  • Dokurobei was once a skull-like alien from Planet XYZ who travelled across the Universe and while passing through Earth was shattered into pieces by an accident and ended up stranded on Earth, the fragmented alien then managed to somehow build a proxy human-like body and manipulated the criminal Doronbo Gang into travelling the world but especially the Dekkaido region of Japan to look for the pieces of his being, claiming they were the "Dokuro Stones" that would reveal the location of a great treasure when gathered. Opposed by the Yatterman and giving nothing but false and faulty leads to his minions, he never quite accomplished his goal and punished them for their failures or for his own amusement, until the very end of his initial tenure where once the Doronbo gathered the stone pieces he was fully reformed, revealed his ruse and left Earth to never deal with its inhabitants again, with the Dorobo disbanding.
    • However, years later he returned with a new fake body and some relatives to tour around the planet but lost the pieces of his true body yet again, he rehired the Doronbo to gather the five (actually ten) Dokuro rings (once again the pieces needed to restore his true body) and claiming again that they would grant their deepest wish, intending to actually follow up on his words but the selfish and petty wishes of the Doronbos motivated Dokurobei to instead steal the dreams of humanity in retaliation and become all-powerful in the process, but once again failed to achieve his goals and after being made to feel nostalgic for his home he left once more but vowed to return, before immediately returning when he wanted to have more fun with the Doronbo Gang who almost split again until they decided they still cared too much about each other.
    • He failed to win against the Yatterman again and again, eventually leaving and returning several times to Earth each time more powerful and cruel than the last, until after an untold number of defeats he pulled all stops and decimated most of Earth by shattering the moon and finally defeated the Yatterman, still wishing revenge after vanquishing the heroes he took their identities while conquering the remnants of Earth and took the identity of "Lord Yatterman", a supposed descendant of the heroes, exiling the Doronbo and all their families into hostile lands where they would live in poverty. Using the Yatterman's image to slander them beyond the grave, he created the Yatter Kingdom where the scant survivors of his ultimate attack were forced into a dystopian rule with him ruling Earth for many decades. However, the Doronbo Gang's direct descendants reformed the gang and rebelled against his tyranny, forcing him to capture them and reveal his true identity to them, it was then that he was finally defeated for good when the Yatterman's true successors came to light and fought him alongside the new Doronbo Gang, destroying him in his final form and killing him for real.
  • Arriving as a meteor from space, Dokurobei found himself in the Pantheon back to life and as the complete Dokuro Stone... Until he broke apart and had to recruit some lackeys to serve him, though to his misfortune the Doronbo no longer wanted to obey him after all he put them through and destroying the world, this caused him to instead turn to recruiting the Team Rocket Trio, Wario, Risky Boots, Long John Silver and many other thieves and treasure hunters to find the pieces with the promise of granting their wishes. Once the pieces were gathered, Dokurobei revealed his ruse and left his pawns in the dust to race to complete his body again and restore his human disguise, once he was done he contently resumed where he left off in his last moments, now seeking to truly destroy the blasted Yatterman and the Doronbo as well for having troubled him for so long.
  • Has made amicable connections with other deities who hate humanity or extend their lifespans by exploiting other people:
    • Vitiate/The Sith Emperor is a fearsome warlock who sustains his immortality by draining countless lifeforms of their vital force, sustaining himself for years
  • He found a good ally in Aku, the villainous master of evil also arrived on Earth from space and conquered it despite plenty defeats at the hands of his nemesis, though just like him was vanquished after a long time of winning. Aku was quick to congratulate Dokurobei on achieving his goals of destroying his opposition and conquering Earth then making humanity miserable as he himself did. Dokurobei also liked Aku's easygoing personality and the two often crack jokes with one another or hang out at villainous spaces when not on the clock. Aku has even thought of employing some of Dokurobei's Yatterman drones in his attempts to kill Samurai Jack.
