being an exciting, if a bit overwhelming, idea to be considered, at least for Chisato. Seeing the opportunity to do more good, Chisato was eager to take up the role as a representative, with Takina cautiously following, if mainly to make her friend happy. While their work with DA may not be done, Chisato and Takina are open to newer opportunities and events that could be presented in the Pantheon and they're more than willing to make every moment count.
  • Chisato and Takina are partially defined by their friendship as much as by their wildly contrasting characteristics, personalities, and general approach to things. Chisato is a bubbly and energetic girl who is more than happy to make acquaintances with anyone and wants to make an effort to make a better world for everyone to the point where she would avert any attempts at lethal force, despite how good her combat and analytical skills are and how she would make an ideal spy and assassin for DA and the Alan Institute. Takina, on the other hand, is much more reserved and quiet, keeping things to herself and taking the most direct and effective way of resolving an operation, even if it means using lethal force. That said, Chisato's influence and friendship have resulted in Takina becoming more open and considerate about her feelings and seeing the better parts of life to the point where she's become fiercely devoted and protective of Chisato. Whatever the case, both are incredibly talented combatants and spies, able to take on rows of enemies with minimal hindrance and uncover conspiracies and hidden plots with enough persistence, even if it requires the help of their fellow LycoReco staff via Mizuki and Kurumi. Outside of their main work, the two enjoy their time as café maids, politely serving and providing customer service to their guests. Even if it's mainly as a cover for their work under DA, Chisato and Takina prefer LycoReco anyway, feeling that it helps them to be more direct in helping and providing service for the general populace and it serves as a good training ground for Takina to better learn how to emote and respond and reciprocate with emotions.
  • Given their occupation and their skills, Chisato and Takina were aware of the fact that their presence meant that several government bodies and operations in the Pantheon would pay interest towards them and DA as a whole, but while Takina is keeping a check to make sure about their agendas, Chisato personally doesn't care much and as far as she is concerned, trying to help others is what she really cares about. The Governmental side of the House of Leadership has placed a lot of focus on the two girls, though personal thoughts have been varied, with some believing that Chisato and Takina would make very useful assets whereas others think that they're too much of a loose cannon to be properly relied on and Chisato is too chaotic and unpredictable for them to keep in line with. The Silencerz are open to the idea of forming a working relationship with the girls and Chisato herself has mused about the awesomeness of riding on a bunch of stylish and highly advanced vehicles whereas an oppressive force like the Sibyl System might see Takina as a potential recruit, but see Chisato as a liability and are not above eliminating them if it thinks that's the best option to assert its influence. That said, there are operatives in the Sibyl System who are more willing to just befriend the girls and would rather rebel against the system itself if they could, which is something Chisato and Takina are willing to acknowledge.
  • The two girls are very skilled and adept in spy operations and have led some successful tasks on that field no thanks to their advanced reflexes, highly trained combat skills, and being resourceful and intelligent enough to plan and carry a good deal of gadgets and items alongside them in their work. Still, being incredibly capable of spy work doesn't mean they can rely entirely on their actions and are fully open to getting help from their fellow LycoReco co-workers if needed. Their reputation caught the eye of James Bond, himself a famed spy investigator who expressed respect and interest towards Chisato and Takina. Both came to like the older spy in their way, with Chisato finding his many gadgets to be among the coolest things she's seen in the Pantheon and the latter coming to respect his capabilities and professionalism, that is if his womanizing ways aren't in the way. Speaking of which, Nakahara has developed a crush on Bond upon encountering him and doesn't mind spending a good night together after learning how much of a ladies-man he is, much to a lot of people’s chagrin. Bond normally wouldn't mind, though he's got a chronic problem that any girl he develops an interest in either ends greed or becomes a problem at some point in the future. Since then, Bond has remained in touch with Chisato and Takina after enrolling in an investigative task with them and seeing them as capable spies and markswomen whom he could count on and is supportive of their personal goals even if Bond himself has some gripes against DA for being complicit in forced child and orphan indoctrination. Similarly, the two girls also get along with Black Widow a s the latter takes the time to visit LycoReco and have some fun and peace as a regular customer as well as citing Chisato as an optimist that Natasha is willing to support.
  • The two girls have been trained to fight and kill if it means achieving their tasks and they have more than enough experience, skill, and knowledge to be effective assassins, which is how DA have raised them to be for their government program. But whereas Takina is willing to use lethal force when necessary, Chisato vehemently disagrees, instead opting to use rubber bullets to knock targets and enemies out and compensate for said ammunition’s poor accuracy by being a terrifying close-range fighter who wouldn't waste a chance at shooting her opponents non-lethally whenever she gets an opportunity. This caused the two girls, especially Chisato, to have a middling reception for most assassins in the Pantheon, as this is because being an assassin means having to kill as part of your job. Some assassins like Gunvolt, Killua Zoldyck, and Maki Harukawa are willing to look past their occupation and simply see Chisato and Takina as friendly and approachable people who have similar “talents” as they do and just make an effort to hang out as good acquaintances. Others like the Assassin’s Order are quite unsure of how this reflects on their effectiveness, even if they concede that Chisato at least has her heart in the right place and Agent 47 simply finds them "intriguing" from his perspective, but chooses not to engage in a relationship with them as he believes that he could one day be asked to assassinate Chisato and Takina and additionally doesn't want to create either friends or enemies due to his occupation. More villainous assassins like Bullseye and the League of Assassins were considered too dangerous to be dealt with directly due to the range and scope of their actions, and while Bullseye simply finds the girls to be “entertaining sport”, seeing them as potential rivals or prey, Ra’s al Ghul thinks Chisato is wasting her talents as a potential assassin and believes that she and Takina would have more chances of making a better world if they put their services towards him and his ideals. Needless to say, the girls have made their stance clear about seeing them as enemies and would fight if they ever come across each other.
  • Their upbringing is a rather sensitive topic for many, though not exactly for the girls themselves. Chisato and Takina are orphans, but the two have hardly spoken about parentage, not to mention Chisato personally saw Mika and Yoshimatsu as her parental figures and was inspired by them, especially the latter, into wanting to help others with her skills and abilities, which ended in tatters when Yoshimatsu would extract the artificial art that kept Chisato alive and would try to force her to use her training to kill people, something she vehemently went against. Even then, while DA has admirable goals that Lycoris has been trying to uphold, the methods of raising their subjects, namely orphans since their earliest memories into being trained for spycraft, combat, espionage, and assassination, left many to be critical of DA, though this sort of information has been kept hidden with few really knowing about this, even in the Pantheon. Chisato and Takina don't put much thought into this and the former admits that she is just content on using her gifts to help others, even if it means going against DA’s rules. Even with their dark past, this doesn't stop the girls from trying to approach life in a more open and accepting fashion and they easily find themselves getting along with the House of Childhood and Adolescence as at least Chisato has displayed a good range in being open and friendly with kids as shown with her working relationship with Kurumi. At the very least, the topic of family doesn't seem too sensitive for the girls as at least they do have Mika as a father figure and mentor and he's comfortable being in the Pantheon as one of their heralds.
  • Both are very formidable combatants, though Chisato offers an illusion of sorts as rubber bullets tend to have terrible accuracy, which causes Chisato to favor close-range combat (which she is incredibly good at) so she could quickly overwhelm her foes and then shoot them non-lethally at point-blank range, ensuring they wouldn't be able to dodge or escape. In contrast, Takina is an incredibly precise shooter and pretty much excels in most types of guns. Even so, the House of Weapons elicits little interest in her, and all she cares about in that regard is which firearms she would feel are the most efficient in her tasks and objectives. Takina's marksmanship has led her to be compared to a lot of other famed marksmen, many of whom were participants in World War II, but despite her skill, they’re more comfortable with the fact that she didn't have to participate in said war, feeling that a teen her age would be easily traumatized and mentally damaged, though Takina would rebuff those statements, claiming that she could handle those matters if need be, and while she would acknowledge said soldiers’ combat skill regarding pistols and rifles, she doesn't associate much with them. Deadshot, a master assassin known for his impeccably precise and accurate aim, outright praises Takina and sees her as a Worthy Opponent in that regard, though he would state although he has no ill feelings, he will kill Chisato and Takina if they became targets for his job. Chisato doesn't seem to mind that, instead thinking that Deadshot should do better for his daughter, even if she understands why he's an assassin for hire, and Deadshot himself is willing to admit that had it not been for their differing priorities and likely conflicting sides, they could get along.
  • Chisato and Takina have a reputable tendency to just do whatever is necessary to get their tasks done, and they are willing to forgo rules and regulations to accomplish such. Chisato is an outright maverick in that regard; despite being trained to be an assassin and having the combat skill and capabilities to be so, she would never, ever take a life, even if refraining would compromise her tasks. Their defiance of rules and regulations is what makes them a loose cannon for DA most of the time and the only reason why Chisato is even part of the organization, despite said defiance, is because she's too good at her job and ability to be discharged. Consequently, this direction for initiative made the two girls rather popular among many deities in the Pantheon, especially by heroes who are simply willing to do the right thing regardless of personal consequences, and this is a major factor on why they get along with Gunvolt as despite his occupation, he has a strong sense of justice and is willing to help others along the way. Despite their maverick tendencies, the duo don’t have any hard feelings towards the idea of leadership and are willing to listen to advice if that happens to be the best course of action, and it helps that many leaders in the Pantheon are adamant about doing the right thing in favor of being too rigid about rules and regulations.
