Supermansion is a stop-motion animated series from the creators of Robot Chicken. It's about aging superhero Titanium Rex (Bryan Cranston), who is the leader of the League of Freedom. The league contains a wide variety of superheroes, most of which are expy's of other superheroes.

The team consists of:

• Titanium Rex (Bryan Cranston): A Flying Brick from Subtopia. The geriatric leader of the team who struggles to keep the team running. A parody of Superman.
• Black Saturn (Tucker Gilmore): A spoiled rich kid who leaches off his parents, Black Saturn is immature, whiny and an all-around tool. A parody of Batman.
• American Ranger (Keegan-Michael Key): Rex's best friend. A WWII-era eagle-themed hero who was recently released from a time tunnel, Ranger is still getting used to the values of the new world. A parody of Captain America
• Cooch (Heidi Gardner): An evolved housecat, Cooch is like any typical cat: absolutely lacking in attention span and barely controllable. A parody of Tigra.
• Brad (Tom Root): A junkie who was used as a test subject for an experimental Super Serum, Brad prefers to spend his time getting high rather than do anything useful. A parody of The Hulk
• Robobot (Zeb Wells): A robot who converted to Judaism after discovering his creator was Jewish, Jewbot seeks to learn how to be a human in his own way. A parody of The Vision.

The series was distributed on Crackle prior to Sony selling their remaining stake to Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment in 2019. As of February 2022, the series is available on Tubi. It used to air on Sunday nights on [adult swim].

Super Mansion provides examples of the following tropes:

• Adaptation Expansion: The first episode is an expansion on the pitch pilot, even reusing the old character models to keep continuity.
• Adolf Hitlarious: Hitler is made the butt of the joke in a flashback shown in the episode "Home is Where the Shart Is", where he tries to kill Titanium Rex and the 1940's roster of the League of Freedom by siccing a Pig Man named Schwein Kampf upon them, but instead seals his own fate by pissing Schwein Kampf off with his constant jabs at his nature as a porcine humanoid and then getting tossed into the lava after Titanium Rex assures Schwein Kampf that he isn't alone in despising Hitler.
• Affably Evil: The Groaner is actually a nice guy. This doesn't distract from the fact that he still set a house on fire to make a joke about 'Brush Fires' and assaulted a man with pie.
• Art Evolution: The character models from the first episode were replaced with newer ones for the rest of the first season and those models were upgraded for Season 2.
• Artistic License – Law: The Superheroes can incarcerate villains, without giving them a trial or even a call to their lawyer. Never mind that the mansion holds a prison on its lowest level.
• Ass Shove:
  • American Ranger had a habit of shoving flags up the asses of enemy soldiers during World War II.
  • Black Saturn swears upon his entire fortune that whoever ate his burrito is going to get a Saturn Ring up their ass. When he finds out it was himself sleep eating, he holds himself to it after the others call him on it.
  • Jewbot is forced to do this in order to give Rex a prostate exam. He looses a finger in there.
• Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: Cooch got diagnosed with ADD by Jewbot.
• Attractive Bent-Gender: Lex as a female is an attractive red-haired young woman whom Black Saturn, Brad, AND American Ranger (her father's MARRIED BEST FRIEND from WWII) all want when they first meet her; Lex as a male is a pudgy, freckled ginger with a bowl cut.
• Badass Normal: Black Saturn and American Ranger.
• Bad Future: Season 2 has an episode dealing with one that is the result of Zenith and American Ranger having sex, with their resultant child bringing devastation to the world and a future Black Saturn being sent back in time to fix it. The ending of the episode has Modern Black Saturn suggesting that Ranger should run for President, which results in another Bad Future.
