  • Intermediate Goddess
  • Symbol: Her bloodstained prom dress
  • Theme Song: The themes from the 1976 and 2013 films when she's sane, The Destruction and Kill 'Em All when she's at her breaking point
  • Alignment: Neutral Good, boarding on True Neutral. Chaotic Psychotic when pushed to the breaking point.
  • Portfolio: Tragic Villain, Broken Cutie, Shrinking Violet, Outcast, I Just Want to Be Normal, From Nobody to Nightmare, Dumped With Pig's Blood, Ultimate Cautionary Anti-Bullying Tale, Truly Very Pretty, Dangerous People You Feel Sorry For
  • Domains: Espers, Bullying Victims, Humiliation, Vengeance
  • Superior: Stephen King
  • Allies: Jimmy Hopkins, Touma Kamijou, Mikoto Misaka, Matoko Itou (Yes, seriously), Jin Kazama, N, Pacifica Elise Northwest, Heinz Doofenshmirtz, Nana, Haruka Kotoura, Kick-Ass, Fubuki, Cinderella
  • Enemies: Bullies and abusive parents of any kind, (especially Ragyo Kiryuin, Biff Tannen), Pennywise, the Dancing Clown, Annie Wilkes
  • Conflicting Opinion: Lucy
  • Pitied by: Fathers Karras and Merrin
  • Stays absolutely far away from: Gangrel and Luna Vachon
  • Carrie White is a shy, awkward and quiet teenager who regularly deals with bullying and abuse from both her classmates at her high school and her mother, a raving Christian fanatic. She tries to take all the suffering with grace as best as she can, but it clearly hurts her. When she gets victimized by a mean-spirited prank on her prom night, the happiest moment of her life... it goes as well as you expect.
  • The disastrous event known as the "Black Prom" was so infamous that it's something everyone thinks about when they hear her name. Despite the incident being a climatic event, every trailer showing her story will always show the aftermath of the destruction she caused. It is that well known.
  • It should be noted that Carrie's story is often referred to as the greatest anti-bullying message ever told, better than any PSA in existence. Her tale is also what put Stephen King on the map. It's clear that both have mutual respect for each other.
  • Before she cast her mortal shell, she did research on other's who had powers just like she did to learn how to control her abilities better. She was pleasantly surprised to see that the Pantheon was full of espers, giving her the feeling that she wasn't as alone as she used to be.
  • Was mistaken by Kick-Ass for his friend and partner Hit-Girl, and was pretty shocked to hear about all the shitty things that happened to her. He at least consoled her by telling her that her look-alike went through nearly the same problems she did and enforced her own brand of karma. It was... humorous.
  • Considering her backstory she absolutely despises bullies. She hates people who abuse and oppress others simply because they had the power to do so. Abusive parents are also on her black list. This is why she was able to easily befriend Haruka who went through the same suffering she did. Carrie does wish that she had the same group of friends because then her life would have turned out differently.
    • It is also for the same reason that she was able to befriend a few bully hunters like Jimmy Hopkins, and Mikoto Misaka who is also an esper. And yes, she is also on friendly terms with Matoko Itou. Make of it what you will.
  • Despite being one of Stephen King's creations, she does not get along with Pennywise or Annie Wilkes at all. Obviously because Pennywise is a demon who eats children while Annie reminds her of her Control Freak of a mother. If given the chance, she'd personally tear them apart.
  • Stays far away from the House of Vampires due to all the blood that flows out, but especially from the vampire wrestlers due to how one of them is well known for dunking buckets of blood on his opponents as a scare tactic. Both wrestlers actually feel sorry for the girl (Luna especially) and have tried to extend an olive branch to her by having her interact with their pony friends in the House of Prophecy. She's slightly weirded out, but at least appreciates the gesture.
  • Also has a seat in the House of Anger.

General Luke Skywalker and Annikkin Starkiller
General Luke Skywalker and Annikkin Starkiller, Dual Gods of Unused Concepts (Annikkin: Lord Protector of Aquilae, Justin Valor)

  • Intermediate Gods
  • Symbol: The Flag of the Great Jedi Rebellion
  • Alignment: Lawful Good (Skywalker), Neutral Good (Annikkin)
  • Portfolio: Bizarro Universe, George Lucas Throwback, Composite Character
  • Domains: Production, Warfare, Religion
  • High Priest: Tanton
  • Herald: Leia Antilles
  • Superior: George Lucas
  • Allies: All good-aligned Star Wars deities, all good-aligned Star Trek deities, Amuro Ray, Team Lightyear, Phineas and Ferb
  • Rivals: Darth Maul (Annikkin), Jaime Lannister (Skywalker)
  • Enemies: Sheev Palpatine, Count Dooku, Darth Nihilus, Xehanort, Frieza, King Cold, Sauron, IT (A Wrinkle in Time), Khan Noonien Singh, Melkor, Darkseid, Gihren Zabi
  • Conflicting Opinion: Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, Galen Marek
  • In an Alternate Universe where George Lucas did not edit the rough draft of the A New Hope, the galaxy that is far, far away supposedly looked a lot different than everyone would knows it as. First off, everybody had a lightsaber, red ones at that. Jedi were the Jedi-Bendu, royal guards for the emperor until they were hunted down by the new one. All tech looked a lot more shiny than usual. People rode ostrich aliens as horses. And Palpatine looked a lot more less ugly. All of this a far cry of the universe that we all know and love. But a What If? scenario occurred if this supposed universe was made. Representing all things that could have been but didn’t make the cut, Annikkin Starkiller and General Luke Skywalker ascended to the Pantheon.
  • Their presence caused much confusion, none more confused than themselves. What do you mean there is already a Luke Skywalker and Anakin? Han Solo isn’t human! He’s supposed to be a green alien from what they know. Lots of questions ran through their heads especially after meeting the actual people who participated in the actually Star Wars. Upon seeing that despite the strange differences between them, they realized they are not so different, sharing the same enemies and ideals for peace. So Annikin and General Skywalker have decided to do what they believe is just and fight alongside the Jedi against the Sith.
  • If it isn’t obvious enough, they are a strange pariah in the Pantheon. They don’t even have the Force everyone traditionally knows of (they call it the Force of Others, which doesn’t give them powers). They make up for it by being very skilled warriors in their own right to the point they make up their lack of Force powers with whole new ones like making a freaking after-image after running so fast. There’s probably more powers hiding behind them but they aren’t showing them anytime soon.
  • Considering that they had to face The Empire, they don’t mesh well with other tyrannical figures, not just the old guy who shoots lightning. Due to these conflicts, they have allied themselves with the GUAG.
  • It’s really hard to get a read on these two without repeating the same points that their counterparts have. Annikkin is obviously what Luke Skywalker would be while the General Skywalker is Obi-Wan if he was still leading a military force.
  • Hoo boy, their feelings against Darth Vader or Anakin Skywalker if you’d prefer are very much spiteful to say the least. The Darth Vader they knew was a Complete Monster who’d kill anyone who stands with his way with ruthlessness that surpassed even the Emperor’s. They do not trust the Darth Vader here for these very reasons even if he did reform, not thinking that all of the goodness he’s trying to do now makes up for all the slaughtering Vader has done in his time serving as an Imperial.
  • Another mixed bag of a Sith they don’t get along with his Galen Marek, otherwise known as Starkiller. As Galen uses the Dark Side despite using them for noble acts, they feel that Galen is tipping at the edge of total villainy. They would likely have a better relationship with his clone though.
  • Exclusive to General Skywalker:
    • Being the Jedi-Bendu master of Annikkin, Skywalker is drawn to military leaders who fight for the good of others. Notable is allies with Commander Shepard, Bright Noa, and Cornelia vi Brittania (after she grew a conscious for the welfare of the people). They notable convene together in hopes of sharing inspiration for the good fight ahead of them.
    • Regarded as the second-best Jedi, only bested by Kane Starkiller, Annikkin’s father who is a Cyborg. He has at lot more experience in warfare than even most Jedi as Jedi-Bendu were famous for being bodyguards to the prior emperors before being branded as fugitives. Skywalker won’t take a command post, tired of war by this point and wanting to play peacekeeper. Though if the situation should arise, he’s more than happy to go back into battle for innocents’ sake.
    • Would like to be regarded as General Skywalker, as to not confuse anyone with the Luke Skywalker everyone knows of. Speaking of which, Luke wonders if the general is what he would have become if the war against Palpatine still continued or worse, if he had not sent himself into exile to fight against the First Order.
    • Has nothing good to say about Gihren Zabi for his Colony Drop on Earth. Gihren would like to point out that like the Jedi-Bendu, the spacenoids are fighting for freedom themselves as well against The Federation that does not recognize them. Skywalker pointed out it stopped being about a war for freedom when he put civilians in the crossfire. He summed it up as a Full-Circle Revolution where Zeon can impose a system of oppression under the guise of the betterment of spacenoids.
    • Considering that he is fighting against what the Jedi-Bendu were supposed to protect, he finds a bit of fair ground with Jaime Lannister who had taken down the tyrant that was his king. While Skywalker won’t overlook Jaime’s actions to call himself a friend, they do get into good sparring matches now and again for the sake of it.
  • Exclusive to Annikkin Starkiller:
    • Annikkin is the son of the aforementioned strongest Jedi-Bendu, Kane Starkiller and is the Padawan of Skywalker. Being a rookie when it comes to fighting, Annikkin displayed natural talent when it comes to combat, surely getting stronger in due time. He is willing to help anyone being oppressed by evil forces, whether he thinks it through or not.
    • Finds kinship with other rookies who shave more or less an inexperienced worldview. Tries to learn from them as well to apply lessons to his daily training.
    • Sees Kamen Rider Gaim a real Hope Bringer that perhaps Annikkin should take his lessons from. Kouta is flattered, though really implores Annikkin to look for other teachers besides him.
    • Has also commonality with Flynn of all people. He had once tried dueling with the samurai, but lost almost instantly. Annikkin looks up to Flynn now and hopes that perhaps he can learn the ways of the samurai, which is much similar to that of the Jedi-Bendu.
    • Yes, he pretty much shares the name with the one who killed his brother, just spelled much more complexly. Annikkin finds it disturbing that Anakin in his youth acted much like his younger brother. He tries to forget it, clouding these thoughts with disdain for Vader.
    • Managed to get into a rivalry with Maul over if the Sith could see if the Jedi-Bendu could match against his power. Thanks to being inexperience, Annikkin lost and the youth wants to face Maul yet again to reclaim victory.

