Ah got it. So I guess we just dewick now.
Question: we just move descriptions of Moe characters to that trope, and delete the rest?

I turned it into a redirect and added it and Manic Pixie Dream Girl Stare to YMMV Redirects (along with changing the latter to redirect to Moe). I also dewicked Main/ aside from YMMV Redirects.
Edit: Copying the wick check here since this thread will probably close soon:

Potholed in another example without futher context for this trope (14/79)
- Betty and Veronica Switch: Yona of the Dawn has a genderswapped version of this, following the trope down to the Blonde, Brunette, Redhead colour-scheme. With Princess Yona in the position of Archie, the manga introduces two childhood friend love-interests early on, though it's the Betty who originally attracts her affection. The designated Betty, Suwon—a fair-haired Bishōnen, complete with a near-constant Moe Stare—is originally presented as sweet, kind and gentle. The designated Veronica, Hak—a dark-haired Hunk and chronic Smug Smiler—is originally presented as snarky, roguish, and Tsundere. This seemingly vanilla Betty and Veronica dynamic comes to a screeching halt by the end of the first chapter, when Suwon murders Yona's father, chases her and Hak out of the palace, and proceeds to take the throne. In comparison to Hak; who discards his home, his name, and his position as a General in order to travel with Yona, while frequently laying his life on the line and becoming a Living Emotional Crutch for her. Later, it is Hak who earns himself a place as Yona's Second Love.
- Cute and Psycho: A lot of child Contractors in Darker than Black come across this way, especially the female ones, who channel a similar idea to Girl with Psycho Weapon. Mai in the first season of the anime and both Azuza and Bai (in a flashback) in the interquel are shown killing or maiming people horrifically while having a Moe Stare expression on their faces. Maki might also count along with being a yandere. He sometimes comes off as an Adorably Precocious Child, but is completely psychotic and has an obsession with his leader, Amber.
- Slasher Smile: Jessica from True Blood usually makes one of these whenever she is hungry and sees a guy she wants for dinner. However instead of being scary, it makes her look incredibly cute.
- Teens Are Short: In Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, if you didn't have Word of God to tell you that Simon is supposed to be 14, you'd swear he was at most ten, which isn't helped by his Moe Stare or Tareme Eyes. Apparently he just didn't have a growth spurt until later on, since other teens in the series are more realistic in their heights.
- Waif-Fu: Yuno Gasai of Future Diary. Holy. Freaking. CRAP. She's a fourteen-year-old girl, and she's capable of slicing full-grown men twice her size clean in half. She racks up the highest body count in the series by a mile, all while wearing her rather terrifying trademark cross between a Moe Stare and a Slasher Smile. Unsurprisingly, since she is a justified example due to using blades over her fists. She's the very definition of this trope, among others.
- Dra+Koi: Slasher Smile: An 'aggressive, reptilian grin' that unsettles the Protagonist. Even in her human form, she has a cross between this and a Moe Stare right before stuff blows up.
- Future Diary: Yuno Gasai: Slasher Smile: Played with. The constant Moe Stare she sports on may as well be considered a Slasher Smile depending on context.
- Hyouka (1/2): Innocent Blue Eyes: Her huge blue/purple eyes glow whenever she's curious, and perfectly fit her kind, innocent, naive and airheaded nature.
- Log Horizon Akihabara: Perpetual Smiler: Coupled with the Moe Stare, this allows her to put up an air of reassurance in front of her guild members and also proves to be very useful in aiding her negotiations with outsiders.
- No Game No Life: Constantly Curious: Jibril is really into learning. At one point she even makes a Shout-Out to Hyouka by copying Eru's "I'm curious!" Catchphrase coupled with a Moe Stare.
- The Nostalgia Chick (1/2): Character Development
- She's stopped trying to be the kind of Japanese-like cute she really isn't, and just settled for being a ladette Psychopathic Womanchild.
- Kagetora (1/2): I Didn't Mean to Turn You On: Yuki to Kagetora ''very'' often.
- Video Games: Despite her design, Shantae tends to be portrayed as more moe than not. Her sprite work was pretty cute already in the first game, but starting with Risky's Revenge, her default facial expression in character artwork was changed to a bright-eyed, cheerful smile, having the side effect of making her a lot cuter and less sultry. Later games continued to up the animesque stylings of the art style, making Shantae even more adorable in the process.
- Anime & Manga: Ken Akamatsu's extensive cast of females usually end up like this:
- The spinoff manga Negima Neo is really bad about this; pick two random characters who are doing a Moe Stare and their faces will probably look exactly the same.
- Anime & Manga Yuno Gasai of Future Diary has a combination of one of these and a Moe Stare on her face on a more or less permanent basis. She is... not well.

