Intermediate Gods

    Chaugner Faugun
Chaugner Faugun, Great Old One Of Lamprey Mouths (The Feeder, the Horror from the Hills, Caug-Narfgn, The Elephant God)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/chaugnar_faugn.png
  • Great Old One (Intermediate God by Pantheon standards)
  • Symbol: Its own monstrous sucker
  • Theme Song: When Chaugner Wakes
  • Alignment: Blue, considered Chaotic Evil by some
  • Portfolio: Eldritch Abomination Resembling An Elephant Along With A Man And Octopus, Living Statue, Gag Nose that is a Lamprey Mouth, Silicon-Based Life That Feasts On Blood, Gets Stuck In Mud
  • Domains: Abominations, Statues, Vampirism, Suckers
  • Associates: The other Great Old Ones
  • Interests: Mammoth Mogul
  • Allies: SCP-173, Count Orlock
  • On speaking terms with: The House of Vampires
  • Rivals: The Weeping Angels
  • Enemies: The SCP Foundation, Ganesha, Babar, Fused Zamasu, Barroth, Kthanid
  • Opposes: Anyone with access to a raygun, Risotto Nero, Atrocitus
  • One of the stranger, yet eerily recognizable Great Old Ones is the Feeder, Chaugner Faugun. Landing eons ago when simple amphibian life ruled, from these, he shaped a servitor race called the Miri Nigri, which later interbred with early humanoids to form the Tcho-Tcho. He resembles a statue of an elephant mixed with a man and an octopus, but is something else entirely. And hungry for blood.
  • That trunk? It's not really a nose, but ends in a lamprey-like mouth it uses to suck blood. And the mouth will feed off devout followers and unbelievers with equal disdain. Chaugner Faugun finds the idea of any following approaching him from the House of Religion and Faith to be a laughably idiotic idea. He is more than smart enough to check before being tricked into drinking, say, the blood of a Xenomorph, so don't try it.
  • First entered the Trope Pantheon as a statue, but when showing life the SCP Foundation proceeded to contain Chaugner Faugun to avoid causing more harm. The Feeder is ever salty about this, but was pleased to discover SCP-173. Perhaps sympathizing with its plight and being a Living Statue as well, the two worked to engineer a break-out from the Foundation. The Horror from the Hills' food doesn't need to be living, so 173 lets him suck up its freshly killed victims' corpses.
  • Despite his powers, Chaugner Faugun still ended up getting stuck in mind. The SCP Foundation uses it and ray guns as a containment procedure, as the Elephant God has the ignominy of being killed by rayguns. He hates Barroth for spreading mud.
  • In some ways he's a less abstract predator to the Weeping Angels. They feed on people's lifespans and he feeds on their blood, and they're both statues. However Chaugner Faugun is able to come alive at will instead of when not observed, a fact that the Lonely Assassins might envy. And by sending people in time, it denies him his food. As such, he competes with the Angels during their hunts.
  • Resembles a dark and twisted version of a statue of Ganesha. The Hindu god is really creeped out by Chaugner Faugun and his habits, as is Babar. Plus the Great Old Ones aren't known for being friendly, even if they usually operate on Blue-and-Orange Morality. Mammoth Mogul is more open-minded to the Feeder, though his interactions with him are more about consolidating his own power than anything serious.
  • In his endless Psychological Projection, Zamasu rambled on at Chaugner Faugun as being a blasphemous mortal pretending to be a god and leech. These ramblings are fueled by his contempt for Rumsshi, his universe's God of Destruction, as he is an elephant. Chaugner Faugun took the smart approach by not even engaging the mad Kaioshin in the slightest.
  • Tends to lurk around as a statue in the House of Vampires, being on good terms with them given his diet. However only one vampire was literally (and figuratively for a bonus) monstrous enough to not be weirded out and join him in his deeds; Count Orlock. While a traditionalist, Orlock believes Chaugner Faugun is blunt and Obviously Evil enough to be a vampire he respects.
  • The Crimson Court would like to get his favor given their own bloodthirstiness, but the Feeder considers their aristocratic depravities mere amusements. He's vicious by human standards, but evidently doesn't run on them and if they don't further aid his desire to blood like Count Orlock does, they aren't worth serious consideration.
  • Because of Risotto Nero's Stand, Chaugner Faugun tends not to look on him with much favor due to his potential to ruin the meal. It's unknown if he has blood of his own or not for Metallica to manipulate. Nor does he care for Atrocitus due to napalm replacing the blood making Red Lanterns unpalatable.

    Deidara
Deidara, God of Multiple Mouths
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/deidara_mouths.png
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His hand mouth open with a clay bird on his fingers.
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Creating Explosive Arts & Crafts, Loving Every Second of It, Having Multiple Mouths
  • Domains: Explosions, Art
  • Allies: Kisame Hoshigaki, Yoshikage Kira, Michael Bay, Solf J. Kimblee
  • Enemies: Sasuke Uchiha, Naruto Uzumaki, Gaara, Madara Uchiha, Obito Uchiha/Tobi
  • Friendly Enemies with: Rock Lee
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Pain/Nagato.
  • He was initially just the unoffical Art teacher in the Academy and he later thought that his art should be shared with the entire Pantheon.
  • He was surprised that Sasori hasn't ascended and immediately decided that he is the better artist because of it.
  • He is a big fan of Michael Bay as he loves how artistic his explosions are. Also gets along with fellow mad-bombers Kimblee and Yoshikage. The three of them plan on coordinating an explosive rampage someday, as soon as Kimblee finds a good reason to attack enough targets.
  • While he's not too happy that he couldn't be the God of Explosions, he does respect them. Though he's only going to try to take them out later.
  • While he dislikes the fact that the Uchiha brothers had ascended, he takes this as an opportunity to exact his revenge upon the two, as he is absolutely pissed that he didn't kill Sasuke with his greatest work of art.
  • He was rather shocked to learn that not only was Tobi not in the Pantheon proper, but all of his inquires about the Akatsuki leader were met with snarks about how he was Easily Forgiven; making him wonder what the hell happened before his ascension.
  • He decided to join the GUAC and was gladly accepted because nothing's more chaotic than explosions, hmph.
  • Because of his hand mouths he has gained the attention of Panty, who wants to show him how to create a different type of "explosion".
  • He was able to find a comrade in Jinx. He felt she was the only person in the pantheon who could understand his brand of "art" appreciating her terrorism acts. However, this relationship has also gained him the ire of Vi.

    Drednaw
Drednaw, God of Jagged Mouths (The Bite Pokémon, Kajirigame)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/834drednaw_1.png
  • Intermediate God (Greater God as G-Max Drednaw)
  • Symbol: Its nasty jaw
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Ability: Strong Jaw
  • Gender: Male
  • Moveset: Jaw Lock, Crunch, Razor Shell, Head Smash
  • Portfolio: Jagged Mouth, Water and Rock Type, Man Bites Man, Use Your Head, What It's Jaw Lock Does, Blastoise Suspiciously Similar Substitute, Has A Nasty Attitude, Hates Grass Types, Super Mode
  • Domains: Biting, Turtles, Monsters, Water and Rock
  • Varied relationship with: Sharptooth (Vitriolic Best Buds with the film version, enemies with the novel version)
  • Allies: Ash Ketchum, Bowser, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sobek, Ramon, the Koopa Troopas, Feraligatr
  • Odd Friendship with: Groundskeeper Willie
  • Rivals: Blastoise
  • Enemies: Team Rainbow Rocket, Alduin
  • Opposes: The House of Plants
  • Avoided by: Master Oogway
  • Early in the Galar region, one can encounter the turtle PokĂ©mon Chewtle. It evolves into the Water/Rock type Drednaw. Based off the common and alligator snapping turtle, Drednaw has a serrated jaw like its real life inspiration. And it gives a nasty bite, even able to shear through steel rods. Drednaw has a nasty and ferocious attitude that makes it hard to train.
  • Its signature move of Jaw Lock prevents the opponent from leaving. As Gigantamax Drednaw, it can attack with a Rock Dyanamax move and set up Stealth Rock simultaneously. Blastoise accuses Drednaw as a rip-off, what with it being a water turtle. The two compete over who is the superior turtle/tortoise in the pantheon.
  • Drednaw first arrived in the pantheon taking Bender's "bite my shiny metal ass" literal, which thanks to its bite force left a serious mark. Rather than getting mad, Bender calmed down as he has a fondness for turtles, so much so that he'd lay his life down to save them. Plus Drednaw is a bit of a jerk so he got along with Bender because of his own jerk-ness. Bender at least didn't introduce Drednaw to alcohol, though he did make Drednaw his partner.
  • Tends to associate with fellow turtles/tortoises. Having a nastier attitude Master Oogway doesn't like Drednaw all that much, but this means Drednaw's more willing to hang out with Bowser and his Koopa Troopas. That's not to say that he won't help out the heroic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as Drednaw is morally neutral and could go either way. Just never bring a Green Thumb near him.
  • Drednaw also likes to hang out with alligators and crocodiles, as it is based on an alligator snapping turtle. Granted, it isn't really an alligator, but Drednaw doesn't care and they share a habit of biting and being temperamental.
  • Oddly enough, Drednaw is also friendly towards Groundskeeper Willie. They both come from the British Isles, though Galar is England and Willie is Scottish. Despite his insistence that "Englishmen and Scots are natural enemies", and the time turtles attacked him, Willie came around to Drednaw's temperamental attitude.
  • Like most PokĂ©mon, Drednaw doesn't care for Team Rainbow Rocket(although he's more "meh" on Archie). He doesn't care for Alduin either. Understandable for anyone, but for Drednaw it's because Alduin is a fearsome and deadly Draconic Abomination that reminds the Bite PokĂ©mon of Eternatus. However, while Eternatus is Ambiguously Evil, Alduin is wholly depraved and deserves Drednaw's contempt more than the Gigantic PokĂ©mon.
  • Drednaw likes to show of its ferocious "teeth" (technically its jaw), and soon came to compare this with Sharptooth. Normally, Sharptooth is more a bad-tempered predator than anything so while the Bite PokĂ©mon is creeped out he does find some kinship in their nasty bite. However the novel incarnation of Sharptooth is a serial killer in dinosaur skin that Drednaw wants nothing to do with.