  • Confused By: House of Love and Affection (The Tick)
  • The Tick; who and what exactly is he? Those two questions, which tend to be synonymous with what makes a hero, are nowhere to be seen from him. What's exactly known is that he's a fun-loving goofball who decided to venture into superheroics because he simply wants to provide a beacon of hope and justice for the populace and hasn't really stopped in his attempts. On one fateful day, he would stumble across a man named Arthur Everest, an ordinary accountant who decided to buy a suit, not realizing that this would change his life, as the suit came in with an assortment of powers and gadgets. Learning what he can do with it, Arthur promptly took to becoming a hero and would soon form a duo with The Tick, getting into all sorts of wacky events and adventures, including fighting ninjas and aliens, to finding and safeguarding ancient artifacts, and stopping criminal organizations. Despite their niche reputation at first, Arthur and The Tick have since gone on to become renowned superheroes, if mainly because of how much they stick out from the rest of the crowd with their experience and their relationship dynamic.
  • How and when did The Tick ascend into the Pantheon remains a mystery. According to most people who've met him, they simply stumbled across a large, funny-looking blue man running around, looking for a threat to face off against whilst being followed by a similarly funny bunny-looking man. Turns out The Tick and Arthur were dashing towards a group of criminals and they immediately set off to stop them. The Tick was asked at one point about the Pantheon, but he seemed to have no idea of what was being discussed and was further confused about the idea of several deities like him becoming renowned residents in a whole new realm. Regardless, The Tick remains eager to stick around and help others, even become friends if possible. Arthur, being the same one, often has to explain the details about what is going on and his working relationship with The Tick, but otherwise, even he doesn't know when they ascended into the Pantheon; one moment, they were chasing criminals, finding treasures, helping endangered civilians, and now they're in a new world. Even then, this isn't the first time the duo has been in a totally wacky situation.
  • The Tick has been an interesting figure to discuss in the Pantheon. Obviously enough, he is most famous for his appearance and his attitude; tall, burly, overly emotional, and always on the run to approach someone in need of help or to go out in some sort of quest as he thinks it's these sorts of things heroes usually excel at. Conversely, Arthur is a meek, shy, and insecure man who has admitted more than once that he is scared of going up against threats, but has proven himself capable of standing up for himself, The Tick, and innocents regardless.
    • The Tick is a firm believer of destiny and often thinks that he and Arthur were fated to meet and work together, alongside the fact that he doesn't really hate anyone and strives to do the best possible to aid others and provide wisdom. However, his ways of doing so are not only unconventional, but he's also a bumbling, zany, and cartoonish bufoon who often gets himself in danger and unwanted threats from enemies. Fortunately for him, The Tick is extremely powerful and durable, being able to win most of his fights... unless someone grabs hold of his antennas, which renders him dazed and confused. And if he's pissed off, then he's a crazed madman who will utterly pulverize whoever antagonized him and won't stop until he's viciously subjugated. Arthur does admit that at one point, he wanted to become a hero, inspired by a team known as The Flag Five... unfortunately in his childhood, a supervillain known as The Terror shot down The Flag Five's ship, which crashed into a road pavement and killed Arthur's father, whilst The Terror also went on to kill the members of The Flag Five, leaving only two members behind, morally and emotionally broken. That, and Arthur's relatives sometimes think he should leave superheroics and get back to working as an accountant. While not many know it, Arthur's life has been pretty difficult since then, having to juggle his time between having actual work and doing superheroics with The Tick.
  • What exactly have they dealt with? Well, it's a massive selection of mystics, the fantastical, science, technology, criminal empires, corrupt businessmen, supervillains, aliens, you name it. Though cosmic entities and literal Gods may be an exception. Regardless, The Tick is more than eager to set out and continue on with whatever awaits in the Pantheon. Fighting against Melkor, thwarting the plans of businessmen like Mr. Burns, solve a series of puzzles by The Riddler, battle against alien warlords like Frieza and Cooler, the list goes on. Arthur is rather reluctant about the scope of the Pantheon and the serious threat and depravity that many of the villains embody, but The Tick assures him that he will persevere and save the day in some capacity.
    • In the Pantheon, The Tick and Arthur went on a treasure-hunting trip with Lara Croft, Indiana Jones, and Nathan Drake, which Arthur wasn't really advocating for. Though The Tick somehow found a way to coerce Drake to tag along, considering he was retired from that profession, and worse, that bought out attention from Rafe Adler, who sought to take revenge on him. Unfortunately for Rafe, Drake had a few people's worths of a destructive cavalry, and Rafe was driven off, further frustrated that Drake outpaced him yet again. Oddly enough, The Tick wants to approach Rafe and see if he can find a way to make him a good person and get along with Drake. Unfortunately for him, Arthur had to remind him that this wasn't going to happen, though it doesn't stop The Tick either way. As for the Treasure? A supposed device that allows the wielder to harness the Elements, though Arthur wound up losing the treasure, to everyone's dismay. Still, The Tick remains on good terms with Lara and Drake as he did help them survive on multiple occasions that would have otherwise killed them.
  • The Tick gets along really well with Son Goku, all things considered. Arthur was quick to note how, zaniness aside, The Tick had some similarities with Goku, namely the fact that they're dedicated to fighting for justice, are concerned for the well-being of others, and like a good fight whenever possible. The Tick has also shown an interest in competing against the Saiyan in food-devouring contests, much to the dismay of the House of Food, who often find it frustrating to have to clean up whatever messes Goku and The Tick leave behind whenever they engage in their friendly squabbles. Even so, the two will not hesitate to fight against evil and protect others, even if The Tick can go a little too over the top, which even Goku finds pretty amusing to watch.
  • As someone who decided to become a hero, Arthur has a lot of admiration for those to consciously chose to do good and to help others. Conversely, despite his supposed reluctance, others have felt complimentary about Arthur in that he still tries to do what is best, which is what makes him a real hero. Spider-Man is the one superhero who respects Arthur the most, given his own experience of having to face his fears, though, unlike Arthur, Peter Parker never showed signs of cowardice. Even so, Parker saw that Arthur's supposed cowardice hides a very upstanding and just man and respects him for that, while Arthur himself came to look up to the Web-Slinger after hearing of his many tales of having to battle several villains, in and out of New York, as well as having to balance out his increasingly stressful personal and professional lives with his superhero work.
  • One individual that caught the duo's attention was Dexter Douglas, who went by the superhero alias of Freakazoid, which mainly stemmed from the fact that he, too, was someone who rather bizarre and wacky adventures of his own. It seemed as of The Tick had found a kindred spirit of sorts as he quickly took to becoming well-acquainted with Freakazoid. Yet, oddly enough, Freakazoid had some similarities with Arthur as well, namely that he was initially just an unassuming ordinary man, except that as Dexter, he had an interest in computers, whereas Arthur was stuck with accounting, which he wasn't really into. Even then, they'll work together to save the day, even if things get a lot more crazy and weird.
    • There was also a pair of kids, George and Harold, who mostly spend their days making pranks on others, especially a certain school principal named Benny Krupp. The two boys came up with a hypothetical character named Captain Underpants and go on to hypnotize Benny into believing he is the character, which ends up bringing George and Harold's idea to life. What happens next is a collection of weird events and battles that Captain Underpants partakes in with George and Harold not far behind to witness most of it. The Tick generally likes Captain Underpants and double the wackiness whenever they're together being heroes, with Arthur often having to step in to redirect them properly and to be aware of what they're doing. The two once battled against William Stryker and beat him down for preaching anti-mutant hate rallies and against Doctor Octopus on another occasion. Doc Ock sometimes considers them good opponents to challenge himself against, unlike much of the Pantheon who see them as irritation at best. Of course, in case he reverts back, Principal Krupp doesn't have many thoughts on the heroic duo, though he may or may not like them, given that Krupp does like comics after all.
  • The Tick and Arthur generally seem to respect and admire Superman and the Man of Steel generally has no ill feelings towards the two, even if The Tick can cause some embarrassments from time to time. Even if Superman has to often reprimand The Tick to keep himself well-behaved, there's not much luck going on that as the latter will simply skip to theatrics and act boisterous. Still, the Man of Steel respects The Tick's stance on justice and helping others and does see him as a good ally at times, that is if Arthur is around to ask The Tick to behave. This feeling is also mutual for Izuku Midoriya and All Might, who generally like them for bringing out a nice breath of atmosphere, though get annoyed at The Tick. Midoriya does get along quite well with Arthur and is open to try getting him to be braver in the face of adversity, something which he learned from experience. The Tick will often see to try performing arm/thumb-wrestling matches against Superman and All Might out of friendly competition.
    • There is, however, more difficulty when it comes to Batman. The Dark Knight proves to be a different sort of hero to work around with; pragmatic, no-nonsense, and generally unforgiving. This tends to clash against how The Tick operates as he simply barges into a situation and causes a scene right there, and Batman finds this to be a big issue in his fight against crime. He assessed that The Tick would have been dead had it not been for his superhuman invulnerability and (sometimes) sheer dumb luck. The Tick, conversely, wants to cheer Batman up and be more thematically bright, but that hasn't gotten anywhere, though Arthur can see where The Dark Knight is coming from regarding his stance in fighting crime and villainy and respects him for it.
    • On a similar note to Batman, The Tick and Arthur don't exactly impress Statesman all too much either, albeit for different reasons. While Batman was pragmatic and preferred getting the objective done as effectively and cleanly as possible, Statesman also desired the same, though he also expects heroes to showcase a sense of realization in doing their job and is harshly lenient about performing superheroics, which didn't strike quite right with how The Tick operated. Statesman also doesn't fully buy into Arthur's observations on how The Tick works and how he operates as a hero, he simply thinks that there are consequences to their job and they should start bettering themselves as individuals. As a result, they don't really get along and whenever they partner up, Arthur admits that Statesman is harder to work with than Batman, mainly because of how critical and strict Statesman tends to be.
  • Once, the duo went up against a humanoid-crab mutant known as Lobstercules... until they realized that Lobstercules was a female and was actually Forced into Evil because a group of criminals threatened her infants and they coerced her into attacking banks and robbing them for profit. Not to mention that she was captured and sent to torture whilst her sentient nature was ignored, which prompted The Tick and Arthur to solve the mystery, as well as finding and taking care of Lobstercules' babies in secret. It's why The Tick fancies Gorgo and Ogra as he likes how docile and content they are in their place in the Pantheon. The two kaijus don't mind his presence and tolerate their presence as The Tick makes sure that he will protect the mother and son, despite Arthur's insistence that they likely don't understand what the Tick is saying.
  • Strangely enough, The Tick and Arthur have become a magnet of sorts when it comes to getting involved with the Pantheonic moments and experiences of Linkara, a well-known comic book reviewer. Despite the duo not exactly being in high-profile works, The Tick and Arthur do have heart and aspire to help people out, regardless of the former's ridiculously childish nature and the latter's neurotic and cowardly nature, and that was something that Linkara respected as having a heart of gold was what really made a superhero. Despite his interest in the works of The '90s, 90s Dude also pays some respect and even hangs out with them as the duo did gain popularity during the 1990s and stood out among a time where comic books become heavily invested in dark edgy stuff. Quickly enough, Dr. Insano became quick foes and it wasn't lost that he was exactly someone who would fit as a member of The Tick and Arthur's rogues gallery. Although The Tick does sometimes have a few civil moments with Dr. Insano and tries to redeem him, to Linkara's surprise. While Dr. Insano refuses redemption, he will admit that he can have fun hanging out The Tick at times, though it doesn't exactly improve his reputation.
  • The Joker may be one of the only individuals in the Pantheon with a past as mysterious and unknown as The Tick's. Despite The Clown Prince of Crime's sheer monstrosity, The Tick keeps to his code and wants to empathize with the Joker's tragedy and what made him into a villain. Problem is, this is dubious at best and the Joker is more than willing to reign fire at the duo. It still hasn't changed The Tick's mind, much to the Joker's annoyance, feeling as if he's going to have to try exploiting whatever weakness The Tick has. Conversely, Arthur is terrified of the Clown, just as much as nearly anyone else.
  • Their activities have caused them to butt heads against Sam and Max quite often. Both of them are heroes and their experiences are anything but normal, but while The Tick and Arthur are mostly good-natured and considerate in spite of the former's out-of-the-world-nature, Sam and Max have continuously displayed signs of being a sociopath, despite having saved the day a couple of times and causing a lot of property damage in their endeavors despite their occupation as cops. They tried to work together whilst trying to stop a large criminal activity in the House of Crime and Transgressions... only for Sam and Max to mess around and blow their cover while The Tick just went about and wrecked whatever headquarters and criminals he came across, whilst Arthur just stood in confusion and befuddlement. Since then, they don't really know how to team up with one another, considering their methods, while chaotic, ultimately worked against each other.
  • While The Tick has proven himself to be surprisingly effective in his profession in spite of his childish nature, romantic love is not one of his strong suits. As it turns out, one piece of his past that is known was that he was married, but it ended up in a divorce, supposedly because The Tick was unable to reciprocate with any sort of romantic or sexual love. Some speculated that this is because of his suit that he never, ever takes off (or maybe the "suit" is a part of his body, no one knows...). The Tick has ventured to the House of Love and Affection a couple of times, but couldn't really get a strong effect out from him. Arthur, being well-adjusted to understanding love, despite his own neurotic nature, can integrate rather well.

