Framestore (formerly Framestore CFC from 1998 until 2008) is a British visual effects company founded in 1986 by Sharon Reed, William Sargent, Jonathan Hills, Mike McGee and Alison Turner. Much like Hybride Technologies and Zoic Studios, Framestore started out doing commercials and TV shows and started their film division in 1994. To this day, they still work on television shows and commercials, as well as iPhone apps, Web Original animation and three of One Direction's videosList , all the while making effects for films. In November 2020, they acquired Method Studios and its sister companies — Company 3, Encore, and Stereo D — from Deluxe; with Method being directly absorbed into the company once all films in the pipeline at that time were completed.
Their website can be found here.