• Bad Santa: The Christmas special "War on Christmas" has Cooch tricked into freeing a reality-warping villain named Mr. Skibumpers, who baits her into doing so by promising to grant her a wish. This wish turns out to be that Santa Claus was real. While as jolly and cheerful as his standard depiction, this Santa ends up going insane and attempting to destroy the city after thinking too hard about the illogical aspects of himself. He seems to get better after entering his own magic sack, but at the end of the special freaks out Titanium Rex by implying that he intends to mete out severe punishment towards those who have been naughty.
• Bestiality Is Depraved: Brad starts a relationship with Cooch after she begs to find someone who can take care of her while she's in heat. This leads to a developing relationship that eventually gets discovered in the most appropriate response.
  Rex: ARE YOU FUCKING MY CAT!?
• Bittersweet Ending: The first season ends with the League foiling Devizo's plan to cause WWIII, but not only does Brad sacrifice himself, all the villains they've captured escaped in the chaos and the mansion burned down. However, the mansion is rebuilt three months later and they're now recruiting for a replacement. They still haven't rebuilt Jewbot's body though.
• Brain in a Jar: The Iron Brain is a giant robot controlled by two dome-enclosed brains who also function as its fists. When it tries to punch, it immediately kills one of them.
• Brainless Beauty: Zenith's current slam-piece, Courtney. All looks, with all the brain power of a particularly dumb dog.
• Captain Patriotic: American Ranger is a parody of such characters, Captain America to be specific.
• Cat Girl: Cooch, who's an evolved feline who not only doesn't shut up about being a cat but still has animal-like habits such as a short attention span.
• Chekhov's Gun: Jewbot accidentally loses a finger in Rex's ass during his medical examination. This ends up allowing the League to escape later when said finger and a head is all Jewbot has left after Dr. Devizo steals his body to create Powered Armor.
  • Rex's Drill Car he used to get to the surface comes up again in the finale Brad uses it to destroy the mansion in a Heroic Sacrifice, stopping Devizo in the process.
• Civilized Animal: Cooch is an artificially evolved cat, but still a cat. She goes into heat, wants to eat Omega Pet Bustanuts, a squirrel, and she's five years old. She also has the attention span of a cat - in human terms, "apocalyptic-level A.D.D." (according to Jewbot's brainscan).
• Cherry Tapping: This is how The Groaner nearly defeats the League of Freedom through nonviolent, financial means. Sometime after he got kicked out of the Injustice Club, The Groaner stole Black Saturn's League credit card, making several small, incidental charges, gradually increasing the amounts spent over time. This led to the financial crisis in the pilot episode that nearly got the League shut down for going over budget.
• The Chess Master: Dr. Devizo, who expertly manipulates his way out of the mansion and the League. The only reason he did not escape was because he didn't account for Lex to be there. And as it turns out that was staged as part of a bigger plan with Lex to destroy the earth with nuclear winter to start over. By the end of Season Two he manages to manipulate his way into becoming a Villain with Good Publicity in a position to oversee the League with government backing.
• Christmas Episode: "War on Christmas" has Cooch manipulated into releasing a reality-warping villain named Mr. Skibumpers in exchange for a wish, said wish being that Santa Claus was real. In addition to the League of Freedom having to force Mr. Skibumpers back to his imprisonment, they also have to stop Santa when he goes on a rampage due to being driven mad by the realization of the illogical aspects of his existence.
• Comic-Book Adaptation: A comic book based on the show was published by Titan and lasted two issues.
• Crazy-Prepared: Cooch has a "Doomsday stash" of various snack foods that she's stockpiling for particularly bad scenarios. This lets her survive as a warlord in a Bad Future.
• Crime Fighting With Cash: Parodied with Black Saturn, who gets the cash from his parents.
  Black Saturn:Mom, did you forget to put money on my account this month? Grrr now like a total knob job in front of my friends!
• Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: The entire team can qualify as this, despite their many quirks they're more than capable of kicking ass.
• Curb-Stomp Battle: Saturn vs Bugula in Season 3. End result is Saturn on the ground with a broken back and pride crying for Rex, while Bugula walks away without a scratch.