Lesser Gods

    Fin Shepard
Finley Allen Shepard, Patron Saint of Hilariously Bad Films (Fin)

  • Symbol: Himself with a chainsaw coming out of a shark's body

  • Opposed by: The Dahaka
  • During the last Timenado in the climax of the last film, after it was destroyed, two things actually happened. One was the new timeline where sharknados never happened, the canon ending. The other is that Fin from the old timeline was transported into the Pantheon and crashed from the sky into the House of Theater.
  • After the House residents got him back to his feet and explained his situation, he was then taken to the Court of the Gods as they reviewed his case. They shortly found a spot for him, seeing his adventures terrible yet irresistible to watch, despite how horrific it should be.
    • That said, there is a bit of contention for this title, as the last two films in his series turned legitimately terrible. But at least his story is now over.
  • His temple takes the form of his old bar (aptly named Fin), and run by members of his family ("extracted" from the old timeline) and his friend Nova, who serve as his heralds.
  • Ed Wood, Tommy Wiseau, and Rod also happen to be from So Bad, It's Good works just like Fin and they've decided to form a group.
  • The first week after getting his temple set up, a sharknado appeared in the House of Theater after something the Teekyuu Club got involved in. Thankfully for him, everybody but a few idiots were running, as opposed to everybody staying around until some of them get eaten by sharks. As for those who could fight, such as Mario, White Mage, Duke Nukem, Conker, the Samurai Pizza Cats, and more, they were already on the case by the time Fin was on the scene. And barely any of them were suffering any serious casualties as he joined in and instructed his co-deities on how to stop the sharknado. It also sort of helps that these sharks have no self-preservation instincts. As it turns out, one of the Mad Scientists in the House of Science was the culprit and thought sharks in a tornado was an interesting experiment to do.
    • Other sharknados soon followed once a week caused by either mad scientists or insane wizards. And they're often wherever Fin is. But that's just par for the course in the Pantheon.
    • If there is one thing worse than a sharknado (standard one, as there are sandnados, bouldernados, oilnados, firenados, lavanados, hailnados, lightningnados, cownados, and nukenados), it's one with T-Virus infected sharks. He became acquainted with Chris and Jill when they helped out in quelling this latest 'nado.
      • It also turns out the two's (and Leon's) heralds, the Outbreak Eight, also dealt with T-virus sharks.
    • He's also not on good terms with Ryu Hayabusa after his involvement in one sharknado. He tried to air-joust one and was chomped on by a Great White. It did die, of course, but the ninja wasn't doing well after that.
    • If there's anything worse than a T-Virus infected sharknado, it's a deadite sharknado, and one popped up the week after the last one in the House of Weapons. In there, amidst the blades, bludgeons, bullets, blasters, and bombs, Fin met Ash Williams, who came in chainsaw running, boomstick blazing and snarks aplenty. Seeing the two snark it up while blowing and hacking deadite sharks is quite a sight and the two became good friends after that.
    • During one encounter with a sharknado in the Pantheon, he encountered a large, land-dwelling, amphibious shark in the form of Zamtrios. Inevitably a zamnado — a shark nado with Zamtrios and the younger Zamites — reared its ugly head some time after that encounter. If their Ice Blight wasn't bad enough, Zamtrios also have their ice armor and inflating bodies. During that 'nado, Fin worked alongside with the Monster Hunters who were happy to help him deal with yet another sharknado… at least until they had to get the carves. after which he decided to leave them to that.
  • Fin is also an accomplished surfer, which he hasn't had much time for ever since sharknados entered his life. Thankfully, there are those who can enforce the safety of the oceans, particularly folks like Aquaman, and Fin appreciates his help in controlling the beasts, so he's been able to get around doing that again.
  • He also knows how to land a commercial plane after getting a Crash Course Landing when a sharknado killed the pilots (and a few passengers and the flight attendant).
  • Since it was a shark god who was responsible for all the sharknados in his world, Fin's always ready to tangle against Bruce (or any other aquatic creature that would like him dead) whenever he's in the water. The shark for his part is reconsidering the "his kin flying inside a tornado" plan.
  • Among the many things Fin has survived include getting electrocuted (even if grounded), thrown into the sharknado by an explosion, and Air Jousting with the sharks before riding another down until it was impaled on the lightning rod of the building he was blown off of, and so much more.
  • Also in Fin's temple, one can buy a book titled How to Survive A Sharknado*, written by his wife April.
  • He remembered seeing Wil Wheaton as an airplane passenger whose head was bitten off by a shark. Wil for his part is not saying anything.
  • Is wary of Matt Hardy; his infamous "The Final Deletion" has been compared as the Sharknado of wrestling films. The idea of BROKEN Matt summoning a Sharknado would be both hilarious and terrifying.
  • His last adventure had time travel involved and he has been in the pre-K2 extinction event, the Middle Ages in King Arthur's time, at Washington's time while he was repelling the British, the Wild West period during Billy the Kid's time, the early 20th century where he met his parents, and even the far future populated by Terminator versions of his wife. He's met Merlin, George Washington, and Benjamin Franklin during these travels. Due to the Cosmic Retcon however, only the first "remembers" this.
    • Because of this time travel to Ret-Gone sharknados from his world, not to mention the Time Crash in the climax that could've easily destroyed the universe, Fin is on the Dahaka's shit list.

    Killer Bean
Killer Bean, God of Works Defined By Gimmicks (Jack Bean, Compassionate Bean)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/killer_bean.png
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: His handguns
  • Theme Song: Fighting Mood
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Portfolio: The Ace, Anti-Hero, Blood Knight, Shot-up an entire warehouse because the music annoyed him, Jerkass, One-Man Army, Sociopathic Hero
  • Domains: Beans, Killing, Fighting, Guns, Crime
  • Allies: Frank Castle/The Punisher, John Wick, Jason Todd
  • Rivals: Agent 47, Gold Third
  • Enemies: HYDRA, The Black Organization, Mr. X, Wilson Fisk/The Kingpin, Dr. Zomboss, Benny
  • Odd Friendship: Crazy Dave
  • Opposes: Those that drink coffee
  • Killer Bean, real name Jack Bean, is a trained assassin who used to work for the Shadow Bean organization until they decided to dispose of him. In order to do that, he was tasked with eliminating Dark Bean, a rogue agent that left the organization with precious information and after Killer Bean succeeded he was no longer of use to them. Since then, Killer Bean has been going around the world trying to end the Shadow Bean organization for good and get back at them.
  • You may be wondering why Killer Bean ascended to the Pantheon. It didn't take long for most deities to figure out why, given that this is a world of anthropomorphic coffee beans we are talking about. Killer Bean just showed up unannounced and shot up an entire operation of criminal beans working for GUAE, which was a matter time before the rest of the Pantheon found out about his involvement. While his title is a bit ridiculous for him, he took it instead of trying to piss off most of the pantheonic big players.
  • Works as a gun for hire, but his job tends to be a lot more difficult in the Pantheon since people don't stay dead but usually one visit by him would let them know he means business. When alignment is concerned, he mostly works for the GUAG and sometimes the GUAC, he wants nothing to do with the GUAE ever since he learned the Shadow Bean Organization has ties to said Grand Alliance and he is still looking to destroy the Shadow Bean for good.
  • Usually deals with the more unsavoury fellows and he is surprisingly deadly for someone who hails from such a silly universe with talking beans. He's had a few scuffles with Mr. X and the Kingpin, usually jeopardizing their business while Killer Bean himself gets off unscathed and usually undetected. But his recklessness has gotten him in trouble with the House of Law and Justice, who have been able to track him down easily because for some reason he decided to encase his bullets with his name.
  • Not a bean who makes many friends, not only because he prefers to work alone but also because he is kind of a dick to others. He does like Frank Castle's style, both being vigilantes does make them relate and Killer Bean feels sorry about what happened to Frank. Bean also works a lot with John Wick, the two at least have pissed enough member of GUAE and even from the House of Law and Justice not to mention crime syndicates respectively, so working together to ease the load has been a blast for both, though Wick does find Killer Bean to be way too reckless for his liking but doesn't mind it much, especially because Bean has actually turned down offers to hunt down Wick because he likes him.
    • Killer Bean and Red Hood once came to blows after the latter tried to capture Killer Bean himself but the two ended up calling a truce after realizing they are not so different. While initially found him cocky and way too full of himself, Killer Bean is an excellent hitman all things considered and the two at least share the goal of eradicating all criminal scum one bullet at a time, so they still work occasionally.
  • Considering their similarities to the Shadow Bean, it was only a matter of time before Killer Bean would personally target both HYDRA and the Black Organization and he did quite a number on them, mostly because they didn't take him seriously at first. Having learned from their mistake, the two organizations have issued a hit on Killer Bean, but most of the people that have tried to end the stubborn bean have either been killed themselves or bailed knowing going after Killer Bean wasn't worth it.
  • Being an assassin himself doesn't mean he is free from being targeted by his peers as several have tried to take him down with usually doesn't end good for anyone. Agent 47 had trouble taking down the bean but he's been one of the few to keep him on his toes and it's been a while since someone has given him a proper fight quite like the time he faced off against Jet Bean. He holds a lot of respect for Agent 47 but knowing he just a Consummate Professional, he doesn't try to talk his way out with him and usually prefers to not bother with him but considers the man a worthy rival.
  • Likes to flaunt his guns but others think it's just an easy way to track him down since his bullets are marked with his name. The group Gold Third consider themselves worthy rivals for Killer Bean given their own golden weaponry but the bean barely gives them the time of day. Then there was Benny, another small-time criminal not unlike Cuppuccino's nephew who thought taking on the Killer Bean would be a piece of cake and those fancy golden guns would be a neat prize for taking down. You can all guess how that went for poor Benny who got his ass handed to him with Killer Bean barely breaking a sweat, but it's not the first time Benny got overconfident.
  • Given he is a sentient coffee bean, those that are addicted to caffeine certainly get on his nerves and prefers to not deal with them (he has been known to shoot at the people that drink coffee in his presence but they know better than to provoke Killer Bean). This also brought him into a special situation with Dr. Zomboss, since has dealt with beans in the past and seeing one calling himself "Killer Bean" and killing people left and right certainly worried him. He tried to have a few of his undead minions get rid of the bothersome bean but then all those minions were sent back to him in pieces with the bullet encasings that belonged to Killer Bean all over said minions. That also made him one unlikely ally in the form of Crazy Dave, who ensured the confused bean that he would at least give him protection from Zomboss forces.
  • If you value your life, please don't play loud music near his temple. It can get on his nerves and there are accounts of him shooting an entire party of criminals because they annoyed him. Either you turn down the music or he'll turn it down for you.