    Jano
Jano, God of Mouth Cams (Guardian of the Cave of Bad Dreams)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jano_model.png
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His staff
  • Theme Songs: In Jano's Jaws, Jano, Guardian of the Cave of Bad Dreams
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Portfolio: Cyclops, Mouth Cam, Takes Inspiration From Baron Samedi, Has A Sinister Yet Ambiguous Air, Magic Staff, Scary Teeth, Tests Rayman's Resolve With A "Reward", Takes Losing Calmly, "Get Back Here!" Boss
  • Domains: Magic, Bad Dreams, Tests, Chases
  • Unclear relationship with: Betilla the Fairy
  • Allies: Dream of the Endless, Ysera, SCP-990, Meta Knight
  • On good terms with: Rayman, Kirby
  • On speaking terms with: the Bone Cousins
  • Enemies: Those who try to plunder his riches (ie: Fafnir, Wario, Carmen Sandiago, Arsen Lupin), Nightmare, Wizeman, Vaermina
  • Opposed by: Benjamin Krupp/Captain Underpants
  • Observing: Mr Dark, Admiral Razorbeard, Hypno, Zoroark
  • Disrespects: Doctor Facilier, The Sphinx
  • Jano is the Guardian of the Cave of Bad Dreams, the first nightmare of Polokus and a guardian of the Elixir of Life. When Rayman came to find a cure for his friend Clark's food poisoning, Jano tested him first by chasing him with his mouth, with the camera showing his POV. Afterwards, they thought. The whole thing was a dream sequence to test his worthiness, and he finished testing his resolve with either lots of riches or the cure for his friend. Rayman chose the latter and proved his heroism. Interestingly his creation of Antitoons makes him indirectly responsible for Rayman. It was his creations, the Antitoons, that prompted Betilla the Fairy to create Rayman alongside her fellow nymphs. How they feel about each other isn't clear, though there's no record of any direct villainy on Jano's part.
  • Jano is a cunning creature of moral uncertainty, being a living nightmare that created the vicious Antitoons and had fought with Rayman before. However even if people see him as a villain he's remarkably helpful. He had learnt of the Trope Pantheon because he was curious what Rayman was up to after the Robo-pirates were defeated, and learned that their leader Razorbeard was there alongside the more cunning foe, Mr Dark. Though some of his Antitoons appear to be "employed" by Mr Dark, Jano has stated that he is a neutral figure that won't directly go after him unless they interfere with the Cave of Bad Dreams. His memorable chase with Rayman got him ascended under the Mouth Cam trope, and if anyone antagonizes him they will learn why he has that trope.
  • The Cave of Bad Dreams, also known as the Kingdom of the Dead, is where the monsters generated by Polokus' nightmares are locked away by its guardian, that being Jano. Few dare to ever enter it, not even the Robo-Pirates wanting to bother with it. Though a literal nightmare, Jano is not like Nightmare or Wizeman as he doesn't seek to spread nightmares and fear across the land...quite the opposite, as he ensures the nightmares of Polokus are kept locked away. Though Polokus is his superior, Jano recognizes Dream of the Endless as an even higher being and shall defer to him unless Polokus ascends...who would likely regard the Sandman as his superior anyway.
  • Jano's preferred haunt in the Trope Pantheon is the Hall of Dreams and Nightmares, since as mentioned his job is to keep the nightmares of Polokus in check. There are a variety of malicious dream manipulators he has to keep watch for such as Vaermina, and with the Pantheon being home to some heavy hitters it's not an easy job. Fortunately for Jano he has beings such as Ysera who can aid him in his job. As shown with the Antitoons Jano does have a bit of a malevolent side, so deities like the Inception Crew and Ned Needlemeyer choose to tread cautiously around him. Jano has recently been working with Meta Knight in an attempt to test Kirby's resolve as he did Rayman's, as due to the wider and more varied expanse of his new environment he believes it pays for him to be more proactive.
  • His skill with hypnotism has brought Hypno's attention. Jano knows that the Psychic type is a dream eater, so he warned him not to come close or else he might get a serious case of indigestion. Rayman thinks Jano is simply distrusting of those who eat dreams, given his nature, but Jano denies it. He is mildly intrigued by Zoroak because of the illusions the Dark type creates, as he considers them impressive work. Benjamin Krupp distrusts Jano because he was a victim of hypnotism, but the guardian of the Cave of Bad Dreams never spares a thought for him. Well, he does spare one thought; he finds his transformation into a superhero somewhat interesting. As Captain Underpants he still doesn't trust Jano, but because he's a sketchy guy instead of the hypnosis.
  • He has heard rumors being spread that the Elixir of Life is a Panacea able to cure any illness, which annoys him. It was specifically designed to cure Clark's food poisoning, though he admits the flashy name might make people think it does more. Due to her motivation to Find the Cure! Ai Habara and Trafalgar Law were somewhat intrigued by Jano and wonder what else he might make. Jano has stated that "he doesn't give them out for free", and because people have figured out his trick if he wants to give some rare cure out he'll test them in a different way. He does appreciate the work done by the House of Health and Diseases and he does buy from their pharmacies.
  • Described by some as "a feral-looking Mike Wazowski", though asides from appearances they don't have anything in common. He considers comparisons with Baba Yaga more accurate as they are mysterious, creepy and solitary magic users. He doesn't like her baby-eating, stating that despite the chase he never actually intended to eat Rayman, but is otherwise ambivalent outside of respect for her magical abilities. She suspects that he has still eaten people, and in fairness he can understand why. That said, Jano will eat Carmen Sandiago and Arsene Lupin should they have the temerity to go after his riches, but only if they overcome all his illusions and steal his treasure. He doesn't tolerate their master thievery not one bit, hence the overreaction. That said, a small part of him admires their sheer cunning and brilliance.
  • Like Doctor Facilier, he shares a good amount with Baron Samedi. The hat, the voodoo-esque abilities...it's enough to give Charlotte LaBouf, Tiana and Princess Naveen some pause given their bad experience with the Bad Samaritan. They have nothing to fear from Jano, though, and he's stated his opinion on Facilier; "a heartless hustler with a bad taste in friends". Facilier was somewhat impressed by Jano's mind games. The riddling sphinx was impressed by said mind games too, but Jano doesn't think much of "a smug kitty-cat who doesn't know how to accept defeat".
  • He has a large cache of treasure, perhaps not to the extent of Scrooge McDuck but still nothing to sneeze at. He was pleased to see Rayman not let greed overtake his compassion for his friend, since if he chose the gold he would've lived on a deserted island as the Robo-Pirates continued to run rampant. Of course, Jano knows there are plenty of greedy deities who will go to the Cave of Bad Dreams for no other reason than to take his treasure, such as Fafnir and Wario. Jano has made it clear that this treasure "isn't for sale" and while he'll humor them with a head start, he won't show any mercy to thieves. He has given that warning to the Bone Cousins as well, but in a more friendly manner. Despite Phone's greed, they did save their world's Dreaming from the Lord of Locusts. So while they may eye his treasure, he has some respect for them he lacks for Wario, and since the others tend to be roped into his schemes more than being that greedy he's more lenient to them.

