  • Hundreds of years ago, Philip Wittebane duped a time traveling Luz Noceda and Lilith Clawthorne into helping him find a magical mirror. This mirror connected to the In-Between Realm, and its unwilling resident, The Collector. Philip offered The Collector a deal; provide him the tools he needs for his plan for the Day of Unity, and Philip will free The Collector from his prison. The Collector, desperate to regain their freedom, happily accepted the deal and sealed it with a pinky swear. Centuries later, the Day of Unity took place only for Philip, now Belos, to happily go back on his end of the bargain after he sees the Draining Spell that The Collector provided the method for executing beginning to kill the residents of the Boiling Isles. After Belos dropped The Collector's mirror down a ravine in the Titan's Skull, they were discovered by the last Titan, King. King asked for the Collector's help in stopping the Draining Spell in exchange for letting them free and promising to play games with him after freeing them. The Collector initially didn't believe him, until King offered to seal the deal with a pinky swear, at which point he gleefully accepted and halted the Draining Spell, with the Collector pulling King back to them in order to play a game of "Owl House", and King along with Eda, and Luz eventually forming a genuine friendship with the Collector, and getting them to change his ways.
  • When the Collector took over the Boiling Isles, they began turning all of the people into living puppets in order to play with King. After the Collector underwent their change of heart, and freed the people they had turned into puppets, they departed the Boiling Isles to wander the cosmos. While wandering, the Collector began to get lonely with no one to play with, and decided to make a portal to visit Luz in the Human Realm. When the Collector entered it, they instead found themself within the domain of Bill Cipher, just as he was starting a new Wierdmageddon. Bill initially thought of them as a kindred spirit and invited them to join his fun. The Collector initially agreed, until they saw Bill terrorizing the innocents in the Pantheon. Horrified, the Collector promptly used their own reality bending Magic to liberate all of Bill's victims from being turned into statues, and then punched Bill back into the tear in reality and sealed it, all before Bill realized what was happening. Upon seeing this, the Court of the Gods reached out to the Collector. When they had their situation explained to them, they begged to be allowed to stay so they could play with others in the Pantheon, making a pinky promise to behave. The Court agreed, and the Collector ascended as the god of pinky swears.
  • When they learned of the Collector's ascension, Luz and Amity were both surprised, and delighted, given how quickly they came after Luz and Amity themselves. The Collector was equally happy to see two of their friends already in the Pantheon, and quickly began making regular visits to their temple in order to play games with them. The Collector was disappointed when they learned that none of their other friends from the Boiling Isles had ascended before them, as Luz and Amity were disappointed that none of their loved ones ascended with the Collector. Regardless, they persevered, quickly beginning to work with the Collector in the hopes of allowing everyone else they care about to join them in the Pantheon. Thus far, none of the new Portal Doors identical to the one the Collector made at the Owl House for Luz and Camila to return to the Human Realm, have lead to the Demon Realm, but the three aren't giving up until they make one that does.
    • Anne, Sasha, and Marcy quickly grew to like the Collector. His childish innocence and warmth reminded them of many of their friends, both in the ascended Plantar Family, as well as ones still in Amphibia. The three especially grew to like the Collector when they learned of his ability to casually create interdimensional gateways at a whim, and much like Luz and Amity, hope that one of the Collector's Portal Doors could lead to Amphibia to allow more of their friends to ascend. The Collector enjoys the Calamity Girls' presence almost as much as they enjoy spending time with Luz and Amity. He frequently plays games of Dungeons and Dragons with them, using his powers to craft a DND like dimension for Anne, Sasha, and Marcy to adventure in as he stands in for the Game Master. Luz and Amity occasionally join in on this, with all of them quite enjoying the amount of fun they get to have.
    • When they initially saw the Collector alongside Bill, Dipper and Mabel were absolutely horrified that yet another reality bending God had entered the Pantheon with what they thought was malevolent intent. When the Collector instead quickly turned on Bill and actually ended Weirdmageddon, all the while freeing all of Bill's victims, the twins decided to cautiously reach out to them. When they heard of how close Luz and Amity, along with Anne, Sasha, and Marcy were with the Collector, they ultimately decided to try befriending them. The two were quite happy to discover just how pleasant the Collector was, with Dipper happily taking notes on the many things that the Collector has seen in their travels across the Demon Realm, while Mabel enjoys actively playing with the child of the stars, delighting in how they use their powers to make saccharine and kid friendly environments to have fun in.
  • When he learned that Emperor Belos had beaten him into the Pantheon from Luz and Amity, he was almost as livid as the Sapphic Witches. Belos was the person who lied through his teeth to the Collector for literal centuries, pretending to be his friend in order to get the Collector's immense Magical knowledge. Despite the Collector truly believing that Belos was his friend and that he would play with him, the Witch Hunter happily stabbed him in the back and threw his mirror down a ravine to rot, voicing how he won't release the Collector so he can't impart his knowledge to anyone else, all the while happily making it clear that he was lying the whole time and breaking the Pinky Swear he made with the Collector. After King freed the Collector, he almost immediately turned Belos into a necrotic stain on the wall of the Titan's skull. Unfortunately, Belos survived, escaped to the Human Realm, and later returned to the Demon Realm before possessing the puppet form of Raine Whispers to once again manipulate the Collector. After he had done so, Belos proceeded to possess the Titan and attempted to murder him, forcing Luz to sacrifice her own life to save the Collector. After learning the location of his temple, the Collector casually dropped a planet on top of it without so much as a hello, only getting angrier when Belos stubbornly survived.
    • Belos' ally of convenience Zamasu is almost as hated by the Collector as Belos himself. Just like Belos, the Mad Kai is a manipulative and racist genocidal sociopath, who's endless hatred for people he deems to be chaotic and unworthy of living, Belos with Witches and Demons, Zamasu with Mortals in general. Zamasu is also a dangerous triator who is more than happy to betray his mentor and friend Gowasu simply because Gowasu stands in the way of his Zero-Mortals Plan. Worse still, Zamasu's genocidal ambitions remind the Collector of not just Belos, but also their abusive and cruel elder siblings, the Archivists, the ones responsible for the genocide of the Titans. For his part, the Mad Kai sees the Collector as being a deranged and out of control brat who needs to be put in their place, voicing how the Archivists were right to use the Collector as bait to allow them to disappear the Titans, and then happily abandoning them to be sealed in the In-Between Realm by a distraught Papa Titan.
    • Another deity that earned the Collector's rage for being very similar to Belos, is none other than Judge Claude Frollo. The Collector took interest in the Judge when they overheard him attempting to proselytize to vulnerable people about the dangers of the Romani, and how they should fear God's wrath. Confused what this meant, the Collector proceeded to directly ask what he was talking about. Recognizing that the Collector was a Magical Being, Frollo attempted to frighten the Collector, even summoning his personal Dream Eater Wargoyle to "kill the Witch". Upon realizing the parallels between Frollo and Belos, the Collector decided to impart a lesson unto the judge about what they thought of his rhetoric by effortlessly annihilating Wargoyle with just a poke, and then trapping Frollo in a pocket dimension while growing to giant size and pretending to crush the judge beneath their fist. Ever since, Frollo has seen the Collector as being some kind of devil, and has been terrified of ever meeting them again.
  • Despite having lived for eons, the Child of the Stars is exactly that. A child in terms of other Collectors, namely their siblings the Archivists, hence the Collector's innocence, and naivety. When they learned of similar entities within the Pantheon, they were thrilled at the chance to befriend beings just like them. SCP-239 is near the top of this list. Sigurrós was quite fascinated with the degree of control the Collector had over their own universe bending powers, and asked them to help her learn how to control her own powers, lessons which the Collector is more than happy to provide. Through SCP-239, the Collector learned of Fanklin Richards, who much like the Collector, understands all too well how much it sucks to be rendered helpless despite their reality bending abilities, with many villains desiring their abilities. The three have sleepovers to keep each other company and make each other feel safe, with all three agreeing to a Pinky Swear to remain best friends forever at the Collector's suggestion.
    • The Collector has a very complicated history with the Titans. When the Archivists discovered that Titan Magic was capable of nullifying their own, they sent the Collector to the world that would eventually house the Boiling Isles. The Collector was delighted at getting to play with the young Titans and enjoyed spending time with them. Unfortunately, the Archivists swooped in and exterminated the Titans through unknown means, the Collector being helpless to stop them. When they heard of there being young Titans within the Pantheon, they were delighted. While Azeroth wasn't who they were expecting, they still grew close with her. Azeroth quite likes the Collector thanks to their incredible power allowing them to keep her safe from various threats until she can be properly born and get to play alongside them. Both of them also know how painful it is to be locked away, unable to do anything by themselves.
    • The Collector has a very strong association with stars, beyond simply being from the cosmos. When they took over the Boiling Isles, they spread a wave of Magic across them, with stars bursting from the wave and being spread all throughout the Isles. After the wave, the area around the Titan's skull was converted into a place like this. Additionally, the Collector's Archive in the sky is also lined with star like decorations, on top of the Collector owning an object that is suspiciously similar to a blue Warp Star, and being able to open up star shaped holes in reality. Upon learning of this, Kirby quickly became friends with them, greatly appreciating the Collector's reformation, and happily holding air ride races on their respective stars. Kirby also reminds the Collector of their best friend, King, thanks to Kirby's own kindness, and capacity for playing with them. The Star Warrior also joins in on the sleepovers with SCP-239, Franklin, and Azeroth.
  • The Collector was exited to try meeting Titans aside from Azeroth in the hopes of befriending them. Unfortunately, they quickly discovered that many of the Titans within the Pantheon are less than excellent people. Azeroth fearfully informed the Collector of the crimes of Sargeras and his Burning Legion. When the Collector learned of how the Dark Titan killed his own siblings and attempted to corrupt them into a Dark Pantheon, it immediately brought back unwelcome memories of the Archivists and their numerous atrocities. He promptly warped to Sargeras' Temple and warped as many of his minions as he could find into an alternate dimension before putting them into a dreamlike state to prevent them from hurting others, with Sargeras finding out that unlike Demon Realm Titans, Collector Magic very much does work on Warcraft Titans, with the Collector successfully fighting him off and taking away a healthy amount of his minions, much to the Dark Titan's anger.
    • Sargeras is hardly the only evil Titan in the Pantheon, who has committed crimes against family members. The Titan of Time Kronika is a cruel and controlling parental figure towards her children the Elder Gods, happily manipulating Cetrion and Shinnok into endless conflict with one another in order to preserve her idea of equity between Light and Darkness, and eradicating entire timelines when she dislikes the outcome that timeline results in, all of which once more brings to mind ugly memories of the Archivists to the Collector. While it isn't clear if the Collector can manipulate time, they have vowed to use their power over the existing reality to incapacitate her and put a stop to her many crimes. Kronika sees the Collector in much the same way that her ally Zamasu does: a petulant upstart who can't possibly know any truths about existence.
    • The Evil Titan that horrified the Collector the most however was Cronus, King of the Titans of Myth. Cronus' fear over being usurped by his children led him to quite literally eat his own kids, a thought that chilled the Collector to their core as they are fearful that Cronus would try something like that with their best friend King should he ever ascend. As such, the Collector decided to stamp their foot down and educate Cronus on what would happen if he made any hostile moves to any of the Collector's friends. The Collector very easily threw Cronus half way across the Pantheon as a demonstration of just how outmatched the Titan was, making it clear that they would restrain themselves if he ever went after their friends.
  • The Collector is extremely regretful of their past transgressions, with them having suffered a major breakdown after Luz gave her life up to save them from Belos, and promptly tearfully apologizing for everything they did. This shame didn't go away after Luz was brought back to life, as the Collector made sure to save all the people in their archive even as they themself were being consumed by Belos' Titan enhanced Necrotic Rot. When they first heard of deities who acted like they used to, they attempted to reach out to those deities. This is how they met Brainiac. When the Coluan heard of the Collector's ability to turn people into puppets on a massive scale, he was confused why the Collector would stop doing it to people, something they didn't understand. When they were informed of Brainiac's penchant for genocide against people who resist his bottling, much like the Archivists, the Collector denounced him. The Collector is also on frosty terms with the Celestial Toymaker. The Collector was appalled at how he turns people into toys much like the Collector, while still knowing the full consequences of what he's doing, even killing them if they beat his game. Even when the Collector fought the likes of Sargeras and Cronus, they didn't kill them, with Belos being the only person they have consciously attempted to put down.
  • Before their whole story was revealed, many thought that the Collector was going to be a second Bill Cipher, due to his excitement at the prospect of the Day of Unity's Draining Spell taking place, to the point that a somewhat recurring theory was that the Collector would end up possessing Luz. After the Collector's ascension, they were eager to prove that this was not the case, and in fact the exact opposite was true due to the Collector being an innocent child capable of great amounts of compassion and kindness despite also possessing abilities like the power to transform people into lifeless puppets and open holes in reality. Bill himself was already fuming when he found out how the Collector undid his brief Weirdmageddon, with that anger only growing after discovering that the Collector was more than capable of going toe to toe with the Dream Demon, even at his strongest, with the Collector regularly using his own psychic and dream controlling abilities to fend off Bill's attempts to torment him with endless nightmares.
    • The Collector was surprised when they learned of the number of deities in the Pantheon that had similar stories or attitudes to their own, and they were much happier to interact with them than the likes of Bill. The Chaos Goddess of Tellius Yune quickly grew to like the Collector and their kind innocence. Much like the Collector, Yune was sealed away, in her case inside Lehran's Medallion, and they both grew distraught at witnessing death, the Collector due to seeing Luz's death in front of them after being taught about what death was, and Yune as Ashunera seeing the fighting between the Beorc and the Laguz and accidentally flooding the world. The two bonded over how they regretted their past, Yune regretting how she flooded the world, and the Collector regretting how Belos tricked them into giving him the Draining Spell due to the Collector not understanding the concept of Death.
    • Another entity representing Chaos that the Collector grew to enjoy the company of was Discord. While Discord was more knowingly malevolent compared to the Collector, who genuinely didn't know any better, he still made a reformation after befriending one of the heroes, in his case Fluttershy. The Collector also enjoyed how Discord liked playing games with them, and had fun with some of the peculiar things Discord made take place while playing with them. That said, the Collector didn't particularly care for manipulative tendencies, having been duped by Belos one too many times, though they softened their stance after they saw Discord making efforts to change that. For his part, Discord enjoys the Collector's honesty and sincerity, as it reminds him of Fluttershy in a way.
    • One time when the Collector was hanging out with Luz and Amity, they happened to meet one of the more unusual friends of the sapphic Witches: The Omni King. The Collector quickly learned why Zeno got along with his friends, thanks to Zeno also being an incredibly powerful reality bending deity whom others go out of their way to avoid irritating, albeit in the Collector's case, its because such people are hoping to manipulate him. While they disliked Zeno's habit for wiping out universes, they are willing to give him a second chance thanks to his virtuous plan for the Tournament of Power. Through Zeno, the Collector learned of another similar being in Fat Majin Buu. Buu found that he had a fair bit in common with the Collector, due to both deities being immensely powerful entities with bizarre and nearly unlimited Magic that defies all the rules of the setting. They were also manipulated into causing harm without realizing how they were hurting people by malevolent sorcerers who were much weaker than them. The Collector is also curious if the Dragon Balls would be capable of bringing back the Titans, the one thing aside from affecting Titan Magic that his Magic cannot do.