    Korgoth
Korgoth, God of Failed Pilot Episodes
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rsz_korgoth.png
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: His axe
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Portfolio: Anti-Hero, Beware the Quiet Ones, Heroic Comedic Sociopath, The Stoic
  • Domains: Barbarians, Adventure
  • Allies: Conan the Barbarian, Red Sonja, Anti-Mage
  • Enemies: all villainous practitioners of magic
  • Source of Interest for: Howard & Kreese
  • Other Relations: The Eight Travelers
  • Once there was a barbarian named Korgoth. He’s someone who keeps to himself unless pissed off, in which case he’ll dish out some extreme violence. After getting pulled into a quest by some hooligans, Korgoth gets infected with some parasites and has to retrieve some sort of valuable in order to get the cure. More violence an insanity followed, which included finding a girl and her suddenly dying in the midst of chaos. Afterwards, Korgoth got a souvenir (which happened to be the treasure he was going after) and later got a medicine in exchange which would treat his parasite problem very slowly. Afterwards...that was pretty much it; there wasn’t any other crazy adventure he went on due to external reasons (cost factors being commonly cited for such).
  • Across the more dangerous parts of the Pantheon, there were a group of adventurers that was looking for a powerful ally to help them retrieve an artifact for the House of Jobs and Profession. They came across a tavern and found themselves in the aftermath of a bloody brawl with the only patron still standing being a barbarian who was just trying to have a drink. It took some effort in order to convince Korgoth to join the adventurers on their quest and after he relented, several bloody events occurred as a result of some of the adventurers’ stupidity, but Korgoth eventually found the artifact the group was looking for. Korgoth then found himself at Pantheon grounds and the adventurers convinced the higher-ups to let Korgoth stay in the Pantheon. He didn’t really object to being part of the Pantheon, but he didn’t really care all that much either way.
  • Korgoth used to live in an apocalyptic world that’s overrun with violence and preferred to keep to himself in order to survive. While the Pantheon is nowhere near as grim compared to what he’s gone through, violence is still a regular occurrence, especially with that Forever War going on in certain places. Since he’s essentially a mercenary for hire, he’ll only get caught up in any sort of conflict if pressured well enough, but he’ll very much go off and be by himself once all is said and done.
  • Conan the Barbarian heard about another deity whose line of work was similar to his own and arranged a meeting with Korgoth. The meeting took place in a battlefield where Korgoth had finished slaughtering a bunch of thugs that crossed him for the wrong reasons. Conan was aware from a conversation prior to meeting Korgoth that the latter can be difficult to talk to, but given Conan’s capabilities, he didn’t run into any difficulties talking to another barbarian that was only interested in surviving a harsh landscape. Conan grew as an individual throughout his adventures and Korgoth remained mostly the same, so it fell to Conan to at the very least, make Korgoth a bit easier for others to approach towards without giving him the wrong idea. On his end, Korgoth doesn’t have any real issue with Conan and the two have found themselves in a number of adventures that would result in a lot of unlucky goons dismembered.
    • It was through his adventures with Conan that Korgoth encountered Red Sonja, a warrior that Conan was acquainted with. Korgoth was initially reminded of the girl that he traveled with and later unceremoniously killed by a wizard and while Red Sonja does end up getting into her fair share of trouble, she’s more than capable of defending herself. After a quick test to prove his skills towards Red Sonja, Korgoth got on her good side and has even defended her from harrowing scenarios whenever Conan isn’t nearby.
  • Korgoth makes it a rule of his not to get involved with wizards and magic practitioners in any way whatsoever, especially considering what happened the last (and ostensibly the only) time he came across one. The fact that the Pantheon was home to some deities with anti-magic properties (and those who specialize in outright killing mages) raised an eyebrow of his. Korgoth learned about Anti-Mage that way and given what the name and profession suggested, he was someone that Korgoth had some level of interest in. While Anti-Mage did find Korgoth’s story weird in multiple ways (especially considering the kind of magic that Korgoth went up against), he has no issue in the barbarian’s abilities and has requested his help in going after any troublesome magic users on an irregular basis.
  • He can be seen in numerous bars across the Pantheon whenever he isn’t on a major adventure. Many deities who operate a bar are rather apprehensive of having Korgoth stay for an extended period of time or even have him step foot in their bars, not because of how he behaves, but more of the fact that they don’t want to risk witnessing any brawls (which are already a recurring problem for some bars) that have him involved because someone thought it would be a good idea to try and set off a brutal warrior for any reason.
  • Those that are looking for a great challenge or just want to start a fight for any reason tend to annoy Korgoth a lot, with them only being behind wizards in terms of annoyance. These blood knights make it easy to get on Korgoth’s violent side and those that have already fought him in the Pantheon are eager for a rematch, regardless of the safety of those close to them. While Korgoth does try to ignore them as much as possible, there’s only so much he can take before blood starts spilling.
  • As The Eight Travelers had finished another adventure of theirs and were headed to a bar, they saw a customer covered in blood run out in a panic and when they headed inside, they saw a gory mess and Korgoth simply sitting there trying to have a drink in peace. Some members believed that the barbarian that was there would be difficult to talk to if they did something to get on his nerves, with Olberic almost getting the group in trouble when he attempted to ask Korgoth for a quick battle. The trouble mostly dissipated when Korgoth told the group his one adventure and Alfyn was reminded of what Vanessa Hysel tried to pull off after learning the barbarian was the victim of a Poison and Cure Gambit, though Korgoth at least got a lot of the cure for free (even if it was ineffective individually) whereas Vanessa charged a high price for the cure after the disease returned. Although some of the group had magic, Korgoth didn’t mind the Travelers as a whole, though a meeting between him and the group whenever the latter is acting psychopathic isn’t going to go nearly as well as their initial encounter to put it lightly.
  • Howard and Kreese learned about Korgoth’s violent tendencies and enjoy his brutality greatly whenever he gets pushed into a battle. Korgoth doesn’t appear to be aware of two people overlooking his actions from afar, but the announcers do find it amusing to some extent the idea of a game where people try to pester Korgoth and see if they can survive his wrath.
Howard: Now this barbarian may look like he wants peace and quiet, but it’s actually a deadly game of chicken for anyone that he sees.
Kreese: And it’s the only kind of game of chicken any of us want: one that ends with the losers not even getting the chance to piss themselves wet as they go flying all over the place by a maniac.

  • Portfolio: Accessory-Wearing Cartoon Animal, Cartoon Penguin, Originally appeared in the Crash manga, Master of All (in Team Racing's PAL version), Mighty Glacier (in Nitro-Fueled), Only unlockable through a cheat code, Left unfinished and with many bugs in CTR's original release, Ambiguously Evil
  • Domains: Penguins, Cold, Ambiguity, Bugs, Incompleteness
  • Allies:
  • Enemies: Neo Cortex, Dingodile, N. Oxide, Oswald Cobblepot
  • On good terms with: Aku Aku and Uka Uka
  • Under watch of: Dr. Hax
  • Mixed Relations: Wallace & Gromit (particularly Gromit)
  • Penta Penguin is a rather peculiar penguin Crash met during his adventures. Allegedly, Crash ended up saving him from Dingodile before the latter torched him, but there are other versions where Penta was a rather grumpy penguin who was jealous of Crash because his girlfriend took a liking to the Bandicoot. That however is not the reason Penta found himself in the pantheon and it mostly had to do with Penta's involvement in the competition against N. Oxide. Penta was a Secret Character that could be accessed through a secret cheat code but his state was fairly unfinished and that's what allowed the penguin to ascend.
  • Penta wasn't received by a regular ascension party. Rather, he randomly popped into existence after Roahm Mythril entered the "L1+R1, Down, Right, Triangle, Down, Left, Triangle, Up" cheat code thinking he could gain immortality but was disappointed once he saw Penta appear before him. After Roahm left, Penta wandered around and found his friend Polar chilling in the snowy parts of the House of Beasts and Fauna and asked him if he could get him a temple or title. Thanks to Polar and Crash, who was later informed of Penta's arrival, the penguin was given a temple, albeit a bit far away from his companions.
  • He has a girlfriend named Gurin, who he is head over heels for and would do anything to win her affections. And like mentioned before, she almost dumped him for Crash, which left Penta a bit disgruntled but it seems he is on good terms with Crash. It's not known if both are together and Penta has avoided any questions regarding Gurin.
  • Naturally, the first he wanted to do is meet other penguins. Arriving at the House of Birds he found a few of them. First we was received by Hubie, who was pretty nice to him and then he presented him to Rocko, who is a little more grumpy which reminded Penta a bit of his old self. Later he met Sgt. Byrd and the Madagascar Penguins, who saw Penta as a potential recruit for their missions but the penguin showed no interest to pertain in them. He is a bit close to Sgt. Byrd since both find out that they share common friends, namely Crash and Spyro.
    • Penta also ended up meeting King Dedede, who allegedly is another penguin but apparently he doesn't consider himself one. Surprisingly they are on friendly terms, despite Dedede's haughty nature, possibly having to do with Penta's Ambiguously Evil nature.
  • There are hints that Penta might be secretly evil, considering that he can use both Aku Aku and Uka Uka as his protective mask. Others, particularly his penguin friends, that he is not evil, just a bit mean. And even if he is on good terms with the evil mask, he definitely doesn't get along with the bad guys ever since Dingodile almost torched him and that's why he prefers the company of Crash and his friends.
  • After hearing about a potential "evil" penguin roaming the pantheon, Oswald Cobblepot, better known as the Penguin, wanted to meet this particular penguin. He was a bit disappointed at meeting Penta and seeing nothing more that a penguin who spoke with weird sentences and wasn't really that evil. Cobblepot later found his temple full of TNT and left in shambles, some suspecting Penta was behind it all. Indeed they were right, Penta didn't like being insulted by Cobblepot and enacted his revenge, infuriating the mob boss in the process.
  • Was asked if he had anything to do with the penguins that roam the icy parts of Wumpa Island. Outside of sharing the look and the ability to Spin Attack, he said he is unrelated to most of them and that's why he has the magenta scarf.
  • Considering his origin, many were wary that Penta's original unfinished state would cause problems in the pantheon. This was somewhat alleviated by the release of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, who adjusted Penta and made his stats more on par with the others, but even then, there are ways for him to return to his original maxed out stats and even some commands that could make him glitch through the pantheon. That's why Dr. Hax has been monitoring the penguin very closely, since he can't quite trust the seemingly innocent-looking penguin.
  • When it comes to hidden characters from racing games, he heard that Vanellope Von Schweetz had a similar history as him. She was left in a glitchy and unfinished state, although that had to less with being a last minute character and more with an outside force removing her from the game. Penta and Vanellope became best friend and they usually compete to see who is better driver.
  • Seems to be a fan of ninjas, occasionally dressing as one. He even tried visiting the House of Jobs and Profession and other places where ninjas may gather. When questioned, he clarified that he had nothing to do with the ninja penguins that appeared in Von Clutch's Motorworld and that he won't steal your coins. Nobody believed him on the latter.
  • First deity that has seriously considering getting a dual membership on both the Grand United Alliance of Good and the Grand United Alliance of Evil. While both groups have encouraged him to pick a group and stick with it, he went and joined both anyway.
  • "Penguin yay one!"

  • High Priest: Jackie Earle Haley
  • On Good Terms With: Most of the deified actors and directors, including Samuel L. Jackson (fellow MCU actor), Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Johnny Cage
  • Rivals: BRIAN BLESSED (ham-wise)
  • Enemies: Carol/Mom
  • Johnny Cage once told his ex-wife and daughter, "You can't fake a comeback." In the case of one Robert John Downey, Jr., no truer words were ever spoken. It's because of what he had gone through, surviving addiction, stints in jail and rehab, and once again rising back to prominence on the silver screen, that the Pantheon immediately took notice. The ascension notice came soon after.
  • Tom Hardy knows what it's like to make a comeback. Unlike RDJ, who suffered substance abuse which damaged his career, it was following taking a part in Star Trek: Nemesis that his own career stalled. Interestingly enough, Hardy was slated for the post of Career Resurrection, but declined, opting to share his current position with Christian Bale.
  • Tony Stark's apprehension in having Downey portray himself was evident. Of course, that all changed when the film came out. Even Stark was forced to eat some humble pie and admit that Downey was...perfect for the role. As Cinema Wins put it, he "made this genius billionaire his own." As proof of this, he ad-libbed the "Jericho speech" in the first movie.
    • Sherlock Holmes also holds Downey in high regards (along with his other avatar), due to bringing his exploits on the big screen, which resulted in a positive reception and Holmes's seal of approval. The ongoing debate now is who done the role better: Downey or Cumberbatch.
    • Say what you want about Downey's portrayal of Charlie Chaplin, but the deified Tramp and his granddaughter/High Priestess thoroughly enjoyed Downey's performance.
  • Occasionally seen locked in ham-to-ham combat with BRIAN BLESSED. While Downey loses most of the matches, it's all in good fun.
  • Endeared himself to the deities who have children as well as the deified children themselves due to his visit to a London children's hospital during the London film premier of Captain America: Civil War.
  • Always wanted to work with Steven Spielberg on a film project. Spielberg would had refused had it been Downey during his earlier phase. But after seeing him make such an impact (and remaining clean and sober), Spielberg is considering the idea of working with Downey.
  • Don't question his shoes. Even gods have height issues to overcome.