• Dating Catwoman: Black Saturn once had a thing with Blood Moon. She isn't very happy about it. There was also Titanium Rex and Frau Mantis.
• Depraved Dentist: The Halloween special "Drag Me to Halloween" features Cooch encountering a dentist who turns out to be hiding children in his basement to force them to submit to his rather strict standards on dental hygiene.
• Depraved Kids' Show Host: The titular Teacher in "Teacher and the Goof", who initially just seemed to be passionate about education to the degree that she delivers her lessons to her audience in an unnecessarily harsh tone, but is later shown to treat her costumed sidekick the Goof like trash (not even allowing him to take off the costume during the decades their show has been on the air), is revealed to have caused the deaths or insanity of several former co-stars she suspected would replace her and is heavily implied to be a Nazi scientist who fled to the United States at the end of World War II.
• Driven to Suicide: Black Saturn attempts to kill himself after Blood Moon rejects him.
• Do-Anything Robot: Aside from having various gadgets built into him, Jewbot also serves multiple purposes, being the team's physician, accountant and guard of their personal jail.
• The Dog Bites Back: Bugula gets some major payback on Black Saturn in Season 3. Starting with a scathing ""The Reason You Suck" Speech" about how he is just a joke, and later a brutal No-Holds-Barred Beatdown, culminating in him actually breaking Saturn's back and leaving him crawling on the ground, crying. Considering how Saturn ruined his life and is directly responsible for his kid being taken away, he deserved it.
• Domestic Abuse: The Omega Pets turn out to have been abusive to their former owner Omega Ted, Genki is the most obvious one but the others aren't that far behind.
• Earth Day Episode: "World War Tree", which has trees come alive on Earth Day and attempt to wipe out humanity in retribution for every tree that was killed by human activity, leaving it up to the League of Freedom to stop the trees.
• Enemy Mine: The season two finale has the League joining forces with the Injustice Club to deal with the Subtopian invasion.
• Enfant Terrible: Dudley, Black Saturns little brother, seems like a really sweet child. He's a gangster
• Even Evil Has Standards:
  • The Ironbrain may be evil, but even he is disgusted by domestic abuse
  • Rat-A-Pult draws the line at murdering kids.
  • Blazar's people are against euthanasia; he spares Titanium Rex when throws out his back fighting Blazar. He changes his mind when Rex later insults him on TV.
  • The Groaner is disgusted in "The League of Cheesedom" when he looks at the script Black Saturn gave him after calling him to replace the actor at the pizzeria playing the Groaner and sees that his dialogue has him boast about drugging the pizza so he can molest the children while they're unconscious.
• Evolving Credits: The intro has silhouettes of the villains for the reason that is filled in after that episode's villain is revealed.
• Expy:
  • Most of the main characters are one. But the most obvious is American Ranger, a walking reference to Captain America with his sidekick Kid Victory being Bucky Barnes.
  • For the other League Members: Titanium Rex is Superman, Lex Lightning is Supergirl, Cooch is Tigra, Brad is the Hulk and Black Saturn is Batman if he never lost his parents.
  • The Halloween special "Drag Me to Halloween" has Robobot try to look up scary things and stumble upon a Slenderman ersatz called the Slimmerman.
  • Sgt. Agony is Nick Fury. Interestingly he has the original Nick Fury's hairstyle and outfit with the movie/Ultimate Nick Fury's race.
    • He also has bionic arms like Jax.
  • Groaner is quite obviously an expy of the Joker, as a supervillain prop comic. Interestingly, he looks more like a clown than the Clown Prince of Crime himself.
• Eye Scream:
  • In episode 11 Lex overloads one of Black Saturn's cans of energy drink in her hand and gets it in her eyes.
  • In the first season finale, Lex loses her eyesight after being blasted by Rex's Arm Cannon.