  • Complicated Relationship: (Insert Name Here) a.k.a The Player/Puppeteer
  • The Judge, whose real name is Pablo, serves as the game's friendly fourth-wall-seeing guide to The Player and The Batter's adventures; giving the tutorial for the game's battle system and hints to some of the puzzles and paths around the main Zones. One of the first things we noticed when we first meet this white cat is his large sharp canine-like teeth. He also implied to be the Guardian for Zone 0, an island with an empty yellow building surrounded by liquid plastic, where The Player and The Batter first spawned in. Being a Guardian, he's able to transverse the various Zones using keycards (keycards that only other Guardians have). He later provided one for The Batter, since he supported his mission of purifying the world from evil specters. He also has a brother named ValĂ©rie, who resides on the roof of Zone 2's Library.
    • In Zone 2, The Batter and The Player met ValĂ©rie, who appears to have gone mad thinking he was Japhet, the Zone's Guardian, and claims to be in control of the specters that haunt the Zone. The Judge would request The Batter and Player's help to defeat the specters hunting the Library and travel with him to the roof to make his brother come to his senses. When they confront "Japhet", he reveals himself to be a small bird living inside the cat's mouth, having taken over ValĂ©rie's body after he attempted to eat the bird. As Japhet transforms into his true large form, ValĂ©rie get ripped apart in front of his brother, causing The Judge to lose his mind and becoming unavailable to accompany The Batter and Player to the rest of the Zones. He was later seen meowing loudly on the same rooftop calling out for his missing brother, seeming unaware of the events during The Batter's fight with Japhet and the "purification" of his whole Zone after the Guardian's defeat. The Judge would later come back to his senses to confront The Batter and The Player in the final room after they have killed The Queen and her sickly ward. Realizing the truth behind The Batter's mission, he berated The Player for helping The Batter commit familicide and eradicating nearly all of the Zones. He then offered The Player the chance to switch sides to prevent the Batter from completing his mission. In one path, The Player sided with the Batter, leading to The Judge's demise. In another, they sided with The Judge to defeat The Batter. Reflecting on The Judge and The Player's regret for their actions, The Judge is last seen walking the purified Zones alone.
  • One day, two traveling deities were visiting the Hall of Architecture when they spotted a white cat with scary-looking teeth. Although frightened at first, they noticed that it looked confused, so they approached the animal with caution to take a better look at it. The cat, seeing two strangers approach him, decided to greet the two.
"Greetings dear fellow travelers, I initially assumed that you are only an apparition but I am glad to have been mistaken. Nevertheless, I will introduce myself. I am The Judge and I am delighted to have found other living beings after so long. Anyway, maybe you can help me unravel the mystery that fate has placed before me. I have stumbled upon this vast and colorful labyrinth during my current travels. Unfortunately, I cannot recall entering through any door or cube to get here and I seem to have gotten lost in this bizarre structure."
    • The travelers were surprised by how eloquent sounding this cat is and decided to take pity on him, picking him up and bringing him to a nearby vet for a check-up. After the cat was deemed healthy and verified that the cat didn't belong to anyone, the travelers advised The Judge to go to the Court of Gods to seek answers on why he was bought to this place. When he was finally summoned into the High Court, they explained that he was chosen as a deity to represent a "Trope" and the trope that was chosen for him was regarding his appearance: Cute Creature, Creepy Mouth. The Judge was both flattered and offended by this description but at least this affair answers a few of his queries. They then direct him to his temple, which houses a floating red cube that leads to a pocket dimension that resembles Zone 0, but no keycard is required to enter it. There was also a white floating cube next to it that allows him to return to his original realm at any time. Ever since ascending to the Pantheon, he rarely visits his original realm. He was also offered to ascend ValĂ©rie but he declined the offer, as he doesn't know how to face him after he failed to protect his brother.
  • Information about The Judge's relations to The Zone Guardians is a bit scarce. We are not sure if The Judge is aware of any of the horrible mismanagement from The Guardians within their Zones or if he's apathetic towards it. In turn, the three Guardians probably aren't that close to him either, given that they were too busy managing their Zones to interact with each other. The Bird Guardian Japhet was not even aware that the cat residing in his library was The Judge's brother. That said, The Judge did develop a deep animosity for Japhet for the possession and death of his brother, although the Fire Bird was kind of indifferent towards the white feline. As for the other Guardians, he seems ambivalent towards them and he's not really interested in working or maintaining their newly rebuilt Zones in their temples either.
    • The Judge was furious to learn that The Batter has ascended as well. Initially seeing him as a "puppet with good intentions", he would later see him as the monster that he appeared to be. Being the one who survived The Batter's path of destruction, the white feline doesn't trust the divine purifier at all. The Batter, on the other hand, seems to ignore the presence of the cat, leading to The Judge becoming suspicious of his current plans in the Pantheon. The cat is at least thankful that many others are aware of how much of a threat The Batter is and taking measures to prevent him from being influenced by other evil beings.
    • The Judge has learned about The Queen's ascension, which happened around the same time he ascended. Little is known about his relationship with the Queen, but he does know about her, acknowledges her authority, and her death was implied to be one of the things that snapped him back to his senses. He did visit her in secrecy, making sure that she was fine, and then expressed his concerns regarding The Batter. The two decided to team up should The Batter decide to purify this world once again.
  • The Judge has multiple memories of different timelines, an uncommon quirk for various deities from stories with Multiple Endings. He mainly remembers three of them: The path where he died early after The Batter and Player repeatedly strike him foolishly in the tutorial and the paths where The Player sides with Batter or himself. This makes his relationship with The Player somewhat complicated, as he can never know what the Player is thinking despite his awareness of the fourth wall, whether they are a friend or a foe. Not helping the fact that they can take multiple forms and alignments. For now, he keeps an eye on The Player and make sure that they and the Batter won't meet up this time around to prevent further untold havoc.
  • Although he has "The Judge" as his title, he doesn't do anything that would imply a role of an actual judge (besides maybe judging The Batter and Player's actions). He does have a clear sense of justice, something he has in common with an old man with the same title as he does. Although frightened by his appearance at first, the old man has slowly taken a liking for this talking cat and lets him in his temples sometimes, since he finds this creature kind of cute. Being aware of his absent-mindedness, the white feline did advice the old man to not let himself be deceived, as it could lead to greater consequences in the future.
  • Due to this title, he gets visits from other cute creatures with creepy-looking mouths now and then; not his preferred title personally but he seems fine with it. Due to "creepy" being a subjective description, it can range from having a very detailed uncanny set of teeth (which The Judge has) to absolute nightmare fuel. Some days he gets good visits like when the Dragon rider Hiccup and his cute-looking dragon Toothless out of curiosity since Toothless fits the trope description nicely. Other times, when he gets a visit from a cute but dangerous creature, then he has Competencies to defend himself.
  • In the world of OFF, special attacks called Competences can be used to damage an enemy using competence points, which is similar to Mana. For The Judge, his Competences are named after the medical conditions "Aneurysm" and "Sclerosis". Befitting the theme naming, these Competencies can deal very high damage (for the "Aneurysm" Competences) or deal low damage but can inflict status effects like Blindness or Poison (for the "Sclerosis" Competences). He can also make himself appear weaker by lowering his HP when an enemy reads his stats. One of the reasons why he's only an Immediate God is he's not as durable as The Guardians. Another reason is that it's not sure if he's also capable of maintaining a Zone similar to the other Guardians. In short, don't be fooled by his small feline body as he's capable to handle himself in a fight (unless he's emotionally compromised).
  • Some deities have made comparisons between The Judge and The Cheshire Cat, due to them being mysterious cats with a toothy grin, who can appear out of nowhere and can occasionally help a wandering traveler in a strange land. Upon hearing this, The Cheshire Cat visited The Judge at the Hall of Mouths to observe his new neighbor. The Judge was puzzled to see a floating grin before him until The Mad Cat revealed himself to welcome him. Although The Cheshire Cat can be annoying and mischievous sometimes, The Judge does befriend him since he views him as a kindred spirit. Another helpful smiling cat The Judge has heard of was Catbus, with whom he also gets along well after getting used to his bizarre hybrid appearance.
  • Apart from his powers, he's still a cat that acts like a cat most of the time and enjoys cat things, like rubbing themselves to people or looking at cat food ads. So it's no surprise he fits well with the various felines in the Hall of Felines and outside of it. It was a bit overwhelming at first given that he and his brother were the only cats from his world (that we know of), but he did make some friends there. He respects the feline Egyptian goddess Bastet, given that she's the protector of the home and family, and respects all cats. Despite not being much of a leader and being uninterested in joining their Clan, The Judge respects both Firestar and Bluestar for their leadership skills. He also respects good-aligned lions like Mufasa and Aslan for the same reasons.
    • Just because they share the same species doesn't mean he could get along with other deified cats. For example, he despises Kats for being a con man and a serial killer who feeds his customers to his spiders. There's also The Empress, who despite both of them having to blame themselves for being too trusting of a hat-wearing person that later betrayed them, she's still a crime boss who's busy planning her murderous revenge plot on a child. Both anthropomorphic cats don't care about The Judge's judgment of them. He also doesn't completely get along with the feline deity of destruction Beerus, mostly because he's proven to have wiped out entire planets if something displeases him. While thankfully nowadays he's mostly slacking off his duties and is a pretty chill guy once you get to know him, The Judge won't fully give him a free pass for his past actions.
    • In regards to other cats: Some "normal"-looking cats like Garfield find the white cat a bit weird and pretentious for their liking, which is a shame since The Judge was looking forward to befriending them. Salem is jealous of The Judge for having "Competences" considering he is a powerless black cat. Having heard that he was a warlock who was turned into a cat as punishment for trying to Take Over the World, The Judge thinks he deserves such a fate. Unlike his brother, The Judge isn't shown to have an interest in catching prey, so he doesn't have much interest in befriending Sylvester & Tom. He did tell them about what had happened to his brother, which horrified both of them considering they had experienced their prey growing large before.
  • The Judge is also acquainted with such a few tutorial-related deities. He's currently advising Fi and her high priestess Navi, Link's Sprit and Fairy guides respectively, on how to be less intrusive in giving their advice. He also advised Stanley's Narrator to give Stanley more freedom to his own path but The Narrator seems too set in his ways to take this advice at heart. He's also met Toriel, a kind motherly monster who guides the Human Child through the Ruins, and they've seem to get along pretty well.
    • He's also met a few who can see or interact with The Player as he is one of the few characters with full awareness of them. He finds interesting how some worlds The Player can be a force of good (in the case of Niko) or as a mildly annoying nuance but still save the day (in Game's case), or neither. Being employed by The Player, the cookie-making Grandmas have mixed negative feelings for their boss considering they are willing to cause immoral acts (one of which is to initiate a Grandmapocalypse), because of their insatiable desire to make more cookies. Due to this, they pity The Judge for what happened to his world and even offer to befriend him, since they have worked with kittens before.
  • Is opposed to any world-destroying deities, learning about the Grand United Alliance of Destruction or other similar minded-deities was a major cause for concern for him. The dimensional conqueror Lord Vyce initially offered The Judge to ally with him since he had already offered protection for the other Guardians before, but The Judge didn't believe his bluff and turned him down. He instead chooses to ally with his enemy Linkara, a comic book reviewer, who also dealt with the same world-ending beings that Vyce encounters. Linkara in turn introduced him to some of the members of the Grand United Alliance of Good and other heroes who have fought such foes. After the feline got over his doubts, he and the heroes have collaborating on countermeasures for the GUAD and even offered valuable information regarding the Batter, if in case he would strike one day. While The Judge regrets not being able to prevent his world from being plunged into nothingness, he wants to make up for it by preventing other worlds from falling into the same fate.
    • He admits he's a bit doubtful at first about the GUAG's noble intentions considering he placed his faith on The Batter to do good for the world, only for that to backfire horribly. What made him change his mind was hearing the stories of regret from other deities which resulted in mass death, and that relatability make him trust them a little more. Aang, for example, regrets having to flee from his home in a panic, which in his absence resulted in his race, The Air Nomads, being wiped out from The Fire Nation due to being unable to protect or defend them. He would later try to atone for his actions by owning to his responsibilities as The Avatar (which is hard when he's just a kid), something The Judge can kind of relate to considering he would come back to his duties after his world was almost wiped out. On the other side, he would also be careful to not ignore his morals due to his regret. Following the accidental death of his wife, his unborn child, and his city due to The Joker wanting to mess with him, an alternative version of Superman became a tyrant, choosing to enforce peace by force and killing anyone who would oppose him. The thought of taking The Queen's place and ruling with an iron fist had not crossed his mind, but the thought of how close the feline was to becoming like him due to his grief deeply worries him.
    • When he confronted The Player after they have helped slayed The Queen and her young ward, The Judge asked them if the "opaque mist of sceneristic frame" was their excuse for committing those acts? The Judge never really got an answer nor he expects them to since he knows The Player can't talk to him; the point is that, for him, there is no justifiable reason to slay a person or destroy the world for any similarly petty excuse. This leads him into a conundrum of deities who have tried to destroy the world for more sympathetic reasons. There was the once chivalrous knight Oersted, who turned to evil after being rejected by the kingdom he once served. Motivated by sheer hatred for humanity, the now Lord of Dark Odio planned to unleash his spell "Armageddon" on them as revenge for their selfishness. He had a Heel–Face Turn following his defeat and realized the error of his ways. The other was Count Bleck, who wanted to erase all of existence due to being consumed by grief over losing Timpani, the love of his life. He dropped it when he reunited with her (when she's the Pixl Tippi). Both of them are remorseful for their actions but they can understand if The Judge would oppose them as well. The white feline instead chooses not to do so, citing that they would just have to live with the weight of their own guilt.
  • He also opposes fathers who have killed their wife and child. Even those who have no remorse for subjecting their wife and child to a Fate Worse than Death are just as evil. However, he is somewhat lenient towards Kratos, Hercules, and Jack Torrance, as while they all killed their wife and child (or attempted to do so in Jack's case), they were being manipulated by higher beings into committing those acts (Ares, Hera and the Overlook Hotel's ghostly residents). It reminded him of The Batter and The Player's "partnership". In turn, he opposes those who manipulate people into doing such acts, on top of their horrible actions.
  • If there's one Hall that deeply unnerves him, it's the Hall of Bodily Form as there reside some of the most infamous Body-snatching deities out there, each having their own reasons but most do it to benefit themselves. Unlike his angered reactions to world-destroyers or family killers, the white feline has an unusual reaction to this Hall. One day near its doors, The Judge was seen pacing in a circle, meowing loudly at nothing as if he was calling out to someone that wasn't there. When he was found and returned to his normal self, he was informed of what happened and has taken note of the things that might trigger his mental episode. Since that incident, the good deities at the Hall of Siblings have been doing wellness checks to see if The Judge was doing okay and to console him regarding his trauma. In addition, he also developed pity for various body-possession and mutilation victims and those people offered their pity for the feline as well. Courage, the cowardly dog, has seen a fair share of the enemies that would try to take his owner's bodies, and understands how that could be scary for the feline. He also understands what it feels like to be unable to save a loved one, considering he witnessed his parents being kidnapped and sent away in a rocket ship when he was a puppy. Since The Judge doesn't seem to show any fear or hatred towards dogs, he befriended the pink canine for this thoughtfulness.
  • One of the skills The Judge is rumored to have is Offscreen Teleportation, where he can be seen in another place without The Player knowing how they got there. He refuses to disclose how he does that, but he did meet Sans due to these rumors since people would compare him to this short lazy skeleton a lot for some reason. The two get along very well as a result, presumably because they have similar moral values concerning people who take the lives of others. Sans also introduced his brother Papyrus, the royal guardsman who loves making obstacle-based puzzles. The Great Papyrus was ecstatic to meet a puzzle connoisseur and asked him to try out his puzzles. The Judge easily solved his simple X and O puzzle and mentioned that while it's good, there's still more room for improvement. The tall skeleton thinks the puzzle is already near perfect but greatly appreciates the feline for trying his puzzle out.
  • On the subject of Spectres: he views ghosts as an inconvenience but he doesn't fully hate them. He did visit the Hall of Ghosts one day and was surprised at the many non-hostile ghosts living there. He explains that the spectres in his world can cause fear and confusion among people, has no rhyme or reason for their actions, and could attack anyone they encounter. This made the deified ghosts understand The Batter and Dedan's hostility towards the spectral beings (but of course doesn't excuse their violent actions towards them). Overall, he learned to be friendly with some of the good-aligned ghosts and he's the only Guardian that's welcome to visit that Hall at any time.
  • In addition to the three timelines mentioned previously, The Judge has faint memories of other distant timelines. In one timeline, the world was seemingly reset and his brother lived. He, along with his brother and two feline companions, tries to warn the Guardians about an impending catastrophe in their world. It ends with him and his companions defeating the Batter before he can kill Hugo, allowing Hugo to restore the world back to how it should be. The Zone Guardians all become nicer people, and the Queen is restored to her sanity. To him, this is one of the better outcomes and it sometimes made him wish that things turned out better than what actually happened in his timeline. He's also interested in meeting this other version of himself and his companions one day. In another timeline, The Judge ended up in Purgatory after The Batter completed his mission. Having lost his mind, he was in full denial that his world is gone and imagined that he can somehow recreate it in his mind. For him, this is one of his worse outcomes as not only did he fail to prevent his world from plunging into the nothingness, but the thought of being unable to recover mentally from this event scares him. He is just thankful since he's aware those paths are different from the three paths he mainly knows. For now, he ignores those strange memories as to not confuse himself.
"Hence nothing remains
except
for our
regrets."