  • Dokurobei holds hatred for heroes or otherwise who've indirectly interfered with his schemes or have connections to the Yatterman, among these were Ryu, Chun Li and Morrigan as they once aided the Yatterman in stopping a robbery of the Doronbo Gang and even were briefly honorary Yattermen, while they don't have any real history with Dokurobei that they helped his hated foes and even took up similar mantles caused Dokurobei to greatly hate them by association alone and extended that hatred to the other Capcom deities for the same reasons. Ryu, Chun Li, Morrigan and all the heroic deities of Capcom in turn became enemies as well, owing it to Dokurobei's enslavement of humanity and horrific crimes against Earth for the sake of petty vengeance and immortality, in addition to having possibly killed the original Yatterman or done something worse, given how the Yatterman have met a lot of them in the past.
  • The tropers demand it so it's Punishment Time again, Beh!!!

  • Ash Ketchum is a 10-year-old boy from Pallet Town, whose dream was to become a Pokémon Master, the best like no one ever was. For this, he embarked on a journey across various regions to challenge the Leagues and become the strongest trainer, his first day was rough as his starter, Pikachu, was disobedient and rude, but when he saved Pikachu and in turn Pikachu saved him, both became best friends and a solid team. Afterwards and along the way of his travels he met many companions in various regions, catching many Pokémon in them and having all kinds of strange and fun adventures yet never quite coming close to his goals despite making progress at each League he participated in. Likewise, he met and saved the world multiple times from both the threat of dangerous Pokémon like Mewtwo and evil humans like Team Rocket. The climax for his journey, however, began when he challenged the Alola League and successfully won it, becoming a Champion after years of various losses and close calls. Following this, Ash embarked on his ultimate journey: Taking on the World Coronation Series Tournament, a world-wide spanning competition involving trainers of all regions competing among themselves for the position of World Monarch, which was initially held by Leon of the Galar Region. After arduous training and overcoming several opponents Ash finally defeated Leon and crowned himself the World Champion. But afterwards he wound up lost on what to do now and where to go next in his life, until he realized that becoming the Monarch was never his real goal and deep down still didn't feel like a Master; after some reflections on his journeys thus far he realized what being a Pokémon Master truly was for him: To meet and befriend all Pokémon in the world; with a new goal in mind, Ash set off on yet another journey, this time aiming to truly learn about all Pokémon in the world, meeting up with some old friends before moving to a new adventure.
  • When he ascended he found himself reunited once more with Misty and Brock and then found out that the Team Rocket trio had followed even in this new place to his chagrin, still determined to get his Pikachu now that Giovanni has truly sought it, a few gods believe that Ash's ultimate showdown against Team Rocket might be in the works and have awaited to see if this possible final battle will take place now that Ash has a reason to be targeted over other trainers with his World Champion status.
    • He also found himself reunited with May and Dawn, his following female companions, and was greeted excitedly by May who missed personally seeing him become the World Champion unlike Dawn. May and Dawn have caught up to speed on his new goals and journeys and are glad to continue keeping their communication up with their friend. Lillie also found Ash back and though at first didn't seem to recognize her due to being partly based on her game world version, she eventually remembered and congratulated Ash on his victory.
    • Professor Kukui was especially proud of Ash for winning the World Coronation and greeted him with a big hug upon reuniting, with Ash spending some time in his temple before leaving. Kukui has been pretty impressed by Ash finally defining what being a Master is to him, as Ash inspired him years ago in a time-travel incident to become the trainer he is now though Ash is oblivious to this. Lei being present as Kukui's herald also allowed Ash to play some more with his surrogate brother figure.
    • He met another version of Serena, this one being older and different in personality to the one he knew, as well as her male counterpart, Calem; though this Serena isn't romantically interested in Ash like the other one she nonetheless found herself befriending him due to his heroic deeds, as was Calem. They also were interested in Ash-Greninja, who while no longer owned by Ash, they respected the trainer enough not to try and catch his former Pokémon despite their own interest in and the Bond Phenomenon.