  • Thanks to their ascension, LycoReco ended up finding a new service in the Pantheon. Naturally, Chisato was really excited as this meant a lot more customers, but a few days later, Mizuki and Mika were already getting weary about just how much stock and customers they had to deal with and feeling that being in the divine realms might have been costly for them as much as it was rewarding for Chisato and Takina, who continue to serve as maids mainly to pass the time, even if the former enjoys participating in customer service. While LycoReco wasn’t the only café in the Pantheon that originated from a different world, this didn’t deter the place nor others of its kind from being undermined in regards to daily customers nor competitive marketing and selling. If anything, Chisato was eager to visit other cafés, with her bubbly personality allowing her to easily get along and keep in contact with several maids and owners, though she and Takina make a point to keep their identities as DA members hidden and compromised. A quintet of cute maids was keen on having a collection of fun times with the LycoReco staff, with Rize Tedeze having an interest in firearms, which Chisato, Kurumi, and sometimes Takina would converse and do a few roleplays on. The duo also get along with Maika Sakuranomiya and Hideri Kanzaki for fairly obvious reasons, plus some of the bizarre antics they get involved with, namely Maika’s weirdly creepy smile and being forced into the acting role of a mean “sadist” and Hideri’s vain demeanor in addition to being a guy dressed as a girl, have resulted in quite some experiences Chisato could only describe as "bonkers, but fun nonetheless".
  • Due to her diseased heart, Chisato was only expected to live up to 18 years until she received a medical transplant to allow her to live longer. This is one of the reasons she decided to use her time to make the world a better place, or at least genuinely help society and the people around her, and for her upbeat, bubbly attitude, feeling that she may as well make the most of her time. Of course, this part of her information is kept confidential due to her occupation as an agent under Lycoris, though she doesn’t mind having it told to a select few friends if she wants to. On that note, Chisato likes visiting the House of Health and Diseases as she gets the opportunity to visit patients who’ve been through a similar situation as her and would try to simply spend time as friends, though so long as she doesn’t get involved with needle injections. Chisato has since made friends with Hisao Nakai, a boy who suffers from arrhythmia after suffering a heart attack via his crush confessing to him. While she understands his plights and supports his plans for the future, Chisato does urge Hisao to be careful, concerned about how his heart condition could flare up in case he forgets to take precautions for his physical well-being. Anna and Kate Fitzgerald were sisters with the latter being diagnosed with leukemia while the former was a stand-in for a new heart donor in case Kate could have a transplant to save her from cancer. Chisato appreciated the sisters’ affection for one another, though she found their case rather troubling and messed up, considering how their mother Sara’s desperation to save Kate’s life at the expense of their mental well-being ended up alienating her from her children, though at the very least Sara has learned from her flaws and is making an effort to be more active in Anna and Kate’s time in the Pantheon as well as approving Chisato’s friendship with them. Finally, the tale of Yuzuru Otonashi signing his heart to be donated before dying was one that Chisato found intriguing, especially after said heart would find its place in a reincarnated Kanade Tachibana. She sometimes wonders what life in the afterlife would be like, at least the one that Otonashi and Kanade went through, but the Pantheon seems fascinating enough and both parties are simply content to help each other out if need be, plus Chisato getting a bonus in having additional customers for LycoReco.
  • Chisato is incredibly rigid and dedicated to her desire to not kill anybody, even if she's sent out on generally dangerous espionage tasks ordered to her by DA. She's aware that she's trained to be an assassin and much of Lycoris’s objectives are to kill to ensure safety and protection to Japan, it's just that Chisato doesn't care about that. She wants to make society better and the people around her happy, not just follow commands all the time and her approach as a martial pacifist and as an overly excitable and happy-go-lucky girl has been a thorn in DA’s side. Outside of Chisato, the most well-known adherers to the “no-kill” rule are members of the Batfamily, with Batman himself being incredibly strict about it, feeling that using lethal force would compromise his morality. He and Chisato were a bit more similar than their contrasting appearances and attitude would suggest and though the Lycoris agent would sometimes poke fun at the Dark Knight for being a bit of a grump, she does find his getup and dedication to be pretty cool and they were able to bond over having a strong sense of justice. Although Batman knows about Chisato’s past, he has kept that information confidential and is personally working to create an advanced artificial heart to give Chisato a happy adult life as a token of their friendship. There are also two of his children and apprentices, Damian Wayne and Cassandra Cain, both of whom are eager to prove themselves as capable of being their old man’s successors in both protecting Gotham City and being martial pacifists who are willing to fight without resorting to lethal force. Needless to say, Chisato's ability to get along with kids allowed her to be quick friends with Damian and Cassandra. The three have spent time playing and snacking at LycoReco and have sparred against each other as a way to keep up with their strengths and abilities, which have helped them sharpen and keep track of their physical well-being. Chisato hopes that she could work together with the Batfamily and provide a greater sense of influence for them at some point.
  • Takina has a cool, composed, and fixated demeanor most of the time, and this isn't even a product of her upbringing as she prefers to take a no-nonsense approach to objectives almost all the time, be it taking orders or defying them. That said, her time with Takina has caused her to become more emotionally open and responsive about most things in general and even when cooly focused on her job, she is capable of great care and feels a lot for those she considers friends and family. Despite her profession and having to keep her identity anonymous for the sake of her occupation, Takina doesn't mind making a few new friends if Chisato would recommend her to do such. Of course, Takina would do some personal homework about a couple of deities before deciding to meet a few figures like Elsa, Byleth Eisner, and Shoto Todoroki as they fitted the description of behaving a little similar to Takina, namely the stoic and serious demeanor with a soft and emotional side and who do become more expressive thanks to someone else’s influence. Coming back to Chisato, Takina admitted that her experience with them was rather interesting, and while listening to some personal tales regarding them was a bit tough, Takina came to respect their commitment to doing good deeds as well as just generally being good people, hoping that her experience with them could help Takina with becoming better at talking and expressing herself with others.
  • Their friendship is a unique one, particularly due to their differing personalities and approaches in taking on their tasks and objectives, though it should be noted that Chisato was very stoic and mentally shut off back in her childhood, and her physical state as well as being saved caused her to develop a new perspective on life as well as well as seeing her fellow café members in LycoReco as her Family of Choice. While their status as Lycoris and DA agents are kept hidden from the public eye, Chisato has enough of a reputation to be quite popular in the House of Friendship and Camaraderie, which coincided with LycoReco have a surge in customers. She enjoys her company in that House, plus her getting alongside kids pretty well means she easily became well-acquainted with the House of Childhood and Adolescence where she ends up having to play maid during tea parties, much to her annoyance as she would rather play a more exciting role with the kids in said House. In Takina's case, she has a more difficult time getting adjusted to social situations partly because she keeps herself quiet and reserved, but she does try to be more emotive as she knows that Chisato is encouraging her to make friends and consider the idea of a friend circle in the Pantheon. At the very least, Takina is starting to open up a bit and hopes that her time in the Pantheon helps her become more sociable.
  • As their occupation involves dealing with crimes and preventing societal attacks and disarray to ensure Japan’s safety per DA’s orders, Chisato and Takina have seen themselves dealing with terrorists and anarchists, with their most notable one being a man named Majima, who would resort to extreme and violent acts to, in his words, restore the "balance" of Japan and seeing Lycoris and DA as menaces to society for withholding information and picturing Japan as safe and secure when the truth is anything but, something that the duo agree with, even if they oppose him. The Pantheon has its slew of terrorists and anarchists, and they’ve proven to be just as dangerous and ambitious in their efforts. People like Bill Williamson and Shogo Makishima were incredibly diabolical and were quick to see DA as hindrances to society that they sought to dismantle and they quickly figured that Chisato and Takina were credible threats to their ambitions, though they weren’t above wanting to convince them to play a bigger role and define themselves through superiority per their personal beliefs.
    • The Joker was worse, with his similar appearance to Majima being the least of the girls’ concerns; the Clown Prince of Crime was giddy to hear of them as Bats’ new friends and personally got to “invite” them for a show, really a kidnapping attempt and forcing the girls to watch Mizuki, Mika, and Kurumi get killed slowly, knowing that it would cause the girls great anguish and wanting to test whether Chisato would kill him as well as the bonus of sticking it to Bats for harming one of his new allies. While Joker’s plan would fail thanks to Batman’s timely intervention, the events, plus Joker’s psychotic and nihilistic disregard for life, proved harrowing enough that Chisato declared Joker to be among the very few people she genuinely hated, something that the Clown Prince has nothing but wicked satisfaction out of upon hearing of the girl’s thoughts on him. On the other hand, Anarky proved divisive as while he didn’t like DA’s attempts to masquerade an image of safety and prosperity, he did come to respect Chisato for being a rule-defier and sticking to her code of what is good, even if he disapproves of her occupation. The two admitted that they could get along and he could potentially mentor Kurumi as a hacker as well, but their differing means to make a better place and Anarky’s more destructive methods meant that he would come to clash against Chisato and Takina, though he respects them enough to at least try not to harm them badly.
  • They also have a position in the Hall of Personality Pairings.

  • Domains: Villains, Foils (both), Madness, Ego, Science (Drakken), Combat, Fire, Rivalry (Shego)
  • Allies: The Toppat Clan, Dr. Hämsterviel, Crow, Destro
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork with: Dr. Wily, Dr. Eggman
  • On shaky but good terms with: Dr. Evil, Robbie Rotten, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz (for Dr. Drakken)
  • Conflicting Opinions towards: Syndrome (for Shego)
  • Pities: Azula (for Shego)
  • Enemies: Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable, Lilo and Stitch, Megamind, Sonic the Hedgehog
  • The two most notorious nemeses of Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable, Dr. Drakken and his sidekick, Shego, always find themselves working on some Evil Plan for world domination, and with Kim and Ron always on their tail to stop them. In spite of how often these villains are taken down, they'll always come back with a new plan and a new drive to defeat the heroes. With Dr. Drakken always finding a new target to set his ambition on, along with the tech-savvyness and drive to set his plans along, and Shego being determined to both use her powers and skills to strike down anyone in her way, and more importantly, show Kim Possible who's the tougher girl, this duo has earned and kept a reputation for being persistent and proud villains.