Lesser Gods

    Bunnicula
Bunnicula, God of Cute Little Fangs (Bunnic)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rsz_bunnicula.png
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: His face; alternatively, a drained carrot
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral/Chaotic Good
  • Portfolio: Our Vampires Are Different, Rascally Rabbit, Badass Adorable, The Unintelligible, Vegetarian Vampire
  • Domains: Supernatural, Lagomorphs
  • Heralds: Harold, Chester, Mina Monroe
  • Allies: Bugs Bunny, Dracula (Hotel Transylvania), Koume Shirasaka, Erma Williams, Fluttershy
  • Enemies: Springtrap
  • Friendly Enemies: The Killer Rabbit, The Lepus
  • Sitcom Arch-Nemesis: Hoss Delgado
  • Ambiguous Opinion: Dracula
  • Bunnicula gets his name for being a rabbit that somehow has fangs like Dracula instead of normal bunny teeth. He is under ownership by the Monroe family and two other pets, a cat named Chester and a dog named Harold, get involved in whatever it is that Bunnicula is up to. Rather than prey on humans, he's noted to go after vegetables and drain their juices, with carrots being a favorite target of his. He's a mischievous rabbit prone to causing some crazy adventures alongside the Monroe pets, but ultimately doesn't cause any direct harm to those he's close to.
  • A box with a rabbit and a sign that read "Adopt Me" was found on the streets of the Pantheon near a theater playing a vampire movie, though no one knows who decided to leave the box and rabbit out there. Someone decided to take it to the House of Food and take care of the rabbit there. When that adopter wasn't looking, the rabbit went to a nearby fridge and drained the juices of some carrots there. The rabbit decided to have a bit of fun elsewhere and left the place, resulting in some confusion over the drained carrots that were laying around the following morning. Bunnicula has since staked his claim in a separate spot in the Pantheon, looking to find more supernatural shenanigans to take part of.
  • In addition to having vampire fangs, Bunnicula also has the ability to turn his ears into bat wings to fly around and can even detach his own body parts for certain situations. He's also been reported to temporarily gain powers whenever he drains vegetables and plants that aren't regular carrots. For instance, baby carrots shrink him to microscopic size, squash makes one of his feet grow in size, and rutabagas apparently give him telekinesis. Bunnicula does have a fridge in his place that lets him get quick access to whatever he needs to stop a problem, though some are wondering what might happen if he ended up draining the juices of some vegetables and plants that he hasn't gone after yet.
  • Koume Shirasaka was enamored with the idea of a vampire rabbit and wanted to meet up with Bunnicula and see what he has to offer. She ended up finding him during a tour across an abandoned haunted house in the Pantheon and decided to bring him to her place. Bunnicula enjoyed many of the ghostly stories she told him during his stay and both sometimes set visits for each other. One of them had Ranko Kanzaki involved, who was creeped out after seeing Bunnicula in action, though she was assured that he didn't mean any serious harm at all.
  • Fluttershy was curious about Bunnicula after overhearing some deities talk about him and his supernatural quirks. Her search started when she saw some carrots drained of their juices and was reminded of a time where she temporarily became a fruit-vampire. She found him continuing to drain some carrots and although she was a bit unnerved by some of traits at first (particularly regarding the body detachment bit), Fluttershy took a liking to Bunnicula and has checked up on him from time to time. She's also one of a handful of deities that's able to understand what Bunnicula is saying through that apparently garbled speech of his.
    • As for her own lapin companion Angel Bunny, he sees Bunnicula as a rival for his mistress's attention, and he doesn't like the vampire's tendency to drain his food, not to mention being a reminder of Fluttershy's own brief tenure as a vampire herself.
  • Bunnicula tends to enjoy hanging around with other supernatural entities and the Pantheon has provided him with a lot more of them. That said, he is more than aware of if a supernatural entity is malicious and won't hesitate to fight against them if they're threatening his friends. Of these types of villains, he harbors a strong hatred towards Springtrap for having murderous tendencies that far exceed previous threats that Bunnicula has faced. Springtrap's appearance being what can be described as a zombified animatronic rabbit only intensified Bunnicula's animosity against him.
  • As Dracula was his previous owner, it wouldn't take long for Bunnicula to find others named Dracula in the Pantheon, with the rabbit believing that whoever was named "Dracula" was that previous owner. Bunnicula wound up in a hotel where monsters could hang out and relax, with him enjoying the place a lot. The owner of that place, a man named Dracula found out about a rabbit crashing his place and wanted to know what was going on. This Dracula was confused when told that he used to own a vampire rabbit (something that he obviously never did back then), though Bunnicula latched onto him as a sort of father figure and Dracula grew fond of the rabbit.
    • When it comes to the other proper Dracula, Bunnicula seems to be every bit as fascinated with him as he was to the owner of Hotel Transylvania...at least at first. While exploring the proper Dracula's castle, he ended up witnessing a few explorers looking to vanquish Dracula for all the evil he's caused to others. Bunnicula noticed something was strange and followed the explorers around, doing what he can to avoid getting detected by them. Bunnicula hid behind a corridor as the explorers reached Dracula and the latter was prepared to fight back against them. The fight became violent, with Dracula transforming into a monster to finish off the explorers and drive them out of his castle. At the end of it all, Bunnicula got away and wasn't sure what to make of that Dracula in spite of being a renowned vampire. Reportedly, this Dracula finds the idea of a vampire rabbit hard to take seriously.
  • Hoss Delgado got word of a vampire rabbit running around caused alleged terror across the Pantheon and jumped at the opportunity to hunt him down, not fully knowing that Bunnicula isn't really evil. After finding Bunnicula and a pile of drained vegetables, Hoss proceeded to attack, with Bunnicula getting annoyed as he was just minding his own business and the two got into a scuffle. Fluttershy later stepped in and broke up the fighting, explaining that Bunnicula might be creepy, but he's ultimately a good bunny at heart. While Hoss was willing to not kill Bunnicula, the two aren't really fond of each other, partially since Bunnicula had to deal with a monster-hating dog that, unlike Hoss, came to see Bunnicula as sort of a friend.
  • Erma Williams saw Bunnicula during one of his supernatural antics and decided to keep him as a pet for a bit. While he noticed that there's a few things here and there that's strange about Erma, he took a liking to her regardless. Bunnicula found some other supernatural entities that was with Erma as she was holding a party of some kind at the time. He and those other deities got along with each other for the most part, though Bunnicula learned that there's a few deities outside that Erma has animosity towards. While he hasn't seen her angry yet, Bunnicula still likes to hang out with Erma, whenever she's by herself or when she has friends over.
  • Bugs Bunny found his stash of carrots drained of their juices one day, prompting him to find out why that's happening. After some searching around (and another self-proclaimed wrong turn at Albuquerque), he found Bunnicula and acted nice to try and working things out with him. Elmer Fudd ended up finding Bugs after following some "wabbit twacks" and was surprised to see another bunny with him. Bunnicula then proceeded to use his supernatural abilities just as Elmer was ready to shoot. Seeing a disembodied rabbit head and arms move around was enough for Elmer to flee in a panic. Bugs took a liking to Bunnicula and has tagged along with him in pulling pranks against some devious deities, in addition to sharing some carrots with him.
  • There were a few other rabbits that got Bunnicula's attention, mainly the Killer Rabbit and The Lepus. He wandered to a secluded area in the woods one day and encountered them, hoping to get on their good side. The Killer Rabbit and selected numbers of the Lepus looked benign, if a bit unusual to Bunnicula given how he heard about The Killer Rabbit and The Lepus being problematic towards others. He then heard someone coming, attempting to get rid of The Killer Rabbit for good and Bunnicula decided to have a bit of fun. The person that was trying to do the deed ended up seeing a disembodied rabbit making scary faces, causing him to run away screaming that The Killer Rabbit's spirit was on the loose. For the most part, Bunnicula is generally cordial towards The Killer Rabbit and The Lepus, though he's willing to fight them if they cause trouble to his true friends.

