Anakin: This video utilizes a fairly new technology known as A.I. Voice Cloning. Myself, Obi Wan, and snips are all A.I. generated.
Obi Wan: Well, it's all good fun to play around with A.I. voices for now. You never know how long the public will have access to a potentially dangerous technology like this.
Ahsoka: And that's why we're taking advantage of it while we can!

Star Wars AI Talk Show, better known as "I Made Star Warsnote  Characters Sound X By Using AI" is a YouTube video series made by youtuber Zenger using AI voice cloning to make Star Wars characters interact in a Darker and Edgier, Hotter and Sexier, and especially Ruder and Cruder way than they're allowed to in the source material. The series takes place during the events of Star Wars: The Clone Wars and stars Obi Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Ahsoka Tano, who host a talk show together to argue amongst each other, talk about their misadventures and bring in guests from the series, who often end up being killed by Anakin for one reason or another. As of their fifth video, the hosts now have access to the World Between Worlds, which allows them to bring in guests from different timelines and dimensions, and then kill and revive them, with no everlasting consequences at all...

It spurred two spin-offs featuring Clone Troopers and Star Wars Villains respectively, which tie in with the events in the Star Wars AI Series.

Contains examples of:

  • Actually Pretty Funny: Obi Wan admits that Anakin's casual murder and revival of Aayla Secura to end the podcast was pretty funny.
  • Adaptational Angst Upgrade: On top of all the abuse and trauma he went through in the canon saga, here Anakin was confirmed to have been molested by Watto as a kid.
  • Adaptational Jerkass: Pretty much everyone, though some of the guests play the Straight Man role. The Jedi in general have their flaws amplified, Anakin is a bloodthirsty lunatic that even makes canon Darth Vader look nice in comparison (when they bring him in as a guest, at least), Obi Wan is a Covert Pervert (and becomes a full blown Dirty Old Man in the future), death stick consumer, and Oggdo stealer, and Ahsoka is pretty insane in her own right. Many of the guests, such as Mace Windu, Padme Amidala, Qui Gon Jinn, Dutchess Satine, Yoda, Hera, and especially C-3PO get the same treatment as well.
  • Adaptational Nice Guy: Though still villains, the separatist trio (Dooku, Ventress, and Grievous) are now portrayed in a more wholesome light compared to their portrayals in the source material.
  • Adaptation Relationship Overhaul: Most Jedi are all but stated to be banging their clone commanders (with Obi Wan and Cody, Aayla and Bly, and Ahsoka and the entire 501st being the only confirmed ones). On her part, Ahsoka is also sexually interested in most male guests they bring in, though she has a special fondness for Din "Daddy" Djarin.
  • Affably Evil: Maul is quite polite when brought in, although it doubles as Faux Affably Evil since he still wants to kill Obi Wan despite being in a different dimension.
  • Affectionate Parody: Though the series likes to poke fun at some of the more contested moments in the series, those usually come with a nuanced take on it, where the hosts engage in banters where neither party is completely in the right. The characterizations of the characters often make use of Ascended Memes and fan interpretations and crank them up to eleven for Black Comedy.
  • Alas, Poor Villain:
    • Despite conspiring to use the World Between Worlds and putting the universe in jeopardy, Thrawn acted in his people's benefit the whole time, and he was overall one of the more approachable characters, making it more tragic when he's killed by Hayden Christensen Anakin for standing up to him, and then again when he's killed by Creepio in the revised timeline.
    • Despite almost collapsing the entire universe because he didn't want to live without Padmè, Hayden Christensen Anakin did genuinely try to avoid becoming evil again, making it even more tragic when mainline Padmè guilt-trips him into giving up and then mainline Anakin stabs him in the back, especially since he was being manipulated by Creepio.
  • All Girls Want Bad Boys: Padmè flat out admits on her first appearance as a guest that she fell for Anakin the moment he told her about his murder of the Tusken Raider women and children.
  • Anti-Villain:
    • Hayden Christensen Anakin is The Heavy of Season 2. Having learnt of the future of the Galaxy following his turn to the dark side via the World Between Worlds and hating what he became, he strives to make things right by finding a timeline where Padmè doesn't die and he doesn't become evil. Unfortunately, he never finds one in which that happens and he gets to remain Happily Married with Padmè (since the only one where those events do transpire is one in which they never meet), so he decides to merge two timelines together instead, killing his associate Thrawn when he gets in his way and tragically becoming what he swore to destroy, again. Despite this, he's eventually talked down from doing this by mainline Padmè, the only person he would still listen to, showing that he still had good in him after all. Furthermore, part of the reason why he lost his way was because Creepio was intentionally enabling his Vader-like qualities.
