- A Divine Dragon (either Keima Katsuragi or Miyuki Takara), the child of Misato Katsuragi, wakes up after a 1000 year slumber in the land of Lythos to meet their caretakers; the veteran knight Consul D and siblings Neito Monoma and Haru. Keima/Miyuki soon sets off on a journey throughout Elyos' other four nations to collect rings containing the spirits of heroes to prevent the world from falling into ruin by the Fell Dragon Kamina, who is served by the Four Hounds consisting of the leader Sailor Venus, the Combat Sadomasochist mage Redue, the little knight Nene Onemine, and the honorable knight Decim. Keima/Miyuki also encounter the mysterious girl Scarlet on their journey.
- To the southwest is the kingdom of Firene ruled by Queen Momoko Hanasaki, which values peace and coexistence. The heirs are the flower-loving Hyde Kido and the peace-loving Nezuko Kamado. Hyde is served by his retainers Misango and Fitness Nut Ilulu, while Nezuko is served by her retainers Shuichi Tsukamoto the knight who loves seeing his friends happy and fairy tale-loving Yor Forger. Ryuko is served by her retainers Akira Kenjo the lover of rare critters and the refined, but hot-blooded Himena Aika, while David is served by his retainers party animal Lemon Yamabuki and the chef Makoto Shiba. Also hailing from the kingdom is the dancer Horikawa Kunihiro.