    Gold-Toothed Doctor
"The Gold-Toothed Doctor", God of Villainous Gold Teeth (true name unknown, also known as the Alchemist Doctor)

    Himiko Toga
Himiko Toga, Goddess of Evil Fangs
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/himiko_toga_action_pose.png
  • Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: Her "not cute" mask
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Completely Insane Yet Friendly Serial Killer, Blood Lust, Vicious Fangs, Love-Murder Complexes, Teens Are Monsters, Shapeshifter, Combat-Worthless Quirk, But Very Useful, Gets Off To Kill and Replace, Psychopathic Manchild, Deranged Fan Of Stain, Pleasure And Attraction To Violence, Blood Magic
  • Domains: Blood, Insanity, Violence, Obsession, Change, Murder
  • Obsessed with: "Hero Killer" Stain
  • Allies: Kurogiri, The Grand United Alliance of Evil, Bane, Skarlet, Junko Enoshima
  • Rivals: Carmine Prime
  • Enemies: The heroic deities in My Hero Academia, Eliza
  • Friendly Enemy to (One-sided on her end): Ochaco Uraraka, Tsuyu Asui, Izuku Midoriya (Yandere to)
  • Himiko Toga is an insane high school girl who has been suspected of several murders commited by her. Her victims are said to end up being brutally chopped and dismembered and she was inspired to become a full-time villain by the Hero Killer Stain, who she both admires and has a certain attraction to. Her quirk works by ingesting the blood of others, allowing her to shapeshift into them for a certain amount of time and that alone has been an useful asset for the members of the League of Villains but the reason said organization actually managed to get her in was because of her fangs, which are said to resemble that of a vampire.
  • Her ascension went unnoticed at first so Toga took this opportunity to go meet some people. Of course, that ended fatally for a couple of deities and witnesses reported that she was covered in blood mere minutes after arriving. Before the authorities could apprehend her, Kurogiri warped into her position and teleported Toga to her assigned temple, lecturing her about not causing a mess of this magnitude again since the pantheon is far more likely to catch her than in her universe.
  • She was excited when she heard that her idol, "Hero Killer" Stain, was a deity with his own temple. She has wanted to meet him for so long and that's one of the first things she did after ascending. At first Stain wasn't impressed by her, but then Toga tried to stab him since she is crazy like that. Stain didn't have too much trouble neutralizing her and was enjoying every moment of their fight but in the end he just left her paralized and didn't even bother to kill her even if Stain doesn't think highly of her nor her boss Shigaraki.
  • On the other hand there were other people that she tried to pay a visit, her "crush" Izuku Midoriya and her "best friends" Ochaco and Tsuyu. She became infatuated with the former after seeing him all battered up after an encounter with the villain Muscular and met the latter two in the same night where she ambushed them for an attack but wasn't lucky enough to defeat them. These three find her creepy and unsettling and whenever she approched them they had to fight her away but since usually she doesn't have the League of Villains to back her up, she doesn't try to visit her "friends" often.
  • Her mask is said to resemble Bane's, although hers allows Toga to take the blood of the people she has stabbed. Bane himself tolerates Himiko if only when the GUAE makes them work together but appreciates that Toga respects him in her own way. At least he doesn't want her to become a Loony Fan of his like she did with Stain.
  • She finds Skarlet to be gorgeous and admires her powers, especially the gruesome ends some of Skarlet's victims suffer. Toga has requested some of Skarlet's blood to see how her quirk would be affected by her and Skarlet for the most part has lent some of her blood to Toga. The results have been varied, since Skarlet's blood isn't hers but an almagamation of blood from different fallen warriors, whenever Toga uses her blood she is known to shapeshift into either one of the people that is part of skarlet or something else entirely.
  • One would think at first that Carmine and Toga would be the best of friends being both High Schoolers that are very unhinged sociopaths but Toga found Carmine to be generally very unpleasant and moody, which enraged him and that made him attack Toga. They called off the fight in the end because the place they were in was getting messy and they were for the most part evenly matched but Carmine swore to get back at Toga eventually.
    • Another deity with blood powers that Toga can't stand is Eliza, her smugh attitude alone put her off but the fact that her parasite powers are very similar to Toga's quirk made her think that she was just a lesser version of her. Toga was smart enough to not engage in combat, at least not alone, but if the League of Villains ever gets a stronger presence, she would undoubtibly go after Eliza.
  • Junko and Toga met one day and both hit it off instantly. Himiko is impressed by the machinations of Hope's Peak Academy and is very amused by the ensuing murders that occurred, though she is smart enough to never get involved in those schemes since she would be found out quickly if she ever killed anyone even with her quirk. That said, she has worked part-time as one of Junko's enforcer, often doing the dirty work that Junko usually made her sister do and Toga has happily obliged to do it.
  • Said to resemble a vampire given her quirk, the House of Vampires has a mixed opinion on her. Most don't pay attention to her, the good ones don't like her and the most evil ones can at least tolerate her. For the most part, Toga loves the smell of blood that emanates from the house.
    • Out of all the vampires there, the wrestling vampires/exes Gangrel and Luna Vachon want nothing to do with her. Yes, 'Grel uses a Blood Bath tactic on his foes, but more for the psychological aspect of it and Luna herself is known to out herself as a freak but her sadism is something they don't want to deal with.
  • Obviously enough, her favourite house in the pantheon is Slaughter. The sight of the different forms of mutilation and murder really turns her on. Usually she partakes in a few of the murders that happen in that house but most of the time she is busy working for the GUAE.

    Lickitung
Lickitung, God of Massive Tongues (The Licking Pokemon)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/108lickitung.png
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: Its massive tongue
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Ability: Own Tempo
  • Gender: Male
  • Moveset: Lick, Power Whip, Slam, Wring Out
    • Z-Move: Breakneck Blitz
  • Portfolio: Nearly 7 Feet Long Tongue, Strong But Slow, Non-Elemental, Our Monsters Are Weird, Couldn't Learn Lick In Its Debut Generation, Big Eater, Confusion Fu
  • Domains: Tongues, Tastes, Creatures, Eating, Oddness
  • Interests: The House of Law and Justice
  • Allies: Ash Ketchum, Spongebob Squarepants, Jessie and James, Yoshi, Anthony Chu, Stocking Anarchy, Tsuyu Asui
  • On good terms with: Most of the House of Tastes
  • Enemies: Team Rainbow Rocket (except Jessie and James), Euron Greyjoy, The Mafia of Cooks, Sheldon J Plankton
  • Wary of: The Hall of Poison And Toxicity
  • Of the Kanto region's Pokemon, Lickitung is one of the more peculiar. A pink lizard-like Pokemon, it's noticeable for having a massive tongue. Chameleon-like, it can extend almost seven feet, or almost twice the length of its body. As a result Lickitung has a very well-defined sense of taste, and can use the tongue as a weapon.
  • Lickitung was picked over its evolution Lickilicky because its tongue was larger proportionately, though there are records of some Lickilicky having tongues as long as 82 feet. To compensate, the Lickitung in the pantheon wields and Eviolite. While like most Pokemon Lickitung would rather avoid Team Rainbow Rocket, he gets along with Jessie(and to a lesser extent James since she was a good owner of a Lickitung before being accidentally traded for Wobuffett. Lickitung still likes Ash though, given he generally gets along with every Pokemon anyway.
  • The excellent sense of taste Lickitung possesses means he's usually found in the House of Food. He can take a lot with his tongue, and has made a living as a taste tester and amateur chef. Gordon Ramsay found Lickitung useful in determining how good or bad certain meals were, and requested he serve as an aide. The Licking Pokemon agreed. Just don't feed him anything sour, the Pokemon doesn't like sour tastes.
  • Asides from sour food, Lickitung will react badly to any truly awful food. Plankton tried to shill his chum on Lickitung, hoping that his biology might appreciate it. Instead the Pokemon started vomiting and tried to crush Plankton under his foot. Fortunately Spongebob got rid of the bad taste by feeding him some tasty Krabby Patties. Lickitung doesn't care for the Mafia of Cooks either given they're lethal chefs.
  • Decided to become a food critic, and help determine the tastes of certain chefs in the pantheon. He's put his tongue to good use in the House of Chefs and Establishments. Lickitung is a minor mascot of the House of Tastes. He and three other Lickitung like to eat at the Sushi-Go-Around.
  • The House of Justice believe that much like a drug-detecting dog, Lickitung could use his enhanced sense of taste to find drugs being smuggled. The Licking Pokemon was interested, but prefers his culinary skills. Part of this is because he doesn't want to run the risk of getting poisoned/high, which is why he's cautious when it comes to the House of Toxicity.
  • Lickitung feels bad for Anthony Chu since he was forced to eat various inedible and disgusting things, and decided to cook something nice for him. He likes to eat candy with Stocking Anarchy, though some of them get stuck on his tongue. His saliva is pretty sticky and uses it to clean himself, though most don't think him licking others clean would be hygienic.
  • Absolutely mortified and terrified by Euron Greyjoy due to, among his many atrocious actions, having a habit of removing the tongues of people. Given how many nerve endings Lickitung's tongue has, if Euron ever got a hand on him it would hurt even more than his usual victims, which is something that amuses Euron.
  • Lickitung likes to test and compare the power of his tongue with Tsuyu Asui and Yoshi. He does not like to be reminded on how he couldn't learn Lick in his debut generation. And he doesn't know what to do with his life if he forgets Lick.