    • Thrawn serves as this in the same season as well. He only wants to assemble a fleet powerful enough to save his people form being exterminated in the Clone Wars, and is willing to work with Hayden!Anakin and the World Between Worlds by finding a timeline in which both their wishes come true. Unlike his associate, he never loses track of his goals and is even willing to compromise when he finds one that doesn't end with the rise of the empire but still ends with his people remaining safe.
  • Ascended Extra: Padme started off as a guest, but was promoted to host in episode 9.
  • Asshole Victim: Obi Wan considers Mace Windu to be this in episode 2 when Anakin kills him. Same goes for Palpatine in episode 4.
Anakin: Alright, finally, a wholesome end to a video.
Obi Wan: Yes, although it did technically end with you killing our guest. Again.
Ahsoka: You can't seriously be mad at him for that, can you master?
  • Aw, Look! They Really Do Love Each Other:
    • As hostile as they generally are to each other, Obi Wan, Anakin, and Ahsoka have a genuine friendship that occasionally surfaces from beneath all the vitriol.
    • The separatists have moments of this too, especially Ventress and Grievous, who act like angry siblings towards each other.
  • Ax-Crazy: Anakin burns down orphanages, kills his guests and his friends casually, and once practiced kissing with Threepio while making the latter wear a beard. Of course, when Death Is Cheap in your universe, it's a lot easier to tolerate.
  • A Lighter Shade of Black: Oddly enough, Vader is this to Anakin. Hayden!Anakin also comes across as this as well. Basically, every villain is this to Anakin.
  • Babysitter from Hell: Anakin, for obvious reasons. When Ahsoka tells Aayla and Bly that she left their kid with him while she went to run some errands, they both come close to having a heart attack.
  • Back for the Finale:
    • All guests from Season One return in the climax to defeat Palpatine.
    • Ben Kenobi, Ezra, and Future Ahsoka also return in the Season Two climax to help Anakin and Obi Wan stop Thrawn.
  • Back from the Dead: Everyone who is killed thanks to the world between worlds. The hosts even use the portals to bring in characters that had already been killed before the events of Clone Wars, though they usually end up being killed by Anakin for some reason or another.
  • Bad Boss:
    • On top of killing Echo for proposing to relieve him of duty, Anakin likes to play pranks on his troopers, like playing tricks on them with the force during battle. He also once set their blasters to stun and then sent them out into battle.
Fives: That was hilarious, Echo. I'm sorry you can't see that.
    • When he takes over the podcast for an episode, Palpatine's whole gimmick involves bringing in his disciples as guests and then kill them, but he soon realizes how empty the content ends up being.
    • Hayden Christensen Anakin keeps wrecking his droid technician every time he comes up with a timeline where he doesn't get the outcome he wanted. After being influenced by Creepio, he also kills or restrains the rest of his subordinates at several points due to being convinced that they're plotting against him.
  • Benevolent Boss: Both Obi Wan and Aayla are very close with their Clone Troopers. Aayla even had a kid with her commander.
  • Big Bad:
    • Palpatine in Season 1, wanting to take over the World Between Worlds (and the podcast) for himself.
    • C-3PO (Creepio) in Season 2, being The Chessmaster with the goal of destroying the universe and the one behind Hayden!Anakin' and Thrawn's plans.
  • Big Bad Ensemble: C-3PO, Thrawn, and Hayden Christensen Anakin in Season 2, as they each plan to utilise the world between worlds for their own visions.
  • Big Bad Wannabe: This time, Palpatine doesn't make it past episode 4 as his plan to sway Anakin to the dark side fails. He comes back as a clone in the season one finale and takes over the podcast, only to be killed again.
  • Big Brother Instinct: Though he loves teasing her himself, Anakin gets particularly bloodthirsty with guests who wrong Ahsoka, such as Mace Windu, Barriss Offee, and Hondo Ohnaka.
Anakin: [to Mace Windu] That's it! You can talk trash about me all day, master Window but you start talking about my little sister and we got a problem [ignites lightsaber].
Mace Windu: What are you going to do, stab me? [Anakin stabs him]
  • Black Comedy: The entire series runs on this. From Ahsoka trying to bed the guests to Anakin killing them to Obi Wan being trying and failing to stop reality from collapsing on itself because of the overuse of the World Between Worlds.
  • Breakup Makeup Scenario: For the first half of Season Two, Anakin attempts to divorce Padmè after she buries him alive, though they eventually make up after some help from Artoo and Threepio in episode 24.