  • Despite how often their attitudes can conflict, their clashing differences and mannerisms have kept these two foes together in their bouts of villainy. With Dr. Drakken being the creative and ambitious mastermind, and yet loony and obsessed with complex plans, Shego acts as his tougher and more serious partner, making up for her lack of ambition with her ruthless fighting skills, and at times, reigning in Drakken's crazier ideas. Additionally, Shego herself contrasts with her personal archnemesis, Kim Possible, being the tougher and physical-savvy counterparts to their male and more passive counterparts, Dr. Drakken and Ron Stoppable. Where Shego and Kim are the stand-out figures that are considering more threatening to their enemies, Drakken, like with Ron is seen as a nuisance in relation, being the less dangerous counterpart to his sidekick. Most of the time. For these reasons, Dr. Drakken and Shego managed to get a more expansive temple with the trope of Evil Duo, to share room with after they initially ascended to the Pantheon with separate tropes, and to jumpstart their evil plans more often, to their archnemeses' dismay. Also, Dr. Drakken "missed" having Shego around, despite the fact that their temples before were merely some blocks apart, something Shego was quick to point out, to Drakken's embarrassment.
  • While both still tend to go on independent operations from time to time (though it's usually Shego), the two evildoers always work together whenever they're up to something pretty nasty, often for both Kim and Ron to stand in their way. Drakken's motives for working with Shego are rather obvious, given how ineffective his other evil minions tend to be (even his robots to a degree), as well as needing someone to deal with agents like Kim Possible, which Shego is always ready to do. As for Shego, others are more confused on her motives, given that better and more competent villains in her universe are out there compared to Dr. Drakken. It certainly can't be just plain respect given how often she snarks or complains about the flaws and oddities of his plans and designs. And sometimes, Dr. Drakken's wackiness gets unbearable to the point where she leaves Drakken for other personal activities if a plan goes too awry for her to follow or simply lacks a motivation to do otherwise. Some believe it's since Shego lacks the general ambition that many a world-dominator-wannabe have, or that Drakken's plans provide the most opportunities to plant her fists in Kim Possible's face. Or perhaps it's something about Dr. Drakken's bumbling yet ambitious attitude, or how soft he can be at times, that has endeared Drakken to her to the extent of the possibility of their relationship being more than professional, though mentioning that to Shego is a very quick way to find yourself sent to an emergency hospital.
  • Despite Drakken's skills at making exotic super-technology, his technological genius isn't always consistent. From time to time, he's had to rip-off, borrow, or even steal others' designs to create the evil invention of the week. This habit eventually got him and Shego in cahoots with Dr. Wily, Dr. Neo Cortex, and Dr. Eggman for being more prominent machine inventors, though Drakken isn't really happy about doing so. In fact, with their conflicting ambitions and egos, Drakken would consider the likes of them a rival akin to Professor Dementor, for example, had it not for how much he gained from working with them. Though with Cortex, given how humiliating his childhood was on top of being almost as much as a Butt-Monkey as Drakken himself, they get along better. Shego on the other hand didn't really mind that much, sometimes getting involved in their plans whenever Drakken isn't feeling up to another plot. As expected, Shego would try her hand at dealing with the other scientists' nemeses, like trying to menace Sonic, out of the thrill of a good challenge and to make Eggman and his creations look pathetic. While not a trivial opponent for Sonic to deal, Shego has yet to successfully take him down in a significant manner, with failures usually ending in Drakken noting that "he thinks his speed is all that, but it's not", which has gotten on Shego's nerve a few times.
  • Whether it to be advance parts of their evil plans or to get supplies for said plans, they've gotten into various heists with the Pantheon for loot to steal and designs to remake in Drakken's own evil image. As a result, they've worked with Destro to use the weaponry he provides for their advantage, Shego herself finding a splendid ally in the Baroness, one of Destro's main partners, in the process. The Toppat Clan were also a notorious group of rather cartoonish but effective organization of stick figure criminals they managed to get along with, though it required them to bring their own fancy hats in the process. While Drakken's experiences with them vary, sharing plans with Reginald with various degrees of success (usually few), Shego found a more worthy friend in the Right Hand Man, thankful for meeting another serious and dedicated Number Two to work alongside, bringing up much concern for the governments aligned against the clan. Said alliance has had Shego consider the benefits of cybernetic augmentations in her feud against Kim Possible, but if that were going to be handled by Dr. Drakken, she chose against it.
  • With Drakken's reputation for being a silly and incompetent villain, he and Shego were eventually referred to Crow, who had managed to eventually earn his own victories over the heroes of his world. Crow has to try and tutor Drakken to be a more effective villain, though Mr. Lipsky proves to be a difficult student in that matter. Drakken does enjoy executing evil plans with Crow, on the other hand, so they've become buddies overall. Shego also took notice in Crow's herald and secretary, Becky, who Shego learned more about to find that she was quite ruthless and skilled in handling villainy and assisting Crow despite lacking the innate abilities and combat skills Shego had. Aside from exchanging tips and advice for the next time they meet their mortal enemies, Shego appears to have interest in Becky's particular affections towards Crow, but as for why, she doesn't comment to anyone about, and for those who know Shego, they know better than to try and get an answer from her.
  • The two have collaborated with Dr. Hamsterviel before, with Drakken and Shego helping the alien capture Stitch in exchange for some of his devices and technology. As such, Lilo and Stitch always keep in touch with Kim, Ron, and Rufus as to ensure the two villains don't trouble them too much. While Drakken and Shego did help Hamsterviel in trying to clone Stitch, Shego has hardly anything positive to say about the act of cloning in general. In fact, part of her contract to villains that hire her is that they don't make clones of her, which Drakken has respected. Even plans involving the cloning of her personal archenemy, Kim Possible, are ones she'll refuse to cooperate with, though with Stitch, she decided it was tolerable at the time.
  • While they're rather ashamed of their "feat", one of their most successful bouts was helping Kim and Ron save the world from being conquered by warmongering aliens. It ended giving them the reputation of "heroes" as a result of being pardoned by the UN. We don't know too much on how that impacted their career, but in the Pantheon, that pardon is trivial to the two, as their activities in the Pantheon show. Of all the positive things that they could say about such an experience, aside from Drakken learning of his potential of making vials to give himself powers to give himself an edge, was that they don't like the idea of letting alien invaders intrude upon their business. Drakken will be willing to do whatever it takes to prevent bigger threats from overwhelming the world he wants to conquer, and likewise, Shego refuses to let anyone else defeat and humiliate Kim Possible except her, even if it means saving Kim from a common enemy. That said, the only alien invader with a serious reaction to their threat was Zim, who deems Drakken as a major threat to his ambitions to take over the world, disregarding Shego for the most part.
  • For Dr. Drakken:
    • Due to his rather poor record in terms of villainy, he managed to find good buddies in other villains with similarly unfortunate reputation, like the Team Rocket Trio, Jack Spicer, the Amoeba Boys, and Professor Nutmeg among others. They tried to make a more proactive and efficient group to terrorize the Pantheon with all sorts of crazy antics, but given that it hardly increased their chances of success, it eventually became a series of regular meetings for them to relax and lament their recent failures. While other villains initially scoffed at Drakken's little club, there are occasional visitors who decide to join in the fun to release stress and tension, improving everyone's morale in the process. Shego has no idea what to think of such a turn of events, but frankly, since it isn't her problem, she tolerates it, but not without her commenting on the ridiculousness of it all.
      • Additionally, he's tried to convince both Dr. Evil and Dr. Doofenshmirtz to become more active villains, with not much success, even after trying to get Shego to cooperate. While the two former villains think Drakken is wasting his time, they still can have decent chatter and hang-outs whenever Drakken isn't trying to persuade them. Doofenshmirtz in particular can relate to the harsh and loveless childhood that Drakken have, due to him going through such a rough childhood himself, with Drakken returning the sentiments. There's also Robbie Rotten that Drakken had attempted to sway into more active evil, but in the process, got himself convinced to slack off by Robbie Rotten, which forced Shego to arrive to drag him away after a few hours of Drakken slouching around.
    • He, Dr. Insano, and Professor Poopypants tend to work together for the purpose of creating crazy scientific creations for various motives, most of which are rather petty and odd. The effectiveness such machinations in causing mayhem can vary from being mostly harmless to being very threatening until someone steps up to put down their work. What they lack in consistency and inability to go for direct solutions, they make up for in unpredictability and mind-boggling complexity that prevents their enemies from figuring out their plans right away. That said, others have begun to figure out whenever they're collaborating by a cacophony of mad, villainous laughter.
    • Drakken has quite a grudge with not only Kim Possible, but the entire Possible family, due to bad developments with Kim's father back when they were college students. In an odd but benevolent attempt to get them and other friends "dates" for an upcoming prom, Drakken made some rather lousy robots that only earned humiliation and laughter from whom he considered his friends, which eventually fueled Drakken's eventual start of his career of villainy, seeking to dominate the world in order to force them, James Possible included, to recognize his skills and genius. Due to Vlad Masters also having a grudge toward his own archenemy's father, Jack Fenton, due to him and the object of his desire, Maddie Fenton, getting married, Vlad and Drakken managed to find allies out of each other. That said, Vlad does snicker at Drakken's pitiful story of making robots for dating behind his back at times.