  • Due to legitimately being a mere child despite their virtual omnipotence, the Collector became fast friends with fellow excitable and fun loving youths. Timmy Turner and his Fairies were amongst such deities. Timmy was filled with all manner of ideas for potential wishes he could make that they could grant thanks to having none of the restrictions that Cosmo and Wanda possess. Wanda has been more than a little nervous at the sort of things the Collector could potentially bring to pass without such restrictions, though she has been somewhat mollified when the Collector opted not to make manifest something that could get tons of people hurt. Nevertheless, they still enjoy getting to play more mundane games with Timmy from time to time.
    • In the short time that they were bonding before Belos assimilated the Titan, both Eda and Luz took on the responsibility of teaching the Collector about some of the more mundane things in the world, such as how they made friends voluntarily and not by force, as well as how mortality worked among many other things. Yotsuba Koiwai can relate to familial substitutes teaching extremely young children about valuable life lessons. She was very curious about the Collector's story, and happily listened to what they had to say. The Collector was more than happy to explain things to and hang out with Yotsuba, with the energetic five year old frequently joining in whenever Amity babysits Timmy, and the Collector.
    • Luz, and King, and later Amity all fulfilled something of a sibling like role to the Collector at some point, with each of them either listening to or advocating for the Collector to others. Satsuki Kusakabe and her little sister Mei can definitely relate to a caring but still innocent older sibling looking out for their even more innocent younger sibling, pseudo surrogate dynamic or otherwise. Both sisters were delighted at the chance to play with the Collector thanks to their reality warping abilities allowing them to recreate the forest where they met the Totoros with perfect detail, right down to recreations of its inhabitants.
    • While the Collector was in control of the Boiling Isles, they made sure to enjoy playing "Owl House" with King, a game that consisted primarily of reenactments of King's adventures with Luz. The whole time, King was attempting to push the Collector into gaining greater empathy for the people they had turned into puppets, with King ultimately succeeding. Laura can relate to a friendship with someone of another world that lead her to grow and gain other friends, and was happy to express as such to the Collector, in no small part due to the Collector reminding her of Star in a few ways. She frequently joins in on the Collector's playtime with other kids.
  • The Collector takes their pinky swears even more seriously than anyone else in the Pantheon, hence their status as the God of the practice. As such, it is nearly impossible to overstate how much of an utter death sentence it is to knowingly break one that was made with them, even if the Collector isn't actively trying to kill you. When Princess Morbucks first heard of the Collector, she made a Pinky Swear with them that she would be yet another one of their BFFs if they gave her superpowers. They happily agreed and looked forwards to playing with her... until they caught sight of her using her new powers to beat up the Powerpuff Girls, with Morbucks bragging about how she lied to them, unaware they had just teleported in and heard everything. The Collector took away her new powers and gave her a ten second head start before they began playing dodgeball with her by throwing a few galaxies worth of stars at her as Morbucks desperately fled.
  • Before they were taught about greater empathy, the Collector was very unintentionally destructive to the people and places they played in, blissfully unaware of the pain they were causing, up to an including not knowing what Death is, with the Collector's shattering of Belos being their idea of a game of tag. When Jorgen Von Strangle learned of the Collector's previous tendencies, he was outraged, and promptly attempted to put some restraints on them, viewing them as being as irritating as Cosmo without the limitations of Da Rules. Keyword being, attempted, as the Collector's obscenely powerful Magic goes well beyond anything a Fairy could possibly hope to control. This reason is much the same reason that the Head Pixie dislikes the Collector, viewing their nigh unlimited reality bending Magic as being atrociously chaotic, especially since the Collector uses their powers to play games and have fun with their friends. When he heard of how the Collector provided Belos with the Magic he needed to eradicate all life in the Demon Realm, Charlie the Unicorn was horrified, especially after he learned of the Collector's ability to put people through chaotic adventures, declaring that he isn't about to be fooled by a being like the two spirits of Chaos he dealt with again.
  • While the Child of the Stars is kind and cheerful, they do still have their own struggles. As a consequence of being locked away in the In-Between Realm for eons, only able to interact with anyone as a shadow from the mirror found by Belos, they absolute loathe being completely alone, and cling aggressively to people close to them. This fear of isolation is a trait that Pinkie Pie can relate to a great deal, as when she felt like her friends in the Mane Six didn't want to play with her anymore, she fell into a depression and became "Pinkamena". Something much more positive that the two bonded over was how seriously they took their pinky swears, with how both will track someone down if they break one they made with each of them.
    • Despite his checkered past, the Collector really is as legitimately kind and forgiving as he appears to be. When he was taught greater empathy, he willingly attempted to offer kindness to Belos, despite Belos having betrayed them and almost left them to rot in the In-Between Realm. Of course, Belos being Belos, this did nothing to help. Despite this, the Collector hasn't abandoned this practice and wants to befriend as many people as possible. His desire to befriend and redeem even former enemies has earned the approval of Steven Universe, Steven himself being very familiar with how well redeeming former enemies can go for someone willing to do so.
    • Another deity who greatly approves of the Collector's desire to help redeem people is Madoka Kaname. Like the Collector, Madoka used all of her powers to help bring about a hopeful and positive ending to all of her friends, even the ones who had been corrupted into Witches. The Collector was more than happy to befriend Madoka, especially given how Madoka was already a friend of Luz's. When they learned of Homura's betrayal of Madoka and removal of Madoka's godhood all to make her "happy", they were incredibly upset and had to be held back by Madoka to stop them from casting Homura and her temple into a Black Hole. Nonetheless, the Collector doesn't have many plans on being Homura's friend as a result of their touchiness towards betrayal, and how Homura hurt Madoka.
    • One day when the Collector was passing by the House of Dread and Valor, the Collector ended up coming across one Erma Williams. Erma's curiosity had been piqued when she heard of a being that possessed both incredible reality breaking powers, and a similar temperament to her, so she went to investigate. The Ghost and the God became fast friends as they both compared how much they adored beings that others considered to be horrifying, with the Collector happily showing Erma around the Boiling Isles. This has caused a great deal of terror in many a villain as both deities also share an explosive temper that is triggered when anyone messes with their friends, and villains like Ghetsis hope to break their friendship for fear of having to face both of them when their angry.
  • While the Archivists are the Collector's older siblings strictly speaking, they still fulfilled a role in his life that was akin to parents, albeit extremely awful ones. The Collector was quick to denounce deities in the Pantheon that were similar to the Archivists in their parenting style, with particular contempt being thrown in the direction of deities who were already gods even before their ascension. Perpetua was near the top of that list as a consequence of how much suffering the Mother of the Multiverse has caused. Her willingly pushing her children to chose to commit evil only made the Collector more furious, with the Child of the Stars vowing to help bring her down. Fellow DCU Monster Darkseid is also high on that list. Darkseid's abuse of all of his sons, especially his loyal son Kalibak, made the Collector almost as angry as Perpetua attempting to push her children to act evil.
    • Cruel parental figures who happen to also possess godlike powers like the Collector themself are hardly the only Abusive Parents that the Collector loathes. If you are cruel to your children, the Collector will hate you, something that Ghetsis Harmonia learned the hard way. Upon learning of how Ghetsis abused N, as well as his Pokemon, the Collector snapped their fingers and forcibly released Ghetsis' party Pokemon, all of whom were more than happy to escape their captor, though Ghetsis' ally Kronika was able to return them to him, something she did specifically to spite the Collector for their opposition of her. When another ally of Ghetsis', Lady Tremaine, learned of the Collector and how they acted, she vowed to "teach them discipline" in the form of quashing their chaotic nature... though only from the safety of her temple, as she is well aware of how much of a non threat she is to them.
    • While they don't hate him anywhere near as much as the likes of Perpetua or Darkseid, the Collector still has little love for the King of all Cosmos. While they were initially excited to get to know the King due to their similarities, they were deeply upset by both his brand of "tough love", and his relative lack of care of the consequences of his actions reminding the Collector a little too much of their past mistakes. By contrast, the Collector absolutely adores La Muerte. Her compassionate nature and kindness towards children made the Collector very happy, a happiness that only grew when she promised to find a way to let the Collector talk to their deceased Titan friends. At times when the Collector partakes in a sleepover, La Muerte opts to read loving and happy bed time stories to them.
  • The Collector's loathing of their siblings isn't limited to the Archivists abandoning him or committing genocide upon the Titans. Even before that, the Collector watched as the Archivists collected various civilizations, callously eradicating any world that attempted to resist. When he heard of how Ashera turned all of Tellius to stone because they "went against order" from Yune, the Collector was fuming, memories of the Archivists flooding his mind, with the Collector using his own Magic to undo any petrification that Ashera attempted in the Pantheon. Mithra earned the Collector's disgust for very similar reasons, since Mithra espoused an attitude much like the Archivists, as well as Belos about how her atrocities were always the right thing, and anyone who disagreed was wrong. The Collector vowed to combine his might with that of Kirby, Erma, Luz and Amity in order to dethrone her.
  • The Collector's negative experience with Belos' manipulation of them has made them extremely sensitive to deities who willingly manipulated and betrayed others. Marx quickly earned himself contempt from the Collector when they were informed of how he manipulated Kirby to steal Kirby's wish to NOVA so that Marx could take over Planet Popstar. The Chaos Kin also quickly earned itself ill will from them when they learned of how it once possessed Palutena and forced her to turn on Humanity. For its part, the creature was initially interested in trying to possess the Collector as Belos once had, but this desire faded after it learned how powerful they were, and saw who it had to go through to even get to them. The Other Mother was hated even more than both of them due to her sharing the ability to turn others into puppets, as well as being an abusive manipulator in order to lure children in and steal their souls. The Collector made sure to casually unweave the pocket dimension that the Other Mother utilized as her web before blowing a raspberry at her alongside their friend Erma.
  • Shortly after their initial ascension, but before they were well known, the Collector was playing with Yotsuba, Laura, and Timmy, when they unknowingly warped them all into the domain of Pennywise, mistaking it for an amusement park that they promptly turned into a genuine funhouse for the other kids. Then Pennywise showed up. The Collector was confused when they saw their friends suddenly cowering in fear in a corner before they turned around and saw IT. The Collector was intially cordial to IT, but when Pennywise made it clear that he wanted to tear them, and their friends to bits and eat them, they promptly changed their mind. To say Pennywise regretted how smug IT had been in his description of what was gonna happen to the Collector's friends is akin to saying water is wet, as the Collector promptly educated Pennywise on the fact that they are an Overdeity for a very good reason. After they casually erased all of the horrors that IT had manifested to terrorize the kids and even canceled the Deadlight's powers, the Collector proceeded to slam dunk IT into a supernova, IT only surviving because the Collector allowed him to live. The Collector's young friends promptly stuck even closer to them afterwards. By contrast, Pennywise was so terrified of who IT had just pissed off, that he willingly sequestered himself into his temple for safety.
    • Pennywise is far from the only deity that terrorizes children who is in turn scared to death of encountering the Collector. After the Collector struck the fear of God into the Dancing Clown, he initially cowered in the apparent sanctuary of Pleasure Island with his allies the Coachman, and William Afton, aka Springtrap. Unfortunately for all three monsters, the Collector decided he wasn't done teaching Pennywise a lesson after learning of all of his crimes. Warping into Pleasure Island, the Collector was appalled to discover the hundreds of kids who had been turned into donkeys and promptly warped them back to his archive before disenchanting their curse, just as Pennywise, the Coachman, and Springtrap stumbled upon him. The Collector was more than happy to do a reenactment of his takeover of the Boiling Isles to Pleasure Island, all the while turning the Coachman into a donkey, and Springtrap into an actual rabbit as Pennywise abandoned the other two. The Coachman and Springtrap were only freed when Bill Cipher spirited them out of the Collector's archive. Ever since, they too have bunkered down in fear.
    • Due to their many friends of similar age in the Pantheon, the Collector soon learned of two more people who terrorized kids, Vicky, and Agatha Trunchbull. The Collector was very upset to discover that Vicky was a manipulative, cruel, and greedy teen who presented herself as a kind babysitter in order to get close to children to beat them up, memories of Belos' manipulation of their trust quickly springing to their mind. Likewise, they were appalled by the Trunchbull's torment of the kids under her, memories of the Archivists' tyranny returning. As such, the Collector decided to teach the two to leave kids alone. They paid a visit to Vicky and the Trunchbull in their temples and threatened to partake in their "babysitting" and "teaching" sessions if they didn't stop abusing the kids they came across. Vicky and the Trunchbull had already become aware of how the Collector gave IT a piece of their mind, and fought evenly with the likes of Kronika. Thus, they hastily swore to agree to their terms, sealing the deal with a Pinky Swear. Ever since the Collector will randomly visit them to make sure they hold their end of the deal, with both Vicky and the Trunchbull aggressively quaking in their boots, terrified of earning the Collector's wrath.
    • Upon hearing of the amount of effort the Collector had put into protecting other kids from villains like Pennywise, and especially after they saw the Collector stand up against Princess Morbucks after she tricked them to bequeath her with power, the Powerpuff Girls reached out to them with an offer of friendship. The Collector happily accepted and has frequently started coming with the Girls on their own prepubescent superheroics, always making sure that they save as many people as possible, in addition to occasionally having a fun game of "Owl House". One time when they were playing, that inadvertently entered the temple of Burgermeister Meisterburger. The cruel Mayor was blissfully unaware of who the Collector was, and he promptly ordered them arrested, along with callously attempting to rip appart Francois, a stuffed animal that King had entrusted to the Collector. The Collector had to restrain themself from puppeting him right then and there, and settled for "merely" turning the off the Sun until Meisterburger ceased his attempt to quash fun and toys. Meisterburger has been cowering in his temple ever since, a sentiment that only increased when he heard of how the Collector was true divinity.
  • When King implored the Collector to stop the Draining Spell on the Day of Unity, the Collector decided to do it in the quickest way possible. That way involved moving the Moon out of orbit by swiping their finger, thereby ending the eclipse that was powering the Draining Spell. When the Collector learned of living planets within the Pantheon, they promised to not knock them around... with some exceptions. The first was THE END, who the Collector ran into after it had been thoroughly clapped by the Collector's friend Kirby. THE END attempted to self destruct on Planet Popstar out of spite, only for the Collector to punt it out of the galaxy. THE END has sworn to slaughter everyone on the Boiling Isles for that, to which the Collector responded by punting it out of the galaxy again. One time when the Collector was playing with Azeroth, they noticed two other planets rapidly approaching her. The smaller of the two was Remina, and it was looking to turn Azeroth into a snack. The larger of the two was the Iris, and it was seeking to invade Azeroth and do... something to her. The Collector had a rebuttal in the form of flicking their finger and turning Remina into a planet sized pinball as it bounced off other worlds, the out of control Remina also slamming into the Iris like a bowling ball knocking over bowling pins. Ever since, both living worlds have avoided the Collector, and their friends like the plague.
  • After the Collector was forced to watch as the Archivists made all of their Titan friends "disappear", they were mistakenly thought to be the culprit by King's Father, the Titan who would eventually become the Boiling Isles. As a result, the Titan locked the Collector away when they had done nothing wrong. When they learned of Galacta Knight, a warrior who was sealed away by the Ancients simply because he was too powerful, they felt a great deal of pity for him, as they themself had destructive tendencies before they were taught to be better. While the Collector was locked away, they grew to become worshipped by a group known as the Titan Trappers who thought they had killed the Titans, with the Collector growing to become deeply uncomfortable with the Trappers, especially since the Trappers were manipulated by the Archivists. When the Collector learned of the Delightful Children From Down The Lane, they felt pity for the group due to their brainwashing to serve Father reminding them of how the Trappers were brainwashed by the Archivists into seeing the Titans as evil.