  • Buried Alive: Anakin gets this predicament in episode 20, courtesy of Padmè. When he's revived, he's more upset at being put under sand than the death itself.
  • Casual Danger Dialogue: The first four episodes of the podcast mainly consisted on this, until Anakin killed Palpatine in episode 4 and ended the Clone Wars, whereupon the following episodes were focused on the hosts' usage of the world between worlds.
  • Casual Kink: Most characters are quite open about their fetishes, except for Obi Wan, who has a foot fetish and is into younger people. Echo had his way with a B1 Battle Droid during battle and then reprogrammed him to be his sex droid. Several of the other clones have flings with each other (which Anakin considers to be more akin to masturbation since they're all the same person), Padmè is into Anakin's force choke, Ahsoka and Anakin are both into receiving spankings (though the latter can also be turned on by killing a child), Aayla Secura once had her entire battalion ram her during battle, Quinlan Vos killed some pirate scammers and made Obi Wan dig their graves as some kind of sadistic roleplay, Kanan once read a book about how to dominate Hera using her lekku, Hera herself once practiced on Chopper, and Thrawn's species gets random orgasms at unpredictable times of the day, though he handles it quite professionally.
  • Character Catchphrase: For Obi Wan, it's "Shut up, Anakin", followed by him turning into a marketable plushie. As of later videos, Ahsoka, Padme and some of the guests have adopted the catchphrase (and the plushie gimmick) themselves.
  • Character Exaggeration: Anakin's disdain for children and sand, Obi Wan's Deadpan Snarker tendencies and addiction to death sticks, Ahsoka's horniness and underdog status, Padmè's attraction to Anakin's worse qualities, and many of the guests' over-the-top characterizations all come from memes taken from the source material, which are repurposed here to become a major part of these versions of the characters.
  • The Chew Toy: Roger the sex droid is destroyed in every episode he's in. He's even used as a literal chew toy for a Vixus in Umbara.
  • The Comically Serious: C-3PO (or Creepio) is generally a no-nonsense Card-Carrying Villain who kills the mood whenever he appears.
  • Comedic Sociopathy: This is rampant throughout the Galaxy, although part of this sociopathy is mitigated by the fact that Death Is Cheap, so most people are desensitized to it.
  • Covert Pervert: Obi Wan has some shady history with Cody and Satine, but he likes to pretend it never happens because he wants to be the perfect Jedi for his deceased master. As the show goes on, however, he starts putting a lot less effort in hiding his fetishes to the point of inviting Cody to the show to discuss their sex life (though even then he's still in denial for most of it). By the time he becomes an old man, he no longer is this, and has wholeheartedly embraced his status as a Dirty Old Man.
  • Darker and Edgier: Though mostly played for Black Comedy, the more sketchy sides of the Galaxy are put at the forefront here, as well as their impact on the characters. The Jedi are borderline portrayed as groomers with extra steps in regards to their recruitment of younglings, and Hondo, Watto, and Jabba's crimes and abuse of their underlings are far more explicit than in the source material.
  • Death Is Cheap: Thanks to the World Between Worlds, Anakin can kill as many guests as he can with no everlasting consequences, as can the other hosts and guests. It's more than implied, however, that those who die do remain dead in the dimension they belong to, but the hosts usually resort to turning a blind eye to the consequences of this, for the sake of the talk show.
  • Dirty Coward: Grievous is this to the extent that he named his escape pod due to all the times it has saved his life.
  • Dirty Old Man: Obi Wan tries to pretend otherwise, but he clearly has the hots for Ahsoka and Sabine. Anakin also points out that his relationship with Cody is quite dubious since all clones are technically 10-years old, but look twice as old due to accelerated aging. As an old man, he only has it worse, and is all too eager to kiss Ahsoka's wounds, (allegedly) sleep with his mom, and have his way with Padmè's corpse (he's killed by his past self before he can get to it).
  • Domestic Abuse:
    • Anakin and Padmè. Though he's the more unhinged of the two, neither is spared from being abusive.
    • It's revealed that Hera loves to gaslight Kanan for kicks. Ahsoka finds it bizarre, but likes it.
  • Early-Installment Weirdness: The first five episodes (before the introduction of the World Between Worlds) were titled "I Made CLONE WARS Characters Sound X By Using AI". As they started bringing in characters from other Star Wars properties outside of The Clone Wars, the titles switched to "STAR WARS Characters". The first four episodes were also a lot less linear, consisting mostly of out-of-context clips of the hosts (and guests) arguing amongst each other.
