Ciarán Strange (born Aug 8, 1989 in Selsey, United Kingdom) is an English-Canadian voice actor based in Dallas, TX who is best known for playing Lor in the Borderlands series and Richard III in Requiem of the Rose King.
His ventures outside of voiceover work include his book series The Sparrow Archives and streaming as his VTuber persona, Ciel "CL" Barker
on Twitch.
