- Abhorrent Admirer: Just a dogged (usually female) suitor, with the wrinkle that she's also (comically) unattractive. We can't have that.
- Accidental Pervert: Constantly winds up in situations where they wind up doing things that seem quite perverted without even meaning to.
- All Men Are Perverts: You're no Accidental Pervert. How do I know? You're male.
- All Gays are Promiscuous: Even more true if you're gay!
- All Women Are Lustful: Women secretly want to have sex. No, scratch that, they're desperate for it.
- Bad Girl Song: A lady shows how lustful she is through song.
- Bathe Her and Bring Her to Me: Especially if the villain likes to watch her being bathed...
- Bestiality Is Depraved: Has a little too much interest in things four-legged and otherwise.
- Black Widow: A warning: there's a reason she's available...
- The Bluebeard: And there's a reason why he is as well....
- The Casanova: He loves 'em, then leaves 'em. The Master Swordsman of perverts, he's a predator whose only motivation is indulging his personal lusts and desires.
- Casanova Wannabe: Wants to be The Casanova, or at least a Kavorka Man, but fails miserably.
- The Chikan: He gropes women on the subway.
- Chivalrous Pervert: Yes, he's trying to imagine her naked, but he'll be the first to defend her should the villain be an actually dangerous pervert.
- Construction Catcalls: Construction workers love hassling women who pass by.
- Covert Pervert: You'd never guess this innocent character has a porn fetish.
- Creepy Gym Coach: Coaches and gym teachers that are perverted towards their students.
- Creepy Uncle: This guy likes his niece/nephew in all the wrong ways.
- Depraved Bisexual: They would screw anyone... especially those who get in their way.
- Depraved Homosexual: The natural predator of Straight men.
- Dirty Kid: This child proves that perversion knows no age limit.
- Dirty Old Man: An older man with a fetish for young (wo)men; ranges from disgusting to a Lovable Rogue.
- Dirty Old Monk: This clergy member ignores the meaning of "vow of chastity".
- Dirty Old Woman: Distaff Counterpart of Dirty Old Man Played for Laughs.
- Double Standard Rape: Female on Male: Rape is completely normal if it is a female after a male; the roles reversed, on the other hand, is downright disgraceful.
- Ephebophile: Targeting children, except the character prefers them to have passed puberty.
- Ethical Slut: She's slutty, she knows it, and she doesn't see anything wrong with that.
- Executive Excess: More interested in sex and drugs than actually working, despite the lofty corporate position.
- Extraverted Nerd: The juvenile Casanova Wannabe.
- Extreme Libido: They won't stop having sex until their libido calms down.
- Extreme Omnisexual: Will have sex with anything. And we do mean anything.
- Femme Fatale: She's hot, she knows it, and she's not above using it to further her aims.
- Fetish: Getting turned on by something that isn't really normal for one's culture. Many perverts have them.
- Fetishes Are Weird: If you have a fetish, you are a creepy weirdo.
- Fetishized Abuser: You are my plaything for me to abuse and molest to my heart's content. And don't act like you don't like it!

- Forgiving the Accidental Pervert: They understand the situation was an accident and won't hit them unjustly.
- Good Bad Girl: Distaff Counterpart of the Chivalrous Pervert, what to others is naughty is just part of the joy of life to her.
- Handsome Lech: This handsome skirt chaser is too kindhearted to be The Casanova, and too openly lecherous to actually be respected by women.
- The Hedonist: Pleasure is everything to them. Sexual pleasure? Even better!
- High-Class Call Girl: She speaks six languages, and is putting herself through law school... by any means necessary.
- Hooker with a Heart of Gold: She may act like a common streetwalker, but she's a Good Bad Girl deep down.
- Hormone-Addled Teenager: All teenagers, male and female alike, are complete and utter sex-fiends.
- Horny Bard: The Bard is portrayed as single-minded towards getting laid.

- I Have You Now, My Pretty: To remind the audience (and the hero) that I'm the villain, I'll tie up his girlfriend and lick her ear (or even worse).
- I'm a Man; I Can't Help It: You'll just have to keep forgiving me, because All Men Are Perverts.
- I Love the Dead: Corpses... HOT!
- Immortality Promiscuity: Immortals really get around.
- Kavorka Man: Living proof that a man can be ugly, lecherous, and loved by the ladies anyway. The Casanova minus the good looks.
- KidAnova: The Casanova in training. Just because he'd barely hit puberty doesn't mean he can't be a serial dater.