• Fan Disservice:
  • In the first episode, we see a photo of Ranger's wife wearing a bikini in the 40's, then Ranger brings out another photo of her wearing that same bikini as an old woman in the present.
  • In "The Long Chaun", Rex is given nothing but a viking helmet and a loincloth to wear, leaving very little of his wrinkly body to the imagination.
  Lex: There is literally nowhere from head to toe where I can comfortably rest my eyes.
• Faux Furby: The Christmas special has Black Saturn's younger brother wanting to kill Black Saturn in retribution of destroying his Burfy, a blatant stand-in for the Furby toy, when they were younger. In the end, he decides to spare Black Saturn after Santa gives him a replacement Burfy.
• Foreshadowing:
  • Cooch smelled that something was wrong with Lex right from the start. She also called her a dude. She even specifically questioned that Lex was an attractive "young woman" because she didn't feel threatened by her - that is, as a humanoid cat, her pheromones weren't reacting to a rival female over the men on the team.
  • When Brad gets wasted on psychotropic drugs to bring back Cooch's spirit when she goes feral in the forest, he sees Lex's male form when he first starts hallucinating. In the same episode, Lex even sarcastically quips that she's really a villain whose entire plan was to infiltrate the team and undermine it from within - which of course, she actually was.
• Friendly Enemy: The Groaner and Black Saturn are rather open to hanging out with each other for being enemies.
• Fur Against Fang: "Sympathy for Black Saturn" has this happen when Black Saturn finds out about an ancient war between a clan of vampires called Dracuvlads and one of werewolves called Wolfenlykes, which started because Black Saturn's ancestors were a man and woman who respectively turned themselves into a vampire and a werewolf before they were both killed by their son. Because Black Saturn is a descendant of the Wheelihan bloodline, he is asked to side with either and become one of their own. When Titanium Rex and American Ranger make it clear to him that becoming a supernatural creature isn't all it is cracked up to be, Black Saturn rejects both clans' recruitment offers, resulting in the vampires and werewolves uniting as one over their mutual ire at Black Saturn.
• Gender Bender: Lex can change her/his gender, thanks to her/his insect DNA.
• The Ghost:
  • Marjorie, who appears to be the help, buying groceries and cleaning. She finally appears in the Season 3 Thanksgiving Special, voiced by Jennifer Tilly.
  • The Groaner occasionally tries to use a prop he orders from an unseen individual named Gary, whom the Groaner frequently curses or calls to complain to whenever the Groaner realizes that the comedy prop isn't the one he ordered.
• Halloween Episode: The Halloween special is "Drag Me to Halloween", which focuses on the adventures of the rest of the team while Titanium Rex chooses to stay home and sulk due to not caring for Halloween. American Ranger dates a woman who turns out to be a ghost, Cooch tries to go trick-or-treating and ends up vandalizing the home of a dentist who refuses to give out candy (and turns out to be willing to kidnap and imprison children who don't meet his strict standards on dental hygiene), Black Saturn and his enemy the Groaner try to find women to score with at a Halloween party and Robobot tries to look up scary stuff on the Internet and becomes possessed by the Slimmerman, which he's actually faking as a Halloween prank.
• Hauled Before A Senate Subcommittee: The whole League in the first episode and only Titanium Rex shows up.
• Heroic Sacrifice: Brad, in the first season finale, apparently gives his life to stop Dr. Devizo's plan.
• Hidden Depths:
  • Cooch usually doesn't care what other people think, but in some quiet moments she gets the bad feeling that she doesn't belong anywhere, and that her low intelligence and short attention span are a failure that lets down everyone around her including herself. She enjoys casual sex, but is actually afraid that someone might actually fall in love with her.
  • Courtney is shown to have a surprisingly clear understanding of the Zenith/Portia relationship and explains it to Sgt. Agony pretty well.
  Agony: Wow. You're not the complete idiot I and everyone I know takes you for, are you?
• Hollow World: Subtopia, where Titanium Rex came from.