  • In the world of Super Smash Bros., there exist two entities that are said to oversee all of the residents of the realm. The first one is a disembodied right hand called Master Hand, who is the creator of the universe and the one who maintains orders and is the final challenge the fighters must face. The second one is Crazy Hand, Master's destructive and more insane counterpart and a left hand who usually subs for the latter and acts as the true final challenge. While each hand used to hold a different domain, which Master Hand having the privileged title of Intercontinuity Crossover, both hands mysteriously vanished one day and so did plenty of fighters from their universe. After a huge conflict that took place in their universe, both hands returned, this time together in a single temple after Master Hand declined the offer to return to his old position. The reasons behind joining his partner Crazy hand in a temple are unknown but it's rumored that it has to do with his hold over the domain of the Super Smash Bros universe being challenged and him not being as strong as he used to be.
  • What's peculiar about Master and Crazy Hand is that both represent Order and Chaos yet they get along nicely without any issue, even teaming up to fight those who challenge them. Certain deities from GUAL and GUAC consider this an unacceptable partnership yet both hands are very well respected by the respective faction they closely lean towards. There have been efforts from each alliance to distance or even create conflict between the hands but so far it hasn't deterred their relationship. Some believe it's because each hand is a contrasting aspect of a common entity they both originate from.
  • While the hands are usually the ones that oversee all the participants of the Super Smash Bros. tournament, they aren't the most powerful deities around. For example, there was one time where Master Hand fell in combat against the entity known as Tabuu who almost succeeded in turning every single fighter into trophies until Sonic the Hedgehog saved the day. Both hands have a strong disdain for Tabuu and would not hesitate to team up on him should he try to overthrow them again.
    • That's not all, there are rumors that there are even more powerful entities than Tabuu. In one recent incident, it was revealed that Master Hand is not the only one of its kind around, as hundreds of them showed up to confront the Super Smash Bros. fighters, commanded by a light entity named Galeem. Galeem not only managed to capture every single fighter sans Kirby but also rebuild the entire universe into what it saw fit. That doesn't end there, Crazy Hand is also one of a hundred copies commanded by another powerful entity named Dharkon, who opposed Galeem and engaged in a long, drawn-out conflict. Ultimately both hands teamed up and helped out the fighters to defeat both Galeem and Dharkon, releasing all the spirits from their imprisonment and the hands from the control of eldritch creatures.
  • Master Hand may be a force of order but he isn't well regarded by YHVH, given his ties with Crazy Hand and questionable handling of his world. Master Hand himself has no respect for the supposed creator deity given his lack of care for his own universe while Master Hand is very dedicated to maintaining order in his realm, to the point that a grand majority of the deities consider the floating hand a better guardian than YHVH would ever be.
    • Fittingly, Crazy Hand gets along fine with YHVH's sworn nemesis Lucifer, the demonic leader has a lot of admiration for Crazy's unpredictable and chaotic nature and even formally invited him to be one of the Lords of Chaos but the left hand hesitated since he preferred to stick with his right hand counterpart.
  • Of the several fighters that participate in the Super Smash Bros tournament, the hands have a peculiar relation with Joker. The Phantom Thief is no stranger to surreal creatures like the hand but they sound particularly similar to him and his Persona Arsene. He has a habit of scaring other smashers by imitating their Evil Laugh with varying results. The hands are not amused by that.
  • Both Lorien and John Sheridan were reminded of the Vorlon-Shadow conflict after learning of the existence of the hands. While they aren't nearly as obsessed with order and chaos like the Vorlons and the Shadows, both nonetheless have kept an eye on the pair.
  • Sometimes they tend to give out "Special Orders" (Master Orders)- tasks that other gods in the Pantheon must complete under certain circumstances in exchange for different prizes. Some more adventurous deities can also try the "Crazy Orders", where Crazy Hand is the one giving out the task and in the end, they must beat Crazy Hand with the catch that one loss will force them to forfeit all prizes they have earned. To enter, either one pays a hefty fee, or bring a Crazy Orders ticket with them.
  • Crazy and Beerus get along due to their status being Necessarily Evil and being destructive forces. They are also quite silly and don't take their job as seriously as they should. On the other hand, Beerus' assistant and retainer Whis gets along a lot more with Master Hand and is very interested in learning how he manages the Super Smash Bros. universe.
  • Unknown to many, Master Hand possesses a more powerful form most commonly known as Master Core, believed to be the culmination of the darkness forming inside Master Hand and unleashing once he suffered enough damage. It's very powerful and comes in different forms, but nowadays he rarely uses it and prefers to fight alongside Crazy Hand but if pushed far enough, he will not hesitate to use that form.
  • The Hands sometimes have control over certain characters that aren't regular fighters but are powerful enough to manifest into dangerous beings that can challenge the smashers to a fight. It is rumored that Master Hand is the one behind the existence of Giga Bowser, a bigger and more feral version of the Koopa King who is ten times more vicious and brutal, but usually, Bowser remains in his regular form and prefers to participate as a regular fighter but if push comes to shove, he will personally transform into Giga Bowser by himself. Master Hand has also been reportedly spotted sending a Rathalos after a select few fighters, something that alarmed the Monster Hunters because controlling a beast like Rathalos cannot mean anything good and since then they have opposed the hand.
    • Crazy Hand on his part in closer to more dark-aligned entities. Similar to Bowser, Ganondorf is able to transform into Ganon at will and that form is usually under the command of Crazy Hand. Outside of the fighters, Crazy Hand has also recruited Dracula and even managed to get his castle to be part of the Smash Universe, in exchange Dracula himself has confronted a few of the smashers who dare enter his realm.
  • Being the Guardians of the Original Generation title, Reiji Arisu and Xiaomu have always known about the prevalence and the importance the hand had over crossover titles and consider them dangerous enough to keep an eye on them. They heard about them firsthand from Ryu given that he was formally invited by Master Hand and have learned that when the hands team up, they are a fearsome pair in battle.
  • They are on bad terms with Polygon Man. He also is behind a tournament similar to theirs and has tried to take down Master Hand numerous times from his old position. After Master Hand abandoned his old position, Polygon Man gloated once again about him being a superior being over Master Hand but all his gloating fell in deaf ears and instead he almost got destroyed when the two hands teamed up against him. Then Master Hand unleashed Master Core on him.