    • Nobody except him knows how his skin turned blue, and any attempts of him explaining always end up being interrupted. The most anyone has gotten out of him was that it was a special Tuesday for him, and further information ends up getting intercepted, interrupted, or covered up by background events. But from what others can try to infer, it's a common belief that Drakken's blue skin tone is a result of his turn to evil, given that when his evil was transferred to Ron, it turned him blue (and evil), resulting in Ron becoming a dastardly and frightening villain, even to Shego! Additionally, Drakken has a particular dislike of Freakazoid, who also turns blue in his superhero form, a disdain shared with Shego, though she mostly despises his silly, chaotic, and immature disposition. There's also Megamind, a blue intellectual alien who used to be a villain but ended up choosing the path of heroism in the end, to the disgust of both Drakken and Shego, both unable to understand why Megamind would want to deal with annoying citizens all of the time instead of making them kneel before them.
    • To his credit, Drakken can actually be a good planner if he's more patient, and given the opportunity to capitalize on his strengths, and the weaknesses of his Possible enemies. As loony as he is, he did almost took over the world with dolls that could turn into killer robots. This was the result of Drakken making the most out of his Complexity Addiction, normally his biggest weakness, creating a plan so ridiculous and convoluted that no one could read into it, even Shego. Had he not blew it with improper restraining of Kim Possible, there would have been little in stopping Drakken from bringing his goals to fruition. Currently, he's trying to figure out how to make a plan so elaborate and complex that he can't comprehend it, which certainly no one knows what would happen as a result, though Shego feels that such a plan would be accidentally be foiled by Drakken himself at that point.

  • For Shego:
    • Shego's rivalry with Kim Possible can be rather difficult to understand in terms of motivation and chemistry with each other, whether fighting against each other or dealing with a common enemy for the occasion. On one hand, she shows complete ruthlessness and vigor when it comes to taking out Kim Possible, and her desire to defeat her nemesis with her own two hands borders on obsessiveness. On the other hand, the amount of times that the two girls have tried inflicting grievously serious damage toward each other is surprisingly few. Banter between the two during fights, or even stopping to chat or comment on something happening in the middle of a battle has occurred multiple times, not that they see a problem with it. In fact, during one particular time when she was forcefully turned good by a device, she managed to be rather close friends with Kim, even to Ron's envy, until she turned back to her normal evil self. Not that Shego wants to go through that again, which explains why she finds those who can forcefully change morality like Iroque to be disturbing.
    • Shego's line of work has made her not only a significant threat of agents, vigilantes, and heroes that go after the evil geniuses and masterminds in the Pantheon, which includes Dr. Drakken, if barely. The amount of new enemies to compete with has hardly tired Shego out, and it's merely encouraged her to practice and train more to take on her enemies more efficiently. The Batfamily in particular has been one of her more engaging sets of combatants to try and stop from foiling Drakken's plans, but among them, Barbara Gordon has been the target of one of Shego's more serious rivalries, nearing that of Kim Possible. An apt heroine and investigator that can give plenty of criminals that could put up as much a fight as Shego could a run for their money, and with skills and technology alone, Shego forces Batgirl to constantly be on her guard whenever they encounter each other, treating her as she would with Kim Possible due to how similar their roles are, never mind the red-hair commonality. In one particular meet-up where they ended up breaking into a fight, Shego ended up taunting her about "crippling her back into Oracle again", but after a glare, Shego took a moment to sincerely admit that the remark was in rather poor taste, an apology Batgirl accepted, right before they continued fighting as if nothing happened.
    • Part of what makes Shego an effective Hypercompetent Sidekick to Drakken is not just her serious attitude and an eagerness to fight Kim Possible given the opportunity, but her comet-gained powers which she shares with the rest of her family, known as Team Go, which she turned against for all sorts of reasons. For one, she didn't want to deal with the insufferable egos of all of her siblings combined, and her enjoyment of the fighting she did against crime, to dangerous extents, and perhaps being tempted by the appeals of villainy itself. As a heroine who used to be the most cool-headed and down-to-earth member of her superhero team, now turned evil, it's little wonder she knows how to give other heroes a run for their money. The powers she gained from such a special meteor eventually drew her attention to the Loonatics who also gained various powers from a different meteor. Seeing them as a fun challenge to take on when Kim Possible isn't around to deal with, she's had many vicious conflicts with them, with their numbers and teamwork being balanced out by Shego's experience and knowledge from working in a team of heroes herself.
    • Similarly, she became an enemy of the Parr family given their reputation as a family of superheroes, as Shego herself was once part of. Shego tends to take their presence rather personally for some reason, and whenever she's not dealing with Kim, she's likely trying to stop the Incredibles from saving the day. Even roping Drakken into the frame, she's made a big deal out of making herself a big threat to the family, trying to beat them and make their day a little more miserable. In particular, she's managed to be quite a menace to Mr. Incredible himself, due to dealing with a brother who also has Super-Strength. The family is still a much tougher cookie to chew through than she expected, so she's had to taste defeat quite a few times, but to her, that just makes the future victory much sweeter. As for one of the family's enemies, Syndrome, he attempted to offer Shego a partnership (without Drakken, since Syndrome sees him as The Load of the two) in order to secure a victory over Mr. Incredible and his family, but Shego oddly rejected the offer, seemingly out of pride. However, observant deities have noted that despite how annoying Shego finds her siblings to be, she still cares about her family, though she'll never admit that to anyone. Perhaps there are other reasons for her rejection of Syndrome's desired partnership, aside from pride or not letting Drakken along.
    • Shego definitely believes she understands why Carmen Sandiego ended up becoming a criminal despite being a former and legendary detective and government agent, getting bored of dealing with egotistic siblings and helping the side of good herself, finding evil to be way more of an enjoyable career. It's for this reason that she and Drakken occasionally work with her at times during heists. The master thief has proven to be far more reliable at evading Kim Possible and her allies, which is something she aspires to improve on. With that said, she always makes sure to keep inventory of all their supplies whenever Sandiego leaves. Given that Carmen cares less about villainy than the thrill of the thefts herself, Carmen could easily snatch something under their noses with little hesitation.
    • Shego has plenty of potential to be a much more threatening and fearsome villainess, but she lacks the creativity, drive, and energy to do so. Whenever she's not trying to beat down the next hero trying to foil her and Drakken's plans, she mainly seems content with lounging around or relaxing, similar how Ron also is content with being the less ambitious one compared to Kim, although Ron can be a much more efficient and unstoppable hero if he really wanted to. In fact, one of her biggest successes on her own, mainly taking over the world on her own in a particular timeline, required her future self to give the needed info and ideas to get things moving. Such a terrifying feat makes it easy to forget that she has difficulty even thinking of searching on the Internet for more potential crimes to do. The Pantheonic Time Police are wary of her in case she tries to pull this off again, but given that her reign caused Shego to grow even lazier and even vulnerable to the Bond Villain Stupidity trope that figures like Drakken (who turned into The Brute in the mentioned Bad Future) would fall for, it's very unlikely that Shego would try that again.
    • Azula as a villain and fighter, with her extreme ambition, fearsome skills, and ruthless fury, is someone that Shego respects greatly. As a person, however, while Shego cares little for that side of people, her tragic status as an Unwitting Pawn of Ozai has Shego legitimately feeling sympathetic for what she went through, including her failure to defeat Zuko in their Agni Kai match as a result of her sanity being a bit loose knowing that she would never get the respect from her father she deserved, let alone a proper way to move on from her breakdowns, including the loss of her former allies. While it doesn't show when they spar against each other, Shego feels that she deserves better, not that she'd show such pity to her, knowing that you don't just throw out pity and sympathy to the point where you look good. Aside from trying to help her restore her vicious and merciless attitude in full, she's grown a special disdain toward Ozai for his poor treatment toward Azula, noting how terrible he was a parent to both Azula and Zuko, not that she cares much for the latter except for as an enemy. Given Shego's degrees in child development, on top of being a rather good teacher when she's put into such situations, it's hard to deny that she has a great point. Even Iroh feels remorse towards Shego's potential for being a good influence and mentor being squandered on someone stubbornly driven on the thrills of villainy.

  • Daigo Kagemitsu has struck a deal with demons to gain power for himself and that resulted in his son Hyakkimaru being born without several body parts. Branded as a menace and abandoned by his father in favor of their second son Tahomaru who would become a major adversary for him later on, Hyakkimaru would be adopted by Jukai, a doctor that specializes in prosthetics, and given a prosthetic body and armed with blades to fight in combat thanks to him. Hyakkimaru would later gain a companion in Dororo, the orphaned child of a pair of bandit leaders, and they would work together in getting the stolen body parts back from the demons that took them. With how focused Hyakkimaru is on his quest and the danger involved with becoming as bad as the demons he fights against, Dororo is tasked with making sure Hyakkimaru still maintains a sense of humanity.
  • While Hyakkimaru was able to get all of his body parts back, there was a matter of when exactly he will meet with Dororo again. At some point in time after Hyakkimaru succeeded in his mission, Dororo met the blind biwa player that the duo had regularly encountered during their journey. When asked if something will happen that will result in Dororo and Hyakkimaru working together once more, the biwa player responded that even if one were to succeed in their primary goal, there’s still the matter of figuring out what’s next to maintain a true sense of happiness. The biwa player then mentioned a realm that offered such a challenge to those who are seeking answers on what’s next for them after completing a given goal and while he doesn’t know about the true nature of such a place including how far its reach is, he believed that it may provide the answer Dororo is seeking about Hyakkimaru’s well-being. Some time after that meeting, Dororo was able to reunite with Hyakkimaru and it became apparent that there were more adventures ahead of them even if Hyakkimaru had developed a better understanding about being human.