• Horrible Camping Trip: Episode 10. Cooch turns feral, being a housecat, Jewbot turns into a redneck because he is off the server, Black Saturn loses his clothes, and Rex finally tells Ranger about his affair with Gloria.
• Ignoring by Singing: American Ranger covers his ears and sings to try and ignore his future self's statements in "Back to Black to the Future" after said future self states that he's been living off dog feces.
• I'll Be in My Bunk: Upon learning that pornography is everywhere online, free and is not considered adultery, American Eagle tries to make up an excuse to leave before simply screaming "Get out of my way!" and running off.
• Improbable Aiming Skills: Black Saturn has these while ironically lacking regular aiming skills; he often misses straight shots but when hitting things at near impossible angles he never misses.
• Instant Turn-Off: Black Saturn has this reaction when he discovers that he has had a poster of his mom from her porn star days and has been jacking off to it since he was a teenager, (He never realized cause she always wore a mask in them), while working on a case of kidnapped retired supermodel porn stars. He reacts to this with disgust, and then keeps reacting with disgust whenever he heard about how others would masturbate to her or his Mom talking about her sex escapes from those days throughout the episode.
• Interspecies Romance: Brad, a human, and Cooch, an evolved cat
  Titanium Rex: Are you f**ing my cat?!
• The Mafiya: In episode 9, They abduct Dudley and Jewbot.
• Manchild: Black Saturn is an adult and still begs his parents for money, as well as go on the occasional temper tantrums.
• Mistaken for Pedophile:
  • American Ranger in episode 4. He wanted to find a replacement sidekick so he put out an ad online looking for young physically fit boys. After he gets a lot of responses, Rex quickly destroys the computer in horror and later the Feds show up to take him in after seeing it.
  • "Teacher and the Goof" has American Ranger mistake someone else for being a pedophile when he receives a letter from a son he never knew existed asking that he meet him at the park. Forgetting that he spent the decades in a Time Tunnel after World War II ended, American Ranger sees an elderly man waiting for him and assumes that his son is a creep who's at the park to prey on children.
• The Mole: Lex Lightning
• Monster Clown: The Groaner. He has a bright red clown's nose and hair, and only a skull instead of a face. In actuality, he's more of an Ineffectual Sympathetic Villain.
• Moral Myopia: Most of the heroes suffer from it. But Black Saturn takes the cake, going so far as to get a reformed criminal, Bugula, back into their prison.
• Naked on Revival: Titanium Lex is nude when she is revived by her father's touch in the final episode "Bad Lex".
• Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: In the first episode the team wouldn't have been on thin ice with the government if Brad showed up on time and didn't bring down the Washington Monument.
• Noble Bigot: American Ranger is from the 40's so his thinking and mentality is still in that time, meaning he says several things that are considered racist by today's standards. Nothing he says is meant with malice or actual racism however. (When in Washington DC, he mistakes President Obama and Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor for servants.) He would be considered progressive by his own time's standards. If one watches carefully he's probably the most morally upstanding member of the team.
• Obstructive Bureaucrat: Sgt. Agony; Military Grade Accountant, tries his hardest to obstruct the League of Freedom.
• Oh, Crap!: Lex in the season one finale when her father reveals he never taught her how to fully use her powers and changes his titanium hand into an Arm Cannon!
• Only Sane Man:
  • Both Rex and Jewbot are probably the most stable and competent of the heroes, and even they often have their moments.
  • For the villains we have Groaner, who acts as the rational one on a fair number of the heroes missions and constantly points out the lunacy of other characters, especially Black Saturn.
• Older Than They Look:
  • Rex and Ranger both fought in WWII, meaning both in are somewhere between late eighties and mid nineties. However, Ranger was frozen in a Time Tunnel for seventy years and Rex, while still old, has a slowed aging process due to being a subtopian.
  • If Lex was born before the Chernobyl disaster that would put her in her early to mid thirties. But she looks and acts like a woman in her early twenties. Her male form looks even younger, almost like a teenager.