  • Easily Forgiven: After being revived through the World Between Worlds, Mace Windu and Padmè don't hold it against Anakin for killing them in episodes 2 and 3 respectively, since it technically never happened in their new timeline.
  • Embarrassing Nickname: It's not just the usual "Snips" and "Skyguy" for Ahsoka and Anakin this time.
    • Anakin calls Cal Kestis "Cal Testicles", and Kanan Jarrus "Buttplug".
    • "Thrawn" is revealed to be this for Mitth'raw'nuruodo, since nobody would bother to learn his full name.
  • Everyone Can See It:
    • Anakin and Padmè in episode 3. In subsequent episodes, they don't even bother trying to hide it, especially in season 2 where Padme is pregnant .
Anakin: Uh, so Obi Wan. Hypothetically, if I was in love with Padmè... which I'm not, of course, that would be ridiculous, but, hypothetically...
Obi Wan: Right... Alright, I'll play along then. What's the situation?
Anakin: Well, let's say I was in love with Padmè, and she was mad at me for something, but I didn't know how to make it up to her... what would you suggest?
    • Obi Wan is worse at hiding his relationship with Cody than Anakin was with Padmè, though it's mostly Cody's fault for not even trying.
Cody: Oh, Obi Wan-Kenobiwan... Get back to bed~
  • Everyone Has Standards:
    • Being a former slave, Anakin has a special hatred for slave owners, and is particularly upset with the Jedi Order for its methods of recruiting force-sensitive children. He's also disgusted by groomers or paedophiles, though that has more to do with his hatred for children. He also won't ever force sand on someone, like Padmè does with him.
    • As much of a Covert Pervert as Obi Wan is, he's flabbergasted by his future self's Kavorka Man demeanor, and kills him before he can have his way with Padmè's corpse. He also denies ever thinking of having sex with his own mother, despite Ben's insistence on the contrary.
    • Ahsoka may be a Hormone-Addled Teenager but even she finds Kylo Ren's mental instability to be repulsive. She also considers Palpatine and Hondo to be creeps, and never flirts with them (though that may be because they're ugly).
    • Padmè might be turned on by Anakin's evil streak (and isn't above capitalizing on his atrocities), but she completely loses it against him when he hurts a kid she knows personally, such as Korkie and especially Luke. She's also furious when he kills Santa.
  • Face Death with Dignity:
    • Hondo compliments Anakin on his Pre-Mortem One-Liner after being stabbed
    • Thrawn calmly tells Hayden!Anakin that he will regret the path we went through as he dies. He's not so composed in the revised timeline when Creepio kills him, though that might be attributed to the surprise factor.
  • Fantastic Racism:
    • Anakin loathes Lasats,Tusken Raiders, and black humans. The last one is not so fantastic, though.
    • The clones hate battle droids, and treat Roger like shit despite being reprogrammed. The latter defends himself against this and believes that the word "clanker" is a racial slur.
  • Freudian Excuse Is No Excuse: Anakin keeps using his trauma to justify his own atrocities, earning himself No Sympathy from his co-hosts.
  • The Friend Nobody Likes: Lieutenant Barr is this among the 327th, and isn't invited to the orgies with Aayla Secura because of his reputation as a "droid toucher".
  • Go-Karting with Bowser: Some villains (or enemies of the Jedi) such as Palpatine, Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Kylo Ren, Thrawn, and Darth Maul are willing to come to the talk show and chat with their enemies, though not without their reservations.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: C-3PO is revealed to have been pulling the strings for a long time, and seems to have enough power to kill anyone who interferes with his plans. It has gotten to the point where the hosts all encourage the guests to just leave him to his affairs to avoid them being killed.
  • Happily Married: Aayla and Bly, barring some rough patches, are easily the only relatively healthy couple in the main cast.
  • Has a Type:
    • All three hosts have something for Mandalorians. Ahsoka has it in for Din Djarin and later Boba Fett to a lesser extent. Obi Wan has had a crush on Dutchess Satine since he was a Padawan, and later tries to hit up Sabine Wren as well, and Anakin at one point asks Padmè to wear Mandalorian armor in the bedroom.
    • There's also a pattern in the type of guests each host tends to pick, though it was phased out after Season One. Anakin has a scary tendency to choose Sith Lords whom he finds badass, Obi Wan tends to accidentally pick Skywalkers, and Ahsoka isn't subtle about her affinity for young hot guys.