  • Even if Hyakkimaru has gotten his body back and Dororo has grown to become a great thief, fighting demons in an unknown realm was going to be just as difficult, if not moreso, as it was back then thanks to the greater variety of demons running around. With the larger number of demons came a wide assortment of demon hunters that the duo would learn about and Guts was one such demon hunter who had quite a story for Hyakkimaru and Dororo. Hyakkimaru being abandoned at birth was terrible enough, but it was the numerous ordeals that shocked Dororo, including suffering a brutal betrayal, that made Guts a hardened person and much like how Dororo helped Hyakkimaru maintain a sense of humanity, it was Guts’ companions that he picked up since his numerous tragedies that helped him improve as a person even when there was a lot going against him. He also has a prosthetic left arm that’s proven useful in combat and given the numerous prosthetics that Hyakkimaru wore, both were impressed by the versatility of Guts’ left arm. While Guts and Hyakkimaru have plenty of differences, they also have plenty of similarities that The Black Swordsman is willing to help Hyakkimaru and Dororo fight off demons that come their way.
  • Dante Sparda was another demon hunter who Hyakkimaru found common ground with thanks to them having fought against their brother at one point in their adventures. Where Tahomaru was the son of the cruel Kagemitsu who prominently favored him over Hyakkimaru, Vergil was the son of the heroic and very powerful demon slayer Sparda and Vergil was willing to gain power for himself no matter what it took. Even if Dante’s relationship with Vergil has become less antagonistic, it didn’t change the fact that Vergil is a far more complicated person in terms of personality and having two separate individuals (V and Urizen) split off from himself added to it. Vergil’s attempt to gain power was the result of seeing his mother killed and that goal ended up being corrupted down the line, with Dororo noting that it wasn’t that different from Hyakkimaru’s quest for revenge making him more violent and uncaring regardless of how terrible Kagemitsu was.
  • Many demons roam and while some are benevolent and/or exhibit half-human and half-demon traits, there are plenty who are dangerous and some show a level of cunning that wasn’t present in the demons Hyakkimaru and Dororo have previously encountered. Demons taking over the world was already a nightmare scenario for many, but it was learning about how far demons can go to exploit human cruelty for personal gain that unnerved Hyakkimaru and Dororo. Kagemitsu making a deal with demons for more power was one thing, but it was another to learn about entities such as Elliot Spencer and Griffith forsaking their humanity entirely after meeting demons and joining them in achieving some dark goals. Learning about the kinds of deals Pinhead engages in with others and the lengths Griffith will go in achieving his goals with the help of a highly monstrous group of demons known as the Godhand made Hyakkimaru and Dororo realize that it was going to require a lot more than just swordsmanship to get rid of the worst kinds of demons that are running around.
  • Besides being a sneaky youngster, Dororo was instrumental in making sure Hyakkimaru doesn’t end up being too much like the demons they’re fighting against, even if it led to some problems between the duo. There existed plenty of interactions between others similar to how Dororo was a positive influence on Hyakkimaru, but it was how some of these interactions led to tragedy that Dororo realized just how much of an impact she had on Hyakkimaru. Dororo being in serious danger would be enough for Hyakkimaru to be more violent than normal, but since the deaths of those who functioned like Dororo in keeping someone’s humanity in check would lead to a path of violence based on what the duo learned about, it’s likely that Hyakkimaru would be worse off if Dororo ended up dead. As Hyakkimaru is still learning about being human, he understands just as much as Dororo does about the importance of keeping someone in good condition thanks to his time with her.
  • Hyakkimaru initially didn’t have a good grasp about what being a human is thanks to any significant interactions with other humans growing up prior to meeting Dororo being limited to Jukai (who is otherwise a kind person). Violet Evergarden was another person whose upbringing meant not being able to fully understand human emotions. While Hyakkimaru was still working on understanding what being human meant after his adventures, Violet was able to gradually understand human emotion after moving away from a life of war and interacting with several kind people. Dororo saw Violet as the kind of person Hyakkimaru would have filled the void left behind following his ill-fated friendship with Mio, but otherwise is willing to be friends with her as Hyakkimaru has already gotten along with Violet for being a person with prosthetic arms working on understanding humanity after going through violent events.
  • Parents throwing away their child for personal gain has long been regarded as a heinous action by many and Hyakkimaru being abandoned at birth and born without a traditional body as a result of a demonic deal by his father would fit in as something terrible that can happen. Jukai would end up being the one to raise Hyakkimaru and there were plenty of individuals who were cast aside by their actual parents and lovingly raised by someone else. While Iroh is much closer to Zuko from a familial standpoint given that he’s the latter’s uncle unlike Jukai being a stranger, it didn’t change the fact that not only was Iroh a good parent towards Zuko, but he served as a positive influence to the highly troubled prince and played a role in him gradually becoming a better person. Besides the comparisons of Jukai being like Iroh in being a good substitute parent, Hyakkimaru saw a bit of himself in Zuko when it came to being thrown away by their father in favor of a more ruthless sibling even if Ozai was far worse than Kagemitsu in terms of ambitions and Azula never took the chance to see the error of her ways unlike Tahomaru.
  • Hyakkimaru spent most of his journey wearing prosthetics, gradually replacing them with parts of his actual body from defeating the demons that took them. Even if he’s no longer relying on prosthetics, that hasn’t stopped him and Dororo from looking into others who have used artificial body parts in their journeys. A ninja referred to by others as Wolf or Sekiro has a far more quiet personality than Hyakkimaru and a prosthetic left arm that’s very capable in combat, but what Hyakkimaru and Dororo found intriguing about that ninja was his dedication to his young master Kuro, whose kidnapping was what spurred Wolf into action. Kuro being the one thing that can prevent Wolf from succumbing to his bloodlust and becoming a violent Shura got Dororo’s attention and learning about the massacre that would happen if Wolf betrayed Kuro and became a Shura was like seeing Hyakkimaru become the demons he’s fighting against, but with far more devastating consequences. Even if Wolf is somewhat aware of the similarities between him and Hyakkimaru when it comes to being sword fighters that have used prosthetics and have a younger figure that serves as a humanizing influence on them, Wolf hasn’t spoken to Hyakkimaru and Dororo that much.
  • As the child of a pair of bandits, Dororo has taken after them in being a thief and would grow in that regard following her adventures with Hyakkimaru. Dororo becoming a great thief meant learning that there would be plenty of thieves whose morality ranged from noble outlaws to dangerous menaces. While Dororo’s cons back then were mainly centered on asking for money from people who needed the help of Hyakkimaru to get rid of demons, she opted to find ways to help innocents in trouble while still being sneaky as part of her growth. As for other thieves she became aware of, Dororo would find herself in battle against malevolent bandits who steal from others for their own benefit, but Dororo was able to find friendship with other noble thieves who steal for justified reasons.
  • Dororo having a significantly better relationship with her parents than what Hyakkimaru had with his own father meant that things weren’t meant to last as Dororo’s parents would be killed as a result of betrayal at the hands of Itachi, a bandit who was disillusioned with how Dororo’s father was running things, before she met Hyakkimaru. There were plenty of individuals who had to endure the death of their parents when they were younger and how that experience would have them develop a stronger resolve as they grew up. Mireille Bouquet, who became an assassin after her parents were killed, worked together with Kirika Yuumura and played a role in trying to prevent the latter from being worse off than before. Even with the more complicated dynamics in play between Mireille and Kirika combined with their morally ambiguous profession, Dororo and Mireille were friendly with each other given their tragic pasts and role in helping out a troubled person find a sense of self amidst a wave of violence.

Junkrat and Roadhog on a regular day
  • Lesser Gods

  • Rivals: Ornstein and Smough
  • Enemies: All robots, Mei-Ling Zhou, Looten Plunder, Johnathan Irons, The Corpus or any other Corrupt Corporate Executive, GLaDOS, Saxton Hale, Max Rockatansky, Imperator Furiosa, SWAT Kats, Moana, Maui, Tamatoa
  • Good Counterpart: Bulk and Skull
  • Interested in: Robert the Tire
  • Coming from the blasted world of 2060’s-era Australia, these two crooks entered the pantheon with a bang. A quite literal one, courtesy of Junkrat. The ascension of this duo happened when the two decided to sneak up in the pantheon for the heck of it. What started as a would-be robbery ended up blowing up three houses (Which were the Houses of Family and Relatives, Commerce and Weapons. The particular reason as to why they were the ones exploded is a complete mystery) and eventually making the court of gods take action personally. They ended up forcing these two to stay in the pantheon with the condition that they behave, which made some people really question the minds of the court.
    • But, after a failed attempt at robbing the Treasure Vault, they were kicked out since they almost endangered the Pantheon by almost blowing up all the security systems of the Maximum Security isle. They weren't all that angry anyway as they promptly returned to their home in Junkertown and formuled a plan to take revenge on the queen who vanished them. Unfortunately, given Junkrat rather excited nature, the plan failed but luckily they were able to return to their old temple. Apparently they weren't even kicked out after all, just a small lie spread by the Trollkaiger to mess up with them.
  • The two crooks made fast friends with several villains of the Pantheon after they had noticed a few good-natured similarities between them. Junkrat tried to take advantage of this and see if he could get some money out of this, so he tried to make a good impression on Max Rockatansky and Imperator Furiosa. And it backfired horribly since after learning that there is a bounty for his head they didn't hesitate in attacking him, prompting Roadhog to growl and protect the rat.
    • Roadhog also enden making a special bond with Immortan Joe, due to their similar backgrounds; The Immortan swiftly became the duo’s most frequent employer. This another reason why they have a lot animosity with Max and Furiosa.
  • Similarly, Junkrat and The Joker have quickly become Vitriolic Best Buds. The house of Heroism shudders to imagine what might become of the pantheon if the two decided to stop beating on each other long enough to team up…
  • Junkrat and Roadhog steer clear of the house of Technology, Roadhog more than his partner. This might have something to do with him being a key part of the accident that ruined Australia. For Junkrat, the reason isn’t really that complicated; he just likes to blow up A.I.s, and this has made GLaDOS understandably (and lethally) protective. After all, blowing up some bots is one of Junkrat's favourite abilities.