- Lascivious Beauty Mark: A facial beauty mark is used to characterize someone as flirtatious, seductive, generally sexually forward (perversion included), and/or highly desired In-Universe.
- Lecherous Licking: I Have You Now, My Pretty! *SLURP, SLURP, SLURP*
- Lecherous Stepparent: A stepparent who is too close to their stepchild.
- Lemon Stu: A (usually Self-Insert) fanfic character who can and will sleep with anyone he likes.
- Literal Man Eater: She may look like a snack, but she's going to be the one devouring you.
- Lovable Sex Maniac: The Draco in Leather Pants of perverts, he's an Anti-Hero whose love of all things pornographic is Played for Laughs.
- Man, I Feel Like a Woman : Wow! Are these breasts on my chest? Are they real? I need to check *grope grope*.
- A Man Is Always Eager: No matter what, men are always the ones asking for sex, not women.
- Masturbation Means Sexual Frustration: Masturbation is used to denote a character is sexually frustrated, perverted, or repressed.
- Memetic Molester: Whether canon or not, they "raep" people.
- Mrs. Robinson: Seasoned cougar female seeks fresh, young male.
- My Girl Is a Slut: Well, if you're a porn actress...
- Naughty Birdwatching: Using binoculars or other apparatus for voyeuristic purposes rather than birdwatching.
- Naughty Nuns: Just because they wear the cloth doesn't mean they don't have... needs.
- Nerds Are Pervs: Nerdy characters depicted as sex-obsessed, often with deviant preferences and lecherous instincts.
- "No Peeking!" Request: A character has to warn another to turn away or not to peek while they undress.
- Pædo Hunt: The apparent threat of child molestation, whether or not that threat is legitimate, becomes a cause for panic.
- Panty Thief: Someone who steals other people's underwear, almost always for sexual gratification.
- Pedophile Priest: A holy man with an entirely unholy interest in children.
- The Peeping Tom: A voyeur who gets their kicks from spying on members of their preferred gender without their knowledge or permission.
- Pervert Dad: His inappropriate interest in his daughter falls just shy of out-and-out Parental Incest.
- Perverted Drooling: When someone's so hot, your mouth waters just thinking about them.
- Perverted Pig: Pigs are portrayed as lecherous and/or perverted.
- Perverted Sniffing: Breathing in a Lust Object's scent. LOUDLY.
- Pervert Revenge Mode: Some people don't take kindly to being subjected to a pervert's attentions, and react quite violently.
- Pervy Patdown: Using a patdown as an excuse to feel someone up.
- The Pornomancer: This character is a living Deus Sex Machina magnet. He doesn't have to look for sex, sex goes looking for him.
- Accidental Pornomancer: ...Even when he may not even want it.
- Power Perversion Potential: A character uses their powers to more easily get some sort of sexual gratification.
- Psycho Lesbian: Being a lesbian made her psychotic.
- Really Gets Around: I screwed the whole cast, extras included!
- Screw Yourself: Narcissism taken to the ultimate extreme.
- Sex God: They will give you mind-blowing ecstasy, perhaps even without going all the way.
- Sexiness Score: Ranking, rating or scoring a character's attractiveness and sexual desirability, which can often be considered gross and immature.
- Sex in a Shared Room: While this might not be inherently perverted, it often is and might involve The Peeping Tom.
- Sex Is Evil, and I Am Horny: Sex is for the depraved, despicable, and disgusting...but I still want it anyway.
- Sex Is Violence: I'm gonna fuck you up! Yes, that way as well. It will look like I want to anyway!
- Sick and Wrong: An understandable reaction to many of the disturbed things described on this index. Stupid goat... that was entrapment!
- Sleeps with Everyone but You: Really Gets Around, but won't have sex with this guy.
- Spies Are Lecherous: A secret agent is portrayed as The Casanova.
- Stalker with a Crush: I want YOU in the worst way possible! And "no" is NOT an answer.
- Succubi and Incubi: Succubi and Incubi are often portrayed as having an out of control desire for sex; the nastier the better.
- Super Sex Organs: My genitals give me SUPERPOWERS! No, really.
- Too Kinky to Torture: Hurt me harder! I SAID HURT ME HARDER!!
- Turn Your Head and Cough: Doctors instruct their male patients to do this as an excuse to ogle their testicles.
- Unprovoked Pervert Payback: When Pervert Revenge Mode gets employed against someone who didn't really do anything to deserve it.
- Unsexy Sadist: Wants to be a Romantic Abuser, but fails miserably.
- The Vamp: She's lusty and hot and she will seduce you... to your doom!