  • Zenith was a League member in "The Disco Era" according to the subtitle, which means she's at least in her 50's. She hasn't aged any if at all since then.
• Old Superhero: While he's way past his prime and suffers the typical physical problems of men his age, Titanium Rex is still a Flying Brick who can totally kick ass, though he was temporarily Brought Down to Normal when his powers ran out. At the end of the episode, he proceeds to tell Blazarr that as he got older, he learned to make up his failing strength by being sneakier and fighting dirtier.
• One-Steve Limit: Averted. There's another Titanium Rex, who's a talking dinosaur with metal arms who struggles with him over who gets to keep the name. In the end, the dinosaur with mechanical arms is forced to go by Robodino, a name he absolutely despises.
• Origin Story: Defied. The Groaner tries to explain his origins of how his face is now little more than a skull, but Brad, Black Saturn, and Cooch are in a hurry to continue on the mission and, more importantly, get away from Titanium Rex and his "Game Night". The Groaner says he'll explain the rest in the car.
• Pig Man: "Home is Where the Shart Is" reveals that Adolf Hitler attempted to kill Titanium Rex and the 1940's roster of the League of Freedom by siccing a porcine supervillain named Schwein Kampf on them. Schwein Kampf instead turns on Hitler due to the dictator ceaselessly insulting him for being a humanoid pig, which leads to Titanium Rex lobbying to make it the law that villains are granted amnesty for their crimes in exchange for doing heroic deeds. This later comes back to bite Titanium Rex in the ass when he learns that he has to share his mansion with the Injustice Club because of their hand in thwarting the Subtopian invasion, which gives Rex the idea to have Robobot spy on Schwein Kampf in hopes of finding proof that the pig-man committed crimes after his exoneration and therefore have clout to repeal the law and effectively be able to kick the Injustice Club out of his mansion.
• Pitiful Worms: "Let's Talk About Rex" has Blazar taunt the League of Freedom by comparing them to ants at a picnic.
• Prison Rape: The Groaner offers Johnny Rabdo something 'long hard and full of seamen', and he doesn't have a boat.
• Product Placement: Very much so and very blatant. Characters will literally stop what they are doing to talk about how great Arbys is and will run a scene with every character holding Arby's bags. Video games are routinely advertised as well though the saving grace of those is that the characters are playing the game on an Xbox one on a Crackle ( Sony's streaming network) original show.
• Politically Incorrect Hero: Being that he's a Fish out of Temporal Water, American Ranger still has some bigoted values. The first episode has him be outraged that a black man is now president.
• Potty Failure: When Titanium Rex and his daughter Lex astral project to communicate with Mother Nature and the Father Tree in "World War Tree", Lex mentions that she really has to pee. Much to her mortification, she learns that she's already wet herself when her and her dad's consciousnesses return to the physical plane.
• Power Fist: Titanium Rex and Lex Lightning have a metal right arm due to their Subtonian heritage. In the season finale, Rex shows that it can transform into an Arm Cannon.
• Pungeon Master: Johnny Rabdo loves to use the word "ream" whenever possible to the point that Rex starts doing it as well.
• Ragtag Bunch of Misfits: That's putting it mildly.
• Religious Robot: Robobot, after an existential crisis and learning that his creator's name was Goldstein, turns towards judaism and became Jewbot. That's what he calls himself, to his rabbi's frustration. Season two however reveals that his creator wasn't Jewish, but a Scientologist, after learning that he later quits religion and becomes Robobot again.
• Series Continuity Error: In Episode 8 Brad doesn't want Rex to know he's a drug addict but the thing is before this episode he made no attempt to hide this and everyone knew.
• Sleeps with Everyone but You: Playing With, in episode 3 Cooch offers herself to Ranger and Saturn to help her while she's in heat but not Brad because she knows with his addictive personality he'll fall in love with her but she eventually sleeps with him after he promises not to fall in love.