  • Ever notice when a series suddenly becomes better in quality? That's the work of William Riker, whose famous beard represented the moment where his series ultimately carved its own place in the Star Trek series. For such an achievement, and because he needed his XO to run the Enterprise-E to maximum efficiency, Jean-Luc Picard requested that Riker be ascended to the Pantheon. After much deliberation, the Court of the Gods agreed to his request.
  • Originally, he was something of an expy of famous Starfleet captain James T. Kirk, but with the beard came a newfound gravitas and sense of responsibility. Still, Riker considers Kirk something of a mentor and defers to his judgment whenever Picard is unavailable. Kirk is proud Riker ultimately became his own character and they remain good friends.
  • When last seen in the mortal realm, he had married Counselor Deanna Troi. The House of Love and Affection threw a big party to celebrate and has been trying to find a way to ascend Deanna as well.
  • Amazed that Kathryn Janeway and Jonathan Archer are also in the Pantheon as well. Janeway and Archer acknowledge it was through Riker's influence that their shows found a stable audience and lasted as long as they did and have recommended him in retaking his captaincy of the Titan, but Riker declines. He is happy enough serving Picard, who needs all the help he can get.
  • Was confused by Goliath for his Arch-Enemy David Xanatos for having the same voice. Once the mistake was cleared up, they became friends, with Goliath becoming advisor to Riker in battle strategy and philosophy.
    • Unfortunately, given the constant threats the Federation faces both inside and outside the Pantheon, Riker was forced into an uneasy alliance with Xanatos. Although Xanatos's intelligence and resources would be useful against the Federation's enemies, Riker knows that Xanatos would have something to gain at their expense. Goliath offered his assistance should Xanatos ever try something.
  • His wife Deanna was Mind Raped by Shinzon's Reman viceroy, causing him to develop an antagonism who rape their victims in their minds. For that reason, he has put Arael in his hitlist.
    • Speaking of the Reman viceroy, he once confused Orion and Hellboy for him due to his voice. Fortunately, the mistake was cleared up and they became good friends, gathering for combat training and drinks whenever they are able.
    • The battle with Shinzon has also made Riker wary of Darth Sidious, whose Death Stars are more powerful and destructive than the Scimitar.
  • Jim Raynor has become a good friend to Riker, seeing much of his XO Matt Horner in him. Until he can find a way to ascend him, Raynor often asks Riker to take command of the Hyperion whenever he goes on away missions. At first, Riker as reluctant but Picard advised him to take the Hyperion's bridge to keep his own captaining skills sharp.
  • Known for his tendency to play fast-and-loose with military protocols, he is steadfast allies with Hal Jordan and Captain Titus. Granted, Starfleet is only partially a military organization, but the three's actions regularly demonstrate how uptight and overly obsessed with rules and regulations militaries can be, especially the Ultramarines. Many heroic deities praise them for being more concerned with their missions than with how it would look on their records.
    • Thanks to intelligence gathered by Titus, Riker has become aware of the Necrons, who he sees as monstrous as the Borg, and the Orks, who are significantly more primitive and savage than the Klingons. Upon informing Picard of this, they have decided to upgrade the Enterprise with weapons and defenses in case a confrontation happens. On Riker's advice, Titus and Picard have also requested a formal meeting with the Emperor and his associates to discuss the possibility of an alliance between the Federation and the Imperium, not wanting to repeat what happened with the Dominion.

  • Somewhere in the African jungle, an evil man by the name of Dr. Morbis captured three cheetah cubs after shooting their mother dead, and injected them with a mutagenic formula, planning to raise them into his own loyal henchmen. However, the experiment failed when fifteen years later, the now-humanoid cheetahs began to question the morality of their creator when he instructed them to ransack a village. This uncertainty ended up triggering some repressed memories of their mother's death, prompting the trio to turn on the doctor completely. Morbis ultimately got away, but nevertheless, the trio vowed to protect the world from his machinations. And thus, the Cheetahmen were born.
  • The Cheetahmen were the flagship characters of Action 52, an unlicensed compilation of 52 video games released in a single cartridge for the Nintendo Entertainment System, with a lesser-known version on the Sega Genesis. However, the game's developer, Active Enterprises, wanted the characters to be much more than that. Plans were made to have the characters branch out into a multimedia franchise, including sequels, comic books, action figures, and even an animated television series. Unfortunately, any great franchise needs to start from a great jumping point in order to get that far, and the Cheetahmen weren't quite that lucky. Action 52 was far from the smash hit its developers were hoping for, becoming a massive critical and commercial failure when it released, and it quickly gained a reputation as one of the most infamous games on the NES.
  • Following the failure of Action 52, all of the proposed material for the Cheetahmen franchise was quietly cancelled, with only an unreleased prototype for a sequel ever surfacing afterward. The Cheetahmen were seemingly doomed to fade away into obscurity, and they likely would have... had Action 52 not been discovered by many YouTube users in the 21st century, intrigued by the game's broken nature and bizarre development history. As fascination in the characters continued to grow, they attracted the attention of the Pantheon, and the Court of the Gods elected to extend them an invitation to ascend. The trio, not having had any work for decades, decided they had nothing to lose, and accepted, though they do wish they could have achieved a more flattering title. That's not to say they were welcomed with open arms, and they have a bad reputation among the older Nintendo-based deities that were around when they debuted, because their original adventures were all unlicensed releases. The trio doesn't hold this against them, and have expressed some regret for this, as the game's release was out of their control. Nevertheless, having the ire of such high-profile gods hasn't exactly helped their reputation among the Pantheon, something they already had trouble with during their lives on Earth.
    • For their part, though, they didn't exactly do the best job of endearing themselves. Shortly following their ascension, the Cheetahmen got into an altercation with Donkey Kong that would likely have gotten much more destructive if DK's friends hadn't intervened. When questioned about this after the fact, the three explained that they had mistaken Kong for an enemy from their home world known as Ape Man, and thought that Dr. Morbis had somehow managed to follow them to the Pantheon. They're rather embarrassed about this misunderstanding, and as such, they try to keep their distance from DK.
    • Many of the Sega-related gods from the same time hold a similar disdain for the Cheetahmen for the same reasons, as the lesser-known Genesis version of Action 52 was also an unlicensed release. That being said, Sonic the Hedgehog is more sympathetic toward them than many of the others. Not only because they fight to protect animals from evil scientists, just like he does, but because he also knows exactly what it's like to be treated like a joke for appearing in some not-so-great games. The cheetahs are grateful that they managed to get at least one of the more famous deities from the House of Gaming on their side, and Sonic has been doing his best to help improve their reputation as heroes.
  • They used to live in the video game world itself, where they would sometimes have to fight to protect defenseless gamers unlucky enough to get pulled into the game world through their TVs. However, over time, advancements in technology and a general increase in the immersiveness of games allowed victims of such imprisonments to gradually become more capable of handling themselves without the Cheetahmen's help. In particular, following the advent of Sword Art Online, many players, including Kazuto Kirigaya and Asuna Yuuki, proved more than capable of surviving in such a world on their own, rendering the Cheetahmen's job somewhat redundant. While they are relieved to see this, it doesn't exactly make it any easier for them to get work.
  • As they come from some notoriously glitchy games, the Cheetahmen's bodies are quite unstable, and are prone to some rather odd violations of physics. They aren't the only ones, though, as Vanellope Von Schweetz is known to have very similar instabilities. As such, she's become something of a mentor for the three, teaching them how to harness the power of their glitches and turn them into abilities. It's been going quite well; Hercules and Aries have already learned how to jump infinitely in mid-air. The Cheetahmen themselves aren't the only glitches from their home dimension, however. Nearly every aspect of their world is corrupted by some form of glitch, many of which have caused a lot of damage, to the point that a few of the games are completely inaccessible. While the source of these glitches is unknown, Missingno bears great resemblance to said glitches, and they're very afraid of it for that reason. In particular, the glitch Pokémon gives Apollo horrible flashbacks to an incident where he got trapped in an empty Minus World after trying to use a hidden level skip.
  • Some other deities from failed franchises that had already ascended came out to greet the Cheetahmen. Sure they were as a whole more successful than the Cheetahmen, but that doesn't mean they couldn't understand the situation the trio were in. Barry B Benson told them that they should look on the bright side, as there are other ways to find popularity like becoming a meme. He's also a lawyer and can help try to make those like their Arch-Enemy Dr. Morbis fully pay for their crimes against animal-kind. Bruce Banner relates a little bit to their misfortune as he's never been able to get a Hulk movie series despite being tied to the very profitable Marvel Cinematic Universe (albiet more for legal than quality reasons).
