Fall Guys may have WMGs by virtue of it being a live service game with rolling free content updates.

Hoopsie Daisy will get a single-player variant with a different map layout.
Hoopsie Daisy is a team game, however its gameplay could be easily retrofitted into a single player format with a different map, similar to how Tail Tag has a team-based variant in Team Tail Tag.
  • Confirmed as of Season 2, with the launch of Hoopsie Legends.

Fall Guys is a fictional game show that airs on television inside the world of Splatoon, with Inklings dressing up as the eponymous "beans" in silly costumes and competing for the crowns.
The environment and characters are very colorful and cartoony, and the music is very reminiscent of Splatoon music. Since Inklings dissolve in water, it was implemented as a mechanic in some rounds while also substituting water with the more harmless pink slime. It is an alternative to other more "serious" competitions like Turf War, instead being a series of mini-games where losing is not as bad and Inklings can have casual fun (besides the occasional grabbing and pushing).

  • That "slime" may very well be ink if this was the case.
    • Unsurprisingly, jossed. The beans have been proven to not be Inklings, particularly with the introduction of Digi who has a device that lets her speak English instead of "bean", not to mention that the official anatomy of a bean (linked to in another WMG) is nowhere near being Inkling-like.

A final round mini-game similar to the Show Down will be added at some point.
It seems only fitting to have a final round based on the final round of the game's inspiration. Plus, imagine a bunch of fall guys running around wearing cardboard dodgems firing slime at one another from super-soakers.

The "Beans" are suits containing humans rather than the actual characters themselves.
The beans have been confirmed as being six feet tall by the Fall Guys Twitter account, however it's unknown as to if they're a species, with their appearance being their actual biological bodies, or if they're suits of some sort containing a pilot. The only evidence available is how the face cosmetics in-game are referred to as faceplates, rather than just faces, implying the beans are suits.
  • Confirmed (?) with this official artwork of what is really inside those suits.

Fall Guys' seasons revolve around different time periods
Season One is the near-future, or the present of the beans' world. Season two is winter, Christmas, or, if you want to be more Epileptic Trees-y, the ice age. Season three is rather clearly based on the future, season four is based on the "Lost cities" exploration period, and season five is based on birthdays.Free-for-all's season one is based on summer, season two is based on the near future once more (but with a much more sci-fi theme), season three is based on the golden age of piracy and season four is based on the digital age.

Alternative Title(s): Fall Guys Ultimate Knockout