    Anung Un Rama/Hellboy
Anung Un Rama, God of Asymmetrical Hands (Hellboy, Red, A Waterfowl in the Stream of Causality, He Who Northpaws Ragnarok)

  • Uneasy Relationship: Earl Hickey, Ellen Ripley
  • Special Relationship: Versions of King Arthur (his ancestor)
  • Odd Friendship: Ron Swanson, Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, Merlin, Sonic the Hedgehog
  • Pities: Merlina
  • It was something he never could have thought would happen. Hellboy thought that his death would be the end of his story. But so many people were moved by his actions (with his enormous right hand being a major distinction), that he eventually became a deity himself. He how has a temple to tend to, though he doesn't spend much time there, given his nature.
  • The Right Hand of Doom isn't just called that for its devastating punches. It's a key to unlocking the apocalypse, transforming Hellboy into a fully fledged demon powerful enough to wipe out his world and the Pantheon with it. Many villains hope to use that power to their advantage. The GUAG monitors his temple regularly to prevent anyone from trying to kidnap him.
    • It's understandable that a few gods would rather end the man's life than risk bringing about the apocalypse. Leading the charge is Guts. A man who already hates demons in the first place, the half-blind swordman brought him up to his top priority bounties. To him, that distinction should be an honor for Hellboy.
  • If there is one person he fears may bring about the apocalypse, it's the person that brought him to earth in the first place. Rasputin sought to bring about the Ogdru Jahad to destroy the Pantheon… only to bring about Hellboy, who chose the good guys. And yet Rasputin doesn't see this as a total loss. All he needs to do is to make Hellboy succumb to his destiny.
    • That hatred extends to Baba Yaga, who is rumored to be responsible for keeping Rasputin alive for so long. The two also had a run in during their time as mortals, with the half-demon foiling her plans for the time being.
    • He's not much of a fan of the fact that Supernatural Nazis also have a spot in the Pantheon. The Millennium were similarly unnerved with the half-demon's ascension.
  • His rejection of his demon side earned him the respect of Dante, a half-demon who spends much of his time hunting his own king. The son of Sparda gave him some pizza to enjoy. Hellboy accepted the food, though he still prefers pancakes. Of course that same choice caused Vergil to roll his eyes, scoffing at yet another half-demon refusing to accept his destiny. Though deep inside it may be the best, as that version of Hellboy may be greater than even he can handle.
    • Having heard the stories about the boys' father, the demon who woke up to justice, Hellboy looked at Sparda's ascension with great respect. When the two met, Sparda expressed surprise at meeting another half-demon half-human, but more important than that he found him to be incredibly effective at fighting demons and commended him for working hard to screw the destructive destiny foisted upon him.
  • Turns out there are a lot of deities who turned away from their origins. Hellboy was visited by Alucard, who sees the demon as an inspiration for many other demons who turn from their evil parents. Raven was more subdued in her gratitude, deciding to do so privately. Those two hope to prevent to coming of Trigon in the Pantheon. She doesn't stick around for long though, as his voice sometimes sounds like that of her archnemesis Deathstroke.
  • Of course there are a few who embraced their destiny to bring the end, such as the Black hand. Hellboy naturally opposes all such beings.
  • While he was dining down on pancakes in the House of Food, he noticed another who had breakfast food on his place... despite it being 6 in the evening. Ron was always a fan of eating breakfast at all times... but hesitated at sitting next to a potential Anti-Christ at first. That is until the red demon offered some of his syrup. The bureaucrat agreed, eventually turning into a conversation. Now, Hellboy and Ron strive to meet up at around the same time whenever they can.
  • He marched straight into the House of Luck & Fortune to meet with the God of Karma's Wrath. A furious Hellboy accused Earl Hickey on ensuring his wrath whenever he tried to say Son of a Bitch. After close examination, Earl determined that Karma has indeed prevented him from doing so. Although he doesn't know how to remove the curse, Earl offered to do more research.
  • He has a fairly amiable relationship with the Swamp Thing. The plant being never played that big of a part in the superhero community due to this.
  • Another green misunderstood hero is the Hulk, a superhero most don't trust due to his destructive behaviors. Turns out the Hulk shares Hellboy's plight, never lashing out on him whenever the two meet. The demon promised to try his best to clear him name.
  • A way he was able to relate to others is his love of cats. Cammy and Abel appreciates what he has done for the species, as do all cat deities in the Pantheon. Ellen Ripley… isn't as comfortable around him. As much as she appreciates all the work he has done, he still poses a risk for the Pantheon as long as he still exists. Her philosophy would call her putting him down, but she is willing to leave him be for now.
  • The Azure Knight was not pleased he was denied the chance of that trope. He made his way to Hellboy's temple to clash. The battle ended with a draw, with Nightmare boasting this would only be the beginning to his misery…
  • He has one time found himself in an alternate universe where Superman turned into a dictator and put the world under his control. While he wanted to get back to his own world he eventually decided to join the fight against Regime Superman and Brainiac, believing that he had to knock some sense into them with The Right Hand of Doom.
    • On a related note this did give him time to meet up with regular Superman. After some time talking the two eventually became good drinking buddies. He was even offered a chance to become a full time member of the Justice League but he turned down the offer saying that he was more comfortable fighting demons and otherworldly threats on his own instead of fighting super villains but is willing to help out whenever the time arises.
  • Fought Doomfist and the rest of Talon several occasions across the pantheon. While both have similar looking limbs he considers him an imitator as he was the one to do it first. Doomfist himself is somewhat disappointed in him as he believes that hellboy could've used his powers for so much more while Hellboy thinks his ego is to big for his own good.
    • While Doomfist and the Talon organization aren't monsters from another dimension, they're still out to plunge the world into conflict and chaos through means of war. Hellboy on the other hand is going to make sure that they don't get their way.
  • Is forever grateful for Guillermo del Toro, who brought him to live-action. He has a good relationship with two of his original creations, Elisa and the Asset, given she doesn't care about his appearance, and the fish-man reminds Hellboy of his friend Abe Sapien.
  • Has been seen hanging out with the Helltaker and his harem to enjoy some chocolate pancakes.

    G (Street Fighter

  • Allies:
  • Rivals: Gill, Menat, Senator Armstrong
  • Enemies*: M. Bison, Frank Underwood
  • Respects: Gaea
  • No relation: AMS Agent G
  • Unknown Connection: Q
  • Eccentric weirdos and strange oddities are not an uncommon sight in the world of Street Fighter but none have been more strange than G, the self-proclaimed President of the World. If you haven't heard of him or what he is about, don't worry, he will constantly remind you of what he wants to achieve if you vote for him and since he came face to face with Rashid, G has managed to get traction and have his word spread across the globe. His true goals however are entirely up in the air and the fact that a lot of things about G have not been explained and the man simply refuses to give a straight answer to any of his strange powers. That said, his ascension was arranged by an unknown party that preferred to be anonymous and he simply has been around since he first shower up to deliver his word to the public in the pantheon, he just wasn't given a proper title until the anonymous person negotiated with the Court of Gods.
  • The reason he was given his title was simply, his tendency to point dramatically to people when he is one of his many speeches is a constant trait of his, one he even employs in combat. G just plains doesn't care about godhood and still wants to become the "President of the World", regardless of his version of Earth is one of thousands and it's rumored his aiming bigger after several deities speculated that when he means "President of the World", he is actually looking to become the President of the Pantheon.
  • In his first day in the pantheon, he was doing his usual schtick when suddenly he started to monologue about the Trope Pantheon's constant conflict and he proposed that if the pantheonic denizens would choose him as the "President", he would get rid of the Grand Alliances and unite the Pantheon as one. Most people simply laughed at his face, others were interested in the ideas on paper but were not convinced they would work out in the long run and handful of others tried to pick a fight with G and prove he is just a charlatan but most of those deities ended up having their asses handed to them by G. The Grand Alliance leaders have reacted mostly with indifference save for Cosmos and Lucifer who believe that this mysterious G knows more about the conflict that he lets on.
  • G is one of those rare deities that doesn't actually hate anyone as he can see virtues in even the most despicable deity and he believes those can be corrected in due time. He is not without enemies and he isn't exactly a pacifist as he is willing to prove his might if challenged like how he had no problem fighting Rashid, Menat or Gill. There was also one time were fellow politician Senator Steven Armstrong decided to test his mettle against G and found him quite the challenge. While his Social Darwinist philosophy does clash with G belief that everyone can be one, Armstrong does believe he has what it takes to be a great leader but he can't bring himself to trust someone so cryptic as the President of the World.
  • Several were quick to note his uncanny appearance similar to President Lincoln's and the man himself surprisingly isn't bothered by the existence of G. In fact, he gladly received him one day to talk about life and their goals and found G to be eccentric but surprisingly profound for someone who most people brush off as a lunatic. He doesn't condone his aggressive and in-your-face approach but he can get behind what he ultimately desires. Although the fact he aims to be a world-wide leader has made some wary of his true intentions.
    • Fellow president Josiah Bartlet also seems to be on good terms with G but is a lot more grounded in reality than G and has tried to persuade him into a more sensible goal than trying to become the so-called "President of the World". Shortly after, G showed the president the friends he made around the globe and how his charisma could really boost him into a position to become the actual leader of the world. Bartlet is still not convinced he will ever achieve such a goal.
    • And then there was Emperor Norton, easily one of the few that actually agrees with G in everything he says and could probably rival him in the insanity department. In a way, he is willing to aid him into becoming president of the World so long as he gets to be the Emperor of the USA.
  • However, he later found out that there was one deity willing to challenge his position and that was President Evil Frank Underwood, a notorious corrupt politician and one that has been weary of G ever since he arrived. Frank is smart enough to not directly engage G given what he is capable but has found no means to neutralize him by force given that he has defeated most of people he has sent after the man. G holds no hard feelings for the attempts at his life and is willing to talk things out with Frank but he is not buying that act of mercy one bit.
  • It was only natural that some people will get curious about G's true intentions and if he has been approached by several people who often investigate oddities such as him. For example, Dipper and Mabel Pines found him quite similar to Quentin Trembley but even more eccentric but they think he isn't that bad of person as most think even if he has an air of mystery to him.
    • Another fellow citizen of earth with similar powers was Tremor, who under the orders of someone who secretly contracted him was sent to kill G. They were evenly matched and since he didn't really feel like killing someone who was seemingly harmless he decided to forfeit the fight and go on to do something else. Although ever since their fight he has come to respect G for his fighting prowess for someone who looks like a silly clown.
  • One of his most noticeable traits besides his general Lincoln/Uncle Sam-esque appearance is his Tattoos, which resemble all the continents on planet Earth and the fact that those allow him to manipulate lava make several people think he draws the power from the earth itself or he is an earthbender. Several of the latter such Toph and Bolin have tried to test those powers and found themselves in awe at the fact that G indeed can manipulate lava. In turn, G is fascinated by the world they come from and wants to learn more from it and spread his word in the meantime.
  • While he has a commanding authority, he does tend to respect deities of higher tiers, especially those tied to Planet Earth. At the top of the list is Gaea who several suspect is the one that grants him his powers and G is surprisingly servile to her, even if the Mother Earth herself has never heard from this strange man.
  • It was a strange surprise to AMS G when several deities kept mistakenly calling him "President of the World" and after a while went to see the other G to see what was he all about. Like always, G was happy to meet another citizen of the earth but was equally surprised to know there was another person with the same name. The AMS agent clarified that he is not affiliated with this G in any way and the President of the World has said nothing in regards to the rumors.
  • The more noticeable mysterious thing about G is his connection with the enigmatic Q, someone with a similar appearance, naming convention and even fighting style. No one has ever seen the two in the same place together, at least most people think they do but both have been considered by the Pantheonic system to be separate people. There are theories that Q is the future version of G after something terribly wrong happened to him but nobody is sure.
  • Can also be found in Tics.
  • "I'm President of the World! Of the Earth! And of the entire Universe!"

