Good for a fashionable breakfast and madcap nightcap!
The Fashionista has an Unlimited Wardrobe, and headwear is no different. Brides have veils and gentlemen have derbies, but her? She has the sunhat.

Sunhats are often used as fashion statements and are often accompanied by other accessories — belts, ribbons, earrings, or even a colour-coded outfit. In many cases, she'll often adjust her hat, being concerned about how it makes her look as a Proper Lady. Many an Ojou dons this sort of hat. It's also common amongst similarly rich and bored housewives.

This trope can also overlap with Rich Bitch, Upper-Class Twit, and the tropes of Fashion and Modeling Tropes.

Essentially Always Female, though there are rare male examples. It could be thrown in Wholesome Crossdresser.

The other term for this is a "picture hat".