    Sharptooth
Sharptooth, God of Scary Teeth
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sharptooth_9.png
  • Lesser God, borderline Intermediate God
  • Symbol: A huge, toothy T-Rex jaw
  • Theme Song: Sharptooth and the Earthquake (Specifically the second-half)
  • Alignment: Depending on the Version (Chaotic Neutral in the Film, Chaotic Evil in the Novelization)
  • Portfolio: Terrifying Tyrannosaur who seems More Impressive than the Actual Animal (regardless of Inaccuracy), Perpetually Raging Berserker, Feared by all other Dinosaurs, Blinded Right Eye, Wants Revenge on Littlefoot (whose Mother he himself Killed), Death Glare, Having a mouthful of Bone-Crunching Teeth, The Main Antagonist but Ultimately not too integral to the Overall Plot, Ridiculously Resilient and Persistent, Has no Speaking Lines
  • Allies: Riptor, Spinosaurus, Gwangi, Indominus Rex, Dag, One Eye
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: The Beastmen, Damien Thorn
  • Source of Interest for: Malekith
  • Rival: Glavenus
  • Enemies: The Gang of Seven, Speckles, Regina, Rampardos, Rexie, Dino, Hoppy, Big Al, Yoshi, Tarzan, Mowgli, Rexxar, The Monster Hunters
  • Opposes: Mario, Cappy, King Kong, Deviljho
  • Opposed By: Most of the House of Beasts and Fauna
  • Sharptooth is the generic name for all of the large theropod dinosaurs prowling around the Great Valley. While they are denied access of ever entering, they do not stop in regards to being persistent about finding prey that originate from the Great Valley, intending to pick them apart for the sake of survival. One such Sharptooth, an unnaturally strong and resilient Tyrannosaurus rex, is no exception, except that in its case, the world of the dinosaurs was reaching a very dark time and desperation began to kick in. Beforehand however, it was able to rack up quite the terrifying reputation, becoming the one dinosaur the rest feared. The Sharptooth proved its case when fighting against a Longneck who asserted to her son Littlefoot to run away, all amidst an earthquake as she and the Sharptooth engaged in a bloody battle that ended in a tie with the Sharptooth falling down a chasm and Littlefoot's mother dying shortly afterwards. Despite the fall, Sharptooth managed to survive and hounded Littlefoot and his friends until he was finally lured into a watery chasm where Littlefoot and his friends were able to knock a boulder onto the tyrannosaur's chest to drown the beast to death.
    • Like most theropods, Sharptooth's motivation was simply to survive, despite its ridiculous aggression. In an alternative take, Sharptooth is no ordinary predator, for he is instead, a vain and entitled animal who slaughters not for meat, but for fun. And his reason for wanting to Littlefoot and his friends is mainly because the young sauropod blinded his right eye and he feels insulted by it, in addition to wanting to kickstart a killing spree in the Great Valley once he was done with the kids.
  • Sharptooth groaned in frustration, opening its eyes and witnessing lush greenry around him. He rose up to discover what appeared to be a land different from the one that he used to prowl. Out of curiosity, he wandered around, looking for any potential meal to discover. While it doesn't have much to process about the Pantheon, Sharptooth is content with the fact that he is still living. He was surprised to see a group of animals in harmony. These weren't dinosaurs, but that only made him more interested. He made a surprise attack, and managed to kill a boar for snack. Satisfied with its newest kill and ready to begin a new hunt, Sharptooth roared furiously, signalling its presence in the Pantheon.
  • Sharptooth is... not liked by a majority of the animal deities and residents in the Pantheon. While being a ferocious predator is to be expected, many did not anticipate Sharptooth's sheer persistence and perpetual rage it keeps displaying and whenever he stumbles across an occupied environment, he usually manages to make the whole area deserted and kill at least one animal to dine upon.
  • The Gang of Seven were not happy with Sharptooth's presence in the Pantheon. Heck, the group ascended after getting to defeat the tyrannosaur again in order to usurp his Pantheon position for stock dinosaurs. This has left Sharptooth even more humiliated and angry, having his representation swapped to Scary Teeth instead. While he still hates Littlefoot the most out of the core group for obvious reasons, Sharptooth also utterly despises Chomper for being the same species as him, yet still wind up being best friends with the very group he has tried to kill and lost against.
  • Outside of the Littlefoot, Sharptooth has another Arch-Enemy; Speckles the Tarbosaurus. Once Sharptooth saw him and decided to elicit a fight between the two, thinking Speckles was trespassing his hunting grounds. Speckles managed to stand his ground and deliver a few good hits, but was beginning to feel overwhelmed by Sharptooth's resilience until Rexie's interruption helped to drive Sharptooth out. Speckles initially didn't have much feelings for Sharptooth, until he realized his role in Littlefoot's mother's death and the fact that he was a sadistic beast who preferring killing for fun rather than survival. Having flashbacks from his previous Arch-Enemy, One Eye, who also killed Speckles's family, Speckles has since began to deeply oppose Sharptooth. Despite this, he's more focused on taking care of his son, but if Sharptooth ever tries to go after him, all bets are off on Speckles's part.
    • Upon noticing how Speckles hates him for reminding him of a terrible past, Sharptooth decided to elect One Eye as his High Priest in the Pantheon, solely to spite Speckles for daring to even be friends with the Gang of Seven. Speckles was beyond angry for these turn of events and has taken extra measures in securing his family's safety. Luckily, he has other friends when it comes to combating against the two malicious tyrannosaurs. That said, Sharptooth and One Eye get along pretty well due to their similarities and putting aside territorial issues to work together in devouring their enemies.
  • Somewhat lost during its time in the Pantheon, Sharptooth was able to secure a power trio with Riptor and the Indominus Rex, given they were evil dinosaurs with similar issues. He'll often allow them into his territory just in case they're suddenly attacked and Sharptooth wants to make sure it develops a powerful-enough group to take as much prey as they could. That is, unless they suddenly get food shortage, after which Sharptooth would have no other choice but to also kill its own allies if it means survival.
  • Due to being a large predator, Sharptooth has to deal with its own plethora of competition. He has a pretty notable one with Glavenus, though Sharptooth normally looses fights against the Brute Wyvern despite putting up a good fight. He also deals with fellow tyrannosaurs Tyrantrum and Rexie, but unlike Glavenus, they aren't hesitant about disliking him. In addition to finding him far too crazed and sadistic for a predator and not even bothering to acknowledge him as a decent challenge which was surprising how capable he is, Rexie had but a harsh rebuff to give to Sharptooth:
"I defeated raptors, fought a T-Rex/Catfish/Frog/Raptor hybrid with a little help, and survived to the end of the day. You were defeated by 5 children when they dropped a rock on you! You're not worth my time."
  • It is unknown how Sharptooth and Godzilla see each other, although the T-Rex seems wary of the giant mutant dinosaur. The first time he laid eyes on the King of the Monsters, Sharptooth was overwhelmed by just how BIG he was, and when he caught sight of Godzilla using his radioactive breath weapon, that didn't help. Godzilla doesn't seem to notice Sharptooth.
    • Has struck an enmity against King Kong after learning it has coexisted with dinosaurs. But after learning about how it was able to defeat a trio of Vastatosaurs (Themselves highly evolved tyrannosaurs), Sharptooth is taking some distance away from the great ape, unless he is able to get more allies to fight alongside him. Sharptooth has also encountered the Deviljho on a few separate instances and has expressed jealousy on how the Brute Wyvern is able to go against and even intimidate beasts with overwhelming power themselves. While Sharptooth can fight Deviljho and put up a decent fight despite losing, it doesn't want to think about how devastating a Savage Deviljho could be.
  • He doesn't have much to think about humans beyond being simply prey to feast upon. That all changed when Sharptooth encountered Regina, who was monitoring the Prehistoric Beasts sub-house to see if there were any anomalies spurting out and keeping them on check. Sharptooth lunged at the S.O.R.T. spy, thinking it would be an easy meal. What he didn't expect was Regina being able to put up a tough fight and repelling Sharptooth with a wide assortment of weaponry. This has not boded well for Sharptooth who has since regarded Regina as another Arch-Enemy in lieu of Speckles and the Gang of Seven.
    • Sharptooth's enmity against Regina was so much, it wound up pursing her to a lab facility in the House of Undead and Phasmata. It didn't care about the surrounding zombies and other grotesque creatures there so much as Sharptooth could go out of its way to kill Regina for humiliating him. The dinosaur's presence also caught the attention of Chris Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy and Albert Wesker with concern for the former two regarding Regina and amusement for the latter, with Wesker keeping a close eye on Sharptooth ever since. That said, Wesker is biding his time until he needs Sharptooth for further use.
  • Because of his tendency to rampage a lot in the Houses of Beasts and Fauna and Nature, there are instances where Mario and Cappy are often sent to confront the situation. Mario is able to outwit Sharptooth and alow Cappy to possess the malicious dinosaur long enough to have it transported back to its territory. Naturally, Sharptooth hates Mario and Cappy for interrupting its hunting sprees and it plotting with Riptor and the Indominus in taking him down.
  • It's seething rage has attracted the attention of the Witch-King, Malekith, who was impressed by it. Himself being driven by hate and seeing the tyrannosaur be vicious even by dinosaur standards, Malekith has tried to lull Sharptooth to its allegiance, but the tyrannosaur simply roared back and attacked the Dark King. On a similar note, Rexxar has tried to tame the beast, only for several attacks later to realize that Sharptooth is simply incapable of being restrained, let alone tamed. While Rexxar has entirely given up, Malekith still tries to tame Sharptooth every once in a while.

  • Enemies: Kurogiri, "Hero Killer" Stain, Plesioth, Zamtrios
  • Scares: Kaede Nagase
  • Weird Connection with: Jontron
  • A girl whose power is do whatever a frog can do, Tsuyu Asui is one of the students from Class 1-A of U.A. Academy aspiring to be a professional hero. She was rather perplexed when she learned of her ascension to the pantheon but was happy to know that her friends from school all welcomed her and showed her around.
  • As stated before, Tsuyu is able to do anything a frog can naturally do and the reason for her ascension was thanks to the different ways she can use her tongue ranging from immobilizing criminal to using it as a way to move around. Her appearance also matches one of a frog, to the point that her rather emotionless expression have made some people think she is weird but Tsuyu is actually very friendly once you get to know her.
  • She is very acquiantanced with the ascended frog deities. For starters, she finds Greninja moves and powerset to be really cool and wonders if she could adopt his ninjutsu fighting style into her hero duties. She is rather perplexed about how Greninja uses his tongue as a scarf and once tried to do the same. Needless to say, she didn't find it that comfortable.
    • Oddly enough, there are some people that believe she is the daughter of Kermit the Frog. Both have denied those claims but remain good friends overall. He's even been teaching her to play the banjo.
    • She also met Frog, who reminds her a lot of her father. She found it rather unfortunate that he wasn't originally like that but instead cursed into a frog and he also asked her if her appearance was also a curse given to her. Tsuyu explained to him that she was actually born that way, making Frog feel very awkward about asking said question but she doesn't really blame him.
  • She once accidentally bumped into Kaede Nagase, and because of her fear of frogs she immediately lashed out at her. Luckily Tsuyu wasn't badly hurt and Kaede apologized for all the trouble she caused to her.
  • She likes to visit certain parts of the House of Beasts and Fauna and Nature, mostly to get used to how frogs live in the wilderness. That has made her run in with the Plesioth and Zamtrios a few times, seeing as they eat frogs regularly they though she was one too. Luckily enough, she was capable enough to fend them off with some help of some local deities nearby.
  • She was surprised that there is a certain group of people that ship her with Jontron, for no particular reason other than just because. Jon on his part was also as confused as she was but they actually remain on friendly terms.
  • Before she joined U.A. Academy, Tsuyu didn't have any friends because of the other kids thinking her general stoic expression made her too emotionless and weird but she did eventually made a friend with a snake-headed girl who also suffered the same issue and to this day remain really good friends even if they went to different schools. Because of that, she wants to make as many friends as she can that wouldn't be bothered by her appearance.
  • Noticed that a lot of deities sounded strangely similar to her. One of those she ended being friends with was Hibiki Tachibana who like her also went through a difficult time by being ocstracized by her fellow students (for different reasons in Hibiki's case) and having only one friend. Both also find their respective abilities to be really cool.
  • Given that her parents have to constantly work, Tsuyu usually assumes the role of taking care of her two younger siblings and even worries about them when she has to go to school (Even more now that U.A. became a boarding school). For that reason she gets along with Ui Hirasawa and Nao Midorikawa who also take care of their siblings.
  • She looks up to the many deities that reside in the House of Heroism and wants to learn more about how to become a better hero. She and her classmates have suggested to Principal Nezu if it were possible to take an internship with an assigned hero from said house and he has been considering the offer.