  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: Shaytan's Arm
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil (actually a pretty nice person)
  • Portfolio: One of the Old Men of the Mountain, Creepily Long Arms, Destroying Target's Heart, Consummate Professional, All-Encompassing Mantle, Sacrificing Everything to Make His Mark in History Only to Not Get What He Wanted
  • Domains: Assassins, Limbs, Cloaks, Knives
  • Superior: The Great Founder (First Hassan)
  • Allies: Ritsuka Fujimaru, Ezio Auditore da Firenze, Hellboy
  • Opposed by: Medea, Souichirou Kuzuki, Cu Chulainn
  • Enemies: Kirei Kotomine
  • Wary About: Mordred, Sir Gawain
  • Rivals: Kano (one-sided)
  • Former Master: Zouken Matou
  • One of the 19 people who carried the name of Hassan-i-Sabbah. Originally he was a normal man named Hanam until he strived to make his mark in history. Abandoning his old life, he devoted his body and life into becoming the next Old Man of the Mountain, the leader of Hashshashin. Ultimately he was simply recorded in history as being just one of the Hassans without being anything remarkable otherwise.
  • In order to become Hassan, he heavily modified his body to enhance his physical skills, leaving him limb elongated and the rest of his body skeletal. He has also more or less destroyed his face beneath his mask. Most important part of him is that he sealed the demon Shaytan into his right arm, thus leaving it as a incredibly long, red arm that is longer than his already tall body.
    • Thanks to Shaytan's curse, he was able to develop his very own Zabaniya, a killing technique each Hassan has to have. His is Delusional Heartbeat which allows him to create a replica of the opponent's heart, allowing him to either destroy the fake heart to destroy the real one or switch the target's real heart with the fake one, thus allowing him to consume it for intelligence (though he doesn't have much need to it now).
  • Don't let his appearance and alignment fool you, he is not as bad as he seems. He might have been a leader of a group of assassins, but deep down he a decent guy. He is loyal to whomever he might be serving and if given a chance, he might be able to become The Cowl.
  • In terms of relations to those involved in the Fifth Holy Grail War, he has tried to have no hard feelings to those involved. While he has been able to make aments to likes of Shirou, Artoria Pendragon and Medusa, he hasn't been able to make much progress with likes of Medea, Souichirou and Cu (though the latter would rather just have a rematch with him). In regards to his former Master Zouken, while he has always related to him, he probably isn't trying to make any long-lasting relationships anymore.
  • Is honestly impressed how much more easily Sakuya Izayoi can go around picking up her knives. She has the cover of time stop to pick them up while he has no such luxury when it comes to his dirks.
  • As the leader of the organization which became the origin for the word "assassin", he has to bow his head to Ezio. Of course he can't say much else about the origins of the Brotherhood since he was born after the Third Crusade.
  • Kano is impressed by the fact that he can destroy person's heart without even needing to pull it out and wants to trade few pointers between fellow killers. Cursed Arm is not really pleased with Kano's formalities with him and probably would take his crack at destroying the Black Dragon if given the chance.
  • Has personal problem with Gawain and Mordred due to them willingly following the Lion King in taking over Jerusalem and threatening the people he was meant to protect. Still, he realizes that Gawain is simply extremely loyal and is otherwise a good person and Mordred just wants her "father's" approval, so he is trying to let it slide as long as it doesn't happen again. Also to note that he has nothing against Lancelot since he turned against the Lion King on his own.
  • Is friends with Hellboy due to both having dangerous right arms and trying to do good deeds besides their supposed nature. Hellboy does find it idiotic that Cursed Arm sacrificed his identity for a mark in history, though Cursed Arm said he is trying to move on from that bad decision and also, he praises Hellboy for defying his end-bringer nature with his nurturing upbringing by his human father.

Lesser Gods

    Kollector
Kollector, God of Multitasking with Many Arms (Grabby Geary, Too Many Hands, Bagman, Inspector Kollector [by Johnny Cage])
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/kollector.png
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: His Backpack.
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Multitasking with Six Arms, Collecting Strange Objects, Being Named After His Profession, Earning Wealth by Himself and is Avaricious.
  • Domains: Kombat, Kollecting, Stealing, Treasures, Tributes, Greed
  • Allies:
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork With: Larfleeze
  • Enemies:
  • The Kollector was one of the several minions serving Shao Kahn, working as his debt collector who had an infamous reputation as being greedy and violently insane. The Kollector is also from the Naknada, a race of six-armed creatures from Outworld who mostly served as slave labour and to avoid that fate, Kollector remained loyal to Shao Kahn even way after his defeat. During the timelines mergings he was minutes before he was executed by Kotal Kahn but his revived master interfered and saved him from death. Now in the Pantheon, Kollector proudly does Shao Kahn's will by collecting tribute in his favour.
  • The reason for his ascension was how he utilizes his many arms, two of those always dedicated to keeping his treasures safe from others who want to take it and the four always focused on kombat. It is said that he bribed the court to get a spot or that Shao Kahn requested his ascension but in reality the Court themselves thought he was a good candidate for the title.
  • Not the friendliest of deities, only caring mostly about collecting with maybe showing some true allegiance to Shao Kahn here and there. Speaking of other kombatants, he holds a personal grudge against Kotal and Erron Black, the former for being an usurper and almost executing him, the latter because apparently he killed his brother.
    • He is also known to antagonize Cassie Cage, she's been hating Kollector ever since he declared his intent to capture her and sell her as breeding stock. Also, she is angry that Kollector told her that "Cassandra" means "Dung Heap" in the Naknadan language and so are many other Cassandras in the Pantheon.
  • Most of the time he goes from temple to temple demanding tribute for Shao Kahn, even if the latter rarely orders for it and Kollector is seemingly driven by his own greed. The House of Commerce is his favourite given the large amount of currency Kollector can take advantage of but rarely ever gets to get some money without resorting to violence. He also has demanded tribute from all other monarchs save for those Shao Kahn favour, with variable results.
  • He indeed is named "Kollector" given that Naknadan only name themselves after their professions and he is rather lucky in this regard given the poor status of his race. And surely enough, he does plenty of collecting for the House of Crime and Transgressions whenever Shao Kahn doesn't need his services. The House of Organized Crime and other similar mobs consider him a godsend given how effective and sneaky he can be, even if he can get gruesome or his greed can get the better of him
  • Has tried to get into the Treasure Vault to get ahold of the unlimited source of treasures but after several attemps, he was banned from entering. Not wanting to be outdone, Kollector heard of Smaug's temple full of gold and decided to enter to steal some of it. Needless to say, that attempt also went awry.
  • Surprisingly, he is one of the deities that Larfleeze is willing to talk to given that his greed could rival his own but that also prevents the orange lantern from fully-commiting to an alliance. That said, Kollector approached him on Shao Kahn's behalf to promise him untold riches if he were to help them get rid of their earthrrealm enemies, the Naknadan even showed him his bag of treasure to Larfleeze as a sign that Shao Kahn is a man of his word. He's been considering the offer but hasn't given an official answer yet and it's likely that Larfleeze isn't going to hold his end of the bargain.
  • Hearing about the Kobold Catacombs, Kollector marched towards said location in order to get ahold of some gold but on the way he encountered the Big Kobold himself, King Togwaggle. Having heard of his ties with the League of E.V.I.L., Kollector instead tried to bargain for a spot in said organization, promising that Shao Kahn's forces could be useful for the interest of Togwaggle and the other leaders. The Kobold agreed and allows the Naknadan to enter his temple with none of his minions attacking him. That way he also tends to make deals with some adventures in order to trade valuable treasures that he is interested in.
    • This also had him involved in a hit job involving the League of Explorers as he attempted to steal some treasure for him and E.V.I.L. (but mostly for him) and he was driven away by the four leaders, landing him in hot water with the League and their allies. However, given that he is a pretty high ranking goon of Shao Kahn, they haven't tried to take him down yet.
  • He became interested in Trazyn the Infinite's collection, praising his taste and his rather eccentric nature. Likewise, Trazyn is amused by the Kollector and if given the chance, he would have him around as his right-hand. Of course, he knows that Kollector is prone to backstabbing for his own greed and that's why he hasn't actually bothered to go through with it.
    • He also is somewhat close to Kan-Ra, who holds the title of Collector of the Strange, a title Kollector would love to posses. Like Trazyn before, Kan-Ra also was interested in the Naknadan's possessions and considered becoming allied with him but while he is on Kollector's side, being also associated with Shang Tsung has made it difficult for him to directly work with Shao Kahn.
  • Kollector tends to harass those who he consider his rivals in terms of greed and collection, two of the biggest ones being Wario and Scrooge McDuck. He attemped numerous times to steal their collection and gold but was unsuccesful.
  • It seems that one of his biggest dreams of owning Shang Tsung's island and he can actually be seen there if one where to enter it, where he tends to trade treasure and items with adventurers and he seems to be his most pleasant there. However, he doesn't actually align himself with Shang Tsung, given that the latter is not in good terms with Shao Kahn at all, Kollector likewise has expressed the desire to bring the sorcerer to Shao Kahn if given the chance.

    Krobus
Krobus, God of Armless Bipeds
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/krobus.png
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: A black swirl, reminiscent of the swirl on his head
  • Alignment: Somewhere between True Neutral and Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Armless Biped, Dark Is Not Evil, His Species Doth Protest Too Much, Living Shadow, Loves Void Eggs, Void Mayonnaise, Pumpkins, and Horseradishes, Operates a Secret Shop, Weakened by the Light
  • Domains: Armless Bipeds, Living Shadows, Non-Evil Darkness, Secret Shops, Those Weakened by the Light
  • High Priest: Monster Kid
  • Allies: Midna, Napstablook, the Farmer, Anna, Recette Lemongrass, the Temmies
  • Opposes: Evil deities of the House of Light and Brightness
  • Complicated Relationship: The Dwarf
  • Prior to his ascension, Krobus operated a secret shop in the sewers under Pelican Town. Krobus is a Shadow Person, and seemed to be isolated from the rest of his kind. Unlike the other Shadows, Krobus wasn't hostile. He did still consider them his "friends" despite all that, however. One day he was approached and offered a position in the Pantheon due to his lack of arms. The offer surprised and confused Krobus, but at the same time was very enticing to him. After some consideration, he accepted the position and was promptly ascended.
  • Krobus also had a conflict with a certain Dwarf before his ascension. They didn't like that he was above ground, stating that his kind was responsible for the death of their entire family. The Dwarves and Shadow People were at odds with one another. It all started when the Dwarves drove the Shadow People from their ancestral home. Krobus has no personal gripe with the Dwarf, but the same cannot be said for them. They still consider Krobus to be an enemy.
  • Krobus can actually understand the Dwarvish language, but unfortunately the Dwarf will not allow him to serve as a translator.
  • Though not exactly priestly in demeanor, Krobus still allows Monster Kid to serve as his High Priest. The young monster, being without arms themself, looks up to Krobus and considers him a role model. Krobus is a fairly shy and somewhat reclusive deity, so much so that some deities would go so far as to say that a lot of deities would forget that he even exists among the Pantheon without Monster Kid, who insists that he's "a pretty cool guy once you get to know him." Monster Kid also often offers tips to those who wish to get on friendly terms with Krobus. Their most frequently-given suggestion is giving him one of his favorite foods. These favorites include void eggs, void mayonnaise, pumpkins, and horseradishes.
  • Krobus has become very good friends with Napstablook. The both of them are extremely shy, so they really understood one another. They can often be seen lying on the ground and feeling like garbage together.
  • Krobus seems to be very wary of human deities. This behavior carried over from his pre-ascension days. In his words, "humans tend to destroy things they don't understand." Hearing Monster Kid and Napstablook's tales of the plight of monsters that was brought upon by humans hasn't helped matters.
  • Despite being a deity himself now, Krobus still worships Yoba, even staying completely silent on Fridays out of respect for the deity. Just about everyone finds this to be extremely ironic seeing as Yoba is described as a being of endless golden light. Krobus worships the very thing that is harmful to him.
  • Like many deities of the House of Personal Appearance, Krobus is actually hardly ever seen there (although he does like to make use of the saunas from time to time). In reality, the majority of Krobus' time is spent in the House of Light and Darkness, specifically the dark side. This makes sense, given how he is Weakened by the Light. There, he likes to pawn of miscellaneous items he finds in the Darkness to wanderers. It is also there that he met Midna, who he bonds with over being non-evil dark deities.
  • Krobus seems to be fairly fond of the Farmer because he reminds him of a certain farmer he used to know, a farmer that he's been missing greatly since his ascension.
  • Krobus is also on pretty friendly terms with the Temmies, Anna, and Recette Lemongrass. Of course, since Anna and Recette were human, he was pretty hesitant to approach them at first. With some helpful tips from Monster Kid, though, they were eventually able to get Krobus to warm up to them. Now all of them frequently discus their merchandise and the conditions of their shops.
  • Krobus has never been fond of conflict and tends to avoid it whenever possible. This has proven to be a favorable trait in terms of not making enemies. However, his apprehension to approach others has also led him to not have many friends.
  • Krobus' name apparently means "Bridge-Crosser" in the language of his species. Whether or not his name has some meaningful or prophetic background behind it remains to be seen.
  • Steven Universe has reportedly been caught crying about Krobus before. Why? Because he doesn't have any arms.