  • Heel–Face Brainwashing:
    • Upon being invited, Qui Gon Jinn uses his Jedi mind tricks to make Anakin and Ahsoka (and later Obi Wan as well) more reliant on the Jedi code, such as having Anakin respect sand, and hate birthdays and Porgs.
    • In the Season One finale, Anakin pulls out a Padmè from another dimension in which she hates sand as well, to avoid any more sand baths. Unfortunately, it backfires on him, as he later acts so insufferable that she decides to outright bury him when he accidentally hits Luke.
  • Heel–Face Turn: Count Dooku in the Season One finale, as he joins the others in defeating Palpatine.
  • Heroic Comedic Sociopath: ANAKIN, big time. He is a relentless Psychopathic Manchild who feels pride when informed of the atrocities that he will go on to commit as Darth Vader. Ironically, Vader himself is much more empathic and affable than Anakin is when they bring him in for the talk show.
  • Hotter and Sexier: Other than the thumbnails, which usually depict a more risqué version of the characters, the main and supporting cast usually discuss sex and fetishes a lot. Roger is even given boobies by Lieutenant Barr in the third Clone Troopers episode.
  • Hypocritical Humor: Obi Wan is terrible at practicing the Jedi teachings he preaches to Anakin and Ahsoka, and his old self has all but embraced his kooky side, much to his younger self's embarrassment. By Season 2, he's fallen into a death stick addiction which he doesn't bother to hide from the camera.
  • Innocently Insensitive: Due to being a droid, Roger has problems understanding organic beings' feelings, and is often oblivious to how annoying they perceive him to be.
  • I Hate Past Me: Darth Vader is not proud of meeting and talking to Anakin.
Vader: Oh for fuck's sake, did I really bring [sand] up all the time? No wonder you all hated me.
Ahsoka: Yeah, you did. Or... you do. You once went on a 10 minute rant all about how much you hate sand.
Anakin: And for good reason, it's coarse and rough and-
Vader: -"Irritating, and It gets everywhere". Yes, I know. Please shut up. I try not to think about it anymore.
  • Karma Houdini Warranty: After 5 episodes worth of killing guests, Anakin is finally slain by their sixth guest Cal Kestis after trying to kill him.
Anakin: [after being brought back] That was very unpleasant.
    Ahsoka: Serves you right, Skyguy.
  • Jaded Washout: Future Ahsoka. According to Ben Kenobi, she became a tired old "milf" who has no following on OnlyFans, unlike him.
  • Kavorka Man: Ben Kenobi kisses his friends' boo-boos when they need it, and tries to hit on every Padawan he interacts with, much to Obi Wan's embarrassment.
  • Killer Rabbit:
    • Though not as openly bloodthirsty as his master, C-3PO has killed Kanan, Hera, Ezra, and Thrawn.
    • In his introductory episode, R2-D2 somehow killed Obi Wan in a fight offscreen.
  • Kill and Replace:
    • After getting trapped several months in the past, Ahsoka casually kills her past self for trying to warn Anakin and Obi Wan and takes her place, explaining her Vocal Evolution in chapter 3 onwards.
    • Anakin essentially does this to Santa in the Christmas special, although for once it was an accident.
  • Mama Bear: When Anakin accidentally hits Luke during the family reunion, Padmè buries him alive. She later forgets to dig him back up and he starves as a result, leading to him attempting a divorce.
  • My Future Self and Me: All three hosts meet their future selves at one point. Anakin accidentally brings in Vader in episode 7, Ahsoka brings in old Obi Wan in episode 23, and future Ahsoka falls through a portal of her own accord in episode 25.
  • Leaning on the Fourth Wall: The characters have occasional moments of this, much to Obi Wan's frustration.
Obi Wan: Anakin, stop being Meta.
  • Nice Mean And In Between: Of the main host, Ahsoka is the "nice", Anakin is the "mean", and Obi Wan is the "in-between"
  • Nice Guy: Kal Kestis and Ezra Bridger are the most genuinely nice guests brought in, and take the hosts' crass demeanor in stride.
  • Nightmare Fetishist: Anakin gets turned on by killing younglings while in bed. Padmè has more of this streak than she likes to admit.
  • Not So Above It All:
    • Obi Wan has many moments of this despite being the designated Straight Man of the series, which only get increasingly more alarming the more jaded he gets. Notably, he tries to avoid having his guests from the future share any sensitive information that might disrupt the timeline, only to inquire about several instances that affect him personally.
Obi Wan: Cal, seriously. I don't care about spoilers anymore, just tell me where I can find [Oggdo Boggdo].
Anakin: Not such a bad idea to bring on guests from other time periods now, is it?