  • If there’s one thing the duo hates more than robots, though, it’s being manipulated. the fraudulent Corrupt Corporate Executive who last hired them learned that the hard way. This incident only increased Junkrat’s distrust of “suits”, and they still keep an eye on the shadier Commerce gods.
    • One rather unfortunate incident involving the Corpus happened because of this. Being both a shady corporation AND using robots as their main units clearly rubbed the Junkers the wrong way. But that wasn't the reason they assaulted their temple, they actually organized a heist and took approximately 25% of their profit while trashing half of the units guarding it. Clearly the Corpus were very angry, much so that they are actually hiring anyone who would capture the two junkers for a sizable reward and not even the Tenno have pissed them off so much before.
  • Gray Mann has expressed an interest in hiring Junkrat and Roadhog to deal with the TF2 mercs, but he surrounds himself with far too many robots for the duo’s tastes. That and Junkrat and the Demoman seem to have a Friendly Rivalry of sorts.
  • Deadpool is a big fan of these two. Aside from his love of their modus operandi, he holds a great respect for Junkrat after reading their comic. After all, anyone who can pull off a "superhero landing" despite having a stick for a leg is worth some admiration.
  • An incident occurred once when Moana confused Roadhog for Maui when he was wearing his Islander outfit (The giant hook and tribal tattooes don't help either) and she ran into a lot of trouble with the junkers because of that. That's why they don't get along and it got worse when Maui eventually arrived.
    • It got even stranger when one of Moana and Maui's foes, the giant crab Tamatoa, also confused Roadhog with the Demigod. Roadhog had no trouble fighting him off but Junkrat wanted to get revenge on Tamatoa since he is the only one allowed to harm Roadhog. That, and the gold Tamatoa kept in his temple was enough of a reason for Junkrat to try and get rich (again). So, devising a very "conspicuous" plan that he never ever used before, both Roadhog and Junkrat tried to steal Tamatoa's treasure. Needless to say, it all ended up being a collection of singing and explosions before the Junkers had to leave empty handed because the neighbouring temples (Which were located in a subhouse of Villainy) started to get involved and they didn't feel it was worth the hassle. Tamatoa swears he will destroy them if he ever sees them again.
  • There are a lot of Bounty Hunters after Junkrat's head, not only for causing trouble for a high number of deities but also because of his mysterious treasure and its value is too big to just leave it at the mercy of a crazy loon. Many deities big corporations, warmongers and even Grand Alliances are after it, which just increased the workload of Roadhog as a bodyguard by a lot. Though they had done an outstanding job at avoiding the heat and staying out of harm and best of all, nobody knows where Junkrat's treasure is supposed to be.
    • Even then, having to constantly to look out for themselves doesn't stop Junkrat from causing trouble. In fact, it's very hard to keep him in check, so Roadhog has to constantly remind him to behave, with little success.
Roadhog: Try and stay out of trouble for once.
Junkrat: I'll be on me best behavior!
  • Legends tell of the mad Dr. Junkenstein, an alternate version of Junkrat who wanted revenge on the lord that employed him because of the implied abuse he suffered and created a monster not unlike his partner Roadhog. With the aid of the Witch of the Wilds, her servant the Reaper and the Summoner, Dr. Junkenstein will take revenge on the castle lord but be eventually defeated by four heroes who valiantly defended the castle. This version of Junkrat and Roadhog tend to appear on Halloween, trying to conquer the pantheon for their own purposes.
  • Exclusive to Junkrat:
    • Being the demolitionist expert, Junkrat loves blowing things up, to the point that he already is used to blow things up right on his face and without taking damage. Although that wasn't always the case, after all he is missing An Arm and a Leg and he indeed fabricate his own explosives.
      • When he learned about the existence of a House of Explosives he could barely contain his excitement and immediately rushed to the place. The deities who reside there have mixed opinions, a few think he is a complete lunatic and doesn't want to associate with him. Others, like Nice Holystone, Tristana and the Demoman consider him a worthy rival. The only ones who are friendly to him in that house are the Techies, which is mostly thanks to Jamison kinda resembling a goblin.
    • He is not into biological warfare but oddly enough he became good friends with both Plague Knight and Mona, fellow explosion lovers and lovers of each other, mostly because they were impressed by his craftmanship, particularly the grenades, Concussion Mines and the RIP-Tire, mostly because they believe those who don't build their own explosives are a bunch of phonies. They like to hang out with him and Junkrat is happy he actually is managing to make some new friends but he is aware that the two are actually dating and so brings Roadhog along so he doesn't feel lonely whenever Mona and Plague Knight want to be by themselves. While they considered that gesture to be very nice of him, they are a little suspicious in regards to his relation with Roadhog.
    • It's fairly amused by Robert the Tire, mostly for the sheer absurdity of a psychic tire blowing people's head up. He also wonder if he would make a fine RIP-Tire but hasn't really tried doing that. There is also the fact that some people believe his RIP-Tire is sentient, which Junkrat hasn't really denied or confirmed.
    • Most people don't know, but here's one thing about Junkrat: HE CAN BE YOUR WAIFU! He has a sensitive side. Just ask Roadhog...
Junkrat: Oooh, oops... Did I doo thaaat~?
    • Junkrat by accident ended up becoming a participant in the nexus and how he entered was an interesting tale. He was tipped off that in Volskaya Industries there was a huge prize hidden and curios, he went to see it for himself. This version of Volskaya wasn't the regular of his world, as many heroes from different realms were present and so, as usual, Junkrat saw no better option but to blow the opposition up.
      • The one downside he see is that he misses his pal Roadhog, often lamenting it out loud.
Junkrat: Where, oh where has my pal Roadhog gone? Oh where, oh where can he be?
  • Exclusive to Roadhog:
    • Roadhog used to be just a quiet and regular resident of the Australian Outback, until the goverment decided to gift the land to the omnics. He led a revolution against the invading omnics who wanted to take his people's home, but that ended horribly when he caused a nuclear meltdown in his land, forever changing into a irradiated wasteland. Needless to say, the man who used to be Mako Rutledge was no more and the ruthless Roadhog was born.
    • While Roadhog tends to get himself involved into very wacky situations with his partner Junkrat, usually being the silent snarky to Junkrat's talkative loon, deep down he is very troubled individual. Ever since the destruction of his homeland, he had a very nihilistic view of life and, besides having 50% cut on Junkrat's treasure, the only reason he goes along with Junkrat is because he feels the need to show the world what it deserves.
    • It's not uncommon for Roadhog to find himself allied with less than graceful deities who themselves are considered unrepentant savages. The likes of Piggsy or Stitches are someone a regular human being wouldn't want to be around at all, though to their credit, Roadhog isn't that much saner either. The more unlikely alliance he made was with the Butcher, a demon of all deities, probably given their preferences for hooks, to the point that Roadhog actually dresses up as him sometimes and he can quite pull off a very realistic Butcher impression.
    • He may have a reputation as a remorseless killer but truth is, he seems fond of cute things. Often when no one is looking, he can be seen playing with his Pachimari plushie and he even has a collection of those stacked in his home. But good luck having him actually confess about his secret hobbie.
    • Supposedly, he is kind of a joker. According to Junkrat anyway but he just feels annoyed when he brings up the subject.
Junkrat: You won't believe the joke ol'pigface over there told me the other day, eh Roadhog?
Roadhog: Ugh, do you ever shut up?
  • Junkrat: It's a perfect day for some mayhem."

  • Superior: Monty Oum
  • Allies:
  • Mentor: Thor (Nora)
  • Enemies: Cinder Fall, Adam Taurus, Roman Torchwick, The Meta, Felix
  • Opposed By: Sho Minamimoto
  • Best friends since they were really young, Lie Ren and Nora Valkyrie are two aspiring huntsmen from Beacon academy. The two are inseparable and it was natural that the calm Ren and the energetic Nora would end up sharing house when they ascended. Both Jaune and Pyrrha were happy that their team was finally reunited all together in the pantheon.
  • Comparisons between Nora with Thor and Ren with Mulan have been noted by lesser attentive gods. Ironically, the four involved do not see any comparisons, but find each others' company pleasant enough.
    • Sora has wondered if Ren was really Mulan in a new disguise for "Ping", but was later filled in by Yang.
  • Due to her Cloudcuckoolander tendencies, Nora is on good terms with several of the Pantheon's other ones. Ren just ends up coming along with her on their adventures so she doesn't end up hurting herself.
    • She's also known for proclaiming herself to be "Queen of the Castle" whenever she stands atop a tall vantage point. This tendency has earned her the scorn of Sho Minamimoto, after he found her on top of one of his garbage piles.
    • Given she's nuts and perpetually manic, Nora is forbidden to drink coffee. There are indicatives her mind would go weird on a cosmic level.
  • Ellis stumbled upon Nora once and they immediately became the best of friends given their shared backgrounds of fighting legions of monsters on a daily basis. Nora is also a big fan of the stories about Ellis' friend Keith, often dragging poor Ren along with her.
  • Nora has her own agenda for the Pantheon: finding a sloth that can be ascended into the House of Beasts. So far, she has been unsuccessful.
    • However, she has been trying to find out what a sloth actually sounds like, so she can use it as a Signal when paired up with Ren on a mission. Though Ren would like to disagree most of the time.
Ren: I don't think sloths make a lot of noise.
  • Some gods, mostly in the House of Love, have wondered if they're "together-together". They are not, but it's said that "Boop" might actually mean something else.
  • People jokingly call them "Flower Power" after Jaune decided to name their team attack. Ren still doesn't understand why he brings the flower and Nora still insists that Jaune in reality meant "Flour".
    • Other times, people like to refer to the duo as "Boop", often making Nora blush as a result. Ren doesn't see what the big deal is.
  • When Gods have a problem, they tend to go see Ren, admitting to liking him without knowing a lot about him. They then vent all their worries for him, though somehow tend to find the solutions without much of his imput. Though Ren says that he got used to it after a while thanks to Jaune and Nora.