    Ripper Roo
Ripper Roo, God of Handy Feet (Doctor Roo)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ripper_nsane.png
As Dr. Roo
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: A straightjacket, occasionally accompanied by a top hat and a cane to represent his saner moments
  • Theme Music
  • Alignment: True Neutral, but can easily go Insane if triggered
  • Portfolio: Ax-Crazy who is very fond of explosives, Laughs like a Maniac, The Hyena, Puzzle Boss
  • Domains: Insanity, Jumping, Explosives, Feet
  • Allies:
  • Rivals: Crash Bandicoot, Roman Torchwick
  • Enemies: The Joker, Zant, Scar, Toon Patrol
  • Former Allies: Dr. Neo Cortex
  • Source of Interest for: Michael Bay
  • Pities: Lucy
  • It was a quite day in the Pantheon when suddenly, a Huge explosion was heard. Then a Blue Kangaroo by the name of Ripper Roo appeared from nowhere just jumping on whoever crossed his Path. Restraining him wasn't an easy task, as Roo was a very slippery fellow to capture. Eventually, Crash Bandicoot was called to deal with him given his past experience with Roo. It took a lot of Explosive powder to just Knock out Roo but eventually he fell down and he was transfered to the House of Health and Diseases to recover.
    • What really surprised those who treated his wounds is that Roo actually was behaving somewhat different as to what people has reported him doing before. Just to be careful with the Kangaroo, The Court of Gods decided to give him a position in the pantheon to just keep an eye on him.
  • Giving him a house was a pretty difficult task, but they eventually settled in giving the spot of Handy Feet after being impressed of how skilled is Roo on handling himself without hands. He can even perfectly drive a Kart with only his feet!
  • People keep confusing him for a dog when in reality he is a Kangaroo. Many people believe that Cortex experiments caused several mutations in him, including turning him blue.
  • In his brighter moments, Roo is actually pretty smart and frequently wanders around the house of Knowledge in search for information. What most people are surprised about him is that he has a doctorate in psychology, after spending 8 years in higher education. He even wrote a book called "Through the Eyes of the Vortex: A Study of Rapid Evolution and Its Consequences" after his experience in Neo Cortex's Lab.
    • As a result, he likes to hang around with Sigmund Freud to learn more about Psychoterapy.
  • Gets along surprisingly well with Dr. Jekyll, given both misfortune of having a more crazy and reckless split personality. What makes this friendship more interesting is that said crazy personalities also get along very well.
    • However, Dr. Roo cannot help but feel sorry for the Diclonus Lucy, given that she was also a victim of experimenting just like him. However, he is smart enough to not approach her unless Nyu is around.
  • Dr. Roo is very proficient when using his cane, using it as a method of transport from time to time. This is why he gets along with Scrooge McDuck, who uses his cane in a similar Manner.
    • His cane has also the ability to plant TNT on the floor it touches. This has brought the attention of Michael Bay, who wants to use that Cane for..."Special Effects"
    • While he doesn't use his cane for combat, he became rivals with Roman Torchwick anyway. Particularly, because he wants the Kangaroo's cane for himself.
  • Roo has been preventively banned from the House of Explosives. Given his rare condition that even the tyniest explosion can potentially set him off, he has been advised to stay off that house.
    • However, he does get along with a few members of said house, especially The Techies. These ones are usually the Culprits that Trigger Roo most of the time, often unintentionally, other times not.
  • Even though he isn't the most harmless of creatures in regards to his insanity but he doesn't condone mindless violence just for the sake of it. That's why he doesn't like the Joker and Zant.
  • In his insane state, instead of talking normally, he just Laughs. Only the most loonie gods are able to understand his speech pattern.
  • Scar offered Roo the possibility of joining him, given his similarities with the Hyenas he used to command. However, Roo is not very fond of the Treacherous Lion and has turned down his offer. Scar is certainly not amused by the Kangaroo and is planning to teach him a lesson.
    • On the other hand, Roo actually does like to be around The Hyenas themselves; mostly whenever Roo's insane side is at the forefront.
  • Considered an honorary member of the House of Madness and Insanity, as he frequently visits it in his less lucid moments. Things tend to blow up whenever he is around.
  • Dr. Cortex has tried to recruit Roo once more in hopes of defeating the Bandicoot once and for all, only for Roo to say that he isn't interested in pursuing Crash anymore. The Doctor is understandably upset but he can't do anything to change the Kangaroo's mind, unless he blows him up but that's too risky to try.

    Shu Ouma
Shu Ouma, God of Special Hands (The King, Adam, Shoe, Shuuzaku, Shoelouch, Shuuher)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ouma_shu_full_872061_2174.jpg
  • Lesser God (Intermediate God when using the Power of Kings)
  • Symbol: Black maple leaf crown shaped.
  • Theme Song: Bios and Krone
  • Alignment: Neutral Good. Although there was a time he became Lawful Neutral bordering on Lawful Evil
  • Portfolio: Unsure of Himself, Drawing Out People's Hearts as Weapons, The Power of Friendship, Wearing Different Scarves Later On, Wanting to Make a Change, Apologizes When Extracting People's Voids, Bit of a Shy Person
  • Domains: Emotion, Friendship, Weapons
  • Heralds: His friends of Tennouzu High School
  • Allies: Inori Yuzuriha, Eren Yeager, Madoka Kaname, Shinji Ikari, Rei Ayanami, Lelouch vi Britannia, Suzaku Kururugi, Kazuto Kirigaya and Asuna Yuuki, Yukiteru Amano, Issei Hyodo, Vali Lucifer, Ange
  • Enemies: Yuu, The Incubators, Shogo Makishima, Raynare, Masato Kusaka/Kamen Rider Kaixa
  • Complicated Relationships: Mana Ouma (His older sister)
  • Conflicting Opinion: Accelerator, Yuno Gasai
  • Shu Ouma was an asocial high school teenager until he met Inori Yuzuriha, the Idol Singer of the popular internet band known as EGOIST, which eventually made him get caught in the conflicts between the GHQ and Funeral Parlor. After becoming the wielder of the "Power of Kings", which has the ability to draw out weapons called voids from people's hearts, Shu's life had drastically changed ever since. Shu saved the world after going through many struggles, but became blind ever since Inori sacrificed herself to save him from absorbing the virus by himself.
  • After his adventures ended, Shu has longed to reunite with Inori. Thanks to his determination he was able to ascend and regain his powers (alongside curing his blindness). Because of this, Shu seeks redemption for all the times he let down his friends and how he almost went over the edge when his close friend Hare died. With the Power of Kings under his control again, Shu wants to prove that he can use this power for good.
  • Really regrets the time when he became a Tyrant because of Hare's death, although he adopted that attitude in order to get all the people trapped in Tokyo out of the Kill zone. Although most people don't hold any grudges against him ever since he became blind.
  • Shu feels inspired from two role-models: Shinji Ikari and Lelouch Lamperouge. The former shows his connection of being shy, both falling for an emotionless girl, and having different paths later on. While the later has bonded with him given that he also received a special power while Shu is reminded a lot of Gai when he looks at Lelouch.
  • Shu has become friends with Eren Yeager due to having similar goals, as well as sounding really similar. He finds the opposite that Eren is shown to be braver than himself was. Shu even mentions to Eren about his friend Hare who died during his conflict against GHQ, something at one point that Eren is reminded of Annie, although Shu is a little creeped out by Annie herself
  • Shu thank Madoka Kaname in gratitude for a second chance to see his beloved Inori. The young man even viewed Madoka as a little sister-like figure and having a stable relationship than his own biological sister was.
  • Shu doesn't really have a stellar relationship with his older sister Mana. While in the past they were really close, Mana's attraction towards him and how deranged she was slowly becoming made Shu reject her advances, which ended up causing Lost Christmas, an catastrophic event that traumatized Shu so much he completely forgot about her. And he really doesn't want to talk about the whole Adam and Eve thing that Daath planned for both of them.
    • Now that she has ascended to the Pantheon, Shu was not amused that she was here as well. Although he has noticed that, besides the Apocalypse Virus still lingering in her, she is a little more stable now.
  • He has befriended Issei Hyodo and Vali Lucifer for very particular reasons. The fact that the two guys are rivals often involves poor Shu getting asked who he prefers between the two; even though he really doesn't have a preference over neither of them.
    • Others wonder what would happen if Shu pulled both Issei and Vali's voids at the same time. Many think that he would be able to pull a Void version of their respective Sacred Gears, which has caught the interest of a few enemies of Issei who seek to steal his Boosted Gear.
  • Shu got to meet Yukiteru after sympathizing with his situation and sharing a similar past. Although he has his doubts about his girlfriend Yuno, given that she is earily similar to Mana in a lot of ways.
  • Shu at one point got to meet both Kirito and Asuna and they became friends. Out of curiosity he decided to pull their voids and see what could come out, and it turned out to be their respective signature weapons in Void form. Shu has grown a special disdain towards Nobuyuki Sugou, being reminded a lot of the GHQ Major Makoto Waltz Segai due to his depravity, and so he has come to an agreement with the couple that he could borrow their voids if they ever need help against Sugou.