Demigods

    Acerola
Acerola, Goddess of Cat-Like Smiles
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/acerola_pokemon.png
  • Demigoddess
  • Symbol: Her Trial Captain medallion (used as a hair clip), and her bracelet
  • Theme Song: Battle! Acerola (Masters EX)
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Ghost-type Specialist, Cheerful Child, Bloodline from the Former Alolan Royals, Perky Goth, Purple Is Powerful, One of Youngest Trial Captains And The Youngest Elite Four Member

    • Games: Sableye, Banette, Drifblim, Dhelmise, Froslass, Palossand, Tapu Bulu
    • AnimĂ©: Mimikins (Mimikyu), Shuppet, Greedy Rapooh (Gengar)
  • Interested in: The Flying Dutchman, Peeves
  • Allies: Ash Ketchum, Lillie, Casper, Rotom, Danny Fenton, Mimikyu, Palossand, Sableye, Sara Crew, Anne-Marie, Bunnicula, Lilo and Stitch, Koume Shirasaka, Erma Williams
  • Enemies: Team Rainbow Rocket, Ragyo Kiryuin, Dark Danny, Joffrey Baratheon, Freddy Krueger, Pennywise, Lord English
  • Wary of: The Ultra Beasts, Bloody Marie, The Ghostbusters
  • Unlike most regions, the Alola region has Trial Captains. The Ghost-type Captain and eventual member of the Alolan Elite 4 is Acerola. She is an orphan living in Aether House, being a remnant from the original Alolan royalty. Despite her type choice, she is a Cheerful Child.
  • Acerola is a rather cute Trial Captain, and the cuteness is enhanced by her Playful Cat Smile. This eventually led to her ascension, where she joined a wide variety of gods in her new sub-house. Some like Chaugner Faugun and Himiko Toga frightened her, however she was able to get along with Bunnicula. Despite his spooky vampirism, he's a friendly rabbit and got along with the Perky Goth.
  • When she ascended she was somewhat concerned with the Ultra Beasts appearing, and wondered if Lusamine had also ascended and had an involvement. This eventually led her to find Guzma and Ragyo Kiryuin, the latter of which takes notes from Lusamine. While Guzma has somewhat reformed and apologized for Team Skull kidnapping her, Ragyo proves far worse than Lusamine ever was.
  • She looked for Drifblim in the pantheon, only to be informed that it had left. As the balloon, Froslass and Dhelmise are not up, so she is limited to having the ones she owns as her heralds. The Dhelmise caught the Flying Dutchman's interest. Acerola was similarly interested in him. She isn't too spooked by the Flying Dutchman and isn't above giving him advice on scaring people. Just as long as no-one is harmed.
  • Pennywise attempted to lure Acerola by coloring his balloons yellow and disgusing them as shiny Drifloon, hoping it would attract her. Fortunately this backfried as while she is fond of Ghost type Pokemon, she knows they have a habit of trying to allure children to kidnap them. She is very much horrified by the evil clown, but does wonder if the Deadlights may be a hint as to what exactly lurks underneath Mimikyu's disguise.
  • There were some members of Acerola's team who had their species represented, namely Sableye and Palossand. She also has a Mimikyu, who is both a shiny called Mimikins and a ghost of a dead Mimikyu. Still friendlier than Jessie's. The Ghosts sub-house is still trying to figure out how the ghost of a ghost Pokemon works. They're also trying to figure out how Acerola is at least 12.
  • Capable of communicating with Ghost type Pokemon. In the pantheon this includes other ghosts. She has spent some time in the Ghosts sub-house getting to know its residents better, and once in a while challenging the Ghostbusters to a Pokemon battle when they make the mistake of vacuuming a spirit she's hanging out with. Acerola assumed that Peeves was also a ghost, but he's stated he's something else. This made her curious about his "anatomy" as an amortal being.
  • Acerola fears a few ghosts, but two stand out as particularly horrifying to her; Freddy Krueger and Dark Danny. Krueger's preferred target is her age range, and both are depraved psychopaths. In desperation she closed her eyes and had Mimikins expose her true appearance, but as they were already deadnote  it was merely unpleasant. Fortunately Danny Fenton came in to save her.
  • As Mimikins is the ghost of a Ghost type Pokemon, she can be considered "double-dead". This makes her one of the few beings that Lord English can't outright kill, which enrages her in part because she may know what, if anything, happens to ghosts he kills. Naturally there are an abundance of reasons for Acerola to despise Lord English. It is thought that Beerus could still Hakai Mimikins out of existence, but he's in no mood to doll out something he usually reserves to people who deserve it or or if absolutely needed.
  • They don't creep her out as badly, but Acerola keeps her distance from Kayako and Sadako. She prefers to hang out with the friendlier and merely mischievous Ghosts like Danny, Casper and Yuyuko. She finds Youmu Konpaku being half-human, half-ghost to be rather perplexing, and wonders if this might be what a possible Ghost/Normal type combination would be like.
  • Much like Sara Crewe, Acerola is an Impoverished Patrician. However, that doesn't stop either of them from helping out. It's unknown when the Alolan royalty died out but if it's anything like the Hawaiian royalty, it happened a while ago. Acerola doesn't spend much time in the House of Royalty, and she was particularly infuriated that Joffrey Baratheon was allowed entry. They're basically opposites; Acerola is a royal stripped of its power yet a kind and friendly girl. Joffrey meanwhile is someone who never had to struggle in his life and was given power, and proves to be a self-centered psychopath.
  • As the region of Alola is based on Hawaii, she was curious about its Disney counterpart after hearing about the Pokemon-like experiments. She found herself liking Lilo, who like herself is an orphan and kind of creepy yet a good person. Acerola is interested in Spooky/Experiment 300 due to its ability to transform in whatever people fear. Acerola is also friendly with Koume Shirasaka, who loves anything horror related and has the ascended Mimikyu as a partner. She's also friendly with the creepy yet kind-hearted ghost girl Erma Williams, though Sadayo terrifies her.

    Chip Skylark

  • Fears: SCP-542
  • Pities: SCP-811
  • Wary of: Mr Krabs
  • Uncertain on: Pepsiman
  • Chippington Skylark the Third, simply know as Chip Skylark is a pop teen sensation in the world of Fairly OddParents. The grandson of a 1930s Charleston singer, he's a parody of boy band singers popular in the late 90s and early 2000s. While Timmy thought he was a shallow celebrity, in person he's a kind and friendly guy in it for the art.
  • Doesn't show up as often anymore. Teen pop stars aren't that big anymore. Given he's in the music business Chip kind of figured this might happen, but is hoping that his time in the Trope Pantheon might see nostalgia for his old genre.
  • Chip geeked out upon learning that Elvis Presley was in the pantheon, and rushed to get the King of Rock and Roll's autograph. Presley gave him some encouraging advice, pointing out that he felt like a relic later in his life, and knows what it must feel like for him. Elvis is just praying he doesn't have to die to renew his fandom.
  • Another entertainer that Chip Skylark got along with was Mr Rogers. His incredibly compassionate and kind persona was 100% genuine, something that he respects, and Chip generally enjoys his show. Chip also likes to make music with DJ Pon-3. He was not happy to learn about Ember McClain though, given she tries to control people through her music and beautiful singing force. However he does feel bad for the tragedy that led to her being evil. Less seriously he considers Krusty the Klown's sanguine crusty behavior and addictive personality unsuited for his job as a clown, though he does acknowledge it's down to a lot of personal issues and cynicism than general apathy towards others.
  • Absolutely dedicated to dental care, to the point of it being the subject of his best song. Because of how good care he takes of his teeth, they're the best set in the world. Unfortunately this led to Dr Bender stealing them, but Timmy got them back. Toothina utterly adores him for this.
  • Visits the House of Health and Diseases to showcase proper dental care and sell proper toothpaste, hoping people can have as great of a grill as his. Unfortunately SCP-542 agreed, and believes these will be a perfect, permanent replacement to his current teeth. The SCP Foundation managed to contain Herr Chirurg before he could take them. Chip ended up learning about SCP-811, and soon pitied her for, among many things, her rot causing such pain with her teeth they needed to be replaced with dentures.
  • Rather skeptical of Pepsiman, as soda like Pepsi isn't something someone with such pride in his dental hygiene like Chip wants to take. But as long as he doesn't force people to do so against their will or act like his AVGN counterpart, he's good. And he gets the need for advertisement and consumer products. Chip would rather condemn Conal Cochran due to the lethal products he produces and his general villainy.
  • Seriously crept out by the Gold-Toothed Doctor, and for good reason. His presence in the same house as him and the combo between the Villainous Gold Tooth and Fish Eyes doesn't help. Then there's Himiko Toga, whose status as a disturbed Yandere with fangs disturbs him. Honestly, there are a lot of creepy teeth present he's not a fan of.
  • Another famous song of Chip Skylark's is "Icky Vicky", one big insult to Vicky. And justifiably so, given she was a crazed fan who held him hostage. Chip already has enough problems with groupies and fangirls chasing him. Naturally, he was also mortified by Annie Wilkes.
  • Finds that Celebrity Is Overrated, given how he's been chased by fans and admits that his friends would leave them if they knew he's broke, and the record company pays for everything. This might be why he gets along with Jay Gatsby, who while wealthy feels empty because of it. He's on good terms with Richie Rich for being a kind rich boy, and feels he can be honest about his feelings with Ochacho. Conversely, he has contempt for how vapid, selfish and cruel Princess Morbucks and the Reagan siblings are with their wealth and status.