  • Linkara was impressed at the fact they've managed to carve a niche for themselves in spite of their game's notorious reputation. He's of the belief that if a character or idea can be reworked and redeemed, then it may have been worth the struggle to do so...and what better place than the massive crossover that is the Trope Pantheon. Also, he let his crummy Lightbringer webcomic go to the public domain if people want to improve on it so maybe he can relate. 90s Dude was intrigued by them, since they are from the 90s and wants to see if they can be radical enough. It's believed there's a deeper reason for this alliance; having fought Missingno as the Entity, he believes they may share a hidden enemy. Given how notoriously glitchy their game is, Lord Vyce fears that it may be an avenue for the Entity to return a third time and plans to destroy the Cheetahmen just to be sure.
  • The Nostalgia Critic was far less merciful and had some choice words for the Court of the Gods letting the Cheetahmen in. As far as he's concerned, there were three strikes; bringing in Ebony, bringing in Brand X and then the Cheetahmen. He refuses to let the awful quality of Action 52 go and protests the Cheetahmen being present. Aries tried shutting him up by pointing out "Melvin, Brother of the Joker" and his attempt at let's play, which earned him an enemy for life from the Critic. The Cheetahmen see themselves as a Foil to Brand X; they both come from pretty crummy material, but they seek to rise above it and prove they as an idea can work. Brand X however wants to bring everyone around them down and hide the fact their products are awful. Also, the Cheetahmen were always heroes and Brand X always villains, so the two do not get along.
  • The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were initially wary of the addition of another team of crime-fighting mutant animals to the Pantheon, fearing that the Cheetahmen might try to steal their thunder. However, when both teams caught wind that Shredder was planning to attack the Pantheon yet again using the Technodrome, they decided to join forces to stop the attack. Being the wisest of the three Apollo has stated that they're just glad they could help and be recognized for heroism, rather than "languishing in bad video game heck" as he put it. The three have also made an effort to salvage their reputation by making crummy villains pay, which is why they are trying to take Jasper Batt Jr down...because even THEY find him annoying, and he definitely brings it upon himself.
  • Within the Trope Pantheon they found themselves in the Hall of Theatric Retrospective, which wasn't their first place but they guess it's better than being in the House of Gaming because they're ashamed of being reminded of the disaster that was the game they debuted in. The Cheetahmen decided to make small-talk with some of the members of their new home. First off, they were intrigued by Annikkin Starkiller and the other Luke Skywalker as rather than being ideas that never get off the ground, they were ideas that could've been but never were. Part of them wonders; had Action 52 been a success, would they have gotten a franchise...maybe, maybe not, but a cheetah can dream. Korgoth gets along more with them, as he's an adventurer who's series was never able to get off the ground too. Also, Gord shared a Hall with them...and they really wish that wasn't the case...and not just because of "certain things he's done to animals", which being humanoid cheetah really freaks them out.
  • While their nemesis Dr. Morbis is not part of the Pantheon, that didn't stop the three from learning of the existence of very similar evildoers willing to harm wild animals in the name of science. Dr. Neo Cortex is another scientist who mutates animals into humanoid forms to act as his henchmen, almost identical to how the Cheetahmen themselves came to be. By nature of being allies with Sonic, it was only a matter of time before they met Dr. Eggman. The doctor may use animals to power his machines rather than mutating them, but the cheetahs don't really see this as much of an improvement. They were also outright horrified when they learned about what Dr. XXX (better known as the Mad Doctor) tried to do to Pluto.
  • Their divine namesakes weren't exactly impressed by them, though they remain otherwise ambivalent to the Cheetahmen. Hercules in particular doesn't get the reason for his namesake using his bare hands because "Hercules didn't use weapons", when Hercules would occasionally use weapons like Hydra poison arrows. Vision and many of the Showa-era Kamen Riders are more fond of the Cheetahmen, though. The former was created by Ultron as a weapon against the Avengers but rebelled and chose good, and many of the latter were augmented into cyborgs in their services, but they broke out and upon getting a powered suit and swore to thwart SHOCKER. The Cheetahmen's story particularly resonated with Takeshi Hongo and Hayato Ichimonji.
  • The trio found a somewhat surprising connection to Androids 17 and 18. While somewhat frightened by what the two androids had the power to become, they felt bad for what they went through thanks to their "creator", Dr. Gero, and respect the androids for their decision to turn on him. They don't have this same respect for Gero's other creation, Cell, who, despite also working completely separately from the doctor, still willingly became one of the greatest threats Earth has ever known. Their feelings towards another bio-engineered being, Mewtwo, proved more mixed. On one hand, they don't care for how destructive the Genetic Pokémon has the power to be. On the other hand, though, they can empathize with his situation of having been created by humans to be used as a weapon. That said, they are relieved that Mewtwo tends to keep to himself, as they would be out of their league if they tried to fight him.
  • Mojo Jojo once tried to form an alliance with the cheetahs. Knowing about their distaste for evil scientists, especially those with a penchant for turning animals into mutants, he tried to convince them to join him in his fight against an evil man named Professor Utonium, the who turned Mojo who he is through the power of Chemical X. The Cheetahmen were immediately skeptical, and decided to go meet the Professor themselves. The cheetahs quickly changed their mind about the Professor when the encounter also lead to them meeting his other creation, The Powerpuff Girls, and seeing the genuine loving father-daughter relationship he had with them. Not only that, but the Utoniums revealed that it was primarily Mojo's own fault that he got mutated. The cheetahs weren't too happy about nearly getting tricked again, and ended up joining forces with the Girls instead, and so once again, Mojo ended up creating new enemies instead of allies.
  • The Cheetahmen sometimes team up with Crash Bandicoot and friends to keep the Pantheon safe from Dr. Cortex. In allying with the Bandicoots, they were pleasantly surprised to find that both teams have a surprisingly similar dynamic to each other. Hercules gets along very well with Crunch, as they're both The Big Guy of their respective teams. Apollo, being the most intelligent and being the most well versed in technology, has formed a partnership with Coco. Finally, Aries' athleticism and quickness, along with him being the most animalistic of his brothers, makes him the team's counterpart to Crash. As they've dealt with similar mutants in their battles with Dr. Morbis, the Cheetahmen felt right at home when dealing with Cortex's creations. Since their mother was shot to death, they particularly hate the gun-toting Pinstripe Potoroo. Tiny Tiger has also proven to be something of an Evil Counterpart to Hercules. That said, they were relieved when they found out that Dingodile had quit working for Cortex and retired from being a villain, though they still prefer to stay away from his diner.
  • As the results of mutagenic engineering, the Cheetahmen are happy at the fact that there are plenty of natural animal-people within the Trope Pantheon. Not only that, but there's even another cheetah-person; Hunter. He offered to teach them skateboarding skills in hopes of improving their chances of being effective heroes within the Trope Pantheon. He was kind enough to set up the Hall of Anthropomorphic Animals so its non-evil denizens would give them a warm welcome despite the infamy of Action 52. The Thundercats have noted that they'd fit right in as supporting members of their heroic endeavors, at least once Vanellope has allowed them to master their glitches.
  • Having experienced the Cheetahmen's adventures in the past, both the Angry Video Game Nerd and Vinny were less than thrilled to meet them again in the Pantheon. The Nerd went straight to the Court of the Gods to ask, "What were they thinking?", and although Vinny was more subdued about it, he was every bit as baffled. Given that their videos on the trio's games helped bring an abundance of negative attention toward them, the Cheetahmen share the negative sentiment. Some have even theorized that the Cheetahmen were responsible for the time that the Nerd got pulled into one of his shitty games. Under normal circumstances, Vinny has to use his Reality Warper powers to perform corruptions on video game worlds. However, the Cheetahmen's homeworld proved to be so volatile that he somehow managed to corrupt it without even needing to use his powers. Even he was shocked by this turn of events.
  • Speaking of the Nerd, the Cheetahmen once had a stiff drink with Pepsiman and R.O.B after learning what being in his universe did to them; namely, suffering Adaptational Villainy where the latter became a Dark Messiah who tried to turn all video games into ones it could play, and the former wants to turn everything into Pepsi. Having had a pretty notorious video game attached to his name, E.T could only pity the Cheetahmen for their fate of being a Stillborn Franchise. Some reports have it Mimikyu attempted to get a drink with them, though she did meet the Cheetahmen afterwards. Envying and desiring the popularity of Pikachu, Mimikyu was sympathetic to their plight. The same applied to the Porygon line, who felt unfairly punished for an incident that technically wasn't their fault but it was easier to cut them from the anime than punish the series mascot.

