An elf girl from an important family lineage. She is Ard's childhood friend. She has a strong sense of justice, but is also proud and competitive. On the other hand, she also has a lonely side.
- A-Cup Angst: She has a decent bust size, but still doesn't like being compared to the more well-endowed Ginny.
- Cannot Spit It Out: As possessive as she is, she can't bring herself to openly admit she loves Ard.
- Childhood Friend Romance: She's infatuated with Ard, who is her childhood friend.
- Clingy Jealous Girl: She wants Ard to herself and hates when any girl tries to cling to him or take him away from her. This puts her at odds with Ginny who would like Ireena to be more open to polygamy.
- Damsel in Distress: At the end of the first arc, Elzard kidnaps Ireena and attempts to sacrifice her to a monster as a ritual to summon an Evil God and destroy the world, but Ard comes to rescue her.

A succubus girl who attends the magic academy. She has lost her self-confidence due to bullying, but she is naturally a succubus with a bewitching personality.
- Big-Breast Pride: She's the most well-endowed girl of Ard's Unwanted Harem, which she tries using to her advantage.
- Befriending the Bullied: Ard and Ireena defend her from Elrado, who had been bullying her for a long time. After Ard scares Elrado away by massively overpowering him in a magic duel, Ard and Ireena befriend Ginny, helping her heal from her years of bullying.
- Bully Magnet: She got bullied by Elrado a lot througout her life until she met Ard and Ireena.
- Buxom Beauty Standard: Being a succubus gives her a rather big bust size, to Ireena's envy. When Lydia meets her in the past, the first thing she notices about her is her large breasts.
- Foil: To Ireena, both in character design and personality. Ginny is a short-haired succubus with a voluptuous body, Ireena is a long-haired elf with a fairly modest figure. Ginny starts as shy and insecure, but quickly becomes very forward in her advances towards Ard, while Ireena is more outspoken yet has a hard time admitting her feelings for Ard. Ginny is very adamant about her wish to be part of Ard's harem and doesn't mind sharing him with other women, in contrast Ireena's possessiveness and strong opposition to the idea of polygamy.

Ireena's ancestor and Varvatos' close friend. She died and her spirit is placed within Ard's Sword Vald-Galgulus.
- Action Girl: She was one of the strongest women in the Demon Lord's Army, being one of the few people who can actually cause damage on Ard with her fists alone.
- The Atoner: She wanted to atone for having massacred a town of demons during the war. This is why she was accepting of her fate to die in battle because all she wanted to do was help creating a peaceful world, even though she wouldn't live to see it.
- Idiot Hair: She has an ahoge, which her descendant Ireena got as well.
- The Lad-ette: Ard is baffled when he sees the feminine and gentle portrayal of Lydia in a play because the real Lydia was a vulgar, foul-mouthed and fierce warrior.
- The Lost Lenore: Varvatos loved her and her death broke him, leading him to reincarnate himself as Ard. Even after reincarnation, Ard is pained by losing her.
- Lovable Sex Maniac: She starts groping Ginny as soon as she meets her in the past.

- Defeat by Modesty: In the light novel and manga versions of the tournament, Ard accidentally destroys Olivia's clothes when reflecting her attack with a barrier spell, leaving her naked in front of the crowd, and she forfeits in embarrassment. The anime censors the entire scene and has Olivia get sent flying away from the arena instead.
- Hot Teacher: She works as a magic teacher while looking like a busty Cat Girl with revealing clothes.
- I Will Find You: She has been searching for the Demon Lord for thousands of years.
- Really 700 Years Old: Despite her young appearance, she's over 3,000 years old.

A soldier in the Demon Lord's Army and Lydia's foster sister. She trained in a dungeon where time flows differently and came back 3,000 years later. After that, she comes to the magic academy to look for Ard, suspecting him to be the reincarnation of Varvatos.
- BFS: She wields swords about the size of her body.
- Big Sister Worship: She idolizes Lydia, viewing her as an older sister figure.
- Butt-Monkey: She's typically at the wrong end of the comical moments.
- Didn't Think This Through: During the battle of Avia Desa, Sylphy planted magical landmines all over the battlefield to take down the enemy army without her or any of her allies having to lift a finger. She didn't notice the flaws in her strategy until Varvatos asked her how were they supposed to leave the battlefield without accidentally stepping on her landmines.
- Dual Wielding: While Brainwashed and Crazy, she dual-wields the swords Vald-Galgus and Demise-Argis.
- Dumb Muscle: She's quite strong with the sword, but is a bit of an idiot.
- Fiery Redhead: She's a redhead with a hotheaded and impulsive personality.
- Fish out of Temporal Water: From her perspective, she trained in the dungeon for only three years. After she finally leaves, she's shocked to discover 3,000 years have passed. Apparently, nobody told her how time works inside the dungeon.