  • Surprisingly, the two of them, along with the rest of team JNPR, are pretty good dancers. Ren states that Jaune sometimes would teach them some of his moves after a long day of training, and it actually helped them in battle sometimes.
  • Nora was absolutely thrilled when Thor decided to mentor her. Who knows, maybe one day she will be worthy to lift Mjolnir. Oh dear Primus.
    • The first day of her training with Thor, the god of Thunder was surprised to learn about Nora's incredible resiliance against electric attacks, which actually makes her much stronger.
  • Nora became good friends with Mako Makanshoku given their shared love for eating as well as for being quite crazy. And they sound the same too! Ren incidentally likes to chat with Mako's friend Ryuko given that they usually have to take care of their more crazy friend and often look after them.
  • Even though he isn't very talkative himself, Ren is quite competitive believe it or not. According to Nora, he takes Tag very seriously.
  • People have asked Ren about how he managed to explode the head of a King Taijitu with only his palm, which they considered awesome. He just says that he used his aura to do it but people believe that his Semblance revolves around exploding people's heads.
    • In actuality Ren's Semblance is revealed to be some sort of calming effect on himself and others, suppressing or alleviating negative emotions, allowing him to mask his presence from Grimm (and probably other emotion-sensing creatures).
  • Ren's encounter with a certain Japanese archer left him shaken up for a few moments, due to the strong resemblance Hanzo had to Ren's father.
  • Nora is trying to figure out if Magnhilde could be a match for the Meta's Brute Shot. Ren advocates not starting a fight with the dangerous Freelancer, but has vowed to rip him apart if he hurts Nora. They get along well with the good Red vs. Blue deities, even if Tex, Carolina and Washington seem uneasy whenever Nora speaks (leading to odd moments where the huntress was referred to as "C.T." or "Connie"), and Simmons prefers to talk only to Ren (even if Nora is interested in approaching him because both like rocket\grenade launchers).
  • For some reason, Ren is terrified of Annie Wilkes and hopes Nora never meets her.
  • Both of them have gone into mourning, along with the rest of the gods from their world, for the sake of their creator's passing. Nora's spent most of it alternating between crying to trying to keep everyone else happy. Ren has been supporting her and everyone else as best he can, but a lot of people have noticed he's been very quiet since then around others. Might have something to do with his voice.
    • Ren can now speak again, but his voice sounds distinctly different. He's not used to it, but he's certain he'll be happy with his new voice after some time speaking with it. Nora likes it already, but Nora likes almost everything about Ren.
    • They are happy that their creator is among the ranks of the pantheon. Now Ren is able to switch voices whenever he feels like it, but out of respect, he tends to stick with his new one.
  • The House of Food is always inviting Ren to cook with them, and his pancakes are celebrated as some of the best in the Pantheon. However, Nora is usually caged in said occasions to let others have a chance in tasting them.
  • Have been joined on their journey by Qrow Branwen, Ruby’s uncle. They value his mentorship and protection, even to the point where they agreed to help him when he was poisoned. Now that he’s alright, they’re continuing their journey to Atlas, with him at the helm.
  • Along with the admission that both are in love with each other, their Atlas exploits also led to Nora pushing herself to the limit, down to an electric current that left her with lightning shaped scars. She has decided to get closer to Hellcat after she faced a similar ordeal.
  • They can also be found in Gender Pairings.

  • Theme Music: The Journey, Tomorrow is Another Day, Rescue Aid Society, Bernard et Bianca au Pays des Kangourous

  • Enemies: Ratigan, Pokémon Hunter J, any villain who harms children (especially The Coachman, Pennywise, and Bondrewd)
  • The Rescue Aid Society is an international organization consisting of mice all around the world who help children in distress. There are many members of that group, but the most notable ones are Bernard from America and Miss Bianca of Hungary. Bernard is someone who is a bit unsure of himself and is into safety, but if push comes to shove, he'll do the right thing, while Bianca is a spirited woman with a sense of adventure. Among the missions they've done included helping a girl in Devil's Bayou and a boy from Australia.
  • A distress signal reached the Rescue Aid Society who learned that another child was in trouble, but upon learning that the signal came from a place so far away most aren't sure if it's possible to get there, there was a bit of concern. Miss Bianca offered to take a look at where exactly the signal came and she was able to get Bernard to come along despite his concerns. The two mice were wished the best of luck from the society before taking off for a mission to an unknown land.
    • Eventually, the duo arrived at their location and it was clear that it the place was unlike anywhere they've been to before. Looking for the person who sent the society that signal was very difficult at first, but after hearing a scream, Bianca & Bernard headed towards the source of it. It turned out to be a tall tower that appeared to be abandoned and the two spent some time looking for the kidnapped child. A room in the tower housed Fievel Mousekewtiz, who was somehow kidnapped while going somewhere and Bernard & Bianca found him and were about to take off with him when Ratigan, who was responsible for the kidnapping showed up and started to threaten them. Not long after, Basil & Dawson showed, having been notified of Ratigan's schemes and after a fight, Basil was able to get Ratigan turned over to the authorities.
      • All the mice were inside a room and Bernard & Bianca were wondering about what had happened and more importantly, what place they were at. Basil explained that the entire place they're at (not just that abandoned tower from earlier) could be described as a "Pantheon" and is varied in just about everything. Fievel then said to the duo that he was the one who sent out the distress signal (and that describing it in detail isn't really necessary) and showed gratitude towards Bianca & Bernard for rescuing him as well as Basil & Dawson for thwarting Ratigan once more. When asked about who Bianca & Bernard mainly do, she stated that she rescues those in need of help, especially children. Basil, Dawson, and Fievel welcomed Bianca & Bernard to the new place and that she and Bernard are more than welcome to keep doing their job whenever an opportunity arises, though they were warned of dangers much greater than what they just witnessed.
  • Meeting up with other mice in the Pantheon was slightly more uncomfortable than they'd expect due to some mice being a bit larger than normal. It didn't stop their meeting with Mickey Mouse from going smoothly though, as they both complimented each other on their work. Mickey willing to confront serious threats directly when need be was a good motivator for Bianca & Bernard to step up their already good efforts in their rescues.
    • Their meeting with fellow rodent Remy the Rat was rather awkward thanks to Remy not wearing any clothing despite being having a similar level of human behavior as Bianca & Bernard. A friendship between them was formed thanks to Remy's cooking and the duo like to visit him for meals following select missions.
  • Being members of an organization dedicated to the safety of children, it wouldn't take the mice that long to encounter others who have a soft spot towards children. They were pretty surprised to find a number of others who fall into that category, but Bianca & Bernard have plenty of goodwill towards those people, with special mention going towards those who had a rough childhood. It helps that some of them are more than willing to spring into action if a child is harmed in their prescence.
  • While they are aware of faster transportation methods to get to children in need of help, both are content enough to use albatrosses Orville and/or Wilbur to get to their destination. Bernard & Bianca are willing to use faster transportation when push comes to shove, especially since there are some smarter villains who don't want anyone to save kidnapped people, including children.
  • It didn't take them long to learn that there were several bad people who often put young children in danger. What disgusted them further was that some of these villains did things to children that can be considered far more extreme than the kinds of villains that they had to confront prior. Bianca & Bernard consider terrorizing children and eating them or subjecting children through a variety of deadly conditions before experimenting on them to be very revolting, but are aware that there's not much they can do against stronger villains like the ones described.
    • What The Coachman does to kids who meet him was more than enough to get Bianca & Bernard visibly disturbed, especially since what The Coachman does amounts to child slavery. The Coachman saw the mice as little more than nuisances and not worth his time.
  • During one of their rescue missions, the mice ended up meeting Judy Hopps & Nick Wilde, who were notified of a similar incident and were led to the place that Bianca & Bernard were at. After their assignments were completed, the duos decided to have a friendly talk with each other. Bianca & Bernard were pleasantly surprised to hear the Judy had a soft spot for children and they empathized with Nick when it came to his past and how Judy helped him become a better person. Since then, they have sometimes helped each other with their respective missions.
  • Bernard's fear of the number thirteen isn't something that comes up frequently, but a few deities looking to unnerve him like to bring it up, especially considering there's a murderer by the name of Jason Voorhees given his association with Friday the 13th (which in and of itself is believed by some to be an unlucky day). To the mice's credit, Voorhees has no interest whatsoever in going after them and they haven't really heard of instances of him going after children despite a few reports claiming otherwise, but Bernard is still worried in any case.
  • They hold a large amount of respect towards Mrs. Brisby for her dedication to ensuring the survival of her family and in turn, she admires Bianca & Bernard for the work that they do. Brisby has joined them on their rescues on an irregular, but still infrequent, basis due to her commitment towards her family and made a number of conversations with the duo in their free time.
  • Hunter J is someone the mice have plenty of animosity towards since her job of going after rare creatures brought to mind Percival Mcleach, who they encountered while helping a boy in Australia. It doesn't help that like Percival, Hunter J is more than willing to put children in harm's way to get what she wants.
  • If there's one thing that came as a shock towards Bianca & Bernard, it's finding out that there's more than a handful of children whose attitude can be troublesome. While there are some examples who merely have a bratty demeanor, it's the ones who prove truly dangerous such as Hansel & Gretel that really worry the mice. The fact that there's a possibility that they would need to rescue innocent children from malicious ones is a difficult one to process for them.

  • Thompson and Thomson - or Dupond et Dupont in their native Belgium - are two detectives with Scotland Yard and Interpol who often travel the world to solve whatever delicate crimes they had been entrusted with... which doesn't always work out for them. The pair are pompous, foolish and extremely clumsy, which often leads them to be either injured or losing their chosen target. Or both. But almost always, the pair usually cross paths with a young reporter named Tintin. In their first encounters, Thompson and Thomson would arrest or pursue Tintin, believing he was the perpetrator of the crime in question. But over time, the three slowly began to cooperate with each other, with the detectives sometimes letting Tintin capture the villain before swooping in to arrest them and take "most" of the credit.