  • Opposed by: Twilight Sparkle, Princess Cadance, Discord, Mufasa, Alexstrasza, Ysera, Guthix, Aang
  • The Graboids first appeared in the Pantheon shortly after a sudden Heat Wave struck. No one is entirely sure how they got there, but some believe that aliens are to blame. Upon the discovery that they have at least 3 other mouths inside of their main mouth (the African variety can have even more) they were declared the gods of Nested Mouths.
  • Graboids are always ways hunting because of their insatiable hunger. This hunger is likely due to the amount on energy it take to propel itself underground faster then the average human can run. The Standard American Graboid also needs this energy to prepare itself for when it reaches the next stage of it's life cycle, the Shrieker.
  • The life cycle of your standard Graboid is a oddity in nature. First their eggs hatch in very warm environments, such as a hot spring. The baby Graboid (sometimes called Shooters or Grablites) hunts all the way up until it becomes a mature Graboid, this takes about 3 months. Once fully grown the Graboid spends about 6 months preparing itself to create Shriekers. A Graboid can produce any were between 3 and 12 Shriekers, the birthing process kills the Graboid. The Shriekers will; like the Graboid, attempt to eat everything they can find, when they eat enough they will spawn another Shrieker. They remain for about 24 hours before Metamorphosing into Ass-Blasters. Ass-Blasters then lay the eggs to the next generation of Graboids.
    • The full life cycle of the African Graboid is unknown, but is assumed to being similar to their American counterparts.
      • It's been noted that African Shriekers have never been seen though, leading some to believe that stage in the African Graboid's life cycle is bypassed completely.
  • Oddly enough they are not actually worms, in fact no one's quite sure what they are, some say they're insects, some sort of cephalopod and even reptiles.
  • Steve Irwin is occasionally seen working, caring for El Blanco and even to the shock and awe of those in the Pantheon handle him. It's unknown how El Blanco feels about him though.
    • Steven Irwin is quick to point out that this is only possible because El Blanco is able to get full after a meal; unlike other Graboids, which makes him mellow and easier to work with. Due to this El Blanco is considered to be some sort of animal diplomat and can usually be found at the Graboids' temple.
  • If you're being hunted by a Graboid, it is important to remain motionless and silent so they don't know where you are. It's also recommended to remain on top of a large bolder or rock so they can't reach you.
    • Hiding on top of Rocks and boulders do not work with African Graboids since not only can they can eat through rocks by using acid to soften it up. At least some of their Grabbers can also be released from their mouths to go after prey, showing that they are separate animals.
  • The Graboid species is as old as dirt with a fossil being dated back to the Devonian period (previously thought to be Precambrian).
  • The relationship between Graboids and the other stages in their life cycle varies from species.
    • American Graboids have no relationship with the later stages of their life cycle, since they're die before they can ever meet them normally. Only El Blanco has ever met one, a Ass-Blaster which he ate.
    • African Graboids have been seen working with Ass-Blasters to protect their bloodline.
  • Having heard that some giant worm-like creatures have entered the Pantheon Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine went looking for them believing them to possibly be Gravediggers or a Gulp Worms. They were later attacked by one and managed to kill it and though the two now know that the Graboids have no relation with the T-Virus they still occasionally kill them for practice.
  • Remembering the tatzlwurm Twilight Sparkle, Princess Cadance and Discord oppose the Graboids.
  • Jabba The Hutt occasionally tries to feed his enemies to them. Beyond this though Jabba avoids them since they will still likely attempt eat him given the chance.
    • They arguably have a even better relationship with The Sarlaac. The Graboids have been seen chasing prey towards The Sarlaac to create a sort of Rock And A Hard Place.
  • Graboids avoid the House of Explosives due to large explosions hurting them due to their incredibly sensitive hearing.
  • Noted for smelling horrible.
    • Oddly enough they're stated to smell slightly better when dead, but only slightly.
  • Shriekers, Ass-Blasters and baby Graboids do not have Nested Mouths.
  • All of the Graboids can sometimes be seen preying on Tauros and Miltank.
    • African Graboids can also be seen preying on Simba, Scar, Timon and Pumbaa for sharing much of the same habitat.
  • Mufasa, Alexstrasza, Ysera, Guthix and Aang have expressed over the Graboids due to how easily their Shrieker stage could disrupt the natural balance between predators and their prey. Much to their own disappointment the best that they could come up with was to allow people to hunt them and other stages in their life cycle.
    • Now several members from the House of Hunters and Slayers such as Scarface, Maya Fallegeros, the Monster Hunters and Rengar have taken to hunting Graboids and the other stages of their life cycle.
      • The only Graboid they don't hunt is El Blanco due to his diplomat status. Scarface doesn't care about this and sometimes tries to hunt El Blanco.
  • Gondar respects them for the difficulty it takes to tracking them due to them living underground and can sometimes be found trying to track them.
  • Eliza Thornberry has tried talking to them and discovered that they are pretty sociable, but with the exception of El Blanco they still try to eat her due to their insatiable hunger.
    • She can't talk to Shriekers and Ass-Blasters though since they have no ears.
  • Obey the Earth deities Gaea and Geb, which makes sense since they live in the Earth.
  • Leto Atreides has shown interest in them and wonders if they are in some way related to the Shai-Hulud.
  • The Guardians of the Galaxy once killed one to be just like Kevin Bacon.

Quasideities

    Gwynplaine
Gwynplaine, God of Carved Smiles (The Laughing Man, Fermain)

  • Enemies: The Joker, Claude Frollo
  • On good terms with: Queen Anne
  • Gwynplaine is immediately recognizable through his constant, frighteningly wide smile. When he was a child, Gwynplaine (then called Fermain) was punished for his nobleman father's offenses by being given to a Comprachico who disfigured his mouth. Once his father was executed, Gwynplaine was abandoned in the streets to fend for himself. During a snowstorm, he found a blind orphan baby girl and the two were taken in by a kind charlatan, Ursus, and his pet wolf, Homo. The girl was named Dea and she and Gwynplaine grew up happy under Ursus' care, making a living by putting on performances where Gwynplaine exhibited his carved grin for the amusement of the audience. Gwynplaine and Dea were in love with each other, but Gwynplaine was reluctant to act on his feelings due to his grotesque looks, even though Dea, being blind, didn't mind them. Meanwhile, word of Gwynplaine's aristocratic origins reached the Queen, who decided to restore his rights to him. Josiana, a fickle Duchess, showed interest in Gwynplaine and he briefly strayed from Dea before realizing Josiana's affection for him was shallow. After being humiliated at the House of Lords, Gwynplaine renounced his birthright and returned home to Dea, Ursus and Homo as they left the country.
  • Sadly, Dea had fallen ill with despair after hearing about Gwynplaine and Josiana, and the sight of Gwynplaine coming back was such a shock that she died. Gwynplaine then drowned himself out of guilt, leaving behind the grieving Ursus and Homo. The two had no choice but to keep traveling because life goes on, but not too long after this, the two met with a certain freakshow whose leader, Hans, made a business proposition to Ursus and that they should all travel together. Ursus was still sad about what happened with Gwynplaine and Dea and thought the company would be nice at least. Of course, traveling with the deified Hans and his freakshow allowed Ursus and Homo entrance into the Pantheon and Hans swiftly led the two to the temple where the recently-ascended Gwynplaine was living with Dea as his Herald, with Ursus and Homo being invited to join if they so wished. Thus this makeshift family had their happy reunion and committed to staying together in the Pantheon.
  • It should go without saying at this point but Hans and the rest of the Freaks have a great deal of sympathy for Gwynplaine's entire story, as they are very familiar with how cruel and unfair the rest of the world can be to deformed and disfigured people like them. Hans was reminded of his history with Cleo while hearing about how Gwynplaine was seduced and led astray by the shallow Josiana so she could get her hands on the property he was entitled to as an aristocrat. Like with several other deities in the same boat as Gwynplaine, the Freaks have welcomed the Laughing Man as one of their own and promise to have his back come rain or shine, and that goes for Dea, Ursus and Homo as well. Gwynplaine was already quite happy with his adopted family as they accept him for who he is without reservation, but feels all the more so seeing his family extended to include the Freaks, which aren't few in number.
  • The Phantom of the Opera is also quite invested in Gwynplaine's well-being, as he tends to be for any who are considered freaks. His own face is very deformed, which caused him to be a laughing-stock and forced him to hide from human contact. Of course in his case it also caused him to have a dim view of people in general and he played fast and loose with their lives for his own benefit, something that Gwynplaine never even considered doing. Gwynplaine finds the Phantom frightening for his murderous tendencies and general mysterious aura, as he has rarely shown himself to him, but realizes he's lived a life of isolation due to his deformity and he does feel genuine compassion for all freaks like him, so Gwynplaine understands him to a certain degree and appreciates there's someone as powerful and ingenious as the Phantom on the side of freaks.
  • John Merrick, The Elephant Man, left quite an impression on Gwynplaine for being so magnanimous that he had enjoyed spending the rest of his life locked in a medical institution being treated as something of a curiosity, and those were his best years. As a matter of fact, Merrick was once part of a show just like Gwynplaine, but the former had the bad luck of having an abusive ringmaster instead of a kindly father figure like Gwynplaine did. Either way, Merrick is incredibly grateful to Dr. Treves for giving him a comfortable and to anyone who's ever shown kindness to him, and refuses to dwell on any mistreatment and mockery. Gwynplaine finds Merrick to be a very admirable character for this, and wonders if he could have felt the same if he hadn't his family to support him. Gwynplaine similarly feels sorry for Edward Scissorhands' fate of remaining hidden out in his creator's mansion after the outside world would not accept him. Gwynplaine tries his best to spend time with both Merrick and Edward to assuage their loneliness.
  • Much like Christiane GĂ©nessier, Gwynplaine's disfigurement was acquired in the course of his life, instead of him being born with it. Though, it happened at a young enough age that he no longer really remembers his life before it. It's not the case with Christiane, whose face became a wreck as an adult and very much remembers that she used to be beautiful and did not have to hide from the world. Gwynplaine can only guess what it's like to live a normal life, but he thinks that since Christiane has a frame of reference, she must feel much more pain than he does, especially considering her father became a criminal who stole faces from young women for her, which really weighs on her mind. He'd like to ease her pain a little, so he's decided to enlist Dea to spend time with Christiane occasionally, as he imagines Christiane would like some female companionship. Dea being blind, Christiane's destroyed face can't horrify her, so it wasn't long before the two became friends. Homo also escorts Dea on these visits not only to guard her, but so he can enjoy the company of Christiane's many dogs; he and Christiane have also taken quite a liking to each other.
  • Gwynplaine was pretty stoked to visit Notre Dame not only for being one of the greatest monuments ever, but also because it was home to another famous outcast, created by the hand of the same author, even. Gwynplaine thus met Quasimodo, the most famous resident of Notre Dame, a hunchback who absconded in the cathedral as his heavily deformed appearance would have made him the target of much hostility in his time. Quasimodo was glad to receive Gwynplaine in his home and gave him a tour of the cathedral, ending with them talking about their circumstances while watching the sunset from high up. Gwynplaine then learned that while Quasimodo was well-cared for by some of the clergy, an evil and prejudiced judge called Frollo was the one to raise him and made him believe he was a monster unfit to be among people. Quasimodo warned Gwynplaine Frollo would probably see him that way as well. Gwynplaine wonders what is it about people with power that makes them think they can tread all over the less fortunate (he's certainly thinking of the aristocracy he had to deal with as well in these musings).
  • Gwynplaine extends his friendship to the tragic Conjoined Twins Charlotte and Victor Deshayes, despite them being a lot less recommendable company on account of being murderers for an abomination known as The Entity. Still, the once-lonesome Deshayes twins take their camaraderie with fellow freaks seriously, and do their best not to let Gwynplaine or any of his family get caught up in The Entity's games. Gwynplaine laments that he can do nothing to help them get away from the vile abomination.
  • The monarch who was willing to give Gwynplaine his privileges back was Queen Anne. She had him summoned to her temple when she heard of his ascension. As Gwynplaine defied her order for him and Josiana to get married and ran away, he didn't know what would come of this, though he also figured that the Pantheon wasn't England and therefore she had no right to punish him, so he decided to go and hope for some peace to be made between them. Fortunately that was exactly what Anne intended, as she didn't see the use of bringing that issue back in a place like the Pantheon; she only wondered whether Gwynplaine was satisfied with his choice. Their conversation was quite amicable and they parted ways on friendly terms, though Gwynplaine feels all the more glad that he rejected court life after seeing how unpleasant Anne's attendants, Sarah and Abigail, are.
  • Gwynplaine unfortunately resembles the Joker, with the two sharing the same wide, toothy, creepy grin, and also slicked-back hair. Gwynplaine always wears a scarf over his mouth when out in public, much to the disappointment of the Freaks who think he should be allowed to show himself. If anything, he thinks sharing the Joker's features is a pretty compelling argument for him to keep doing so before he gets confused for the widely-reviled villain and get attacked for it. There are many theories as to why the Joker is so monstrous, including some tragic/sympathetic ones, but he's so dangerous and unpredictable that Gwynplaine would just like to avoid him entirely. The Joker himself has been made aware that he owes his appearance to Gwynplaine, but honestly, he doesn't care. In fact he seems to consider paying any sort of attention to his inspiration to be beneath him, given the Laughing Man has no ambitions beyond living in peace. Perhaps he might be useful in the future as an involuntary double, who knows.