  • Other Mons types of partners have caught his attention such as the Digimon and Monsties. Among the Digimon deities he found friends in the Digidestined of 1999, 2002, the Legendary Warriors and DATS Agents; all who have partnered up with Digimon to save the world from all kinds of maniacs. Particularly he found a good deal of common ground with the "googleheads" leaders, Taichi, Daisuke, Takuya and Masaru who all share his hot-blooded, reckless demeanor along with their strong belief in the power of bonds and friendship, Masaru impressed him in particular with his tendency to fight with his bare fists against even beings more powerful than him, as Ash has himself engaged in physical fighting more than once against really evil or dangerous enemies. He also found some similarities between Sora Takenouichi and Misty, as tomboyish redheads who have soft sides to their spunkier personas. In turn Ash has learnt of the evil Digimon and is currently wary of facing them but won't doubt to put his part if need to.
  • Goku is a saiyan warrior who always seeks to be the best and has befriended Ash on their similar outlooks on life, as both Goku and Ash love to eat, love to battle and mostly want to have fun while also not being ones to stand around for injustice and let it go unpunished (even if they are not particularly interested in actively looking for evil plans to thwart), and Goku's similarities to Ash's Infernape haven't gone unnoticed on either end. Goku's allies found Ash an endearing presence, especially with his similarities to Goku reminding them of Goku's child years, Vegeta and Piccolo have found Ash's friendship leanings quite preachy while Gohan and others such as Krillin are more appreciative of them since they themselves value their friends and family greatly; Ash also felt pity for Androids 17 and 18 due to having a lot of their life ripped from them by Dr. Gero's experiments that turned them into killing machines before they rebelled. Finally, Ash's aura powers and development have made Goku interested in training him, believing Ash and his Pokémon could become strong rivals in the future, though Ash is not that interested at the moment.
  • Ash was interested to see if he could try being an Action Duelist, especially since their way of performing remind him of his Serena and her career as a performers. He did find the strategies a bit of a headache to get a hang on as he is not much of a by-the-book learner preferring to fully improvise with some base knowledge, but regardless has continued trying to keep up, mostly to continue discovering more about various other worlds he just learned of in a bid to expand his areas beyond his comfort zone in his new travels. He has also been interested in the Duel Spirits and if there is one that could partner up with him like Pokémon in his world do. He later came to know of Yugi and the other duelists in the Pantheon and found himself befriending Jonouchi, as he shares Ash's love of out-the-box risky tactics and hot-blooded nature.
  • Became quick friends with Chase, sharing their deep passion for their respected Mons. Chase had once attempted to try his hand on landing a position in the House of Commerce with his Foodons to share Ash's position, however, they didn't make nearly as big an impact as Pokémon had. Despite this, Chase holds no grudge and still enjoys his company.
  • Has the ability to use Aura. While many Gods have suggested that he train with that ability, Ash isn't too worried in developing it over his training career, he did begin to add it to his own battling style after getting a Lucario that became a key member of his World Championship Team, with his new mastery of Aura being vital to help Lucario overcome several foes it otherwise would have lost to. While Ash still isn't all that interested in developing his own Aura skills, he has nonetheless began seeing more merit to employing it in the future, especially given his new goals in life and the vast world he's discovered in the Pantheon.
  • Was pleasantly surprised to find Latios and Latias in the Pantheon upon exploring their Hall, particularly after Latios' Heroic Sacrifice. It doesn't seem he's noticed the blushing, affectionate way Latias acts around him, though regardless he keeps a close friendly relationship with her, while also being reminded of another Latias he more recently befriended while at it. At times Latias has felt jealously towards Ash's female companions in the Pantheon but not enough to create a ruckus, Latios himself has been amused and confused equally by this but prefers not to tell Ash as he can tell he is quite oblivious.
  • One of the nicest gods in the Pantheon, Ash has earned the friendship of many gods of different genres:
    • He quickly befriended Samus Aran after hearing she saved Pikachu in the Subspace Emissary. "Any friend of Pikachu is a friend of mine." he said. He was curious about her own journeys, given they were much more tense than his own while Samus in turn was interested in the adventures Ash and Pikachu went through themselves and how nice it is that Ash hasn't gotten much grief from the trouble he encountered on his journeys. Finally, her adoption and bonding with a baby Metroid that ended in tragedy got her sympathy from Ash, given how he himself has had to see the occasional death of a Pokemon friend.