Obi Wan: Oh, it's a terrible idea, but I've fallen into temptation like a Cerean to a puzzle, and I can't seem to back away.
    • Creepio is The Comically Serious, but he's somewhat annoyed when Thrawn keeps interrupting his villainous speech with his sporadic orgasms.
  • Not-So-Well-Intentioned Extremist: Hayden Christensen Anakin claims to want the best for Padmè and the Galaxy by stopping his turn to Darth Vader, but once he finds out that the only way for her to survive is if she never meets him, he refuses to compromise and decides to wreck the World Between Worlds to create a merged timeline where he gets everything he wants, killing Thrawn for defying him and imprisoning Ahsoka when he feels she will defy him as well.
  • No-Respect Guy: Ahsoka is usually treated as The Baby of the Bunch by the other hosts. This becomes her main source of conflict in season 2, as she's then convinced by Thrawn to work against them, though she later regrets it in the season finale.
  • No-Sell: When Anakin tries to kill Din Djarin, the latter is unaffected due to his armor.
  • Obfuscating Stupidity: It's revealed that Grogu actually does have the mental capacity of the 50 year old he is, and that he only acts like a baby for attention.
  • Omnicidal Maniac: Creepio loathes the universe, viewing himself as a slave of it for most of his "life". Despite apparently having the resources to destroy it himself, his plans involve tricking organic beings into destroying it for him, since he views it as poetic justice. He comes close to accomplishing his goal with Hayden Christensen Anakin and Thrawns, but once he realizes the plan failed, he kills the latter in the revised timeline, and moves on to something else.
  • Once an Episode: After several episodes of Anakin killing the guest, as of episode 5 it has become the official send-off for each of their videos, though they have managed to kill him on occasion.
  • Only Sane by Comparison: Sometimes Anakin will play the role of Straight Man to another character's antics, but it's usually overshadowed by how much of a madman he is.
  • Only Sane Man:
    • Obi Wan tries to be this, but he's mostly Only Sane by Comparison in regards to Anakin and Ahsoka.
    • Captain Rex is the only one of the recurring crew who isn't a complete lunatic or sex addict. Of course, that only makes him the designated Butt-Monkey of the episodes he's in.
  • One-Man Army: Subverted with Palpatine after all hosts of Season One come Back for the Finale to finish him off for good. The ensuing result is a Curb-Stomp Battle.
Palpatine: Ahh, what the fuck, I can't fucking 1 V 20, this is bullshit! [is killed]
  • Paradox Person: Grogu's existence maintains the universe, since Disney would collapse without him, which is why he's the only kid that Anakin cannot kill lest he destroy everything. He still kills him anyway.
  • Pet the Dog:
    • Anakin routinely feeds a Loth-Cat from the Jedi Temple called 'Turnips', whom Mace Windu is constantly trying to shoo off.
    • Anytime C-3PO spares someone who insults him or is dumb enough to threaten him. Granted, it ultimately won't matter if he accomplishes his goal of destroying the universe.
C-3PO I'll let that one slide. This time.
  • Piss-Take Rap: Ezra performs a rap for Buffalo wild wings ad during his episode's sponsor, pissing everyone off since the place had shut down a month before.
Ahsoka: What the fuck is wrong with you? You can't just come on our show and start playing unsponsored ads.
Obi Wan: Look who's being meta now, Ahsoka.
Anakin: That place shut down last month, Ezra. Sorry.
    Ezra: Karabast.
  • Plot Armor: Anakin believes being the chosen one grants him with this. It's eventually defied, as he is killed in several episodes.
  • Politically Incorrect Hero: Anakin, Artoo, and Chopper all need to have some of their bigoted statements edited out post-production. Anakin in particular gets especially bad in Season 2, due to his Fantastic Racism against Tusken Raiders, Lasats, and Biths, and his not-so-fantastic racism against Mace Windu.
  • Politically Incorrect Villain: Since Mace Windu killed his father, Boba Fett has not been a fan of black people. Anakin approves, but Ahsoka (who has grievances with the man herself) is not comfortable.
  • Precocious Crush: Though she's horny for almost all the male guests, Ahsoka has a big one for Din Djarin, whom she continuously calls "Daddy". When she pulls Boba Fett as a guest, it's because she accidentally mistook him for Din, not that it stops her from flirting with him too.
  • Rape as Backstory:
    • Roger was taken advantage of by Echo after being deactivated by his stun bolts.
    • Anakin was forced to pleasure Watto's feet when he was 9. Maul apparently also had to wear panties for Palpatine's pleasure, though he secretly enjoyed.