- Dull Surprise: In the same manner as Moe Stare, fanart and promotional art for anime/manga often uses this as a generic cute expression. Here's some examples.
- Cheers: Moe Stare: Rare live-action example.◊ And she's a grown woman at that.
- Happy Happy Clover: Moe Stare: Mallow and Clover are seen making this face most of the time. Including this cute illustration from the manga,◊ and Sayuri Tatsuyama's own sketch of the duo from 2017.
- YMMV/Blindsprings: Moe Stare: Gives one to the audience from the get-go.
"... I can almost guarantee a minimum of three kittens will have that name by December. Such a little cutie!" (let's just ignore that an objective trope is being used for YMMV)

ZCE or partial context (48/ 79

- The Boondocks - Supporting Characters: Moe Stare: One of the few things that can cause Huey to let his guard down.
- The Nostalgia Chick (2/2) Moe Stare: Like the kawaiiko example, done in a fashion that was so exaggerated it became scary. Her eyes went past interested in the camera and into yandere territory.
- Vampire Knight Other Vampires: Moe Stare: Maria is quite beautiful and is able to pull off the cutest stares.
- Tropes M to R: Moe Stare: Characters illustrated by BunBun and Sakura Miwabe have this on their default portraits. (came pre-commented out)

- The Nostalgia Chick 2008 Episodes: Doing a Beautiful All Along moment set to "Like A Virgin" and then subverting it by making herself look like an 80's entertainer. Followed by an exaggeratedly scary Moe Stare/Slasher Smile.
- Nyaruko Crawling With Love: Moe Stare: Ear to ear smile, abnormally huge eyes... no doubt, she is the Crawling Chaos.
- Avalon: Web of Magic: Moe Stare: Everyone but Adriane in the manga and she got hit by a love spell.
- Brave10: Moe Stare: Isanami is usually seen smiling, eyes wide open. It's as if she got lost on the way to another series.
- Joshiraku: Moe Stare: Done by all the five girls at the same time during the opening credits.
- Kagetora (2/2) Moe Stare: Yuki's default facial expression.
- Pita-Ten: Moe Stare: Misha.

- Webcomic/Shadownova Moe Stare: Iris is doing this on the site's donate page.
- Eternal Fighter Zero: Moe: Well, it's a Fighting Game with cute and adorable girls, masters of quirky fighting styles, so everyone counts to varying degrees. Special mention to Mayu and Mio for the ONE side, Sayuri and Nayuki for the Kanon side, and Misuzu and Kano for the AIR side. They all even sport moe stares in her portraits.
- Steven Universe: The Movie: Moe:
- As disturbing as it is to see Pearl revert to a servile state, the innocent-looking expressions she makes when reset are endearing Moe Stares.
In description but doesn't describe how the trope applies (1/79)
- Morenatsu (1/2) He is a very hard working and timid boy who loves soccer. He belongs to the local soccer club. He and his upperclassman, Kyouji, work up a sweat practicing every day. Because he grew up without a father, he relies on and adores his upperclassman Takahara. Sometimes he shows an impressive and bright smile. He moved to the village three years ago, so this is his first time meeting the main character.
not sure (1/79)
- M to N: A Moe Stare is not related to Care-Bear Stare. Do not worry about characters overwhelming your brain with sheer MOE.
- Nor is it when Moe glares at Curly for doing something stupid, again.
Laconic (1/79)
Linked to from a work's page pic. Seriously (1/79)
Maybe enough context? (1/79)
- Eternal Fighter Zero: Moe Stare: Some characters sport this, a cute smile with an open mouth and wide-open eyes in their portraits, and even some of their sprites, with Mayu, Mio, Awake Nayuki, Sayuri, Misuzu and Kano as the most notables.

on page examples, I am not sure if any of them can moved over to Moe. Most of the examples don't have enough context and the few that do have to be rewritten because Moe is an audience reaction.