    Sonya Blade
Sonya A. Blade, Goddess of Crushing Legs (General Blade, Aunt Sonya, Mrs. Cage, Future Ex-Wife, My Better Half [by Johnny Cage])
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sonya_4.png
  • Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: The Special Forces Badge
  • Theme Music: Bring the Hype, Special Forces Desert Command, Go Go Go by The Immortals
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Kiss of Death, Action Girls, Those With Missing Fathers, Lovable Blondes, Backflip Grab (and Using it to Rip Her Foes in Two), Heroic Willpower, Sometimes in Distress, Tomboyish Ponytail, Action Mothers, Colonel Badasses, Choosing her Military Job Over Johnny and their Daughter Cassie and Working with the Ex, Having Three Variations in MKX (Special Forces, Covert Ops, Demolition)
  • Domains: Miltary, Combat, Technology, Family
  • Allies:
  • Rivals: The Hall of Combat Wrestling (outside of Jax) and several other Wrestling deities
  • Enemies:
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Spawn
  • Fears: Deities made of paper or related to it
  • Lt. Sonya Blade was a military officer of the Outer World Investigation Agency sent to capture notorious criminal Kano and bring him to justice but her team, most notably her superior Jaxson Briggs, were all captured by the owner of the mysterious island that Kano was hiding and said owner, Shang Tsung, forced Sonya to participate in the Mortal Kombat tournament in order to save the lives of her squad. However, she got caught up in the event that lead to Outworld invading Earthrrealm and suddenly she became one of Raiden's finest kombatants. While the original timeline ended with the Armageddon, Raiden's actions caused several changes in an alternate one, where she eventually went on to marry Johnny Cage and conceive a daughter with him, but her dedication to her job following a promotion to General strained her relationship with both Johnny, who she later divorced, and her daughter Cassie. Things eventually got better until Sonya eventually had to perform an Heroic Sacrifice to defeat Reventant Liu Kang's army in the Netherrealm and so she was later awarded with an official ascension to the pantheon.
  • The reason for her ascension was simple, given her fighting style is mostly kick based and how brutal she can get using her legs, she was given the title of crushing legs, which she is proficient enough to crush her enemies heads to a pulp and even literally tear folks apart. She was initially dissapointed she wasn't given a position in the House of Military and Warfare but she wasn't really complaining either and she gets to spend time with her daughter and catch up with Johnny on some "unfinished business".
    • Turns out she missed a lot after her Heroic Sacrifice, like the fact that Kronika decided to step in the moment she died and that a past version of herself ended up meeting her daughter mere moments after her death. Past Sonya is really proud of her accomplishments and of her daughter, even if she has no clue how she ever got to sleep with Cage but Cassie makes up for it.
  • Sonya is well versed with the DC Universe ever since both it and her universe collided. Her hard work and dedication earned the trust of the Justice League and several other heroes who don't mind working with her. She also despises the Joker for making Kano look somewhat reasonable by comparison and the fact that he even managed to sneak into her universe doesn't amuse her in the slightest.
  • Sonya if often praised for her beauty, even in her early fifties she is still quite the looker and one of the reason Johnny became interested in her was because of her looks. Don't let her beauty fool you though, if you do so, this means you're already dead and unfortunately for Sonya, her looks have attracted the attention of some unsavoury men like Shang Tsung and Shao Kahn (the former has an uncharacteristic crush on Sonya, considering his nature) or some annoying attention (the aforementioned Johnny Cage, though you know how that story ends).
  • Good friends with Chun-Li not only for both being in the force but also for their similar fighting styles. It helps that Sonya also has a beef with M. Bison after he tried to brainwash her daugher and the rest of her team and she wouldn't hesitate to ham on his ass the moment she is able too. Chun and Sonya have been working together trying to bring down Shadaloo for a while and they made significant progress ever since.
  • Alongside Johnny, she has been keeping tabs on Raiden and started to lose her trust on him after he slowly became his dark self, which would eventually prove her doubts when his plan to cripple the Netherrealm led to her death, at least in the main timeline. For a while she worked under both Rachel Alucard and Thrall because she couldn't bear to trust Raiden anymore but after the whole time merger and the reveal of Kronika's existence, she forgave the god of thunder and is willing to work with him again. Helps that Rachel and Thrall are also working to help Raiden to stray away from his purpose.
  • Kronika's actions led to several other realms getting involved in her own universe. She was happy to meet Robocop even if at first she was a bit bothered by the fact that he was after Kano since she is the one that wants to catch that fucker but nonetheless is content with working with Murphy. Spawn is a bit rude and condencending towards her but the only reason she at least tolerates his presence is because they share a common enemy. Lastly, her encounter with a Terminator led her to learn about SKYNET and the wide-array of units present in the Pantheon, considering that the unit she met destroyed itself after having important information regarding his universe timeline. SKYNET is interested in getting ahold of the Hourglass and Sonya and her team is not going to allow the AI to achieve their goals. Thankfully, the Terminator also made Sonya learn about the name "Sarah Connor", and so she knew who to search for in order to fight SKYNET, and Sarah in turn introduced her to the other members of the human resistance.
  • Several deities found her to sound very familiar and as a result have invited her to join the ring whenever she wanted to. She finds the sport to be very laughable and not worth her time but she is not above throwing down with a few of them whenever she has time to kill. Plus, she and Jax make a killer tag team.
  • Work as a military advisor and a general to special forces in the GUAG, fully suported by Raiden and endorsed by Cosmos herself. She gets along with several other generals in the House of Military and Warfare given her position but many have also found her to be too stern and stubborn to negotiate certain conditions. But they do respect her commanding authority nonetheless.
  • Believe it or not, papercuts are one of her greatest fears (something she shares with Cassie) and it's one of the many reasons why deities that are either made of paper or can manipulate it scare the shit out of her, an uncharacteristic side considering Sonya is usually tough as nails and no-nonsense when it comes to everything else basically. This is what the Joker usually likes to bring up when confronting Sonya, which usually ends poorly for him.
  • Can also be found in Normal Combat.

Demigods

    Ico and Yorda
Ico and Yorda, Deities of Hand-Holding
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ico&yorda.jpg
  • Demideities
  • Symbol: Their held hands
  • Weapon: The Queen's Blade (Ico only)
  • Theme Song: "You Were There"
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Holding Hands, Take My Hand!, Escort Game, Lady and Knight, Tiny Guy, Huge Girl
  • Domains: Adventure, Minimalism, Puzzles, Children
  • Allies: WALL-E and EVE, Link, Zelda, Sora, Kairi, Hattori Hanzo, Agro, Rapunzel, Emmet Brickowski
  • Enemies: Xehanort, The Grineer, The Evil Queen, Sophia Lamb, Lady Tremaine, Mother Gothel
  • Complicated Relations: Wander
  • Ico is a young boy who was imprisoned in a castle and offered as a sacrifice due to being born with horns on his head. Luckily, he was able to escape his coffin. Then, he ran into a mysterious girl called Yorda, who he freed from her cage. Both children had to puzzle out an exit out of the massive and complex castle. Yorda opened passages with her strange powers, while Ico fought off shadow-like beings sent by the castle's Queen to reclaim Yorda. In the end, although Ico lost track of Yorda, he managed to kill the Queen and destroy the castle forever. Then, upon waking up on a beach, Ico was surprised to find Yorda there alive and well. There was a quiet moment before Ico carried some watermelon for them to eat, and the two relaxed at them finally being free.
    • Leading Yorda by the hand as usual, Ico walked around the island trying to make sense of where they were. As they walked they found more and more temple-like buildings. Questioning the first beings they met, which were WALL-E and EVE, Ico and Yorda learned they were in a place called the Tropes Pantheon and their being there was most likely not an accident. They journeyed a bit more, with WALL-E and EVE in tow to keep them safe and WALL-E goggling the whole time at how the pair kept their hands together, and found the Main House, where it was confirmed that they had been selected for godhood over the act of Holding Hands (Ico was fairly embarrassed at this) and were told they could set up in their temple.
    • Another god who knows what it means to hold hands is Emmet Brickowski, who gifted the two a LEGO recreation of the Castle of Mist, complete with mini-figs of them holding hands.
    • The House of Memes made a joke petition for them to get placed in the seediest part of the House of Love and Affection because of their title. Chuckles were had by the Main House.
  • Ico was returned the Queen's Sword so he could better defend himself and Yorda against the many dangers of the Pantheon. As suspected from its previous use, it's most effective against darkness-elemental beings; the sword can defeat a swarm of Heartless with one swipe. For this reason, let's just say that Xehanort and his various selves are not at all glad that there's another possible wrench to their plans in the Pantheon. Though he does wonder if Yorda could be of use to him, since her powers seem indicative of the nature of a Princess of Heart.
    • With that said, the Main House requires them to go to school so they can have a normal childhood after everything they've been through, so Ico and Yorda are basically never called upon and the sword's purpose is quite literally only for self-defense.
  • Although his portrait depicts him with horns, he actually lost both of them while fighting the Queen. The House of Health and Diseases made sure he got proper care for his head and now he no longer wears bandages, though he requested to keep the vestiges of his horns as a sort of memento of his and Yorda's struggles.
  • They aren't sure what to make of Wander given his rumored connections to the Queen, who wanted to steal Yorda's body and who they had to fight before they could be free. Wander doesn't believe for a second that his dear Mono is the Queen; as for Ico and Yorda, he's slightly interested in the implications of Ico being a Horned Humanoid, but mostly treats the children with indifference. Ico does feel a sort of boyish admiration for how he killed sixteen giant monsters to save his beloved, but Yorda is more inclined to feel sorry for the colossi and doesn't get why Wander would hate what are basically animals running on their instincts.
    • In fact, Yorda once went out by herself to meet the Colossi. Walking around the House of Otherness all alone got her into trouble as she caught the attention of the Gill Man, who tried dragging her underwater. However, the colossus Hydrus intervened and chased the Gill Man away with its shocks, while Pelagia lifted Yorda on its head. This was surprising to everyone, as the colossi had never gone out of their way to help anyone. However Yorda seems to have a way with them in general; even the normally hyper-aggressive Cenobia and Celosia are like purring kittens around her. Most deities chalk this up to Yorda's powers giving her some form of control over the colossi, although Yorda insists that she really isn't doing anything to them.
    • In contrast (to Wander), they are very fond of Wander's horse Agro. As Yorda has explained, trusty Agro is innocent of her master's actions. Ever since she ascended into her own temple separate from Wander, the two have taken the time to befriend her, which Agro has been very welcoming of. The mare has no problem with letting the two children ride her, even if it often results in Ico landing on his face due to trying to execute tricks similar to what Wander does on occasion. Agro does her best to compensate and ensure the falls aren't too bad. And while Wander eventually found out the two were playing around with his horse... he surprisingly doesn't seem to mind.
  • Given the Queen's goals, the two are enemies to the Twin Queens and by extension the Grineer as a whole since they've been dabbling in that sort of thing for a long while, along with Mind Rape, in order to make room for them to inhabit their vessels. After looking into their story, the Eldest of the two queens decided to offer a show of mercy: They take both Ico and Yorda's bodies for them to use so they can always be together.
  • Yorda is traumatized from spending all her life being psychologically tormented by the Queen, who was also her mother. She's pretty passive as a result, but with Ico's encouragement she's finding the courage to stand up for herself and against all the evil mothers in the Pantheon, particularly Snow White's, who reminds her most of her own mother, what with being a queen and obsessed with beauty and youth. She despises Sophia Lamb and Lady Tremaine for the same reasons, especially as the latter made Cinderella feel like trash.
    • Mother Gothel turned out to be even worse than those two as she kidnapped Rapunzel when she was a baby and gaslighted the girl to never go outside so she could stay immortal through Rapunzel's magic hair. Ico and Yorda found Rapunzel and Flynn Rider in the House of Plants, in which they exchanged their stories. Rapunzel has decided to teach Yorda how to defend herself via wielding a frying pan if she and Ico are separate. Ico has no idea what to think of it, but seeing Yorda smiling made the matter rest.
  • They're good friends with Link and Zelda, given their similar adventures. Ico and Link relate to each other's drive to protect their Implied Love Interests, and both are good at thinking out of the box to solve puzzles. They're also friends with Sora and Kairi for some of the same reasons, especially with Xehanort antagonizing Ico and Yorda. Sora wonders if the Queen's Sword is a sort of Keyblade, given its powers.
  • Hattori Hanzo, being an expert in escorting others, is rather impressed that a kid like Ico managed to protect Yorda by himself nearly the whole way out of the castle and didn't just turn tail and run when she was stolen away from him. He's expressed interest in training him in the ways of the sword and as an escort, since he thinks Ico has the talent for it. In a way he's the closest thing to a father figure Ico and Yorda have.
  • Many Jedi have also noted that Ico has also wielded what is essentially a Lightsaber in all but name, but are quite confused at its properties: it's pretty fine as it is, but has an enormous range when Ico is holding Yorda's hand. Many have wondered if it's Yorda that gives the sword strength but none of them are going to hold Yorda's hand to prove it.