  • Rejected Apology: After Anakin almost causes the universe to collapse by killing Grogu:
    Anakin: Sorry guys, My bad.
Obi Wan: "Your bad"? NO SHIT IT'S YOUR BAD!
  • Related in the Adaptation: Though both relationships are denied by the subjects in question.
    • Obi Wan and Satine Kryze are Korkie's parents in this universe, with the "aunt" role being revealed to be a fallacy to avoid controversy with their respective affiliations. They're also revealed to be the owners of Oggdo Boggdo.
Satine: Korkie is not my child. He's my sister's son.
Padmè: Nice try Satine, but your sister Bo-Katan is only like 5 years older than this one. The math ain't mathing.
    • Yoda and Yaddle are Grogu's parents, with Yoda denying his involvement to get out of paying child support.
Yoda: Your father I am not. Prove it Yaddle could not. Child support I could not afford anyway.
  • Ruder and Cruder: The gang usually swear like sailors, as do most of their guests, especially the astromech droids, which Obi Wan occasionally has to censor to avoid being demonetized.
  • Running Gag: The characters turning into marketable plushies when they tell someone (usually Anakin) to shut up.
  • Screw the War, We're Partying: The actual war raging over the Galaxy is almost treated like an afterthought compared to the characters' social media status and the podcast.
  • Show Within a Show:
    • The talk show is this within the Star Wars universe, and the characters tend to discuss about how they're going to set it up early in the episodes, while they're already filming.
    • Obi Wans and Ahsoka apparently each will have an OnlyFans during the Galactic Civil War, though Obi Wan's will only become popular during the rise of the First Order, as both Rey and Kylo know him by that instead of being a Jedi Master. It's later revealed that his was Cody's idea.
  • Sibling Rivalry: The Clone Troopers have one in their episodes, usually related to their kinks, or on whether General Skywalker is an Alpha male or a Beta cuck. However, they're a lot more hostile with Roger.
  • Skewed Priorities: As of episode 5, the main cast has access to one of the most powerful places in the Galaxy, which allows them to alter the past and the future and bring people Back from the Dead. Thus far, they've only used this to pick guests for their talk show. Said guests usually call them out on this, but they're always ignored.
  • Slap-Slap-Kiss: Anakin and Padme, though it's more like Force Choke, Bury Alive, Kiss.
  • The Stoner: Obi Wan in Season 2. Downplayed, as he doesn't act the part and it only enhances his crankiness.
  • Stylistic Suck: The show makes use of different sprites from the source material to show different emotions, but these are limited, so the characters cannot perform different actions such as rising their hands, sitting down, or slapping their buttcheeks, leading to several meta jokes about it.
  • Subordinate Excuse:
    • Cody towards Obi Wan, which he reciprocates in secret.
    • Ventress also has this of the sort with Count Dooku, constantly flirting with him despite the age gap. She also insists that he groomed her but he denies it.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Many throughout the series.
    • Obi Wan delivers a Script Breaking one to Anakin in episode 1 after being accused of overestimating his power during the events of "Revenge of the Sith".
Obi Wan: It's over, Anakin, I have the high ground!
      Anakin: You underestimate my power!
Obi Wan Are you dumb? Or just fucking SPECIAL?! I've been training you for thirteen long-ass years and you still think having some sort of magical, bullshit power is gonna save your three little bitch limbs, when I chop you up like DARTH MAUL?! Not only am I more skilled than you, I am on the mother-fucking HIGH GROUND!!! Have you ever read "The Art of War"? It says in bold... "do not fuck with the high ground, Anakin". This is honestly the reason why you're not a Jedi master... You're legitimately dumber than sand, and more of a whiny emotional shit than your unborn grandson, Kylo. Also, you were my brother Anakin... I loved you...
    • Mace Windu gives one to Anakin in episode 2, whereupon Obi Wan fires back with one of his own after growing tired of his haughty tendencies.
Mace Windu: Skywalker has all that pent up small dick energy stored up from disappointing his little senator wife -That's right, motherfucker, I know all about your secret affair! You lack control of your emotions. You're reckless and prone to violence. He won't be a master til he learns that the Jedi aren't warriors, we're peacekeepers!
Obi Wan: Excuse me? Are you really sure you want to go down that route, master Milk Dud? Anakin knows more than anyone else that we're peacekeepers more than warriors... He could've given up being a Jedi a long time ago to be a general or something instead, specifically because he disagrees with how we conduct wars, but he stuck with us, instead. I know Anakin more than anyone else, and I trust him with my life. I believe he should take a seat on this council. In fact, he should take your seat, you dogmatic, piece of greedy ass purple blade wanting shit...