And now... The Cheetahmen

  • It is standard for a Japanese high school to have many clubs specialized for many different subjects like tea ceremonies, archery, literature, music, or just fooling around. However, what if all the remaining members of a club were to graduate on the same year? That would mean the club would have to be closed down. That would be the fate of Sakuragaoka High School's Light Music Club, were it not for a hot-headed girl named Ritsu Tainaka deciding to seize the position of club president to keep the club alive, dragging her shy and quiet friend Mio Akiyama to the club. They soon recruited the bubbly and childish Yui Hirasawa and the rich and polite Tsumugi Kotobuki to fulfill the minimum member requirement. After reforming their club, they realized that none of them can play an instrument well, and decide to work on improving their music skills... when they're not slacking off, eating sweets and tea, and just hanging around with each other. A year later, they would receive their fifth member, Azusa Tadakoro, who was initially exasperated at the clubs laziness, but warmed up to them eventually. Eventually, they came up with a name for their band, "Houkago Tea Time".
  • Applies to the group:
    • Yui and Mio arrived at the Pantheon before the other three arrived, with them soon abandoning their old titles to join their friends. Their ascension would initially be a rather smooth an uneventful one, if it weren't for the members of Dethklok approaching them, incredulous about a bunch of cute girls appearing, and asked them for a musical duel. The girls, intimidated by their looks and attitude, nonetheless accepted their challenge. At the House of Music, Dethklok preformed first, with their blistering solos and growling vocals scaring the girls, but they steeled themselves when their turn came up. Their performance ended up earning a much louder and rousing applause over Dethklok. The death metal band, feeling humiliated by being beaten by a bunch of teen girls singing sweet, upbeat songs, stormed out of the venue. To this day, both bands have a very rocky relationship with each other.
    • Houkago Tea Time sometimes hold concerts in the House of Music, and the audience is quite packed during those events. In the House itself, they met up with 765pro and μ's, who happen to be idol groups mostly/entirely comprised of high school girls who sing upbeat songs. They get along swimmingly with each other, and sometimes even collaborate on some songs. They also met Yuu Haruna there, who also performs in a band as the Lead Bassist, so he naturally got along with Mio, though he does feel a bit sorry for her being forcibly pushed into the spotlight when she didn't want to. He introduced them to Fuuka Akitsuki, who is the vocalist of the Fallen Moon, and they became friends too. On the other hand, they have a bit of a heated rivalry with the New Directions Glee Club, with the Club accusing them of unoriginality and a lack of variety, with them retorting that the Club only makes covers and not composing their own songs. Outside of the house, they became friends and tutors to Aoi Tategami, who's aiming to be rockstar in the future. There's also Plasmagica, which made them awed that they really are a Little Bit Beastly and not wearing animal headbands, and Ibuki Mioda reminds them of their club advisor Sawako Yamanaka, who's also into Death Metal, and enjoy being with her, even if Mio did faint when they heard "From Me To You" live. They also bonded with Kousei Arima and Kaori Miyazono, even if they're more classical musicians than rock musicians, and felt teary-eyed when they heard of their tragic tale. Speaking of girl groups, they became fans of the Godliest Girl Band ever after visiting one of their concerts, and the members of that group also like listening to the clubs music, plus they think that's it's cool that Lucia, Hanon, and Rina are magic mermaids.
    • The girls, during their time in the Pantheon, wound up meeting up with other girl groups residing there. They became close friends with the Azumanga Daioh girls as well as Yui Ichii, Yuzuko Nonohara and Yukari Hinata, and they like to visit Houkago Tea Time's concerts when not hanging out with them. They like the visit the Tenants of Hidamari Apartments to eat sweets and enjoy their artwork. The girls became frequent visitors of Ama Usa An and Fleur de Lapin because of their delicious sweets and tea respectively, though they are also friends with the Rabbit House staff. They were amazed that the Civilian Antarctica Expedition Team successfully went to Antarctica, with Yui desiring to see the penguins up close, and the Anglerfish Team's skills in Sensha-Do impressed them greatly. They enjoy listening to Alice Cartelet explain about British culture while drinking tea with Shinobu Oomiya. They do feel a bit sorry that the School Life Club had to survive through the Zombie Apocalypse, but relieved that they mustered the strength to hold onto hope.
    • The Light Music Club is just one of the many school clubs in the Pantheon, so naturally the girls interacted with those clubs. They became good friends with the Classical Literature as the latter are big fans of them, plus Ritsu and Chitanda end up bonding over being the club president even if the latter takes her duties more responsibly. They're also on goods terms with the other clubs, as they engage in poetry reading with the Doki Doki Literature Club and the other Literature Club and investigating the abnormal with the SOS Brigade and the Paranatural Activity Club.
    • The Band are on good terms with the House of Music in general, but there are a few deities to note for them. They get along swimmingly with the Beatles, as they're honored to meet legendary rock stars while the Beatles see much of themselves within them. Paul and Mio have a special bond, relating to their love of Silly Love Songs, playing the bass, and having to deal with Yui and John. They also get along with Gorillaz and there are rumors of a Collab album between them, but they are put off by Murdoc's more vulgar antics. Ritsu was disappointed to hear that The Who were not in the Pantheon, but she's still happy to meet other rock legends like Elvis Presley and Pink Floyd. On the other hand, they detest those who use music for evil like I-No, Lord Raptor, and the Dazzlings, plus Mayhem's violent acts make them squeamish.
      • One day, the Reagan siblings, eager to prove their superiority, stole the bands equipment, leaving them empty handed, which was unfortunate as they were due for a tour and gig session. Metallica, knowing how it feels to have their music gear stolen, bought replacement gear for the girls much to their joy. They now have a good relationship with each other, and even collaborated on a song together. The girls never forgave the siblings for doing such a cruel thing.
    • The girls often take trips to the House of Food so they can have their daily meals consisting of sweets and tea. They like going to the multiple confectioneries and tea shops in and around the House, including the aforementioned Ama Usa An and Fleur de Lapin. Sometimes, they are joined by tea lovers Iroh and the Blood Team's Alice to drink tea, and sweet lovers Stocking Anarchy and L Lawliet, and end up eating and chatting for a while, making quite lively conversations. They also enjoy eating Mugi's sweets whenever she brings them in. Yui in particular can eat a lot without gaining weight, which she attributes to a high metabolism.
    • Once, the girls participated in a school play of Romeo and Juliet, with Mio as Romeo and Ritsu as Juliet. Both struggled with their roles, the former being too shy for a leading role and the latter being to tomboyish for the role. They practiced by swapping roles in order to get more comfortable with the play. Of course, with the actual Romeo and Juliet in the Pantheon, the girls decided to meet up with them, to which they complimented the girls, saying that they tried their best with the roles handed out to them.
    • The band has their own pet turtle named Ton, which they bought from a hardware store as Yui thought Azusa liked the turtle. Ton serves as the band's mascot in a sense, and can be found in their temple swimming in a fish tank. Rainbow Dash decided to show off her pet tortoise, Tank, to the girls, and they were amazed that Tank could fly thanks to a machine strapped to his shell. Rainbow and Tank also like visiting Ton, with Rainbow calling Tank and Ton "Turtle Partners".
  • Exclusive to Yui:
    • If there's anything Yui likes, it's cute things. If it's cute, than she'll dote on it, regardless of other factors. She gets along with Rena Ryugu, Cocoa Hoto, Hime "Himeko" Onizuka and Yaya Panda due to sharing this interest, and they love doting and cuddling cute deities like Yotsuba Koiwai, Pichu and Togepi, and the Waddle Dees, which sometimes result in hilarious misunderstandings.
    • Yui is also rather clumsy and forgetful; she tends to stumble when running, and also she has a difficult time multitasking, as she gets extremely involved in one subject to the point of forgetting other subjects. She ended up meeting Mikuru Asahina and Sumia by tripping onto them, making all three fall into a tangled heap. They scrubbed off the dirt, and apologized for bumping into each other, and ended up becoming friends. Because she's Mikuru's friends, Yui sometimes becomes the victim of Haruhi's mischievous antics and she likes petting Sumia's pegasus.
    • She once held the title of Goddess of Cuddle Bugs in the House of Friendship and Camaraderie, but let go of that title after the Court of the Gods made some revisions in the rules and the rest of the band ascended. She still likes to visit the House often and hug the resident deities there, then hang out and eat snacks with them
    • When the Eeveelutions ascended, Yui was chosen to be Sylveon's partner, given their shared love for cuddling. She and Sylveon took an immediate shine to each other and enjoy giving each other hugs. Sylveon also acts as a positive influence to Yui, as she's able to focus more on her guitar playing when Sylveon's around, plus Sylveon enjoys watching her play her Giita. The rest of Houkago Tea Time likes Sylveon and the effect she has on Yui, and consider her the band's secondary mascot of sorts.
  • Exclusive to Ritsu:
    • Ritsu is the club president of the Light Music Club, and the drummer of the band. She is the most tomboyish and sporty of the girls, and excels in Physical Education. She gets along with Chie Satonaka, another tomboy with a sporty streak, and they sometimes go out to watch movies and eat steak. She did feel a bit sad that Chie once felt ashamed of her tomboyish nature as she believed it caused problems for her, but felt relieved that she's over that angst.
    • Ritsu is incredibly energetic and exuberant, often brashly charging towards any challenge in front of her while dragging someone else like Mio with her. Tomo Takino and Astolfo happened to keep up with her energeticness, so they tend to burn off a lot of energy together, and maybe even drag their friends with them willing or not.
    • Her most notable physical characteristic is her large, exposed forehead, and some deities even made jokes about it. She has been compared to Takagi who's also known for her forehead. While Ritsu doesn't get the big deal, she does end up as the butt of some of Takagi's teasing.
  • Exclusive to Mio:
    • She used to hold the title of Reluctant Fanservice with Stephanie Dora, but they split off after the Court of the Gods revised some rules and the rest of the band ascended. They still like to hang out sometimes and talk about getting dragged into embarrassing situations by their friends, when they're not being dragged into those situations already.
    • Mio is a very shy and quiet person. While usually mature and composed, she is easily startled and prefers to stay in the background, which is why she picked the bass over the guitar. She finds many of the deities in the Pantheon rather intimidating to be around, but she feels comfortable with fellow shy goddesses like Fluttershy and Noel Vermillion. Whenever she feels nervous, she can be seen calming down with the two girls.
    • To this day, Mio does not want to be reminded of the time she tripped during a performance, flashing her panties in front of an audience. Referencing this event is sure to mortify the shy girl and reduce her to a stuttering, embarrassed mess. Because of this, she's incredibly afraid of Kazuma Satou, who can snatch the panties off a woman with his Steal ability, fearing that he might try to steal her panties and humiliate her.
    • It's easy to frighten Mio, as the sight of blood, zombies, ghosts, and other unsettling things tend to freak her out. Even a cover of a horror movie will startle her! Predictably, she avoids the Houses of Fear, Undead and Slaughter like the plague, and even being near them will cause her to faint. Unfortunately, some deities like Spooky think it would be funny to drag her into some scary situations just to see her wiggle in agony.
  • Exclusive to Tsumugi:
    • Tsumugi, called "Mugi" for short, hails from a very wealthy family that owns multiple mansions across the globe. She often gives her friends expensive tea with equally expensive tea sets, and also enjoys doing things most middle-class people take for granted because of her isolated lifestyle. She gets along with other rich girls like Emilie "Lili" de Rochefort, Nagi Sanzen'in, Karen Minazuki, and Lilly Satou. Off them, she relates to Nagi for being unfamiliar with more middle-class things, and feels a bit sorry that Karen felt lonely due to her status.
    • Mugi happens to the daughter of a successful company president, explaining her family's large wealth. She ended up getting along with Haru Okumura, who is also the daughter of a wealthy company CEO, although she and her father don't have the best relationship, to which Mugi can only pity her for not fully mending their relationship before her father's murder. Susie also happened to be the daughter of an influential CEO, but Mugi's more conflicted about her as while she feels sorry for her being whisked away to Another Dimension and finding out her father completely forgot about her, she also aims to continue her company's mission to mechanize worlds and was inadvertently responsible for her father's death, so she's conflicted on her.
    • Mugi may be a gentle, dignified person, but whenever two goddesses get very friendly with each other, Mugi thinks of... intense fantasies involving them, plus she gets excited whenever a goddess gets dragged into rather revealing clothes. She's not alone in this regard, as the mercenary Soleil also tends to have vivid fantasies involving the other goddesses. They like talking and giggling over their rather colourful fantasies together as they observe other girls sharing tender moments with each other.
    • It may come off as a surprise, but she's incredibly strong for someone her age and size, being able to casually run carrying her keyboard, and wasn't slowed down or tired by carrying large cargo like Ritsu's drum set and the girls' luggage. This brought the attention of Pippi Longstocking and Molly Hayes, who wanted to see her feats of strength. In the end, Mugi was impressed by their amazing strength surpassing hers, while the other two bonded with her over this shared characteristic.
    • Like Ritsu, her most notable physical characteristic is her large eyebrows. Though some deities do crack jokes about it, they think that other deities have more impressive eyebrows, like Satsuki Kiryuin. Mugi doesn't really get it, but is interested in meeting her.
  • Exclusive to Azusa:
    • Azusa, in contrast to the rest of the club, is rather mature and responsible, and so she can get pretty exasperated at the clubs more childish and lazy moments. She did warm up and get used to their antics, but sometimes she will express her displeasure at their sillier sides. She relates to Troy Barnes in being the Only Sane Man in comparision to their friends, although Azusa was surprised that he can be quite quirky when near Abed Nadir. She also gets along with Mirage Farina Jenius, who is also more serious than their compatriots like Freyja Wion, plus Freyja being in Walküre, an idol group who use music and song to prevent cure people from Vars Syndrome impressed Azusa.
    • Azusa is the clubs youngest and newest member, joining when he rest of the club was in their second year. This nearly caused some heartbreak when the rest of the club was about to graduate, as Azusa feared about being alone and away from her friends. She shares this trait with Tommy Oliver, who joined the Power Rangers later on after initially being brainwashed into fighting them. She finds him a nice reprieve from the club's crazier antics.
    • Azusa is infamous for the time she wore a cat-ear hairband, giving birth to the nickname "Azu-nyan", much to her embarrassment and discomfort. That doesn't mean she dislikes cats; she likes them like other animals, but is a bit afraid of getting near them in the first place. A few of the cat girls in the Pantheon like Lem, Ichigo Momomiya, Stella Hoshii, and Serval are encouraging her to visit the House of Felines to get over her fears and pet the cute cats there. Progress is going slow but steady, and Azusa was surprised that their cat ears are the real deal and not mere accessories.
    • Azusa's skin is rather sensitive to the sun, as being out in the sun for a few hours is enough to give her a nasty sunburn, leaving her with painful sensations and a bad tan. Because of this, she avoids any and all deities that hold domain over the sun, as she doesn't want to risk getting a bad sunburn or worse. She's especially afraid of Sekhmet and the Radiance, as their malevolent nature would likely leave Azusa with ugly burns on her body.