  • It was just another day in the Pantheon. Mortals and Gods were going about their businesses and two strange individuals dressed in suits and bowler hats were spotted wandering about with no true sense of direction. The pair were searching for something - or rather someone - but every time they tried to go one way, they would mix things up and collapse all over themselves before getting back up and continuing on their way. This routine continued until they ended up at the House of Crime, where Chief Lin Beifong came upon their antics and dragged them away for questioning. The pair introduced themselves as Detectives Thompson and Thomson and revealed they were searching for one C. Sandiego in regards to a series of stolen artifacts. Beifong was familiar with Sandiego but wasn't sure if it would be a good idea to let two incompetent detectives bumbling their way through the Pantheon to find a notorious thief. So she decided to put the two under her jurisdiction, giving them a temple and a position due to their near-identical resemblance to each other. To be precise... they became gods.
  • It didn't take Thompson and Thomson long to discover their old acquaintance Tintin was also in the Pantheon. In fact, the pair literally ran into him while trying to apprehend a young roller-skating, spary-painting punk named Beat. Tintin wasn't as surprised to see them, having figured they would find their way in sooner or later. After clearing things up, Thompson and Thomson offered to help Tintin any way they could... before tripping over themselves. Later that day, the Thom(p)sons and Tintin learned exactly where the detective's temple led to. It led to Interpol's branch in Brussels, Belgium, which also happened to be Tintin's home city. They don't seem to mind so much, and whenever Tintin goes on an adventure through the Pantheon and the other worlds, Thompson and Thomson are close behind... for better or for worse.
    • With Captain Archibald Haddock, the feelings are a little more strained. Haddock views the two detectives as a bunch of incompetent buffoons who often cause more trouble than they resolve, as well as coming into conflict with him and Tintin from time to time. Even so, if Tintin was okay with the two being in the Pantheon then Haddock could live with that... just so long as the boys don't take any more Formula 14 at inopportune times.
  • Most in the Pantheon have an incredibly difficult time telling Thompson apart from Thomson and vice versa. It's understandable; both men dress identically to each other in black suits and bowler hats whilst carrying walking canes. One would be forgiven for thinking they were twins. They're not. An easy way to distinguish them is to look at their moustaches. Thompson possessed a flat, drooping walrus-shaped moustache whilst Thomson wore a flared, pointed moustache. Even so, there's still plenty of confusion all around.
  • The many officers and detectives in the Pantheon have, to put it kindly, mixed feelings about Thompson and Thomson. They're averse to their buffoonish nature and clumsy mannerisms, often resulting in valuable suspects escaping custody or wasting police resources on wild goose chases. Republic City police officer Mako finds the Thom(p)sons too detrimental to the cases they're assigned to, a feeling shared by Inspector Javert, who often tries his damndest to not have them assigned to him, and NYPD Captain Holt, who gets particularly annoyed when they get involved in investigations - especially since they became friendly with Jake Peralta, who sometimes try to help them out... with mixed results. Jake's wife, Amy Santiago, gets along well enough with the pair but finds them almost as immature as Peralta is. But Even Lin Beifong's patience has run thin with their continued antics, to the point where she has considered letting the pair go. She doesn't though if only because of their sheer determination, undying loyalty to the force and because they can catch crooks and thieves every so often.note  On the flipside, the Thom(p)sons find Springfield's own Chief Wiggum to be dumber and incompetent than they are, especially since he will make things worse with apprehending suspects.
    • Aside from Peralta and Santiago, there are other officers and detectives who do respect and appreciate their work. LAPD detective Cole Phelps, though mildly annoyed by the Thom(p)son's shenanigans, has seen their potential as investigators and will call upon them to help find criminals, along with keeping an eye on Tintin just in case said criminals go after him. There was also Inspector Cabanela, a rather odd but very competent detective who will help the lads when dealing with Special Investigation Unit activities, just as long as they don't cause any trouble. Which is easier said than done. But among all these officers and investigators, the Thom(p)sons get along best with the clueless and air-headed Inspector Gadget. The three quite literally crashed into each other while searching for Dr. Claw, who had captured Tintin during one of his adventures and decided to team up to complete their task to rescue the young reporter. However, all three proved themselves to be incredibly incompetent at their job, forcing Gadget's niece Penny and dog Brain to pick up the slack and pinpoint Tintin's location. By the time they reaches their destination, Tintin had already escaped and was continuing his own search for Dr. Claw. The three detectives parted ways but they've kept in touch, knowing they will be more adventures in the future.
  • Under Lin Beifong's watch, Thompson and Thomson were sent out to help the House of Justice clean up the Pantheon of any major or minor criminal activity they came across. This inevitably put them into conflict with many of the realm's villains, thieves and crime leaders. Besides Carmen Sandiego, Thompson and Thomson have "attempted" to apprehend James Moriarty - who often gives them the slip faster than they can say "Sherlock Holmes", and Dr. Claw - who often leaves false leads and evidence for the pair to collect... sometimes pinning the blame on Tintin or fellow detective Inspector Gadget in the process. They have also tried to capture the literal King of Thieves, Cassim and his parrot sidekick Iago. The pair have proven to be incredibly tricky for Thompson and Thomson to track down, not helped by the fact that their disguises made them more than noticeable in Agrabah. Still, Thompson and Thomson have not given up. So long as crime exists in the Pantheon, the detectives will continue their quest to achieve justice.
    • More recently, Thompson and Thomson were assigned to find and apprehend Team Rainbow Rocket's leader Giovanni, along with all those associated with his villainous schemes. Their investigation has led the two crossing paths with a trio of Team Rocket grunts on the run; Jessie, James, and Meowth. Upon realizing who the three worked for, the Thom(p)sons gave chase, with the Rockets giving them the literal slip and escaping in their hot-air balloon. Since that first encounter, Thompson and Thomson have kept their eyes out for any suspicious activities from Team Rocket, along with the other evil teams they're associated with, such as Team Plasma and their vainglorious leader, Ghetsis. Ghetsis though doesn't think much of the detectives, only viewing them as nuisances compared to the real authorities always hunting him and his organization. He's met the two face to face once and nearly turned them into ashes with his Hydreigon. Understandably, the Thom(p)sons keep their distance.
  • Many of the Pantheon's mob families have put hits on Thompson and Thomson since their ascension. Vito Scaletta and Joe Barbaro of the Falcone Crime Family have personal beef against the detectives, just like most police officers. They have their reasons; Vito was arrested by detectives for stealing gas ration stamps in February 1945, while Joe Barbaro had killed several other detectives during an assassination attempt on a Mafioso turned star witness. They tried their hand at killing the two detectives but they were able to escape, with the Falcone Family keeping an eye out for them. The same applies to the members of the Corleone family; Vito and Michael. Vito wants to put Thompson and Thomson down to send the TPPD a message, with Michael trying to bag them for interfering with Corleone's family business. They haven't been successful due to the Thom(p)son's dumb luck, but they've kept them in their sights.
  • The Thom(p)son's were rummaging through the Tropes Pantheon Police Department's case files when they stumbled across a particular folder. It detailed the theft of the Fire Stone of India, which had been perpetrated by the notorious Sly Cooper and his gang. The pair quickly set out to find and apprehend the raccoon thief, who had been recently spotted in the House of Theatre. Unfortunately, not only did Sly prove himself to be incredibly difficult to catch - giving the detectives the slip in the process - but they also interfered with Inspector Carmelita Fox's own attempts to arrest Cooper. Suffice to say, Carmelita was not at all happy. She gave the two a good piece of her mind once they returned to HQ and demanded they stay from Sly, saying he was hers to arrest. But Thompson and Thomson can't help it; whenever they see Sly and his gang on the run, they try to capture them... much to Carmelita's annoyance.
  • The problem with Thompson and Thomson is that most of their criminal targets, such as the aforementioned Sly Cooper, aren't truly bad people, rather they stole from more dangerous and evil criminals. Of course, Thompson and Thomson don't always know that and will pursue those deities who they believe were responsible for crimes they didn't commit. Meimi Haneoka, also known as Saint Tail, has been chased by the two for some time following an incident with the Corleone brothers, which drew the detectives to try and catch her... which didn't work. She's on better terms with The two as a nun and not as Saint Tail. Similarly, the boy Raphael, who goes by the Phantom Thief, Phantom R, has had his fair share of encounters with the Thom(p)sons, often just after he crossed paths with Carmen Sandiego. Thompson and Thomson assumed the two were working together and gave chase... and failed to capture him in the process. Ever since the two have kept an eye out for both Saint Tail and Phantom R in case they show themselves to them.
  • One day, Thompson and Thomson found themselves transported back in time to 50 B.C.E, during the time of the Gallic Wars. They were quick to find disguises, dressing in traditional Belgian attire, and informed a group of Gauls that Julius Ceasar had arrived in Belgium.note  The pair would return to the Pantheon not long after, where they happened upon one of the Gauls they met back in ancient times; the heroic Asterix. More specifically, they met Asterix after they crossed paths with his super strong friend Obelix and inadvertently made him not happy after mistaking his dog, Dogmatix for Tintin's dog Snowy. The four were able to clear up any misunderstandings and whenever the detectives are in Gaul, they're welcomed to visit Asterix's village and help resolve any problems that they can. Provided they stay clear of the Romans.
  • Thompson and Thomson will often disguise themselves while in different locations on an investigation. However, their disguises are so outdated and conspicuous that they stand out among the crowd, such as when they went to China. Their attempts haven't improved since then.