• Spiritual Successor: This series is a follow-up to Matthew Senreich's previous series, Titan Maximum, focusing on parodying superheroes rather than the Humongous Mecha genre.
• Straight Gay: Kid Victory is gay but does not demonstrate any stereotypes, with the reveal of his sexuality being something that American Ranger struggles with.
• Strong as They Need to Be: The strength, durability and competency of just about every character fluctuates wildly depending on the needs of the episode's plot.
• Suck E. Cheese's: In Season 2, the League attempt to promote their public image by opening a League-themed pizzeria complete with arcade games and singing robots. As expected, the robots and games become hostile due to being built from the same software as Jewbot, who accidentally reboots their military programming.
• Super Serum: Brad gains his powers from drugs created by Opticorp and was initially a part of their tests due to his high drug tolerance.
• Super Zeroes: Titanium Rex and Jewbot seem to be the only consistently competent heroes on the team, and even they aren't above screwing up big time now and then.
• Thanksgiving Episode: "A Prayer for Mr. T", where the main plot consists of Titanium Rex trying to prove he can cook a better turkey than Dr. Devizo. The sub-plots include American Ranger attempting to put on a play that tells a romanticized account of the first Thanksgiving with the assistance of the Blue Menace and Johnny Rabdo, Black Saturn bringing the Groaner to his parents' mansion and Titanium Lex being stuck keeping an eye on Cooch, Chet, Buster Nut and Robodino to make sure they stay out of trouble.
• Thanksgiving Turkey: It is established in the Thanksgiving special "A Prayer for Mr. T" that Titanium Rex and Dr. Devizo used to have a yearly tradition of competing at cooking a better Thanksgiving turkey, with the tradition renewed now that they've more or less mended fences. Devizo deliberately makes things difficult for Titanium Rex by giving Marjorie the day off so that Rex can't count on her assistance in cooking his turkey. Shenanigans ensue where Robobot injects Rex's turkey with the enhanced drug that gave Brad his powers, causing the turkey to mutate into a large and hideous creature.
• True Companions: After going through World War II (and committing war crimes) together American Ranger and Kid Victory have this. Even though KV's lifestyle (being gay) made American Ranger very uncomfortable he worked past it and KV didn't hold American Ranger's previous behavior against him. The episode ended with them on good terms.
• Undying Loyalty: Kid Victory may not be American Ranger's sidekick anymore, but he still has his back. This is best illustrated by KV telling Rex he'll fund the heroes but only if Rex stop sleeping with Ranger's wife. Rex was noticeably nervous being told off by him.
  • American Ranger was deeply uncomfortable at finding out Kid Victory was homosexual but after some soul searching and a heart-to-heart talk with his former sidekick he overcame his misgivings and reconciled with his old friend. The parted ways on good terms.
  • The team has this for Rex, when his age starts showing they vote whether he should retire or not they all vote no.
• Unexplained Recovery: Lex in the second season after being blinded by Rex in the first season finale she has her eyesight back with no explanation given.
• Unstoppable Rage: Black Saturn goes these when he gets dumped and it takes Rex, Ranger and Brad to hold him down.
• Villain Song: Mr.Skibumpers gets a villain song in the Christmas Special, though Jewbot forces him to skip most of it.
• Vitriolic Best Buds: The entire team, they may annoy one other a lot sometimes but they clearly care a lot about each other.
• What Ever Happened To The Mouse?: We never find out what happens to the Ironbrain after one of the brains is killed.
• When Trees Attack: Sentient trees who want to kill humanity are the main threat in the special "World War Tree".
• You Can't Go Home Again: Rex making it to the surface from Subtopia was a one in a million chance, as no other Subtopian managed to survive the trip before or after him. Also, at the end Season 1, the drill pod he used to get to the surface was destroyed to stop Dr. Devizo's plan to start a nuclear war.