  • P.T. Boomer, a man described as a "Drifter by Choice", was a former resident of the town of Shining Time, located in the Indian Valley, alongside the eponymous railroad. Unlike most of the townsfolk, Boomer was known for being a cruel bully, with his most heinous action being when he threatened to destroy a steam engine owned by his rival, Burnett Stone, unless he was allowed to drive her. Burnett agreed...but Boomer used the joyride to destroy the engine anyways, using up all of her coal and then crashing her to a near total-loss, before leaving the valley. He would return many years later as an old man, seeking to find his old enemy and the lost steam engine, so that he could scrap her. Unfortunately for Boomer, he was thwarted thanks to Burnett's granddaughter Lilly, and Thomas the Tank Engine, finding himself in a barge full of sludge alongside one Diesel 10, for all of his troubles.
  • If this story sounds familiar to you, it should, as P.T. Boomer was meant to be the true Big Bad for Thomas the Tank Engine's first-ever movie, being the true reason that the lost engine, whom everyone knows now as Lady the Magic Engine, crashed, and why her owner, Burnett Stone was in a constant Heroic BSoD. Yet, when this adventure came to light, Boomer was nowhere to be seen. As if being defeated wasn't enough, many individuals proclaimed Boomer to be "too scary", and thus he was cut out of the story, which was why it seemed so incoherent and lazy. Some scenes would eventually resurface, but Boomer would ultimately remain an enigma...
  • Until recently, when Malal presented Boomer as a potential deity when a workprint of this adventure was leaked, finally showing off a good chunk of his scenes. Malal made a case for Boomer to ascend, having the Court of Gods review a fan-edit of the workprint to compare and contrast the two versions of the movie. The impact Boomer's absence had on the film was judged to be substantial enough to grant him the title Malal sought for him, and with it, Boomer rushed into the Pantheon on his motorcycle, ready to make his long-awaited debut.
  • It was another beautiful day on Thomas' branch line, with the tank engine whistling happily as he pulled Annie and Clarabel...when the tank engine heard a loud rattling noise. Thomas looked over to the road, and saw a man in a black overcoat speeding down the road...riding across the level crossing! His driver applied the brakes, and Thomas managed to slow down long enough for the motorcyclist to pass through the gates. When Thomas made it to Ffarquhar, he saw the motorcyclist on the platform, sneering as he introduced himself. Thomas recognized him as the 'rude passenger', while Boomer revealed that he was finally back, ready to prove how Thomas was not magic and just a big toy...until Thomas explained that he and his friends were never meant to be magic in the first place and were all based off of real-life steam locomotives. Boomer blinked, deflated a bit, then waved it off and claimed that he would just turn the tank engine into scrap metal as soon as he got the chance, before riding away on his motorcycle, laughing all the while. To say that Thomas was both annoyed and worried was an Understatement.
    • Boomer ultimately decided to do his homework on the blue tank engine who he had followed so long ago, learning that Thomas was indeed correct, and that many would rather that Sodor remain the world that the Reverend Wilbert Awdry had created: An idyllic world to be sure, but one that was impacted and shaped by real events all the same and was heavily influenced by such upheavals on British Rail, the so-called 'Other Railway'. This unfortunately, did little to change Boomer's goals. While he's incredibly happy that he was right about magic being considered idiotic, he still spits on Sodor's overall storybook-esque nature, and is disgusted that the NWR somehow avoided the Beeching Report and became a safe haven for engines that would otherwise be considered scrap; steam and diesel alike. As such, he's sworn to find a way to scrap Thomas and destroy his branch line, along with any of his friends should they ascend next, deciding to make that rumor of turning Shining Time Station into a highway into a reality...but with his target being the Ffarquhar Branch Line. Besides, with no Burnett Stone around to take revenge on, Boomer has figured that he might as well do something worth his time.
    • To assist in this goal, or at least make some extra cash, Boomer took on three of Thomas' more recent adversaries: the pirate Sailor John, and the thieves Baz & Bernie, as his heralds. He has not chosen to take on Diesel 10 however, since when the two actually did meet, Boomer ended up falling into a barge full of sludge and would rather that not happen again.
  • As he is a drifter, P.T. Boomer has no temple, instead getting around the Pantheon on his motorcycle and going from place to place however it suits him. It's even where the "P.T." in his name comes from, as per official sources: "Passing Through".
  • Melkor, upon hearing of the rumors surrounding Boomer and his villainy, extended an invitation for the motorcyclist to join him for a meeting. He was most disappointed to learn that while yes, Boomer is an enormous asshole, he's primarily concerned with money and revenge, and is actually a very bombastic individual who delights in being a jerk. Not exactly the nightmarish out-of-context monster Melkor was hoping for.
    • However, Count Olaf saw potential in Boomer, and struck up conversation. Much to the surprise of everyone present, the two became friends. Count Olaf, while far more violent than Boomer, is actually quite envious that during Boomer's time away from Shining Time, the motorcyclist had made a fair amount of money, certainly more than what Olaf made chasing after the Baudelaire fortune. Boomer, for his part, has struck a deal with Olaf to profit off of the Count's arson crimes by engaging in new real-estate development to rebuild the structures torched by Olaf, not caring at all about V.F.D. nor the Order of the Ouroboros.
  • Many have wondered why Malal would invest in the effort to bring someone like P.T. Boomer into the Pantheon. The reason is because of how Boomer's intended scrapping of Lady would've destroyed Mr. Conductor's universe and thus, Sodor, even though Boomer at the time did not know that. Malal hopes that this unintentional destruction might help the GUAD's goals. Of course, Boomer is completely ignorant about this and doesn't care.
  • If it hasn't been made clear yet: P.T. Boomer hates magic, especially the idealistic kind that Burnett Stone professed in believing in. As such, he scorns the House of Magic in its entirety...at least concerning magic that seems all 'wishy-washy'. Magic that at least delivers concrete physical effects that Boomer can see, he's at least willing to accept as a potential tool.
Boomer: Magic makes a person unhappy look at what it's done for all of you! I'm after money, not magic. You want to know what your Soul Gems are good for? They're good for a pawn shop! Ahahahahaha!
    • Boomer tried to strike an alliance with Star Butterfly, having heard that she had destroyed magic in her world, as well as disapproving whispers to her motives from more critical deities. It earned him a black eye and his motorcycle wrecked.
    • Boomer tried to offer Asuna Kagurazaka money to help him in his goals, believing that her Anti-Magic powers would be of assistance to him. He got a sword pointed at him for his troubles, at which point he quickly bailed.
      • Later, Boomer visited Lord Tirek, hoping that the both of them being rather dark villains with a disdain for magic would lead to something productive. This meeting went by just as badly, with Tirek considering P.T. Boomer beneath him, and Boomer realizing that he was talking to a demonic centaur monster, choosing to give up the ghost.
    • Harry Potter is no friend of Boomer, commenting on how no magic would ever survive contact with Boomer's genes, obviously being reminded of Uncle Vernon. Vernon himself finds Boomer to be a dangerous man and to keep far away from him as possible, which Petunia agrees with. Dudley was repulsed by Boomer once he learned of the man's backstory.
    • Some of the more modern magic-users have taken to rebutting Boomer's disgust and disbelief of magic with the words: "Okay, Boomer". Suffice to say, the motorcyclist is not happy that his name has become associated with a meme.
    • There is one advantage to Boomer's disdain for magic however: It's helped him avoid the more dangerous supernatural trappings of the Pantheon that can't be controlled.
  • Boomer's new plan of tearing up Thomas' branch line and replacing it with a freeway earned him the attention of Judge Doom. Boomer was quite pleased to meet a fellow individual willing to destroy the idealistic nonsense that places like Toontown seem to offer, and has agreed to assist Doom in his goals, earning himself a few barrels of Dip in the process.
  • Boomer has no respect or enjoyment of Winnie-The-Pooh and his friends, finding the Hundred-Acre Wood to be utterly repulsive, and is even more disgusted that grown-adults still enjoy their adventures. He's since put cutting down the tree that connects the Pantheon to the Hundred-Acre Wood on his to-do list, along with kidnapping its denizens to sell them in a thrift store. Learning that even when grown-up, Christopher Robin still was able to connect to them, made Boomer want to retch in disgust.
  • Hank Hill has nothing but disdain for P.T. Boomer. To the Texan, Shining Time represents what every American should strive to be: Good, hard-working citizens. He also bears a great amount of respect for the railroads (Plus, the Texas Railroad Commission regulates propane), finding Boomer's motorcycle riding and blatant vandalism, along with his desire to make a quick buck, to be the epitome of all of the money-grubbers that Arlen was plagued with so many times.
  • Marge Simpson has tried desperately to keep Bart away from Boomer, knowing fully well that Bart is very likely to accept one of Boomer's bribes, or even worse, try to emulate Boomer since he's a 'cool, motorcycle rider'. Many have wondered if that was what made Boomer so "scary": That children would want to emulate his rather dangerous stunts, along with those bribery methods just screaming Stranger Danger.
  • Boomer is no fan of "innocence", being utterly revolted at the likes of Yutaka Kobayakawa. He cannot understand how someone that "pure and sweet" can even exist for the life of him.
  • To help get his various schemes the funding that they require, Boomer has teamed up with Mister Burns, who has taken interest in Boomer's plans, finding them to be both profitable and delightfully wicked.
    • As one of the major tools in Boomer's arsenal is explosives, he has made himself a client of Drebin 893, taking full advantage of his scrap-dealings to use the Drebin Point System. Drebin has, in turn, granted Boomer the explosives that he requires, and the two have quickly built-up a professional relationship.
    • He's not going with a hundred feet of Yuko Ichihara. He doesn't trust her deals for one moment. Considering what said deals are, he's right to be distrustful. Not that Yuko's opinion of him is that high either.
    • Met Cal Hockley, and admitted that he could find some commonality with the man, particularly concerning how they both failed to win over the girl they were after, but still sought riches through things like gold trimming and rare gems. Cal considers Boomer to be rather crass, but has allied with him regardless.
    • Eliza and Neil Reagan were surprised to meet someone like Boomer. Unlike almost everyone else in the Pantheon, Boomer approves of their actions, especially since Eliza's treatment of Candy gives Boomer fond memories of how he treated Burnett Stone, and Neil's affection for Candy reminds Boomer of how he pursued Tasha in the past.
  • Once met Gaston, and the two hit it off, what with them both being fairly bombastic individuals and wanting to take a girl for themselves. Of course, Boomer actually succeeded in casting a shadow of misery over Burnett and Tasha through his destruction of Lady, while Gaston found himself dead. Gaston is thus a bit envious that Boomer was able to consistently haggle his old rival.
  • Unlike many deities, Boomer is perfectly fine with Cruella De Vil's goals...if only so he can sell the fur coats that are created. Plus, having learned that a dog was the catalyst that set up his defeat, Boomer would rather eliminate such animals as factors, and hopes that Cruella is the best in-roads for it. Her being allies with Mister Burns has likewise helped Boomer develop his network. Unfortunately, Cruella's rather histrionic personality has made this pursuit a massive chore for Boomer regardless.
  • Utterly loathed by the House of Love, and he loathes them in turn. He still can't grasp why Tasha chose Burnett over him, even though many of the more benevolent deities pointed that of course Tasha wasn't going to fall for a jerk like Boomer. The lecture flew right over Boomer's head. Not even the Tainted Love house has any allies for Boomer, since by the time he returned to Shining Time, any thoughts of love had LONG since left the old man, whose only belief now was in money, indicating how even love is not a trait that Boomer has.
    • Vlad Masters however, did attempt to ally with Boomer upon hearing of his backstory, hoping to find a kindred spirit who knew what it was like to be rejected. Boomer just laughed in Vlad's face for his obsession with Danny's mom. Not because Boomer was disgusted, but because he thought that Vlad was ignoring his money and failing to defeat Danny. Vlad responded by destroying Boomer's motorcycle.
  • Learned about Tomorrowland and was reminded of his old hometown of Shining Time. Boomer considers what Tomorrowland stands for to be incredibly stupid, but upon learning of the...complexities surrounding it, he just tolerates it. That doesn't mean he's on friendly terms with Frank, Casey, and Athena, nor is he welcome there.
  • Having heard about Jack and Annie's Magic Treehouse, Boomer desires to obtain it for himself. Not for its power to go to whatever place is described in the books held within, as he's reminded of Burnett's "magic", but rather so he can steal the books it holds so that he can sell them to the highest bidder. The wards around the treehouse had to be improved since Boomer's lack of interest in using the treehouse itself bypassed the original set. He also wants to steal the Wand of Dianthus, figuring that it has to have some monetary value. The evil magic-users have already set-up bids, hoping that Boomer can steal it for them.
  • Boomer feels something of a kinship with the House of Vengeance, since after all, it was his main motivation next to money. He's yet to find any allies however, as everyone present has their goals for the moment. Boomer at least respects that, and he can't really get revenge on Burnett since he's not in the Pantheon, and none of the goals of that House currently intertwine with Boomer's plans for Thomas' branch line.
  • Has decided to help Walter White's drug-trafficking, figuring it to be an easy sort of money. Some of those deities who speculate on the unknown blank periods of the lives of others wonder if Boomer did anything similar during his years away from Shining Time. Walter, for his part, finds Boomer to be fairly efficient, and enjoys that he does not ask questions and only cares about the bottom line. Boomer is well-aware of White's ego, and after enduring Cruella, isn't in the mood to deal with similar behavior, and just views their dealings as a way to make a quick-buck.
  • Of course, Boomer's motorcycle-riding landed some interesting interactions with other such deities...Funnily enough, all of them are in the same House as Thomas.
    • Beelzemon finds Boomer to be repulsive. Boomer however, is flabbergasted that a violent villain like Beelzemon got the green-light after killing Leomon in an ALREADY dark story, while he was cut out of his story completely.
Boomer: I just wanted to be rich! But I get the axe for being "creepy" and you get away with on-screen murder? What's wrong with people?
    • While scouting out locations on the Ffarquhar Branch Line with Burnie & Baz, Boomer encountered Carol Tea, who proceeded to run circles around him on her own bike, beating Boomer in a race. Boomer was flabbergasted that a anthropomorphic wildcat beat him in a race.
    • Boomer doesn't know what to think about Jack Atlas. Mainly because he finds the idea of "Card Games on Motorcycles" to be stupid. Jack was insulted when Boomer heckled him about this, and proceeded to outpace Boomer on a track, proclaiming that he did not need to duel Boomer to show him why he was considered the King.
      • While sulking about this defeat, Boomer encountered Bandit Keith. The two immediately consolidated, with Boomer's cynicism just convincing Keith to continue cheating, while Boomer is envious that Keith's main rival is still present for him to defeat.
  • Another major thing that should be known about P.T. Boomer: At his core, he's basically the local bully all grown-up...but only physically, not mentally. As such, Johnny Lawrence is disturbed by Boomer. But whereas Boomer was successful in basically breaking his rival by destroying the core of his dreams, and becoming a cruel drifter whose only drive was Greed, Johnny never really could get his life back on track. Boomer just considers Johnny pathetic.
    • Biff Tannen however, is perhaps the person who gets along with Boomer the best, as they are the most similar to one another, and are both bullies who remained as such in their adult years. In addition, they both have been Covered in Gunge: Biff with horse manure, and Boomer with sludge. They're known to share many laughs and drinks together, and Boomer has offered Biff a spot in his plans. Biff has yet to accept, but is considering the offer.
    • Of course, this has made Boomer a target of Jimmy Hopkins, who heard about what Boomer was supposed to do and watched the print of his actions towards Burnett. Jimmy responded by violently attacking Boomer and his associates, forcing Sailor John to back the boy away with a shovel and pick-axe while he and Boomer made their getaway. This has caused Boomer to seek more physical protection should the need arise.
  • I'm going to get my revenge...do you know what revenge sounds like?