  • On top of great ruination and destruction, catastrophic wars can turn the most lush fields into dreadful wastelands, and one particular great war would create a wasteland that would house one greatly peculiar survivor. A human, in the most ambiguous sense of one, pale-green and incredibly skinny in form, resides in such a barren world, going through surreal and often mind-screwing events, whether they'd be in real time or simply in his imagination, if we were to ever know. On occasion, there are other survivors that meet with the cryptic Salad Fingers, usually with something terrible happening to them in one way or another. Not that Salad Fingers holds any apparent malice toward anyone as he's concerned, with his genuine though odd friendliness towards the few he meets.
  • A few deities scavenging through the battlefields in the Pantheon where destruction had finally eased off and the dust settling down, they eventually found a lone house in the middle of the barren land. Surprised by the existence of this house in spite of the impossibility of such a structure being able to withstand the battles in the Pantheon, curiosity was at its peak when the deities decided to explore the place. They were even more surprised to find that it held a living man within it, who invited them all to spend time with him. The other deities decided to report this anomaly leaving one deity behind to watch him, but by the time the Pantheon learned of the man's appearance in the Pantheon, the deity left behind to deal with him came out of the House of Life and Vitality, traumatised and murmuring about the individual's long green fingers. Once the Pantheon realized that Salad Fingers had found his way into the Pantheon, they deemed it appropriate to let him keep the title of Creepy Long Fingers given how much they stand out.
  • His temple, within a barren wasteland, may be within the House of Personal Appearances, but it's surrounded by metal fences for the good of everyone nearby. Though he sometimes gets out on the rare occasion to wander about, which worries some deities given his dangerous reputation. The House of Insanity in its own sense is more welcoming to Salad Fingers, given his questionable sanity and how all the events in his series are in his perspective. And given his possible psychosis and lack of sanity, the events that the House of Narrative has witnessed of his adventures is too uncertain for them to wrap their heads around, finding attempts to interpret his behavior maddening. It doesn't help that the creator of his series deliberately makes his characterization so unpredictable.
  • It's often unclear whether some of the friends we see him meet are figments of imagination, real characters in his world, or somehow a mix of both. However, Salad Fingers decided to visit Foster's Home of Imaginary Friends since it was within the Pantheon. The Imaginary Friends there would find him to have all of Cheese's weirdness and with a far more threatening presence to simply put it. However, Salad Fingers didn't really decide to do anything harmful that day, but he simply rummaged through the kitchen's equipment and had some mostly one-sided chats with other imaginary friends there before leaving. Due to worries of what he would do, Salad Fingers was hardly met with resistance as he came in and out of the house.
  • Appearing in Newgrounds Rumble, he's familiar with a few of the deities from Newgrounds, especially Pico and Nene who approved of his ascension into the Pantheon. Not so much for Fancy Pants Man however, who prefers to keep away from the long-fingered man. Based on his actions within the raging battles between the Newgrounds reps, it's been determined that in spite of Salad Fingers not having as stellar durability or speed, his strength (on top of his reach) are definitely not something to be overlooked. With such observations, many deities are wise enough to keep a fair distance from Salad Fingers should he wander toward them.
  • Has his own forms of buddies to socialize with in the form of finger puppets, namely his heralds as listed above. Seeing them as real living beings, he communicates with them and treats them like his relatives, with mostly friendly intentions. Horrifyingly, he's managed to turn Hubert Cumberdale into an odd fleshy being by using his sewing skills to give Hubert a body of flesh, and then Hubert Cumberdale actually appeared to become alive for real. It's considered a good idea not to take away said puppets from him, since he definitely will try to go after him, and nothing's as frightening as a determined and possibly mutated man coming for you with ambiguously dangerous intentions. Specimen 6 likes Salad Fingers since he loved to make puppets for children as a mortal, so seeing Salad Fingers play with his finger puppets pleases Specimen 6 as well.
    • His manners of playing disturbed the toys of the Toy Story universe to an extent that they actively avoid interactions with him. Considering him satisfied with his current puppets, they hope that he decides not to look more for toys to play with. They're aware that he doesn't treat his puppets with any mean or malevolent intentions, but Salad Fingers' unstable mind is something they're not going to deal with.
  • Artyom considers Salad Fingers to be too insane and unhinged to handle, despite his friendly demeanor. Although, his lack of genuine hostility means that he's not a really as much of a high priority target as Artyom's other enemies. He's helped the Pantheon mark up Salad Fingers' territory to be able to warn potential deities of the danger within. However, Salad Fingers likes to rip off some of the warning signs to keep for himself, which has annoyed Artyom greatly.
  • Some believe that Salad Fingers and his mentions of "The Great War" mean that Salad Fingers comes from a post-World War I era. However, given the relative lack of normal inhabitants in Salad Fingers' domain, including the man himself, others suspect that his home is in a post-apocalyptic area that could explain Salad Fingers' condition with radiation, which would imply that Salad Fingers' time may be after the Cold War, in an alternate future where humanity has perished to nuclear war. Whatever it is, we can't really trust Salad Fingers to give a concrete answer.
  • If there's anything that Salad Fingers likes for sure, it's rusty spoons. He strangely loves to rub his fingers along them, or anything similarly metal and rusty. Such a fact was something Ginosaji learned the hard way when deciding to make Salad Fingers his next target. Successfully creeping up on the man, Ginosaji began to do his usual business whacking Salad Fingers with his spoon, but Salad Fingers oddly enjoyed the pain. Turning around, Salad Fingers grabbed Ginosaji by the neck and began to pilfer his body, not ceasing from Ginosaji's attempts to hurt him. Soon enough, Salad Fingers found what he was searching for: Some more rusty spoons. Putting down Ginosaji to play with his spoons, the latter gave up trying to slowly kill Salad Fingers and fled while looking for someone else to torment.
    • Roombo also had the misfortune of getting in Salad Finger's path, and the latter proceeded to yank Roombo off the floor and bring them to his house to drop him in some puddle. Due to the lack of functional technology to use for support, Roombo was left defenseless against Salad Fingers who waited for the machine to rust, although some other deities managed to reclaim Roombo before it was too late.
  • Wandering through the wastelands within the Pantheon to find more objects of interest, Chito and Yuuri would end up finding Salad Fingers outside his home waving to them. Deciding to accept his invitation, they managed to cautiously approach and enter his home. Salad Fingers decided it would be appropriate to give them "a fine crowning", which the two learned from him talking to some unfamiliar corpse, and then taking out flesh from a nearby cabinet. Fear settling in, the two wanderers decided it would be best to sneak away while Salad Fingers was occupied, which only succeeded for the man was distracted by a spider hanging on a thread nearby.
  • Kira and his creepy fetish of women's hands would soon find itself another obstacle, but not the type he'd expect. Often when he gets caught off-guard, Salad Fingers tries to pillage Kira's temple. His motive is to obtain the very hands that Kira collects and "dates", being just as interested in them as Kira is, though Salad Fingers sees the hands as imaginary friends. His "meetings" with the hands usually end with Salad Fingers being stopped by Kira using his Stand, Killer Queen, on him, and with Salad Fingers hardly learning to stop even after being repeatedly killed, Kira begins to have difficulty sleeping knowing that someone is just as interested in the disembodied hands of women as he is.
  • Don Quixote would also run into Salad Fingers, and found himself horrified by the tall green man. Seeing the man as some spidery man-eating monster, he deemed it appropriate to declare war against Salad Fingers. Salad Fingers wasn't really concerned about the physical threat Don Quixote could pose, but was actually really irked by him screaming of all things, and starting swatting at Don Quixote, which caused them to get an actual fight that ended with both getting knocked down. Don Quixote, finding himself in a bad position, decided to flee to deal with Salad Fingers another day, and Salad Fingers appeared to have a conversation with some imaginary being while on the ground.
  • Somehow stumbled onto the middle of Nowhere and entered the Bagge household, and happily greeted the residents, much to Courage's horror. Finding him to be not much more creepy than many of the monsters and fiends he's met, Courage managed to send Salad Fingers away before he could hurt anyone. However, when Courage decided to head into the rest of the Pantheon, he found himself pursued by Salad Fingers, and at one point, was grabbed by him, and barely bolted out of his grasp and dashed back home. Intimidated by the lanky man, Courage usually checks his surroundings in the Pantheon to ensure he's clear of Salad Fingers if he's still interested in the dog.
  • Found me, the particular SCP of toasting in the Pantheon, and the green man attempted to talk to me apparently aware of my sentience. He wasn't immune to my effects, but who knows if Salad Fingers noticed or if in his mind, he was calling me something different. Eventually, after rubbing his fingers on my body, the encounter ended with Salad Fingers tipping me over since I upsetted the guy for some reason, and he left me alone on my side. Obviously, I did not really appreciate meeting Salad Fingers.
  • Salad Fingers would eventually walk into a tea party between Alice and the Mad Hatter, who were both surprised at his appearance, but the Mad Hatter appeared to be willing to let him sit down with him. With no intend to harm either of them, Salad Fingers decided to sit down and enjoy tea, but more importantly, fixate his eyes upon the kettle used in the tea party, since the kettle's exterior had rusted from the Mad Hatter's recent misuse of it. Getting his fingers all over the kettle, Alice decided to speak to Salad Fingers to get him to stop, which did work, causing Salad Fingers to tense up and grow oddly frustrated. Fearing for her life, Alice decided that it wasn't safe to wait for Salad Fingers' next action and quickly bolted out of the party. Mad Hatter wasn't startled by Salad Fingers on the other hand, and decided to let Salad Fingers keep the kettle for himself, and hopes that the next tea party with Salad Fingers can go more smoothly.
  • Despises the Murkrows since they remind him of a crow that stole a spoon of his, which greatly traumatized him. One Murkrow attempted to grab something shiny within Salad Fingers' temple, but the man was ready and managed to catch the bird. The rest of the Murkrow would find that victim to pop out of the House of Life and Vitality shaken and despondent for days from what it experienced upon Salad Fingers' hands, which while difficult to describe, deeply chilled the murder's bones.
  • Oddly dislikes the horse deities in the Pantheon and responds to their presence in an annoyed manner. Some of said deities would prefer to stay away from the man anyway, due to some hand puppet of Salad Fingers known as Dr. Papanak having carved into the flesh of a live horse, if it even happened. It's believed that this behavior stems from a grudge stems from what Salad Fingers believes to be the aforementioned horse from his universe, namely Horace and his other horse friends stripping the flesh from his corpse and friend, "Milford Cubicle" (his name was really Henry, not that Salad Fingers cares) and turning Milford into a skeleton. It's believed that the corpse was really taken apart to make a hat out of the man, the existence of which creeped out many of the humans in the Pantheon.
  • Visited the Hall of Puppetry, and while doing so, wandered into Chucky's temple, greeted by none other than the murderous plaything itself. Deciding that Salad Fingers was good as any other victim, Chucky would draw first blood by stabbing Salad Fingers right in his sides a few sides, but Salad Fingers, while falling over, didn't seem to mind being attacked too much. Scolding the Killer Doll for being too jumpy for some reason, calling the doll "Carly Junior", Chucky was surprised and attempted to grasp the situation, before being grabbed just before he could talk back. Salad Fingers would drag Chucky back into a nearby abandoned shack, and place him onto a pile of tar and sticky paper with the intention of what witnesses interpreted as "grounding" Chucky, and leaving Chucky behind, greatly immobile. It took a while for Chucky to escape, but he's indeed learned his lesson of underestimating the friendly stranger.
  • Harbors much rancor toward mirror-related deities like the Magic Mirror or Dark Meta Knight, since they remind him of his abusive and cruel Glass Mother and Glass Brother that inhabit his mirrors, and tried to take Hubert Cumberdale away from him once. The former has to be more wary since there's always a chance that Salad Fingers might come in to try and shatter him, which can be possible if no one else is present to intervene. Additionally, he stays wary of the Dead Moon Circus, and despite having no way to learn that its leader, Queen Nehelenia, was sealed in a mirror universe, he dislikes her all the same. He's even more worried about Zirconia since to him, she could also try to take Hubert Cumberdale away from him through her Hall of Mirrors.
    • Additionally considers the Other Mother in the Pantheon and his own Glass Mother to be one in the same, and for that, he deliberately destroys specific spider webs to offend her. And unfortunately for the Beldam, Salad Fingers is a (rather creepy and immature) adult that could hardly feed her. Salad Fingers has also made trapping children a much more irritating process, since his presence near potential passages to her realm would scare away children she's trying to lure in.