- Cute Oversized Sleeves: She's an eccentric young scientist wearing a labcoat with oversized sleeves that always cover her hands.
- Expecting Someone Taller: Ireena and Ginny find her actual appearance to be quite unimpressive compared to the embellished version of her known by people 3,000 years later.
- Girlish Pigtails: Her twintails fit with her childish and quirky character.
- Labcoat of Science and Medicine: She wears a labcoat as part of her job as a magical researcher.

- Antiquated Linguistics: She speaks in archaic Japanese, like using the pronoun "warawa" to refer to herself.
- Do You Want to Copulate?: She does this to Ard in their first meeting no less.Rosa: Ard Meteor, would you impregnate me?
- Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: She has long golden hair and is a benevolent queen to her kingdom, as well as friendly to Ard and Ireena.
- High-Class Fan: She holds a pink fan in her hand, showing her status as royalty.
- The High Queen: She's an extremely caring and loving figure to her people.
- Lord Country: Her surname is Laville, the same name as the kingdom she rules over.
- Love at First Sight: She's completely infatuated with Ard right away and even wants to bear his children from the first time she meets him.
- Navel-Deep Neckline: The neckline of her dress extends from her cleavage to past her navel.

An ancient dragon who nearly destroyed the world after the Demon Lord disappeared. She disguises herself as Jessica and acts as an instructor in the Laville National Academy of Magic.
- Didn't Think This Through: She attempts to turn Ard against Ireena by revealing her bloodline which not only did Ard not care, but it also just made Ard want to defeat her even more.
- Dragons Are Demonic: She's the dragon who nearly destroyed the world after the passing of the Demon Lord thousands of years ago.
- Evil Is Petty: Thinks Ireena is a monster just because of her bloodline to an evil god even when she knows that that's not her fault.
- Fangs Are Evil: She's an evil dragon with a mouth full of fangs.
- Kill and Replace: She disguised herself as Jessica, a teacher she killed, to infiltrate the magic academy and kidnap Ireena.
- Sadist: She loves to kill and see other people suffer as she sadistically gloated to Ireena about trying to turn Ard against her just to see her anguish in despair.
Disaster Rogue

A version of Ard from a parallel world. He tries to change the history 3,000 years into the past to save Lydia.
- Alternate Self: He's the Ard of an Alternate Timeline where he lost everything and became obsessed with undoing Lydia's death.
- Belated Love Epiphany: He admits that his biggest regret is not realizing his love for Lydia until he lost her forever.
- Disease Bleach: His traumatic life caused his hair to turn partially white.
- Evil Doppelgänger: He's a villainous version of Ard from an alternate universe.
- Evil Sounds Deep: He has a lower voice than the Ard from the present, especially in the English dub.
- Evil Wears Black: He's a villain clad in a black armor.
- Good Scars, Evil Scars: Unlike the Ard from the present timeline, he has a large scar across his face to make him look more like a bad guy.
- I Have Your Wife: He takes Ireena and Ginny hostage in an attempt to force Ard to cooperate with him in saving Lydia.
- Love Makes You Evil: To atone for killing Lydia without ever letting her know his true feelings, he'll do anything to prevent her death in the past. For the sake of this goal, he becomes a vile Demon Lord and puts Ireena and Ginny in lethal danger to threaten Ard into working with him.
- Meaningful Rename: After losing everything, he changed his name from Ard to Disaster Rogue.
- Red Eyes, Take Warning: He's an evil version of Ard and also has red eyes.
- Shadow Archetype: He's a version of Ard who let himself be consumed by his guilt and regrets, becoming determined to undo Lydia's death regardless of her wishes or how it'll affect the timeline.

Elrado
Voiced by: Tetsuya Kakihara (Japanese), Mark Allen Jr. (English)
A student of Laville National Academy of Magic. He used to bully Ginny until he's defeated by Ard.
- Adaptational Nice Guy: Unlike in the novel and manga, the anime includes a scene where Elrado acknowledges he did Ginny wrong by bullying her and he intends to apologize to her after improving as a person.
- Break the Haughty: After going through a devastating and humiliating defeat from Ard, he shuts himself in his dorm room and loses his arrogant personality.
- Formerly Fit: After losing to Ard, he let himself go and got fat.
- Freudian Excuse: His father put a lot of pressure of him as a duke's eldest son and taught him to treat everyone of lower status than him as insects. This is why he took out his frustrations on Ginny.
- Jerkass: He's a cruel bully to Ginny and treats people like scum in general. He does seem to get better when he shows up again in the anime after being defeated by Ard.
- Pointy Ears: He has long and point elvish ears.
- Reformed Bully: When Ard meets him again, Elrado seems to have seen the error of his ways and he's genuinely remorseful of the way he bullied Ginny.
Ellis Meteor
Ard and Ireena's future daughter.
- Idiot Hair: Like Ireena, she has an ahoge.
- Kid from the Future: She's the future daughter of Ard and Ireena, having come to the present to save her mother from an upcoming danger.