    • In episode 3, Anakin and Padmè both exchange these speeches during their marriage counselling, though it ends with Anakin force-choking Padmè and then being Exiled to the Couch as a result.
Anakin: I swear... Sometimes Padmè, you can be so frustrating, so stubborn and set in your ways! You think you know what's best for everyone, and you never listen to anyone else's opinion. Sure, I can be a bit reckless sometimes, but that doesn't give you the right to suffocate me! You don't trust me to make my own decisions and you're always second guessing me, I can't take it anymore! I feel like I'm walking on fucking eggshells around you all the time, and whenever I try to assert myself or stand up for what I believe in, you just shoot me down and tell me I'm being unreasonable!
Padmè: That's enough! I've had about enough of your shit, Anakin, so stubborn and impulsive, always doing whatever you want without thinking of the consequences. You think you're a "bit reckless"? Try COMPLETELY reckless! You don't care about anything or anyone except for your own desires, and when you don't get what you want, you throw a fucking temper tantrum and kill a bunch of innocent people. You're like a ticking time-bomb, ready to explode at any moment, and don't even get me started on your jealousy issues, you possessive, paranoid, melodramatic little- [he force-chokes her]
      Obi Wan: Anakin, stop!
Anakin: You turned her against me!
Obi Wan That's not what- Let her go, Anakin! [she passes out] Congratulations, you just proved her point.
  • They Killed Kenny Again: Pretty much every character shown onscreen has been killed at least once, with the bodies being buried in Obi Wan's backyard. The hosts then make use of the World Between Worlds to bring them back.
  • Till Murder Do Us Part: Anakin has killed Padmè several times throughout the podcast, whether by accident, out of rage, or for fun. Padmè finally scores a kill of her own in episode 20.
  • Took a Level in Jerkass:
    • The characters all become a lot less affected by death after unlocking the World Between Worlds, to the point where Obi Wan or Ahsoka will encourage Anakin to kill the guest if they don't like them, or kill them themselves.
    • The trio of hosts are a lot more hostile towards each other in Season 2 than in Season 1: Obi Wan falls into a death stick addiction and becomes more jaded and snarky than usual, Anakin becomes more blatantly bloodthirsty and politically incorrect, and Ahsoka betrays the former duo for Thrawn in the last few episodes after being tired of their Jerkass behavior. Even Padmè becomes more abusive and shady after being elected chancellor, although that partly has to do with being with Anakin. They all have a Heel Realization during the season finale.
  • Token Minority: Played for Laughs. Obi Wan is frequently accused of being a diversity promotion amongst the Jedi for being the only white man in the Council.
  • Trans Nature:
    • Since being adopted by Echo and later Barr, Roger started identifying as a clone trooper instead of a droid.
Galle: Droid just called Commander Bly a transphobe. I'm dead.
    • When Asajj Ventress is accused of being a trans woman by Dooku, Grievous admits that he was the trans one, being a cyborg.
  • The Unreveal: When he's brought in as a guest, Yoda finally reveals the name of his species, but it turns out to align with a particularly offensive slur, so the hosts couldn't put it on the air.
  • Vitriolic Best Buds: Anakin, Obi Wan, and Ahsoka argue and kill each other daily, but deep, deep down, they do love and appreciate each other.
  • Vocal Evolution: Ahsoka's voice became more low pitched after episode 2. In-Universe, it's revealed that in order to revise her decision to betray her friends, Ahsoka had to go back in time and kill her original self to take her place and relive the entire series up to that point.
Ahsoka: Ugh, was my voice really that high pitched?
  • We Want Our Jerk Back!: After Qui Gon Jinn mind-tricks Anakin and Ahsoka into being proper Jedi. Obi Wan admits that he prefers their old selves better, despite the headache they give him.
Obi Wan: You seem to be molding them into whatever your idea of a "perfect Jedi" is. I like these two, and their personalities. Hell, I loved them! I just acted out of emotions. They've been so... annoying lately, and I wanted a break.
  • Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds: Anakin tries to invoke this as an excuse to blow up Tatooine with the Death Star, since he had a Dark and Troubled Past there.
  • World of Jerkass: Well, "Galaxy of Jerkass", but the folk on both sides of the Galaxy are a lot more shady than they initially come across as.
  • Would Hurt a Child: Anakin LOVES to kill any children that approaches him, especially if they're orphans. He even sings about it to the tune of "Jingle Bells" in the Christmas special.