    • Arceus, God of all Pokémon, enjoys Ash's company, because Ash returned the Jewel of Life saving his life from the machinations of evil humans and has helped save the entire universe several times; in addition to being one of the kindest trainers ever to exist and even returned to help Ash on various other crises he went through in his world. Arceus will no doubt aid Ash if he calls him upon and his assistance to the World Champion has made Ash's enemies be wary of crossing him or putting him and his friends in danger.
    • Ash was happy to see Diancie and Xerneas again after their last adventure together. He felt a bit nervous around Yveltal due to his destructive actions in the past but Xerneas was able to smooth things over as was Ash's quick forgiveness. He was up to speed on what the trio were doing now in the Pantheon and what things he could learn from them that he didn't know at the moment.
    • He made good friends with Twilight Sparkle since they both believe in The Power of Friendship and have developed their closest relationships as a result of their emphasis on the concept. Ash agrees with Twilight that friendship is the greatest power of all as it is his bond with Pikachu and his other Pokemon that's drawn out their true potential, as well as helped him and his friends overcome many perils. This has also made him really good friends with Gentaro Kisaragi, the god empowered by friendship. When they first met, they exchanged handshakes.
    • Also BFFs with Steven Universe, thanks to sharing the same all-loving nature as him. Steven was pretty interested in how Ash draws out the power of his Pokemon friends through his bonds and friendship with them since many of his powers are drawn from his own emotions. Similarly, Ash was interested in the whole th
  • Because of his wholly heroic nature, Ash has a bad habit of making enemies with evil gods in the Pantheon, particularly those who abuse animals, friends or try and tear apart the bonds of others:
  • Ash might not be the brightest kid of his age, but he's kind, benevolent and courageous, qualities that have earned him many allies and friends. Harming Ash for a petty reason is considered one of the cruelest and most terrible crimes in the Pantheon and will cause almost every single Pokémon in the Pantheon to gun after the perpetrator's head. While Team Rocket might be one such party that could harm Ash others such as E
  • He occasionally visits the House of Food, whenever he feels hungry. Which is a lot. Quite a few gods are amazed at how a kid can eat so much which many think that similarly to the previously mentioned Goku, he might burn those calories in his constant journeys and trips around the Pokemon world. He and Goku have had eating contests alongside other big eaters such as Patrick Star, Amethyst, Toriko, Luffy, King Dedede, Kirby and more; though Ash often opts out when the going gets tough even for him.
  • A common subject of debate among the Pantheon is how Ash attracts the attention of several females in his home universe and yet is too oblivious to notice.
  • Met Atalanta after the latter had heard his reputation of befriending otherworldly beings. After hearing Atalanta's story, Ash couldn't help but feel sorry for her, as she had come from a world harsher and crueller than his own. Even so, he said that her desire to protect children was truly admirable and promised to do whatever he could to support her. He is also fond of patting her in the head the same way he does to Pikachu, and amazingly, Atalanta doesn't complain.
  • Ash dislikes Kazuya for several reasons. To start with, the battles he participates in are far more brutal (summoners are expected to attack and be attacked with live weapons), often end with the losing party forced to give up their valuables at swordpoint (if they survive at all), and summoners have the nasty habit of fusing off their old demons once their usefulness has passed. Kazuya retorts his world is nowhere as well-off as Ash's, so everyone has adopted a dog-eat-dog mentality, and since his demons don't grow or evolve like Pokémon and he only has a limited amount of storage, as much as he might want to keep his old demons, he needs stronger ones to survive.
  • Ash has discovered the concept of the "Monsties", tamer versions of the Monsters from the Monster Hunter world who can be tamed and turned into loyal friendly companions; he's been interested in them due to their resemblance to the Pokemon he has befriended and also his interest in befriending any creature he can as an extension of his goal of befriending all Pokemon in the world. He's figured he'd start with their relatively pleasant Great Jagras for that. And while he took a liking to the monsters he won't judge the Monster Hunters for what they do as unlike Hunter J they don't have any malice behind their actions.
